Speaker 1 (00:15):
Hey, it's Brian Freed, your inventor coach.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
Today we're talking about something that separates the inventors who
stole out from those who succeed.

Speaker 1 (00:24):
Building the right invention team.

Speaker 2 (00:26):
Who do you need, when do you need them, and
how do you find the right people to bring your
idea to life. Let's get into it. Inventing starts as
a solo mission. It's your idea, your vision, but no
successful product gets built alone at the right time. You'll
need the right people early on, before you share your
idea too widely. Talk to a patent attorney or agent.

(00:50):
Even a quick consultation helps you understand how to protect
yourself and avoid costly mistakes. You don't have to file immediately,
but start thinking about your intellectual property protection strategy now.
Once your concept is clear, it's time to make it real.
This is where CAD designers, engineers or three D printing

(01:10):
experts come in. They can turn your idea into a
working prototype, and if your product will be held, worn,
or interacted with, a product or industrial designer can elevate
how it looks and feels, which matters more than most
inventors think. When your design is final and you're ready
to scale, bring in manufacturers or sourcing agents, whether domestic

(01:34):
or overseas. Always request samples and vent your potential partner carefully.
You can also bring in someone like me, an inventor coach,
to help manage the process and connect you with trusted
professionals from my invention services network. And here's something I
always tell inventors. Inspect what you expect, don't assume quality,

(01:56):
check it, ask for samples, check references, and never rush
into a contract. The truth is relationships matter. Build a
team you trust, go slow, and remember you're not just
hiring skills, you're building partnerships, and with the right people
around you, your chances of success can skyrocket. Looking for

Kingdom of Fraud

Kingdom of Fraud

It’s the unlikeliest of criminal partnerships: a devout polygamist from an insular Utah sect joining forces with a shadowy Armenian tycoon from LA. The result - a billion dollar fraud conspiracy. In Kingdom of Fraud, investigative reporter Michele McPhee traces the origins of the extraordinary alliance between Jacob Kingston and Levon Termendzhyan. Together, the two men trigger the largest tax investigation in American history and weave around themselves a web of dirty cops, influential political relationships and transnational money laundering. All this is set against the backdrop of Jacob Kingston’s clan – The Order. A powerful and secretive polygamist organization in Salt Lake City. To whom Jacob is desperate to prove his worth.
