We get a lot of questions and comments about WHY Moms don't speak up, when they are feeling down. "Speak up, when you feel down" is an international shout out from PSI (Postpartum Support International) and many other groups and individuals advocating for awareness of postpartum depression and maternal mental wellness and yet many moms simply suffer in silence. And so we went on a deep dive to bring you answers to just a few of the primary reasons why many moms do not speak up as well as they should.
