Many have criticized Donald Trump’s military bombing campaign in Iran, yet one strains to show sympathy for a regime which murdered thousands of its own people for simply asking for the right to free elections. It’s difficult to have empathy for a dictatorship so brutal that when a young adolescent is shot at a peaceful demonstration, and a firefighter picks him up to carry him to get medical aid, the firefighter is shot and killed by the Revolutionary Guard for the audacity of helping a wounded protester. No Westerner will shed tears for the demise Ayatollah Ali Khamenei or lament the destruction of the Iranian drone factories—which have outfitted the Russian military with endless amount of aerial death visited on innocent Ukrainian citizens—and which currently bomb civilian targets in Arab countries.
Even the most ardent critic of the exercise of US military force in Iran had trouble suppressing a sardonic laugh when news reports showed the bombed-out ruins of the building where the mullahs of Iran gathered to vote for a new supreme leader.  It was easy to chuckle when in headlines above the photo of destroyed shell of the building of the “assembly of experts” (that which remained after the explosion), the news caption read “white smoke, no leader.”   How does one not cheer at the death of a group of psychopaths who have driven thousands to their death through endless conflict and terrorism? Iran is run by a “12th Imam” death cult whose theological relationship to mainstream Islam is roughly analogous to that of a Bible-believing Baptist versus a member of the Ku Klux Klan.  Both claim to be Christians, but they share the sole similarity of staring at a cross on a regular basis— with much different purpose in mind. Few will shed a tear for an Ayatollah and government who actively tried to kill the President of the United States; moreover, degrading the remaining nuclear and military assets of Iran not only relieves an existential danger, but increases our ability to emasculate terrorist cells around the world. A limited aerial strike on Iran, which came after informing the Gang of Eight in Congress, is essentially the same action Barack Obama took during his presidency.  The question remains, though, what happens next?  How limited is this?
In point of fact, Operation Epic Fury started when it did, according to Axios, when Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called President Trump on Feb 23 with a stunning tip: Iran's supreme leader and his top advisers were all set to meet at one location in Tehran on February 28.  “They could all be killed in a single devastating airstrike,” Netanyahu told Trump and his team, according to three sources briefed on the discussion. As the bombing campaign stretches into its third week, Donald Trump faces a constitutional requirement, as he has called this bombardment “a war “.  The President should go to Congress and seek authorization for further action. More importantly, Trump should tell both the US House, the US Senate, and the American people just what the essential objective of the continued bombing campaign really is— because even his friends are wondering.
Erik Prince, one of the Trump’s closest supporters—and as President of Blackwater an expert on ground wars and their aftermath—said on the Steve Bannon podcast, “If there were a viable ground force that could seize and hold terrain and control terrain, then I guess air power and a decapitation strike makes more sense to me. But clacking off against the leadership and leaving a void right now — I’m concerned it’s going to result in a lot of chaos. Who knows what weapons the Iranians have stockpiled away that they’ll unleash on the region, or what they’ll do inside the United States now? It’s undoubtedly a bold move. I hope it was the president’s decision alone, and not because he was arm-twisted by supporters or billionaire donors. Why are we so worried about nuclear weapons not if we had these strikes last year that supposedly eliminated their nuclear program? under the nineteen seventy three War Powers Act. President Trump
possesses the legal power to conduct combat operations for up
to ninety days without the approval of Congress, but he
is specifically required to outline the objectives and reasons for
the conflict. The urgency of bombing should have been explained
by citing the existential danger simply stating on February twenty

third by bombing and media mulas. Simply starting by bombing
those mulas in February twenty third is not enough to
justify the next three weeks of bombs.

Where the Iranians about to deploy fissionable materials, do they
plan a direct strike on the US or Allied targets?

I mean there's some justification for this.

Iran's own willingness to bomb Arab neighbors countries does support
the president's case of the Islamic Republic posing in existential danger. Still,
Trump should emulate the example of President George W. Bush
and go to Congress to seek authorization for the use
of force. Simply saying, as Trump did last week, no nukes,
no terror does not constant to an exit strategy after

a full scale aerial assault that levels most administrative and
military assets of Iran. Nor did Secretary of State Mark
Rubio's testimony to Congress last week make anything clearer. Rubio
contended high that the bombing should last no more than
four to five weeks, But to what purpose and what
of the Arabs state's oil infrastructure? If the war continues.

Iran unable to reasonably attack US or Israeli forces were
too well defended, The Iranian military has chosen to launch
Shahad one thirty six drone missiles at its Arab neighbors.
Each of these drones cost between twenty thousand and fifty
thousand dollars. They have been shot down, in most cases
by US patriot missile systems purchased by the United Arab

Emirates in Saudi Arabia. But each of these Patriot missile systems,
each missile in them costs several hundred thousand dollars. It
takes two to three of these four hundred thousand dollars
missiles launched from Patriot system to shoot down just one
shahead one thirty six drone. By the conclusion of the

coming week, Arab Patriot missile stocks will be empty, and
the United States has made no effort to replenish those
Patriot interceptors.

They have to be sold with the approval of the

drone missiles land where they will, and the Ranian regime
will use that window of opportunity to target the energy

of energy prices worldwide, deducting ten million to twenty million
barrels of oil per day from the world petroleum supply.

Prices at the pump high will skyrocket in the coming weeks. Likewise,
international maritime insurance under rids have nullified all insurance coverage
of any seaborn tanker which seeks to carry oil out of.

only Ran Paul voting with the Democrats and John Fetterman

resolution does not constitute a pro war vote. It's time
for the Trump administration to define the goals of the
Iraq war and if they prove worthy enough for Congress

to ratify those objectives or demand the bombers fly home
way too long High and the Pentagon may find out
the missiles which got shot down by NATO air defenses
as they passed into Turkey.

outfitting the Russians to fight the Ukrainians. You're starting to
see where all of this is connected, and World War
three could lie on the horizon. I'm hoping that's not
the case, but it's a possibility. With the potential global
threats looming. The American people deserve to know the objectives
and limits of this war in Iran and fast.

war or police action, whatever you want to call it.
Remember the Democrats when they started the Vietnam War, the
last for ten years and killed many, you know, over
a million people.

They wouldn't call it a war. They called it a
police action.

And I don't think they got constitutional approval for it
unless they did as a police action instead of a war.
It was just a war, come on. But that was
their clever way of getting around the constitution.

But he does have the right to go to war
without congressional approval. However, over a period of time, he
has to prove his the justification of it. For true,
unlike Obama and Biden who proved nothing. They bombed. They
did over ten thousand bombings in North Africa and Afghanistan,
over ten thousand without congressional approval.

And I don't think they explained it.

I don't think they had came went in an investigation
to explain what they were doing.

wants to do is come in and mediate and try
to bring eats and try to set up a government that.

Trump won't work with them on that. I don't know.

Because you know they don't like the Kurds and you
know that you know the Kurds, and I know how

have their own nation. You know, they've been there forever,
and yet they don't. They when the things were divided up,

They had their regions, they have their language, their own
culture and everything, and they're great warriors. Uh, they were

So how's that gonna work out?

let's meet, and should we go to war?

monster that's determined to blow up the whole world if
they have to. What most people don't understand about Iran
is they're Shia Muslims. We've talked about this before on
the show. They make up about twenty percent of the
Islamic world. Eighty percent of the rest of the exign

world are mainly Sunnies, with a few small percentage of
Sufis and a few others like the Amadi and several
other groups very small, very small. So it's basically those
of the two big groups. That's a she is, that's
Iran and the other eighty percent. And they hate one another,
and they don't trust for another, and they would kill
one another fast, and they kill. And listen, if you're

going to be a good Muslim, you take the koaran literally.
If you take it literally, of course, the leaders of
Iran do, and some of the leaders of Saudi Arabian
other some of those other many of those other countries.
They take the Korean literally and let me tell you
what happens if you do that. That means you have
to kill see Christians, oh, Christians, Jews, Infidels and heretics

who are heretics. Heretics are other Muslims that aren't just
like you. For instance, like if a Baptist said a
Presbyteriy was a heretic, well, you know, but we don't
do that. But let's just say, uh, they do, and
they're very serious about it. Because of that, they've actually
literally killed more of their own people heretics and they
have Christians, Jews and Infidels. That's how sick these people are.
That's why they're live in bombs right now to all

of their heretical neighbors about eleven nations around them. That

is that going to do? That's going to really turn
those people, those the nations against him. Now, that's like
one of this. But this thing about the Iranians, they

promise you people, They really genuinely believe this. So can
Trump just sit back and watch these idiots, these these
fanatics continue on this course so and then watch the whole.

is going to be interesting. The plans on how to

So we have to wait and see how that's going

plans and I know they're researching it to come up
with plans. So they're not telling us. This is all

classified material. We have to wait and see how it's
going to work out. Maybe that's one reason he hasn't
told you everything, Christopher. When he goes in a skiff
or any of these guys going, that's a top secret
chamber where they plan things. They're not allowed to come
out and tell everybody what they just decided. In fact,
that's one of the surest ways to get our men killed. No,
it's top secret, and one day we'll figure out what

it was. Wait, Christopher takes a little patience.

As far as missiles go, Yeah, we're throwing a lot
of missiles at them, and so that sore of their
neighbors and someone we're running out of missiles but then.

Find We had it set up with our factories that
we would produce more missiles than missiles we used, so
we're actually getting to at a huge net gain of missiles.
And on top of all that, because the missiles have
done most of their work now in Iran, they're not
really needed anymore, so they're using gravitational bombs.

I mean, it's just an old fashioned bomb. You're dropping.

Gravity pulls it to the ground, and they got they
got they got to be fifty two's over there dropping
two thousand pound bombs. Chrispher a two thousand pound bomb.
It's more devastating than you could ever imagine. And that
that they're very cheap compared to missiles, and we got
unlimited supplies of them. So don't worry about the missiles
course for it's all gonna work out. As far as
the oil tankers and getting shot, we know we just

H Yes, that's a real threat.

That putting a stranglehole on the straits of her Mews
or whatever they might be doing, that's a real issue
for oil prices and the overall world. But you see
it's working out because they knew that, and they prepared

And Trump is now has established an insurance program for
all tankers foreign all nations who are moving oil on
the water on their big tankers are going to be
able to get insured. Now he's basically becoming the Lords
of London for the world. Right now, let's see what else.
How do you figure all this stuff out? You know

how you do it, Christopher. It's called expeditionary forces. You
have to get people into Iran and take certain parts, headquarters,
et cetera, et cetera, and take out certain groups to
figure out, really, where is this going? What do we
do to conclude the issue? I know Trump loves to
conclude things quickly. He's very very determined to conclude things,

and he's very good at doing it.

NATO involvement yep, NATO may get involved as these idiots
begin to throw more and more missiles toward Europe. If

to worry about NATO crying and whine about that. And
you say, if NATO comes in and then Russia's gonna come,
Let Russia try to come in. They've got their hands
filled with the Ukraine. They're not going anywhere. Okay, They're

overwhelmed right now, and they're not looking for another war.
They can't couldn't handle one. Russia is not so much
the greatest power that it push, you know, puffs itself
up to be it's a great power, but still it's
not looking for another war right now. You can calm
down on that one, Christopher, relax.

The billionaires who fund wars, that's right, all the Obama
and Biden and Democrat billionaires that have jumped on the
war wagon every time and pushed it really hard. Trump
has become a very difficult person for them because he
stopped their wars. He shut down their their war making
production and whatnot, and uh and all all that. I

saw it, I said, when I was there, I saw
the amount of money being spent my last thirty two
that's it. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. And
I think most of it, I don't know what most
of it was going for. We were trying to figure out
how are they're gonna use all this. Nobody seemed to know.
As far as I know, it's still no we that
the Taliban got it. Uh so and then finally, Christopher,

not finally, but the Iran I'm sorry. Israel is very
closely connected to the US. We joined at the hip.
We have so many common goals and common UH needs
where we just work well together and have to work together.
It's like UH, Israel and the USA almost equal one another.

So so that's why, so don't worry about Israel now.
We have more of a global focus have to than
Israel does, so at times our objectives.

Are going to be difficult.

And then you know, one of the worst things going
on right now really that you talked about threats because
of the Abiden and administration allowed millions of immigrants, unchecked
immigrants coming in. We got a bunch of terrorists that
came in. We know that, and some of them are
running in terrace. So that's really a threat on our
land right now. And they weren't here for fun. They

were here planning things on how they can do great
acts of terrort. So we have to face that. So
far nothing's happened, but you never know what's coming down
the road. So Christopher, those are my thoughts and all this,
and I wish I had more time to talk about it,
but I think there's been a real good discussion to

have considered before. He was a loyal friend through thick
and thin, through years, and one of the great journalists

history museums. He raised the museum in Saint in Art Parish.
But they don't even know really how much of our

culture comes from the Canary Islanders that settled here in
Louisiana about the same time with Thecagians, and the fact
many things that we think of the Cajans are really
is Lanos. He talk about the importance of this festival
that happens this weekend.

Well, thank you so much. I'm delighted to have this
opportunity to be with you. To begin with the Lanier
descendants of Louisiana and Saint Bernard Parish, of the last
living vestige of Spanish colonial Louisiana. In the Orleans, we
could see buildings which were constructed by Spaniards, such as

the Cavilo and the Casa Curio, which we call the
Place Betale. Other structures. We could see the written historical
records manifested in documents, but particularly only in Satan art
will you have the opportunity to meet descendants of colonists
from Spain's Canary Islands, who after almost two hundred and

(35:29):
fifty years, are still speaking the archaic Spanish of their ancestors. So,
of course, we've had Arislanio Fiesta since nineteen seventy six,
and even after Katrina we were undaunted. We actually had
the first two in two thousand and six. In two

(35:49):
thousand and seven we actually had Arislanio Fiesta in the
parish government trailer park. But by large we did it.
We were not I could give up. However, we could
not prevail against COVID nineteen. So twenty twenty one is
the only year since nineteen seventy six that we haven't

(36:11):
had any lanyard festivals and arry but an ingrained part
of the tradition of our community well.

Speaker 8 (36:18):
And so let's said that I like to tell people
everywhere else for the Saint Patrick's Parade, which will the
following weekend, it's Saint Patrick's Day. In Saintnard Parish, it's
Lulu's Irish Parade, because that's keeping the culture.

Speaker 2 (36:31):
We had the idea of establishing a historic village that
was first floated by Frank Fernandez, who was our first
parish historian and also Junior Roritas who was a police gerer.
Then he was elected to the first Council of Saint
Benard and then we was president of Saint Benard Parish

(36:53):
where Katrina struck in two thousand and five. So I've
been around for all of it. Many people have said
that I'm don quixote him with the windmill of museums,
and they're probably right, but it's been a great pleasure
and privilege for me to do that. So we've moved
structures here which would have been destroyed had we not
moved them, and of course one of the structures we

(37:14):
moved here that we are perhaps most proud of is
the Estopanoll House. It's one of about two hundred homes
which the Spanish government built for the original Elangio colonists,
and it was built for Diego Estupnian or Spino and
his wife Maria Arphilis. We removed the house from his

(37:36):
original land grant in Tokia Village and it has still
owned the land grant and inhabited by descendants of this
open All family. The house is mud and moss between posts,
and this open All family lived in the house from
seventeen ninety until nineteen eighty seven, and then we moved

(38:00):
here in nineteen ninety eight, and then it took us
a while to get it restored, you know, and then
of course Katrina damaged it. But we're just so very
proud of that. We have two other historic houses there
which helped to depict the vernacular life of Saint Innard
farmers in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. We have

(38:24):
a nature trail, we have a trappers cabin. The first
building that we moved was the Coconut Island barrooms, and
we would think, why would they want a barroom. Well,
it was a community gathering place and today this Barton
Batton one room structure is the only one remaining of

(38:46):
perhaps fifty that were scattered throughout Saint and Art So
and of course we have Oursilanial Museum, which is in
the house the last which is on the site of
the last home occupied by Montwell Monaro, a very prominent businessman.
It was destroyed in Katrina, but we built an exterior replica.

(39:07):
And of course we also have the Zui Alfred Jucro Museum, Research,
research library and museum named for doctor Jucro, who was
graduated from Julan Medical School in eighteen ninety six and
became a pioneer in public health in the United States.

(39:28):
His mother was Annunius from Tenerife, and then his grandmother Ducro,
was a Dadomas and her family also came from Tenerife
and the Canary Islands. Actually, the Canary Islands have three
to fifteen inches of rain on average per annum, so
rice is not a crop from the Canary Island. It

(39:49):
has to be brought in from the Spanish mainland. And
my research, frankly, has shown that the jumbal Ayle was
here before we were Spanish. Yes, And having been to
Senegal in two thousand and five with the delegation of
Canary Island officials, they make Jamalaiah there and I think

(40:12):
that justice gumbo originates in Africa, so does jembal Isle.

Speaker 8 (40:17):
I'm fascinated to hear that because some of the food
credit for that. But it cannot be understated how important
the lance were in our history.

Speaker 2 (40:29):
Island New Worlds that Now I'll tell you one food
that these lanyards did bring here fascinating. Sorry, the Canary
Islands in the time of sailing craft were the travel
hugged from Europe to the Americas. So bold silver, coffee, mahogany,

(40:51):
indigo coming from the Empire and the Americas. All was
funneled through the Canary Islands to to mainland of Space.
And of course this meant that food was coming through
there as well. So I will never forget years ago
during research and I saw that every ship bringing colonists

(41:13):
here from Dneife had greats of chayote. Well, I did
a little research. Chayote is a merltone, oh really, and
the merliton is not indigenous to the Mississippi Valley. So
it seems that the Merltone came from Central America to

(41:34):
Tie and then from Dneife to Louisiana, and.

Speaker 8 (41:39):
It can't the history of the Alanias and Louisiana. It
is so incredible that they played a key role defending
New Orleans. Try the Battle of New Orleans. After all,
it happened a fact that we're in Athenian's territory in Chaumette.
They played a major role in the history of our state.
Many people we think that as Cajun or French, were
actually Islinian as a Spancified name. And I love this

(42:01):
festival that you keep it in because you bring people
in from the Canary Island to actually celebrate the culture
along with costs and all.

Speaker 2 (42:08):
Of those things. The British were defeated by Spain in
point of fact, and as a matter of fact, he argues,
I think quite effectively that had the British beaten the
Spaniards and other places, then the outcome would have been
very different. Here in North America was the United States.

Speaker 9 (42:30):
It is.

Speaker 8 (42:31):
It's amazing people don't understand that to support the Americans,
Spain actually endured almost invasion and the fighting off of
Gibraltar lasted over two years almost three, and so literally
Spain tied up the British forces that would have otherwise
come to North America.

That's absolutely cool. And they tied them up also in
South America. It's a fascinating story. And I'm delighted to
say for those who will not have the opportunity to
go to the symposium, which is free, and it will
be in the auditorium of New Nest Community College in
chammn Free, open to the public. But for those who

will not have the opportunity to go, there will be
video records of all of these presentations.

Sat Manard. They lived in in Nuso, a home St. Benard,
So we're always down there on their farm, and it's
just a I really like Saint Benor and I love
the story of the Lanos and everything about this. We

could go on and on and on and tell you
stories about it because there's.

However, Christopher, you may not realize it, but we're literally

By Patriotic moment, just took a brief moment to remind
you of the biblical foundations of America, our Judeo Christian jewishprudence.
And this is yours, truly, Chaplain I mccenry. And today
I'd like to talk about Thomas Jefferson. Why because we
had quite a talk about Muslims and the Iran warren
all that earlier, and he found himself in quite a predicament,
kind of like what Trump's in right now.

Speaker 5 (46:43):
He took very decisive action.

Speaker 4 (46:44):
He even violated many of his concepts for it by saying,
you know, he used to believe in this very small government,
very low budget and very low taxes, and yet we
were being bankrupted by the Islamic terrorists of North Africa,
the Barbary pirates, militant maritime terrorists of that time and uh,

(47:06):
and he realized that we could if we kept paying
tribute to them, like all the European nations did, he
would be over with. We wouldn't have a chance, and
we would be wiped out, and so we go bankrupt.
The European nations could afford to do it with their
great armies and navies, they still wouldn't attack the Barber
Prosi figured it costs just too much money. But Thomas
Seffon said, the heck with it. And after he'd read

(47:27):
the Quran, this is what he said. He said, not
one penny for tribute, but millions for defense. And back
then that would have been like billions or hundreds of
billions today, And he said, kill them all. He could
see how evil the whole system was. Well, that's kind
of what Trump's doing right now. But you know what
you need to hear about the biblical foundations of our
country right now. I think Thomas Jefferson's biblical beliefs gave

(47:50):
him the strengthen and the backbone and the wisdom to
do what he did. But this is what Thomas Sefferson
said about He said many things about God.

He really did. He was amazing.

But this is one of his most telling carved and
son in the Washington Monument, it's in many of his writings.
He first came out when we've used it to as
an effort to end slavery in Virginua. Wh's a very
young man, and that's what he said, God, who gave
us life, gave us liberty. Remember, Thomas and Jefferson, Opus
was liberty, freedom, God who gave us life, gave us liberty.
And can the liberties of a nation be thought secure

(48:20):
if we remove the only firm foundation from the minds
of the people, that these liberties are indeed a gift
from God. We do that, but with his wrath, I
tremble for my country. For God is just, and his
justice shall not rest forever. That's what Thomas Jeffson thought
about leaving God out of government.

Folks.

You know what, We're working so hard to make America
great again. I think it's great. I'm all far and
I'm working hard for it. But you know what, I
know it's really not gonna hardly go anywhere. It'll go somewhere.
We'll get some good out of it, but it's gonna
end up being a flash in the pan if we
don't do what made America great in the beginning, and
that was God. We've got to put God back in America.
And I'm not talking about the government. I'm talking about
we the people. It starts with we the people. If

we don't do it, it's not gonna happen in the government.
It's got to happen with us. So you'all be thinking
about that of how you can get God back to
we the people, and we will have an amazing nation
in the future. Well, folks, it's not time for us
to go into our chaplain bab Bah gospel moment, because
you know you could be the greatest biblical patriot that

(49:19):
ever lived. But if you died and went to hell,
what good would it do? You would do you no good.
So it's time for me to show you how you
can know that. You know that, you know you save
a burning hell and you're going to heaven. You know,
the Bible saysm. John three sixteen. For God so loved
the world. That's you, that's everybody that he gave. It's
only begotten son. That's the Lord, Jesus Christ, perfect God
and perfect man. All the way God and all the

(49:40):
way Man. He gave his only begotten son. That whosoever
that's you again balls back in your cart. That whosoever
believeth in him?

Well, what does that mean?

Speaker 4 (49:49):
Believeth in him? It kind of means two things. First
of all, you got to believe. You can't save yourself.
Song as you think you can save yourself, you're not
really gonna beieve him. Youre going to think about what
you can do. All your religion, your good looks, your money,
whatever you got going for your charm, you're gonna be thinking, Oh,
that's what I can do to make it good for
