Speaker 2 (00:09):
Rover, I have replies everywhere.
Speaker 1 (00:14):
Charlie, you want to read that's a swallowing wasn't a band? Jeffrey,
I'm a sexual rocket screaming on Roverradio dot Com. Rovers
Morning Glory starts.
Speaker 3 (00:27):
Now, Good morning, what's happening?
Speaker 1 (00:57):
It is Thursday, June fourth, twenty six. Good morning gets
Rover's Morn of Glory. I'm Rover, Doocy is here. Good morning, sir.
Charlie is here, Hi, Sis is here, Crystal is here,
and mister Jeffrey, all the rock is in the firebox. Well, lah, Yo,
you're with us as well. Eight six six yo. 're
over eight six six nine sixty seven six eighty three seven.
(01:19):
That's how you reach the show. Give us a call
it that number you get text us at that number
that comes into the studio in real time. You text
the word menu to eight sixty six yo, Rover. That
gets you some options, including of your name, profile, picture, location,
so we know who's texting in. You can also make
a video call into the show by texting the word
menu to eight six six yo Rover. We'll get to
(01:42):
your email here in just a moment. We have a
lot to discuss this morning. A little bit tired. You know.
I watched it stupid basketball game last night, and then
I then I get done with the basketball game.
Speaker 4 (01:54):
I don't know what time that is.
Speaker 1 (01:55):
And then and then I'm like, well, I haven't watched
anything else that I want to watch, so then I
put that on.
Speaker 4 (02:01):
I don't think I went to bend till just after midnight.
Speaker 1 (02:04):
Put what on? He said, I put? He said, So
you put something on, but you didn't say what it was.
Speaker 4 (02:10):
Oh, I'm watched this really stupid show.
Speaker 1 (02:13):
It's so dumb.
Speaker 4 (02:15):
Oh my god, is it dumb. It's on Netflix.
Speaker 1 (02:18):
It's called Killing Eve and it's just so stupid. But
I just finished the first season and I go, wait
a second, this is I had a halfway about halfway
through the season, maybe even before that. I go, wait
a second, hold on, I'm watching this and I go this.
(02:39):
I thought it was going to be like a season
by season thing. I go, oh, no, this is. This
is going to go on more than one season. You
can't keep this up. This is this is ridiculous. It's
the dumbest shout there. They're working for British Intelligence Services. Okay, now,
first of all, it's an American woman, Sandra. Oh, she's
working for British intelligence. Okay, okay, maybe weird, straight up
(03:04):
American accent working for British intelligence, but okay, and they're
tracking some killer. She then like, oh my god, it's
just so stupid. And then she's got this partner spoiler alert,
she's got this guy that's that's working with her. He's
like sixty five. He follows her the killer into a
(03:25):
night club by himself. You know, he could just they
find the killer. He could just call the police right then,
he could call anybody, he could do whatever. Follow her. Instead,
he grabs the killer and lets her know like I'm
I'm here, I'm following you, I'm watching you, then follows
her into a night club where it's just so stupid.
(03:45):
The whole thing is really really really stupid. Why not?
And I thought, like, okay, at season one, maybe they're
gonna like maybe they're gonna move to a different killer
in season two or something. No, this is I realized
that the name of the killer who was a woman,
that the name of the killer this show is based
(04:06):
on this series of novels that says it's named after
the killer. And I go Oh my lord, we're going
to have the same setup for there's four seasons of
this show, so I don't think I'm going to keep
that up. I think after the first I thought maybe
something was going to happen, But man, is it. It's
really really stupid. Just like if you want to watch
(04:29):
a show and go what, why would you? Wow? Watch
that show? You can yell at your TV. Are you upplate? Yeah?
Speaker 4 (04:37):
Yeah, I think probably like twelve thirty or so, a
while into bed.
Speaker 5 (04:42):
You must be enjoying it. If you're staying up that late.
Speaker 1 (04:44):
It's no, it's like torture. It's torturing myself retired driving in.
It was a tired driving in. Yeah, here we go.
Now why do I need? Do I need to drive
to pick up Jeffrey? So you can talk my ear
off all the way in because it sounds like you
have a friend. Can I get out of my car.
(05:06):
I'm on one end of the parking garage. Charlie's parked
on the other end of the parking garage. He came
in after me. I open up my car door and
I just hear from all the way from the other
end of the parking grash. Yeah, we were having fun Yeah.
Speaker 6 (05:21):
Well, the big discussion was we were having a fine
time driving in and then we're just wondering if you're
tired or if you're drunk or something, or what's going
on because you kind of were driving on the wrong
side of the road, like in a very illegal move
left of center, wrong way down.
Speaker 1 (05:38):
Oh yeah, wrong way, Yeah, Charlie Knight.
Speaker 7 (05:39):
We just did as he crossed the he said, as
he crossed nine in Prospects.
Speaker 6 (05:45):
Got in before us, but really because I was there first.
But the way that this turn went, he went around
all these cones and everything in a very illegal move.
Speaker 1 (05:55):
I'm just wondering maybe if those from being tired or
was that you that was parked. It's funny because I
saw this, like a what idiot is just sitting behind
this truck? There was a truck like blocking a lane.
I go, what, why? Why is that idiot? I go,
I'm going right around this dumb ass. He's not moving.
It was Charlie. It must have been Charlie.
Speaker 6 (06:16):
No, No, there's a truck backing in on the street and.
Speaker 1 (06:21):
You'd have to get around go in the wrong lane. Right,
there's no before, There is no wrong lane because it's
all Now the traffic goes all in one way that way,
then you're going the wrong way. No, it goes it
goes towards the parking garage. No, yes, but you it's
a one way street.
Speaker 8 (06:39):
Now there's one lane that goes straight and then there's
one lane that.
Speaker 1 (06:44):
Kind of curves. Oh, man, Rover, you don't know that
that's not a one way. It is wrong. It's one
way in the city at the end. It's not you guys,
I see.
Speaker 8 (07:00):
So he went into the oncoming traffic. There is into waited.
Speaker 1 (07:05):
We kind of started the show at six thirty for
that wait for that truck to move. And Charlie, did
you know sit there just in time? Highly legal driving
the long way down the one in the streets. And
you know I didn't get a ticket because no cops
are around to go, oh look at that dude, let
me pull him off.
Speaker 6 (07:21):
I might submit the dash cam I have of you
doing this, because even Jeffery is like, oh my god,
did you see? I was like, I think that was
Rover that you did that you both taking a back
then the horns and such an illegal move.
Speaker 1 (07:36):
Well, did you have to find the trunk was doing
an illegal move? It was blocking traffic. You just wait
like five seconds blocked the lane? Yeah, you wait five seconds.
I was able to just go down the street normally.
That's that's crazy. You didn't know that it's not a
one way.
Speaker 5 (07:49):
I actually have no idea where what you guys did.
Speaker 1 (07:51):
Not the Prospect. No, no, it's not a one way.
It is.
Speaker 8 (07:56):
Where I went is one way. Is where you went
is a one way. You are correct that lane is
a one way. But to get there you had to go.
Speaker 1 (08:06):
Have to go through. Now there's two lanes that are
going one way, all right, and on that street on Prospect,
I didn't I didn't drive. I didn't drive down the
but no, he tell oh no, but if there was,
he would have been pulled over so fast. So I
definitely about Google Earth is updated because it's kind of
(08:29):
a newer Traffictionitely would not have been oh absolutely pulled
off over. Absolutely not. They would have said, oh, yeah,
it's it's blocked. There's a truck blocking. It's not because
you were sleepy you did this move. No, because there
was there was.
Speaker 6 (08:44):
I thought I was trying to give you like a
reason kind of why something to do such an out
such a crazy move.
Speaker 1 (08:50):
No, there's there's I would like to see this area.
I drip. Google Maps is an updated because it's a
newer traffic patterns. There's and Charlie's wrong is where he
was where I went? It's one way, there's no two Yes,
there's let's go out there. The curve, the curve if
you're on what's that other street curve that's here on here?
(09:11):
On that I take a curve right that goes to
the left and gets you going one way as the
other right hand lane on Prospect. Now there's an lane
that you can turn on from a little I don't know,
like a twenty yard area of where Huron turns onto Prospect.
(09:32):
That's going the other way. I didn't turn into that area.
Speaker 8 (09:34):
But when you turn left, there are three lanes for
people to either go straight from Prospect.
Speaker 1 (09:42):
You could actually go east from Prospect. You make a big.
Speaker 6 (09:47):
Confusing because it's not set up how it is anymore.
But you were over here basically where this bike lane
thing is. Oh, that's that's true.
Speaker 1 (09:53):
Just to work. You took a left here and then
you went right across Spike lane. Is I was stopped
for it. I was stopped you waiting for this truck.
I would stop right here, this truck whacking and blocking traffic.
But if there's one way is a single lane going
in now, and there's cones or a lot to go around,
these cones are set up. Okay, boot liquor, Charlie over here.
(10:18):
I'm sorry, it's he knows now because of his own
everybody had hyper sensitive to this, to this traffic. Pat
well be jealous. I got away with it. I flaunted
the law. Drive where I want to drive. I gotta
get to where I'm going. It was just do you
know who I am? Yeah, that's what it felt like.
(10:38):
I was like, Oh my god, who drives like this?
I was like, oh, it's him. I can't wait for
I wouldn't I'd still be waiting there. I mean, it's
not true because I did the right thing. No, you probably.
I looked in my rear view mirror as I passed,
and I go, oh, these guys must have figured out
to go around this truck because they're just sitting there.
I go, how long I go, look at these idiots
(10:59):
just hitting there forever? How long were you? Jeff? Five seconds,
ten seconds, longer than that, longer than that, longer than that,
longer than five seconds. Oh you know what, I'll go
get the dash.
Speaker 6 (11:11):
Can we could really look at this because I was
just like, whoa, this guy's flaunting it in the wall,
right in the lost face.
Speaker 1 (11:18):
But it's not because you're tired. No, no, not because
I'm tired. Okay, but you couldn't have been tired because
Jeffery's just talking to your ear off the entire it's
a fun time talking. Yeah, I heard that all the way.
On the other end of the parking we were talking
a lot about the parking garage. I got a little
I mean, nobody that's in the park garage works here anymore.
Speaker 6 (11:37):
That place is just filled up with anybody. It's completely full.
Speaker 1 (11:41):
Nobody here. There's nobody working. All the license plates are
from different states. There's no there's no rules anymore. Is
it exactly what I said my heart to management, I said,
you guys are idiots, because this is exactly what is
going to happen. All of your parking spots are going
to get taken over, run by people. Oh, we don't
(12:01):
have a sign parking, I said, I don't care about
a sign. You have reserve parking that you are paying for.
Nobody is part of your lease, you bone heads. Yep,
I don't care. The entire lot is full right now,
and there's six people in the in.
Speaker 7 (12:16):
The normal role of that's a signed for the iHeart employees.
They're all taking Trowie's right.
Speaker 1 (12:22):
Yeah, I know, I know. And it's people have figured
out that they can park there whenever they want whenever.
Speaker 9 (12:29):
Well, the signs fall off all the time, and people
just say oh, because I've seen people come in and look,
oh there's no sign there and they just park right there.
Speaker 8 (12:37):
Heart and our just has a tiny little sticker on
it that you can barely see, even though it does
say reserved.
Speaker 1 (12:44):
People don't care about the reserve.
Speaker 6 (12:46):
But once they find out that nobody is ever gonna
do anything, they're gonna park there every day because nobody
does anything.
Speaker 1 (12:54):
That's why maybe you'll have to invest in your own
parking sign like I did. And but by the way,
I have, I don't know you've bought six Maybe iHeart
bought it for me. I have six parking spaces that
I could put that sign in front of. I could
have it late on the lots too. Now, the way
your attitude this morning, I don't think so. This guy,
(13:14):
you know, I'm with you, boss, that's fine. Hey, you
went down the correct way. I feel you'll have to
park on the roof of the parking garage now because
all the spots are filled up. I love cops. I
love cops. Uh. Chris writes, yo're over. Good morning. I
hope everyone is having an awesome day. You skipped my
(13:35):
email yesterday. I was letting you know that the iHeart
app is skipping only on your show. It skips two
minutes back, sometimes multiple times in a row. I usually
end up listening to late due to my work schedule,
so it happens every time I try to listen. I
know I've been before again with iHeart. I've been forwarding
those emails to iHeart and they, oh, yeah, yeah, we'll
look into that. Nicole writes, I used to work at
(13:59):
sam Club and BJ's the number one reason why they
suggest not allowing others to use your card is for fraud.
We would have a ton of stolen credit cards come
through and the owner of the membership is responsible for that.
What does that mean?
Speaker 5 (14:15):
Why mean I be responsible if someone stole my card?
Speaker 1 (14:18):
No?
Speaker 9 (14:18):
No, no, they're they're paying with the stolen card. So
they say that lady with the five things of fruit.
Whatever you scan your you scan your on the uh
out of your membership and your membership card. They use it.
They use a false credit card. Oh that's on your
credit card. That's on your Oh, because it's membership card.
Speaker 4 (14:37):
Oh something else, completely unrelated.
Speaker 1 (14:39):
I know you guys have talked about Hollywood running out
of ideas and just coming out with sequels of old movies.
Now they're going the book adaptation route. The show that
Douche keeps talking about is a five book series. I
won't list them all, but most movies or shows coming
out over the last few years are based off of books.
That's been going on for like fifty years.
Speaker 5 (14:57):
Yeah, that's nothing new. What a dumb comment.
Speaker 9 (15:00):
Person, says Oscar category about Dougie.
Speaker 1 (15:07):
I love you, but do not buy your daughter an
ice car. She continues on boy you really boy? Are
you crabby? Douche?
Speaker 4 (15:13):
Did you not get enough sleep?
Speaker 1 (15:15):
Me? Yes? Lashing out? No, she's lashing out at our fans.
She's just making comment about adaptations. Wells to dun't comment.
M right, Hey, Crystal, I'm glad you had fun in Denver.
(15:37):
I snuck in some dabs and joints for Saturday and
Sunday at the Fan Expo in Denver. But with the
thousands of people, it was impossible to find you for
a picture. I even lost my girlfriend a few times.
Hope to catch you next time. In fact, I think
twenty percent of the audience was there, just of the
(15:59):
attendees there just to be Crystal. As a matter of fact,
next year, she's gonna have her own booth set up
where she signs pictures of herself standing in front of
a hail damaged car. A lot of people love her commercial.
Joanne rites, you're rover. That woman at Sam's Club wanted
(16:20):
to buy things not covered by her EBT. Many Sam's
clubs have to accept EBT per state laws, and non
members the level of entitlement is nuts because these people
are being raised to be a victim themselves of themselves.
Most of them are thinking with the color of their skin,
not their brains either way. My mom is white, my
dad is black, and growing up seeing the difference in
(16:42):
the way they were raised was astounding. My mom was
raised to be a problem solver. My dad was raised
to blame everything on someone else, which always ended in
because I'm black, Darlene writes, I bet my life on this.
I've watched things in New York City like a hawk.
(17:04):
It's chaos, chaos in those places. The card was probably stolen.
It's very common. That's why you get That's why she
would get one soon. Speaking of the Sam's Club thing,
Oh my god, it's just more and more about Sam's Club.
Ever go to New York City? No, it was a
Chicago Craig Rightes, Good morning, Rover, Am I the only
(17:24):
one that shot that. Mary from Saint Louis did not
call in to defend the Sam's Club lady, calling the
white woman racist for not helping her. I also have
to agree with the emailer from the other day who
said Doug looks really hot when she's sitting in Rover's chair.
It must be the lighting over there. I have the
glamour lighting on me, the beauty lighting. But then she
(17:48):
opens her mouth and all the hotness goes away. He continues, PS.
Don't forget stay high rated PPS. Jeffrey will always be
a scumbag. Pal curious when Jeffrey moves out of his apartment,
will he have to leave his fridge? I assume if
a fridge was there when he moved in the landlord.
(18:09):
The landlord will expect the fridge to be there when
he moves out. He probably didn't think of that, but
you're absolutely right, Jerry. This is why he has to
contact his landlord. I'm sure you did yesterday though, right.
Speaker 7 (18:22):
No, I mean, like I said, if we have to
mean that wouldn't be I would have the ability to
take it with me.
Speaker 1 (18:26):
So I may have to eat that one. Why would
you not have the ability? I don't know. I mean,
so if you move out of that place next month,
you're gonna leave your five hundred dollars fridge you just
bought there.
Speaker 7 (18:38):
If I could find out way to get it back
downstairs and into a moving charge number.
Speaker 1 (18:41):
Then the landlord's gonna say, wait, you stole our fridge.
There was a fridge here. I'll think it's something that
if that comes to talk about it, you think of
calling the landlord today and telling him that you paid
five hundred dollars to replace his broken fridge. Before it's
too late.
Speaker 8 (18:59):
Yeah, there will be a point of time where you
waited too long and there's nothing There will be nothing
you can do about it, all.
Speaker 1 (19:07):
Right, Okay, So right when you get to the fence company.
Call it, call and give me an update tomorrow as
to what he has to say.
Speaker 4 (19:16):
Yeah, I can talk to him directly if you'd like
me to.
Speaker 7 (19:19):
Uh No, he's an older guy, you know, kind of
a stand offish you know. I mean you see high
to him, he says. I it's like real quiet, not
really the talkative time. Where do you see him? The
only time I really see him is like when he
comes to do yardwork on the property.
Speaker 1 (19:36):
That's about it. Don't see him very often, Robert writes,
Tell Rover to start taking glucosamine for his knee. You
can get it at any drug store over the counter.
It's not a miracle cure, but glucosamine lubricates the joint
so the bone on bone slides easier. We'll take a
few days to a week before you would feel any difference,
and a year before he could be back to mostly normal.
(20:00):
Glucosamine can even possibly regrow the cartilage back. Really you
should try that. I don't know, Yeah, I remember that. Yeah,
I see these commercials on TV for glucosamine. Sometimes there's
a commercial for everything, no matter what you have going on,
there's some miracle supplement that's not FDA approved. That will
(20:22):
get get you back in action. Jake writes, good morning, Rover.
I wanted to throw out a thought about Rover walking
a marathon. Rover one will end up in a hospital
after attempting this. We're talking about the same guy that
got frozen shoulder by doing one jumping check. Actually, that's
not true. I did not get frozen. I already had
(20:43):
frozen shoulder. I also remember Rover did the jumping jeck
because he was trying to show up chocolate Charlie. I'm
starting to see a pattern. I had frozen shoulder before.
The jumping jack did not give me frozen shoulder doing
a jumping jack. Yes, doing the jumping jack really aggravated
the frozen sh shoulder.
Speaker 4 (21:00):
Oh my god, did that hurt? Still have frozen shoulder?
Speaker 1 (21:04):
It hasn't gone away.
Speaker 10 (21:07):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (21:07):
Now does that hurt when you walk because you just
about three miles?
Speaker 11 (21:10):
No?
Speaker 1 (21:11):
No, as long as I don't try and move my
arm above my head above so just normal walking, that hurts. Okay,
it's gotten higher though, Oh yeah, I mean it. You
did can't go above your head now? I think it
was because I yeah, I can, I can even do
this but but not like that. I can move this
(21:32):
arm all the way to like my head, that one
I cannot move. I can't move it to make my
arm touch my ear, basically.
Speaker 5 (21:39):
Trying to do it just to get to it.
Speaker 9 (21:42):
When you finished, you could celebrate, you know, because every
because when they run across the finish line they lift
up their arms.
Speaker 1 (21:48):
At least you could do that. No wad you will
see it, that's true. Well, I was the the I was.
I was in bankruptcy box a week or two ago,
and I was I think when my frozen shoulders started.
I think what actually started that is that for three
(22:09):
days in a row, I was doing stuff in bankruptcy
box with my arms over my head and straight up
in the air, like I was standing on a ladder,
reaching stuff on the ceiling with my arms up. And
I know that doesn't sound like much, but to somebody
that doesn't put their arms over their head all, you know,
for an hour or two at a time, that's actually
(22:33):
a lot harder than you would think. Anyway, So then
I was at bankruptcy box a couple weeks ago, and
I was, I started to do it, and then I
gave up. I go I'm not going to even attempt this.
There's little little light fixtures in various parts of bankruptcy box,
and they you know, when they painted, and they when
they plastered, they don't clean that up. They just leave
(22:54):
all the gunk in there still attached to the light fixture.
So then you have to go in there use some
sort of chemical to clean all that stuff off, scrape
stuff off.
Speaker 4 (23:05):
I mean, it's a very tedious thing.
Speaker 1 (23:08):
I did two of them, two of about twenty five
of these fixtures, and I go, I'm not gonna do this,
forget it. I give up because I can. I'm gonna
get frozen shoulder in my right arm now I could
feel it. Common You're not gonna get You're gonna be fine,
William wrightes deer Rover. You're speaking of how crazy people
are running an ultra marathon. My cousin, David Korfman, just
(23:31):
in case he wanted. His first and last year, is
over sixty years old and it's completed over one hundred
ultra marathons, one of only thirty four people in the
world documented to do so. I have confidence you can
walk here twenty six point two miles. Good luck and
stay high rated. Thank you. William Rover. I was doing
some matthiesterday. Yes, pull us up, just give you an idea, Well,
(23:54):
give me a give me a second. I'm just going
to show you something. Tpie says were over. I had
to turn you off this morning. I can take the
continued disrespect for those that have attempted or completed a marathon.
If you were going to do this, do it right
or else it's all going to be considered a lie.
You're running in England for I'm not running, I'm walking.
(24:15):
For the distraction view. Sign up for a US marathon
in a city you don't know, new scenery, and many
marathons provide entertainment and water slash protein slash bathrooms along
the route. Yeah, I don't. I don't. I'm not running.
Even sign up for a marathon. But then I'm gonna walk. Yes, yes,
(24:37):
that's what people do all the time. Oh my god,
walk marathons all the time.
Speaker 2 (24:40):
Yes.
Speaker 12 (24:40):
Remember when I would do races and people would be
walking faster than Iran. People walk things all the time.
They're just really fast at it.
Speaker 1 (24:52):
Let's see here justin rights. I like Douchie, but her
logic really aggravates me. She said. People who make music,
should be able to say whatever they want. This is
about the woman who was kicked off Love Island because
she was a video of her singing a song that
contained the N word. Was that video surfaced and I
(25:17):
made the argument, I said, wait a second, if that's
so bad, why isn't the person who released the song?
Speaker 4 (25:22):
Why are they canceled?
Speaker 1 (25:24):
But it's wrong and terrible for a white girl to
sing the N word that's in the lyrics from the song.
I guess that's what I do. What a stupid statement
from Doocie. So by your logic, Hal Hitler by Kanye
is completely acceptable. Then as long as people don't sing along,
is that true, doocy?
Speaker 12 (25:45):
The artists can say whatever they want. Is up to
the audience to choose if they are a fan of it.
Speaker 1 (25:53):
So I'm not going to buy Kanye.
Speaker 12 (25:55):
West off because I don't like what he chooses to
put in the lyrics.
Speaker 1 (25:58):
So you don't have a problem consequences. You don't have
a problem of Kanye releasing Kyle Hitler. I think it's
the dumbest thing. If someone sings along to it, that's
the person who's the real I have a problem.
Speaker 12 (26:11):
With Kanye doing it, but he will pay the consequences
of people not buying it and getting public rejection.
Speaker 1 (26:18):
Okay, I've got to take a break. Our number is
eight sixty six. You're over eight sixty six, nine sixty seven,
six eighty three seven. We'll be right back. Hang on,
Welcome back to the show. It got to the dup because.
Speaker 13 (26:32):
Of Dei, billdo Venamas and in Bride you lacked.
Speaker 2 (26:37):
The dildo in the marketing rision Rovers Morning Glory.
Speaker 1 (26:55):
Big c l E. Rights Rover. I have a rental complex,
and if someone can to me and said, hey, the
fridge went out on me over the weekend, so I
ran up and got something comparable for five hundred dollars,
I wouldn't even blink. I'd either give him his money
back or give him rent credit. Jeffrey doesn't give a
crap about his money, and he finds reasons to just
spend it. Man up and call your landlord. You don't
(27:18):
have the money to do stuff like that. Why even
put yourself in that situation? He wants to know. Yeah,
it's very clear he would just get this money back.
Are you so flushed with cash right now that five
hundred dollars is nothing to you? I wouldn't say that
I got me.
Speaker 7 (27:36):
I gotta remember I have my money at Earmark for
my bills and stuff, bills, groceries.
Speaker 1 (27:42):
You need money for anything else? Why you want to
buy me a house? Oh Jesus, Now he's going from
me buying him a car, now he wants a house.
Speaker 7 (27:52):
Well, you asked about him, you're you see, you're asking
about my finances. I don't really ask about you, quiz
you about yours.
Speaker 1 (27:58):
I mean, this is a guy who's car just blew up.
He has no car. He's getting a ride to work
every day. Maybe he'll get one for free from us.
Speaker 7 (28:04):
Maybe maybe, Well, you know what, Like I said, it's
just this just to start casting in me. But I
got I got enough money right now to make sure
that my you know, my financial obligations can be taken
care of. So now you don't care about getting five
hundred bucks back to see if I'm gonna text them
a little later this morning? Like why would you text?
(28:26):
Why don't you call? Maybe not because all you get
is a machine. Maybe he's better at texting. Who knows
you've never reached out to him?
Speaker 1 (28:33):
Have you tried to call him before and he doesn't answer?
Speaker 7 (28:35):
Yeah, I've called it the only the only the one
time I think I've ever called him was from when
my was when my my heater went and he replaced
that because he was because he knew he was responsible
for releast that because that's part of the actual building.
Speaker 1 (28:47):
And did you Yeah, but just you said that you
write your lease and that you're responsible for the applying.
Speaker 7 (28:57):
That was that was like that was like in my
it was the same thing in my last place that
I was at.
Speaker 4 (29:02):
You had no appliances in your last place.
Speaker 7 (29:05):
The last place, the last place we had appliances, but
we had replaced the fridge and we had to do it.
Speaker 1 (29:11):
We had to have reading was the last place. This
time there's already fridge in there, right, yeah, okay, And
you're I'd like to see a copy of his lease,
but just.
Speaker 12 (29:22):
To see I don't think he has a copy of it.
Speaker 1 (29:24):
Do you have that? I was looking for it last night.
I couldn't find it.
Speaker 12 (29:28):
He to us because he said yes, and I was like,
that's weird. He doesn't ever keep any papers, but all
of a sudden he's reading his lease and now I
ask him, he doesn't.
Speaker 1 (29:39):
That was like what I first signed.
Speaker 7 (29:40):
It is when I read it write and I, uh,
it was like three four years ago, because that's how
we've been in the place, and.
Speaker 1 (29:47):
You read the lease before you signed it. He's the
only guy that's ever done that, even me, like I
tried to be legally aware.
Speaker 4 (29:54):
I just signed that. What am I going to do?
You sit there and read the whole thing anyway.
Speaker 7 (29:59):
I really like the main parts I read was the
you know, like what the what the landlord is responsible,
what the tenants responsible for?
Speaker 1 (30:06):
And main things was renting when it's due?
Speaker 4 (30:09):
So what about the appliances? What did it say?
Speaker 7 (30:13):
I can't even think I think it said that I said,
if I remember correctly, I'm not sure that I would
be responsible for like replacement of the appliances.
Speaker 4 (30:22):
Icond wouldn't it be worth a call.
Speaker 1 (30:24):
For five hundred dollars? So if I said to you, Jeffrey,
if you call me after the show today and talk
to me your phone number, well, let's you say that
you did. I'll never get your phone numbers, so you
get to find that scenario. If I said to you,
will you call Dougie after the show today and I'll
give you five hundred dollars if you do? Would you
call her. Oh yeah, I called Douche because I sometimes
(30:45):
call her if it's something show related. So why wouldn't
you call the landlord because you could get five hundred
dollars out of him? Or maybe have I had that
chopped off my rent exactly? Either way, it's five hundred dollars.
Speaker 7 (30:58):
Like I said, what I think when I walk to
my fence company, which will be at about forty five minutes,
I'll make sure I do that.
Speaker 1 (31:06):
That might be a little early to call it seven
point thirty, right, are you walking there to the fence
coming today?
Speaker 12 (31:12):
No?
Speaker 1 (31:12):
I have to uber.
Speaker 7 (31:13):
Oh, Charlie's not able to take me to early walk.
Speaker 1 (31:16):
Okay, maybe I miss heard you. Let's see. Anonymous in
Pennsylvania says, I'm a police officer. I work a lot
of special events in my town on the weekend, various
three k's, five k's, tank K races. I hate it
when I see the walkers. These are advertised as runs,
yet half the participants show up with the intention of
walk what, thus making me and others work longer. Yeah,
(31:41):
I wouldn't want to do that. Oh my god, the
whole place is shut down and they're waiting for me.
Ten hours later to cross the finish line. I don't
think so.
Speaker 12 (31:50):
But did you hear the point of that is half
the people are walking, So you might start out running maybe.
Speaker 1 (31:56):
One of those five k's, but a marathon. How many
people walk?
Speaker 12 (31:59):
America just said he works them and he happened mentioned marathon.
Speaker 6 (32:03):
He should got to. I just want to show you
this map here how far a marathon is. Maybe just
put it in perspective for you. So if you start
at work, when you drive, just do you start walking?
Go through the west side of Cleveland and we're in Lakewood.
We're gonna keep going through lake with nine hour and
(32:24):
what is this rocky river?
Speaker 1 (32:26):
Okay, we're gonna keep going. I don't have long twenty
do you? Okay? Bay Village? All right? Keep going?
Speaker 6 (32:34):
Uh, we're and we're gonna go. We're walking with the
lake here. So now we're in Avon Lake. Keep going,
keep going, keep going a little bit more Sheffield Lake.
Now we're in Sheffield Lake. All right, keep going, keep going.
You know what this is? Have you ever seen this area?
It's Black River landing. We did. We did walking from
(32:56):
here to the rover Fest site. Yes, yes, I know
how long that is? Yes?
Speaker 1 (33:03):
At a normal speed, normal walking speed, no breaks, nine
hours and thirty eight minutes. I yeah, I know, okay,
I know. And one day you shouldn't do this, Oh
you should. No, he shouldn't. I don't want to have
him die. That drive was far aft. That's a far drive.
(33:24):
Ninety four rights were over. If you're going to walk
a marathon, do it in a high school track. They
have rubb rised, padded tracks. So we'll keep your knees
be one hundred and four times around the track. Oh
my god, that would drive me insane, one hundred and
four times the same thing.
Speaker 14 (33:41):
Hm.
Speaker 1 (33:49):
Mister Mansfield says, I I bet Jeffrey's apartment is so
effed up inside he doesn't want anyone inside.
Speaker 5 (33:58):
That's what he said. Yes, yeah, he doesn't want.
Speaker 1 (34:00):
Bring any attention to it. They're putting ceiling fans up,
hanging street lights. It's an absolute zoo in there. And
here's somebody that says the reason Jeffrey doesn't prioritize his
financial situation is because he knows that if he's really
in a tough spot, you idiots will bail him out
every time.
Speaker 7 (34:24):
Well, that's what I'm trying to do, is prioritize making
sure like my regular my rent's paid, my househole expenses
are taking care of, make sure I have food.
Speaker 1 (34:31):
In the house.
Speaker 7 (34:31):
Uh huh, make sure my curR insurance pays I can
legally drive.
Speaker 1 (34:36):
That's well, so it's so the waiter, why would you
be paying car insurance on a well, I mean get
rid of that car and then stop paying the insurance.
Speaker 7 (34:44):
So yeah, well my curR insurance, I already paid that
for this month. Because uh, sometimes I'll know some people
tell me I'm getting conflicting ones.
Speaker 1 (34:57):
One this one.
Speaker 7 (34:57):
Should I keep the curR insurance until I get another vehicles?
All I got used to change the policy information changed
the vehicle on it, or get a whole new policy.
Speaker 1 (35:05):
Well, you need to have that's the conundrum. I men,
even if your car isn't moving, you still have you
still have to have the insurance.
Speaker 5 (35:12):
And then once you get the new car, you just
transfer over that.
Speaker 7 (35:15):
That's what I did the last time from when when
I had remember before I got the Malibu I had,
I had a different vehicle.
Speaker 1 (35:22):
I think that was the key to Sorrento.
Speaker 12 (35:25):
Yeah, but they were going to want to see I
mean I wouldn't, right, I mean, I wouldn't change, and
all I did was anything yet And.
Speaker 7 (35:31):
All I did was I just changed from the Sorrento
to the Malibu and that was.
Speaker 1 (35:34):
It was two minutes.
Speaker 5 (35:36):
But don't cancel it, right, Rover, don't cancel your insurance.
Speaker 1 (35:39):
Well, that's why I'm saying.
Speaker 7 (35:40):
That's why I'm holding out of the policy in any
event and that eventuality And.
Speaker 1 (35:44):
Do she do you have some sort of injury here
neck tattoo? Jody says? Is do she wearing really bad blush?
Or does she have an injury under her eye? Oh?
Next tattoo, Jody, that's weird that you said that.
Speaker 4 (35:56):
All right, No other side, I know I'm an itch.
Speaker 1 (35:59):
Some thing's going on right underneath my eye? Oh it's darker.
What is that? It's it's on both sides, is it?
I feel like it's I have an age spot down.
Speaker 12 (36:10):
Here, but it's you're ugly, but it's a little bit today.
Speaker 1 (36:17):
I was like, why is it so red today? Fit?
All right? Looks looks you got to get that checked out.
You got something going on with your face. Over there?
There's a there's a a soccer player that I saw.
He's twenty two years old. His name is Jeff Dou's nap.
He comes from a Dou's nap, Juez nap, d e
(36:44):
ws n up okay, I got it. Uh Dou's knop
is twenty two now. But he was seventeen years old
when he was playing for Reale Salt Lake in the
United Soccer League, not the MLS team, but there I
guess related. You know, maybe this is like the up
(37:06):
and coming I don't know even what United Soccer League is.
Must be like, you know, a lower tier of like
MLS is Major League Soccer. That's who you'll hear is
talking about occasionally, enter Miami and Leo Messi. This must
be like, I don't know, some sort of not minor league,
but you know what I mean. Anyway, So he was
(37:29):
seventeen years old, he was playing for that team, goalkeeper,
and he says that he had scholarship offers from elite
schools to play soccer like Stanford, Columbia, Princeton, Wake Forest.
Even had interest, according to him, from pro teams like Fulham,
Crystal Palace, both of those in London or England, and.
Speaker 4 (37:55):
Other teams.
Speaker 1 (37:57):
However, he claims that when he was playing for this
right Royale Salt Lake which is one of the dumbest things.
I don't know what's going on with American soccer why
they would call themselves that, because that really is They
get that from like Real Madrid, and that's it's like,
(38:18):
I believe it's Spanish for Royal. There's no Royals in
Salt Lake City. Why would you name your team that.
It's so so dumb anyway, but it's spelled Real, that's correct.
So yeah, yeah, but that's not how you said the
same thing with like Madrid or whatever. Anyway, So this
(38:39):
kid says that he was taunted and teased and harassed
and bullied by the older players when he was seventeen
years old.
Speaker 4 (38:47):
He says that they would make fun of his.
Speaker 1 (38:52):
Penis size, which makes you wonder, how tiny is this
dude's penis? Right, that's the first thing I thought of.
I go, oh, my god, as small is his penis?
That's so sad. He also says that they would, you know,
they'd be in the locker room and they would kick
(39:12):
or throw soccer balls at his beare buttocks. He says
that it got so bad that he would wait hours
after they were done with practice or a game. Hours
he would wait around milling about just waiting for them
to clear out the locker room so that then.
Speaker 4 (39:32):
He could shower afterwards.
Speaker 1 (39:37):
He says that they would expose themselves to him in
the locker room. That's kind of every locker room like
just saying like, that's what locker rooms are. It's a
bunch of naked dudes walking around. It's kind of gross.
I hate going places. Like one time I went to
a spot at a hotel like ten years ago to
(39:57):
get a massage, and they put you before you go
you get the massage, to give you the whole thing.
They go, oh you can, oh do this. We have
a steam room and we have this, and you go
go sit in a salt room or bath or I
don't know what they whatever they have, and they take
you to a locker room first because they always tell
you to show up like forty five minutes before you're
scheduled to get the massage, which I don't understand. Why
(40:20):
why prep Yeah, I just say no, I just show up,
I take my clothes off. You can be a massage.
I don't need to get there forty five minutes in advance.
So they take into a locker room and there's always
like these naked dudes back there. It's a locker room.
I know. I don't like him too.
Speaker 4 (40:35):
I don't like it. I don't like that.
Speaker 1 (40:38):
And then you have to walk around pretending like you're
just fine with your dog hanging out because you don't
want them to be like, oh, what is this guy?
We're all naked in here? What is he afraid to
be naked? No, I'm not a I'm not afraid. So
then you have to walk around naked and they're naked.
It's just it's just a weird thing. They hit his
(40:58):
naked buttocks with a ball all they laughed and taunted
him when he would express this comfort. He was forced
to dodge the ball when he was naked.
Speaker 4 (41:09):
This is all in a lawsuit that he has filed.
And he would like I said.
Speaker 1 (41:15):
He would wait up to two hours after practices to
use the showers to avoid his teammates. Can you just
go home? Yeah, well you would think right. His parents
took a shower. He plays in Salt Lake and his
parents actually lived there. His dad is a wealthy banker
managing director for investment at Wells Fargo Salt Lake City,
(41:37):
where they have over two billion in assets under management.
That's not his father's money. But he comes from a
very very wealthy family, this kid. So what has he done.
He's file a lawsuit seeking one hundred million dollars from
this soccer team and Major League Soccer. This is insane.
(42:01):
It's a lot of money. One hundred million dollars. Wow.
I don't know. I don't play professional sports, but I'm
guessing that this kind of stuff happens all the time.
When you're a rookie or new to the team. You
get hazed a little bit, especially if you have a
small dog. Oh they it's And what's strange about this
(42:22):
is I read a different version of this story where
they talked about how they would make fun of his
penis sizes. I don't see that in this version.
Speaker 12 (42:30):
Why do you got to put that in there? Like
it's nobody's business.
Speaker 6 (42:32):
That's the that's the whole point of the lawsuit. I
feel like it's you have to prove that it is small.
Speaker 8 (42:40):
Do you guys make fun if it's big, if it's
like overly long, No, it's.
Speaker 1 (42:44):
Like, oh my god, dude, look at your huge penis.
It's making fun of someone. You don't do that, you do?
Speaker 6 (42:52):
Actually, yeah, I've seen some huge ones and you make
fun of it.
Speaker 1 (42:55):
Make in a locker room, you go, oh my god,
that's so huge. Yeah yeah, I can't stop looking at it. God,
I'd love to pick that thing up to bench press
your huge you know, how do you walk with it?
Kind of thing? That's a massive dong, so a drag
on the ground. But that should be mentioned.
Speaker 6 (43:15):
Are they making fun of it because it's big, because
then throw the lawsuit out.
Speaker 1 (43:19):
I think if they were, If they were making fun
of it because it was big, you would actually highlight
that in your lawsuit, right, Oh yeah, maybe even just
file it knowing you're not going to win the lawsuit
for one hundred million, but just so to move the
book record exactly. Anybody who googles your name that you're
trying to date, like five years from now, your name's
going to show up as the guy with a huge penis.
That everyone was like, oh my god, your penis is
(43:39):
so big. No, I think it's the other way. I
think he had a I think he has a teeny
tiny penis. Anyways, one hundred million dollars he's seeking. He
wants twenty million dollars because he says that's how much
his psychiatric care is going to cost to put his
life back together. Twenty million. Yeah, it's life sciiatric care. Yes.
Speaker 2 (44:04):
Not.
Speaker 5 (44:04):
Everyone doesn't care like you.
Speaker 1 (44:06):
You just don't care. What twenty million dollars You could
go for twenty million dollars. You could just become a
psychiatrist yourself. You could. Why don't you just go to
medical school, save all the save all the money, become
a psychiatrist and treat yourself. Twenty million dollars. Yeah, for
psychiatric care. Yes. The eighty million dollars on top of
(44:28):
that that he's seeking is to compensate him for the
professional career that he lost because of the abuse. He
says that he quit soccer because he just couldn't handle
the abuse anymore, and he's sure that he was going
to make it and professional soccer.
Speaker 4 (44:44):
I don't know about all that.
Speaker 1 (44:45):
I mean, that's because it's just incredibly difficult to become
a professional athlete. You may be good, you may be
good enough to play for real Salt Lake, not the
MLS team, but they're United Soccer League team version of it,
which is like I think Jeffrey could walk on and
play on that, So you might be good enough for that. Grover.
Speaker 7 (45:05):
I disagree with that because I couldn't play soccer to
save my life.
Speaker 1 (45:10):
So, but you're in order to be make it where
you have eighty million dollars of income from your professional
sports career, I don't highly unlikely, very very very unline.
Speaker 12 (45:22):
Do you always say shoot high and see what they'll
settle with.
Speaker 1 (45:26):
I think this was just a kid who probably he
has a rich family. They said, you know what, you
can he quit sports. They go, you could probably sue.
Maybe he was taunted and teased to some extent, But
I don't know you can sue because they have the
lawyers and everybody in order to do this. Ee. How
(45:49):
some of these rich kids are where they don't have
the ability to make any money themselves. They come from
a rich, very rich family. They're spoil they don't they
don't do anything for a career, for a living or anything.
And so they go, how's how's he gonna make any
cash in his life? How's Jeff gonna how's he gonna survive? Oh,
(46:10):
let's just sue for a hundred million dollars, just one
hundred million dollars. Mm hmm. Mouth in Youngstown, Ohio. You're
on Rover's morning glory, good morning mouth. Hey, hey mor Vers,
what our bay? What's happening? All right?
Speaker 11 (46:30):
So I got two things for Jeffrey on this whole
car thing to options.
Speaker 15 (46:34):
Number one, Obviously.
Speaker 1 (46:37):
You get in the car that you got.
Speaker 15 (46:38):
Talked about with the whole NASCAR wrap so the radsuy
Viagra wrap.
Speaker 1 (46:42):
And the life looks like to say, dead dog, dead
dog with the Viagra wrap on there. All right, Jeffrey,
what do you think about that? Idea sounds viable? Okay,
more viable than your penis. Okay, he doesn't even mind.
Speaker 7 (46:57):
Think if I'm coming from a guy with a name
that's the name of a body part.
Speaker 4 (47:01):
Uh huh mouth, yes, yes, what else mouth.
Speaker 11 (47:05):
Uh act mouth mo o us But anyway.
Speaker 1 (47:08):
M o O s E s isell m o U t h. Yes,
that's uh. Crystal's got to clear the wax out of
her ears right now. I'm definitely now I'm talking, I
actually talking to them now. I'm saying, have a body
part time now talking to a rodent? Yes, okay, all right,
go on in the mouse.
Speaker 11 (47:26):
Running around in your house, Jeffrey.
Speaker 1 (47:27):
Anyway.
Speaker 11 (47:29):
So the other option would be rover, let Jeffrey chick
out a car any car, any car that he wants
under fifty grand. You pay for it all senses.
Speaker 15 (47:39):
It's all done.
Speaker 11 (47:40):
No wrap, no license plate, but a camera.
Speaker 1 (47:43):
A camera and GPS. Which would you prefer?
Speaker 7 (47:47):
Yeah, so wrapping the license plate, the wrap and the
license plate.
Speaker 1 (47:50):
On like a ten thousand dollars car as opposed to
a fifty thousand dollars car, simply because you already have
your spies of the camera and the GPS to be redundant,
because I'm spotted and where I go practically, I will
say this though.
Speaker 7 (48:05):
You know how you always say that your phone is
always listening to you, and you said always come to
you guys for advice and all that kind of stuff, right,
do anything?
Speaker 1 (48:12):
Ration? So I have a question. Okay, can you hold
that thought until I come back from this commercial break? Yeah? Sure,
we'll be right back with that and the Schizzy hang on.
Speaker 13 (48:23):
If anything happens to us, can you delete our browser
history and throw away that box under the bed?
Speaker 1 (48:30):
I don't think you understand how to brave people are Larry.
The Chizzy is coming up in just a few minutes.
What do you have on the way, dog?
Speaker 12 (48:43):
I woke up this morning to see who won the
game last night for the NBA. Yes, I think I
we were talking about DraftKings bets. I was one that said, nixt, yeah,
we'll talk about that game. And something that happened towards
the I don't know if it was towards the end, but.
Speaker 1 (48:59):
I laughed out You laughed out loud. Very dangerous situation.
Why I laughed, Yeah.
Speaker 4 (49:04):
I saw this on TV.
Speaker 1 (49:06):
I wanted to say, okay, okay, we'll get to that
in just a minute. Jeffery, what was you you said
right before the break? You what you had a question
or what was a comment? Was?
Speaker 7 (49:19):
Yeah, okay, remember how you we've talked about in the past,
how your phone listens to you. And now I'm getting
these answer like places that would be willing to buy
a car in any condition, they'll give you like whatever
dollar value they can. And I'm saying to myself, I
think maybe I might want to ask Rover or Douche
(49:41):
about this, because he always told me before I did
something more ashing you criticized me because I didn't come
to you guys for at least for advice or some
guidance and whatnot.
Speaker 1 (49:49):
So that's why I thought i'd bring that up.
Speaker 4 (49:52):
So you want to you're asking, Okay, I don't think.
Speaker 1 (49:54):
You're fucking I'm just asking for like a little bit.
I understand clear blas here clairvoyants. Okay, all right, Number one,
I don't think your phone is listening to you. You
probably did a search. No, I didn't do a search
at all. It just came up random. The main Facebook
timeline is right spoted it well it. Facebook also knows
what your cohorts are are looking at, and people who
(50:17):
will follow you or interact with you are probably looking
up cars for you and figuring out your car situation,
so that has something to do with it. But you
want to know whether you should sell your car to
one of those places? Yeah, I mean, like I keep
thinking of myself.
Speaker 7 (50:34):
I mean like, I'm just like, what if it's a
I don't know if it's how legitimate that is, how
how honestly are or if it's a scam or whatever
the case may be.
Speaker 1 (50:44):
Because he's the place I've never heard of. Yeah, sure,
So I don't have any issue with you, So I
don't know what these places are. But if your car
doesn't run anymore correct correct, so what good is it
going to do sitting in your parking lot? You might
as well get a few hundred bucks for it, sell
it to some sort of junk place, scrap place, whatever. Now,
(51:05):
I'm now no expert in how you can maximize your
money on that.
Speaker 4 (51:08):
I've never done that before.
Speaker 1 (51:10):
So somebody I'm sure more qualified than me would be
able to tell you where you'd get your most bang
for your buck.
Speaker 7 (51:16):
But yeah, so I have to sell the car, which
you know, I have to get rid of it. But
see if I can't get a little bit of a
bang for the buck.
Speaker 1 (51:22):
Of course, yes, I have no issue with with with
you doing that. I went over to Dougie her side
of the table as I had to get a kleenex
to blow my nose.
Speaker 12 (51:34):
You're so weird. I don't know why this bothers you
so much. Do you go into the trash talk to
about what you're.
Speaker 1 (51:39):
Going to do? So, so I blow my nose and
then I throw the kleenex into the trash can and
in the trash can. Yeah, is a ziplock bag. She's
holding it up here, Hold it up there. It's a
ziploc bag with hair on it. A pretzel stick in there. Now, yesterday, yesterday,
(52:05):
this pretzel stick she had a bunch of these, and
I ate a few of these out of the plastic bag.
And then I said, why did you throw that pretzel
stick away? She goes, I wasn't going to eat it.
I go, yeah, okay, but why'd you throw it away?
Because I wasn't going to eat it. Now, this is
(52:25):
a person where money is no option. At this point,
you're throwing away pretzel rods. One a good pretzel rod, So.
Speaker 12 (52:32):
Rover ate the rest of the pretzel rods. There was
one broken one left. His dirty hand was in there.
Speaker 1 (52:39):
Oh, that's why his germs run. And I'm like, I'm
not going to eat that last one. He's just really
upset because he wanted to eat there. I left more
than one in there, so you ate something after me.
I didn't eat I didn't. You don't want to eat
any after Rover touched it with his.
Speaker 12 (52:55):
Wand away yesterday and he saw it today and he's
really he can't let it coat.
Speaker 1 (53:00):
Because you wanted to eat it eating it. It's it's
you're really, how wasteful Dougie is that pretzel ride?
Speaker 8 (53:08):
But that's for the next day. And ask him, Hey,
there was one pretzel rod left. I'm not going to
eat it? Do you perchance want it?
Speaker 4 (53:15):
It's not going to go bad? Like, that's what I.
Speaker 1 (53:18):
Don't want it. I don't.
Speaker 12 (53:21):
I don't want much carry She throws stuff away, like
do is very very wasteful.
Speaker 1 (53:30):
You're very wasteful. You have to admit that that pretzel, right, people,
I think you do need to eat it to prove
that you're not. I generally, why not would you like
to eat? It's in a bag, right, it never was
with my on the top of the trash. It was
on the top of the trash. I do not want this.
(53:52):
You have to prove that you're not wasteful. This is
it's already in the trash. But it's not. It's in
a bad No, it's in the tract it's in a
zipp now. Well, now she sts fingering it all up. Now.
She throws out more food than anybody you've ever met
in your entire life. Yeah.
Speaker 7 (54:07):
Yeah, anytime we have left through her food for speaking, Sorry,
I'm just I just want to say that anytime we
have leftover food, my wife will help me pack it
for my lunch. So do you want to No, thanks,
I'm good. I got I got a fat salad waiting
for me for my lunch.
Speaker 1 (54:24):
Today, if Dougie open something and it's or if Dougie
has the amount of I'll just give you an example,
the amount of meat that she throws out.
Speaker 6 (54:32):
That's that's her biggest throwing away lunch meat. Yes, she
writes it the day and she doesn't eat it that day, just.
Speaker 1 (54:39):
In the trash. What's today? Today is Thursday.
Speaker 12 (54:42):
So if I buy lunch meat today, eat it today,
I'll keep it Tomorrow, I'll throw it away Saturday.
Speaker 1 (54:49):
Yeah, it'll be good for a couple of days. I
get nervous. Couple, look at Douji. Look at the expiration
date on the package. Will she gets it from the
deli counter? Oh?
Speaker 4 (55:00):
How long does say it lasts? I'm not I don't know.
Speaker 1 (55:03):
But it cured meat.
Speaker 12 (55:05):
Forever faster than the stuff like the package stuff that's
like filled with all kinds of chemicals.
Speaker 1 (55:12):
Shows what you're getting. It's still cured, but it's a
bunch of salt. At least five days, for at least
five days. Yeah, I never have.
Speaker 12 (55:20):
For as long as you've known me, I know that's
what we're saying.
Speaker 1 (55:24):
Admitted that I didn't throw that out because my finger
was doesn't do that doesn't eat it. It's one stick
your hand put that in there and stuck on that
trying to get some of my d n A perfectly
good ziploc bad. Why aren't you using those? To hear
you were? I just it just seems there. It's just
(55:45):
interesting to see how the other half lives. How do
you live? Are you washing? Re use paper towels? School
it all together.
Speaker 8 (55:54):
It's one of the sponges instead of toilet paper. He's
just a toilet paper.
Speaker 1 (55:58):
He takes the two ply and stept rates it into
one fly, so it gets double amount of toilet paper wipes.
Speaker 14 (56:04):
Now I throw away a perfectly just I find it
to be rolls gold No, not rolls gold snyders.
Speaker 1 (56:15):
Oh, the goods, the real good sniders are pretty good. Well, anyway,
I threw that out. But that was weird that you
just throw that out because it's it's not like something
that expires or goes bad. I mean, I guess it
would after quite a long time. But anyway, all right,
you're ridiculous. I know you have unlimited fonds. I don't
(56:35):
know why I'm trying to feel you need money. Do
you need money for your daughter's car?
Speaker 15 (56:40):
No?
Speaker 1 (56:41):
I need money. I don't make a lot of money,
and they're just throwing away a pretzel perfectly good rods.
Don't you worry about it? Are you ready for the
shizy Dougie? You seem annoyed with me, Charlie, It's just
it is. It is annoying.
Speaker 6 (56:56):
You throw away a perfect well, you send me an
insane that's a very annoying.
Speaker 1 (57:02):
And insane video. And in Shane video, I don't even know.
There's no context given to the video. I don't know
if what I'm seeing is what I saw, I don't
want and then she's throwing stuff away on top of it,
If what I saw is what is actually happening, I
don't know if it's something she just filmed as a
(57:23):
funny joke, or if what I saw is real. You
are one of them? You want to play this video
after the mist people I've ever seen? I don't know
what talk? Are you ready for the Yeah?
Speaker 14 (57:41):
Here we go da shoozy on rovers morning glory.
Speaker 12 (57:48):
Senate Republicans move forward yesterday with a seventy two seventy
two billion dollar reconciliation package to fun DHS immigration agencies
through nine after they stripped out two provisions that had
threatened to sink it. So this Senate issue, they're going
to advance this bill that would fund DHS.
Speaker 1 (58:10):
We're still talking about that my gap, all right.
Speaker 12 (58:13):
American Airline announced yesterday that they are temporarily suspending six
domestic routes in August and September. It's all because of
the soaring jet fuel costs that has been driven up
by the war. So four of the affected routes involve
flights out of lax and the airline said that none
of the cuts are permanent. They want to make that
(58:34):
very clear. These are not permanent, and that customers on
impacted flights will be rebooked or offered refunds. Say, American
is not suspending any routes indefinitely. Is part of this adjustment,
and they said jet fuel accounts for roughly twenty five
percent to thirty percent of airline operating costs, and the
ongoing straight of Hormew's closure has pushed those costs sharply up.
(58:56):
So American expects that it jet fuel bill to rise
by more than four billion dollars.
Speaker 1 (59:01):
Once Iran figured out.
Speaker 7 (59:03):
That they can, you know, they can find a way
to control this straight over moves they knew they could
that could adversely affect the economy not here, but all over.
Speaker 1 (59:13):
The world everywhere. So that's how Iran is.
Speaker 7 (59:16):
So that's how this is how Iran is fighting an
asymmetrical method of warfare or economic warfare.
Speaker 12 (59:24):
But I have a friend who has owns a construction
company or a concrete company. Yes, he said, the amount
of the diesel, I mean the price of gas for
all of his trucks.
Speaker 5 (59:38):
He's like, it is like soul crushing.
Speaker 1 (59:40):
Well, this company, It's like, I don't know how we
didn't see this coming with the Iran war. I'm not
I'm just saying it doesn't seem like this was fully
fully thought out. And and then and then you'll hear
the they'll go, well, we have we made a bunch
of our own oil in the United States. We don't
need their oil. Okay, But that's not how the world works.
(01:00:02):
What happens is let's say that I'm producing oil right
here in the United States, okay, and then the oil
for the rest of the world gets cut off. What
do people in other countries? What do they need oil?
So what happens by oil musts what happens to the
price of oil around the world. It does what goes
(01:00:25):
up because the command goes so because the price goes up.
So I'm making my oil right here in Texas, and
I can sell it to Jeffrey for you know, sixty
dollars a barrel, or I can sell it to Taiwan
for one hundred and fifty dollars a barrel. Who do
you think I'm going to sell it to. You're gonna
sell it to Taiwan because you get cars.
Speaker 7 (01:00:46):
Because everything any world, of any any country's economy, even
around the world, all economies are running one years of
thing supplying demand. Since there's such an insatiable demand for oil,
that'spos causing the price to go up because in the
oil the supply is not there or it's in short supply.
Speaker 1 (01:01:02):
And so there you go. What does that do when
we sell our oil over there? What happens to the
oil prices here? It goes up to any go on,
all right.
Speaker 12 (01:01:11):
So, Ohio State University has agreed to pay one hundred
million dollars in damages to two hundred and seventy nine
former students who said a campus doctor sexually assaulted them
decades ago. Details of the settlement were being finalized, but
only one of the former students who were part of
the five active federal lawsuits against the university did not
sign onto the agreement. The legal battle has been going
(01:01:33):
on since twenty eighteen, when a former wrestler named Mike
Disebado came forward with allegations that doctor Richard Strauss sexually
abused him and hundreds of other male athletes under the
guys of Physical Exams. You never watched their documentary. Oh,
it's so heartbreaking. Have we taked for the guy? The
(01:01:54):
guy on the show? What's the documentary going to tell me?
Speaker 1 (01:01:56):
Yeah?
Speaker 12 (01:01:56):
So Jim Jordan, the Republican congressman from Ohio and former
assistant wrestling coach, was among the former coaches that did
the Sabato and other former OSU wrestlers accused of having
done nothing to stop the Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:02:08):
Yeah, so, I don't know how he didn't know. I
think he knew.
Speaker 4 (01:02:11):
Yeah, I think he did too, or at least you
hear rumors about it.
Speaker 1 (01:02:14):
Yeah, all right.
Speaker 12 (01:02:15):
Last night you said you watched the Knicks game. They
ended up winning. They beat the Spurs.
Speaker 1 (01:02:22):
Close until like the last I don't know, a few
minutes of the game, and it was like at halftime
it was very close. I might have even been tied,
but real close. And the whole game was close. And
then the Knicks just they ran away with it in
the end, totally in the last two minutes. They just
run away with it. It's like San Antonio.
Speaker 9 (01:02:42):
I don't know what was going on there, but yeah,
so the smart cuban up said about.
Speaker 1 (01:02:47):
Us, Well, he doesn't own either team, but Charlie thinks
he does.
Speaker 12 (01:02:52):
New York beat San Antonio one oh five to ninety
five to win game one. Game two will be tomorrow night.
And then this is what made me laugh. But it's
very dangerous. I think you have a video of it.
Speaker 1 (01:03:05):
All right, this is.
Speaker 12 (01:03:06):
What happened during the game. You said you saw this
play it.
Speaker 1 (01:03:11):
Well, yeah, the guy runs out onto the court and
takes a selfie just in between or no, this is
in the middle of gameplay. They're literally throwing the ball. Yeah,
exactly here watch this and then they I guess they
don't show it to you again, but yeah, and that
was the replay. I was shocked that they First of all,
(01:03:34):
it was a shot when the guy did it originally
you see it live and they didn't cut away immediately
like they normally did, and so they just let it
and then they commentators are like, oh, guy just ran
out onto the court. We don't want that, blah blah blah.
But they didn't cut away, and then they talk about it,
and then they show it in a replay, which they
(01:03:54):
never ever do because they don't want repeat. Here's the
video to get right out. Yeah real, he's out there
right now the floor was one of the guys. Yeah,
I don't know, he keeps taking pictures. Look at that. Yeah,
I mean it's funny, but it's not. It's scary. Crazy
(01:04:18):
that in the middle of the he wants a selfie
with wemban Yama or whatever.
Speaker 16 (01:04:24):
That guy was smiling was number one. Yeah, yeah, that's that,
that Victor guy. And he's I don't know what to
make of that guy. I don't know if I like
I don't think I like that guy.
Speaker 1 (01:04:36):
Why is that? Well, he's the guy that when San
Antonio was playing Oklahoma City, they he whispered it's at
the end of the game, and he whispers into these
two dudes' ears to do a hard follow on some
of these guys, so he like called them to just
really blast into uh a particular player for whatever reason.
I don't know why he did that. Maybe it was justified,
(01:04:59):
maybe it wasn't. But I thought that was a little
bit strange. And then I saw him in the game
last night. He's throwing elbows around. This guy's got these
long ass arms. I mean, he's really like gummy. Yeah,
and he looks like he can just snap that guy
right in half. He's like a giant toothpick. Just his legs.
I can't stop staring at this guy because he's so
(01:05:19):
I don't know how tall.
Speaker 4 (01:05:20):
This guy is super tall.
Speaker 1 (01:05:22):
Yeah, he's really really tall. I don't know how tall
he is, but he's super tall. His arms go down
to like his ankles. I've never seen somebody with arms
like this. It's just it's just a weird looking dude.
And his legs. His legs have gotta be as thick
as my pinky. Are there any muscles on that? Not
one muscle? He's the guy have no muscle. You should
(01:05:43):
see this guy's legs. I mean, it's so weird looking.
But unlike most guys, like you've seen these guys that
are super tall like that, they can't shoot three pointers,
they can't move around real well, this guy somehow is
able to do it with as big as gangly as
he is. He's able to he's able to do it.
(01:06:03):
But I don't know anything about that guy. But I
just something, I don't know, something in that last series
was kind of rub me the wrong way about this guy.
Seven to three, Hayden says Jesus Christ seven three seven three. Yeah,
I just and I don't know why he told it
(01:06:25):
was very obvious, very clear. You can see, Charlie, you
can probably find the video of that from the last
series where he he comes out of the game there's
like thirty seconds left in the game or something, and
he tells the two players coming in to commit hard
fouls on on a particular player or whatever. And then
(01:06:45):
these guys they go out there and they do exactly
what the dude said and they blast this guy. I mean,
they just completely blast this guy in there heart.
Speaker 17 (01:06:57):
Yeah, see his back bumbo and you saw just that
that bumbly foul to McCain was upgrading.
Speaker 1 (01:07:05):
To watch this the guy just this guy just as
his back to he just gets blasted. Conversation the game
is you can't do that. I don't know, I don't
really understand that. I don't know why he said that,
what led up to that. I have no idea, but
the guy I don't know, man. And then the way
he celebrated after they made it. Its just like he
(01:07:26):
broke down, like I don't know man. There you go.
Speaker 12 (01:07:31):
That's the choosy on rovers Morning Glory on a bone U.
Speaker 13 (01:07:38):
Sign up for r M G Plus and get all

Speaker 10 (01:07:54):

Speaker 17 (01:07:55):
Bluss gone up now at rover radio dot com.
Speaker 1 (01:08:05):
Oh my god, this guy Joe oh saying his arms
down to his ankles is a pretty effing racist thing
to say. Right there has nothing that are you for real?
Look at the guys. Goddamn arms standing long? What is that?
That has nothing to do with race? He has the
world's longest arms. He's an awkward looking dude. He's very
(01:08:28):
awkward looking. These are some alien s arm Can you
see it? Look at you guys, what's going on with that?
That's not a normal human?
Speaker 8 (01:08:40):
Everybody's a space gym and the monstars. There's one that's
really long and tall.
Speaker 1 (01:08:46):
That's the blue one like that, I could just stand
at half court and just put the just put the
ball right into the basket. Look at that wingspan. It's crazy.
Now somebody says he's seventy four. Who knows the guy's tall,
(01:09:09):
But he can shoot like he was shooting three pointers
last night. Most of those guys are so awkward. They
most of those guys are that big. They cannot even
hit a free throw, you know, but this dude seems to.
But it wasn't enough. It was not enough. But I
want his team to win over New York because number
one New York sports fans, New York City sports fans,
is what I'm talking about. They're just such a holes.
(01:09:31):
They're so goddamn obnoxious. I mean, just, oh, give it
a rest. What's going on in that game yesterday? If
you look at this, and maybe they mentioned this in
the broadcast. I was kind of watching it until the
second half, Like in the first half, I was in
the shower, so I had it on no volume, just
kind of watching it passively, so I wasn't listening to
(01:09:54):
the commentators. But here's if you look at this Smith,
if you just put up from my Yeah, what's going on?
With all these different colored T shirts that they have
in the in the arena, so every section has a
different color. It's orange, it's paink it's green, it's I
don't I have no idea what that is. It looked terrible,
(01:10:18):
looked really bad. I think that looks like garbage. No,
I configure out. Well, that's what my wife said, because
she was we were in bed watching this game. Yeah,
and she goes, it's Pride month. Maybe it's for Pride month,
And I go, I don't think. So, it's the end
because it's the NBA Finals. Your team finally is in
(01:10:42):
the NBA Finals, and instead of having whatever team thing to,
you know, have everybody in the same color. That would
look kind of cool, you know, for your team all
in black it's a blackout or whatever you have each
it's just it's patchwork colors. It looks I thought it
looked terrible, probably why they ended up losing, so distracting
(01:11:05):
to the players out there.
Speaker 5 (01:11:06):
Spurs Fiesta colors.
Speaker 4 (01:11:09):
Spurs Fiesta colors, what does that even make?
Speaker 12 (01:11:13):
The colors reflect the way the franchise operated during the
Greg Popovic years. Orange turquoise on occasion of the playoffs
with uniforms to match, even while the team's colors remain
black and silver tribute to Fiesta San Antonio festival that
has been.
Speaker 1 (01:11:31):
That's oh they're old, Okay, so there's some sort of
he says, it Spurs retro colors. Here's their old or
maybe an older.
Speaker 5 (01:11:40):
Nineteen eighty nine to two thousand and two.
Speaker 1 (01:11:44):
That's weird. Yeah, that's not a good look in Jersey.
Maybe just forget about that one. That's weird. Did you
win the championship in that jersey? If he did, maybe,
but if he didn't, don't don't bring that. Don't bring
that back. Yeah, this Spurs.
Speaker 12 (01:12:00):
They gave out three different types of shirts on their
Fiesta Colors nights, so then they and it matches.
Speaker 1 (01:12:06):
That's pretty cool.
Speaker 12 (01:12:07):
It matches all the different where your seats are, that's
the color of your shirt because the seats are those colors.
Speaker 1 (01:12:15):
You don't like that.
Speaker 4 (01:12:17):
I've got to take a break.
Speaker 1 (01:12:21):
Carlos in the Bronx, the boogie down Bronx. What do
you got for me? Carlos good? Why you a hater?
Speaker 18 (01:12:29):
You want me to take it the room.
Speaker 1 (01:12:34):
Seat? That's exactly This is exactly how New York people are,
you know, it's it's just they're so freaking obnoxious to
a game. It's like they just and they're such loud mouths.
Like any sporting events, they all have to like you
watch that game last night, there's like ten mixed fans,
and what do they have to do. They have to
like all clamor to like be who can be the
(01:12:56):
most over the top obnoxious, trying to hide five but
the eighteen rows behind.
Speaker 11 (01:13:02):
Like.
Speaker 1 (01:13:05):
Listen exactly, Douzie, he's a hater. Yeah, no, Rover, he
needs to go back to his little condo, knock youself
out away from the world. Bro Okay, you go back.
You go back to your three square flash apartment in
the Bronx. That probably calls about eight hundred thousand for
four square feet.
Speaker 17 (01:13:26):
Yeah yeah, yeah, I'm in your city.
Speaker 1 (01:13:30):
I'm in your city. We took over. We got more needs.
Are gonna come here live in Ohio and we're gonna
play beautiful.
Speaker 15 (01:13:36):
As matter of fact, America's beautiful.
Speaker 1 (01:13:39):
I love America, all right, Carlos, look into the future
of America, the beautiful. Okay, thank you, Carlos. We'll be
right back on Rover this morning. Glory, Charli, you have
a video you wanted to play me or something. Okay,
we'll get to that time. We gotta see this in
just a moment. We'll be right back. Hang on you if.
Speaker 19 (01:13:58):
These clouds can it ahead? Can you NOx? Morning Glory?
Speaker 4 (01:14:21):
What is just a video that you wanted to.
Speaker 1 (01:14:25):
Wait for me? Charlie. I don't know what it is.
There's no explanation to it. All I saw, well, you
described what you saw. If it's what I think it is,
let me what are the worst decisions I've ever seen
in my life? Hey? You fire up r mg TV
at Roverradio dot com or with the Rover Radio app
(01:14:48):
on your phone, your tablet or your TV. I'll eve
you a minute to do that. I have no idea.
What's the video? Let me see here? What is it?
What does it start with? Charlie. I'll just play it then.
I don't want to say what it is. Kind of
it kind of gives it away there, all right, it's
(01:15:09):
just giving you some time here to fire up r
m G TV. What am I looking at? Here we go?
I don't know she sent this to me, So here
you go. Check out what we got? What do you
what do you see?
Speaker 2 (01:15:18):
You?
Speaker 1 (01:15:19):
Right off the bat, I see the back of a jeep.
It's a good looking jeep, gorgeous. Oh no, what does
it say on the front rubicom black and red.
Speaker 4 (01:15:38):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:15:41):
And then inside the vehicle is Dougie's daughter. Ah what year? Now?
Let me just okay, here's what's happening. Here's here's what
I think is happening in this video. And I don't
(01:16:01):
know for sure. There's no way that Dougie bought that
car for Gianna. Dougie would have bought that car. I
know Dougie very well. She bought that car for herself.
And she's going to give Gianna the current whatever she
drives with, the twenty twenty two Jeep Grand Chairy. Yeah,
(01:16:24):
very nice. Yes, that's what she's going to give to Gianna.
I know how Dougie is. Dougie thinks very selfish that
that is. Dougie thinks that that's a car that chicks
look hot in for some reason. I know her so well,
and so you don't know me. You don't know me.
Speaker 12 (01:16:46):
I don't think I've ever once thought, oh, you look
hot in this. I have always, for as long as
you've known me, wanted a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon whatever. All
of that.
Speaker 5 (01:16:59):
It is a Rubicon, it's a higher end jeep.
Speaker 1 (01:17:01):
It's my daughter. Yeah, I want you to explain it.
What's a Rubicon compared to a Wrangler? Money?
Speaker 4 (01:17:11):
That's four door?
Speaker 20 (01:17:12):
Right?
Speaker 1 (01:17:12):
Huh, it's beautiful. I don't think it. Does a Rubicon
have to be four door? I think longer.
Speaker 5 (01:17:18):
I don't know if I've seen a two door Rubicon.
Speaker 1 (01:17:21):
I think.
Speaker 4 (01:17:22):
So you're buying this and you don't even know what
it means exactly?
Speaker 12 (01:17:25):
Do you need to Did you see how hot that
car was? It's beautiful, It's okay.
Speaker 1 (01:17:29):
Did you buy that for Gianna or for you?
Speaker 12 (01:17:33):
Yesterday I went out to the dealership. I told you
that I was meeting my friend who I worked with
out by my house at the dealership. He moved out
to Amherst at this huge dealership family owned Sliman's and Amherst.
Speaker 1 (01:17:48):
Talk to because they are amazing. I don't know if
he's why. Why that would be if you got any
sort of deal. I can't think plug sli plug slut.
I'm not kidding anything. What are you talking? Your story?
Speaker 5 (01:18:07):
So the guy helped me out.
Speaker 12 (01:18:10):
My friends and we looked at a bunch of different
used cars and we were looking at Cherokees and Compasses,
and then we found there's a huge dealership with a
ton of used cars.
Speaker 1 (01:18:27):
That Jeep was one of them. Yeah, she's a talk
slut and it has.
Speaker 5 (01:18:30):
Ninety thousand miles on it, which isn't.
Speaker 1 (01:18:32):
Bad, right, I mean that's a lot. It's a lot.
That is a lot. So everything you said ninety everything,
how cool? Well, yeah, but you said you didn't want that,
But go ahead. She's an eighty. She is keep going.
I love it. Yeah, this gets better and better. Yes, please,
(01:18:53):
sixteen year old getting a Jeep Rubicon.
Speaker 4 (01:18:56):
No, dude, she's going to be the one driving.
Speaker 1 (01:18:58):
I don't know.
Speaker 12 (01:18:59):
I do not have a new cars, not have a
new car.
Speaker 1 (01:19:02):
That grand Cheroke. He's here today. I saw it saying,
so go on, finish your story. Ninety thousand miles year?
What year? I actually don't even know.
Speaker 10 (01:19:18):
She's the world's dumbest person.
Speaker 1 (01:19:20):
I thought Jeffrey might be the world's dumbest person when
it comes to cars. Your actually open, don't know, and
you're all about safety, safety, safety, safe. It's a cage.
You're in a steel cage.
Speaker 8 (01:19:31):
It's it's a Jeeps ca Yeah, especially when you're young
and you're taking a curve.
Speaker 1 (01:19:37):
Yeah, that thing, yes, the other ones yeah, so we
went driving in it. She loves it so how much.
Don't worry about it. No, that's it's just I have
my guests written down. She got whatever, And this is
no offense to whatever dealership she's giving a plug. Here's friend.
It's your friend, Gerald lie Off. I promise you she did,
(01:20:01):
because they just do. If you're a dealer. No, no,
it's the deal if you If I had a car dealership,
I could try guys. I don't think any means. I
think she made a dumb decision for a sixteen year old,
that's probably I'm not convinced that's for a sixteen year old.
Speaker 12 (01:20:17):
Swear to god, I am not driving.
Speaker 1 (01:20:20):
A Jeep Rubicon. So you're telling me that that's the
car you bought for your daughter, and that's the game plan.
You say, I'm not driving a Jeep today, but she
her sixteenth birthday is coming up this week and Sunday Sunday,
So who's going to drive what vehicle?
Speaker 12 (01:20:37):
I am driving my grand Cherokee all the time, all
the time.
Speaker 1 (01:20:41):
It's my vehicle, and your daughter's always from Sunday on
and that's so the Rubicon is her car? Why you
do not buy two cars? She can't be that stupid. No, no,
oh my god, buy two cars? Plain what you did?
(01:21:05):
Did they say they by matching cars? Would that be
a bundle so that she can be just like her daughter?
She might have got herself a brand new Grand Cherokee
and threw a Rubicon in the mix? What did you do? What?
What did you do? You moron? We just told Jeffrey,
why would you do anything before you call? Used to
call you? Go ahead, Snitzer, you can put the picture up.
(01:21:34):
Oh there's Gia. Hands up, she's so happy. What is this?
That's that Gerald guy and my daughter she got a
new ge talked about talking about it for like, so wait,
what is this? What's that car behind her? What's this?
Speaker 12 (01:21:49):
That's Gianna's new car? Get the Rubicon. I couldn't get
the Rubicon because I wanted something different.
Speaker 1 (01:21:59):
But so what is this? This closed? That's her new car?
What is it?
Speaker 5 (01:22:04):
It is a used Jeep Compass.
Speaker 1 (01:22:06):
What you're twenty two? Twenty twenty two? How much? I'm
not going to tell you what I am going in today?
What are you talking about? Why did you just go home?
Speaker 17 (01:22:17):
Then?
Speaker 1 (01:22:17):
Why are you even.
Speaker 12 (01:22:18):
Going in today to do the financing? But I was
able to get a good rate because I was about
my credit score.
Speaker 1 (01:22:26):
But how much not bad? Well less than the rubicon? No, no,
how much is the cost of the car? Okay, so
hold on, you me what my and then that what
my credit score is? I don't care. How much is
the car? Seven eighty? Oh, that's not bad. How much
is that?
Speaker 4 (01:22:44):
How much do you spend on this thing?
Speaker 12 (01:22:46):
I'm doing that today. We're going to go figure out numbers,
because nobody.
Speaker 1 (01:22:50):
Buys a car without knowing how much in the car.
How was it twenty grand? It was about twenty, about
twenty I'm going to do twenty four. No, I'm going
to do cash. That doesn't that has nothing to the
purchase price of the vehicles twenty twenty, twenty twenty two,
twenty two nine, twenty.
Speaker 12 (01:23:11):
Twenty two, vehicle twenty thousand.
Speaker 1 (01:23:16):
So, so what your daughter's very long right? Just to
be clear, because everyone is now confused, the most confusing
way to tell. Why would she?
Speaker 12 (01:23:28):
Yes, I knew that would bother you. I didn't realize
it would bother Charlie as much as it did.
Speaker 1 (01:23:32):
Okay, so this room you showed the video I love
wait for you that video. You didn't end up buying
that car. That's not Youanna's car. You didn't buy that
for yourself. Not I want it, but I won't get that.
So you didn't change your car either. No, I'm keeping
high One car was purchased, Just to make this clear,
only one twenty two compass.
Speaker 12 (01:23:50):
I'm going today to figure out the financing.
Speaker 1 (01:23:52):
Okay, so a compass, which is she.
Speaker 12 (01:23:56):
Drove it on the highway or on the State eight.
Speaker 1 (01:24:00):
What happened? How many miles does that car have? The compass?
Thirty thirty thousand, okay, because somebody sent me from that
same dealership. A twenty twenty two cheap compass looks exactly
the same sixteen thousand, seventeen thousand dollars, but it has
one hundred and seven thousand miles.
Speaker 12 (01:24:18):
No, this one was in the uh the detailing ben
He had just gotten it a couple of days ago,
so it was already wasn't in.
Speaker 1 (01:24:27):
The lot yet.
Speaker 5 (01:24:28):
He's like, let me show you something this.
Speaker 1 (01:24:29):
It's cheaper like okay, okay, so I guess that's I
guess that's better than the route better, So all money
down and grand on a car. So I was saying fifteen,
how many miles does I have on it? Thirty thirty? Okay,
yeah it's not I'm sure it has thirty thousand. Okay,
(01:24:52):
because other people have just sent me one for twenty
six thousand, five hundred that they have at the same dealership.
Speaker 20 (01:24:58):
No.
Speaker 1 (01:24:58):
Yeah, yeah, she was in that one. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
she was in that one.
Speaker 12 (01:25:02):
And that was That one is a slightly different color grade,
but it's yes, she did get in that one.
Speaker 4 (01:25:09):
Mm hmmm.
Speaker 1 (01:25:11):
Chris is upset that you spent twenty thousand dollars on
a sixteen year old's first vehicle.
Speaker 4 (01:25:16):
Okay, any warranty on this vehicle?
Speaker 1 (01:25:19):
D I don't know. I'll find out today.
Speaker 12 (01:25:26):
It's so good, uh so I'll put money down and then.
Speaker 1 (01:25:31):
Car dealership stay in business. I love that vehicle. So
then did you guys did she test drive this?
Speaker 8 (01:25:36):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (01:25:37):
I just said that she did. Okay, so you did
drive her well? Good in it?
Speaker 12 (01:25:40):
She said she likes the breaking. It's got a lot
of safe features in it. So we've agreed that she
is going to pay for the insurance and she is
paying gas.
Speaker 1 (01:25:52):
How's she gonna pay that? She has no money?
Speaker 12 (01:25:54):
She has one of the moms has her set to
work and babysit, and she'll also work the donut truck.
Speaker 1 (01:26:03):
Never gonna happen, Okay, it just won't. I know how
kids are. It's the same thing as when you buy
him a pet. I'll take it out on a walk.
I'll clean up it spoop every day. That last approximately
four days before the kids like it's kind of cold out.
I don't want to take the dog out. It's just yeah,
that's okay. Well, I was thinking you paid twenty five.
(01:26:24):
Oh no, no, I can't do twenty five. I'm telling
you right now, why are you thinking that time? Just
because I'm looking at the cars, the available cars that
they have.
Speaker 5 (01:26:31):
It was not on the lot we did.
Speaker 1 (01:26:33):
Was on the walk we go. We did go through. Well,
they tell you, they go, oh, this is a secret car.
Speaker 18 (01:26:38):
He said.
Speaker 1 (01:26:40):
He showed me the PaperWorks owner. The owner wants to
drive this one, but I'll sell it to you.
Speaker 12 (01:26:44):
No, he showed me his calendar. He just the person
is from my area, worked from home, didn't drive that much.
Speaker 6 (01:26:53):
The thirty thousand dollars cheap compass. This is twenty twenty three.
It's twenty five grand.
Speaker 12 (01:26:59):
Well, when Gianna got in, it had only like eleven
it's twenty five thousand.
Speaker 1 (01:27:05):
It had very few I don't remember.
Speaker 12 (01:27:06):
We looked at so many, very few miles on it,
so that's why it was more expensive.
Speaker 8 (01:27:09):
Somebody just called and said that they actually changed the
engine between the twenty twenty two and the twenty twenty
three because they had so many problems with the engine.
Speaker 1 (01:27:17):
Oh no, oh my god, Steve, you're on Rovery's Morning Glory.
Good morning, Steve, Hey, good morning, thanks.
Speaker 15 (01:27:26):
I just bought a twenty twenty five Chiep Compass from
my fiance in December. It just got traded in last
week because it's terrible. I can tell you. I paid
twenty five thousand for it. I have four thousand miles.
If you drive it for a week, you'll find out
things like, oh, the lights for where your mirror is
(01:27:49):
in the visor, they're there, but they're not hooked up
by Jeep to save money. Weird stuff.
Speaker 1 (01:27:55):
That's got a good star. That's aw right.
Speaker 5 (01:27:57):
Actually, I'm sorry that you had an issue.
Speaker 1 (01:28:00):
I'm excited. Which one did you get you twenty twenty
two or at twenty twenty three to twenty twenty two.
So she has the old engine model is that I'm
going to be fine. So what you're saying, Crystal, the
old engine, the old rotten engine.
Speaker 8 (01:28:13):
Huh stop it wait, that's what the listener said.
Speaker 1 (01:28:17):
Yeah, I mean relax.
Speaker 8 (01:28:20):
I can't say anything about Dougie and this car because
I'm a spoiled brat and I drove a very nice
Camaro which I wrecked, and then my stepdad bought us
a brand new Ford Focus after that, paid for it
and we never had to make payments or anything. We
drove that car until it died, I mean a decade later.
Speaker 1 (01:28:42):
But your first car you owned, you wrecked. Yeah, well,
hopefully this is a sports car. And I hydroplaned on
some water entering the highway.
Speaker 8 (01:28:51):
I was a dead stop, hit the gas a little
too hard and hydroplaned and hit a cement wall with it.
But it was a Camaro, but I still I was.
They bought us a brand new car after that, so
I cannot say anything about her spending whatever she wants
to on her daughter's car.
Speaker 1 (01:29:10):
How much are you putting down? I don't know. Am
I put so high right now?
Speaker 7 (01:29:17):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (01:29:17):
Yeah, it's a.
Speaker 12 (01:29:17):
Low interest, right, I don't know, because that's what we're
gonna do today.
Speaker 6 (01:29:20):
It looks like just I mean just an estimate. You're
looking at like four hundred and fifteen dollars a month. No, no,
what do you think?
Speaker 1 (01:29:27):
So if I put I don't know. I got to figure.
See if you put a lot down, I put ten,
and then I own a car. I'll own that car.
And then if she well, after you make the payments.
Speaker 12 (01:29:37):
Yeah, so if I owe ten thousand, I loan take
a loan on on ten thousand.
Speaker 6 (01:29:41):
Yeah, pay that over years. Yeah, you'll eventually own the car.
That'll be great if it's still if the car still exists.
Speaker 1 (01:29:48):
Okay, I don't think you're not you're underestimating what a
sixteen year old does a vehicle. The vehicle is gorgeous.
It's a nice car. There's nothing wrong with the car.
Speaker 12 (01:29:58):
All kinds of features in it that will keep her safe.
That's what I want. So call me crazy. I will
do whatever I need to do to keep her.
Speaker 4 (01:30:06):
Seeing company that somebody, I don't know how you say
this guy's name.
Speaker 1 (01:30:12):
He says. The twenty twenty two Jeep Compass primarily suffers
from engine stalling, excessive oil consumption, and severe electrical gremlins.
Tied to the engine Control Unit ECU and auto start
stop system. Many of these issues are linked to the
aging two point four Leader Tiger Shark engine, which generates
a disproportionately high number of powertrain complaints. Oh has that
(01:30:35):
auto stops at the light? It stops? It didn't do
that when we drove it. Can you turn it off
permanently or only like per trail? I don't know it
didn't have that because they probably got into the car
turned it off real because everyone everyone hates that and
it sounds annoying, but it's annoying. It immediate express the
gas car goes. You don't even notice it now, you
know it's yeah, I drive it with it every day.
Speaker 7 (01:30:58):
Nah.
Speaker 1 (01:31:00):
Literally, I thought I want to thank you. I thought
the same thing that you like, because when I hear
cars do it like that sucks. It has to take
time to press the gas and the car starts. It's immediate,
DOUI do do what you guys can get all you
want out of money.
Speaker 4 (01:31:15):
So twenty grand, but you know does that include text, title.
Speaker 1 (01:31:18):
Everything, all everything, title and registration on I am set
all good? Mm hmmm, all right, Well you're just jealous
because I did this without you. Are you kidding? Yeah?
Why would I be jealous about that? Because I'm happy
(01:31:41):
anything you do on your own without calling me me.
You know, she can't even log into her computer. She
can't do anything aesthetic. So anything you can do on
your own without calling me and involving me, I I'm thrilled.
Speaker 5 (01:31:55):
Oh no, I think you're jealous, Damien.
Speaker 4 (01:31:58):
You're on Rover's Morning Glory. Good morning, Amien.
Speaker 1 (01:32:01):
Hey, what's up, Robriate? What's happened?
Speaker 15 (01:32:05):
I just wanted to inform you guys.
Speaker 11 (01:32:07):
Those jeep, those deep compasses that particularly.
Speaker 1 (01:32:10):
That year, that two point four leader.
Speaker 15 (01:32:12):
Tiger Shark, I think it is engine those.
Speaker 1 (01:32:14):
Are notorious for burning oil.
Speaker 18 (01:32:16):
So, especially with the younger kid driving around, you're.
Speaker 1 (01:32:18):
Gonna want to make sure that you keep up on
the oil checks and the oil change. She doesn't do,
does not know. She does not do maintenance. Another thing
that she doesn't do. I know this isn't directly effect
maybe in the winter time it will. But she also
doesn't wash her car ever.
Speaker 11 (01:32:36):
Never washes her car underneath.
Speaker 1 (01:32:38):
Yeah, never washes her car. She'll go the winter without
washing her car. All that salt eaten right through.
Speaker 12 (01:32:46):
I'm so excited This is exactly. I know so many
people that it's gonna be great.
Speaker 1 (01:32:52):
I've got to take a break. We have the award
winning She is coming up in just a few minutes.
Will be right back. Hang on.
Speaker 13 (01:33:02):
Rover is emotionally constipated. That's a nice way of saying
he doesn't give it.
Speaker 1 (01:33:08):
Rover's Morning Glory, Keith, you're on Rover's Morning Glory. Good
morning Keith, Good morning, Rover. How are you hey? What's happening, Bud?
I was calling about the Keep Compass she's purchasing.
Speaker 4 (01:33:23):
Yes, yes, I'm driving one right now.
Speaker 1 (01:33:27):
That's at ninety nine and seventy one miles. The only
problem I've.
Speaker 18 (01:33:33):
Had out of it is the auxiliary battery, which I
didn't you know.
Speaker 1 (01:33:40):
But uh, if she's buying a new compass for her,
best thing to do, I have twenty years in the
car business.
Speaker 21 (01:33:48):
Tell her to.
Speaker 1 (01:33:49):
Check with the dealership about an all pay lease.
Speaker 16 (01:33:53):
At all pay leaves.
Speaker 18 (01:33:54):
She could probably get her daughter in that for two
to three years for about.
Speaker 15 (01:33:59):
Ken green and do.
Speaker 1 (01:34:01):
She always keeps saying that she only needs this car
for two years, And I'm like, you're going to have
this car longer than two years. I'm not buying her.
It's a used car that I'm getting now I'm speaking
of that being a used car.
Speaker 4 (01:34:14):
Keith, thank you speaking of that. Do you want to
hear how stupid.
Speaker 1 (01:34:18):
Doo she is? Charlie? Of course?
Speaker 4 (01:34:21):
What was this text message you got during the commercial break?
Speaker 12 (01:34:25):
The guy that sold it to me said it's a
twenty twenty three, not a twenty twenty two.
Speaker 1 (01:34:31):
So I okay, all right, that's actually that you're getting
a deal because the twenty twenty three on their lot,
or you're lying, the twenty twenty three on their lot
that you said it's not listed, is twenty five thousand.
This one was not. Yeah, I'm just saying I'm or
you're not getting it for twenty you're getting more for
twenty five.
Speaker 5 (01:34:51):
I'm not spending twenty five twenty two.
Speaker 1 (01:34:53):
I'm telling you, I'm not spending that. Tell your twenty
thousand is the number twenty? Well you do have it.
Speaker 4 (01:34:59):
So she doesn't even know the year that she was getting.
Speaker 1 (01:35:01):
It's interesting, doesn't even know the year. And I'm really excited.
You guys can just sit there and I'm excited for Gianna.
That's a big deal to get a new car. And
we're making it your Yes, your mother is an idiot.
We all know that it's a dumb car to get
a sixteen years I don't think it's a dumb Your daughter,
she's really scored. She's this is great for her. It's
(01:35:22):
great to have a stupid mom. Yeah, I wish my
mom could have been dumber when I was a kid. No,
it's a nice it's very nice car, very nice. It's just.
Speaker 20 (01:35:33):
It's just parking lots, parking garages, bumping into things, and
such a nice car.
Speaker 1 (01:35:39):
Tell me about Gianna's parking skills in the six months
he's been driving with her, She's just going to park
away from everything. Is she able to park in a
parking car? Nover, I don't let her park. She doesn't.
She doesn't even allow Gianna to park her car because
she's so bad at parking.
Speaker 5 (01:35:56):
Really, thanks for ruining it everyone.
Speaker 1 (01:36:00):
Hey, I find my dash cam of Rover doing Speaking
of driving, now, you want to turn it on me? Okay,
because remember earlier today, Jeffery and I were having a
nice little drive in and then somebody just came out
of nowhere, just cutting through the wrong lane. Somebody, here's
what bad out of hell? Illegal driving moves, very illegal driving. No, no, no,
(01:36:22):
I was actually being safe. If you really want to
know what was going on. I make a left hand
turn and I'm turning left and right before I turn left,
like you know, you turn during a break in traffic. Well,
a car is coming the opposite way of me, and
they turn right onto the same street that I'm turning
left on. Well, this bonehead just sits there behind this
(01:36:45):
truck that is backing in. Who knows how long this
truck is going to you know, like a big semi truck,
and how long they're going to be. So this bone
head sits behind the truck. You could easily go right
around the truck, right around it, keep going. So now
I'm in the middle of turning left expecting this person
to go and they don't. Now I'm going to be
(01:37:07):
blocking laying the three lanes of traffic if I don't
make a move. So I, because of my cat like reflexes,
I'm able to immediately drive around the idiot that's sitting
there blocking traffic and get to my destination safely by.
Speaker 6 (01:37:25):
Doing a bunch of illegal moves. Driving on the wrong
side of the road, going on the wrong left of center. Well,
let me see, let me let me analyze. There you go,
just remember safety first. So there's car in front of me.
Speaker 1 (01:37:37):
I turn, you have a right away because you're turning right,
and I go, oh wait, there's a stopped. And then
I see this psycho driving totally completely around the cones
that he claims this is all one way. Here you
go completely. There's all the barriers. You're not supposed to
be on that side. You're not supposed to be on
(01:37:58):
that site. And those are not barriers. Those are permanent.
It's like where I was going right that and you're
like like, oh, the guy sat there for minutes. Watch
how fast you just don't get to go. Here's you.
You just don't get to go. So I'm no, I'm
waiting to turn left. Now I get to turn left,
and now I'm I'm blocked in here, So I go,
(01:38:20):
I can't wait for these idiots to Why couldn't you
stop right there? Because why I'm going around this truck.
This truck is all love to get a bunch of
time here. What if I also want to rubber here's
way you're making your mistake. What if I also did
that at the same moment, I would have hit you
because I have more of the right way. I'm behind
this guy. You can't you can't go into the wrong
(01:38:41):
lane to why didn't you because I've got in the
wrong lane to start out. Once you're starting out in
the light, I say you didn't know, because what do
you know. My first argument was, that's not even no,
it's all one way. It's clearly not and you don't
have the right way.
Speaker 8 (01:38:55):
If you're turning left, you should be waiting to turn
left and not actually going, especially if you see the
lane that you're stopped.
Speaker 1 (01:39:06):
And then I didn't expect these idiots to just not
make a move and sit there like a bump on
the wall. I would hit you. No, No, you should have.
Speaker 12 (01:39:13):
No.
Speaker 1 (01:39:13):
I would have seen you the amount of seconds I've
seen you, and I would have navigated onto the sidewalk
to avoid being It's just a show here. I see
this for I turned, it's fifty nine boom, I go
oh one second, two second, three second four?
Speaker 6 (01:39:30):
Si rovers already there. Oh this is highly illegal. Oh
my god. I hope a prosecutor doesn't see that.
Speaker 1 (01:39:35):
No proutor would obviously there be no prosecution for something
like this, because they'd go you know, you had to
navigate around these two idiots that were just blocking traffic there,
and you had an important radio show to start. We
understand sir, idiots. And look how fast it happened. I
waited for a total rovers like it was gonna be
(01:39:56):
waiting there. I am no, no, see that's not me right
in front of him, that's looking me all the way
down the street, all the way down there, because he
did I legal move. By the time that you're yeah,
he said it's gonna be, I was gonna be sitting
there forever. Look how long this took. Awaited like a
patient that going and I'm already I'm already pulling into
the parking garage and you're still waiting. Crazy. I could
(01:40:17):
not believe that somebody's coming down uron Oh my god,
the family family four, that's been so bad. Where would
they be coming from here on? We're so lucky the
way I come every single day they go home. If
the people were coming there came around here, let me
just you're in their lane. You're in the in their lane,
Yeah you are. You know I'm not at this point.
(01:40:38):
You were in the lane. That is the lane, and
I take every single day lane, right that's a turn lane.
I think that when I go home every day as well.
I you know, I just didn't see if there's nobody coming,
you don't know. From this point forward, it's one way,
which is the way that I'm going right there, that's
right exactly. You're still around so yes, for a grand
total of twenty feet. I drove in the opposite lane
(01:40:58):
for twenty feet. They around there would say, oh, only
twenty feet. He's gonna pull me over why because they
see Chocolate Charlie's car there and they immediately go and
they pull him out of the car, and the resume
and hit him over there with the night sticks because
they know he's a due question. They just they wave me.
They go right, please, mister French, take that way, because again,
(01:41:21):
if somebodyho's turning the family for they're playing going to
the Cavs game tonight, maybe a guardian game pulled my uh,
they can't hear you. My head follows where is the
family of four coming? Where are they coming from? There?
There's knowing you can't see the daunt see them. I
can see go back to that. He knows what he's
(01:41:42):
talking about. They go back. There's a blind to the
no people who don't know this intersection. The point where
it's one way is from that do not enter sign
right there to the line. It's twenty feet twenty feet.
There's no family from where I'm driving. Hit play, hip
hip play, hip play. Just go from that point right
(01:42:05):
there to forward. It's all one way. I'm going to
correct diction. Yeah, the judge would agree. All those all
those barricades and lines, those aren't for opposing traffic. That's
all going the same way that I'm going. Because the
truck is going the wrong way. They probably arrest him
first for just what's he doing? Willy nilly, he's just
(01:42:25):
putting his truck. His truck's pointing. He is actually pointing
the wrong way in traffic. Very curious. Now, So if
he if they went to pull me over, all I'd
have to do is his point Just point at that
semi truck. The cop would look over there and go, oh,
that's the person I started the whole thing. Arlie and
(01:42:46):
that cop didn't you have to go to court? No,
he didn't point Before Charlie went around the park to
cop at the same intersection. It was just like he
can you know, like he like he owns the road
and cop. The cop took one look at him because that,
guys of punk, We're so lucky that somebody wasn't trying.
Charlie pointed with his middle finger at the com uh huh.
(01:43:07):
Somebody driving down that street taking the family to the
big city. Check it out. And then you just happened
to just get smashed by Rover because he had to
be somewhere. Didn't hit anybody today. Totally totally shafe. How
many times is he doing this? Caught on camera? But
he could be doing this the time. I doubt it.
Speaker 4 (01:43:29):
Yes, it's the first time.
Speaker 1 (01:43:30):
The two idiots sat there behind a truck and they
just sat there and didn't moved and go around.
Speaker 4 (01:43:35):
It and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited.
Speaker 20 (01:43:38):
So five seconds. I just I don't know if it
was worth it to p everybody's life, is it?
Speaker 1 (01:43:43):
Charlie's just jealous that I get away with it, and
he doesn't that he's that's hey, that's like hops so much? Yeah,
which is it? I drove on the wrong side of
the road for eight fright eight feet yep, eight He
couldn't wait the five seconds? Impatient? I hate to get
the war, so did I, and there's only limited slots
available to turn left. There's so much traffic coming to
(01:44:06):
the opposite direction. I had to go, and I can't
go because Charlie's slow grammar driving ass is taking up
the whole whole. Hey, I just I'm just out there
and a casual observer of legal crimes that I went,
say my roade. Charlie shouldn't even be talking right now
because he shouldn't even be driving whatever vehicle he has.
Where's his truck with the license plate? Maybe we need
(01:44:27):
a refund of the forty three and fourteen dollars because
I don't see a truck with Epstein on the back.
I don't see that plate anywhere in this video. Yeah,
I'm not driving it. What do you mean? I'm just saying,
mister Epstein's parked in the driveway?
Speaker 20 (01:44:43):
Show you, mister Epstein. Here's mister Epstein right here. That's
mister Epstein right there, here's mister Epstein. The rules don't
apply way as private eyelands.
Speaker 1 (01:44:58):
Wagon. Yes exactly.
Speaker 8 (01:45:00):
Huh Wait your pajamas do say rovers morning glory.
Speaker 1 (01:45:04):
On the side? All right, Dougi, are you ready for
the shizzy?
Speaker 13 (01:45:11):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (01:45:11):
Here we go, Kitahizzy.
Speaker 12 (01:45:14):
On rovers Morning Glory, SpaceX set a price of one
hundred and thirty five dollars per share for its IPO yesterday,
targeting a valuation of one point seven seven trillion dollars.
Speaker 1 (01:45:28):
So this could make this a lot of money. I
you know, they I don't know about this. I don't
know if I agree with this. Should you buy any No? No,
I'm not gonna look. Maybe they've done good things, but
that kind of one point seven seven trillion dollars? Yeah,
(01:45:49):
how much money are they earning? That's you know, let's
take a look at that. Do they have any profitability?
Speaker 12 (01:45:56):
Well, it says one point seven seven trillion and a
fundraise of seventy five billion.
Speaker 1 (01:46:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 12 (01:46:01):
I don't know what that means, which would make it
the largest initial public offering in history.
Speaker 1 (01:46:05):
What does this seventy five billion mean? I don't know. Yeah.
Speaker 12 (01:46:12):
They said that Elon Musk will retain approximately eighty two
point four percent of the voting power after the offering,
so they say it's not a slam dunk for Elon,
though analyst Nicholas Owens published a note arguing that SpaceX's
actual value is closer to seven hundred and eighty billion,
about half of its degy.
Speaker 1 (01:46:32):
That may be.
Speaker 4 (01:46:33):
That may be, let's see.
Speaker 1 (01:46:34):
The reported the company reported a net loss of five
billion dollars in twenty twenty five. So yeah, I don't know.
Look maybe they I think Tesla is way over valued too,
but whatever.
Speaker 4 (01:46:51):
Come on.
Speaker 12 (01:46:51):
Flesh eating New World screwworm was found in Mexico, just
twenty five miles from the US border. It's the closest
the parasite has come to American soil since at least last.
Speaker 5 (01:47:02):
September, according to the USDA.
Speaker 12 (01:47:05):
They said the case involved a five year old goat
in Mexico's Kuala Jula state, which shares a border with
southwestern Texas. The USDA secretary called it a very very
serious threat to our livestock. At least twenty six thousand
cases have been tracked across Mexico right over there, with
(01:47:26):
more than twenty seven hundred still active. The USDA later
reported a possible Texas case, which is in a small
community about fifty miles from the border.
Speaker 5 (01:47:35):
So they say it's getting a little bit closer.
Speaker 1 (01:47:37):
And this could be detrimental.
Speaker 12 (01:47:40):
The screw worm larvae feed on the living tissue of
warm blooded animals and an outbreak across the Texas economy
alone almost two billion dollars. Game two of the Stanley
Cup Finals tonight a pm Eastern on ABC.
Speaker 5 (01:47:56):
The Carolina Hurricanes will host.
Speaker 12 (01:47:58):
The Vegas Golden Knights.
Speaker 5 (01:47:59):
They leads the series one to zero.
Speaker 12 (01:48:03):
Shia Labuff pleaded guilty yesterday to three counts of simple
battery and was sentenced to probation for.
Speaker 5 (01:48:09):
A Marty Gras brawl in New Orleans. You've never gotten
that fight?
Speaker 1 (01:48:13):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 12 (01:48:14):
He'll be required to attend an alcohol treatment program as
part of his probation.
Speaker 1 (01:48:18):
So, I guess Nick and Rochester says they're selling seventy
five billion worth and shares, So that makes sense for
the SpaceX stuff. So the shares that they're offering total
seventy five billion dollars, and the percentage of the company
that you're getting for that seventy.
Speaker 4 (01:48:34):
Five billion dollars in available stock.
Speaker 1 (01:48:37):
Would value the total company at one point seven seven
trillion dollars. I don't know. That's a good idea.
Speaker 12 (01:48:46):
And finally, the latest installment of the Scary Movie franchise
is out this weekend.
Speaker 4 (01:48:53):
I love those movies.
Speaker 1 (01:48:55):
I'ven't seen a lot of them. I'd like the first few. Fine,
I like those. They say it's going to rule the
box office this weekend.
Speaker 12 (01:49:00):
It's the first Geary movie since twenty thirteen, bringing Anna
Ferris and Regina Hall back to the comedy series. They
say about seventy million dollars in the debut weekend. Although
I did see a commercial and I did not laugh once.
When I saw the promo for I was like, it
looks a little different too.
Speaker 1 (01:49:21):
Her face looks a little different. She is, well, you're
a lot she's a lot older since the lie.
Speaker 12 (01:49:25):
I think it's she had surgery. Maybe I'm not really sure,
but we'll see how well it does. They say about
seventy million dollars. They didn't go that's to Shizzy on
Rover's Morning Boy.
Speaker 1 (01:49:34):

Speaker 1 (01:49:54):
No, my last name is not Shrilla and Netflix is
not making part two of The Crash starring me. No,
that's guys are over dramatic if I've ever seen a
bunch of old ladies bitching and moaning about driving, I
think I've just been driving down in Florida too much.
This is how people drive in Florida. Oh my god.
(01:50:18):
You have to drive like that or they're going to
run you right off the road. You have to hold
your own defensive driving. John. In Houston, you're on Rover's Morning.
Glory Morning, John, Hey, Doozy.
Speaker 11 (01:50:36):
The coolest mom in the world. I'm just curious now
that the girls each have a truck that should free
you up to drop the yellow are author once.
Speaker 1 (01:50:45):
In a while at work, right, Oh yes, and she
won't have an excuse for having to get out of
things all the time. I have to pick up. Oh
I have this, I have that? Oh you just I can't.
I got I got a lot going on. That's the
phrase that using for the past two years that drives
me saying I can't. I can't. I can't either, I
can can't, I can't, I can't do this job. I can't,
(01:51:07):
I can't, I can't. Somebody says something she does I can't. Yes, John,
I do believe that, Dougie. Maybe, And this poor guy
does need he needs a ride Dougie. In fact, maybe
I maybe on Tuesdays and Thursdays, maybe I would let
you leave a little bit early just to give him
a ride to the fence company. That I mean, I
(01:51:27):
don't work for you. I worked for Keith Hoskins. I've
kind of like spotted this guy around, Like if you
see Jeffrey there, he is spotted just a short while
ago at the gas station after he left here, staring
at his phone like a he just cannot get off
that phone. That's only a couple of blocks from here.
(01:51:48):
Did he walk? That's again, for some reason, he walks
to the gas station a decent walk. That's a decent
oh yeah, ten to fifteen minutes problem, it's probably yeah,
at least a tenlock for ten twelve minutes the uber
from there to save money.
Speaker 4 (01:52:04):
And then where did he get that bag from?
Speaker 1 (01:52:06):
Because I thought he would get the bag of whatever
he wanted at the gas station, but he didn't. He
got the bag he brought He brought it in today.
That's yeah, oh okay, all right, he had it with
him today. Why would he go to that gas station?
Tall boy PEPSI? Because if anything, you'd.
Speaker 22 (01:52:24):
Want to well, I mean, avoid that gas station. Well, yeah,
that gas station is the shooting. That's the stabbing station,
you know, that's the one where I saw what like
a naked Yeah, what was the naked guy doing with
and people?
Speaker 1 (01:52:40):
I saw a naked guy and people were just like
trying to continue pumping gas like nothing's even happening, and
this guy's like air humping. He's completely naked because they
don't want to make eye contact because who knows what's
going to happen with that gas station?
Speaker 6 (01:52:54):
Last we could go today last Thursday to get gas
there because I was very low and I was like,
that's the only gas station and there's just a man
having a very loud, loud argument with nobody with.
Speaker 1 (01:53:04):
Himself, with himself. It took me while to realize he's
on bluetooth, but I thought he was just like losing
it and he's just pacing and screaming and yelling. Yeah,
that's a little bit of a sketchy gas station. There
are they behind the bulletproof glass when you go in there.
I don't go in. I've never been in.
Speaker 4 (01:53:20):
I've been in that, but not for like ten or
fifteen years.
Speaker 1 (01:53:23):
I haven't been in there. But poor Jeffrey and what
what What is sort of interesting is he's I guess
you could go down you can make a left on
what street is that there? I guess you could go
down the street through the gas station because you're kind
of on the opposite side of the road at that
gas station that you want to be on to get
(01:53:44):
on the highway. You want to be on the other
side because you want to get on the All the
un ramps are right there in the south you want
to be, So you think you'd want to be picked
up like more of like Progressive Field or something. That
would be the ideal location. Top right in the car
that I just goes straight right on the seventy seven
South right.
Speaker 8 (01:54:02):
Nope, you could turn right there and then get on
seventy seven South from there there's another Yeah, but that's.
Speaker 1 (01:54:08):
A construction that that's a detour going on right there
right now. Anyway, I've got to take a break. We'll
be right back on Rover's Morning Glory. Hang on. Just remember,
Jeffrey lo Roque, you're a sample.
Speaker 10 (01:54:22):
It's Rover's Morning Glory.
Speaker 1 (01:54:36):
I was reading about the you know, the case. We've
talked about it quite a bit. That eighteen year old
girl who was murdered on the cruise ship the Carnival
Horizon by her allegedly by her sixteen year old step brother,
Timothy Hudson is his name. Her name was Anna Keepner,
(01:54:58):
and she was found dead under the bed, like stuffed
under the bed in this cruise ship, in the room.
Speaker 4 (01:55:03):
That she was.
Speaker 1 (01:55:06):
Staying in with her stepbrother and then their other uh
there was another kid like her other stepbrother. I think
he was younger, like twelve or fourteen or something. I
don't know how anyway, so she was killed allegedly by
the sixteen year old stepbrother. But I guess what I'm
reading now is this is Jesus. I mean, this is
(01:55:26):
this is I felt bad for this girl's family because
first of all, the poor girl gets murdered, right, and
if you're murdered by your stepbrother, I can't think of
too many things worse than that. And allegedly sexually assaulted
by the stepbrother, I guess. But now they say that
some unsealed court documents say that there they collected a
(01:55:51):
rape kit from her body, you know where they're swabbing
for various you know whatever they're doing, semen, DNA, whatever,
and they found DNA from two unidentified males. One they
have determined is this step brother. They've got his DNA
(01:56:13):
from her rape kid. And then they go, oh, we
haven't been able to match the other DNA. However, they
say that they did collect a sample from an underage
out of state teenager meaning probably like seventeen would be
my guest she was eighteen, because she allegedly had sex
(01:56:35):
with this underage out of state teenager on the boat yeh,
at some point during this cruise, yes, like a day
or two before. So now the parents have to read
about that. Could you imagine this that your daughter ends
up getting killed? And on top of that, you go, wait,
(01:56:56):
she hooked up with some guy that she met on
the boat and had said them while we're out on
our family vacation. That's like, that's the last thing you
want to hear, right, you don't want to Yeah, why
do we have to know that stuff? Is it any
of our business? Well, you have to know because we
have transparency in the court system. So that's how we
ensure that the right conclusions and there's no cover ups
(01:57:19):
and things like that. So, uh, that is that's the
way our justice system works. And unfortunately there are some
embarrassing things or things that maybe you don't want out there.
But that's just the way that it's the way that
it is. I just could you imagine being that that
mother was because I think the mother was on the cruise, right,
wasn't the mother on the cruise with them? And then
(01:57:40):
she married a guy and the guy is the one
who had that sixteen year old son, and that's the
one who's allegedly killed her. And Charlie told me that
people online were saying, she's a slut? Is that what
you say? I saw because I saw that whatever this
information that she had sex with somebody, They're like, oh, what,
what a slut?
Speaker 4 (01:58:00):
So that's what eighteen year old kids do. I hate
to break.
Speaker 1 (01:58:03):
It's there and they were like, the kid must have
been seventeen, so it's under it. It's not just a break.
I think people like to just be as awful awful
as possible online, And if you do, you would never
do that in person. If I have it as somebody
that you knew and nobody, look, this is your this
is what eighteen year old seventeen and eighteen year olds do.
(01:58:26):
This would have been a dream. I never went on
a cruise when I was eighteen years old. You know,
my family never took me on a cruise vacation when
I was seventeen, But if they did, do you know
what I would have spent the entire cruise doing trying
to do is hard to find some chick to have
sex with.
Speaker 8 (01:58:43):
Of course, I mean I wasn't looking to have sex,
but I was sixteen on the Disney cruise and we
were allowed to run around on the boat, and I
was meeting young teenage boys, hanging out with them all week.
I have a picture with these two guys I hung
out with and they were just so fun. The one
I just wanted to make out with him. He was
so cute. And that's what I was doing, was hanging
out with these guys making connections.
Speaker 1 (01:59:06):
Didjamake guyt with them on the Disney Crush?
Speaker 8 (01:59:08):
Probably, I don't recall, but I mean we've hung out
all every day. There's a teen only room where parents
aren't allowed even in, so all your teens hanging out,
they make smoothies at the bar for you.
Speaker 1 (01:59:20):
And so that's what I was doing, was running them
up with these guys. Yeah, I mean I don't that
doesn't make her a slut. That makes her a normal
eighteen year old. You're on vacation. Yeah, And the thing
that sucks about it isn't that you know, I'm not naive.
I don't think anybody should be naive. This is what
eighteen year olds do. Okay, this is this is normal
behavior actually, and frankly, thank god they're actually having sex
(01:59:43):
because most of these kids, they're so involved in porn
and their phones and everything else that they and they're
so afraid to talk to one another they don't even
have sex anymore. So hallelujah to that. The thing that
sucks about it that is her parents. You have to
hear about that, like it just kind of like you
(02:00:07):
don't want to You don't want to think about that,
do you? And Jesus, how.
Speaker 4 (02:00:11):
Unlucky is the kid that actually had sex with her?
Speaker 1 (02:00:16):
Think about that? Oh you know who he is?
Speaker 16 (02:00:18):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (02:00:18):
They know who. They interviewed the kid, do.
Speaker 12 (02:00:21):
They, So he's got to tell his story. And then
is that why the brother got mad because she was
with some other kid?
Speaker 1 (02:00:29):
Well? Possibly, I don't know, is that leading up to
who knows? It's it's entirely possible. And do they know?
Imagine you're that kid you're like, this is the unbelievable.
You're like, oh my god, I got laid on vacation,
Like what is that? Like a mill one in a
million shots? Like yeah, you always think that when you're
(02:00:50):
going on vacation, because I can remember going on vacation
sometimes when I was about that age, and you think
you're gonna meet some girl. Never do never, never, not
even close. You might have thought, like a girl's nipple
on an accident when she was getting out of a pool,
that would be something that you'd say forever, but not
actually communicating with one. This kid actually gets laid on
(02:01:12):
vacation on a cruise ship, and then the girl that
he that he screwed ends up getting murdered a day
or two later, and then the FBI comes in, and
I mean, how unlucky could you possibly be? So yeah,
I feel bad for these I mean, look, it's not
the the worst part is that she was murdered, But
(02:01:34):
the second, the worst part is now all I mean
to hear all this private stuff that comes out, and
then and then and then hearing that, I think and
I think they found in this in this, in this
rape kit, they found two sets of male DNA one
(02:01:55):
one set of sperm, meaning that the other DNA was
from an unidentified male. But it wasn't sperm. It's just
regular DNA whatever that means. And the sperm that was
found I believe is I think it actually doesn't say
(02:02:17):
whether that is the unidentified out of state minor that
she slept with, or it doesn't say if that's from
the stepbrother. But whatever DNA they got from the vaginal swab,
maybe that is the sperm I don't know, is definitely
from the stepbrother.
Speaker 4 (02:02:33):
They say, so, what do you think happened?
Speaker 1 (02:02:36):
You think that that stepbrother was jealous that she had
hooked up with somebody.
Speaker 12 (02:02:42):
Yeah, maybe this other guy can give some kind of insight.
Maybe he knew, he's known the whole time that was
the girl I slept with, and he never said anything, right,
Oh I don't know, No, No, he would you tell,
say that you banged a chick and then you're like.
Speaker 1 (02:03:00):
Oh god, oh yeah, I would tell immediately. I'd like
tell my mom If I was on vacation with my
mom when I was seventeen and I screwed a chick
on a cruise ship and then she ends up dead,
you bet your ass I'm being like real quick, because
they're going to find that out somehow with cameras everywhere.
Speaker 8 (02:03:15):
Yeah, I would want to admit, hey, I was seen
with her prior to her death.
Speaker 1 (02:03:19):
Yeah, I think I would. Maybe that's not the right
thing to do, but I think I would just be like, yeah,
oh my god, that's crazy because I just slept with
that girl a day or two ago. You don't want
to draw a suspicion to yourself, though, so I understand
why maybe you wouldn't say anything.
Speaker 4 (02:03:32):
But also, kids, they can't help but talk.
Speaker 1 (02:03:35):
They open up their big mouths. And one of the
kids friends, I'm sure they were a group of friends
probably or whatever. He's probably like, yeah, they all knew.
Everybody on that cruise ship knew somebody got murdered. I'm
sure quickly within a matter of minute, they're like, oh
my god, it was the chick that you were with
last night, Bill or whatever the kid's name is. Scott
(02:03:59):
says it was the boy trying to live out one
of those slept with your stepsister fantasy porns or Joshua
says the kids were sharing a room. Maybe this step
son walked in on his stepsister. Anything's possible. At this point,
I have no idea. What's what's going on there? Oh boy, what.
Speaker 4 (02:04:19):
A terrible it's awful, terrible situation.
Speaker 1 (02:04:23):
Man. Here's a here's a text message from a woman.
She wants to know whether this is bad or not.
She writes, I am horny all the time. I love
(02:04:45):
my husband and I don't want to cheat on him
with a guy. He was out of town last night,
so I randomly texted this girl pretty much saying, let's
hook up. And I think she's in love with me.
Now I was just trying to get off. So she says, uh,
am I wrong for looking for a girl just to
(02:05:05):
hook up with my husband?
Speaker 4 (02:05:07):
Wouldn't care?
Speaker 1 (02:05:09):
That's still cheating? Well, but not if the husband wouldn't care, well,
I would say a couple of things with this. You
say the husband wouldn't care, what do he? I don't know?
Speaker 4 (02:05:18):
Would he care that he didn't know about it?
Speaker 1 (02:05:20):
Yeah? Why are you hiding us?
Speaker 12 (02:05:21):
Then?
Speaker 1 (02:05:22):
Well, I don't know if she's hiding and she does
you know to us? Although she does say she wants
to be anonymous, it does did did your husband know
about that? Because if you like, if if my wife, look,
I'm a I'm a regular guy d hot to think
about my wife with some other chick, right, Well, I wouldn't,
(02:05:46):
would you mind, Charlie, No, but I'd want to know.
I'd be like, well, that's pretty cool, soet some pictures
of that exactly, that's what? Exactly? Why are you doing
this and not telling me? At least be in the
room and crank one out why you're going at it like,
I'll just I'll just are you don't even put me
like behind a curtain or something, peak out, You don't
even have to look at me. But I just want
to know. I would like to know, right if you're
doing it behind But if if my wife did that
(02:06:07):
behind my back, oh, then I'd be Yeah, I wouldn't
be happy. Like if I if I figured out, like, like,
my wife is at home having sex with a woman
right now and she never told me, I'd.
Speaker 8 (02:06:18):
Be like, what, that's weird or even just dirty texting
enough that she's able to complete and that to me
is still cheating.
Speaker 1 (02:06:27):
So do you think? And I don't know the answer
to this just from rating this text message. She says
he was out of town last night, so I randomly
texted this girl pretty much saying, let's hook up. I
think she's in love with me now, I was just
trying to get off. Do you think that they did
hook up? Oh? Or did they just they were sexting? Well,
then that's hooking up. She came over you think so?
Speaker 18 (02:06:49):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (02:06:49):
Sure, yeah, I say explicit It doesn't say that explicitly
in this But so is she wrong, Crystal? I'll ask
you is that wrong of her.
Speaker 14 (02:07:00):
To?
Speaker 1 (02:07:02):
What did she ask?
Speaker 3 (02:07:03):
Here?
Speaker 1 (02:07:03):
Is it?
Speaker 4 (02:07:04):
Am I wrong for looking for a girl just to
hook up with?
Speaker 8 (02:07:07):
Yes, especially if he doesn't know if he is already
and you guys have rules and boundaries set in place
that Hey, when I'm out of town, if you want
to text a girl and hook up with her, I'm
okay with that. You don't have to tell me. You
can do what you want. Then that's different. If he
has no idea like me, I like girls, but that
doesn't mean that I'm texting girls on the side, even
(02:07:29):
though I have a boyfriend. Like my boyfriend would not
be okay with that because that's cheating. If we were
at a bar and I said, Hey, that girl's hot
over there, I would love to go talk to her.
He's there, I'm asked kind of not really asking permission,
but you know, making sure it's okay with him. Then
that's different. He's in the know, he knows what's going on.
(02:07:49):
It's evolved in some way.
Speaker 1 (02:07:51):
Yeah. Now, me being a husband, I would be like
like if I'm at a bar and b too, it's like, Oh,
that chick's hot, I want to go talk to her.
Speaker 4 (02:08:01):
If if I was going to.
Speaker 1 (02:08:02):
Be excluded from the sexual activity, I don't know about that.
Speaker 4 (02:08:08):
I think I'd be a little bit like a, Oh,
what's the point at that point?
Speaker 1 (02:08:14):
I want to I want to get I want to
get some too, because you're selfish.
Speaker 5 (02:08:17):
But if she wants something, you're like no, because there's
nothing for me.
Speaker 1 (02:08:20):
Okay, Well, if if if those are the rules, then
do I then get to go talk to any chick
I want and take it?
Speaker 5 (02:08:27):
This is what happens.
Speaker 1 (02:08:28):
I'll just ask ing.
Speaker 8 (02:08:30):
That's why a lot of people who are in thropples
and all those kinds of situations you want to be
a swinger, they have a lot of rules in place.
They discuss a lot of these things prior to engaging
in other activities. This way, there are no complications, it's
already been worked out prior to the situation or arise.
Speaker 1 (02:08:48):
And if you are doing it and then questioning was
this a bad thing? Then it was.
Speaker 8 (02:08:52):
If you have to ask yourself if it's bad and
convince yourself that it wasn't, you did a bad thing.
Speaker 1 (02:08:58):
Well, she's wait, she sent some more text messages. Let
me see here, hang on, let me go back. I
might have missed some. Give me a minute. Here, let's see.
What does she say? We didn't do either? So chill,
we didn't do either. I think the hook up. I
mean that's okay. That means they didn't hook up. He's
going to know, she says, all right, So if he
(02:09:22):
all right, No, I don't think that's I don't think
it's bad. If you let your husband know in advance
and you say he's not gonna he doesn't have a
problem with it, then I don't think that that's bad.
What's bad? What's bad about that? I have no issue
with that. If your husband doesn't mind her, you hook
up with a girl, hook up with a hundred women,
get off every night, I have Why would anybody have
(02:09:44):
a problem with I mean, I do she would I
know her, but yeah, don't do that. Why what's wrong
with it? Don't do that?
Speaker 4 (02:09:49):
Why if the husband doesn't have any problem with this.
Speaker 1 (02:09:52):
That's cheating, but the guy doesn't care. It's still you're
why be married?
Speaker 18 (02:09:57):
Then?
Speaker 5 (02:09:58):
Why be in a committed relationship when you're like in
an open.
Speaker 1 (02:10:02):
Relations they enjoy Maybe her and her husband enjoy being
around each other, that's entirely.
Speaker 12 (02:10:06):
Possible secretly texting a radio show for their advice.
Speaker 4 (02:10:09):
Then she's just asking, is it wrong?
Speaker 1 (02:10:12):
That's why Hence he's going to know? She says he's
going to know. Good luck with that.
Speaker 4 (02:10:20):
He doesn't know yet.
Speaker 1 (02:10:21):
Okay, so again that's not very old. Why bring something
up if it's not even a thing yet, you know,
she doesn't know.
Speaker 12 (02:10:28):
Maybe with her, the other girl is in love with her,
that's proud.
Speaker 1 (02:10:33):
They've been clearly together. That could be an issue.
Speaker 8 (02:10:37):
It might not have hooked up physically yet, but they
are definitely hooking up emotionally.
Speaker 1 (02:10:42):
They're connecting in some way.
Speaker 8 (02:10:43):
If this other woman is already that infatuated with you,
you've been engaged in more than just a single quick conversation.
Speaker 1 (02:10:53):
Yeah, I think, let's see. That's that's that's where you
get into issues with these sorts of things. A much safer.
I don't know if it's safer from like an STV standpoint,
but if you meeting a stranger or somebody that you
don't really know and having a one night thing with them,
it's it's like a better way to go. Then you
(02:11:15):
don't have this stuff where one person becomes obsessed and
you know, weird stuff going on. Delaware Brian asks, Yo Rover,
are you and b two swingers? No? No, we're not swingers.
I would, I would. I don't have any issue with it,
(02:11:41):
zero issue. I've said this in the past. She could
sleep with women. I don't care if she sleeps with dudes,
as long as I'm able to do the same thing
dudes too. Yes, I'm gonna have all the guys. That's
(02:12:04):
our rule. You get them first and I get the
sloppy seconds. Best friend says, Doosie just has a problem
with sex. She's an a hole. Why?
Speaker 12 (02:12:16):
Because I don't want you cheating on people call me crazy.
Speaker 1 (02:12:20):
It's not cheating. If they're okay with it, that's not cheating.
Cheating to me is like if you did something behind
your spouse's back. For instance, if I went out of
town tonight and I met a girl, in a hotel
bar and slept with her, that would be cheating on
(02:12:41):
my wife. However, if I tell my wife today, hey,
I'm going out of town tonight and she goes, oh,
maybe you'll meet like a hot chick. Yeah, do you
mind if I sleep with her? No, go ahead, that's
not cheating. No, that's yeah.
Speaker 4 (02:12:57):
I agree.
Speaker 1 (02:12:57):
It's totally open and you agreed upon. Yes, transparency there, Yes,
Curious George, you're on Rover's Morning Glory.
Speaker 4 (02:13:08):
Good morning Curious George, Good morning Rover.
Speaker 18 (02:13:11):
How are you?
Speaker 1 (02:13:12):
Hey, what's happening? Hey, so Rover, I'm actually curious. Uh,
it's a question for you guys.
Speaker 18 (02:13:19):
After getting married or dating someone after a long time,
was there anything that shocked you that your significant other
brought up about him or herself maybe be too made
out with chicks in the past, or Christas stores that
night or whatever.
Speaker 1 (02:13:36):
Uh, let's see anything that shocked me about my wife?
I M I think the only thing that's pretty I
mean it's pretty boring. But the only thing that shocked
me about my wife is I have realized living with
her for so long, I had no idea she was
(02:13:56):
as anxious as she is. Just never stops worrying, thinking,
brain doesn't shut off, can't sleep all roll over at
two o'clock in the morning, and she's up like she
just I that that surprises me? But nothing, Uh no,
nothing shocking. I kind of knew what I was getting into. Charlie,
(02:14:18):
did anything about actually hold that thought? Anything shock you
about your girlfriend? Maybe Crystal, excuse me, was shocked by
something with her boyfriend. We know that Snitz was had
to have been shocked by something with his wife. I've
got to take a break eight sixty six yo, over
(02:14:39):
is is our number? Eight sixty six nine sixty seven
sixty eight three seven. Now that same girl, she sent
another text. She said, the girl said, your husband is
going to find out, not that he knew. That's cheating. Lol.
I've been with my husband for eight years, numerous threesomes.
(02:15:00):
The girl I literally texted her one time. That's it. Oh,
how do you know this girl? How did you meet
this girl? Where did she come into if you only
texted her once? Where did this and how did she
fall in love with you so fast? Maybe this chick's hot.
Speaker 4 (02:15:12):
She's hot.
Speaker 1 (02:15:16):
I've seen hot chicks just walking down the street. I
feel like I love that chick. I'm in love right now.
Who knows anything's possible. I got to take a break.
We'll be right back. Hang on.
Speaker 7 (02:15:28):
The only thing worse than your annoying morning alarm clocks down.
Speaker 1 (02:15:34):
The glory you're still here on right there in the middle.
The shis he is coming up in a few minutes.
What do you have on the way do she?
Speaker 12 (02:15:52):
Fans heading to games at the World Cop are not
happy because there was a reversal of one of them
that they said for people going to the games.
Speaker 1 (02:16:02):
I'll tell you what's going on with that shule one
of the rules. Yeah, I'll tell you what's happening. Okay,
we'll get to that in just a minute. Charlie, what
surprise do you most about your significant other?
Speaker 6 (02:16:14):
That's really hard to say because we moved in together
so well, fifteen sixteen years ago, whenever.
Speaker 1 (02:16:21):
All surprises are gone at this point. But nothing. Nothing
surprise you in the very beginning. No, how stinky, the
dumps that she takes are didn't surprise you, No, no, nothing,
because I know you you get to know them, so
you don't. But yeah, but there are things you know
when you when you move in with somebody, you do
(02:16:45):
realize that there's things you would never know about somebody
or figure out until after you live with them.
Speaker 4 (02:16:53):
Like I told you the other day, I.
Speaker 1 (02:16:55):
Never thought I was going to be a shower squeeze
here now much showers squeege here because my wife is
a shower squeegee Nazi. You gotta get in there, squeegee
that water. After you've done shower, you got squeegee everything
so there's no water in there.
Speaker 8 (02:17:09):
She's not crazy because I stayed at my mom's a
few weeks ago. Yeah, and I'm like, oh right, I'm
gonna jump in the shower. She goes, okay, when you're done,
can you squeegee the shower? And I was like, were
you listening to the show. Are you just saying this
to be sarcastic right now? And she's like, no, I'm
quite serious. There's a squeegee hanging in the shower if
(02:17:29):
you can, because they got new shower doors and they
actually recommended that you squeegee the shower doors down.
Speaker 1 (02:17:35):
After not only do we squeegee, but then my wife
has like a she'll take like a not a towel
you would dry your body.
Speaker 4 (02:17:41):
I felt like a junkier towel.
Speaker 1 (02:17:43):
And then and then just like gets the whole floor
of the shower like all dries it off with a towel.
I mean, it's really hey, I can't. I'm not complaining.
Just in case you're listening, Honeting, I'm not complaining. If
she's willing to do that, fantastic me. I don't have
the patience for that kind of stuff. Stencer, what's surprised
(02:18:06):
to you most about your wife? Well, I mean when
I first met her.
Speaker 9 (02:18:13):
I remember we're talking about smoking, and I go, I.
Speaker 1 (02:18:16):
Would never kiss girl who smoked.
Speaker 9 (02:18:20):
Turns out she's laughing on the inside because she smoked
when I first met her. Ah, and she hid it
from you. Yeah, well not to me. She queer like
right away, but she's like an on off smoker. But
it's just gross to me.
Speaker 1 (02:18:32):
And when you would mate, when you make out, what
there you never noticed like she smoked, tastes like smoke.
I did it a smoker.
Speaker 4 (02:18:39):
Can't do it, couldn't do it, would never do it.
Speaker 1 (02:18:41):
He was pretty.
Speaker 12 (02:18:43):
Good at he was pretty good at trying to make
it not noticeable, but I was like, I can't do this,
and he ended up stopping.
Speaker 1 (02:18:54):
A couple of people are asking Charlie you were not
surprised by the vast collection of dial those your girlfriend has.
I guess, I know this is so long ago that
I'm surprised by. I mean, we met in two thousand
and eight, so it's really we've changed the arm wire
that opens up and it's just like full of like
dildos on the inside. No, it looks like if you
(02:19:17):
go to log drawers like terminator when they're opening up
all the guns and they're like, it's just all different dildos. Ah, Crystal,
what surprised you about your boyfriend? I I am. My
boyfriend has OCD.
Speaker 8 (02:19:37):
So there are certain little like with the you know, rituals,
little things that he does that I never noticed until
I was with him more.
Speaker 4 (02:19:45):
Often, Like what what's a ritual?
Speaker 1 (02:19:47):
Who'll turn on.
Speaker 8 (02:19:48):
And off the lights a certain amount of time before
he leaves the room.
Speaker 4 (02:19:51):
Oh, that's insane, So.
Speaker 8 (02:19:53):
It'll be you'll just see. At first, I thought it
was a mistake. You know, I have a lot of
tap lights by the on the nights day. You just
tap it and it'll get a little brighter, get a
little brighter, and then turn off.
Speaker 1 (02:20:04):
And I thought maybe you just missed it.
Speaker 8 (02:20:05):
Went back around and then you got to go back
around through all the settings and then turn it off.
And then I noticed him doing it, you know, two, three,
four times, notice him with the light switch doing stuff,
and I had to ask him what's going on because
I see you doing this? And then he told me
I have OCD. So there's certain things. If I have
(02:20:26):
a lighter out, if the lighter is the sticker side up,
he will come and flip it over. I mean that,
it's just a little thing. It has to be a
certain facing a certain way.
Speaker 1 (02:20:37):
So those little things.
Speaker 8 (02:20:40):
You cannot because it's still facing the wrong way. So
it doesn't matter even if that sticker's gone, the lighter
is still facing up the wrong way. So he'll say
he'll make little comments. He's just joking because it's his
own thing. But he'll be like, can't wear him, can you?
And I'll be like, what what are you talking about?
Because I don't notice it. He im that's not joking,
(02:21:01):
by the way, that's all. Yeah, yeah, I turned to
pull that off.
Speaker 1 (02:21:06):
With my life sometimes. No, No, I was just joking. Yeah,
I wouldn't be saying that if if I didn't mean it,
so that I didn't know. I'm just a shock to be.
Speaker 8 (02:21:16):
I've never been with somebody who has to do those things.
Speaker 1 (02:21:20):
That is pretty wild. I mean, it's sort of debilitating
for you know. I guess there's various degrees of it.
But was that guy that hosted was it doubled there
or something on Nickelodeon? Was that what the name of
the summers? Yeah, he had that, and I saw him
on like twenty twenty or something, and he would have
to he does. He'd have like an area rug that
(02:21:41):
had the fringe on it, and he would have to
get down there with a little brush and make sure
that all the fringe on the area rug was all
pointed in exactly the same direction, Like he'd brush it
out to make sure same things as certain. You know,
I don't, I don't remember all the things, but he
had he had crazy O c D. That guy.
Speaker 12 (02:22:04):
What would happen if it wasn't in the same direction?
What would that make You couldn't?
Speaker 1 (02:22:10):
You couldn't.
Speaker 5 (02:22:11):
It's not even a possibility.
Speaker 1 (02:22:12):
No, you would have to stop, like sure, your kid
could be having a heart attack and it's either CPR
or straightening out the fringe on the area rug.
Speaker 4 (02:22:19):
He's going to go to the area rug. You can't
help yourself.
Speaker 9 (02:22:22):
Every time I see that him fight on whatever talk
show was with Burt Reynolds, and Burt Reynolds like throws
the water at him.
Speaker 1 (02:22:30):
I don't, Oh, I can't because he probably hated that, right,
I don't know.
Speaker 9 (02:22:35):
I don't remember he threw water. They had a huge
fight on Johnny Carson or something. Was it or a
fake fight? Yea, it was horrible.
Speaker 1 (02:22:42):
It was like, a I don't know this. They're like, a, oh, yeah,
he's going to get it.
Speaker 9 (02:22:48):
It looks like Charlie's gonna get okay, Charlie let frede.
Speaker 21 (02:22:55):
I just said that because your back is to me,
and I was just talking to a back.
Speaker 1 (02:22:58):
No, No, I would talk to YouTube. Take it out.
He's got scissors. He's got scissors.
Speaker 21 (02:23:03):
Now. I was just wondering who told you that? Because
my wife tells me that often. She says, good, you're.
Speaker 1 (02:23:08):
Married, isn't mater of fact?
Speaker 21 (02:23:09):
Yes, well you are.
Speaker 11 (02:23:24):
You know what's probably.
Speaker 1 (02:23:30):
That's what's done, has losing control of the program. Let
me down. I just really, he's not a needless break anymore.
That is something. Now, what did Burt Reynolds say right
when he's so welcome to late night television. So Mark
Summers tried to take. Okay, so Burt Reynolds, if you're
not watching RMGTV, just takes you know, they obviously have
like that water mug with the logo on it on
(02:23:52):
those talk shows. He just pours his water right on
Mark Summers, that's the guy's name from doubled Are, that's yeah,
pours it right on his lap. So Mark Summers takes
the cup and he's gonna pour water on Burt Reynolds
in retaliation, and Burt Renald just smacks it right out
of his hand. And what did Burt Reynolds say? Right,
You're not neat freak anymore.
Speaker 4 (02:24:11):
You're not a neatness freak anymore.
Speaker 1 (02:24:13):
So he's mad. Burt Reynolds feels slighted because he's talking
to Mark Summers back. But he's the second guest, the
second guess. They always move you down and they never
include that person. The person's always just sitting there. I
don't know why they even have them. They rarely talk
as a group in any of these interviews. Right, Well,
if I were the second first of all, maybe they
(02:24:34):
keep the first guest there because they're a bigger star,
and maybe they could maybe the health you know, they're
driving up. They do very rare that you ever see
the other person, including because if I were the second guest,
I'd be like, well, this is my moment to shine.
I don't want this get out of here. Burt Reynolds,
so he's slighted because he was talking to his back.
(02:24:55):
I think.
Speaker 19 (02:25:00):
I just said that because you're back this to me
and I was just talking to him back.
Speaker 1 (02:25:03):
No, No, I could talk to you to thank you.
He's got scissors. He'scissors.
Speaker 21 (02:25:07):
Who's the scissors. My wife tells me that often. She says,
good you're married, asn't.
Speaker 1 (02:25:13):
Matter of fact, ye was going through divorce at this time.
Those are great pants.
Speaker 22 (02:25:28):
They repelled that water so well, that's what's known.
Speaker 9 (02:25:35):
As anyway that I never saw that, But every time
I think of the or the you know, OCD and stuff,
hated that.
Speaker 5 (02:25:44):
Where is that guy dead?
Speaker 1 (02:25:46):
Mark Summer?
Speaker 8 (02:25:47):
I think still he was hosting Unwrapped on Food Network
for the longest time.
Speaker 1 (02:25:52):
I wonder if he's still. By the way, I know
a lot of people hate Jay Leno, but Jay Leno
I always like Jay Lens annoying, No, and I think
he's just a I think he's a nice guy. I
like you am at all.
Speaker 6 (02:26:06):
And he did a bunch of weird stuff to control
the Tonight Show for years, even though he left and
stole it back from Conan.
Speaker 1 (02:26:13):
I thought it was he's actually not a nice guy
at all. No, I think he's a nice guy. I
think he's an everybody says he's a nice guy. Now
when it comes to his career, yeah, you're going to
try and be as successful as possible and put yourself
in the you know.
Speaker 4 (02:26:26):
And yeah, he got what he wanted. Oh, it's wrong
with that.
Speaker 12 (02:26:30):
It says that, seeking payback for a cutting joke about
his nasty divorce from Lennie Anderson, Reynolds had cut through
Leno's neck tie with scissors.
Speaker 1 (02:26:40):
Earlier in the program. Oh there you go. Huh keep
playing that clip. They end up throwing pies at each other.
Do you think the whole thing was planned out? Uh?
I don't know. Why would they have pies on? Yeah?
Well who has pieses? I don't know. I mean in
the save what do you think was the best late
(02:27:03):
night host of Johnny Carson? Every now and then, like
every two or three years, for some reason, a Johnny
Carson clip will come up, and then when you hit one,
there's like a thousand of them that come up. He
was good, no doubt about it. So quick, so good.
I never saw him in my life side don't know.
Oh drink he was. And yeah, he was quick and
(02:27:27):
such an odd guy. And also to off the off
camera he was If you want to talk about an
a hole, he was a complete a hole. Off camera,
he was a He was an alcoholic. And also I
think wasn't he married like a thousand times? Or was that?
I think he was Ed McMahon, his sidekick was also married.
(02:27:48):
Wasn't he married like a thousand times? He's known for drinking? Yeah, Oh,
Johnny Carson huge alcoholic and a mean drunk, but he
was good at what he did. I never was into
Conan never ever, right, he's ever got into Conan at all.
My second favorite problem for sure. He's the quickest. Yes,
(02:28:13):
he's definitely the best. No, I've never liked this awkward.
Speaker 4 (02:28:18):
He was just so awkward and goofy with that big
swoopy hair. I didn't like it.
Speaker 1 (02:28:24):
Letterman is he was? Okay?
Speaker 9 (02:28:28):
What I'm changing my list.
Speaker 1 (02:28:31):
About tough Carson? Then Letterman, Oh, I say Carson and
then Leno. I did like Jay Leno and the stand up.
The monologue with Jay Leno was way better than anybody
else because he's a you know, a stand up comedian.
It's all that like the Conan's stand up the monologue,
(02:28:52):
all the monologue suck, all written by somebody else. They're
all terrors. Yeah, but they're written by other people. But
the livery is what And I'm I'm guessing that whoever Carson, Leno, Cohenan,
whoever is doing the monologue, they can change and punch
up jokes as they see fit. And you know, somebody
(02:29:12):
might write something for you and the joke is funny,
but you go, well, that's not exactly just the way
that I personally would say it or do it or
perform it or deliver it or whatever. So you know,
there is a certain art to it, even though they're
not writing it. Arcinio Hall Brandy says, at the time,
I did like the Arsenio Hall show. That was I
(02:29:33):
must have been a high school or whatever and the
but I have seen some clips from that and I'm like,
oh man, that's really hokey, like real hokey. In hindsight,
it was, but it was very different than any other
late night talk show. He had the whole he's the
woo wool thing that he's doing it. Yeah, and then
(02:29:56):
they got it to be a thing and then they're
doing it for like three minutes. Whoa, whoa stuff? Who
else the latest guys Fall and Kimmel and whoever else.
I never really got into them because by that time
that day came around, you didn't actually watch TV late
(02:30:19):
at night. The guys were talking about Carson, Letterman, Lano.
You didn't have as many Yeah, there wasn't as much
stuff on, and that was.
Speaker 9 (02:30:26):
Pretty sanitized now too, it's pretty corporate. People like Craig
Ferguson a lot. I never really watched him, but he
was a lot of people talk about how great he
was was.
Speaker 1 (02:30:36):
At the late Weight whatever, like he was on after
the Uh, he was online the twelve thirty time Slaughterers. Yeah,
and that guy, the English guy, he was the worst. Oh,
the guy that retired did the carpool karaoke. Literally the
most unwatched wasn't Craig Ferguson. He's not English Scottish ers, okay,
(02:30:59):
and then what's the guy that James Cardon? Yeah, the worst,
the absolute worst, unwatchable trash that was so awful? What
did what show? Did he even host? What was it?
Joe had just called James Cordon. It might have been
the Craig Ferguson And when did that come on? At
twelve thirty that? I think? I don't know some reason
I always think he's daytime. He seems like an Ellen
(02:31:21):
esque character, speaking of being a dick. Wasn't he a
guy that was a massive dick outside of work? And
isn't Jimmy Fallon also drunk too? That was the rumor
that he is a Is that some.
Speaker 12 (02:31:36):
Issues where he's fallen or hurt himself or there's been
some buzz about him drinking a lot, but who knows?
Speaker 1 (02:31:45):
Mike says Joan Amath, the quarterback, says that Johnny Carson
was a horrible, mean drunk as well. Yeah, Johnny Carson was.
You know, some people when they drink, they get See
when I drink, I get more outgoing and friendlier. I
guess up to a certain point, maybe if you had
an incredible amount, maybe you get mean her but not
(02:32:06):
not really. I'm not a mean drunk. But some people
when they drink, they just become obnoxious. Aggles and are mean,
and Johnny Carson was one of those. Somebody says that
(02:32:29):
I should stick it to Doogie. Oh why for what?
Well she showed she ended up getting her daughter a vehicle. Now,
she tried to, I guess, prank us by sending a
video of Gianna getting into this jeep Jeep Rubicon, which is, uh,
you know here it is.
Speaker 4 (02:32:52):
That's a nice looking vehicle.
Speaker 1 (02:32:54):
It is I like that, you know, and gas in
the driver's seat. She did drive it. It was too hard.
Speaker 4 (02:33:03):
It was just too much, and.
Speaker 1 (02:33:10):
Instead you ended up getting her a twenty twenty three
Jeep Compass instead. Super excited, somebody says that I should
prank you by buying this Rubicon for jail off.
Speaker 23 (02:33:24):
Yeah, yeah done, No, No, do you know a guy
we could get one from.
Speaker 1 (02:33:38):
Dealership? Yeah, Simon, you're.
Speaker 12 (02:33:45):
Not allowed to buy that for Jeffrey. Why you're not
going to buy it because it's mine? I want that
you can buy it.
Speaker 1 (02:33:52):
I can't. You would not a bad idea. Now, what
was the cost of that Rubicon? Do you have any idea?
I don't remember. There was also there was a no,
she's just why no, there's another one. I lose to
a dealership. It looks like I knew I wasn't gonna
be able to do. The first thing you see is that, yes,
even when I'm not shopping for a car, Like if
you go to the dealership and you have to, like
(02:34:13):
I don't know, get your car service whatever, you go
into that into the showroom and you're just waiting there
for five minutes.
Speaker 15 (02:34:19):
What do you do?
Speaker 1 (02:34:19):
You look around, you look, you look at the price.
And then later that day if somebody goes, what was
the price of that one car? You go, uh, sixty
eight thousand dollars because you estimate you are round about number.
There's another. I'll take a picture of it and show you.
I got all the information there for you were over
the white.
Speaker 12 (02:34:37):
So there's a white jeep out there that's really boxy,
that's like a tank.
Speaker 1 (02:34:42):
Would be funny to see him in. Now you know
how funny is this? Great? Here's the root of it's
actually not bad.
Speaker 4 (02:34:50):
Only twenty five thousand dollars.
Speaker 1 (02:34:54):
You can't do that for you can't let us once.
You must have to go mean that they must be
they got on load. This must has to be gone.
Why does it have to be gone? Must it?
Speaker 2 (02:35:08):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (02:35:08):
You cannot do this to me. It's like sticking up
twenty eighteen.
Speaker 6 (02:35:14):
It's hard top, eight speed automatic, black, leather, trimmed bucket seats.
Speaker 1 (02:35:19):
Oh, Alpine premium audio system. This is the interior again,
keep going, let's just keep outside flawless rubicon. That looks
so great with Jeffrey in it. Would you even get
it or just got to keep it? Like? Keep it leather?
(02:35:40):
Look at that leather and rintium and contrasting dashboard and
red uh huh.
Speaker 8 (02:35:47):
Imagine his whole family in this, drawing off roading on
the top.
Speaker 1 (02:35:55):
Yes, this is fresh. Oh the sound system in the back, well,
this is the key. It's still five years, six years
newer than what he has now. Oh, look at that display.
Oh maybe this is not a bad idea. Just price
to move too, I mean, must go obviously. Oh the
(02:36:16):
power Oh it's what is this? What is this thing
down here at the wheels? What is this? It says off?
It looks like you can kind of turn all four
wheels independently. Is that what I'm seeing? What is it?
Speaker 12 (02:36:26):
No?
Speaker 4 (02:36:27):
I would assume that would I don't know what.
Speaker 1 (02:36:29):
That's cool though? Just having that red button is cool. Yeah,
sway bar you're in it twos, we're all for this. No,
it's actually not a good idea. Oh this is great. Yeah,
Oh let's go full screen. Oh you could pop the
top he loves sleeping topless. He could drive topless. You
can take that. Cant you take that whole thing off? Well,
(02:36:53):
my daughter's is in my stores unit. Can you even
take the doors off? Yes, you can with no doors,
although we'd probably have to put a stipulation if I
wrap that and have him sitting on the toilet as
the door graphic exactly at the top end. You couldn't
put where you can put advertising on the bumper. There's
not a lot of spays door right. Yeah. And you
(02:37:17):
can wrap the windows as long as it's got little
holes in it. Can you viewerals the back windows? Yeah?
I think you can. And did that have a backup cam?
Speaker 11 (02:37:25):
No?
Speaker 8 (02:37:25):
It might actually help him get in less accidents if
there's a camera when he backs up, you can see
what's going on.
Speaker 1 (02:37:32):
Over twenty five grand, So you trained in six, trade
it in, you'll get you'll get twenty five grand for it,
probably more, and then you immediately just.
Speaker 4 (02:37:41):
So it's a wash, you're telling me.
Speaker 1 (02:37:42):
Yeah, so you don't really feel like you've lost any money.
I know you do lose money in it, but you
don't feel like it because all you're down is that
you don't drive. I won't stand for it.
Speaker 24 (02:37:50):
It's the perfect idea him driving this every day. It
wouldn't look right next to DOUCHI for his family, that's
what he cares about. In the jeep club, he loves,
he doesn't he.
Speaker 1 (02:38:03):
Before he do that? Do do you have the wave? Then?
Oh yeah? And the ducks. The ducks r the ducks
part of that whole crew have a doc. He is
not a duck. I have my cheerleaders ducks back and
forth him. He loves being in a club with others. Yeah,
(02:38:25):
he's not in the Chevy club anymore. He's actually pretty
impressed to excommunicate him from the Chevy Club. Me think
about it. He's very upset about it. Hmmm, uh so good.
And I think he just holds it down, can't you.
I mean it starts getting messy. The very tire cover
has an advertisement on there. You can, yeah, all sorts
(02:38:46):
of look at the possibilities.
Speaker 8 (02:38:49):
If he has a top off, you know he'll get
a shower when it rains, all right, let me.
Speaker 1 (02:39:00):
Think about that.
Speaker 4 (02:39:01):
I think about that. That could be I could probably
walk in there.
Speaker 1 (02:39:05):
No, they don't know who you are. Give me the
probably give me a good deal.
Speaker 12 (02:39:09):
Absolutely absolutely not your pictures in the dealership.
Speaker 1 (02:39:12):
Do not let this man come on. You know we
have at the end of the show. Do I still
have Black Crows? All right?
Speaker 4 (02:39:20):
The Black Crows, they were in the news the other
day because.
Speaker 1 (02:39:25):
I guess, and I don't know all of the details
exactly what happened, but during their during a concert, they
had on the screen in the background they had I
think it was their logo, but in an America in
American flag colors, and people started chanting USA USA.
Speaker 4 (02:39:43):
And I guess the lead singer of the Black Crows.
Speaker 1 (02:39:46):
What's his name is that? Chris Robinson? He was upset
that people were chanting USA USA. Charlie, what's the video
that I have?
Speaker 14 (02:39:57):
Is that?
Speaker 1 (02:39:58):
Is that people chanting? And then his response, what is
the video?
Speaker 15 (02:40:00):
Now?
Speaker 1 (02:40:01):
You don't I cannot find the thing that where he
said whatever rude thing he said. This is after he's
kind of arguing with the crowd because he said said
whatever he said happen. Then people start booing and that's
the video you have, so it's the Black Crows mascot
dressed as Uncle Sam as what was on the screen,
and then members of the crowd started chanting, Usa, Usa.
(02:40:24):
He responded, thanks for the geography, lesson, I don't know
what you have to be so proud of right now,
is what he allegedly responded. And then here you go,
listen to this some of that for those of you
doing us. Some of us are not afraid, and the
(02:40:48):
most surely are not ignorant. So thank you, he told,
What does it mean? It's all the people walking out
and this is all these are supposedly people walking out
(02:41:09):
of the show. Is that what's going on?
Speaker 5 (02:41:10):
Or is this the encore and people are leaving early
and they're.
Speaker 1 (02:41:13):
Making it they're saying people are saying this.
Speaker 12 (02:41:16):
People were leaving, Zach Bryan, they were walking out early.
Speaker 1 (02:41:20):
Put that into context. It's the end of the show, people.
I mean, I don't know what's going on in that video.
I can't tell you that everyone's leaving because of that, right,
who's going to leave if you spent money to get
in there, like, unless it's every last minute of that
you say that end of the show. Yeah, before the
traffic at the one place we have around here. Oh
you have to leave. Awesome if you have to leave
(02:41:43):
or you're stuck there two hours. I don't They never
fixed that for some reason. Make a couple exits. They
have one exit. Yeah, one exit. I don't go to
that venue too often either. It's kind of in the
middle of nowhere. It's not real convenient. And then once
you're there, you're there and get even getting there, like
there and out is two hours.
Speaker 6 (02:42:03):
It's literally two hours. You're just like, why, so it's
best to leave when the encourse starts. You can kind
of hear it as you're getting to your car, and
you're like, okay, I got to hear my song. I
wanted to hear because that's always on course long anyways.
Speaker 1 (02:42:16):
And so yeah, they just won't fix it. Do they
have let's say, from backstage area where the bands are
crew trucks. I know you're loading out, they're not ready
to go right after the show, but maybe the opening
act or whatever, maybe they're getting on the road. Do
they have a different way to get out in there?
There's definitely a different way for other Yes, I believe
(02:42:39):
there's a different way. Okay, I'm trying to even look at.
What road do you end up on anyways? Yeah, it
is such a pain in the ass. Fix it, fix it.
What West Steel Corners is that it? Yeah? Is that
main roads? Yeah? Because you have to leave it. This
this just a little side road.
Speaker 3 (02:42:59):
Ye.
Speaker 1 (02:42:59):
Yeah, it's like out in the country. It's like a
two lane road. It's I don't understand it either. This
is when you bust out that vest. Yes, this is
the vest time yellow vest and starts correcting traffic, and
then you jump into the car. And I'm going in
a couple of weeks to go see the Strokes. But
we're taking the r V and we're not even going
(02:43:20):
to try to leave for an hour. You're just staying
there after maybe until the morning. Possibly. We're just gonna
be staying until traffic is gone. There's no rush. We're
gonna be in the r V, so it's not gonna
be as bad. Why would the Black Crows if they
don't want people chanting us a USA or that's supposedly
offensive to the Black Crows? Why would you put it
(02:43:40):
on your screen? It's your logo, right, Like, I don't
understand this exactly. Did. I went to see kiss on
one of their final tours.
Speaker 20 (02:43:50):
Things.
Speaker 1 (02:43:50):
Uh, Corey Uh, I sat with Corey and Corey the
board up. Yeah.
Speaker 9 (02:43:56):
Sorry, And I love kissing. I've been a kiss Penses kid,
you know, every boy my age was. And they do
the pledge of Allegiance in their concert. That's the weirdest thing.
I got totally thrown off.
Speaker 1 (02:44:10):
I go what. I saw a weird video of Kiss
from fifteen years ago where they had everybody chanting Walmart
a CD exclusive at Walmart ands to anything so pro
kiss the government might pay him money to do the
(02:44:31):
Pledge of allegiance or something met weird meat Sickle says, Blossom.
This is the venue we're talking about is surrounded by
Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Yeah, state park, no new builds.
Then you could make an exception, like you could build
just because something's at a state park or a national park.
(02:44:52):
You can get approval to build a road wide in
the road. You could do that.
Speaker 4 (02:44:56):
Yeah, I'm surprised they still have that situation down there too.
Speaker 1 (02:45:03):
Let's see, all right, So I do have Black Crows
tickets to give away at the end of the show.
Speaker 4 (02:45:06):
And just where are they playing? Where are they playing at?
Speaker 1 (02:45:10):
Due? They are playing at oka, isn't it?
Speaker 4 (02:45:21):
Where are they playing? I have it right here, pull
it up.
Speaker 10 (02:45:23):
I am.
Speaker 12 (02:45:27):
They are going to be playing at Blossom Music Yeah, Wednesday,
June tenth. Oh yeah, from yesterday.
Speaker 1 (02:45:36):
When are you waiting two hours of line to get out?
Just chant Usa USA USA? Maybe even on the way
in there when you're driving a fantastic just so they
can the band can hear you.
Speaker 4 (02:45:47):
The entire crowd chanting.
Speaker 1 (02:45:49):
USA USA would be a great show. Us A uh
Tom says they like doing that for their duy checkpoints
that they set up at after after concerts, before and after,
not only after, but before it too. Somebody wants to
(02:46:12):
know can he stop by your RV after the show?
You just knock on the door. Well you invite them
into what? Yeah? Got okay? Maybe I don't know what.
Actually don't even know how parking works there with an RV,
So I've got to investigate that. That's been the plan,
but I haven't looked into how you actually do it.
Can you just pull in the lot? Do they allow
RV park? I'm not even sure. Oh it's moored? Does
(02:46:35):
it cost like a hundred bucks? I mean, I don't
know what a regular car costs probably like fifty bucks. Well,
because too, what.
Speaker 8 (02:46:39):
If you have to park in the grass, because there
is there are some pave lots that you can pay for.
You can also pay for premium parking and know that
you're going to park in a paid lot those pave Oh.
Speaker 1 (02:46:50):
No, I'll go in the grass. That's fine. Whatever, all right,
I've got it. I've got to take a break. Eight
six six yo, Rover is our number, eight sixty six
nine sixty seven six eight three seven.
Speaker 4 (02:47:02):
We will be right back on Rovers more glory, hang on.
Speaker 10 (02:47:06):
Far from another Rovers Morning Glory fan.
Speaker 1 (02:47:14):
Eight Rovers Morning Glory. Let's see here, Neil says, Charlie,
you're gonna need to buy the oversized parking. They all
let you park on the grass. You gotta parking a lot.
One hundred and twenty five bucks for the pass, all right,
no overnight parking either. Yea, we're not plants staying there,
(02:47:34):
but you know, one hundred and twenty five. But it's
not a surprise. I mean, there's gonna be like six
of us in there. Okay, won't be too much. They
used to, this guy says, they used to let your
tailgate in there. You can start partying at six am,
but now you're not allowed to park until two hours
before the concert. Better look good Planet Tailgating, Charlie. If
(02:47:57):
you check your email, someone sent you. We played the
video of the guy in the NBA Finals running out
onto the court. Here he is is a replay of
it in slow motion selfie video trying to He's in
the middle of the NBA Finals. He's out there, runs
out onto the court, Security runs out, they escort him off.
(02:48:21):
I think we also played the full video of it,
but the point of view, the POV of that is
available from the guy he must have been. I don't
know if he uploaded it or if he was live
streaming at the time when he did it. But is
that worth it to get literally fifteen seconds of fame?
Speaker 15 (02:48:42):
Sure?
Speaker 1 (02:48:42):
This day and now you're banned from any NBA facility
for life, right they have to ban you for life? Yes,
so maybe you can petition them in twenty years from now.
You can go listen. I was a stupid, dumb kid
at the time. Please let me back in. I really
loved the San Antonio and Nope, but I mean, it's
(02:49:04):
just it's not worth.
Speaker 10 (02:49:05):
It, is it.
Speaker 8 (02:49:06):
Well, it's like that there's a specific guy who runs
out on stage at concerts and he's done it to
really huge artists. There's another guy who drops in on
people's live streams. I mean, it's not as crazy as
a live NBA game, but he brings a doctor Pepper
to these live streams, and it'll be pretty famous streamers
(02:49:27):
and all of a sudden he's just there and then
he'll hand them a doctor Pepper and he walks off.
He doesn't say anything, he just brings a doctor Pepper.
So now he's just known as this guy. So some
people will see him and go, it's you. You're that guy,
and he'll bring them to doctor Pepper and just walk
away silently. So there is, I would say, a market
for these kinds of videos where people are just running
(02:49:51):
and doing outrageous things. Because all of us have free will,
we all kind of want to do something like that.
Speaker 1 (02:49:58):
But I don't have the ball I got. It's not
worth it.
Speaker 4 (02:50:00):
That's why I'll do it.
Speaker 1 (02:50:01):
So you live vicariously through this guy. Look at him,
go he's running out there on the court. Now I
wouldn't want to do it now at my age, but
like if I was twenty, that would be fun to
see how far. How long could you run around out
there without getting caught by security? Like when I watch
these soccer games, people, oh my god, this messy guy.
(02:50:23):
They go insane for messy and they are constantly running
out onto the field. He's on the middle of a match.
Speaker 12 (02:50:31):
He's always like, it's okay, it's okay, Like he doesn't
want anything to happen to these kids or these people.
Speaker 1 (02:50:36):
I've seen them times. They whirled a bottom. No, you know,
he's very nice, walks with his own personal security. Yeah, Ronaldo, No,
that was messy. Now they have kind of got rid
of that security guy. No, he's still there. Actually, I
take that back, but he's not. He's not on the
field running up and down. Like. It was really weird
(02:50:57):
what he was doing. I've never seen anything like this
so anywhere that MESSI was on the soccer field. This
security guy was running back and forth off, you know,
out of bounds, but just barely. And I think eventually
they go the league must have said, okay, nice try
but this guy, this bodyguard, there's a big, big dude.
(02:51:22):
He's getting in. Yeah, he's in front of the other coaches,
the other teams, the officials, the sideline people like you
can't have a guy running. You don't see that in
any other sport. It's ridiculous. But with a number of
people that tend to jump out there and then they
run out there, they get a picture of them, and
they get a selfie and then they they get kicked
(02:51:43):
out anyway, So you have the POV of this guy
doing it at the NBA Finals. Let's see here it
here it is, I'll play for you idiot. Here he
goes wenby Wenby? Why is this so blurry? I don't
(02:52:12):
know how mad would you be if that was you?
All that and then it's blurry? Well, it's probably just
our upload. Now what he's saying attention attention? And his shirt?
What does his shirt say? Does it also say attention?
It does, which is weird because it looks like it's
(02:52:32):
written too big, like did you have to put that
on two lines? Because how do you fit attention on there? Anyway?
So what's he what was his point? Does he have
some sort of affiliation? What is he? I don't think
it's charity World Climate. Nah, it's gonna be like that's
(02:52:53):
my that's my handle on X or something stupid.
Speaker 8 (02:52:58):
Yeah, because honestly, I mean, how much money is he
getting from even millions of views?
Speaker 1 (02:53:02):
You might get a few hundred dollars.
Speaker 8 (02:53:04):
Yeah, then maybe you'll get more views on other videos
as people find you, so it could bankroll him for
a little bit that fifteen seconds of fame.
Speaker 1 (02:53:17):
I think I think the guy's still mad at me
because a friend of B two's, years and years ago,
we went to a Browns game. I think it was
the time that we were all out on the boat. Charlie,
what are you?
Speaker 15 (02:53:32):
What are you?
Speaker 1 (02:53:32):
What are you looking at? You actually ran into this
guy recently. You ran into this guy a year or
two ago, and he told me the whole story. And
I don't know if he's mad, but I was a
little surprised to what he had to say. Well, he claims,
and I don't remember all of the details, but the
claim is that we're walking into the game and we're
going to our seats, and as we're going, we're walking
(02:53:53):
right by the little wall where you could jump out
onto the field, and it's it's quite a way he's down. Frankly,
there's a little door. But I don't know how he goes.
If I jump out onto the field and run out
onto the field in the middle of the football game.
Will you pay me one hundred bucks? Now, his story
is I said, yeah, maybe I did. I don't know.
I mean, I've been drinking all day. Who knows what
(02:54:14):
I said. And then then this idiot actually does it.
He actually jumped out onto the field and ran out
in the middle.
Speaker 4 (02:54:25):
Of the football game.
Speaker 1 (02:54:26):
Yeah, he then gets arrested, thrown in the clink at
the stadium because of you. No, I didn't jump out there.
He jumped out there on his own. You kind of
go to him. And then and then I've never seen
I don't know if I've ever seen the guy again
after that, honestly, but he never paid him. I never
paid one hundred dollars, So I've never seen the guy again.
(02:54:50):
I've never paid him that hundred dollars. Understandable do I
owe him the hundred? Do you do virtual shake? Shake shake?
I don't think we did virtual shakescas. Normal people don't
do that. If you say, wait, no, hold on, normal people.
I thought the guy was joking. Normal people don't actually
run out onto an NFL field in the middle of
(02:55:11):
a football Guy, I have been with you while you're drinking,
and something you actually do quite a bit of is
a little different than what you're saying this guy did
and what you do sometimes to say you'll you'll come
up with an idea for somebody else to do it,
and then you'll suggest I will give you money if
you do it. But the idea usually comes from you.
(02:55:31):
This was not my I know, I don't know that
I was in there for this. I have no idea.
But I've been with you multiple times. You said if
you did this, I will give you one hundred dollars
or whatever. And it's like, oh, I'm not you should
jump off my boat at full speed as we're driving.
You've said that and check, so I find it likely.
(02:55:54):
And you said you were drinking all day that you
might might have said if you jump down that I'll
give you a mo And then he did it, and
now you're not paying. My recollection is that he it
was his idea. Okay, I think I might have said, yeah,
I'll pay it, but I really thought the guy was joking.
I didn't think he would actually do it. But if
you say you're gonna do it, you're what you say.
You're like, hey, would you pay me one hundred bucks
(02:56:15):
to jump on the field. Yeah, he said no. You say, yeah,
that's it. That's you own the money. You own the money, especially,
don't gets arrested. Maybe with interest, I owe him one
hundred and eighteen dollars. Now, yeah it's been that was
a long time ago too. He got arrested. I believe
I got him out of the I don't remember. I
had to spring so many people from that stadium jail, Charlie.
(02:56:39):
I had to spring out of the stadium in jail
at some point, like kind of a bulk deal. So
it wasn't that much bringing people from the stadium jail,
a punch card off some sort of Yeah, I'm calling people,
try to get him out of this thing anyway. Yeah,
you definitely owe that got money? Uh Dougi What Black
Crows ticket?
