those who believe in the greatness of the country, who
want to preserve this last best hope of mankind on

planet Earth. The Democrat Party, people who believe in left
wing thought, where they call themselves Democrats, socialist, communists, Marxist whatever.
They want to destroy what the United States of America
is the limits on government power. And they want to
limit the rights of the individual, steal all the rights

of the individual in favor of the collective, believing that
that will lead to some utopia. A utopia that has
eluded mankind every single time this strategy is tried. As
a matter of fact, there is no such thing as
a successful socialist or communist nation. It doesn't even exist

if you're using as a metric the success of the people,
the freedom of the people, and their prosperity. Right, you
can find lots of successful communist countries out there if
you measure it by totalitarian rule and the ingrandizement and
enrichment of those at the top. That's all communism is, folks,

is rule of an elite few over the masses and
the enrichment of an elite few over the masses. That's
the inherent virtue of communism and socialism. Now, the Democrats,
these left wingers, they're not even cloaking what they want
to do to us anymore. Our buddy Alexander muse At

a strategy to seize power and then to destroy your
rights forever and so doing destroy the country. And they're
not they're not even cloaking it anymore. The Democrats socialists

to be at the top of the pyramid. They believe
they're the ones who are going to be enriched. And
some of them are stupid enough to believe that those
who they're trying to put in power will give up
that power and give up their wealth and just equally

distributed among the masses. That won't happen. It never happens,
It never has happened. But these people are stupid enough
without any understanding of human nature to understand what human
beings who are given absolute power will do with absolute power.
And they're either colossally ignorant or deviously plotting folks. This

is the Democrats socialists of America. Really, they're communists. They
have been and always will be. Socialism is communism light
the stepping stone toward a stone toward communism. And they're
bringing in help, these democrats, these socialists, these Marxists, they're
bringing in foreigners because the foreigners have an equal desire

to see the fall of what they would call the
American Empire, so they can bring America to its needs,
steal your rights, and subjugate you the way they believe
you belong.

many years, Manning Johnson finally came to the realization that
the Communists weren't the least bit interested in improving the
conditions of the Negro people. He discovered that instead they
were merely planning to use his people and these are

bloody revolution to destroy America. As early as nineteen twenty eight,
the communists declare that the racial differences among our people
constituted the weakest and most vulnerable point in our social fabric.
By constantly probing and straining at this one spot, they
calculated that eventually the cloth could be torn apart, and

that Americans could be divided, weakened, and perhaps even set
against each other in open combat.

Sound familiar, I mean this is precisely what the playbook
has been for over one hundred years of Socialists and
Marxist to bring down the United States of America, to

the Democrat Socialist candidate for Senator in the state of Texas.

In that voter suppression bill. Still an immoral, anti American,
anti democratic bill, one that I hate with every fiver
of my being. But I knew that my job as
a member of the minority is to do harm mitigation,
and so by coming back, we were able to remove
some of the worst parts to the bill.

Harm mitigation, that's what that's what he calls free and
fair elections. Stopping the Democrats' ability from having giving individuals
the vote who should not have the vote, to cancel
out legitimate votes, that's what he calls harm. That if
people who shouldn't be voting or voting, he calls that harm.
And it is harm. Harm to socialists, harm to communists,

harm to the jihad, the Red Green Alliance.

The ban on souls to the polls, the provisions that
would make it easier to overturn the election, what does.

in Texas was modest. It had none of this stuff.

who are an eligible vote don't have their votes counted, oh,
you're overturning an election because you know, foreign nationals and
criminal voters ought to be able to have their voices
heard in American elections, and anything short of that, he says,
is overturning the will of an election. That the bar

they are setting, folks, is hardly American. It is hardly fair.

Taking some of these federal penalties, these felony penalties, and
bringing them down to misdemeanors.

Yes, taking penalties for violating our most sacred right, our
most sacred right to choose our government. James Telafrek Show says,
you should only get a slap on the wrist if
you screw over your fellow citizen and take and steal
their rights. James Tellafrek Show says, that should only be
a misdemeanor and not a felony. You know what I say,

It should be a felony. It should be unishable, severely punished.
To dissuade other leftists like James telefreak show from trying
to cheat at the ballot.

Box, requiring that these poll watchers, who I don't think
should be in the poying place at all, but if
they're going to be there, we were able to ensure
that they at least have mandated election code training so
that they don't have an excuse of saying they didn't
know the election code before they go.

be able to say, wait a minute, I'm sorry, I
think you're what you're doing right there is cheating. You
should and he doesn't want them around. He doesn't want

who don't, you're applauding all this crap. Those of you

get accomplished there? And tell me the reason why it
had to be in Des Moines and not Knoxville this year.

Well, we do want to move it around the country,
and so that's why next year it's going to be
in Tampa. You know, des Moines. I can't tell you
how many people came and said thank you so much
for having it here. Nobody ever comes here, you know.
It's just letting our members know that, Hey, you know,
even you guys in quote unquote flyover country, we care

about you too. So we were very pleased about that.
You know, the speakers loved it, a lot of media
there they loved it. The attendees absolutely loved it.

Obviously, like any convention, this is our third one, we
still have things to work on, things to grow on.
But I think all in all we're really you know
now looking forward to our next year in Tampa, right.

And it's because of the growth that the support that
is flooding into gun owners of America because, as we mentioned,
the other Second Amendment or organization which has fallen, is
tarnished itself by its own actions. The rise of GOA
not compromising on our rights is what the growth is
why they had to change locations out of Knoxville into

Des Moines and the now into Tampa. Because that growth
continues and because you guys are growing, it's because you
guys are backing results and not rhetoric. One example, and
I gave this example in my talk John Cornyn. He
offered one of the greatest threats to the Second Amendment
in US history, and the NRA gives mister Cornan an

(20:36):
A plus. They gave him an A plus for the
greatest attack, this blue flag law that he developed with
Marxist and socialists to force all of us in red
states to fund these what I call blue flag laws
in leftist states designed to confiscate people's firearms without due process.
And a so called Republican was behind it, and you

(20:58):
guys opposed him, and it yes.

Yeah, there is no universe in which Senator John Cornan
deserves a passing grade from gun owners. He has absolutely
been a huge compromiser, and so we were huge backers
of Ken Paxton all the way, and we're so excited
that he's now taking up the banner and we're one

(21:23):
hundred percent behind Paxton and looking forward to having him.
And also Brandon Herrera at the representative level, who took
out another anti gun compromises. So yeah, it's been. It's
been a good year in Texas, Chris, it.

Sure has been. Eric Pratt is our guest right now, folks,
Senior vice president of Gun Owners of America. Now, I'm
going to have to give some folks some background on
this case. I'll not to read from the article that
I took this from, but I want you to comment
on it. This is in Virginia, leftist Marxist controlled now Virginia.
The leftist governor there who was elected by spending a

(22:00):
whole bunch of campaign money that was sent by Michael
Bloomberg's gun grabber group. She signed a law banning what
she misnamed mislabeled as assault weapons. You and I both
know that there's no such thing as an assault weapon
that is available widely to the American people. You got
to go through so many permits to get an assault weapon.
Nobody has them in any bulk anyway, she calls AR

(22:24):
fifteen's assault weapons, which is stupid. They're not goa battled
to get this stopped. They won an injunction on this
law just three weeks after it took effect, which resulted
in Virginian's rushing to buy the AR fifteen. The FBI
reported carrying out seventy three thousand background checks in the

(22:44):
knick system in Virginia during May. That's more than twice
the total amount from last year. So because of the
efforts of gun owners of America to stop this stupid
law on its tracks and get the injunction, now more
people in Virginia double All the people in Virginia are
armed or they are fifteen's, then they would have been

(23:06):
had they not tried to do their gun grabbing law
to begin with.

Speaker 2 (23:10):
So interesting fact about this, and you'll appreciate this being
a Texan, Chris. According to the FBI statistics, Virginia is
usually nowhere near the top in terms of guns purchase,
but in that interim where people were rushing to buy guns.
We were second only to Texas. Virginians were second only

(23:33):
to Texas in terms of number of guns purchased, So
we're very excited about that. We actually filed suit after
the bill had passed, but before it went into effects,
so this law has never actually taken effect because we're
able to get injunction and our attorneys tell me, we

(23:53):
have fantastic attorneys, by the way, but they tell me
that as far as they can tell, this is the
first ever statewide injunction of a semi auto band in
the country. We were the first of file, we were
the first to get the injunction. And now these court
cases are being stayed until the Supreme Court takes up

(24:16):
the case next year and rules on it. So it
looks like Virginia is not going to be able to
enforce this band Hallelujah until the Supreme Court. Well, that
would assume that the Supreme Court rules against us, and
most people reading the tea leaves don't think that's going
to happen.

Speaker 6 (24:35):
Well, let's hope Justice Amy Coney Barrett isn't cowed by
left wing threats of violence and death for her and
her family and she actually rules constitutionally rather than out
of fear. How big speaking of the Supreme Court? How
big was this ruling? And it didn't get a lot

(24:55):
of play, not even here on our show we mentioned
it that there was there were several of these states,
these gun grabbers, folks. And by the way, I was
very happy to hear that Michael Bloomberg wasted a million
dollars in Virginia.

Speaker 2 (25:07):
That makes me very happy.

Speaker 6 (25:09):
How big was the Scotis decision, though, declaring this that
the gun grabbers have been using even their own the
things they love. As you will know, folks, the left
wing loves drugs and they love pot, but they used
anybody convicted of pot possession. They started passing laws to
say you have a lifetime ban on owning a firearm

(25:30):
if you've ever used pot. And the Scotis declared that,
mister Pratt unconstitutional.

Speaker 2 (25:36):
How big was that? Well, that's really huge, because what
the court is saying is that there has to be
a finding that someone is actually dangerous. And so in
holding this way, the court was effectively treating marijuana more
like alcohol. And the court decision even pointed out that
our founding fathers were big drinkers. You know they would

(25:57):
have there together at the taverns and hammer out ideas.
But you know, Chris, here's the bigger question. Why is
a Republican Department of Justice still defending gun control in court?
I mean, this case should have been a wake up
call to them. The DOJ lost this case, the Harmani
case that you're talking about, by a nine to nothing vote.

(26:19):
I mean that means that not only did Justices Thomas
and Aldo, the good guys, vote against the DOJ's position,
so did all the liberal wackos on the court. And see,
it's not just this case. The current DOJ is still
fighting US GOA and court in other cases, including our
NFA lawsuit. I mean, you know how. You know last

(26:40):
year we eliminated the NFA taxes on suppressors and short
barrel firearms.

Speaker 7 (26:45):
Yep.

Speaker 2 (26:46):
Now we're challenging the federal registration requirement for those items.
And yet the current DOJ is still defending the registration
of law abiding gun owners. And I just don't get it.
I mean, why this is the DOJ want to register
law abiding gun owners like sex offenders. It makes no

(27:06):
sense at all. They should be abiding by the Constitution
and argue against this law or just simply not defend it.

Speaker 6 (27:14):
Well, I have some speculation as to why still going on.
We're still paying a price for the fourteen months of
Pam Bondy, which was basically a DOJ stuck in neutral.
You have a lot of these career leftists and Marxists
still in the DOJ who Todd Blanche hasn't gotten around
to getting rid of.

Speaker 2 (27:31):
And that's why.

And by the way, this is all part, folks of
an all hands on deck initiative from the left to
take away your rights any way they can, your Second
Amendment rights any way they can. And that brings me
to my last question to Eric Pratt, the senior vice
president of Gun Owners of America. You know, as you mentioned,
we were talking about the Red Green Alliance, it's allied,

this Red Green Alliance with sadly both political parties in
this country, with an invasion of this country from the
Jihad and invasion of this country from communists and Marxists
from abroad. You've got the Republicans who are on board
with massive uncontrolled illegal immigration to satisfy their corporate interests.
You've got the Democrats who are behind massive uncontrolled illegal

immigration to rig elections, and you've got these enemy nations,
enemy states, and enemy ideologies like the jihad or communist
states who want to destroy America and unwind the constitution
from within, and all of these parties are aligned against
the vast majority of what I call we the people.

(28:38):
Don't Doesn't this reality that Peter Sweitzer writes about in
his book that I've been preaching here for months now,
actually going on years now. Isn't this reality just an
exclamation point on the need to preserve our right of
self defense because we are the last check on this
invasion that has been greenlit by both political parties and

enemy nations.

Yeah.

Absolutely, I mean what you're really describing at its core
is either socialism or socialism light You know that and
gun rights are incompatible because they're at odds with each other.
Socialism is based on the idea that government is god.
The government can control your life, take away your property.
Most importantly, they will take away your guns because firearms

are a threat to the ruling class. I can't think
of one socialist who supports average people having guns, and
that's no coincidence. By contrast, our declaration and Constitution are
based on the idea that our rights come from God,
and government is safest when it is limited, and those
rights apply to those who are citizens of this nation.

And this gets to the core of what you're saying.
So under this freedom model, people should be able to
keep the fruit of their labor by paying lower taxes,
which isn't going to happen with unlimited immigran But also
they should people should be free to protect themselves, protect
themselves with guns against average street thugs, but also protect

themselves when the thugs are wearing badges. And that's our
constitutional heritage. But socialism and the Red Green Alliance that
reject all.

That they do, they absolutely do and why the Founding fathers,
I'm sure they didn't want this to happen, but envisioned
it could happen. And I think we are there where
we have a government that has grown beyond the consent
of the government and the hedge against them getting this
edge and giving away this country of sacrificing the Constitution.

(30:42):
Is the second amendment is we the people because we
outnumber them, and the Founding Fathers and their wisdom made
sure we were part of that check and balance on
a totalitarian government.

Speaker 2 (30:54):
Sir, go ahead, and one more thing you mentioned consent
of the governed. That means us. I mean, we can't apathetic.
We can't say my vote doesn't make a difference. We
have to vote. We have to be engaged, be informed.
We have an election coming up in November. We need
to take part.
