Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
The battle for Jeffrey Epstein's state is continuing to rage
down in the United States Virgin Islands as Denise George
continues to try and get some money out of the
estate Indyke and KHN. Now we know that this has
(00:23):
been going on for quite some time, and according to
Denise George, she feels like the Virgin Islands should get
some money here. She feels like Jeffrey Epstein, he was
manipulating the rules down there to get tax benefits and
basically stole from the Virgin Islands. Well, my answer to
(00:43):
that is it was the bureaucrats down there who set
them up in the first place. So they were acting
as representatives for the Virgin Islands. So I would think
that your problem would be with those representatives as well. Right,
shouldn't they go to jail, shouldn't they have some sort
of penalty? But no, it's always a money grab. All
(01:04):
of this money. Let me be very clear, every last
dollar of it should have went to these survivors, including
the one hundred and eighty million dollars that the federal
government took. I don't think people realize, especially people who
were new to this story, that the federal government took
more in taxes than was paid out to these girls. Now,
(01:26):
tell me, how does that sit right with anyone, especially
considering the way the government just pisses away money. They
had to have their tax dollars here. They couldn't have
just said, you know what, let's give all of this
money to these survivors. We owe them that much for
the FBI shit in the bed, for the Department of
Justice shitting the bed, for the SDNY shitting the bed.
(01:49):
But no, they have to have their peace right. And
it's the same down here with the Virgin Islands. Denise
George is trying to do the same exact thing, and honestly,
I find it to be gross. Today's article is from
the Saint Thomas Source and the headline Epstein Estate files
second reply to Attorney General's emergency motion. This article was
(02:10):
authored by Cyon Cobb. The long running legal battle between
the virgin Ian Virgin Island government and the Epstein Estate
continued Friday, with attorneys for the co executors countering the
Justice Department's response to their response to the government's emergency
motion to lift a stay of proceedings in the case. Now,
(02:31):
this has been going on for a while, folks, And
for those of you who aren't hip yet, Denise George,
the Attorney General down here for the US Virgin Islands,
hit the executors of Jeffrey Epstein's estate with a SICCO case,
which is basically a RECO case, but in a civil form,
so it's not as binding as in, you're not going
(02:53):
to go to prison, but it is still very invasive
from the civil end, going through your fire finances and
all of that stuff. Now, we haven't heard too much
about these guys being deposed or anything like that, but
we do know that there is a SECO case working
its way through the system against the estate and the
(03:14):
co executors, Darren Endyke and Richard Kahn. The stay was
ordered by the court so the parties could engage in mediation,
but those efforts failed, and on July twenty second, Attorney
General Denise George filed an emergency motion in the Virgin
Island Superior Court seeking to lift this stay and allow
(03:34):
discovery in the case. Hallelujah, that's what we need. Discovery.
Let's get this shit all aired out. Let's bring it
to the light of day, and let's see what Indyke
and con really know. These two dudes were the in
house lawyers for Epstein. One guy was working accounting basically,
that's Cohn, and the other one was Jeffrey Epstein's own
(03:55):
Tom Hagen, and that's Darren Endyke. This is the guy
that's signed off on every He was the in house
advice for Epstein. Never left Epstein's side. Now, you had
the trial lawyers right like Dershwitz and Star and Lefkowitz
and the rest of them. But when it came to
the day to day operations of Epstein's criminal enterprise, nobody
was more hands on, in my opinion anyway, than Darren Endyke.
(04:22):
The US Virgin Islands sued the estate in January twenty twenty,
alleging that Jeffrey Epstein engaged in a civil conspiracy involving
human trafficking, forced labor, and sexual servitude in the USVII.
At the time, George said the government would seek punitive
damages worth five hundred and seventy seven million, pretty much
(04:43):
the whole entire estate. So again, Denise, George's motivations have
to be looked at here right, Why are you trying
to get so much money when the survivors are only
getting pennies on the dollar. At issue is the defendant's
motion of March twenty asking the court to vacate criminal
activity leans the government placed on Epstein's estate so funds
(05:06):
can be access to administer the estate. I mean, what's
left to administer. Let's be very clear, they paid out
the fund, now what else is going on? The real
question should be who's getting rich off of this? You
know somebody is and it ain't the girls who were abused.
(05:27):
George argued in her emergency motion that the depositions of
co executors Darren k Endyke and Richard D. kN and
other discovery documents and information are needed first for the
government to have a fair opportunity to make a full
record on the defendants pending motion. So Indike and Khan
want nothing to do with being deposed. We know what
(05:48):
happens after you're deposed, and you've been working with Epstein,
chances are you're about to be indicted. Just take a
look at everybody who's been deposed throughout this whole entire
thing and look at their fate. Besides Prince Andrew, Well,
he hasn't been deposed, right every Maxwell and Epstein both
got on there, went under oath, were deposed in civil manner,
(06:10):
civil matters, and it ended up leading to prosecutions. And
Indike and conn are very much aware of that. Indyke
was the personal lawyer, and Cohn an in house Accountanto
Epstein the wealthy convicted sex offender pedophile who was found
dead by apparent suicide on August tenth of twenty nineteen
(06:30):
in a New York jail cell as he awaited trial
on sex trafficking charges. His primary residence at the time
of his death was his estate on Little Saint James
Island off Saint Thomas. At the center of George's emergency
motion is the Epstein created twenty thirteen Butterfly Trust, though
(06:51):
which she alleges in Dike and Khan transferred thirteen million
to three newly created trusts from which they stood to
benefit end by doing so, diverted money from the estate.
So this is a whole big mess, right And according
to Denise, George, Indike and Khan are committing financial crimes.
(07:13):
This isn't civil, This is financial malfeasance, This is laundering money.
This is a wire fraud, you name it, it's all of it.
And guess what all of this is. These are all
rico predicates. Now, once again, like I said on the
Tucker Carlson Show, why is there no Rico here? What
are they so afraid of? And who do they continue
(07:36):
to protect? That is the question everybody should be asking
themselves when it comes to this situation. George's emergency motion
also alleges that Indike and Khan were involved in defrauding
the VI Government of eighty and a half million dollars
in unearned tax benefits through Epstein's Southern Trust Company any
(07:57):
DC beneficiary, and that they approved, enabled and justified millions
of dollars in payments that fueled the Epstein enterprises sex trafficking. Now, look, Denise,
George is using the proper language down here. That's what
This was a criminal enterprise and they were engaging in
sex trafficking. And it wasn't just like a girl coming
(08:18):
to the house, right that was happening, But this was
spanned multi continents. This wasn't just in America or North
America or Europe. This was happening all over the world
with these people in their Sir reply, meaning additional reply.
(08:39):
In opposition to the motion. On Friday, attorneys Friendike and
Khan reasserted their original response that no discovery is needed
for the Lean motion to be resolved. Further, the estate's
expenditures are already scrutinized by the Probate Court Special Master
Rosalie Simmons Ballantine and by auditors from Ernst and Young,
(08:59):
they said, and no expenditures have been disputed. It's funny
that they use Ernst and Young. That was the company
that audited me at the sports book, and let me
tell you, I was none too impressed with the people
they sent out. Moreover, the money in the twenty thirteen
Butterfly Trust is separate from the estate, the attorneys Christopher
(09:20):
Allen Croblin of Keller Hall's Ferguson Kroblin PLLC, Mark A.
Weinstein of Hughes, Hubbard and Reed LLP in New York
and Gordon c Erea of Gordon Cirea PC in South
Carolina said in the reply. So basically what they're saying
is the Butterfly Trust has nothing to do with any
of this, so you can't touch any of the money. Basically,
(09:42):
what they're saying, the reality is though these dudes were
involved in Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise, and they wouldn't have
anywhere near the funds they have now if it wasn't
for that fact. So the money that they've earned to
me anyway is certainly from ill gotten gains. So that
makes them part of the crim conspiracy, right there, doesn't it.
If it's good enough for my family to be part
(10:04):
of the criminal conspiracy when you're going after my loved
ones for wire fraud and illegal gambling, then it's certainly
good enough for these two bitch asses, is it. Carnaei
set The twenty thirteen Butterfly Trust was set up before
Epstein died and has never held funds owned by the
estate or to which the estate is entitled. Discovery on
(10:25):
non estate entities is not needed for or even relevant
to consideration of the Lean motion, the reply states. It
adds that even if there were a valid basis to
protect the assets held by the trust, it was placed
under a criminal activity Lean in twenty twenty one, thereby
preventing any funds from being used, transferred, or otherwise dissipated. Yeah,
(10:48):
for normal people, we're talking about some of the smarmiest,
slickest sons of bitches going with Epstein and his associates.
So if anyone can find the way to make this
money move, it's them. Accordingly, the government's desperate attempt to
justify its purported need for discovery on the basis of
a non estate asset fails to withstand even minimal scrutiny.
(11:10):
The reply states, these guys are always playing words salad folks.
When it comes to loopholes and technicalities, nobody does it
better than Jeffrey Epstein's associates. These sons of bitches. They're
obtuse about everything. They've never been upfront about anything, and
the whole lot of them deserve a long time in
prison from where I'm sitting anyway. The government argued that
(11:37):
the Criminally Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act Statute governing the
lianes applies differently to bank account funds, even though those
funds are personal property, and the government cannot inhibit the
use of personal or real property by issuing such leans.
The reply argues, the government can only restrain the use
of personal property through a restraining order issued by the
(11:59):
court after showing probable cause that the property would, in
the event of a conviction, be subject of forfeiture, it said,
And again they were hit with a real rico charge here.
This wouldn't even be a discussion. We'd all be sitting
back sipping on my ties, laughing at these dumb dicks
as they were eating their shitty ass canteen of food
in the hoo's cow. But instead they're still running around
(12:22):
eating caviat on Jeffrey Epstein's ill gotten gains. Dime must
be nice. Finally, in another footnote, the government asserts that
the defendants are claiming, for the first time, and contrary
to be referenced tentative settlement agreement, that they would be
able to make substantial payments until years into the future.
(12:45):
According to the reply, once again, this statement is false
and in violation of mediation confidentiality. In fact, as agreed
upon with the government a year ago, defendants are prepared
to make a substantial payment in connection with the settlement
within days of execution of a settlement guarant agreement, it said.
The defendants and their reply invite the court to speak
(13:07):
with the mediator, Attorney David Nichols, for a more complete
debriefing of the mediation effort and the remaining issues, or
to discuss the mediation at a hearing already scheduled for
October fourth. So basically, to break this down in Layman's terms,
the estate is doing everything it can to make sure
that Indyke and Con are not deposed. Now, Indyke already
(13:30):
avoided one deposition back in the day, there's no way
you should be able to avoid this one too. It
is time for Indike, it is time for Con to
be deposed, and it is time for these dudes to
finally answer some questions under oath. All right, folks, that's
