Speaker 1 (00:00):
The only thing worse than your annoying morning alarm.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
Clocks down the groups look good, glory, you're still here
on right there in the middle. She is he coming
up in a few minutes. What do you have? By
the way, do she?

Speaker 3 (00:19):
Uh? Person has showed off the world's biggest.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
Tongue ring, biggest tongue run.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
Yeah, I want to see if you think it's hot.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
Okay, oh have that for you next. We'll get to
that in just a minute, Big D says.

Speaker 4 (00:34):
Rovert keeps saying that the kid from California bought the fireworks,
but the news reporter stated he found that. Yeah, yeah,
that's exactly what happened. No, that's what the kid said.
Because you don't want to get in trouble by your mom,
you go, I just found these fireworks. Somebody just like
left them on the street. Yeah, who does that. I'm
gonna buy those expensive fireworks and then just leave them. No,

(00:56):
the kid bought them. Don't be don't be ridiculous. Here's
a story about a woman who went to I'll play
her video explaining it. But she went to Italy. She's
from Australia. She went to Italy. She wanted to buy

(01:19):
a house in Italy for one euro. You know, some
of these little tiny villages in Italy have been doing
this for a few years, where they go, you can
buy a home here for a dollar, and people are like, oh,
what a great deal.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
It's not. It's not a great deal.

Speaker 4 (01:35):
It's a dilapidated rundown dump of a place. And it's
not in anywhere like Rome or Milan or anywhere where
you might want to go. It's in some village in
the middle of nowhere with barely running water, probably internet
the speed of you know, nineteen eighty six and four

(01:57):
hundred people living there. It's nowhere you'd actually want to live.
But they're like, oh, we can sell you a home
for a dollar.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
And then in what places in Italy? A small little
village like what it repeat? I didn't like how you
said a word.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
It bothered me.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
Not Rome, Milan, Milan. I didn't like that. Don't do
that again.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
What do you want me to Milan?

Speaker 3 (02:17):
I don't like that.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
What do you want me to call it? Milan? Milan?
Thank you?

Speaker 5 (02:20):
Okay, those cookies meant Milanos. It's not going to be
in Roma or Milan though. I don't like you anyway,
So but a lot of people have done it, I guess.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
But don't you have to pay to renovate that house too.

Speaker 6 (02:36):
You have to put so much money into you buy
it for a dollar, but you have to spend enough
money to renovate.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
That's part of the stipulation or the part of the agreement.

Speaker 4 (02:44):
And I think you have to be there a certain
amount of like you have to say I'll live here
for at least six months out.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
Of the year or something like that. You know. So
it's not just buying a place for a dollar.

Speaker 4 (02:55):
It's it's it's really a commitment to ref herbish the
place and to spend time there, and it's just not
it's not a great deal, honestly. But anyway, so this
woman from Australia decides, probably having like a midlife crisis
or something. I think she's thirty six, just broke up
with her boyfriend, and she's like, I'm gonna go there
and buy a one year old house, and the headline

(03:21):
is tourists dream takes a nightmare turn as she's kidnapped
twice in one day in Italy. You have video of
her explaining this, Oh I'm gonna play it. Oh okay,
you do have it? Okay, wait, what's wrong?

Speaker 2 (03:37):
You would have to have the.

Speaker 4 (03:38):
Worst luck of all time to be kidnapped twice in
one day?

Speaker 2 (03:44):
Kidnaps twice? And yes, that's what I do. What do
you think I was talking about?

Speaker 3 (03:48):
I don't know. I don't know why that. You wouldn't
believe that?

Speaker 2 (03:50):
Why was she escaped or let go? And then that
captured again?

Speaker 3 (03:54):
So you don't believe it either?

Speaker 2 (03:56):
No, okay, in one day.

Speaker 4 (03:59):
That's like the guy that we talked to from Remember
that we talked to a guy. Somebody just emailed they
go what was he? Did this guy ever call back
with an update? There was a guy that had called
into the show, or we called. I don't remember exactly
how we got a hold of this guy, but he
went to Mexico and he claims that he was at
the airport with his wife and he decided to leave

(04:20):
the airport to go get some chewing tobacco. And he
leaves the airport and then ends up near dead in
a ditch, hacked up with a machete or something, and
and then his wife just.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
Flew home without him.

Speaker 4 (04:36):
Yeah, And I said, dude, I don't know what kind
of scam you're trying to pull here, but this is
not how all this went down. That is not and
he I'll tell you, I'll tell you the real the
rest of the story.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
But I'm going to start a podcast and blah blah blah.
I don't know. I don't know whatever happened with that guy.

Speaker 4 (04:51):
I don't know whatever update it was, but I can
tell you whatever it was, it's not the way he
was trying to make it out anyway. So here's this
girl explaining how she was I ever watched this. I
read her story and I go, this didn't happen. Here's
her explaining how she was kidnapped twice in one You

(05:12):
might be able to jump in like thirty seconds. She
was I said, I don't know where she's filming from
right now, but she went over there to go buy
the house, go look at houses with friends, and then
the friends left went back and she's like, I'm gonna
stay here for a couple more weeks.

Speaker 2 (05:27):
They were in Italy. Yeah, yeah, so that she there
was friends of love. She's alone in Italy and she's
doing something with it.

Speaker 4 (05:35):
She's a Deahy constructor person, so she's renovating homes on
her but she was like, what was it? Some sort
of not kite surfing, but something along those lines. I
don't know exactly what it was. And she's like, so,
I'm just hanging out with all these kite surfers or
whatever that whatever sport it was. And that's when things
started to go wrong.

Speaker 7 (05:55):
I trusted the wrong person.

Speaker 8 (05:57):
I got into a man's vehicle because some people I
knew in a close knit kiding town told us girls
to get in the car because it was really muddy
and we'd meet everyone at the next location. Unfortunately, the
other two girls got out of the back of the
car and closed.

Speaker 7 (06:19):
The door, and I had no idea why.

Speaker 8 (06:22):
Unfortunately, I think it was because they saw who was driving,
and this person took the opportunity that once I was
in the car, to drive off, And at first I
thought not too much of it until that one kilometer
distance that we were meant to go for this next
location where I was meant to be meeting everyone. The

(06:43):
car kept going and this person then proceeded to speed
to you know, one hundred and thirty hundred and forty
kilometers on tiny Sicilian roads.

Speaker 7 (06:56):
With me in the back of the car. I proceeded
to see what is.

Speaker 4 (06:59):
That in miles per hoh or one hundred and thirty kilometers? Jeffrey,
what is one hundred and thirty kilometers per hour? And
miles per hour? Probably would think maybe about ninety ninety five.
And I'm just guessing here, Okay.

Speaker 8 (07:11):
Scream and yell and swear and beg to be let
out of the vehicle, but he refused to. There was
one other man in the front of the vehicle, and
their conversation basically the friend said, you know, is this
where the after partys? Is everyone coming back to yours?

(07:32):
He was even confused, and the driver said, no, absolutely not.

Speaker 7 (07:37):
It's just us.

Speaker 8 (07:38):
Boy, I don't care what those other idiots or something
are doing. And so I was that point I realized
that I was in a really dangerous situation. So not
only was this person driving intoxicated and very fast, but
why'd you.

Speaker 4 (07:52):
Get in the car with the intoxicated person would be
question number one.

Speaker 2 (07:56):
I'm not so far the story. I can believe this story.

Speaker 4 (08:00):
You get into a car, I've been a car when
people start driving like maniacs, you go, what are you doing?

Speaker 2 (08:05):
That's scary?

Speaker 8 (08:06):
Screaming, yelling, begging meant absolutely nothing. So I decided to
just simply track where we were going on my phone,
text as many people as I knew in the local
area my location, and as soon as the vehicle stopped
inside a gate in quite a large sort of house compound,

(08:28):
I checked if the door was open well unlocked, and
luckily it was, and I proceeded to just run as
fast as I could, and happily neither of the men followed.

Speaker 2 (08:42):
So that's her first kidnapping.

Speaker 3 (08:44):
Okay, that's scary.

Speaker 2 (08:45):
Is that? Is that a kidnapping?

Speaker 7 (08:49):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (08:50):
Maybe? I mean, I don't know, I guess. I mean,
I'm not saying it's right. The girl's screaming in the
back she wants to's pull over or whatever. Yeah, the
guy's driving like a maniac. I don't know if I
would consider that a kidnapping, but definitely a jerk move.
But if they were to chased her once she got
out and held her, that's a kidnapping.

Speaker 7 (09:09):
But that's wild.

Speaker 8 (09:11):
Is I actually then proceeded to get kidnapped again by
the next man I sought help from.

Speaker 7 (09:21):
So I ran about two kilometers.

Speaker 8 (09:24):
I saw a security guard sort of checking some properties
in the area and asked for some help.

Speaker 7 (09:31):
Translated on my phone.

Speaker 8 (09:32):
By then, I was about six kilometers from my accommodation
because I'd run the two already, and I could tell
that he was calling his boss, being like in glazy casa.
You know that he was going to bring the international home.
And so he proceeded to drive about three kilometers before
pulling over in a very dark spot and asked to

(09:55):
translate on my phone. And what he translated was, what
are you going to do for me for driving you home?
Of course, my stomach dropped and I was like, here
we go again. And by this time it's you know,
one point thirty in the morning, two o'clock in the morning,
and I simply tried the door again it was unlocked,

(10:16):
and proceeded to run and hide in a vineyard until.

Speaker 7 (10:20):
I saw his car drive away.

Speaker 8 (10:22):
So at this point, I'm three kilometers from home. Happily,
I'm on a beautiful coastal street with a bike path
that goes all the way back to my accommodation, and
I proceeded to walk.

Speaker 7 (10:35):
Slash, jog home.

Speaker 8 (10:38):
And basically just hide any time I saw car lights
because at this point, you know, I wasn't.

Speaker 2 (10:43):
Going to everybody's a kidnapper at this point, that's scary.

Speaker 3 (10:46):
Oh, no, way, you don't believe her.

Speaker 4 (10:48):
It's just it's a little hard for It is a
little bit hard for me to believe. So the guy
is like, what are you going to give me? So
he didn't actually kidnapp her, he might have asked that.
I'm not denying he said that he shot a shot
a little creepy, but that's not kidnapping. That's him driving
her home, right, Yeah.

Speaker 6 (11:09):
Did he lock the car doors and not let her
out until she provided him with some kind.

Speaker 4 (11:13):
Of She got out, she ran away. That's what happened
in both of them. She just I think this is
like I don't know if it was Mary and Saint
Louis or somebody called into the show and they were like,
I was in the back of an uber and the
uber driver was creepy, and so I had to open
the door and jump out and run away. And it
was like, whatever the story was, it was so ridiculous.

(11:33):
He goes, No, you were just in the back of
an uber, Like it was so bizarre. So I'm not
saying that. Look, women run into all sorts of weird situations,
I'll grant you that, especially one thirty in the morning
after you've been out drinking and you know, weird stuff
is going to happen at one thirty in the morning.

(11:55):
So I'm not saying that. I'm not saying that this
stuff didn't exactly happen. I'm just saying it's a little
over sould to say that, to say that you were kidnapped,
James says, there's too much detail in this story to
be true.

Speaker 2 (12:10):
She has everything down right to the kilometer.

Speaker 3 (12:13):
I don't think there's anything wrong with that. When she
doesn't give details, then you say that's the truth. Now
that she is saying what happened, I don't know why
you guys can't believe her truth.

Speaker 4 (12:26):
Kidnapped twice in one day, she says, kidnapped? Is that kidnapped?

Speaker 3 (12:30):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (12:32):
Do you guys consider that being kidnapped. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (12:35):
If you say let me out of the card and
they don't let you out, that that potentially could be
a kidnapper. And they start just driving really fast away
and be scary. I grant you that, but then they
pull over, eventually you get out, and then you run away.

Speaker 2 (12:49):
I don't know, maybe that's a kidnapping.

Speaker 4 (12:51):
The second guy, he just says, what are you going
to give me for giving you a ride home. We're
not sure, but this is on Google Translate, so who
knows what he actually said. I don't think that's a
kidnapping less he just immediately jumps out of the car
and runs away.

Speaker 6 (13:04):
Yeah, maybe he wanted gas money, like how much you're
gonna get at five bucks?

Speaker 4 (13:08):
Or I will tell you. Charlie and I have experienced this.
Those Italian guys, Charlie, they don't mess around.

Speaker 3 (13:16):
I was accosted by one on a cruise on at
Disney Cruse.

Speaker 2 (13:19):
They do not mess around.

Speaker 4 (13:20):
They have a different set of I guess a different
set of rules over there in Italy. Yeah, because Charlie
and I were in Italy and we had met at
a bar or something, we met these three or four
girls and we went out with these with these girls,
we took them to a bar, a club or whatever.
Now Charlie and I were a little bit drunk, and

(13:41):
I can you can gather that because we were on
the dance floor, and normally you would never see Charlie
and me out on a dance floor unless we're already drunk.
So we're dancing with these girls and the Italian guys
man they there was no respect, no respect for for
the social norms of you're dancing with a chick, right,

(14:05):
oh they're getting in there. No, they just immediately just
tried to like push you out of the way so.

Speaker 2 (14:11):
They can start dancing with the chick. And they do.
They just will push you out of the way because and
then you have to push infacting it because you're like,
what is even happening? The first time you go, what
what's happened?

Speaker 4 (14:19):
And then you have to then you realize you have
to start like pushing them.

Speaker 2 (14:22):
It's a constant pushing.

Speaker 4 (14:24):
Paul just trying to fight over the girl basically, and
they're all about I never felt like physically threatened because
they were none of them were taller than five feet tall.

Speaker 2 (14:35):
I mean they were really small guys.

Speaker 4 (14:37):
The Italian Americans they're like big guys, and it's not
that over there. They're little guys, tiny guys, but they swarm.
They're like a swarm of drones.

Speaker 1 (14:48):
Get me some.

Speaker 4 (14:49):
Muny Shrimpy says, is this the song that was big
the year that we were over that we.

Speaker 2 (14:56):
Went to with this song walk in through This? I
think went nuts when this song came on.

Speaker 1 (15:08):
Get me so much.

Speaker 2 (15:11):
Shrimp.

Speaker 4 (15:12):
He says, why didn't this girl call the cops? And
Todd says, what kidnappers don't chase someone when they tried
to escape.

Speaker 2 (15:20):
Neither one of these was a kidnapping.

Speaker 3 (15:24):
Yeah, yeah, get me someone too.

Speaker 2 (15:30):
Huge?

Speaker 4 (15:31):
Are you ready for the shoosy?

Speaker 2 (15:34):
Yes, here we go.

Speaker 3 (15:37):
Shoozy girds Morning glory. A man in a wheelchair was
set ablaze in an Oklahoma City crosswalk after a crazy
stranger just hurled a Molotov cocktail at him, and it
was all caught on camera.

Speaker 2 (15:52):
Oh geez.

Speaker 3 (15:52):
Bystanders and first responders rushed to pull the victim from
the flames, likely saving his life. Following this crazy attack, Wait,
did happened Oklahoma.

Speaker 2 (16:01):
City, Oklahoma City?

Speaker 1 (16:02):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (16:02):
Nothing, nothing weird like that happens in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma City.

Speaker 2 (16:07):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (16:07):
Surveillance footage shows the man wheeling across the roadway when
this suspect suddenly turns around, ignites the device, and then
just talk.

Speaker 2 (16:14):
Here's here's the video of this. I guess so there's geez,
you kidding me?

Speaker 8 (16:19):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (16:20):
In the world? Oh, oh my god.

Speaker 3 (16:23):
The suspect then shoves the wheelchair as nearby a detective
and a witness run over to the victim to help
him out. The man in the wheelchair is expected to
make a full recovery.

Speaker 4 (16:33):
Okay, so hold on, you're gonna have to. I was
back up here there. Yeah, how fast did these detectives?
Where were they?

Speaker 3 (16:40):
The area of where this happened was near the Oklahoma
City Police Department headquarters. So when this attack happened, the
police department was close by.

Speaker 4 (16:51):
Because let me, if you're not watching ARMGTV, there's a
guy cross he's in the crosswalk.

Speaker 2 (16:55):
He's walking out and meet the laugh.

Speaker 4 (16:56):
But is it terrible's he's crossing the frosswalk in his wheelchair.
Another guy comes up, throws a Molotov like lights and
throws a Molotov cocktail at the guy. It explodes sort
of behind the wheelchair. So the guy's in his wheelchair
in front of all the flames. And then this guy
just tips his wheelchair over, so he lands in the flames.

(17:17):
Here you watch this throws it right at him. The
guy wheels out of the flames and then boom, now
he's tipped over. When all of these I mean, that
was really incredibly fast that these police officers happened to
be there.

Speaker 3 (17:31):
They were out near the headquarters. That's why the cops
are there. That detective was there. Man, the man that
ran away was Alexander Emery. He was apprehended by officers
stationed nearby. He ran away and then he tripped, Yes,
he did.

Speaker 2 (17:47):
He ran, he flopped, he ran. There's no running. Well,
what do you mean he ran away?

Speaker 3 (17:52):
He pushes them? No, and he starts to run and
he fells.

Speaker 2 (17:56):
Yep, fells, he fells.

Speaker 3 (17:58):
He falls, fells, and then he turns over.

Speaker 2 (18:02):
Definitely, I arrest him.

Speaker 4 (18:03):
If running away is literally moving six inches, I guess
he then.

Speaker 2 (18:08):
Yeah, he ran away. You're right, ran Marathion.

Speaker 3 (18:11):
Emery admitted to targeting the victim at random, so he
was hit with several charges, including arson, assault with intent
to kill, an assault, and battery with a deadly weapon.

Speaker 4 (18:19):
So he just saw a poor guy in a wheelchair. Yes,
and uh and he and he just threw them all toop.

Speaker 2 (18:26):
Cocktail out him?

Speaker 3 (18:27):
Yes, cocktail, cocktail Okay. Researchers have developed a painless mouth
swab that detects oral cancer and it worked with ninety
five point five percent accuracy. The test uses a small
brush to collect cells from your mouth and you get
results in less than an hour. The best part is

(18:47):
you don't need a biopsy, so that means it's cheaper
and it is less invasive.

Speaker 4 (18:51):
I just feel I felt something this morning on the
inside of my cheek.

Speaker 2 (18:57):
Now, I.

Speaker 4 (18:59):
Must be very young coordinated when it comes to eating sometimes,
because I'd say about once a month, I bite my
tongue or I bite the inside of my cheek when
I'm eating.

Speaker 2 (19:08):
I and a crunch.

Speaker 4 (19:10):
Yeah, I don't remember doing this our hair or thumping
in fide of my cheek and immediately go, I don't
remember doing that. I go, oh, man, I hope I
don't have mouth cancer. But I don't think that's real common.
Is mouth cancer real common if you don't use tobacco.
I don't think it's real common, is it.

Speaker 2 (19:29):
I think it's really just a smoker thing, isn't it.

Speaker 4 (19:31):
I think so for the most part, I'm not saying
nobody got killing Tobacco's sure, right?

Speaker 2 (19:36):
Yeah? Yeah, go on, dude and find out.

Speaker 3 (19:39):
End with this wrapper ice spice. She is twenty six
years old, and she showed off a sparkling diamond tongue
ring m and it was shared to Instagram by her jeweler.
And it is eighteen caricle worth fifty thousand dollars. It

(20:00):
is so disgusting, The jeweler wrote in the post biggest
tongue ring in the world.

Speaker 4 (20:05):
Well, first of all, I doubt that it's the biggest
tongue ring in the world. It is big, but I mean,
you can't what are you gonna do with this thing?
You can't keep that in your all the time.

Speaker 6 (20:16):
That's attractive. You could lose it. Uh, my boyfriend Dustin
he Austin.

Speaker 2 (20:23):
Oh the wait happened?

Speaker 4 (20:28):
What this is just trying to This is really really
strange what you just did.

Speaker 3 (20:33):
I feel violated.

Speaker 4 (20:34):
And then on purpose, of course, it definitely was on purpose.

Speaker 2 (20:39):
This is gonna say, I'm gonna fail your name to
this is true. It's really really weird.

Speaker 3 (20:45):
Diamond, we're talking about Diamond.

Speaker 2 (20:47):
What is Dustin? What? I thought? You call him skinny Dustin?
Where did this come from? It's his name, Dustin? Why
did you take his name was Skinny Rover?

Speaker 4 (20:58):
Now I never knew the guy's name. But why today,
of all days, have you decided that for the first
time in a year and a half or whatever it's been,
that you're going to out of the blue refer to
your boyfriend as Dustin.

Speaker 2 (21:17):
Well, that's his name Dustin, so so on purpose or
accidental right now?

Speaker 4 (21:23):
So there must have been some conversation about this.

Speaker 3 (21:29):
I want to be noticed. I'm not Skinny, I'm Dustin.
Talk about me.

Speaker 2 (21:34):
I No, I don't think it went like that. What
would it be?

Speaker 4 (21:37):
What could the conversation have been, because there was definitely
a conversation about this.

Speaker 2 (21:44):
Hmm.

Speaker 4 (21:46):
What would the guy's motivation or reasoning be for wanting
to be called Dustin on the show?

Speaker 5 (21:55):
I can't think of anythingate, Why would she?

Speaker 2 (22:01):
What do you think, Jeffrey? Why would she?

Speaker 4 (22:03):
Because she's always referred to her boyfriend as Skinny, So
why now, out of all the time, would she referred
to him as dust And.

Speaker 9 (22:11):
Well, like I said, when when I was with my
wife and kids to see her point and I met
up with Crystal and.

Speaker 10 (22:16):
Skinny and then he told me what his real name was,
and and you know, I just know that. You know,
he was in the Navy, and him and I could
sit there and talk Navy aircraft all day.

Speaker 4 (22:26):
I mean, you weren't in the navy, but you two
could sit there and talk about being in the navy.

Speaker 2 (22:30):
You know, we're talking about talking about planes and stuff
like that.

Speaker 9 (22:32):
Huh, because you know him being in the military, and
my familiarity with the history of military of Navy military aircraft. Yes, yes, okay,
And and this is I cannot I can't come up
with a reason why she would all of a sudden,
after all this time, use her boyfriend's real name.

Speaker 2 (22:49):
So I your guess is as good as mine, to
be honest with you. Did he requests this? And good?
I like, I don't like the nickname Skinny. Definitely, there's
no doubt about it.

Speaker 4 (22:59):
Charlie. She didn't come up with this. This is something
that was it a fight? Did they get into a
fight and for some reason, I have no idea. And
she's about to reveal that he also has a tongue ring,
which is weird. I think, I mean that's what she
was not anymore. He lost him. He just lost his
tongue ring.

Speaker 6 (23:18):
One though he lost the ball on it a couple times.
He swallowed that little ball. I never got to meet
him while he had his tongue ring. That was when
he was younger. But he did swallow the ball twice,
so I would be worried about swallowing that diamond.

Speaker 4 (23:32):
M Okay, Now, why why why have you suddenly started
referring to your boyfriend as Dustin.

Speaker 6 (23:43):
You're right, Charlie, he hated the nickname Skinny since day one, so,
I mean we've always talked about it.

Speaker 2 (23:50):
He hates that nickname. Well, who came up with that nickname?
I did?

Speaker 3 (23:54):
Why?

Speaker 2 (23:54):
Why? Why did you come up with this?

Speaker 6 (23:56):
At the time, I mean I was single and dating
around and my best friend and I to describe boys
instead of using their real names, you would just give
a descriptor. One guy went on a date with at
a taco place. His nickname was Taco. That was what
he called him. We never called him by his real name,
so it was just something that was a descriptor.

Speaker 4 (24:15):
So in other words, these are two women dehumanizing us.

Speaker 2 (24:18):
God, yes, yeah, that's all, okay, I just want to
be clear meat. Yeah. So this whole time, he's been saying,
I want just annoyed by it by magic waiting so long.

Speaker 3 (24:29):
Yeah, you say his name every day multiple times.

Speaker 6 (24:32):
I've been trying to say boyfriend instead of skinny, but
I might as well just use his real name.

Speaker 4 (24:38):
Well, now we obviously everyone else on the show is
still going to refer to him as Skinny. Right, wow,
this you knew when you threw that out that was
gonna I was hoping you guys that.

Speaker 2 (24:48):
Just pass over it.

Speaker 3 (24:49):
Were you thinking, how can I say Dustin this whole week?

Speaker 6 (24:53):
I gotta say Dustin? No, no, no, I just thought
it was a good time. I'm gonna mention him, I
might as well just say his name.

Speaker 2 (25:00):
Why did you mention them again? Because he used to
have a tongue ring.

Speaker 4 (25:02):
Okay, there you go, Okay, all right, that's okay. Let
me take a quick break. We will be right back
on Rover's Morning Glory.

Speaker 2 (25:19):
Hang on, no matter.

Speaker 1 (25:21):
Where you are in the world, remember you're never far
from another Rovers Morning Glory fan. It's Rovers Morning Glory, Charlie.

Speaker 4 (25:53):
Do you think they got into some sort of fight
or something that led to this Dustin naming.

Speaker 2 (25:59):
It's just strange because if he was upset with it.

Speaker 4 (26:03):
Before, why keep doing it for a year and a
half for the year, like she could have changed it
day two, like he goes on, she goes on the
air says I'm dating this guy, Skinny. He hears it,
he goes, I don't like that, which he probably did.
If he didn't, and then why not why not just
come in the next day and be like just start
saying Dustin, Why not just do that? Why today of
all day? Something out of the b right?

Speaker 3 (26:25):
I agree with that. Also, if you know he doesn't
like it, why do you do it every single.

Speaker 2 (26:29):
Day to irritate him? Perhaps?

Speaker 8 (26:32):
Is that it?

Speaker 2 (26:33):
Maybe you know how girls are they can That's.

Speaker 6 (26:36):
Also why I said I started calling him boyfriend more
often than trying to call him skinny. I've been trying
only boyfriend friend.

Speaker 3 (26:45):
It's been one week.

Speaker 4 (26:46):
So what happened then? So was there a discussion about
this that you had with him?

Speaker 2 (26:50):
Or I mean no, not in an angry fighting kind
of way, but there was some sort of discussion about it. Uh,
you know, we were just talking about, I think, to
his photo, how I.

Speaker 6 (27:01):
Don't show him on Instagram or anything, you know, keep
him private as much as possible.

Speaker 2 (27:05):
I go to me. I was just trying to do
him more of a favor or.

Speaker 4 (27:09):
Justice of oh aamed of him. You don't even care
about me, You're trying to hide me. Yeah, and that
like I could see a guy getting, yeah, upset, but
not realizing you don't want No, you.

Speaker 2 (27:22):
Don't want the you think customers wish I could be anonymous.
You think you want that, then you don't.

Speaker 4 (27:31):
No, no, no, you don't trust pays.

Speaker 6 (27:34):
No no actual argument or anything, There was no, nothing
that really struck this huge conversation. It wasn't there was
a there was a conversation, quick conversation.

Speaker 2 (27:44):
Was a conversation. And how did it go? Who brought
it up?

Speaker 6 (27:47):
I mean, over time, he's told me he hates that nickname,
He just bothers him.

Speaker 2 (27:51):
So when was the last time the two of you
discussed it, maybe like a week ago or something, And
what was it? Who brought it up? Him? Were you
maybe him? How did he bring it up?

Speaker 6 (28:00):
I honestly, it really was just something kind of just
in passing. It wasn't anything. He was like, just the
fact that I don't post him or anything. I do
hide his face, And I, honestly, I really was I
was just trying to.

Speaker 2 (28:13):
Keep you private.

Speaker 4 (28:14):
He was this is like, uh, like I've dated girls
like this back when I was single, and they'd be like,
how come you don't talk about me?

Speaker 2 (28:21):
Or how come you don't do this, or how come
you don't do that?

Speaker 4 (28:24):
And uh, you know, I'd always have some excuse. The
Breelancwer was, I don't really like you that much. I
might find somebody else, so I don't want to be
off the market here, so I'm not I'm not going
to talk about you too much. I don't think that's
the face with her all right?

Speaker 3 (28:39):
That cuts opportunities for you to meet new girls.

Speaker 2 (28:41):
Exactly nice?

Speaker 3 (28:42):
What guys do?

Speaker 2 (28:43):
Yeah? Girl girls are different.

Speaker 4 (28:45):
I guess I don't know what the moon waiting to
start posting him.

Speaker 3 (28:48):
Let's send picture a picture to snitz.

Speaker 2 (28:50):
Let's see it. Okay, Yeah, let's see the two of you.
Have any good photos you can put up? Oh, I
have lots a lot. What have you been hiding this
guy for a year and a half, I mean hmm.

Speaker 4 (29:04):
So he says something about a week ago, and he
goes about you not posting pictures of him, and he says, what, uh.

Speaker 2 (29:11):
Just see.

Speaker 6 (29:12):
I think his comment was that he would post me
the day that I post his face on on my
social media.

Speaker 2 (29:20):
So he doesn't post pictures of the two of you together.
You complained. I didn't complain.

Speaker 8 (29:28):
I didn't you know.

Speaker 2 (29:29):
Did you bring it up? No, you didn't bring it.

Speaker 4 (29:31):
Up out of nowhere, just not where you guys are
sitting on the couch and he goes, you know, if
you started posting me, I'll start posting you.

Speaker 2 (29:37):
Yeah. I don't remember what led to it, but I
wasn't me complaining.

Speaker 6 (29:41):
The only thing I did complain in the beginning was
that he had his ex on his Facebook. He had
an archived any of those photos and you go, you
change it to in a relationship, But all these other
pictures are not me.

Speaker 2 (29:52):
So can you you know, archive or something? What is
the see? I don't know.

Speaker 4 (29:58):
I'm not a big user a social and I've been
married for a while now. But what is the protocol
if if I broke up with somebody, like, for instance,
if I posted a bunch of stuff on Instagram, Facebook, whatever,
and it's me and my wife, and then let's say
my wife and I get a divorce and a year
or two from now I start dating somebody else. Am

(30:19):
I obligated at that point to.

Speaker 2 (30:22):
Go back and grub all images of my ax?

Speaker 4 (30:25):
I don't think I think you should leave those up,
but you should also still be posting just as much
and just as frequently with your new girl.

Speaker 2 (30:33):
And if you're not doing that, that is a little weird.

Speaker 4 (30:35):
If you've kept all these old pictures up says single,
then you changed it to in a relationship, but still
no picture updated.

Speaker 2 (30:42):
That is weird and everybody would.

Speaker 4 (30:44):
Think you were posting all these pictures a little last girl.
Why not the of the new girl?

Speaker 6 (30:50):
Or are you back together with that last ye because
you still haven't changed any of those photos. When I
divorce with my ex, I did keep up my photos
for a little while I started dating. Is when I
archived and went through my Facebook and Instagram and started
archiving those photos because I didn't want a new guy
to come into my relate into a relationship thinking I'm

(31:10):
either still attached to my ex and that's why I
haven't removed these. I'm obviously not in a relationship with
him anymore, so I don't want to be showing off
those photos, so I had archived them just out of
that pure this is about me, isn't it.

Speaker 2 (31:24):
Part of your journey or experience or whatever.

Speaker 6 (31:28):
Definitely there might be one picture up there with my
daughter and him. Maybe maybe if you dive deep into
there where, there's some photos I really can't even get
rid of on my Facebook because I've been on there
for so long. That doesn't give me the option to
archive or do anything with them, but that I can, Oh,
you have a couple history old old pictures.

Speaker 2 (31:49):
So in the beginning I definitely was more like that.

Speaker 6 (31:52):
Now he's not on social media enough for him to
be posting all those pictures.

Speaker 4 (31:57):
About a week ago, it comes up and he says
to you, now you're saying, you're maintaining he's the one
that brought this up.

Speaker 6 (32:05):
I don't remember who brought it up, but he did.
He has brought up that he hates that nickname.

Speaker 2 (32:11):
Okay, he hates hick name.

Speaker 4 (32:12):
But he somehow brought up all start posting pictures of
you on social media. If you start posting pictures of
me on social media.

Speaker 6 (32:23):
Well that just a regular photo instead of hiding him,
instead of because I always cover his face with a
big smiley face or a heart or something.

Speaker 4 (32:32):
Now here's what I would at the time when you
posted this, because I remember she showed some picture of him.
Wasn't he in bedazzled jeans or something that, because he
would have big emoji over my bedazzled ass. Okay, so

(32:52):
at the time when you post that picture, this is
some time ago.

Speaker 2 (32:56):
This is a long time ago, and.

Speaker 4 (32:58):
You put a big smiley face a mo over his
over his face at the time.

Speaker 2 (33:04):
Did he did he see that post? He did?

Speaker 4 (33:07):
And why did you put this? Why did you put
this smiley face over my head?

Speaker 2 (33:12):
That picture?

Speaker 6 (33:13):
He was facing the other way, so you only saw
his butt and him behind. You didn't see his face.
But you know he he has mentioned it.

Speaker 4 (33:21):
I think before see you said that you would cover
his face. I do, and and it seems like he
would see that. You're like, well, I just do it
for privacy. He saw and goes, I don't need you
to cover my face? Why are you doing that?

Speaker 6 (33:38):
Initially, I don't think he even maybe he might have,
because I've always just maintained I want to give you
some kind of privacy. I don't, I mean, because what
if we did break up, do you want I don't know.
I just don't want to put him out there. I'm
the one in the spotlight.

Speaker 4 (33:54):
He doesn't have an issue with that.

Speaker 2 (33:57):
That's why I decided.

Speaker 6 (33:58):
You know what, if he, obviously since we had this
conversation recently, doesn't have an issue with it, then I
will start calling him by his name.

Speaker 2 (34:05):
And Bustin Dustin.

Speaker 6 (34:07):
I will house posting pictures of him. I would not
be afraid. If that's if he's okay with that, I've
just been trying to keep in private. I've just been
trying to give him some kind of because if.

Speaker 4 (34:19):
I were dating a chick and I would find it
to be Again, I'm not on social media all the time.
I'm just telling you from my personal view of it.
If I were dating a girl and she posts pictures
of me and her, but she covers my face with
an emoji every time, I'd go, why are you doing that?

Speaker 2 (34:37):
That's weird?

Speaker 4 (34:39):
But you kept it up though for a long time.
I have Yeah, even though he goes, I don't have
a problem with it.

Speaker 2 (34:45):
Just recently he told me that he doesn't have a
problem with But he.

Speaker 4 (34:48):
Must have the first time that you covered his face
with an emoji, he must have brought it up, like
why did you do that?

Speaker 2 (34:53):
Yeah, but he didn't.

Speaker 6 (34:54):
I didn't think he had a problem with it. I
just he was curious, why are you covering my face?
And I was, do you really want to be exposed?
I mean, everybody will dig on you. Everybody once they
know they're going to dive deep into finding out everything
about you, and I just didn't want to do that.
If we weren't going to be in a long term relationship,

(35:15):
if we were just going to be six months or
a year, there's no point of exposing him to this
world and people coming at him for no reason. I
just didn't want to do that to him, and he
was like, I'm fine, I'll be okay, Okay.

Speaker 4 (35:29):
So a week ago you have this conversation and he says,
I hate that nickname Skinny, and you go, okay, I'll
start calling you Dustin, is it?

Speaker 2 (35:40):
Yeah, okay, And.

Speaker 4 (35:41):
He says, all start posting pictures of you, but only
if you start posting pictures of me, almost like a
tit for tat. So you've asked him in the past,
how come you don't ever post any pictures of me?

Speaker 2 (35:54):
I'm sure I have. Yes, you don't like that, you
don't never.

Speaker 4 (35:57):
He's never posted a picture of you on social No,
he's rarely media, but he hasn't posted. So this is okay.
Now we're getting to the root of it. This is
he doesn't give two squats about any of it. She's
the one that has a big problem. You've been irked
by the fact that he's never made a social media

(36:18):
post in the past year and a half that you guys.

Speaker 2 (36:20):
Have been together two years years.

Speaker 4 (36:22):
In two years, he's never made one social media post
with you in it, and that that bothers you. No,
it does. You don't have to lie. No, Okay, who's
the bigger liar, Jeffrey, Dougie or Crystal.

Speaker 2 (36:34):
We know that that bothers you. Of course you're upset
by that. You've got that girlfriend up there. He did
archive those photos.

Speaker 6 (36:40):
That she's gone now, okay, she's not no longer on
his but he was willing.

Speaker 2 (36:44):
To post her all day long. He's posted her, got
a photos of.

Speaker 4 (36:48):
Her up there, and it keeps him after the after
he breaks up, I'm sure for you, the new girlfriend
of two years, he's like, can't be bothered, don't want
to post that?

Speaker 2 (36:57):
So it bothered you?

Speaker 6 (36:58):
No, not, you can why you Initially it bothered me
that she was on there and I said something about it,
and he did eventually archive those or remove that.

Speaker 2 (37:09):
How many times did it had come up before he archived?

Speaker 4 (37:11):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (37:12):
I would say it a few times.

Speaker 4 (37:14):
So it was.

Speaker 2 (37:16):
Three times you were really bothered by that?

Speaker 4 (37:19):
Were you bothered more that those were still up or
that he wasn't posting pictures of you.

Speaker 8 (37:25):
Oh.

Speaker 6 (37:25):
I honestly was more bothered by those being up than
him posting me, because I would understand the same thing.
You don't want to put me out there yet. You
don't know if this is a real relationship. You don't
want to take all these other ladies off the table
if it's not worth it. So I understood that, no
big deal. But having the other lady that's the first
couple of months. This is two years now, Yeah, and

(37:50):
it's it's bothered you. He's never posted about you one time. No,
I don't care, Charlie.

Speaker 2 (37:57):
You're laughing. Why not just say you.

Speaker 6 (38:01):
Care because I don't care. I don't care that he
hasn't posted me. That doesn't bother.

Speaker 2 (38:05):
Has he posted other stuff or does he just not
post at all?

Speaker 6 (38:08):
He barely barely ever posts, so he's not really on
social media ever. If he is, it's once in a
blue moon that he might post something. It's very rare.
He's been more trying to get I think more on
social media recently that I see him.

Speaker 2 (38:22):
No, don't do that, get off of social media. But
it is it's he really is rarely on his phone.

Speaker 6 (38:28):
That's why he would always give me guff about being
on my phone all the time because he doesn't pick
us up. It'll be in another room, it'll be dead
battery somewhere. He doesn't even care what happens. So that's
why I guess I never really was concerned about him
posting me specifically, but I was like, if my friends
go to your page and they see your ex on there,
that's what would bother me.

Speaker 2 (38:46):
I was like, because then I go.

Speaker 6 (38:48):
This is my boyfriend, but it's all these pictures of
him and his ex.

Speaker 4 (38:50):
So if you're not bothered by it, he would be
under no obligation to post pictures of you on social
media because you don't care. You say, I don't care,
So why would he say to you all post pictures
of you if you post pictures of me.

Speaker 2 (39:04):
Maybe he is bothered by the bothered that you are post.

Speaker 6 (39:08):
Maybe he's bothered by the fact that I am covering
his face, I am hiding him.

Speaker 2 (39:11):
He could be bothered by that, as he ever said
as much about that. Ye, this this is the recent thing.

Speaker 6 (39:18):
I mean a week ago that he mentioned this, and
I was like, well, maybe he is, Oh, he's bothered
that I'm not exposing his face and I'm hiding him,
and it's not that I'm hiking him in a I'm
trying to pretend like I don't have a boyfriend, or
hide him like girls do in those posts, like oh,
I went to this fancy dinner, but there's actually a
guy sitting there, but you can't really see him. I
was like, I'm not trying to pretend like I don't

(39:39):
have a boyfriend by hiding him. I was trying to
give him some kind of animinity. I'm just some kind
of what aminemity eminemity?

Speaker 2 (39:52):
Okay, Jeffrey, No, I think she got it right.

Speaker 4 (40:03):
Oh man, but it took two years for you guys
to come to this conclusion. Like, I think I would
say something much sooner than two years. If I started
dating a girl and she's covering my face with an
emoji all the time, I would say, you don't have
to do that. I don't care, like I would say that.

(40:24):
The first time I saw that in a post, I go,
that's weird. You don't have to do that.

Speaker 6 (40:29):
He probably did the first time, and then I said, oh,
I don't think you understand. I think you want to
be private, Like, no, you don't want to be exposed.
Yet you want to have your own life, by your
I mean, do your own you don't want the listeners.
That's what I was worried about, is there's other people.

Speaker 4 (40:46):
This in the beginning of the end. Now that this
has been no offense, but this is how's this going
to end, Charlie, because you know RMG fans.

Speaker 2 (41:00):
Oh.

Speaker 4 (41:00):
I opened up Facebook to get to the video that
Jeffrey sent me in the very first thing, right after
she said it. The very first thing, first post I
see on Facebook from the timeline. I'm not even joking,
and one of the fan pages just said the word
dusting with four exclamation points literally and then with like
a link.

Speaker 2 (41:18):
To the guy. And I did. I didn't click through
or anything. I just saw. I mean, I'm getting that.
I'm getting at all.

Speaker 4 (41:23):
I mean literally, within thirty seconds, the guy goes I
found him and just starts sending me pictures and links
and all sorts of stuff.

Speaker 3 (41:33):
When I went on vacation last week, that dance competition, yep,
we got to Boston Airport, we landed, yep. Can I
tell you it was so nice being someplace where no
one knows who you are, just having that not one
person knows anything about you. That's you're trying to protect

(41:53):
them when.

Speaker 4 (41:53):
Everyone hates you as much as they do. Now is
the opinion of you being so incredibly stupid as they do,
rightfully or wrongly.

Speaker 3 (42:02):
Yeah, no, I.

Speaker 2 (42:03):
Having a fresh start.

Speaker 4 (42:04):
It's like when I was a kid and I got
to move to a new school, I'd always have this
idea like, cool, I get to go to this new school.

Speaker 2 (42:11):
No one will know me, I is there gonna be
I can I can become a cool kid now, so
this is my year. Yeah, it wouldn't be long. If
you stayed in Boston.

Speaker 4 (42:20):
They would figure out how stupid you are too, so
your reputation would follow you.

Speaker 2 (42:24):
Dude.

Speaker 3 (42:25):
But it was nice to have a moment, which is
what she's trying to protect him from is just just
have that moment. But it's out now.

Speaker 4 (42:37):
This is high drama here, this is this is I
think we're only getting this is like a Jeffrey sort
of thing where we're only getting about five or ten
percent of the story. I think there was much more
discussion of this horse trading over.

Speaker 2 (42:53):
Social media posts.

Speaker 4 (42:54):
Yeah, yeah, it's like like this is this is this
is very strange, But okay, I.

Speaker 3 (43:04):
Hmm, all right, Well, did we get did Snitzer get pictures?

Speaker 2 (43:11):
Oh? Did you send Snitzer pictures of you and your boyfriend?

Speaker 3 (43:15):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (43:15):
I didn't. I didn't, Oh I didn't.

Speaker 3 (43:17):
He's gonna be mad. M Why don't you want to
show them a picture of me? Are you ashamed of?

Speaker 2 (43:24):
I just there's more this guy. This was some sort
of argument that they had.

Speaker 4 (43:28):
I don't know how it got into some sort of
heated argument, but I I don't think like two rational
people were discussing this and they came to this conclusion.
This was some sort of fighting about it. I'm right,
aren't I You have a big smile on your face.

Speaker 8 (43:44):
No.

Speaker 6 (43:44):
I just think it's hilarious. You think we're fighting. You
never fight, Kate, Really well, I think you never fight.
We do fight from time to time. But this conversation
was not a fight. It was just a discussion.

Speaker 2 (43:57):
M all right. I do have to take a break.

Speaker 4 (44:03):
Later today, we have the Friday Leftovers on RMG Plus.
