Pita Pit is venturing into the world of virtual restaurants, utilising its Pita Pit kitchens, along with Uber Eats, to launch a new brand called Bowl'd.
Duane Dalton, the co-founder of the Pita Pit franchisees in New Zealand, joins Heather du Plessis-Allan on Bosses Rebuilding to discuss what a virtual restaurant actually is, and how it is changing their brand.
