Speaker 1 (00:04):
And 84% of Americans want the Save America Act!

Speaker 2 (00:12):
But anybody who follows this process closely knows that we
don't have the votes.

Speaker 1 (00:15):
You tried your best, and you failed miserably.

Speaker 3 (00:18):
The lesson is, never try.

Speaker 4 (00:21):
The proof that you mailed your ballot on or just
before election day, it's not just a postmark, you can
handwrite the date.

Speaker 5 (00:29):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (00:30):
And that.

Speaker 3 (00:31):
This is this horrible thing to say about. They will
remove 25 million people off the road.

Speaker 6 (00:36):
Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!

Speaker 3 (00:38):
Shut up!

Speaker 4 (00:39):
This is our Signal Storm podcast.

Speaker 5 (00:41):
Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!

Speaker 3 (01:09):
Friends, we are recording this on September the 10th. September
the 10th, 2026. This is the 25 year anniversary of
the day before everything changed. And I remember when I
was doing television out in San Diego and we were
out on a location down at some place called the

(01:31):
Sports Arena in San Diego and we were having a
great time. There is a an image that was Xerox
copied of our weather guy with the Madonna pointy bra
on and his face superimposed on it. And it was,
it was Xerox copied and the copiers we had in

(01:52):
the newsroom copied the date on it. And it was
September 10th, 2001, the day before the terrorist attack. And
I want to, since you're going to be hearing this
on 9-11 folks, I want to I want to play
something that the National Republican Congressional Committee put out. It's

(02:13):
pretty powerful and it is pretty indicative of the choice
we have in the 2026 midterms about where Democrats have
devolved into. And you guys have heard me talk about
the red green alliance and the danger I believe it poses.
And it is a direct threat in my view. to

(02:35):
our people and to these once United States. And I
think the NRCC agrees. Listen.

Speaker 7 (02:45):
25 years. That's how long it took for Democrats to
go from never forget to this.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
America deserved 9-11, dude.

Speaker 5 (02:55):
Some people did something.

Speaker 3 (02:57):
Was 9-11 an inevitable consequence for Americans?

Speaker 6 (03:00):
Inevitable.

Speaker 7 (03:01):
That dark day was almost 3,000 fathers, mothers, heroes, Americans
murdered by radical terrorists. But today's Democrats align with socialist
radicals who say we deserved it.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
America deserved 9-11, dude. Will Lawrence, running for Congress.

Speaker 6 (03:17):
And you're the man, so thanks for being here.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
I still love the guy.

Speaker 5 (03:21):
Right, with 9-11, the idea that we have to apologize
for a terror attack that a couple people did.

Speaker 7 (03:27):
Democrats won't condemn burning our flag were chanting death to America.

Speaker 5 (03:31):
They're burning American flags and chanting death to America. I'm
not privy to.

Speaker 4 (03:37):
Having seen these reports.

Speaker 5 (03:39):
Burning the American flag and chanting death to America. At
a rally in your district, people were chanting death to America.
Do you condemn chance of death to America?

Speaker 6 (03:54):
When political candidates and public officials refuse to condemn global
terror and phrases such as globalize the Intifada, they are
inviting another 9-11, God forbid.

Speaker 7 (04:06):
Or even firebombing Americans.

Speaker 8 (04:08):
Kiros is under fire for refusing to say that this
firebombing attack on a group of Jews last year was
an act of anti-Semitism.

Speaker 4 (04:16):
Now.

Speaker 7 (04:16):
Radicals are infiltrating Congress.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
We are winning!

Speaker 6 (04:20):
It's being hijacked by people who are putting in nutty
ideas supporting terrorists.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
Well, guess what?

Speaker 6 (04:27):
Now we're in Congress.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
Chavalier, who, as you know, just won, was the leader
of the anti-Israel protest at Columbia University after the 2023
Hamas massacre.

Speaker 3 (04:38):
She was for Hamas. Sarah Trome Garriott sparking controversy tonight
over an old op-ed saying 9-11 taught her about anti-Muslim bigotry.

Speaker 8 (04:47):
Another Democratic congressional nominee facing growing backlash over his ties
to a convicted terrorist he once defended. Adam Hamawi won
the Democratic nomination.

Speaker 6 (04:58):
He volunteered for al-Qaeda.

Speaker 1 (05:00):
We say never forget, but when somebody like that retires
to terrorism and gets elected to the United States Congress,
it tells us that we have forgotten.

Speaker 7 (05:11):
We haven't forgotten, but Democrats have.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
So there it is, the National Republican Congressional Committee putting
that out, the NRCC podcast. Folks, Democrats haven't forgotten they
were bullshitting to begin with. They were never for America.
They have always been. They have a history of being
for America's enemies. They are who they are and what
they have always been. Enemies of the United States of America.

(05:43):
At least the ones that are currently winning in elections
right now. They and their ilk. Now, at one point,
I think that maybe the Democrat Party was an American
party But you'd be silly. You'd be stupid to believe
that they are now. You would have to ignore everything

(06:03):
that they have done to arrive at that conclusion. So
that leads me to the representative of the Democrats, socialists,
Marxists in Texas. His name is James Talafreak show. And
it turns out the James Talafreak show is. is a
pretty controversial extremist, a left-wing kind of guy. And here's

(06:24):
James Tallarico saying there are six genders. He was doing
so in a House committee meeting.

Speaker 6 (06:31):
Listen.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
The thing I want us all to be aware of
is that modern science obviously recognizes that there are many
more than two biological sexes. In fact, there are six,
which honestly, Representative Hefner surprised me too. Surprised me too,
because I am not well-versed in this this issue area.
I'm not a scientist. I'm a politician.

Speaker 3 (06:53):
Yep. Not a scientist, not a scientist to figure out,
you know, uh, that there are gotta be a scientist
to figure out that there are two genders folks, or
in this case, the lie of six genders. Now, uh,
now that he's running for Senate folks in a statewide election,
instead of a left wing enclave that will vote for

(07:15):
anything with a D in front of their names, whether
they hate America or, whether they hate science, whether they're
full-blown nutjobs like Mr. Tallarico is, sacrilegious fake Christians like
Tallarico is, when he's running statewide, he's finding out these
positions aren't universally accepted. So here's Mr. Tallarico just two
days ago. Listen.

Speaker 8 (07:35):
2021 hearing, you said there are six biological sexes.

Speaker 3 (07:40):
Do you still believe that, standing here with me right now? No.

Speaker 2 (07:43):
I've missed the mark on some of my past statements.

Speaker 7 (07:46):
I will be the first to admit it.

Speaker 3 (07:47):
Okay, so he missed the mark, he said. Folks, we
put this out on our X page and also on
True Social, actually all of our social media pages. You
can check this out. He says he missed the mark.
So it sounds like it was just something rhetorical. Wait
a minute. He actually voted to affirm his belief, folks.

(08:12):
HB 229 was passed by an 87 to 56 vote.
Vote one of two sexes, male or female, individual diagnosed,
and individuals diagnosed with a disorder of sex development or intersex. Basically,
it was affirming that there are two sexes. He voted no.

(08:35):
He voted no, there are not two sexes. So, folks,
if you're wondering which James Tallarico to believe, the one
that said there are six genders, and the one who
now says, oh, he misspoke, you can just go by
his vote. Go how he voted. His actions, in other words.
And this isn't the only thing Mr. Tallarico is backtracking on.

Speaker 1 (08:58):
Tallarico himself under fire for past controversial comments, like this
call to dismantle capitalism.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
A link between climate change and white supremacy and capitalism
in our country. And I think only in the ways
that all three of those oppressive systems work together are
we going to be able to begin the process of
dismantling them.

Speaker 1 (09:18):
Did you mean that?

Speaker 2 (09:19):
So I've missed the mark on statements that I've made
in the past.

Speaker 7 (09:23):
I'll be the first to admit that.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
Wow. It's verbatim. what he just said to another reporter.
I missed the mark on that. I'm going to admit that.
I'll be the first to admit that. He missed the mark. Folks,
what you're seeing is a Marxist who's being revealed to
be a Marxist, and now he's running from his past statements,

(09:47):
hoping you're all too stupid to figure out who and
what he is as a Marxist anti-science freak. They rolled
out a list of 20 so-called Republicans. None of them
are really Republicans, folks. Including this David Maxwell kook. Former
director of law enforcement division to the attorney general's office.

(10:13):
Former Texas Ranger who lied under oath in the Paxton
impeachment trial.

Speaker 5 (10:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (10:21):
He's declaring himself to be a Republican and supporting the
lies of James Talafreak's show. Tells you everything you need
to know about James. Tells you everything you need to
know about those who claim to be Republicans and are
supporting a Marxist. Folks, we'll have a conversation with the
RNC coverage that's going on, courtesy of Texas Scorecard. Brandon

(10:44):

Speaker 3 (14:21):
Time for our guest, folks. Brandon Walton, senior editor at
Texas Scorecard, host of the daily headlines at Texas Scorecard.

Speaker 6 (14:29):
Hey, man. Hey, good to talk with you, Chris.

Speaker 3 (14:33):
Good to talk with you. As we're recording this, it
is the second day, probably the middle of the second
day of the RNC. The programming is supposed to be
heavily focused tonight on Charlie Kirk on 9-11 and the tragedies,
in my opinion, of voting for Democrats. So why don't

(14:53):
you recap how your day went yesterday and day one?

Speaker 6 (14:59):
Uh, yes, absolutely. And, uh, before I do that, I
want to say, you know, it's, uh, it's, it's, it's funny.
You mentioned that. Yes. It's a September 10th today is
we're recording this. And that is the day that Charlie
Kirk was, uh, of course, assassinated. And we do expect
there to be a tribute to that as part of
tonight's festivities. I mean, I even remember, Chris, last year,
one year ago when it happened, I think we recorded

(15:21):
an interview shortly after that on that day, and we
were both still in shock. And so it's wild to
think that it's been a year since that's happened. I remember.
But but but going back to what happened on the
first day, you know, look, this is a midterm convention.
This is something that hasn't been done, certainly by the Republicans.
And so I think, you know, my expectations going into

(15:41):
it were very few. I mean, I had no expectations.
And I think you look at the programming, you look
at the people that have come out to this, I
think has been pretty impressive. You know, something that Democrats
certainly have not tried. And I think the big takeaway, though, especially,
is that if you're somebody who's in Texas and following
Texas politics, you'll notice that there's a lot of Texas

(16:04):
politics inside this. This might be the national convention, but
of course it's happening here in Dallas. And you look
at the speakers, people like Brandon Gill, who's really turned
out to be, I think, a real rock star in
the Republican Party right now. Somebody who seems pretty ascendant,
you know, was someone who absolutely encaptured so many people
when he spoke yesterday. Ken Paxson, of course, you know,

(16:26):
in his tough Senate race addressing delegates. President Trump, when
he spoke for nearly a nearly two hour speech. I
don't know if that's a record for Trump, but I
think it gets close to it. But it is nearly
two hour speech mentioning Texas's race, mentioning Ken Paxton and
mentioning James Tallarico. And so while this is, of course,
a national convention where the Republicans are trying to buck

(16:50):
the trend of the opposing party winning in the midterm election,
something that usually happens. You also have a lot of
focus as well on Texas.

Speaker 3 (17:01):
I was watching C-SPAN's evaluation of all of this and
the punditry there, they were genuinely surprised at how much
this looks like, feels like an actual presidential election. And
they were kind of marveling that it has all the trappings,

(17:23):
with the exception of the official business, of a convention.
And they, like you, didn't seem to have high expectations
and may have been, well, it depends on their political perspective,
surprised either pleasantly or not so pleasantly. Yes.

Speaker 6 (17:37):
I mean, you know, look, I mean, the RNC said
from the get go, and this was actually officially announced,
I think, just several months ago, it said, look, this
is going to be like a convention. Now they're not
actually voting on like party rules and platforms and things
like that. But what they are doing is the part
that I think most people see from a convention, which
is motivating voters to show up, which is, you know,

(17:58):
being chock full of speeches. And so, yeah, a lot
of people who went to the 2024 convention looked at
the 2026 convention said, you know, this looks a lot
like that.

Speaker 3 (18:07):
I talked to Jack Posobiec of Real America's Voice yesterday.
And among other things, I learned that he and his
wife speak Mandarin, which I didn't know. And I met
some individuals from NTD News, which are international, and one
woman from China who is a conservative and not a communist.

(18:28):
And one of the things that I was told by
Jack Posobiec was that to bridge the two days in
our coverage, the two days here, that Charlie Kirk was
very much in favor, that he would tell Jack, of
a midterm convention because he didn't see the wisdom in
not reminding the people about what's at stake. And he

(18:52):
was probably asked in a couple of interviews, Mr. Posobiec,
as he was wandering around to other media outlets, hey,
what do you think Charlie's uh, words would be as you're,
as you were partaking in and covering this convention. And he,
he said he probably would be applauding saying, I wish
we would have done this sooner. That was kind of
news to me, but it, it seems to be by

(19:13):
the party faithful anyway, pretty well received. What are you hearing?

Speaker 6 (19:18):
Oh, I think so. And I think the real tell
will be whether or not this is something that Democrats
in four years will try to imitate, right? I think
it serves as sort of, if nothing else, sort of
a kickoff for campaign season. A lot of folks, people
who listen to your show and really follow the news,
obviously they've been plugged in. But most people really start
thinking about the election. Campaign season really starts after Labor Day,

(19:42):
and that's when this is happening. of course, and so
for a lot of people, this is going to be
their first sort of entry into the fact that, OK,
we've got an election going. They're starting to look at
the candidates and look at what the Republican Party stands for,
look at who the Democrat Party is putting up. And
so I think it makes a lot of sense to
have a midterm convention like this. I think that it's

(20:02):
certainly not something that can hurt and it's something that,
you know, look, President Trump certainly knows something about messaging,
and so I think that when you look at just
the amount of attention that's being placed on this now
because the Republican Party is having this midterm convention, I
think that itself shows how successful it is.

Speaker 3 (20:24):
Brandon Walton's our guest right now, folks, senior editor at
Texas Scorecard. He is the host of Daily Headlines at
Texas Scorecard. Well, before we get on to some of
the some of the surprises that came out of day one.
Do me a favor and just paint the picture. Folks,
for those of you that may be listening to the
Salcedo Storm podcast around the country, know that September is

(20:47):
hardly fall here in Texas. And we're going through a
particularly warm spell coming out of August, which is typically
our warmest month. But we are in the high 90s, 98, 99,
feeling like over 100 people And that Mother Nature is
a bit of a, at least it was for us yesterday,
trying to get into day one. It's been a bit

(21:09):
of an obstacle. How are things panning out there on site?
Because I know that some of these media folks are
outside in air conditioned tents. How's that all going? Yeah.

Speaker 6 (21:22):
Well, you know, air conditioning is, uh, is pretty much
a must, you know, it's actually interesting to see though, uh, uh,
being here right now, I'm in the media road tent outside,
which is itself air conditioned, but, uh, you really can
tell what media is from Texas and what media is from, uh,
you know, other States. It's the people from other States
that are complaining about the heat. Uh, obviously the Texas

(21:43):
media is used to it by this point saying, oh man,
it's only, uh, it's only 95 degrees, you know, that's, uh,
that's not too bad, but, uh, You know, certainly the
heat is something I wouldn't be hanging out outside. I
think that, you know, yeah, I've seen people take pictures outside. Well, yeah,
I think most people have gone into the arena to
try to get into the air conditioning, you know. And
it's something, too, that the party keep in mind. This

(22:05):
is a little bit of a dry run for 2028.
In two years, the Republican National Convention is going to
be taking place in Houston for the presidential nomination. And
so Texas is, again, going to be playing host to this.

Speaker 3 (22:17):
Yeah, no kidding. And maybe a fair site cooler, if
not more muggy.

Speaker 6 (22:22):
A little more humid. Yeah, for sure.

Speaker 3 (22:24):
Down there in Houston. OK, so let's let's transition to
some of the headlines that came out of day one.
I think one of the big ones was Mr. Fetterman,
Senator Fetterman from Pennsylvania, a Democrat introducing a Republican, which
seems to catch Democrats and the punditry, the shrews of
the view. They were blasting Fetterman today on The View.

(22:49):
Any reaction you're getting from people you've talked to about
that moment?

Speaker 6 (22:54):
I think that was pretty incredible to have a Democrat senator,
John Fetterman, somebody who, frankly, I disagree with his votes
on a lot of issues, maybe even most issues. But
one thing you can't say is that he's not someone
who hasn't recognized the extreme elements of the Democrat Party
that have been lurching towards socialism, have been anti-Israel, have

(23:19):
been a number of these insidious elements. That have taken
hold on the left. And that's something that has obviously
upset a lot of members of his party. And so,
you know, I think I think there's a lot of
talk about whether or not Fetterman at some points decides
to decides to move over and be a Republican. I
don't know. But it was certainly interesting to see him
introduce his his Republican counterpart from Pennsylvania, Dave McCormick, yesterday.

Speaker 3 (23:44):
And then another big headline was something, frankly, I missed
because I because now the Chris Salcedo show is very,
very early in the morning. So I had to. sack
out around eight 30, eight 45. And so later in
the speech, president Trump rolled out this $ 5, 000 Trump dividend.

(24:06):
He floated that out there. And I, I know a
whole bunch of people that call themselves Republicans and conservatives
were losing their minds over this today. Give me your
reaction and I'll, and I'll, we'll, we'll noodle this out.
You and I together about what you're hearing about this,
this moment.

Speaker 6 (24:23):
Oh, yeah. You know, look, I think there's there's essentially
two trains of thought. I think there are some people
whose gut reaction was, oh, no, this is you know,
this sounds like some of the policies from the left
that we've been fighting against. At the same time, though,
I mean, if you look at what the Trump administration
has been doing economically and look at the broader point,
I think that he's making and the vice president talked
about this as well in an interview after the speech

(24:45):
last night. I think, you know, he's saying, you know,
what I heard is that, look, if Republicans stay in
charge and if we're able to continue to accomplish the
Trump economic agenda, you know, the American people are going
to benefit from that and be it, you know, by
dividends or otherwise, you know, that's going to be the

(25:06):
result of the Trump economic agenda.

Speaker 3 (25:09):
He coined it as a Trump dividend, but I don't
believe he was saying it as, oh, it would actually
be a dividend. And some people are speculating that, as
you as you said, that it was going to be like, oh,
a check like, you know, PPP or like this this
monstrosity bill that was passed during the China virus. You know,

(25:30):
and I got into a discussion with somebody who called
in on talk radio today and I said, Well, and
by the way, that the phrase that's not conservative, we
conservatives don't don't buy into that kind of stuff. And
I said, well, wait a minute. What if this this
five thousand dollars comes in the form of a tax
credit on your tax form? They were making so much

(25:51):
money through these tariffs and the 20 trillion dollars of
of capital investment coming into the United States from foreign entities.
that the president was able to justify giving you a $ 5, 000
tax credit, keeping more of your own money. Isn't isn't
that worth it? And isn't that very much what conservatives want?

(26:12):
And and he the callers seem to acquiesce the point.
I guess it it is all in what form this takes.
And that's the big question mark. What form will this take?

Speaker 6 (26:24):
Right. And, you know, at a certain point, I mean, yeah,
if it's if it's a tax, if it's a tax
credit or otherwise, I think I think if it's a
tax credit, I think a lot more people on the
right are OK with that.

Speaker 5 (26:34):
Right.

Speaker 6 (26:35):
Certainly we've championed tax cuts and and tax credits before.

Speaker 3 (26:39):
Absolutely. All right. Now, let's look ahead to today, too,
as we're recording, as you already mentioned, it is the
the solemn anniversary of Charlie Kirk's assassination. And what he meant.
And I think that's why the vice president is speaking
second instead of first. And then Trump will wrap things
up with some brief comments. That's at least what we're
told that the friendship between Charlie Kirk and the vice

(27:02):
president is is something well established and well known. And
that's precisely why they chose this day for the vice
president to speak. What are you hearing about tonight's programming
and what we're going to see?

Speaker 6 (27:16):
Well, I think that you're absolutely right there. I think
there's going to be a lot of talk about Charlie
Kirk and the effect he had on, frankly, the Republican
Party and conservative movement as a whole. I mean, absolutely.
You look anywhere you look at this convention, you can
see his fingerprints on how he has shaped the modern

(27:36):
conservative movement in America. And so I think that that's
going to be a big point of focus. I think
specifically for people who are watching the Texas angle of things,
you've got a number of speakers from Texas. You've got
Governor Greg Abbott, Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, Senator Ted Cruz.
You have some of the congressional candidates, Eric Flores, Tano Tiarina,

(27:57):
that are running in South Texas for some of those
competitive seats against Democrats. The Dallas mayor, Eric Johnson, who's
switched parties. He's now a Republican. He's going to be speaking.
And so there's certainly going to be a big Texas
angle from tonight as well.

Speaker 3 (28:12):
And then let's discuss tomorrow being September the 11th, 2001,
from the anniversary of 2001, 25 years later. And I
played this in my lead up to you. The NRCC
made a devastating video about where Democrats are. They went

(28:35):
from solidarity to saying that America deserved 9-11. It was
quite a very powerful video. What are you hearing about
how they're going to handle that at the last day
of the RNC?

Speaker 6 (28:47):
I think it's a good chance we'll see some mention
of that. Obviously, 25 years is a very notable anniversary.
I believe Trump himself actually spent today with some Medal
of Honor winners, I believe, at the museum down in
Irving or Arlington, I believe it is. And so I

(29:07):
think we'll see some of that as well tonight. There's
a lot going on. It's a it's a you know,
it's even a relatively short program. I think it's a
shorter program than it was the first night. Of course,
we'll see how long they decide to go. But a
lot to pack in. There's gonna be a lot of
speakers and a lot to cover on the second day.

Speaker 4 (29:23):
OK.

Speaker 3 (29:24):
And the last thing, what the other side is doing,
as you know, James Tallarico or Tala Freak Show, as
we call him here on the Salcedo Storm podcast. He
has sent up a whole bunch of protesters up toward,
I guess they should be in the throes of marching
on the RNC right now as you and I are
speaking meanwhile he's nowhere to be found he's over in

(29:46):
the People's Republic of California I'm hearing fundraising at $ 27, 000
a plate in California how's that going over?

Speaker 6 (29:59):
Yes, and of course appearing on, I think, with his
friend Jimmy Kimmel, who's a darling of the left as well.
If he wants to be over there, he can absolutely
do that. Obviously, James Talrico has been a big topic
of conversation here, and specifically just some of the outlandish
things he's said, he's espoused. I know that even this

(30:20):
week he's Run to the news and try to say, oh, no,
he didn't mean what he said when he said there
were six genders. It seems that everything he's ever said
was some sort of misstep. And I think, you know,
the more he more he does that, I think the
less people believe that.

Speaker 3 (30:35):
True enough. And the last thing I will point out
on that score. He's backtracking on a couple of things.
As a matter of fact, we played before you got
in here. We were talking about James Tallarico, but back
backtracking on another issue. And he's using the same the
same mantra. Oh, I misspoke or I it wasn't what

(30:56):
I meant. Here's what I really meant.

Speaker 5 (30:58):
And.

Speaker 3 (30:59):
We called him out on his six gender thing because, well,
wait a minute. He's either lying then or he's lying now.
Which one is it? Well, it turns out he voted
and Governor Abbott and other people have put out this.
And so did we on social media. He voted to
affirm the six gender standard of which he apparently really,
truly believes. So it's looking like he's been caught with

(31:22):
these two soundbites basically running away from his record because
he knows it won't fly in Texas. Fair?

Speaker 6 (31:32):
I think absolutely. I think that he can get a
warm welcome in California and New York or wherever he's
doing these fundraisers. But a lot of what he's saying
is not going to fly with most Texans. But, you know,
of course, there's obviously there's some some Democrat pockets even
here in Texas. And those are the people that he's
trying to appeal to right now. And so that's why
it's important that people, Republicans really across the state, get

(31:55):
out and vote. Uh, because, uh, if, you know, if
they vote like they did in 2024, uh, it will
be a double digit, you know, win for Republicans in Texas.
It's just about motivating people to get out and vote. Right.

Speaker 3 (32:06):
And I, you know what, I might as well replay
this just so you can, well, wait a minute. I
don't know if you'll be able to hear it because
I haven't shared my. My screen with you. But I
can paraphrase what what he was. He's being called out
in his climate change, white supremacy and capitalism, equating those
as being oppressive and wanting to get rid of all
of them.

Speaker 5 (32:25):
Right.

Speaker 3 (32:26):
And declaring if if you believe in oil, you believe
in in a free enterprise that you're somehow a white supremacist.
And he was asked about it. And of course, he
backtracked saying, oh, I using this nearly the same exact
language he backtracked on six genders. So it's a man.

Speaker 5 (32:44):
It is.

Speaker 3 (32:44):
This is a politician who will say anything to get elected.
And of course, you know, when when the counterprogramming is
going on here in Texas, he's out in California, which
I think is going to be a really, really bad look.
All right. Brandon, anything else we missed covering?

Speaker 6 (33:00):
I think we've got it on. Of course, we'll have
all our coverage by the time this goes out. Of course,
people can check it out, what happened at TexasScorecard.com.

Speaker 3 (33:08):
There you go. Brandon Walton, Senior Editor at Texas Scorecard.
Appreciate the catch-up, buddy.

Speaker 6 (33:13):
Of course. Thank you, Chris.

Speaker 3 (33:14):
That right there is going to put a wrap on
this Salcedo Storm podcast. Do me a favor, kids. Check
out the new book, The Rise of the Liberty Loving Latino,
A New American Revolution. You can pick it up on
Amazon and get it in hard copy form or in
audio book form. I believe they just cut the price
on the audio book form, so it's never been a
better deal right now. Again, the name of the book

(33:37):
is The Rise of the Liberty Loving Latino, A New
American Revolution. New book that came out at the beginning
of the year. And remember this until we visit again,
my friends. A society's worth isn't measured by how much
power is stolen by government. A society's worth is measured
by how much power is reserved for you and me. We,
the people. Keep fighting to save your country out there,
my friends, because America is worth it.
