(00:01):
I was listening to the story aboutIt was the story of a family in
Washington and the little boy called thebig Foot the cowboy man, and he
had apparently it had made an effortto steal this kid. And it hit
me. My children were in thatplace. Pen behind me were nothing but
a mosquito net over him. Itcould have crept up behind me and taken

(00:26):
both of my children, and Iwouldn't know. Father just got like a
Mustang or something from Wyoming, Okay. He had it out in the corral
because he couldn't put it in thebarn with the in the stalls with the
other horses. It would kick andmade all the other horses nervous. Had
a seminal Indian work in the horse, trying to break it. Every day

(00:48):
they had it out in the corrawl. This skunky snuck up behind his horse
and brammed it bonnets, hind quarters. This particular horse that kicks out,
jumps over the corral, runs intothe pit, you know, to get
away. At this point, theranchers out there just blessed away with the
dirty, dirty sull gave blends intothe slump. I went up there one

(01:11):
day after that or two days afterthat, I went up there and sat
in the silence up there, andI'm telling you, man, it was
free. It was crazy, youknow it was. There was a crazy
vibe up there. Still, Idid what I could to kind of get
things out of control. But Itold her, I said, you need
to get off this problem. Ifeel like, no matter how strong you
are, it's almost like standing inthe ocean, you can't stand still without

(01:34):
moving your feet. You're going toget knocked over eventually. No matter how
strong whatever, you can't withstand abarrage of weird spiritual energy. It's up
everybody's wine. Welcome back to ParanormalOdyssey. Because I hope everyone out there

(01:56):

How you doing Butter, I'm Matt. I'm doing well, Tiffany. I

(04:15):
want to say congratulations on your booksas well. I check those out.
I heard backstage what was going on, and congratulations. And I also want
to say I understand about the childrenthing. I have a fifteen year old
daughter, so I know how itcan get with well. Man, not
always easy. It's not. We'reon the same page. So thank you

(04:40):
so much for making me feel betterabout my getting old. I'm getting old
with so don't worry about it.How old are you, Matt? I
actually turned fifty years old on Maytwenty first, so you you're old.
I'm like, oh, geez, man, I was born in seventy three,

(05:00):
so now I feel ancient. Wewere both born you and I were
born in the seventies. I justdidn't see as much of it as you
did, but you're talking about yourfifteen year old. I've got a two
year old, so I'm stary over. Yeah, I feel every I feel

(05:23):
every second of my forty four years. On the third, you know what,
it goes really fast. I'm sureTifdany can attest to this. It
goes fast. You know. Ifind myself, my wife and I find
ourselves praying sometimes to God it pleaseslow it down because you want the moments
to last longer. And it's justgoing so quick. You're gonna blink in

(05:46):
and that two year old will befifteen, trust me. Yeah, yeah,
she wasn't my first. I've gota few others. But okay,
well then you know, yeah,I thought I was done and then obviously
go ahead of other plans, andI have started over. Said you did
it so good the first time, buddy, He's given you another one.

(06:11):
There you go, all right,Matt. I have heard most of this
encounter that you're coming on to share, and I can't wait to hear the
whole thing from you. And yeah, man, just start at the beginning,
if you don't mind, walk usall through it, and we might
stop you every once in a whilefor a question that from the audience.

(06:35):
But the floor is geors Man.The show's George. Just take off,
Okay, I am My name's Mattam. I was born in Youngstown, Ohio.
This is where the event happened.I was probably about I was about
fourteen years old when this happened. This was about nineteen eighty seven. It

(06:56):
was this summertime. I had justgotten out of eighth grade, so I
would be going into high school thenext school year. And basically me and
my group of friends that hung outtogether all the time. There was a
larger group of us, so normallythere'd be you know, between six to
ten of us, but this daythere was just four, and you know,

(07:19):
we were just doing what boys do. You know. We'd go from
all over the city itself, goto suburbs, we'd ride our bikes far.
But one of the areas that weliked to frequent was, you know,
down in the old steel mills inYoungstown, Ohio. And you know,
some people might hear that and go, wow, you know, you
guys are hanging out in steel mills. You know, we're just young kids,

(07:43):
rambunctious boys that wanted to you know, investigate everything and anything. And
one of my friends that was withus that day literally lived right across the
street from where we would enter intothis area, So it was it was
night time time when this happened. It was probably around i'd say nine nine

(08:03):
thirty. We would always go infrom where my buddy lived. He lived
right across from Route four twenty twoor Youngstown Warren Road, and we would
cross that. We'd go into thisarea and the steel mills, and it
would take us about a half anhour to get down to the blast furnace

(08:24):
area. And you know, Ialways say this in all my interviews.
I own everybody to be aware ofwhat this looks like and where it is.
And you can google Youngstown, Ohioblast Furnace, old steel mail.
Yeah, you can always word thingsdifferently for Google, but if you're real
specific, it'll bring up an actualpicture of it. And a lot of

(08:45):
times you'll get a picture where you'llsee buildings on the left and then you'll
see like a train or a traintrack going right by the building, and
then stuff on the right of it. And that train track is important in
the story. So we would godown in this one blastphonous area. We
just always seemed to end up inthis area. It was easy to get

(09:07):
in there for us. Some ofthe other buildings were just absolutely gigantic and
they were dangerous and you know,we we probably weren't very smart for being
down there, because you know, things were falling apart. You know,
we'd be in this building or otherbuildings and pieces of concrete would just fall,

(09:28):
you know, from high up.If we would have got hit by
those, you know, we couldhave got really hurt. And we were
going up investigating in these buildings andthere'd be stairs missing, you know,
from misuse or unused basically. Youknow, it's funny when you have,
you know, things buildings that arebeing utilized and used all the time,
things seem to kind of last longer. But when they're not being used,

(09:52):
like concrete and things like that startto fall away and you start to see
pieces fall out and just rebar stickingout. That's how it was down there,
you know, old rusted steel millbuildings and buildings falling apart. And
that's how this blasphermous building was.And there was other buildings around it,

(10:13):
but it was just this one areawe like to go in and there were
no stairs leading up into this building, and we liked that because, you
know, they had a lot ofthings down in the steel mills that that
you didn't really want to run into, and some of them were you know,
sometimes this was a gang time inAmerica and in Youngstown specifically. You

(10:35):
know, Youngstown had the moniker ofbeing a very dangerous city. In fact,
numerous times through the years, it'sgotten the title of Murdertown, USA.
And the reason of that is it'sper capita, it's unfortunately had the
highest number of deaths in it inAmerica at numerous times. And this was

(10:58):
one of those times. And likeI said, there was a lot of
gang stuff going on. And peoplethink also that the mob and mafia are
gone, that they don't exist anymore. That they do, They just you
don't care about them. Youngstown,Ohio was very well known for the mob
back in the you know, themafiosa times in the early you know,

(11:20):
like nineteen forties and that era, thirties, but they were still known to
be around. During this time. There were homeless people that were down there,
and you never knew if you raninto somebody, you didn't know.
You know, we were fourteen, but we were still kids. You didn't
know how people are going to reactto you, so we didn't want to
run into anyone we didn't know. But the thing that really made us nervous

(11:45):
more than anything where they had wilddogs that frequented down there. And you
know, I always say this too, anybody that lives in bigger cities like
maybe Detroit, or like Cleveland,Ohio, or Toledo, or the cities
that have areas maybe in the downtownarea that there aren't a lot of people

(12:05):
living anymore, you get big groupsof dogs that are either dogs that have
run away from homes, dogs thatwere born in litters from wild you know,
wild dogs meaning not living at homeswith anybody. They're just grown up
on the streets. And these aren'tthe kind of dogs that you want to
call over to you a pet orbe around. They're really dangerous. They've

(12:28):
been known to kill people and animals, and you know, they had supposedly
killed a couple almost people during thistimeframe. And I'll touch on that a
little bit later because it has alittle bit to do with the story and
experience. Let me straighten that out. I need to say that so normally,

(12:48):
when I discuss what happened to meand my friends, I'd like to
call it an experience because a lotof times when you hear someone say my
story or a story, it's madeup. And I need to stress this
now. Everybody can decide what theywant when they hear me explain what happened
to us. You can believe itor you don't have to. I don't

(13:09):
begrudge anybody for believing me if theydon't want to. But this really happened,
and you know, I consider anexperience, so I'm very serious about
that. So what getting back tothe story on these wild dogs, we
just didn't want to run up onthem. And we liked this one building
because it didn't have stairs leading upinto it, so you kind of had

(13:33):
to hop up and help yourself inroll in on this like concrete outcropping or
you know, kind of just apiece of concrete stipping sticking out from the
building that you'd have to walk onand walk into the doorway. And it
was a real big, four floorcavernous building that on the first floor that

(13:54):
had like open walls at every end, so the north, south, east,
and west walls were open and youcould see everything going on in there.
So we didn't like that because youknow, we would light fires in
there, and we would like tostay there late sometimes. And you know,
even now, there's a there's acouple working steel mills down there.

(14:15):
They do things to this day andI forget the names of them, but
you could google it and find them. And they utilized this railroad track that
literally goes by where this blastpernas usedto be. It's no longer there.
They demolished it. And you canactually see that on Google Earth or Google
Maps if you you go in andyou you bring it up, you could

(14:39):
see actually the area where it usedto be if you know where to look,
and there's just kind of you know, just a bunch of rubble and
stuff like that. And the newcompanies down there are utilizing that space.
So what we did is we endedup coming upon these uh, these three

(15:00):
and a half foot tall metal kindof bent some things. I'm going to
find how we say this too.On all my interviews, I've probably done
fifteen interviews about experience, and I'venever found out what they are. If
you look at like old gladiator movies, like maybe the one that Russell Crowe
was in, and you see theshields they're holding them, but they're kind

(15:20):
of curved back towards the person holdingit. That's what these were shaped like.
I don't know what they were for, but they had hundreds of them
inside of it. They were reallyheavy. It took two of us to
move them. And the reason I'msaying this is because we would take these
and on each part of those openwalls, we line them up in one
line next to each other, andthen we helped each other and lifted another

(15:43):
one up, and we made akind of a wall, a makeshift wall
out of these so that we hadsome privacy. We would have fires in
there, and you wouldn't want anybody, you know, a train coming by,
or security or somebody to come byand see you in there. They
would definitely call the police and we'dbe in trouble. So we didn't want
that to happen. And we alsowanted to keep out, you know,

(16:07):
just prying eyes in general. Wedidn't want anybody down there doing whatever.
You know, I mean, therewere bodies have been found down there for
whatever reason, or you know, drug dealers hiding things down there. We
just didn't want to come up onanybody or anybody see us, and so
we built these walls up, andwe had a real big fire going on.

(16:29):
And inside of this building, ifyou would go into the center of
the room, you could look upand you could see directly all the way
up four floors to the top ofthe ceiling. So if you went up
on the second, third, orfourth floor, you could walk into the
middle of the room and there waslike a half wall of concrete that you

(16:51):
know, separated you from falling intothis hole, and you could look down
and you could see each floor orlook up at whatever floor you were on.
And so when we had fires,we find like pallettes, wooden pallets,
never any any difficulty finding things toburn down there. And this night
we had built a really big one, and one of my buddies found like

(17:14):
a container full of like oil orsomething and threw it on there, which
caused it even more to burn high. And we had kind of like a
bonfire going. And like I said, it was probably around nine thirty at
night, completely dark outside, andI remember specifically, we weren't talking or
anything. We were just doing whata lot of people do, like at

(17:37):
campfires, you know, when you'resitting around a fire and you just kind
of everyone gets quiet and you justkind of stare and you hear the fire
cracking and you kind of zone out. That's kind of where we were,
and we hear dogs barking, andwe knew that that signal there was a
pack of dogs coming, so weweren't worried about him getting up to it.
So we just walked down on thisconcrete outcropping and we watch them come

(18:00):
and the way we were standing andwhere the building was, if we looked
left, they were coming from thatway and they ran right by us.
And normally if we would ever seeany of them, they would bark at
us and they would kind of tryand jump up and put their paws on
this concrete outcrop, and they couldn'tget up to us, and they didn't
pay any attention to us. Theyran right by us, and they turned

(18:23):
right in front of the building wewere in and ran over this railroad track.
And then what was just beyond thisrailroad track was this material that they
used in the metal making smelting processcalled coke. And I don't know exactly
what the ingredient exact ingredient is andthat I just know that it's used for

(18:45):
making steel. I think it helpspurify make the fire hotter, things like
that, and they had giant pilesof these things and they went as far
as the eye could see either wayyou looked, and they ran up on
this pile and it was maybe fifteentwenty feet high, and they ran down
the other side and we couldn't seethem anymore. But as soon as we

(19:06):
lost sight of them, almost withina second or two, we started hearing
that tell tale sign of dogs fighting, you know, dogs biting and fighting,
and it got crazy quick and wethought immediately, you know, we
didn't know what was going on becausewe couldn't see them. We just figured
they were fighting with each other. But within a couple seconds after they started

(19:30):
the noise of biting and doing whatever, we heard something else that was so
loudly above their noise they were making. We immediately knew that there was something
else over there. In fact,I don't remember which one of my friends
said it, but they're like, there's something else over there. And it
was a louder kind of almost combination, I would say, of like a

(19:56):
tiger and a wolf kind of noise, and it was very, very loud
and deep. Stay tuned for moreparanormal Odyssey, and you started hearing that
sound of they were biting it,and and then it started fighting back,

(20:21):
and immediately you start hearing yelping anddogs crying, and when it started getting
crazier, it basically things just wentinsane. And we started to see dogs
literally coming in the air above thispile of material, almost like something or

(20:45):
somebody had grabbed them and threw them. And two came. They were separated,
maybe like that much from each other, but it looked like something,
you know, just grabbed them andjust whip whip and threw them. And
I'll never forget the first one thatcame over had its tail area was facing
us, so its butt was facingus, but it was turned over so

(21:06):
its feet were in the air,and it was flying through the air,
and it hit the ground not toofar in front of us, and it
got up and it limped away. And then another one hit the ground,
and I can't remember if it hadhit the pile of material or the next
one day, because there was acouple more thrown, but this one that

(21:26):
hit the ground. As soon asit hit the ground, blood was on
the ground and you could see ithad a big gash down its side,
like something sharp had you know, went across and flesh from its front shoulder
all the way back to its rearrib cage. At the end, it
was almost like flayed open. Andyou know, I always say this too,

(21:49):
and I'll always say, you know, I'm a huge animal. You
know, I've always had dogs,we have dogs now, and I just
don't like to see animals hurt. And I remember thinking to myself, Oh
my god, you know, thatpoor dog. It ran away and it
was yelping and believing a blood trail, and I was like, oh,
I hope that dog's going to beokay, and I highly doubt it was.

(22:12):
It was a very serious wound. So I'm sitting there looking at the
dog run away, and then youhear more noises, dogs yelping. Couple
more dogs come over, and Ijust remember one of them hit the top
of that pile of material and justevery it just shot everywhere. And then
they got up and ran away, and then the other ones that were still

(22:33):
on the other side it must havedecided we're out of here, and they
came running over and they all ranback the way they came, and we're
just shocked. We're all looking watchingthese dogs run away. And then My
one friend who was to my leftand just behind me started to say,
guys, hey, well, whatis that? What's that over there?

(22:55):
And we all kind of simultaneously lookedto our right. And this is where
things, you know, started toturn into you know, nightmare fuel.
And this, the biggest animal Ihave ever seen to date, crawled up
to the top of this pile ofthis material and it looked like just it

(23:21):
looked like a giant wolf that ithad proportions that were all wrong. The
front arms were like super long andthey were all it was on all fours
and it was looking in the directionof these dogs, and we were just
locked on it because it was soshocking at how big it was. And
this is something that I will alwayssay to the day I die, and

(23:44):
I'll say it a million times anda million times again. Ends it was
so big that it looked fake, and it looked fake, it looked like
it couldn't be real. And thenthat back of your head kind of subconscious
whisper comes in as I'm dreaming, you know, to be dreaming this is
not real, and it's watching thesedogs run away, and you know people,

(24:07):
you know, I always say thistoo, I'm going to be repetitive
whenever I tell this, but Ihave to tell this is you know,
some people have thought this is humorouswhen they've heard this. The dog lifted
its leg and started to do itsbusiness, and immediately we knew it was
a male, obviously, and noneof us laughed because of the size was

(24:27):
shocking. And it started to doits business and the fearce got in me
right here. And it's because whenit started to do its business, it
was it was such a large streamthat came out of it and it hit
this pile of material. Materials startedflying up in the air, and I

(24:48):
got nervous. I said, whoaif that you know this thing is doing
that, there's something you know reallywrong going on here. This thing is
not normal. And it basically waswatching them doing it. It almost had
like the thought crept into all ourheads. And we talked about it later.
Like I said to him, Ialmost got the idea like it was

(25:08):
looking at them saying like I'm markingmy territory. I let you get out
of here, don't come back becauseyou won't leave, and then we're all
just looking and shocking. I rememberit started creeping into my head like we
gotta be quiet and get them andget out of here. Just then,
my buddy, who had noticed atfirst, started to stumble back. He

(25:32):
tripped over himself or something, andI remember he hit that makeshift long and
we all looked at him because thenoise is jarring, and I'm sure everybody's
heard either a door, a metaldoor, or something on concrete makes that
loud scraping, you know noise,And it was loud, and immediately it

(25:52):
was like, oh my god.We all looked back, you know,
eyes phone out or had like,oh crap, did it here? And
it did, and it snapped itshead and it looked at us. And
the first thing, the immediate firstthing we noticed was its eyes were glowing.
And I'm telling you it wasn't eyeshineof her people. Well maybe it
was eye shine. You guys hada fire going, and the pile was

(26:15):
so high of this material it wason that some of the light was coming
from the building. Because you haveto understand, we made this makeshift wall,
but it didn't go all the wayup to the doorway was so big
that there was a space above thatmakeshift wall that was open so light could
go through it. So that lightwas hitting it a little bit, and
it wasn't eyeshine. It was justlike there was some type of something in

(26:40):
it, like an energy source. It was just coming from internally, and
they were glowing like an orange, amber, yellowish kind of color. It
was like a mixture of all thosethree colors. And it was so bright
and so deep, and it wasemanating and it was almost like it threw
you in and we were just frozen. And again the size of the animal

(27:04):
came into play again, because youimagine something is twenty twenty five feet from
you and you're looking at it.You're not going to see the pupils.
And you know, I always dumbit down a little bit, you know,
with the anatomy, so you havedifferent layers of circles in your eyes,
right, So you're looking at aneye when you're close to somebody,

(27:26):
and you could see the different layersand the pupils, and you could see
everything, and you could see actuallynot only the different anatomy parts of the
eye, you could also see whichone of us it was looking at.
So it looked down the line atus, which would have been to my
right, it's left. It lookedall the way down at all of us,

(27:48):
and when it stopped at me,I knew it was looking at me,
and it looked me up and down, and it almost felt like when
it looked at me, it almostfelt like it was looking looking through me,
almost like it was looking at mysoul. And I felt it.
It was like a palpable feeling. And of course there was extreme fear,
so I had anxiety, that anxietythat you get right here. And it

(28:14):
just looked at us and then itgrounded us. And it was a loud,
roar type of mixture of a tigerand a wolf and like a bear.
It was like everything mixed. I'venever heard anything like it before,
and never to this day have Iever heard anything similar. And it also

(28:37):
had a weird kind of undertone toit where if you've ever watched a video
and if you haven't, googled itof an alligator or a crocodile in the
water lying on top, and theyused all these animals use infrasound, and
anybody that's familiar with it, youknow, big cats use it, Whales
use it to have their song heardmiles away, and and and it's used

(29:03):
for different reasons. But predators utilizethat because it will. It will basically
shake and jiggle the inside organs andblood and fluids of a body, so
where it will stun prey and theprey will get, you know, kind
of discombobulated, and then they're they'reable to easier, you know, take
care of that that prey and killit. So it it did this roar,

(29:27):
and immediately it felt like wind andthis vibration hit me. I felt
it go through my chest. Andwe all talked about it, obviously everything
afterwards for years on end, andwe went into a detailed of it,
and we all felt similar. Atfirst, I felt everything vibrate, and

(29:49):
right away I felt like I wantedto go down on my knees, my
my thighs all the way down tolike my calves and my ankles felt like
just like I had run miles. And I also liken it too when you
have a dream a nightmare, whenlike a monster or a person is chasing

(30:11):
you and you can't run. Itwas that kind of similar feeling, like
I knew if I tried to runright then, I wouldn't have been able
to. I was barely able tokeep myself standing up, and I was
kind of bent over but I wasstill looking up at it, and my
buddy to my right, who wasmy best friend, said later he felt
that way. And the other twoon the end, my one friend behind

(30:33):
me to my left and another onewas on the other side of my other
buddy to my right. They wereboth bent over, almost down, and
one was dry heaving and gagging, and the other one behind me was saying,
I don't feel right. I failedwith I'm going to pass out,
and it just you knew something wasoff. And then as that's going on,

(30:57):
it did something which just completely changedmy life to this day, changed
my friends' lives. And I haveto say this. Two of my friends
are no longer here, God resttheir souls, and I wish they were.
And you know, we talked aboutit for years, but you know,

(31:18):
everybody had issues that have gone on, and I still this day have
some issues from this as well asmy other friend. And it stood up
on two legs and right then, you know, the world came crashing down.
It was just like I have tobe sleeping, I have to be
dreaming, I'm going to wake upnow. It was that moment in your

(31:41):
dreams that normally you realize it's yourdream and then you wake up didn't happen,
and it was kind of a smackin the face because you weren't waking
up and it was really happening. And everything you had been taught, we
had been taught at that point whereall of the horror movies with werewolves and

(32:04):
mythology you've read and and you know, like was was really big at that
time was Fangoria magazine, and youknow, looking at that and all this
stuff, it's all fake. Everyonealways said it's monsters, aren't real,
and it's just not real. Itall came crashing down and it was real,
and it was standing right in frontof us. And when it stood

(32:27):
up again, when it was onall fours, the size was so big
it looked fake to us. Andnow stands up. Now multiplied that by
two. And also you're trying totake in that we're looking at, for
all intents and purposes, you know, a werewolf, because at that point
you've never heard of Dogman before. So as far as we were concerned,

(32:50):
we're just looking at a werewolf. And it was gigantic and it had a
human like shape. Always hear somestories where people say they see augment and
it's man shape. It's shaped likea man. It was man like.
And the reason I'm saying there's nohuman being has ever been shaped like this,

(33:13):
as far as I'm concerned, I'venever seen one. And its arms
were the first thing we noticed. Not only did they just it had giant
muscles all over its body. Itdidn't have long, scraggly hair. Its
hair was relatively short. We didn'tsee extreme detail at that point. All
we could see is is it wassuper black from head to toe, so

(33:36):
much so that the night behind itwas actually lighter than this thing was,
so it was standing out against blacksky behind it, and it had the
dog shaped legs, and you couldsee actually muscles on it, but not
extreme detail yet. Again, whatwas drawing us in me was the length

(34:00):
of its arms. Its hands likelooked like they were down by its ankles,
and then of course the eyes. And then it took a couple steps
towards us, and then you know, it was roughly twenty to twenty five
feet from us, and then upon this pile that had to be fifteen

(34:21):
twenty feet high, and after twosteps it was it covered half the distance
towards us. So it was immediatelysuper close to us, and my one
friend behind me had ran in.And when I say ran, I'm using
that lightly because we were still wewere still kind of discombobulated from what it

(34:42):
had done to us with that roar, and we all kind of you know,
got into the building and we headedfor the stairs, and going up
the stairs from the first to thesecond floor, there was probably four or
five missing stairs. It was justan open space with reebar sticky out,
and there was just a little bitof concrete on the wall itself sticking out,

(35:04):
so we could kind of put onefoot on that and jump up the
rest of the way, and weran up to the to the third floor.
And you know, people have asked, why did you go. I
don't know. We we just did. We ran up to the third floor
and we stopped and we turned andwe looked right down at the at the
one wall that was facing out inthe direction we just came and we didn't

(35:29):
see anything at that point. Andmy one friend, who had noticed at
first, was was screaming out loudand he kind of lost his his shit,
and we grabbed him and told him, you know, you got to
shut up. You've got to bequiet, you're going to bring that thing
in here? What's wrong with you? And he just screaming, we got
to get out of here. Whatwas that? What's going on? As

(35:51):
tears coming down, I want togo home, and we're shaking him,
and I remember I just at onepoint got myself. I don't remember if
he got turned around or I wentbehind him. I just remember grabbing him
and I went to cup his mouthand I grabbed him so hard. I
was bigger than he was. Iwas a big kid, and I'm a
big man. I'm six four, and I grabbed him and lifted him up.

(36:15):
His feet were dangling. I didn'trealize I grabbed him that hard until
he started, you know, gaspingfor air. And we set him down,
and we're all grabbing him and shakinghim, saying, shut up,
shut up, quiet, are yougoing to shut up? And his eyes
are getting big from not being ableto breathe, and finally nods and I
slowly kicked my hand away and hegasped for air, and just right then,

(36:37):
the whole building you felled a vibrationlike boom go through our feet and
you hear this noise of like nailson concrete like dog nails, and it
sounded like it. It was comingup and scraping, trying to pull itself
up, and I immediately knew itwas coming in the building and we froze,

(36:58):
just nobody made a sound, andwell, it came in the building
and we had this fire going, and its head entered into the building and
the fire hit it. So theway it was coming in the fire would
have been to its left, andit started entering the building and the fire
hit it and threw its shadow onthe wall. Now you know, anybody's

(37:21):
shadow walking in front of a fire, it throws your shadow. And if
you're big in your shadow, soimagine something so big that it's fake looking
to you hitting the wall. Andthere wasn't even a shape. It had
just taken up. The whole walljust turned black. But you could see
it very detailed, and it's comingin and it had almost this train effect

(37:45):
of you know, you see along train you're waiting at a crossing and
you're like, Jesus man, comeon, when is this train going to
end? It's so long. That'show it was coming in the building.
It just kept coming in. It'slike, holy cow, when is it
going to end, and as it'scoming in you could see muscles rippling and
it moving, and you could seeimmediately the the scalp was on its back,

(38:09):
you know, raising and like likea cat, a big cat,
when it moves it they pop upand normally you just see you know,
those bones moving, but these werecovered by huge muscles. You can actually
see the muscles surrounding these as theypop up each way. You see it
rippling. And there was a whitestripe that I thought at first might have

(38:30):
been just a reflection from the fire, but then my other friends told me
no, it had a white stripeand it went from the back of its
neck all the way down to itstail. And like I said, the
hair was very short. I've heardI've heard stories of people seeing dog men
that long, you know, likemains and bushy, scraggly hair. All

(38:55):
it did not have a mane.It did not have scraggly hair. I
would see. The hair was aninch long. If that very very short,
almost groomed like. It had extremelylong arms, as I told you,
And when it walked on all fours, the front was actually up off

(39:16):
the ground higher than the back,so its arms when it's w was obviously,
you know, it's walking like this, and it's looking around, and
it's sniffing the air, and it'ssorry, I have a sinus infection.
This thing's walking around and the eyesare still shining, and I remember it

(39:37):
turned its head towards the wall fromthe fire, where its shadow had cast
real dark, and you could seeit light that piece of the wall up
kind of around where its head was. So again it's emanating some type of
energy or something internally, which gaveme and us the impression that this is
some kind of supernatural something going on. And then it got near the fire,

(40:00):
and and me and one of mybuddies had noticed at the angle we
were standing when it's front, leftarm, hand, whatever you want to
say, and I call it handbecause it looked the basic thing it looked
like when I saw its hands acouple of times, they look like basically
giant raccoon hands. And if anybodydoesn't know what raccoons look like, google

(40:23):
it and say google or google raccoonhands and imagine giant raccoon hands. When
one buddy said he saw nails,I never noticed nails. He said he
saw long, kind of sharp nailson its hands. When its front left
arm came down by the fire, something else kind of supernatural happened. It's

(40:46):
it's arm basically kind of blinked out, and it looked like what you see
in that in the Predator movies ofwhen they when they kind of you know,
just turn invisible for a set andit's armed. Just that part did
it for a few seconds, andwhen it hit the ground, you could

(41:06):
see things through it and you couldsee the fire kind of inside of it
almost And when it hit the ground, the fire came around its front left
arm. And if you have everseen video of the sun of like magnetic
storms, that happened and you seethem come out and they make different shapes

(41:29):
and rings, and that's what happenedto the fire, and it kind of
flew around it and it made thoseshapes just really small, and then all
of a sudden, its arm reappeared. So it just is able to obviously
cloak itself or something. I don'tknow why it just happened to that one
part of it. It just did. And only two of us noticed it,

(41:50):
and we talked about it, andthe other two said they never saw
that. And it's other thing thatwas really noticeable was its tail. Its
tail wasn't bushy at all. Itactually looked it was real thick. I
remember that it looked like a panthertail or a cougar tail, and if
you've ever seen those, they're notbushy at all. They're just real thick

(42:13):
and it's just super tight hair onthere. And that's what the tail looked
like. And it's sniffing the airand it's having literal saliva just pouring drool
just pouring from its mouth and hittingthe cement and it's making that noise because
it was a big building, almostlike over the fire. So you have

(42:37):
a huge fire going with crackling goingon, but you still hear this saliva,
this drool hitting the ground. Yousee it breaking and snapping like it
was raining outside. And you knowwhen a building leaks and you hear those
big pops on hitting the ground. That's what it sounded like. And I
got really scared then because what thatsignal to me? And I'm starting to

(43:00):
sweat right now because I'm going backthere that signal there you go. Yeah,
it's very similar, thank you.Yeah, just think of that.
It didn't have the fleshy color andalmost have just all black with maybe just
a white part where the poem was, but very similar, just like that,
but giant, just huge, andit sniffed the air one more time,

(43:28):
and then it caught our scent andI got scared. Like I was
saying, the reason I got scaredis because that signaled to me, it's
salivating for two reasons. One it'sabout to eat, two it's going to
kill. So it was both reasonsthat our lives were now in danger.

(43:49):
And I was horrified and were againwe're frozen. And I guarantee if somebody
could have took our picture right there, we would have been as white as
ghosts. And I remember I sawit. I felt faint too, and
it's caught our sin and it lookedright up at us. It didn't look
around. It just sniffed the airand it snapped its head up and looked

(44:09):
right at us, and I feltthe blood leave my body and it stood
back up on two legs, andit threw its arms out to its side
and it roared at us, andyou felt through the floor. I had
one of my hands on the topof this half wall, and I felt
it vibrate, and I really believethis, and it had to have thrown

(44:34):
that infra sound something at us againbecause you felt everything vibrate, but we
didn't get sick again. And Itruly believe it was that half wall in
front of us, you know,us being fourteen, you know, it
was probably coming up to right here, so it covered us, and it
being down looking up at us,and the way it roared at us,
it caught the brunt of that, and thankfully we didn't get sick again because

(44:59):
if we did, you know whoknows, and it was a louder roar
than the one outside, it probablywould have caused us to drop, and
that would have been it, andI wouldn't be here telling you this experience.
So it roared it us, andthen it looked over to its right,
which would have been where the stairswere, and it kind of looked

(45:20):
back up at us, almost likehuh, And it had its teeth bared
and they were just gigantic. Andif anybody wants to know the closest thing
that I have ever seen through theyears that I could compare what this thing
looks like is if anybody's ever seenthe movie Van Helsing with Hugh Jackman in

(45:44):
it, he turns into a blackWerewolf at the end of the movie fights
Dracula. That's the closest thing Ican say it looks like, and it's
darn close. Not exact. Ithad bushy it had bushy hair. This
didn't The only hair I did noticeis when it was looking up at us,

(46:06):
its neck flared. Then you sawthe muscle, and it had this
hair sticking off the sides of itsneck. And it was in the shape
of like a spade. So ifyou take a spade the spade card out
of a deck of cards, youlook at how a spade looks, That's
how it was shaped. And Idon't know if it was I never noticed
it when it was on all fours, but for some reason, when it
looked up at us in the neckflare, that this hair popped out off

(46:30):
the sides of its neck. Forsome reason, I don't know why,
but I remember looking at it andit would just scream spade shaped hair.
And its teeth were bare, andthey were just huge, so much so
that I forgot to mention when itwas out on When it was down on
all fours and it was looking around, you could see the tips of the

(46:52):
top teeth and the bottom teeth werehanging out of the gums, so it
had huge teeth on both top andbottom. And it growled at us almost
in a way, and a coupleof us said this to us, that
it almost looked like it smiled atus, like a growl with the bearing

(47:14):
of teeth, and almost like asmile, like a sick smile. And
then it looked back at the atthe stairs and it went and it like
threw itself through the air immediately downon four legs again, and it looked
as comfortable on four legs and ontwo each way. It looked happy.

(47:35):
If I could roll back real quickagain again seeing it better in the light,
you could see all of the shapeof it and the muscles, and
again the arms were just so nightmarishlylong down to its ankles, just gigantic
muscles everywhere. There's the lats weresticking out from the back. It's it's

(47:55):
upper muscles on the neck and everythingwere fling. Everything was ripplely. You
could see that the abs. Thethings that drew my attention the most were
the legs it had. The quadswere similar to like when you see a
buddy builder on stage, and youcould see every muscle, the way that

(48:17):
muscles separate when they're really buff, and you could see that in the in
the quad recepts, the different musclesseparations. And then you got down to
the lower legs where they're like it'sa dog standing on two legs. But
it wasn't. It wasn't you know, shaking. It was just comfortable,

(48:38):
and the bones and its legs werevery thick. I remember thinking how thick
they looked down by its ankles. And when it ran, it ran real
smooth and fluid, like almost likea panther. You know, you watch
like a big cat, like apanther or a leopard, jump out of
a tree. It's it's almost beautiful, you know, the way it moves

(49:00):
liquid almost like oil or liquid metal. And it hit the stairs and it
turned and the tail kind of almostit looked like it used it as a
rudder because when it was turning,it was turning to the right, so
its right side was closest to thewall running up to steps, and its
tail turned to the left, soit was almost like it was using it

(49:22):
as a rudder of starts to keepitself even. And it hit those stairs
and it went right over those missingstairs like they were an inch inch apart,
and it hit up to it startedto come up from the second floor
to the third and when it gotto the top of the first floor,

(49:42):
steps on to the second floor,my two other buddies they lost it.
They started running. One ran outside. There was a doorway right to the
outside that led to the fire escape, and the fire escape was only a
half fire escape because you could runup the fire outside the building to the
top of the roof. You couldnot go down from the third floor because

(50:06):
the floor had fallen away. Ithad, you know, from misuse or
just the rusting away and the weightof them. They were laying on the
floor outside the building in a bigheap, all bent up. And he
went out there, and I rememberhearing the feet on the medal running outside.
The other my other friend, whohad been screaming basically and running in

(50:28):
circles. You know, what werewe gonna do? We have to run.
He runs up the stairs to thefourth floor, and on the fourth
floor there was a very short setof stairs that went to the roof,
So he ran for the roof andme and my buddy to my right,
my best friend, I was frozen. I couldn't move I was horrified.

(50:50):
I didn't know what to do.And as I'm watching it run up,
like it just blin bling up thestairs, it started to hit this second
and hit the floor. From thesecond coming up to the third is when
I finally started to believe that mylife was truly gonna end. I thought

(51:13):
that this is the day that I'mgonna die. I can't believe this is
how my life is gonna end.And this is happening quick in my head,
you know, It's not like I'mstanding there thinking like in a movie
you know they have. It's realfast, you know, And in my
head, I'm thinking, oh mygod, I'm about to die. And
I didn't have my life flashed beforemy eyes. I did have quick thought

(51:35):
of I'm not going to play footballat the high school I was going to
go to. That was a bigdeal to me. I wasn't gonna see
my family again because my family wasaltered. My parents are gone now and
we're alter close five kids in thefamily, my parents, and I thought
of my dog. I remember specificallythinking of my dog, and I started
to believe that our lives were goingto end and this thing was going to

(51:59):
come up. The stay and whenit got to the top of the stairs
from the second floor to the third, the first person it would have met
as me. And I saw ithit those stairs, and it was looking
directly at me, and I waslooking in his eyes and it was looking
at mine. And as soon asit got to the halfway point, it

(52:19):
could have jumped right from there andit would have been on top of me,
and it would have tore me theshreds, and I thought, you
know, it's gonna kill me,and all me and my friends are next.
No one will ever see us orhear from us again, because you
could have screamed down there being murdered, and no one would be able to
know where you are. They mighthave heard you somewhere, but they wouldn't

(52:40):
have been able to find you.It was so massive, and I truly
thought, this is it. Andit hit the middle of that that that
staircase, and then all of asudden you hear a train with its horn
getting pulled as it's coming by thebuilding. That was the first time that
a train had ever come by thebuilding, and it come by a lot

(53:04):
that it hit the horn. Nowwe've talked about this many times, and
people have said well, maybe, you know, because trains are high up.
Maybe he was looking in the buildingand he saw that thing running up
the staircase, and that's why hepulled on it. I just think he
saw the fire and he pulled thehorn and just to let everybody know something's
going on, and he yanked onit, and it stopped on the stairs,

(53:28):
and I was staring at it.I heard it going, but I
was still staring at it. Andit stopped on the stairs, and it
looked back at the opening, andit was staring at that makeshift wall,
the opening where it had come in, and it looked back at us,
and I looked back and it kindof did a double take, almost like
it was to get like, damnit, you know, shit, And

(53:50):
it turned around, and it tookturn around. It ran back down,
and it went back down those stairsso fast it was like lightning, and
it you could physically see it movingas it ran down the second set of
stairs. But as it hit thefirst set of stairs, I'm telling you
something else supernatural happened, because whatit did is it started to almost lose

(54:13):
some of its actual, like anatomicalshape. It almost was like a massive
black shadow that still kept some ofthe form it had and it just boomed,
gone, blink, it was goneout of the building. You didn't
hear anything. You just saw ashadow leave and it was you know,

(54:34):
I've heard and watched shows people talkingabout shadow people, about seeing them out
of the corner your eye, butthen they're gone. You see, That's
what this was like. It waslike it just changed shape and it just
was zip and gone, and thetrain was going by, and you hear
it could cook and we're screaming bythen help help, please, somebody,

(54:55):
all of us and the other twocome down and they I heard us screaming,
they heard the train, and theycame out. My one buddy almost
had a smile on his face, thinking like maybe this is it, This
is it. Somebody's gonna help us. And they start screaming and we're all
screaming, bloody murder, losing likealmost getting light headed from screaming, and

(55:16):
the train just keeps going. Andat first, you know, you hear
squeaking and stuff, and you thinkmaybe they're stopping. He wasn't stopping,
So that's why I don't believe hesaw it, because he didn't stop,
so he kept going. And thenall of a sudden, you just it's
gone, and then the extreme fearsets back in that this thing's going to

(55:38):
turn around and come right back inthis building. And we were up there
for maybe an hour before we finallystarted to talk about we need to we
need to move, and had himcome back in. My one friend who
had basically he saw it first. He was the one I had to grab

(56:00):
his mouth. He had lost it. He ran up to the fourth floor.
He has now completely gone crazy, you know, excuse the phrase,
he went postal. He was screaming, he was crying, he wants to
go home. We have to getout of here, but we can't leave
because it's going to get us.What are we going to do when you're

(56:21):
just complete not making sense, losinghis mind, which a child would do
in a situation like that. Andwe finally are like, we have to
go. You know, we're ignoringhim. We have to go. We
have to get out of here. This thing's going to come back. And
we start to walk and he's screaming, no, don't go, it's going
to come in, and we basicallyhe came down to grudgingly with us to

(56:44):
the second floor, and then wewere there for maybe I don't know,
a half an hour or twenty minutes. And we made our way down to
the first and we're saying, wehave to make a run for it,
and we knew this was going tobe either it's waiting for us outside.
Also, when you would hop upinto this building, you could bend down

(57:06):
and you could look back into it, and it could have been hiding in
the back, underneath this thing. It could have been waiting on the other
side of that pile of material. It could have been anywhere. We were
looking outside for the for the eyes, because if those eyes were shining out
there, you would see it.We didn't see it, so we got
to make a run for it.And it was a half an hour that

(57:29):
it takes to get down there,so we knew it was going to be
a while. And that my friendstarts just completely. You can't we can't
go, you can't leave. Wegot to stay here. It's going to
get us. Somebody will come andwe're screaming and no one's coming for us.
The train left. No one knowswe're here. Because we didn't tell
our parents we were going down there. They would have never let us down

(57:50):
there. And we tell them FinallyI grabbed him and I said, you've
got a fucking lesson to me.You either are going to come with us
us or we're going to leave youhere. Trust me, we'll leave you
here and you'll die alone. Andhe's bawling, Matt, please, please,
no, please don't. And finallywe just started to leave and we

(58:13):
turned around and said grab our shirts, and we let him grab us from
behind, and I mean he wasliterally choking us. And we dragged him
out of that building and we hadto jump down and we grabbed him,
almost had to pull him down, and we are horrified looking everywhere, and
we started running and we were inalmost like a straight line, and we're

(58:36):
running with each other, staying perfectlyin line. So none of us leave
each other because I wasn't as fastas some of my other for they could
have left us. We stayed witheach other. And we're running and every
time a footfall hits the ground,we're snapping. Looking around. You hear
the wind start to pick up andleaves blow. You start to get nervous,

(58:58):
and brook rocks, and you canimagine all the stuff on the ground
in that kind of place, everythingsignaled it was there Finally we get to
the last part this's going that wehad to get out, and it's just
a giant mound of gravel and materialthat coming down was really easy, and

(59:22):
I apologize my noses all stuff, guys. Coming down was easy. You
could turn kind of sideways and walkdown and you could get down easy.
But going back up you'd have tobe on floor on all fours. And
every time we would leave, youknow, we would always laugh at each
other and make fun of each otherbecause somebody would always start to slide back

(59:44):
down. And it happened to allfour of us because we're all trying to
get up fast and the materials goingout from under us and we're sliding down.
Is it behind us? Is itbehind us? We're turning around looking
if it's there. Stay tuned formore p and we could hear in the

(01:00:07):
distance the wild dogs, and wegot horrified because we thought that signaled this
thing was back. We never sawthe dogs again. We never saw it.
Finally, me and my one buddygot up to the top first,
and we laid on our stomachs andstuck our arms out and got the other
two up and we ran across Routefour twenty two and jumped over this fence

(01:00:30):
and run across the street to myfriend's house. And his family wasn't there,
and it was late, it wasprobably eleven twelve o'clock at night.
They were they weren't home for whateverreason, I don't remember, And I
remember we just sat on his porch. One of my buddies sat in the
in the yard, and they hada hose outside, and I remember just
pouring the hose all over myself anddrinking, and I drank so much I

(01:00:53):
got sick. My stomach felt likeI was gonna pop, and they all
did the same thing. And wejust sat probably for at least an hour,
just staring in shock, staring outacross the street in the direction to
where we had just come, andnone of us spoke. And then we
started talking a little bit later, and we headed back to my best friend's

(01:01:16):
house. And we had said toeach other, listen, whenever we talk
about this, we're all promised thatwe would all four of us were going
to be there with each other sothat we could back each other up.
And when we got back to hishouse, his mom and dad were up

(01:01:36):
and they were waiting for him,and we all four walked in, so
they immediately knew something was wrong. And we're all covered in dirt and tears
and just looked horrified and in shock, and they're asking what's going on,
and we tell them I remember mybest friend's mom. She just turned around
and she went like to oh,you guys are crazy. You saw us

(01:01:57):
on and they had this long staircasethat went off of when you walked in
the back door. It was theirkitchen right to the immediate left. They
had a little dining room to theright, and then there were stairs that
you could walk up that would takeyou all the way up to the second
floor. And she went up andshe told my best friend's dad to take
care of it. And he startstalking to us and said, slow down,

(01:02:21):
what's going on? And we startedtelling him what happened, only three
of us because my one buddy whohad lost his shit wasn't talking anymore.
He just was completely and my buddy'sdad kept looking at him like what is
going on here? And we toldhim where we were, and before we
even got out what we saw,he started going off on us, what

(01:02:45):
are you doing down there? Whatis the matter with you? People could
get killed down there? That placeis falling apart. We're set to destroy
worked. He worked in this city. I'm not going to say what his
actual job was because my best friend'snot here anymore and I don't have his
permission to do this, So hejust he worked for the city, That's

(01:03:05):
all I'm going to say. Andhe said that place is set to be
demolished through the next couple of years. That could have been set for demolition.
What are you doing stuff swalling down? You could fall and get killed
and what and blah blah blah andwhat did you see? What happened to
you? And we told him whathappened, And immediately we thought he was
going to just go Why don't youwhat we told him? And he got

(01:03:30):
even met more angry, and hestarted yelling us even harder, and he
said, you guys should never godown there again. If I ever find
out you're going to go down thereagain, I'll put you in JJC myself,
juvenile justice. And he said,I'm calling your parents, and he
called my dad and he couldn't geta hold of my other friend's family.

(01:03:52):
They were gone, like I said, And I don't remember what happened my
other friends. I think he drovemy other friend to his house, but
my dad came and he thought wehad gotten in trouble because we were rambunctious
and we would we would do somecrazy stuff. So he thought we got
caught doing something. And he lookedat me, you know, angry,

(01:04:15):
like what did you do? Andmy dad, my dad's name was Ken,
and he said, keed come withme, and he took him in
the other room and he talked tohim, and then he came back and
my dad was white as a ghost, and he said, I think you
understand the situation. He said, none of you are going to talk about
this. And he said, Ineed you to make Matt promise that he's

(01:04:36):
not going to discuss this. Don'tdiscuss this, you know, with anyone
else. And you know, thediscussion was longer than just what I'm saying
here. I'm not going to sayevery single thing that happened. And my
dad I got in the car withhim. And you need to understand also
about my dad is he was hewas an overgrown boy scout. I used

(01:04:58):
to call him Steve Rogers because Isaid, you're like Captain America and he
was. He was that to me, but he was just a true blue,
honest, truthful man that if hegave you his word on something,
you could bet that he would doit. And that's how he brought us
up. And that's why it's soimportant for me to not only tell this

(01:05:19):
experience, but but be honest abouteverything and let everybody know. And again,
if you don't believe me, that'sall on you. That's fine.
I don't I don't hate you.I'm not mad at you. I don't
begrudge you. But if anybody thatknows me, knows my family, you
know that we don't lie. We'renot people who are prone to make up

(01:05:42):
stories or lie or anything. Andyou know, I gave a lot more
detail about myself on my good friendJoshnanocchio's channel, What Lurks Beneath, and
you know I would not give outall of these extreme intimate details of my
life and who I am and whereI grew up to lie about it.

(01:06:05):
And you know, just anybody thatknows me, I wouldn't do this.
And my dad was driving us homeand he kept looking at me and he
had this scared look on his faceand I was bawling, crying. Dad,
you gotta believe me, that's whatwe saw. And we got home
and I was screaming and crying. My mom heard what was going on,

(01:06:26):
and she came and she's like, what is going on? And he's like
nothing, nothing, And I'm like, mom, mom, I saw this.
And she goes, what, Ken, what the heck? What are
you? What is he talking? He's like nothing, he saw a bear,
So I don't worry. She wentto bed. She didn't, well
should you deal with it? Samething of my best friend's dad's mom.
His his mom said, and he'sHe sat me down and he said,

(01:06:50):
you are never to talk about thiswith your siblings, especially to your brother.
Oh there's my oldest sister, thenmy older brother, and then my
other older sister. And then itwas my oldest sisters eleven years older than
me. My older brother's nine,my older sister next at six. That

(01:07:11):
there is a lull, and there'sme and my brother, who is a
year younger. He I don't wantto say he was a mistake. He
just wasn't planned. So we're youreapart, were really close, we're inseparable.
So that's why he said, don'ttell your brother. And you know,
I'm asking him why, why hesaid, you not just promise me.

(01:07:31):
You have to understand you can't talkabout this. Your buddy's dad told
you. You know, you can'ttalk about it's very important. And another
thing my friend's dad had said,he said, you guys cannot talk about
this more than anything. You know, if you tell all your friends,
they're all going to go down thereand someone's going to get hurt in one
of those buildings, are going tofall through the floor, which is true.

(01:07:56):
You should see some of the areaswe frequent. I mean, there
would be holes in the floor. If you fell through, you would die.
So but we're running around, youknow, Willie Nelly. And he
said, and that somebody's going toget hurt. So my other friends.
We told my other two friends parents. They completely disregarded everything, didn't believe

(01:08:18):
it. Said we saw a wolffor a bear or whatever, and they
just were even one of them laughed. They didn't want to hear it.
In fact, my one buddy whohad lost it really bad, he didn't
speak for two weeks after this.We didn't see him to this day.
He has severe PTSD, as Ido. At times, he sees multiple

(01:08:43):
he sees counselors. He has psychiatristsand a psychologist. He's on medication.
I've been on medication through the years. I've been able to deal with it
a little easier, maybe because I'vespoken about it. I don't know they'll
have nightmares to this day. Butlater in the week, my best friend

(01:09:06):
told us that he had sat downwith his dad and he kind of coorded
him and he said, you know, Dad, that this is what we
saw. You know me, whywould I lie to you? And basically
what happened is he said, ishis dad told him for all intensive purposes,
that he knows what we were talkingabout, that he's aware of it,

(01:09:30):
that officers in Youngstown had seen it, had gotten reports of it,
and that there was a couple homelesspeople I had mentioned that had been mowed
by dogs during a couple of yearperiod, and he even gave the impression
that one or maybe both of themwere killed by something like this down there.

(01:09:54):
They didn't make it obviously general youknow news. They didn't put it
on the news or anything. Who'sgoing to believe that kind of stuff.
They kept it very quiet, andhe said, I know what you guys
saw. I've heard about it,officers have seen it. He's like,
if you ever go down there again, you might not come out. And
if I find out you go there, I swear to you I will put

(01:10:15):
you in juvenile hall. And theyput the fear of God in us,
you know, Like I said,I was playing on going to this high
school the following year and playing football, and I did. And you know,
they they him and my dad,you know, put in the fear
of you're not going to play. You think the coach is going to want
a crazy person said he saw werewolfon his team. You know you're gonna

(01:10:35):
have to You guys are all goingto end up. We went to Catholic
school. He said, you're allgoing to end up at the city school.
You're all going to go there, which I'm not saying wasn't bad school,
but it wasn't the private school wewent to. So they really put
the fear of God in us.And I never spoke about it until I
was an adult, just a coupleof years ago. It was the first
time. And uh, you know, I had a I don't know,

(01:11:01):
maybe a month ago now. Iwent to a conference. Well on in
September, I went to a conferenceParanormal roundtable Josh Turner had a conference down
in Fort Worth, Texas, thesecond annual dug Man ENCRYPTI Conference, and
I went to that. And whenI was going there, my sister was

(01:11:21):
asking me why I was going downto Texas, and I told her I
was going there. As she saidwhy, I said, well, I
was asked to go to this conference. I said, you know, I'm
in Josh Turner's book. He hasa book he right put me in in
and I just already knows I wasasked. They asked me when I when
they were writing the book, togive them four dummy names. So anyone

(01:11:43):
that reads the book, you'll seefour names. And they're not my friend's
names. So someone said, hey, I saw your friend's name. They
asked me four dummy names. I'mnot going to say their real names,
so and that's just first names. So I told her, you know,
I'm in his book and he askedme to speak at his conference. Well
why would he do that? AndI told her and she didn't believe me.

(01:12:05):
And I got in a very serious, heated argument with my sister because
she could not fathom why none ofthem would have heard about it, why
they weren't told Mom and Dad wouldhave told us, what are you talking
about? You know? I said, I said her name? I said,
you know, I'm not going tosay I looked there. I said,

(01:12:27):
why would I lie to you?I'm a fifty year old man.
Why on earth when I lie toyou? If I'm not telling the truth,
I'd just say, yeah, Itold I told a whapper. People
believe it. I'm going down toyou know, hopefully get something. I'm
just you know, in a book, said why would I lie to you?
I'm your brother? I said, fifty years old, what are you
talking about? You're telling me I'mlying to you, And we got into

(01:12:53):
it. I didn't speak to herfor a month now. My uncle passed
away just recently and we went tothe funeral and my sister was there,
and she lives three hours from mewhere I live in young in the Youngstown
area, and I just decided, you know what, I'm just gonna my
uncle passed away. I'm just gonnago sit by my sister, and I'm

(01:13:14):
not gonna I'm not going to justkeep going with this. If she doesn't
want to believe me, I won'ttalk about it with her. And we've
never discussed it again. But Iwas really I was ready not to not
to talk to her ever again forthe rest of my life over that,
and I told my wife, andmy wife was upset about that. She's
just like, why would she believeyou? You're a grown man. You've
never lied in the before. Sothat's my point, I said. I

(01:13:39):
told my wife. I said,I'm never speaking to her again. And
my daughter asked, what do youguys talking. I said, I'm not
going to speak to your aunt everagain. She's like, why what?
And my wife took care of it, and I just said, that's it.
I'm done. I'll never speak toher again. And like I said,
we I squashed it. We haven'ttalked about it since. But I

(01:14:00):
had something else happened recently, rightafter the funeral. I had a very
ultra realistic dream. I've told somepeople about it. They think it was
more than just a dream. Ithink it was. Again, if you
know, one has to believe me. If you don't want to, I'm
not going to lose any sleep ifsomebody says they don't really not I know

(01:14:23):
what happened. Had a dream whereI was in my backyard and it was
my backyard. Normally you have dreams, and you think you're at home,
that it's not your home, andit was. It was my backyard,
and we have woods butted up backto our yard, and there's a fence
in our backyard, a chain linkfence, and I went to the fence,

(01:14:44):
and all of a sudden, Ijust felt like somebody was attacking me
from behind, and I got thrownaround and thrown on the ground. And
I am as of April of lastyear, I'm an amputee. I lost
my right leg below the knee fromsome complications from surgery. So what happened

(01:15:04):
in this dream was I've noticed whatwas on top of me was exactly what
I saw when I was fourteen. It was the same creature. It was
on top of me. Its eyeswere glowing the same color. And it
went and it wrapped my pant leg, my right pant leg off, which

(01:15:24):
is my amputated leg, and Ihave a prosthetic, and it grabbed the
prosthetic in its mouth and it threwit and I saw it go flying in
the woods, and then it crawledup on top of me and it put
its head literally like that far fromme, and it was dripping from its
mouth, and it went in mymouth and I actually tasted it. And

(01:15:45):
this is one of the first timesI've said this that I'm not gagging.
I usually get sick when I sayit. You really could. You could
taste it, you could smell it. And it had its literally it's an
inch from mine, and it putits eyes up near mine and it did
it basically spoke to me with itsmind. I've heard people call it mind

(01:16:10):
speak. And I just heard avoice that sounded very deep and growy and
gruff, and it basically said tome, I came for you all those
years ago. You speak of metoo often, and you will see me
again. And it said something alongthe lines of I'm coming for you or

(01:16:33):
something I don't remember exactly, andit just looked at me, and I
remember its eyes were just burning inmy eyes. And then I woke up
and I was soaking wet, Iwas sweating. I was in my chair
that I said in every night, and my man cave and we have a

(01:16:53):
puppy. We had two dogs, and not too long ago I had to
put my best friend down. Mymeamur was He was a sixteen and a
half year old dog and his timecame. Unfortunately, so we have one
and she her name's Hadley. She'susually up in bed at this time.
It was like three, in betweenthree and four in the morning, and

(01:17:14):
she was right at the foot ofmy chair. She had her paws up
on my knees and she was crying. She had her ears back and her
tail between her legs, and shewas looking at me crying, and I
don't know why, but it wasalmost like she sensed something was off.
And I was soaking wet. Myshirt was soaking, I was pouring,
and my heart was pounding, andit was the most ultra realistic dream I've

(01:17:38):
ever had in my life. I'vehad people tell me it wasn't a dream.
This thing was talking to you. Now, I'm going down to the
LBL to be inducted into the Brotherhoodof the Wolf with Barton Nudley, Martin
Groves, Larry Joe Fisher, andDarryl Denton, who are dear friends of
mine, and they're gonna duck medown there, and I'm gonna gonna really

(01:18:01):
appreciate that, and I'm really closewith all four of them. And check
out Barton Dudley's channel with Humanoids withBarton Mudley, He's my man. In
fact, here is his here's hisbook right here. I would sit right
here on my desk and going downthere with them. And some people have

(01:18:23):
said, you know, maybe thisthing's going to be down there, and
you know there's there's things there.Martin Groves just finished a small Town Monsters
movie there recently, and you knowthey saw they had Ron moorehead who's also
a friend of mine. He wasdown there with them and they had experience
where they had some some sat squatcharound their cabin and they told me that

(01:18:46):
regularly dog men are around their camp. And I don't know when I go
down there. I had people tellme that I shouldn't go after hearing that
dream, But I'm going and ifit's going to be there, it's going
to be there, and whatever happenedwill happen. That's the only time I've
ever seen anything like that. Itwas my dream. Again, it might

(01:19:08):
have just been because I've been givena lot of interviews lately like this.
I'm doing them because I know whathappened was real. And again, if
I was just by myself and thathappened, I would have never have talked
about this in my whole life.I would have taken into my grave.
But it happened to four of us, and we talked about it for years,

(01:19:31):
and two, like I said, have passed away. And my other
friend we talked regularly. He said, what he retires, he'll come out
and do it with me. Hethanks me all the time. Then I
have the guts to do this. And he owns a very successful company that
does international business, and he said, I just can't do it right now.

(01:19:53):
International people that I do business with. You, you think they're going
to sign these big contracts with meif they see me on YouTube talking about
this, I mean, be honestwith me. Well, it's not going
to happen. I don't begrudge him, and he always starts his conversations with
me is I'm so sorry that you'redoing this alone. I promise you someday

(01:20:15):
I will do it with you. When I retire, I'll do it.
I promise. Please don't hate me, and I don't hate him. You
know, I understand. You know. I've had a lot of people since
I've done this come and they've messagedme on messenger and hundreds lately that have
thanked me for doing this. Andsome older gentleman who is eighty three years

(01:20:38):
old recently messaged me and he wasfrom Arizona and told me that he had
an experience when he was younger witha sasquatch and that he had planned on
taking it to his grave. Andhe said, after watching my interview on
What Lurks Beneath, he said thatI'm now going to tell it. And

(01:20:58):
I've had other people telling me latelybecause of seeing you having the guts to
do this, that they're going todo it. And the thing I appreciate
the most looking at the crazy numbers, and I told you I've got maybe
fifteen now. The craziest numbers havehappened on What Lurks Beneath with joshn and
Ochio Dominic, Joshnanokio, And Idon't know why. It's maybe just the

(01:21:21):
way he did it, or it'sjust was the perfect storm of people seeing
it. There's been insane numbers, and ninety nine percent of all the people
that have come in and have allsaid they believe me. There's three different
human behavioral professionals PhDs. You lookthrough them, you can find them.

(01:21:44):
They're on there that have said whatthey do that they're they're human behavioral professionals
have PhDs in it. That's they'reexperts in it. That I've given zero
sign of lying. They put theirstamp on it. Good friend of mine
is Adam Davies, who was alsoanother person in the cryptic community. He
told me he used to be athis other professional life a court cross examiner,

(01:22:10):
and he said, Matt, Ijust went tover I meet anybody,
I immediately do that. And hesaid, when I met you down at
the conference at a paranormal around Tablesconference, he said, I just do
it automatically. Please don't take offenseto this. He's like, but you
have never struck me as somebody thatis lying in When I watched your interview,

(01:22:32):
he said, I saw zero tellsigns of anybody being deceptive or lying,
and that that is what means themost to me. That means and
also the people that said that I'vehelped them. Of course that means a
lot. But to be believed whenyou do something like this, when you
expect, well, hell, I'mdoing this, and I'm going to be

(01:22:53):
called crazy and I'm a nut inand you're stupid for doing this. And
I have family that I've said wiringdoing this. Are you crazy just for
doing this, they mean, andI just it really happened. I've been
hearing more and more experiences because Idefinitely separate them. There's some whoppers out

(01:23:15):
there, you guys, knowing whatyou do, sometimes you hear some stories
that are cridgeworthy and you're like,oh, okay, no, I really
don't believe that one. But I'veheard other ones that I've heard, some
of those telltale signs that I've seen, and I'm like, okay, well,
I'm leaning on that that one's beingreal, and people are coming out

(01:23:38):
more and more, and it's ofcourse because of social media and because of
technology, we're hearing more of thesethings. You're seeing the government releasing pictures
and video of UFOs or UAPs thatgo them now and I'm old school,
they're UFOs to me, but you'reseeing more of them these days, and

(01:23:59):
we're going to find doubt there's moregoing on, and they're real and they're
really out there, and this happened, and that's why. So that's my
story. His mic got yeah, his mic got muted. I don't know

(01:24:21):
why it does that. He's tryingto fix it. That's a whole whole
a lot of baggage to uh unpackthere, but she's something else. You
don't hear me? Now, yeahhear you? Okay, Yeah, I

(01:24:43):
don't know why my whenever I haveinternet issues, it's automatically and I don't
know what the hell is up withmy service. But Matt uh, you
don't come off with someone that madesomething like that up. You come off
very trust worthy and I believe thatof what happened, and you answered all
of my questions. I had somequestions in my head that I wanted to

(01:25:06):
ask and you answered them all.But that encounter, thank you, and
if you if you look in thechat not to interrupt you, I'm so
so sorry. There's many people inthe chat who were saying I believe every
word he's saying, and I wouldn'thave brought you to Wayne if I had

(01:25:30):
any shred of doubt. And whatyou said on what Works Beneath, I
wasn't able to lie. I didn'twatch that whole interview, but what I
saw of it, I was like, this man's for real, you know,
and I should have interviewed you beforeI wrote my book dog Man Taara
in the Woods, like for real. Yeah, we can go all right,

(01:25:55):
Matt, I've got an early morningand we've gone a little bit longer
than that. I was expecting myinternet as being stupid, so I'm probably
you need to let you go andget off here, but I do want
to thank you. Tell everybody aboutyour YouTube channel. Yeah, I just
started a new YouTube channel. It'scalled Planet for one two. The address

(01:26:18):
is at plant spell it out soplan it for one two, no numbers.
And I just dropped my first videotoday and I would appreciate if everybody
would go there and subscribe and takea watch, and many more are going
to be coming. And as Idiscussed before we started, it's going to

(01:26:40):
be, you know, very similarto what I did in my first video
is I told what basically happened tome in a little more and it's going
to be other people's experiences and otherstories I've heard. And I'm also going
to do live interviews and chats. It's going to be a mixture of everything.
It's going to be went into thespectrum to the other A, paranormal,

(01:27:02):
cryptids, UFOs, everything everything thatyou know US three like awesome,
awesome, Yeah, I subscribed earlier. Guys, y'all head over to playing
at four twelve and give him asub again. Matt, thank you for
coming and hanging out, buddy, you guys too, Thank you very much.

(01:27:29):
They say you don't gotta go home, but you can't stay. I
don't want to be. We're allhappens. John. There's a child that

(01:28:08):
chi every day. Call it dB crying joy for me, joy,
staying right. You call it rightaways. Do turn Dottis games spassss
