Ghislaine Maxwell’s family and friends created a website called RealGhislaine.com shortly after her arrest — presenting it as a “defense” platform to challenge how the media and public depict her. The site brands her as the “real Ghislaine” rather than the one-dimensional figure painted in headlines, claiming much of the coverage is sensationalized or misleading. On the site, her family issues statements calling her treatment unfair: they argue she was held in harsh pre-trial conditions without bail, portray the prison conditions as “cruel and unusual,” and emphasize that accusations against her stem from decades-old allegations often made by unnamed accusers.

Beyond damage control, the website functions as a legal and public-relations hub: it hosts biographical information, legal filings including her appeals and petitions (for example a petition to the U.S. Supreme Court), and promises continuing updates on her case. It encourages supporters and media to sign up for confidential updates, framing Maxwell as a sister, step-mother, friend, and victim of injustice rather than a convict. In presenting her narrative, RealGhislaine.com aims to rewrite the public record — shifting the story from her conviction and the testimony of survivors to a portrait of alleged victimhood, injustice, and a fight for vindication.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
To jump right into it today and we're going to
talk about Gilaine Maxwell and her family and the new
website that they just launched. So the pr push is on,
but the question remains, how much polish can you really

(00:22):
put on a turd? Now we know the back and
forth that is going on currently between the prosecutors and
Gilainne Maxwell's legal team. We have Floatergate, where the government
is saying that Gilaine Maxwell's sells atrocious atrocious, she doesn't

(00:44):
clean her room, she doesn't flush the toilet when she
uses the restroom, and that's why her room stinks. Maxwell's
team counters that it's actually the sewage system. None of
that is true, and in fact, we're gonna launch a
whole brand new website equipped with an FAQ section, by

(01:07):
the way, to counter these sorts of claims. So in
the world of bizarro, things just continue to get more bizarre.
Now they could wage the war of public opinion all
they want. That is well within their rights, and you
know what, good for them if that's a If that's

(01:29):
what they think they need to do, then hey, go
for it. But really, at the end of the day,
all that's going to matter is what happens in that
courtroom come July twelfth. All of the outside websites and commentary,
including mind means nothing come day of that trial. So

(01:56):
we'll see then what the defense has. We'll see then
how innocent Quila and Maxwell is. I have a sneaking
suspicion though, this is not going to end the way
they want it to end. In the words of Ramsey Bolton,

(02:19):
if you think this has a happy ending for Maxwell,
you have not been paying attention, because it sure looks
like the evidence is there to send her away for
a very long time. Now again, you all know how
I feel about the prosecution. You all know how I
feel about the Department of Justice, and you all know

(02:41):
how I feel about how the process works. I have
no faith that the state is going to go all
the way here, and you know, make sure everybody gets
slapped with the charges they deserve. I mean, let's be real,
shouldn't they have unleashed these reco charges by now? What
are they waiting for? And like I've said from the beginning,

(03:05):
short of having a Rico case here, then it all
kind of just looks like window dressing, right because all
of the people that were involved here, the government says
in their own documents, it's an ongoing investigation. I mean,
if you have other people, other alleged associates that are

(03:27):
under investigation, get those indictments ready to go, and let's
get all of these people indicted, and let's get the
show on the road. Because if you're slapping r. Kelly
and his people with RICO, and Keith ray Neery and
the Nexium folks with RICO, then why in the world

(03:48):
would Jeffrey Epstein and Gulaye Maxwell not get a little
taste of the same pie. So I really hope that
we see some more charges. Even now, I figured we'd
get the superseded indictment. We talked about that at length,
but it's still not far enough. Honestly, it doesn't rope

(04:11):
in the other people that were working under her, her underlings,
her lieutenants. And I've been pretty clear with what I
think is the minimum standard, shall we say, for people
to get caught up in this, right the core for

(04:31):
Jean lup, Brunel Gielan, Maxwell, Indike Khan, all of those
people at the very least need to be caught up
in this and charged with RICO. Now, when you talk
about all of the other folks that we talk about
on the fringes here, you know, the enablers, people involved

(04:51):
with money. There's definitely probable cause there. And if there
were normal people and there were receiving money from ill
gotten gains, they would all be caught up in a
RICO case already. But somehow, some way, these people have
avoided it. Even when you look at somebody like Leon Black,

(05:11):
we knew one hundred and fifty eight million dollars for
advice was a fairy tale. There's more of a chance
of Rumpel's Stiltskin existing than one hundred and fifty eight
million dollars of advice being passed on by old bitch
as Jeffrey Epstein. Come on, guys, you really thought anyone
was gonna buy that gobbage? So there is definitely probable

(05:40):
cause here. And it's obvious that these people were involved
with Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise and the day to day
running of that operation. Pretty obvious from the evidence that
we've laid out and from what the government has alleged itself.
I mean, look at what Denise George is alleging down
there in the Sicco case. So as much as I

(06:02):
like this seeing the superseded indictment, and I like to see,
you know, some more teeth in the punishment if and
when she's convicted. I'd really really think that short of
a Rico case here, the government is not doing its job.
So let's jump into the article today from the Daily Beast,

(06:22):
and this article is about the website that Gailanne Maxwell's
family has just put out into rotation to begin the
PR push in full. This article was authored by Kate Bricklett,
headline Gilaine Counter's toilet flushing smears with bizarre gushing website.

(06:45):
I see what you did there, Kate. So you have
to figure that the team Maxwell would be in overdrive. Right.
Look again, I've said at a million times I don't
blame her family for trying to, you know, put some
lipstick on the pig here, so to say. But unfortunately

(07:07):
for them, that narrative's done already. The genie is out
of the bottle, and people have read the depositions, people
have read the court documents, people have read the allegations
by the survivors. So it's gonna take a lot more
than a PR push and a couple of letters from
your friends saying how much of a great person you are.

(07:31):
We're gonna need to see some receipts. Gilaine Maxwell, the
accused accomplice of wealthy sex trafficker bet File Jeffrey Epstein,
claims she was forced to shut down her Dubious Ocean's
charity because of cancel culture, according to a new website
from her family, So they'll lock onto anything in the

(07:53):
public sphere right first, it was coronavirus. That's out the
window though, because she's been vaccinated. So I don't want
to hear Dick all about the coronavirus and Gelan Maxwell
from here on out. Okay, So now it's cancel culture.
What I have breaking news for Gilan Maxwell's team, A

(08:14):
bunch of screaming Karen's are not the problem here for you, okay.
It is everybody in civilized society who was looking down
upon you at this point. Has nothing to do with
cancel culture. It has to do with the fact that
a regular functioning society does not accept people such as you,

(08:36):
point blank. Period. I know it's hard to say, I
mean hard to hear, but guess what you eft around
and now you found out as the British socialite co
conspirator fellow fellow abuser general all around scusbag fights, new

(09:00):
federal sex trafficking charges, and the government's claims that she
refuses to clean her Brooklyn jail cell or flush or toilet.
Her siblings are publicizing Realgalaane dot Com as part of
their drive to paint her as a wrongfully accused criminal
justice advocate who is languishing behind bars. That is the
narrative that they've tried to pitch. And I've been hip

(09:23):
to that the whole time, and I've called them on that,
BS from the jump. I'm not gonna let that fly.
These dudes are acting like their criminal justice advocates to
reform the system. All of a sudden, BS, where were
you and all those millions? Where was all that Harvard money?
Where was all that Tom Borgerson money? Are Scott Borgerson
money or Tom Waits money nowhere to be seen? You

(09:44):
care about justice reform? You and your boy Epstein were
as racist as they come, according to accounts, So what
are you talking about? You were worried about reform in jail.
Nobody's buying that, BS, and nobody's buying the nonsense that
you're trying to push here. Helene is extremely grateful for

(10:07):
the hundreds of beautiful and supportive letters from strangers, some
of whom write her on a daily basis. You know
who else had people write them on a daily basis,
Richard Ramirez, John Wayne Gacy, the Menendez Brothers, Scott Peterson.
Should I go on? I mean, honestly, I wonder what

(10:31):
is wrong with her team? And they make these analogies
and these comparisons, and they leave themselves wide open. And
if a moron like me is finding holes in it
and penetrating it and absolutely eviscerating your narrative, do you
really think that the lawyers and the prosecutors aren't gonna

(10:55):
do the same thing. I mean, come on, hundreds of
letters from strangers. Wait, I thought she was being harassed.
I thought she was being bullied. I thought she was
a danger from all the public attention. Now she has
throngs of supporters like she's the Beatles, and the Beatles

(11:18):
have arrived in America. Are people passing out as they
send her letters? Is that what you would have us believe?
Stop it? Okay, nobody's buying it. Nobody believes you, and
you contradict yourself on a regular basis. The website claims
under the section about Elaine, her spirit is strong and

(11:40):
she remains undaunted. Wait, I thought she was a broken down,
weathered woman who was losing her hair and losing weight.
What happened to that narrative? Now she's the people's champ,
She's Joan of Arc. All of a sudden, the bioads
in the late summer of two thousand. In nineteen, when

(12:01):
the case against Jeffrey Epstein was public, with enormous regret,
Gilaine decided to close Teramar to protect supporters and corporate
partners from the cancel culture and the public, Oh please
give me a break, cancel culture, and to protect her investors.

(12:25):
Answer this question, why was your sister covorting with Jeffrey
Epstein point blank period? Do you have an answer for that?
Or no, you don't have an answer for that. Nobody's
explained that yet, nobody's explained that at all. Yet. Maxwell
had used her ocean's nonprofit, the TerraMar Project, to reinvent

(12:46):
herself in recent years as an environmental activist and to
distance herself from Epstein. Oh yeah, well you know, why
don't I just slide on in like a chameleon into
the environmentalist section of the world and slide away like
nobody's gonna know who you are, Like nobody was gonna

(13:08):
have any idea who you were, Gilane, After your good
buddy and co conspirator and pal and friend Jeffrey Epstein
was popped, did you really think that your time wasn't
coming for the FEDS to come after you, especially after

(13:29):
they talked about co conspirators and how they were still
gonna go after the people who were involved with Jeffrey Epstein.
Any of that ring a bell? So no, it wasn't
cancel culture, okay. Cancel culture is when a bunch of
people are calling your sponsors and the people that run
ads on your network and your boss. That's cancel culture. Okay.

(13:49):
What happened to you was justifiably kicked out of a club,
and not because they're good people, right, Let's let's be
very It's because they want to say face too. They
don't want to answer questions about her. It's not because
they care about what happened with Epstein. The fifty nine

(14:10):
year old heiress is accused of grooming, sexually, abusing, and
trafficking underage girls for Epstein in the mid nineteen nineties
and early two thousands. Epstein was convicted of soliciting a
minor in Florida in two thousand and eight after a
security after securing a shady plea deal with the Miami
US Attorney's office. At the time, the Feds were preparing

(14:32):
a fifty three count federal indictment against him. Think about that.
It went from a fifty three count federal indictment to
a solicitation charge state. By the way, now, how can
anyone look at that and say that's not screwed up?
How can the court look at that and not rectify

(14:55):
that situation? And if the eleventh doesn't, I really hope
that they appeal all the way up to the Supreme
Court because it's obvious to anyone who's paying attention that
that NPA, that non prosecution agreement that Jeffrey Epstein got
the first time around was a gift given to him
by the state and it should have never occurred. And furthermore,

(15:21):
the people who wrote the Crime Prevention Act, those sat
the people who wrote the law have come out and
said that the government was in the wrong. I mean,
what more does the court want a former girlfriend, confidant
and employee of Epstein, copenspirit or general all around scusbag
as well. Maxwell had been lying low around the time

(15:43):
of his July twenty nineteen indictment in New York and
his death one month later. The FBI arrested Maxwell at
a New Hampshire mansion patrolled by private security last summer
after tracking her down using cell phone data. So we
know the government was using like the uh the stingray

(16:04):
contraption to catch phone signals and shit, which I find
absolutely abhorrent, by the way, but that was one of
the ways that they tracked her. And we know that Maxwell,
watching one too many Macguiver episodes or something, thought it
was a good idea to try and drop her phone
in a bag of chips, and like it was going
to act like a Faraday cage or something. You know.

(16:26):
For people who think they're so smart, they sure are
pretty damn dumb sometimes, aren't they. Since her indictment, Maxwell
has thriced asked for bail, but a Manhattan federal judge
denied her requests, saying her wealth and global connections made
her a significant flight risk and that she was not
forthcoming about her finances. Yeah, definitely not. We know, all

(16:49):
we know that whole tale of that already, we know
she has a lot more money than she's talking about.
It goes right into what we talk about on a
regular basis here with the money laundering and hiding money off. Sure,
her family has desperately tried to get her out of
the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn and embarked on a
public relations campaign to support her. And again, look, I'm

(17:13):
not gonna knock them for that. I would want to
think my family member is innocent too. I'd want to
be involved in trying to help defend their good name
and our family's good name. But if I had access
to all of the information that I have right now,
just as a common clown sitting around, you know, recording
a podcast, and all those facts were on the table,

(17:37):
I'd be hard pressed to truly defend my loved one
in a situation like this, folks. In fact, there's no
way I would do it. This is not he said
she said at this point, right, This is not just
one person coming out and saying this happened. This is
years and years and years of established patterns of this

(17:58):
behavior being on blast by countless numbers of girls. They
initially created the Twitter handle at gmax Facts, which was
changed at Real Gallaine on Friday to match the new website.

(18:19):
Well isn't that nice? Good for them, I'm sure that
they're going to have a blast in that comment section.
On Friday morning, Maxwell's team issued a press release declaring
Gileaane Maxwell's family launches website as she endures over two
hundred and eighty days of pre trial torture. Oh yeah,

(18:40):
pre trial torture. Huh. How many people are in jail
right now that still haven't even seen a judge once,
haven't had their case hurd at all. How many people
are really being tortured in prisons around the world, in
America elsewhere. And she has the audacity to try and

(19:03):
compare her situation to theirs. All of a sudden, she's
Bobby Sands right, all of a sudden, she's going on
a hunger strike or something. Give me a break already,
turn her into a martyr. Let's be very clear, your sister,
your loved one, is an accused sex trafficker and abuser
of children, point blank, period. Those are the accusations. No

(19:25):
matter how much polish you put on that, it is
still a floating turd. The announcement added, Realgalan dot Com
will be updated frequently with exclusive content, news, commentary, and
useful resources to help visitors form a more balanced view
about the real Gilane Maxwell. What uh, I don't even

(19:51):
understand what that means, a real balanced view of Maxwell. Okay,
I guess. The website says it has been developed and
has men maintained by brothers, sisters, family, and friends of
Delane Maxwell, the people who have known the real Gelaane
all her life, not the fictional, one dimensional character created

(20:11):
by the media. See. This is the biggest problem that
they have here. This isn't created by the media, folks.
The profile that has been put down by Glaane Maxwell
has been put down by the survivors themselves, the girls
who say they were abused by her, and frankly, according
to the evidence and the sheer number that have come forward,

(20:33):
kind of hard not to believe the people who were
accusing her. Okay. And also, I thought you didn't know
anything about Glane while she was with Jeffrey Epstein. I
thought you didn't really know her then, But now all
of a sudden you're gonna stand and attest for her greatness,
that she's a pillar of the community and a great
person and not a one dimensional monster. You know. It

(20:54):
makes me think back to the movie The Elephant Man
when he's standing there and he screaming, am not a monster,
I'm a human being. I could see Glaine max while
doing that in her jail cell right now. What books
is Glaine reading in prison? Hopefully? How to survive in prison?
One question in a section titled Fahugh states before listing

(21:16):
reading materials including The Oregon Trail by A. Rinker Buck,
The Churchill Factor by Boris Johnson, and the website Criminal
Legal News. Wait. I thought she didn't have access to
a computer that worked. I thought the computer was super slow,
and she got an open PDFs. But she can acts
as a website with ads and all kinds of Adobe
and all kinds of script. Okay, makes sense? Are these

(21:39):
are these people for real? Do they like think people
forgot what they said previously or something breaking news? We're
documenting it all. A photo of the late New York
Democratic Senator Daniel Patrick moynihan. Notice it's a dead person, right,
the late New York Democratic Senator Daniel Patrick moynihan. Because

(22:02):
if it was someone living, they'd sue them for using
their image. Probably, and if I was Moynihan's family, I
would go that route as well. I wouldn't want to
be associated with Keilaane Maxwell for any reason. Okay. At
the top of the page, along with the words you
are entitled to your own opinion, but not to your

(22:23):
own facts. That is very true. The facts are what
the facts are. That said, people are gonna give their
opinions on public stories like this. I hate when people
are like, you know is being tried in the public. Well, yeah,
that's what happens. Right. Have you been around for the
past four years. The whole entire landscape has changed, folks,

(22:50):
and the combativeness of the press. Well, it's not just
good for the goose, it's good for the gander as well.
This story has been built over decades. I don't know
how many times I gotta say it. You'll never hear
me open my big fat mouth about things that aren't

(23:11):
really provable, Right, he said she said this that the
other thing. I don't have any time for that. There's
plenty of other outlets, plenty of other people that'll give
you that. If that's what you're looking for. You folks
should know by now on this podcast. There's none of
that BS going on. We're here to get to the
truth in this case wherever that leads, and all of

(23:34):
the muddied water, all of the roadblocks, all of the
BS not gonna work because the finish line is in sight.
All we're waiting on now is this trial and then
the convictions, and then after that happened, hopefully these survivors

(24:02):
can start to move on a little bit, right, to
start to rebuild their lives and try and put this
in the past. I know they'll never forget it, obviously,
you never forget stuff like this. But the whole idea
is for them to say to themselves, all right, well,
at least there was a little bit of justice. There's
a little justice in this world. And when they go
to sleep at night, they can know that the people

(24:24):
that hurt them and abuse them face the consequences, because
that's how the justice system should work, right, equal justice
under the law. The most vulnerable amongst us especially need
to be protected. The site also includes several redacted letters
of support from friends and family to the court, though

(24:47):
her husband's missive isn't included in the mix. That doesn't
shock me. Under resources the siteless Harvard law professor Alan
I kept my underpants on Dershowitz's book Guilt by Accusation,
The challenge of proving innocence in the Age of Me Too. Oh,
give me a break. You see, a lot of these

(25:10):
people will contort this and try and bend it, and
they'll try and you know, use it as if it's
cancel culture coming for them, when in reality, this has
nothing to do with cancel culture. Like I explained earlier,
this has to do with just society as a whole
saying we're not going to accept people like you. This
is much further than a difference of opinion here, folks, okay,

(25:34):
accused human trafficker, accused child abuser. I think that pretty
much puts a bow on it, right. Cancel culture absolutely ridiculous,
Absolutely utterly ridiculous. But should we expect anything else from
