Henning Kjeldsen er kendt som Skagens mægtige erhvervsmand. En kvotekonge og byggematador, som ejer mere end 60 ejendomme i byen. Han er god for omkring 2,5 mia. kroner, hvilket gør ham til en af Danmarks rigeste.
Men i Skagen deler han vandene.
