titled It's a very important one, the most important one
in my life. I was banned, shadow band, censored, in
silenced by media, social media, and the US government and
Stanford University for telling the truth and trying to save lives.
Today I filed a one hundred million dollar lawsuit against

all of them. I was the first mainstream TV and
radio host in America to warn my viewers and listeners
to run away from the COVID vaccine like it was
a hand grenade, and then the Unamerican censorship started from
the first.

Day the vaccine was available.

I told my viewers, listeners, and readers to exercise their
right of free will. I warned that I would never
buy a car in its first year of production, so
why would I want to become the first to take
an experimental for emergency use only vaccine when no one
had any idea what it.

I warned that taking the experimental COVID JAB was like
volunteering to be a crash test dummy, Who would be dumb.

Well, obviously millions of Americans, at the urging of government,
and at the urging of their doctors, and at the
urging of the media. At that point, this was just
my gut instinct and common sense opinion. Then I saw
the initial data which the media refused to.

I became the first mainstream TV and radio host in

own var's system, Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting system. This was
the ultimate tell the government's own reporting system, which was

of the COVID vaccine, more deaths than all the other
vaccines in history.

doesn't exactly give you a lot of confidence, and who
would rush to give that product to their children? And
then the data started rolling in. I reported on studies
from around the world showing all time record excess deaths,
heart attacks, myocarditis, strokes, blood clots, neurological injuries, immune system damage,

and the stunning explosion of stage four turbo cancer, all
of which appeared at the exact.

Same time as the COVID vaccine.

And then I made two guesses that turned out to
be one hundred percent true. I made an educated guest
that media around the USA and around the globe was
being bribed into silence by billions of dollars of.

If they questioned the COVID vaccine and Big Pharma pulled
their advertising.

Half the newsroom would lose their jobs.

were making a fortune from fees and bonuses paid by
Big Pharma for pushing the COVID vaccine on their unsuspecting patients.

All of my educated guesses have since been proven correct
and true.

Raw truth right and At the very moment I was
reporting and warning about all of this, a funny thing
started happening to me. I was banned, shadow ban, censored,
and silenced by media and social media from around the globe.
Suddenly no one could hear my words. Suddenly my audience
stopped growing. Suddenly there were no comments or likes under
my social media posts when previously my post reached millions.

Suddenly I was blackballed by the media. Suddenly my career
was going in reverse. Suddenly I was being demonized and
slandered as a conspiracy theorist and a spreader of misinformation,
all for the sin of simply speaking my opinion and

wrong isn't the issue. The crux of the issue is
what happened to me was clearly a violation of my
civil rights and a violation of my right to free
speech in America, where free speech is guaranteed by the
United States Constitution. And of course, what's most telling is
this only happened to one side. No one ever silenced

the people or organizations who were the real spreaders of misinformation,
the government, CDC, who nih FDA, ama AS, an American
Medical Association, doctors, the mainstream media, and social media.

around the globe killed and injured and crippled and disabled.

Monday afternoon, yesterday ten twenty seven, twenty five, my Los
Angeles based law firm Lurie and Associates filed at one
hundred million dollar lawsuit against Stafford University and the Stafford
Board of Trustees, who coordinated a conspiracy with the government

to censor me and many others to prevent our opinions
from being heard, and the social media companies who aided them.
Why were they so afraid of my opinions. Could it
be because I was right? Could it be because if
the truth got out, their jig was up. Here's the
list of just some of the major conspirators we have

sued for one hundred million dollars. Stanford University, the Stanford
Board of Trustees made up Platforms Incorporated representing Facebook and Instagram,
X Corporation representing X formerly Twitter, Google LLC representing Google
and YouTube, and TikTok Incorporated.

For the moment, the US government is not included.

In my lawsuit, but after analyzing discovery, because we're about
to do discovery with all these companies and demand all
the documents they've got. And after doing that discovery with
all these conspirators, we expect to find the specific government
agencies and officials who ordered, coordinated, intimidated, and paid bribed

for this criminal censorship. Once those names are uncovered, they
will be air at it to this lawsuit. My advice
don't sleep soundly. We're coming after you and you will
pay dearly. This was an American tragedy. What the censorship
industrial complex did to me was an American It's time

on Tuesday, the Republican Party's approval has skyrocketed.

The approval rating for the Republican Party overall rose by
two points. It jumped by five points. For Republicans in Congress.
The net approval for Congressional Republicans sword by twelve points
among Republican voters and eight points among independents since the

that brand is actually up. That's written the margin of

error that clearly hasn't dropped. Come over to the side

happened is it's he's backfired.

as a whipping boy, and we are gonna win the
midterms so big. When people see the absolute insane, extreme

nut job Zororan Mandami, it's gonna be a big win
in the midterms for us.

So I feel bad for New York and I hope
it doesn't happen, and I pray for the people in

election night. And I knew Trump would win by a

that what he's going to try to do after he

forged to city dropped in. Now, think about that for
a second. They didn't say Lindsey to city dropped in
or beamed to city dropped dead. The mayors who actually
ran the city into the ground. They blamed the president
for not wanting to bail them out. And it's going

be another leftist talking point that it's actually Trump who
destroyed New York, not Mum Donnie.

going to Texas, Florida, and actually my state, Nevada, but

also South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona. They're all leaving
red states running for their lives and going to blue state.
To me, blue states running for their lives, going to
red states, and they're taking tens of billions, hundreds of
billions of dollars with them.

So the Blue states are all going broke.

So when Mandami wins, if he wins, assume he wins
on next week, on next Tuesday, the exodus from New
York is gonna be overwhelming. And the people that are
left who still have money are all gonna leave, and

City is gonna be in such bad financial shape it.

AOC and Omar Fate who's about to be elected mayor

white Muslim if they can get them. Omar Fat is

a Muslim, of course, Mamdanni is. And they are trying
to show that they're so diverse and all that, but
of course the only diversity that they don't value is
diversity of thought. All these people are socialists, internationalists who
want to see the existing system brought down and a socialist, authoritarian,

see more and more candidates like mam Donni and like

a socialist economic system. So socialism goes hand in hand
with communism. It's basically the same exact thing. I don't
know why they're denying their communists.

Look up the Soviet Union, it's a communist country, but
they had a socialist economy. Look up Cuba, communist country,
but they have a socialist economy. So how can you
be a socialist but deny you're a communist.

and he knows that communism still has a bad reputation
in the United States and socialism does not, and so
he figures he can call himself a socialist and people
will say, oh, okay, that's like Denmark or Sweden and

SNAP recipient SNAP meaning food stamps. SNAP recipients threaten to
loot if food stamps are cut November first, stay the

taking to TikTok and threatening to loot grocery stores if
their foodstamp payments don't go through on November one due
to the government shutdown. I'm telling y'all straight up like this,

i just got that text that the link is definitely
cut the f off for November. You all better stay
out the f of my way in these stores because
I'm walking out with carts and I'm not paying for
you know what, One angry SNAP recipient fumed on TikTok.
I'm not paying for sh you know what? Another adage,
you know what? Since they want to take food stamps away,

I'm gonna go to effing Walmart, grab anything I damn want,
put that sh right in the basket, and walk right
out that that store. I'm not paying for a damn thing.
Every one of these people, by the way, is black.
Just stating a fact. Approximately forty two million Americans, one
out of eight people nationwide, receive foodstamp payments for SNAP

payments formally known as food Stamps. Those benefits set to
cut to be cut off November one after Democrats voted
today for the thirteenth consecutive time to keep the that
government closed.

So what did I say on my show?

I said, they're either looking to force the GOP to
give in and cave on the Democrats' desire to gut
Trump's big beautiful bill and destroy all the good that
we did with that big beautiful bill by limiting people
on medicaid to people at work for a living and
limiting illegal aliens.

Don't get it, and they want all that.

Speaker 4 (45:25):
Put back in again, plus surgeries for transgenders paid for
by taxpayers. So either I can want to force Republicans
to avoid riots and looting to go along with that
and gut the very bill that just made America great again,
or they want rioting, an insurrection and a coup and
a takeover and an overthrow. This is the Democrats attempt

to destroy the Trump presidency, or it's both. Just want
to let you know that that was my number one
story and it is coming true. Here is my column
that I read to open the show. I'm going to
do it again because most people are either an our
one or hour two and or they're in their cars
listening on the radio in only hour one or hour two,
so you don't hear it. And if you do hear it,
it's good to hear twice. Anyway, repetition is good for you.

So it's titled and this is the most important column
I ever wrote for my life.

I was banned, shadow band, censored, in silenced by media,
social media, the US government, and Stanford University for telling
the truth and trying to save lives. And today I
filed one hundred million dollar lawsuit against all of them.
So I was the first mainstream TV and radio host
in America to warn my viewers and listeners to run
away from the COVID vaccine like it was a hand grenade.

And then the Unamerican censorship started from the first day
the vaccine was available, I told my viewers, listeners, and
readers to exercise their right of free will. I warned
that I would never buy a car in its first
year of production, so why would I want to become
the first to take an experimental for emergency use only
vaccine when.

No one has any idea what it's going to do
to you?

I warned that taking the experimental COVID JAB was like
volunteering to be a crash test dummy. Who would be
dumb enough to agree to do that? At that point,

Then I saw the initial data, which the media refused
to report. I became the first mainstream TV and radio

host in America to warn about the disastrous results of
the CDC's own VARs system Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System THEIRS.

This was the ultimate tell.

The government's own reporting system, considered the gold standard by
doctors for decades, was showing massive amounts of injuries and
death in the first months of the CODE vaccine, more
deaths than all the other vaccines in history. If my

explosion of stage four turbo cancer, all of which appeared
at the exact same time as the COVID vaccine.

I also made an educated guest that doctors across America
were making a fortune from fees and bonuses paid by
Big Farmer for pushing the COVID vaccine on their unsuspecting patients.
All of my educated guesses have since been proven one
hundred percent true.

And at this very moment I was reporting and warning
about all of this, a funny thing started happening to me.

I was banned, shadow ban, censored, and silenced by media
and social media from around the globe. Suddenly no one

there were no comments or likes under my social media
posts when previously my post reached millions. Suddenly I was

blackballed by the media. Suddenly my career was going in reverse.
Suddenly I was being demonized and slandered as a conspiracy
theorist and a spreader of misinformation, all for the sin
of simply speaking my opinions in a nation that values
free speech and protects free speech in the US Constitution
makes free speech the number one thing, and reporting the

truth in order to save lives and keep my fans
healthy and alive. For that sin, I was suddenly called
a conspiracy theorist.

I turned out to be one hundred percent.

Correct about everything. But whether I was right or wrong
isn't the issue here. The crux of the issue is
that what happened to me was clearly a violation of
my civil rights and a violation of my right to
free speech in America, where free speech is guaranteed by.

The US Constitution.

And of course, what's most telling is this only happened
to one side. No one ever silenced the people or
organizations who were the real spreaders of misinformation, the government,
the CDC, the WHO, the NIAH, the FDA, the American

though their censorship and their lies and their fraud and
their misinformation and their cover up of facts got millions
of people in American around the globe killed and injured,
while they all made billions of dollars off the COVID vaccine,

stocks like Pfizer. This is called a massive conflict of interest,

big enough to sail a cruise ship through. So I've

oil is in a basin, which makes the drilling and
production much easier. Mark, you're allegend in the oil industry,
in the gas industry.

Well, I'm a second generation oil and gas guy. My
father in the early nineteen fifties started a company called
tech Star. It later became Texas Oil and Gas. When
it sold out to US Steel, it was the largest
independent in the world. Dell High Pipelines was the largest
gas distribution system in the United States when it sold
out to a US Steel. I worked with him for

four years. I've been in the oil and gas ever since.
You would probably know me better as the chairman of
Ultra Petroleum, and Ultra had a pretty good track record,
which you're very familiar with.

I think, well, I think ten thousand dollars investor in
Ultra turned it into thirteen million dollars. Is that correct
in the year run of your publicly traded company.

Yeah, at the high that's true.

Ten thousand dollars turn into thirteen million. That means one
hundred thousand dollars turn into one hundred and thirty million.
That's an incredible track record. Now tell me why this
deal lost, Soldier. This project is so special. I hear
about projects and deals all the time. What makes this
one special?

What's special about this is all the other basins of
the United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty
years what they are. This one could not be drilled
because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it

middle class people. And that's the problem in Las Vegas
is this this ripoff prices. Oh how about forty dollars

for a martini? So you buy two drinks for you
and your girlfriend or you and your spouse, and it's
eighty dollars before tip for two drinks. That's the most
insane thing I've ever heard in my life. And that's
why it's become a city for wealthy people. You know,

And it's all rich guys. That's it.

Rich guys who are sixty and older with their twenty

because Obama pushed him out. And then just to screw
over Obama and all the people in the Democrat Party
who pushed him out, he immediately said, he tweeted out
I he ors Kamala Harris to be the Democrat nominee
to succeed me.

And then Pelosi immediately answered and said, yes, I endorsed
her too, and that was it. The whole party fell
in line. And became Kamala's to lose.

There was never even a vote. It was just it
was Kamala.

She was ordained, she was crowned, and Obama was backstabbed.
This all happened behind his back. He didn't know that

didn't know that Joe was going to endorse Kamala. He
didn't know that Nancy was going to endorse Kamala. The
book says Obama had a secret handshake deal with Pelosi

that she would never endorse Kamala and they would let
it play out at the convention, and whoever would win
at the convention, a broker convention, would win the nomination.
I'll bet he thought it was going to be his wife,
Michelle Obama, and then she got stabbed and he got
backstabbed because everybody coalesced around Kamala. I told you, I
mean it was all because Joe wanted to get even

with the party and screw them over and lose. As
much as he hated Trump, he hated Kamala even more.
He hated his vice president that much he wanted her
to be the nominee. So the Democrat Party would lose.

I remember writing a column months and months before that
before Joe Biden got in the debate with Trump, and
I knew that was a mistake too. I said, Trump,
do not debate Joe Biden until September. Let him get

How did I know and no one else knew. I
don't know he was brain dead.

I knew that he had dementia or Alzheimer's and he
was never going to survive the debate. So if they
gave him the nomination and then his first debate is

month and he has the same performance he had in July,
Trump would have won by a resounding He would have
won the popular vote by fifteen points.

That was my plan. But Trump didn't listen.

He took the debate in June, their earliest debate in
history with Biden, and that gave them plenty of time,

But it could never be Kamala. She cannot win. She's
