When we decide to make changes in our lifestyle and our diet to become healthier, we often overlook how we feel about ourselves as part of the change process. If we accept ourselves lovingly before embracing change, we have a greater chance of making successful positive changes than we do if we make changes because we feel we're broken or inadequate.
