Speaker 1 (00:00):
Very favored. I think he's the best intelligence analyst in
the in the universe. And by the way, an intergalactical
panel of intelligence experts agreed, So that's really good. Ryan
Morrow joins us, ladies and gentleman the Great Ryan Morrow.
How's it going, Ryan?

Speaker 2 (00:20):
Hey, I'm doing all right. How are you, Chris?

Speaker 1 (00:22):
We're doing fantastic here, just fantastic. You know, our our
community has actually been under attack, Ryan, but we have
been able to struggle through and move forward today. I
don't know if you've heard about it, but somebody hung
an America First sign on one of the bridges over

(00:44):
the interstate here and the whole place is just lost
it there. Some people are still hiding. It was taken down,
but we survive, Ryan.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
So so you're a member of what community? Then, exactly
how are you persecuted? I'm trying to follow.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
Somebody hung up a sign and people lost their mind
over it. So it's all stupid, and you know, it's
so beneath what you and I need to be talking
about right now. I just got to move forward. Ryan
Morrow is our guest. Ryan, I just want to get
your thoughts on where we stand today with this Iran excursion.

(01:29):
I think that's what some are calling it right now,
an excursion.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
Yes, yes, So where we stand is we're kicking ass
I mean this scenario of getting into a war with
your audience regime and then then trying to shut down
the streets of horror moves, which they would only do

(01:55):
even under their ideal scenario for a very limited period
of time because they need to export things through that
themselves in order to survive. We've talked about that scenario
is like one of the disaster scenarios that was realistic
but probably gonna happen one day my entire professional career,
and every conversation I've had about what that would be

(02:16):
like involved in being way worse than what we're facing.
So I know that there's all those tankins out there
there making it sound as this we're all going through
nom But you can really only correctly assess the situation
not on saying oh, we're things more pleasant before the
situation or during like, That's not how you assess whether

(02:40):
a war is going well, because it's always going to
be like worse than the day before the war. What
you have to compare it against is all the likely
things that were probably going to happen that you thwarted
and how you beat expectations or expectations were worse, And
by any metric, I mean things are are going well.

(03:01):
I just I don't get the pessimism. Well, I guess
they do get it when I see how social media
is just saturated with foreign accounts that are printing or
publishing material, not just in foreign languages, but a lot
of it in English. Like there'll be accounts that you
think are American, then you look at it and you're like, oh, oh,
that's actually based in like Zimbabwe, and it's you know,

(03:26):
in English, so everybody thinks like, oh, that's representative of
American opinion. Everyone's turning against the war, and it's just
not true.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
Well, Ryan Morrow, our guest on the Chris Bakers Show.
So here's what I can't seem to get my hands around.
I hate all of it. I'll just be straight. I
don't like any of this. I hate it. But at
the same time, Iran has been horrible for almost fifty years.
They've been, you know, attacking us in one way or another.

(03:58):
But and the Iranians, and I'm talking about the crazy
mullas over there can is this in any way in
your opinion, going to take them out of power.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
Over the long term. Sure. And also it's situations like this,
anything can happen in terms of regime's stability. So you
can have a government like the Arab Spring kicked off
because the government in Tunisia, of all places like, fell
in the blink of an eye. And I had actually
written a book and articles going back to two thousand
and four as a five saying that there is going

(04:36):
to be this chain reaction, and I basically described the
Arabs Spring in detail a long time before it was
going to happen, how it was going to go. But
I never expected to be Tunisia that would kick it off.
And so regimes that you're very stable can go into
the blink of an eye, and the ones that you
think should be unstable immediately can stick around. And so

(04:58):
while a lot of people were expecting their in regime
to fall within days, and that was because I think
they hadn't. They weren't. They just learned exactly how much
the Iranian people hated the regime. That people were coming out.
That wasn't new to me. It wasn't an unprecedented situation.
So I figured the regime could fall and there could

(05:19):
be a Maduro situation. I didn't have access to any
classified intelligence, so you couldn't rule lad that there is
an opportunity, But that was never part of my calculation
saying I support this. I was never like, oh, well,
if we do this and then it'll be good because
the regime is gonna fall a matter of week for
a few months. In fact, what I wrote for Glenn
Beck's website was that the likeliest scenario that Trump's unannounced

(05:43):
objective an he has since kind of announced this, is
that we're trying to pave the way for regime change,
sort of like how Israel would strike Lebanon in Syria
and other countries at will because they had eliminated their
defenses and weakened them so much that bombing just wasn't
that big of a deal. And I thought that was

(06:03):
the right objective for a campaign answer ran the nuclear
issue aside, getting it to where we don't have to
build up for weeks or a month under very high risks,
under a very high risk in a very expensive way
in order to take out one of their sites, and
instead of moving to a situation where they don't have

(06:24):
cheef and then if they start trying to make chief,
we can neutralize that problem very quickly and not have
to worry about retaliation, and over time the regime would fall.
That seemed to be by far the smartest objective and
something worth pursuing, and that appears to be what we're doing.

Speaker 1 (06:41):
So and Ryan Morrow is our guest here on the
Chris Baker radio program. By the way, Ryan, the email
came in from Gina. Gina says she loves you, you're
the best, and she can't find you on the internet.
So please would you tell Gina where she can enjoy

(07:01):
all the great Ryan Morrow stuff.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
I don't know why I have a funny feeling about
that email, but it's Ryanmorrow dot com.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
R oh, Ryan Morrow, a U.

Speaker 2 (07:15):
R O dot com. Yeah, but then on ax, Ryan Morrow.

Speaker 1 (07:18):
And by the way, uh, for all of you out
there that are thinking, well I need to know more
about Ryan Morrow, go to YouTube. I'm gonna you know,
I'm gonna do this, Ryan, Go to YouTube, pull up
the movie Finding the Mountain of Moses. It's amazing and
you should you should check that out. So now let's
move forward. Ryan, if uh, IF if they're a if

(07:40):
the United States is able to get out of this
situation and have safety for the straight of horror moves.
What do you think the long term? Uh, well, what
do you think the future is for this region in general?
Because this has been just a nasty region full of
killing and all kinds of craziness. Do you think that

(08:01):
that's ever going to really calm down?

Speaker 2 (08:05):
I do actually a long time. I'm actually more optimistic
about the Middle East than I am about where the
US is headed. And that's because the Middle East isn't
much worse shape, so it's a lot easier to get
on a positive path. But the trend lines are actually
in our favor, and they're decisively in our favor if

(08:25):
they're rannie in regime falls. And as you're saying your question,
I was trying to think of, like, go what does
that look like like? What that people can relate to it?
And the scene that came to my mind is if
you remember a Chappelle's show when he was prince and
he was walking through a crowd and girls would come
up to him and he would just put his hand
on their face and push him away because he didn't

(08:47):
have time for him, and he would just walk through
that's kind of gonna be between Venezuela falling. She was
definitely falling, and then the Iranian regime falling, and then
a bunch of other things are gonna happen. If all
that happens, that's gonna be American foreign policy. We're gonna
be Prince from the Chappelle Show, and occasionally we're gonna
be bothered by things, and we're just going to place

(09:09):
one hand flat on that face and whatever's bothering us
and push it to the side and continue strugging along.

Speaker 1 (09:17):
You know, it's funny because you were the first guy
that came out and predicted Cuba, you know, in our
last conversation, So I'm gonna put a lot of stock
in that, you know, thank you.

Speaker 2 (09:30):
I was also, as far as I can tell him,
the first one that raised the idea that as a
fifty first state and I looked, I didn't see anyone else,
say anywhere calling for it, and I said it because
when Trump, like you know what, he hyper fixates on something, yes,
and sometimes it's annoy he's the best thing. And he like,
wouldn't leave the candidate of the company to fifty first
state thing alone. And I was like, all right, everyone's

(09:53):
trying to make an argument about like, oh, we shouldn't
be pursuing this topic at all. That doesn't work with Trump.
You have to find know their candidate. And I'm like Cuba,
the way we make him not invade Canada and conquer
Canada and go back to the War of eighteen twelve
is we tell him Cuba would love to become a

(10:14):
fifty first state. Because that's probably true if you told them, hey, uh,
we'll come in and rescue you and get rid of
that government. But you get you gotta be come to
the first state. I mean that they would pass that
ninety five percent they could be in population.

Speaker 1 (10:28):
Yeah, yeah, they go for that. By the way, did
you see the group of Code Pink and other comedies
going over to Cuba to basically call the Cuban stupid
because they don't understand how great it is under communism.

Speaker 2 (10:43):
Oh my god, when Cuba is free, I can't wait
to see how that's remembered, especially like that Hassan Tiger guy, who,
for some reason, I know women love the guy, but
I think he comes off like the most effeminate, like insecture.
Like said, he's just the war and he's okay, he's
like one of the most cocky people I've ever seen.

(11:04):
And so him going over there and just like so
proudly being like, oh, I'm standing with like the liberated
state of Cuba, because in their mind you're liberated from
capitalism by replacing it with misery.

Speaker 1 (11:17):
Liberated from food. Yeah, you're in a car built after
nineteen fifty seven, right right? Oh man? Oh wow, Well, Ryan,
always a great pleasure having you on the Big Show,
Ryan Morrow. You can look him up Gina at Ryanmorrow

(11:40):
dot com. R y A N M A U r O.
Wait a minute, Gina wrote back, Ryan, I've been married
for thirty two years. He doesn't have to worry about me. Well,
I think that's rather presumptuous. I don't think you said
you've read.

Speaker 2 (11:59):
For our prank. It just it just sounded like a
Chris Baker way of like setting up something, and I
knew that there was an undisclosed punch headed my way.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
Oh so now you think I'm afraid of the truth.
I already got that much today.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
No, I thought you. I just figured you were set
me up for a prank. But now you're being my answer.
And whatever answer I was gonna give I was gonna regret.

Speaker 1 (12:23):
Ryan, Ryan, you you really are a treasure. I I
really mean that. And uh, everybody go to ryanmorow dot com,
go to YouTube, pull up Finding the Mountain of Moses.
That thing's like at five million views at isn't it.

Speaker 2 (12:40):
It's actually way beyond that because of it's in forty
two languages and it's all been stolen a bunch, so
we think it's a minimum ten million. And then on
all the different places and then all the websites, all
the media attention that got since it was released multiple
times that so yeah, yeah, I mean you go to
Saudi Arabia and like people know it, like in the

(13:01):
Middle East and in America even though most of these
are in our Americans.

Speaker 1 (13:06):
Does the paparazzi follow you around when you're in Saudi Arabia?

Speaker 2 (13:11):
No, but sometimes the Sauty police do.

Speaker 1 (13:17):
Ah. That is so awesome? What is it? Oh?

Speaker 2 (13:21):
Man?

Speaker 1 (13:21):
I'm running really late? Dog gone? All right, Ryan, next
time you come on, we got to talk about the arc. Okay?

Speaker 2 (13:27):
Oh? Sure, thing?

Speaker 1 (13:28):
I mean that that another great thing, Ryan Morrow's. Do
you like the You're like the twenty first century Indiana
Jones without the whip and better looking.

Speaker 2 (13:40):
If Indiana Jones has again liposuction periodically, then yes, lack
of activity.

Speaker 1 (13:45):
Sure, Ryan, all right, God bless you, buddy. We'll talk
to you again real soon. Thanks.

Speaker 2 (13:53):
There.

Speaker 1 (13:53):
He is the great Ryan Morrow on the Chris Bakers Show.
He's a fast coating individual.
