Mrs. Mattox is a retired US Army 1st SGT and currently serves as the Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs Women Veterans Program Administrators. Addie and I discussed the transition from military back into the civilian sector and the struggle of starting a career and the lack if mentorship. As Addie discusses her career after the military, she guides us through her journey of where she's at in her career now. She shares a variety of resources for women Veterans along with some of the amazing women she's met along the way.
