Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's the Valentine in the Morning replay.
Speaker 2 (00:03):
Welcome to the breakfast table of Valentine in the Morning.
Speaker 1 (00:05):
I laughed heartily.
Speaker 3 (00:07):
Helpe, it's respectful to say I love you.
Speaker 4 (00:09):
The full show podcast starts right now.
Speaker 5 (00:17):
Hi, my name is Colin.
Speaker 1 (00:18):
You know I seeing my daddy Valentine in the Morning.
I went off launch nice.
Speaker 6 (00:25):
And previously on Valentine in the Morning.
Speaker 1 (00:28):
Hey, Courtney, good morning.
Speaker 2 (00:29):
How are you today.
Speaker 7 (00:30):
I'm good.
Speaker 6 (00:30):
How are you doing good?
Speaker 2 (00:31):
We're doing good too. So sympathetic pregnancy pains all that.
What do you think?
Speaker 4 (00:36):
I think?
Speaker 7 (00:37):
Well, I remember seeing a Fraser episode where dials had
pregnancy sympathy pregnancy was Daphne, which was really hilarious. That
was the first time that I heard of that. But
then I've been seeing so many videos where they hooked
guys up to like electrode to give them the simulation
of contraction. Oh, and I think that should be required
(00:57):
for all guys so they know whoa.
Speaker 2 (01:00):
Whoa, whoa, whoa. You're doing old references. I'm doing one too, whoa.
I don't think we need that because they've done that before.
Like radio shows you that all the time, like, oh,
let's find out what it feels like that menstrual cramps
to hook a guy up and they crank.
Speaker 7 (01:14):
It, same idea.
Speaker 3 (01:16):
Yeah, no, but we don't need that.
Speaker 8 (01:18):
Yeah, I believe you.
Speaker 2 (01:19):
Yeah, Brian, we all believe you. No need to hook us.
Speaker 6 (01:25):
According to any of those videos, have you seen them
make their way all the way to the top pain?
Speaker 7 (01:29):
No, They usually like pap out, like after they get
to like level three because men.
Speaker 6 (01:34):
Yeah, I've never seen them go pass out either.
Speaker 2 (01:36):
Can ask a stupid question this is connected to? Where
connected to?
Speaker 9 (01:47):
I don't know what that is.
Speaker 2 (01:50):
They grabbed your ovaries and they shaken Brian, just a wondering.
Today's show show starts now three. My family, it is
Valentine in the morning. Hello, Rain, Hello, how are you,
old friend? It's come down this morning, coming down for
(02:11):
a while, so we'll keep you update in that and
any problems out there they're developing too and stuff. Good morning, Jill,
how are you?
Speaker 10 (02:17):
Good morning?
Speaker 1 (02:18):
Good.
Speaker 6 (02:18):
My husband and I are reaching the end of our
Seinfeld journey. We started watching I've never seen it, so
we started watching the show. We do one episode tonight
when we could when we were together. We started the
last season last week and now we're just slowly approaching
that final episode, and.
Speaker 2 (02:35):
I'm so sorry with the court case.
Speaker 6 (02:37):
No okay, court case. No, I'm in a gosh, are
you a small town? No okay, small town? All right,
we just watched the episode where it kind of goes backwards.
They go to the wedding in India, I believe, for
Elaine's friend, and the whole episode is backwards.
Speaker 2 (02:58):
Have you got to the part with your dies?
Speaker 6 (03:00):
You know, George doesn't die, but it's the first show
we watched together, and like coming to an end, right, I'm.
Speaker 2 (03:08):
So well, then you move on to something else.
Speaker 6 (03:10):
So yeah, I've always not even known any references for Seinfeld,
and but I feel like I'm so late to the game.
Speaker 2 (03:17):
So great that in twenty twenty five now getting Seinfeld references.
Speaker 6 (03:20):
Yes, John o'hurley's birthday the other day, and I got excited.
Speaker 3 (03:25):
That's how I felt like two years ago when my
girlfriend and I watched Friends. I've just never seen Friends,
and like I was getting all these references for the
first time, and that's all I wanted to talk about.
And people are like, this is like it's old, two
decades old.
Speaker 2 (03:36):
Yeah, No, I never even watched Friends, so I would
have got those references. Yeah, I tried a couple episodes,
but I never get into it. Then it was too late,
you know what I mean. I've seen episodes here and there,
and I know the break. We're all break, We're break.
That's a big reference, right, you know, But otherwise not much. Briy,
how are you, buddy?
Speaker 11 (03:52):
I'm fine, little burned out if I'm being perfectly honest,
just you know, running around like crazy NonStop on a Tuesday.
Speaker 3 (04:01):
Yeah, yeah, someone to be fair.
Speaker 2 (04:06):
To be fair, not my problem you asked. You need
to step it up. You need to get past all
this radio show. This is your job. There's been a
lot of cutbacks recently. We do not need to fall
back and be burnt out. We need to rise up. Baby.
Speaker 11 (04:21):
This is making it so much worse.
Speaker 2 (04:25):
You go grab a Celsius in the hallway, you know,
and that bad boy.
Speaker 11 (04:28):
I'm done with the Celsius. No, they make it crazy.
Speaker 2 (04:33):
You know how I wish would come to our in
the United States. Jameric why do you like Jamericauay? Anybody
else like Jamericauy?
Speaker 3 (04:39):
I don't know if I know who that is.
Speaker 6 (04:41):
Just introduced him to Jeff, my husband, just like three
weeks ago, Virtual insanity.
Speaker 1 (04:48):
Thank you so good.
Speaker 2 (04:49):
Jameric is fantastic. You don't know Jameric. Why being a
music guy?
Speaker 11 (04:57):
Yeah, yeah, funny little pat.
Speaker 2 (05:00):
Okay, Yeah, some artists just don't come to the States.
Speaker 6 (05:04):
Calipa brought him ount not too long ago.
Speaker 2 (05:07):
Where was she doing with that appened?
Speaker 3 (05:10):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (05:10):
Over there? Huge and love obviously all right, it is
Valentine in the Morning. This is one of four to
three my fam one four three my FM listen anywhere
with the free iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 8 (05:24):
But that.
Speaker 2 (05:27):
One a four three my fam. It's Valentine in the morning.
Welcome back if you had yesterday off, welcome back to work,
or welcome back to school. But later on today, it's
kind of a mixed bag if who had it off,
who didn't have it off? iHeart to not give it off.
We're here. People were very upset about that they wanted
that day off. It's amazing because Americans we look for
those days off all the time, you know, yeah, and
(05:47):
I think we need them. That four day work week
would be great for so many people right now. To
be fair, guys, we don't have a long work week.
We get off the air and we hang around for
another hour or two. So we're not really technically working
hard labor forty hour work weeks, but we'd still take it.
You know, we're a product everyone environment.
Speaker 6 (06:07):
Getting able to sleep in.
Speaker 2 (06:09):
Yeah, that's the thing, right, sleeping in. So how's you?
Oh maybe making.
Speaker 6 (06:17):
Well, we're not allowed to do anything the natural way.
Oh really, I'm not allowed to be jostled in any way.
No twist, excuse twist. It's like, no yoga?
Speaker 2 (06:28):
No, what do you guys? How did you make babies before?
Speaker 10 (06:32):
Well?
Speaker 2 (06:32):
What positions were you guys? Trying?
Speaker 8 (06:34):
No?
Speaker 6 (06:35):
I mean like there can be no sudden movements to
the ovaries. Got it, can not be jostled. I can walk.
That's really the one thing I can do, right.
Speaker 2 (06:43):
Okay, So no jostling, no twisting, No, no, no yoga,
baby making a could you sprint?
Speaker 6 (06:50):
No?
Speaker 9 (06:51):
Wow?
Speaker 6 (06:51):
No, just a nice walk.
Speaker 2 (06:53):
Random funny story, nothing to do with baby making. Some
off that topic. Okay, do you know how they run
in the movies? Apparently Lelani's listening to podcasts or maybe
it's Fallon Fallon had somebody on and I'm gonna forget
who it was, but they're an action movie and stuff like,
how do they make you guys look like you run
so fast. It can't just be speeding them up right,
(07:14):
well apparently, and it might have been Millie Bobby Brown randomly.
The way they make them run fast is they run
very slow with their legs but move their arms very fast.
They pump their arms fast, super fast, so you over
pump your arms but run slow. Then when they speed
you up, it looks like you're Tom Cruise. So it's
(07:36):
hard for obviously the radio, but they'll describe it.
Speaker 6 (07:38):
I'm running slow, so his legs are slow. Oh yeah, yeah,
you look like.
Speaker 9 (07:44):
An action star.
Speaker 6 (07:47):
It looks fast though.
Speaker 2 (07:50):
I did that last night around the kitchen island at
our house. It's not a breath when I got around
the islands, it's not that big, but I thought, oh
my god, I think I got it down. I can
be an action star. Run slow, will pump your hands
really fast. Then when they speed you up, it looks
even better. I guess.
Speaker 9 (08:06):
So Tom Cruise isn't really running like that.
Speaker 3 (08:09):
I have no idea that he was really okay runner.
He does all his own stuff, so is he a
great runner?
Speaker 2 (08:15):
Have you ever seen a run in person? You ever
do a foot race with Tom? Cruise.
Speaker 11 (08:19):
Actually, yeah, I did yesterday.
Speaker 2 (08:21):
Oh you ever did a foot race with a guy
that was like, how much younger was Kevin than me?
Fifteen years? So did a foot race with him years
ago and it was very very close, Like it was
super close. I was right there with him fifteen years
as elder and stuff. But there's an allegation that I
knocked his glasses off when I was reaching for the
finish line, and that's why.
Speaker 11 (08:38):
I mad him in the face.
Speaker 6 (08:41):
We have the video.
Speaker 2 (08:43):
You find that video, I'll give you five bucks. Yeah,
because I know you don't have that video. The old
we have that video is such a lie.
Speaker 6 (08:51):
It's on my computer because back then I was in
charge of posting to our website, and so I have
it on my computer somewhere. I just got to find it.
Speaker 2 (08:58):
Five bucks. Get over here, right on the table, all right.
It is Valentine in the morning. There's one thousand bucks
coming up. We got a thousand dollars for you at
six o'clock this morning. Thousand bucks all day long. Your
chance to win is on the way.
Speaker 12 (09:10):
Nineties to now.
Speaker 1 (09:13):
One o four to three. My FM I was.
Speaker 3 (09:16):
Getting condy used to be and soils.
Speaker 2 (09:24):
One A four to three my family. It is Valentine
in the morning. Hi Cecilia, Hi, good morning. How are
you doing, Cecilia.
Speaker 13 (09:30):
I'm doing great.
Speaker 2 (09:31):
Gotta just drop my pen. Shoot, no not, I gonna
get down on my knees to get it.
Speaker 11 (09:41):
I got it, I got it.
Speaker 2 (09:42):
Go what see? Yeah, I'm down money begging you to.
Speaker 6 (09:49):
Come home.
Speaker 13 (09:52):
Exactly, Simon and Garfuncle.
Speaker 11 (09:54):
Gotta love it, gotta love it, gotta love it.
Speaker 2 (09:57):
Cecilia, what are you doing? What are you doing?
Speaker 11 (09:59):
Up?
Speaker 2 (09:59):
Out of b we had? Life is in your way?
What's happening?
Speaker 13 (10:03):
Well we are still kind of, you know, on that
high from the weekend. I took my sixteen year old
daughter to Chapel Roone on Friday.
Speaker 2 (10:13):
Oh yeah, and we.
Speaker 13 (10:14):
Had the best time. Oh my god, I was amazing.
Speaker 6 (10:18):
Were you expecting that many people there? That caught us
off guard?
Speaker 13 (10:22):
Oh my goodness, we were blown away. It was Julia's
first concert ever and we did not expect that. Oh
my god, it was crazy. It was amazing all the high.
Oh my god, we're still riding that high.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
Do you know what I did with my kid? I
was in San Diego over the weekend. We drove down Saturday,
came back Sunday, like three and a half hours each way.
Speaker 3 (10:47):
Oh my god.
Speaker 2 (10:48):
But the kid never fell asleep. He stayed awake the
entire time we drove, which is rare for a teenage
boy to stay away the entire time. We talked with
chat we do this and something I would recommend the
parents with teenage kids let them take control of the music.
The musical conversation that develops when a kid controls a
playlist and a ride like that, it's phenomenal. Cecilia. I
(11:09):
learned about his music, learn more about his taste, had conversations,
but they're more into the drive when you let him
take control. And he's got really eclectic tastes and he's
playing like old folk like music, like singer songwriter type
stuff that I know is into and everything. But it
really opens up the door to a connection with your
child that otherwise we sometimes don't get one.
Speaker 13 (11:32):
I agree with that.
Speaker 2 (11:33):
Yeah, hho t t.
Speaker 7 (11:37):
Oh geo.
Speaker 13 (11:41):
Absolutely. And he did a cover of Barracuda on Friday
night that right we were rocking out. I love that
her band is amazing, every second of it. Oh my god.
We waited for five hours for seeing her play and
it was worth awesome.
Speaker 2 (11:59):
I was a great time for Thanks for sharing that
with us.
Speaker 13 (12:03):
Oh absolutely, it was ane of urse. Not worth it.
Speaker 2 (12:06):
Well, tell her congrats and we said hello, Okay.
Speaker 13 (12:08):
Thank you so much. We love you guys. We listen
to you guys every single morning on our drive to
school drop offs. Are you know you guys are the best?
Speaker 6 (12:19):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (12:19):
Thank you for the Yeah. We love being on in
the car and people doing drop offs. It's so much fun. Well,
I have a great day and call anytime.
Speaker 13 (12:26):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 1 (12:27):
Okay, Rocky buys. Text Valentine in the morning at three
one oh four to three, one o four to three.
My SM Entertainment headlines.
Speaker 6 (12:35):
So this is special Diane Keaton's films Annie Hall, which
came out in nineteen seventy seven and Something's Got to Give,
which came out in two thousand and three. They're going
to return to theaters. The movies are going to screen
for one week starting on Friday in one hundred AMC
theaters nationwide. And do you watch High Potential On ABC,
Bill Ny the Science Guy is going to guest star
(12:58):
as himself on an upcoming episode. He is going to
help Morgan with her Morgan vision on the show which
is the show's supernatural ability. I'm Jill with the entertainment
headlines on Valentine the Morning, coming up at six o'clock.
It's our thousand dollars Phillip. We'll give you a keyword.
You take it to our website and that word could
win you a thousand dollars. That'll be right at six
(13:19):
o'clock right here on my FM.
Speaker 2 (13:31):
One A four to three, My fan, it is Valentine
in the Morning.
Speaker 6 (13:33):
If you guys could get married again and a company
would pay for sixty five percent of your entire wedding
quick question Yes, same person, same person, Like.
Speaker 2 (13:44):
You're going to read like a val question.
Speaker 3 (13:47):
I haven't done that the first time.
Speaker 2 (13:49):
Oh, yes, he hasn't done that first time.
Speaker 6 (13:50):
So John for your future wedding, Yes, valan Bred, you
could do it again.
Speaker 11 (13:54):
Yes?
Speaker 6 (13:54):
Would you allow a company to sponsor your wedding signage?
Speaker 3 (14:00):
Heck yeah right, Chili's step right up. Yeah, you don't
want to check with your you.
Speaker 2 (14:06):
Know what if it's not Chili like chaopectate, Well, we
get to approve the brand though, like it's still your wedding.
Speaker 6 (14:14):
Right, yeah, you get to approve the brand.
Speaker 2 (14:16):
Heck yeah, sixty five percent of the cost.
Speaker 6 (14:17):
If they're paying, let's go, they're covering it all.
Speaker 2 (14:19):
Our wedding costs so little. Anyway, we didn't dance, we
didn't have a dinner, so ours is very much. We're
po We didn't have that much going on anyway, so
the cost was kind of phenomenal. Okay, right, so we
didn't have a big wedding.
Speaker 6 (14:31):
But they did a study six and ten Americans would
let a brand sponsor their wedding, whether that's signage on
the dance floor or a brand inspired cocktail. I think
in the world of influencers and social media posts and
all that, I wouldn't care, Like, bring it on.
Speaker 3 (14:45):
You would have sponsored by Disney, you know, wonderful.
Speaker 2 (14:48):
But I think that has you have to have some
reason they'd want to sponsor your wedding. They're not going
to sponsor Sally from down the Street's wedding unless Sally
has ten thousand and fifty thousand whatever followers and nobody
cares because oh, Aunt Hilga is at the wedding. She
saw that I love whatever booze. Yeah great, what's that mean?
Speaker 6 (15:09):
You know, I think we're just so used now to
seeing like sponsored by or hashtag ad that yeah the wonder,
Like six and ten people would say, yeah, let's do
it for the cost. I'm in.
Speaker 2 (15:17):
I think it's more fun if you don't have the
ability to approve or disapprove the sponsor. But you make
the deal ahead of time, like it's a service. Because
we're going to get you a sponsor. We'll pay for
sixty five percent of your wedding. The whole thing. Just
have to be okay with the sponsor. Okay, Now, you
can have stipulations. It can't be anything that's absolutely hateful
or something. Yeah, but if it turns out to be
like chaopectate or anti diarrheal medication, you have to go it.
(15:39):
You know, are you walking down the island a bit
nervous in your white dress? That's why you took chaopectade.
Speaker 6 (15:44):
You know, like Laura, you're getting married in just a
couple of months. Would you allow that? Allow a brand.
Speaker 14 (15:50):
Happily and I would not need to approve it. Okay, yeah, right,
the weddings are so expensive. I will be the face
of any brand you need me.
Speaker 2 (15:56):
Kidding, right, that's right, she's ready. Let's reach out brands
and we'll all put it on our social so you'll
get the press out of this. You're a good brand
out there. The once it came for some of her wedding.
Speaker 3 (16:06):
The hashtag, you know, like the briding groom.
Speaker 2 (16:08):
Hashtag, hashtag lowerd Ben and Chao pectag.
Speaker 6 (16:12):
Ben of diarrhea.
Speaker 2 (16:14):
They were afraid of going down the aisle. But not
now we'll see somebody reaches out for you. You would have
done it too, Joe.
Speaker 6 (16:21):
I tried.
Speaker 2 (16:22):
Oh you tried. No one nobody wanted to like sponsor your.
Speaker 6 (16:26):
Wedding, like Minted and fly and like all that.
Speaker 2 (16:30):
But yeah, and what did you say, Like you said,
like explore a partnership OR'd like say give me five
grand I'll say.
Speaker 6 (16:35):
This, no, explore partnership. Okay, are you open to different sponsorship?
Speaker 2 (16:40):
And you said, I do a radio show in California?
Speaker 6 (16:42):
Yep, I got got them in touch with different salespeople
here for iHeart nothing.
Speaker 3 (16:47):
This is your most recent one. Yeah, that came out
that But I'm only asking because there were as many
people there for this one.
Speaker 2 (16:58):
You know, I see what you're saying.
Speaker 9 (17:00):
Yeah, the sponsorship, this was.
Speaker 3 (17:04):
Just party family.
Speaker 6 (17:05):
This was for the party reception.
Speaker 2 (17:11):
You are popping more on him or on her. I
get what he means.
Speaker 3 (17:15):
Now, I get what he means.
Speaker 2 (17:17):
Oh that was fun to watch. That was fun to watch.
One of four three my faminous valence in the morning. Hey, Nikki,
good morning. What's going on? What do you want to
talk about?
Speaker 5 (17:30):
Today is my last day of parent teacher conferences?
Speaker 15 (17:32):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (17:33):
How have they been going?
Speaker 5 (17:34):
They've been going good. I have a total of sixty
one parents because I teach a dual immersion group, so
I have two groups of students in fifth grade, right,
So they've just been very long. We go into about
four o'clock every day.
Speaker 2 (17:46):
Wow, Oh my gosh, and what grade is this that
you're teaching?
Speaker 5 (17:50):
Fifth grade?
Speaker 2 (17:51):
Fifth grade? Okay? Gotcha? Are you married?
Speaker 5 (17:53):
I am?
Speaker 2 (17:54):
Okay. The reason I ask over the years, I've noticed
like a few single dads hitting at teachers. Oh it happens.
Do they ever have to say I've noticed it? Because yeah,
you're sitting here, you're watching from outside the hall, or
you see how they interact when they leave their room
and stuff like that. I'm like, dude, you were shooting
your shot with your kids, teacher, what are you doing?
Speaker 5 (18:13):
I could totally see that happening with some of our
younger teachers.
Speaker 2 (18:16):
Oh seriously, Yeah, I wonder like we should do a
topic how many teachers get hit on single teachers at
parent teacher night.
Speaker 5 (18:23):
That's good, you know, yeah, that would be a good one.
Speaker 2 (18:26):
All right in general though, in general everything went well
and you're so happy it's over.
Speaker 5 (18:33):
Yeah, I'm so happy. Like today's the last day. Our
last one's at three forty five today and then we'll
be done.
Speaker 2 (18:38):
Did you have to tell some parents about a troublesome child?
Speaker 1 (18:41):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (18:41):
Yes, we definitely have to talk about those that are
not doing so well, not completing work or doing things
in school they're not supposed to be doing. You know,
those difficult conversations sometimes, Nikki.
Speaker 2 (18:52):
Thanks for doing what you're doing. Tank us Wendia, all.
Speaker 5 (18:54):
Right, thank you so much.
Speaker 2 (18:55):
Okay, bye, bye bye. She said immersion, but I never
asked what language. I only assume Spanish, but the lack
of response.
Speaker 11 (19:01):
It was French. Yeah, you could have been.
Speaker 6 (19:03):
Right from Mandarin.
Speaker 3 (19:06):
Probably not, you never know.
Speaker 2 (19:07):
No, Mandarin's big, actually is it really?
Speaker 11 (19:09):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (19:09):
Well, and she's Chinese, so you've offended her.
Speaker 12 (19:15):
Text Valentine in the morning at three one oh four to.
Speaker 1 (19:17):
Three, Okayrie you.
Speaker 6 (19:21):

Speaker 6 (20:03):
Yeah, between the between nine and eleven for this area.
Speaker 2 (20:06):
Okay, yeah, so depending on where the storm is coming from,
what area is going to hit the most. But yeah,
I saw heavy rain too. I'm like, oh good good lord.
How did you get sleep at that rain?
Speaker 6 (20:14):

spent like three and a half hours cleaning gutters yesterday
because the get A guy goes to all get gutter guards.
They caused more problems than they're worth. Well, my gutters
are full of like leaves and junk and stuff. So
it's up there trying to do that and everything looking
like a big old goofball.
Speaker 6 (21:14):
Can you get the gutter guards now?
Speaker 2 (21:16):
Or maybe you could, I don't know, but it's like this.
I don't want anybody walking on the roof because the
guy broke a bunch of gutters when you put I'm sorry,
the guy broke a bunch of tiles in the roof
when he put the gutters in and never told me
my roofer goes here. You go like forty tiles broken
up there. I'm like, what the bleeping dude. Because they're like, oh,
this old guy's never going up to look. Wow, that's
(21:37):

Thank you.
Speaker 2 (32:22):
You're welcome. Thank you. Be careful that rain today coming up.
Three things you need to know. Most of southern California
is under flash flood watches. Some people being told prepared
to evacuate almost imminently. Where is that and why is that?
Coming up? Three things you need to know.
Speaker 1 (32:38):
Things you need to know right now.
Speaker 2 (32:40):
One, it's Valentine in the morning. This is one of
four to three MIVM. Most of southern California under a
flash flood watch today and heavy rainfall expected to continue
into the afternoon. Evacuation warnings have also been issued for
people living in the recent burn areas in the Pacific
Palisades and Altadena. The storm will also bring the possibility
of thunderstorms, hail, powerful wins, and even tornadoes. I saw
that last night, the alert went out for tornadoes. I'm like,
(33:03):
where do I go? So he's supposed to get to
a lower area, an area that has less windows than others.
So a room that is more center to the house,
away from windows, if possible, would be your best bet
if a tornado was coming through the area. Last night,
the Dodgers defeated the Brewers game one of the NLCS.
(33:23):
Blake snelled through eight dominant innings, allowing just one hit
and striking out ten. Brewers rallied late in the game,
but Blake tried it is that, he says last name.
Blake tried it, got the final out to secure the win.
Speaker 19 (33:36):
Tin swinging the mess and Blake China closes the door.
Speaker 9 (33:43):
The core stright of the face is.
Speaker 2 (33:45):
Loaded trying into terrain. So the guy the plate though
just before that, the pitch, just before it almost hit him.
He is looking back at that because it basically reduced
to that point, right would tied the game bases juice
would have tied the game. If you got hit by
that pitch. There are people Milwaukee going you have a
butt for a reason, turn it into the pitch.
Speaker 3 (34:04):
It looked like it was coming for his kneecap, though it.
Speaker 2 (34:06):
Did, and it's a natural reaction to get out of
the way. So he did the right thing. I mean,
Dodger fans would be screaming at the guy. Just put
his button there.
Speaker 11 (34:11):
Went Oh, I got to hit him the ball.
Speaker 2 (34:13):
On Dodgers now lead that series one zero game TWESDA
Night five. Wait in Milwaukee, John was turning your music.
Speaker 3 (34:19):
Well, guys, we're starting to get a taste of this
next chapter. Benson Boone just debuted a new original song
on his tour stop in Salt Lake City. I grabbed
some audio. Remember this is tour audio, so it's not
super clear.
Speaker 2 (34:31):
Kind of hear a little bit of it and tell
me all right, and we.
Speaker 3 (34:36):
Know this is going to be like a ballad for Benson.
So he recently went through like a breakup and he
faced some criticism for.
Speaker 9 (34:48):
His last album.
Speaker 3 (34:48):
And I say this with the most love and respect
for Benson, because I love the dude. Oh but this
Hurt is going to be so good for his next album.
Speaker 2 (34:56):
Okay, all right, you like.
Speaker 9 (34:57):
The Hurt okay wait shirt on anyone?
Speaker 2 (34:59):
Sure?
Speaker 3 (35:00):
But at the same time, some good can come from
that sometimes, you know what I mean.
Speaker 2 (35:03):
I had a program doctor years ago, God Rest his soul.
His name is John Cook, and I was going through
a breakup at the times before marriage, and it was
really really sad, and I was on the radio on
Kiss down the Hall, crying all the time, asking ladies
to call in, saying what did I do wrong? Should
I send her flowers? All this stuff?
Speaker 6 (35:18):
Right?
Speaker 2 (35:18):
Really plant it out. Ratings were huge, and he's like, hey,
you do the best radio when your life is a mess. Well, well,
what are you rooting for over there? So it's gonna
be so good?
Speaker 15 (35:32):
Huh.
Speaker 3 (35:32):
So he's got some new music on the way. I'm
John Kamuchi. That's was trending in music all.
Speaker 2 (35:37):
Right, thousand bucks coming up at eight o'clock this morning.
Plus you can say anonymous, but what would you like
to say to your mother in law? Text in at
three one oh four to three.

I don't want to say it. On the radio, and oh,
I definitely don't want me to do it. Yes, we do. Please,
we will keep you anonymous. Then we're also getting a
lot of very very nice texts about mother in laws.
Do you guys want those?
Speaker 1 (35:57):
Okay, well we get it.
Speaker 9 (35:59):
Yeah, all right, come back.
Speaker 6 (35:59):

would like to say to my mother in law. And
what I would like to say is you raised one
child and I have three and a degree in child development.
Please stop telling me how to parent my children.
Speaker 2 (36:53):
Oh yeah, I mean you've got something there, even like
in the studio, Uh, like I talk about raising kids
and stuff. Brian sometimes reminds me, Hey, I've got three kids.
Speaker 10 (37:05):
You know.
Speaker 8 (37:05):
It's a different world, man, It's a different world.
Speaker 2 (37:08):
Preage, Anonymous, But are you really raising the third kid
or do you kind of leave him to the herd?
Speaker 11 (37:15):
He is left?
Speaker 2 (37:16):
She kids remember any of the kids? He's so confused
after like two. It's a bit of a blurr, you
know what I mean.
Speaker 11 (37:25):
I'm sure she's fine.
Speaker 2 (37:26):
All right, Well, listen, anything else you want to say
to your mother in law? While we got the voice
changer going.
Speaker 8 (37:31):
Ummm, no, it's it's generally okay. I guess it's mostly
about that.
Speaker 2 (37:36):

Yeah, she didn't tell us. She didn't tell me and
my wife. She just brought them on my leg. Like
I went to the garage and I what's going on
here with all these cats?
Speaker 2 (41:02):
So like, oh my god, Yeah, that sounds like an
end of the world type.
Speaker 10 (41:06):
Yeah. She was there for a few months.
Speaker 2 (41:08):
And scratch, dude, your mother in law came and stayed
with you for a few months and brought eleven cats
and stayed with you for a few months. Yes, and
never gave you the heads up that Hi, I'm bringing
eleven cats.
Speaker 15 (41:22):
Nope.
Speaker 2 (41:23):
I love cats. Cats are cute. I don't particularly have any.
I'm allergic to them. But dear god, dude, eleven cats
without a heads up that I'm bringing some friends.
Speaker 10 (41:35):
She didn't say nothing.
Speaker 2 (41:36):
Okay, I want to tell you what I hate about
your mother in law. No, you should.
Speaker 6 (41:40):
Tell her about the different pet sitting apps that are
out there. You can find people that are very cheap.
Speaker 2 (41:47):
We get to find a whole like football team that.
Speaker 6 (41:49):
Watches someone to come and help out a little bit.
Because cats are good. I have two nowhere near eleven.
But you know they can be okay for two days,
you know, on their own.
Speaker 2 (41:59):
She's there for a couple of months. But yeah, that's
a lot man. Well home, I'm sorry about that because
I know it's important for grandparents to have a relationship
with the grandkids, and you know that's tough. I'm sorry
about that.
Speaker 10 (42:09):
No, yeah, I mean like my older son, he's eleven
years old, and and my wife was telling her and
then go, you care about those cattimonning you care about
your grandkids, and I go, and she goes, well, they
were here first, And I'm like, oh, no, committed, no
old my older is unmurded, and you like, paint go bad.
Speaker 2 (42:30):
Yeah that sticks, that really stinks. Well, you keep giving
all the love that you got to your older son
because that's the most important thing. That family unit, the
mom and dad, grandparents are super important obviously, And now
the grandparents are hearing this and they're kind of upset
about it. But you give the love and encouragement support
to your son because you are that family unit. When
you get married, when you guys make a baby and stuff,
mom's dads, all those people say still do matter. But
(42:51):
The most important thing is the nucleus, that nuclear family unit.
That's what's important for you guys.
Speaker 10 (42:56):
Right, Yes, he knows, you know that we love them
and everything.
Speaker 2 (43:02):
Yeah, I got you.
Speaker 10 (43:02):
You know he's eleven, he's five six ready, he plays
full ball.
Speaker 2 (43:06):
All right, you know, gotcha? I hear you. Man. Well,
listen to have a great day, Boo. And your mother
in law with eleven cats and not visiting because they
were here first, and you just remind her, Hey, one day,
you're gonna need someone to take care of you. Hope
does eleven cats? Dude, you're gonna go eleven cats? Well,
(43:27):
cats do live a long time, so they might be
able to take care of it. Who knows. All right, thanks,
so appreciate it. He's sixty six five four four mym
texting three one oh four three. Is there anything you'd
like to say to your mother in law?
Speaker 1 (43:44):
No?
Speaker 8 (43:45):
No, no, no.
Speaker 2 (43:47):
One of four three, My fami, it is Valancine in
the morning. If you wear the apple bottom jeans today,
be careful with the rise of the water, Be very
careful with that out there. No, that was for all
of us in the suit. You're not just you John
as well. You know it's with the fur.
Speaker 3 (43:59):
With all the rain, it's gonna get all cross.
Speaker 2 (44:01):
Yeah, be very careful abo wet weather out there today
and be safe in the roads. Take some extra time
because it's very very dangerous out there. The rain will
be getting heavier during car drop off time too, so
as you dropped the kids off of school today, that
rain will be coming down. Seven three Anonymous. The voice
changers on, what do you want to say about your
mother in law?
Speaker 4 (44:21):
Okay, I can't stand that my mother in law has
so many traditions, but i Thanksgiving. The worst one is
is that we always have to play this game left
right center. If you ever played it, you know how
it goes. You have dollars and you trade dollars around
this corner and it goes to the pot. And the
way that she acts when we're playing it and she's
(44:42):
not getting the money, it's like game over, like already.
It is so annoying and I just I don't even
want to play anymore. We've been doing this for years.
Every Thanksgiving drive me absolutely.
Speaker 6 (44:55):
In Spain, we play it every Thanksgiving as well, and
it gets loud, people get angry, people get greedy. But
it's never been a thing where we don't want to play,
so I can't imagine how how she's acting.
Speaker 2 (45:10):
Well, your sisters are online too, Oh no, if they've
been holding on giving the voice changes turned on for them, Jenna,
you're crazy at left, right, center nuts.
Speaker 4 (45:22):
I don't mind it if it was like significant money,
like some five some tens, let's make this interesting. But
it's always just the dollars, nothing more, and we can't
do any like other rounds or whatever.
Speaker 10 (45:34):
It's just after she doesn't.
Speaker 4 (45:35):
Wlan, she is like, so's a fit, and I'm like,
it's just dollars.
Speaker 2 (45:40):
Did you ever think about getting her a cat?
Speaker 14 (45:43):
Oh?
Speaker 11 (45:43):
My god?
Speaker 1 (45:47):
One O four three my FM. Here's what's coming up
in entertainment headlines?
Speaker 6 (45:55):
Could came up? Demon Hunters be a live action. The
creator has a surprising answer. I'll tell you what she
said coming up after trapping.
Speaker 2 (46:06):
Because the other lady had eleven cats were just start right,
And if you think that lady's gonna be eaten by
your cats one day.
Speaker 12 (46:11):

Speaker 1 (46:18):
One O four to three my FM. Entertainment headlines.
Speaker 6 (46:23):
K Pop Demon Hunters is currently the most watched movie
of all time on Netflix. It has more than three
hundred and twenty five million views around the world. We
know they're talking about a sequel, but the creator of
K Pop Demon Hunters, Maggie King, says that she would
rather not see the characters in a live action version.
She said, there's so many elements of the tone and
the comedy that are so suited for animation. It's really
(46:45):
hard to imagine these characters in a live action world.
It would feel too grounded, so totally it wouldn't work
for me. And there's a series in the works based
on Mattel's Magic eight Ball, you know, the little ball.
You ask a question, you shake it, get an answer.
People are buying more than a million of these magic
eight balls every year still, they've been around for about
(47:06):
seventy years now. But this new series is going to
be directed by m Night Shamalan, the guy behind the
Sixth Sense and Signs in the Village. It says that
the series is going to be a character driven supernatural
drama that blends psychological intensity with cultural intrigue. So a
new series on the way about Mattel's Magic eight Ball.
(47:27):
I'm Jill with their antymn headline.
Speaker 2 (47:28):
Pre little budget though, just get that thing from the
garage and you're kind of all said, you guys use
that as kids metsgateball and if you get the wrong answer,
you shook it a hand like are you sure dooo?
When I wasn't as rich as you guys, we did
have a magic gateball. So we have an apple and
we twist a little stem on the apple and now
I'm gonna fall in love with this person who? And
I always landed on L that back then it was
(47:50):
for Liz Quintis. Little did I know it was going
to be for Leilani. But I always got to that
L and I thought Liz Quintis is really cute. So
you know how you kind of do the little turn
and pulled it off, landed on the l who. Yeah,
little did I know that L was for Leilani. That's
it's and that's my love story. This is one of
four to three mile fab It's Valentine that morning Battle
(48:11):
of sex is come up. He guess want to play calls?
Right now? Here's Alex Ordinary? Did they say the Holy
and this Town's lost? It's faith?
Speaker 9 (48:27):
Here Cozy Daily does its happiness.
Speaker 6 (48:30):
I'm Valentine in the morning.
Speaker 2 (48:33):
What's your happy? Is Teresa?
Speaker 5 (48:35):
My daughter? Her boyfriend asked her dad last night for
hand and marriage.
Speaker 2 (48:41):
Wow? And what did he say?
Speaker 6 (48:45):
He said, yeah, Oh that's so exciting. Congratulations.
Speaker 2 (48:49):
Do you think he should have asked you for permission?
Speaker 5 (48:52):
You want to go there? Yes? Yes, I do, I
actually do, because.
Speaker 2 (48:56):
Why is it just dad's how old school right right?
Speaker 4 (48:59):
And camera single mom all our life?
Speaker 2 (49:02):
And oh so Dad wasn't even really involved in the
raising of this child.
Speaker 4 (49:06):
He was there, he said, I mean on a weekend,
you know, all right?
Speaker 2 (49:10):
All right, okay, you should have been asked as well.
Speaker 5 (49:12):
Then, huh oh, he's told her if you get married,
he's got to ask me. I have some questions.
Speaker 4 (49:17):
I want to make sure.
Speaker 2 (49:18):
Oh, this may not be going through.
Speaker 3 (49:22):
He's still coming.
Speaker 2 (49:23):
This may not be going through.
Speaker 4 (49:24):
He's listening. I'm very happy for them. It's okay. I mean,
I know, I know she's listening.
Speaker 5 (49:30):
I know he's listening.
Speaker 2 (49:31):
So I think we're listening too, and we're we're hearing
something different. He takes the hint he better calls you
after you talk to us.
Speaker 4 (49:42):
I'm so happy for her.
Speaker 8 (49:43):
I'm happy for him.
Speaker 4 (49:44):
And that's why I called in. It was my happiness
and I am I'm happy.
Speaker 2 (49:48):
It's okay, all right, this seems like there's a butt
this coming.
Speaker 5 (49:50):
But you know, no, no, no, no, no, no, but no,
but it's perfect.
Speaker 2 (49:55):
Well I'm sure you're beating a phone call after this. Teresa, congratulations,
thank you.
Speaker 6 (50:01):
Plenty girls don't get her another.
Speaker 1 (50:05):
What I learn.
Speaker 2 (50:11):
One A four to three my family. It is Valentine
in the morning. It's eight awaight. If you're on the
road today, be careful. That rain is coming down pretty heavy.
Reports of thunderstorms in certain areas. They do say that
there could be a tornado.
Speaker 11 (50:22):
Wow, oh my god. Wrong.
Speaker 2 (50:24):
I don't think so. Think we're okay with that, but
you never know. They were talking about it. The doctor
Riel Cone, who's part of the Weather Service, was on
TV telling everybody to watch out. There could be tornadoes,
all this stuff.
Speaker 6 (50:34):
Watch out super windy.
Speaker 2 (50:36):
And you're like, what do I do in that case?
We're not experienced with that stuff. We don't live in
the Midwest. So you get to an area that's lower
in your house, you know, we don't have basement. Someone
really has o's. So you get to a lower area.
The less windows are better, So a room that had
very few windows would be your best bet in that case.
But I don't think that's gonna happen. But a lot
of rain flash flood mornings out there too, so be
(50:57):
careful of that. Just driving, people don't drive too If
you're on the one to one freeway or the five
or the four or five or something, and you know
traffic's moving, you should still be doing forty five fifty.
You shouldn't be doing seventy or eighty today. If you
do that, you are airborne hundred percent. That's hydroplaning. And
kids who are new to cars, maybe you're driving for
the first time, my son, if you're oh, he's off today,
that's good. If you're new to driving, you got to
(51:19):
be extra careful in the rain because you don't know
how it responds or how you respond rather when something
goes wrong.
Speaker 3 (51:25):
You know, I feel my hands getting tired because I
grit my steering wheel tighter when it's raining, you know
what I mean, Just because sometimes, like you can feel
it on the freeway, the tires move real quick.
Speaker 11 (51:32):
Yep.
Speaker 2 (51:33):
Well you start the hydroplane or you hit one of
those big puddles in the side of the road because
Elle County doesn't how to do drainage, so you hit
those and you're.
Speaker 11 (51:39):
Like, whoa.
Speaker 2 (51:41):
Or on the other side of the freeway, the big
rig or somebody comes by hits a puddle and suddenly
you have a tsunami. You can't coming over those cement barriers.
You're like, what's going on?
Speaker 1 (51:49):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (51:50):
Stay home. Did you get offered a hotel room last night? No?
Speaker 6 (51:54):
Not this time?
Speaker 2 (51:55):
Unbelievable. No, there was this whole thing. Our boss, John
Peak was offering Jill hotel room during inclement weather because
he was worried about her.
Speaker 6 (52:03):
When it was really really bad, and he knows I
live in Riverside, so he wanted me on the air
the next day. So he said, I think it was.
Speaker 2 (52:09):
Even when you didn't live in a RIVERSI are you
sure you live pretty close to the station though, right? No,
I live in Ventura County County. No hotel for me
by the station, don't know whatsoever. And I'm closer to
the end in the beginning, so it's even harder for me.
It is a battle of the sexes repped in The Menace.
It was Dan. He lives in Venice, works as a
(52:31):
sound engineering, enjoys going to the beach. Dan, what's up, buddy?
Speaker 11 (52:34):
How you doing?
Speaker 15 (52:35):
Guys?
Speaker 2 (52:36):
Hell morning the ladies.
Speaker 6 (52:39):
Her name is Cammy. She too, lives in Riverside. She
works as an insurance case coordinator and enjoys trying new foods.
Let's hear it for Cammy.
Speaker 2 (52:48):
What's up, Cammy? Good morning? Here's that works, Cammy. I'm
gonna ask you a few questions, Dan, Jie's gonna be
asking you the questions. Best of the three wins still
tied the end of regulation, we go. That's a tough
tiebreaker question. Let us start with the ladies. How many
miles is a marathon? To the nearest mile? Now, I
want an accurate number. How many miles is a marathon?
Speaker 5 (53:11):
Is it twenty six? I?
Speaker 2 (53:13):
No, no, no way a minute? I feel like twenty
six point two? I don't know is that necessary?
Speaker 9 (53:19):
We said to the nearest mile?
Speaker 2 (53:21):
All right? Fine, but I was just reading what you wrote.
But I really think twenty six point two. Listen, if
you ran the mile, you want your point two? If
you ran the marathon, did you run a marathon? Funny
you should ask la marathon?
Speaker 6 (53:34):
Yes, Dan, Shia Labuff and Christy Carlson Romano played siblings
on What Early two thousand's Disney Channel.
Speaker 15 (53:43):
Show Ooh Oh No Oh Sweet Life on Deck Even
Stevens current score one nothing.
Speaker 2 (53:55):
Ladies, which country gifted the Statue of Liberty to the
United slis dates.
Speaker 4 (54:02):
Plan?
Speaker 2 (54:03):
False? Is correct?
Speaker 11 (54:04):
Dan?
Speaker 6 (54:05):
The Statue of Liberty is holding her torch in what hand?
Speaker 10 (54:10):
Left hand?
Speaker 6 (54:12):
Oh, it's her right hand. Ladies win. Can you want
to battle the Sexes Championship certificate? Post it on social
use the hashtag Valentine in the morning, and share it
with pride.
Speaker 17 (54:27):
Yay.
Speaker 6 (54:28):
You've also won a family four pack of tickets to
Not Scary Farm. When the world is draped in darkness,
nightmares come alive, Monsters slither around every corner while your
heart pounds this fall at Not Scary Farm, Escape Horrifying Mazes,
Traverse Wicked scare Zones, and Witness Sinister shows on select

(54:51):
win online as well. One O four to three myfm
dot com. Congratulations, Cammie, appreciate it.
Speaker 2 (54:59):
Dan, is your eggs the stage. This moment is entirely Yah.
Speaker 13 (55:03):
You take it away.
Speaker 10 (55:04):
Yeah, corastulations for fun at notts and everybody have a
best day.
Speaker 2 (55:09):
All right, Let me way YouTube, but be careful those
the roads out there. Coming up. Three things you need
to know. Taylor Swift breaking more records. She's done something
no other artist has ever done in history. What could
that be? She has done something no other artist has
ever done in the history of artists doing things throughout history.
(55:30):
That's coming up. Three things you need to know.
Speaker 1 (55:33):
You need to know right now.
Speaker 2 (55:35):
All right, it is eight nineteen. It's Valente in the morning.
This is one a four three mile FM and in
tense storm is causing flash floods, traffic issues beyond evacuation
warnings for people living in recent burn areas. Flooding in
the five has caused major traffic delays in the Samparananda
Valley and Santa Crita, where several cars had to be
towed out of the water. This morning. It was actually
(55:56):
that bad. Some areas of southern California could see thunder storms, hail,
even tornadoes today. Now, last night the sun was shining
on us. Huh, the sun was shining last night. The
(56:18):
Dodgers defeated the Brewers in Game one of the NLCS.
Blake Snell through eight dominant innings, allowing just one hit
and striking out ten. The Brewers rallied late in the
game by Blake trying got the final out to secure
the win.
Speaker 19 (56:33):
Tern swinging a mess and Blake China closes the door,
the door strand the face is loaded.
Speaker 2 (56:43):
Tryna strikes out Terrain and oh my gosh, it could
have gone the other way. It was such a great finish.
Basically reduced two outs. Pitch comes in, almost hits him,
next bitch high strike, swinging, He's out. Dodgers win. So
Dodgers now lead that series one zero game twoes tonight
to five weight Milwaukee people saying that cheer is what
did it for the Dodgers.
Speaker 11 (57:04):
Yes, yes, we've gotten multiple texts about it.
Speaker 6 (57:07):
Okay, it pumped me up yesterday.
Speaker 2 (57:09):
So this is what we aired yesterday during the show,
and this was Jill does this thing where she channels
Vin Scully and she has a Vince Scully impression in
the past that's actually helped the Dodgers win games. She
didn't do it yesterday. Instead, we did this down.
Speaker 11 (57:24):
By the river.
Speaker 3 (57:25):
Down by the river, took a liddle walk, met.
Speaker 2 (57:29):
A bunch of Brewers, met a bunch of Brewers had
a little talk, a little talk, pushed him in the.
Speaker 6 (57:35):
River on the line.
Speaker 2 (57:39):
Then we can beat the Brewers time and that worked.
Speaker 9 (57:45):
It did.
Speaker 2 (57:46):
That worked last night.
Speaker 9 (57:48):
The vibes were good, the vibes were great, Sarah.
Speaker 2 (57:50):
High, I guess we just did it again, so I
think they're gonna win again. That's all we had to do,
all right, Congratulations everybody Ahead of time, John, what is
training your music?
Speaker 11 (57:58):
Said?
Speaker 3 (57:58):
They Billboard charts just up dated for this week, and
Taylor Swift's album The Life of a Showgirl, it debuted
at number one. That's her fifteenth number one album to
get there. Now, we knew that was going to happen.
We also knew the fate of Affiliate would debut at
number one on the Hot one hundred Singles. That's her
thirteenth career number one. But what's kind of wild is
all twelve tracks from the Life of a show Girl
filled the entire top twelve spots of the Billboard Hot
(58:20):
one hundred.
Speaker 2 (58:21):
Holy cow.
Speaker 3 (58:22):
And it's not even Taylor's first time doing that. It's
actually her third time filling the top ten like that,
and no other artist has done that in history. Yeah,
Taylor's done it three times, it's unbelievable. So a lot
of records unbelievable, right, it really is, John Comuchi, that's
what's trending in music.
Speaker 2 (58:38):
Did you hear that? Did you hear that thunder?
Speaker 6 (58:41):
Yes? I did through the window.
Speaker 2 (58:43):
Holy cow. No, they issued a severe thunderstorm warning for
all of LA So keep an eye out for that.
Well that could spawn like tornadoes and stuff like that too,
so please do be careful, all right. Coming up Kimucha's
Corey is it's okay to ask somebody to stop screaming
at a concert.
Speaker 3 (59:04):
If we have a listener who is at Chapel Roon
over the weekend and she got asked to shush.
Speaker 2 (59:10):
Coming up next, it's Valentine in the morning, late to.
Speaker 1 (59:18):
Feel and I'm going to I just can't say I don't.
Speaker 2 (59:23):
Love you one of four to three, my faby, it
is Valentine in the morning. It's eight twenty seven Canuchi's chord.
Let's get right into it, man, light it up.
Speaker 8 (59:30):
All right?
Speaker 3 (59:30):
So Jenny wrote into us and she said, this last weekend,
I was at one of my favorite concerts, Chapel Roone.
Had the time of my life. I was screaming the
lyrics hyping up the crowd in front of me, until
a gentleman in front of us turned around mid show
and said, hey, can you guys please stop doing that?
He said it was ruining the concert experience for him
and his girlfriend because we were singing the lyrics so loud.
Here's the thing, I don't think I was being aggressive. Sure,
(59:51):
I was singing loud. I've been told to be quiet before,
But isn't that the point of a concert. I'm so
used to Debbie Downer saying that to me. So I
told him he could go somewhere else. He didn't stay
there and mad Doc Dusk the whole time. But I
keep replaying that, and I'm wondering, now, was I out
of line? Am I the jerk for being the person
who belts concerts belts lyrics out at the concert?
Speaker 2 (01:00:09):
Probably a fine line, right, I mean, it depends on
the show too. And I know they always ask a
crowd to sing along, and it's obvious when they want
you to sing along, and that's kind of cool and everything.
People like those moments. But if you're screaming the entire time,
the guy can't actually even hear the music. You're right
next to him, maybe it's a bit much. I mean,
I know you're getting into and everything, but if you're
belting out all those lyrics and the guy can't even
(01:00:30):
hear the artist sing.
Speaker 6 (01:00:32):
Especially in a situation like Chapel Roone it's standing room only,
everybody's like up against each other, that's right in your ear.
Laura and I experienced this at the Aras tour when
we went to go see Taylor Swift. There was this
woman who was screaming the lyrics but also crying at
the same time, and so it was so loud, and
especially during Alici affairs during that part, she was just
(01:00:55):
going crazy and you could not hear. Really, all you
could hear was this woman's school.
Speaker 2 (01:01:02):
Did you guys say something to her?
Speaker 6 (01:01:04):
Listen?
Speaker 14 (01:01:04):
If it was one song, sure, it was nine songs
since she was hysterical really, and it got to a
point she was directly next to me, the people in
front of her, the people behind her, and each of
us all on the side. I'm not gonna say we
ganged up on her. Once we all turned and looked
at her and was like, are you okay. At that point,
she actually removed herself from the seats because I think
(01:01:26):
she acknowledged that it was unbearable. And I have been
someone that people have told me to show your contests really,
so I.
Speaker 6 (01:01:32):
Will go both sides.
Speaker 2 (01:01:32):
If your concer it, yeah, but you just got it.
Speaker 6 (01:01:38):
It's a fine line. You can't ruin that experience for
other people.
Speaker 2 (01:01:41):
No, I get it, and I agree with you. You know,
John your thought you.
Speaker 3 (01:01:45):
Gotta have some self awareness. I think if you ga,
you almost can't say anything really and you can't say
that ga, it's fair game. If you're in a seat,
then I feel like it's a little bit different, okay,
And I think you need some self awareness because some
people just have obnoxious.
Speaker 2 (01:02:00):
Okay, so right, you know they're not. The thing is
like you're in the crowd for a reason because you're
not in the sage singing. Right, we didn't pay to
hear you sing because the ticket would have been a
lot cheap.
Speaker 3 (01:02:11):
But there's like an experience with the concert. There is,
but not every single song. There's well maybe every single song.
Speaker 2 (01:02:16):
What well that's the sing along as the Hollywood Bowl
or something.
Speaker 3 (01:02:19):
Then no, man, especially like Taylor Swift, an artist that
has like so many So you're okay with this, then
I'm okay with this ninety nine point nine percent.
Speaker 2 (01:02:26):
So if you paid for seat, you're okay that. If
you're in GA, I mean, I'm sorry. If you paid
for a seat, you're kind of against it. But if
you're in GA, forget it. It's sing along everything.
Speaker 3 (01:02:34):
I went to see artists called Megan Moroney last weekend. Okay,
the entire concert was like this, like you could almost
not hear the artist because of everyone collectively screaming, well,
that's too much. I found that powerful, Like.
Speaker 6 (01:02:44):
I thought that was awesome the entire time.
Speaker 3 (01:02:47):
So long as you don't have an obnoxious, screamy voice
that's piercing and hurting my ears and making them.
Speaker 2 (01:02:51):
You probably do nobody is that good. If you want
to go walk on colls of Tony Robbins, get it
fired up with that, go ahead, but it's not the
concert to do it. Don't live your best life, have
a fun time at the came No, you're ruining our lives.
What do you guys think though? Eight sixty six five
four to four MYFM texting three one oh four three.
Speaker 1 (01:03:06):

Speaker 18 (01:04:09):
And you have to sing the loudest I think? I
mean Camarone was amazing. You can't trust somebody in camaron
It's absolutely not not okay to truss somebody.
Speaker 2 (01:04:20):
You can't sssbody your fun? Can you pick up your
phone's not great? Your phone's not great, So see if
you can pick up and change that or make it
a little bit better. So apparently she might have gone
the chaperone And the question was on Kimucci's court.
Speaker 3 (01:04:32):
Yeah, Jenny got shushed because she was screaming too loud
at chapearone. So who's the jerk here, the person that's
shushing you or the person who's singing too loud?
Speaker 2 (01:04:39):
And you say it's okay to sing nice and loud, Cecilia.
Speaker 17 (01:04:46):
Sorry, I'm driving to work. I am sucking the rain.
Speaker 2 (01:04:49):
No, that's okay. We appreciate you calling in, so go ahead.
Do you think it's okay to sing nice and loud? Oh?
Speaker 17 (01:04:53):
Absolutely, the louder the better. It's a chaperone concert.
Speaker 13 (01:04:57):
I mean, she is amazing.
Speaker 17 (01:05:00):
And it was a you know, general mission ticket, you
could move if you don't like where you're standing.
Speaker 2 (01:05:06):
Was this general mission where the girl was John?
Speaker 17 (01:05:08):
It was okay, absolutely, I mean we stood around for
five hours waiting for her to come out on stage
and we rocked out with her.
Speaker 4 (01:05:18):
You were there as loud as you want.
Speaker 2 (01:05:20):
But do you understand where some people But do you
understand where some people go to a concert and they
actually want to hear the artists sing and not their
neighbor in the seat.
Speaker 17 (01:05:29):
Oh, yeah, yeah, but that's like if you went to
like so Fi or the you know, PO Forum or
something like that, but it was out on the golf court.
Speaker 3 (01:05:38):
You guys should make I do feel like, let the
kids and scream like you guys should go to like a.
Speaker 11 (01:05:43):
Smooth jazz show. Excuse me, it's like talking.
Speaker 3 (01:05:47):
About a show or you know, like just maybe John
Tesh or something.
Speaker 2 (01:05:53):
Do you I think there's.
Speaker 6 (01:05:55):
A difference between singing along and having a good time
and then the school me the.
Speaker 2 (01:06:01):
Lyrics well, also the fact that you went to the
Arastory the Girls Center for like nine songs in a row.
Speaker 6 (01:06:05):
It was too much.
Speaker 2 (01:06:06):
I get a song here and there, but if you're
doing it the entire time, and I literally can't hear
the artist when I go home and watch my video,
it's just you singing. That's not what I paid for.
I want to hear the artist. Yes, And if you're
an artist, stop throwing it to them. That's what gets
them going. You always like, all right, you throw them
towards them, and the crowd is supposed to sing along.
That's you not doing your job. We're paying you for
(01:06:26):
the job. Do your part right eight six six five
four four of my fab texting three one oh four three,
It is Valentine in the morning. What a four to three?
(01:06:49):
My family, It is Valentine in the morning. Chelsea, is
okay to scream at a concert?
Speaker 17 (01:06:53):
Hi?
Speaker 16 (01:06:54):
I'm a little torn because I think that you should
be able to have lots of fun like yourn if
you're there seeing your favorite band. So I saw the
band third I Blind a long time ago, and they're
one of my favorite bands. And I was singing pretty
loud because I was very emotional, you know. And my
husband he doesn't like that band as much, so I
don't think he felt it. He was like, hey, maybe
(01:07:15):
not sing as loud.
Speaker 8 (01:07:16):
And I was so mad.
Speaker 16 (01:07:18):
I was like, no, you're not going to tell me
not to sing my favorite band at the top of
my lung. When I hear with them live, I was
so many.
Speaker 2 (01:07:24):
Well do you have like I mean, I hate to
say it, but do you do you have like an
annoying voice?
Speaker 4 (01:07:27):
Or yeah, I.
Speaker 13 (01:07:28):
Probably do have an annoying woe.
Speaker 2 (01:07:30):
Well, I'm going to throw your bone. You're ready, this
is for you, this is your moment in the sun.
Speaker 16 (01:07:35):
Oh my god, I am not going to sing right now.
Speaker 2 (01:07:37):
You're doing there when people are trying to enjoy the music,
they're like, no way, now, I know.
Speaker 16 (01:07:43):
Well, the usually the noise of the raide, the like
the concert drowns out voices like I wasn't like screaming.
We went to another concert a few years later and
we saw Train and I told him I'm like, hey,
you're not going to tell me not to sing loud,
and he learned like, yeah, you can sing as loud
as you want. So he kind of learned his lesson, Like,
let me, you know, see all the emotions of my
favorite band.
Speaker 2 (01:08:02):
When you get home, have you ever had this experience,
because we've all been singing at concerts, right of course,
you get home and then you're watching back your video
and you hear yourself singing along, going, oh dear god.
Speaker 16 (01:08:13):
Yeah, it's very embarrassing. So if I'm recording my like
I'm recording, I'm not going to sing it because I
don't want to hear that you knowing lod and I'm
not recording for some reason.
Speaker 2 (01:08:21):
I did that at the IHEARTRADI Music Festival, and it
was like during summer sixty nine, and there was a
few points where I wasn't so sure of the lyric,
so you hear me just like stop singing for a
second and then pick up singing again. Bick in the
summer up. Yeah, all right, Chells, have a great day.
Thanks for calling it from where from riverside? Careful to
(01:08:43):
rain you too?
Speaker 1 (01:08:45):
One O four to three my FM.
Speaker 12 (01:08:47):
Here's what's coming up in entertainment's headlines.
Speaker 6 (01:08:52):
The first feature length film created entirely with artificial intelligence
is about to be released, and the narrator is Marvel Star.
I'll tell you after travel.
Speaker 1 (01:09:03):
One O four to three my SM Entertainment headlines.
Speaker 6 (01:09:06):
There have been reports out there that every episode of
season five of Stranger Things would run at least ninety
minutes long, with some episodes being two hours long. Those
rumors are exaggerated. The creators have revealed that the actual
lengths of the first four episodes for the final season
of Stranger Things or about an hour long, and the
fourth episode is going to be about an hour and
(01:09:28):
twenty three.
Speaker 2 (01:09:28):
How many seasons have we had Stranger Things so far?
Speaker 6 (01:09:30):
This is gonna be the fifth and final.
Speaker 2 (01:09:32):
Have I seen is four out? Oh?
Speaker 3 (01:09:35):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (01:09:35):
Did I miss it? Maybe I'm wondering now because I
know I saw one and two, but I wonder if
I bailed, like you just kind of forget, You move
on to something else, and you forget about it, right,
I'd have to go back and check it out.
Speaker 6 (01:09:46):
I kind of want to go back to the very
beginning watch one.
Speaker 2 (01:09:50):
Yes, yeah, sometimes that's cool.
Speaker 6 (01:09:51):
And the first feature length film created entirely with artificial
intelligence is about to be released. It's called Stardust, features
stars and scars and Marvel star Jeremy Runner is going
to narrate the film and lead the audience through a
story spanning from the Universe's origins Bless You to the
year twenty eighty. A portion of the film's revenue will
(01:10:13):
go to two charities, Jeremy Runner's Renovation Foundation, which aids
foster youth, and then the Motion Picture and Television Fund,
supporting entertainment workers impacted by this year's wildfires here in California.
I'm Jill with entertainment headlines.
Speaker 2 (01:10:25):
You know, I thought we should have we should have
a dedicated channel, and I thought about starting this network
where it's just AI products. Everything on there, AI TV
shows AI movies. So you know, there's no confusion, this,
no nothing like this will be AI. So if you're
into it. You want to see that stuff, that's where
you can go if not everything else stays out of
that world.
Speaker 3 (01:10:43):
But then you know stuff like this, like our show.
This is man made, this is OHI.
Speaker 2 (01:10:49):
Man, It's very obvious. It's very obvious. This is man made,
human made, woman made, whatever you want to call it. Yeah,
there's no AI helping this thing. Eight forty nine. It
is one fourth. This is Valentine in the Morning, a
thousand bucks coming away nine o'clock today. The roads are
a bit of a bear out there. Lots of flooding
and area, so please be careful if you're on the
freeways out there, be very very careful. Those big pots
(01:11:12):
of waters, big pockets of water, they come up very
very fast sometimes, so be careful out there. It's better
to get there late than never. One of four to
three mi fav it's Valentine in the Morning. That's Miles Smith.
It's star Gazing. In nine twenty two.
Speaker 6 (01:11:32):
AMC is doing something really special in honor of Diane Keaton.
They are going to release Annie Hall, which came out
in nineteen seventy seven, and then Something's Got to Give,
which came out in two thousand and three. They're going
to release it in one hundred movie theaters nationwide for
one week, and the screenings are going to start on Friday.
So you could see Annie Hall, which earned Diane Keaton
(01:11:53):
her first OSCAR nomination chul Win or Something's Got to Give,
which was her fourth OSCAR nomination. That's with Jack Nicholson
and Keanu Reeves. So those two films starting Fridays.
Speaker 2 (01:12:04):
But I feel like I might remember that one Something's
Gotta Give a Jack Nicholson.
Speaker 11 (01:12:07):
Oh, it's a great way.
Speaker 2 (01:12:07):
Is it really good? Do you remember the first one
she talked about anything anyone?
Speaker 11 (01:12:10):
I don't know that one movie? Right?
Speaker 2 (01:12:13):
She was on The Godfather too? Yes?
Speaker 6 (01:12:15):
Right?
Speaker 2 (01:12:16):
Or The Godfather too? Well? Now I don't know. I'm
so confused.
Speaker 6 (01:12:22):
Father of the Bride for.
Speaker 2 (01:12:22):
Me, Yes, it's right, Father the Bride, that's right.
Speaker 6 (01:12:26):
You can see Annie Hall and Something's Got to Give
in AMC starting Friday.
Speaker 12 (01:12:29):
From sedan's and SUV's to full sized trucks. Experience the
incredible power and fuel efficiency with Toyota Electrified.
Speaker 1 (01:12:37):
Three things you need to know right now.
Speaker 2 (01:12:40):
All right, it is nine twenty four. Most of southern
California under a flash flood watch today in heavy rain
expect to continue right into the afternoon. Evacuation warnings have
also been issup for people living in the recent burn
areas in the Pacific Palisades and Altina. The storm will
also bring the possibility thunderstorms, hail, powerful winds, and toto tornadoes.
Hold on to your little dogs. Probably not, but they
(01:13:03):
have to tell you could be a possibility. Thousands of
nurses and other healthcare professionals at Kaiser Permanente we're starting
a five day strike today. Nobody checked the forecast. These
workers striking due to contract dispute over staffing levels, wages
and benefits. Hospitals and medical offices will remain open, but
some procedures may need to be rescheduled. I'll be careful
(01:13:25):
in the rain if you're outside, John, what's training in music?
Speaker 8 (01:13:27):
Well?
Speaker 3 (01:13:27):
The Billboard Music charts just updated for this week, and
Taylor Swift's album The Life of a Showgirl just debuted
at number one. We knew that was going to happen.
It's her fifteenth number one. She is now the soloist
with the most number one albums. Only the Beatles have
more since they've been doing the chart. The Fate of Aphilia,
that song debuts at number one on the Billboard Hot
one hundred. That's her thirteenth career number one. In fact,
(01:13:48):
all twelve tracks from the Life of a show Girl
filled all the top twelve spots on the Billboard Hot
one hundred. It's not even Taylor's first time doing that,
it's actually her third, and she's the only artist that's
ever done it in the charts history. So this album
is already just breaking records. I'm John Kamunci that's what's
trending in music.
Speaker 2 (01:14:09):
One of four three My family's valence in the morning
to prepare to John, Like when that song comes on,
it is a banger for guys, It's like a banger
that we as men sometimes don't recognize how great that
song is. And singing along to it and having fun
with it and stuff like that, you know. And John
sings that every Saturday morning, Saturdays or Sundays, Saturday mornings.
Saturday morning, him and his buddies used to climb into
(01:14:30):
bed together his bed at his old frat house. They'd
climb into bed together and put on Na Tusha and
bedding Field and just sing that top of their lungs.
He's the best man. Do you miss those moments. Now
you have Olivia next to you when you rise in
the morning on Saturdays.
Speaker 3 (01:14:43):
No, honestly, no, like I thought I would.
Speaker 2 (01:14:46):
Yeah, the brotherhood, so to speak.
Speaker 3 (01:14:48):
But it's nice to have a girl next to you
instead smells better instead of just like five guys.
Speaker 2 (01:14:52):
Who is your smelly friend?
Speaker 1 (01:14:54):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (01:14:54):
They just depend on the day, they all kind of smell.
Speaker 6 (01:14:56):
Okay, Can you and Olivia have a song that you
listen to one today morning?
Speaker 3 (01:15:00):
We have a playlist. Yeah, we have a chill playlist.
It's our Saturday morning like turn on the coffee and
wake up slowly playlist.
Speaker 2 (01:15:06):
Yeah, my kid. I was listening to one of his playlists.
Over the weekend. We had gone down for soccer and
San Diego, and I thought it was so great because
it was a three plus hour drive down, three plus
hour drive back, so super long. We staved the night,
but super long for soccer, right, And we drove down
there and I let him control the music. He never
fell asleep, control the music the entire way driving back,
(01:15:27):
control the music the entire way. And it opened us
up to conversation about life, about music, about whatever it was.
And I can't pinpoint one specific conversation that stands out
as like teaching moment for him or teaching moment for me.
But it was just a great flow back and forth,
and the music was the soundtrack behind that. You know,
it worked out well. It was really cool. I loved it.
(01:15:47):
I recommend all parents try that with their kids, unless
they're like eight, then it is gonna drive it crazy.
Speaker 6 (01:15:51):
We're especially cherishing it now because he's about to go
off to college very soon.
Speaker 2 (01:15:55):
Oh my god, why would you say that? You know
it's gonna send me over the edge.
Speaker 6 (01:15:59):
No, no, but I'm crying out appreciated.
Speaker 2 (01:16:01):
Look at the tears from heaven. They're coming down. These
are my tears. They're streaming down the windows outside. No,
Jill's right, this is Jill Scottson too, So you'll cry.
A high school graduates next year too.
Speaker 6 (01:16:12):
Leilani sent me the date of the graduation tickets. She's
giving us tickets. Yeah we are yes, you are yes,
and so like right then, it was still like a
year away, and I got chills, and I just can't
believe he's already graduating from high school.
Speaker 2 (01:16:25):
No, it's crazy, it's absolutely crazy. We're looking at different colleges,
we're looking at different soccer programs and stuff too, to
see this option there. Anybody know anybody down at STSU,
No soccer down there. Let's go. Let's go, guys, reach out.
What are the schools. I've had a whole list of
schools that we're reaching out to and stuff, and some
have already reached out to us. This back and forth
on different offers and potential things and stuff like that.
(01:16:48):
It's cool, but it's a whole process, like, where's he
gonna go, what's he going to do? What do your
kids grow up to become. It's a fascinating little thing.
You know, you've got a long way still, but yet
it goes by in a blink.
Speaker 17 (01:17:00):
Yeah.
Speaker 11 (01:17:00):
I mean my son Micah, my oldest is eleven, but
you know five years will be driving. It's not that far.
Speaker 2 (01:17:07):
Oh my god, dude, the driving part. Wow, five years?
How did that happen? Yeah?
Speaker 6 (01:17:15):
I remember the day Kylo brought him in to the station.
Speaker 2 (01:17:19):
Yeah, oh my gosh, Wow, you're doomed.
Speaker 1 (01:17:24):
My sm entertainment headline, I'm a free man.
Speaker 6 (01:17:27):
In a year, Apple TV plus will now just be
called Apple TV without the plus. There wasn't a big
announcement or anything. It was there at the end of
a press release about f One the movie. They said
the movie is gonna be available to stream on December twelfth,
and it said Apple TV Plus is now simply Apple
TV with a vibrant new identity, and Apple claims the
simplified Apple TV name is easier to remember for users.
(01:17:52):
And Jason Kelsey and Travis Kelsey had Dwayne Johnson on
their podcast New Heights and Jason and The Rock talked
about being girl dads and it was really really see.
The Rock said, my baby's just like you, Jason. They
are everything, and then Jason agreed, saying the moment the
first one pops out, it's like my entire hierarchy of
priorities has completely shifted. And then they both talked to
(01:18:14):
Travis Kelsey about him one day, knowing that feeling with
Taylor Swift. I'm Jill there in tim headline.
