Silas Sampson is facing multiple charges after the deadly crash
and Ebor on Friday night. Four people were killed in
thirteen other people suffered injuries ranging from life threatening to minor. However,
after law enforcement's initial statements, they said a couple of

the numbers could range from a fifteen to seventeen. Tampa
