Speaker 1 (00:01):
Welcome in, have seed, keep back and relaxed. Goose of
that my belief house. Your day last a great, well,
it'll get better with a Taco Cafe.
Speaker 2 (00:16):
The yallooms with the other, shake us up of mostalgia,
(00:38):
the memory.
Speaker 3 (00:42):
All these stories in my head are gonna make me go.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
Tick back from the lax through the falling, through the last.
Speaker 1 (00:50):
Pop your heads, little yours, Yeah.
Speaker 2 (00:58):
Yo, give me that.
Speaker 4 (01:28):
Come by with friends and you are friends and welcome
to Ataco Cafe. And this time we are opening up
our secret menu. For those that don't know, the secret
menu is. You know when you go to a restaurant,
it has a different thing. You see the regular menu.
You know what we're about, you know the fiend. The
secret menu is stuff that's not just anime. So but that's.
Speaker 5 (01:50):
It's our version of animal style. Is that what you're saying?
Speaker 4 (01:52):
Exactly?
Speaker 5 (01:54):
What kind of animal are you?
Speaker 4 (01:56):
Ah?
Speaker 6 (01:58):
So we're gonna go by Chattie's I guess I am
the horse.
Speaker 5 (02:02):
Oh by Chinese zodiac would be a tiger.
Speaker 4 (02:06):
Yeah, so the tiger is gonna is gonna come in.
It's great, you remember that? Would that be what the
they were calling daddy when there's this muscular version of
Tony Tiger all the fairies or like obsessed?
Speaker 5 (02:25):
Do you vaguely remember that time?
Speaker 4 (02:31):
Oh, that's that's wonderful.
Speaker 5 (02:34):
It was entertainment. I'll give you that one. Wonderful might
not use that word, but entertaining, you.
Speaker 4 (02:39):
Know what I mean.
Speaker 5 (02:40):
Like this is just great to see different strokes for
different folks.
Speaker 4 (02:46):
But anyway, I am.
Speaker 6 (02:48):
I'm at your co c o, your head chef and
to drive me.
Speaker 4 (02:51):
Uh someone who has not done a talking cafe since
like the earlier years with the secret menu WHI did
a Ugellian four years ago, my co host for Jersey Radio,
my good friend and know him for a long time. Andrew,
thank you for being with us today.
Speaker 5 (03:06):
It's been four years since that Eva wow wow yeah wow.
The show was still called Tok the Caki.
Speaker 4 (03:14):
Too, so yeah, yes, and yeah, we didn't have a
little cool side show unless we did. I don't know,
I don't I don't remember anymore.
Speaker 5 (03:25):
I'm pretty sure you started. You tried to do a
cake shop or something like that. It was shop, but
I don't think too many of them happened, So then
it just kind of fizzled.
Speaker 4 (03:36):
Yeah, because we couldn't I couldn't find good enough topics
to really do because all trying to do it, like
how because I thought a couple I did has been
hose El season one. I did a couple of wrestling
events October October first we did the pretty one days
with Halloween. That was a lot of fun, and so
(03:57):
that was the last one. So we're back with this
because there's really no schedule for these. It's just whenever,
whenever I decided to do it.
Speaker 5 (04:06):
This is just full on skinn a Marink review show.
Now right, it could have been it will still end
up being shorter than the movie. So that's the best.
Speaker 4 (04:19):
Yeah, So this is the stuff like from my own
leisure stuff I want to talk about, give gifts, give
different contents.
Speaker 5 (04:25):
That's cool.
Speaker 4 (04:26):
Yeah, so I'm I'm usually happy with that, but but
what do you call it? We thank you all that
are joining us here because, like I said, we talked
about this has in Hotel. I did it with Sean
and Chris when when season one ended, I could have
done the day, but as I said in the teenage
show for Diet Radio, what is the Angel Egg? So
(04:50):
we are doing it today and I am grateful that
you're here with us so season two ended a couple
of days ago. Those are there. There are some positives,
some negatives. Not everything's we're gonna talk about all of that,
all these all the episodes and you do characters, the
(05:11):
best songs and what we think about for season three.
But before we got to the episodes where we talking
about how we feel about it, Osley, it wasn't bad.
I have fun.
Speaker 5 (05:24):
I think it was weaker than season one right because
it just it felt harder to follow, It felt messier.
There's too much ensemble, too much of an ensemble, and
the fact that they split time between Heaven and Hell
a lot. It's it's hard to juggle well in like
a thirty minute episode when some weren't even thirty minutes long.
Speaker 6 (05:44):
Yeah, it's hard to do that. That's my biggest.
Speaker 4 (05:47):
Issue is that you can't do it in like twenty
three minutes in episode, especially eight of them.
Speaker 5 (05:56):
Correct, like if they were all forty five minute episodes
that we can get away.
Speaker 4 (06:01):
Is he hear that?
Speaker 6 (06:02):
Or you did like twelve twenty five minutes?
Speaker 5 (06:06):
Yeah, like an actual animaker, Yeah.
Speaker 4 (06:08):
Yeah, like an anime cor type of thing. Problem was like, yeah,
lack of heaven, that's here and there most of the seraphim.
I know people complain about Loot, but hers is hers
is the waiting game.
Speaker 6 (06:23):
I'm glad it wasn't. She wasn't the main main focus.
There's more for her to tell to the v's.
Speaker 4 (06:31):
And like that built up anger for Lout is gonna
like it'll happen more, like I believe in the next
season for that.
Speaker 5 (06:40):
Yeah, I feel I feel like her vengeance is gonna come,
probably at the end of next season.
Speaker 4 (06:47):
Yeah, because I didn't want to be like a one
and done type of thing.
Speaker 5 (06:52):
Well, no, because that would also reveal the whole Lilith
shtick a little too quick too.
Speaker 4 (06:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (06:57):
Yeah, and yeah, we'll get to we'll get time, we
get to.
Speaker 4 (07:00):
But yeah, either yeah, it's either like, yeah, you do
the twenty five twelve episodes or if you're gonna do
the eights. That's so I know. That's why Amazon once
at least give them like an extra fifteen minutes on
the episodes.
Speaker 5 (07:11):
It does give us at least forty minutes, Like you
can't tell a good story in like twenty three to
twenty seven minutes, Like, especially with the amount of characters
and especially with the fact that there's like two songs
at least in a lot of these, So that's roughly
six to eight minutes that are taken up on song.
And sometimes the songs are more singularly focused or you
(07:34):
only get like a line here if it's a big
like throw off ensemble kind of one. Yeah, and it's
it's rough, it's it's not exactly the best storytelling medium.
Speaker 4 (07:43):
Right, Well, I was that.
Speaker 6 (07:45):
Besides that was that there there were there were some
fun we'll get to. We'll get some we'll get to
some of.
Speaker 4 (07:49):
The highlights as well. Like I like, I like Box. Yeah, just.
Speaker 5 (08:00):
Is so insufferable.
Speaker 4 (08:03):
Everybody he works for what they're trying to do. Val uh,
he he did get he was like stupid in the beginning.
But the fact when we saw more of him, so okay,
he might be able to essentially kind of take over
and be temporarily.
Speaker 5 (08:21):
In the end. That's a himbo come on, Like, well,
ye know, he is a modified hymbo. VAL's the himbo
and velvets to like the bitchy best friend who has
to protect the big, dumb pretty boy.
Speaker 4 (08:35):
Yes, and I still want to fan art Velvet and
Alistairs spilling tea young people being gossly caddy bitches.
Speaker 5 (08:45):
Yeah that whole what that makeup episode or whatever that
was gonna be in there but then got thrown out. Yeah,
then just doing makeup and chatting about bullshit. Yeah that
that's very alistair and I feel like that would have
been nice.
Speaker 4 (08:56):
Yeah, like both and taggonizing box like its always like
yeah all the time.
Speaker 5 (09:03):
He was little, Yeah exactly.
Speaker 4 (09:06):
Were trying to head on me.
Speaker 5 (09:08):
Pink is not his color? What do you mean?
Speaker 4 (09:10):
Let me tell you a story if he is not
a tablet and season just a little like iPad type
of thing, like maybe the stays that way or given
like when whatever plank to his computer wife is with
the roll in the little computer.
Speaker 5 (09:29):
You know, I think you'd be funny if he just
got sent to like if there's they can make it
up if they have to, like a little demon nursery
and he's just like the kiddy iPad that all the
kids with their sticky hands like, and it's just like
Bluey or the has been hotel equivalent of like Bluey
or whatever the fuck is on the iPad. The hell
hounds are gonna the o the little pups. Yes it is, it's.
Speaker 4 (09:55):
All gonna it's gonna be all hell Hounds and I'm all,
I'm there for it.
Speaker 5 (09:58):
Just sticky and pissing all the room and ship like that.
So he's gonna hate it, but I'll enjoy.
Speaker 4 (10:03):
It, Yeah, because he needs to suffer a little bit.
Speaker 5 (10:07):
I mean, do we needed him back? Really?
Speaker 4 (10:11):
Well, he'll be back, he will be back.
Speaker 5 (10:12):
But do we need him back? Because my biggest complaint
about the show this season was that all of the
antagonists are dumb as fuck. They're all comedy, they're all goofballs,
They're like this. The the scariest characters in season two
are Loot and she's kind of on Sarah from his
(10:33):
leash so if people say no, she won't do it.
And Alistair, who was literally tied up for half the
season just because he's a psychopath.
Speaker 4 (10:41):
Right, antagonists got it?
Speaker 5 (10:47):
But why?
Speaker 4 (10:47):
But what? We don't know? What's both of us now?
And I say he is free? So what that was
keeping him at the hotel?
Speaker 5 (10:58):
Oh? Alistair?
Speaker 4 (10:59):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (11:02):
Yeah, yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 4 (11:03):
He just we have Lucifer, like, right, his target is
a Lucifer but for what I don't know, because Lucifer
can't die and Lucifer can't hurt him.
Speaker 5 (11:19):
Yeah, it's a weird standmate right there.
Speaker 4 (11:21):
Yeah, he is a moral even said like I can't die, buddy,
So I don't know what you're doing.
Speaker 5 (11:31):
Yeah, I have thoughts, but well we'll cut. We'll get
to those later when we start talking about like season
three and further right.
Speaker 4 (11:40):
By the way, it's I I did want more Heaven.
I wanted more serpentious because he was like that glue
in season one.
Speaker 5 (11:49):
He was, I agree, And his lack of being in
this season honestly was like it hurt the show.
Speaker 4 (11:57):
But whatever he was on, he was great.
Speaker 5 (11:59):
But he didn't have that same connection with anybody except Emily.
Speaker 4 (12:03):
Right, Emily, and he helps Sarah.
Speaker 5 (12:07):
Okay at the very end, but you know what I mean,
Like throughout most of the show, his only like friend
in Heaven with Emily.
Speaker 4 (12:14):
Yeah, and then he tried to go himself. You know,
I don't blame him because it was way too happy
it hans.
Speaker 5 (12:20):
I agree. Even though they do have that taffy in those.
Speaker 4 (12:24):
Gifts as a there's no crack, and they have a
lot of sugar.
Speaker 5 (12:31):
But that's the crack, and that is that's the crack.
We don't need drugs. We have candy you know that
that you know that might Yeah, I agreed.
Speaker 4 (12:42):
But let's yeah, let's get that episode one, like you know,
it's it's about it's about a month that there the extremination.
Speaker 5 (12:51):
Mm hmm.
Speaker 4 (12:52):
Charlie having a little bit of the breakdown because her
punch is gone. Don't know that production works. We're getting
people at the hotel. Have we got that one news report?
Speaker 6 (13:01):
Say, should I kill my wife?
Speaker 4 (13:05):
Divorce? I killed my wife? Oh I've killer.
Speaker 5 (13:10):
I'm sorry, I killed my wife? What the fuck?
Speaker 4 (13:13):
Like you were?
Speaker 6 (13:14):
You were here the whole time? When did you do it?
Was she at the hotel?
Speaker 5 (13:20):
I don't know. I haven't really watched.
Speaker 4 (13:22):
Did he run out coach and just go back? I'm
just kill it?
Speaker 5 (13:27):
Hey, maybe if we got introduced to another character that
was here the whole time, at the very end of
the show.
Speaker 4 (13:31):
So oh Rooster, yeah, yeah, I look, I was proud
of progress the whole time. He's been good. He might
be redeemed next, Okay, he could.
Speaker 5 (13:44):
He could, you know what, just for the ships and giggles,
they might redeem him next, just to be like, yeah,
he's really going through all the steps. He went through
therapy really well, you know, everybody really proud of him
that he's in heaven.
Speaker 4 (13:56):
Yeah, the kill like even if we don't see him,
and they'll be like a picture like that, he's their
graduation exactly.
Speaker 5 (14:01):
That that would be probably the best use of this
random character is for him to succeed and everyone make
it seem like it's a big deal and that we
should all know about it, but we don't actually see
his progress.
Speaker 4 (14:11):
Yeah, like, yeah, he was. He is the second person
to be redeemed.
Speaker 5 (14:15):
Yes, and that this time all the angels like him.
They're not against him like Sir Pinches, like you know,
they actually just make a rooster day up in heaven
at some point.
Speaker 4 (14:25):
Yes, and he's going to be the glue for uh like,
he'll be the glue for season three. He's going to
help that Patches somehow.
Speaker 5 (14:36):
Yes, exactly, there we go.
Speaker 4 (14:38):
We figured out that's his whole orc that's how it
needs to.
Speaker 5 (14:41):
Be, just to be a psychic essentially.
Speaker 4 (14:44):
Yes, so someone do it.
Speaker 6 (14:48):
But yeah, then we got we got, we got a
couple of songs.
Speaker 4 (14:52):
What you call it? Trust us? Yeah, I know, I know,
I don't like the second title traffick of the means
idol of that one is uh Yeah, that has been guaranteed. Uh,
not of that song just try and get people the
(15:15):
hotel We'll like BackStar and all that and the bees
that sounds stupid. Here's our song, and then that's random Girl,
she got she got fame and canceled in the spam
of thirty seconds.
Speaker 5 (15:28):
Yeah, I mean some of the songs were finding context.
But yeah, honestly, I didn't love a lot of the
songs as like individually. Listened to them outside of the show,
like on a Spotify list, but in the context of
the show, I don't know. A bunch of them work,
not all of them, but a bunch of them, I know.
Speaker 4 (15:48):
Yeah, the ones that really liked are on my playlist,
and there are some that are like you know, I
probably mm hmm. I would like I want to listen
to it on Spotify if I if I rewatch the show. Yeah,
listened to its like individual trap like you's keep this
one is.
Speaker 5 (16:06):
Agreed.
Speaker 6 (16:07):
Yeah, but it was a little back and forth with
the v's are as.
Speaker 4 (16:11):
I said, the v's are the more main antagonists for
this season because you know they'll have like one episode
season one. People complain about it like we got now
and we had our second song with us once we
get up there, it was kind of like a be
prepared esque near the end of its like go like
rising up. So that part that power was cool. But
(16:35):
but man val is, Yeah, it's like you're I do
like like you're not gonna believe, but I don't understand.
I'll say it to people now, just like I don't
like you're not gonna please, but I don't understand. Yeah,
(16:56):
I do wish Bell had a little bit more to overall,
like she where whatever she did it was fine, just
I wanted to feel more equal.
Speaker 5 (17:05):
Yeah, Vela definitely got the short end of the stack.
Speaker 4 (17:08):
Yeah yeah, And who knew she was basically a maneqan
like our actual bias Amatican or a porcelain doll, whatever
you want to call it.
Speaker 5 (17:15):
Yeah, I didn't. I didn't realize that initially either. So
that was a.
Speaker 4 (17:18):
Little like you never see like the ball joints or
anything like that, because she's only wearing something you like,
nothing that shows it. So that was a little cool,
like you know that guy, because she's a passionate type
bad so presses up.
Speaker 5 (17:32):
That does destroy the one fan theory from season one, though,
So that's good.
Speaker 4 (17:36):
What was it?
Speaker 3 (17:38):
It?
Speaker 5 (17:38):
Was a loose fan theory, but there were people that
were speculating that Velvet might have been like Carmela's other
daughter or something like that. Oh okay, yeah, I know
there is similar coloring and everything between Carmela and her
two daughters in Velvet, right, And I.
Speaker 4 (17:51):
Know people speculated that for Baggy two before we found
out she was an.
Speaker 5 (17:56):
Angel yep, yep, So at least that one was the.
Speaker 4 (18:00):
Same, same skin tone and all that. But Repsode was
basically Hell's like, oh, yeah, we should, We're gonna find
the games now. Then Charlie like, no, we're not doing
that actually, so it was actually redemption, not a rebellion
to go against Heaven. So most of these people left.
Speaker 5 (18:18):
Oh and then they just except for Baxter.
Speaker 4 (18:21):
So he wants to basically use as his experiments. I said, yeah,
it took up. It took Baxter bet to get used
to but until we saw more of them and then
him and the finale.
Speaker 5 (18:34):
I think that was the problem is that I love,
like what we talked about initially, like it was a
while for Baxter to get space to do anything that
mattered in.
Speaker 4 (18:43):
This yeah yeah, and then like the second last episode,
like you could have done all this the whole time.
Speaker 5 (18:49):
Yeah, but they had to like really as pulls some
kind of like well, it's because you folded my sheets
at exactly the perfect agree angle or whatever the fuck
that right, like because I.
Speaker 6 (19:00):
Like, oh, I like nifty, I'm presidentnty.
Speaker 4 (19:03):
That's where possible because you just seen that bell Bunny
buddy before that.
Speaker 5 (19:07):
Well, they I think they bonded during the end, but
like the ass pool of having to like just come
up with the whole you folded my sheets correctly as
the reason why. He's like on their side, it's like it's, well.
Speaker 4 (19:20):
Look, if someone makes a weird request at the hotel,
just do it return the favor.
Speaker 5 (19:27):
Yeah, they might, you know, help you out when you're
trying to go against like the big bad guy and
tie Heaven into everything.
Speaker 6 (19:32):
Yeah, like yeah, there go, you'll he'll risk his job to.
Speaker 5 (19:35):
Help you out exactly that. That's that's the moral of
the story, right, Like do little things for weird people
and they might help you ruin other people's lives, save
your life. I don't know, something like that. It's there.
It's like a fortune cookie. It's fine.
Speaker 4 (19:50):
But yeah, that was basically just episode one that wasn't bad.
It was basically the app It was more or less
about the aftermath and where feints are going to potentially go.
It was more of a Charlie episode and just getting
the DS into their playing what they're going to do.
Speaker 5 (20:05):
The first like three episodes were kind of like just
Charlie like spiraling into psychosis.
Speaker 4 (20:13):
Well the second well, the second one was mostly have
was was Heaven, but you you.
Speaker 5 (20:18):
Know what I mean, Like every time they focused on Hell,
it was always Charlie trying to fucking finagle some way
to make it work and forgetting how to breathe exactly.
So like the first quarter of this season was really
haptic and awkward.
Speaker 4 (20:33):
Right, but yeah, episode two we got Heaven punches basically
on trial like how did you get here? Did you
sneak in? Do we tend you back to Hell?
Speaker 6 (20:44):
Even though he's like I kind of want to go back, So.
Speaker 5 (20:47):
He's just like, I didn't steal the clothes. They changed
my outfit. I'm white. Now It's like, wait.
Speaker 4 (20:54):
It's not. It's not that Dragon Ball super Dug like.
Speaker 5 (20:57):
Hold fire black, hold your crucifixes, I'm white?
Speaker 4 (21:03):
What is that's not better in this case? And we
do get a new character speaker of God, and according
to the creator, that's the close we're going to get
to seeing God in the show.
Speaker 5 (21:20):
That's probably safer to do that.
Speaker 6 (21:22):
Honestly, Yes, she's like the nicest, She's the only nicest
person in Heaven.
Speaker 5 (21:30):
I just meant, you don't want to offend anybody who's
even South Park. Remember when they offended people with the
Whope Muhammad stuff. Yeah, and it's like, no one's gonna
be mad at Kevin Smith and Dogma for making gods
mort set, Like how are you mad at that?
Speaker 4 (21:43):
No one can be mad at that? But like the
speak of God like this kind gentle soul, not like
always like oh this is right? Is wrong? Like I
can't tell you, like you gotta figure out the answer
to yourself like she did with Sarah. So nice little
angelic fate. It's cool that she's a Gosh. That's a
that's a nice little bonus.
Speaker 5 (22:04):
Agreed, it's nice that they cross over. So there's Heaven
and Hell likes.
Speaker 4 (22:10):
Yeah, so there we go, and yeah, well hopefully we'll
get more goisious in general, but uh.
Speaker 6 (22:17):
Yeah, then we actually get types of a backstory, like
he wasn't like evil evil just you know, he assisted
without knowing, but he just couldn't say anything about it
like that the ripper.
Speaker 5 (22:29):
Oh, that's probably why he was the easiest one to redeem.
Speaker 4 (22:33):
It isn't really that bad. There's like you are about
the guy, but that doesn't mean you are bad guy.
Speaker 5 (22:40):
You were an accessory too bad ship, but you're not evil. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (22:46):
Yeah, but the fact he did nothing and it's it's
kind of fucked up, buddy, like you could have helped,
You could say a little.
Speaker 5 (22:53):
Batch, which explains why him doing something to stop the
beating is what redeemed him. He finally did it, finally
stood up for things.
Speaker 4 (23:05):
Yeah, even though I got one shot.
Speaker 5 (23:09):
Very that makes it more noble because he did a chance,
a chance. I see what you did there exactly.
Speaker 4 (23:20):
Yeah, So Luke got pissed on, like, no, we can't
have this, No I need to kill im, Like no,
we got and we got able, which is cool. So
you know he didn't like your I.
Speaker 5 (23:36):
Was about They made him such a punk as a character,
which is perfect. It's able not really a well liked character.
Speaker 4 (23:44):
You know what I mean? Yeah?
Speaker 6 (23:46):
Yeah, because you know it's his brother killed him. So okay, So.
Speaker 5 (23:50):
But I'm just saying like they never go out of
their way in any kind of stuff that be it
supernatural or Lucifer or any more can temporary takes on
biblical stuff. No one gives a fuck about Abel. Abel's
kind of a dick, that's why he got killed. And Kane,
Kane is kind of just like the rest of us.
(24:10):
She's like he was an asshole. All right, well you're
still wrong.
Speaker 4 (24:14):
Get you, Well you can't. You can't die. So he's
wonder the earth forever and any crop you do is
gonna die exactly.
Speaker 5 (24:23):
So it makes sense that Abel's kind of a bitch
and he's not very likable, but he's not terrible.
Speaker 4 (24:29):
You know, do you think we're ever gonna see Kane
or no, because of the fact he's on Earth.
Speaker 5 (24:38):
Well depends on well, this isn't really season three stuff
because you we were talking about it before on the
other show. But like, if Rue becomes a thing, Lucifer
has the ability to walk between planes, he can walk
into walk onto earth. That that's the same on anything.
(25:00):
So if Kane is still wandering Earth, Lucifer can always
get him. And that could be some kind of thing
against Rue or thing against Heaven or whatever they need
to do, so I wouldn't mind seeing him. That would
be interesting.
Speaker 4 (25:18):
Yeahs, either that or Hell of a Boss because they
go to the.
Speaker 6 (25:22):
Mortal realm more than anyone else.
Speaker 5 (25:26):
That's true too. I just I'm I would be afraid
that Hell of a Boss would make it into a
joke unless Hell of a Boss accidentally brings him back
and then he invades. Has been kind of thing that
could be.
Speaker 4 (25:38):
That could be the crossover because I know that I
thought that is coming eventually.
Speaker 5 (25:42):
But so that that could work, It's like, so it's
not Blitz and all them trying to fuck with Hell,
It's just them being kind of dumb leaving the portal
open too long. Kane figures out what it is, walks through,
and then decides to go funck shuit up.
Speaker 4 (25:57):
Yeah, there we go. That would be pretty cool.
Speaker 5 (26:01):
So that would because that would also be a good
way to bring in the Blitz, you know, Hell of
a Crew, maybe even Stoles if you need to confront
the Goiesha first because it was his his portal or
something like that.
Speaker 6 (26:13):
Well, he's gotta get his powers back.
Speaker 5 (26:14):
First, you know what, I'm not This is happening next step,
next season, you know, what I mean.
Speaker 4 (26:21):
Yeah, so that would be cool and then we gotta
loose breakdown. We got Adam and his head. No, I'm
in having to.
Speaker 5 (26:30):
Fuck you up. I mean that's the best song.
Speaker 4 (26:34):
Gravity.
Speaker 6 (26:34):
Yeah, Gravity is probably my favorite song for the season.
Speaker 5 (26:38):
I mean, for me, it's it's Gravity, or it's what
the losing streak? Yeah, the Angel song.
Speaker 4 (26:47):
Yeah, yeah, we'll get to Angel in a bit, but yeah, no,
both of them are the good songs. But Gravity is
so good.
Speaker 6 (26:56):
Sarah's cappassion and it's not a bad song.
Speaker 4 (27:00):
I like the like the harmony for her and the
speaker and is where they announced like hey, well yes
we're we're gonna get to box and all that too.
But thank you for joining us. Though it's always always
appreciated to have fans here in any social media. I'm
worth the Facebook or YouTube, Twitch. But no, I like,
(27:22):
I figured I like that two more than episode one
because they've got we've got the focus of Heaven.
Speaker 5 (27:28):
Well, it fletched things out a little.
Speaker 4 (27:29):
More and like you've got that at the map of
like how they're reacting to someone being redeemed.
Speaker 5 (27:37):
Yeah, I get you. It's just episode one and two
both felt like set up episodes because episode one was
setting up hell episode.
Speaker 6 (27:45):
And they were both happening Simon with Tao at the
same time essentially.
Speaker 5 (27:49):
And then three was Charlie continuing down the spiral of psychosis.
Speaker 4 (27:54):
Yeah, this is where you know via the Apples and
fall far because Lucifer is pride and so she's gonna
be prideful, especially when it comes to her hotel.
Speaker 6 (28:04):
I'm happy it works.
Speaker 4 (28:07):
I gotta tell people right away, like gay you just
she does not hear Emily say that Heaven's like locked
out for right now.
Speaker 5 (28:17):
But that doesn't mean that it's now Here's here's the defense.
That doesn't mean that redemption's off the ticket because they
don't know how it worked in the first place.
Speaker 6 (28:28):
Right, But I'm trying to say, like, because you know,
like I didn't.
Speaker 5 (28:31):
Want you don't understand happened though, right, So how can
you knock that out if you still don't know why
he's there? Answer me that one, funny.
Speaker 4 (28:41):
Man, because I know that because I know, like the
or or any sinner would want proof, like all right,
where is he sho?
Speaker 5 (28:51):
Well that that's why she spent all that time doing
the crazy thing. I'm trying to make somebody else do it.
Speaker 4 (28:56):
Yeah, and it didn't work out at all.
Speaker 5 (28:58):
No, no, no, that was that was dumb.
Speaker 4 (29:01):
That I felt that rangels like like I guess people
abuse him, like on top of it, like, oh you'll
be fine.
Speaker 5 (29:12):
Yeah, Angel really had everything come down heavy on him.
And then it's just like it wasn't the same with
Angel this season.
Speaker 4 (29:21):
I felt like it.
Speaker 5 (29:25):
I think so too, And that makes him very easy
to be a sympathetic character.
Speaker 4 (29:30):
Right, I'm like, he doesn't. I just want to hug him.
Speaker 5 (29:35):
Which is weird given what we learned this episode this
and what we know he doesn't. Hell, so it's kind
of like huh, probably kind of sticky and you're a
little dangerous, but you're.
Speaker 4 (29:47):
A sweet boy. Protect it must protect.
Speaker 5 (29:51):
It's just like how does he get best boy? And
also like like good material kind of stuck together and
folded into like a nice little paper plane like that
that's Angel And you're just like what the fuck?
Speaker 4 (30:04):
It's like who hurt you?
Speaker 5 (30:06):
Who didn't hurt him? The better question?
Speaker 4 (30:08):
Yeah, like who did this to you? Who do I
need to hurt? Just tell me?
Speaker 5 (30:12):
I think the only one that hasn't hurt him his husk.
If you think about it.
Speaker 4 (30:17):
Well, I've hurt because it didn't happen.
Speaker 5 (30:21):
It Maybe it happened off screen, just like best Boy Rooster,
who's going to be the second one redeemed and he's
gonna be the hero of Hell just like he should be.
Speaker 4 (30:30):
It is crazy, how like alcohol gambling, that doesn't hurt us.
But what happened to finale is why you hear him
the most upset. That makes sense, though he learned love.
We'll get to that in bed. But but no, but
the redemption, the spiritual redemption is probably my least favorite
(30:52):
or bad with us, But we'll get to that one too.
Speaker 5 (30:55):
Oh song wise, Oh yeah, yeah, yeah that. I'm not
a fan of that either. I think you already know
which one my least favorite song is?
Speaker 4 (31:05):
Is it the nifty one?
Speaker 5 (31:06):
No? Oh, I don't like that one, But it's not
that one. It's not my least favorite.
Speaker 4 (31:14):
Okay, is mine? Mine's probably bad with us?
Speaker 5 (31:18):
Mine is a toss up between the care Bears there
which I don't even want to know what that one's
called because I hated every second of it.
Speaker 4 (31:27):
And.
Speaker 5 (31:29):
What was it easy? The one with Veggy was that it?
Speaker 4 (31:33):
Oh yeah yeah? The sex song?
Speaker 5 (31:34):
Ye yeah, I just I don't like her singing voice
as a song. With anybody else singing that, I probably
wouldn't have minded the song.
Speaker 4 (31:41):
That's why. That's why I don't have it as my
least favorite, because the song isself as fine, it's just
to have someone else sing it.
Speaker 5 (31:49):
I still have to be critical of what's the show
is giving me.
Speaker 4 (31:55):
That's fair. That is fair.
Speaker 5 (31:56):
It's kind of like, since we also do wrestling, and
I'm like, well, it's this person does it. I don't
like it, but if this other person needed to be better,
that's not how this works.
Speaker 4 (32:05):
Yeah, but the person. But the person did it so exactly.
They were doing that version that was on the TV. Yes, yeah,
and then yeah the Dandy too Bad.
Speaker 5 (32:20):
That was funny though, Okay, her trying to come up
with a bad name was so stupid and it was cute.
Speaker 4 (32:27):
And I'm like, I was like, you know what, this
fits her.
Speaker 5 (32:30):
But it made me mad too because I'm like, it's
so cringe but it's adorable. But I can't be mad
at it because it's cute. Fuck you like that? That
was That was my entight reaction to Danny do mad.
It's like a fuck you Charlie.
Speaker 4 (32:46):
Yeah, and you know, Angel doesn't want to do the
rescue thing where house is tied tied on the trucks.
I was like, oh, oh, this is one of vals portos.
I'll show that for plagiarisms and yeah, Angle bounce it
and trying to sell the trade. It's like, what happened,
Oh yeah, no, no, I suddenly had breaks. So I
just kind of like.
Speaker 5 (33:09):
Such an asshole.
Speaker 4 (33:10):
I was like, he's a but yeah, Angel jumped in
for the train, but the baggy saved them. HOUSECT mad
like why you say, why would you save me? What
the fuck? If you do it again, I'll fucking thank you.
Speaker 5 (33:26):
Yeah that's that really does sound like somewhere and like
if if you do nice ship to me again, I'm
gonna kiss you.
Speaker 6 (33:33):
Like he's trying to be a father with the discipline,
but it's just not.
Speaker 5 (33:39):
It's more like one of those porn hub stepdeads.
Speaker 4 (33:42):
He's just like that's another Valborno exactly.
Speaker 5 (33:46):
He's like, I want to discipline you, but then I
also want to discipline you.
Speaker 6 (33:50):
It's not it's like step son does chores, step on
the rewards and with cock.
Speaker 5 (33:57):
Yeah you know, allowance is an allowance.
Speaker 4 (34:01):
He got ice cream after.
Speaker 5 (34:04):
He got the video game he wanted, he.
Speaker 4 (34:09):
Got, he got the PS five exactly what we want
to do.
Speaker 5 (34:16):
Who's complaining? And for you one wins shut up?
Speaker 4 (34:20):
There you go exactly.
Speaker 6 (34:23):
Ah, but uh no, outside of the spiral, it's okay.
Speaker 4 (34:27):
Episode Angel got mad at Husk and then I'll have
to call back to Dante Sopardo at the restaurant. Yes,
a nice place. She can't afford. It's like she's the princess.
Of course she could afford it. And of course I
do you think it could be a rodeemed? And I
thought I was gonna come up again in the finale.
Speaker 5 (34:50):
I'm glad it didn't.
Speaker 4 (34:52):
Yeah, but that it's just how they do it. And
then I believe anyone could be redeemeds like okay, but
and people got to makes it like people remember, anyone
does not equal everyone, That is true, Like and what
can if they want to or put in the work.
But at the same time, like not everyone wants to
(35:14):
or you cast everyone try as you might left for
on a trying but sometimes it's just not gonna work out.
Speaker 5 (35:21):
I mean that's the same with literally anything in life. Yeah,
you know, anyone could be a YouTuber, a YouTuber doesn't
mean everyone will. Anyone could, everyone won't, and so that one.
Speaker 6 (35:35):
Word or because you could doesn't mean you should.
Speaker 5 (35:40):
But I wanted to stick my dick in a light socket.
Speaker 6 (35:42):
Yes, instructures are clear. They caught a steeling fan.
Speaker 5 (35:46):
Thank you see me and all these other people in
the er. We know how I feel.
Speaker 4 (35:54):
It's like what happens.
Speaker 5 (35:56):
Instructions were not clear, and they're just like room five,
We've already had six of you.
Speaker 6 (36:04):
Yeah, and then they yeah, at the ends they turned
to like this TMZ fabricated that was like, oh, Charlie
struck me, you know, a handshake?
Speaker 5 (36:13):
Okay. That was the best part of this season was
the little like vox news, fucking like TMZ alert thing
with fucking Zim's voice actor and whatever the what the
fuck was the random character's name that they made the
fucking Rogers Blitz It was blitz is that's right? Yeah,
(36:38):
I thought it was Moxie Zim at first. I remember
it was it was brand You're right, Katie knt there
it is. She was funny.
Speaker 4 (36:48):
Yeah, she she was great and Brandon I find jobs.
People who said it was a mistake, No, it was great.
Who said it was a mistake Twitter, they're awful. But
why I don't know.
Speaker 6 (36:59):
I guess they don't like him as a person.
Speaker 4 (37:01):
But he's funny.
Speaker 5 (37:03):
What did he do.
Speaker 7 (37:05):
Be gay?
Speaker 4 (37:05):
I don't know.
Speaker 5 (37:07):
Isn't that a requirement for this show though? Isn't the
conversation for this show only on the gay side of Twitter?
So what's the problem.
Speaker 4 (37:21):
I guess he's not a woke gayer.
Speaker 5 (37:24):
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (37:24):
He's not gay enough.
Speaker 5 (37:25):
Is it like not being turtally enough for the Turtle Club?
Speaker 4 (37:28):
For yeah? When nine eleven? Yeah, but okay, so there
are some good stuff. I'm like, all right, it's not bad.
But yeah. Then we get to episode four, which is,
you know, Charlie trying to do more damage control did
(37:51):
not work? Yeah, by going on the news. Yeah yeah,
hotel is good.
Speaker 5 (38:01):
The hotel he's good.
Speaker 4 (38:03):
But mostly this was an awst episode. We got his backstory,
he's people call him one. He bed like, Okay, look,
I kind of get it. Look, when you get a
deal that you.
Speaker 6 (38:14):
Are the strongest sinner in hell and you lose, you're gonna.
Speaker 4 (38:17):
Be thinking like, what the fuck did I get jipped
on my deal? Like that's not like, so am I not? Am? I?
Speaker 2 (38:27):
Like?
Speaker 6 (38:27):
What the hell, like you want to go to the
person that you made.
Speaker 5 (38:30):
That deal with. But counterpoint, he could still be the
strongest sinner in hell, but he got rocked by someone
from heaven. I know.
Speaker 4 (38:41):
That's what Rosie brought up, Like, Yeah, you're strong in hell,
but you didn't know the fact that, hey, you're not
gonna be an archangel.
Speaker 5 (38:49):
Yeah, so it's like that, there was no lies, there
was nothing, increase.
Speaker 4 (38:54):
Just you probably you just you probably never thought you're
gonna fight one and you probably thought you're gonna be
stronger regardless.
Speaker 5 (39:00):
Yeah, an assumption.
Speaker 4 (39:03):
Yeah, so but yeah, Archael, And.
Speaker 5 (39:06):
What why are people surprised that Alistair came off kind
of bitchy and whiney because his whole personality is bitchy
and whiny. They just distorted it through an old time
in nineteen twenties, you know radio thing. Yeah, it doesn't
matter if you whine like this or if you whine
like this, it doesn't really matter. You're going to sound
like a whiny bitch. It just one sounds a little funnier.
(39:26):
That's all us is.
Speaker 6 (39:28):
That is that translat trans athletic accent.
Speaker 4 (39:32):
Yeah, look at that.
Speaker 5 (39:34):
Only the roaring twenties remembers that one. But I like
the fact that you brought that back.
Speaker 4 (39:39):
That's what it was.
Speaker 5 (39:40):
Yeah, I know, but people don't usually call it that.
People were just go oh, it's that weird voice that
people did in the early too, and like nineteen hundred
because we tried to sound fancy because the British made
us feel bad. Okay, did you not see.
Speaker 4 (39:55):
Those drug ps?
Speaker 6 (39:56):
He's like, well, golly gee, will here.
Speaker 5 (39:59):
Continue? Golly you will. I'm really curious what happened. Did
the taffy gets stuck at the roof of your mouth again?
Speaker 4 (40:04):
Oh? I did?
Speaker 5 (40:06):
Did you call the milkman a nice big glass of
milk will help you out?
Speaker 3 (40:12):
Uh?
Speaker 4 (40:12):
But I also love that. Uh Cherry and Angel like
they're like their safe space, just hanging out while you know,
the deer, the Deer Deer Deer season, Duck seasons. That
was good.
Speaker 8 (40:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (40:26):
Yeah, Lucifer just has no chill, like you always like
a comeback, like whatever, spry someone says something like I'm
the host.
Speaker 6 (40:34):
Yeah, well I think that's you know, Charlie's girlfriend, and
uh yeah, what have you been doing that?
Speaker 5 (40:38):
Oh?
Speaker 6 (40:38):
Yeah, Also I heard you got your ass kicked and
you left what she needed your most.
Speaker 5 (40:45):
Was he wrong though?
Speaker 4 (40:48):
And they also they didn't look forward, like where is he?
Like like, oh, I don't worry. I'm fine. I'm believing that,
but I'm fine.
Speaker 5 (40:55):
He's alistair. He's the strongest sinner in hell. He doesn't
even look for he's fine.
Speaker 4 (40:59):
Yeah, and then he quits center, you know, being told
to use a coaster for the it's like, you should
use a coaster like this quit like I tried Bamby
walk away.
Speaker 5 (41:11):
You're trying to tell me that you haven't had something stupid.
Just be the straw that broke the camel's back before
I know I have. It's sometimes it's the coasters. Sometimes
it's actually something that matters. Sometimes it's just done.
Speaker 4 (41:26):
Yeah. Yeah, and I don't get to reveal of you know,
we thought it was little if I made the deal,
but no, it was a Rosie.
Speaker 5 (41:34):
True.
Speaker 4 (41:35):
I was like, oh okay, so surprising.
Speaker 5 (41:39):
So either she.
Speaker 6 (41:43):
I guess she's not a sinner because because while she
makes someone stronger than her, is she hell born?
Speaker 5 (41:56):
Good question, she's probably hell born if she decided to
make that deal because it doesn't right in her.
Speaker 4 (42:01):
Yeah, I'm trying to think it's either that or she's
e because not people saying she's loved but no, look,
we've seen the live true.
Speaker 5 (42:09):
We have.
Speaker 6 (42:13):
Exactly a door and calls all like a hundred of them.
Speaker 5 (42:18):
That's what you're co waiting for her voicemail.
Speaker 4 (42:20):
Come on, she's busy.
Speaker 6 (42:21):
Yeah, they either like they they're not available or they're.
Speaker 5 (42:24):
Avoided you that that was a really good voicemail. I
like that one. Now she's just doing she's doing hot
girls ship. I think it's fine.
Speaker 4 (42:34):
She'd been a girl boss get away.
Speaker 6 (42:37):
That's let's was the guy away from the ducks, her husband,
her kids.
Speaker 5 (42:42):
The ducks again, mostly the ducks.
Speaker 4 (42:46):
Love. He loves his ducks.
Speaker 5 (42:49):
Everybody's got a hobby.
Speaker 4 (42:52):
Yeah, everyone's got a ki.
Speaker 5 (42:55):
I was gonna I thought I was gonna say that
at first too, but I'm like, no, no, he's never
fuck the duck is as far as I'm aware. Yep.
Speaker 4 (43:03):
So, yeah, Alisa wants to get the staff fat, but
he's like, no, no, that's not gonna happen yet.
Speaker 6 (43:09):
Also, don't quit the hotel. You're going back there.
Speaker 5 (43:14):
He probably will.
Speaker 4 (43:15):
Yeah, well he did, but we'll get.
Speaker 5 (43:18):
To that, you know what I mean, probably back in
like full force and everything for the next season.
Speaker 6 (43:24):
Yeah, a nice song with the Don't You Forget? I like,
I like what I like to hear Rosie.
Speaker 5 (43:29):
Sing both versions of don't You Forget? A nice like
just a reprise a little later too, and I don't
mind that one. I think that's pretty good too.
Speaker 6 (43:38):
Yeah, that one worth and did you see the on
the bench where I also sit plaque?
Speaker 4 (43:43):
Said l R I P. Susan Shane. The bitch wouldn't
die again. So she got killed in the season one
with that Holy War.
Speaker 5 (43:53):
I think it's good to know it's it's consistency. I
like the continuity.
Speaker 4 (43:59):
So so yeah, Foxers she was a bit anyway. Agreed, Yeah,
so yeah, I was like, okay, so like, what's he
gonna do? And he has a plan. He calls out
the v's nice nice little fight. Oh agreed.
Speaker 5 (44:15):
Agreed, And then you knew as soon as he tried
to call like an armistice kind of like a peace treaty,
he had an idea.
Speaker 4 (44:22):
Yeah yeah, and yeah has more but I had to
take you know, nitty almost die and two gets You're like,
all right, no they can't. I need I need them.
Speaker 5 (44:30):
Stills nifty would have been fine. She wasn't even like
held up for you know, like a healing There was
no like Goku healing chamber or anything like that. She
was fine the next day.
Speaker 4 (44:42):
Yeah, also got her a little song like ah, yeah,
Nitty tell them how the hotel's great, and she just
does his little J pop.
Speaker 5 (44:53):
Yeah, it fits the character. I'll agree there.
Speaker 4 (44:59):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (44:59):
I I still don't like it, but it fits.
Speaker 4 (45:01):
Nifty like were doing help it like helped differently.
Speaker 5 (45:06):
Yes, and then tell he's good.
Speaker 4 (45:13):
And the best combo with Charlie and Kiddy goes like,
oh blah, you're very and I do not like I
am not like gay people.
Speaker 5 (45:22):
That was a good line, was really good. Maybe that
was why Twitter got mad because he said that he's
just like you do realize it was read into the script.
Speaker 4 (45:32):
He realized he's like saying this, yeah.
Speaker 5 (45:41):
And which makes it funnier.
Speaker 4 (45:43):
It does. Yeah, and then yeah, then Nippy left when
he saw Alison was in trouble. Angel hust were like
trying to make up, like you just cuttle fish, It's cute.
Speaker 5 (45:51):
The little bla like you like this, and then Nifty
just grabs house, come with me, boo.
Speaker 4 (45:57):
And it's cool. We got to see more of a
huss power. He's like more like magicios just to gamble
with the cards. He just doesn't magic tricks.
Speaker 5 (46:04):
Yeah, he's still very gambiting, but I do like that
it's a little more the top head isn't just for show.
Speaker 4 (46:10):
Yeah, I'm okay with the gamba like cards or like strings,
like I always like the strange weapons of anime with
like Walter from Housing, Like I'm always socker those Like
it's just a cool You just.
Speaker 5 (46:23):
Like the ruts, that's all it is. Yes, you just
like choking people. That's your there we go.
Speaker 4 (46:33):
Listen.
Speaker 5 (46:35):
You try to be like string weapons. He said, No,
you choke people, especially choking, Get it right, I mean
if it's in the middle of fight, I'm not sure
how consensual that is. You're tragged not to die, they're
trying to beat you up.
Speaker 4 (46:53):
Also, Velvets Powers is pretty unique. Like it's like you
use like social media to make make big weapons.
Speaker 5 (47:00):
What I thought she was fucking doing. But like it's
just it was weird.
Speaker 4 (47:04):
It's interesting though, like like you know what, that's kind
of new. It is just using camera, like you just
use this stuff to like turn to stuff and like
a like a makeshift.
Speaker 5 (47:16):
Again, I wish we got to see more velvet.
Speaker 4 (47:19):
I I hope, I hope. So for Nexeason, we'll get
to that. Ah, but you know, yeah, Alser is a
prisoner and Boxes, being creepy again, keeps touching him. The
whole the whole celebration was basically a date. Just happen
to talk. Oh we're a couple at the diner.
Speaker 5 (47:40):
I mean Valentino's fucking comment after I think it's the
after the reprise was the whole just just fuck already.
Speaker 4 (47:48):
Yeah, the fucking box and Vala has sex in front
of Alstro. That's awful for an ag sexual to see.
Speaker 5 (47:55):
You never know, not all asexuals are completely you know,
uninterested in sex.
Speaker 4 (48:01):
Well, well, how looked miserable? Oh well see yeah that yeah, like,
oh that was amazing. The bell was just like whatever,
it was.
Speaker 5 (48:15):
Just old hat. He's like, you did the same thing
you did yesterday.
Speaker 6 (48:18):
Yeah, yeah, you're my lover. But the people I funk
like Brand and Hooker better.
Speaker 5 (48:23):
So see you now that that's gotta be disappointing for
bocks in general, because Faut does all this like bortant stuff.
Think about the kinky ship he's shot seen and participated
and then so like Box be like I have an idea,
and he'd be like, yeah, that's boring. I did that
five times last week.
Speaker 4 (48:44):
He couldn't just go I can show you how to
do it better.
Speaker 5 (48:48):
No, because he's the sub and so he's not gonna
correct the Box. And Yeah.
Speaker 4 (48:54):
Then we got the backstory of Box and Owl, and
I like how I was like, oh he got pissy,
Like no, he got pissed, like you laughed in his face? True,
like like you just laughed at her. Well he was
actually yeah, he probably was sincere back then with it.
(49:15):
But you know, Box like, well, I already got tricked
into being a servant, so I'm not doing that ship again.
So it was like a Copa Meggans like all right,
get away, fair Fair. It's like no, It's like, how
do you go from like this cult leader? It's like, oh,
I just I just thought we were friends.
Speaker 5 (49:35):
And we find out later on why.
Speaker 4 (49:38):
It's like, well, there are non got the repriez, really
nice reprise, the aggressive breathing after and a nice call
back to uh stayed gone.
Speaker 5 (49:49):
Yes, like oh you just just fuck what?
Speaker 4 (49:53):
Can I film it? Can I film it?
Speaker 5 (49:57):
So casually says that it's the best part.
Speaker 4 (50:00):
Yeah, definitely has some good lines in some of the
in the seasons.
Speaker 5 (50:06):
Most of That's best lines were just as he was
exiting the scene, like when he's like screaming Spanish, We're
just saying something flippantly, like a bitch, you know, just
Florida exactly from fucking Florida.
Speaker 4 (50:23):
That was probably one of the best from Fucking Florida.
But there's one I like the lot because we got backstory,
we found out by Alistair, we found out aout the deal,
and we got a fight, uh good good interactions with
various Trolley and Katie and all that. Like it was
(50:45):
the right people that were focused on on that episode.
Speaker 5 (50:48):
I just feel like this is where the season started
to take shape. Yeah, it was already like what episode.
Speaker 4 (50:53):
Five four, So yeah, it was like it was a
halfway point.
Speaker 5 (50:58):
It felt like it just it started kind of late,
and I'm just like, I think that's probably why the
season ranks lower than probably any other one will for me,
is just because it took too much setup to get
to a point that made sense to then build and
everything else felt rushed from that point forward right.
Speaker 4 (51:17):
Right, and then five Boxers basically get ready, like recruiting
people try to get the overlords, and you know, Charlie's
not listening again, trying to get the angels, and so
Baggy Baggy finally does something.
Speaker 5 (51:38):
And what I've noticed said, she do she do.
Speaker 6 (51:44):
Instead of just trying to change her name.
Speaker 5 (51:45):
But yeah, that started getting annoying after a while too.
Speaker 4 (51:50):
Yeah, and yeah we'll get to that later. But yeah,
we finally get Lucifer. So okay, all right, I heard
his box. Oh yeah, oh yeah, he likes to hear
himself talk like we know, like, you know, he's talking
about you, darling.
Speaker 5 (52:03):
What he did?
Speaker 4 (52:04):
What now?
Speaker 6 (52:07):
I was like, no, no, no, yeah, you find out
yeah that he cannot.
Speaker 4 (52:15):
Yeah, that's that. That's gonna be tords like people being
like decks and hells like and you cannot do anything
about it.
Speaker 5 (52:22):
That's the point.
Speaker 4 (52:24):
Yeah. I like the little call back to the Great
Quaxby because because the voice out there did Great Gats
Being Broadway.
Speaker 5 (52:37):
Oh I see that part. I didn't know. I just
the other with Great Gats being Great Quaxby.
Speaker 6 (52:42):
Yeah yeah, yeah, the act the voice after did that,
that was Gas being Broadway.
Speaker 8 (52:47):
Okay, Okay, I like, well you can't hit him, but
just you know, scare him scare a little bit rough.
Speaker 6 (53:00):
Time to daddy up exactly, like don't don't don't say that.
Speaker 5 (53:06):
Yeah, that's that's not gonna be your your the don't
they don't.
Speaker 4 (53:10):
I don't like he went back and called me Daddy's Like.
Speaker 5 (53:15):
You don't need that catchphrase, Kobe, I got what you
tried to do. But uh it just starts workshopping catchphrases
at some point.
Speaker 4 (53:27):
The catchphrases and then the other thing and then uh yeah,
Emily Lout and Sarah they finally READI with Charlie. They
are like, what are we gonna do, like, you know,
like you know, apologize maybe, like all right, we got
gift baskets. We're gonna need more gift baskets.
Speaker 5 (53:46):
Fucking Pinches had to play in that too, like what
did people like down there? Drugs? We don't have drugs.
Speaker 4 (53:53):
It's like, yeah, I guess like gift baskets because like
because like there's like they never apologized before.
Speaker 5 (54:03):
That makes so much sense though, because they just think
they're right. Why would they apologize. They're never wrong, They're
always right.
Speaker 4 (54:10):
Yeah, that's what I have said.
Speaker 5 (54:13):
Exactly and they all agreed to. So what to say
about them is people do if you think about it.
Speaker 6 (54:19):
Yeah, then we get the Vox rally and then we
get the looser song and that was really cool. I
like the louser part of the song. Yeah, he gets
he like true formish or part of or part of
his transformations. Yes, And then we got the Vox popular eye.
(54:39):
That was a good That was a good song too.
Of how I was like trying to rally the people
and just antagonize them loose.
Speaker 4 (54:45):
Like, yeah, this is why your your wife left you,
like all right, strike baseed smite me, and people thought
like like he just helds that. No, he did try to,
but his arm was shaken, like he cannot go forward.
It will not let him, true, no matter how hard
he tries, like it's not like he stopped him like
like he did intention like it won't let him.
Speaker 5 (55:08):
Yes, it is literally his punishment. It's like a pact.
But with God who he's not going So.
Speaker 4 (55:14):
Why do you think he was very happy? It was
beat the ship out of at him? You saw that
grandaunch the shadow true, it's like finally so long? Yes,
how did it ten thousand years of aggression?
Speaker 5 (55:33):
You know, I guess we really shouldn't unpack that one too,
much because that technically means he could hit Veggy if
he wanted to.
Speaker 6 (55:41):
That's true, that's actually true.
Speaker 5 (55:44):
She's not a sinner, she is not.
Speaker 4 (55:47):
No, so yeah, so so Lucifer walked away, Piste off, defeated,
and then the Angels come the box.
Speaker 6 (55:55):
His mood completely like a ship they're gonna swipe me.
Speaker 5 (56:00):
I mean, he he just went big time there, like
he knew it was all a joke, he knew he
had everything, Like he.
Speaker 4 (56:07):
Actually felt afraid when the angel showed up, and then
he saw the gip backs, like hold on, hold on.
Speaker 5 (56:13):
I think he was a little thrown off, but he's
so goofy all the fucking time. It's hard to tell
if he was actually concerned or if he was just
playing up. Oh my god, look angels showed up.
Speaker 4 (56:25):
Yeah and then yeah, Also, this is where alisaer like
starts to be had, like have some confidence because you
have his plans work, and he's like he pulled the
Batman when the Justice League went all the villains, but
also like talked to ways were strayed to make them
and they just turned against each other.
Speaker 5 (56:38):
What he did? Mind control? Yes, man, how do you
mind control idiots?
Speaker 4 (56:46):
You just yes, then the death.
Speaker 5 (56:48):
That's how that.
Speaker 4 (56:49):
Works, like us when they played them man boxes just
still easy to manipulate this because he still cares by
what he thinks.
Speaker 5 (56:55):
Very true.
Speaker 6 (56:57):
It's like, oh yeah, well, you know they're.
Speaker 4 (56:58):
Doing the work. What are you doing? All right?
Speaker 6 (57:00):
I value you stay you stay back here.
Speaker 5 (57:03):
That is true. Like I like to Alistair started like
putting the bug in valid Velvet's ear, but like he's
taking all the credit and you guys.
Speaker 4 (57:12):
Are just back here and there and the like, hey,
they're doing all the work, So I don't know what
you're doing. You're just you're just the face like while
they're like the you know, like the heart and soul essentially.
It's true, yes, like that, they'll probably start listening to
them more than you.
Speaker 5 (57:30):
God, could you imagine if Alistair takes over fox Neck
and Velvet and Val.
Speaker 6 (57:36):
Like Velvet show al how to use a smartphone.
Speaker 5 (57:43):
No, see that's the beauty. Velvet tries to show him
a smartphone, but Alistair reverts everything back to radio and like.
Speaker 4 (57:51):
Here's a rotary phone exactly, just like I get that.
Speaker 5 (57:55):
There's the number goes around in circle. There's the number
goes around in circle. Val does the even know who
he's called. He's just having fun playing with it.
Speaker 4 (58:03):
They just have to pray called box.
Speaker 5 (58:07):
All the numbers go to box.
Speaker 4 (58:11):
Exactly.
Speaker 6 (58:13):
Yeah, yeah, went boxing the box all the good baskets.
Speaker 4 (58:16):
They use that as a manipulator, like all taffy, Like that's.
Speaker 6 (58:21):
The apology, Like you know when you put it like that,
it's not wrong.
Speaker 5 (58:27):
It's really hurtful though, because that was good taffy. And
have you ever had good taffy?
Speaker 6 (58:32):
I've had good salt water taffy by the ocean.
Speaker 5 (58:36):
Yeah, I could, you know, I could accept forgiveness and
you know, apologies for some things with certain taffy.
Speaker 4 (58:45):
And they were like, well what well look who look
who brought food as an apology? Figured that it will
work when you're absolutely fucking.
Speaker 5 (58:51):
Right, Yeah you are? You know me really well? Thank you?
Is this so tay wow? Is really good? You get
this from the shore.
Speaker 4 (59:01):
And then we see uh, Sarah's true form.
Speaker 5 (59:06):
She is the scariest one in the season.
Speaker 4 (59:08):
Yeah, with the dragon looking multiple eyes yes, like and
then yeah, then Box turning like no that's not what
I said. We've got the box d I really good
villain song angels like fucking scared like, what the fuck? Uh?
Why is that this working?
Speaker 3 (59:26):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (59:28):
Oh, did you see the reactions, whether I showing the
angels all the or the murder Emily is like trophide
and you see Loot smirking like good times, good times.
Speaker 5 (59:37):
Oh yeah, Loot wants everybody to suck it up so
then she can suck come up.
Speaker 6 (59:42):
So you have the glory days? Why can't we go
back to that while we being pacifist in heaven?
Speaker 5 (59:48):
And then you have to sit there and go that
was like seven years ago when the extermination.
Speaker 4 (59:52):
That really that that was basically soon as LILV left
that's when they started doing the extermination. Mm hmm, Like
I coach wars like longer than like maybe at least
a thousand years.
Speaker 5 (01:00:05):
No, No, it was like ten or yeah, it was
like seven years ago we started doing this and fucking
Loots acting like it's been like the blood feud for centuries.
Speaker 4 (01:00:15):
It's like, no, it hasn't even.
Speaker 5 (01:00:16):
Been a decade.
Speaker 6 (01:00:19):
That part, yeah, that part I wasn't crazy about.
Speaker 5 (01:00:22):
It's like, we didn't even get through a whole presidential term.
If they voted Bino back to back, if it's only
been seven years, that's nothing that's drop in the.
Speaker 4 (01:00:29):
Bucket, like I was like your dad in chocolate. It's
like what a Like I'm not here like that dreaming.
Also like how the angels just did not look a Lucifer,
like I haven't seen him, like like they haven't seen
him in ten thousand years, Like no, like not not
(01:00:50):
look at him.
Speaker 5 (01:00:51):
I mean that makes sense they should hate him. You know,
he didn't try to rebel against heaven.
Speaker 4 (01:00:58):
I have, but like some time of acknowledgment, like like
they were too, like they were in the same ara
at least a couple of times in this season.
Speaker 5 (01:01:06):
The lack of acknowledgment says more, though, because that means
they don't even acknowledge he was one of them. He's
anybody important, we like your.
Speaker 4 (01:01:16):
Daughter but not you.
Speaker 5 (01:01:20):
Well, yeah, it's that whole sense of the father concept,
you know what I mean pretty much?
Speaker 4 (01:01:26):
Yeah, And then fucking Baggy finally got the con to say, hey, Charlie,
you're you're actually the one fuck up the hotel, not
your dad.
Speaker 5 (01:01:32):
See, I thought you were about to say, finally forget
out what fuck her name was too?
Speaker 6 (01:01:38):
She figured like she figured out her name during the fight.
Speaker 4 (01:01:43):
By the way, I go buy this.
Speaker 5 (01:01:44):
Now bitch exactly. Like I understand why she was upset
about it because of what Adam said at the end
of season one, But why did that bug her? And
why was it like a running joke for four fucking
episodes when everybody else was like had a their ass
being stupid.
Speaker 4 (01:02:01):
Yeah, it's like you what Like it's like, why did
you do like you could do it? Like you know,
like when in my Herockade, Decca was meant nothing, but
he embraced it, like all right, I like I rose
above it. Fuck the haters type of thing. It's not
that go to do same thing. Didn't have to try
to do the whole name change exactly.
Speaker 5 (01:02:21):
Plus most people like what she's named after anyway, not
just Adam. It's fine.
Speaker 4 (01:02:25):
Yeah, it's it's like it's violent plasters.
Speaker 5 (01:02:31):
Exactly.
Speaker 4 (01:02:34):
Yeah. But yeah, lovers quarrel, we got we got Carmelo,
Carmine Fox friendon her family like, oh yeah, either me
or I guess me. Yeah, I don't blame for what
she did, not do what you gotta do with hatspret
the family and we saw the wedding range like it
I'll pillow somewhere. So she definitely lost a lover from
(01:02:56):
the extermination well at some point yeah, and I guess
still was like the rebounds or or they're just friends.
Speaker 5 (01:03:09):
I think they're more than friends. With how he kind
of left her but then came back towards.
Speaker 4 (01:03:14):
The end, it's like like, well, you're like I don't
agree with what you're doing, so once you come to
your sentence, I'll come back to you.
Speaker 5 (01:03:21):
That's not completely like a best buddy kind of reaction.
That that felt like he had more invested in her,
you know what.
Speaker 4 (01:03:28):
I mean, Yeah, like he cares for her in a
certain way. Correct, Like even it's not like I love
our type of thing, Like there's still like something true.
Speaker 5 (01:03:38):
It'd be interesting to find out what the fuck happened
to her husband, because.
Speaker 6 (01:03:42):
I think it was just the extermination or like I
will or who is it?
Speaker 4 (01:03:47):
Type of thing that.
Speaker 5 (01:03:48):
Well, you know that whole just a little bit of
backstory on it. Yeah, especially knowing the exterminations only started
like seven years ago. Yeah, that means all of these
threats are a fresher wound exactly.
Speaker 6 (01:04:01):
Also, probably Hoskar is a good therapist.
Speaker 5 (01:04:05):
He's a bartender, of course, he's a good therapist. That's
what they are exactly. The best kind of therapist because
they give you drugs as they talk to you.
Speaker 6 (01:04:13):
Like about like I learned so many ways to call
people stupid now.
Speaker 5 (01:04:17):
And it's very true.
Speaker 4 (01:04:19):
I was like, you know what, that's fair. I respect that.
And you know, Charlie stuck at the bar and I
was like, I'm dumb being a therapist, Like this is stupid.
Aw are I quit?
Speaker 5 (01:04:33):
Everybody quits, like great, now we're in a bartender and
I'm just happy we get like two of the better
songs this season. Shortly after that, yep.
Speaker 6 (01:04:44):
And then Maggie did the worst thing possible by leaving Nifty.
Speaker 4 (01:04:47):
In charge of the hotels.
Speaker 5 (01:04:49):
Yes, that never works, and yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:04:55):
Yeah host Coasters casino that was it was an overlord
him when there and that, and we got a nice
song with that love it a bottle mm hmm yeah,
Like that's how it does metaphors like alcohol and all
that that type of thing, and I I forget that's
how we died. He like a whole poisoner, just drowned
from being too drunk.
Speaker 5 (01:05:15):
I forget what his backstory is also, but like it works.
Speaker 4 (01:05:21):
We don't know how he died, but we know he
wasn't overlord. He's still had again the problem and he
lost almost everything and he basically sold the souls to
Alisair that keeps overlord power least, even though he's not
an overlord any yet.
Speaker 5 (01:05:35):
Yeah. We we kind of learned that all with like
loser baby almost.
Speaker 4 (01:05:38):
Yeah basically and apparently Nifty too, because apparently she was
also an overlord at one point.
Speaker 5 (01:05:46):
What was she like the horrid ju I do fucking
fucking over.
Speaker 4 (01:05:51):
And why did you did?
Speaker 6 (01:05:53):
Did you get kidded from being too crazy.
Speaker 5 (01:05:55):
Or was she just too extra?
Speaker 4 (01:05:57):
It's like, oh, I didn't know, she's all right, all right?
And I was like drawing me like okay, fair because
you know, he was the only one that was like
nice to her? Does he don't care about I will
say that in a weird, dementic way.
Speaker 5 (01:06:18):
True, But that's also part of the beauty of the
first season, where it's like you got to see all
of these relationships and the ties. In the second season, he.
Speaker 4 (01:06:27):
Did call them friends in that finales like what you
said he almost died for his friends. He did.
Speaker 6 (01:06:33):
He was like I was like, what there actually are
your friends?
Speaker 5 (01:06:35):
Oh?
Speaker 4 (01:06:36):
My half of what by the trips of heart?
Speaker 5 (01:06:39):
I mean, why do you think he made whatever deal
he made with Rosie Towards the end he tried to
act all cool and nonchalant.
Speaker 4 (01:06:49):
I didn't. I wouldn't call that deal just it was
a Again, it was quite pro quo. So it's basically
like a favor, not a deal deal like like I'll
help him, just fix my staff.
Speaker 5 (01:06:58):
It was like a deal, but you know what I mean, though,
he had to get something out of it. Yeah, so
I'm curious exactly what it was and why he needed
the nudge if they were so his friends, aside from
he just wanted something, Yeah, Like that could be the
easy answer. He's just greedy, so that's why.
Speaker 4 (01:07:18):
Yeah, but that could be. That could be a thing too.
But like like originally what I could just start as like,
you know, like use it or entertainments, like I grown,
like grown fond of these people.
Speaker 6 (01:07:30):
They folded my sheets at a forty five degree angle.
Speaker 5 (01:07:33):
Too, all right, Betster, calming the fuck down, stupid fucking asspool. Ah,
it's funny, but it's stupid.
Speaker 6 (01:07:43):
I was a love how Carmine was just like, all right,
are you doing with your lesbian drama? Like take that
somewhere else.
Speaker 5 (01:07:49):
I do Like how carimeligious fucking calls him out on it.
She's like, you can take your lesbian ship somewhere else.
Speaker 4 (01:07:53):
Kai fuck And like I got like like, yeah, I'm
not helping, Like yeah, I was you too, you you
you lesbian has brought the war here, So.
Speaker 5 (01:08:04):
Fucking lesbians was always you to like like I killed joy,
Yeah ship, this is why killed was right the whole time.
Speaker 4 (01:08:14):
Queer got married. Yeah. And then we go back to
the bars like, oh good, boozer's to looking jew It
was angel and dragons, yeah, and he and this was
this is what he fell in love. I mean, I
(01:08:35):
don't I don't mean like I wouldn't play like you
know what I full to it. Yeah, it's just crass,
lovely bur less type Jessica Rabbit voice.
Speaker 5 (01:08:46):
Yeah, Like Joey can flip up his trap card as
much as he wants, and I'm still like, it's okay,
I'm still attacking.
Speaker 4 (01:08:53):
I know it's a trap.
Speaker 6 (01:08:54):
We're good, can be the festival.
Speaker 4 (01:08:56):
Want I'm doing piercing damage exactly. Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:09:03):
So they're all getting buddy buddy, like Hasca checking out
Angel's chest in the dress when they were talking.
Speaker 5 (01:09:10):
Us was just drooling all over Angel basically.
Speaker 4 (01:09:14):
We also got Charlie from smiling friends at the cameo.
A couple of he was a screaming rain and the
guy like, oh yeah, that was that was hot. Does
that make me gay? Might be gay?
Speaker 5 (01:09:28):
Yeah, that is such a hymn line to say to that.
Speaker 6 (01:09:30):
You know, Charlie would say that and the scream rain
word too, yea, the.
Speaker 5 (01:09:37):
Scream rain. Okay, I'm glad we don't have scream rain
in reality.
Speaker 4 (01:09:41):
That way, I'd probably lose my mind.
Speaker 5 (01:09:44):
I need to be taking gummies way more often just
to fall asleep if there were screaming.
Speaker 4 (01:09:49):
And we had we had a box. Uh seeing that,
now's jealous because like I need angel Oh I f
I like, well what am I gonna do? I think
you know you could fuck around.
Speaker 5 (01:10:04):
Your answer to everything and.
Speaker 4 (01:10:06):
I was like, oh cool, so you're only nice to
us when you need something. And a c also turned
around the other chairs like when do you get to
a different chairs?
Speaker 5 (01:10:14):
He's house there, he can do whatever he wants.
Speaker 4 (01:10:17):
It's like he's like begging to me, Like it's not beg.
Speaker 6 (01:10:19):
I'm demanded you will. I was like that ship don't
work on me.
Speaker 4 (01:10:24):
Off.
Speaker 5 (01:10:25):
That was the whole I'm from fucking Florida. It wasn't
because it didn't he say something, but like where his
people are from. Wasn't that the line?
Speaker 4 (01:10:32):
It was basically, you know, I can't understand you with
the island speakers, anyone else got ship to say. It's like,
I'm from fucking Florida. See exactly, Hello, welcome to the show.
Welcome to the show. How Like hey, that shot though,
Like who's that box got hurt?
Speaker 5 (01:10:50):
Exactly?
Speaker 4 (01:10:52):
Yeah, And then we get the twist at the end
of this where you know Angel was the spy that
the box abused them.
Speaker 5 (01:11:00):
Yeah, which makes sense, I get it, but like.
Speaker 4 (01:11:04):
Yeah, it seems like it happened in season one, like
after that poison song, but uh yeah, it was on
the road. So so it was basically I'll stay you
have to try better next time, you have to try
better next time, and next time I started like, all right,
I bet is why?
Speaker 5 (01:11:21):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (01:11:21):
I did.
Speaker 5 (01:11:22):
Like again, we talked about it earlier, and it's just
solidified it. Like this season just came down real hard
on Angel.
Speaker 4 (01:11:28):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:11:29):
And Angel was one of the characters that, like the
early YouTube stuff and season one kind of ingratiated Angel
to the.
Speaker 4 (01:11:37):
The views and addictive music video.
Speaker 5 (01:11:40):
I'm just his songs are good, his characters likable. And
then it's like you just keep shitting on this kid,
and it's like.
Speaker 6 (01:11:48):
You want you just want to see him happy, you
want to see him like free from the best.
Speaker 5 (01:11:53):
I don't even necessarily want to see him happy. I
just want to see him like mediocre at the moment,
because it's always shitty, shitty, shitty shitty. It's one bed.
Speaker 4 (01:12:01):
I give him a wind somewhere, give it.
Speaker 5 (01:12:05):
Make it. Let him in Husk have their potentially rocky
mediocre relationship. It doesn't even have to be happy. I
don't give a fuck. Just not this.
Speaker 4 (01:12:15):
Just what I'm comforted for something.
Speaker 5 (01:12:18):
Yes, that could mean sexually, however they want just stop
with the shipping on Angel, leave him alone exactly, ship
on anyone else. There's plenty of other people.
Speaker 4 (01:12:29):
We're in hell.
Speaker 5 (01:12:30):
Everyone deserves it, not just.
Speaker 4 (01:12:35):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:12:35):
And then we go to but yeah, a good episode,
nice little reveal, Yeah or twist.
Speaker 4 (01:12:43):
I never get the episode seven.
Speaker 6 (01:12:47):
We got the weapon. Uh, Lucifer gets caught and said
weapons in the yeah, they I hate that they have
to nerve. I get why had the nerfin but I
was like it's just too much.
Speaker 4 (01:13:01):
Of the NERF.
Speaker 5 (01:13:02):
I just don't know why everybody has to has their
IQ or nerth. Like he was just wandering like he's
supposed to be goofy. I get it, but like who
wanders around a warehouse and just stands on X. That's
not something Charlie would do, right, I don't know why
this is like they make the dumbest decisions and that's
the only way to get from point A to point
B in a plan.
Speaker 6 (01:13:24):
I mean, he's probably like, oh, nothing can hurt me,
so well do matter?
Speaker 5 (01:13:28):
Well, sure, but it's just watching it is ridiculous at
some point for everybody is dumb, and it's just like
him kind of getting sick of everybody being dumb being
the trigger to get the plan continuing.
Speaker 6 (01:13:43):
Yeah, and we haven't got als. We're talking a little bit.
Oh yeah, it's like you buy babbled when you were
an eddie.
Speaker 4 (01:13:49):
I oh, I'll I'll give you.
Speaker 5 (01:13:55):
There was some interesting banter during that whole capture scene.
Speaker 4 (01:13:59):
Yep, I owned you, I own hell, I own all this,
and then fucking Locifer just called my failures. Oh that
that's kind of staying.
Speaker 5 (01:14:07):
Actually, he's not wrong that wasn't really in a position
to be talking ship, but he wasn't wrong.
Speaker 4 (01:14:13):
It was like, even, eh, he's captured, Just run your mouth,
go off, queen. Exactly, that's why I also dead. When
he was time for the.
Speaker 5 (01:14:22):
Chair true alistair brunts his mouth all the time now exactly.
Speaker 4 (01:14:30):
Uh, then we got we got our last box song,
we get we get his backstory. He was a weather
man then uh, news anchor that like late night talk
show hosts. They then rolled the network and then had
a TV land on his head. Yeah, that's kind of hurt,
like a lot makes sense though. Yeah, so that that
(01:14:51):
all that's all comes together. Nice saw that even though
the fucking Jojo poses during the chorus. Yes, I was like,
I've seen these posts. I know that's the all. That's Joseph.
You can't trick me. I know Jojo reference. Remember it's
Jojo reference.
Speaker 5 (01:15:07):
Well remember how we were talking about the gay side
of Twitter being the ones that kind of influenced some
of this. Yeah, Jojo is not the most straight anime
side of Twitter, you know what I mean?
Speaker 6 (01:15:18):
Jojo was hyper masculine and gay way before Twitter.
Speaker 5 (01:15:23):
Yes, Jojo was like covering it up levels of gay
with muscular g I then let's not even bring up Joseph, even.
Speaker 4 (01:15:34):
Jon or.
Speaker 6 (01:15:36):
Before they turned the Twinks in part four or not.
Speaker 5 (01:15:39):
But Joseph lost his boyfriend. That's the only reason he
ended up with what's her face? I remember her like
I hate her because like it should is she should
have ended up with him.
Speaker 4 (01:15:53):
Yeah, he married susie Q.
Speaker 5 (01:15:56):
I think it was. Yeah, that sounds right.
Speaker 4 (01:15:58):
Yeah, but no Caesar that he's still guessing with the
Caesar him scream and Caesar like Cha's like cheesa.
Speaker 5 (01:16:08):
I mean it's still it came out of nowhere like
that was a good scene and like they were so close, like.
Speaker 4 (01:16:15):
Yeah, oh yeah no, and then the Italian music in
the background. Yeah, that all works so well.
Speaker 5 (01:16:26):
That that was probably where everything peaked. If we're being honest.
I love Joseph, don't get me wrong, but like Jodo
and Joseph wasn't the same. It was more like goofy
Indiana Jones ship with old Joseph.
Speaker 4 (01:16:38):
Yeah, the the yeah. But yeah, before when Hammond was cool,
it was all right, we gotta go, we gotta go
really over the top. Now the first the first tire cards.
Then when we get more people, it's a band names, artists,
music artists.
Speaker 5 (01:16:56):
Hey, everybody loves speed Wagon. Shut up?
Speaker 6 (01:16:58):
You know I lost me Wagonwagon is filled best everything
I don't.
Speaker 4 (01:17:06):
Always trust or the Heimen like speed.
Speaker 6 (01:17:14):
German, French, English all in like one.
Speaker 5 (01:17:18):
That is like the anime voice acting of Sean Connery
pretending to be like an Egyptian guy from Spain with
the Scottish accent who also play in Japan, pretty much
just like Highlander one. Oliver like, where the fuck are
you from? Well, I'm Ramiresh, but I'm from I'm from Spain.
I spent time in in Egypt. M was my wife
in Japan. What do you sound scrattish? Uh?
Speaker 4 (01:17:41):
But who? Yeah? They did, they did the weapon. They
shot it at the pearly gates and yeah I got
shot back and the thing. But Peter is gonna have
some work to do. He just scars the door and
he's fired.
Speaker 5 (01:17:57):
Well, now he's got to fix the door. Yeah you're
gonna see go from Jackie chan a venture shop on
mo thing. You forgot to fix the door.
Speaker 4 (01:18:07):
And so I haven't hass twenty four hours to surrender
loose as we should kill them, and was like, no,
we gotta be the good guys like fuck being the
good guys.
Speaker 5 (01:18:15):
Yeah, there's irony there.
Speaker 6 (01:18:17):
Yeah, the calm saraph down a little bit, all right,
Emily go down there.
Speaker 5 (01:18:26):
I do find that funny that they send the smallest
one down into hell all the time. There's like this big, fucking, gigantic, powerful,
scary looking one.
Speaker 9 (01:18:37):
It's like, send the littlest one, send the cute one, exactly,
and it's like, why why are you sending the cute
one every time?
Speaker 5 (01:18:48):
Send to anyone else?
Speaker 4 (01:18:50):
Literally yep. So and then the box calls Charles say,
oh yeah, I have your dad come to the swawe. Also,
they did not get the cake was a lie. There
was no case for Charlie.
Speaker 5 (01:19:03):
So it was a triumph, is what you're telling me. Yes,
I'm making a note here, a huge success exactly.
Speaker 6 (01:19:12):
But yeah, the when I think about the future song,
I like that one a lot better than the final song.
Speaker 5 (01:19:19):
Yes, whatever the care Bear song was, I hate that one.
Speaker 4 (01:19:23):
Yeah, Like, like, if you took the villains out of
the what I think about the future song, that would
be like a great last song for a finale future.
Speaker 5 (01:19:32):
Yes, because the villains kind of made it weird. But
I agree with you.
Speaker 4 (01:19:36):
There, Yeah, but yeah, but it was cool that all
the songs got a callback, like the but once I
Get up there or gravity.
Speaker 5 (01:19:45):
Yeah, everything had a little bit of of callback within
the song, so it's nice.
Speaker 4 (01:19:51):
Yeah, but if you did take that out, it was
just the good the protagonist. It would be a great
fin final song for that season, would I agree? So yeah,
that part I agree. Yeah, And back to He's gonna help.
Speaker 5 (01:20:09):
The dumbest reason but it was amusing, so I can
I can let it pass.
Speaker 6 (01:20:13):
Yeah, but as I'm all for more BackStar and these
buddies are nifty So.
Speaker 5 (01:20:19):
That's the real reason why you care now because it's
a water tea and like, I can't now.
Speaker 4 (01:20:29):
It's a BoatUS. Its like how it just hell stitty?
Would the stupid like I'm gonna make fleas into a
into a jazz bad.
Speaker 5 (01:20:38):
Yeah whatever, fleas cockroaches, I forget the fun they were.
Speaker 4 (01:20:40):
But yeah, but that was it was like like what
do you do? I do this? Like tell me more,
in fact, let me help you.
Speaker 5 (01:20:49):
Yeah, but that that last episode really kind of made
it seem like they're they're actually good together. Yeah, because
usually Nifty Fox things up a little bit because she's
so hyperactive yeah, but she actually stuck to the plan.
Speaker 4 (01:21:02):
Yeah, like I must protect him, like.
Speaker 5 (01:21:04):
Yeah, and it's just like wow, she he's her focus point, like.
Speaker 6 (01:21:12):
And uh yeah, the final episode, it's just cool polity.
Speaker 4 (01:21:17):
Uh mm hmmm, yep, would called Husk Cherry, they split up, Baxter, Nifty,
they split up to go hack the camera. While they
do this, so Heaven and Abel was trying to calmute
down because lot bitch, it's accurate though, yes, but we'll
(01:21:38):
get to another bit. Uh, Carbine is not like she's
not helping bag you like nope, saying out of this.
Speaker 6 (01:21:46):
So vox so a little speech. Charlie cuts it off.
Speaker 4 (01:21:50):
Oh yeah, we're gonna have punches here in a minute,
by you know, balaces. Valance let the party because you know, like, hey,
you sit next to me, bes fucking you sit next to.
Speaker 5 (01:22:00):
Me, Charlie. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:22:03):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:22:03):
He pissed off Velvet and Valves and then they sucked
off and in typical Charlie fashion, technical difficulties happen and
she looks like a liar again.
Speaker 4 (01:22:12):
And while that was going on, Velvet is fighting Nifty
and VAL's fighting Cherry and Husk while they're trying to
get Angel out. Angel Uh, starts choking out cherry until
you know, hust mass in the back of the neck.
Speaker 5 (01:22:30):
Husk just donkey punches Angel and that saves him.
Speaker 6 (01:22:35):
Said like, if he that doesn't work, just hid in
the back of the head.
Speaker 5 (01:22:38):
And he did, which means Husk knows, which means they've
done the donkey punch before you knows.
Speaker 4 (01:22:42):
He knows, he knows is a weak spots.
Speaker 5 (01:22:46):
And she didn't even say, oh she He just turned.
Speaker 4 (01:22:49):
He's like, what what the fuck?
Speaker 5 (01:22:52):
He's like, Husk, Jerry, what the hell?
Speaker 4 (01:22:56):
Yeah, v Val gotta take it out. Nifty Uh push
out the window. Her body fell apart like the mannequin things,
and what's happened in fucking Box got muted.
Speaker 5 (01:23:11):
That was the best, like Baxter's best little them I
thing when Box trains to link in video nopea.
Speaker 4 (01:23:19):
Yeah, but all that didn't work. And then Box like,
all right, well, Charlie tell me that I'm the strong.
It's like no. Then Alistair just smiled like, oh, go ahead,
don't be this one simple favor. It all comes back to,
because what's worse because I thought the favor was just
gonna be get my soul back from Rosie. This is
(01:23:40):
better though I know what I'm saying, like that this
actually works. It shows that it's the plant. Now he's
freaks from that because now he's the the strongest center
as Box, even though it's really not. But the fact
that the pernson of Hell said it on live TV.
Speaker 5 (01:23:53):
Which absolves alistair from Rosie's back, and then then Box.
Speaker 4 (01:23:58):
Touches on the shoulders, and then that that deals God,
like you're always doing it and I hate it, like
you know, good, call about good.
Speaker 5 (01:24:08):
It's fucking weird. Such people, I like how muck trying
to call bullshit where you're just like, wait, you got
me on wordplay like a technicality.
Speaker 4 (01:24:18):
It's like it was like a demi form, like fuck you.
Speaker 6 (01:24:21):
And then we got another rematch fight that was really cool.
Speaker 4 (01:24:24):
It's nice and even.
Speaker 5 (01:24:26):
I'm surprised it was so even honestly.
Speaker 4 (01:24:28):
Even though he's still like injury, he's still limited.
Speaker 5 (01:24:32):
I figured being untethered from Rosie's thing would have helped,
you know what I mean.
Speaker 6 (01:24:38):
But I guess still the staff was still broken, so
that was where most of his power is.
Speaker 4 (01:24:44):
I get what you're saying, but it's kind of just
if you.
Speaker 6 (01:24:47):
Had all that then it'd be like a kind of
like a fucking squash.
Speaker 5 (01:24:50):
Match, which I would have liked that better than.
Speaker 6 (01:24:55):
Just seeing a squash match, like beat the shit out of.
Speaker 5 (01:24:58):
Box if we got ten minutes that wasn't the care
Bears there and something else that would have been so
much better.
Speaker 4 (01:25:05):
Yeah, that would that would get the shark, even the
shark even like tell was Box Fox trying to kill Alister?
Speaker 5 (01:25:12):
True?
Speaker 4 (01:25:13):
Like fuck, so all that happened at Alistair, I'm sorry
di Ales the box he got he was psychotic, almost
killed people, a lot of he killed, he killed a
lot of Uh. Emily got hit trying to save Alistair,
and she's only one that saved Alistair in anything.
Speaker 5 (01:25:31):
So yeah, I wonder if he noted that.
Speaker 4 (01:25:36):
Yeah, you know what I mean.
Speaker 6 (01:25:37):
So you know, also, Charlie never checked them out, like, oh,
don't worry, I'm fine.
Speaker 4 (01:25:41):
She checked them badly, not him.
Speaker 5 (01:25:45):
I's just that was curious that the only one that
actually gave a fuck about Alistair was really Emily. Yeah,
so I wonder how much he will pay attention to
the fact.
Speaker 4 (01:25:56):
Heart's or I was gonna act towards Charlie next season,
but uh yeah, and he's like, hey, uh, if you
do this you gotta kill the whole pentagram, the whole
circle of hell. It's like, you don't fuck heaven, fuck hell.
Well as I kill Alistair, like I don't care. He
(01:26:17):
finally cried, He finally made him cry.
Speaker 5 (01:26:20):
Yeah, Bucks went full perfect cell. She's gonna blow himself up.
Speaker 4 (01:26:25):
Yeah, and then Velvet Roundhouse kicked him, and then Valgard
we are not dyed over a fucking dear.
Speaker 5 (01:26:32):
Yeah. I like that, And I liked how that he
was just an iPad basically after the fact.
Speaker 6 (01:26:36):
Yeah, they ripped his head off, like all the cod
the whole time.
Speaker 4 (01:26:40):
Oh, that's all it took. Come on, it's like, all right,
we're leaving now, we got I got my iPad, We're leaving.
And then the family like it's about to blow. Then
we've got to hear my hope song. I only liked
the two parts, the Rosie Alistair part and then Able.
I think Able was the best part.
Speaker 5 (01:27:00):
A boy, if I agree there, I think Abel's little
interjection was the best part. But I still I hated
everything I.
Speaker 4 (01:27:09):
Didn't like to say.
Speaker 6 (01:27:10):
If I had to like A like those two parts.
Speaker 5 (01:27:13):
I don't even just mean the song, I mean the scene,
like it was just so Disney and disgusting. Oh no,
technical difficult there we go. See now you're having technical difficulties, Arlie.
(01:27:39):
But I was just said like it was just too Disney,
that whole scene, the whole song. Care to Disney. It
was unnecessary, trust me. And the fact the fact that
even after the fact they had all the character goes yeah,
we're never gonna talk about that again. Right, yep, that
didn't happen. That means it was absolutely pointless. And she
probably just put it in there because it was funny,
(01:28:01):
or it was a way to add something like that.
Speaker 4 (01:28:03):
You know, you could have done a song at the end,
but it just didn't call it for that. You could
have just done people saving each other without the song,
you could.
Speaker 5 (01:28:15):
Have, or you could have just made it a little
more hell feeling instead of care Bear Disney, have.
Speaker 4 (01:28:22):
Any bushes like a Broadway. All the cast comes out
to saying to close out.
Speaker 5 (01:28:27):
That's what this felt like, Yeah, which wasn't necessary. When
you're in hell, Hell's about to blow up, there should
be like panic or distress, not harmony. It's hell.
Speaker 6 (01:28:43):
But no, Abel is the best part. We gotta we
got a fallout boys song because there's the voice that voice.
Speaker 5 (01:28:50):
True and that that was actually the part that made
me realize it was him, because I didn't realize that
in this first couple of things, and I'm like, oh,
is that the fallout boy?
Speaker 4 (01:28:59):
What is okay? Yep? Yeah, but yeah, so you finally
stood up to loof if I grew a pair, Well,
the dazz mask and loop stopped for.
Speaker 6 (01:29:08):
Now, as like, oh oh wow, that way it gets resolved.
That like it's not resolved resolved.
Speaker 5 (01:29:16):
No, nothing's resolved.
Speaker 4 (01:29:18):
Yeah no, like no, like it's gonna be later on.
Well there's probably still that way a little bit, but
it's just more of he has to show that he's
in charge.
Speaker 5 (01:29:28):
I think that's the thing that sits the worst with
me about season two. Nothing got resolved. Yeah, literally everything
is the same place that stood before. Yeah, and it
makes the whole season feel like a filler season.
Speaker 4 (01:29:45):
That is also true.
Speaker 5 (01:29:48):
So well, there were enjoyable parts. I'm not gonna sit
here and ship on the whole thing because there were
some good songs, there were some nice moments. It really just.
Speaker 3 (01:30:00):
Things.
Speaker 4 (01:30:00):
Yeah, it was like a stand It was like a standstill.
Speaker 5 (01:30:03):
Yeah, it was just an extension of season one. Like
season one felt like a season, it felt like it
had a stopping point. Yeah, this this feels like this
feels like Evan Gailian three point zero, the third movie,
where it wasn't a complete thought and you needed the
fourth one just to finish the thought.
Speaker 4 (01:30:22):
Yeah, to get that conclusion.
Speaker 5 (01:30:24):
And it's just like, I hate things that can't stand alone,
right personally, Not sure, no.
Speaker 4 (01:30:31):
I agree with that, but yeah, the weapon, the weapons
destroyed Lucifer. Also, yeah, Charlie didn't check up on it
me either that much.
Speaker 5 (01:30:40):
Charlie didn't check up on anybody. But if we're being honest,
Charlie couldn't even check up on herself this season.
Speaker 4 (01:30:47):
Not sure.
Speaker 5 (01:30:48):
She had her head up so far up her ass. Vaggy,
who also had her head up her ass, had to
pull Charlie's head out of her ass, and they collectively
helped each other get over their bullshit.
Speaker 6 (01:30:58):
The Vaggy cared bar I care about Lucifer more than.
Speaker 4 (01:31:01):
Charlie did the season.
Speaker 6 (01:31:04):
Yeah, yeah that yeah, like going to him, talking to him,
like trying to break it out.
Speaker 4 (01:31:11):
Yeah, I'll come back for you.
Speaker 5 (01:31:13):
Yeah, that's that's true. So yeah, it was like, again,
a lot of things just important fixed and a couple
of things were kind of pushed into worse directions, right,
kind of like what the fuck are they doing with
Pinches and Cherry?
Speaker 4 (01:31:28):
Yeah, hopefully we get more of them, Like we got.
Speaker 5 (01:31:32):
One song and that did nothing. It was just them
singing separately the.
Speaker 4 (01:31:36):
Piss Yeah, and then like.
Speaker 6 (01:31:40):
Yeah, and they're out passing each other notes through Emily's.
Speaker 5 (01:31:43):
Essentially yeah, and I'm like, is it kind of cute?
Speaker 4 (01:31:46):
Kind of but like are they gonna go on a date?
Speaker 5 (01:31:50):
What's it gonna lead to?
Speaker 4 (01:31:51):
Like, is it gonna lead to Cherry either Cherry being
redeemed or they're gonna find a way to make it
so they can actually both hang out while it heaving
once in hell?
Speaker 5 (01:32:01):
Yeah exactly. So it's like.
Speaker 4 (01:32:05):
It's gonna be pen pals all relationship.
Speaker 5 (01:32:10):
That's a wonderful question.
Speaker 4 (01:32:12):
Yeah, but yeah, well we'll epilogue face also, Angel, his
lead is done with the hotel, like like a like
an abuse victim goes back to the abuser, like that's
all he knows, that's all.
Speaker 5 (01:32:29):
That's all you got to fall back on that, Yeah,
because he's a threat to the hotel. What else is
he if he's not at the hotel? He's a porn star?
Speaker 4 (01:32:39):
Yeah, it's like I choke Cherry. I heard people they
try to look bad, Like, how could I go back?
Even know they're all they all forgave him, like, hey, look,
we know it wasn't really you.
Speaker 5 (01:32:50):
I think they missed the line, unless maybe I just
didn't hear it. And when he said that he choked Cherry,
Cherry should have just like I liked it, Like that
would have made some sense to kind of like apologize
instead of like, no, we but we we we were fine,
We're done bothered, But no, I liked it.
Speaker 6 (01:33:09):
Yeap House School was about to say I love you,
but the studies had come back.
Speaker 4 (01:33:13):
But he didn't.
Speaker 5 (01:33:17):
Yeah. Season three, hopefully stuff starts happening.
Speaker 4 (01:33:21):
Yeah. Yeah, they Charlie let the voicemailt to the mom
or the howeer going Uh. They credit Valentino for saving Hell.
Speaker 5 (01:33:31):
Hey, it's Box trust him.
Speaker 6 (01:33:33):
He's like Box shoop who was Box? I've never heard
of them?
Speaker 4 (01:33:37):
Yeah, Box text trusted us. We might have to change
your name.
Speaker 5 (01:33:40):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (01:33:43):
It ends with a phone call and it was yeah,
and that's how they end the season. You can't do that.
Speaker 5 (01:33:52):
That was at least a good ending.
Speaker 6 (01:33:54):
It was a good end, But I was like I
gotta wait like a year and a half of this.
Speaker 5 (01:33:59):
Welcome to the way that media is done nowadays. It sucks,
it does. But you think, like the Stranger Things kids
are probably like twenty seven now or some shit like that. Yeah,
this story started when they were twelve, Why did they
look thirty four? Well, because of the way that media
works nowadays, it's been five seasons. It takes three years
(01:34:21):
in between each season.
Speaker 4 (01:34:23):
Fucking Christ. But yeah, like I said, like I said,
problem aside, I had fun, Like I didn't feel like
it was a waste of time, even though there are
times if like a nothing burger. Overall, I just I
didn't hate myself from watching it. I'm still intrigued to
know what's gonna happen next.
Speaker 5 (01:34:43):
I'll say this, in the grand scheme of things, if
this was to go five or six seasons and you know,
kind of get like a dragon ball z Kai or
kind of have people look back at the essential things,
I feel like this season and it's gonna get skipped
a lot. I feel like this season is gonna be
(01:35:04):
considered filler because you could sum up most of this
ship in like three or four episodes.
Speaker 4 (01:35:09):
Yeah. So, but I feel like they're gonna plan more
for season three, hopefully, because we already got hints. They
always talked about Angel's gonna get more focused. We're at
his past, We're gonna that.
Speaker 5 (01:35:26):
Was especially more morning Star focused too, that too.
Speaker 4 (01:35:30):
Box, I mean it's not Box. Well, we're still look
at the beat by, like Alistair being a little bit
more evil in certain things. If I have more about Rosie,
like who she is.
Speaker 5 (01:35:40):
Yeah, yeah, So hopefully it's a little more thought out
and hopefully they get a little more time per episode. Yeah,
Because I was just kind of summing up, I agree
with you that it wasn't a waste of time this season,
but I just I feel like there was a lot
of stuff that just was filler.
Speaker 4 (01:35:57):
Yeah, there there, there's there are a lot to tell
and you can't do it in a twenty five minute episodes, correct,
So if they can just fix that or again just
make them a little longer, we'll be fine. We'll basically
be fine.
Speaker 5 (01:36:13):
Go to forty five minute episodes.
Speaker 6 (01:36:16):
Hey, I don't If they can do it for Invincible,
they could do it for a has been.
Speaker 5 (01:36:19):
I was also thinking, like, I know it's Netflix, but
I haven't watched the new season of Whitcher, but at
least the first three with Cavil, they were like forty
five minute episodes or longer sometimes. Yeah that that's fine.
If you give me eight or ten episodes of that
at like roughly an hour, that feels like you can
(01:36:40):
get enough out.
Speaker 6 (01:36:40):
Yeah, and it basically equals almost double correct.
Speaker 5 (01:36:44):
Yeah, So let's stop with these eight episodes of twenty
three minute fucking show. Stop.
Speaker 4 (01:36:50):
Yeah? Yeah, Prime, Like come on, give them, give them,
give them more like they people watch it. It's one
of your higher rated shows, like give back a little bit.
Speaker 5 (01:37:02):
Amazon's also one of the richest fucking companies in the world.
You can give a fucking television show that's doing well
a little more money to give ten more minutes per episode.
Speaker 6 (01:37:15):
Yeah, or or something or or a little or a
little bit more of an episode counts.
Speaker 5 (01:37:20):
We're that too, two more episodes or ten more minutes
an episode.
Speaker 4 (01:37:24):
Yeah that Yeah, if if you do that, we'll be great.
So yeah, outside of what we do know so far,
what do you think will happen? Like what do you
expect like prediction wise? Damn?
Speaker 5 (01:37:41):
I feel like Lili's gonna explain the deal she made
with Adam for the extinct the extermination extinction because we
all know that it was her and Adam that set
that up. And I feel like we're gonna have surely
get through and be it Alistair being evil or if
(01:38:02):
that Rue Carmen San Diego looking character comes in a
play that you were talking about, there was a lot
of rumble about.
Speaker 4 (01:38:08):
Yeah, guys, for those that are are, Rue is based
like the root of all evil type in Purgatory. They're
gonna go by the law from like way back then
for her mm hm.
Speaker 5 (01:38:20):
So I feel like that's the whole thing, because purgatory
is kind of supposed to be the waiting room for Heaven.
It's where people aren't quite redeemed, but they're also not
quite centerous.
Speaker 4 (01:38:32):
But it's like it's like the prison.
Speaker 6 (01:38:36):
Type of or like or says someone, so they don't
hurt Heaven or Hell like Rue.
Speaker 5 (01:38:41):
Would correct and Rue I think from everything I've seen,
it's supposed to be like super evil. So I feel
like Lilith made the pact with Adam to just protect Charlie,
and with Adam out of the way, the pact probably
doesn't really exist anymore. Yeah, And if Sarah or somebody
(01:39:02):
else doesn't want to reissue the pact. Then maybe Alistair
or Rue or maybe Rue is Rosie or some shit
like that, or you can try to attack Charlie.
Speaker 6 (01:39:14):
Yeah, but yeah, I'm curious about I'm more kissed by
Rosie again.
Speaker 4 (01:39:19):
She could be Rue, she could be Eve.
Speaker 5 (01:39:22):
We don't know.
Speaker 4 (01:39:23):
I do want it, Like for Lucifer, maybe maybe like
Heaven gives him something that they acknowledge him, Like, yeah,
you can't spite people all the time, only if it's
like a big, drastic emergency type of thing.
Speaker 5 (01:39:39):
In case of emergency break lass.
Speaker 4 (01:39:41):
Yeah, I never paid like someone who like is an
actually legitimate threat to things, not just a random sinner. Yeah,
so it doesn't happen, So it doesn't happen again between
Heaven and Hell. Yeah, no, I could see that happening.
Speaker 5 (01:39:59):
That's interesting.
Speaker 4 (01:40:00):
So yeah, that's the case. Then I would like to
see an interaction between Sarah and Lucifer outside of like
I can get you a meeting with Heaven or like
like an actual legit conversation between the two.
Speaker 5 (01:40:10):
I'm just more interested in looking for the first interaction
between Lilith and Lucifer because there had to be a
reason that she left. Maybe it was to protect Charlie.
Maybe that was the whole reason behind the pact with
Adam because technically Hellborn and the royals were off limits
and the extinction.
Speaker 6 (01:40:30):
Love was still Adam's wife, too.
Speaker 5 (01:40:33):
True, true, So that makes sense why there's connections with
Lilith and Lucifer and Lilith and Adam.
Speaker 6 (01:40:41):
So yeah, like like like like yeah, like such like
Lucifer was more or less a home wrecker.
Speaker 5 (01:40:47):
Whoa whoa, whoa, whoa whoa. Now Lucifer was a homewrecker
for Eve, not Lilith. Lilith ruined her own home. Yeah,
because remember, Lilith and Adam were made of the same material,
born of the earth together, so they were equals. She
didn't want to have to be under him, if you
get my drift, And because she kind of rebelled against that,
(01:41:11):
she got kicked out because she wouldn't play.
Speaker 4 (01:41:14):
Nice, and then Lucifer was like single, huh, more or.
Speaker 5 (01:41:19):
Less And that that's why the whole creation story was
Eve got born from Adam's rib, you know, kind of
to show that she's part of him and da da
da da.
Speaker 6 (01:41:28):
And I was like, hey, I bet you can't convince
Eve too, Oh yeah, we can, we can take her
in because basically.
Speaker 5 (01:41:36):
You know, if we go with the tom Ellis Lucifer,
that probably happened for real.
Speaker 6 (01:41:41):
Sure, I think I think that about past action. I
know Lucifer is so maybe maybe a little of this too, So.
Speaker 4 (01:41:51):
You never know.
Speaker 5 (01:41:52):
Yeah, I mean it's hell. Why are there rules in Hell?
You can be what her fuck you want. There's murderers,
there's everything down there.
Speaker 6 (01:42:01):
But I also love how this concern of the other
sayings like Satan, what what what whatever Box was doing?
Speaker 4 (01:42:11):
Like oh yeah, it was like, yeah, well we saw
in Hell of it.
Speaker 5 (01:42:16):
Satan doesn't really give a fuck.
Speaker 4 (01:42:18):
Yeah, he's busy punishing hell Born.
Speaker 5 (01:42:22):
Yeah, he's really not even caring about that too much
because he's got his little fucking counselor too.
Speaker 2 (01:42:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:42:27):
Yeah, yeah, he almost almost let Stoles.
Speaker 5 (01:42:30):
Go, Yes, exactly, like we.
Speaker 4 (01:42:33):
Gotta thinks, all good, just pay like a fifty dollars
a yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:42:38):
So it's like I'm good, I can just leave.
Speaker 3 (01:42:40):
No.
Speaker 4 (01:42:41):
No, Andropus didn't say like strip it of his power,
just like here, here's just some money. Let's don't do
it again.
Speaker 5 (01:42:50):
Here's corky all right.
Speaker 4 (01:42:52):
Yeah, so he got away with it.
Speaker 5 (01:42:55):
Oh if it wasn't for you medaling kids.
Speaker 4 (01:42:57):
Yeah, yeah, said, those are the real those are the
real that's the real emergency.
Speaker 5 (01:43:03):
The oh ship that insult almost works too on the
Hell of a Crew. You could say I would have
got away with it too if it weren't for you
meddling imps and your dog Noluna. What the fuck you drunk?
Speaker 4 (01:43:20):
I was like, well, they aren't the pet play so.
Speaker 5 (01:43:25):
Well, yeah, but she's actually a dog.
Speaker 6 (01:43:29):
Yeah, but I would like to see the explore Purgatory
at least bring it up, if that's why if I
want something from season three.
Speaker 5 (01:43:37):
I feel like Purgatory would be the answer to redemption though,
because if aren't redeemed, they go there and that could
be part of like the whole hotel that or I
want to see.
Speaker 6 (01:43:49):
It treated it as like a prison where they cannot
her arm Heaven or Hell.
Speaker 5 (01:43:55):
That would be interesting.
Speaker 4 (01:43:59):
Turnity type. Yeah, No, that that's not bad.
Speaker 5 (01:44:01):
I like that one.
Speaker 4 (01:44:02):
That'd be down for.
Speaker 5 (01:44:04):
Depends on how dark they want to get or if
they want to just continue to do like goofball fucking
antagonists and care better fucking songs at the end.
Speaker 4 (01:44:13):
I see Angel getting redeemed.
Speaker 5 (01:44:18):
Not next season, or do you see it next season.
Speaker 4 (01:44:22):
I would say next season after like the we get
the backstory, Husk and Angel become official for a bit,
but I guess taken away somehow. Why like that when
Angel kills Val, I don't.
Speaker 5 (01:44:35):
Feel like unless Husk and Angel get redeemed together, I
think the fandom will murder people if you pull Angel
away from Husk one more fucking time.
Speaker 4 (01:44:47):
Well that too, I would too, but.
Speaker 5 (01:44:51):
I would like I feel like the way it should
go is Angel and Husk have their moment next season
and they become a and then season four they can
try to find a way to redeem each other so
they can go up together.
Speaker 6 (01:45:07):
At the same time, I don't want Angel redeemed just
so they can stay together in Hell because the house
doesn't care about being redeemed.
Speaker 5 (01:45:16):
Well, they also don't need to be redeemed.
Speaker 4 (01:45:18):
This is more like, hey, look, we don't have to
be redeeming. We just work at the hotel and help people.
Speaker 5 (01:45:22):
That works too, somebody's got to work at the hotel.
Everybody can't be redeemed, like he can't get new employees.
I wonder if there's a way can Charlie be redeemed.
She's not a sinner she's a hell born. But could
she go up?
Speaker 4 (01:45:41):
That's way she well, she can go to heaven whatever, No, but.
Speaker 5 (01:45:45):
Could she go there and stay? Like?
Speaker 4 (01:45:48):
Oh, unless the whole being loose for being bashed implies
the whole family.
Speaker 5 (01:45:57):
Because if you think about it, people assume Lilith is
in heaven right now, chilling on a beach, chilling like
a villain. Ye, why can she chill in heaven?
Speaker 4 (01:46:09):
Well? That was a well, that was apparently the deal, like, hey, like,
if you don't stop your stop your daughter, you get
out of here.
Speaker 5 (01:46:15):
No, but you get what I'm getting at, because so
why is she still there?
Speaker 4 (01:46:21):
That's true?
Speaker 5 (01:46:22):
So I wonder. I'm yet, that's my whole thing, Like,
I don't know what the rules are, like is there
an angle where Charlie could actually be accepted in heaven?
And then does can Waggy go back? Is Waggy a
fallen angel or was she just captured and kept Well,
she did call herself a fallen angel, she called herself that,
(01:46:43):
but she's also not Lucifer bound. Lucifer is a legitimate
fallen angel.
Speaker 6 (01:46:48):
Yes, so we I get maybe that will get explored
if we get a balance of.
Speaker 4 (01:46:57):
That Heaven and health. Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:47:00):
Yeah, no, I agree. So there's a lot of ways
that this can go, which is I don't want to
muddy up season three with Angel too much Angel stuff.
I just want Angel and Husk to get together.
Speaker 4 (01:47:09):
Yeah, I think. I think Angel will get at least
two episodes focused or an episode and a half, which
is fine.
Speaker 5 (01:47:16):
As long as it ends up with Angel and Husk
getting together, we're good. We don't need them to get
redeemed in season three. We don't.
Speaker 4 (01:47:24):
I will say, I am glad we didn't get a
legit war again. I know they I know they tease it,
you know what. That's fine, But the fact that we
didn't get all right, you don't what good. I agreed
because back to back in two seasons, that that would
be like if it would feel like a rich to
repeat like I just saw this. No, I agree with you. Yeah,
(01:47:47):
you couldn't wait another season or two.
Speaker 5 (01:47:51):
I don't think we're gonna get another war. I think Luke.
Speaker 6 (01:47:54):
I think season four, if if they actually legit do
Ru as an.
Speaker 5 (01:47:58):
Attagonist, I can't see that being a heaven hell wear.
If Rue is as evil as all of the people
say she's supposed to be, then that feels like something
Heaven and Hell would unite to fight, Like she's.
Speaker 4 (01:48:15):
Gonna influence somebody to make something happen. I just don't
know who. Maybe it is Alistair, maybe there's other people
in purgatory. If it is gonna be a prison type
or agree or like overlords that don't agree with it,
like the v's like make them a little sinister type
(01:48:36):
like them, make them get their like their actual darkness
of it.
Speaker 5 (01:48:41):
Yeah, very possible. It just again it depends on exactly
what their definition of evil is and how evil they
want their big bad to be.
Speaker 4 (01:48:48):
Yeah, because I because with how RU looks at how
they describe her, I cannot see her be like a
comedy type me neither, Like absolutely not.
Speaker 5 (01:48:59):
But again, with the way this season went, I feel
like it would be Heaven and Hell against the pure
evil kind of crowd, right because Hell is supposed to
subjugate and kind of filter the centers, not let them
run wild and go crazy and be super evil, and
Heaven does the whole smiting thing, so like they have
(01:49:22):
a vested interest in making sure that pure evil doesn't
go fucking crazy, you know what I mean?
Speaker 4 (01:49:27):
Yeah, I go say so it should be interesting but
uh scorel wise, I gave a seven, like you know
what Ryan is aside pacing, aside too much clutter. I
have fun with some episode, some characters, some songs.
Speaker 5 (01:49:45):
Any more in the sixth range. But I don't disagree
with you.
Speaker 6 (01:49:48):
You know, it's like it's only like I guess, not great.
It's like like it's just good, Like it's just good.
Speaker 5 (01:49:55):
Yeah, it was perfectly serviceable. Yeah, we just need to
next season to validate if this was filler or if
this was necessary.
Speaker 4 (01:50:05):
Yeah, because because we know like what the stuff they have,
we know it can be great. It's just the limitations
that Amazon gives it is what's holding it back.
Speaker 5 (01:50:15):
Sadly, Yes, I agreed, Yeah, like we've.
Speaker 4 (01:50:18):
Helped like with uh basically like this for the Hell
of a Verse like has been is the shon in
Hell of a Boss is the scene in?
Speaker 5 (01:50:29):
Yeah, the problem is when they start writing has been
more like a shown in, which is very choppy and.
Speaker 7 (01:50:38):
As I called the shon in, while Helva is the
scene in well even the story is Power of Friendship though,
But I just meant like the piecing is starting to
get choppy like a shown in because of the lack
of episodes, so if they if they could change that
and make the writing a little better, that's all I
really care about, right.
Speaker 6 (01:50:59):
But yeah, with that, we're gonna close up this cafe.
Thank you all that have joined, lights, commented, shared, It.
