So what amateurs like me do,because they've made bowling fairly easy with
these bowling balls, they're so revolutionary. They have these weight blocks in them,

these off kilter weight blocks, sothe ball hooks on automatically. You
just kind of roll it. Sothe idea is you wanted to hook into
the pocket. Anybody who's seen bowling, they see the pros are hooking it
into the pocket, the one threeor the one two. So the five
board is the one all the wayto the right for a or the left.
Actually they name them both the same, on the left and the right.

So amateurs stand to the right bythe gutter and they just pop it
off their hand and the ball doesall the work and it just rolls and

before. No nobody's ever done thatbefore. That sounds like magic to me.
That that that's pulling to me right, well, because you're a imagining
the r let me ask you this. When you touch your chin forward,

migraine, I immediately think they're lyingbecause I've had one migraine in my life.

cranial nerve. Uh, it hasthree branches, trigeminal three you found,
like the maxillary and the mandibular.So they the trigeminal nerve sends a signal
to the cerebellum saying, hey,something's going on. We're not getting enough

blood. We're getting too much bloodflow to the brain, but you're not.
It's totally fine. It's it's ait's an off signal. So then
they turn to spick it off alittle bit. They turn it down to
close the water off the blood,and then the blood is starting to come
through less and less. You getthis aura prior. Usually you get like
a little closed vision, or you'rea little sensitive to the light, or

you see kind of like lines arehalf your it's very tunnel like. That's
the aura. If that hits yourbody goes, hey wait a second,
Nah, it was fine, openup the open up the spicket, and
then that backfilling of blood from thecerebellum. That's the migraine. That blood
has nowhere to go. You feelit pulse in your temple. Sometimes it's

only one side. Sometimes it's bothsides, but you can't any any light.
That's why caffeine works so well,because that's a vaso constrictor. You
can uh, you take et cetera. Migraine is straight caffeine and some aceidama,
some uh, some anti inflammatory coffeewill will help, and that constricts

the vessels. It ain't gonna cureit. Time will cure it. But
any light is gonna make that painmore intense because then your optic nerve is
sensing it. It's still in yourbrain and the pulse ice on the back

Two weeks later, they had anissue again and I was like all right,
and then it was a full onbrawl, like he tried. He
even admitted on Russo's show he wentafter us because he thought we were bad
for the for the Vince Russo nameand everything, and like, I didn't
get it. I thought he wasfun. We were having fun every and
it was all harmless. But anyway, that's how it started. Well it's

interesting you get to that point becauseyou bring up Matt Coon and and that's
