When the CEO of your company is asked who in the company we should try to be more like, you go find that person. You want to learn more about them and watch what they do. Well I had the chance to interview that person, Jeff Stokes.
In this episode we discuss how Jeff became Jeff, some of the adventures we had at a previous company, and most importantly, how to partner with other individuals and companies to make the customer successful.
Jeff Stokes is a Distinguished Engineer at Tanium. Author, blogger, gamer and dad, his IT career started at Digital (DEC) in 1994. He has specialized in the field of Windows performance analytics since mid-2008 while a Senior Escalation Engineer and then a Premier Field Engineer (PFE) at Microsoft.
He is an expert in the areas of:
Windows performance analytics
debugging
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
Windows imaging and deployment
Networking
He currently holds eleven active Microsoft certifications. He was the lead author of two books and a contributor to three more. Jeff serves on the advisory board for the Big Data certificate program at San Francisco State University. Jeff is also a #go-euc member.
