the history of the NFL. With this many of their
star players hurt. That's legit, right, and it makes sense.

Santa Clara. It's a different town. If you're not from
the from California, it's like a pretty long drive. Oh,

the New York Times is there's some sort of EMP
electronic magnetic pulse thing going on from the power plant.

in Minneapolis, based on a story heard on NPR driving
to work today about the ways these things are being portrayed.
It's just off the rails. The couching of the whole
thing is just completely out of whack. Yeah, So I

why don't I just go ahead and pay it off.
It won't take very long. The the super crazy disturbing thing.
I woke up this morning. It was checking headlines as
I always do, and the New York Times has a
video feature in which they have put together all of
the videos of the unfortunate car incident in the shooting
in Minneapolis and from all the different angles and synchronize

them millisecond by millisecond, and then a calm voiced commentator
is describing what you're seeing, and at every single moment
that would tend to impugne the ice officer, the video
is interpreted as being absolutely unambiguous and unambiguously revealing, and

in every single moment where the behavior of miss Good
or you know, the situation in general, would suggest that
the guy was hit by the car and it was
a dangerous situation. The guy would very seriously tell us.
At this point, the video is unclear as to whether
and it was. It was astonishing as you watch the
guy's body jerk backward once twice as the different parts

of the car hit him, the person says quite seriously,
and at this point it's unclear whether the vehicle has
contacted the officer or whether he's just pushing himself backward
as his feet are splayed out and he jerks upward
a couple of times. Splay out your feet in back,
you weigh in back you so you're at a pretty
severe angle, and then throw yourself up in the air.

Tell her, show me exactly how that works. I mean
it was it was a human being watching something with
me and taking such a wildly different interpretation of it
based on the laws of physics. Well, I think I thought,
we can never have reminds me, no, we can't. And

as I said last week the day after and we
did the whole roar shock test thing. I think it's
fascinating that our prior beliefs or the conclusions we want
are so powerful that we see things differently. Now, some
people are just lying, but I think a lot a
lot of people honestly just see it differently because of

why you know. In my defense, I've gone into this
with an open mind. I don't want unjustified police shootings.
The idea is disgusting to me as a lover of liberty.

conclusion and move from there toward I don't know, policy

or whatever, because you are seeing a reality that I don't,
or vice versa, which I guess I have to be
open to the idea that I'm not seeing it correctly
because of what I want. I guess, Yeah, I suppose. So,
although I'm at a place where I wish the guy hadn't
squeezed the trigger, and I could make the case a
pretty good case why he shouldn't have, So I don't

feel like I am prejudiced, But you think he should have.
You think he should have almost gone over backwards and
hoped she didn't run over him, But I don't want
to get into it right now. Number One, we don't
have the time, and number two, that's not my point.
I wish he hadn't out here either, But when the
situation actually wrote, arose, arose. But again, the overaching, overarching

thread of what we're trying to accomplish here, I think
has been completely lost, at least based on listening to
NPR this morning, among those which is intentional. Yeah, we

The New York Times talking about why Trump decided to
hold off on military strikes against Iran. That's an interesting topic.

polling thing, it's even funnier than I realized when I
read it, because I'm always trying to make that point. Well, yeah,
that's the number, because the media is constantly harping and
portraying it as one thing. But it's funny that they
they quite well metaphorically have their sums on the scale
good and hard, and then report, look at that turns

out a duck weighs more than a bowling ball. You know,
wait a minute, Wait a minute. You spend all day
pushing on the scale, then report this is fascinating. Now

whole bunch of people with their you know, jumping up
and down, shaking their hands protests that happens now and then.
And the big sign was release the pedoh files, like
Pedo dash files, like release the Epstein files. I thought, wow,
he release the Epstein files. Protest in my town. That's interesting. Yeah,

I'm not a one hundred percent comfortable with you saying
we've dismissed the whole thing completely, because that doesn't describe me.
I just don't think there's anything else that's gonna come out.
I'll dismiss I'll describe myself that way. I'm dismissing it
completely at this point. But Bill and Hillary Clinton, we're
told they need to come speak under oath to Congress,

And Jonathan Turley wrote the other day we have normalized
this whole I'm just not gonna do that thing, which
didn't used to be an option. You weren't you weren't
allowed to not show up or make a statement of
why you're not going to show up and not show

talk to them. That's not the way the system is

supposed to work, even if it is ridiculous, and I
think it is ridiculous. Yeah. Yeah. You could make the
argument that these hearings are becoming a partisan grandstandy event. True,
and that's okay. I know the law. I'm going to
flout the law. But what's the ruling going to become

to me? What's the ruling gonna be on what's a
partisan grand standing event for your own cable news channel
and what's a real hearing where we need to get
down to brass backs. Well, well, that's that's my point,
and I didn't make it very well. There are laws
governing this. There are sanctions for ignoring subpoenas, let it happen,
and if they're not strong enough, so we routinely have

people flouting subpoenas well, And we probably ought to change
the rules, So sense I forgotten we had clips of

But I just I heard this on NPR this morning
and made they triggered me. I think they like triggering me.

by NPR every single day. But they they've been opening
with Minneapolis every day, just like well every news sources
for their own whether you're Fox or your MSNBC, you've
got your own reason for leading with MSNBC every day.
Look at the unrest in this country, look at the
people that are supporting illegals, or look at the authoritarian

But NBR hit a story this morning talking about a
mom and dad driving home from their sons high school
basketball game when they encountered a protest that had blocked
the road. The next thing they knew, they were surrounded

by tear gas, blah blah blah blah blah, sympathetic tones
and the mom saying, I was just trying to get
home after a long day in the basketball game so
we could do homeworks. And so here's what the way
I take that story. There shouldn't be violent illegal protests
that the cops need to put down with tear gas.

Illegal being you know one of the key words here.
That wasn't a justified, legal under our constitution protest. You
were blocking off a major road in a city. It
was legal. The local police there in Minneapolis said you
can't do that and you need to go home. You
started throwing things at the cops, so they started using
tear gas to disperson The person getting caught up in
the traffic is not a victim of Trump's Nazi gestapo,

right right. That's actually a beautiful example of what the
left always does. They pretend that nobody has any agency
except the bad guys. Everything is something that happens to
the victims, including in this case. They may take ten
deliberate steps to put themselves in the middle of a
violent rally, but then when that eleventh thing happens, they

were completely blameless. They were victims. They had no aide.
It's not the way life works. And the other big
story the last seventy two hours the reporting now is
and let me know if you come across anything that
contradicts this, the uh it was already being reported that
the guy that got pulled over, that ended up getting
shot in the leg was an illegal Venezuelan with a
criminal record, part of a gang. So then he drives

off his car, crashes it, takes off on the run.
ICE agent tries to apprehend him because they need to
arrest the guy. That's something we do with law enforcement,
and and you got to it. You can't just say, oh, dang,
he ran away, or dang, he really doesn't want to
be arrested or whatever. You have to arrest him. And
then two more people that they now know to be

illegals with criminal records come out of a house with
a shovel and start beating the officer. You can only
assume they would have killed this officer if he hadn't
pulled his gun and fired off a shot. And that's
who you're protesting to protect illegals, people who are in
the country illegal, who are criminals. You want them to
not be arrested. Is that your stand? That's what I

would like to get nailed down right. It's not just well,
we're just against Gestapo nazi, fascist Trump tactics. I'm against
some of the tactics. ICE is used also, and we
can have a major national discussion about that. But I
want you on the record, people of Minneapolis, or politicians

or whoever they are, cable news hosts, are you in
favor of illegals with criminal records getting away with beating
cops when they try to arrest them? Is that your stance,
because I gotta believe that's like a ninety five to
one proposition for the country. Well right, and certainly you're
never gonna hear this reported in the lefty media, including NPR.

But the good folks at DHS have said, Hey, look,
y'all are pissed off and everything, and you're protesting. Here's
a list of the people we would love for you
to turn over to us so we don't have to
arrest them in the street or go to their home.

video feature in which they have put together all of
the videos of the unfortunate car incident in the shooting
in Minneapolis and from all the different angles and synchronize

them millisecond by millisecond, and then a calm voiced commentator
is describing what you're seeing, and at every single moment
that would tend to impugne the ice officer, the video
is interpreted as being absolutely unambiguous and unambiguously revealing, and

in every single moment where the behavior of miss Good
or you know, the situation in general, would suggest that
the guy was hit by the car and it was
a dangerous situation. The guy would very seriously tell us.
At this point, the video is unclear as to whether
and it was. It was astonishing as you watch the
guy's body jerk backward once twice as the different parts

of the car hit him, the person says quite seriously,
and at this point it's unclear whether the vehicle has
contacted the officer or whether he's just pushing himself backward
as his feet are splayed out and he jerks upward
a couple of times. Splay out your feet in back,
you weigh in back you so you're at a pretty
severe angle, and then throw yourself up in the air.

Tell her, show me exactly how that works. I mean
it was it was a human being watching something with
me and taking such a wildly different interpretation of it
based on the laws of physics. Well, I think I thought,

as I said last week the day after and we

fascinating that our prior beliefs or the conclusions we want
are so powerful that we see things differently. Now, some

why you're not going to show up and not show
up and everybody's like, damn it, I really wanted to
talk to them. That's not the way the system is
(23:00):
supposed to work, even if it is ridiculous, and I
think it is ridiculous. Yeah. Yeah. You could make the
argument that these hearings are becoming a partisan grandstandy event. True,
and that's okay. I know the law. I'm going to
flout the law. But what's the ruling going to become
(23:21):
to me? What's the ruling gonna be on what's a
partisan grand standing event for your own cable news channel
and what's a real hearing where we need to get
down to brass backs. Well, well, that's that's my point,
and I didn't make it very well. There are laws
governing this. There are sanctions for ignoring subpoenas, let it happen,
and if they're not strong enough, so we routinely have
(23:43):
people flouting subpoenas well, And we probably ought to change
the rules, So sense I forgotten we had clips of
the week, skip some of the introductory Minneapolis stuff we're
going to do. We'll do it a little bit later.
But I just I heard this on NPR this morning
and made they triggered me. I think they like triggering me.
(24:04):
And if you lean right at all, you get triggered
by NPR every single day. But they they've been opening
with Minneapolis every day, just like well every news sources
for their own whether you're Fox or your MSNBC, you've
got your own reason for leading with MSNBC every day.
Look at the unrest in this country, look at the
people that are supporting illegals, or look at the authoritarian
(24:26):
Nazi Trump, you know, depending on your point of view.
But NBR hit a story this morning talking about a
mom and dad driving home from their sons high school
basketball game when they encountered a protest that had blocked
the road. The next thing they knew, they were surrounded
(24:48):
by tear gas, blah blah blah blah blah, sympathetic tones
and the mom saying, I was just trying to get
home after a long day in the basketball game so
we could do homeworks. And so here's what the way
I take that story. There shouldn't be violent illegal protests
that the cops need to put down with tear gas.
(25:11):
Illegal being you know one of the key words here.
That wasn't a justified, legal under our constitution protest. You
were blocking off a major road in a city. It
was legal. The local police there in Minneapolis said you
can't do that and you need to go home. You
started throwing things at the cops, so they started using
tear gas to disperson The person getting caught up in
the traffic is not a victim of Trump's Nazi gestapo,
(25:34):
right right. That's actually a beautiful example of what the
left always does. They pretend that nobody has any agency
except the bad guys. Everything is something that happens to
the victims, including in this case. They may take ten
deliberate steps to put themselves in the middle of a
violent rally, but then when that eleventh thing happens, they
(25:57):
were completely blameless. They were victims. They had no aide.
It's not the way life works. And the other big
story the last seventy two hours the reporting now is
and let me know if you come across anything that
contradicts this, the uh it was already being reported that
the guy that got pulled over, that ended up getting
shot in the leg was an illegal Venezuelan with a
criminal record, part of a gang. So then he drives
(26:19):
off his car, crashes it, takes off on the run.
ICE agent tries to apprehend him because they need to
arrest the guy. That's something we do with law enforcement,
and and you got to it. You can't just say, oh, dang,
he ran away, or dang, he really doesn't want to
be arrested or whatever. You have to arrest him. And
then two more people that they now know to be
(26:39):
illegals with criminal records come out of a house with
a shovel and start beating the officer. You can only
assume they would have killed this officer if he hadn't
pulled his gun and fired off a shot. And that's
who you're protesting to protect illegals, people who are in
the country illegal, who are criminals. You want them to
not be arrested. Is that your stand? That's what I
(27:01):
would like to get nailed down right. It's not just well,
we're just against Gestapo nazi, fascist Trump tactics. I'm against
some of the tactics. ICE is used also, and we
can have a major national discussion about that. But I
want you on the record, people of Minneapolis, or politicians
(27:21):
or whoever they are, cable news hosts, are you in
favor of illegals with criminal records getting away with beating
cops when they try to arrest them? Is that your stance,
because I gotta believe that's like a ninety five to
one proposition for the country. Well right, and certainly you're
never gonna hear this reported in the lefty media, including NPR.
(27:43):
But the good folks at DHS have said, Hey, look,
y'all are pissed off and everything, and you're protesting. Here's
a list of the people we would love for you
to turn over to us so we don't have to
arrest them in the street or go to their home.
And you've got people like Lenny Odemel Ramirez, Sano's criminal
legal alien from Honduras charged with sex offenses against a
(28:05):
child and driving under the influence. Here's Edwin amabel As
good Nanasuta from Ecuador. Louden Lasevius acts with a minor.
Here's a child beater and domestic child and woman beating
person from Cameroon. Here's somebody who's committed negligent manslaughter with
a vehicle driving under the influence. Here's a burglary, first
(28:27):
degree robbery, larceny. Go just scumbag after scumbag after scumbag.
Who Jacob Fryan Companies say we won't cooperate with ICE
because these are our neighbors. We're a sanctuary city. And
then when they get arrested in the street, it turns
a little bit ugly. That's ICE's fault. You people need
to grow up. Well, here's Tom Holman. This is short
(28:49):

Minneapolis, there's saning spurry city. You know, if they let
us send their damn jail, they stop being sangstuary city.
We could arrest the bad guy in the saty and
security of a jail, but because they normally release them,
now we got to go in the community and find them.

started this on the whole? Well, you know, she wouldn't
have had to protest if this person wasn't there and
Trump started it, and you wouldn't have had the reaction
to this. So its started by Trump. Uh No, Minneapolis,
if you you know you just heard from Tom Homan,
you're the sanctuary city where you know that guy over
there is here illegally and is a criminal, sometimes a

horrible criminal, and you won't allow cops to do anything
about it. So then, as Holman said, seeing gotta go
into the streets, you gotta go into their house or
apartment complex over there, where you've got all kinds of
chances for ugliness to occur. At that point, the easy
ways to let him into the jails, and on that
point the whole. Governor Walls and Mayor Fry have both

said this week, we'll handle this. This is Minnesota's job,
or Minneapolis's job, you know, Ice, go home, get the
f out of our city or whatever. Byron Yorke of
The Washington Examiner retweeted a famous pick. You might remember
this from back in the day when there was a
battle between the federal government and Arizona over ilegal immigration.

And you had all the people of Arizona, all the
people a lot of people in Arizona who wanted to
you know what, We're gonna go out and enforce federal
immigration law because y'all won't. We're gonna start arresting people.
We're gonna do with all these different things, and Barack
Obama flew there, and there's a famous picture of him
there on the tarmac with the female governor of Arizona
with her finger wagging in his face, and Barack Obama
(30:35):
the state had wanted to help enforce federal immigration law
because they weren't doing it. Obama said, no, the federal
government has the sole authority to enforce or not enforce
federal immigration law. And he won in court. The state
is not allowed to get involved. Okay, now it's completely
flipped in Minnesota. You're saying we'll do it or not
do it, and the Feds have no right to be here,
(30:57):
right right, The real how dedicated leftists would tell you,
you know, off the record. Look, we know we're wrong
on the facts. We're just trying to rile people up
to overthrow the system. Every time we get a chance
to base it on the you know, ethnicity or sex
or fascism or whatever, we just do it. We try
to whip people up. Yeah, we know. Now, the soft

headed suburbanite lefties with fake degrees who are out in
the streets and are being sacrificed, they don't know that
that's what's happening. They get swept up, they get brainwashed. Well,

the day around that whole thing. It's still a crazy
riot every night in Minneapolis and much of the day
probably will be this weekend. We got mailbag on the

waistay heir. I wouldn't really want to argue with Ben
Shapiro about anything if he disagreed with my take, unless
I was going to do a hell of a lot
of research. Benjamin Ben Shapiro is a good arguer anyway.

I'll email the name. And that's why the enraged correspondent
wrote us a snail mail letter. In it closed ten
dollars from their social Security that they live on. Sir
or madam. That was intended to be ridiculous. It was

and you speaking of moments where you think, I don't
even know what are we doing here? Let's see moving along?

was a discussion that ICE may not have the same
hiring standards of local police, that they may not be
as good as policing. It's paraphrasing what we were talking
about Yeah, that's like saying Navy doctors are not as
good at covert operations as Navy seals. ICE is not
trained to provide for the safety of a city and
its residents and guests. They're trained to find illegals and
arrest them. The police should be dealing with the protesters
(34:55):
or creating in safe situations and are breaking the law.
You're at least half right, Tom and Windsor that's fair crudit.
They need to know how to deal with protesters and
not get run over. But they do have a different
job than peace officers, the standard sort morticum. That was
something when you said, I've come across this thing you'd
