The people who get under your skin the most are rarely just an inconvenience. They are information.

In this episode, we go into projection: the mechanism through which the shadow stops being an inner concept and starts showing up as other people. As the reaction that feels completely justified. As the irritation that arrives fast and feels very certain. As the quality in someone else that produces a charge far bigger than the situation warrants.

We look at why the psyche casts outward what it cannot hold inward, and why that process is not a flaw but a form of protection. Why the things we find intolerable in others so often map back to what was never allowed in us. And why the qualities we admire most in the people we put on pedestals are frequently the ones we haven't yet permitted ourselves to carry.

Because projection works in both directions. It doesn't only reveal what was exiled through shame. It also reveals what was set aside - the unlived potential quietly handed to someone else instead of claimed as your own.

This episode won't make triggers easier to feel. But it might change what you do with them. And that is where something actually begins to shift.
