Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hi j How are you, hi, Bianca, I'm doing quite well.
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
I was wondering when your next event is.
Speaker 1 (00:11):
Our events are always held on the third Monday of
every month from six until nine pm. At the time
of this podcast recording, the next event would be on
President's Day February seventeenth or twenty twenty five.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
What type of people attend your events?
Speaker 1 (00:28):
Many types. We are like United Nations of cultural cocktail parties.
Our members and attendees have included governors, mobsters, fortune one
hundred CEOs, artists, actors, investors, nonprofit directors, and of course
purveyors of luxury. They come from all backgrounds, religions and philosophies.
(00:52):
The common denominator is that they all have a strong
passion for life.
Speaker 2 (00:57):
Can anyone attend your events?
Speaker 1 (01:00):
That's a great question, Bianca. Yes. However, non members must
purchase a ticket, and our members attend free. We do
this so that we attract attendees who are willing to
put some skin in the game and take some risk
on their first time attending. Simply visit Luxury Chamber dot

Speaker 2 (01:28):
Is there a dress code?
Speaker 1 (01:30):
Well, of course, it goes without saying no shorts and
no tennis shoes. Dress as nice as possible. Some guys
wear tuxedos, some wear a shirt and tie, and others
wear jeans with a sport coat. Some ladies wear little
black dresses, others wear business suits, and some wear full
(01:51):
on formal ball dresses. At the February President's Day party,
a little red dress might be a great option for you.
The main thing is be yourself.
Speaker 2 (02:02):
Can anyone become a member of Luxury Chamber? I might
be interested in joining. I am a tennis coach.
Speaker 1 (02:10):
Not everyone qualifies to join our chamber, However, most people
do qualify under one of three categories. Number one, a
net worth of two million or higher. Number two a
purveyor of luxury goods or services. Number three a director
of a legitimate nonprofit organization.
Speaker 2 (02:30):
So does that mean if I am not worth two
million or more that I cannot join?
Speaker 1 (02:37):
Well, that depends. Did you play tennis professionally when you
lived in Brazil? If so, you can join as a
celebrity exception, assuming you will allow me to introduce you
on the microphone at the next event. We also allow
one non luxury category per industry, and since we do
not already have a tennis coach as a member, you
(02:57):
currently qualify. Tennis is somewhat of a luxury sport regardless,
so I would love to have you on board as
a member, and I'm sure Chris Carter will agree with me.
Speaker 2 (03:10):
Okay, I'm excited. How do I join?
Speaker 1 (03:13):
Simply visit us at Luxury Chamber dot com. Click on
Join in the top index bar. If you're using a
mobile phone, click on the Hamburger index box on the
top of the screen, Clickjoin, make payment, and then email
your photo, website and pertinent contact info two Jay Shapiro

(03:37):
before Monday, I will introduce you on the microphone at
Fogo de Chaw Brazilian steakhouse, and I will give you
a complimentary full page ad in South Florida magazine for
three months as a new member. Gift. Membership is tax
deductible as a business expense.
Speaker 2 (03:57):
Okay, I think I'll do it. Do you have any
reference is who would recommend the chamber?
Speaker 1 (04:03):
Yes, indeed, Bianca, you can speak with Khalila Ali the
former wife of Muhammad Ali. Wall Street celebrity Ross Mandel,
Major Jack Doyle, Dame Mara New doctor Toby Rose, Smith Cohen,
or perhaps Rick Sykes
