Speaker 2 (00:33):
Every relationship is a learning experience. Whether the relationship works
out or not, it is still a learning experience, and
there is so much learning to be done when you
are in a partnership with someone else. Now, if the
breakup that you are mourning happened suddenly and unexpectedly, can

(01:00):
be much more difficult to get over sometimes because it
was unexpected and you didn't see it coming. And I
find that when this is the case, it can be
much more difficult to move on. I've been there before,
and I know what that feels like. And it's really

(01:24):
hard to find peace inside you when a relationship ends
a rupt plane. So one thing to do is to
try to forgive that person, to try to forgive the
person who hurt you, to try to forgive all the
people that are involved in that situation that may have

(01:45):
hurt you, and then forgive yourself. If you are blaming
yourself for anything for any part of your relationship ending,
please forgive yourself. If you don't forgive yourself, you can't
move forward. The death of a relationship is like the

(02:09):
death of a loved one. You will go through all
the different steps of the grieving process, and maybe not
in any particular order, and maybe you might skip some
of the steps, but you will go through most of them.
Just like when you experience the death of a loved one,
it's really really hard to move on from it sometimes.

(02:30):
So once you're able to forgive yourself and forgive those
who have hurt you, you will be able to let
go of that relationship completely so that you can be
free to love again. Once you are able to let
go of your past relationship, you will be more aware

(02:54):
of what happened and how you felt, and you will
be able to get closure from Also, I would like
to ask for you to address any issues that you
have from the past that have not yet been resolved.
If you believe you have issues that were partly something

(03:17):
maybe that had something to do with the death of
your relationship the ending of your relationship, then think about
what those issues may be and try to work on
those issues, because one thing that you certainly don't want
is for those issues to come back in your new relationship.
It's really important that you do some deep, deep soul

(03:39):
searching and be really honest with yourself and ask yourself
if you have any issues that need some healing or
need to be resolved, and then find a way to
heal and try to find a way to resolve those
issues that you have, just so that they're not following
you everywhere you go from one relationship to the next.

(04:02):
You want your next relationship to be as healthy as possible,
and it's not going to be if you have a
lot of excess baggage and issues that are undealt with.
So when you become aware of who you are and
you understand your own emotions, and you know what you

(04:24):
want in your life, and you have a vision, a
very clear vision of the type of woman that you
want to fall in love with, the type of woman
that you want to marry, or just someone that you
want as a partner for life, the type of woman
that you envision as the mother of your children. When
you have that in your mind, you will know while

(04:49):
you are dating if someone is right for you or not.
After some time, you will know, you will have a
clear picture, and you will also know when you you
are ready to start dating again. Don't push yourself. Don't
push yourself because you don't want to start a new
relationship when you're not ready. You don't want to do that.

(05:11):
You want to make sure that you are mentally, emotionally,
spiritually ready to start a new relationship. So just keep
these tips in mind. And I hope that was helpful,
and I hope they will be back tomorrow for another episode.
Have a wonderful evening. Take care,
