This is Later with Lee Matthews, the Lee Matthews Podcast More What You Hear.
Weekday Afternoon's On the Drive had himon with the release of his last
best seller, which was The Returnand New York Times bestselling author, winning
presidential strategist and the Man. Timemagazine dubbed the most influential private citizen in

(00:24):
America has another creation. It's calledCorrupt, The Inside Story of Biden's Dark
Money. Dick Morris is joining us. Great to have you along, Sirt
once again. So good to behere. Thank you. Well, we've
been hearing about all of the corruptionthat goes on with the Biden administration and
the Biden Vice presidency. My firstquestion, Dick, is what took so

(00:45):
long for all of this to cometo the service because it seems to have
been going on for decades. Well, it really hasn't been going on for
decades. It started when Biden. It really started when Biden left the Vice
presidents say and was out of ajob in a sense for four years before

(01:06):
before he was elected president. AndBiden in the Senate was actually one of
the poorest members of the Senate. He had only a networth of twenty nine
thousand dollars. But as soon ashe after he was vice president, he
really used his contact and use hisname to rake in money very corruptly,

(01:32):
and sent his family around the worldto do business deals that were in his
name, and they had no credential, no skill, nobility to produce anything.
It was rested the Biden name thatthey were using. And he developed
this art really to a science, and he went from having a net worth

(01:57):
of twenty nine thousand dollars was allwhen he left the Senate, to a
net worth of a million or soafter the Senate, after his vice when
he was vice president, to anet worth of over eleven million dollars when
he was elected president. And sothere's a he just absolutely went on a

(02:20):
rampage making money to corrupt deals. He sent his son and his brothers around
the world to go to countries andto corrupt business deals. In China,
for example, his son Hunter wason the board of the Chinese energy company
even though he had no experience andenergy. The same thing in Ukraine where

(02:44):
he was on the board of thegrew up the energy company, and the
same thing in ka Zakistan, inPakistan, in Costa Rica, in Florida,
too, and he was. Hispositions were entirely because of his name.

(03:05):
For example, in the Ukraine, the head a Barisma energy company that
was totally corrupt was arrested and deportedfrom the country and the energy The head
of the company then put got HunterBiden to serve on the board, and

(03:27):
not because of any legal skills,of course, but because he thought the
name would protect him. And sureenough, after two after a year or
two, Hunter got the deportation inorder to lift it, and the guy's
assets were stored and he was ingreat shape. And Hunter made a million
dollars a year sitting on that board. In the stories are extensive about every

(03:53):
place where he went he would setup an enterprise that he knew nothing about,
basically just cafe and on the Bidenfamily name. But the other elements
in my books I think is sometimesmore important is not so much what Biden
got from China, but what Chinagot from Biden, because ultimately I listed

(04:17):
in the book twenty decisions that Bidenmade was made as president or things he
hasn't done as president that benefit Chinahurt the United States, and some of
them are very significant. For example, there's never been an investigation of the
origins of COVID or the Chinese rolein that Chinese refused access to the one

(04:43):
lab which employee the employees there, and they continue to peddle the theory that
this was started by the Fight ofthe bat. I believe it was an
active, deliberate biological warfare directed againstthe US to try to stop Trumps reelection.
Well, we won't know until Trumpgets an office because they the Chinese

(05:06):
will not provide access for the infantinvestigation. The China sends three hundred and
fifty thousand students to the US everyyear. The load's gone up and and
the potential for espionage is huge.Trump set up an office in the FBI

(05:29):
to keep tabs on that and totry to stop the espionage, and Biden
disbanded the office, claiming that itwas racial profiling. Well, Biden shifts
US from fossil fuels to electric carsand solar batteries and so on. Those
elements, those batteries all are poweredby rarer earth minerals, and China has

(05:54):
acquired a monopoly of rare minerals andis making deals throughout the world to tie
up the whole world supply and Bidendoes nothing to stop that, but instead
Beto is rare with mineral minds inthe US and recently just beat out a
huge one in Minnesota, claiming thatit's in dangered late and he's helping China

(06:16):
preserve his monopoly of the rare minerals. Kennedy almost took us into a nuclear
war to stop Russia from setting abase in Cuba, and yet China has
now set up places in Cuba andBiden does absolutely nothing about it. China
is now leading assault throughout the worldon the dollar, trying to replace it

(06:42):
as the global currency with the wandthe change currency, or with gold.
And if this happens, as somesays, it would be the worst defeat
we've had in two hundred years. Not just prestige, but we would have
great difficulty borrowing money quickly and atdecent rates. And the Biden has done

(07:05):
nothing to stop that, just letthis happen and stands aside while it goes
on. There are just so manyexamples of policies that Biden has adopted that
helped China entert the United States. And I believe though this is a quid
poor quote for the bribes he receivedand I think it's what happens when we

(07:29):
have a president who basically, Ithink is in the service of a foreign
power. Corrupt. Is the bookthe Inside Story of Biden's Dark Money.
Dick Morris is speaking with us.This is everything the American people hate about
politics, politicians who do nothing butserve themselves. Did Biden aggressively pursue these
interests because he was trying to takecare of himself, not knowing he was

(07:55):
going to be elected president and thatthis will all come to light. It
was in anticipation of being elected president, and he in the fact that he
was running and very likely, verypossibly winning was the key element in that
otherwise these foreign countries would he botheredwith them. This was all to lay

(08:18):
the basis for his becoming president. One of the most blatant examples is that
Biden got when Biden left the vicepresident, Say, China gave the University
of Pennsylvania fifty eight million dollars inanonymous in an anonymous donation, and they

(08:39):
set up the Penn Biden Center atthe u University of Pennsylvania, which was
paid Biden a million dollars a yearfor the four years when he out of
office and also paid blanketly from theSecretary of State and nine of them high
ranking members of the Foreign policy estabin the US. So essentially our nick

(09:03):
president and the leaders of foreign policywhen change pay roll for four years talent
corrupt. The Inside Story of Biden'sDark Money by Dick Morris, New York
Times best selling author FBI, Wherehave they been through all this? It
seems to me and you remember theNixon FBI as well as I do,

(09:26):
and Nixon would have salivated having anFBI this obedient that the Biden seems to
have. Yeah, well, hesaid. When Obama became president, he
purged the FBI of all of itsconservatives, basically made it a radical left

(09:46):
organization. They hired people who wereradical politically that what they called them,
and can transform both the FBI andCIA from conservative institutions that basically just ended
the countrying the constitutions into radical leftwing operations that did everything they could to

(10:09):
undermine the democracy in the US.The story just broke yesterday that in the
last two weeks of his presidency,Obama issued in executive order saying that US
agencies intelligence agencies could share their datawithout privacy protections and broad data even without

(10:37):
confirmation, and that that was allowed, and that was how all the leaking
took place that led to the fromthe allegations of Russian to collusion fit with
Trump, and the order was giventwo weeks two weeks before Obama left office,
and they knew that Trump was comingin and they wanted to fame him

(11:01):
for the funny charge that he colludedwith Russia. And this executive boarder literally
legalized what they did, said itwas okay for the FBI and other intelligencies
to leak to the media without privacyconcerns, without verification, and basically set

(11:22):
up a Changlo court to try toget them corrupt. The Inside Story of
Biden's Dark Money by Dick Morris. You've been hearing bits and pieces of this
throughout certain reporting, but he's putit all in one volume and it's available
everywhere you get books. New YorkTimes bestselling author Dick Morris. Thank you
for joining us today. Thank you, bye bye. Thanks for listening to
