Virginia Giuffre publicly declared that she intended to push forward with her abuse case against Prince Andrew — not for a quiet settlement, but with the aim of full legal exposure. She said she was prepared to “destroy” the former royal’s defenses in civil court, seeking accountability, damages, and a judgment that could leave him “penniless” should she prevail. Her stance was that powerful status and privilege would not shield him from the consequences of the alleged abuse and trafficking tied to the broader network of Jeffrey Epstein.

The announcement sent shockwaves through Buckingham Palace and across the public arena, as many saw it as a long-overdue confrontation with a man who had repeatedly tried to hide behind privilege, denial, and carefully manufactured PR. Critics argued that Andrew had spent years dodging responsibility — giving disastrous interviews, hiding behind his titles, and attempting to paint himself as a victim rather than addressing serious allegations with honesty or transparency. The prospect of Giuffre dragging him into open court threatened to strip away every layer of protection he enjoyed, exposing not only his personal conduct but the institution that propped him up.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
Usually in the mornings we talk about guilty Galaine, but
this morning we're gonna change it up a little bit
and we're gonna talk about Prince Andrew and the lawsuit
that he's facing a little bit more. Now, we all
know that Virginia Roberts is a woman on a mission

(00:22):
at this point. She is not going to be denied
justice any longer. She's not going to be, you know,
told she can't get justice. She's not going to be bullied.
And it's all very obvious from the actions that her
and her legal team are taking. They are looking to
really make a point and send it home here with

(00:45):
the Joe exotic of the Windsor family and this lawsuit.
And I'll tell you what, she deserves a big pat
on the back because she's dealing with a whole bunch
of bs once again now because of Prince Andrew's lawyers, Bretler,
Singer and the rest of them. This is the strategy
that they are going to use no matter what when

(01:08):
it comes to sexual assault accusations, and you know their
client being accused. This is what they're going to do.
This is why Prince Andrew hired them. He knew exactly
what he was getting when he paid for Bretler and Singer.
He could have won a different route. He could have
found a different group of lawyers to represent him that

(01:30):
might have went about this in a different way. But no,
he had to be the borish oph he is and
hire a couple of other borish os to you know,
perform the duties that he wants performed, and that is
to try and destroy the credibility of Virginia Roberts. But
it is failed in spectacular fashion. In fact, he's done

(01:53):
nothing but hurt his own case. He's done nothing but
make things worse on himself. Every single time he thinks
he has some kind of strategy that's going to work,
or his legal team thinks they have some sort of
strategy that's going to work, we see how it explodes
in their face. And this is just the way of

(02:15):
things if you're a Jeffrey Epstein associate. At this point,
the legal system hopefully has caught up to your bs.
But one thing is for sure, the people, the folks
that are listening to this podcast, they're certainly onto your bs.
Prince Andrew, and the same old tactics and the same
old strategies. They're not gonna work this time because it's

(02:37):
people like this who are listening to this podcast. Guess
who populates jurys. My friend, that's right, everyday average folks
like the people listening to this podcast, and a lot
of the people listening to this podcast had no idea
about the scope of this investigation until recently. It'll be
the same with a juror, right, even if they have

(02:59):
no idea what's going on going on, the second they
sit in the jerry box and they start hearing evidence,
they're gonna know what's going on very quickly. So Prince
Andrew and his team they have no good options, so
they've chosen to go scorched earth. And this was the
strategy from the very beginning because they knew, just like

(03:19):
Glenn Maxwell knew, without loopholes and technicalities, their goose was cooked.
So that's why you see the pressure by Prince Andrew.
That's why you see the pressure by his lawyers to
try and destroy Virginia roberts credibility as much as they can,
because they understand they're not stupid. People don't get it twisted.

(03:43):
When I'm talking about the lawyers for Andrew Bretler and Singer.
While I find their tactics to be deplorable, these are
not dumb lawyers. These guys are very good at what
they do. And it's a good thing that Virginia roberts
All has lawyers that know what they're doing as well,
because if it wasn't Boys and the Company over there,

(04:08):
Virginia's team might be hard pressed to deal with people
like Bretler and Singer. And that's why these guys are hired.
It's sort of like hiring Adershowitz, right. You're paying for
what they bring, not only in the courtroom, but you're
paying for all of those relationships, all of those you know,
buddy buddy sessions with the prosecutors. That's what you're paying for.

(04:28):
And that's what Bretler and Singers certainly bring. But they're
up against another titan. I'm not a fan of lawyers
in general, but David Boyse is certainly nobody to sneeze at,
very powerful man when it comes to lawyers, and he
is willing to go all the way here for his client,
it would seem. So we have a real, a real

(04:52):
time battle of the Titans on our hands here, folks,
and unfortunately for Andrew, when all is said and done,
and you know, you start getting into discovery, you start
looking at the evidence. It doesn't matter who your lawyer
is if the facts aren't on your side. So unless
they can get them off on a technicality or a loophole,

(05:15):
in my opinion, Prince Andrew's in for a very, very
very rough year. With that said, why don't we take
a look at this article from the Daily Mail and
let's see what author Carolyn Graham and Mark Hookham and
Kate Mansey and Jacob Thorburn have to say about Virginia

(05:39):
Roberts and her battle with Prince Andrew. Headline, Virginia Roberts
vows to destroy the Duke of York. Epstein's survivor believes
Royal should be in jail, but things leaving him broken,
leaving him broke may be enough, as Andrew sparks victim
blaming Row after demanding to see her mental records, that's

(06:01):
an obvious tactic that Andrew and his team were going
to employ. They know that somebody who has suffered through
trauma like Virginia has obviously seen therapists or a therapist
and they're trying to get those records gross honestly, and
it's typical of the tactics you're gonna see from them
throughout this. But it's a Patrin out of the playbook,

(06:24):
the age old playbook for the good old boys Club.
How can we destroy her credibility? Is she on drugs?
Has she ever slept with a man? You know what?
Did she post on her MySpace? This is the sort
of shit that these people try and use to, you know,
demean people, try and destroy their credibility and make their
testimony not worthwhile Prince Andrew's accuser has vowed to destroy

(06:49):
him and leave him penniless, as the tactics undertaken by
the Duke's legal team were slammed as victim blaming by
furious women's safety campaigners. Well, I'm not a woman's safety
campaign or whatever the hell that is. I'm not an advocate,
I'm none of that. I'm just an average guy who
took a look at what's going on here and is

(07:09):
highly disgusted by all of it. With that said, I'm
pretty disgusted with Prince Andrew victim blaming as well. There's
other ways to go about this. If you're innocent. Right.
One of the telltale signs for me if somebody is
guilty of this kind of shit is if they attack
the accuser's credibility right away. How about you just show
with some evidence, tell your accuser all right, fine, let's rock,

(07:33):
let's go to court. I'm tell you know. You go there,
you don't try and stop any of the proceedings or
anything like that. Show up in court, show your evidence,
and prove that you're not guilty. Because when it comes
to stuff like this, that's how it has to happen.
I know, you're innocent until proven guilty, but when you're
talking about sexual accusation, sexual crimes accusations, you can't sit

(07:56):
on the sidelines. You have to be proactive. You have
to get out there and you have to show evidence
proving that you didn't do it. Because short of that,
well you're gonna end up looking like Prince Andrew, especially
when there's a ton of evidence coming the other way. Now,
if this was just he said, she said, and Virginia
didn't have any evidence, this would be a whole different story.
If that picture didn't exist, then you would have to

(08:19):
be all right, well, you know a little bit more
critical of what's going on. But when that picture exists
and you look at the whole story of this guy
lying about even ever meeting her, how could one not
deduce that this man is lying. Andrew's lawyers have requested
the mental health records of his accuser, Virginia Roberts, and

(08:41):
planned to question her husband, Robert and psychologist doctor Judith
Lightfoot under oath. I just don't understand how that's even acceptable, Like,
how could you possibly get somebody's medical records like that
and question them under you know, and use them in
a trial setting. I think it's kind of ridiculous, to

(09:02):
be honest with you, I wouldn't want anybody digging into
my medical records. Aren't there like hippo laws that protect
you from that? And furthermore, wouldn't it make sense that
somebody who has suffered childhood trauma goes to see a therapist.
Now we're going to disturb the sanctity of that by
maybe getting that the psychologist to testify in court? How

(09:27):
was that acceptable? It is understood that his lawyer will
plan to question potential false memories and miss Roberts's allegations
that that she was assaulted and sexually excuse me, sexually
assaulted and raped. So again with the false memories. Right now,
they're going with the false memory nonsense once again. How

(09:50):
did that work out for you in the Galain Maxwell trial.
You brought on this big expert, she did her whole
spiel and it exploded like firework in the sky. So
go ahead, please try this strategy again so we can
watch it fail in grand fashion. But both legal insiders

(10:12):
and women's safety experts have criticized the Duke's legal team's
new approach, accusing them of victim blaming and questioning the
integrity of such a move. Miss Roberts believes Andrew should
go to jail, but leaving him broke and destroyed maybe enough,
a source close to her legal team said last night,
And look, imagine leaving this dude broke in destitute, short

(10:34):
of getting him to go to prison, probably the next
best thing you see, when you take away the money,
the power, the prestige of these people, you're effectively killing
them because that's how they thrive. Right, It's like Popeyewood
is spinach. These people have to go and hang out
with the other scuzzbags, the other fellow travelers. You know,

(10:55):
they have to break bread with their fellow robber barons
to feel complete. The astonishing comments follow a devastating week
that saw the Duke of York stripped of his royal
and military titles by the Queen after a New York
judge ruled the civil sex abuse case against him. We'll
go ahead, and it really has been a terrible week

(11:17):
for this dude. But guess what, it's been a couple
of terrible decades for Virginia Roberts and of the other survivors.
So I have no empathy for Prince Andrew. Dude made
his own bed, now he has to lie in it.
Why should I care? I want justice. I've seen my
friends get sent to prison for fifteen years, sixteen years,
twenty years for drugs, for illegal sports gambling. Yet this

(11:41):
dude's running around living the life, hanging out over at
bal Emoral. Give me a break with these people already.
Charlotte Proudman, a research fellow at Cambridge and Barrister, was
critical and described the new legal strategy as the old
woman form of victim blaming. She told The Times that

(12:03):
it was not uncommon for victims of abuse to request
therapy and support and explain Prince Andrew's legal team will
attempt to extricate the Duke on any inconsistencies shown in
Miss Roberts's recollection of the allegations. So again, how is
it possible that they could even ask for the for

(12:23):
transcripts of her and her counselor or therapist or whatever.
That is gross And I really hope the judge tells
them to tell their story walking with that request. I mean,
I just don't understand, all of a sudden, now someone
and their conversations with their therapists should be of court record.

(12:44):
I'm not comfortable with that, to be honest with you,
in just about any situation, that has to be a
you know, almost a sacred setting, because a lot of
people they won't go and speak to a therapist in
the best of times because they're such stigma on mental health.
Right now, you start talking about people's transcripts being you know,

(13:05):
given to defense attorneys, and it becomes a pretty pretty
slippery slope for people who are already hesitant to deal
with it. And as we all know, not to digress,
but mental health is a huge problem in America. Andrew's
lawyers are trying to discredit her they're trying to find
something she might have said to her psychologists that potentially

(13:27):
undermines the claim she has made, or to show potential inconsistencies.
Miss Proudman added, So again, if you're gonna do that, fine,
try and do it somewhere else, though, I really would
hope that the court would not okay something like this
and give into their request to hand over her records
from conversations with a psychologist. And hopefully if they try

(13:50):
and do it, the psychologists is like doctor Melfie from
The Sopranos. She's not talking to the Feds at all,
so you know, hopefully this therapist is the same way.
She claims that she was forced to sleep with the
prints on three occasions by US pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and
convicted sex trafficker Glenne Maxwell, the first time when she

(14:10):
was seventeen and under the legal age of consent under
New York law. So I like how they call her
a sex trafficker. Here, Well done, Daily Mail doing a
lot better job than some of the other publications out there.
Andrew has always denied the accusations. A source close to
Miss Roberts said, no one can believe how badly Andrew

(14:32):
and his legal team have messed up. His arrogance is
what is going is what excuse me. His arrogance is
what has destroyed him. It is Virginia's firm belief that
Andrew should go to jail for what he's done, but
in the end, leaving him broke and destroyed. Maybe enough,
he is already destroyed. Now it's a matter of how
much money he offers in a settlement and how broke

(14:52):
we leave him. Ha. I love it. I love the postury.
And sometimes you gotta take the fight to them, right.
Sometimes you got to have a little bit of a
lip on you, and to see somebody close to Virginia,
whoever it may be, the source close to her, you know,
firing off like this. I appreciate that and I like it.
We all know how I feel about bullies. Right, you

(15:15):
walk right up to him and you give him that
three piece. No conversation needed in life, in anything in general.
If you let a bully get away with even an inch,
they will certainly take a mile. And Prince Andrew is
certainly no different. The dude's been a bully his whole life,
bullied staff, bullied everybody, and he feels like him and
his legal team are going to be able to bully

(15:36):
their way out of this. And I'll tell you what.
Every now and then, the bully runs into somebody in
the schoolyard who's not gonna take their shit. And that
person right now, well that's Virginia Roberts, my friends at
a Burley, co founder of women's safety campaign Reclaim the Streets.

(15:59):
Also in she told The Times it should never be
a question how the victim behaves, what she wears, how
much she drank, or what she shared with her therapist.
Abuse is never okay, and the focus should be on
the actions of the perpetrator. That's for sure, one hundred
percent agree with that. And when it comes to these
kinds of cases that they try and flip the script

(16:20):
way too many times and blame it on the girl,
and that's unacceptable. Any dude out there that's abusing women,
you're a piece of shit and you need to be
brought to justice. I don't care if you're the Prince
of England or if you're some scumbag who is running
hookers down on the blade. Either way, you got to
be brought to justice because you're a disgusting fuck. Andrew

(16:46):
is vowed to fight the case as a private citizen.
On Friday night, his lawyers submitted formal demands to the
New York Court to interview under oath both Miss Robert's husband,
Robert Robert excuse me, her husband Robert, and her psychiatrist,
doctor Judith Lightfoot in Australia. So I can understand trying

(17:07):
to subpoena her husband. I get it. Maybe you know,
have some questions for him, But the therapist is just
too much for me. It's a bridge too far. Court
documents filed by the Duke's lawyer, Andrew Brettler, have argued
that Miss Roberts may suffer from false memories and accused

(17:28):
her of making up claims against Andrew to deflect from
her own participation in Epstein's sex trafficking scheme. Boy, they're
really hanging on to that shit right for all it's worth.
Sink your teeth into it. Poisoned girls, that's all you have.
Let's remember, Virginia Roberts was a little girl who was
groomed by Jeffrey Epstein and his friends. So why don't

(17:49):
we place the responsibility with all of the adults that
were around, you know, the adults, like Prince fucking Andrew.
You're gonna blame a little sixteen seventeen year old girl
from a broken home. Huh? Real? Honorable, a real war hero?
What an absolute coward? Mister Brettler wants to grill of

(18:11):
Virginia's husband about his wife's role in recruiting and trafficking
underage girls for Epstein, as well as her claims against Andrew.
He also wants to forensically examine the couple's financial records. Boy,
that's a hoot. How about we financially examine Prince Andrew's
financial records? How about we start there? How much money
did he get from Jeffrey Epstein's operations? See again, folks,

(18:34):
this is why I'm so agitated that we didn't go
the Rico route, because it ends all of this shit.
All of these cowards, all of these bitch asses who
have big mouths, who think that they can victim shame,
who file of these counter lawsuits. They wouldn't be so
brave if they were all facing Rico charges. Imagine each

(18:57):
one of these clowns facing one hundred predicates of Rico,
like El Choppo, like John Gotti. What it's only good
for those kind of criminals. Huh, Not for these kinds.
Why because they're your friends, because you rub elbows with
these scumbags at parties. In separate filings on Friday, Miss
roberts lawyers said they intend to question or depose the

(19:20):
Duke's former equerry, Robert Olney, an ex Army Army Air
Corps officer who is head of Safety and Business Delivery
at the Civil Aviation Authority CIA. Mister Olney was appointed
as Andrew's equerry in September twenty twenty two, the year
after Miss Roberts claimed she was allegedly forced to have
sex with the Duke. But his name appeared in Epstein's

(19:43):
infamous Little Black Book of Contexts, and he accompanied Andrew
on trips around the globe before stepping down in two
thousand and four. So again, all of these people, they're
all in the same circles. This guy was trapsing around
the world with Andrew before, this guy was, you know,
hanging out with Andrew and Epstein. It's just such a joke,

(20:03):
you know, he brings this only guy in and the
guy's in Epstein's book. Don't you have any friends that
aren't involved with Epstein? Or his friends. I mean, are
you kidding me? Right now? Miss Roberts lawyers planned to
quism about Andrew's travel to and from New York and

(20:24):
any of Epstein's homes. The documents state that mister Olney's
testimony should be obtained by April twenty ninth, either in
person or by video conference. Miss Roberts lawyers also want
to talk to Shukrie Walker, a Somali born woman who
lives in London who claims she saw Andrew and Miss
Roberts dancing together at the famous Tramp nightclub. Now, I

(20:46):
remember when this all came out, when Shukrie Walker first
came out and said this, and we uploaded an episode
dealing with this way back, I mean over a year
and a half ago. So I'm gonna dig into the
archives later and I'll upload that old episode so we
get a little bit more context about Shugary Walker and

(21:08):
her claims. Miss Roberts has claimed the Prince was sweating
all over me as they danced, and alleges they had
sex later that night when they returned to Maxwell's home.
Andrew claims he cannot sweat because of an injury suffered
in the Falklands war. I mean did he self diagnose
that is there any documentation from a doctor's office? Did

(21:31):
you go down to the Compton swap meet get yourself
a fake vaccination card like Antonio Brown? What's the deal here,
princey boy? The civil lawsuit is set to be financially
ruinous for Andrew. His legal bills are said to have
reached million two million pounds that is, and there are
reports he may offer to settle the case before it

(21:52):
reaches court for up to ten million pounds. And I
hope Virginia says no. But if she does accept it,
I really hope you post a picture of her and
her kids swimming in her money, because I tell you what,
after everything that she has been through, I don't know
anybody who deserves a fat pay day more. The Mail

(22:13):
on Sunday also understands that Andrew could face a heavier
tax bill for his home Royal Lodge after losing the
use of his HRH title, as he would no longer
qualify for tax relief. Imagine think about that for a minute.
These HRH royal scumbags, they all get tax relief the
people of England. However, well, make sure you pay up
your shillings. Make sure you pay up those those pence pieces.

(22:40):
Why do they get tax relief? Aren't they already on
the dole of the public, but they need tax relief
as well? Huh? Why so they can go use some
more offshore accounts with Applebee. The source close to Miss
Roberts legal team said, if there is a settlement, it
will have to be a big, big number pritz antin.

(23:00):
Andrew was offered the chance to open negotiations before the
civil suit was filed, but as lawyers ignored all our
letters in the hope it would go away. Virginia wants
her day in court. But of course any case can
be settled for a variety of reasons. Andrew has ruined
himself through his arrogance one hundred percent. And when you're

(23:21):
told you're this great guy your whole life, you're the prince,
You're this, you're that, You're of course you're going to
be an arrogant prick when you become an adult. You
have nobody around to tell you that you're an idiot.
When you're a kid, nobody with a wooden spoon beating
that ass. When you go sneak in and try and
steal a lemon Cake. So, like Mike Singletary says, uncoachable

(23:45):
children become unhireable adults, and that certainly is what Andrew
would be if he was a normal person. Would you
hire this guy? I mean, let's be real, imagine this
bozo walks into your office for an interview for a job. Nah.
I don't think you'll be getting hired. Pal. Sorry. The

(24:05):
Duke is expected to be deposed for up to seven
hours by lawyer David Boyce in London in February. Last night,
he said I look forward to being able to question
Prince Andrew under oath. Andrew's camp had feared that both
the Duchess of York and Princess Beatrice could be deposed,
but sources now suggest that this was unlikely, and that's

(24:27):
probably the right move. I've said it from the beginning.
I don't think bringing Andrew's children into this is a
good idea. Let's leave the kids out of it. They
had nothing to do with their dad's disgusting decisions. The
sins of the father are not the sins of the children.
And unless there's something that these children have done, these
kids that is of detriment to the survivors, then I

(24:51):
don't really think it's a good idea to drag them
into this either. Now, if they had some sort of evidence,
perhaps then yeah, I could see that. But I think
that Virginia and her team or they're doing it the
right way. There's no need to bring Prince Andrew's children
into this if it's you know, they're not part of it,
because that would be the scumbag thing to do, that

(25:13):
would be the Andrew thing to do. So it's nice
to see that they're not going to do that. But
we're gearing up for quite the battle here, folks, quite
the fight, and Prince Andrew and his team they're certainly
on the ropes. But there's a long way to go here.
And when you're dealing with people with such a power structure,
such influence, nothing is ever settled until it's settled. So

(25:37):
the progress is being made. Those foundational blocks that we
talked about during Maxwell's trial, well those are being laid
right now as well in this in this situation. So
let's see what sort of structure is built on top
of that foundation as we move forward. All right, folks,
that's gonna do it for me this morning. As far

(25:59):
as the rest of the day. Hey, I'm thinking that
there's going to be an evening episode tonight. I have
a few episodes I want to catch up on a
couple of ones that have to deal with the Inspector
General's report that's expected as far as Jeffrey Epstein's alleged
suicide and how some folks are saying it'll answer some questions. Well,

(26:20):
I have my own opinions about that, so we're gonna
get to that as well, and I'm thinking I'm gonna
try and get to that tonight, but if not tonight,
then certainly tomorrow morning. But either way, there'll be a
bunch of context episodes today as well, and the usual
schedule will keep on rolling. All right, folks, I help
all of you have a great Sunday. Enjoy the football
games if you're gonna be watching them, and I will

(26:43):
talk to you all later on tonight. If you like
