ein Ex-Legida-Organisator aus Heidenau, wurde in Abwesenheit vom Amtsgericht Pirna verurteilt Er wurde wegen der Verbreitung kinderpornografischer Inhalte verurteilt und musste eine Geldstrafe
von 70 Tagen zahlen
2015 in Leipzig mit knapp 5000 Demonstranten und 30.000 Gegendemonstranten.
Hoyer bezeichnete sich selbst als Sachverständiger für Militärhistorik und Zeitgeschichte.
Er soll früher regen Handel mit NS-Devotionalien betrieben haben, darunter Gegenstände mit Hakenkreuz- und SS-Symbolen Aufgenommen Er stand bereits 2017 wegen eines kuriosen Videos vor Gericht,
in dem er einen illegalen Elektroschocker zum Kauf anbot.
Die Verhandlung fand am Donnerstag im Amtsgericht Pirna statt, der Platz auf der Anklagebank blieb leer, da Hoyer unentschuldigt fehlte Pirna ist eine Stadt in Sachsen, Deutschland
