Roy Schuster leads the Value Engineering team for Tanium, assisting customers with defining the economic value of our industry-leading endpoint management and security platform. Roy joined Tanium in January 2020. Prior to Tanium, Roy spent 16 years with Cisco Systems. At Cisco, he primarily led large-scale transformation programs for global customers, focusing on IT strategy, technology lifecycle strategy & planning, financial modeling & business case development, process improvement, metrics & measurement, and change management. Earlier in his career, Roy held leadership positions with Akibia Consulting, Lante Corporation, Cambridge Technology Partners and Accenture. He holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and an AB in Economics from the University of Chicago. Roy lives in Oak Park, Illinois, near Chicago, with his wife, two teenage children and two dogs.
