What do you crave? What would happen if you fasted from it, maybe not permanently, but intermittently?

In this episode, I talk about my experimentation this week with intermittent fasting, and what it's doing for me physically and spiritually. I'm inviting everyone listening to check out intermittent fasting for yourselves to see if it's something that may benefit you, and I'm also inviting everyone to take a look at what you crave. What's behind that craving? Is it a need or a want? Is it a real hunger, or is it an escape from something else?
