Upcycling. Let me come the ways to upcycle coffee grounds.
I know at some point I must have mentioned in
one of my podcast episodes that coffee grounds can be upcycled,
but I know that I didn't specifically go into details
about all the things you can do by upcycling coffee grounds.
If you don't already know, coffee grounds make a great

body scrub. It is one of the easiest scrubs to
make and actually leaves the skin very smooth. I personally
use honey and coffee grounds as a scrub. I mix
enough honey in the grounds until it gives it the
right consistency. I refrigerate whatever I don't use and make
small portions to last no more than three times, three

times or three uses. The other recipes that use there
are other recipes that use oil, such as coconut or
jojoba oil. I like the honey because it is likely
oils are likely to go rantid, and it is also antibacterial.
Some people also use coffee grounds to scrub their pots

and pens. I haven't tried this, but it could be
a good alternative to store board scrubbing cleanings. How about
coffee grounds for the bath you can do this by
placing the coffee grounds in a muslim bag and soaking.
You can then use this bag as a body scrub
that is mild enough. Also, who hasn't heard about these

caffeine eyed mass They sell and they cost a lot
of money. You can make your own ground coffee eye
masks at home. It reportedly increases circulation around the eyes.
I would always test this before any for any allergies first,
and remember to moisturize after use them. Canfee caffeine can

be very dry. Coffee grounds can be used to make hearings,
which it reportedly makes the scalp uh you know cleaner
by clearing up all the build up. Coffee grounds can
also be used to tint clothes and fabric. If you
are a craft that you know, you can use coffee
grounds to make paper look antique. Damn. Coffee grounds can

also help cover up scratches and furniture. So many things
to do with coffee grounds. The list is endless. Well
