Speaker 1 (00:05):
Welcome to Beyond Mindset Limits with Tisha Marie Kine, where
we explore how unlocking your mindset can pave the way
for unlimited success, learn to create opportunities for legal challenges,
and transform your business and life through the power of
(00:27):
publishing as a brand building tool. And now your host,
Tisha Marie Kine.
Speaker 2 (00:37):
Hi you guys. I love that intro. I love to
be here. I'm so excited to be here for another
week of Beyond Mindset Limits. My name is Tisha Marie Kine,
and today we are talking about making meaning and having
purpose in twenty twenty six. So twenty twenty six is
(00:58):
not asking you to survive if it's asking you to decide.
There is so much noise going on right now with
media and fear cycles and political tension, economic uncertainty, and
everyone telling you what to be afraid of. But I
(01:20):
don't know if you've ever listened to a course in
miracles or read it, but it is fantastic. It teaches
us something radical. It teaches us you never upset. You're
never upset for the reason that you think you're upset,
because of the meaning you are giving things. And let
(01:43):
me repeat that, you're upset because of the meaning you
are giving things. So tonight we're going to talk about
meaning because meaning is chosen, purpose is activated, and miracles
happen after decisions. So my name is Tisha Marie Kine.
(02:05):
I am a executive council expert, mediator, communicator, breakthrough mindset coach.
I'm a clinical hypnotherapist and a multiple number one best
selling international author and artist. I'm recognized for my work
with Fortune five hundred executive executives, visionary leaders, high performing entrepreneurs,
(02:30):
and I guide them through to unlock their influence, align
with purpose, and create lasting impact. I have a unique
blend of legal expertise, leadership strategy, and transformational coaching. I
help individuals and big organizations rewire their subconscious, release emotional weight,
(02:55):
and elevate their relationship with money, power, and self worth.
And this is beyond mindset limits, where clarity meets confidence
and transformation becomes actionable. And if you are traveling down
the highway right now listening to my show, I am
so glad you're here because how do I find meaning
(03:17):
and purpose in this wild, crazy, beautiful, chaotic life? How
do we do that? And I have some tips and
tricks today to teach you, to help elevate your vibe,
to rise you up, to inspire you that this life
gets to be everything that you want it to be.
(03:37):
And you are in the driver's seat. You're in the
driver's seat. And if I can empower you with that,
just to know, at the end of the day, I
am in the driver's seat of my life, and I
get to decide what things mean and I get to
make miracles happen in my life. I do this for
(04:01):
me and my family every single day. I don't know
if you've heard about that guy, Tony Robbins, but he's
like the number one best selling personal development coach in
all of American history. Well Tony Robbins, I'm trained under him.
I've done his classes, I've done all of his things.
I'm a personal development coach. I help people communicate because
(04:23):
a lot of people don't know how to communicate. Well
Tony Robbin says, where focus goes, energy flows. So whatever
you focus on is what's going to be high resolution
in your life. If you rehearse your burdens, you multiply them,
and if you rehearse your blessings, you multiply those. So
(04:46):
are you counting your burdens? Are you counting your blessings?
Every day I wake up and say to myself, Wow,
thank you body for waking up, Thank you for being
in good working order. Thank you for the breath and
my love. Thus, thank you for my throat chakra where
I could use my voice to help empower people to
(05:07):
take back control and be in the driver's seat of
their life. And so I'm constantly counting blessings, even the
smallest ones out there. If you rehearse your burdens, you're
going to multiply them. If you rehearse your blessings, you're
going to multiply those. It is a discipline, of course.
(05:27):
A miracle calls it a shift in perception, and I
love this. You know. A few years ago I had
my spiritual awakening through law school and they were teaching
me legal and simultaneously I was reading Lawful and there
was a clear distinction between the public side and the
private side, right, and so I had a huge shift
(05:53):
in perception. Now I was going through the court like crazy.
I had two hundred and eighty three court dates and
six years through the family court, through the criminal court.
It was disgusting and nasty, but I had a shift
in perception and everything got built around language and how
language is structured and what things mean and what I
(06:15):
was assigning meaning too, and it shifted my perception. So basically,
for a long time I said I had my spiritual awakening.
Basically my spiritual awakening was a shift in perception. And
this is what as a clinical hypnotherapist, I love teaching
you about a shift in perception and what that looks like,
(06:38):
because what are you assigning meaning too? Right? A lot
of times people come into my coaching space and they're like,
this happened to me, and I just help them ask
different quality questions, like what is this teaching me? It's
about being really disciplined. You're not asked to deny difficulty.
(07:00):
You're asked to reinterpret it, reinterpret what you're making that mean?
How is this defining me? How is this refining me?
What muscle am I building? Meaning is not found, Meaning
is assigned. So what are you making your life mean?
And if you're making it mean something negative? I'm asking
(07:20):
you can you turn it around? Can you? You know?
I teach this in my book Successful women show up
differently if you don't have that book. Get it. It's
on Amazon right now for heck a cheap. I think
it's eight bucks. But I give you the tips and
tricks on how to live in your bigness, how to
play full out in your life. And one of those
(07:42):
things is a radical Breakthrough protocol. Radical Breakthrough Protocol along
with my radical mindset Reset, and this resets all the
negative self talk or negative talk in the world in
your brain. And you have to be very conscious of
what you're making things mean, and how you're talking to
(08:04):
yourself and how you're talking to your body. It's a muscle.
You're building a muscle, and you're assigning meaning to things. Right.
If you want a good life, you just have to
decide that you want it. It's really that easy. Come
on you guys, Like if I could be your cheerleader,
Like I just show you what's possible. I'm not trying
(08:26):
to be here out here grandioso all big shown you
what I'm doing. If you follow me on social media,
Tisha Marie Kane c ai In follow me there, I
give you tips and tricks every day. I show you
what's possible. I don't come from you know, tons of
grandioso environments and tons of money. I know everything that
(08:47):
I've built, I've built with my own hands. I've climbed
the corporate ladder, I've done all of the things. I
have more letters at the end of my name because well,
just to be complete transparent, I had to feel like
I had to hustle for my worth in the past, right,
I always felt not good enough, and so like, can
(09:08):
I get another certificate? Yes, I have all the certificates
I do, and my skills are way above par. I
do everything good and I'm not trying to brag or
be grow grandioso about it, but I just want to
show you what's possible. Right. If you look at your
life and your life stinks, why because you're assigning meaning
(09:30):
to all these things. Look at your language, right. I
had someone that recently came into my reality and she
continues to use the worst language and focus on the
worst things. And then I like just peeked into her life.
Her life totally sucks. You know, she's a smoker, she's
(09:50):
a drinker, she sleeps all day, she doesn't even have
a lot of clients. She has all of this nonsense
going on because she uses to live a life of negativity.
Like if I could pivot her and have her focus
on just right now, just focus on one thing that
lights your fire, what thing really adds joy and love
(10:15):
to your life, and focus on that and then baby
step it out to full view on all the other
blessings in your life. Right, So, meaning is assigned. If
you want a good life, you must decide that you
want one. And I was talking to my husband the
other day. When I was going through the court system,
it was disgusting and worth it, and it was a wild,
(10:38):
beautiful ride. But I remember the moment that I went
to Minnesota and I meditated for nine days in the
Minnesota woods, and I sat there and I said, what
do I do? What do I do? Do I keep
going into these systems that are broken? Do I keep
going in or do I go out? If I continue
(11:02):
to go in and fight, fight, fight, I was just
going to continue to get the fight right or if
I stayed out, I lost too. It was a lose
lose situation. But I tell you right now, when I
made that decision to stop going in these systems because
I was angry. I was so angry. I was using
(11:22):
all of my energy on being angry. When I stopped
that and I really took back the wheel to my life,
and honestly, to be transparent, it was like Jesus take
the will you know the carry Underwood song, Like Jesus
take the wheel because this life sucks. And this was
(11:43):
about ten years ago. I was ruined. I was ran
through the court system. There was the biggest smear campaign
in American history. And all I kept defaulting to is
just because people believe all the lives doesn't make its
true right. And so I started redefining my focus, focusing
(12:04):
up everywhere. I made the decision in those Minnesota woods
to stop going in court. I just stopped. I just
said I'm never going back in a summons is an invitation,
No thank you, I'm not accepting your invitation. See uh,
I'm out right, good luck right. And so Wayne Dyer
talks about this, when you change the way you look
(12:27):
at things, the things you look at change, And so
I started giving blessings for the court system. I started saying,
you know what, thank you for law school because it
taught me how to zone in on legal language. And
then that got me over here to zone in on
lawful language. And so I now instead of cursing the
(12:52):
American government. I started giving blessings to it. I'm like, wow,
you know what, if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't
comprehend that I am so powerful. And I started to
step up into my power and have no fear. I
have no fear when it comes to these systems anymore.
And that's a blessing. And it really broke me wide
(13:16):
open from anger and hate and to love. I just
love them. Right because there are four profit entity the
cord systems are here because you are the clients. You
get to chingchingchingchin, keep them on the calendar, so they
keep showing up every day. Right. They have taken an
(13:37):
oath to defend and support the constitution of the United
States of America. They get to show up every single day,
and you are their clients. So when I said no,
thank you, I'm not going in anymore, my whole life
opened up. And you know what, I had to do
a lot of forgiveness. I had to go in and
just start forgiving these bad actors. There's still some very
(13:59):
bad actors, but you know what, I don't focus on
them anymore. I just like, you're going to self destruct
with your bad habits and the way that you're behaving
and I don't have to do anything. Yes, I believe
in karma, but I also believe in I don't have
to wish anybody anything bad. I don't because I believe that,
(14:21):
you know what, if you do bad, you're gonna get bad.
If you do good, you're gonna get good. And so
I started focusing on what brings me joy and adding
meaning to my life. The universe does not move until
you move, so I had to move. Once I decided
I am available for joy, I am done surviving, and
(14:44):
I'm choosing to thrive, things started to rearrange and the
universe started handing itself to me on a silver ladder.
People started showing up in my life. They started to appear,
Healing started to un fold in my life. Doors started
to unlock. I used to say this, I've been making
(15:05):
Corporate America millions my whole entire life. I'm gonna make
Instead of making Corporate America millions, I'm gonna make Tisha
Marie Kane millions. I'm gonna impact millions and make millions.
And that's exactly what I set out to do, because
that's what I decided. I decided I was going to
do this. And I don't know if you know Joe Dispensa,
(15:27):
but he teaches your personality creates your personal reality. Right,
there's your personality, suck. Are you someone that people love
to hang around with? Are you creative and fun like
all of my friends and family. No, I'm gonna go
over at Tisha Marie Kane's house because I know she's
doing something fun. Right. I'm either painting or drawing, or
(15:48):
we got the karaoke machine out, or we're going somewhere
on the golf cart, or we're having some sort of
baking cookies or doing something fun. Because I am a
fun person to hang around with, right, And so I
just teach you that you just get to decide. You
get to decide what you're adding to your life, what
(16:09):
you're making meaning of. If you keep waking up with
the same old identity, the same complaints, the same fears,
the same stories that you're telling yourself, you create the
same year. And I'm not doing that. I'm here to
live a big life. And so my question to you,
if you're traveling down the highway today, are you done
(16:30):
playing small? Are you done living a life that you
are not living out your wildness, desires. What do you desire?
What do you want in this life? What do you
want right? Because you're creating the same year over and
over and over. It's redundancy and miracles follow identity shifts.
(16:53):
That's what I do in hypnotherapy, and that's why I love, love,
love love hypnotherapy. If you guys have no I tried hypnotherapy,
I love this because you're not having to use psychedelics
or any of the outside modalities. This is all internal.
Hypnotherapy is a cheat code and we get to identity
(17:15):
shift you out of black, out of fear, out of anger.
I know someone who is so freaking angry right now,
and every word that comes out of his mouth is
like dang, dang, dang. I'm like, oh my gosh, Like
I love and don't get me wrong, I mean, these
shadow emotions are great to use. I love like if
(17:36):
all of all of the emotions, Like if you put
all the emotions in a bag, anger, sadness, fear, guilt, shame,
I'm not good enough all those things, if you put
them in a bag and I reached in and grabbed one,
I would love to pull out anger because anger makes
me move, You make me mad. Whoa, I'm gonna have
(17:58):
every baseboard in my house totally cleaned. I I have
all the dishes done, all the laundry done, everything vackue.
I'll love anger. Let's go right. But if you give
me sadness when I get sad, I don't like that
one because it just sits me at the seat of
my soul and I sit here and I'm like, I'm sad.
So I don't like that one. I don't go there.
(18:19):
I don't do that one. But I love when I
shift out of these dark emotions into something beautiful. So
I'm wanting to know. I'm wanting to know, if you
can ask yourself, who would I be if I were
thriving right, if I didn't have to wait for the
next paycheck, if I didn't have to wait for the
next whatever. What version of me would would I want
(18:43):
to come online? What would I tolerate? What would stop
me from doing these old negative patterns and not filling
my body with beautiful things. I last week, if you
were here with me last week, myself were in rejuvenating themselves.
So I was really clear and very careful about what
(19:07):
I put in my body. Right, I wanted cold pressed juice.
I wanted fresh foods so I can start rejuvenating my
body and get it back to optimal health. And so
I made a conscious choice to do that. So beautiful
things happen when you distance yourself from negativity. Energy is real, you, guys,
(19:30):
And if you sit in criticism, if you sit in
pointing fingers and chaos and gossip and outrage, you cannot
create purpose from that frequency. You don't find purpose and
noise and you find purpose and clarity. That's why it's
so important to meditate. I meditate every day because I
have been blessed with more words than the Bible Concordinance,
(19:53):
the strongs expanded, exhaustive concordinance of the Bible. I've been
blessed with more word. So that's why in the mornings
I have to shush, because I have to listen. I
believe that prayer is talking to God, and whatever God
means to you, the God of your own understanding, right,
Prayer is talking to God. Meditation is listening to God's
(20:15):
source energy. Listen. I have to shut my mouth and listen.
What do I do next? Because I want to find
meaning and purpose in today's life. It's twenty twenty six.
It's the twenty first century, it's two hundred and fifty
years of the Constitution, whatever that means. Right, people are
celebrating that, and I love to celebrate, right, So I'm like, okay,
(20:38):
I'll be celebrating that too. Let's go right. So, finding
meaning and purpose in twenty twenty six is huge, right now.
You got to turn down the noise of all this
social media. And I was watching like, I don't consume
a whole lot of social media. I just get on
their post because you guys can't fund me if you
(20:59):
don't find me, right, Like, I gotta. This is what
I teach new businesses. I do startups for new businesses. Okay,
let's get you know, your logo, and let's get your
Instagram and your Facebook, and let's get a contract going,
and let's get some Canaba art out there, and let's
get your business cards and your Yelp and your your
Google and I do the foundations for business. But you
got to get out there and get seen because if
(21:22):
they can't find you, they cannot fund you. Right. So
finding meaning and what you want to do, stacking joy
in your life, let's do that. Healing is in the doing,
you say, I, Well, a lot of people tell me Tisha,
you're so inspiring, and I say that's great. But inspiration
(21:44):
without action is entertainment. So am I just entertaining you
or are you doing something to get inspired? And I had,
you know, to be completely transparent. I had a little
bit of a wall the first part of the year.
I felt so uninspired. I had done a lot of things,
(22:05):
and I was like, oh, I feel apathetic. I hate
that feeling of apathy, right, Like, what's my next thing?
I've done it all? I mean, I'm a radio show host.
Thank you guys for tuning in. I get to live
out my wildest dreams. And what more do I want
in this life? What more do I want to create?
(22:26):
I'm a creator God. I am one with the one
source energy. If God made me and I am part God,
then God is in me and I'm a creator God,
and God wants to see me create. What do I
want to create? I want to create a beautiful life.
I want to create a beautiful scenery for me, for
my family, for those in my energy, because everybody in
(22:50):
my energy wins. I am a mountain moving energy. And
so when I come on this radio station, and I
go on here and I tell you about making meaning
and purpose. I tell you I'm walking the walk and
talking the walk. I'm doing it all because I just
show you what's possible. And all those before me who
(23:12):
have come before me, they showed me who what was possible,
and I just clean I'm like, ooh, I love their life.
Their life seems great. They're traveling. Okay, great, now, I'm
a world traveler. That's what I do. Right, So how
do we how do we make meaning and purpose out
of this beautiful life? How do we show up differently
(23:35):
to call in our bigness? How do we get there?
So what we're gonna do. We're gonna go to break
here in a second, And I want you to listen
to these the messages from our sponsors. Take a moment
and start asking yourself the good quality questions. What do
I want my life to look like? What do I
(23:56):
want my life to sound like? What do I want
my life to feel like? And when we come back,
I'm gonna take you down through the frameworks to really
understand what's available for you. Because everything is available to you.
And if you don't believe me, borrow my belief so
stay right there. We're going to go to break and
(24:18):
we'll be back after these messages. Thanks guys.

And we are back so today on beyond mindset limits,
where clarity meets confidence and transformation becomes actionable. We're talking
about having meaning and purpose in twenty twenty six. My
name is Tisha Marie Kane. I can be found at
www dot Tisha Marie Kain c ai in dot com.
(27:39):
I specialize in a lot of things. I love hypnotherapy
as a cheat code. I'm a breakthrough mindset coach, I'm
an author, I'm an artist. I do all things, and
I help you rewire your brain at the subconscious level.
Hypnotherapy works because it bypasses willpower and it reprograms your identity.
(28:03):
You don't need more motivation. You need subconscious alignment. You
can out outthink a subconscious belief if deep down you
believe I don't deserve joy. Life is hard, people always leave,
It's probably going to fail. Then you're going to create that.
And I've watched this in my life. This is why
(28:27):
I say I have the cheat codes. I have lived
a thousand lifetimes as Avatar Tisian Marie Kane. Trust me,
I've tried to squeeze in as much life as I
can every year, year after year after year. I'm better
this year than I was last year, and I was
better last year than I was the year before. Because
(28:49):
I'm highly competitive. I want to win. I'm going to
win you, guys, I always win, and that's what I
tell my subconscious mind. Even if I don't win the battle,
I'm going to win the war. But I even hate
saying language like that because I'm done fighting. I am
(29:09):
done fighting. I just want to love you where you are.
I just want to love you. You get to be you,
I get to be me. I don't want to change you.
But if you want help to change, if you want
help to flip out of your negative, crappy mindset, this
is where I come in like there's coaches, there's therapists, psychologists,
(29:31):
there's people here to help you flip this life around.
You deserve an easy life. And you know what I
was living for the first half of my life. I
was living everything hard. Everything was lived hard. And now
in my mind, every single day I push the easy
(29:53):
buttons on things and people say, hey, Tisha, Okay, we
have a B and C available to you. Which one
would you like? And I will answer back or question
back which one's the easy one, and they'll say B.
I'm like, give me B because I like the easy buttons.
(30:17):
I like the easy buttons. Right, I'm no longer doing
things hard. And so how do I know that this
stuff works is because I work it every day. I
use neurolinguistic programming. I use positive mindset, I use the
Radical Breakthrough Protocol, I use the Radical Mindset Reset. I
(30:40):
use all of these tools, these tips and tricks that
trademark through the State of California. They're all trademarked for you.
I have developed a framework to flip you out of
your negative mindset so you can have purpose and meaning
in twenty twenty six, so I do have the cheat codes.
That's why I'm here. That's why I'm on km E
(31:03):
T comeing to you. Live with beyond mindset limits because
this is beyond the mind This is beyond limits. It's
beyond the mindset. That's why I love teaching you guys
about this. If you want it right, if you're here,
you're here. If you're here, I know that the show
is supposed to be resonating with you, and you're supposed
to be picking up everything that I'm putting down today.
(31:25):
So let's take it back to basics. Okay, let's just
make this real simple, because I just told you I
love easy buttons. Let's go back to basics. Purpose is
not always grand. Sometimes purpose starts with, hey, let me
drink more water today, Hey let me move my body today.
(31:48):
Hey let me go outside and hug some trees. Right,
do what you loved to do when you were seven
years old? Right, you loved riding bikes or you loved
going swimming. That's not random your highest joy. It leaves
breadcrumbs for you. Ask what did I love before the
(32:09):
world told me who to be? Right? Purpose lives there.
What did you love to do as a kid? And
then do that. I love riding bikes right. I love it.
Every time on my bike, I'm always singing. My family
kind of don't they only goal with me because I'm
always singing and laughing and enjoying. And I got a
little speaker hooked up to my bike and I'm loud
(32:32):
about it because I really live in my highest joy there, right,
And it's in those highest joy that people tell me, Tisha,
you have mountain moving energy, and I do. I can
move mountains. And I used to say, hey, I'll see
you guys at the top. Well that's great and dandy,
but I don't want to get to the top of
the mountain. It be the only one there. I want
(32:55):
to teach you about meaning and purpose because the fact
that you're alive right now now, the fact that you're
here on planet Earth right now in the twenty first century,
and we are in a critical stage of humanity and
we get to really live out our highest potential. We do.
And you know why, I know because it's just a decision.
(33:16):
I opened up the show with a decision. You just decide.
Right when things got noisy and I opened up social
media and it was like too much noise and it
was anger and sadness and violence, no, I don't want
to see that. No, no, no, no, no no.
Speaker 1 (33:35):
Right.
Speaker 2 (33:35):
I cannot change the world, even though my heart, I'm
very deeply empathic. My heart wants to change the world,
and I hope I do this every day when I
show up on social media and help people through hypnotherapy.
And I'm hired as a private mediator to keep people
out of the court system, to keep people working together
and communicating. I'm an expert mediator. I'm an expert communicator.
(34:00):
I reach out to people. I try to help where
I can, But when things get too noisy and too busy,
I just start small. How do I live in the
highest frequency inside my home and then I move out
to my family, and then I move out to my
immediate community, and then I move out from there. I
can't help people in Nova Scotia, Nova Scotia, I can't
(34:25):
help people in Romania. I can't help people in Canada.
I can't help those people. I can help the people
right here in my sphere of influence, right here today,
raising the vibe, showing people how to live in their
highest joy, finding meaning and purpose. In today's age, we
incarnated here you guys, if you believe it or not
(34:45):
borrow my belief. You signed up to come to planet
Earth right now, at this time space continuum. You signed
up to be here, and so if you signed up
to be here, let's go, let's go. Imagine being eighty
years years old, looking back and realizing you were brave enough,
(35:05):
you chased it and it worked. You get one life.
Do you want to suffer or do you want to thrive?
Of course, in miracles, it says, a miracle is a
shift from fear into love. Fear says, stay small, play safe,
don't try. Love says, stand in your bigness. My love
(35:32):
language is inspiring you to stand in your power. Everyone
in my energy wins because I love to win. I
hold you accountable for your greatness. This is what I do.
So what's the first step. Let me break this down
a little easier, back to basics. Identify what energizes you.
(35:57):
Purpose often hides inside the things that now naturally excite
or motivate you. Right. I love doodling. I'm a doodler. Right,
I'm like, give me a pen, give me a piece
of paper. I'm going to be drawing little spirals and
hearts and stars and little polka dots. I'm a doodler,
so purpose hides in those things that motivate me. Write
(36:21):
down ten activities that make you lose track of time
when I When I doodle, I can seriously doodle for
like three hours. You know. I can seriously listen to
course and miracles. I can get lost in that. I
love reading. I can get lost in a good book
(36:41):
for hours. Right, I lose track of time? What was
I doing? What was helping me? And what skills was
I using when I was losing track of time? Look
for those patterns, right, And if you look for those patterns,
you know I love to teach. I love to solve problems.
(37:04):
I love to motivate people and inspire people to live
in their bigness, to grow, to get everything that this
life has, what they want. But heart. Part of being
I'm a healer, Right, I've healed helped heal people. Part
of being a healer is I wanted to go in
there initially and save people from their suffering. And what
I realized I can't do that, right, and I pass
(37:25):
over the driver will There's been several of my clients
that showed up and I'm like, okay, well, when you're
done suffering, come back and let me know. And they're like, what,
I get to choose to stop suffering. Oh, yes, you
get to choose, but you're not ready. You're not ready, right.
And I play that on them and they're like, what
I am ready? I want to I want to start thriving.
(37:47):
I don't want to live in lack anymore. I want
to live in my highest frequency and my highest joy.
I want to speak on stages around the world. I'm like,
great in today's day one. Let's do that. Let's go right.
So look for the patterns. Look for the things that
excite you and the things that motivate you. Explore your
(38:10):
core values. A lot of times when I get hired
to go inside corporations, I first thing I do is
I run their values. I see the values of that corporate,
America and entity, and I run a lot of its growth. Right,
What are your core values? What matters most to you?
What makes you feel proud of yourself? What is it right?
(38:36):
Common core values often become freedom, time, freedom, money, freedom, right?
What kind of freedom is important to you? Growth, creativity, service, family, knowledge, impact.
Like I'm a student, I'm a lifelong student. I'm a
teacher too, I'm a teacher and a preacher, but I'm
(38:57):
a lifelong student and I'm all he's in a book.
I'm always learning. I'm picking up little nuggets from people
around the world who are making big impacts, so I
can come in here and continue to make big impact
to help grow my brand and to grow and help
people grow and inspire people to live in their bigness,
to bring them back into joy for the highest value
(39:21):
of love and connection. Connection is one of my highest values.
I love people, and I love getting connected to people,
especially healed people, people who have done the work, people
who have flipped out of these negative emotions and assigning
meaning to all this Blogoney, I love people or are
(39:41):
like okay, yep. You can tell when you come into
the energy of someone who's done the work, because they're like,
it's fine, no worries, you know, thank you for being here.
They count the blessings. You see the language that they used,
and you can tell someone who's still struggling with the language,
like if you're calling people and leaving bad voicemails, or
(40:02):
you're calling names and using the F bomb and doing
all this stuff, it's like, come on, you know you
got to be in It's cliche. You got to be
the change that you want in the world. It is cliche,
but it's so true. Right. How do I want to
make people's lives better?
Speaker 1 (40:25):
Right?
Speaker 2 (40:25):
I want to make people feel seen and heard. I
want to teach practical skills, really simple skills, like beyond
mindset limits, where I teach you how to have meaning
and purpose in today's life because I'm living in my
highest choice. So I just teach you what's possible and
show you what's possible. So I want to inspire you
(40:50):
being creative. Right, I want to inspire using technical difficulties.
There is nothing I can't learn or or can't do.
Like I said, I do everything well and that's not
coming from a place of ego. But I tell you
right now, I just learned how to play or I'm learning. Rather,
I'm not learned all the way, but I'm just learning
(41:11):
how to play golf. And you should see I'm a
mindset coach. You should see all of the crap coming
up when I'm playing golf because I'm not good at
it yet, right, But you're not good at it when
you just start. And so I'm like, Okay, Tisha Marie Kane,
can I give myself a little bit of grace. Right now,
I'm learning a new skill. I've never played golf before
(41:35):
in my life, and the reason why I took up
golf is I have a lot of C suite executives
who have outperformed on the golf course or are underperforming
on the golf course course, and their mind is getting
in the way their mindset, so they come to me
for hypnotherapy so I can work on their mindset. I
(41:56):
currently have a client right now who is a world
class golfer and he is angry. So one of the
things that I tasked him with is, great, when you're angry,
you're gonna get a set of red balls, and all
you're gonna do is you're gonna hit every ball and
you're gonna assign meaning to each of those balls. I'm
angry because da da da da da, and assign meaning
to that ball and hit it. And then I'm angry
(42:19):
about da da da da, assign meaning to that red
ball and hit it. And just go out there and
hit red balls over and over and over and over
and over and over again until you are done being
angry with all of that garbage. And then he comes
back to me He's like, Tisha, I didn't even realize
it was that simple. Yeah, it really is that simple.
(42:41):
Get it out, harness. Okay, I'm angry. I do this too,
on paper, a guy journal every day. I'm angry because
of this, this, this. I'm angry because these people are
still unwilling to do the work. I'm angry because these
people are still using bad language. I'm angry because whatever, right,
(43:02):
and I'll put it down on paper and then when
I'm done, I shut the book. I'm done. Okay, I'm done. Cool.
Now let's focus and let's make meaning of this beautiful life.
Thank you coffee. I love coffee. Thank you hot, warm beverage.
I love tea. I'm making meaning of these things. And
I start asking myself these impactful questions that impact myself
(43:23):
so I can teach, so I can help you live
your fullest, best life. Follow curiosity instead of pressure. Many
people search for purpose like it's a final destination, final
destination and it isn't right. Instead of follow curiosity, breadcrumbs.
(43:45):
What topics do you constantly read about? Right? I joined
this book club, and I thought it was going to
be great because I'm like, I love reading, and I
joined the book club, and they assigned us all of
these books to read for the year, and I'm like,
uh uh are genres I would never read. I'm not
reading about crime. There's enough crime. I'm not reading about
(44:06):
these genres. I'm not reading about that. I'm like, oh,
so I realized all of my books and my libraries
self help books. No wonder why I'm a coach, No
wonder why I'm an expert communicator. No wonder why I
am a clinical hypnot therapist, because all of my books
are that are about that. I read this stuff. I live,
I breathe what I love most. Right, That's what I
(44:30):
constantly read about. So I'm like, okay, sorry, no ard feelings,
but I can't go to the book club. I cannot
go to the book club because I just want to
read books in my genre that light me up so
I can help you help the world. Right, What problems
do you enjoy solving? I love solving problems. What conversations
(44:53):
excite you? I love talking about spirituality and woo woo
and aliens and anything beyond mindset limits. I love talking
about all of that because I love getting someone else's
perception that I didn't think about right, I love Okay,
what do you think? Tell me, especially someone I admire
and love, right, like, okay, what are your thoughts on
(45:17):
on this? What are your thoughts on that? And I'm like, ooh,
I've never thought about it that way. And I'm open.
I'm so completely open because I want to know. Am
I thinking about it differently? And am I doing the
wrong thing? Because I tell you, I started this call
out with I am going to win. I'm going to
win this game called life. Last week it was called
winning the Game of Life. I'm going to freaking win.
(45:40):
I want to win. And so my question to you
is do you want to win? Do you want to
win this game called life? Do you want to find
meaning and purpose of the things that fill you up,
that keep you excited, Go to the things that keep
you curious like a five year old child. Curiosity is
(46:01):
often purpose in disguise. So build purpose through small experiments
instead of waiting for clarity, test things out. I do
this all time. Volunteer for causes that you care about. Right,
I was like curious about this book club. I'm like,
I want I love reading. I'm gonna go to this
(46:22):
book club. I was curious, and I quickly found out
I don't like book club. I don't want to go
to book club because they don't read books that I like. Right,
And I just started laughing at myself. But at least
I tried it, right, at least I try I showed
up and was gave it my all, and I was
so energized. And I'm like, oh, I'm not reading this
book about prime right. Start with small projects, right, I
(46:44):
start out last year. I started the first part of
the year and I did one hundred days of art.
I just committed to every night sitting at the separate
table after dinner with my husband to paint trees. And
I wanted to channel in my Bob Ross, right. So
I'm like, Bob Ross, if you could be here today,
what do you want me to know? And I'm painting
(47:05):
this happy little tree. Right, So for one hundred days
I did that. I did these small projects. Now this year,
in twenty twenty six, guess what those little trees need? Birds?
So Miss Tisha Marie Kane is painting birds every night. Right,
I got a lot of little birds. I can't wait
for you guys to see. I'm I'm going to drop
a new book. I'm going to be a six times
best selling author because I'm going to do the Wisdom
(47:26):
of the Birds here this year in twenty twenty six.
That's what excites me. Right, I want to drop another book.
I want to write another book that inspires people to
live in their greatness. Teach a skill that you know,
mentor someone. Try different career paths, right, try out something new.
Reflect on the past. What life story already? What is
(47:51):
your life story already containing? It's containing clues? What challenges
shaped you? What lessons did you learn the hard way?
What could those experience is help others today? You know
what turn your struggles into service? That's what I did.
That's why I have a legal business. My struggles two
hundred eighty three court dates, Like, come on, who does that?
(48:13):
So of course I know all the court papers. I've
won the Supreme Court, I've won the municipal court, I
won the superior courts, I won small claims courts. Right,
I haven't won federal court yet. Maybe I try that.
That's exciting, Right, that gets me going. So I'm just
telling you that I'm walking you back to what's meaningful
(48:35):
and what's making you think about how you can serve
bigger in turning those struggles into service. So I create
a personal mission. My purpose is to use my strengths
in such and such to help such and such achieve
(48:56):
such and touch get a personal mission. Find out what
your mission is. My purpose is to use my creativity
to inspire people to think differently right. My purpose is
to help others improve their mental and physical health. What
is your purpose? And write it down? Write it on
your mirror and your bathroom. What is my purpose? And
(49:19):
why am I here? And write it there and look
at it and read it while you brush your teeth
every three minutes in the mirror every morning. Focus on contribution,
not perfection. A meaningful life isn't about doing something huge right.
It's purpose office often comes from helping one person, solving
(49:43):
one problem, improving one situation. Small contributions add up to
big meaning. This is what I do, so I reduce
distractions that hide purpose. Sometimes purpose feels unclear because life
is noisy with all the stuff going on. Like, no way,
(50:08):
I'm shutting it down. No way, I shut everything down.
I have a TV room. I put the TV in
that room, and I allow myself one hour of week
of TV, and I put it in that room, I
do nothing else. I don't go on there. I don't
even go in there because it's distracting me from my
purpose and my meaning and my routines every day. So
(50:31):
build a meaningful routine. Add small habits that reinforce your purpose.
Daily journaling, gratitude, practice, learning something new, helping someone every day.
These will add meaning and purpose every single day. So
let's go. So thank you for the people who have
written in for today's radio show. I can't get to
(50:54):
all of them, but I wanted to address a few
of these. So Melissa from Long Beach, she said, Hey,
I feel stuck most of the time, and I want purpose,
but I don't even know where to start. Everything feels
so overwhelming, and so my answer would be, Melissa, stuck
is just undecided energy. You don't need the whole map,
(51:17):
You need the next aligned step. Okay, what is that
aligned step? Start with your body, Start with habits, Start
with what gives you one ounce of expansion. Overwhelmed disappears
when you move forward. Action creates clarity, Clarity creates confidence,
(51:38):
Confidence creates momentum, and then you start going. Let's go.
Purpose is not found sitting still. Melissa let's go do
something that lights your fire today. What is it? What
is it that you loved as a child, And do
that today? Right, healing is in the doing. Javier from Pasadena.
(52:00):
He says, I'm tired of the negativity in the world.
It feels irresponsible to ignore it, but it drains me. Ooh,
I love that. I love that. Thank you, Javier. Awareness
and awareness and immersion is different. You can be informed
without being consumed. Right, So I just pop on there
(52:21):
what's going on? And I pop right off. I don't consume.
If we relate it back to a course in miracles,
it says you can choose peace instead of this. You're
not required to marinate in the outrage. Right, your nervous
system was not designed for twenty four hours of fear cycles.
(52:41):
No limit the intake on social media. Curate your inputs
and protect your mind. Protect your mind. Right. I do
all the diets. I watch what goes in my mouth,
I watch what goes in my eyes, I watch what
goes in my ears, do all the diets, jabby air.
So I hope this radio show has helped you today
