give me a day.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
Not only not only can they not keep up with
the grass cutting in our condo division, because it's just
it's growing so fast. Yes, but now trying to take
Birdie out, everything is just squeished, squeish, squeish squish, And
then forget trying to pick up the poop because it's
just all wet and it's just it's in that puddle

(01:11):

Speaker 2 (01:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
I'm one of those people who badly needs to mow.
And I'm hoping to get part of my lawndone because
the back half of the backyard is still got standing
water and it's yeah that right.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
Well that's the other thing too, is trying to get
out and mow like it's all just wet, mushy grass
right now.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
But I did get a hotel room booked for Detroit.
Oh good, okay, I got that done yesterday.

Speaker 4 (01:41):
Yeah, saying where's the party, the party, after party.

Speaker 5 (01:46):
The Hyatt Royal after parties, No.

Speaker 4 (01:48):
The after party, after party is what I said.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
Yeah, after after party. Yeah, well your place. We're gonna
do the party, yeah, and then we're gonna do the
after party.

Speaker 4 (01:58):
In Ferndale we heard from a King's Island trip back
in the eighties. But you throw a great party.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
Yeah, get your thrown right out of that hotel.

Speaker 4 (02:09):
Oh nice, kicked out of a hotel.

Speaker 5 (02:11):
Okay, I leave all your your bathtub full of beer there.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
That's unfortunate, very unfortunately.

Speaker 2 (02:18):
I'm glad you got a book. If you're in a
rel oak great place.

Speaker 1 (02:20):
Yeah, it's like tastes like ten minute drives from the venue.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
Yil. It's a great little town. A lot of walking
around to do their restaurants check out if you want
to do that.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
I mean we check in at three. What times is
it you begin at five?

Speaker 2 (02:33):
Six?

Speaker 5 (02:33):

Speaker 1 (02:36):
Come over. We're gonna go back to the hotel, get
up the next morning and come to the sports bar.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
Right so there, that's true, you will.

Speaker 5 (02:44):
We're gonna get to do right, karate kid.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
I don't know what's going on this morning. It's actually
been pretty bad the past couple days. I wonder why,
of course I haven't taken any allergy medicine because I
don't need it.

Speaker 4 (02:58):
I think I saw a random Zrtech and the backseat
of my car. You may get it for it's wrapped,
it's like in a package.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
Well, we got we Also, I think we still have
allergy stuff in our little.

Speaker 4 (03:08):
That is for rookies that babies.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
Oh it's like baby, yeah, not the real thing.

Speaker 4 (03:14):
It's not.

Speaker 2 (03:15):
Okay, the medicine we have in our life.

Speaker 7 (03:20):
It is it.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
You can get that right over the counter, the pharmacies,
the good stuff.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
Okay, all right, I might take that from you. We've
got a very busy Tuesday to talk about. We have
got your Louder than Life tickets. Today. We're going to
be giving away tickets for Friday or single day passes
if you want to go. Headliners, my Chemical Romance are
going to be there and you can be there as well.
I want to talk about there's a story out of Florida.

(03:47):
I want to know besides poop or puke, because if
you're a parent, you've gotten poop or puke on you.
It happens. But what's the grossest thing you've had on
you other than hoover pukes? I gotta tell you this
story got to Florida. Oh yeah, Oh it's a good

(04:07):
and uh, I know for our household tomorrow. I cannot
believe I'm saying these words. Tomorrow's the first day.

Speaker 4 (04:13):
Of school, isn't it crazy?

Speaker 2 (04:15):
Yes, open house last night they went and they met
all their teachers and all that kind of stuff. And uh,
I want to know. We're gonna talk best movies, uh,
surrounding high school. That's gonna be a fun conversation. We'll
get into about seven forty this morning. Right now, let's
go with Blitz Morning Trivia.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
I think, all right, there is a big time sports
TV personality who's decided to dip their toe in the
country music world. So I'm gonna play you a little
clip the Goody.

Speaker 6 (04:45):
Brand and they've gone their stay and set out the way.

Speaker 1 (04:55):
I just want to know who is that big time
TV sports personality singing that country? So first one to
text it end at eight hundred eight two one ninety
nine seven scores twenty five bucks to spend the water
beds and stuff.

Speaker 7 (05:05):
Get the hell out of the way.

Speaker 2 (05:07):
All right, let's get that answer for blitzed Morning Trivia thick.

Speaker 1 (05:10):
All right, The question was what big time TV sports
personality the decided to dip his toe in the country
music singing world. And it is Pat McAfee.

Speaker 2 (05:20):
Oh, I'm not surprised at all.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
And he is getting all kinds of crap from this
song there, ripping him hard, a typical bro country.

Speaker 4 (05:30):
Yeah, how does this sound any Different's on country station?

Speaker 2 (05:34):
The first time I heard it, I said, if this
song was sang by Jason Alden or Eric Church, it'd
be a hit song.

Speaker 1 (05:42):
It's a it's a it's a pro country songs, that's.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
All it is. Yeah, it sounds exactly like all the
other bro country out the song.

Speaker 7 (05:49):
Know.

Speaker 2 (05:49):
The problem is why he's getting so much hate, right
learn Maybe because it's a it's enough. Don't get me wrong,
I really like Patty Tafy. I think he's I'd like
his show, and yeah he does things a little different
than your average sportscaster. But enough already, man, the w
w E sportscasting music like, all right.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
Sonny, don't listen to the hater's pat This issue is
worse than even what they Yeah, and my favorite was,
other than being slightly out of tune, it sucks really
really bad.

Speaker 5 (06:21):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
But yeah, the song is it's called blue Collar Symphony.

Speaker 5 (06:28):
Yeah, it's just I've grown up in Pittsburgh.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
It's bro country.

Speaker 8 (06:31):
It is.

Speaker 2 (06:32):
It is copy paste. Bro country is what it is.

Speaker 1 (06:34):
No, I mean, I don't think he was going for
some masterpiece here, but Ron Cuddill from Columbus, first one
to text correct answer gets the twenty five bucks, two
waterbeds and stuff.

Speaker 2 (06:44):
Congratulations, Kelly, your choice?

Speaker 4 (06:47):
All right?

Speaker 2 (06:47):
Do you want to hear about a white person ignoring
warning signs like some of the most obvious warning signs ever?
Or do you want to hear about the CEO who
fired a bunch of people read for Christmas and is
now looking for a new job.

Speaker 4 (07:02):
That's the one I wanted, That's.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
The one you are right. Well, this story actually begins
back in twenty twenty three and Vishall Garg was the
CEO of a company called Better Home in Finance. They
specialized in home financing and bag in twenty twenty three,

(07:25):
after they had a booming business model because if you remember,
during COVID and right after COVID, interest rates dropped a
three percent for housing because they were trying to get people,
you know, back up and going the economy, that kind
of stuff, and the company held an eight billion dollar valuation. Well,

(07:45):
unfortunately that three percent did last very long and closing
rates and interest rates got up to seven percent. Now,
this is an AI mortgage company. They found a way
to take AI and take a lot of the human
aspect out of it. Because you've ever bought a home before,
you know, it's a process and all the paperwork you
have to gather, send this in, send that headway, We

(08:07):
need another copy of this. It can take a long time. Well,
through their AI program they had sped up the approval process,
which was good for them. Well, unfortunately, in twenty twenty three,
mister Garg decided to fire nine hundred employees a week
before Christmas. And not only that, he did it on

(08:30):
a group zoom call. He just let everybody go we.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
Had with all nine one call.

Speaker 2 (08:38):
On one call.

Speaker 1 (08:41):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (08:41):
Not only that, there was a a after the Zoom
layoff fiasco, which of course he and the company caught
a whole bunch of flackfor.

Speaker 9 (08:50):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (08:50):
There was a whistleblower lawsuit, an investigation from Securities in
Exchange Commission, a disastrous twenty twenty three s PEC merger
that sent the company stock cratering ninety three percent uh,
and also resulted in Guard losing his job. Shocker. If
you're the CEO of a company and all of that

(09:11):
happens on your watch, it was. It was surprising he
lasted that long as CEO. Well, now he's saying, well,
wait a minute, you should hire me back because we
were on the verge of greatness. Oh uh huh.

Speaker 1 (09:27):
We were right there.

Speaker 2 (09:29):
Yes, I know that our annual sales under my watch
went from one point five billion and twenty twenty one
to seventy million in twenty twenty three.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
But we were right there.

Speaker 2 (09:43):
We were right there to start making a profit.

Speaker 5 (09:46):
That's a big drop.

Speaker 1 (09:48):
And now he's like.

Speaker 2 (09:50):
Wait, you shouldn't fire me. I was the best thing
that happened to this company. I was going to turn
it all around. They just need We just needed one
more week, that's all I needed.

Speaker 1 (10:05):
It's an AI mortgage company. AI.

Speaker 2 (10:08):
They use AI models. Yeah, I mean not necessary an AI
mortgage company, but they have implemented some of it to help.
He says. We were winning. We tripled loan volume, we
were close to profitability, profit nobility. Yeah. We Oh, here's
this quote. We were at the five yard line after
taking the ball all the way down the field from
the other side, and then you fire me.

Speaker 5 (10:30):
Okay, okay, I think you ran the wrong way.

Speaker 1 (10:33):
Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 2 (10:35):
Yeah, we're headed for a safety, sir, You were not
headed for a touchdown.

Speaker 4 (10:39):
You were going to get your job back until you
use that wame sports metaphor, how can we not hire you?

Speaker 1 (10:44):
Well, yeah, we have to hire you back.

Speaker 7 (10:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (10:47):
So, you know, if you're gonna go and fire nine
hundred people the week before Christmas over a zoom meeting
and then absolutely plummet not only the stock price but
the profit margin of your company, you don't get to stay.

Speaker 1 (11:00):
Yo.

Speaker 2 (11:01):
That's the way things work, you know. I bet these
nine hundred people didn't take the company that badt. I
bet they were kind of out there doing their job
and you just decided to cut margins and just lay
off nine hundred people to a Zoom meeting.

Speaker 4 (11:15):
Can I say, though, I do have sympathy for firing
nine hundred people on Zoom because I couldn't take looking
at nine hundred people individually when I told him they fired, I.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
Couldn't do it. That would be a lot.

Speaker 2 (11:26):
I'm not saying, you know, it wasn't efficient. But a
week before Christmas.

Speaker 4 (11:31):
Did I fired in a group? Well it was sort of.

Speaker 8 (11:36):
We all knew.

Speaker 4 (11:36):
We each had meetings like five minutes apart.

Speaker 1 (11:39):
Oh yeah, you know it was.

Speaker 2 (11:41):
We did. We did get called in as an entire
show one time at all four of them let go.

Speaker 4 (11:47):
Yeah that it has happened to me before, an entire
show about leg though.

Speaker 2 (11:51):
Sorry, we sold the station moving on us.

Speaker 4 (11:55):
We were a budget cut.

Speaker 2 (11:58):
So yeah, just know you read what you saw.

Speaker 10 (12:00):
Sometimes, sir, not so breaking news. The news already broke.
We're trying to put it back together.

Speaker 2 (12:09):
You know. Sometimes when we do the not slow breaking news,
I feel like a parent a scolding a child, and
it's like I feel like a broken record. I keep
telling you the same thing over and over and over again,
and here we are yet again eighteen year old man
in Louisiana named John Jordan was just arrested last week.
He walked into a circle k and then walked right
out carrying some stuff he didn't pay for, fountain drink,

(12:32):
a whole bunch of snacks, including mini donuts, pound cake,
and honeybuts. Thick y man after your own heart, stole
about nineteen dollars and eighty eight cents worth of stuff.
The store kirk called the police, as you should, someone's
stealing from my store. But by the time the police
showed up, John was nowhere to be found until he

(12:52):
decided to return to the scene. Now. I don't know
if he wanted to more stuff figut the milk duds, whatever, the.

Speaker 5 (12:59):
Case host of splueberry pie.

Speaker 2 (13:01):
But you would think that if you return to the
scene and the police are still there filling out the
police report, you should probably turn around and walk away. No, mister,
John Jordan decided to walk back into the circle k
and the clerk was like, oh boy, I saw him.

(13:23):
They arrested him. Unbeknownst to the police, or unknown to
the police until they arrested him and searched his information
that he was also wanted for a previous burglary at
the Elks Lodge. Now, I don't know what you're stealing
from the Elex Lodge. Some some Swedish meatballs that were
in a crock pot from the potluck dinner they had.
What are you stealing from the Elex Lodge? Anyways, officer says.

(13:45):
Apparently returning to the scene of the crime really does work,
just not in the way he probably had hoped. He's
going to be charged with simple burglary and theft. Don't
return to the scene of the crime, you idiot. Story
number two, where does this story take place? Hold on,
I'm going to get this article. This man in Florida. Yes,

(14:08):
we are heading down south. We have ourselves at WTF
what to Florida, Which makes perfect sense because this is
very much a Florida story. This man is in a
fight with his neighbors because I know that I have
got a particular neighbor and I know who it is too,
and I really want to say something and I haven't yet.
But this man is notorious for letting his dog poop
and then not picking up because we kind of use

(14:30):
the same grassy knoll area and every time, every time
I see it, he doesn't pick it up, So I
would really like to do this. This man in Florida,
Trey Decollet, apparently was very mad at his neighbors for
allowing the dogs to poop in his yard and not
cleaning it up. So he decided to do what any
sane person would. He picked up the poop with his

(14:51):
bare hands, walked over, opened their front door, and threw
it inside their house.

Speaker 7 (14:57):
Oh gosh, yeah, uh here he is.

Speaker 2 (15:01):
Actually this is police. Body can foot him talking to
the police.

Speaker 11 (15:05):
I've complained about the dogs putting in my yard. I
said something to his old lady yesterday morning about it.
She said she would pick it up. Four hours later,
it was still there. I set it on the edge
of the driveway right there. I mean he stretched my
neck all up yesterday when he grabbed me.

Speaker 2 (15:20):
Yeah. They ended up getting into a physical artification, which
you know, if you open up my front door and
throw a poop in my house, I might be throwing hands.
But at the same time I might me personally, because
I have a conscience, I would know why you did it. Oh,
I know you asked me half a dozen times not
to let my dog poop in your yard without cleaning

(15:41):
it up, so yeah, okay, I can see it kind
of see why you did that. Anyways, the Lake County,
Florida man is being it was a moved.

Speaker 4 (15:49):
A bare hand dog poop it is.

Speaker 2 (15:52):
Yeah, that's that's I'm just trying to I would want
it that close to my face. But if I'm ever
going to open up your door and throw, I'm at
least mimicking the pulling of the grenade pin. You're not

(16:14):
so breaking some of the blitz.

Speaker 1 (16:20):
What is weird?

Speaker 2 (16:20):
Weird, weird, weird, weird, and now w W weird fly with.
My new favorite thing is to jump online and see
people like their blog posts and stuff. There's some strange
things out there. And I wanted to share this story
with you, and I really hope you're enjoying your breakfast.

(16:42):
This story comes out of Florida. Two men, two young
men were playing in their little water area. They had
a little inland water area, and they had themselves a
dock and they were running and jumping into the water. Well,
one of the guys noticed something in the water and uh,
if you've never been down to Florida, you see quite

(17:03):
a few signs and uh you should know this. Uh
they've got manatees down in Florida. And rule number one
about manatees you never ever, ever, ever ever touch a
manatee or pet.

Speaker 7 (17:17):
It because it's yes, because they get so attached.

Speaker 2 (17:21):
Yeah, they're very friendly that they will that you are
not allowed to touch the follow you home, Yes, basically,
So here's the deal. This ahole looked at his friend
and goes, hey, you think I could jump on that
manateese back. So he does the typical pulled my beer,

(17:44):
goes running off the dock, launches himself onto.

Speaker 7 (17:49):
The back of the manatee.

Speaker 2 (17:51):
Well, a couple of seconds later, he emerges from the
water and he has covered. He looks like the swamp thing.

Speaker 1 (17:58):
He is just.

Speaker 7 (17:59):
Black and gooey and.

Speaker 2 (18:01):
Sticky because, as it turns out, that manatee was not
swimming by to say hello. That manatee was floating because
it was a dead carcass. He jumped through the manatee.

Speaker 4 (18:17):
He was inside the manatee, the decomposing.

Speaker 2 (18:23):
Covered Yes, he was covered in decomposing manatee.

Speaker 1 (18:27):
Stuck.

Speaker 2 (18:30):
Yeah, basically, he said, he just went.

Speaker 4 (18:35):
Into bad.

Speaker 2 (18:40):
So I want to know this morning eight two one
ninety nine seven. Besides poop and puke like if you're
a parent, if you've had lea, you've been pooped on,
you've been pooked on, we were whatever besides poop puke,
what's the grossest thing you've ever had on you?

Speaker 4 (18:59):
Yea, Yeah, I have no idea how this happened. But
I was in my basement once and I was going
through you know the boxes you have all your like
old memories, pictures, stuff from you know, high school or whatever.
So I was like, let me go through some of
these boxes. And I'm the lighting in our basement's not great.
So I'm going through one box and I'm like, what

(19:20):
is this? And I have a lot of stuff from
like my bedroom and elementary. I don't know, I've just
got a lot of craps. Yeah, so I'm like, what
is that? I'm thinking, is it some kind of stuffed
animal or something. I picked it up and it just
completely like fell apart my hands. Was a bird? A
dead bird? Why where did this come from? Is that weird?

(19:43):
In my basement? Like, it did it come in? How
did it come how did it die in this box?
But yes, it was not. There was no juice. There
were no juices. It was it was pretty much just
kind of fell apart. There were like wings man and

(20:03):
it was small. So I don't know, man, but that
really made me sick. And since then I will not
go through those boxes in the dark. I'll bring it upstairs.

Speaker 2 (20:14):
Turn it on, turn it on.

Speaker 4 (20:15):
Yeah all right, I thought that was really cool.

Speaker 2 (20:17):
Yeah that's pretty gross. Se No, grossest thing you've ever
had on you? Thick anything going on?

Speaker 7 (20:22):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (20:23):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (20:23):
You ever?

Speaker 5 (20:23):
Howk up a loogie?

Speaker 2 (20:25):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (20:25):
What are you?

Speaker 2 (20:25):
Just like you the lung butter?

Speaker 1 (20:27):
Yeah? You know that that cough that comes out of
nowhere and it just shoots out your mouth and then
you're trying to find it to clean it up. Yeah,
my friend did that and it landed on my He
didn't mean to, you know, it's one of those things.
He didn't mean to. He just coughed out of nowhere
and hit me right in the arm. It was a
long long time ago, Kelly.

Speaker 2 (20:49):
Did you feel it?

Speaker 8 (20:51):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (20:51):
Yeah, oh it's right, the big one right, just slap
right for man.

Speaker 2 (20:55):
I imagine that's what it would feel like if you
got hit with Spider Man's web.

Speaker 5 (20:59):
Yes, exactly, yep, yep, night.

Speaker 2 (21:04):
No, the grossest thing you ever had on you? Bl
who's this? Eric what's the grossest thing you've ever had
on you?

Speaker 12 (21:12):
Are you ready for this?

Speaker 7 (21:13):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (21:13):
God God, yes, yes.

Speaker 12 (21:18):
That anal gland squirk?

Speaker 2 (21:20):
Yeah what what?

Speaker 7 (21:24):
Cat?

Speaker 4 (21:27):
And you cannot get rid of that? You can't get
rid of that smell?

Speaker 2 (21:34):
Did you?

Speaker 5 (21:34):
Were you doing it yourself?

Speaker 13 (21:37):
Oh? I was just patting the cat and then all
of a sudden.

Speaker 2 (21:42):
This was a terrible idea. Yeah, alright, okay, thank you?
Oh boy, yeah, oh Mallory, this is a good one.
Hair from the shower train and you clean it out
and you get stuck on you, Morgan, Morgan, what's the

(22:10):
grosses that you've ever had on you?

Speaker 9 (22:14):
So to set up the story, this was during COVID.
I was walking in my garden, in my backyard barefoot,
and you know there's slugs in your garden, right, So
I I went to bend down to pick up something.

(22:38):
But as I went to bend down, I stepped on
the slug and it shot go into my face.

Speaker 2 (22:45):
Oh what is slug goo?

Speaker 4 (22:55):
It like.

Speaker 7 (22:57):
Yeah, guts.

Speaker 9 (22:58):
So I stepped on it as I was bending down,
so it popped.

Speaker 4 (23:05):
The poor thing's own insides came out of its behole.

Speaker 2 (23:16):
Yeah, that's like popping a ZiT in your mouth outs.

Speaker 4 (23:22):
That is an unusual one. I like it. I like it.

Speaker 2 (23:26):
Thank you for the call. I appreciate it. Blood Tie.

Speaker 1 (23:31):
Who's this.

Speaker 7 (23:34):
Hello?

Speaker 2 (23:36):
Okay? Matt says. I worked in the warehouse a guy
that had shoe pouch tobacco stuck my hand right on
the top of the pile. He spit on just right
in the tobaccobacco. I remember when I owned my restaurant,
we had the grease traps, and I had a backup,
and I was trying to kind of like clean it out,

(23:58):
and I had a bit of like a I popped
a grease bubble or something and they went all over
on restaurant grease traps.

Speaker 4 (24:05):
Ohio. Travis said one year at Sonic Temple, I used
the hand sanitizer inside the porta potty lost my wedding
ring down the toilet. Had to go diving for it.

Speaker 8 (24:17):
Who knows what was on you?

Speaker 2 (24:19):
That's a lot more than just pooper puwe seer. Besides
pooper puwe, what's the grossest thing you've ever had on you?
Bled Tie? Who's this crystal Crystal? What's the grossest thing
you've ever had on you?

Speaker 13 (24:33):
My husband used to work in a bio energy plant which
takes all of the guts and food by bio degrading
in a tank with microbial animals, and sometimes it explodes
and foams over the big tank and you just have
a bunch of this gross stuff.

Speaker 4 (24:51):
Oh, I bet that smells so bad.

Speaker 2 (24:57):
You have to I mean, can you have to wear
like a suit? They have like bio hazard suits and
stuff that doesn't seem safe.

Speaker 13 (25:04):
No, no, what it is is it? What they're doing
is allowing all of this byproduct to produce energy, to
produces methane and sows it back to the grid.

Speaker 3 (25:15):
Oh, you're just.

Speaker 4 (25:17):
Raw dying and at work.

Speaker 2 (25:18):
Yeah, raw dog and the animal guts. Oh all right, Well,
I appreciate the call. Thank you so much, blood time,
who says.

Speaker 1 (25:29):
He Luke?

Speaker 2 (25:31):
Hey, Luke, what's the grossest thing you've ever had on
you besides puka poop?

Speaker 1 (25:38):
All right, Luke, thanks to come man.

Speaker 7 (25:39):
I appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (25:40):
Are you there, guys?

Speaker 2 (25:43):
Oh what's the goutses time you've never had on.

Speaker 4 (25:47):
You besides poop?

Speaker 1 (25:51):
All right?

Speaker 2 (25:51):
Well, we appreciate the call. Thank you so much. Just
because you can't hear we can hear you. We can
hear you in your four letter words, yeah, let's see.
Oh man, Barbara blood coupled with maggots from a deer
carcas that had baked in the ninety degree tempts for
over a week.

Speaker 8 (26:11):
Cool man.

Speaker 2 (26:14):
Yeah, you don't want that whatsoever? Eight one ninety nine
to seven. Oh, what is the grossest thing you've ever
had on you?

Speaker 7 (26:21):
Now?

Speaker 2 (26:21):
All right?

Speaker 7 (26:22):
The three things you need to know before you go.

Speaker 4 (26:26):
A murder charge has been filed against the eighteen year
old daughter of a woman who was fatally shot inside
of Delaware County home last Friday. Brianna Dutcher is one
of three people charged with the death of her mother,
fifty five year old Tamila Dutcher. In court yesterday, the
prosecutor said that deleted text messages from Brianna's phone appear
to show that the shooting was planned. Also charged with

(26:46):
murder Brianna's boyfriend, twenty year old Christian Evans and his roommate,
twenty one year old at did Jamius Payne. All three
defendants are being held on three million dollars bond. They
will be back in court next week. Thirteen Penn State
students have been charged over their ties to an alleged
cocaine trafficking ring at least partially operating out of two fraternities.

(27:07):
The dad of one of the students is also charged,
so that makes fourteen total. Prosecutors say two of the
defendants who were the main suppliers, made routine trips to
Philly and New York to get large amounts of cocaine.
It was then brought back to Penn State and packaged
at the Sigma Pi and Delta Upsilon fraternity houses and
sold primarily to Penn State students. Authority say some pledges

(27:31):
were even told to cut and bag the cocaine here
to get over your button bag.

Speaker 8 (27:35):
Yeah right.

Speaker 4 (27:38):
Students involved have either been expelled or suspended from Penn
State as the investigation continues.

Speaker 2 (27:43):
There's a as a great documentary on Netflix called Cocaine Quarterback,
and it's about a former University of Miami backup quarterback
who was on the championship team. I think it was
in ninety two, that's when they won ninety two. Yeah,
and he was a drug kingpen down in Miami. He
had direct connections to the cartel and if the documentary

(28:07):
is all about, you know, his life in college as
a drug kingpen. I haven't watched the ye, I really
want to watch it.

Speaker 4 (28:13):
I'm thinking back to my college chase. I'm like, what
college student has cocaine money? I mean we're like selling
back the books we're currently using order to get pizza money, right.

Speaker 1 (28:24):
Yeah, USC quarterback Owen Hands or USC.

Speaker 2 (28:27):
I'm sorry, not Miami yet, that's.

Speaker 1 (28:29):
Right, all right?

Speaker 4 (28:30):
Well, hey, if you think the United States is cold
hearted when it comes to immigration, Sweden does not mess around.
A seventy four year old British man with severe dementia
who has lived in Sweden for more than twenty years
has been told he must leave the country within days
or he'll be deported. This guy's name's George Mason. He's

(28:50):
in a memory care facility right, like nursing home memory care.
He's been there for a long time, severe dementia. His
doctors say, you can't move him. It'll make his condition worse,
it may endanger his life, and Swedish officials are like, hey,
you can get care in Britain, so whatever. Mason applied
for permanent residency back in twenty twenty one, but it

(29:11):
was rejected, so he lasted another five years in the
country and they're like, that's it, buddy. Next few days.
You don't leave yourself for deporting.

Speaker 2 (29:19):
You put him anywhere he doesn't know where he is.

Speaker 4 (29:25):
It does impact somebody's quality of life.

Speaker 2 (29:30):
I'm kidding. Don't do that.

Speaker 7 (29:35):
That's mean and cruel.

Speaker 4 (29:41):
On that note meany those are your three things.

Speaker 2 (29:47):
Well, some sad news here as we have got a
company that is shutting down. They're closing their doors coming
up September fifteenth. I believe it was their announcement date
for shutting down the doors because Columbia House is going
out of business.

Speaker 7 (30:08):
Wow, what?

Speaker 2 (30:12):
How? How? I thought this was a long long time ago.
They've been around for seventy one years. I did not
know one they were around that long too. Again, I
didn't know they were still around. But they were still
doing like mail order DVDs and Blu rays and stuff.

Speaker 4 (30:31):
Yeah, they stopped doing music, I do, Yeah, I remember that.

Speaker 5 (30:35):
So like buy seven movies for a penny?

Speaker 1 (30:37):
I guess yeah?

Speaker 4 (30:38):
Are they still offering the penny deal? How are they
ever profitable? I don't understand the business model.

Speaker 1 (30:46):
Well, a lot of p I got to assume a
lot of people just fulfilled their you know, obligation to
buy these the other future albums at regular club price
regular club price was like double the retail.

Speaker 2 (30:58):
Right, yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm pretty sure. I'm pretty sure.
The first bad mark I ever had on my credit
report from.

Speaker 1 (31:08):
House Yeah, oh you did as an adult?

Speaker 2 (31:12):
I think I did.

Speaker 1 (31:13):
Yeah, well, yeah, it was only because you don't have
a credit reports eleven right, yeah.

Speaker 2 (31:17):
So yeah, because I definitely did it many years in
a row, many many years.

Speaker 1 (31:22):
I loved when I got the one that said get
twelve for a penny.

Speaker 2 (31:26):
Oh, sitting there peeling the stickers off and then sticking
it the twelve albums to the postcard.

Speaker 1 (31:32):
That glorious day that cardboard box arrived, man, and you
opened all that new vinyl.

Speaker 4 (31:37):
Off, and you knew you were for it. You knew it, right,
you knew you weren't going to fulfilliate obligation.

Speaker 1 (31:44):
Years old, twelve years old.

Speaker 4 (31:46):
Where am I supposed to get money to buy these
extra money?

Speaker 2 (31:49):
But I do remember I remember at a time thinking,
by the time I order these, and by the time
they arrived, it's you had like a year to order
four more CDs, and I it's like, oh, buy four CBS.

Speaker 1 (32:02):
Yeah yeah you now, but I'll get another ten for
a penny.

Speaker 2 (32:06):
Yeah, yeah, a couple months later, I'll order another ten
and you know what, screw you. It's your fault. You
saw my names show up again. You saw eleven more
CDs being ordered. How about you send me a rejection letter? Yeah,
saying no, sir, you may not have another order.

Speaker 4 (32:23):
Like I'm a criminal. You should know that about me.

Speaker 2 (32:28):
This is the fourteenth time I've sent in this postcard
with eleven CDs for a penny. This is your fault.

Speaker 4 (32:35):
That's right, fool me once?

Speaker 2 (32:38):
Yeah? You what pulled you fourteen times? I take no
responsibility for that, whatsoever. That is one on you. Yeah.
They They traced back to nineteen fifty five, Columbia Records,
part of CBS, launched the Columbia Record Club, an experimental
mailing service that lasted seventy some years.

Speaker 14 (32:59):
Music stirs you up up, music shakes you out.

Speaker 1 (33:04):
The Columbia Record and Tape Club you get a lot
more music.

Speaker 5 (33:10):
Wow. Just find our ad.

Speaker 1 (33:12):
It's in your Sunday paper.

Speaker 14 (33:14):
Pick any eleven records or tapes for a penny and
see how to get.

Speaker 1 (33:17):
Even more music free.

Speaker 14 (33:19):
Bruce Springsteen, Madonna, Dire Straits, Phil Collins, one hundreds more,
all the music you love the Columbia Record and Tape Club.
No one else gives you so much for so little.
Eleven albums one set, Find our ad in Sunday's paper,
take it to your mailbox.

Speaker 4 (33:37):
Wow, this sounds like a long distance dedication.

Speaker 1 (33:39):
It really doesn't sound a lot.

Speaker 5 (33:41):
Like Kacy Carry.

Speaker 4 (33:42):
Now here's what I'm wondering, because they only sell DVDs now,
and they obviously they're going out of business as nobody
buys DVDs. But does anybody still buy DVDs? They still
sell them like at Target and stuff.

Speaker 2 (33:54):
I can't imagine why don't buying them. I don't think
we have many years left. I would guess by twenty
thirty DVDs are gonna They're not gonna be I just.

Speaker 1 (34:08):
Saw today there are now, you know, the little mini
neighborhood library boxes where you leave a book, take a book,
but they're now doing that for DVDs and DHS's. You
can order a Blockbuster painted many neighborhood you know, movie.

Speaker 2 (34:22):
Box people are just putting movies in for you to
like bo watch and then take back.

Speaker 4 (34:25):
You can have a hundred of mine. I don't want
any in return, Like I don't even have anything to
play a DVD on.

Speaker 2 (34:32):
You have one hundred DVDs you think, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (34:34):
My mom's probably got about four hundred of them really
in her house and has no idea how to work
or DVDs.

Speaker 2 (34:41):
I did not know this. Through the sixties and seventies,
as Columbia House was blowing up, they started what they
called expanding into new formats reel the reels and eight tracks,
which I mean like we were getting the CDs, yeah,
which were nice and small. I can't imagine ordering eleve
and free reel to reels from Columbia. The delivery man

(35:03):
must be cursing you trying to carry that box up
to your front front porch.

Speaker 1 (35:07):
My grandfather had a bunch of those. He had a
projector and all that stuff.

Speaker 2 (35:11):
You love that thing. Anyway, September fifteenth, they are shutting
it down completely. So if you still owe them money, right,
you may want to mail them that check. Get that
all cleared up before they shut their doors. Buy Columbia House.
Tell you like U saving the hu buck or two.
We're not keep an eye out for a coupon or

(35:32):
a buy one get one for Bogo.

Speaker 4 (35:34):
I'm not a coupon or anything like that, but heck,
I'm not going to turn down a deal.

Speaker 2 (35:39):
Yeah. Do you sign up for like loyalty clubs so
you get like the automatically type in your number and
you get the automatic discounts and stuff.

Speaker 4 (35:47):
For me, I only do it if I have to, Okay.

Speaker 2 (35:50):
I mean it's nice to save money. Everyone's trying to
save money.

Speaker 4 (35:53):
We're trying to save money. Yeah, I yes, exactly.

Speaker 2 (35:56):
And there are certain things.

Speaker 4 (35:57):
I have ten dollars of Macy's rewards just waiting on
me to spend it right now.

Speaker 2 (36:01):
Oh, you give me some Cole's cash. I'm a happy,
happy man, you know. And there are certain things you
should try and save money on. Maybe you can find
the clothes you are you wait till the back to
school sale. You go to the store, and maybe you
keep an eye out for the manager specials. There are
things that you could and want to save money on.
There are other things, however, that you probably shouldn't look

(36:24):
for the cheapest option available, face surgery being one of them.
Joey M. Bauer is a forty eight year old who
is now on the World Wide Web warning people to
be careful, do your research. If you're gonna go get
some face surgery because apparently it is not her first time.

(36:46):
She has done chemical peals before, she has done dermal fillers,
she has done photox. And after her second child, who
is now like three and a half, she was feeling
not herself. She was feeling very one born down and
she was feeling what she thought the physical effects of
being so tired, including kind of some droopy, baggy eyes,

(37:06):
and so she wanted to get herself some eye filler
underneath her eyes there. Okay, Well, she went online and
she looked around and unfortunately the four hundred and ninety
five dollars for the treatment was a little bit on
her price range. I think I can do better, and sure.

Speaker 1 (37:25):
Enough she did.

Speaker 2 (37:27):
She found a one hundred and fifty dollars treatment. That's
a third of the cost. That's a pretty good discount. However,
I don't know if you know this or not, but
over in England where she lives, things like this the
beauty segment of surgery when it comes to isn't there

(37:50):
a specific word? Is this aesthetics? Is it an esthetician
that does kind of the face stuff that's not regulated
over there. You don't need a medical degree, you don't
need anything. You can basically say hey, I'll give you botox.
Hey I'll give your eye filler. Oh boy, yeah, well
get that. Yeah, pretty much the garage of someone's backyard. Well, unfortunately,

(38:17):
Joanne now is seeing the effects of discounted eye filler
because now she's got weird, lumpy bags all underneath her
eyes that are uneven and puffy. Yeah, so don't go
looking for the cheapest version of medical procedures.

Speaker 4 (38:37):
Yeah, if the person also sells steaks out of the
trunk of their car, that is a person to avoid
in terms of cosmetic procedures.

Speaker 7 (38:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (38:47):
Yeah, I don't want the I don't want the Walmart
esthetician office where you can go in and get your
eye filler, your bagel and schmear and your tires chained. Like,
I don't. That's not the business I'm going to at all.
So definitely do your research if you're having anything medically done.

(39:10):
And again, I think when it comes to that, you
kind of get what you pay for, Okay.

Speaker 4 (39:14):
But also even when you're going to a great person,
no offense, but all of your faces look the same
and they all look weird. The blown up lips, the
botoxed out face, you all look identical, and it's bizarre looking.
It's not like normal. It's not a normal face anymore.

(39:34):
It's like a it's it's a what do they call
those women who all look the same that moves Depford white.
I'm not saying you're ugly. I'm just saying you all
look the same.

Speaker 2 (39:46):
Now, Okay, this is no joke. It was about a
month ago Nora and I were out and about. We
were just doing a little Sunday fun day, got some
brunch and we decided to do one of our favorite
things and that was go play pinball. And we went
up we were up in Dublin and we were walking
around the little uh whatever That area was a bridge
park that was called Bridge Park, walked over to Pins

(40:08):
to play some pinball, have a little cocktail, and typical
Sunday at one o'clock, Pins is pretty busy, lots of
kids running around. You could tell there were a couple
of birthday parties going on. And there was a table
of six women did They were all mothers, all the kids.
You know, the kids were playing. Somebody said something and
you can all you heard was and we none of

(40:33):
their faces are moving, They're all laughing and not a
single face was moving, and Nora and I were like,
every single one of them has got a paralyzed face
right now, every single one of them.

Speaker 4 (40:45):
It's like, why do we let society do that to
us as women? Don't be fooled, Like, you're beautiful as is,
and if you must get botox, don't touch your lips.
I'm begging you stop doing that.

Speaker 5 (41:01):
Now.

Speaker 2 (41:02):
To be fair, I still yell at Nora because she'll
still go in and get a couple of things done
here on. I'm like, you don't need that.

Speaker 1 (41:07):
Stop.

Speaker 2 (41:09):
But she's her own woman. She can do whatever she wants.

Speaker 4 (41:11):
That is true. We can all. There's freedom, freedom to
do whatever you want. I guess sorry, just don't.

Speaker 2 (41:16):
Go through the discount stuff. That's not though you don't
want the discount face surgery.

Speaker 1 (41:25):
Ah, my boys are going back.

Speaker 2 (41:27):
To school tomorrow.

Speaker 4 (41:29):
How about that?

Speaker 2 (41:30):
Two high schoolers, as she's so crazy to me, A
senior and a freshman ready to go at it.

Speaker 4 (41:39):
Take get along right as brothers?

Speaker 1 (41:41):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (41:41):
Real, well for the most part, So.

Speaker 4 (41:43):
Senior, doct you shove the freshman into a locker?

Speaker 2 (41:46):
I don't think so. I debated on having the conversation.

Speaker 4 (41:49):
With him, like be nice, to your little brother.

Speaker 2 (41:51):
Hey, yeah, watch over him, take care of him, that
kind of thing. Yeah, or maybe I'll just let nature
take its course.

Speaker 4 (41:57):
Yeah, just intervene if you have to have to.

Speaker 2 (42:00):
Yeah, you know, they have their own friends and everything.
So but yeah, I mean I can't. I can't. I
was thinking about the other day, doing the math in
my head and when the younger one is a senior
and the older one will be three years into college
like him, going to visit him for a weekend or
whatever like I did. Although the big difference between my

(42:24):
brother and I My brother's thirteen years old on nine,
So I was eight when I visited him at the
U of L.

Speaker 5 (42:29):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (42:30):
Yeah, I mean that's where my love of U of
M comes from. I was way too stupid to actually
get it to you of him. So it started when
I was eight, going to the dorms and going to
the big house. So yeah, so yeah, I'm I'm excited
to see where this year takes them. But it brought
him a conversation, what's the best movie revolving around high school?

(42:51):
Do you have one, Kelly?

Speaker 4 (42:52):
I do? I mean, well, I've got a few, and
they I'm not going to count the John Hughes movies.
They're all great, et cetera, but they're not my favorite.

Speaker 2 (43:02):
And I would also say that's not a not a scapegoat,
but that's an easy answer. Breakfast Club is obviously an
easy right.

Speaker 4 (43:10):
And it's a great movie, yes, undeniably. I will say
I've got a few. Okay, Napoleon Dynamite ranks up there
for me as a great high school movie.

Speaker 2 (43:20):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (43:21):
Heathers, yeah, is a great high school movie.

Speaker 2 (43:25):
You know, can I tell you the truth? Everyone talks
about it, and I know so many people love Heathers.

Speaker 4 (43:31):
I watched it at the theater like that was what
sort of my introduction into sort of a horror genre
in terms of high school and things like that. Okay,
and then of course Carrie, which is another great horror
high school Yeah, so that. But I'll say maybe my
number one ranking is Greece.

Speaker 1 (43:50):
So you know, I mean it's hard to the greatness
of Greece.

Speaker 7 (43:53):
Yeah, it really is.

Speaker 2 (43:55):
Eight hundred eighty two one ninety nine seven. Oh, if
you've got a good one, you're favorite movie dealing with
high school, Vick, I know you got some.

Speaker 1 (44:04):
Oh yeah, okay, so we're taking up John Hughes movies.

Speaker 4 (44:07):
Yeah, have to they're your favorite.

Speaker 1 (44:09):
I mean yeah, I mean I kind of number one,
of course.

Speaker 2 (44:13):
Yeah, no one's denying that.

Speaker 1 (44:15):
My Bodyguard. I don't know if you know that one, Kelly.

Speaker 4 (44:18):
Do you remember I remember the name. I don't know
if I saw.

Speaker 5 (44:21):
Matt Dillon's in that.

Speaker 1 (44:22):
Okay, yeah that was That was just the classic bully
in high school and then you found somebody to, you know,
help you defend you against the bully.

Speaker 2 (44:33):
Okay, yeah it was. It was great.

Speaker 1 (44:35):
Uh Can't Buy Me Love?

Speaker 5 (44:37):
Okay, Yeah, that is such a movie.

Speaker 1 (44:40):
Yeah, I'm with you on Heather's and uh yeah, Fast
Times a Rigemon High.

Speaker 2 (44:44):
For me, it's like another classic, you know. Yeah, I
would say Fast Times, Ferris Bueller, Breakfast Club, and sixteen
Candles are off the table. I would say that rounds
off the mount Rushmore of high school movies. We're talking
about other ones. Here's a great one. If you haven't
seen it, highly recommend Election.

Speaker 4 (45:02):
Election is an absolute killer movie. It is top tier,
and I don't know that it's really widely been.

Speaker 1 (45:10):
Watched, No, not at all.

Speaker 4 (45:11):
It's so recently. Matthew Broderick is undeniably the most He
is among the greats and actors. If you asked me,
that is a great movie? Election great call.

Speaker 7 (45:22):
Yep, let's see.

Speaker 2 (45:23):
I think we're going to get a couple of clueless
votes in there's already coming through. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (45:28):
How about risky Business?

Speaker 7 (45:30):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (45:32):
High school movie?

Speaker 1 (45:33):
Well they were in high school.

Speaker 4 (45:34):
Yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 5 (45:35):
It was this high school business project, of.

Speaker 4 (45:37):
Course, mean girls. What about fame from the Yeah?

Speaker 2 (45:41):
Absolutely, that's another one American pie. Okay, all let's stop
taking up all the answers. Oh, yes, good, who's this.

Speaker 10 (45:59):
My name?

Speaker 1 (46:01):
All right, Doug?

Speaker 2 (46:02):
Best movie revolving around high school? What is it?

Speaker 7 (46:05):
I've gotta go days?

Speaker 2 (46:08):
Okay, hard to deny. That absolutely is gonna be on
a lot of people's list. Thank you so much for
the gold.

Speaker 4 (46:14):
Mary came up with a good one, the Craft.

Speaker 2 (46:16):
Yet like that they have got Uh that's that movie
really brought back? How soon is now Bye? By Morrissey?
That song blew up when that movie came out. Blitz,
who's a good John? What is a great movie revolving
around high school? Parky? I'm I would love to know

(46:45):
a roundabout number. I'm gonna say. I'm gonna say the
number is about three point twenty seven million, and those
are the number of teenage boys who saw a pair
of boobies for the first time in Parky's. Yeah you
had those seventies, those late seven and d's movie movies.
They were just waiting for that one.

Speaker 7 (47:04):
We've Got boob.

Speaker 4 (47:05):
How fast did that spread through the high school?

Speaker 2 (47:07):
Real quick? Real quick? Hey, thank you so much for
the call. Uh think I got a line for you

Speaker 4 (51:00):
Chris text didn't save the last dance, which I agree
with Julia Styles, I love her day. That is something
that's widely made fun of on TikTok for that dance
that she used to apply to Juilliard and people recreated
all the time talking about Blitz.

Speaker 1 (51:18):
Who's this hello, jes Hey, Jesse.

Speaker 2 (51:23):
What's a great movie revolving around high school? The faculty?

all time favorite classic without a doubt?

Speaker 1 (52:28):

revolving around high school? Super bad? Yeah? Super bad? Absolutely

(52:55):
instant classic without a doubt? Text are rolling in eight
hundred and eight two one ninety nine seven? Oh if
you've got one? What is a great movie revolving around
high school? Ninety seven? The bliitz?

Speaker 7 (53:05):
Now all the three things you need to know before
you go.

Speaker 4 (53:10):
Columbus police are investigating after a drive by shooting yesterday
afternoon injured two people outside at church during a funeral.
The incident happened at the Antioch Jordan Baptist Church on
Woodland Avenue about twelve thirty pm. Yesterday, shots fire from
a dark colored vehicle. Two people were wounded and are
both in stable condition. Police are looking for the suspects
and the motive behind the shootings. Opening statements in a

(53:31):
landmark trial against Meta begin today California, Colorado, Kentucky, and
New Jersey are seeking one point four trillion dollars in damages,
alleging the company engineered its sites to foster addictive behavior
in teens and children. Meta has already lost two similar
types of lawsuits this year, in Los Angeles and in

(53:52):
New Mexico. Do we bankrupt this company or are they
always settling to a PA where they can continue.

Speaker 2 (53:57):
I'll tell you what, I'm gonna wait until this trial,
and then I'm in line next and I am suing
for six squad billion dollars.

Speaker 4 (54:05):
Yeah, we've got to up it. Yet they go for
peanuts and everybody else?

Speaker 5 (54:10):
Is the value of Meta?

Speaker 7 (54:12):
That is it?

Speaker 1 (54:13):
Yeah, that's the value of Meta.

Speaker 4 (54:14):
They want the value of that company.

Speaker 1 (54:16):
Well yeah, so goodbye Facebook, good bye Instagram, good bye goodness.

Speaker 4 (54:19):
Do me a giant favor please, my gosh, that'll help
in it.

Speaker 1 (54:24):
Like the part of my Then go to TikTok next,
and on and on and on shut them all.

Speaker 7 (54:28):
Down, quad billion dollars.

Speaker 1 (54:31):
Yeah, you know you put the phone even though you
put the phone in your kid's hand. All right.

Speaker 4 (54:36):
There's a marketplace called Biblio. I don't know if you
know about it. It sells books, and some sellers on
the side have been noticing a spike in high volume
purchases of rare books. So a reporter with four oh
four Media got involved. Thought, let me look into this,
see who are who's making these giant book purchases. So

(54:57):
he slipped an Apple air tag into an obscure title
that was included in a bulk order of a thousand
books placed through the site. So somebody ordered a thousand books.
They're kind of rare or sort of basically unknown titles.
He slips the Sapple air tag in there and begins
to follow it. The reporter says the tag went from

(55:19):
California to Wisconsin, to Colorado and then settled in Las Vegas.
So he follows this air tag to an Amazon warehouse
where there's an operation going on called VGT three. The
logo is a dinosaur holding a book, and so he

(55:39):
starts asking questions. The workers there told him that their
job all day long is to slice off bindings and
scan books and then destroy the physical copies of these
rare books. And oh, it's all for AI training. So
they're destroying rare books, the physical copies after they scan them.

Speaker 1 (56:02):
Why would you not just send them back out?

Speaker 4 (56:05):
Yeah? I don't know why. I think because it's difficult
to scan a bound book, so they have to destroy
the book initially, they'll just go ahead and tread them,
yell destroy.

Speaker 6 (56:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (56:18):
So the site Amazon, which once sold books, is now
destroying books for AI.

Speaker 2 (56:27):
That's crazy.

Speaker 4 (56:27):
And they say basically they are desperate for texts before
twenty twenty two because they need them written by humans.
They can't take the chance that they're uploading AI texts
into AI because that causes what they call model collapse, right,
so they have to go before twenty twenty two, and

(56:48):
the more obscure the better. They're just getting their hands
on whatever they can, ripping the bindings off and then
eventually destroying them.

Speaker 2 (56:55):
That's it's kind of weird, isn't it.

Speaker 4 (56:57):
It feels otherworldly?

Speaker 1 (56:58):
All right?

Speaker 4 (56:59):
Those are three things.

Speaker 2 (57:01):
How's your relationship doing? Everything? On the op and up, Kelly,
you're still feeling good about your relationship.

Speaker 4 (57:07):
You feel so good about it? Okay, yeah, better and better.
I mean it's just it's been great and it's gotten better.

Speaker 1 (57:13):
Oh good, Yeah, Vick?

Speaker 2 (57:15):
What about you?

Speaker 5 (57:16):
Ye best, it's ever been nice?

Speaker 4 (57:18):
How about you?

Speaker 2 (57:19):
I'm less than three weeks away from saying I do.

Speaker 5 (57:21):
And four weeks from not being so good.

Speaker 1 (57:26):
Stop.

Speaker 2 (57:26):
No, I've never been more I've never been more sure
of anything about life.

Speaker 5 (57:29):
I would say, so, you two are off.

Speaker 2 (57:31):
That is the absolute truth. However, if you've ever been
in a relationship before and you've kind of questioned things
or kept an eye on things, Psychologists have identified four
behaviors that can signal a relationship with struggling. They called
the four horsemen of red flags. These are the four
big ones that you have to watch out for. The
first being criticism. It's when someone attacks their partner's character

(57:53):
instead of addressing a specific issue. That's something you don't
want to do. If you're having a problem, you're having
a fight, you want to attack the issue that you're
having the cause of the fight, not them as a person.
That's a big red flag. Another one is defensiveness, when
a person always makes excuses or shifts blame instead of

(58:14):
hearing their partner's concerns. That's obviously a big one, although
I will say my biggest temperature razor that the thing
that will blow my top. Stop being defensive at all. Okay,

(58:35):
I'm not being defensive. I'm defending my stance. There's a
difference there.

Speaker 1 (58:42):
How about if I tell you to calm down right?

Speaker 7 (58:44):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (58:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (58:46):
Another one is stonewalling, an emotional withdrawal where you're kind
when you just shut down if you're not willing, if
you're if your significant other is not willing to talk
about the issue, you try and sweep everything under the rug.
You don't ever address any issues, and you just put
the wall up. That's a big red flag. You don't
want that in your relationship. And finally, the fourth red

(59:07):
flag psychologists identified that signal a relationship might be struggling
is contempt. And this shows up in eye rolling, talking
down to your partner, sarcasm and mocking.

Speaker 4 (59:22):
H that's what your relationship is based on, Yeah, sarcasm.

Speaker 2 (59:28):
And they say it's the most dangerous of the four.

Speaker 11 (59:31):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (59:31):
Oh, I think it's when it comes up during a fight,
like during something serious, like, it's not when you're just
joking around, coming up and there's some serious thing that
needs to be addressed, and all you're doing is being sarcastic.
That is aggravating.

Speaker 1 (59:46):
Oh so it was a bad thing that I kissed her.
I tell you that the sarcasm runs deep with my
wife and her mother, and our daughter and probably our granddaughter,
the women in that family. That just and it's all
in fun though, like Kelly's talking about, when you're making jokes,
But it's a lot of sarcasm.

Speaker 2 (01:00:08):
I mean, if you look at the if you were
to look at the pyramid of Nora and I's relationship,
the first six.

Speaker 4 (01:00:17):
Levels as the base.

Speaker 2 (01:00:20):
Yeah, right, is sarcastic.

Speaker 1 (01:00:22):
Ye, it's part of what makes her sense of humor
so great.

Speaker 2 (01:00:24):
Yeah, that's so that one. But you know, yeah, sarcasm
can be bad in its place, But if you're if
you're doing it together to each other, I consider that
a little bit different. So criticism, defensiveness, stonewalling, and contempt
some issues you know that they're if they haven't quite
a bit in your relationship, you might either want to

(01:00:45):
have a sit down and discussion or maybe reevaluate.

Speaker 1 (01:00:47):
I don't know, it's up to you.

Speaker 2 (01:00:48):
Those there's things to watch out.

Speaker 10 (01:00:50):
For not so breaking news. The news already broke. We're
trying to put it back together.

Speaker 5 (01:00:58):
All right.

Speaker 2 (01:00:59):
Here. Our first story takes us down south to Florida.
We have ourselves at WTF what Florida? Lakeland, Florida, where
a well meaning citizen was cleaning out the garage of
her grandfather's home and came across a box. Inside the box, well,

(01:01:20):
there was a Korean War grenade inside the box, and
this person decided, you know, probably shouldn't have a grenade
in a box. We need to get rid of it.
So this person took said grenade down to the Lakeland
Police department. The problem was this person didn't know this

(01:01:41):
was a live grenade.

Speaker 8 (01:01:42):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 2 (01:01:44):
This person was just carrying around, driving in the car,
taking corners at forty juggling, which is not a care
in the world. It's a live grenade. SWAT and bomb
squad was called in. They evacuated the police department. Basically, thankfully,

(01:02:06):
the bomb squad was able to take care of the
grenade and get it off into safety and then dispose
of it and all that kind of stuff. But yeah,
they set up a perimeter. They do it, detoured people
around streets, like they weren't playing any games.

Speaker 1 (01:02:19):
What was he supposed to do? You know?

Speaker 7 (01:02:23):
Maybe?

Speaker 2 (01:02:23):
Yes, I don't want it near me anyone.

Speaker 1 (01:02:25):
I don't want it near my home.

Speaker 2 (01:02:26):
That's what they said. The device found was to be
a live hand grenade. Looks like from the Korean War area.
Thank you in hindsight, if you find a suspicious device
like that, leave it where it is, then call the police.
We'll come to you and take care of it. So
he didn't get in trouble, right, he did not get
in trouble. No, no, no, no, he did the right thing.
You know. He's trying to dispose of this in a

(01:02:47):
proper way.

Speaker 1 (01:02:51):
We just don't pull the pin. Well, let me ask you.
Let me ask you.

Speaker 2 (01:02:55):
Okay, you you come across what is clue is clearly
a grenade. Okay. You find it in a box in
my home, in your home, ok yeah, Grandpa's box, and
you come across the grenade. Percentage wise, what is the
likelihood of you taking that grenade out to like the

(01:03:17):
biggest field possible? No, no, no, you would one hundred percent.

Speaker 1 (01:03:24):
You don't know how old that is. You could pull
that pin and as soon as you let go, it
might explode like if you're gonna throw it, right, you
have no choice, right right?

Speaker 2 (01:03:34):
And and I'm standing behind a wall as soon as
you happen to let go, but it explodes worth two
feet from you? Worth a chance? Okay? If you say
something worth a.

Speaker 1 (01:03:44):
Chance, worth going to prison worth? I mean, come on, but.

Speaker 2 (01:03:47):
That's what I'm saying. I'm going to be in an
area where there is no one around. It's a grenade,
one hundred chucking.

Speaker 4 (01:03:56):
That thing's nothing things there comes stumpy. Something's a stump,
and we just don't know what yet.

Speaker 2 (01:04:03):
That is why I can only count to seven.

Speaker 4 (01:04:06):
That's right.

Speaker 2 (01:04:08):
Uh yeah, I'm throwing that gnad. Are you really? Absolutely? Absolutely?

Speaker 1 (01:04:12):
Man, you are the biggest adrenaline.

Speaker 2 (01:04:15):
Let me let me but I personally wait, let me
let me tell you this only I don't know what
a Korean era grenade looks like like. If it's one
of those balls with the stick, probably not. But if
it's one of those ridged right classic.

Speaker 1 (01:04:30):
Yet the pin with the hol holl the pan you
throw it, it's got I don't even how long did
there go?

Speaker 2 (01:04:35):
Five seconds?

Speaker 7 (01:04:36):
Fine?

Speaker 1 (01:04:37):
And it's old. That's my concern now. If it was
a brand new grenade. I might be, but an old
one man, you just never know.

Speaker 2 (01:04:47):
I could not. There's no way.

Speaker 1 (01:04:49):
It's like there's there's you. You take old fire crackers,
you might light it in a split.

Speaker 4 (01:04:53):
Se total possibility, flowing on the back swing.

Speaker 2 (01:04:55):
Worth it, worth it? Uh, if you say, I should
have just joined the military, so should you can just
want to blow stuff up? Yeah, let's see. Story number
two takes us well to the world's oceans. Now, this
story does come from Brazil, but it has now kind
of made its way overseas to BBC News and we're

(01:05:17):
seeing it here a little bit too. In certain areas
that uh, marine biologists have put a message out. Marine
biologists have jumped on social media, mainly TikTok and Instagram,
some Facebook because they have an issue a warning to
all the influence influencers out there, because there is a
new trend that has popped up because Inflarence, influencers think

(01:05:39):
it's cool to take a picture with sharks. So now
marine biologists are coming out and literally telling influencers, hey,
stop taking pictures with sharks. We've had half a dozen
shark attacks on influencers.

Speaker 1 (01:05:51):
Let them go, just let them do it.

Speaker 2 (01:05:53):
I'm not not with you.

Speaker 4 (01:05:55):
Think yes, yes, let us all go.

Speaker 7 (01:05:59):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (01:06:01):
One influencer was from Salpollow and was out in the water,
saw herself a little lemon shark and decided I want
to take a picture. That's when the lemon shark decided
that's not a good side and clamp down on her thigh. Yeah,
she was held underwater for quite a few moments before

(01:06:23):
she was finally released. She had to go to the hospital.
And again, this is now the sixth content creator that
has been attacked by a shark in some way, shape
or form. Another bull shark attack in the Caribbean. So yeah,
the first thing.

Speaker 4 (01:06:38):
She said when she came to is did you get
that on video?

Speaker 1 (01:06:40):
Right?

Speaker 4 (01:06:41):
That's gonna do numbers.

Speaker 2 (01:06:44):
I'm gonna go viral. Yeah, don't do that. So I will.
I will reiterate marine biologists message, leave the sharks alone.
They don't want selfies with you. They don't want to
end up on your reel. They don't want to end
up on your tick talk account.

Speaker 4 (01:07:00):
Stick to climbing way out on those cliffs to get
the vista.

Speaker 2 (01:07:03):
Yeah, do that.

Speaker 5 (01:07:05):
They do want to taste you.

Speaker 2 (01:07:06):
They do want to taste you. Absolutely act you're not
so breaking news. I would say there are a couple
of guarantees in Hollywood or well known facts, like, if
you go to a Marvel movie, stay until the credits
are completely finished, because you're probably gonna miss something that

(01:07:27):
they put at the end of the credits. If Vin
Diesel's in a movie, he's probably gonna be talking about family.
That's pretty much a Hollywood guarantee. And another Hollywood guarantee
is Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson love to marijuana. Yeah, however,
I guess Matthew McConaughey quit a while ago. Some people

(01:07:50):
might think it was the naked Bongo incident, but no,
it was not the naked bongo incident that got into
start smoking marijuana. It was something very different. During an interview,
this is what he had to say.

Speaker 7 (01:08:01):
What a cool, groovy little too.

Speaker 15 (01:08:03):
It's also the reason I quit smoking weed. Weed used
to be you could roll the joint smoke, it passed around,
everyone giggles, goods some munchies, and maybe runs off and
tries to get some snuggle time. Well, then it started
getting this hydroponic stuff where like one token people, the
subplots could become unmanageable and people implode. And this particular night,
I was headed to my own birthday party. Before I

(01:08:25):
go on Buddy Hampton's joint was here. Man, there was
not like the wad I'd smoked before. I listened to
Janet Jackson's best The Way Love Goes twenty four times
a row. And when I finally got out of the
car to go into my birthday party, no one was
in there because it was over. They had all left
because I sat in the freaking car listen, listen to.

Speaker 1 (01:08:44):
That's the Way Love Goes twenty four times because I
thought at.

Speaker 2 (01:08:47):
The time that was more important than going to my
own birthday party. Oh this is a jam, though, I
would listen to this twenty four times in a row.

Speaker 16 (01:08:58):
So good.

Speaker 1 (01:09:01):
I mean, I've usually.

Speaker 2 (01:09:03):
Finished by the time it's over one time, but I'll
listen to it twenty two more.

Speaker 7 (01:09:09):
Times in a row.

Speaker 4 (01:09:14):
A great song.

Speaker 2 (01:09:18):
Light a candle, Put this one on with your significant other.
Tell you what this probably this is probably gonna go
in the top ten of baby making music. It's got
that if you can match the beat, it's got that
perfect Just yeah, this will get a job done. Anyways.

(01:09:45):
Twenty four times in a row because he was way
too high and lost track of time. I want to
know seven albums? What's that? What's that one thing you
did when you were a little too smoked out?

Speaker 1 (01:10:01):
Everything?

Speaker 2 (01:10:03):
I would say that the first real time that I
got smoked out, I called nine one one on myself.
Oh really, yeah, yeah, I thought I thought it was
game over. I thought it was game I could see
my shirt. I can see my my shirt moving. My
heart was beating so fast I can say I was
watching my shirt. And then I went to pick up
the TV remote and I couldn't close my hand, and

(01:10:24):
I was like, I'm is it going nine one one?

Speaker 1 (01:10:28):
What was in the Red Wing game?

Speaker 2 (01:10:30):
Thankfully my grandmother at the.

Speaker 7 (01:10:32):
Time swelling nine one one, and I think we're dead?

Speaker 2 (01:10:36):
I do, yeah, let's see. Will says. I was still
in nubie. I convinced myself that I forgot to breathe.

Speaker 4 (01:10:46):
Oh boy.

Speaker 2 (01:10:46):
My wife put me to bed while patting my butt
like a baby and holding back laughter. Nine seven h
ck give me one.

Speaker 1 (01:10:55):
I don't honestly, I never had these issues, like, never
had bad true, none of that stuff.

Speaker 4 (01:11:01):
It has been many moons since I dabbled, many many
years right, But I remember the very moment I knew
it wasn't for me, was coming home, but I was
by myself. I'd been with some friends and I thought,
I need to go to Kroger. I've got to like
get some groceries. And I tell you I had about

(01:11:22):
as close to a panic attack as possible inside Kroger,
because I was like, everybody knows, everybody knows, everybody knows.

Speaker 1 (01:11:29):
They're all staring at paranoia.

Speaker 4 (01:11:33):
I like, that's it. I turned around, walked out, went
home and laid down, and I'm praying for sweet sleep
to get rid of this paranoia. It was awful. I thought,
this is not for me.

Speaker 2 (01:11:42):
Zero six zero two stopped at a green light.

Speaker 1 (01:11:47):
I'll tell you what it will. It will cause you
to sit too long at a blinking yellow light. Well wait,
here's what I did too.

Speaker 2 (01:11:58):
Here's what I did do. And I take full responsibility.
And this was wrong and I should not have done this.
Don't ever do this. But I actually left a friend's
house one time after smoking, and I was coming out
of the subdivision and I approached the main road and
I looked over and I was like, oh my god,
that is the biggest brightest full moon I've ever seen
in my entire life. And I stood there for sixty

(01:12:21):
seconds just staring at this big, beautiful full moon. And
it was one of those dome street lights. It was
at that white globe.

Speaker 5 (01:12:28):
What you ladies do.

Speaker 2 (01:12:30):
With I turned around, I went back to his house.
I'm like, I am not driving blitz Hi, who's this?

Speaker 1 (01:12:35):
Hey?

Speaker 7 (01:12:36):
Good morning, mister Tony.

Speaker 2 (01:12:39):
What's going on man? What's the craziest thing that ever
happened to you after you smoked?

Speaker 8 (01:12:44):
Well, you'd on that for light.

Speaker 1 (01:12:46):
You please forgive me.

Speaker 7 (01:12:47):
I'm only always calling me just.

Speaker 17 (01:12:49):
To speak to my favorite DJ.

Speaker 1 (01:12:51):
Oh.

Speaker 2 (01:12:52):
We appreciate it, Tony. Well, we appreciate your colleague. Thank
you so much. We love when you call it.

Speaker 1 (01:12:56):
Say hello.

Speaker 2 (01:12:56):
I hope you have a great rest of your want
to say Tuesday? Yeah, blad s Hi? Who's this?

Speaker 7 (01:13:03):
My name is Chris, Chris.

Speaker 2 (01:13:04):
What did you do when you got a little too
smoked out?

Speaker 12 (01:13:09):
Well, it was the first time that I ever did it,
and I forgot how to breathe and passed out and
broke my nose off the floor. Wake up moments later
to my cousin laughing so hard that he actually passed
out because he couldn't Breathe proceeded to break his nose
off the face.

Speaker 4 (01:13:27):
Oh my gosh, no, wow, had extra bong? Hit? Was
one too many?

Speaker 2 (01:13:33):
Get how to breathe? Yeah, hay when that happens. Thank
you so much, Aaron says. First time I smoked, I
scrambled ten eggs and ate them all.

Speaker 1 (01:13:41):
That's so many now, okay, I might have done something
like that. It's so many eggs. I think. When Tony
got real high, he called the radio station. Yeah, Blazai,
who's this?

Speaker 16 (01:13:51):
Hey?

Speaker 4 (01:13:51):
This is Julia.

Speaker 2 (01:13:52):
Julia, what did you do when you got a little
too smoked out?

Speaker 13 (01:13:56):
Well?

Speaker 17 (01:13:56):
I was a guinea pig for trying brownie the first
My husband made him, and it was bad. About forty
five minutes later, I was pretty much immobilized, laying in
my bed, thinking I'm going to have a heart attack.

Speaker 4 (01:14:14):
Yeah yeah, ye yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:14:16):
I couldn't control my heartbeat.

Speaker 17 (01:14:18):
I had recently watched the Burning Bed, So now I'm
looking around my room and I'm thinking everything is a
like a chain of fire around me, like this is
going to start this on fire, This is going to
start this on fire. I wanted him to call nine
one one, Wait, wait, it was so bad.

Speaker 1 (01:14:37):
Your husband's not your husband wasn't a Detroit police officer?

Speaker 2 (01:14:42):
Was he the cookies? The brownies?

Speaker 5 (01:14:46):
Yeah, that was that nine to one one call from
that was up Detroit.

Speaker 2 (01:14:50):
Yeah, they had the brownies. Yeah. You gotta be real
careful with the edibles, especially if they're homemade. You don't
know how much is in each bite. If you're not
regulating that type of stuff, that can turn out real bad,
real quick. Well, I appreciate God, thank you so much.
Donnie text in two thousand milligrams of edibles, that doesn't

(01:15:13):
seem possible. However, I can see this reaction. He was
watching a movie about dolphins and was convinced he could
hear them, he could understand dolphin talk like he's shaking
his head.

Speaker 1 (01:15:26):
Yes, but yeah, oh yeah, I get it. I know, huh.

Speaker 2 (01:15:29):
I couldn't agree more, tell me more absolutely?

Speaker 4 (01:15:31):
And he else, is I eight two hundred milligrams of cheesecake?
And she said when it kicked in, just put it
this way, never go full cheesecake.

Speaker 2 (01:15:43):
Let's see here.

Speaker 4 (01:15:45):
Dave said he forgot where he was going, driving, like,
where am I going? Again? Where was I headed?

Speaker 2 (01:15:53):
Mike says he got smoked out when he was in
the boy Scouts, and they him and his cousin ate
all the food. So every other camper woke up, all
the food was gone. Oh no, let's take one more here,
blad the time.

Speaker 1 (01:16:07):
Who's this? Hi?

Speaker 7 (01:16:09):
My name is Nate Ny.

Speaker 2 (01:16:10):
What did you do when you got a little too
smoked out?

Speaker 16 (01:16:13):
So the first time I did it, I got really hot,
and I thought I was gonna be a good idea
to take a shower. So I got in the shower
and I started using my shampoo and I closed my
eyes make sure I didn't get it in there. And
I bent the wrong way and I fell, and I
tried to grab the shower water to save myself.

Speaker 2 (01:16:37):
Oh that would be the worst, try and grab out
the shot water at all. No, No, it's not very sturdy,
a very sturdy thing. Hey create so much for the call.
Eight one ninety nine seven. Oh what did you do
when you got a little too smoked out? It's the
morning Blitz. It's time rock and rumble, Kelly versus.

Speaker 1 (01:17:02):
Goose O the Blitz.

Speaker 2 (01:17:05):
We are one month away from the Highland Festival Grounds
getting taken over. There in Louisville, Kentucky, Louder than Life
is going down, gonna be an amazing four day show.
We've got single day passes all week. Today we are
giving away single day passes for Friday with the headliner,
my Chemical Romance. If you like like kind of like
the alternative music. This is basically like alternative Day at

(01:17:26):
Louder than Life. A lot of great bands who coheated
Cambria's performing that, Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:17:31):
Day to remember, Sleeping with Sirens, pierce the veil, the use.

Speaker 5 (01:17:34):
Yeah, it goes on and on.

Speaker 2 (01:17:35):
Great, great day if you want to go eight ninety
nine seven. Oh, we're gonna play a rock and rumble now.
I'm gonna put this out there right now so we
don't get any complaints. Just so you know, ninety percent
of the time if we do a rock and rumble
Kelly versus Goose, one of us is nice enough to
give tickets to the loser no matter what.

Speaker 4 (01:17:53):
Yeah, winners and losers are always winning on these games.

Speaker 2 (01:17:56):
But not today, not today, not this week, because as
we only have all pair to give away. So I'm
just putting it out there now. Someone's gonna win and
someone is gonna lose.

Speaker 4 (01:18:06):
Oh, it's so much pressure.

Speaker 2 (01:18:07):
It is a lot of pressure. Eight one ninety nine seven. Oh,
let's get ourselves too. Contestants blitz hi, who's this? Loyal?

Speaker 7 (01:18:16):
Lyle William Loyal.

Speaker 2 (01:18:19):
William, Lyle William. They're close, you know all right, William?
Here's the deal. Choose wisely because we only have one
pair of tickets to give away, so someone is gonna
win and someone is gonna lose. You want to be
represented by Kelly or Goose.

Speaker 1 (01:18:35):
You didn't have nothing say.

Speaker 4 (01:18:36):
When the rubber meets the road, Yeah you got you
gotta play yours and I don't hate you if.

Speaker 2 (01:18:40):
You're a betting man. You know what? It's ready to go.
That's right, Oh, William, hang on one second for me.
Let's find ourselves. Another contestant blitz hi, who's this? Hello?
Blitz cool story bro, thanks to the call. Here do
you go? He's gone to find someone else? Bla Hi,

(01:19:02):
who's Thish? Hold on? Wait?

Speaker 1 (01:19:06):
What was that?

Speaker 5 (01:19:07):
We lost our other guy?

Speaker 2 (01:19:09):
Samantha? Hi, Samantha, how are you good?

Speaker 7 (01:19:13):
How are you good?

Speaker 2 (01:19:15):
You're stuck with Kelly today? So we got this da lovely.

Speaker 17 (01:19:19):
I'm happy with that, Okay, I mean I'm happy you're happy, Samantha.

Speaker 2 (01:19:26):
I love your optimism.

Speaker 4 (01:19:27):
Yes, it's amazing.

Speaker 2 (01:19:29):
All right, well, Samantha William, you guys hang on as
Kelly and I go head to head. Thick, What are
we playing today?

Speaker 5 (01:19:36):
Music speed test?

Speaker 2 (01:19:38):
I'm music speed test?

Speaker 4 (01:19:39):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (01:19:40):
So we each get sixty seconds on the clock. You're
just gonna start playing clips from songs and we have
to identify the title or artists.

Speaker 1 (01:19:47):
Yes, either one.

Speaker 2 (01:19:48):
So we go one at a time. We each get
sixty seconds. The most within the sixty seconds wins. Correct,
that's correct. All right, Kelly? Do you want to go
first or second?

Speaker 4 (01:19:57):
I think that I had luck going second last time,
so I'll try it again.

Speaker 2 (01:20:01):
All right, Kelly's going second. Sixty seconds on the clock.

Speaker 1 (01:20:05):
All right, are you ready?

Speaker 2 (01:20:09):
I'm ready.

Speaker 1 (01:20:10):
Here we go. Start the timer on the first song
where it's my mouse. Okay, and yes.

Speaker 2 (01:20:22):
Drop out of six chair, No beaties?

Speaker 1 (01:20:24):
No?

Speaker 2 (01:20:25):
What the hellock Obama man?

Speaker 8 (01:20:28):
Ten back?

Speaker 2 (01:20:31):
Leget oh so.

Speaker 5 (01:20:40):
Bres Yes, take them back.

Speaker 1 (01:20:46):
Either no fast hozzy my bag?

Speaker 8 (01:20:53):
Yes, cut the road, yes, stop, I shouldn't.

Speaker 2 (01:20:58):
No bleedings up there?

Speaker 8 (01:21:04):
If yes, it was, I'm so scared you kids.

Speaker 5 (01:21:15):
Yes, yes, time stuck in the middle.

Speaker 2 (01:21:21):
That's right, Yes it was.

Speaker 5 (01:21:22):
Papa Roach so you got that.

Speaker 2 (01:21:24):
Okay, so you.

Speaker 4 (01:21:25):
Passed already and it went on to the next We
can't go.

Speaker 1 (01:21:27):
Back, no, we would, we would go.

Speaker 4 (01:21:30):
Back right, No, no, if you didn't already start the
next one.

Speaker 1 (01:21:33):
I don't remember.

Speaker 4 (01:21:34):
That's fine if that's the rule, though. If it is,
then okay with it.

Speaker 2 (01:21:37):
We didn't establish the rule. We're making up the rule.
That's fine.

Speaker 1 (01:21:40):
I thought that was.

Speaker 4 (01:21:43):
That's fine because I want the same leeway.

Speaker 1 (01:21:45):
Yes, absolutely, it benefits me. It's then we'll do the rule. Okay.

Speaker 2 (01:21:51):
So let's talk out how your round goes first. Okay,
so it's the deciding factor. Then it doesn't county, Kelly.

Speaker 1 (01:21:58):
Gloria Gainer. I will survey you heard it, so every
time you watch the replacement, all right, Kelly, So with
popa roach, he got six?

Speaker 4 (01:22:08):
Okay, so six five slash six.

Speaker 2 (01:22:13):
That sounded like a lot more than six.

Speaker 1 (01:22:17):
That was also hinder lips of an angel, not that
I understand it sounds like all right you ready, Kelly?
Oh boy, here we go.

Speaker 4 (01:22:32):
Pearl jam speak fifty two half stuck me on the
dance cossunny as the eagles stay pretty no on a past.

Speaker 2 (01:23:12):
You know what you do?

Speaker 4 (01:23:13):
What I mean in her past.

Speaker 5 (01:23:20):
Yes, actually.

Speaker 1 (01:23:28):
Easy Tops just miss.

Speaker 4 (01:23:31):
No, I think I got it.

Speaker 1 (01:23:33):
This is easy Top.

Speaker 4 (01:23:34):
Yeah, we're allowed to get them after they play right
on the road.

Speaker 2 (01:23:39):
Was that the deciding exactly? No, it wasn't. She got
way more because you gave her way easier once. But
that's fine.

Speaker 5 (01:23:45):
But she got way easier.

Speaker 2 (01:23:50):
Resort, she got way easier on that popper road.

Speaker 1 (01:23:56):
It wasn't enough. Okay.

Speaker 5 (01:24:03):
So you would have gotten me.

Speaker 1 (01:24:05):
Rock me on the day. Oh, absolutely would have got
rocked on fifty six.

Speaker 2 (01:24:09):
Absolutely. I wouldn't have gotten that poppy whatever poppy song
you played. It was like a top forty pop song
in there. I don't know what that want.

Speaker 5 (01:24:15):
Did she pass on it?

Speaker 2 (01:24:16):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (01:24:17):
Oh Miley Cyrus.

Speaker 2 (01:24:18):
Oh yeah, all right, Samansa, congratulations, you have got single
day passes for Louder than Life. You're gonna be there
for the Friday show with my Chemical Romance and a
whole bunch of other people too. Okay, Oh that's.

Speaker 4 (01:24:36):
Wonderful, Thank you so much.

Speaker 17 (01:24:38):
I'm taking my daughter Lindsey.

Speaker 2 (01:24:40):
Oh you guys have a great little mother daughter trip.
I love that you Hang on one second, we'll get
your hooked up now. All right.

Speaker 7 (01:24:46):
The three things you need to know before you go.

Speaker 4 (01:24:51):
All right, No rain expected today around Central Ohi after
eleven straight days of wet weather so far in August,
Columbus is recorded over five point three inches of rain,
Dayton has nearly eight inches. Parts of Perry County, where
severe flooding has taken place, parts have recorded between ten
and twenty inches of rain so far this month. Can
you imagine they've had to do all those water rescues

(01:25:14):
A couple days of water rescues. It's pretty nuts there.
The preliminary autopsy of actress Hayden Panatier found no signs
of trauma that contributed to her death. The thirty six
year old was found on response of Sunday inside a
residence in Greenville, South Carolina, with officials on the nine
one one call her talking about an overdose and cardiac arrest.
The call was reportedly made by an acquaintance. A full

(01:25:38):
autopsy report typically takes months to complete. Panitier been open
about her addiction and severe postpartum depression, with her former
partner and father of their daughter, Vladimir Klitschko, taking Instagram
to honor her memory and basically saying that their daughter
will never forget their mom, So I thought that was
very nice. Well, Oopsie's Virginia man who is found not

(01:26:00):
guilty by reason of insanity in the murder of his
landlord in twenty nineteen. He's been in a state mental
facility since then, and he was just ruled again. They
retest after I don't know if it's yearly to make
sure that it's still the appropriate place for them. And indeed,
they just recently re tested this guy and said, yeah,

(01:26:24):
he's still insane. He needs serious psychiatric help. A week
after that doctor's report came in, he was granted a
forty eight hour pass by who from the Northern Virginia
Mental Health Institute. They are allowed to despite the fact
that he is still criminally what do you call insane?

(01:26:46):
They can use their own discretion and hand out these
passes for leave as long as they know where the
person's going and that they agree to come back in
forty eight hours. So they let him go on July sixth,
where he walked out of the facility, traveled straight to
Washington Dulles and took a one way flight to Chajikistan.

(01:27:08):
Guy has gone?

Speaker 7 (01:27:09):
What?

Speaker 4 (01:27:09):
Yes gone?

Speaker 1 (01:27:12):
How does he have a crazy?

Speaker 2 (01:27:14):
A lot of passports.

Speaker 4 (01:27:15):
They had let him out before to get a passport. Oh,
at some point before in his stay at the psych hospital. Yeah,
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:27:23):
I don't I wonder if they called the authorities like, hey,
you're gonna want to keep an eye on this guy
because he's probably gonna murder someone.

Speaker 4 (01:27:30):
Yeah, exactly. So they've revoked the pass. A lot of
good that does. They've revoked the pass and there is
a warrant out, but the only way they can get
him is if he flies back into the US.

Speaker 2 (01:27:40):
No, we're not going to get him. Unpopular opinion. Maybe
I don't know. Let's say you are found criminally insane, right,
so you don't officially stand trial, and you don't officially
go to jail. You're putting a mental institution, right, Yes,
And let's say two or three years later, your quote
unquote cured, like, you get the medicine you need, You've

(01:28:02):
talked to a psychiatrist. You know you're on this regimen.
I think you should then leave the mental hospital and
go to You're still I don't care if you are
criminally insane at the time, You still you need to
do some time now.

Speaker 4 (01:28:14):
They will put you on te Okay, if you are
found incompetent to stand trial, they will put you in
a facility and work to make you competence.

Speaker 1 (01:28:25):
Yes, oh okay.

Speaker 4 (01:28:26):
But if you're already, if you've already been found not
guilty by reason of insanity, that's it. You can't go
back on trial for the same crime.

Speaker 2 (01:28:36):
It should Okay, you've Yeah, I guess, I guess, I
guess not guilty by reason of insanity. I think is
it bad? You can be criminally insane and we're gonna
lock you up. But after you're done locked up and
we kind of kind of fix you, you're going to pop. Yeah,
you're going you're You're then going to do your time.
Maybe maybe you get credit for the tit three years

(01:28:56):
you know, in your in the institution, but you got
another seven to go.

Speaker 18 (01:29:00):
Yeahan okay, So I find you guilted by reason of insanity,
then don't they sentence you to whatever they're gonna.

Speaker 2 (01:29:11):
Sentence you to, Yeah, the mental institution.

Speaker 1 (01:29:14):
So then that's your sentence.

Speaker 2 (01:29:16):
That's what I'm saying is but people get three years, Yeah,
you get treatment, you're not in jail. I'm saying after
that you should go to jail. I don't know. Maybe
I'm wrong. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:29:27):
It just seems like that seems right, like the right thing.

Speaker 4 (01:29:29):
Yeah, all right, those are your three things.

Speaker 1 (01:29:33):
Now let's see if we can learn you something. Sit
up and pay attention.

Speaker 2 (01:29:37):
Yeah, let's learn you some stuff on a Tuesday morning.
Make you a little bit smarter than you were when
you woke up today. Did you know the luxury cruise
lines Canard and Princess both have the Morning After Pill
available on board?

Speaker 1 (01:29:52):
Well, you know you're stuck out there, you need some help.
Went on vacation?

Speaker 2 (01:29:57):
You do you boo boom? Speaking of the Morning After pill?
Did you know that sperm whale's main defense mechanism is pooping?
They released so much that it's hard to see through
the wall of brown water. Really, if they're being attacked,
they poop wow, which I's just seen. I don't know

(01:30:18):
if that's a natural defense or just a natural thing,
because you know, we get scared, we poop sometimes. Did
you know that there's a mathematical reason this one's kind
of dumb? I mean, this is this is obvious. The
mathematical reason why everyone at the gym seems like they're

(01:30:40):
in better shape than you, Because people in great shape
tend to go to the gym more often, so you're
more likely to see those people than the ones who
work out less often.

Speaker 1 (01:30:48):
Yeah, that makes sense.

Speaker 2 (01:30:49):
Yeah. Did you know that in Major League Baseball, thirty
three players have hit home runs in their very first
at bat and on the very first pitch that they see.
Thirty three Yeah, eight of them were pitchers. In fact,
it just happened. Joshua Bayaz just broke the record. Is

(01:31:09):
now the only MLB player in history. He made his
debut for the Saint Louis Cardinals. The very first pitch
he saw he hit a home run.

Speaker 5 (01:31:18):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (01:31:18):
And then he had three at bats in the game
he hit home runs every time. Only MLB player to
make his debut and hit three home runs in that
same game, the same game, his first game ever as
a as a professional Major league bass first.

Speaker 1 (01:31:34):
Pitch ever, and then two more after that.

Speaker 2 (01:31:38):
And he's a pitcher, he's not a pitcher, but there
have been eight pitchers who have done it.

Speaker 7 (01:31:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:31:43):
Still, it's amazing, It's unbelievable. And finally, did you know
that now that engines are quieter, a lot of companies,
