Scott Robertson reportedly wants to turn Sam Whitelock's retirement into more of a sabbatical.

Sam ditched the black jersey last year to play for French club Pau, but new All Blacks coach Razor is apparently keen to get him back.

D'Arcy Waldegrave spoke to former All Blacks coach Laurie Mains on Sportstalk about whether this could happen and if it's even a good idea.
