Speaker 2 (00:10):

Hilliard. I took Bertie.

Speaker 2 (00:19):

seven thirty, starting to shut things down. I got three
bites in the four minutes it took to walk her
to the patch for her to pee and poop.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
And that was it.

Speaker 3 (00:31):
Warming.

Speaker 1 (00:31):
There's so much.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
I mean, they had the perfect hatching weather, whatever egg
laying weather that they do. It's been so bad. In fact,
I got one on my hand and I got him
just as he was getting me, and it went and
I just had the blood everywhere. So bad, you too?
Oh yeah, look at that. That's a good one.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
Yep.

Speaker 3 (00:53):
Well, this West Nile virus?

Speaker 1 (00:56):
Right? Why is my jaw hurt? How are you? Kelly? Great?

Speaker 3 (01:04):
Great? I have a little bit of a left eye twitch.
I don't know what's going on. There's too much caffeine
this morning or something.

Speaker 4 (01:10):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
I don't remember who told me this years ago. I
heard this rumor that when you get those twitches like that. Yeah,
it's like little.

Speaker 3 (01:21):
Muscles.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
Well yeah, but it's it's it's uh, not a virus.
It's like little things micro the bugs we have on
our face. Yeah, it's like but they're in like they
cause like in your muscles, almost like worms.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
Oh, come on, is that real?

Speaker 2 (01:42):
I don't know. That's what I heard years ago? Is
that I could be Yeah, I heard when you get
those little muscle twitches.

Speaker 3 (01:48):
Okay, that's not true. I hope in my eye. What
are you talking about? I've never heard in my life.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
This is a long time ago.

Speaker 3 (01:58):
Totally could be wrong, like in the seventeen hundred.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
No, no, no, but yeah, little little tiny infestations.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
What I'm just saying, Wow, way to make my eye
twitch sounds like something disgusting. Yeah, it made you sound unbathed.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
You know I wouldn't go that far.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
But you know, I'm not saying like pig pen dirty,
but just like.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
One shower a day doesn't do it for me.

Speaker 5 (02:32):
Okay, how are you think I'm doing right?

Speaker 1 (02:36):
Man? As well? How good you get arrested up after
your busy weekend?

Speaker 6 (02:39):
No, I forgot they were coming to.

Speaker 4 (02:41):
Utter company has been replacing everybody's meters.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
Okay, so they were I forgot.

Speaker 4 (02:50):
Yeah, we had the point yesterday they had to come
and replace our water, but the whole day.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
No, but they give you this window, which was all
you know, like right right, So I'm waiting and waiting.
So no, I'm sorry, get on that today. Get your nappy.
I know.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
I woke up yet again for the third bit, for
the third working day in a row.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
I woke up at two am again this morning.

Speaker 3 (03:15):
I read that that is caused by some kind of interest.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
I believe it, totally believe it. I'm completely invested. Although
I did finish my vows, well, uh you do, I did. Yeah,
I'll tweak a little bit. But yeah, speaking of which,
we're gonna talk about that. I found I found a
little preview of a Nora's vows. We're gonna talk about it.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
Eight o' five.

Speaker 6 (03:35):
Found them.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
Yeah, were you snooping around?

Speaker 2 (03:38):
Now? I found them online. I know, I know you'll see.
I'm gonna share them with you. We also talk about
who's in trouble at school already, now that we're about
a week in for most school districts, somebody is yeah,
and uh, the rule at worked that was put into
place because of an idiot coworker. Let you know how
we have warnings on your hair dryer. Now, let's they

(04:00):
do not use in shower like they had to put
that on there because someone did it. So, I don't
know if you've got a rule at work or something
because of the dumb coworker. We'll talk about that coming
up here in less than an hour plus. We've got
your tickets, your VIP tickets for a zucchini fest on
the way right now, let's go in blitz Morning Trivia Thick.

Speaker 4 (04:14):
All right, see if we can get somebody twenty five
bucks suspend it waterbeds and stuff if you're the first
one to text in the correct answer, A first of
its kind race is coming to downtown Plane City in September.
What will people be racing on? Sorry, Kelly, it's not unicycles.
First one to text and what they will be racing on?
At eight hundred two one ninety nine seven to zero

(04:35):
will win the gift card.

Speaker 1 (04:37):
All right, let's get that answer for Blitzed Morning Trivia Thick.
All right.

Speaker 4 (04:39):
The question was a first of its kind race is
coming to downtown Plane City in September.

Speaker 1 (04:44):
What will people be racing on what'd you call that? Goose?

Speaker 2 (04:49):
I'll I just saw a bunch of text messages and
I was trying to.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
Figure out what a penny farting bike was. Farthing, Oh, farthing.

Speaker 4 (04:57):
Originally, No, that makes much more sense a hi wheel bike,
just the giant front wheel and the dinky little back wheel.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
It's an opportunity, yeah, because what you what you do?
You could take the same bike because it sits so
high up and you put like a little satchel under.

Speaker 1 (05:16):
The seat so as you pedalism. Oh we'll be chushing.
Well no, but like a bag of pennies underneath the seat. Okay,
it starts farting out pen Yeah.

Speaker 4 (05:27):
Okay, there's a lot of pennies straight around Plane city.

Speaker 1 (05:31):
First of it's kind in the Midwest. So this guy
in Powell named J. P.

Speaker 4 (05:34):
O'Donnell, and this is like a hobby of his and
his sons.

Speaker 1 (05:38):
He's this passion they have and he wanted.

Speaker 4 (05:40):
To he's he's raced in the US and the UK
on these things other places, So we wanted to bring
it to.

Speaker 1 (05:45):
Central penny farthing bike owners to have a race.

Speaker 4 (05:49):
I guess, so, okay, I guess this is gonna be
September tenth, Downtown Plain City riders will kick off from
one to one Chilicothe Street.

Speaker 1 (05:56):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (05:57):
They will go as many point nine mile laps as
possible and one hour and then following that will be
the Plain City Corn Parade.

Speaker 1 (06:04):
That sounds like a riven and good tide.

Speaker 4 (06:07):
The slogan says no gears and no brakes racing to
kick off Plaine City Corn Carnival Weekend, a race one
hundred and fifty years in the making.

Speaker 1 (06:15):
Kelly, I think.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
You're probably the best educated on this subject to give
an opinion. What do you think would be harder Penny
Farthing bike riding or unicycle bike riding?

Speaker 3 (06:28):
Well, I don't know. Unicycle, I think, okay, when you're
just dealing with one wheel, yeah, I would.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
Agree with you. I would agree with you.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
I think that unicycle would be harder because once you
get going on a Penny Farthing bike, it's just yeah,
it's riding a.

Speaker 3 (06:43):
Bike, right, Yeah, you slam into a wall.

Speaker 1 (06:46):
Right. Evan Gayla from Athens.

Speaker 4 (06:50):
First one detect in the correct answer gets the twenty
five bucks to spend it water.

Speaker 1 (06:54):
Pens and stuff.

Speaker 2 (06:54):
Congratulations. Let's talk football. We had some stories yesterday. Just
as the show ended. Yesterday, we all got the beat
beats on our phone, the updates from ESPN and other
sporting areas. As the Browns have their starting quarterback, I
give him a month that long. Yeah, maybe maybe two games.

(07:17):
The first two games are on the road. I don't
know what it's going to be like when he comes
back to Cleveland.

Speaker 4 (07:21):
Although he did a show an apology for you know,
his comments about the fans over the weekend.

Speaker 1 (07:26):
Yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 3 (07:27):
You can expect the booze. I'm like, you didn't you
have no idea the pr surrounding you.

Speaker 6 (07:33):
I saw that.

Speaker 4 (07:34):
I mean, the NFL means had a day yesterday between
DeShawn and York.

Speaker 2 (07:40):
Deshaun just unbelievably. I mean, what do you do? How
bad does Sanders look? If Deshaun was making QB one.

Speaker 4 (07:49):
Well, everybody said Sanders out plating, But they only can
go by preseason.

Speaker 1 (07:53):
They don't see practice. Well, and then.

Speaker 2 (07:55):
Yesterday they put posted some clips of him in practice yesterday.

Speaker 1 (07:59):
Of schre No yeah.

Speaker 2 (08:04):
Right, and that the videos from fans and some from
some of the sports wheel.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
Stephen A.

Speaker 2 (08:11):
Smith came out and said, if he got arrested, for
being bad. I wouldn't necessarily be mad at the whole thing,
like he's that bad.

Speaker 1 (08:20):
How do you step how do you step onto that?

Speaker 4 (08:23):
The only reason I can think they made him starter
is because he's making so much money.

Speaker 1 (08:27):
Gotta be they got to get something out of it.

Speaker 6 (08:30):
The owners trying the same face as a.

Speaker 2 (08:33):
Lions fan, as someone who lived through Owen sixteen, I
feel bad for Browns.

Speaker 1 (08:40):
Well, they did it too. Did they really know that
I had a parade? Oh? I didn't know. I thought
the Lions were the first to do it. Yeah, right,
the Browns.

Speaker 4 (08:49):
The Brown's actually won one game, I think the year
after or the year before, so they went one win
and then no way.

Speaker 2 (08:56):
But even stupider than that would be the story that
came out shortly after Watson was named QB one for
the Browns, and that would be the owner of the
San Francisco forty nine ers, Jed York, being caught trying
to pay one hundred and forty dollars to a prostitute
in a trailer park right here in Ohio at.

Speaker 3 (09:19):
Nine in the morning.

Speaker 6 (09:21):
I didn't hear that.

Speaker 1 (09:22):
That's a day.

Speaker 2 (09:23):
That is a day you are a billionaire. Basically, and
you're paying one hundred and forty dollars and.

Speaker 4 (09:30):
Your team's gonna be playing in Your team's gonna be
playing in Vegas this weekend.

Speaker 1 (09:35):
You can go get the best of the best legally.

Speaker 4 (09:39):
And what.

Speaker 1 (09:42):
That's where they're from, right.

Speaker 4 (09:43):
Yeah, the Yorks and the Devardelows who have been, you know,
part of the forty nine ers forever, and you know
there's all the rumors that they are mafia family, you know,
going back because Youngstown was right there by East Palestine
and Youngstown was at halfway point between New York and Chicago.

Speaker 1 (09:59):
Yeah, a lot of minds the Falast time was where
the trailer.

Speaker 3 (10:01):
Park was, right, yeah, Palestine, he pronounced it. That's where
the train, right train the train run. Maybe you could
claim all those there's still some ground chemical spill. It's
really messed with your You accidentally wound up in a
trailer park getting a handy in the parking lot.

Speaker 2 (10:20):
I thought you were walking into the presidential suite of
the four Seasons of the w and really it's just
the trailer path park and Palestine. There's going to be
you know, they've got the the owners meeting coming up soon,
and there has been something placed on the docket for
this year's owners meeting. I want to change the name

(10:42):
of San Francisco sixty nine ers instead watch off for that.

Speaker 1 (10:45):
I feel like Bob Kraft is laughing somewhere right now.

Speaker 3 (10:49):
There is, like you said, lore with the York Family,
but wasn't Jed's brother. He had to hand over the
team to Jed because he got in a bunch of criminal.

Speaker 4 (10:59):
And Ed Bartelow and you know, I mean, and they're
just it's just a notorious.

Speaker 3 (11:04):
But they're worth like, oh yeah, jet alone.

Speaker 2 (11:12):
Is worth a half billion nine thirty am on a
Sunday morning in a trailer park in Ohio. And not
only that, you show up ready to go and then
you find out, no, it's a sting operation. That person
isn't even here, that person isn't even real. Went to
a very popular web It was a backdoor. I think

(11:33):
it's called back doors. It's that still a website is
at the back page all back doors what you get
from back page? Sorry, okay, never mind. Is that still
an active webs Is that the website he used? Because
they said he went on a popular website?

Speaker 3 (11:45):
Yeah, it sounds like this, right, what and you have
two sons, two sons at home that are probably just
starting back at school.

Speaker 2 (12:00):
Yeah, for sure, Like you got to step down, You
just got to step aside and just.

Speaker 1 (12:05):
Live your life now, like you can't. Bopcraft didn't. Yeah,
that's true.

Speaker 2 (12:10):
I guess when you've got fu money, you can do
it in the in today's twenty four hour news cycle,
this will be done and gone by the time the
season starts, right, it'll be brought up an opening day,
like the first game. It'll be brought up, and then
it'll just go away after that, because that's the type
of news cycle we live in now.

Speaker 1 (12:25):
Did I can't remember if Bobcraft got any kind of punishment.
I don't care. What what can you? What are you
gonna do? Yeah? So spending, Yeah, I mean exactly. I mean,
blieve me.

Speaker 2 (12:35):
There are players that have done way worse than hiring
or trying to hire a prostitute.

Speaker 1 (12:40):
One of them starting for the Browns. Yeah. See, it's
gonna be an interesting news day for Jed York.

Speaker 7 (12:45):
That is, for certain, not so breaking news. The news
already broke. We're trying to put it back together.

Speaker 1 (12:53):
All right.

Speaker 2 (12:54):
Just moments ago, we were having a conversation about the
news that broke yesterday San Francisco, forty nine ers onner
Jed York was busted right here in Ohio trying to
hire a prostitute for one hundred and forty dollars at
a trailer park.

Speaker 1 (13:06):
And as it turns out, he.

Speaker 2 (13:08):
Went to the website, negotiated the deal, went to show
up and it was a sting operation. Well never was
a real prostitute. It was just the police waiting for him.
So always the worst when you get caught by a
fake something. Well, it's happened yet again down south. Yes,
we're heading down to Florida. We have ourselves at WTF

(13:29):
what Florida. A twenty four year old man in Florida
named Evan Meyer was just arrested because he's out there
doing what a lot of people want to do. He's
out there busting up flot cameras. We've heard stories about this.
People are making like signs and sitting out front holding
up signs that cover up the lens. People are cutting wires,

(13:50):
people are knocking down poles. Well, Evan's out there with
a baseball bat, just taken out flock cameras well. Unfortunately,
the latest one that he targeted it wasn't a real
flock camera because that flock camera had already been stolen,
and so I guess someone at the police station had
themselves a three D printer and printed what looked like

(14:11):
a flock camera and put it up until they got
a real one back. And then Evan showed up with
a baseball bat to break up the flock camera, which
wasn't a real flock camera. But just so you know,
if you ever try and break up a non real
flock camera, you still get in trouble for what you
think is a real flock camera. So yeah, unfortunately he's

(14:33):
going to still be in trouble because of his attempt
to break the flock camera. Evan faces charges of grand theft,
criminal mischief, damaging computer or electronic equipment and he was
finally released on bailance seventy five hundred dollars, but yeh
still has to show up court and I'm sorry, it's
gonna be probably gonna cost him some more money. I

(14:54):
don't know if you're gonna do jail time for that,
but you're definitely getting fined. Do you have to pay
the cost if you break a fake three D printed
plot camera thinking it's a real flock camera. Do you
have to pay the replacement fee for the real flock
camera or just for the parts of materials for the
fake flock Yeah?

Speaker 1 (15:12):
Right printed with right exactly.

Speaker 2 (15:14):
I don't know, which obviously would be much cheaper than
having to replace a real flot camera.

Speaker 4 (15:18):
Which funny is, while he's knocking down this flock camera,
he's probably on somebody's ring camera doing it.

Speaker 2 (15:23):
Ye.

Speaker 6 (15:24):
Wait, every time you leave your house or on I've.

Speaker 3 (15:27):
Seen the videos on TikTok where they're like, here's how
you do it, here's how you take down a flot camera.
Here's how you conceal your identity, here's what you with
the tools you bring.

Speaker 2 (15:35):
I saw one guy do it, and he said, what
you shouldn't do is take this bandsaw and cut it
at this particular spot.

Speaker 3 (15:44):
Don't do it.

Speaker 2 (15:45):
You don't want to do that because if you do that,
the flock camera comes inoperable. And then if you cut
this wire, it's going to disconnect and you should not
do that.

Speaker 3 (15:53):
Yes, geez.

Speaker 2 (15:55):
Starting number two takes us to Alboy, Georgia, where the
police department took to social media asking for the public's
help to identify a suspect We've seen this before. If
you get security footage of someone robbing a store or something,
your face is then put on social media and the
police will say, if you know this person, and that
seems like you know a good way to help out

(16:17):
your community. You've got some you know, a harmful, aggressive,
potentially dangerous person on the loose in your community, brandishing
a weapon, stealing other people's property. You don't want that,
so you put that over social media and hopefully the
people in your community can help you identify those people.
Except when the individual they're looking for picked up thirty

(16:42):
dollars off the ground at a Walmart. Yes, police jumped
online and said an individual drop thirty dollars on the
ground while shopping. This individual picked up the money and
did not turn it into employees.

Speaker 3 (16:55):
Really, I did that at Costco. I picked there was
a twenty dollars bill, picked it up. I looked around
for keep somebody looking for their twenty dollar bill and
I didn't see it. And I asked my sister what
should I do with this? And she's like, I don't know,
keep it yeah, all right, I didn't turn it in.

Speaker 2 (17:11):
If I find a twenty I'm doing the quick footstomp
and just standing there for a moment looking around, make
sure nobody saw me do the footstomp, and then I'm.

Speaker 1 (17:21):
Gonna tie your shoe, stretch and bend.

Speaker 2 (17:24):
Over time I shoes go to the mind. Come on,
this seems like a waste. They're gonna put this person
all over social media for thirty dollars.

Speaker 1 (17:34):
The department did soon.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
Post an update after that, saying the suspect in question,
I guess saw themselves or someone saw him on social media.
He returned the money to the victim, who then dropped
charges that they were intentionally or I'm sorry, initially intending
to pursue go after someone for thirty dollars.

Speaker 3 (17:51):
See, I felt bad about it, leaving the store with
at twenty dollars. I did feel bad about it because
I know somebody was probably missing that and it wasn't mine,
and I don't need twenty dollars, like I would have
rather given it to somebody. I don't know why I
didn't just turn it into the front desk because it's a.

Speaker 1 (18:09):
Waste of time, because that's ridiculous.

Speaker 2 (18:11):
Yeah, people did comment. This is social media, so you
know the forum is open. Okay, someone said my fourteen
year old daughter found ten dollars on the floor at
the movies last month. She was so happy, But I
guess now I have to explain the police are coming
and she'll be spending Christmas in prison. Yeah, this person says,
So when I find pennies and quarters on the ground,

(18:33):
who do I turn them into?

Speaker 1 (18:34):
Like?

Speaker 2 (18:35):
What's the line? Because this is thirty dollars? Do you
do it for a twenty? Do you do it for
the fifteen cents you found? But where's the line where
the police aren't going to last you on social media
and go looking for you. Finally, someone said, just last week,
I found twenty dollars on the ground. I'd like to
turn myself in. The fugitive life is too hard.

Speaker 1 (18:55):
I got it.

Speaker 2 (18:55):
You don't want to be on the lamb this whole time.
It's not easy to continuously hide yourself. Come on, Albany, Georgia.
Police do better as you're not still breaking news nine
ninety seven The Blitz. I saw someone post this question
on the world Wide webs and I thought it was
kind of funny, because you know, we have warning labels
on products, and we've joked before, and we've read the
world's dumbest warning labels before. Don't take your toaster into

(19:19):
your bethtub, don't use your hair dryer in the shower,
you know, not for the human consumption on a tide pod.

Speaker 3 (19:30):
Wasn't there a kid's Superman costume that says that it
wasn't capable of real flight or something like that?

Speaker 2 (19:37):
Yeah, yeah, yep, But they're there because obviously someone tried.

Speaker 3 (19:44):
Something something, Yeah, that he jumped off something.

Speaker 2 (19:47):
And then the lawyers were like, well, I guess we
got to warn people not to do that. But someone
posted the question is there a rule at work because
of something a coworker did? It was not a rule
before this coworker did something really stupid, and so now
it's either it's either in the employee handbook or maybe

(20:09):
every new employee is just warned, hey, by the way,
don't do this because this happened one time. So even
though it sounds like I shouldn't have to warn you, now,
we have to warn you.

Speaker 3 (20:20):
We had an employee here not that long ago, who
burn up a bunch of bacon in the microphone and
the entire building smelled like cancer.

Speaker 1 (20:30):
Okay, that you're right.

Speaker 3 (20:33):
So I don't know if a rule came.

Speaker 2 (20:34):
Out of that, well, yes, one did a self imposed
rule that I will no longer microwave bacon. In fact,
I got yelled at by our social media woman, yeah,
because she happens to be vegetarian.

Speaker 1 (20:50):
Yes, and she's like, she's like, I can't believe she's.

Speaker 2 (20:55):
Something about the microwave. And then she goes and then
you threw away all the burnt bits in the guard can,
so it just like permeated the entire room for two days.

Speaker 3 (21:05):
Was she seen later eating the hamburger though, because it
smelled like meat, you would.

Speaker 1 (21:10):
Know she was not. She was not. She was not
thrilled am up the whole thing, which I get.

Speaker 2 (21:13):
I apologize to her. So, yeah, self imposed role. I
will not be microwaving bacon again.

Speaker 1 (21:18):
Or I will not.

Speaker 2 (21:19):
I will make sure that at least I have the
window to stand there because I had to run back
in here because we were getting ready to go on
the air and I had the microwave run its course
and it was a little too long for the microwave bacon.

Speaker 3 (21:31):
We've had aggressive signs posted on the refrigerator and at
work here.

Speaker 2 (21:37):
Oh yeah, we've definitely had aggressive signs, yeah about cleaning.

Speaker 3 (21:41):
It out or yeah, cleaning it out, or don't throw
out things that aren't yours a.

Speaker 6 (21:46):
Hole things like, yeah, things that aren't yours.

Speaker 3 (21:48):
Yeah, don't things that aren't yours.

Speaker 1 (21:50):
We had a guy that did that a lot.

Speaker 3 (21:52):
Don't don't move my diet coke from where I had it.

Speaker 1 (21:58):
Ninety nine seven.

Speaker 2 (21:59):
Oh what's that rule put in place because a coworker
did something? Tristan says, we now have a clock out
for lunch because someone used to take an hour plus
on lunch and they would never ever clock.

Speaker 1 (22:09):
Out, so now they had to step up. That's it. Yeah,
you have to do it.

Speaker 2 (22:14):
Chris says, we have a sign at the warehouse that
no drug use is allowed on property because so many
people were out there smoking their weeds and stuff right there,
right there in the parking lot.

Speaker 1 (22:27):
Understandable. Let's see, we are no longer.

Speaker 2 (22:31):
Allowed to wear shorts because one of the guys got
poop on his leg and complained about it so much,
even though it's their own fault they're getting poop on
their leg, then now they have to wear pants instead
of shorts.

Speaker 3 (22:41):
Getting on their leg at work.

Speaker 1 (22:43):
People who work with.

Speaker 2 (22:47):
That makes sense, yep, Danielle, no fish in the microwave. Yeah,
that's that should be a good rule. But hi, who's this?

Speaker 1 (22:58):
Hello? Hi Christine? How are you on a Tuesday?

Speaker 8 (23:03):
I'm doing okay, I'm going into work.

Speaker 1 (23:05):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (23:05):
Do you guys have a rule at work because an
employee did something dumb?

Speaker 9 (23:10):
We do.

Speaker 8 (23:11):
We have something called the Mona rule. Mona and a
lady Nae. Mona was working so much overtime that she
couldn't stay away during her regular shifts. So now there
are rules of how much every time you can work.

Speaker 2 (23:26):
So she's putting in the extra hours, but so many
extra hours that she's falling asleep during midday during the
regular hours. Oh, I know, I know someone who has
an employee like that at their office.

Speaker 1 (23:41):
They'll look over and they're just kind of hunched over jecially. Yeah,
thank you so much for the call. I appreciate the
Mona rule. Yeah, you can't be a sleep and at work.

Speaker 4 (23:50):
There and he said, somebody kept sitting on the toilet
and wiping boogers on the wall and the bathroom staw.
It was so gross. I got the point they had
to post signs about it.

Speaker 3 (23:58):
Oh no, has some stop world, This not kindergarten.

Speaker 2 (24:07):
Hey, sometimes you gotta give it a flick. You don't
always see where it lands. Now, if you're purposely wiping
it on the wall, that to you.

Speaker 3 (24:14):
How about you're right there where there's toilet paper, right,
use it?

Speaker 1 (24:19):
My god?

Speaker 2 (24:20):
Yeah, but the good roll around flick is that's a
good time.

Speaker 1 (24:24):
You can kill a good four or five minutes.

Speaker 2 (24:31):
Let's see here a body works at a place where
they actually had to put up a sign must wash
and shower daily. Oh no, no, blood tie?

Speaker 1 (24:40):
Who's this? Tom? Tom? Hey? Tom?

Speaker 2 (24:46):
What's the rule at work that's in place now because
of a dumb employee?

Speaker 10 (24:50):
Well, me and my Boddy happened we a dumb employee.
We decided to see who could drink the most beer
after work, and we had a couple and zat Kroger
at a Vineicar golf course.

Speaker 2 (25:03):
And then Monday morning we got called in with a
bunch of complaints that.

Speaker 10 (25:06):
The movers were off breaking have it on the town
forts such nine the medmas.

Speaker 1 (25:12):
What, yeah, were you still in the right exactly?

Speaker 2 (25:17):
I was gonna say, were you still in your work
t shirt that the logo of the company and everything.

Speaker 1 (25:22):
Yeah, yeah, that'll do it.

Speaker 2 (25:25):
Gotta be careful, I appreciate the call man. Thank you
so much.

Speaker 4 (25:29):
This craig, Melissa says, there's a sign in my work.
This is clean up after yourself. Your mother doesn't work here,
but my mother did work there, right.

Speaker 1 (25:39):
Come on, take care of this for me. Thanks.

Speaker 2 (25:43):
Oh God, I had to put up a sign don't
white poop on the bathroom stall?

Speaker 1 (25:47):
What come on now?

Speaker 3 (25:49):
God?

Speaker 2 (25:54):
Eight one ninety nine seven. I would love to know
do you have a rule or a sign work now?
Because one employee did something stupid and now everyone's got
to pay the price.

Speaker 1 (26:05):
Now, all right, there's.

Speaker 11 (26:07):
Three things you need to know before you go.

Speaker 3 (26:11):
Eighteen year old Brianna Dutcher was in court yesterday pleading
not guilty to murder charges in the death of her mother.
Prosecutors alleged that Dutcher plotted with her boyfriend and his
roommate to kill her mother, fifty five year old Tamila
Dutcher in her Delaware County home on August fourteenth. Brianna,
her boyfriend, Christian Evans, and his roommate to jamieus Payne,
remain in jail on three million dollars bond each. All

(26:33):
three face life in prison if convicted. Would you rather,
would you rather have erectile dysfunction or treat your ED
and gradually lose your vision? Oh so you can, well,
I live with ED or fix the ED, but your
vision goes Well, here's the thing.

Speaker 2 (26:53):
At this point, I was told I was going to
go blind anyways, so really yeah, yeah, gotcha point.

Speaker 3 (27:01):
New research is showing a link between the use of
the drug tadalophil, which is commonly known as cialis, and glaucoma.
Health records of seventy four thousand, many just forty and older,
half of whom have used drugs like cialis long term
those who have not. They were studied, and the men
who did use tadalaphil were twenty two percent more likely
to develop glaucoma than those who did not use the drugs. Now,

(27:23):
this is long term use, and you're just being recommended
if you do use it, to make sure you get
your vision checked regularly, so you can, you know, cut
that off of the past. If you start showing signs.

Speaker 1 (27:36):
I'm probably using it, I'm probably using it.

Speaker 3 (27:39):
Yeah yeah, yeah, Okay. About ten days ago, the new
HBO superhero series Lanterns started up. I don't know if
you guys are watching it.

Speaker 1 (27:48):
Have not yet achieve.

Speaker 2 (27:49):
I'm like, is that going to be my afternoon show?
I might, but there's only a couple episodes in there
doing the weekly thing, so I'm probably gonna wait.

Speaker 3 (27:56):
So they do drop a new episode every Sunday. There
are two episodes deep right now. And did you know
this that if you make an educated guess on what
happens in the show, Warner Brothers is threatening legal action
against you.

Speaker 1 (28:09):
Saw before the show started this morning? Yeah, I was like,
am I not reading this or what? It's just because
you guess.

Speaker 3 (28:14):
A plot right, and if you guess it right, I
guess because there is a blogger and an editor at
Cosmic book News named Matt mcgloyin who correctly guessed the
ending of the show's first episode. He guessed it back
in March. The first episode aired ten days ago Warner Brothers,
so people were reposting it and adding their own sort

(28:35):
of theories, and it turned out it was exactly what happened.
Warner Brothers sent him a takedown notice and said you
either take down your post or were suing you. He
took it down, so that's where that ended. But FYI,
if you make a very good educated guess you might
get a That's.

Speaker 2 (28:55):
So strange because I remember people doing this for Avenger
Endgame when they were gonna have the big climactic battle
or what was gonna happen in the movie, and they
were all kind of guesses of like a time heist
and they were gonna go back in time to get
the and.

Speaker 1 (29:10):
It was all pretty much correct. That's what that's what
these people do.

Speaker 4 (29:15):
I mean, millions and millions of people were trying to
guess who was gonna end up on the throne at
the end of Game of Thrones.

Speaker 1 (29:21):
Somebody had to have said who it was. That's crazy.

Speaker 10 (29:24):
Yep.

Speaker 3 (29:25):
Well, don't do it to Warner Brothers because they don't
put up with it.

Speaker 1 (29:27):
That's unreal.

Speaker 12 (29:28):
Three things, It's the Morning Blitz, It's time rock and Rumble,
Kelly versus Goose.

Speaker 2 (29:41):

Speaker 10 (30:41):

Speaker 1 (30:43):
You also like to make mistakes? That's fine?

Speaker 2 (30:45):

Speaker 1 (31:11):
We hit it?

Speaker 11 (31:12):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (31:12):
Yeah? Is this back and forth? Or is this uh
we can go back and forth?

Speaker 3 (31:16):
Oh okay, we can do that.

Speaker 1 (31:19):
So you only get one guess and then it goes
back and forth. Okay, all right, so you'll just keep me.
This might be the last time we played this. Probably
a good idea. We're also running out of state later
three times?

Speaker 3 (31:33):

great Lake stays at Ohio. That's the Buckeye State. Great
Lakes Michigan, Wisconsin, said Wisconsin, Wisconsin, Edmond Fitzgerald. So you
know it's they discussed all the great lakes.

Speaker 2 (33:17):
So I thought you should have gone with Wisconsin. Would
have been a better answer.

Speaker 1 (33:24):
All right, guys, how about the north Star state. It's a.

Speaker 2 (33:33):
North Dakota, Wyoming, Montyo, Mantana. North Star state is Montana, No, damnit, Kelly,
North Dakota.

Speaker 1 (33:45):

Speaker 6 (34:13):
Now she said that, Oh.

Speaker 2 (34:16):
You take blockout seventy five percent of the things. She says,
uh uh the North Star Dallas, No, I mean the
North Star the.

Speaker 1 (34:32):

Speaker 3 (34:46):
I feel like I said Minnesota.

Speaker 1 (34:47):
No you didn't.

Speaker 3 (34:48):
I'll just take the point.

Speaker 1 (34:49):
Who went first on that one? I don't know Goose, Yeah, sure,
yeah you did. You did? Uh uh Minnesota.

Speaker 4 (34:57):
I almost set us the state name, so I'll pick

Oklahoma, Mount Rushmore State, South Dakota.

Speaker 6 (35:10):
All right, it never gets the next one wins.

Speaker 3 (35:13):
Sure, just shout it out. Okay, all right, go on

Speaker 1 (35:19):
No Wyomy, no.

Speaker 3 (35:24):

it in school anymore.

Speaker 1 (35:53):
They don't wannybody know where anything is. Even if they did.

Speaker 2 (35:57):

turn them blind's eye to it.

Speaker 1 (36:46):
But uh, your grandparents are out there smoking weed.

Speaker 2 (36:53):
They just released a new piece of information from the
National Survey on Drug Use and Health, and as it
turns out, between twenty twenty one and twenty twenty three,
people aged sixty five and older have seen a forty
six percent jump in marijuana use. Women were the biggest

(37:16):
gainers now men older Men still smoke more overall, but
women especially saw a big jump in use, and the
wealthy saw a huge jump in use. Sixty five and
older one of the largest growing consumers of the marijuana. Wow,

(37:39):
you think you're gonna be seventy five six sitting there
on the couch lighting up a.

Speaker 1 (37:43):
Joint if I live that long? Fair? Absolutely? Why not
see what it's working right? Seventy five? True?

Speaker 3 (37:54):
You know, I wonder if they're still like I. My
mom's elderly and has a she with her appetite, And
I was like, oh, that'll fit that you know legitimately,
I know people like to say that, you know, it
has other medicinal usages, and we obviously have had medicinal
marijuana for years. So I thought, I wonder if she

(38:14):
would be interested, and she said, I don't want to
be a drug addict.

Speaker 2 (38:20):
Yeah, still got the mentality your eighties.

Speaker 3 (38:22):
So that's that is the mentality there in your sixties.
I think it's a little different. Seventies a little different.

Speaker 2 (38:28):
Maybe when my mom's cancer real kind of started to
kick into high gear. They recommended it, and she had
friends sure that brought her, you know, pre rolls and
things like that.

Speaker 1 (38:42):
And she was never It's interesting because she quit.

Speaker 2 (38:45):
Smoking like twenty years to smoke her all of her life,
but she quit like twenty years ago, and so to
go back and try and smoke some of this it
didn't really, it wasn't.

Speaker 1 (38:56):
She wasn't a fan.

Speaker 2 (38:57):
But she tried ointments and stuff you can tummies. I
can't remember if she did. She might have done a
couple edibles.

Speaker 4 (39:03):
Speaking of what Kelly was talking about, Dude, the gummies
give you the monchies? Because I don't do gummies, but
I just wonder do they give you the munchies too.

Speaker 1 (39:09):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (39:10):
So yeah, Grandma, Grandma and Grandpa could be sitting out
there on their patio before they are uh four or
fifteen dinner.

Speaker 1 (39:18):
Lighting one up.

Speaker 2 (39:19):
Yeah, that that apple sauce is gonna taste extra good.
That tap yoca really comes out once you blaze one up,
and he may not need viagra. Possibility, It's a possibility. Yeah,
I just think about that. I mean, I might have
to jump in with you, Thick and get into the
old horticulture typeeria because it seems like there's an untapped market.

Speaker 3 (39:43):
You know, it's better than actually growing at yourself, having
a good friend who grows it.

Speaker 4 (39:47):
True, I might have to waste so much do I mean,
I'd probably give away ninety percent of what I grow.

Speaker 2 (39:53):
Here's the thing, though, I I really want to I gotta.
I'm coming up with a special line just for just
for of the sixty five and older.

Speaker 3 (41:31):
Okay, let's see here, Uh knock knock a sorry, really
can't do a joke if somebody won't play along. Who's
there Daisy, Daisy who day rolling?

Speaker 1 (41:55):
All right? Uh?

Speaker 2 (41:56):
School is back in session, has been for well, for
so districts it's been I don't know, two or three
four days. For my boys, they're uh not what but
six days in not quite a week. Other school districts
in the area I know started, they're like ten days in.
Who's in trouble already? Eight ninety nine seven?

Speaker 1 (42:18):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (42:19):
Has someone already gotten in trouble after school? Something big?
Something small? What could it be? I'm trying to remember.
They usually took me a little bit of time to
get in trouble.

Speaker 3 (42:33):
You had to get comfortable, yeah, before you started acting out.

Speaker 2 (42:36):
I got I got through my first semester. Wait, no, quarter,
semester's too long. I got through my first quarter without
getting in trouble. Every year I at least tried to
keep my head down for a little bit. But I
want to know eight hundred A two one ninety nine seven. Oh,
who's gotten in trouble already in school?

Speaker 1 (42:56):
Blit' tie? Who's this? I'm sorry? Who it's?

Speaker 13 (43:03):
Britt?

Speaker 1 (43:03):
Britt? Hi, Britt? Did one of your children already get
in trouble in school?

Speaker 9 (43:10):
So, my fourteen year old eighth grader. He's been in
for exactly a week, and he pulls into the.

Speaker 13 (43:19):
Office Friday because during.

Speaker 9 (43:21):
His first football game of the season, he punched another
player in the game.

Speaker 1 (43:28):
You can't do that?

Speaker 6 (43:29):
What grade?

Speaker 13 (43:32):
Eighth grade?

Speaker 1 (43:33):
Eighth grade, eighth grade?

Speaker 2 (43:35):
It'll score football? Was this another team or someone on
his team? Like during practice?

Speaker 13 (43:44):
Another team?

Speaker 1 (43:45):
Another team?

Speaker 6 (43:45):
So during the game?

Speaker 1 (43:46):
What what position does your son play.

Speaker 9 (43:50):
At the time, he was playing center center?

Speaker 2 (43:55):
Okay, so he's a big guy, he's in the he's
in the thick of it right when the ball is
snapped and did do you know what the story was?

Speaker 1 (44:02):
Do you know why he punched this person?

Speaker 9 (44:07):
Okay, I can't really say what was said, but the
trash talking, it was trash talking that turned into it
deeply offensive racial Oh.

Speaker 2 (44:19):
Yeah, okay, hey, when that happens, I mean, what words
will fly on the football field.

Speaker 1 (44:25):
But there's a line not to be crossed.

Speaker 2 (44:27):
So yeah, well, uh, is he still allowed to play?

Speaker 1 (44:31):
They didn't kick him off the team, did they?

Speaker 11 (44:34):
No?

Speaker 1 (44:34):
No?

Speaker 13 (44:34):
So basically I guess the mother of that other kid
called our school demanding that he'd be expelled. He got
pulled into the office by the principal and she got
in trouble, but dinging trouble. Basically, he told, hey, don't
do this again.

Speaker 2 (44:54):
Right because it was directed at him, I'm assuming he
was retaliating.

Speaker 11 (45:00):
Yeah, okay during run.

Speaker 2 (45:04):
Okay, yeah, that's good for it. Some extra suicides or whatever.

Speaker 4 (45:07):
Okay, all right, did they throw a penalty flag when
it happened?

Speaker 14 (45:12):
No?

Speaker 1 (45:14):
Oh, okay, so did he didn't get caught?

Speaker 2 (45:17):
Okay, all right, Well I appreciate cal, Thank you so much.
I hope you have yourself a great Tuesday. And yeah,
no more punching kids on the football field. Do you
remember you have told stories you were a little bit
of a troublemaker.

Speaker 3 (45:29):
No, I wasn't. I was a very much a rule follower.
I got in trouble one time. In all my years
of school, from kindergarten through twelfth grade, I got in
trouble one time. It was in sixth grade. We had
a substitute teacher and I was just a yamorin and
a yamoran and she sent me out in the hallway
and I thought I was going to pass out. I
was so just worried, upset, embarrassed. I thought, what what

(45:54):
does this mean? I'm in trouble?

Speaker 1 (45:56):
Just going on my permanent record.

Speaker 3 (45:58):
Yeah, like I couldn't. I felt so dizzy by the
prospect that I was going to be sitting out in
the hallway. I thought, well, this is it, Like I
I don't know how to handle this. This is Yeah,
this was a tragedy for me, and it never happened again.

Speaker 2 (46:16):
I think with having a mother who worked two jobs
and was so busy, and having the laid back father
that I did, I think that was a problem because
there was never really any punishment, like I would get
a talking to, but I'm like, oh, is that all.

Speaker 1 (46:31):
That's going to happen. Yeah, all right, well continue on
with my ways.

Speaker 4 (46:35):
That's going on in every household these days. Yeah, a
lot no punishment.

Speaker 2 (46:40):
Whatever happened to the permanent record? I mean, if that,
if that wasn't one of the biggest lies of the
seventies and eighties for us kids. It's going to go
on your permanent record. I don't it's going to go
on your permanent record. Nobody has a permanent Is.

Speaker 3 (46:53):
It a permanent record? So you say, you get suspended,
So what.

Speaker 11 (46:57):
What does that do?

Speaker 1 (47:00):
Kid?

Speaker 3 (47:00):
It doesn't keep you out of college, It doesn't.

Speaker 2 (47:02):
No, you're so right, you get threatened by a permanent
record or something, just laugh in their face.

Speaker 1 (47:08):
There is no permanent record. Oh it's gonna go on
my permanent record.

Speaker 3 (47:11):
You're gonna be fine, so you can't be sick anymore days. There,
it'll go on your permanent record.

Speaker 2 (47:16):
I like, I like Britney's response. Lancaster schools, the city
schools haven't started yet, so my kids are safe for now.
Do this topic next week, right, yeah, exactly, just give
it a couple of days. Eight hundred eight two one
ninety nine seven zero. Have you been in trouble before?
Let's see, Mike says, yesterday was my son's first day

(47:38):
of educational futures and we already been called to the
office for his fifteen year old attitude. Yeah, sometimes those
teenagers can have a bit of a tude, bit, a
bit of a tune.

Speaker 1 (47:49):
All right.

Speaker 2 (47:50):
Eight hundred ninety nine seven If you got one ninety
nine seven of the blitz, All right, we're talking about
kids who are already in trouble in the school years.
Some school districts in the area are you know, two
or three days in summer about a week. Some are
even like ten days in So who's already in trouble.
Who are going with the first, Jared, Jared, what happened?
You're what your or fifth grader? Five year old? That's right,

(48:16):
I got my numbers confused. Your five year old is
already in trouble.

Speaker 1 (48:19):
What happened? Well, he was.

Speaker 10 (48:23):
All the kids were in there, and the teacher decided
to give all the students it was an art project
paper towels rolls. We want you to Yeah, you use
your imagination, anything you want to do, you know it,
be as creative as possible, and do a project and
art project with these paper towel roles. Well, my son

(48:44):
and another boy decided to use them as swords and
create swords. Yes, of sword fights.

Speaker 1 (48:51):
Okay, that's what you do. I don't see the problem right.

Speaker 10 (48:53):
I didn't either, But apparently the teacher was offended and
said that it was considered a deadly weapon, and then
they needed to be sented to the principal office.

Speaker 11 (49:03):
Oh my god.

Speaker 10 (49:04):
They were threatening each other and could hurt each other
with them.

Speaker 1 (49:09):
It's going on their permanent record. I don't know what else.

Speaker 3 (49:15):
Is the toilet paper going to be beside a sword
or a wiener? What what are you doing with a
toilet paper rolls in the middle, Yeah right right, paperwor.

Speaker 10 (49:25):
Than that, they had to call both of our parents in,
just all of us had to come in and set
for counseling because apparently our kids were so bad that
they were saying this is a serious offense and we
need to take it serious before they get older. And
I started laughing.

Speaker 2 (49:42):
Yeah, I'm probably going off.

Speaker 4 (49:45):
I mean, if you're a teacher, you just go no, boys,
we don't play sword fights.

Speaker 1 (49:48):
We need you to make something else. Don't do that.
That's only the teacher needed to do.

Speaker 3 (49:53):
Yeah, good god, where's the comments.

Speaker 10 (49:56):
He's like thinking he's going to get you know, if
they trouble you're okay?

Speaker 3 (50:03):
Wow?

Speaker 1 (50:04):
Yeah, No, I would have done the exact same thing.
I don't understand.

Speaker 2 (50:10):
Well, the only only thing you should have done is
the next day you should have sent him in with
the gift wrapping paper roll.

Speaker 1 (50:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (50:19):
Now I'm coming back. Now I'm coming back fully armed. Well,
I appreciate call, Jared, have itself a great day. Thank
you so much.

Speaker 1 (50:27):
Kenda. Hello, Kenda, how are you?

Speaker 15 (50:30):
I'm good? How are you saying?

Speaker 10 (50:31):
Hi? Kelly?

Speaker 1 (50:32):
Hi?

Speaker 2 (50:32):
Now this was you who got in trouble back in
the day, early in the school year.

Speaker 1 (50:36):
What happened in fifth grade?

Speaker 15 (50:38):
Yeah, well, let me start by saying, I am now
sixty one years old. I remember this day yesterday. Okay,
it was about a month or two into the school year.

Speaker 1 (50:47):
Well, you can't bring your sip gun to school.

Speaker 11 (50:51):
Well it was, oh okay.

Speaker 15 (50:53):
Back then, we had a thing called slam books, and
you put everybody's name in it, and everybody wrote up
opinion about the person. Well, some were so nice and
some were, well, you weren't spaced to have him in. In
fifth grade, missus High school was found it and the
whole class got swapped, got a swat. We got lined

(51:15):
up in the hallway. She was about four foot and
three foot wide, and she lined up the whole classroom
and we got a swat, and I didn't get the
boy again.

Speaker 1 (51:24):
Every one in the class got swatted.

Speaker 10 (51:27):
Line it up every wow in the class.

Speaker 1 (51:30):
That's how they did it.

Speaker 15 (51:31):
Yeah, yeah, and I can remember that day. It was yesterday.
As a speaking about it behind.

Speaker 4 (51:39):
End, hurts man, did you did you say you never
got in trouble again?

Speaker 1 (51:44):
I never got in trouble. See bring back the past. Well,
I appreciate the cal again. To thank you so much.

Speaker 2 (51:52):
Wow, just a lot of you know you should do
is uh, that's that's what the paper taller role is
used for.

Speaker 3 (51:59):
Yes, the swat yet, well, you just give them a bonk.

Speaker 2 (52:02):
On the head. That's what you do. You take that
paper towel roll and you just right across the head.

Speaker 6 (52:09):
That would work for.

Speaker 1 (52:09):
A kindergartener, it would. Yeah, I have to.

Speaker 3 (52:11):
Look up paper towel roll crafts because I literally could
not think of anything else you'd use it for. But
then like a sword, Yeah, what else? Are you turning
it into rocket? Okay, that's a good one, or like
little robots, or like houses, little roundhouses with a a silo.
Yeah okay, now you're thinking, yeah, me, I'm.

Speaker 1 (52:34):
Just using it as a dick to That's all there
is to it. What else do you do with that thing?

Speaker 3 (52:39):
You're acting like you're taking a lead.

Speaker 1 (52:41):
Yeah, that's about it. Eight ninety nine seven. Oh, whose
kid is already in trouble in school? Now?

Speaker 11 (52:48):
The three things you need to know before you go.

Speaker 3 (52:52):
Fraeman's Farm in Delaware County has closed until further notice
after a fire last night destroyed one of the storage facilities.
Crews responded to the fire at about ten forty five
last night at the farm on Lewis Center Road. The
historic barn was not impacted by the fire, but the
storage facility was completely destroyed. It contained snowplows and other
large machinery owned by Genoa Township. Now the township purchased

(53:15):
the forty four acre property back in January of twenty
twenty five, and it now operates as a park. But
before that, five generations of the Freeman family had owned
the property. Of course, it has always hosted fall attractions,
a pumpkin patch, wagon rides has always held a fall festival.
This year, the fall festival is supposed to start on
October twenty fourth. No word on whether the fire investigation

(53:35):
will impact this event, and investigation is underway in Honolulu
after a Southwest Airlines flight attenant was found dead outside
her hotel. Fifty year old Jenny Lupton from Oklahoma is
believed to have fallen from her balcony on the twenty
fourth floor of the Hilton and Waikikid during a layover.
Their family says she'd gone out with coworkers beforehand, and
police say they are reviewing dozens of cameras in the area.

(54:00):
San Francisco forty nine ers owner Jed York, whose family
is worth an estimated eight and a half billion, was
arrested in Ohio on Sunday at nine thirty five am
trying to pay one hundred and forty dollars for sex
in a trailer park in East Palestine. Authority say York
responded to an ad on a known prostitution website and

(54:20):
arranged to have sex with a female, but when he
arrived at the Wheathill Mobile home park, he was taken
into custody in a sting operation. He was booked into
the Mahoning County Jail. Appeared in court yesterday and a
prostitution charge. He did cut a deal, pled no contest
to a lesser charge of disorderly conduct, Sentenced to one
day in jail, ordered to pay eleven hundred dollars in fines.

(54:41):
York is from Youngstown. He is married with two sons.
He filed for divorce back in May those year. Three
things one hundred and forty dollars.

Speaker 1 (54:49):
You had to see the picture of this.

Speaker 6 (54:51):
I don't know if the Lamborghini or what it is
parked in the trailer park.

Speaker 3 (54:54):
I mean, that's not a flashing red flag. What are
you doing?

Speaker 1 (55:02):
You can afford the best of the best.

Speaker 3 (55:04):
You could afford if you must get a prostitute, like
you said, they're going to be in Vegas last week.
Here this week.

Speaker 2 (55:14):
Yeah, here's some us DA grade A prime angus beef.

Speaker 3 (55:19):
And it's legal.

Speaker 2 (55:20):
No, no, I'll have the roadkill, thank you.

Speaker 1 (55:25):
What what?

Speaker 3 (55:30):
There must be something really sort of attractively dirty about it,
That's what he said. It's got to be because you
gotta feel about number number one. Not to not to
sort of add a more dark layer on this, but
it was a human trafficking sting operations. You don't know
what was going on there, but East Palestine, I guess

(55:50):
they have a number of prostitution boss every year, like
it is pretty well known area for prostitution.

Speaker 4 (55:58):
Well, he was probably at home in young Town for
the weekend and just decided, you know what, let me
get on.

Speaker 2 (56:02):
My Yeah, there's nothing, because he was he was caught
on the website. He went on the website.

Speaker 1 (56:10):
That's an app.

Speaker 2 (56:13):
Here is this beautifully perfectly seared medium rare ribbi with
bone marrow butter.

Speaker 1 (56:20):
Doctor right there.

Speaker 2 (56:23):
No, No, I'll have the meat loaf that looks like
it was kicked by a field toed boot.

Speaker 1 (56:26):
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (56:29):
What show you? You know how you get to be
a billionaire. You look for ways to save money.

Speaker 2 (56:34):
Hey, you don't get a billionaire by spending all your money.

Speaker 1 (56:37):
They know how to, they know how to, you know,
cut and save damn.

Speaker 3 (56:43):
Okay, okay.

Speaker 2 (56:47):
So for the third day in a row now, or
the third workday Friday, Monday, and this morning I've woken
up at two am.

Speaker 1 (56:54):
I don't know why. Today it was.

Speaker 2 (56:56):
One fifty two am, and I'm just sitting there in
a round trying everything to get back to sleep, and
it's just not working. So last night I actually, uh,
I finished my vows.

Speaker 1 (57:09):
I might make a couple of adjustments.

Speaker 3 (57:10):
But now are two in the morning vows? Do they
read the same in the light of day for the
most part?

Speaker 2 (57:15):
In fact, funny you mentioned because I just reread them
and I made a couple of adjustments. I'll tell you,
I cannot tell you how many times I've woken up
and I jumped on my phone because something for like
a joke or like a stand something I can add
to my standard.

Speaker 1 (57:28):
I'll sit there and I'll.

Speaker 2 (57:29):
Type out an entire you know, good four or five
minutes of I'm like man, I just wrote four minutes
in the middle of the night. Yeah, it just hits you.
It's it's when it hits you.

Speaker 1 (57:38):
It hits you.

Speaker 3 (57:38):
It's probably a brain relief too. Lets you get back
to sleep.

Speaker 2 (57:41):
I would hope so, but then it doesn't work. Yeah,
so I will tell you this. I came across a
snippet of Nora's wedding vows and I want to share.

Speaker 1 (57:54):
I want to share a small snippet with you. Take
a listen. Oh God, everyone bear with me.

Speaker 3 (57:58):
Please.

Speaker 14 (58:02):
Three years ago, what started as a simple swipe became
the greatest God I am, the greatest blessing God has
ever given me. You came into my life during some
of my darkest moments, and without even realizing it, you
became my medicine.

Speaker 3 (58:23):
When I was hurting, you loved me gently.

Speaker 1 (58:27):
I am twist.

Speaker 14 (58:28):
My dad called me a cinnamon roll fat ass. When
I felt lost, you reminded me of who I was.
God used your heart, your patience, and your love to
pull me out of places I thought I'd never escape.
Today I stand before God and before everyone we love,
sucking no, promising not only to love you I am,

(58:58):
but to choose you every single day.

Speaker 1 (59:05):
That's that Bailey.

Speaker 2 (59:07):
That's the Bailey chick got very famous and then she
had a TLC show with her family and now she's
getting married and look, I'm not I'm not laughing at her.
Uh you know there were people in the auditory.

Speaker 1 (59:20):
They were laughing.

Speaker 2 (59:22):
Some her husband to be the groom stood there straight face.
And I'll tell you what a lot of people made
the comment of that's amazing because he's not laughing in
her face. For you know, she can't help it is
a little jarring to hear those during words during your

(59:43):
wedding vows.

Speaker 1 (59:44):
But again, not.

Speaker 3 (59:45):
Something she can and Nora doesn't have tourette and she
still used.

Speaker 1 (59:51):
That's the thing. But that's also why I'm marrying her.
I'm all for it. There were so many things I
had in my vows that I was.

Speaker 6 (59:58):
Like, uh, cinnamon roll, fat ass in there?

Speaker 1 (01:00:03):
As was not in there.

Speaker 2 (01:00:04):
I know that that one thing was not in there,
But I did have.

Speaker 1 (01:00:08):
I had a couple like jabs.

Speaker 2 (01:00:11):
And two times now I've been like, this is not
a set.

Speaker 1 (01:00:15):
You're you're not You're not a stage anyone right now.

Speaker 3 (01:00:19):
Any part of your thought process am I going to
hear from my brother about these vows at any time
in the future, because your brother's very like, very like straightforward. Yeah,
sort of.

Speaker 2 (01:00:33):
The one thing that I have thought about that was
I most certainly will not be having Not that I
plan on getting hammered at my wedding. I've seen too
many groups do that, but I'm definitely gonna be. I'll
have one in a glass of water. I don't need
his judge the eyes. Yeah, so I lay back on that,

(01:00:56):
but but no mine. I have very much subdued my
vows and I'm going the romantic route instead of the
funny route. Okay, there's only two little little.

Speaker 3 (01:01:07):
Things in There's your sense of adventure, you know your brother,
and I'll let you know if everything went.

Speaker 1 (01:01:11):
Along, I'm sure you will.

Speaker 4 (01:01:12):
Absolutely Kelly's gonna become his They're gonna be best friends.

Speaker 6 (01:01:16):
Brother.

Speaker 1 (01:01:20):
I can see him now, both in the corner, just.

Speaker 6 (01:01:22):
Yep, yep, judging you up one side and down the other,
the same.

Speaker 3 (01:01:26):
Person in different text.

Speaker 7 (01:01:30):
Not so breaking news. The news already broke. We're trying
to put it back together.

Speaker 2 (01:01:37):
Kelly ever gone out somewhere and you park your car
and you know for a fact that this is a
paid parking area, whether it's a parking lot of parking structure,
maybe some parallel parking on the street in front of
the business you're going into. And then, you know, back
in the day, you drive your quarters in.

Speaker 1 (01:01:53):
Now you can just download the app and you gotta
set your time.

Speaker 2 (01:01:55):
I'm gonna be here for an hour, and then you
pay your dollar thirty five and you go about your
business and you do your shopping or you're eating or
your movie, and then you come back and there's a
ticket waiting on your car. You didn't notice at the
time expired, or maybe you made the mistake of parking
like in a non parking zone, because you know now
they have like four signs on every street light. They'll

(01:02:16):
tell you can park between seven to fifty nine am
and eight oh three am.

Speaker 1 (01:02:19):
Then you can park.

Speaker 2 (01:02:20):
Again at ten twenty one am, but not on every
third Sunday of the year whatever, And then you end
up getting a parking ticket to a real bummer, wasted
twenty five thirty dollars whatever it is, however, better than
coming back and finding your car just completely eviscerated and exploded.

(01:02:40):
Apparently that's what they do overseas. There was a car
that was parked let's see around a Eurostar station, which
is the East Midlands Railroad, the the you know train
system they have that runs through parts of England. And
this car was parked. Now here's the thing. It was

(01:03:02):
left outside the King's Cross Saint Pancras station and I
can only assume it's much like if you leave a
car outside of an airport. Nowadays, they don't take kindly
to that. And so police are called in. And because
they didn't want to approach this car, they had the
plates were unregistered, They had no idea what was going on.

(01:03:23):
They sent in the robot, dropped a bomb in the
car and blew the car up. That was their way
of dealing with any issue that maybe inside.

Speaker 3 (01:03:34):
The car's a deterrent.

Speaker 1 (01:03:36):
It is a big deterrent.

Speaker 3 (01:03:37):
Well, first of all, you don't have a car to
park anymore. But still for.

Speaker 2 (01:03:41):
Everyone else, hey, you park here and leave your car unattended,
We're just gonna blow it up. The train station was
actually closed for an hour while they blocked off the streets.
They blocked off that entrance to the train station. They
surrounded the car with the old police tape before sure
enough sending the robot to blow the car up, and

(01:04:05):
then after an hour they dragged the car away on
a tow drug and lit, Okay, everything's reopened, like it
was just a normal thing. I don't this is the
first time I've heard of this. I just can't imagine this.

Speaker 3 (01:04:21):
I just registered my plate.

Speaker 2 (01:04:22):
Right, I didn't have any plates yet. That's when the
car was unregistered. Yeah, they put a small munition's device
in the back of the car, and it just like
it didn't It didn't like blow parts everywhere.

Speaker 1 (01:04:38):
It was just of enough an explosion, yeah, to take
care of.

Speaker 4 (01:04:41):
But if they're worried about what it could be in it, right, yeah,
what if there was like C four in it, something bigger?
Oh God forbid, it was a terrorists had some sort
of nuclear something in it, and they blew it.

Speaker 1 (01:04:53):
That's that's kind of crazy to do that.

Speaker 2 (01:04:55):
I'm a little mad at the article for not giving
more detail. It was just saying, hey, this car was
parked illegally, it was unattended. We felt unsafe, so we
blew it up.

Speaker 1 (01:05:04):
That's man, I don't know.

Speaker 6 (01:05:06):
I'm calling I'm definitely calling a lawyer to.

Speaker 3 (01:05:08):
Ask that's where we do need the robots to do
that stuff for us.

Speaker 2 (01:05:12):
Oh yeah, but you figure, if you've got a robot
that can drop a bomb, you've got to have a
robot with a mirror plate or something so you can
look under the car.

Speaker 3 (01:05:20):
Or yeah, yeah, robot dog.

Speaker 4 (01:05:26):
Yeah, well dog could walk around the car and sniff.

Speaker 1 (01:05:31):
Well they didn't, but no one went near the car.
That's the thing.

Speaker 2 (01:05:34):
They already were suspicious of the car. That's why they
sent the robots straight in. That's why I want more
details in the article.

Speaker 1 (01:05:39):
Anyways.

Speaker 2 (01:05:40):
Story number two takes us over to Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri,
where police in Lake of the Ozarks have now released
body cam footage of an arrest that took place over
the weekend. Apparently, Trooper Travis Wood was out and about
celebrating his bachelor party, bouncing around bars and Lake of
the Ozark. Unfortunately, towards the end of the night, Uh,

(01:06:03):
he was involved with his friends in a drunken shoving
match with another group of guys.

Speaker 1 (01:06:09):
You should have, you should.

Speaker 4 (01:06:10):
Have stupid, Darry touch me, hold me, Derry touch me.

Speaker 2 (01:06:19):
Anyways, Uh, the police did show up and Officer Would
and his friends were detained. Now, if you get into
a drunken shoving match, and you're a police officer, a
state trooper, other police officers show up, and even if
you're not a police officer, I bet with just a
little calm demeanor and talking to the officers. Yeah, it's

(01:06:42):
my bachelor party. These guys were talking trash. It turned
into nobody threw punches. It was a stupid guy shoving match.
You're gonna go about your night. Everyone's gonna go home drunkenly,
sleep it off, wake up with a hangover, to.

Speaker 1 (01:06:56):
Mow and be like, remember those are holes films, gonna
fight with it, set and do. But no.

Speaker 2 (01:07:02):
As Trooper Woods was being detained and people were being questioned,
he thought it was a good idea to take off running. Okay,
you're a police officer, man, what are you doing. Sure enough,
the officers chased him down on foot threatened to taste.
I do give credit officer would because he was handcuffed

(01:07:24):
and still out running the other officers.

Speaker 3 (01:07:26):
He is an officer. I feel like he knows a
large percentage of time if if people just take off running,
they're not going to get caught. Maybe that's why he
did it successful forty seven percent of the time, I'm
going to take my chances.

Speaker 2 (01:07:39):
But at the same time, at this point, you are
handcuffed and plated. They already know your name, they know
who you are. You've already given up information. Okay, so
you're not getting very far. Finally Woods did stop. He
was ordered to get on the ground. He was arrested
and booked on charges of resisting arrest. He has already
taken a pleading, pleading to a lesser charge of peace disturbance,

(01:08:02):
and according to the court records, the judge did approve
the deal. It's going to pay a fine and core
costs for about three hundred dollars. As of right now,
he's still on duty with the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Speaker 1 (01:08:12):
There is an internal review of the incident.

Speaker 2 (01:08:14):
I don't know if he shouldn't necessarily, like be fired
and lose his job over this.

Speaker 1 (01:08:21):
Maybe a suspension without pay, like a two week suspension.

Speaker 3 (01:08:23):
Without pay sounds good, Yeah, sounds.

Speaker 2 (01:08:26):
I'm not I'm not firing the guy over it running
from the cops. I'm thinking of any of us that
run from the cops, we're gonna get a slap on
the wrist. I don't know if it would necessarily be
jail time for a little drunken disorderly conduct. So yeah,

(01:08:46):
two weeks, no pay.

Speaker 3 (01:08:47):
I like it.

Speaker 1 (01:08:48):
That's my vote. That's fair, all right, you're not still
breaking news.

Speaker 2 (01:08:53):
Well, about five minutes ago I jumped online and I
posted a picture on our Facebook page with if if
you want to jump online.

Speaker 1 (01:08:59):
You can go check it out.

Speaker 2 (01:09:00):
It is a picture of a sign that is on
the door of a restaurant and already comments flowing in.
Let me just read you the sign. It says, in
top in big red letters, attention, we don't pay our
staff to smile at you. Service charges are not tips,

(01:09:21):
tip well, or get out. Our people work damn hard,
show us some respect. And then it's got a box,
and inside that box it says your bill one hundred
and sixty five dollars, waiter salary two dollars and thirteen
cents an hour equals three dollars and forty cents. Tip
twenty five percent, which equals forty one to twenty five total.

(01:09:41):
The least you can do two hundred and nine dollars
and sixty five cents. If you can't afford to tip properly,
you can't afford to dine here.

Speaker 1 (01:09:48):
Seriously, don't be cheap. It's embarrassing. Thank you now.

Speaker 2 (01:09:56):
One on one side, I understand, I am of a proponent.
If you can't afford to tip, don't go out to eat.
You should be tipping.

Speaker 3 (01:10:03):
How about if you can't afford to pay your weight staff,
I'm not gonna eat at your establishment.

Speaker 1 (01:10:08):
Here's the thing.

Speaker 2 (01:10:09):
I'm a twenty percent tipper right off the bat, and
I've tipped more than twenty percent for sure. But from
the looks of this sign, it looks like their service
charge is they're charging you the two dollars and thirteen
cents an hour for sitting there. And this bill had
three dollars and forty cents on it, So I'm assuming
you were there for ninety minutes or so, sitting and enjoying.

Speaker 1 (01:10:28):
Your meal and they put that on your bill. Now,
that is weird.

Speaker 2 (01:10:35):
If that's the case, and from the looks of it
it is, I'm not going If the service charge is
tied into me paying the two dollars and thirteen cents
an hour for your server, that just seems weird.

Speaker 3 (01:10:49):
I'm not walking into any establishment that has a sign
that it has that is full of that kind of
attitude toward me. A paying customer.

Speaker 11 (01:10:58):
I agree with you, No, I will.

Speaker 3 (01:11:00):
I would never darken the doorstep of an establishment like that.

Speaker 2 (01:11:04):
Uh were getting quite a few of those. I wouldn't
even know hear that place.

Speaker 3 (01:11:08):
It's not over anything other than you think that you
have a right to talk to me that way before
I come spend money with you.

Speaker 2 (01:11:15):
No, yep, I just I can't imagine as a as
a a restaurant owner. I could see defending your staff,
But like you said, Kelly, then pay them a livable wage.

Speaker 3 (01:11:30):
You can bump up your You don't have to pay
your wait staff two thirteen an hour, do not have
to You're right, you can pay below minimum wage and
they're going to get tips, but you could really bump
it up.

Speaker 2 (01:11:40):
Thank you eating at this place you're walking in or
that sign is completely deterring you from eve walking in
the door.

Speaker 6 (01:11:45):
Yeah, I just feel like this place is a hassle.

Speaker 1 (01:11:49):
That's what I think.

Speaker 4 (01:11:50):
You know, obviously you guys got issues with customers.

Speaker 1 (01:11:54):
I don't want involved.

Speaker 3 (01:11:55):
Yeah, what led to the post of this? What? What confrontations?
And if you have a miserable you're where your weight
steps up smiling because they're miserable, right, and they have
no other options.

Speaker 2 (01:12:07):
And if you're going in and you know the owner
has no problem posting something like this. Let's say, let's
say something's wrong with your food, you know this owner
is just gonna throw a hissy fits.

Speaker 3 (01:12:20):
I'd love to see any of the below four star reviews.
I bet that guy's fire and off responses left and right.

Speaker 1 (01:12:27):
Oh, we should check the reviews. Yeah, here's the problem.
It doesn't say where the restaurant is.

Speaker 2 (01:12:32):
When I saw this post, it's and I think just
this owner is lucky because if this was posted, if
this sign showed where this restaurant is, Oh, I'm I
have an assumption he's going to be getting a lot
of social media uh, you know hit backs.

Speaker 3 (01:12:48):
How do you feel about the places too that ask
you to please chip in for the employee's healthcare? Have
you seen that far? Yeah? Oh no suggested extra tip?

Speaker 1 (01:13:01):
Uh huh. I told you.

Speaker 2 (01:13:02):
We went to that new Putt place up in Polaris
and I was shocked. They've got the digital serving stations
of all your beers and all your mixed drinks. You
buy this card, you tap it like a debit card,
and then as you pour every ounce you pour, it
goes up by a dollar fifty or whatever.

Speaker 3 (01:13:19):
So you get self serve.

Speaker 2 (01:13:20):
It is self serve, so is the check in process.
There was one employee working. You get your you get
your golf balls. When you play putt puck, you get
your own putter, you get your own drinks, and then
when you leave, you drop your token in the ten, twenty,
or thirty percent box which they automatically add to your
debit card or credit card that you use to check in.

Speaker 1 (01:13:41):
Who am I tipping?

Speaker 3 (01:13:42):
Wild? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:13:43):
Am I tipping the machine?

Speaker 3 (01:13:45):
I feel like you're tipping the owner.

Speaker 1 (01:13:48):
That's what it does feel like.

Speaker 6 (01:13:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:13:49):
Absolutely, And see so on that sign that the hourly
pay for the servers to sixteen an hour, that's what
I saw, right, Yeah, yeah, okay, so that's why they
get tips. So where you were at, did anybody who
you got your card from any that are they making
two sixteen an hour?

Speaker 1 (01:14:06):
I guarantee they're making over minimum wage probably, So there's no,
there's there's no. That's that's not what tipping was ever about.

Speaker 2 (01:14:13):
It's for the people that walk around and pick up
your glasses and the people that are wiping down the tables. No,
I aagree, because they're probably making I don't know, ten
twelve bucks an hour, and then you get the little
little extra.

Speaker 1 (01:14:26):
You know, added bonus in there.

Speaker 4 (01:14:27):
That's why tipping was a minute, so that they didn't
have to pay minimum wage to serve that they would
make the difference in the tips.

Speaker 1 (01:14:33):
Absolutely.

Speaker 6 (01:14:34):
So all this other stuff that people are getting tipped is.

Speaker 2 (01:14:36):
Bs the waiter salary as a service charge, or the
resort fee or now a lot of these sports bars
and stuff are doing technology charges. Oh forgot, because they've
got so many TVs and stuff.

Speaker 1 (01:14:49):
It'll be it'll be nobody asked you.

Speaker 3 (01:14:51):
Technology tickets expensive?

Speaker 1 (01:14:53):
Right? Yeah? Absolutely? Eighth ninet ninety seven.

Speaker 2 (01:14:56):
Oh, if you want to jump on our Facebook page,
I put the pucher the picture there.

Speaker 1 (01:14:59):
You can see it. Let us know what you think. Now,
I had some of the blitz.

Speaker 2 (01:15:03):
So every so often we'll do a dumb debate, really
stupid question about two things and which one is better
or worse, or do you prefer whatever the case may be.
And I want to start like a little what's it called,
like a subreddit thread. We've got the dumb debate, but
I want to add its own little personal category now
because I saw this pop up online and I think

(01:15:23):
that you could use this category over and over and
over again for a dumb debate, and it's going to
be called who's worse than Grandpa Joe?

Speaker 1 (01:15:37):
Because there aren't many.

Speaker 2 (01:15:38):
There aren't many, but I did see this one, and
I want to have this dub debate subcategory who's worse
than Grandpa Joe? Okay, so your opinion, Kelly, Who's worse
Grandpa Joe or Cal Hockley who was Billy Zaye in
Titanic And he had the audacity, as the ship is

(01:15:59):
going going down to grab a random child and walk
up to one of the crew members and be like,
I've got a kid.

Speaker 1 (01:16:06):
I have to get on the lifeboat. She's all I've
got in the world. Was it a girl that he
picked on?

Speaker 4 (01:16:12):
I thought it was, Oh, maybe, I don't know, but
he said that that he was the only one that
kid had.

Speaker 2 (01:16:17):
Yeah, the world, grabbed a random kid, kidnapped a kid
so he could walk up to the crew member and say,
I need to get on this lifeboat and get off
before everyone else because I've got this kid.

Speaker 3 (01:16:28):
Desperate times call for desperate measures. Grandpa Joe is worse.

Speaker 1 (01:16:32):
Grandpa Joe is still worse.

Speaker 2 (01:16:34):
Okay, yeah, Vic Grandpa Joe or Cal Hockley from Titanic.

Speaker 4 (01:16:40):
I feel like I'm just gonna get crushed for this.
But who's Grandpa Joe?

Speaker 1 (01:16:44):
Oh? Really? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:16:45):
Grandpa Joe is the big a hole that spent his
entire adulthood in bed, not working, not doing a damn
thing all until the magical golden ticket pops up and
then he starts just.

Speaker 3 (01:16:59):
Damn dancing around totally able bodied.

Speaker 1 (01:17:03):
Would have been working the.

Speaker 2 (01:17:04):
Whole time while the family's eating a potato soup.

Speaker 1 (01:17:08):
I hate a fraud. So yeah, Grandpa Joe, all right,
we're all in agreeance. Yeah, Grandpa Joe is worse.

Speaker 2 (01:17:16):
How do you even Oh oh yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:17:20):
Your family's in dire, dire circumstances.

Speaker 2 (01:17:23):
Because both sets of grandparents were in that bed. Was
Grandpa Joe the mom or the dad's side, I can't remember.

Speaker 3 (01:17:30):
I don't know. But get out there and deliver a
newspaper something.

Speaker 2 (01:17:33):
Because if I'm the dad of the family who's been
taking care of the four parents and my children and
Grandpa Joe gets out and starts dancing, I'm hitting them
with a chair. I'm going w W E style and
grabbing one of those dinner chairs, and they had those
thick wooden chairs too.

Speaker 1 (01:17:51):
I'd be like, oh, you.

Speaker 2 (01:17:52):
Want to you want to spend your entire time in bed, Fine,
I'll break both your kneecaps. Now you can spend your
entire day in jail not moving, or in bed not moving.

Speaker 1 (01:18:00):
You cannot believe.

Speaker 4 (01:18:02):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:18:02):
Plus, I mean the mom is breaking her back taking
care of these four people.

Speaker 2 (01:18:06):
Yeah, waiting on him hand and foot. Oh, I'm taking
a hot poker and I'm putting in one of his
bed sores because you know he's got bed sores in
a move.

Speaker 1 (01:18:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:18:19):
Gross.

Speaker 6 (01:18:21):
Oh, cow was really bad. There was a lot more
than just that.

Speaker 1 (01:18:24):
Kid, That is true. I'm pretty sure didn't he like,
didn't he slap Rose?

Speaker 6 (01:18:29):
Did he slap her?

Speaker 1 (01:18:33):
He might have? He ordered food for? Did order food for?
He was ready to kill her. He was jack. He
was shooting at him, going to be a murderer. Yeah,
he was shooting at him. Still Grandpa Joe, Still Grandpa Joe.
Grandpa Joe was the mother's dad.

Speaker 3 (01:18:49):
Passions. This guy's just a lazys ob.

Speaker 2 (01:18:52):
You're about to kill the man that is stealing your wife.

Speaker 1 (01:18:55):
I think any man would want to defend his wife.

Speaker 4 (01:18:58):
Donnie, Grandpa Joe went away. Oh he's the worst person
on earth.

Speaker 2 (01:19:05):
Yeah, he's absolutely the worst person in the history of
the world.

Speaker 1 (01:19:11):
Yeah, the mother's dad.

Speaker 2 (01:19:13):
Just I can't imagine spending your entire day in bed
and then having the audacity to jump up to go
with your grandson to a chocolate back. I'm glad you
want to spend time with your grandson and all, but
the bamboozled that you just bamboozed yea.

Speaker 3 (01:19:32):
Plus, you like choosing to be in bed with three
other old people like weird rather than get up and
make something of yourself. Yeah, I'd rather sit and sweat
and rot in this bed with three.

Speaker 2 (01:19:47):
Other Do you think do you think the two grandpas
were playing Swapsia's I mean, they're all in the same
bed together, so maybe that's why he didn't get out
of bed. They were just busy having a good time
all the time. What's going on? And they were all
covered like up to their necks in comforters and blankets.
Will water fan fix, let's going, Yeah, what's going on

(01:20:09):
underneath them covers?

Speaker 9 (01:20:10):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:20:11):
Wow? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:20:12):
Rose grab Joe's like, I want to go to the
chocolate factory. Yeah, come home. We're done now, all right?

Speaker 11 (01:20:23):
The three things you need to know before you go.

Speaker 3 (01:20:27):
A little update on the USS Abraham Lincoln, which we
know was at sea for more than two hundred and
seventy days without a port call, a long time, really
suffering on there, like some sailors were diving overboard, et
cetera and declining mental health. So there, the ship's on
its way back to San Diego, but it looks to

(01:20:49):
be headed to Thailand before returning to California. The ship
will reportedly arrive for a port call in early September
for an expected three day visit.

Speaker 1 (01:21:00):
What did I say A couple days ago, a week ago,
we were talking about this and I was like, why
are you going off with just take them to a
major port and fly them home.

Speaker 3 (01:21:09):
Yeah, they're just going to be there for three days.
And then I guess, set Saale, I guess when you're
an enlisted service member, you you stay with the ship goose,
you don't take a luxury flight home.

Speaker 1 (01:21:20):
All right, you're right. I don't know. I did not serve.
I get it, but that just seems.

Speaker 3 (01:21:26):
Yeah, it feels like you could really help them out
more a lot more quickly.

Speaker 2 (01:21:31):
They have when they have new cruise ships, because most
cruise ships are built over in the overseas, in somewhere
in the France Western Europe type area.

Speaker 1 (01:21:43):
And then they set them off and all the crew
fly over there, and.

Speaker 2 (01:21:48):
Then they spend two two and a half weeks coming
back to Miami or wherever the port's the port is
going to be, and so that's when they take the
times getting things set up or practicing the.

Speaker 1 (01:21:56):
Routine like operate off a skeleton crew. I know how
many people ship hold, but yeah, fly on the rest home.

Speaker 3 (01:22:04):
I think the military is a different beast.

Speaker 1 (01:22:06):
I know it's not Carnival, but well.

Speaker 3 (01:22:12):
Former Miss North Carolina USA, Brittany Boltonhouse has filed a
defamation lawsuit against pageant organizers after the Miss USA organization
stripped her of her title earlier this month, alleging they
tried to She's alleging that they tried to portray her
as a racist and targeted her because she's a conservative Christian.
Bolton House was replaced by the first runner up earlier
this month, and I think the Miss USA pageant is

(01:22:34):
currently happening, if I'm not mistaken, But the only explanation
for her being replaced was that the organization doesn't tolerate racism, homophobia, transphobia,
or language that strips any person of their dignity. What
she is claiming is that it's over social media posts
that she made in support of Charlie Kirk, the conservative

(01:22:54):
activists and President Trump. Boltonhouse is seeking on specified damages,
arguing that she suffered injury to her reputation, her livelihood,
her professional relationships, and community standing because of her conservative
Christian beliefs and her conservative political stance. It'll be interesting
to see where that goes. Solar panels might be a
clean energy producing technology, but they depend on the sun.

(01:23:20):
The weather has to cooperate for solar panels to be effective.
There is a startup that has plans. I want to
know what you think about this. Their plan is to
manufacture drones that can fly inside clouds to disperse them
so solar farm panels aren't blocked from the sunlight. So
they could send up potentially hundreds of autonomous drones into

(01:23:45):
low and mid altitude clouds directly above solar farms to
alter the water droplets that form the clouds. They say
they will not be using chemicals, but they won't say
what they are going to be doing. The startup says
it has future ambitions to weaken severe storms and hurricanes,
but for now they're going to deal with dispersing clouds.

Speaker 2 (01:24:06):
Oh gee, o, manipulation. We've been talking about weather control.
We've been talking about.

Speaker 1 (01:24:10):
This for a while.

Speaker 3 (01:24:11):
Turns out, uh, they're they're looking hard into that.

Speaker 1 (01:24:14):
Feeding the clouds, right, uh huh.

Speaker 3 (01:24:17):
So I don't know, we'll see what happens, but that
is currently underway.

Speaker 1 (01:24:21):
Welcome to brain control people.

Speaker 3 (01:24:23):
Yeah, I feel like maybe we need the clouds for
some reason. Feels like it's been working fine so far.
If you've decided you're going to invest in a solar farm,
you know what the risks are clouds.

Speaker 2 (01:24:34):
And that's the thing. It's it's a giant rechargeable battery.
You get the sun, it charges, clouds come, you operate
off the charge, the sun comes back your recharge.

Speaker 1 (01:24:46):
Seems like that how it works. It'll be crazy.

Speaker 3 (01:24:49):
All right, those are your three things.

Speaker 1 (01:24:54):
Is your draft this weekend? Thick?

Speaker 8 (01:24:56):
Oh?

Speaker 6 (01:24:56):
No, we draft the day before.

Speaker 1 (01:24:59):
The season start. Oh you wait, the day before the season.

Speaker 2 (01:25:02):
You want to get all the preseason in see who's doing.

Speaker 1 (01:25:06):
All of it? Okay, starters all named. Well, they have.

Speaker 2 (01:25:11):
Just announced ESPN has started the first official Fantasy Football
Hall of Fame.

Speaker 4 (01:25:17):
So I know my gott to be a first round ballot,
hands down question.

Speaker 1 (01:25:23):
Let me let me tell you this.

Speaker 2 (01:25:24):
They did two They only put in two players, Okay,
for the first ever Fantasy Football Hall of Fame. They
did one player that's going in the player wing, and
so the player wing would be an amazing all around
fantasy football pick. Who who did amazing? The other one
the other player they put in is called the Moment's wing,

(01:25:47):
and that's basically one player who had this extraordinary one
time blowout game they had.

Speaker 1 (01:25:56):
They had a moment in fantasy football, like.

Speaker 6 (01:25:59):
Six touch downs or something exactly exactly.

Speaker 2 (01:26:02):
So you said, you know of one player that I
would you would put it in. This would be your
player way overall amazing pick year after year.

Speaker 1 (01:26:10):
Who would it be? Peyton Manning? Oh, that'd be a
good pick. Yeah, that would be a good I had
him for years and wonderful.

Speaker 2 (01:26:17):
Yeah, like for years when I lived in Denver, when
he was the Denver quarterback.

Speaker 4 (01:26:21):
At one time, I had Peyton Manning and Randy Moss
and it was it was just ridiculous.

Speaker 2 (01:26:27):
Well, Peyton Manning was not the first pick for the
Fantasy Football Hall of Fame in terms of the player's wings.

Speaker 1 (01:26:33):
Probably isn't an older player.

Speaker 2 (01:26:35):
No, Oh, you were halfway there, Randy Moss. Okay, well
it is the first.

Speaker 6 (01:26:40):
He was a monster man.

Speaker 2 (01:26:42):
Three thousand, six hundred, I'm sorry, three thousand, four hundred
sixty seven point three four career fantasy points, a lot,
fifninety two receiving yards, one hundred and fifty seven total tvds.
I mean, yeah, he was the guy you knew you
were getting points no matter what with him. In terms
of the Moment's wing, it comes from week fifteen, December fifteen,

(01:27:10):
twenty thirteen.

Speaker 1 (01:27:11):
Oh, that was a lot much longer.

Speaker 4 (01:27:13):
Yeah, Kamara, because Alvin Kamara from the Saints had a
six touchdown game.

Speaker 2 (01:27:16):
Okay, this one was actually not quite a six touchdown game.
The first player going in the Moment's wing is Jamal Charles.
He had some big game Kansas City Chiefs Monster Games
Week fifteen. His moments fifty nine point five fantasy points
in one game, twenty rushing yards, one hundred and ninety

(01:27:39):
five receiving yards, five total tds.

Speaker 1 (01:27:42):
In that game.

Speaker 11 (01:27:43):
That's a lot.

Speaker 1 (01:27:44):
That is a lot.

Speaker 2 (01:27:45):
You get almost sixty points out of one player. Some
people don't score sixty points in an entire week.

Speaker 4 (01:27:52):
I gotta believe eventually Lamar Jackson will have a moment's because.

Speaker 2 (01:27:57):
He's had some Yeah, he's had some games. Yeah yeah,
But Peyton's got to get in there with that.

Speaker 4 (01:28:03):
Oh god, I remember Peyton opened the season his first
year in Denver. He opened the season throwing seven touchdowns
in one That's.

Speaker 1 (01:28:10):
Right, I do remember that. Now.

Speaker 2 (01:28:12):
Also talking football, I don't know if you saw this,
but Disney and the NFL have teamed up. They are
doing a Disney character collaboration. Basically, what they've done is
every single NF team has been NFL team has been
assigned a Disney character, and this kind of runs the
gamut of all the Disney characters out there. For instance,

(01:28:36):
you've got the Miami Dolphins, they got Disney's King Triton.
That is, of course Little Mermaids Father makes it makes
perfect sense. You have got the Cincinnati Bengals, they got
Sheer Khan.

Speaker 1 (01:28:49):
From the Jungles.

Speaker 6 (01:28:50):
Yeah, yeah, that makes sense.

Speaker 1 (01:28:51):
Makes total sense.

Speaker 2 (01:28:52):
As you mentioned, the Dallas Cowboys, they got Woody from
Toy Story. The Tennessee Titan. They got Thanos because he's
from Titans. Yeah, he is a Titan. Yeah, also from Marvel.
It was the Steelers got Doctor Sorry, the Eagles got Doctor.

Speaker 6 (01:29:11):
Do of course, Green and Gray of course.

Speaker 1 (01:29:14):
Kind of matches up. Uh, miserable city. Here's the thing.

Speaker 2 (01:29:20):
We've been talking a lot this morning about the Browns
and their announcement at QB one, and Shaun's just not
that people are not happy. Well, it got worse as
the day went on because the Cleveland Browns got Pluto.

Speaker 6 (01:29:36):
Well, it's a dog.

Speaker 1 (01:29:37):
It is a dog. I get it. The dog pounds
goofy dog like he's not good, he's goofy.

Speaker 2 (01:29:43):
He's Pluto sas the tongue wagging, which is what a
lot of people think.

Speaker 1 (01:29:53):
The Cleveland Brown's owner looks like right now. Don't get it.
I don't.

Speaker 6 (01:29:58):
I don't understand. I think your fans deserve better.

Speaker 4 (01:30:02):
You know, I'm a Cowboys fan, but I have a
lot of friends and family members you know, grew up here.
They're Browns fan. Yeah, so I cheer for the Browns
to win. I want them to win, you know, and
did they haven't they suffered enough? God, come on, Clayton
do something right. That organization is just terrible.

Speaker 1 (01:30:19):
Why did they pick Pluto?

Speaker 2 (01:30:20):
Loyal and always ready to tussle when necessary, much like
the dog pound. Uh yeah, Pluto doesn't tussle. Pluto rolls
around in the grass and chases his tail, which is
exactly what the Browns are doing right now.

Speaker 1 (01:30:35):
Now, let's see if we can learn you something. Sit
up and pay attention. Yeah, let's learn you some stuff
on a Tuesday morning. Make you a little bit smarter
than you were when you woke up today.

Speaker 2 (01:30:45):
Like, did you know placebos can actually cause side effects.
It's known as the no cebo effect, and it can
involve nausea, drowsiness, and allergic reactions. This can occur because
a person was expecting to experience them.

Speaker 1 (01:31:01):
You're wow, your.

Speaker 2 (01:31:02):
Mental status can have a physical.

Speaker 1 (01:31:04):
Incarnation, and that's one of these things.

Speaker 2 (01:31:05):
If you're expecting to be nauseous or drowsyer having an
allergic reaction, then yes, it can happen. Did you know
that the average Costco store does two hundred and seventy
six million dollars a year in sales.

Speaker 1 (01:31:18):
Busiest Costco in the.

Speaker 2 (01:31:19):
World is located in Hawaii on the island of Awahu
on average two hundred and seventy six million dollars per store.

Speaker 6 (01:31:26):
That's how they made eight billion dollars in profit last year.

Speaker 1 (01:31:29):
So yeah, not surprised too.

Speaker 2 (01:31:31):
Did you know during a push up you're supporting sixty
nine percent of your body weight in the up position
and about seventy five percent of your body weight in
the down position.

Speaker 1 (01:31:41):
Okay, you're holding more up? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:31:46):
Did you know that the roles in Brokeback Mountain were
originally supposed to be Mark Wahlberg and Joaquin Phoenix?

Speaker 1 (01:31:53):
Of course we got Keith Ledger and Jake Gillenthome.

Speaker 2 (01:31:55):
We Mark Wahlberg and Jaquin Phoenix were originally signed on
to start in that movie. However, they were both uncomfortable
with the sex scene, so they both dropped out. Mark Wahlberg,
I can see dropping out of that. Joaquin Phoenix, it
doesn't seem like something that would get him here. Actors,
Come on, He's played some pretty unique roles before him.

Speaker 1 (01:32:19):
They didn't touch each other. OK. Yeah? U.

Speaker 2 (01:32:21):
Finally, did you know? Pixar has been around for about
forty years. They were founded in February in nineteen eighty six.
Their first full feature, of course, was Toy Store in
nineteen ninety five. However, their first short film was Luxo
Junior in nineteen eighty six.

Speaker 1 (01:32:38):
Do you know what Luxo Junior? Do? I remember that
Luxo Junior.

Speaker 2 (01:32:42):
Was about a desk lamp working its way around the area.

Speaker 1 (01:32:46):
It was a short film. And of course now the
desk lamp.

Speaker 4 (01:32:49):
There's that little robotic lamb is the logos that's still
do the thing in the beginning of the movies.

Speaker 1 (01:32:54):
So it jumps down and crushes the guy.

Speaker 2 (01:32:55):
Yeah, he still does that, yep, but that comes from
their original short film, Luxo June about him.

Speaker 1 (01:33:00):
Yep.

Speaker 2 (01:33:01):
There you go learning some stuff. On a Tuesday morning
