Speaker 4 (00:58):
Hello?

Speaker 3 (01:00):
Okay, And now we have Natalie Vale. Oh my gosh,
oh my gosh, she just watching the door. So we're
all like we haven't seen each other in a hot
minute because oh while, uh while a year and a
half passed or whatever. Time passes so fast she had
a baby.

Speaker 2 (01:21):
I know, I I wish I couldn't believe it. I
was like, what I know, I feel like I just
saw you like weeks ago, and I'm like, I.

Speaker 4 (01:31):
Didn't think that was in your wheelhouse. That that not
that not that not you could do that.

Speaker 3 (01:38):
I'm just like, that wasn't in your life plan. No.

Speaker 5 (01:41):
Actually we've been trying for a really long time.

Speaker 6 (01:43):
Really.

Speaker 5 (01:44):
Yeah, so yeah, we're like the classic old parents' story, like, yeah,
the whole.

Speaker 3 (01:50):
Thing, but you're not. You're not old at all, thank you.
And that's not what I was saying. I thought like
you were just career woman and I just never heard
you speaking about children and having any. And now she's
a baby and he has the coolest name.

Speaker 5 (02:09):
Oh well, no, his name is Paul.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
So it's just oh said his name was Fall. No,
I said Paul.

Speaker 5 (02:16):
But my dog's name is Leif, so maybe that's where
you got Fall from. I don't know. Attoms, Okay, today,
my dog has a cool name.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
Today, the entire day I was thinking to myself, what
a cool name for a child to name him? After
a season Fall? He'll always be named Fall. His name
is Paul.

Speaker 4 (02:43):
Oh my god, Hue, I'm so sorry.

Speaker 5 (02:46):
No, it's not an appointment. It's what the unoriginal name
I know?

Speaker 4 (02:50):
Am I like the biggest idiot on the planet or what?

Speaker 1 (02:54):
No?

Speaker 5 (02:54):
I mean I think that like I think Actually, when
I told people what his name was, I had several
of my clients and patients say to me, oh, I
thought you would have done something more ethereal or more
natural or more new age because of what you do
and who you are, right, And actually I'm a Capricorn,
so I'm super traditional.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
That's right.

Speaker 5 (03:15):
Are the cat exactly happy lated birthday? Is he named that?

Speaker 3 (03:19):
You said he's named after somebody? Yeah, he is.

Speaker 5 (03:21):
He's actually named after my husband's great uncle. Oh, it's cute.

Speaker 3 (03:27):
Does he have a middle name.

Speaker 5 (03:28):
Yes, it's his dad's first name, so Reno.

Speaker 4 (03:33):
Oh I love him already.

Speaker 3 (03:35):
I love this baby. Okay, if you haven't seen Natalie
Vale on our show before, I'm going to read your
her bio because she has so many things.

Speaker 4 (03:45):
I'm going to forget something.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
And you're so right on. It's what crazy like about
has been spot on. Oh my god, I know right.

Speaker 3 (04:01):
We'll get to that in Psycho. Natalie Vale is a
reverend doctor. She is a board certified double board certified
license acupuncturist.

Speaker 4 (04:14):
I have had one of her treatments.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
It was I don't want to say life saving, it
was life changing. It was so good.

Speaker 5 (04:25):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (04:26):
Until this minute, I forgot that you did that. I
need to make an appointment with you.

Speaker 3 (04:30):
She's an ordained spiritualist, a minister, an herbalist, a certified
psychic medium. This is the kind of stuff that we've
talked about before, right on the mark. Best psychic out there. No,

(04:51):
because not only do you have the most awesome personality
and you have such you're so artic kill it. You
are spot on Eric, Like Eric said, like like no other.
I really feel like it is in you all around

(05:12):
you always has been.

Speaker 5 (05:13):
That is so kind. Thank you.

Speaker 3 (05:15):
Okay, I'm not done yet. She is a reiki master.
She's a feng shuway is it fun shuei or feng shui,
fung fung shuei some some people whatever, consultant. How's my
house is it? How's it set up?

Speaker 5 (05:34):
Literally every time I comm it's different, and I've been
here now, I think like five times. So girl keeps
it fresh, You keep the fung and the funk shuai.
So okay, fung means wind and wind is about change,
and we want to create flow of air and wind
and to stop stagnation from happening, because when things get stagnant,
that's when possibly bad things can happen. So, girl, you

(05:58):
are like the fung.

Speaker 2 (05:59):
Of the fung Shwe let me tell you there was
in this house.

Speaker 5 (06:02):
There is not.

Speaker 3 (06:03):
Now we let to ask you another question, because the
last time Natalie was here, she got all kinds of
bad vibes.

Speaker 5 (06:12):
There was some bad I remember I was walking up
to the door and I was like, oh my god,
the last time I was here, Like there was some
funky energy going on.

Speaker 2 (06:19):
You know why she had that weird doll.

Speaker 3 (06:21):
It was the doll. It was the haunted doll. Not
only that, but the Ouiji board on that was uh framed. Yeah,
this was like stuff memorabilia from our show. But there
was also weird stuff going on in general, and you,
before you even walked in the house, felt all that.

Speaker 5 (06:41):
Yeah, because it's really palpable. If you're an empathic person,
in which a lot of people you know are, it's
just that sixth sense, that thing that just that that
thing in your gut that tells you something's off, you know,
like we all have that, and it's just whether or
not we listen to it.

Speaker 3 (06:56):
How's the vibe today.

Speaker 5 (06:57):
It feels good, it feels light, it feels fun.

Speaker 3 (07:00):
I like it.

Speaker 5 (07:00):
Okay, it feels cozy actually, which is oh yeah.

Speaker 4 (07:04):
Oh, I'm so happy. Okay, I'm not done.

Speaker 3 (07:07):
She is a shamatic shamanic shamanic priestess with more than
thirty years of experience as a healer. She is a
trauma informed private practice practitioner in Banker's Hill. Okay, this
woman is everything wrapped into one. Whatever you need, whatever

(07:31):
you're going through, whatever problem you need answered, whatever, even
if you just want a reading, go see Natalie. She
will tell you a man just walked in with you.
He's standing right next to you, like it could be.

(07:52):
That's what she said to kim Oh. She's also a
TV star. She was on an episode of ninety Day
fet Beyonce because Kimberly went to see her and she talked.
Immediately knew that Kimberly's mom, who has passed, was in
the room with her. Of course, Kimberly starts crying, but

(08:13):
she's like, I sense a woman's energy and she didn't
want anything anything about her. I don't think you watched
the show before, No, I didn't. So many things, and
we are so grateful that you're yes, so thank you,
thank you, Natalie.

Speaker 5 (08:27):
I'm so excited to be here. You guys are always
so much fun. This is always the highlight of the
new year for me, for else.

Speaker 3 (08:35):
And I'm like I said, okay, if you want to
bring fall, if you want to ring Paul, you are
more than welcome to. Because how old is he know, he's.

Speaker 2 (08:44):
Nine weeks Oh my gosh, wait he is nine weeks
old and you look like that?

Speaker 5 (08:51):
Yes, thank you? All right, black is very thinning though,
so you look fan fantastic.

Speaker 3 (08:57):
Thank you, thank you, Like on purpose said, have you
been doing this or is this just like from life?

Speaker 5 (09:04):
You know what? Actually? I was really because because I
am a doctor of Chinese medicine and holistic, I wanted
to make sure I really and I'm older, really truly,
so I wanted to make sure I had a really
amount of weight and that was normal amazing. But then
here's a really sad story was that I was diagnosed
almost right after birth with postpartum eclampsia and I almost died.

Speaker 2 (09:27):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 5 (09:28):
It was very serious. They did not see it coming.

Speaker 3 (09:30):
Is that the high blood pressure?

Speaker 5 (09:32):
Yes, it was really high, and I had seizures and
I had actually hemorrhaged during my birth, so it was
really it was really scary. Actually, And so if you
want to lose weight really fast, go on blood pressure medicine.
I'm totally kidding, I do not. That is not medical advice.

Speaker 3 (09:53):
But there's diabetic medicine now, and now there's blood prushure.

Speaker 1 (09:58):
It was.

Speaker 5 (09:59):
It was wild, yeah, it was. And then I was
actually rehospitalized, so then I couldn't. Yeah, so I was
on a hospital.

Speaker 2 (10:05):
Oh my gosh. It was well hospital food it to you.

Speaker 5 (10:08):
It will, it will. So that was that was what happened. Actually,
it was the fastest way to lose your baby weight.
I don't recommend it not.

Speaker 4 (10:15):
Wow.

Speaker 5 (10:15):
Yeah, yeah, it was a wild I know.

Speaker 3 (10:18):
Thank you.

Speaker 5 (10:19):
And you're doing better now, I am, yes, yes, yes,
it's been a rough recovery, but much better.

Speaker 3 (10:25):
Oh boy, Paul was was he fine right off the bat?

Speaker 6 (10:29):
Right?

Speaker 5 (10:30):
He's a healthy little dude. Yep, he had a good
app gar. He's doing really well. He's got some colic,
so yeah, and it's the witching hour right now. So
I was like, bye, honey, you saved me from the
tiny tyrant, so thank you.

Speaker 3 (10:48):
You're very welcome. I know colic is so hard on everybody,
but it goes away pretty quickly.

Speaker 4 (10:58):
Yes, I wouldn't know.

Speaker 3 (10:59):
My babies didn't have call, like, thank god they had
other issues.

Speaker 5 (11:02):
Though everyone's got something. I think, you know, like every
parent's story has been really interesting. And then of course
I love people are like, oh, have you tried this,
You've tried that, and I'm like, really, seriously, so what
I did for a living? So yes, I've done everything,
and I can honestly say there are some things that
really work and a lot of things don't.

Speaker 3 (11:19):
So I think it has really really worked for you
or him.

Speaker 5 (11:22):
Okay, this is fantastic brown noise. If you have not
heard about the colored noises, you want to get into this.
You must get into this. So I only ever knew
about white noise, and I hate white noise and it's
like nails on a chalkboard to me. And so if
you look up Baby Colic, it will say, oh, white noise.
And so we were listening to it for the first

(11:44):
couple of nights when and it was kind of working,
but we were getting like radio frequencies coming through because
white noise can do that. It was really creepy and
both of my me and my husband were having like
nightmares like that. So then I started researching more and
I found that there's these color noises and brown noise
the lower frequency sound than white noise, and there's also

(12:07):
called pink noise, which is kind of like mid rated frequencies.
And you put on the brown noise and he like
literally is like it's the most amazing thing ever. And
so actually now we sleep with it and it's very relaxing.
I've YouTube, so if you literally just like type in

(12:28):
brown noise, it will pop up on YouTube, or if
you have the calm app, like a lot of people
have the meditation app. It's called Brownian sounds. Brownian sounds,
so brown is not because the not because like the
you know, color spectrum, but because the person that development
and it was named brown Brownian or something like that.
So that's where it comes from. Is brown sounds.

Speaker 3 (12:51):
Is it just like static?

Speaker 5 (12:52):
It's like but like like literally like you know when
you when when you a baby, it's that sound because
it's mimics what the sound of the fluids in the
utero were.

Speaker 2 (13:04):
Oh my gosh, insane, fascinating.

Speaker 5 (13:07):
Yeah, and so it's really like it takes them back
to their their So what they say is like, you
want the room to mimic the womb, so you do
like dark and you do this sound and yeah, it's
like and then you kind of sway. It's like I
feel like a PhD in babies.

Speaker 2 (13:25):
Now, So like that's insane. Well, Laura, that would be
for you. Maybe they have tann noise because she only
eats tan food. Yeah, got beaige noise, yeah, beage noise.

Speaker 6 (13:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (13:37):
I just reading not only on Instagram, I know, but
on several different sites because I looked it up after
I saw this, and I sent it to both of
my children, who are both Oh Evan graduates children, yes, yeah,
and Evan graduates from college in May from Fourida, Thank you.

(13:58):
Charlie graduated from the University of Oregon. They're both very
very smart kids. Amazing that said this, said this, studies are.

Speaker 4 (14:10):
The smarts come from them?

Speaker 2 (14:11):
All?

Speaker 4 (14:12):
Well, I believe that the intellect that your children have
come from primarily your mother.

Speaker 5 (14:18):
So your kids are very welcome. Then yeah, I know.

Speaker 3 (14:21):
I'm like, well you actually, you guys actually took I
think all my brain cells.

Speaker 4 (14:26):
Because I did.

Speaker 3 (14:27):
I used to be.

Speaker 4 (14:28):
Really smart, and then something happened.

Speaker 5 (14:31):
Like literally motherhood. There's actually scientific studies because I look
this up because when I was pregnant, I started feeling
really stupid and I'm a smart person, and being a
smart person, I was like, this is not what's happening. So,
and there's actually something that happens in pregnancy where you
lose gray matter in your brain. This is like a
no joke thing, This has actually been studied and so

(14:54):
and then what happens is that your brain actually rewires
you to prioriti or ties infants, so that way you're
like picking up on infant cues and sounds and and
facial expressions like you're trying. It's wild, like the neuroscience
that goes into all of this. And then it takes
like over a year for the great matter to return.

(15:16):
But when it does, you think in a more like
you think in a more holistic kind of way than
you did before. So it's like you have different parts
of your brain that you have access to stronger but
less laser.

Speaker 3 (15:31):
Focus so instead of doing like math problems, now like
I can multitask. There you go, Okay, I understand that
one hundred percent. Okay, now I get it. That's wow.

Speaker 4 (15:43):
Okay, we are I.

Speaker 2 (15:44):
Don't know what my problem is because I think I'm
just getting dumber.

Speaker 3 (15:47):
It's like it's called yeah, it's called age, it's called
old man. We are here to talk about the Year
of the Whores, which begins tomorrow tomorrow. And we had
Natalie on the day before the Year of the Snake started,

(16:07):
which was last year's animal in the Chinese New Year,
And were you ever right about that? Like how snakes
shed their skin and it's gonna be a year of
like obstacles are just trying to get through shedding off,
like rubbing up against hard things, and it's a it's

(16:30):
in preparation for this.

Speaker 5 (16:33):
Year, yeah, which is exciting.

Speaker 3 (16:35):
Yeah. So I don't know what to do first. I
think we should launch right into it and then we'll
talk about the Old Globe maybe at the end, because
we went to go see had a gabbler on Friday
and oh my gosh, that's what the Old Globe is
our sponsor, and oh my gosh, I love the Old clothes.
It was amazing, incredible. So we'll talk about that at

(16:57):
the end. So cue the music. This is your little intros.
You're exciting intro music because you were an exciting in
front of.

Speaker 2 (17:09):
True true.

Speaker 3 (17:12):
What kind of music do you like?

Speaker 5 (17:15):
Oh my god, everything, because I have a minor in music,
so I love every single genre, very eclectic.

Speaker 3 (17:20):
When is your okay? When I go to pick a
favorite group, a group or favorite singer, you can go
You'll do all accept either. Oh my god, okay, you know,
I'll say who my favorite singer is right now because
I have like many, many, many favorite singers. But I
like snow Alligra. Her voice sounds like a modern version

(17:41):
of Enya, who's ye yes, yes, she's so hot, like
she's just her sexy, sultry like love her vibe.

Speaker 2 (17:51):
Yeah have you heard of Yeah?

Speaker 3 (17:54):
Yeah yeah, I love her?

Speaker 5 (17:55):
Oh nice? Yes, So those are That's where I'm at
right now.

Speaker 4 (18:00):
And then who else? What about like a band?

Speaker 5 (18:03):
Oh my gosh, well you know what Blink one eighty
two boom. I grew up in Rent, Moosquitos, which was
I went to Malcarmel High School and so they're from
Poway and they were our like rivals school, and so
I know a lot of people that went to school
with them, and you know, saw them around town and

(18:24):
stuff and just that was that was a fun That
was the nineties. It was good. It was high school.
It was good times.

Speaker 3 (18:29):
And so you have a connection to them. And plus
they're awesome punk rock.

Speaker 5 (18:34):
Yeah. If you you know, growing us on California, you
gotta be a punk rock.

Speaker 3 (18:38):
Yes, big time. So cal chicks and dude right here.
Because you here a native, I am Claire. What about you?
Where were you born? You're you're a native. You're a
San Diego native. Yes, Why isn't your mic working? Hi?
Oh maybe.

Speaker 6 (19:00):
I'm audio visual professional.

Speaker 3 (19:01):
I know you, so worry about it.

Speaker 6 (19:05):
This is why they paid me the big buck. I
know I was born here, but I lived in the
Midwest for a while.

Speaker 3 (19:12):
So you're still Sandy Grenadive. Yeah, so that's that's cool. Okay.
Now let's talk about the Year of the Horse beginning
at midnight Tuesday.

Speaker 4 (19:25):
Oh boy, Okay, bring it on.

Speaker 5 (19:28):
Okay. So the luninier always starts on the new moon
in Aquarius every year. So if you want to know
when the lunariear is, it is based off of the moon,
so lunar lune moon. So that's the first thing. Okay,
this year we're in the year of the Horse. There's
twelve animals in the system, just like there's twelve zodiac signs.

(19:50):
Now the horse is the seventh of the animals. So
it's like kind of a little after the midway point. Okay,
horse energy. Anybody born in the Year of the Horse,
so like this is what is this year would be
twenty twenty six. So if you're if anybody babies are
born this year, they're born in the year the horse,
twelve years before that. Don't make me do math, and

(20:10):
then and then twelve years before that. My husband's a horse,
he's born in nineteen seventy eight, so you know, it
just goes back and back. Now what also gets added
is your element. So there's five elements, so water, would fire, earth,
and metal. This year is the year of the fire horse. Okay,

(20:33):
now five times twelve, I can do that. That is
sixty So you only ever happen to have an animal
and an element together every sixty years. So if you
if somebody was born in nineteen sixty six, that was
the last time that we had the year of the
fire horse. Okay, so if you're turning sixty this year,

(20:55):
this is a congratulations. It's a really big deal. In
the Chinese zodiac and astrology, it's considered to be like
your life return. It's a very blessed time. It's a
really huge like threshold initiation point into something big, so
very exciting for our horse people. Now, the year takes

(21:16):
on the energy of the personality of the animal.

Speaker 3 (21:19):
Okay.

Speaker 5 (21:20):
So horse energy is all about freedom and it's a
very big, bold energy as well, mixed with the fire
so it's very passionate.

Speaker 3 (21:30):
Okay.

Speaker 5 (21:30):
This year is all going to be about like no
more waiting. Okay, we have done all of the shedding
of last year. We let go of so much shit,
we moved through it. It was like painful, like literally
painful last year, just like skin ripping off, you know,
so and like literally facing all of this old stuff
right that we have to just like move through this year.

(21:54):
There's no more obstacles, no more stagnation. Nothing is stuck anymore.
So if you're feeling stuck or stagnant, and that's on
you this year, because the energy of the horse is saying,
like getting up, bitch, let's go I'm so ready to
just take the horse by the reins, and just horse
energy is also you know, you got to tell the

(22:15):
horse where to go, because the energy of fire can
also make us feel really impulsive, and especially if we've
been like chomping at the bit right like all last
year we're like, let's just go, let's go, and were
like start and stop, start, stop, you know, or like
maybe you'll take two steps forward to one step back type,
And that was the frustrating energy of the snake. But

(22:37):
we got clarity last year, okay, because when you let
go of a bunch of shit, then your face with
the truth. You know, whether it's beautiful, ugly, or everything
in between. So you get that honest truth with yourself
and then you're like, okay, now I have a direction.
Now I have a vision. Now I know where I
need to go, and the horse is going to take
you there if you jump on, Like you have to
be a willing participant.

Speaker 3 (22:57):
You have to say yeah, gold.

Speaker 4 (22:58):
You need to be bold and you need.

Speaker 5 (23:00):
To have courage exactly exactly, so like you can't just
wait for opportunity to strike or like knock on your
door if like somebody says, hey, come you know, do
you want to do this thing, you have to pursue it.
You know, you have to kind of stick your neck
out there, put yourself out there type of thing and
take calculated risks this year. Okay, So like not like

(23:22):
just like jumping off the cliff, because everyone's jumping off
the cliff, but like, wait a minute, well let me
see what's down there first. Okay, like it's you know,
there's like a soft landing. Great, go, So don't be
reckless exactly, but also don't make excuses for yourself anymore. Okay,
Like that's part of the big energy of the Horse
is like, okay, the shout of what a kudas are?

(23:43):
I would if I could, but I can't because and
then the little litany of reasons why we can't do something.
The horse is like I don't care about that shit,
Like do you want to do this or do you
not want to do this?

Speaker 3 (23:53):
So okay, there is something that I want to do
for the podcast that is really it makes me really
nervous and scared, but I feel like I need to
do this and I need the guts to do this.
It takes guts, and I think the year the Horse

(24:15):
may be like, so what just do it?

Speaker 4 (24:19):
All they could say is no and then move on.

Speaker 2 (24:21):
We're gonna shoot live on.

Speaker 3 (24:28):
All right, I'm gonna put it out in the universe.
I'm gonna put it out in the universe. So I
want a car. On, let's make a deal this year
you did congratulation. It's a Kia, and I love this Kia.
I never even thought about driving a Kia in my

(24:50):
entire life. And it's a soul no.

Speaker 5 (24:54):
But I mean like the commercial with the dribbles, right,
the Hamster Okay, like the.

Speaker 3 (25:02):
Durable Whenever you see Gerbil, I always think of Richard Gears.
O God, okay, yes, that's a Hamster card.

Speaker 2 (25:12):
So Richard.

Speaker 3 (25:13):
I thought, Okay, they'd be a great sponsor for the
podcast because I could tell them this cool story and
how much I love it. But then I thought to myself,
why go to just a local dealership, Why not go
to the top. So I managed to find the phone
number of the president of Kia of the United States.

(25:38):
That's huge, and I've had it in my first for
about three weeks now, and I have been very scared,
obviously and nervous to dial this phone number.

Speaker 2 (25:55):
But you know who's not afraid to dial that phone number.

Speaker 3 (25:59):
Well, yes, guy, I know, but I'm worried about the
conversation that would happen. Actually, you'd probably like sell it
better than I would. I. Starting tomorrow, I'm going to
take that phone number and I'm going to call the
president of KIA and I'm going to pitch.

Speaker 4 (26:20):
Him because why not.

Speaker 2 (26:23):
Why not?

Speaker 3 (26:24):
It's the year of the horse, It's the year to
do this kind of stuff, right.

Speaker 5 (26:28):
It is. And also you've sat on it, and that's
also part of this. That's also part of it, is
like this is not something that's impulsive. It's not irrational,
it's not unplanned, it's not crazy. It's not like totally
out of left field. It's in alignment. It makes sense.
You already have a personal connection. You do have a
good backstory for sponsorship, like sopropriate, not at all? Okay No,

(26:52):
And also like you were you some somehow air quotes
right came the universe put you in a position to
get that phone number. Yeah, So that's also a green
light that says like, you know, you got to stick
your neck out there, we were saying, right, and kind
of like that whole energy of like get back on
the horse. So it's like, okay, so fine, you make

(27:12):
a phone call. Maybe you only get in touch with
one person. It might this process might take a year
to do, right, you know, but you have to like
at least take that one step forward and for order
for the universe to then meet you. So I'm I
think this is a total green light for.

Speaker 3 (27:26):
You and a good year to do it. Okay.

Speaker 5 (27:29):
Yeah, And which is also why you haven't done it yet.
So that's another part of it, because it's we're still
wrapping up the energy of the snake.

Speaker 3 (27:37):
And the energy of the snake just like threw me
down and took me down and took me down and
took me down like like you said, like a couple
steps forward, but like three steps back. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (27:49):
That was a lot of what this year was was
around clarifying things, or last year, I should say twenty
twenty five was about clarifying was like, Okay, you think
you want to do this or you've got that idea,
and then now you're in it. How do you like that?
So you know, is this what you really envisioned? Do
you need to make tweaks? Do you need to change
things in order to get to like your truest, best

(28:12):
life type of thing. So I think that you know,
when we do that, we are faced with a lot
of our fears, our doubts, our insecurities, you know, the
old stories, the narratives like those are really hard to change.
Those are deeply ingrained within us. And so when we
start like peeling away the layers of that, like the
ego fights back super hard and it's like, you know, yeah,

(28:35):
I want to be happy, but and then there's excuse.
So I think that this is the time where now
you're able to say, like, I've moved through all that,
I've looked at, that I've sat in that, I've processed that,
and now like I am clear on what I want.
I do want to move forward and I deserve this.
And that's really the thing, Laura, I think is like
you deserve to have that sponsorship, You deserve to be seen,

(28:58):
you deserve to tell your story like you're a fun, amazing, awesome,
entertaining person like and you're an inspiring person.

Speaker 3 (29:05):
Laura Kane After Dark Presented brought to you by the
Key of Studios.

Speaker 5 (29:11):
Hell, yeah, why not?

Speaker 1 (29:13):
Why not you?

Speaker 5 (29:14):
Like who else? Like you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 3 (29:17):
Why not you yeah, and it's okay, So that okay.
I just want to make sure it's not one of
my crazy ideas. But I I've like, okay, I got.

Speaker 4 (29:27):
I'm going for it. I'm going for it.

Speaker 2 (29:29):
You're the worst going for it.

Speaker 4 (29:31):
I'm going for I'm going for Eric.

Speaker 3 (29:33):
Do you care to share about anything that you have
like maybe sat on or nervous to do that? You
really are gonna do it this year because it's the
year of the Horse and it's time to do it.

Speaker 4 (29:45):
So have you been sitting on?

Speaker 3 (29:47):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (29:47):
And I shed a lot of crap?

Speaker 3 (29:50):
Did he ever?

Speaker 2 (29:52):
Oh? Yeah he should.

Speaker 3 (29:53):
Two layers of skin?

Speaker 1 (29:56):
Why?

Speaker 4 (29:57):
God?

Speaker 3 (29:58):
He shed?

Speaker 4 (29:59):
Uh something?

Speaker 3 (30:01):
Really shed worthy?

Speaker 2 (30:04):
Yes?

Speaker 5 (30:05):
Amazing.

Speaker 2 (30:05):
Yeah, it's awesome.

Speaker 5 (30:07):
I'm so proud of you it. It feels so good
to let when you finally let go. Yes, right, Like,
I think that one of the greatest things. And I'm
just gonna say this because I know you and I
don't know what the story was at all, and I
never yeah, exactly exactly. This is always how this goes
to me and Eric. It's like I'm like, there's this thing.

Speaker 4 (30:23):
And yeah, Eric is a private one.

Speaker 5 (30:27):
Yeah, but that's okay. I mean, it's totally okay, yeah,
but I think that we think that forgiveness is something
that we do for the other person, and we actually
we're doing it for ourselves because then we're not carrying
that energy with us and it creates such a sense
of closure and completion. And I feel like whatever you

(30:48):
did had to do with that, Oh I can, and
I just feel like a liberation. So I think that
liberation is gonna really you're gonna really feel that in
twenty twenty six now, because the horse is about being liberated.
The horse wants to be free, It seeks freedom. So
there may be a push pull though around like the
we versus me, So just watch out that for that

(31:09):
for yourself, for everyone really, but especially for what you've
been going through, is like because it for you specifically. Sorry,
I'm just giving a reading now, but like we me
and anyway.

Speaker 4 (31:22):
Are you wait, are you telling him to forgive?

Speaker 3 (31:25):
Yes?

Speaker 5 (31:26):
Yes, okay, yes you have to. You have to, Like, well,
you don't have to, you can do what the fuck
you want to do. Part of my friendship, Like you're
an adult whatever, you know, but you have free will.
But at the same time, like if you want to
heal right, right, and forgiveness is not condoning. It's not
saying like that was okay, or making you know an

(31:47):
exactly exactly. It's then saying like I get it. I'm
no longer trying to change the past, Like I accept
what happened. I don't like what happened, but I accept
what happened, or I mean not, I'm not trying to
change another person either, Like I accept you for who
you are and your limitations, and that makes me breaks
my heart. Maybe I wanted you to be something different,
but I have to recognize that this is who you

(32:09):
are and what you're about, and I can't change you.
And so either I can like adjust my expectation of you,
or I can let you go.

Speaker 4 (32:17):
Yeah, there are two people that I don't want to forgive.

Speaker 3 (32:21):
Yeah, yeah, I don't.

Speaker 5 (32:26):
Okay, can you want to talk to tell us?

Speaker 2 (32:28):
Tell us more tell Mommy and Daddy.

Speaker 3 (32:30):
Actually one of them I don't think you could forgive
either one of them has to do with us and
something to do with.

Speaker 4 (32:41):
The podcast from a couple of years ago.

Speaker 3 (32:44):
Okay, and someone that did something really nasty to us
and really hurt us. And I don't think this person
is a good enough person to.

Speaker 5 (32:56):
Forgive ooh, okay, remember me about this. Okay, So you're
not forgiving for them. It's not about them, I know,
it's nothing to do about them. It's about No, it's
for you saying, my hurt is valid and real and
what happened really happened, and it's so, and then that
pain is there, right yes, And then you're saying and

(33:16):
also I recognize that the past is over and done
and that it wasn't okay, and that I've done the
best I could to come out the other side of this.
And I don't forgive the action of what happened, like
what occurred. I'm not forgiving that the behavior. I'm not forgiving.

(33:38):
But what I am saying is is that I can
recognize the humanity and inhumanity and what happened because all
of us are capable of doing really shitty things and
saying really shitty things and being hurtful and hurt people,
hurt people.

Speaker 2 (33:54):
I was just thinking that exact same thing.

Speaker 3 (33:57):
This isn't something that we have to forgive in person.
We can just regret, like oh god meditated, Oh my god. No,
yeah no.

Speaker 5 (34:04):
This is not like writing a letter. This is not
like making a phone call or a text message. Okay,
this is like literally like in prayer or meditation or
in thought or or even like where you write a
letter and you burn it, you know. And I actually
love that exercise where you write a letter and you
write all the shitty things and you completely unfiltered, uncensored,

(34:25):
just let it rip, you know.

Speaker 2 (34:27):
And then that's what I did.

Speaker 5 (34:29):
Yeah, and then you just say like all the hurtful,
main things, and then at the end of that then
you say like and I'm letting this all go, and
then you burn.

Speaker 3 (34:35):
It for a different person that I don't want to forgive.
There's two people that would be a great thing to do.

Speaker 2 (34:42):
That's what I did.

Speaker 4 (34:43):
That would help me tremendously.

Speaker 5 (34:45):
It's really cathartic because there's this kind of setic part
about writing because we don't do a lot of writing
anymore actually, and there's a real brain connection between the
head and the hands, so and there's that movement, right,
that kindesthetic movement. So we were we're like actually purging
it out right, because so much of what happens with
forgiveness is like we just can't let it go because

(35:07):
it has nowhere to go, right, It's like it's just
like going into the bus. We're not going to call
that person and tell them this stuff right right, And
that's even worse. Like if you have an opportunity to
unload on somebody, sometimes it's better because, like you know,
especially if it's a relationship you want to be able
to resolve and heal from. But if it's not, then
you're not going to do that because it's not worth

(35:28):
your time and it's not going to be safe for you,
and it's not going to be productive. So you know,
so then you do it on paper.

Speaker 3 (35:35):
Claire, is there anybody that you want need to forgive
for any reason? You don't have to say any circumstances.

Speaker 6 (35:45):
Am I crazy? If I say no?

Speaker 3 (35:47):
Not at all? Not.

Speaker 6 (35:49):
I feel like I'm you know, a lot of people
go out of their way to hurt me.

Speaker 3 (35:58):
You don't let that in.

Speaker 6 (36:00):
I don't have a lot of people that go out
of their way to hurt me.

Speaker 2 (36:02):
Oh you don't.

Speaker 3 (36:03):
Oh, because I was going to say, we could have
a little purging.

Speaker 4 (36:08):
Bonfire out in the ottom the patio.

Speaker 6 (36:10):
I can find someone to forgive.

Speaker 3 (36:13):
Okay, maybe someone else doesn't really mean to you tomorrow.

Speaker 5 (36:16):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, let's not hope that I.

Speaker 3 (36:21):
Could cook something up for you.

Speaker 2 (36:22):
Okay, you're like, Laura, We're going to reverse that.

Speaker 3 (36:26):
Oh my gosh, we're gonna have a forgiveness bonfire.

Speaker 2 (36:30):
I'll do mine again and burn it again. Can you
do that, Natalie?

Speaker 5 (36:33):
Yeah, ok yeah, it's like it's like double I mean
every I've written letters to people, like over and over
and over again, because you like, there's refinement that happens
too in the process, where the first time you're it's
like surface, Like there's so many layers to healing, right,
so like that surface layer might just be like rage
and anger, and then you get down to like the
grief and the sadness, and then you get down to

(36:54):
like the oh I miss you kind of or like
or I miss what could have been or what should
have happened, or you know, whatever it is, and then
so yeah, absolutely, And it's a new moon. So new
moons are fresh starts and new beginnings. So tomorrow really
is a good time to do it.

Speaker 2 (37:10):
Okay, Okay, Oh we're all gonna be here tomorrow.

Speaker 3 (37:13):
I know we're gonna do It's like okay, all right,
I'm gonna I'm gonna write it out tonight, all right now,
what I want you to do? Okay, are people that
are watching on Instagram, on TikTok on YouTube talk to
them about how this year could change their life? What ways?

Speaker 5 (37:34):
Yeah, Well, like I was saying before, I think it's
like bold, big actions, seek freedom, like liberate yourself from
whatever has been holding you back again the excuses that
we get in the way of us achieving our happiness.
And that might look different for different people.

Speaker 3 (37:51):
What if somebody's like shy and it's not a bold
person and is scared to do.

Speaker 5 (37:55):
That, then it's micro baby steps, right Like for some
people that might just like for you, it's like really
putting yourself out there in like a public way. For
other people, it might just be like little itty bitty
things where they just say yes to opportunities, right, like
an invitation or they get a phone number or something
like that. Right. I don't know to people do that anymore.

(38:17):
I don't know they swipe, right, I don't know.

Speaker 3 (38:22):
Yeah totally.

Speaker 5 (38:23):
Yeah, so that could be the thing. But I think
what this year is truly about is just saying, like
I'm not going to let myself be held back by
my fears anymore. Okay, Okay, So like the fear we say,
feare false evidence appearing real, false evidence appearing real, and

(38:46):
fear like, and that's the that's the truth. Though our brain,
our mind makes up all these sorts of distorted narratives
and tells us all kinds of limiting beliefs about what
we're capable of or not, and and we we think
it's real, right, I mean, it's there's also the saying
is it is it true or is it real?

Speaker 3 (39:03):
Right?

Speaker 5 (39:04):
And it it might be real for us, but is
it actually true?

Speaker 4 (39:07):
Right?

Speaker 5 (39:08):
And so then you're like, Okay, well, actually that's not
really even true, Like if there's but when we're sad,
when we're feeling stuck, when we're depressed, when we're anxious,
like it's so hard to see outside of that, and
so it might be that we need we need to
reach out to our community, our friends, our loved ones,
our family.

Speaker 2 (39:26):
You know.

Speaker 5 (39:27):
Horses are actually communal animals. They they they run free,
but they also like they know where their home is
and they know where they're there. They're herd is so
they you know, and they're safety in that number too,
So it kind of helps if you need to be
reoriented back to yourself like having that reflection of your
friends like today, like when you're like, am I being
crazy and we're like, no, actually you're not. Like that

(39:48):
is totally within your wheelhouse, your purview, like whatever, within
your goal.

Speaker 2 (39:53):
And there's something very calming and very kind of ethereal
about horses society. An I did a docum entry on
equine therapy.

Speaker 5 (40:01):
That's amazing.

Speaker 2 (40:02):
Yeah, and they're just amazing animals. Like as soon as
you're against them, like you just feel everything in your
body just calm down.

Speaker 4 (40:12):
Therapy for a reason.

Speaker 2 (40:14):
Yeah, they're amazing.

Speaker 5 (40:16):
Yeah, they're super good at regulating our nervous systems. So
that's another thing too, is that like other people can
either regulate us or they can disregulate us. And so
I think that that's about getting gaining that clarity for
yourself too this year around surrounding yourself with people who
who regulate you, people who see you, who understand you,

(40:37):
who get you, who elevate you right and taking space
if you can, you know, when you can from the
people that disregulate you.

Speaker 2 (40:47):
You know that like.

Speaker 5 (40:49):
That push you off to the version of yourself that's
not your truth. Yeah, yeah, and they are the.

Speaker 2 (40:55):
Really beautiful there's something I'll tell you a very quick story.
When I was doing that documentary, they had a horse
that they brought out. It was for kids that were
suffering from trauma, from either childhood trauma or whatever. And
they were riding them, brushing them all that, and they
had one horse that was just not having it. He
was not so they had to put him in the barn.

(41:18):
And I walked up and stared at the horse and
I was just thinking, like, can you just bring your
head over here, like you and I we can have
a moment. And he brought his head over. I'll show
you the pictures after wait, and he would not let
me go like he just it was. It was unbelievable.

(41:42):
It was unbelievable.

Speaker 5 (41:44):
Yeah, what a sacred experience.

Speaker 2 (41:46):
Yeah, it was incredible. I'll never forget it.

Speaker 5 (41:49):
That is touching. Yeah, I mean when you have those
moments of like soul to soul contact, it's so special.

Speaker 2 (41:57):
Yeah. Powerful. Yeah, it was insane.

Speaker 3 (42:01):
Okay, now listen to this exciting news, you guys. And
this was just she.

Speaker 4 (42:06):
Just said this on the phone.

Speaker 3 (42:07):
I talked to her today and I was like, what,
so I go, let's I want to clarify if you
call Natalie for anything, acupuncture, reiki, if you want to
talk to your loved ones from beyond, if you want

(42:27):
to psychic reading, if you want to tear at card reading,
if you mention our podcast LCAD Laura Kane after Dark, whatever,
fifteen percent off your service. Awesome. Fifteen percent is huge?
Now is it off of all your services? I mean
anyone they pick?

Speaker 5 (42:48):
Yeah, So for anybody who is Laura and Eric fan. Yes,
you can get fifteen percent off for the month of
March and April. Oh so one time, one time you
March and April because I'm coming back from attorney leaving March.
So yes, March and April fifteen percent off. Oh my gosh,
one service.

Speaker 3 (43:07):
Yes. I Also, I have two questions and I'm sorry
that if you think I'm taking advantage of you.

Speaker 5 (43:14):
Never girl, Okay, good.

Speaker 3 (43:17):
Is there anybody in this room with us?

Speaker 5 (43:21):
It's interesting there. Oh yeah, there is a grandmother that's here.
So an older woman, very like grandmother energy is what
I would say.

Speaker 3 (43:29):
So, and just you don't know who she's related to.
It could be Eric's someone in Eric's life, someone in
Claire's life.

Speaker 5 (43:40):
No, I would say, this is in your life. I
want to say, this is like your your your father's
mother is what I would say, is who is here?
So yeah, she's got to really like she looks like
a ground. I don't know how like, oh my god,
you know, my father's my father's mother was hit by
a car when my dad I was twenty seven years

(44:01):
old and died and.

Speaker 3 (44:05):
I never met her. Wow, but my dad would always
tell me stories about Grandma Heater and what a wonderful
woman she was and all these really cool things about her.
And I've always wanted to know more about this woman.
But she might be here with me right now. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (44:24):
Our loved ones, Oh my god, we don't have to
like have known them for them to have an interest
in us, because we are their lineage. So we carry
our ancestors with us, and our grandparents are very closely
linked to us. It's like their decisions, you know. In Shamanism,
we think that we are made up of at least

(44:46):
ten generations back of people's decisions and actions and what
they ate and choices they made and whatever, because that
we are the equivalent of that, were the consequence of that.
So there's something that oh got shells, So there's something
that they that is invested. They invest in you, So
there's like we carry their dreams forward and and I

(45:08):
feel yeah, so I really feel that this. I think
she's the message that I'm receiving from her for you
is about not letting anything stand in the way of
your happiness. Okay, yeah, wow, yeah, she says, Oh my god,
I'm still many shells. So happiness, that's that's your that's

(45:30):
your target now Okay, I cry. So you have to
put everything through that filter of like is this going
to bring me any closer to being happy? Okay, Like
that's what she's saying to you, because like you only
get one chick because it's real, because I always say,
like I carry, I go to cost go for my tissues.

(45:51):
I throw my desk because it touches us. You know.
It's like that's that's what medium ship is we just
we bring the energy through it. The energy is always there,
but it's sometimes like you're like, as anybody here, I'm like,
well yeah, but like you know, whether we are able
to tap in and become aware of it and to

(46:12):
open ourselves up to it because the love is there.
The love is the never the love never dies regardless
of how we think the connection should be or was,
doesn't matter. The connection is there.

Speaker 3 (46:24):
Yeah. And then one final thing in this Shear of
the Horse is what is my love.

Speaker 4 (46:38):
Story look like?

Speaker 5 (46:41):
I think there's going to be some more romance for
you this year, and I think it's going to be
more about you having fun, Like this is going to
be more of a fun like it's got to be
like we're hmm. The intention that I'm seeing for you
is if it's not fun, it's not worth it. So

(47:01):
it's got to be like it can't be a lot
of work.

Speaker 3 (47:04):
Does that make sense? Yes? Like, yeah, I almost don't
want to find my soulmate right now, like I got
I would love it.

Speaker 5 (47:10):
Not even about like because soul ma, it's gonna be
fun too, you know, like it's I think it's just
more about like, you know, only work as hard as
the other person, Okay, And and it has to be
you guys have to have fun, like you have to
laugh and it has to be fun. And it can't be
like you can't be putting so much effort out there,
like it's got to come more like it's got to
feel more in alignment. And I do see that for you,

(47:30):
And so it might be like kind of what I'm
seeing for you is a few maybe a few like connections.
You know that that you're where you're like pursuing a
few connections, actually not pursuing because I said, like I said,
you're not putting yourself out there, So it's like you're
just kind of like you're exploring. How about that you're
exploring some connections. But but I feel like it's going
to be fun and good and kind of like more

(47:55):
playful and like hearted that type of thing. And then
and then that might evolve into something, but I don't
see like something. I don't see like, oh, you're gonna
meet like the one. It's more of like there's gonna
be a couple of different things that happened for you.
And then but it's going to kind of, I think,
bring you back into like like kind of like feeling
yourself again.

Speaker 3 (48:15):
So I am going to go through a whole phase.
I might be, I might go.

Speaker 5 (48:18):
Through a lot of Definitely when you when you leave tonight,
I can't believe you just said that.

Speaker 2 (48:24):
Because the shoe store that's right on University, oh wait,
which one right across from the oh wait, now that
it's right next to the word the new Mick Charlie's
is going to be.

Speaker 5 (48:39):
It's not the footwear, et cetera. I love that place,
something that's.

Speaker 2 (48:42):
Great, but it says the s went out, so it
says ho repair, Oh.

Speaker 3 (48:47):
That place. Yeah, that is something that I've been missing
that place. Love no love, no men know nothing because
I'm so hyper focused on like surviving, you know, and
or this and that and that is something that has
been missing. And that's okay, it's not it's not.

Speaker 5 (49:05):
So That's why I'm saying, like dates and like activities
and like fun and like parties and like like that's
that's what has to happen for you to like get
your groove back, you know.

Speaker 2 (49:15):
Like I tried to kick this off at Christmas.

Speaker 5 (49:18):
Yeah, yeah, I got her boyfriend you did.

Speaker 2 (49:20):
Yeah. He doesn't talk back. He doesn't have any money,
so she'd have to pay for anything but the machine
technically water the perfect man doesn't talk back.

Speaker 3 (49:34):
That's why they.

Speaker 5 (49:35):
Say get a dog.

Speaker 3 (49:37):
They're loyal. Oh my god, Claire, do you have anything
to ask wonderful Natalie or first time meeting this fabulous
person that we love so much? Her favorite guests ever?

Speaker 6 (49:49):
Hi, By the way, I didn't say hi when she
came in because I was worried about getting the YouTube
started first.

Speaker 3 (49:56):
I would like to say, Hi.

Speaker 6 (50:01):
I am hoping for myself this year to.

Speaker 3 (50:07):
Well, to move out, to.

Speaker 6 (50:08):
Get my own apartment, and to kind of like take
ownership of my life as an adult.

Speaker 3 (50:14):
What are your thoughts on that?

Speaker 5 (50:16):
Well, that is a very big, bold and brave so yay, Okay,
a couple of things. Don't push yourself before you're ready, Okay. Like,
I love your goals. I think that they're amazing. I
think that literally any parent of a kid your age
would be like fuck yeah, So like so proud of you, honestly,

(50:40):
and also like I think that you don't like you're
so close, but you got to just give it a
little bit more time. Does that make sense. I'm kind
of feeling for you like there's gonna be some sort
of like roommate situation that's gonna pop up for you
and with like some really cool people. It may already

(51:02):
be like in the Talks or something like that, there's
gonna be some people that they're like an opportunity will
come around and it's gonna be like a few people.
I know, it's not going to be like one person.
I think it's going to be like a multiple roommates
type of situation, but it's going to be super awesome.
But I think it's going to take a minute for
everything to kind of coalesce. So don't push it, do

(51:24):
you know what I'm saying. I don't force it, but
it's coming for you. Yeah, I think, like you're your
mid twenties are going to be really cool. So I
don't know how old you are right now, but like
twenty three okay, yeah, perfect, So you're right. Yeah, so
you're right that you're like, like I'm feeling like such
good fun energy at like twenty five for you. So,

(51:45):
but that's not that far. And when you're twenty three
it feels like forever, but like a minute feels forever.
So but that's it's really close. And I but I
feel like I see you just really coming into yourself
in this kind of of when when you move out.
But you're so you're almost there.

Speaker 3 (52:03):
Yeah, thank you.

Speaker 5 (52:04):
Yeah, and you are an adult like honestly, yeah, you
know what I mean.

Speaker 6 (52:09):
I have a four oh one, k Now, I'm an adult.

Speaker 5 (52:13):
That's pretty good. That's pretty good. It's better than most
people have health insurance that's better than half Americans. So
you're doing amazing.

Speaker 6 (52:21):
That's a recent thing for me, and I'm so excited
about it.

Speaker 3 (52:25):
You should be, honestly, I know.

Speaker 5 (52:27):
Seriously, it's very hard to get health insurance these days.

Speaker 3 (52:31):
Before you tell Natalie about the old globe, is there
anything else you would like to ask Natalie?

Speaker 2 (52:38):
Not that I can think of. I'm very rarely at
a loss for words, but I'm like, I can't think
of anything off the top of my head.

Speaker 3 (52:47):
When you look at Eric, do you look at him
and go, oh, he's perfect, He's got it going on.
I don't see anything he needs to change or not.

Speaker 5 (52:56):
No, you know, I think like, actually, I feel this
year is going to be a really like less drama year. God,
that's like, that's what I'm That's that's what I'm hearing.
That's what I'm seeing. It feels like a lot of
like actually settling what I'm hearing and seeing for you
is like settling into a routine that just feels really

(53:18):
supportive for your nervous system. Like, because I feel like
there's I don't know what's happened, but I feel like
there's been like a lot of like upheaval, drama, roller
coaster bullshit like and so I feel like you're like
you're just craving boring and like and like I kind
of love that for you.

Speaker 6 (53:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (53:33):
So, and that's what I'm saying. Like when I say boring,
you know, it's just like they're like adulting, you know,
and routines and structure and discipline and like just like
I go to the gym, I work out, I do,
I drink my smoothie.

Speaker 2 (53:47):
Like you know, like just you know, like I am
loving that.

Speaker 5 (53:51):
Yeah, that's the vision I mean, but that's what I'm
seeing for you.

Speaker 2 (53:58):
Perfect. Yeah, Yes, I would like to be a couch
potato for just like one night, yes, a week?

Speaker 3 (54:05):
Yes, Okay, before we give Natalie's website and all her
information that you need to know because you need to
see this woman and you're not you're going back in March,
you say, that's when you're full fledged going back. Okay.

Speaker 4 (54:19):
These dogs are not supposed to be Yeah, Hi, this
was not.

Speaker 3 (54:24):
I try to lock them up so we're professional and
we don't have two dogs like running around knocking over equipment.
But whatever, all right, the old globe in Balboa Park,
wouldn't you agree, a gem of a gem of a
gem of a theater it is. It's very, very old,
it's legendary. So many productions from the Old Globe have

(54:48):
gone on to Broadway. So many productions from the Old
Globe have been outstanding. We went on Friday night to
see Head of Gabbler.

Speaker 2 (54:58):
With Katie Holmes.

Speaker 3 (54:59):
Katie Holmes, Oh, I want to see that?

Speaker 5 (55:01):
Is it good?

Speaker 1 (55:02):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (55:02):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (55:03):
Yeah, Oh my gosh.

Speaker 3 (55:05):
I forgot how cool it is to see a show
at that theater. It's big enough but small enough where
it's you feel you're right there with your actors. And
it was so incredible just to see their facial expressions.

(55:30):
Every single actor was outstanding.

Speaker 2 (55:33):
We were front row, yes, and it was unbelievable.

Speaker 3 (55:37):
It was a packed house.

Speaker 2 (55:40):
It just got extended, it did, Yeah, just got extended
it every night.

Speaker 5 (55:46):
Yeah, okay, I gotta get on this. I saw that
when I walked in the park and I saw that
Katy Holmes was right, and I.

Speaker 4 (55:51):
Was like, what she is so good in this?

Speaker 3 (55:55):
And the storyline is it's kind of frenetic, it's kind
of it's dramatic. It's there's romance, there's like some cheating.

Speaker 2 (56:06):
Going on, just a little bit comedy, little comic real.

Speaker 3 (56:09):
Yes, there's a comic relief and it is outstanding. So
if you guys got to get your tickets hopefully, if
you can now that it's been extended, hopefully. Here here's
the number.

Speaker 4 (56:23):
You're the number reader, I got it right here.

Speaker 3 (56:24):
Oh okay, this is how you get picking.

Speaker 2 (56:27):
Six one nine three four five, six two three. You
can also go onto the old Globe dot org put
in LCAD and they wave your handling fees and.

Speaker 5 (56:37):
It's oh, I'm gonna definitely do.

Speaker 3 (56:40):
LCA d yes for sure, and they have. The twenty
twenty sixth season is starting off obviously with a bang
with this production with Katie Holmes just incredible.

Speaker 2 (56:51):
But other productions, uh that Head of Gabbler kicked off
the season and then next is Bartleby, then Fences, which
I can't wait to see, Alien Girls, Kim's Convenience. I'm
also excited to see that. I want to see all
the Ombres, Measure for Measure, north By Northwest Sora, No
Much Ado about Nothing begin again. That as the music

(57:13):
from the lead singer of Train.

Speaker 3 (57:15):
Yeah, it's a musical. The lead singer of Train wrote
all the music for it.

Speaker 5 (57:19):
Yeah, this is amazing.

Speaker 2 (57:21):
Yes, and then Top Dog Underdog rounds off.

Speaker 5 (57:23):
The season incredible.

Speaker 2 (57:25):
Yeah, it's a great venue. I love that theater.

Speaker 5 (57:28):
I do too, actually, and they have like have you
guys been to the even smaller theater in that okay,
talk about like you can like see the sweat, yeah,
and the actors faces like.

Speaker 2 (57:38):
It literally seats like seven people, Like it's so small.

Speaker 5 (57:41):
It's like an immersive experience, like you feel like you're
actually in the play. It's incredible.

Speaker 2 (57:47):
Yeah, it's very intimate.

Speaker 3 (57:48):
I had an incredible grilled cheese sandwich at the little
concession stand because okay, show it was so good. They
have like great food too.

Speaker 2 (58:00):
It sits down and she goes, why are you telling
you the grilled cheese that I ordered? And I'm like yeah,
and she goes, it's at my purse.

Speaker 3 (58:08):
Well, here's what happened, sneaking it in. I was starving
and I got there like of course, like it's ten
minutes before the show started, and so Claire and I
went up to the I don't even want to call
it a concession stand.

Speaker 4 (58:24):
It was way fancier than that, was nicer than that.

Speaker 3 (58:27):
And so I ordered the food and then the bell rang, Okay, everybody,
it's time. The show's about to start. I'm like, oh, no,
you can't bring food in. You can bring your cocktails
in or whatever, but you can't bring food in. This
grilled cheese sound was like this big, my purse, my
round and this big. I said, do you have a
bag or like.

Speaker 4 (58:47):
Foil or anything?

Speaker 3 (58:48):
No? No, no, they had nothing. So I wrapped it
in napkins and I shoved that grilled cheese in my
purse and there it sat the entire show. But I
pulled it out when I got home, warmed it up,
and boy was it good.

Speaker 2 (59:00):
Oh it was hilarious. And then she sits down and
she goes, where's my water? She got a perrier and
she's like, oh my god, did I leave it up
there when I was wrapping up my sandwich.

Speaker 4 (59:14):
I have no brain. Oh my god, I have no brain.
And I can't blame it.

Speaker 3 (59:18):
So funny.

Speaker 5 (59:20):
No, but hunger. Hunger will make you also not have
a brain. Okay, I mean hello, like one track girl,
cheese mind, I get it, okay.

Speaker 3 (59:29):
Natalie Veil dot com v a I L. You can
see it on the screen if you're watching YouTube. Natalie
Veil dot com uh. All of her services are on there.
Make sure you mention our podcast for your fifteen percent
off when she goes back to work in March. March. Yeah,

(59:50):
and uh, I'm telling you I'm coming back for some
acupuncture because that was that was incredible.

Speaker 2 (59:57):
I'm falling apart.

Speaker 4 (59:57):
I need it so incredible.

Speaker 3 (59:59):
Everyone needs and I want all the things I want,
Like I want like a subscription to your I want
to go one month. I want to go with Taro
next month. I want to go medium next month. I
want to go just spiritual. I just want to do
like a spiritual thing. Yeah, I want to do all
the things. It's good.

Speaker 4 (01:00:21):
