My guest this episode is Steven Blankenship from Salisbury University. He takes his role of security to heart and when he had challenges getting the information he needed, and in a timely manner, he knew he had to transform the way things were getting done.
He used Tanium to change the story of how his organization thought about, managed, and ultimately transformed to a modern, flexible, and adaptable team running at the speed of Tanium.
Steven Blankenship has been with Salisbury University since 1999 working in various roles throughout the department coming up through desktop support, networking, and systems administration before going into management. Since 2014, Steven has served as the Director of IT leading a dynamic and highly skilled team responsible for securely meeting the ever-changing technology needs of campus. He has a Master of Education in Post-Secondary Education and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Salisbury University.
