Speaker 1 (00:00):
The show is guaranteed heal, meaning well, except for Jeffrey, We're.
Speaker 2 (00:05):
Still trying to figure out what.
Speaker 3 (00:07):
The hell he is.
Speaker 4 (00:08):
I'm just a regular guy, that extraordinary job, Bucky.
Speaker 2 (00:11):
Welcome back to Rovers Morning Glory.
Speaker 5 (00:14):
She'zy is coming up in just a few minutes. What
do you have on the way, Dougie.
Speaker 6 (00:18):
Nicole Brown, Simpson's sister is in the news because she
is petitioning something regarding the National Football League. So I'll
tell you what that is coming up next.
Speaker 5 (00:30):
All right, we'll get to that in just a moment.
Here's b one rights. Michael Jackson never did anything wrong.
The elites, the traffic children made Michael out to be
a bad guy because he was saving kids from Epstein.
McCauley Culkin did in McCauley Culkin did an interview where
(00:55):
he said Michael pulled him away from Epstein and took
him to ever Land Ranch for the weekend. He says
Michael saved his life. Michael had a rough abuse of
childhood and wanted to protect children from the abuse he
suffered when he was being raised.
Speaker 2 (01:12):
Do people whatever this guy is.
Speaker 5 (01:13):
Referring to must be some sort of AI generated video.
You really believe McCauley Culkin.
Speaker 7 (01:21):
Did an interview.
Speaker 5 (01:22):
It said that Michael Jackson saved him from Jeffrey Epstein.
That's ridiculous, by the way, Jeffrey Epstein, best I can tell,
I don't think there's any allegation. Are there any allegations
of him doing anything with a young boy like McAuley culkin. No,
it's all girls. It's all young girls fourteen, fifteen, sixteen,
(01:45):
seventeen or eighteen whatever.
Speaker 2 (01:48):
I don't think there.
Speaker 5 (01:50):
I mean, I'm not an expert on the Epstein case,
but I don't think there's one allegation of him doing
something to a boy. But regardless, it's so ridiculous. Michael
Jackson saved mcaulay culkin from Jeffrey Epstein.
Speaker 2 (02:04):
Right, is this guy serious? Probably?
Speaker 5 (02:11):
Uh May writes, My daughter is dating a boy and
his mom is obsessed with him. He actually told my
daughter that when he was around thirteen, she came into
the bathroom while he was showering, pulled back the curtain
and looked at his penis to make sure he was
developing okay. When they're out together, she's constantly calling him
and interrupting their dates, telling him that he needs to
(02:32):
get home. She will find out where they're at and
show up there. It's really odd, and it's not because
she doesn't like my daughter. She loves her. I think
she's just wanting all of her son's attention.
Speaker 6 (02:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (02:46):
Remember Dugie slept with Gianna until Gianna was like twelve
years old, no.
Speaker 7 (02:50):
Nine, she was nine years old.
Speaker 6 (02:52):
And now I can't even sit on the couch and
cuddle like she wants nothing to do. Which that's our
job is to is to separate and get them to
be their people.
Speaker 7 (03:05):
But I wish, oh my god, you wish what I
miss the.
Speaker 5 (03:10):
Days that you wish she could go back and do it,
because he'd still have her in your better view if
you could.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
Oh, okay, everybody else is weird and creepy.
Speaker 7 (03:18):
No, I just you. That's your kid, and just Mandy
Nicole says we're over.
Speaker 5 (03:23):
You should read this sub stack, written by Jenny Mollin
Biggs about her kids. It's weird and creepy. Really, it
stated just about less than a month ago. Please stay,
I want you, I need you.
Speaker 7 (03:40):
Oh god, I hope she's talking about her husband.
Speaker 2 (03:44):
No, call about her kids.
Speaker 5 (03:47):
Call me old fashioned, but I only want my sons
to marry women with dead mothers.
Speaker 2 (03:51):
It's my only shot.
Speaker 5 (03:53):
It's staying relevant, of seeming useful, and of winning by comparison.
Having boys is a mind f It builds you up
only to tear you apart.
Speaker 2 (04:03):
I mean, this goes on and out and on. This
a very long.
Speaker 5 (04:08):
This is a very long post here. Several months ago,
my eldest was texting with a girl. She was twelve,
but I could already tell my brand of toxic. She
was bossing him around and using big words, and he
was utterly spawn. I complained to Jason that I wanted
to intervene before he got hurt, and that she wasn't
even hotter than me, but Jason insisted I let him
(04:30):
make his own mistakes, and objectively, he's right. But as
a mother, you want to shield and protect and fiercely
defend the thing you've devoted your life to shaping.
Speaker 7 (04:39):
My God, they've got to go figure it all out,
Like what is she doing?
Speaker 8 (04:44):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (04:44):
I mean this is well, all right, I don't have
time to read this entire thing, but okay, that.
Speaker 7 (04:50):
Is my daughter. I love her.
Speaker 9 (04:52):
I actually we would put her to sleep in our bed,
and that way she would fall asleep in our bed
we'd move her into her own room. There's no point
even now do I want to cuddle with her at
this moment that I'm like, man, I wish I could
still cuddle with her in bed. I wish we were
cuddling on the couch. I do not feel that way
(05:12):
at all. I do grab her toes sometimes that I
remember when she was little, her toes were adorable, and
I still will just to mess with her because I
love her, But I'm still not that that close. I
don't know if that's just me as a parent. I
do love her a lot, but I'm I'm not longing
for those days anymore.
Speaker 7 (05:31):
They happened. I'm glad they happened, but I could go.
Speaker 9 (05:34):
Without cuddling from now until the rest of time, you know,
maybe on my deathbed. Give me a hug, a hug
I'm okay with. But I don't need to like snuggle
with her.
Speaker 5 (05:45):
Here's someone that says is creepy the douche kept a
crap diary for her kids.
Speaker 7 (05:49):
That a crap diary I had, no I had she
was a little baby and all born. Not true.
Speaker 1 (05:59):
Yes, I.
Speaker 6 (06:01):
Knew the person that was watching her, like had she
gone to the bathroom because I was monitoring.
Speaker 7 (06:08):
Five years old five to make sure she was going
in the bathroom. And then did she keep child from work?
Speaker 2 (06:16):
That is very, very strange. Do you still have it?
You didn't throw away her poop?
Speaker 7 (06:22):
I have a lot of her stuff.
Speaker 6 (06:24):
I especially now with my mom not saving anything, I
will have a hard time, Like we're cleaning out the
basement right now, and some of the stuff it's hard
for me to throw away.
Speaker 5 (06:36):
Do you think that your wife is obsessed with homage, Jeffrey, She.
Speaker 4 (06:45):
Was always like that help kind of helicopter parent, you know,
meaning sure nothing happened to him because of what happened
to our first baby.
Speaker 2 (06:54):
I mean he would have.
Speaker 5 (06:55):
Been your first baby died a miscarriage, right, and it
was still born either.
Speaker 6 (07:00):
Way, don't say whatever, I mean, it's what's the difference.
Speaker 7 (07:05):
It's a big deal born. Yes, it is a big deal.
Speaker 2 (07:08):
Okay, all right. My wife still it reminds me of that,
you know, And.
Speaker 4 (07:16):
So she's always you know, mindful, like make sure he's
safe and whatnot and not.
Speaker 2 (07:20):
And I check on his breathing right every time. I've
done that in a long time.
Speaker 5 (07:25):
You just a year ago she was checking on his
breathing every day.
Speaker 4 (07:31):
She's really backed off on that. Really Yeah, Okay, I
let her know. Look, he's an adult, he's healthy, that's
the main thing. Just you know, just you know, don't
worry about him because at some point he will move out,
you know, and you know, I just want to you know.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
You know, just just it's just how she's just you know.
Speaker 4 (07:51):
I mean, like you're not the same when you lose
a bit, when you when you're when a baby dies
as a stillborn, you're just not the same person. And
that's the best way I can explain it me. I mean,
I just I'm just more quiet. I mean, it still
pains me when I think about it. Yeah, I just
don't show it. This chression says that you kept that
(08:14):
poop log until she was ten.
Speaker 7 (08:15):
He claims, I still, I mean, I meaning keep it.
Speaker 5 (08:19):
No, you you logged every time. I know you did
till she was five. Fact, what would a random entry be?
What would it say? What were there pictures for each one?
Would be description? You know, Look, what would you write
in the log? I don't know what you'd say?
Speaker 7 (08:35):
It doesn't matter.
Speaker 6 (08:36):
No, No, like you put the date in time, I
think I would do what time.
Speaker 5 (08:40):
She is seven seventeen. Oh you'd keep all really even
what you know?
Speaker 7 (08:45):
If she so I could figure out if what what
the cries meant?
Speaker 6 (08:49):
Well, she hasn't eaten in three hours.
Speaker 2 (08:52):
When it's a baby, I'm not saying that the normal.
Speaker 7 (08:54):
When okay, it wasn't five? Why why she was?
Speaker 10 (09:00):
Would you right though? Would it be like uh liquidy?
Would it be something like that? The color, the consistency.
Speaker 8 (09:07):
Now, if she went to the bathroom, that's it. Not
the hpomatic turd happens ten am okay? Oh, well some
grumpy about your poop lug?
Speaker 7 (09:17):
No, not at all. They don't seem happy. I'm here
with you.
Speaker 4 (09:23):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (09:25):
Let me see here. Here's somebody. Um, this is going back.
Speaker 5 (09:34):
No one will ever remember this what this guy's texting
me about.
Speaker 2 (09:39):
Let me see here, Ducie, are you ready for the.
Speaker 7 (09:44):
Here we go on rollers morning glory.
Speaker 6 (09:49):
The Kennedy Center's lawyers sent a memo to staff yesterday
ordering them to begin immediately removing President Trump's name from
the institution in compliance with the recent federal court ruling.
Email signat, letterhead and other documents must reflect the original
name the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts,
right away immediately with interior and exterior signage and branded
(10:09):
furniture having a deadline of June twelfth, US District judged
Christopher Cooper ruled that Congress gave the center its name
and only Congress can change it, blocking the Trump installed boards,
voting to rebrand the facility the Trump Kennedy Center. The
memo also noted that the center is considering options on
whether to proceed with a plan July fifth closure for
(10:32):
two hundred and fifty seven million dollars in renovations. Okay,
President isn't done with his renovations to the Lincoln Memorial.
Speaking from the White House yesterday, Trump said the reflecting
pool renovations were completed on Wednesday of this week after
being cleaned and repainted and American flag blue. He then
indicated more work to the memorial is coming, noting that
(10:53):
the traditional front of the memorial faces east toward the
Washington Monument while the back face is west toward Arlington
National Cemetery. Trump said the original plan was to have
the back actually be the front.
Speaker 7 (11:07):
Let's so you just can turn it around, and.
Speaker 6 (11:09):
Plans to build a new promenade there to open it
up and connect it to the river.
Speaker 10 (11:13):
Did you see the cool chart he brought out the charts, No,
throwing off the reflecting pool here.
Speaker 2 (11:17):
Now, let me see here.
Speaker 7 (11:18):
What's I'm getting for his limps?
Speaker 3 (11:21):
But that's your size compared So those are compared.
Speaker 5 (11:25):
To our pool is bigger than skyscrapers, it says.
Speaker 10 (11:29):
He's got like a picture of the reflecting pool next
to it. How that compares to this Sears Tower, the
Empire State Building and one World Trade Center.
Speaker 2 (11:37):
I don't know what that has to do with anything.
Speaker 7 (11:39):
World Trade Center?
Speaker 2 (11:41):
What does that have to do with anything.
Speaker 5 (11:42):
It's not it's not a building, so it already exists
a little pool because he didn't.
Speaker 7 (11:46):
Make it to fill it in.
Speaker 2 (11:49):
The width is spray.
Speaker 7 (11:50):
Wow, that's interesting.
Speaker 5 (11:52):
Someone had to take the time. Okay, look I don't know.
I don't live there, so I don't.
Speaker 7 (12:02):
They're gonna turn the Lincoln Memorial around.
Speaker 5 (12:04):
No, no, no, I don't think that's what he's talking about, right,
But he's talking about that's ridiculous. No, they're not gonna
turn it, right, So he just said, I just did
the story.
Speaker 2 (12:13):
No, they might.
Speaker 7 (12:13):
They might.
Speaker 5 (12:14):
They're gonna build something on the other side, flip it.
Speaker 2 (12:18):
No, they're not.
Speaker 5 (12:18):
Gonna flip the whole thing. You can't, well, you're gonna
dismantle it and flip it. They're not gonna do that too. No,
they tore down half the White House.
Speaker 7 (12:27):
Well, yeah, so maybe I shouldn't speak to.
Speaker 10 (12:30):
And he did just say that the I assume he's joking,
but he said he might keep the UFC cage on
the White House lawn like they did for the Eiffel Tower.
Speaker 5 (12:40):
He said the Eiffel Tower they were gonna only supposed
to be up for the was it the World's Fair
or something, and then they's gonna be temporary and then
they are like, oh, let's leave it up for a year,
and then let's leave it up for another year, and
then they just left it up permanently.
Speaker 2 (12:53):
Now, so like a monument to mister Eifel himself, really
mister Eiffel. Well, I can't remember.
Speaker 4 (12:59):
I can't remember the guy's first name, but he named
after huh Pierre.
Speaker 2 (13:04):
Yeah. And the other thing was that near the end
of that time, they.
Speaker 4 (13:09):
Experimented with with with a radio set up on top
of it, and then it's so far a radio signal
can go. And it used to how it was the
perfect place to experiment with that because it was it
was tailed off to and he just put a radio atteen.
Speaker 2 (13:21):
On top of it and boom, okay, you.
Speaker 4 (13:23):
Said, a radio singlel all the way across the Atlantic Ocean.
Speaker 6 (13:25):
Some shocking video shows a new state of the art
Boeing seven eighty seven Dreamliner.
Speaker 7 (13:32):
This was yesterday.
Speaker 6 (13:33):
It was being prepped to fly to California when something happened.
Speaker 2 (13:39):
He doesn't have that in here yet.
Speaker 7 (13:42):
Sorry, I don't have that. Okay, I'll go on to
the next story. It's pretty good.
Speaker 6 (13:47):
Today is National Donut Day, so lots.
Speaker 2 (13:52):
What's my Mini Donuts doing for National Donut Day?
Speaker 6 (13:55):
Wishing you a Happy Donut Day. That's what we're doing.
We're gonna be out slinging donut. Nope, I'm not a
lot of different places. Krispy Kreme, they're offering customers one
free donut of their choice, no purchase necessary. Duncan will
also hand out free donuts with the purchase of any beverage.
So in a few national chains as well as local
(14:16):
shops doing stuff as well. Happy don't getting prepped. Upsy
just dropped front landing gear kind of collapsed while it
was being fueled and stocked up.
Speaker 2 (14:28):
Well, yeah, this is like it's parked at the gate.
Speaker 5 (14:30):
Yeah, and it has the jetway the bridge thing connected
to it. The front landing get collapses, that means the
whole thing.
Speaker 2 (14:38):
If you look at the engines over here, the engines
are now on the ground.
Speaker 7 (14:42):
Yeah, they don't have the chalks in there, right.
Speaker 2 (14:46):
No, No, I don't think that that landing gear.
Speaker 4 (14:49):
The front of the nose was probably locked in a
locked position when the plane landed.
Speaker 7 (14:53):
Yeah, you could see you come o.
Speaker 6 (14:54):
God, nobody was boarding it. No passengers were on it.
Some crew members were injured, but that's why getting on
the plane.
Speaker 5 (15:04):
Now, they do have those shocks that they put there.
And I see if you go back before it collapses, there's.
Speaker 7 (15:12):
The crews in there too.
Speaker 2 (15:13):
They don't have them there in front of the wheels.
Speaker 6 (15:17):
Hm.
Speaker 2 (15:18):
Why would they not have that?
Speaker 7 (15:20):
So there's a crisis team.
Speaker 5 (15:22):
It looks almost like you can see the chocks over
there to the left of the screen, Sam, those two
I don't.
Speaker 2 (15:27):
Know if that's actually them or not, but.
Speaker 7 (15:28):
By the cone there, Yeah, those things look like little curbs. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (15:32):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (15:32):
The other chocks there's let's put those under the wheels
and there's supposed to be a locking pin that keeps
the landing here in a locked position. That pin was
not put in place after the plane was parked.
Speaker 2 (15:43):
Does somebody have to manually do that? I believe.
Speaker 4 (15:46):
I mean if the planes didn't meet parked there, I
think there is like there is a locking pin that
holds to prevent to prevent that. Because I've worked at
the airport before, I see this all the time, it
seems like.
Speaker 5 (15:59):
It seems like you would have to I don't know,
it just seems like a weird thing that someone would
have to manually do that in order to lock that
wheel down.
Speaker 7 (16:07):
What if they forgot that happens well, I mean.
Speaker 4 (16:09):
When Blenning ear is brought down, you know, in preparation
for here's an all Mac locked inside the But I think,
what do you do is like that's like a backup?
Speaker 2 (16:20):
Okay, all right, go on.
Speaker 6 (16:21):
And finally, Nicole Brown Simpson's sister Tanya, she is petitioning Enna.
Speaker 2 (16:29):
Yeah really, I'm trying. Is that the one that was
always on TV? Tanya? I remember that she had darker hair.
I don't think her name was Tanya Aanya Brown. Okay.
Speaker 6 (16:39):
She is asking and petitioning the NFL to reconsider it
stance on OJ Simpson's jersey number. Ahead of the thirty
second anniversary of the murder of her sister and her
friend Ronald Goldman, Tanya called on the NFL to stop
issuing number thirty two to players. It's also the thirty
second year of Nicole and Ron's murder. She said, every
time I see some on the field with that number,
(17:01):
it brings me back and I have trauma.
Speaker 5 (17:02):
Oh my god, don't be ridicted that is. That is
utterly ridiculous. I'm sorry for your last thirty two years ago,
but rid of his number. You want to get rid
of OJ's numbers, and nobody can have it. Well, not
only on that team that he played for, but every
team in the NFL seems like.
Speaker 7 (17:18):
An honor to him. That's what they do.
Speaker 2 (17:19):
The people there on here like retiring his number.
Speaker 5 (17:21):
This is that's that is silly, absolutely silly.
Speaker 2 (17:25):
I've never heard of anything.
Speaker 5 (17:26):
Is that is Somebody should have counseled her to say
this is a bad idea.
Speaker 2 (17:31):
Nobody's going to go with this.
Speaker 6 (17:32):
There you go. That's a shusy. On Rovers Morning, Glory.
Speaker 1 (17:35):
Become an ast celebrity when you call into the show
with video after you video call rovers morning Glory, everyone
will recognize you as the genius with the best and.
Speaker 2 (17:47):
Smartest comment of all time.
Speaker 4 (17:50):
Just download the Rover Radio app and use it.
Speaker 2 (17:52):
To video call the show. Fame awaits with video calls
inside the.
Speaker 5 (17:57):
Rover Radio app, available in app store.
Speaker 7 (18:01):
The Eise Brown was the one that you were thinking, Yes,
the Ni Brown.
Speaker 2 (18:04):
This is another I've never I've never heard of.
Speaker 7 (18:07):
Tanya. Banya is fifty six, I believe so like.
Speaker 5 (18:11):
The guy who played for the Patriots, that Aaron Hernandez guy.
Remember he was involved in murders. Does I don't know
what his number was, he was a tight end. Does
every team in the NFL have to get rid of
that number? So anybody who does something bad you have
to get rid of that that it's so stupid. Oh
(18:32):
my god, that might be the dumbest thing I've heard
all week. Oh my god, I'm behind. We got behind
a little bit earlier today because now we're kind of
caught up. We were trying to catch Jeffrey. You're trying
(18:53):
to get him to crap his pants for the third
or fourth time on the show. Didn't wasn't going to
let that happen. He didn't he was on to us,
so I was delaying taking a break earlier. But now
we'll be all caught up. So give me just a
few minutes and we'll be right back on Rover's Morning Glory.
Speaker 1 (19:08):
Hang on hours just happens to have crapped his wet
pants while writing a scooter top that, Howard Stern, it's
Rover's Morning Glory.
Speaker 5 (19:45):
You know, things have changed in the United States over
the years, over the decades.
Speaker 2 (19:50):
And I'm not saying I'm not one of those guys.
Speaker 5 (19:53):
It's like, oh, back in the day, this that, you know,
let's let's make America great again or whatever.
Speaker 2 (20:01):
Things change.
Speaker 5 (20:03):
But but I don't think that this is, this particular
case I'm going to tell you about today is being
handled like it would have been thirty, forty or fifty
years ago. A man in South Carolina fifty years old
named Chad Larson. He's had a group of kids ding
(20:26):
dong ditching them for weeks. They have been ringing his
doorbell and running away over the past two weeks, just
all the time. And then on Monday, he was awakened
from a nap. Somebody said, Hey, there are children outside
and they want to speak with you. He went outside
(20:47):
because he was under the impression. He's like, it's probably
these kids. The parents might have found out or whatever,
and they're coming to apologize.
Speaker 2 (20:54):
But instead.
Speaker 5 (20:57):
The kids taunted him and then took off on their bikes.
So I don't know how they taught them, Hey, you
lose their you fat ass whatever.
Speaker 2 (21:05):
Who knows what they were saying.
Speaker 5 (21:08):
So then he realized that they were likely that they
were going to come back on their bikes, so he
hid in a neighbor's bush, oh boy, until they got
close enough for him to jump out and then tackle
them off of their bikes. Two children were knocked off
their bikes. According to the story that I have, he
held them on the ground. One of the children was
able to break free, but he grabbed the other one
(21:29):
by the neck and dragged him into his home. He
was holding a rock in his hand and said I
should hit you with this rock.
Speaker 2 (21:38):
He did not hit the kid with the rock.
Speaker 7 (21:41):
Police.
Speaker 5 (21:43):
I'm sure the kid that got away broke free. He's like, ah, help, help,
and you know, somebody calls police.
Speaker 2 (21:49):
Police show up and.
Speaker 5 (21:54):
They charged this guy, this fifty year old guy, with kidnapping, assault,
battery of a high and aggravated nature whatever that means,
and assault and battery in the third degree. He's being
held at the al Cannon Detention Center. They have not
set a bomb yet, at least as of yesterday or
(22:15):
whatever it was.
Speaker 7 (22:16):
Did he ever tell the police this was happening or.
Speaker 2 (22:19):
He just what are the police going to do?
Speaker 5 (22:21):
They're gonna come out for some ding dong ditchers and
how are they hit? Really, you're gonna call the police
over ding dong ditchers? This is how you would handle
it fifty years ago.
Speaker 6 (22:31):
I don't know if you can handle it like this,
but I'm saying they're driving you bad.
Speaker 5 (22:36):
This is a this is a I kind of feel
for this fifty year old guy, like he's being driven
insane by this group of rotten ass kids who are
ding dong ditching them for weeks. Then he finally they
get there what they deserve. One of them gets knocked
off their bike. He's trying to scare them. Obviously, in
(22:58):
the old days that would have happened that he would
have knocked him off the bike. He would have threatened
the kid, I should kick your ass and and then
you'd make the kid call his parents. The parents would
come over pick up the kid. They would apologize profusely.
They grabbed their own kid by the ear, twist his
ear and be like, no, you, I told you.
Speaker 2 (23:18):
Not the best around.
Speaker 10 (23:19):
If your mom would have done that, or she would
have yelled at the guy and be like, what are
you doing to my kid?
Speaker 5 (23:24):
No?
Speaker 10 (23:24):
I think, hmm, you're holding him down by his neck
and you're threatening to beat him with a rock.
Speaker 7 (23:31):
That is kidnapping. You would do that. I could see you.
Speaker 2 (23:34):
I could see you. Don't know what my mom would.
Speaker 10 (23:36):
I don't know how my mom would sometimes think that
you were raised at some different time I was.
Speaker 2 (23:41):
I'm not really your mom would have.
Speaker 10 (23:43):
Your mom would have absolutely been furious if somebody held
you down by your neck, And she probably.
Speaker 5 (23:49):
Would have been, but I don't know if she would
have let that. I don't know if she would have
let that on to me. She would have the way
that she would have portrayed the situation to me, he
would have been, you're an idiot. Why what did you
think was gonna happen? Doing this for weeks? That's the
way she would have handled it. Now, she might have
privately been furious. She might have even said something she
(24:12):
wouldn't have said anything to the guy in my presence,
I don't think maybe outside my presence, why'd you do that?
Speaker 2 (24:18):
My son? Whatever?
Speaker 5 (24:20):
But I do think it was a different time, and
I do think it would have been handled differently because
parents would have been upset once they found out that
their kid had been doing that for weeks, and they
would have gone, what do you what do you expect you?
Speaker 2 (24:33):
How did you think this was going to end? Timmy?
Speaker 9 (24:36):
And Timmy stay away from old man French's house because
that's how he is. So you leave him alone and
you never go over there again. You go over there,
he's gonna beat you up.
Speaker 5 (24:45):
Yeah, but now the parents will probably want to sue.
They put their kid in counseling, you know. Oh, he's
gonna have to He's going to be counseling for years
to get over the trauma of what happened in all
this garbage. I mean, that's that's really extreme charges for
this guy, this fifty year old guy, kidnapping, assaultant battery
of a high and aggravated nature, and assaultant battery in
(25:06):
the third degree. The kids and I like this quote
at the.
Speaker 2 (25:13):
End of this where is it?
Speaker 5 (25:17):
According to the police report, he told me this is
the guy who did this, the fifty year old. He
told me that he knows what he did was wrong,
but he continued to speak as though the juveniles were
the ones doing wrong. They were, they were the ones
in the wrong. This guy wouldn't have done it if
it weren't for the juveniles harassing him for weeks.
Speaker 2 (25:40):
They were in the wrong. And this guy he is like, yeah.
Speaker 5 (25:45):
You know, maybe I shouldn't have done that, you know, yeah, yeah, yeah,
everyone agrees. He even understands that call the cod every
man has a breaking point, right.
Speaker 2 (25:57):
I remember those very famous.
Speaker 5 (25:58):
Words from our old program director Ballrag, who was being
heckled by a fan one time when I was out
with him for being so short, at which point Ballrag
actually got in a fistfight with the guy.
Speaker 2 (26:12):
And I go, what are you doing, you idiot?
Speaker 7 (26:16):
He said?
Speaker 5 (26:17):
Every man, Yo, every man has a breaking point?
Speaker 4 (26:21):
Hey, yeah, but that's also from the Shawshank Redemption. That
your particular line. Now you're pissing me off right now, oh,
our old program director Ballrag. So no, I I just
I don't know, man.
Speaker 5 (26:38):
I wouldn't if you put me on that jury, I'd go, okay,
if this guy did this to.
Speaker 2 (26:43):
A random kid, I'd go lock him up for life.
Speaker 5 (26:46):
If he was just out and he'd tackle a random
kid off of his bike and was like, ah, well,
isaid to hat you went this rock kid, I'd go,
that guy's a menace to society.
Speaker 9 (26:56):
Or the first time they do it. They do it
one time and then he goes berserk over it. But
after days and days of them harassing you, driving you.
Speaker 7 (27:06):
Mad call the cops? What don't Why are.
Speaker 2 (27:09):
You letting them? How are you gonna cops?
Speaker 1 (27:13):
The cops?
Speaker 2 (27:13):
You're gonna go?
Speaker 5 (27:14):
The cops are gonna go. Do you realize you've called
the police for this matter? Like, we have other things
we're dealing with. We're not gonna mess around with some
ding dong.
Speaker 6 (27:23):
Ditchers, which is gonna end up in you shooting someone.
Speaker 2 (27:27):
No, No, he didn't shoot the kid.
Speaker 7 (27:29):
He kidnapped them and held him down by the throat.
Speaker 5 (27:31):
He was trying to I'm sure get the kid like
you call your parents or whatever whatever he wanted to do.
Speaker 2 (27:37):
He's scared, trying to scare the kids. So there's yeah,
you don't want him to do it anymore.
Speaker 11 (27:43):
Guess what, I don't think he will. I honestly experience. Yeah,
I honestly do not have. If you put me on this, Jerry,
I'd say I quit the guy. I'm sure the guy's
learned his lesson. This fifty year old guy, he's already
gotten in a little bit of trouble.
Speaker 5 (27:58):
His life has been harassed for the past few days
or whatever since he did this.
Speaker 2 (28:01):
That's enough.
Speaker 5 (28:02):
That's enough of a punishment. I'm not worried that this
guy is gonna do it again. Un Lots of people
keep ding dong ditching them.
Speaker 7 (28:09):
What ding dong?
Speaker 2 (28:10):
What? There's another game.
Speaker 5 (28:11):
I used to play with the neighbor, his old, very
big shot neighbor, and he'd be like, come on over,
play ding dong dick with him, and I go, what
is that? And he's like, well, I stand here in
my bathrobe. I opened my bathrobe and then you push
with your friend dates like it's a doorbell.
Speaker 9 (28:26):
Oh okay, maybe he's a grab it twisted like the
door knob a few times.
Speaker 6 (28:34):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (28:35):
Anyway, so.
Speaker 5 (28:39):
There's somebody bystanders could have shot that man in defense
of the kid while he was attacking them. Oh, give
me a break. He wasn't threatening to kill the kids.
He wasn't there stop.
Speaker 9 (28:49):
It okay, Well, there's a there's a reaction for every action, right,
So those kids' action was to harass this man.
Speaker 7 (28:57):
He reacted to that eventually.
Speaker 2 (28:59):
So there's a.
Speaker 9 (29:00):
Consequence for everything that you do, Yes, except for the kids.
Speaker 7 (29:04):
Yeah, they get off scott free.
Speaker 2 (29:05):
The kids.
Speaker 5 (29:07):
The consequence is they get they get the crap scared out.
Speaker 7 (29:11):
Of them therapy. They're going to be messed up for life.
Speaker 9 (29:16):
Now, they'll be worried anytime they ring a doorbell somebody
might attack them.
Speaker 5 (29:21):
The rotten ass kids, they were rotten ass kids. And
the problem with it now is and I would do
rotten ass things when I was a kid. I was
no angel, but I was always afraid that somebody was
going to tell on me or tell my mom if
I'm doing something rotten, you know, and then I'm going.
Speaker 2 (29:38):
To get in trouble.
Speaker 5 (29:39):
Now, if you say something your kid was doing X,
Y and Z, the parents today go, oh, he would
never do that. No, Shane wouldn't do that. That's how
parents react these days. If we saw this.
Speaker 2 (29:54):
In that case with that.
Speaker 5 (29:56):
I was at that Netflix documentary The Crash with that
Mackenzie Shrilla, and in there basically they said that the
girl will get in trouble all the time in high
school and the dad would show up and he.
Speaker 2 (30:13):
Just asked the daughter, did you do this? And the
daughter would go, no, Dad, I didn't do this. And
he's like, I knew she was telling the truth. I know,
my daughter, she's being honest with me.
Speaker 5 (30:22):
Really, Jesus Christ, are these the two dumbest parents I've
ever seen? That's what ends up getting the kids more
and more rotten because they can get away with it.
There's no repercussions at home. If you're not going to
be disciplined by your parents, who is going to discipline you?
Speaker 6 (30:44):
You were disciplined and you didn't pay attention to what
your mom was trying to do.
Speaker 5 (30:47):
I wasn't disciplined enough. No, No, I was not disciplined enough.
And it was because I had a single mother, and
it's a tough thing for a single mother. And I
was a real pain in the ass as a kid,
and I would I would grind my mother down until
she would give in. It was more of a hassle
to try to punish me than it was to just
(31:09):
give in and be like, fine, yes, you can go out.
You're not grounded anymore, you know, because I'd whine and
cry and bitch and moan and complain. Look if I
had a dad, and the dad would go shut up
or I'm gonna punch you in the face and go Okay.
Speaker 7 (31:21):
He's rotten. Now that's an upstanding citizen. He never breaks
the law. Driving on the other side of the road
always breaks the law. You're a horrible person, yea.
Speaker 2 (31:34):
Who's I'm a horrible person.
Speaker 5 (31:36):
Who she's been begging and pleading with me to buy
her daughter a birthday pressent?
Speaker 8 (31:43):
Yeah, you don't say what it is? A birthday present?
What kind of present?
Speaker 2 (31:48):
Oh? Expensive?
Speaker 5 (31:49):
And then and then so she's she's been on me
for this for a week.
Speaker 7 (31:54):
You got to get hers up as she's sixteen, you
got to.
Speaker 2 (31:56):
Buy and then and then hold on.
Speaker 5 (31:58):
So then this morning she goes, uh, well you you
have to get her that gift. Oh, and get her
some gift certificates too. I go, yeah, I go, I'm
not getting anything. Oh this is a big birthday though.
Oh she's sixteen. You canna saying, oh she's eighteen. Wow,
she's seventeen. It's the only birthday before she turns out adult.
Speaker 7 (32:18):
And she sent you got her something. She didn't use
it slides.
Speaker 6 (32:23):
That was when she was like nine orc slides, Yeah,
not ten years old, so ten that was that long ago.
Speaker 7 (32:31):
It was a long time ago.
Speaker 5 (32:34):
She's been begging, well, you shouldn't take a handout from
the wild's the worst person.
Speaker 7 (32:38):
I want to know what this item is, and I
want to know. I need to know. Is it electronic?
How ridiculous is it? It's not ridiculous, Well, I'm wondering
if it is. You're saying it's not rovers making it
sound like it's nice. Well it's ridiculous. Is that I'm
trying to ask him to do something nice?
Speaker 2 (32:55):
That's what it to you.
Speaker 5 (32:56):
Yeah, I don't even know what the hell that is,
but okay, I've heard of that.
Speaker 9 (33:07):
I gave my daughter five hundred dollars for her birthday.
Oh yeah, for her sixteenth birthday. I said, here's five
hundred bucks. I broke it down into a whole bunch
of different size bills, so we had ones, five, tens, twenties,
And then what you do is put it in a
little box. You roll it up, so then all she
sees at the top of the gift box is a
one dollar bill poking out and you start to pull it,
but they're all attached. Oh my gosh, another dollar, another dollar,
(33:32):
it's five hundred dollars.
Speaker 7 (33:35):
Very cute.
Speaker 9 (33:37):
She got four hundred dollars for eighteenth birthday. Yea was
two hundred dollars for graduation, two hundred dollars for your birthday.
They were literally one day after the other. So here's
four hundred bucks cash. But she because she wants a
ton of different things, she could put it towards whatever
she wants. So if it's school, if it's you can
save it. But five hundred bucks was a good sixteenth
(33:59):
birthday gift?
Speaker 5 (34:00):
Thought, oh yeah, absolutely, And then I took her wants
to get way more than five hundred dollars.
Speaker 7 (34:06):
But I'm doing that.
Speaker 2 (34:08):
So he's like, oh, this it's something different because I.
Speaker 7 (34:13):
Can tell you. I'm okay here, sixty five is no,
it's more than that.
Speaker 2 (34:19):
Why did you look that up?
Speaker 5 (34:21):
Okay, yeah, we have no idea, but yeah, I know, right, okay, right.
Speaker 7 (34:27):
Yeah, And that's what so I did.
Speaker 5 (34:30):
The genis why why why is it rover obligated to get?
Speaker 7 (34:34):
Because kid an, that's a great question.
Speaker 2 (34:37):
There is no explained that.
Speaker 10 (34:38):
Many times what we've yeah, we've we've always wondered this,
because did your.
Speaker 9 (34:43):
Daughter just grabbed her eighteenth birthday? When did eighteen on
the seventeenth of May. There's no relationship out there.
Speaker 7 (34:50):
There's a relationship with Rover and Gianna's for sixteen years.
Speaker 9 (34:54):
Yeah, I think rovers bought Jeffreys kids gifts.
Speaker 2 (34:59):
Mm hm, yes, yes, you have it.
Speaker 10 (35:03):
Alas, what is it, Charlie, I'm trying to find this
specific thing.
Speaker 7 (35:07):
I'm just finding different things.
Speaker 10 (35:09):
Yeah, the specificness.
Speaker 7 (35:15):
He's showing Jefferys like lot watching.
Speaker 10 (35:17):
Okay, you sat, you won't let him in the room,
so this is what you have to do with Well, sorry,
you can't complain.
Speaker 2 (35:22):
I'll put this full screen for him. Here we go.
Speaker 7 (35:24):
This is it if you want, Charlie, good job to you.
What did I do?
Speaker 6 (35:29):
Don't be a bitch because you're not in here.
Speaker 2 (35:31):
No, no, you're being the bitch. You want to keep
being there.
Speaker 10 (35:34):
You can't be mad about him looking at the screen
if he's sitting in front of the screen.
Speaker 2 (35:37):
Got it, you're being a cry baby, right, I'm sorry. Okay,
where do you want him?
Speaker 7 (35:42):
You want to put somebody?
Speaker 5 (35:44):
Here's somebody who says Crystal gave her daughter five hundred
dollars for her sixteenth birthday. Do she's going to give
her daughter five hundred a month for the next five years?
Oh yeah, for the rest of her life?
Speaker 7 (35:54):
New car? Yeah, I can't wait.
Speaker 2 (35:59):
Do you have a a dollar amount?
Speaker 7 (36:01):
Charlie?
Speaker 10 (36:01):
Can I honestly find it? I can't even find that.
I just find stuff. That's the if you were to
get the best. I don't want to say too much,
but is it the best is four hundred dollars total?
Speaker 3 (36:16):
No?
Speaker 2 (36:16):
No, per I see so oh yeah, so you're looking
at it.
Speaker 10 (36:19):
But that's just that's not what the sixteen No, no, no, no,
that's not including Yeah.
Speaker 7 (36:24):
I get it.
Speaker 5 (36:26):
Yeah, it's don't do she is such a very opportunity.
Speaker 7 (36:32):
If you do.
Speaker 6 (36:33):
I'm not.
Speaker 5 (36:33):
I'm actually not just very entitled to very entitled. Today
she goes, she really pissed me off a last commercial break.
She goes, can we end early today?
Speaker 3 (36:47):
And I have.
Speaker 5 (36:51):
That's a lie? You said, can we end early? And
I have things to do? And Charlie has to leave. Yeah,
and I like, thank you. She's trying to spread out
the blame and I said, yeah. My reply was, well,
your number one priority is this thing that you work
(37:12):
at four hours a day.
Speaker 6 (37:14):
More than a day here all the time. Every day
I'm here, now I'm not here. Okay, let's go through.
Speaker 5 (37:22):
Examples of my god, I'm here longer than you every day.
I don't know where you're coming up with this.
Speaker 6 (37:29):
Live for you in the morning, just because you your
number one priority.
Speaker 5 (37:36):
You get here like five minutes before me, I'll grant
you that five minutes.
Speaker 2 (37:40):
Yeah, you're a hero. Five minutes snits.
Speaker 7 (37:44):
Do you ever see me here early?
Speaker 2 (37:46):
I was, Oh, yeah, you're here, yep early? What time? Snitz?
Speaker 5 (37:50):
She's she was here actually before, like when I got
in today, And what time was that?
Speaker 2 (37:56):
I don't know. Thirty?
Speaker 5 (37:59):
Okay, So let me add four and a half hours
a day. So I said, this is your number one priority.
This is the thing that pays for all this crap.
Speaker 2 (38:08):
Oh, I have so much to do.
Speaker 3 (38:09):
I have to do.
Speaker 7 (38:10):
That's the thing that pays for you to do.
Speaker 2 (38:14):
Is the number one priority. I said. So, no, we're
not going to add early today.
Speaker 5 (38:18):
If anything will go late just because she pissed me off.
So Charlie, you can blame her. Well, I can't stay late.
I got I gotta go, Yeah, I gotta go. But
I appreciate you trying.
Speaker 12 (38:28):
Dougie didn't work. Uh three hundred I think rover three
hundred piece. Uh huh, it's a little less. Okay, well
it's still it's a lot when you add it up, Brook,
you're on Roverie Morning Glory, Good morning Brook.
Speaker 3 (38:47):
Hey, kudos to uh Crystal for putting this call through.
She's I like her. She's hard not to like. She's
a very likable person. Yes, that being said, I'm calling
her out.
Speaker 2 (38:58):
And I told her.
Speaker 3 (38:59):
Before me on her she's given her daughter five hundred bucks,
which is you know, I'd say it's awesome for her daughter.
But this girl, she just told me without telling me,
she's still driving around with a nail in her tire.
Speaker 2 (39:11):
Nail.
Speaker 3 (39:12):
She didn't have sixty bucks to buy hues tire, but
she's going to give her kid five hundred bucks to
go buy a couple of ounces of weed or whatever
kids do with their money. I just think she needs
somebody needs pulled together. Get her a new tire. I
mightn't have a new car, for God's sake.
Speaker 5 (39:25):
Wait, I don't know anything about who's driving around with
a nail in their tire.
Speaker 3 (39:28):
We brought this up like three months ago, Crystal can elaborate.
She had a nail in her tire. We all forgot
about it. She just never got it fixed. And I'm
surprised Skinny hasn't insisted in fixing it, because you know,
all right, let me die of something broke. She's honest.
Speaker 2 (39:41):
Oh, she's honest.
Speaker 3 (39:42):
Let's let's figure it out, all right, and that compass
is going to be broken down in probably two weeks.
Speaker 4 (39:46):
Damn.
Speaker 5 (39:47):
All right, thank you, Brooke. I've got to take a
quick break. You're gonna have to refresh my memory about
whatever nail and is she still driving around? I would
assume that they pull the nail out. You're not dry
even with the nail in the tire, right, don't you?
Don't they patch it? I think you can drive around
forever with that. I don't know, I'll find out. We'll
be right back on Rover's Morning glory with the award
(40:09):
winning right after this
