Speaker 2 (00:32):
Hi, you guys, we are back with Beyond Mindset Limits.
I am your host, Tisha Marie Caine. I am an
executive council expert, mediator and communicator. I'm a breakthrough mindset coach,
clinical hypnotherapist, and I'm a multiple number one best selling
international author and artist. I'm recognized for my work all

(00:55):
around the world helping Fortune five hundred executives, helping visionary
leaders and high performing entrepreneurs, and I guide them to
unlock their influence, align with purpose, and create lasting impact.
I have a unique blend of legal expertise, leadership strategy
and transformational coaching, and I help individuals and organizations rewire

(01:20):
their subconscious, release emotional weight, and elevate their relationship with money,
power and self worth. And today this is where clarity
meets confidence and transformation becomes actionable unstoppable success. What is
it really right? Today We're going to be talking about mindset, marketing,

(01:42):
and media power. And I have three parts for you.
I have part one what makes people successful, Part two
small business success, and part three how a publicist builds
your brand Fast. So this is going to be talking
about how you can grow in today's world personally and professionally.

(02:05):
And this show is going to explore the inner game
of success through your mindset, your habits, your resilience, the
brain science, while unpacking the practical strategies small for small
businesses and what you need to stand out, attract clients
and build real momentum. So today I just want to

(02:26):
begin with what makes people successful? What is it right?
And so I've talked and I talk about this at nauseum.
Successful people leave clues. Success leaves clues. You can tell
a successful person from their hot habits, from their mindset.

(02:46):
So it's mindset, it's habits, it's the brain science. So
why do some people follow through and others stay stuck
with the same dreams for years? Today we're breaking down
the science of sexces, not just motivation, but what actually
is happening in your brain. So number one, the neuroscience

(03:09):
of habits. Habits are formed in the brain, and repetition
builds those neuropathways. Your brain wants efficiency, not success, and
your brain doesn't care about what your dreams are. It
cares about what you put on repeat. Right, So I
have a couple of stories because you guys know, I'm

(03:31):
a woman of a thousand stories. Okay, So the neuroscience
of habits. You ever met someone who's had a stroke
and either their left brain or the right brain. If
they had a stroke on their left side of the brain,
it affects the right side, the language parts, the creativity
of the right side of the brain. And so typically

(03:52):
the doctors will have that patient seeing the ABC's right
because that's ingrained in us since grammar school. Or sing
the Happy Birthday song because those have those neuropathways already
locked in to your brain. So it helps the patient
after a stroke remember the words through song and through

(04:17):
other you know harmonics like that. Your brain needs repetition.
It builds neuropathways when you constantly put things on repeat.
That's why it's so important to have an epic morning routine.
It's so important to have a default system. Right. So

(04:39):
some of my clients that I've had in the past,
you know, in the past, they would default to alcohol
or porn or drugs or all the negative things that
didn't keep them moving forward. They had develop bad habits
in the past, right, And so in order to be
a pattern interrupter, you have to develop new neuropathways through

(05:01):
your brain. So when life life show, you don't default
to alcohol, you don't default to poorn, you don't default
to drugs. You don't default to that because you have
built in a neuropathway and your brain wants efficiency, it
wants to keep doing the same thing over and over.
So that's why it's important to break those neuropathways of

(05:24):
the default mode and develop new ones. That's why I
feel like this time space continuum for Tisha Marie Kane,
I am so unshakeable because I have an epic morning routine.
I have an echo epic nightly routine. Now, just to
be clear, I don't get involved with this three D world.

(05:44):
I don't really care what's going on on the big stage,
the world stage. I'm not affected by that. Now. I
am deeply empathic and I do understand that there's some
things going on overseas, but I don't live there. I
tend to be a bit illusional in my thinking and
in my success because at the reality is I can

(06:06):
only control what's under my roof and with my family.
You know, I can't control what's happening in another city
or another state, or let alone another country. I just
have to as a light worker, I just have to
hold the line, right, I have to rewire the script.
I went from legal warrior to light worker, holding the

(06:27):
line to get everything out of this life that I want.
So what makes people successful is having these epic morning routines,
epic evening routines where you build repetition to develop neuropathways
in your brain. And it's as simple as if you
can't do it alone. This is where coaching comes in. Right.

(06:48):
As a hypnotherapist, I do pattern interrupts all the time.
When someone comes in and says, you know what, every
time I get stressed out, I go have a beer. Well, no,
let's build some neuro pathways. Let's go in. Let's look
at this subconscious mind. Let's figure out what's going on
in there. We go back on your timeline, to that
moment that you anchored in stress and made it mean

(07:11):
that you had to drink alcohol to get a relief.
We give you relief other ways, right, And that's why
I like. That's why I like hypnotherapy is it is
a cheat code. And I like cheat codes because one,
I was indoctrinated in the public school system growing up
for twelve years or even more than that. I have

(07:32):
seventeen years of college in doctrination. After indoctrination, don't cheat,
you know, be a good person, be authentic, be ethical,
which is great and it gave me a good foundation.
But the reality is, I'm not spending seventeen years in
college anymore just to get these little certificates to study

(07:53):
to show myself approved. Right, They're not going to give
me these little certificates. I know that I am ethic,
I'm in integrity, I'm in alignment. I'm going to be
doing what I'm doing, so I just like to do
it quickly the most efficient ethical way. So we got
to weed the garden before we start planning any seeds. Right.
People come to me and like, hey, I want to

(08:13):
fix my relationship with money. That's all great and dandy,
but if you haven't fixed your relationship with fear, or
you haven't fixed your relationship with anger. We are in
relation to everything, and if you haven't weeded the garden,
we got to take away and weed out all those
negative things anger, sadness, fear, guilt, hurt, shame, not good enough.

(08:38):
Weed those out and then start planning new seeds. That's
why when people come to me and they're like a Kretsha,
I want to do a weight release, right, we don't
lose weight because if we lose it, we find it.
I want to do a weight release. I'm like, okay,
what's going on. Well, I've had so much fear, you know,
I'm scared to do this and I'm scared to do that. Okay,
let's work on that first. And once we neutralize the

(09:01):
fear in your body and it's a felt sense, then
we can start building our relationship and start releasing the
weight and build our relationship back with money. So what
makes people successful? It's these mindset, these habits, the brain
science of building neuropathways to be able to allow and

(09:23):
hold for more. Why people don't follow through? They have
fear triggers, right, they start overthinking, they start thinking, Okay,
what if it doesn't work out? But I always say,
but what if it does? You know, you're focusing on
the negative, and you know what the reality is. I

(09:45):
am in so such alignment with my life and high
powered individuals, people who are forward thinking, thought leaders, passionate entrepreneurs.
I'm a serial entrepreneur. I've grown busines and this is
I keep growing businesses. I help people grow business And
that's why I want to talk about today, is you

(10:06):
know your mindset your business getting around growing in this
time a day and age, because it's really easy now,
I know. Sometimes the systems get in the way for people.
I've saw like three counts people who like, I am
not touching the computer. I don't even know how to
build a funnel. Then you have people in the middle

(10:27):
they're like, oh, okay, I know a little bit about it,
but it scares me. And then you have people on
the high end They're like, I can build you a
funnel in like five minutes. That's what I could do, right,
And so people don't follow through because they have fear
built around that. They have that fight or flight anxiety.
So people don't fail because they're lazy, they fail because
their nervous system is wired for safety, not expansion, and

(10:50):
so with hypnotherapy we can go in there and why
are you for sound? And I believe in hypnotherapy so much,
and that's why I'm a clinical hypno therapy. Pissed is
I can bring to you each of those negative emotions.
And you know what I say, negative emotions, But I
love the negative emotions because those dark shadow emotions. I

(11:13):
harness them when I'm angry. Whoa boy, every baseboard in
my house is gonna be clean. You get me angry,
and I'm scrubbing down my showers and getting all the
water drops off, right, so you get me angry. I
don't like sadness, but when sadness does come in, it
allows me to sit on the sofa and take a break.
Because I'm always working, I'm always doing things that I love.

(11:36):
I'm always helping people because that's where my heart is,
that's where my mindset is, that's where I feel most
aligned when I'm serving on a bigger scale, and that's
one of my values. Right, So high performer High performers
have mental frameworks. Identify first, I am the kind of
person who so I ask yourself this question, I am

(12:00):
the kind of person who and then make sure you
put some action over perfection, and then make sure you're
looking at that future self thinking. So top performers don't
ask can I do this? They ask who do I
need to become? Right? And I talked about that on
the past show. It's like stepping into that identity shifting

(12:22):
who do I need to become to get everything out
of my world and my life that I want and
this world? And you know what I say this every
day is I am getting everything that I got come
into me and I wish that for you too, right,
So it makes you go, oh right, It shifts something
in your body because you're like, oh, she's getting everything

(12:46):
that she's got come into her and she wishes that
for someone else. So if you're doing negative things, hey, karma,
I believe in karma. Right, it's that belief system. I
do good. I do God's will every day and God
of your own understand God, source Spirit. We pray to
Gus here, God, Universe and spirit, you know, to allow

(13:06):
to embody the teachings of the great ascended Masters, so
that we can build the new Earth and start building
back better than what we've ever had through heart centered alignment, congruency, authenticity.
I tell you right now, authenticity is the currency. Right now,
you show up as your quirky, weird self on social media,

(13:29):
I tell you, right now, you're going to get tons
of followers. And I believe, and I've spoke about this before,
is visibility is profitability. Right. So these high performers, they
ask who do I need to become? And so they
build resistance and confidence. So confidence equals evidence and repetition.

(13:49):
So if you just say you're like, okay, I'm confident,
and how do we get confident? We have to keep
doing the thing over and over and over again to
it builds confidence. Like I am currently building out and
learning a new software program yet again, I started the
software program with this mindset that I am going into
the software program. I know it's going to help me

(14:11):
build more content, it's going to help me build relationships,
it's going to get my emails out faster, it's going
to just it's the cheap code for my whole entire life.
Thank you Jesus that this software program dropped into my
hologram my life. I say hologram because this is all
a hologram. It's the world gets to be what you
make it, what you want it to be. Whatever you

(14:32):
focus on grows. If you're focusing on the little tiny
negative things, those things are going to grow. If you're
focused on that little tiny leave versus is planting seeds
inside your garden, then that's going to grow. Right. And
So when I look at all of this, looking at
that software program I went into it, I'm like, I
am going to learn this software program. I don't care

(14:55):
if I sit in my office for ten hours straight
without coffee. You know I need my coffee. I don't care.
But I'm going to sit here and I'm going to
figure out the software program and I'm going to push
a lot of buttons. And basically, they even gave me
like a support staff, right, They gave me a one
eight hundred number to call, and they gave me a

(15:16):
couple of emails and a live chat. So I am
committed to sitting at my computer and I'm going to
try to break the software program. I'm going to push
so many buttons that I'm going to try it. My
goal is to break it by pushing so many buttons
so they could help me and get on the line.
But the reality is I am going to build confidence
with that repetition of using the system. Right, we all

(15:39):
have to start somewhere, So start, just start. Action reduces
the anxiety. Right. Doing rewires the brain faster than thinking
you've got to do something. So I got stuck on
this software program. I'm like, okay, what do I do now?
I don't know where this is. It's a if inquiring

(16:01):
minds want to know. It's a design software program to
design and add clip art and things like that. And
I didn't know how to use the Ellipses tool, and
so what I have. I'm like, okay, where is this
Ellipses tool? I know it's here, and I spent like
five minutes like looking for it. I'm like, okay, five
minutes is way too long in Tisha Maricane time. So
I pulled up YouTube, put it up in there. You know, hey,

(16:25):
where do I find the Ellipses tool. Within seconds it
was there, I was ready to go. I was on
my path. So doing in the face of learning things,
doing rewires the brain faster than thinking about it. Right,
So in five minutes, I was thinking where is this?
Where is this? Where is this? Then I put on
the YouTube to get a little tutorial and then found

(16:47):
out where it is, and I tell you, I'm never
going to forget where that ellipsies tool is now, right,
So it is the cheat code. You got to set
yourself up for success. I set myself up for a
success all the time. And in the past I did
things hard, like life was so hard. And when I
look back as to why it was hard, is because

(17:08):
I was so out of alignment with my life purpose
that I just did thing hard, did everything hard. I
had to do it the hard way. And my mother
she would yell at me. She would say, Tishy, you
just love doing it the hard way. So I'm just
going to allow you to do the hard way. Until
I got into my forties and I was like, Okay,

(17:28):
guess what I know about mindset. I know about hypnotherapy,
I know about quantum healing. I know about collapsing timelines.
I know about a lot of things. And so I'm
going to start pushing the easy buttons and I'm going
to start doing things easy now. So when someone presents
me with an opportunity or a problem or a challenge,

(17:52):
do you know what, I say, Hey, which one's the
easiest one? And they tell me, oh, it's the second one. Okay, great,
we'll do the second one. Because I'm very conscious in
my choice. I'm very conscious how I operate and move
through the world, and a lot of that for someone
who is diagnosed with ADHD, right, I don't have that.
The reality is I can do most things that some

(18:15):
people can't, and I can do most things that most
people can't, and I can keep all the balls in
the air. I just have to slow down a little
bit and say, Okay, let's consciously move through the world,
and let's go here, and let's strategically decide how we
are going to behave and then you just allow others
to behave the way that they are. And that's fine,

(18:37):
it's great. So one hour of doing beats ten hours
of researching. So do the work. Healing is in the doing.
What are you doing? That's why I mean, I love
vision boards, but let's be real. The vision is just
like right there, you look at it every day. Why
don't you develop an action board? Okay, this week I'm

(18:58):
going to invest we don't spend using proper NLP language.
And if you haven't taken an NLP class neuro linguistic programming,
I would prescribe that to you today because it's using
language to rewire those neuropathways in our brain. Right. I
would not spend because if you spend time, it's wasted,

(19:21):
or if you spend money, it's wasted. But invest time,
invest money in committing to yourself to sit at the
computer to learn the software program, to say, hey, I'm
just going to sit down and I'm going to invest
one hour of my time to push all the buttons
on this software program and see if I can break
it and do that. And then tomorrow you're like, oh,

(19:42):
I remember that from yesterday. So healing is in the doing,
and one hour of doing beats ten hours of researching,
So do that. Okay, these are cheat codes. I'm so
glad you guys are here. If you're wanting more stuff,
I mean, I talk about this on all social media platforms.
You can get me at www dot Tisha Marie Kaine,

(20:04):
c Ai n tishamar Kane dot com. Go there. Look there.
I have all the offerings, I have all the ways
that I can help. That's one of the reasons why
I have this radio show is I am committed to
twenty twenty six and growing my impact. I am committed

(20:26):
to growing my impact on planet Earth, helping people get
what they want, so I'll get everything I want. That's
a great sig Siglar quote. Right, if you help people
get what they want, you can get everything that you want.
And my needs and my goals and my wants are
very simple. You know, these days, I really have lived

(20:49):
out my wildest, exquisite, magical dream in this life. I'm
doing it right now, right now today. I have no regrets.
I am loving life. I am in my highest joy.
And you can be too. You can be too right.

(21:10):
People always say, Tisha, you're so inspiring, Well, what are
you doing to inspire your own life? You know? I mean, yeah,
you could just look at me and I can inspire you.
But what are you doing to carve back the life
of your dreams? Are you getting that work life balance?
And I don't even believe in a work life balance,
Let's be true. Work life balance is boring. I want
to play more than night work. So guess what. I

(21:33):
play golf Monday, Wednesday, Friday, before I even work, before
I even go to the computer, before I even get
on a client call, before I even do a hypnotherapy appointment,
before I even publish a book. I am playing first,
and my play is probably different than your play, and
that's okay because I love to play. And if you
want to play in my sandbox, you got to be

(21:55):
part of my high vibe bad butt dribe. I am
because I'm looking at ways to help people and at
ways to serve on a bigger scale than I ever
dreamed possible. And if I could do this, you can
do this. And I just show you as possible if

(22:16):
you go over to all the little platforms. I get
on there acting like a nerd and a dork and
I'm a weirdo. But you know what, all of the
social media posts that I've posted where I'm dancing around
acting like a goofball, I've got twenty three thousand followers
or likes. This is crazy, right When I just coming
in and be my authentic self, I know a lot

(22:38):
of things, so I just deploy that and help you
wherever you need help. And that's why I'm talking about
what makes people successful today and how to grow small
businesses and how to how a publicist like me can
build a brand fast. So you're here today, and I'm
so glad you're here with me because I love this

(23:01):
radio show. It is beyond mindset limits. We go beyond
the mind beyond limits, We go beyond limits. No, we're
not putting ourselves in no boxes. We're not boxing ourselves up.
We are getting everything out of this life that we want.
And I show you on this show, this weekly show,
I show you exactly how to do that. So guess what,

(23:24):
We're going to take a little break and when we
come back, we are going to transition and we're going
to talk about how to grow your small business because
I want you to win small business success. And this
is where we're going. Thanks guys to you, right back
real soon.

And we are back with Beyond Mindset Limits. I am
your host, Tissham Marie Kane. I love being here you guys.
This is what I do. I do all things. I'm
mainly a unicorn. I'm a unicorn energy that can help
you with all of your problems. You know, and this
is not coming from an egotistical way. When it comes
right down to it, there isn't a problem that you

(26:50):
have that I can't solve. Right. I went to law school.
I did that. I know the American government system. I'm
currently serving in California and helping in Nevada. I know
the government systems. I know the religious systems. I know
the public school systems. I know all the systems. And
what I'm passionate about. I'm passionate about teaching people how

(27:13):
to live in their highest power. And today I want
to help you grow your small business and what small
business success looks like. Before the break, we understood how
success is built internal internally in your body. Let's talk
now how to build it externally in your business. So
if you have a small business, this show is going

(27:36):
to be for you. Small business owners aren't failing because
they're not talented. They're failing because they don't have a system.
So I have frameworks. I have the Radical Breakthrough Protocol.
I have frameworks on top of frameworks to help build
out your small business. Even a big business attract, capture
and nurture. It's the ACN method. And so if we're

(27:58):
attracting our client with visibility and brand positioning, your social
media is your digital storefront. Let's be true, you guys,
If you are not using social media right now to
grow your business, what are you doing? Social media is
free now. I pay for the little you know, the

(28:19):
little check mark to be whatever branded or given me
authority or whatever. I pay for it because it's it's great.
But you don't have to do that. Social media is
free if you're not. I went through a stop sign
the other day. I stopped and went through, and the

(28:40):
other guy went through after me, and he was on
his phone already on. So people can't even get through
the stop sign without being on their phone. So your
social media is your digital storefront. If they can't find you,
they certainly can't fund you, and then what is their
first impression? What's your bio look like, what your visuals

(29:02):
look like, what your messaging look like. Right, content builds authority.
You got to keep put putting out content. And I
know I do have clients they're like, okay, I don't
even want to push out content. Hire someone. It's not
that it's not that much. You can hire someone to
just post for you once a week or once a day,

(29:23):
just to start building out your brand, building out credibility,
building out authority. People don't follow businesses, they follow value.
So what kind of value are you giving? So I'm
going to tell you about my just to kind of
give you a little snapshot into a small business. So
my coaching business. I have a hypnotherapy coaching business. And

(29:45):
what I give you is I give you ninety minutes
in my office of hypnotherapy or via zoom. Because I
help clients all over the world Australia, Canada, the UK, Guadalajara, Chile.
I have clients all over the world, so we can
do it via remotely. I give you ninety minutes in
my office. We go through the whole program. Now you're

(30:07):
not under hypno therapy for ninety minutes. It's normally about
forty five minutes. But we go in. I give you
you know, we go through the will of life. We
find out what your values are. I run your values.
I run your five points of light, the things that
you value most in this life, so we can have
a clear direction as where we're going. Right, So you
get ninety minutes with me. Then after that, so if

(30:29):
you schedule with me on a Monday, the next Monday,
I give you half an hour integration call, and then
the next Monday after that, I give you another half
an hour integration call, just to make sure that you're
on the up and up and that you're moving in
the right direction in the upward position. Now, typically people
come back and invest in a second hypnote the rap session,

(30:49):
because they're doing so good and they just want to
keep the momentum going. In addition to that, I give
you one of my books, either Successful Women show Up
Differently or Transcend. It's my Path to Limitless Expansion. I
have an Oracle card deck. I give you one of
those for free. Then I give you my Money Mindset

(31:10):
coloring book for free, and then I give you also
my Guide to Manifestation one on one, So I just
overvalue you for the time that you're with me. So
I'm wondering if your small business overvalues that too. People
love packages, They love it when you could wrap everything
up and it just makes sense. Right, So are you

(31:33):
looking at the value that you're giving people? Are? Do
you have offers? Right? So what's your offer? You should
have at least five offers out there. You can do
this with me, or you can do this with me,
or you can do this with me. What are your offers?
If you don't know what your offers are or what
you can offer in your business? You know, if you

(31:54):
have a massage business, do you also do reiki? Do
you also do cupping? You know? Can I do come
in for a massage and then have a half an
hour raiki appointment? Can I couple those together and instead
of buy an individual, can I buy two together and
save money? You know all the things. So if you
don't have an offer, let's start there. Let's get an

(32:15):
offer for your small business. Right. So, if I'm looking
at the ACN attract, capture and nurture, So we're going
to attract people with our social media storefront. If you're
not out there whether you're using social media to attract
clients or whether you're knocking on doors, it don't matter.

(32:36):
You can do the old gorilla marketing where you knock
on doors and say, hey, you know, I'm a massage
therapist in the county and the city and the state,
and I do this just so you know. Or you
can go out to a family festival and pass out
business cards. So find out who your avatar is, who
your client is. Right, so I own Cain's legal support

(32:58):
in the fetal stages of me owing Kine's legal support.
No one knew me in my town, right, Well, they
knew me going through the family court system, that was
the only way, but they didn't know that I can
help them with all their legal document preparation. Right, So
what did I do my avatar? The people I can help, Well,
those are the people that we're going to be hanging
out at the courthouse. So you know what I did.

(33:20):
I printed up four by six little postcards and a
whole bunch of business cards, and I went down to
the courthouse all day and I stood outside the family
clerk's office, and everybody who came out of that courthouse, Hey,
did you know I can help. Did you know I
can serve? Do you know I can help collapse time

(33:41):
for you and get this done so you don't have
to be here on your own for a fraction of
the cost. And I did that. I did that old
gorilla marketing way. That's why I'm so passionate about social
media because I don't even have to leave my house.
I don't even have to leave my house. No more
standing down at the courthouse to get in clients. I
don't even have to leave my house. So go where

(34:03):
your avatar is hanging out, if your avatar meaning your client,
and if you don't know this language yet, that's fine,
But wherever your client. If your client is a if
you help athletes, then go to the college track and
hang out there and pass out business cards. Right if
you're not using social media. But the main point I

(34:26):
want to discuss here with you is visibility equals profitability.
If they can't see you, if they can't find you,
they're not going to fund you. So let's go right.
You need a I build businesses from foundation up right,
So I start foundations right. So we go out and
we build out your Yelp, then we build out your
Google profile. Then we build out your social media profiles,

(34:48):
and then we give you a logo, and then we
get you an email for your business, right, and then
we run maybe run an ad or something like that.
Just build out that profile for optization, because we want
to have all of those things as a big cohesive brand.

(35:09):
So you can get your brand out there, right, so
they people don't follow the business, they follow you the value.
And then what kind of value are you coming back
behind adding value to your client? And you know what,
I also want to tell you this from a neuro
linguistics programming. When I first started my businesses back in
two thousand and nine, I was like, okay, I need

(35:31):
more clients. And then after I took an NLP class,
my language shifted from I need more clients too, How
can I help? How can I serve on a bigger scale?
How can I impact more? Once I change that language,
my whole world opened up. How can I serve? How

(35:53):
can I help you?

Speaker 3 (35:54):
Know?

Speaker 2 (35:54):
I can help you with that? Right, So I go
in there and find the pain points of my client,
and then I believe that everyone is a client. I
go to the grocery market and the little lady picking
out fruit is a client right, She's like, oh man,
I've been so sad. Hey did you know that hypno
therapy could probably help with that? And she's like, what, Okay,
here's my business card everywhere I go. I am so

(36:17):
laser focused in growing my businesses because value of wealth
is one of the highest values I have. I have
business cards in my car. I have business cards in
every purse. So if I switch out purses, I have
business cards there. I have business Sometimes I'll leave my
purse in the trunk and just grab my wallet. There's
business cards in my wallet. There's business cards in my

(36:37):
husband's truck just in case I'm not in my own car.
There's business cards in my attashee case. There's business cards
on my kitchen counter. There's business cards at the local
rec center up on the bulletin board there. Like, I
am so committed to serving on a bigger scale. There
ain't no way I'm not going to win because I'm

(37:00):
doing all the things to attract my avatar, my client
using visibility and brand positioning. That's what I do. So
attract and then capture, capture, turn attention into leads. You
need a lead magnet. I wrote two tiny books, Successful

(37:22):
Women show up differently and transcend. Right. So I have
a tiny book it wrote, you know, it took me
a bit to write. I use that. Hey, if you
want my tiny book, go and get it for eight
bucks on Amazon. Right now, it's changed. The feedback, or
I call it feed forward that I'm getting from successful
women show up differently. The synchronicities and the amount of

(37:46):
feedback I'm getting from this book has been phenomenal. I
have guided people back to the Word of God and
whatever holy book you read. I'm currently reading the Quran,
but I've got fourteen holy books here in this house
to really dive down and decide and decipher for me
what is my truth? Right. So I've guided people back

(38:08):
to the Word with this book. And I didn't even
think that this little lead magnet that I built for
a lead magnet to lead them, magnetize them into my business,
was even going to take off. So other lead magnets
could be free guides, a checklist, a consultation. And if
you're not collecting emails, you're losing money every single day.

(38:29):
You're leaving a lot of money on the table. Once
I realized I was leaving so much money on the table,
I'm like, oh my goodness, I need to invest in
this program to capture emails. Not to spam you guys,
but I want you. I want to have so much
visibility that you can write in, like we had callers
or we had listeners write in for today's show today,

(38:50):
and I want to be out there and have visibility
so I can answer their questions. Right, So building a
lead magnet, collecting their emails so they could write in
so I can answer their questions on the show. That's
what I do, right, capturing tools. Right, you need to
get a landing page. You get a simple form. You
can build out a simple form on Google, like, hey,

(39:13):
you know what do you need most about your business? Right?
How do you think I can help? Right? And have
a clear call to action? Download this guide now, right,
download this free guide now, and you collect their emails
because you know they're interested in your manifest I wrote
a guide for manifestation one oh one, sold it for

(39:33):
fourteen bucks, sold one hundred of those, and they're like,
oh yes, I want more. And then the best client
is a client that's already in your sphere of influence, right,
So that's capture. So capture them. So we had a
c in method attract, capture them with the lead magnet,
and then start nurturing them. Trust builds over time. Right,

(39:56):
That's why you need to be posting every single day
on social If you've got a small business, you got
to post every single day because that over time builds trust. Right.
I go back to the KLTA method. No, like trust authority.
They got to know you, they got to like you,
they got to trust you, and you got to have

(40:16):
enough authority. Right, and you have those four slam dunk,
you're getting traffic. Your traffic is your people into your business,
and then you start growing your small business email sequences,
building relationships, sending out emails to your list, saying hey,
I'm here to help you. If you're going through it,
I'm here to help you. I got this or whatever

(40:38):
your business is, right, sending those emails, having to flow
a welcome email, a weekly value email, of personal engagement emails,
or like a soft conversation. Right. Then people some people
are like, Tish, I don't need any more emails. I
get that. But I just bought a software program from
a guy that I saw twenty five times and I

(41:00):
asked him. He said, how long did it take you
to buy my product, And I said, I don't know.
I think I saw twenty five every your emails. He goes,
that's right. In the past, they only needed to see
you three times if they were going to buy for you. Now,
because of the information overload, they need to see you
twenty five times before they even invest even in your offers. Right,

(41:21):
that's the research that was done here recently. Someone's got
to see you twenty five times. You got to have
twenty five touches, whether it be an email, whether it
be a social media pop up, whether it be a billboard.
They got to see you twenty five times before they
even invest into your program. People don't buy the first

(41:42):
time they see you, but they buy when they start
trusting you. So you can do like on your social media,
just thinking off the top of my head, you can
do like organic engagement hashtags right, hashtags whatever your business
is for me, hashtags, mindset, hashtag growth, minding set, hashtag
transformation has hashtag hypnotherapy right, And then start doing brand

(42:08):
paid brand boosting or you have a strategic amount, whether
it's twenty bucks, and you boost up your specific offer
so it goes out to a larger audience and then
consistently consistency with storytelling. That's going to equal your authority.
So being consistent, being able to show up every day

(42:30):
is building authority. Now, you can have the best mindset
and you can have the best system, but if people
don't see you, nothing matters. I talk about this, I
can't find you, I can't fund you. What do you have?
What do you have to offer? That's why I love you.
Know they even have like gold Star Membership club or

(42:52):
Private Table club or you know Chamber of Commerce clubs
where you could go out and say, hey, this is
what I do in the community. This is how I
can help and serve. My desire is to serve on
a larger scale. I want you to know this is
what I do, passing out business cars, getting out there
where people know who you are. So how a publicist

(43:16):
build your brand is really important. A publicist can build
your brand so fast. So I'm currently helping two people
build their brand. This is where everything changes in visibility,
because the truth is, talent without exposure stays invisible. And
I know several people that are a little many. There

(43:37):
are a little mini celebrities, and you know who you are,
little mini celebrities in your community and the community. They
know them, they like them, they trust them, they have authority,
but they're still just in the small community. Nobody knows
them outside of that community. And there's how many people
on social media these days. If we're not leveraging that,

(43:58):
then what are you doing? Like, are you really wanting
to grow your business? I had a friend this week
and say, hey, Tisha, how do you get your news?
Them all news? What do you mean? And she goes, well,
how do you get worldly news? I said, I don't.
I don't play in that three D realm. I said.
If it's not growing my business, if I'm not working
on art or growing my business or my offers or

(44:21):
some way in my business every single day, I don't
play in that anymore. It adds no value to me.
I want to serve on a bigger scale. So I'm
looking at offers, how I can add more value to
my offerings to help people, and hiring a publicist. I'm
doing pr work now, So what a public If you
don't know what a publicist is, I didn't know what

(44:42):
a publicist was either at first, until someone said, you
know what, Tisha, You've had all these things and it's
time to get a publicist. I'm like, oh, you think,
oh yeah, So then now I've kind of morphed into
that myself, helping people grow brands because I'm a serial entrepreneur.
I've had and still have all of these businesses because

(45:03):
my desire is to support and impact and serve on
a larger scale. So I can help you on the
legal realm. I can help you in my little tagline
it's funny. I can help you in the courtroom. I
can help you in the boardroom, and more importantly, I
can help you in life. And so if my desire
is to grow my impact and serve on a larger scale,

(45:23):
I've got to add more skills. Right, I think seventeen
years in college is enough, but you know who, that's
a lot. But what I'm saying is what a publicist
actually does. Is it It positions you as an authority.
It gives you media features, gets you in interviews, They

(45:44):
help you with podcast placements. They don't promote you, they
position you for greatness. Right. It gets you in front
of the right audience. There's strategic placements, targeted visibility, brand alignment.
We got to get you in front of the right
audience so they can see you. Let's do that, and

(46:04):
it builds credibility fast. When you can say as seen
on km E T that builds credibility, right, builds trust.
Third party validation is greater than self promotion. Right. So
if you can get someone else to talk about you
and you not talk about you, that's even better. It's

(46:25):
building that a credibility you can do that. Credibility borrowed
is credibility accelerated. Right, So if you borrow someone, I
had a billboard out for ten months of Highway ninety
nine here in California. Ten months I had a billboard.
I said, Hey, I'm a life coach. I use hypnotherapy
as my modality to help you rewire your subconscious mind

(46:49):
and point you in the right direction. That billboard got
me so much visibility. And they're like, hey, aren't you
that life coach. I couldn't even go to the grocery
market without them understanding and knowing who I am. Yes,
I can help. I would love to be able to help. Right. So,
borrowing that credibility accelerates your small business and your brand quick,

(47:10):
and it saves time and eliminates the guesswork no more
trying to figure it out alone. That's why you hire
a publicist like me who can come in here, get
you in front of the right people, get you targeted visibility,
get you brand alignment, Go in and look at your logo,
go and look at where you need to be positioned,
and then you can start building out from there. And

(47:33):
this ties into you know, if you're an author, if
you're a small business own owner, if you're a coach,
if you know you're growing a business elsewhere or doing
something else, a publicist can get your brand out there
quicker than you can. And your story is your power.
Your story is your power. But the right people need
to hear your story, and then you can start monetizing

(47:56):
your work right, monetizing it. It featured on my radio show,
Get Author Spotlights, Get brand consulting, get legacy, visibility strategy.
You know, I just don't give you a platform. I
help you turn your voice into visibility and your visibility
into income if that's what you want right. Success isn't random.

(48:18):
It's built in three layers. It's how you think, and
how you market, and how visible you are. And when
you align all three of those, think, market, and how
visible you are your life and your business changes forever.
And if you're ready to grow your business, if you're
ready to grow your brand, and if you're ready to
get your voice heard, I would love to help support

(48:40):
you on this. This is what I do. We think
beyond mindset limits. We think beyond what you can think.
That's why in law school they're like, hey, you know,
you guys need to study together. I hated studying with
my cohorts because I quickly found out that no one
studies as who much as I do. And I didn't

(49:01):
want anybody to drag me down or sway my thinking.
But it was important at times to be able to
go down through and iraq the case go down through
and like get some other people's feedback on how they
were thinking, how the case was going to go through.
And I'm like, oh, I can see your line of thought,
or I can see your vision, and then I can
intertwin it with my vision, and then that gives us

(49:23):
a third vision, which leads me to say, you know,
in the in doctrination camps, they tell us one plus
one is two, which is a lie. It doesn't one
plus one is three. Right, if we have your creativity
and my creativity, we come up with a third creative
design for your branding. So I went, we have a

(49:45):
few minutes left. I want to get to a couple
of questions from my listeners. So, Sarah, thank you so much.
Sarah from Temecula. Hi, this is Sarah from Temecula. I've
been running my small business for about two years now,
and I feel like I can I have a solid product,
but I'm not getting consistent clients. How do I know
if my foundation is strong or if I'm missing something? Oh?

(50:07):
I love this. I love this, Sarah. This is like
it's a very powerful question, and honestly, it's where most
business owners get stuck. A strong foundation isn't just about
having a perfect product. It's about three things. Your clarity
of message, your consistency on how you show up, and
a system that turns attention into clients. So what I

(50:29):
often see is that people think they have a foundation,
but what they really have are like different puzzle pieces
they're posting, they're offering, they're trying, but nothing's really connected.
So hiring a publicist like me who can go in
there and gel everything together is really going to be
medicine for you. So the real question here becomes Can

(50:52):
a stranger land on your page today and instantly understand
who you help, how you help them, and why they
should trust you? So ask yourself that, Sarah, if I
go to your web page, I wish you would have
put it here because I could have done a deep
dive into that. But if a stranger lands on your
page on your website, do they know and understand how

(51:16):
you can help them, how or if they can trust you? Right?
Can they do that? And if it's not clear, clients hesitate?
And this is where visibility comes in because when your
foundation is strong and you have been consistent, that's where
profitability starts to stabilize. And this is actually something I

(51:37):
walk my clients through, aligning their message, aligning their presence
and their visibility so that everything starts together, working together
instead of feeling scattered. Okay, So I hope that helps Sarah.
We have Jason from Irvine. Thank you, Jason, He says,
I'm here. Oh, I hear people say visibility equals profitability.

(51:57):
I say that all the time, but I feel like
I'm post see all the time and still not making money.
What am I going? What am I doing wrong? He says? Okay, Jason,
this is true. You know, this is the truth of
a lot of people, and they don't want to hear this. Okay,
But visibility alone doesn't doesn't necessarily equal profitability, but strategic

(52:19):
visibility does. You can post every single day and still
be invisible if you're not reaching the right audience, if
your message isn't clear, or if you're guiding the wrong
people in the wrong step. So visibility without direction is
just noise. Profitability comes from being seen by the right people.
So don't just be seen, be positioned. And this is
where I can help. So get a publicist. What makes

(52:43):
people successful? You guys know what grows small business success,
you guys know, and how a publicist can build your
brand fast, you guys know. If you need help with
any of this, go to my website www dot Tishamrie
