Speaker 1 (00:12):
Hi, friends, neighbors, cousins, everybody watching this. Stephanie and I
are excited to talk about one of our upcoming retreats
in June of twenty twenty six. Stephanie, which retreat are
we focusing on for this video?

Speaker 2 (00:29):
I'm so excited about our couple's retreat to Tuscany. Let's
talk about that.

Speaker 1 (00:35):
Why why would we take couples there?

Speaker 2 (00:40):
Why not? My friend, it's magical. I love Tuscany. Tuscany
is so pretty. So we're going to start in Florence,
and we'll stay in Florence one night, and then we're
heading up to a small town in Tuscany, Queen Florence
and Modna. We'll be staying in the small town for

(01:00):
a majority of the rest of our retreat and then
doing a lot of day trips here and there, but
also a lot of really cool activities at the Center
or the Bend and Breakfast that we're going to be
staying at.

Speaker 1 (01:13):
But wait a minute, can't you tell me something about
going somewheres or Romeo and Juliett went to or lived
or something happening with my friend.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
That's Verona. We're going to be going to Verona. The
Star cross lovers, the Romeo and Juliet little the little
would they called balcony. I guess right where they have
so much that's supposedly there's some history there.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
So we're going to go to Verona. Okay, can you
tell people watching a little bit more about the property
we're staying at because it looks so precious. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
So this is a historic building and it's a bed
and breakfast that our two friends have renovated and it's
absolutely gorgeous. It has five rooms, and Karen and I
will be staying on property, so we have two rooms
already sold. The only need two more rooms to filling
two more rooms, so we'd like to get that filled.

(02:05):
And this property has a beautiful garden in the back,
so there'll be an opportunity to just sit out and
back and have breakfast, or sit in the dining room
and have breakfast. We're going to be doing some ballroom dancing.
The two hosts that own the bed and breakfast are dancers,
so that's going to be fun to take some ballroom
dance lessons from them.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
And there's another really fun activity, right, isn't one of
them like some sort of chefs or some Yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
We're going to do an Italian cooking class. One of
them is a trained chef as well, so we're gonna
do a cooking class right on property.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
And I know we like to keep some things a surprise,
and I know that I like to call them goodie
bags or retreat gift asket or whatever you want to
call it. I know you like to keep that close
to your chest. But can we give a little hint
about what some of the stuff might be getting hints
at all, Stephanie, You.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
Know me, I don't like to get hints about that stuff,
but I will say that some of the items that
will be using will be used while we venture into
Modina and don't know, so up there, while we get
to taste some balsamic vinegars, and we'll also get to
taste some Parmigen Geno cheese.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
Beautiful, And I want to just take a moment to
highlight this particular retreat is for couples that are that
want to be stronger in the end of this healing
journey together, meaning there are some things about their marriage
that they just want some tweaks and tips and tricks
to be healthier. So this isn't for couples that are

(03:41):
considering divorce or it's like World War three in your home.
That means you're not ready for this. Go to therapy
and then come with us later. Okay, we want couples
that are going to be playful together, have fun with
the other couples. But also we're going to do some
skills building on how to just be more supportive of
each other, how to really be best friends with each other,

(04:04):
Enhance those communication skills, learn more about what healthy respect
looks like in a marriage, how to soothe and nurture
each other. So we're going to have some therapeutic activities,
some fun and playfulness involved in Stephanie, thing you want
to add about what you might be doing in the
morning and that night.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
Yeah, As a as a yoga medicine therapeutic specialist, I
love teaching partner yoga. So we'll be doing some partner
yoga and some gentle stretching together and then mirroring yoga,
so where we get to try to mirror the others
poses as we move in and out of our yoga flow.

Speaker 1 (04:44):
That is crazy fun. Wait, does this mean you're going
to be my partner doing this?

Speaker 2 (04:48):
Want my friends?

Speaker 1 (04:50):
Yes? You know what I think? We have a healthy relationship,
so that might work, but we can't pick a fight
with me and the retreat. Okay, all right, my dear,
I am so excited to do this venture with you.
For those of you who don't know, Stephanie and I
recently did a retreat in Virginia. It was magical. The

(05:13):
woman really bonded and really worked on their healing journey.
So that's our mission, is holistic healing retreats. If you
know you want some healing in your mental health, your
physical health, emotional health, spiritual health, energetic health, relationship health,
we are your go to retreat hosts. So thank you

(05:36):
for exploring this with us. What else should they know?
Stephanie maybe dates?

Speaker 2 (05:42):
Okay, so off the top of my head, I don't,
but I believe it is June twelfth through the nineteenth.

Speaker 1 (05:48):
If I remember, I'm gonna much. It's did you say
June twelfth to the nineteen through the nineteenth that you
get all these things memorize. It's amazing and for couples
who maybe aren't in a financial space to make this
retreat happen, because it's not that far away, right, it's

(06:10):
seven months away. So if you're doing a payment. Plans
of payments would be a little higher if couples weren't
quite ready. Can you share like our next two couples
retreats for them.

Speaker 2 (06:20):
Yeah, So our next one is going to be in
Magical Egypt, which I am really excited about because I
have been there. We're going to do the same style
of trip that I took twenty twenty eighteen twenty nineteen,
so I'm really excited about that. And that will be
in July of twenty twenty seven, which is really good

(06:40):
runway if you are interested in going with us and
you just need the extra time to make those payments.
And then the additional one that Karen and I have
just started working on and I'm still working on finalizing
the booking is January of twenty twenty eight. We're going
to take a group to Antarctica.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
That will be retreat on Continent number seven for us.
Because we're going to start in Buenos Aires in South America.
You don't want to mess partnering with us on these
healing great traits. Thank you Stephanie for coming on and
doing this video with me. It was good to see you.
Thank you. Karen. I hope you have a great day

(07:20):
you too.
