astrological forecast for February first through February seven. And I'm
really super excited today to have a fellow astrologer on

So at the beginning of the show, I want to
welcome Aubrey how does Shelle? How does Shell to the show,
and we're going to talk about what is going on

the week of February first through seventh at the first
half of the show, and then the second half we're
going to talk about her new book, Stellar Sex. We're
going to talk about relationships, chemistry, who's a good match
for you, why you click with some people, why you don't.
We're gonna let her share some of her insights in
the book. So welcome Aubrey. It's great to have you.

Thank you so much, Carlin. I'm super excited to be here.
Thanks for having me. I'm excited to dive in.

Yes, So I mean what you know I told the
audience kind of knows. I always kind of talk about
how important the moon is and how it affects our
emotions and you know, affects the tides of the ocean,
So of course it's going to affect us because our
body is mostly water, right, just basic science, and then
you know it's that deeper side of us that comes
out during these moon cycles. But today we have a

full moon in Leo, So what's your opinion on that,
you know, what's your vibe about this full moon and
Leo that we're going through today.
Speaker 3 (02:10):
So the full moon in Leo is actually always very
interesting to me because it is, you know, the moon
with the leader of the full moon being the Sun,
and around the time of year, it's always with the
Sun and detriment and Aquarius, right, so I think it's
always an interesting time because of that. I think, you know,
(02:33):
for me this time around, thinking about the fact that
we're going to head into the nodes being in Leo
and Aquarius, I sort of feel like this is the
a full moon to pay attention to because it's sort
of illuminating, you know, the house in your chart where
Leo is and therefore where Jupiter and the South node
will be later this year, also where you will start
(02:54):
experiencing eclipses later this year.
Speaker 4 (02:57):
So definitely a moment to attention to.
Speaker 2 (02:59):
Brusure absolutely, you know, I find, you know, every every
moon cycle affects me differently, but you know, with Leo
full moon specifically, I find a lot of people, you know,
get a little bit more romantic, and you know, they
want to show their love and affection for people, and
you know, kind of in big ways, you know, the

big hearted Leo energy there. So you know, hey, if
you're not in a relationship, you know, what do you think, Aubrey,
is this a good time for people to meet someone
during the Leo full moon?
Speaker 4 (03:33):
It could be.
Speaker 3 (03:35):
I think for me, of course, that always depends on Mike.
Where is this happening in your chart? And you know,
what do you have going on? But I certainly agree
with you, right Leo, is this full hearted, generous, very
passionate and playful sign. So I think it can be
a wonderful time to bring that kind of energy forward,
whether you're in a committed partnership or a casual line,

or you're single just sort of embodying those Leonine ideals
in general. I definitely think there's plenty of love to
both give and receive underneath this full moon, and you know,
ideally getting kind of back in touch with that like
idea of play and joy, especially if things have felt
(04:19):
heavy and complicated lately.

Exactly, I love it, and you know, full moon is
a good time I always feel to release old baggage,
you know, old emotions and to let yourself feel and
whatever comes in, you know. And you know, for those
of you that are beginners, you maybe just be you know,
dabbling astralgia, just interested in it, but not being astroger.

Just know that, you know, the full moon, you know,
really can bring up different height and emotions. You know,
more people have arguments and feel a little irritable during
the full moon. Some people tell me they don't sleep
well when there's a full moon. You know, it's like
we're howling at the moon like wolves, right, And so
it can make you a little bit more on edge.
(05:05):
And I think of Leo. You know, the lion is
their symbol and it can roar, It can roar and
it can get mad, right, So you might feel some
really passionate heightened emotions. Especially you know if if you
don't have Leo in your chart, this could you know,
like the moon and Leo or any placements, you can
be feeling like WHOA, what's going on? Because you got
(05:27):
all twelve planets somewhere in your chart. Even if you don't,
you know, those signs are somewhere on those houses. Even
if you don't have placements in every sign, you're gonna
have every sign's energy somewhere in some area life. So,
like she said, wherever this full moon is happening in
your birth chart, you know you can find that out
on like astro dot com. You can contact you know,

either one of us astrologer that can look at your
chart and really tell you a lot more in depth.
But just a basic overview is that it will be
a heightened sense of emotion and a good time to
claim and release and purge, you know, old energy, and
I think of you know, it's a fire moon, so
you know, shoot, you know, light some candles, you know,

burn some fire, light something on fire. I don't know,
burn a burn someone's picture that that betrayed you and
hurt you and wounded you. So you can let them
go and attract the perfect partner, which we're gonna talk
about stellar sex in a little bit Aubrey's new book.
But but yeah, it's it's a really cool time. And
February third, we're gonna have Uranness, the planet of unexpected

change and eccentricity and electricity and innovation and unexpected things
like unsettling energy. I always say it's gonna be going
direct in Taurus. So we've been talking about on the
show that Uranus has been retrograde, and that means, in
an easy way to explain it, that energy to me
is kind of blocked. It's kind of spinning backwards in
(06:55):
the sky. So what do you think is gonna happen?
What's your vie? This week? I'll be with Uranus going
back direct, spinning correctly again in Taurus for a little while.
You know, it'll be going into Gemini pretty soon. But
right now it's still in Taurus. What do you think
is we're gonna feel like this week when it when
it goes direct.
Speaker 3 (07:19):
Well, so to your point, we'll start feeling that energy
of Urinus again and you know, sort of the way
it likes to be felt and expressed. And yes, there
can be big shifts, big changes, big unexpected happenings, both
on a collective level and in our own like individual lives.
Speaker 4 (07:37):
I think this is also kind of like a shift
to pay attention to.
Speaker 3 (07:41):
Simply because it is the last time that Uranus is
going to station direct while it is in Taurus. It
will enter Gemini and start a whole brand new seven
year cycle in all of our lives in April. But
so this is that kind of like final station that
Urinus is gonna experience it Taurus. So not to be
(08:01):
super long wounded about this, but I personally, and you
can tell me if you agree with.
Speaker 4 (08:06):
This or not, carbon but you know this Uranus and
Taurus is.
Speaker 3 (08:10):
A little bit uncomfortable, right, And that's just because Urinus
kind of comes in and it's like we want change
and we want it now, and.
Speaker 2 (08:17):
Taurus is like, no, no, we got the most zodiac
and I'm not doing anything that's different, and I'm not
comfortable with Iran. It's just like, yes you are.
Speaker 3 (08:27):
You know exactly, So I always describe as to your
point earlier. Also, like we have all twelve zodiac scents
in our chart, right, so there's somewhere in our lives
where tauruses and that tends to be the area of
our life where we resist change, right. We want predictability
(08:48):
and you know, structure and routine and all of those things.
And you know, Uranus and Taurus maybe feels a little
grueling in that sense, right, or like pulling teeth and
so as we kind of go into this final phase
now with your in a stationing direct, it's kind of
this final you know, about three three to four months
(09:13):
of like what else is left to kind of change
in this area before closing out that chapter?
Speaker 2 (09:20):
Absolutely, yeah, I you know when I think of this,
you know this this is a big year, you know, astrologically,
I've been telling the audience this, and it's like there's
major major planetary shifts of like the outer planets like
Urana's Neptune, Saturn. You know, I have a lot of
things happening this year that are really once in a lifetime.
(09:44):
I mean, this is this is a lot of intensity
going on. And I don't know about you, but I
got a lot of clients and people telling me that
they just feel unsettled, and to me that that's kind
of what uranus does when it when it's in our chart,
when it transits anywhere, it's this unsett energy, this feeling
like something's gonna happen, but I don't know what it is,
(10:04):
and then it then it happens out of the blue.
It's like a shock, you know. It's it's different than
like a Pluto transit that you can I always can
feel a Pluto transit coming because it's deep and intense
and it's you can feel it. It's like you get
it's like, oh it's coming, and you're you're ready, and
it's slow to cut, you know. But uranus blindside is
(10:25):
how I feel. It's just like I'm gonna zoop in,
shake up and make you grow. And that's what I
feel like uranus does is it makes us grow. And
Taurus their growth is letting go of the past and
releasing things and be more open minded. So I think
Uranus has forced a lot of the world, like you said,
(10:46):
society to be more open minded and things. And I
think when it gets into Gemini, I'm excited about it.
You know, I was talking on the show that you know,
Uranus hasn't been last time was in Gemini, we had
World War Two and there's a lot of historic things,
you know, when it was in Gemini. Even before that,
(11:07):
we had the Civil War, the American Revolution. So this
is and we can see things playing out in history.
We don't have to get into politics, but there's a
lot going on in the world, and I think we're
going to see a lot more changes when it shifts
into Gemini an air sign this year, because we've got
Pluto and Aquarius both going on, and there's a lot
(11:32):
of technology and AI and all these how we communicate,
you know, it's going to change and all these things.
I think, And so tap in guys, I think I
think you'll feel better this week a little maybe a
little lighter with it going direct. That's my feeling. It's
still not gonna feel real good because it's in Taurus,
but I think once it's out of the yeah cave
(11:53):
will feel better. And then on February sixth, we've got
Mercury and Pisces. I always say, you know, plant communication,
how we communicate, feel we may be more uh you know, idealistic,
more nostalgic, more romantic, maybe you know, more into you know,
finding love or expressing our love or creative side. What
(12:13):
do you think about Mercury and Pisces? How do you
think we'll fill this week?
Speaker 3 (12:19):
So Mercury and Pisces is always a very interesting time
because it is mercury both in detriment and.
Speaker 4 (12:25):
In the fall.
Speaker 3 (12:27):
And you know, the when we talk about planets being
in detriment and fall for those who don't know, you know,
there's sort of like a mismatch that's happened, happening between
what that planet kind of desires and then the energy
of that sign. So you think of mercury, we think
of being very like precise, detail oriented all of that.
Speaker 4 (12:44):
And then as Carbon.
Speaker 3 (12:45):
Said, price is very idealistic, right, very dreamy, And so
you know, mercury and Pisces, does it point to maybe
being able to like daydream more, certainly getting in touch
with that kind of intuitive side of communication, maybe a
little more creativity and imagination. Yes, absolutely, And this is
(13:07):
the next sign that we will experience Merkeuy retrograde, and
so we're gonna kind of like buckle up for an
extra long stay in mercury anpises. So definitely something to
pay attention to.
Speaker 2 (13:18):
Yes, I find, you know, with Pisces energy, you know,
when Mercury's there, it's kind of like this neptune and
it's like making sure we're really clear when we communicate
because people can misinterpret or we may not express what
we really think and believe, or trying to communicate in
a open way, people might think we're being secretive for something.
(13:39):
You know. I feel like, you know, that vibe could
be affecting all of us, especially when we have a
Mercury go retrograde at the at the end of feb
So that's the big that's the big keys this week.

about her amazing book and and tell us a little
bit about your book. It's you know, I think a
lot of people that I know that they love astrology

because they want to know who they're compatible with, you know,
who's a good match. Tell us a little bit about
the book, and then you know, give us gives the
audience some tips. Maybe, you know, if you want to
talk about you know, each of the signs real quick,
like you know, sexually or intimacy wise, what what's their
deeper needs, you know, maybe something like that.

Okay, I'll try to wrap it fire through that. It's
hard too, Yeah, So I'm to your point right at
one of the two main things. People always want to
come get a reading and ask questions about our love
and money.
Speaker 4 (16:05):
Right.
Speaker 3 (16:06):
So obviously, through the years of working with clients and
you know, being a professional astrologer, I've had many people
ask me about compatibility, love, what's going to happen.
Speaker 4 (16:19):
In their love life, what do they need? Things like that.
So that's kind of how this book was born, right.
Speaker 3 (16:26):
It was like, Okay, you know you think about love
and partnerships and sex. We think about like Venus and
Mars right in the chart, those are kind of like
the two main planets that represent those themes, and I
think what people tend to look towards a lot. But again,
just kind of over time, I got to this place
where I was like, Wow, you know this kind of
(16:47):
like erotic energy, sexual energy that exists within us. We
can kind of point to that in like the entire chart.
And so that is the approach that this book takes,
is kind of unpacking all of that means through each
of the planets and their signs and their houses and
what it all kind of represents and means. And the
(17:08):
purpose the idea is to help people kind of understand
those parts of themselves in a deeper way, right, what
are their true wants, needs and desires when it comes
to love and sex. And ideally through kind of you know,
owning that side of yourself, owning and understanding those parts
(17:29):
of yourself, you can then kind of move forward with
tools and language and knowledge and honesty to have more
fulfilling connections, right, more fulfilling relationships with other people. I
also I have venus as a chart ruler, so I
think about our relationships and sex all the time.

Right.
Speaker 3 (17:50):
So yeah, so that's really what this book is about.
And then as as far as like the intimacy and
all of the things that the sign needs, you know
a little bit of a loaded question, right, because the
different planets will obviously inform some of what that means.
You know, I think maybe it's more helpful to think
(18:12):
about like, you know, yes we need to look at Venus,
Yes we need to look at Mars as I think
the moon is a very you know, kind of important
planet for people to look at because it's our emotional needs, right,
and our nurturing and our feelings of safety and security.
So not to put this back on you, but I'm like,
(18:32):
is there something specific that you kind of.
Speaker 4 (18:34):
Want to know about like all the signs?
Speaker 2 (18:36):
So like if you know when like astrology is energy,
so it's like, you know, you can really tap into
the energy of each sign. You know, if if if
I asked you about aries, you know, you had to say,
you know what one word to say what is their want,
need or desire? Like what would be one word in
cumtpass in aries.
Speaker 3 (18:54):
And one word Okay, I would say passion in right,
the heat of the heat of the moment right for
an area.
Speaker 4 (19:04):
Torus, on the other hand.
Speaker 3 (19:05):
Would be much slower, right, they in fact need things
to move slowly. But sensuality, right, that really sensual experience
that engages all of your full body. You know senses
and experiences. That's definitely Taurus. Gemini wants communication period, right, They.
Speaker 2 (19:23):
Want they want talk is six yes to a Gemini talking.
Speaker 3 (19:30):
Absolutely, It's the mental foreplay right with the Gemini. For sure,
they want to be able to talk about anything and
everything under the sun.
Speaker 4 (19:39):
They can be dirty talkers, certainly in the bedroom, right,
Like that.
Speaker 3 (19:45):
Want Cancer tends to be more of a giver, I
would say in the bedroom, they too, you know, really
desired this feeling of safety and security within their relationships.
And you know, once they feel safe, then they'll kind
of open up more and all of that. But you
you got to get past the krabby shell, the krabby

claws first, right.

Leo is also a.
Speaker 3 (20:13):
Sign that I would assigned the word passion to. They
are very playful, and so I think we have to
kind of like honor that playful side of Leo.

That is actually a sign that can conflate sex with
love and vice versa.

Right, they have they have a lot to give, a
lot of love to give, and.

There has to be actually that kind of like strong
connection between the emotions and sex.

Virgo Virgo. On the other hand, they are.

Funny because they can be very critical right with other people.
But and they're very clean, right. That's kind of like
the uh, the reputation that they get.
Speaker 4 (20:54):
But once you get them behind closed doors a little.
Speaker 2 (20:56):
Bit, Yeah, they have they hide. I feel like they
need someone to bring them out of their show.
Speaker 4 (21:03):
Agreed. Yeah, and they can be freaks.
Speaker 2 (21:07):
Okay, yeah, they yeah, they need they just don't want
to make the first move. They need someone take charge
kind of thing.
Speaker 4 (21:14):
I think sometimes I agree with that.
Speaker 3 (21:17):
Yeah, absolutely, they can be very shy until they like
one hundred percent no that you're into them. Libra, So
I think people would think that Virgo is very picky
in the bedroom. It's actually Libra that's the picky one
to sex in particular. But of course they want a
quality balance, fairness, right they can. They want the even

exchange of give and take both in the petroomen out right.

With their partners.
Speaker 3 (21:43):
Scorpio is the final sign that I would assign the
word passion to, right.
Speaker 4 (21:48):
They're looking for that full like soul mind body.
Speaker 3 (21:53):
Merging connection for sure. When it comes into they're very
all or nothing. Eighth House people away and Sagittarius. They
want like fun, funky, free fresh. They are usually very
turned on by like accents and people from different cultural backgrounds. Capricorns,

I very much think of the like dom Daddy's of
the zodiac. Right, they definitely want to be in charge
and they love to kind of play around with the
idea of like control right in the bedroom, power roles,
et cetera. Aquarius is an interesting sign because they can
like the ideas more than the actual act of sex. Right.

They tend to be signs that are more attracted when
their partners kind of like aloof and away from them.
I tend to think of them as the sign that
likes sexting, you know what I mean, phone sacks.

Catched and like non in person where they have to
show emotion, but it's it's like intellectual.

Yeah, that's not exactly right, that's exactly right, like AI
robot yes, yes.

Yes, yes, bless our hearts. Yes.

And then finally with Pisces, you know, this is the
sign of fantasy, right, they want to be your fantasy.
They want to play out fantasy's role playing all of that.
They really play into that kind of like idealistic side
of intimacy and romance.

Just know that, you know, the full moon, you know,
really can bring up different height and emotions. You know,
more people have arguments and feel a little irritable during
the full moon. Some people tell me they don't sleep
well when there's a full moon. You know, it's like
we're howling at the moon like wolves, right, And so
it can make you a little bit more on edge.
(05:05):
And I think of Leo. You know, the lion is
their symbol and it can roar, It can roar and
it can get mad, right, So you might feel some
really passionate heightened emotions. Especially you know if if you
don't have Leo in your chart, this could you know,
like the moon and Leo or any placements, you can
be feeling like WHOA, what's going on? Because you got
(05:27):
all twelve planets somewhere in your chart. Even if you don't,
you know, those signs are somewhere on those houses. Even
if you don't have placements in every sign, you're gonna
have every sign's energy somewhere in some area life. So,
like she said, wherever this full moon is happening in
your birth chart, you know you can find that out
on like astro dot com. You can contact you know,
(05:47):
either one of us astrologer that can look at your
chart and really tell you a lot more in depth.
But just a basic overview is that it will be
a heightened sense of emotion and a good time to
claim and release and purge, you know, old energy, and
I think of you know, it's a fire moon, so
you know, shoot, you know, light some candles, you know,
(06:08):
burn some fire, light something on fire. I don't know,
burn a burn someone's picture that that betrayed you and
hurt you and wounded you. So you can let them
go and attract the perfect partner, which we're gonna talk
about stellar sex in a little bit Aubrey's new book.
But but yeah, it's it's a really cool time. And
February third, we're gonna have Uranness, the planet of unexpected
(06:32):
change and eccentricity and electricity and innovation and unexpected things
like unsettling energy. I always say it's gonna be going
direct in Taurus. So we've been talking about on the
show that Uranus has been retrograde, and that means, in
an easy way to explain it, that energy to me
is kind of blocked. It's kind of spinning backwards in
(06:55):
the sky. So what do you think is gonna happen?
What's your vie? This week? I'll be with Uranus going
back direct, spinning correctly again in Taurus for a little while.
You know, it'll be going into Gemini pretty soon. But
right now it's still in Taurus. What do you think
is we're gonna feel like this week when it when
it goes direct.
Speaker 3 (07:19):
Well, so to your point, we'll start feeling that energy
of Urinus again and you know, sort of the way
it likes to be felt and expressed. And yes, there
can be big shifts, big changes, big unexpected happenings, both
on a collective level and in our own like individual lives.
Speaker 4 (07:37):
I think this is also kind of like a shift
to pay attention to.
Speaker 3 (07:41):
Simply because it is the last time that Uranus is
going to station direct while it is in Taurus. It
will enter Gemini and start a whole brand new seven
year cycle in all of our lives in April. But
so this is that kind of like final station that
Urinus is gonna experience it Taurus. So not to be
(08:01):
super long wounded about this, but I personally, and you
can tell me if you agree with.
Speaker 4 (08:06):
This or not, carbon but you know this Uranus and
Taurus is.
Speaker 3 (08:10):
A little bit uncomfortable, right, And that's just because Urinus
kind of comes in and it's like we want change
and we want it now, and.
Speaker 2 (08:17):
Taurus is like, no, no, we got the most zodiac
and I'm not doing anything that's different, and I'm not
comfortable with Iran. It's just like, yes you are.
Speaker 3 (08:27):
You know exactly, So I always describe as to your
point earlier. Also, like we have all twelve zodiac scents
in our chart, right, so there's somewhere in our lives
where tauruses and that tends to be the area of
our life where we resist change, right. We want predictability
(08:48):
and you know, structure and routine and all of those things.
And you know, Uranus and Taurus maybe feels a little
grueling in that sense, right, or like pulling teeth and
so as we kind of go into this final phase
now with your in a stationing direct, it's kind of
this final you know, about three three to four months
(09:13):
of like what else is left to kind of change
in this area before closing out that chapter?
Speaker 2 (09:20):
Absolutely, yeah, I you know when I think of this,
you know this this is a big year, you know, astrologically,
I've been telling the audience this, and it's like there's
major major planetary shifts of like the outer planets like
Urana's Neptune, Saturn. You know, I have a lot of
things happening this year that are really once in a lifetime.
(09:44):
I mean, this is this is a lot of intensity
going on. And I don't know about you, but I
got a lot of clients and people telling me that
they just feel unsettled, and to me that that's kind
of what uranus does when it when it's in our chart,
when it transits anywhere, it's this unsett energy, this feeling
like something's gonna happen, but I don't know what it is,
(10:04):
and then it then it happens out of the blue.
It's like a shock, you know. It's it's different than
like a Pluto transit that you can I always can
feel a Pluto transit coming because it's deep and intense
and it's you can feel it. It's like you get
it's like, oh it's coming, and you're you're ready, and
it's slow to cut, you know. But uranus blindside is
(10:25):
how I feel. It's just like I'm gonna zoop in,
shake up and make you grow. And that's what I
feel like uranus does is it makes us grow. And
Taurus their growth is letting go of the past and
releasing things and be more open minded. So I think
Uranus has forced a lot of the world, like you said,
(10:46):
society to be more open minded and things. And I
think when it gets into Gemini, I'm excited about it.
You know, I was talking on the show that you know,
Uranus hasn't been last time was in Gemini, we had
World War Two and there's a lot of historic things,
you know, when it was in Gemini. Even before that,
(11:07):
we had the Civil War, the American Revolution. So this
is and we can see things playing out in history.
We don't have to get into politics, but there's a
lot going on in the world, and I think we're
going to see a lot more changes when it shifts
into Gemini an air sign this year, because we've got
Pluto and Aquarius both going on, and there's a lot
(11:32):
of technology and AI and all these how we communicate,
you know, it's going to change and all these things.
I think, And so tap in guys, I think I
think you'll feel better this week a little maybe a
little lighter with it going direct. That's my feeling. It's
still not gonna feel real good because it's in Taurus,
but I think once it's out of the yeah cave
(11:53):
will feel better. And then on February sixth, we've got
Mercury and Pisces. I always say, you know, plant communication,
how we communicate, feel we may be more uh you know, idealistic,
more nostalgic, more romantic, maybe you know, more into you know,
finding love or expressing our love or creative side. What
(12:13):
do you think about Mercury and Pisces? How do you
think we'll fill this week?
Speaker 3 (12:19):
So Mercury and Pisces is always a very interesting time
because it is mercury both in detriment and.
Speaker 4 (12:25):
In the fall.
Speaker 3 (12:27):
And you know, the when we talk about planets being
in detriment and fall for those who don't know, you know,
there's sort of like a mismatch that's happened, happening between
what that planet kind of desires and then the energy
of that sign. So you think of mercury, we think
of being very like precise, detail oriented all of that.
Speaker 4 (12:44):
And then as Carbon.
Speaker 3 (12:45):
Said, price is very idealistic, right, very dreamy, And so
you know, mercury and Pisces, does it point to maybe
being able to like daydream more, certainly getting in touch
with that kind of intuitive side of communication, maybe a
little more creativity and imagination. Yes, absolutely, And this is
(13:07):
the next sign that we will experience Merkeuy retrograde, and
so we're gonna kind of like buckle up for an
extra long stay in mercury anpises. So definitely something to
pay attention to.
Speaker 2 (13:18):
Yes, I find, you know, with Pisces energy, you know,
when Mercury's there, it's kind of like this neptune and
it's like making sure we're really clear when we communicate
because people can misinterpret or we may not express what
we really think and believe, or trying to communicate in
a open way, people might think we're being secretive for something.
(13:39):
You know. I feel like, you know, that vibe could
be affecting all of us, especially when we have a
Mercury go retrograde at the at the end of feb
So that's the big that's the big keys this week.

am here with the author of Stellar Sex, Aubrey who
does how does shell? And she is here to talk
about her amazing book and and tell us a little
bit about your book. It's you know, I think a
lot of people that I know that they love astrology
(15:29):
because they want to know who they're compatible with, you know,
who's a good match. Tell us a little bit about
the book, and then you know, give us gives the
audience some tips. Maybe, you know, if you want to
talk about you know, each of the signs real quick,
like you know, sexually or intimacy wise, what what's their
deeper needs, you know, maybe something like that.
Speaker 3 (15:50):
Okay, I'll try to wrap it fire through that. It's
hard too, Yeah, So I'm to your point right at
one of the two main things. People always want to
come get a reading and ask questions about our love
and money.
Speaker 4 (16:05):
Right.
Speaker 3 (16:06):
So obviously, through the years of working with clients and
you know, being a professional astrologer, I've had many people
ask me about compatibility, love, what's going to happen.
Speaker 4 (16:19):
In their love life, what do they need? Things like that.
So that's kind of how this book was born, right.
Speaker 3 (16:26):
It was like, Okay, you know you think about love
and partnerships and sex. We think about like Venus and
Mars right in the chart, those are kind of like
the two main planets that represent those themes, and I
think what people tend to look towards a lot. But again,
just kind of over time, I got to this place
where I was like, Wow, you know this kind of
(16:47):
like erotic energy, sexual energy that exists within us. We
can kind of point to that in like the entire chart.
And so that is the approach that this book takes,
is kind of unpacking all of that means through each
of the planets and their signs and their houses and
what it all kind of represents and means. And the
(17:08):
purpose the idea is to help people kind of understand
those parts of themselves in a deeper way, right, what
are their true wants, needs and desires when it comes
to love and sex. And ideally through kind of you know,
owning that side of yourself, owning and understanding those parts
(17:29):
of yourself, you can then kind of move forward with
tools and language and knowledge and honesty to have more
fulfilling connections, right, more fulfilling relationships with other people. I
also I have venus as a chart ruler, so I
think about our relationships and sex all the time.
Speaker 4 (17:49):
Right.
Speaker 3 (17:50):
So yeah, so that's really what this book is about.
And then as as far as like the intimacy and
all of the things that the sign needs, you know
a little bit of a loaded question, right, because the
different planets will obviously inform some of what that means.
You know, I think maybe it's more helpful to think
(18:12):
about like, you know, yes we need to look at Venus,
Yes we need to look at Mars as I think
the moon is a very you know, kind of important
planet for people to look at because it's our emotional needs, right,
and our nurturing and our feelings of safety and security.
So not to put this back on you, but I'm like,
(18:32):
is there something specific that you kind of.
Speaker 4 (18:34):
Want to know about like all the signs?
Speaker 2 (18:36):
So like if you know when like astrology is energy,
so it's like, you know, you can really tap into
the energy of each sign. You know, if if if
I asked you about aries, you know, you had to say,
you know what one word to say what is their want,
need or desire? Like what would be one word in
cumtpass in aries.
Speaker 3 (18:54):
And one word Okay, I would say passion in right,
the heat of the heat of the moment right for
an area.
Speaker 4 (19:04):
Torus, on the other hand.
Speaker 3 (19:05):
Would be much slower, right, they in fact need things
to move slowly. But sensuality, right, that really sensual experience
that engages all of your full body. You know senses
and experiences. That's definitely Taurus. Gemini wants communication period, right, They.
Speaker 2 (19:23):
Want they want talk is six yes to a Gemini talking.
Speaker 3 (19:30):
Absolutely, It's the mental foreplay right with the Gemini. For sure,
they want to be able to talk about anything and
everything under the sun.
Speaker 4 (19:39):
They can be dirty talkers, certainly in the bedroom, right,
Like that.
Speaker 3 (19:45):
Want Cancer tends to be more of a giver, I
would say in the bedroom, they too, you know, really
desired this feeling of safety and security within their relationships.
And you know, once they feel safe, then they'll kind
of open up more and all of that. But you
you got to get past the krabby shell, the krabby
(20:07):
claws first, right.
Speaker 4 (20:10):
Leo is also a.
Speaker 3 (20:13):
Sign that I would assigned the word passion to. They
are very playful, and so I think we have to
kind of like honor that playful side of Leo.
Speaker 4 (20:23):
Right.
Speaker 3 (20:23):
That is actually a sign that can conflate sex with
love and vice versa.
Speaker 4 (20:28):
Right, they have they have a lot to give, a
lot of love to give, and.
Speaker 3 (20:32):
There has to be actually that kind of like strong
connection between the emotions and sex.
Speaker 4 (20:38):
Virgo Virgo. On the other hand, they are.
Speaker 3 (20:43):
Funny because they can be very critical right with other people.
But and they're very clean, right. That's kind of like
the uh, the reputation that they get.
Speaker 4 (20:54):
But once you get them behind closed doors a little.
Speaker 2 (20:56):
Bit, Yeah, they have they hide. I feel like they
need someone to bring them out of their show.
Speaker 4 (21:03):
Agreed. Yeah, and they can be freaks.
Speaker 2 (21:07):
Okay, yeah, they yeah, they need they just don't want
to make the first move. They need someone take charge
kind of thing.
Speaker 4 (21:14):
I think sometimes I agree with that.
Speaker 3 (21:17):
Yeah, absolutely, they can be very shy until they like
one hundred percent no that you're into them. Libra, So
I think people would think that Virgo is very picky
in the bedroom. It's actually Libra that's the picky one
to sex in particular. But of course they want a
quality balance, fairness, right they can. They want the even
(21:37):
exchange of give and take both in the petroomen out right.
Speaker 4 (21:40):
With their partners.
Speaker 3 (21:43):
Scorpio is the final sign that I would assign the
word passion to, right.
Speaker 4 (21:48):
They're looking for that full like soul mind body.
Speaker 3 (21:53):
Merging connection for sure. When it comes into they're very
all or nothing. Eighth House people away and Sagittarius. They
want like fun, funky, free fresh. They are usually very
turned on by like accents and people from different cultural backgrounds. Capricorns,
(22:17):
I very much think of the like dom Daddy's of
the zodiac. Right, they definitely want to be in charge
and they love to kind of play around with the
idea of like control right in the bedroom, power roles,
et cetera. Aquarius is an interesting sign because they can
like the ideas more than the actual act of sex. Right.
(22:42):
They tend to be signs that are more attracted when
their partners kind of like aloof and away from them.
I tend to think of them as the sign that
likes sexting, you know what I mean, phone sacks.
Speaker 2 (22:57):
Catched and like non in person where they have to
show emotion, but it's it's like intellectual.
Speaker 3 (23:04):
Yeah, that's not exactly right, that's exactly right, like AI
robot yes, yes.
Speaker 4 (23:10):
Yes, yes, bless our hearts. Yes.
Speaker 3 (23:13):
And then finally with Pisces, you know, this is the
sign of fantasy, right, they want to be your fantasy.
They want to play out fantasy's role playing all of that.
They really play into that kind of like idealistic side
of intimacy and romance.
Speaker 2 (23:31):
That was great. That was that was a perfect roll down.
