defense or just beginning your martial arts journey, learning MMA
striking techniques is one of the fastest and most effective
ways to gain real world protection skills. Now, mixed martial

tactical combination of boxing more time and kickboxing engineer for
practical self defense in unpredictable situations. That's why I like

confidence and ability to handle real life confrontations like a pro.
