Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's the Valentine in the Morning replay.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Welcome to the breakfast table, a Valentine in the Morning.

Speaker 1 (00:05):
I laughed heartily. Oh my God, help us respectful to
say I love you. The full show podcast starts right now.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
One of four to three. My family is Valentine the Morning.

Speaker 3 (00:16):
Good morning, Jill, Hi, good morning you guys. How's it going.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
It's going okay? How are you?

Speaker 3 (00:23):
I'm good?

Speaker 1 (00:23):
What are you laughing at?

Speaker 3 (00:24):
I'm just so happy?

Speaker 1 (00:26):
Why are you so happy, Jill?

Speaker 3 (00:27):
Because every day of this week is a day closer
to Hawaii.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
Yeah, that must be nice. I know how many times
have you been there?

Speaker 3 (00:36):
Well, we used to go as a family when we
were younger. A couple of times. Then I went with
your wife one time. Oh wait, no I didn't. Yes
I did. Wow, Wait, yes, I did.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
So many times. Who knows? Right? Wow topic yesterday. When
you were a kid, what made you think some family
was rich or a person was rich?

Speaker 4 (00:53):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (00:54):
You know what it is for me when in here
they go to Hawaii so often.

Speaker 3 (00:57):
My grandparents had time shares. So that was so nice
because you could That was another thing too, shares.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
Parents had time shares.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
Which they then passed down to my part.

Speaker 1 (01:09):
Those things were rip off. Does a guy like in
the radio all the time going if you're a time share,
you want to get out of me, call me.

Speaker 5 (01:14):
I've been in so many of those like meetings that
they tell you, oh, I give you a free couple
of nights if you just come stay for our seminar,
but you have to pay one hundred dollars first, and
then like you get your hundred dollars back if you
go to the seminar. Oh, you do, and then you
don't go to the seminar and you just lose one
hundred dollars. Oh no, it's happened to me twice.

Speaker 1 (01:30):
But did you get the free nights at the hotel
or something?

Speaker 5 (01:32):
No, because you have to go to the seminars and
like go to their class and give them a hundred bucks.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Yes, and then they'll give you one hundred back when
you go to the semi.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
Why didn't you do that?

Speaker 5 (01:41):
Because it was in like San Diego, it was like
right after high school, and like they're really good at
making it sound like it's a great deal for you,
and then there's just so many hoops you have to
jump to get those free nights.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
You know, What they're pushing now, and Colin gets hit
up on it quite often, is the cutlery? Remember the knives? Yeah,
that you sell. They're trying to hire kids like NonStop
to sell those knives. I believe it.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
He gets like invites all the time from those people.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
Did they go like a door to door yeah, selling knives? Yeah,
Kevin used to sell cut coca Nate No, no, no,
you're right, yeah, Kevin. Nobody knows who Nate is.

Speaker 3 (02:18):
And people are remember Nate, No, they don't.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
This guy that he used to produce our show like
fifteen years ago.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
Since the beginning, huh remember Nate? Anyway, I'm excited for me.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
Who was it that used to tell us long winded stories?
Was that Valentine? And now they're hosted to be like, no,
nobody knows who that was? Yeah, you're round. If that
day does come, it's very far into the future.

Speaker 3 (02:46):
You know, you care at that point, and at that
point we're not going to be here so.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
Real I'll be you haven't looking at you guys dying?

Speaker 2 (02:57):
What what are you talking about?

Speaker 5 (02:59):
That and not remember that host Valentine For them to
be like, oh, I don't know who that was.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
That's going to be out of side of all of
our lifetimes. No, no, God, no, it could be easy.
First off, there's plenty people in LA that don't know
our show, but there are so many people who are
still remembering Rick D's from back in the day.

Speaker 6 (03:14):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
Rick D's is bigger than me. Rick was more impactful
on the radio intry than world. No, maybe not your world,
because I gave you a job, that's the impact. Right there?

Speaker 2 (03:24):
Where is Brian Burt?

Speaker 1 (03:25):
Oh my gosh, is he taking today off? To this guy?
He takes Thursday, Friday and Monday off and then he
shows up late to work on Tuesday morning. Y this guy?

Speaker 3 (03:38):
Wow, maybe he parted a little too hard in New Orleans.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
I get a fun phrase for you.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
Who's boy and breakfast? Brian?

Speaker 2 (03:50):
I'll take a BLT with fries, thanks very much.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
On We've Bred you know me man Chicken Tendy's side
of buff sauce. Yeah. So, if you're listening right now,
just get ready to place.

Speaker 6 (03:58):
That order for to be here at ninglockramble please with
all right.

Speaker 1 (04:02):

and uh I didn't know what they were. I didn't
know how painful they were. And I said, oh my gosh,
I'm so sorry. And this was her response, she laughed

(04:36):
in my face.

Speaker 3 (04:38):
He caught me off guard. You're like genuine concern.

Speaker 1 (04:44):
I had genuine concern all the time, my friend.

Speaker 3 (04:47):
All morning long. I have to hear no concern.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
I have not stopping off. I have not stop concerned
every time of your MS issues, I'm always yes.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
Off the air, the funny jokes, what jokes, that jokes like, Okay,
what are you doing over here?

Speaker 1 (05:05):
What are you talking about? Okay, please explain. I was
generally concerned. And I know he started laughing. You started laughing, Yeah,
when you were talking to your when I had your
West Medical commercial about having five boyds, Yes, and I
asked what they were and explained it. And then I
was like, I didn't have any idea. It was so
painful because I know about your m mass and the
pain you go through that. Yes, I know. I just
so said, I'm sorry, that's my god.

Speaker 3 (05:29):
I know it's because what does that mean? Like maybe
three minutes before that, we're off the air and I
walked over there you go, and I want every to
know you're joking with this and we laugh about it.
But I walk over there, you go, what are you
doing in my area? Just like the juxtaposition of bull
of them just made me laugh.

Speaker 2 (05:50):
Three minutes had gone by, I was a.

No, we're morning down that room, Jaqueline, le's got on today?
How are you?

Speaker 3 (06:47):
No?

Speaker 7 (06:48):
Well, you guys shared something about me, you giggle and
for me, I had an incident this morning where my
computer crashed this weekend and I had a contact that
helped us it. And I go down there, and I've
been super nice to him. And I asked him because
I started calling him a boo because when I first
met him, I couldn't say his real name. So I said,

(07:10):
do you have a nickname? For some reason, a boo
has stuck in my mind. And so for months I've
been referring to this man as a boo. And this
boy boarded up making small talk with him, and I said, so, so,
how'd you get the nickname a boo? And he goes you,
all right, So how did that happen.

Speaker 2 (07:31):
So it's not his name.

Speaker 7 (07:32):
Oh, his nickname is Bibo, and I've been calling him
a boo for freaking months.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
So the guy's name is Bibo.

Speaker 7 (07:41):
No, his real name is something I can't pronounce. It's
like Abou Dhabi or something like that. So when I
first met him, I said, what is what do people
call you? Well, apparently he said bibo, and I've translated
as a boo, and so for months I've been referring.

Speaker 1 (07:54):
To Oh God, so he's called bibo, Hey, Bibo, and
you thought that was a boo? Hey, a boo?

Speaker 7 (08:00):
Yeah, but he's never corrected me. Yeah, so this morning
I find out I'm wrong this whole time, and just
what a sweet guy.

Speaker 10 (08:08):
Right, Like, Yeah, that is very funny.

Speaker 5 (08:11):
A lot around here with wrong names. Yeah, I mean
the security guy still calls me Joe. Yeah, our friend
Miriam we got wrong for far too long.

Speaker 3 (08:19):
It's Miriam.

Speaker 1 (08:21):
That's how you say, yeah, maybe it's yeah, it's not Miriam,
it's Modiam. It's Modium. Was wrong Mariam Miriam. No, I
think I don't think it was Miriam. I think it's
a bit of like a in it. Anyway, feel better
because we do the same thing.

Speaker 7 (08:36):
I just thought it was cute sweet that he never
corrected me.

Speaker 3 (08:39):
Yeah, she's a nice guy.

Speaker 1 (08:40):
I've had people like mess up my name before. I
don't correct him.

Speaker 3 (08:43):
You know, Valentine, A lot of people put an M
on the end Valentine.

Speaker 11 (08:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (08:48):
I don't know why they do that, Laura, Dude, people
say Valentinees, they say Valentine's and Valentine Kids. I'm like,
what holiday is valid in time?

Speaker 3 (09:01):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (09:03):
All right, Jack, let's have a great day and say
hi to Bebo.

Speaker 3 (09:08):
I will by.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
To the walls one four to three.

Speaker 12 (09:13):
My SM Entertainment headlines, Anne Hathaway has confirmed that Princess
Diary three is still happening.

Speaker 3 (09:20):
It was officially confirmed a couple of years ago in
twenty twenty four, but now Anne Hathaway says, I can
say I think we've had a story breakthrough. I think
we're moving in the right direction. She then went on
to say that the script they were working on they
kind of had to start over with this new direction.
And Anne Hathaway said, which is not the update I
think anybody wants, but we all feel really good that

(09:40):
this is gonna be the one. And Kelly Clarkson during
her residency in Vegas, made a comment about Taylor Swift.
In my opinion, it is not shade whatsoever. But she
was talking about how her residency at the coliseum at
Caesar's Palace really doesn't have any bells and whistles. It's
basically just Kelly singing. And she said, unless you're Tailor Swift, congratulations.

(10:01):
But when you're not her, when you're bawling on a budget,
you get something cool like this. I'm Jill with entertimate
headlines on Valentine in the Morning, May.

Speaker 1 (10:12):
One of four, three of my famines. Valentine in the Morning.
Brian Burton walking in the doors six eleven this morning.
Sorry we're doing sorry, I'm late. Nice, Sure, thank you. Yeah,
it looked like you had fun with the wife. Oh
my god, who got married? Uh my wife's cousin Sean. Yeah,
married a woman named money money m O n I
E or something mony that sounds right. There's a dirty

(10:40):
version today. I just remembered.

Speaker 3 (10:43):
I loved all the photos that looked like so much fun,
too much fun. And Kyla looked beautiful, Oh my gosh,
that dress and her sisters too, Yes, all such pretty sisters.

Speaker 1 (10:52):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (10:54):
I saw some photos of Brian Burton's a little close
to a couple of sisters.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
We were taking photos just you and Tama on the steps.
I know that photo. A lot of people said, where's
his hands? Oh my god. Yeah, well you know that's
your business, buddy.

Speaker 3 (11:09):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (11:10):
I've seen like is it Sister Wives or something?

Speaker 2 (11:12):
What do they call it?

Speaker 13 (11:12):
Show?

Speaker 1 (11:15):
So my kid is in uh they know this, but
I'm going nuts. My kids in Boston. He's doing something
called Frog Camp with his school, Frog me in the mascot.
Like yesterday we talked about your mascot was Titans and
your manage yours. So imagine if his matageor camp or
you know, Titan camp somewhere. They picked different parts in
the country so kids from all around the country can
go to that area. He picked Boston because you know,

(11:38):
I grew up in that area, so he wanted to
check it out. On the furthest places. Yeah, Portugal was
on the list.

Speaker 14 (11:43):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (11:43):
I was like, don't even think about it. Don't even
think dude, there's no five twenty nine fun for Portugal.

Speaker 2 (11:49):
Dreamond.

Speaker 1 (11:50):
So anyway, he didn't text or call yesterday, which is
it is what it is, you know, And I got
a taste of it. I went to bed, I'm going
up the stairs and I tell my wife and go,
I'm so lonely. And I tried to convince her we
should start fostering kids, you know, like legit, I'm thinking
about it.

Speaker 6 (12:09):
Like, do we foster some kids? Any kids out there
want to come live with me?

Speaker 1 (12:14):
Huh? A process other than that, I think there is.

Speaker 2 (12:18):
You just go on the air.

Speaker 1 (12:20):
Really, that's what it is. You go on the air
and you say, listen, I'm a nice house. You'd have
your own room, and you've seen my kid's life. Not bad.
You'd like to lead our listening. Take that off, yam
in there. It's not bad.

Speaker 2 (12:32):
I make you dinner every night.

Speaker 4 (12:33):
You know.

Speaker 3 (12:35):
You get to choose the menu as well.

Speaker 1 (12:37):
Yeah, and i'd prefer a soccer player if we had
one of those out there.

Speaker 4 (12:41):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (12:41):
Never had a daughter, so I'm kind of like, you know,
that'd be nice too. And then you get married. I
get through the father daughter dance and stuff. That's a
hard laugh. But wow. So anyway, so he texts me
this morning. I was, you know, up and moving for work,
and he text me at four oh two this morning
and he goes, Okay, so go to the socer game
today because they're in Boston. Then he writes, guess what

(13:02):
else we're doing? And I go what, And he goes,
We're going to the top of the PreO with a
crying face. The Prudential, if you don't know the Boston area,
is a big, big building, and I always joked about
it because it was a radio station back in the
day that would go broadcasting for the top of the
proof poo pooh, pooh, pooh, pooh, pooh, pooh, pooh pooh.
Like that, right, So I wrote back, Ah, I kiss

(13:22):
one away.

Speaker 15 (13:23):
You used to always say, broadcast from the top of
the prew there, antennas are up there. Studios might have
been in the building during the old day, is not
really sure, but I know one guy broadcasted from one
of those floors. How you feeling, Try and eat some
healthy stuff and lots of water too. Boston has a
way of offering up lots of crazy stuff. Oh my god,
those lobster rolls, they'll get you.

Speaker 11 (13:40):
Oh no, oh nothing, Oh Gosh's man.

Speaker 1 (13:48):
I scared him off. Oh my god, dude, I scared
him off. I love bombed him. That's exactly what I did.
I don't even know if it's red. It says delivered.
What does that mean? He got it? Just said God
to the side for a little bit.

Speaker 2 (14:05):
I haven't written back. I was gonna say, you get this.

Speaker 1 (14:10):
No, No, I sent that at four or three.

Speaker 2 (14:20):
I love my own Kim.

Speaker 1 (14:22):
Oh god, it's sweet. You miss him. You haven't been
away from him like this before. This is uh. I
mean I saw him Sunday night, you know, but different
time zones. And it's different time zones that Sunday night
can be like two weeks ago. Who knows, You don't know.

Speaker 3 (14:40):
I think because it's school related to it's almost like, okay,
this is what it's going to write.

Speaker 1 (14:44):
It's like a taste of stuff school related, like August
he's off to school. Yeah, permanently. Oh god, yeah, thanks,
let's turn your phone off.

Speaker 2 (14:56):
What you're I missed something from him?

Speaker 1 (14:59):
That would be no. I'm not going to respond, But
if I miss something, then then yesterday I was on
find my iPhone. I wanted to make sure he got
out of the airport and stuff to the hotel and
everything Santa, and it said Colin is somewhere in this area.
Was that your stomach?

Speaker 3 (15:19):
No, that was me going, oh.

Speaker 1 (15:20):
I thought I heard something else down there, and I
was like in this area, so chat and I went deep.
He goes, wow, you could have turned off precise location,
and sure enough, precise location when it's off just as
a general area the city of Boston.

Speaker 3 (15:34):
Oh, I didn't know you could do that.

Speaker 1 (15:36):
Yeah you can. You can turn off precise location. It'll
give you a general area where the person is still.

Speaker 3 (15:40):
I see that sometimes, but I feel like it's when
they don't have like the service to show exactly that's what.

Speaker 1 (15:46):
It turned out to be. Please God. Okay, because it
popped up later on that then he knew exactly where
he was. Thank God I didn't go, hey, do you
tune out your precise location?

Speaker 2 (15:54):
Then he wouldn't known it was there.

Speaker 1 (15:55):
Yeah, we got to get you another.

Speaker 6 (15:57):
Kids, if you want to be foster, you know, if
you're out there, even if you're like you're with some parents,
you don't dig them, you know, like they're not for me.

Speaker 1 (16:06):
You know, maybe reach out and say, hey, you sound
like a cool guy. You know, we could do some
stuff together. You could be the one for me.

Speaker 6 (16:12):
No boy, right, Yeah, that's a contest too, That's a
great contest.

Speaker 1 (16:18):
No, one else is doing that. Who wants to win
a kid? What a happy home? Right? Yeah? John? Damn it?
Line of the day. There it is coming up. Iheartbatia presents.
Win a happy home? Are you not happy with yours?
And you're in the age range between twelve and keepingeen? Nope?
Keep going up higher. I mean thirty two would be nice.

Speaker 2 (16:42):
John's got that born in traffic? What's going on?

Speaker 3 (16:44):
Man?

Speaker 5 (16:44):
I'm looking at a disabled vehicle right now in the
fifty seven freeway south right at the ninety one day
you need right now.

Speaker 2 (16:50):
Six twenty two. It's Valentine in the morning.

Speaker 1 (16:52):
That's one of four to three event people saying to
a talkback Thursday for foul to get another kid. That's
not bad.

Speaker 2 (16:58):
So I get to hear your voice. Why is this
Brians three?

Speaker 1 (17:01):
Take one of his I don't know for the summer
that John's on fire this morning? Very nice, very nice.
Uh yeah, So there you go. My kid's going off
to college and he'd be super lonely. So I thought,
I said to my wife, I go, what don't we
like do something like that foster or something wonderful? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (17:19):
Right, yeah.

Speaker 1 (17:20):
She went back to watching the Housewives of some County.
So another heat wave expected to hit so Cow starting
tomorrow or Inland City's going to climb back into the
upper nineties triple digits for several days. Also chance to
rain at thunderstorms in the mountains starting Thursday, continuing through
the weekends.

Speaker 2 (17:35):
So getting very very hot out there.

Speaker 1 (17:38):
Thousands of people in Boil Heights still dealing with an
intense odor from that warehouse fire that broke out over
a month ago. Oh my gosh, I'm sorry. The warehouse
was a cold storage facility with a mass supply, massive
supply of food for restaurants and grocery stores. That rotting
food is still being removed. Air Quality officials say they
received over nine hundred complaints about the smell last week.

Speaker 2 (18:01):
Our world is stinky.

Speaker 6 (18:03):
And smoky, eh, And that those fires in Canada just
ravaging the East coast at one point a little bit
better now, but coming down through the Midwest, and people's
Chicago and Minneapolis dipent areas subjected to so much smoke
which then went down towards the South and everything.

Speaker 1 (18:17):
Luckily out here we didn't get any of that stuff.
But they're so massive, those fires in Canada. We're sending cruise.
Mutual aid is a beautiful thing. Beautiful We sent cruise
from our area up there to help out and stuff
like that. Really, when you look at the mutual aid system,
I went down a rabbit hole because my kid's leaving
and I can speak intelligently in the mutual aid system

(18:38):
for fire departments. If you ever curious and you want
to put a segment together, I want you to consider me. Thanks.
John's got the music trending news.

Speaker 5 (18:46):
So Kelly Clarkson has a pretty fun viral moment right now.
She just kicked off her Las Vegas Las Vegas residency
this past weekend, and at one point she told the
crowd that she thought she got cyclospora. She said, I
don't know if I've got that thing where people eat
the lettuce and you know, all that stuff happens to you.

Speaker 1 (19:01):
She said.

Speaker 5 (19:02):
She had a mid show emergency. And this is why
I love her. She said, you know that scene in
the movie Bridesmaids. No, she said, that's got nothing on
what she had.

Speaker 1 (19:11):
She said that on stage stage, like she left the
stage to go do that and then came back and
said it. Yes, Oh dear gut the people in the
front row when she turned around. I started walking back
towards some mike I'd panished, and she said she'll likely
be single till she's dead. I love Kelly. I'm Joan
Kovici's just training get music. There's one thousand dollars coming
up seven o'clock this morning. One of four to three
myfam A thousand bucks up next topic tingles three topics?

(19:35):
Which topic tingles you in that special spot?

Speaker 2 (19:44):
One of four to three My family. It is valence
O in the morning.

Speaker 1 (19:46):
Thanks to a lot of the kids that are reaching
out now in the text line offering up themselves to me,
very nice, appreciate that. Three one oh four three I
said of my kid going off to college, I don't
know foster a kid, and obviously there much more to that.
I'd a little time cheek. But at the same time
of like that seems like a good thing or just
I mean, you can't now, you can't grab a kid,

(20:10):
and if you did, you have to do you fall
on Stockholm syndrome, you know, really like would Micah would
he be cool coming over? He loves you, he loves you,
white dad exactly. That would be an easy transition. Black mom,
darker skinned mom my wife with a heritage.

Speaker 2 (20:30):
What that seems legit?

Speaker 1 (20:31):
So it would be like a it's not as much
as a jump, you know, like oh wow, yes, his
own room, PlayStation TV, in the backyard, toilet. What are
his grades? Pretty good? Okay, because then he'd be represent
me if I fostered him. Does he go back to
you at some point? Exactly? The goal of fostering is

(20:52):
to eventually That's why Laura laughs so hard when I said, oh,
and then you can come to me. Then we'll do
the father daughter dance. And Laura's like, they're supposed to
go back to the parents.

Speaker 3 (21:00):
Sometimes there is foster to adopt. I'm doing a lot
of research.

Speaker 1 (21:04):
Thank you. So you're in on this too, Okay, you
know it's for her, but I think her is it's
more legit. Y rs is coming more from the heart
minus coming from the selfish side of myself.

Speaker 3 (21:16):
But yeah, fostering, from what I understand, it's temporary. You
know about the parents and maybe you know they've gone
down a path that they're trying to get back on
the right path, you know.

Speaker 1 (21:25):
And you would have been doing it in New Orleans. Yeah,
where was your kid? You're off in New Orleans? With
your wife and somebody's wedding. You didn't even know their name.
I got I'm here, buddy, But then you got the
whole brother and sister. That's a tough one. In that one.
He's gonna want to see them. Drive them in a

(21:45):
Rovia you.

Speaker 3 (21:47):
Yeah, they can come on the weekends if three is
too much. You know, Amaya and Maddox come over Friday
night through Sundays.

Speaker 1 (21:55):
Yeah, wait a minute, So was your option to foster
all three? Sure, that's go, but you've said that the
two younger ones, Maya and Maddox are I think what
you called a handful. Yeah, that's putting it lightly.

Speaker 3 (22:09):
And Mike is so sweet.

Speaker 1 (22:11):
Mike is the best. How are his soccer skills? He's
getting good. He's getting good. He's getting better every day.
All right, all right, all right, he's in consideration. Have
him do a talkback talkback Thursday to be Vow's new kid,
to pitch himself. Okay, yeah, something to this contest? All right?
Topic ting goles reach out three one four three call
eight sixty six five four four my FM. I'll do

(22:32):
mine first. Is there a job something that you could
fake for an entire day before people realize you have
no idea what you're talking aboutout, What job, what career
do you think you could pull off? In fake for
a day?

Speaker 4 (22:43):
All right?

Speaker 3 (22:43):
Mine is what did a friend do for you that
you'll never be able to repay?

Speaker 1 (22:48):
Okay?

Speaker 5 (22:49):
And then mine is when's the last time you pulled
an all nighter? I just did that the night before last.
I haven't done an all niner since like college.

Speaker 2 (22:55):
All right, reach out three one O four three.

Speaker 1 (22:57):
Text to Valentine in the morning at three four to three.
All right, it is six thirty seven. It's one of
four three mi famines. Valance out in the morning. Weather
Today's sunny, very warm, eighties and nineties seventy and Burdbanks
seventy one at Anaheim. Let's trying that out. Jill's got
the entertainment headlines coming up.

Speaker 3 (23:15):
We are soon gonna get a Riverdale spinoff reboot kind
of coming to Disney. Plus, I'll explain what we know
coming up at six fifty.

Speaker 2 (23:23):
Let's go around the room top of tingles.

Speaker 1 (23:25):
I said, what job could you do for like a
day and pull it off before anybody realize you have
no idea what you're talking about. I think I could
totally be a weatherman just talking about the clouds, talking
about the weather stuff like that. I think I could do.

Speaker 11 (23:38):
It, you know, I'm good at freestyling, right, Yeah, I
bet you could do that easily.

Speaker 1 (23:43):
This high pressure system coming down for the North Canada area,
this is what's going to cause a lot of the
temperaures to stay within this heat dome that we have
here on the East coast. Now, if you look across,
I mean, I guess pull it off, you know. And
then weathermen always stumble into other stuff too, right, and
you get a remembory it was hot that one time
I was at the plate Billy, and I tell you, yeah,
he watched the Carlo and KTLA. His forecast is like

(24:05):
ten percent forecast and ninety percent other stuff.

Speaker 4 (24:08):
Right.

Speaker 3 (24:08):
So there, Jill's was what what What did a friend
do for you that you'll never be able to repay.
My friend Sarah introduced me to my husband, and so
I told her that I'm going to buy her breakfast
for the rest of her life whenever we're together. But
I feel like that's not enough, and I don't think
I'll ever be able to repay her.

Speaker 2 (24:26):
How many breakfasts have you got her so.

Speaker 3 (24:28):
Far maybe like six.

Speaker 4 (24:30):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (24:30):
Yeah, whenever I eat breakfast together.

Speaker 1 (24:33):
I'm buying stop By today, Sarah, stop By John.

Speaker 5 (24:38):
Tell me about your last all night or I haven't
pulled one of those since college, Like I'm so regimented
about my sleep schedule, but I pulled one this weekend.
I kind of felt like young again. Saw the sudden
come up, and I was like, wow, like this is
what it used.

Speaker 1 (24:49):
To be like all the time. Yeah. There's a buddy
of mine that we used to always party late when
I lived in Dallas. He was like a night jock too,
Like he was on from ten to two thousand for
six to ten at night, and so we'd hit clubs
and stuff, go out to Daniel's like afterwards, and we
come home we talk on the phone. So it's really
good friends and we talk on the phone at night
and stuff, and we always do this rule. If we
heard the morning man sign on, we just hung up,

(25:11):
didn't even say goodbye because we're like gotta go. We
gotta go to bed to Yeah, like we heard getatic
in the morning, what goodbye? Just hang up the phone.
Didn't even say goodbye. One of us just hang up
and go to bed. It's crazy. Lisa, Good morning. How
are you today?

Speaker 8 (25:24):
Good morning? I'm so excited.

Speaker 11 (25:26):
I love you guys.

Speaker 16 (25:27):
I hear you every morning, so this is awesome. I
was so excited.

Speaker 1 (25:31):
Lise.

Speaker 2 (25:32):
Where are you calling it from? Where do you live?

Speaker 8 (25:34):
Cam Real?

Speaker 1 (25:35):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (25:35):
Why are you up the summer of the morning. What
do you do for a living?

Speaker 16 (25:38):
Actually? I am a teacher, but I am working in
summer school.

Speaker 8 (25:43):
I do a summer school program.

Speaker 16 (25:45):
For kids ever had school before, just to get them
ready before they start and fall. Oh.

Speaker 2 (25:49):
This fantastic.

Speaker 1 (25:50):
All right, So who's single? Would you like to get
on board with?

Speaker 12 (25:55):
Jill?

Speaker 1 (25:56):
Go ahead?

Speaker 16 (25:56):
Okay, Okay, So my story is is I at thirty five,
I was diagnosed the breast cancer was a fluke. A
nurse practitioner found it and so it was really unexpected,
but they figured out it was going to be serious
that I got in really quick. They did the biopsy

(26:17):
and then they got we got to go in there
and take it out. And I tell my best friend
that lives in Phoenix, and she goes, I'll be there.
Go No, I don't want like a big deal. I'm
just that type of person. And I went for surgery
and when I got out there, she was sure, wow, yeah,
and so I knew that she was going at that point,

(26:39):
they were I knew that it was stage two, but
it was my limbs notes, and they knew that I
was going to have to have chemo and everything. So
after that, you know, she stayed with me, help me recover.
And then she says, no, what, We're going to get
you out and we're going to take you to get
your mind off of this. And she took me out
and then she went and found me the perfect hat

(27:00):
and scarves and stuff because it was gonna start pretty soon.

Speaker 2 (27:05):
And she was there for that entire process.

Speaker 3 (27:07):
Mm hmmm.

Speaker 16 (27:08):
When she has a lip close by, she was a phoenix.
So she came down and yeah, I'll never forget that.

Speaker 1 (27:13):
So what did you promise her after that? You promised
her breakfast? Every time you guys together, was there any
promise made by you?

Speaker 3 (27:20):
No?

Speaker 16 (27:20):
Just that where was there for each other? We've been
been friends since like eighties, that's been together.

Speaker 1 (27:29):
How's your health now? But how's your health now? What?
How dare you ask that? What a weird follow up?

Speaker 16 (27:39):
No, it's it's great, it's it's great. I haven't been
cancer free for this many years.

Speaker 1 (27:44):
That's awesome.

Speaker 16 (27:47):
Was a really good nurse practitioner and she done the slump.
Should get it checked out. I'll never forget her name
is Joanne.

Speaker 1 (27:54):
Yeah. Now you've got to do the self exams too.
Give me guys self exams. Not necessarily there.

Speaker 6 (28:00):
Guys could get breast cancer, but self exams at other places,
you know.

Speaker 16 (28:05):
All right, thanks, all right, okay, thank you guys are awesome.
I love this to you morning. I always you're You're
my number one on my on my car, and then
in the morning I wake up to you. You guys wake
me up.

Speaker 1 (28:19):
A lot of people do said they're Google or Alexa
speakers for us to wake them up, because they just
love the sweet sounds of our voices.

Speaker 16 (28:27):
I wish you could your your coffee talk in the
every day.

Speaker 2 (28:31):
Yes, I know, I know, listen, I know. List We're
gonna let you go.

Speaker 1 (28:37):
We get more callers, but that's because John Pek and
Brian Burton decided to cancel the first tip, a short,
very short, small inspirational speech that I would do every morning.

Speaker 6 (28:48):
Don't you worry, you know. Yeah, this has been a
task burcy Mouth system.

Speaker 2 (28:53):
It works. This is only a test.

Speaker 1 (28:57):
Thanks love, Take care, Diana, Good morning. How are you today?

Speaker 14 (29:01):
Hey guys, good morning. How's it going?

Speaker 1 (29:03):
Do it all right? So last time you pulled out
all night? Or you got John's?

Speaker 14 (29:06):
So last night I pulled or the last time that
I pulled.

Speaker 3 (29:09):
An all night?

Speaker 14 (29:09):
Or was this past June? At No doubt? There was
a bunch of us, or about five of us that
went to No Doubt. And after the concert we started
walking because we didn't want to pay for an uber
and we hit up a few caverns, if you know
what I mean, and.

Speaker 1 (29:28):
Was at the Sphere of Mine.

Speaker 4 (29:30):
What's that?

Speaker 1 (29:31):
Was this at the Sphere in Vegas?

Speaker 14 (29:33):
It sure was? And it was phenomenal, by the way, Yeah,
go ahead, Sorry about that. So we're walking home. We
hit up a few spots and my friend has a
brother that lives there, and we ended up ubering over
to his house that had a swimming pool, and so
we're swimming. Before I know it, we are bowling before

(29:56):
I know it. Yeah, yeah, it was nuts, but I
would do it all over again. And then before I
knew it, it was breakfast time. Sure, And after that
I literally was sleeping in one of those loungers in
the pool. Like a moron.

Speaker 1 (30:11):
Yeah, and then she comes back with a horrible summer.
You know, it's funny about the entire story. You're taverns,
which is funny. I love that word. Havn't used it in ages.
And then all the stuff you did, you did all
this after seeing no doubt. I can guarantee you. Gwen
Stefani was sound asleep. She was already an hour and
a half after that show.

Speaker 14 (30:28):
Just listen. Some of my girls were sleeping at my
friend's brother's house in the lounders at the pool. There
was a few of us die hard swimming, but yeah,
a couple of them were sleeping.

Speaker 1 (30:38):
God, what a night, What a night. Appreciate you.

Speaker 14 (30:44):

his vacation. You're going on vacations, handing me the torch
and I'm leaving, and you are not getting engaged as
far as we know on vacation, as far as we know,
who knows, anything could happen. But but you wouldn't say
it now. I wouldn't say now.

Speaker 2 (31:28):
Why would I even ask that question?

Speaker 13 (31:31):
Again?

Speaker 1 (31:31):
It's at berncy Mouth system. I mean, my own girlfriend
has asked the questions that it's okay. She did she
did well, not directly, but she's like, should I get
my nails done? And I was like, let's imagine that
that's directing. That's very direct, pretty direct. Should I get
my nails done?

Speaker 4 (31:45):
Right?

Speaker 1 (31:45):
And I was like, you should always have your nails done. God,
that sounds me.

Speaker 6 (31:52):
You should shave a little bit of hair in that
one finger too, hair and your knuckles just in case
shave that.

Speaker 1 (31:57):
She wants you to ask so badly. She knows, she knows.
Do hair on your knuckles?

Speaker 6 (32:03):

Speaker 1 (32:03):
Actually, I would.

Speaker 2 (32:06):
Imagine you probably does, just because hair in the upper lip.

could you pull on it? All right?

Speaker 6 (32:29):
So it's very small, all right, gotcha, No sasquatch situation.

Speaker 1 (32:34):
Hands right. You got the a Scoto connection, which we've
all talked about, which is honestly a lot of people
don't know. That was part of the inspiration for Rainbow Connection.
I to the author, the Escouto connection, and it's the
eyebrows in the middle. The hair continued across the bridge
of the nose, the arch of the nose.

Speaker 3 (32:55):
Our family just has one big un.

Speaker 1 (32:56):
Brow, but you never see it because that group disco

for John. This is just my own opinion. I feel
like John's ready, He's just waiting for the perfect time.

Speaker 1 (33:39):

Added to my list. And Tom Brady, you may have
seen these videos circling on the Internet of him and
Logan Paul just having some weird interactions. One included the
middle finger at the World Cup. Another one included Tom

Speaker 2 (40:49):
Morning, Good morning, Brittany. Here's how it works.

Speaker 1 (40:52):
Brettan gonna ask you a few questions, Dick, Jill's gonna
ask you some questions. Best at the three wins still
tie the end of regulation, we go to a NASA
top tiebreaker question. Let us start with the ladies, which
piece in chess can move in a L shape an
L pattern, A king a knight Dick?

Speaker 3 (41:16):
In chess, what is the winning move where a king
is under attack and has no legal moves to escape?

Speaker 13 (41:25):
Uh?

Speaker 3 (41:25):
Chess, No, checkmate.

Speaker 1 (41:30):
Our current score is zero to zero. What is the
name of the yellow pokemon that ash is most famous
for having?

Speaker 3 (41:38):
You could do, Dick? What color is the top of
the iconic standard poke ball?

Speaker 8 (41:50):
Red?

Speaker 3 (41:50):
Yes, that's right.

Speaker 1 (41:53):
Our current score is one to one. How many players
are on the court for one basketball team at a
time for one team at a time, Brittany, Bye.

Speaker 3 (42:06):
And Dick. How many players can be on the field
for one team during a soccer match?

Speaker 14 (42:13):
Boy?

Speaker 7 (42:16):
Six oh No eleven?

Speaker 3 (42:19):
Ladies win? Cramy, you want to battle the Sexes Championship certificate?
Post it on social use the hashtag Valentine in the
morning and share it with pride.

Speaker 10 (42:29):
It's so hot, awesome.

Speaker 14 (42:30):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 3 (42:31):
You've also won a four pack of tickets to Universal
Studios Hollywood four launches three inversions, three sixty degree rotations.
This is Fast and Furious Hollywood Drift opening summer twenty
twenty six at Universal Studios Hollywood Plus. For a bonus
chance to win right now on our iHeartRadio app. If
you tap the contest tab while you're listening, you can
enter to win there as well. Congratulations, Brittany, thank you

(42:55):
so much.

Speaker 14 (42:55):
I can't wait to take my toddler.

Speaker 3 (42:57):
They'll have so much fun.

Speaker 2 (43:00):
He grabs Brittany.

Speaker 1 (43:01):
Well, listen, Dick as you exit the stage, this moment
is entirely yours. You take it away.

Speaker 10 (43:07):
So I just want to say thank you for letting
me play, and uh just tell my wife I have
a good day.

Speaker 1 (43:11):
I love it all right, thanks to appreciate it. Take care.
Coming up.

Speaker 2 (43:15):
Three things you need to know.

Speaker 1 (43:16):
Just as temperatures are heating up, officials are once again
issuing a serious warning about heading to the beach. What's
going on on the beach? Are the crabs out? Are
the crabs attacking? It's that time in the year again,
walking on the sand. What do you have to look
out for? Was that? Was that a claw? Coming up?

Speaker 2 (43:39):
In Three Things you need to know, John's get the
morning traffic.

Speaker 3 (43:41):
Three things you need to know right now?

Speaker 1 (43:45):
All right, seven twenty one. It is Valentine in the morning.
This is one O four to three MYFM. Just as
temps are heating up, officials once again and warning people
about heading to the beach. What do you think it is?
Do you think it's the crabs in the sand. They're
coming out the play watch out with those little claws.
The claw then they grab. Is that it?

Speaker 4 (44:03):
No?

Speaker 1 (44:04):
In Newport Beach, lifeguards rescued more than one hundred people
as swimmers are caught in rip currents pushed towards the rocks.
Thankfully nobody injured. Over one hundred people had to be rescued,
so those rip currents are dangerous. Watch out for that stuff.
Residents in West Twalow Wood still recovering from last week's
massive water main break. It sent seventeen million gallons of

(44:24):
water into Sunset Boulevard. The ladwp's replaced the broken pipe.
A cruise is still repairing leaks. Water service has not
been restored yet. Sunset Boulevards expected to stay closed for
the next few days. Officials say about tw hundred vehicles
where damage are destroyed in the flooding. My gosh, so
much damage. That water was everywhere. Who gonna pay for that?

(44:45):
I think eventually it has to be the LADWP. Right,
was there a pipe that broke? It was like one
hundred years old or something. I would assume it's them
that pays this. Eventually, you probably go through own insurance
all that stuff. Maybe it is a reimbursement, but I
believe they have a website set up for it too, John,
what's training your music? So? Post Malone has an album
on the way. It's called The Eternal Buzz, and we're
now noticing that he might be done with his country era.

(45:07):
He's been teasing this new song and he played it
in its entirety during the World Cup closing ceremony.

Speaker 6 (45:13):
Yeah, hoop me at it, cunning, hush puppy, yoming, Populo,
Rassi Flocking with the magazine podcast.

Speaker 5 (45:18):
Is called Chrome Heartbreaking and even has a couple of
lyrics about like bringing twenty sixteen Posty back. So I
think we're done seeing country post Malone. He's still wearing
a cowboy hat during the closing ceremony, and I think
this is going to be like a forty song album.
So some people are thinking maybe it's going to be
half and half, but it looks like it's not going
to be all country, that's for sure.

Speaker 1 (45:35):
Okay, this will be his new one coming out soon.
John Kmuci, that's was training in music. All right, seven
twenty three, it's Valentcen in the morning. This is one
of four to three. Mind then, thank you so much
for inviting us into your ear. We appreciate that. Break
on thousand dollars coming to wait eight o'clock this morning.
Up next, Kimuci's court. You okay in your ear?

Speaker 3 (45:55):
Always hello, it's me one of four three myth m.
Because to my mic I just go real quietly. It's
one of four three myth m. Valentine in the morning.
It's Tuesday, so that means we're going to launch into
Camucci's court.

Speaker 1 (46:17):
Oh he's he's fixing his microphone, trying to get camera
ready because we're too cheap to have cameras and studio
since everybody's got these iPhones on sticks and my stick
is very limped today for some reason. All right, Brian point, okay,

(46:41):
just a few more seconds.

Speaker 6 (46:42):
Ye ready, ready, I'm ready, I'm rolling videos and I
was happy.

Speaker 1 (46:48):
All right, go ahead, John take it Away's court.

Speaker 5 (46:51):
Let's get into it. So Craig is on trial today.
He says, Hey, guys, I went to a baseball game
of some friends this weekend and ended up catching a
home run ball wasn't one that bounced first. They didn't
roll under seats. I actually caught this thing clean. It
was one of the coolest moments I've ever had. Like
I've been going to games my entire life and I've
never gotten anywhere close before. But the problem started about

(47:11):
five seconds later. As soon as I caught it, people
around me started pointing at this kid if he rose down.
He was probably eight or nine years old. He was
wearing a jersey and a glove, the whole thing, and
it was his first baseball game. So once the crowd
noticed him, everyone started doing that thing where they expect
me to hand him the ball. He definitely looked up
at me, all hopefully too, but awkwardly smiled, held on

(47:32):
to the ball and sat back down. Immediately, people around
me started giving me looks, and one guy actually said
come on, man, loud enough for everyone to hear, and
the section cheered for that guy. I felt like the
villain for the rest of the game. Am I a
jerk for keeping that home run.

Speaker 1 (47:45):
Ball instead of giving it to the kid?

Speaker 2 (47:47):
Jill, what do you think?

Speaker 1 (47:48):
Jerk or not not a jerk?

Speaker 3 (47:50):
Okay, I just feel like he's wanted this. This is
I hate saying this because Saya and it was my
niece or nephew. Done balls to you. But this is
the little kid's first baseball game. He's gonna have multiple,
multiple tries to get another baseball in his life, you

(48:11):
know what I mean. Oh my god, I'm sorry.

Speaker 6 (48:14):
Give this guy the ball. This guy's an adult. It's
a ball. You can get it at Dick's Sporting Goods.

Speaker 1 (48:21):
For like three dollars.

Speaker 7 (48:22):
Ball.

Speaker 1 (48:23):
It's first of all five hundred or something like that. Okay,
it's just a home whatever. No, give the ball to
the kid. It's a ball.

Speaker 3 (48:32):
He's gonna have more baseball games in the future.

Speaker 1 (48:36):
He doesn't. Yeah, but it's going to mean so much
more when you're a child. I hate these grown adults
that run down to the sideline at the end of
a baseball game trying to get an autograph, pushing kids
out of the way or something like that. You know, well,
it's for kids, that sure, that's not the exception, though.
Don't push a kid out of the way. If a
kid was going to get a clean catch and you
reach over that kid, that's wrong. If you push a

(48:57):
kid to the side if a ball bounces, that's right.
If it comes straight to you, dude, you give it
to the kid. He did give it to give the kid.
The kid inside himself, he drew up always wanting a ball.
There's a little kid who's waiting.

Speaker 13 (49:10):
Line.

Speaker 1 (49:11):
Just sit over there because I'm going to use that
line at the right moment. Yeah, well, you're about to
get put back in the stove for a bit more minutes.
Kid needs to learn that. Like, you can't just go
to a game. Yeah that's okay. No, come on, you're
an adult. You don't need the ball that's gonna make
that kid's memory. You don't look like a champ. Or
at least have an extra ball in your pocket and
do the switcher room and give that kid a fake ball, like.

Speaker 2 (49:33):
Kid right, not, that's fun too.

Speaker 1 (49:35):
Kid can keep going to games and hopefully he gets
one someday. You don't need it, your adult. It's a ball. Yeah,
I'm a fan. It's not autographed. It has no other
value than just being a ball that was hit to you.
I hit you one in the park. I can catch it.
It's the same thing. It's not the same thing.

Speaker 3 (49:52):
You're not a professional baseball player on my favorite team.

Speaker 6 (49:54):
Yeah, but no one's going to know that anyway, it's
a ball that sits in your mantle.

Speaker 1 (49:58):
I can tell you there's babe roots ball I got
hit to me. Nobody knows.

Speaker 3 (50:01):
I don't think he's a jerk.

Speaker 1 (50:03):
Now, that's the because you're a Disney princess and you
carry those backpack and you're a Disney adult, so you
think adults should have this fun too.

Speaker 3 (50:10):
That's different. If there's a kid around at a parade
or with characters, by all means, kids go first for me.
That's how I am. I know there's some people that
he throws.

Speaker 1 (50:20):
A backpack or something and it's just you, and there's
other kids, but they aren't your nieces and nephews. Mickey
throws something from some parade parade?

Speaker 3 (50:28):
What is he throwing at me?

Speaker 1 (50:30):
A backpack? Yeah, Mickey, nobody else is gonna get today.
Louch fly catch.

Speaker 2 (50:41):
A little kid looks up at you.

Speaker 1 (50:43):
You're gonna keep that? Yes, you're a mon.

Speaker 2 (50:48):
And edish child.

Speaker 3 (50:50):
Loud fly from Mickey.

Speaker 1 (50:52):
What do you think?

Speaker 17 (50:53):
I'm with you?

Speaker 1 (50:53):
This guy's a jerk. Did you say if it was
Dodgers or Angels? He didn't say. He just wanted he
just had been like team that hit it or something,
because if it's the other team that you don't like,
you throw that ball back. Yeah, Like if the if
the ball, like my kids said, the game today, Red
Sox game, and an Orioles hits that ball a home run,
he should throw it back in the fields. If the
ball doesn't mean anything to you, of course, then it

(51:14):
becomes a good deed and good on you for doing that.

Speaker 2 (51:16):
The ball shouldn't have meant anything, because that magical moment is.

Speaker 1 (51:19):
For the child. If you've had a favorite player and
you've had your run, you've had your magical moments. What
if that's his favorite player? Though, Oh yeah, you're forty
two years old and you waited forty two years to
catch Mike Trout's home run ball. Mike Trout wasn't there
when you were five. I shouldn't played for twenty years
or whatever. He wasn't there when you were a kid.

Speaker 3 (51:35):
He's not going to like snatch the ball from the
kid who came right to it.

Speaker 1 (51:39):
Okay, yeah, like it was a sign from God.

Speaker 4 (51:42):
Yes.

Speaker 1 (51:42):
Yeah, by the way, when the guy wrote in and
told the story, people inherently always paint the picture because
they know the answer they want to receive.

Speaker 2 (51:49):
The guy wants to not be a jerk. So whatever
it was.

Speaker 1 (51:51):
Came right to me, just like it was handed to me,
like Mike Trout hit it just to me. I have
nobody else video footage, and that's that's what happened.

Speaker 2 (52:01):
What do you guys think? Three one oh four to
three is our tech.

Speaker 10 (52:04):
Text Valentine in the morning at three one four to three.

Speaker 1 (52:07):
All Right, the weather today it is sunny, warm, eighties
and nineties. Seventy three in Norwalk, seventy two, Redondo Beach.
Jill's got the entertainment headlines Coming.

Speaker 3 (52:17):
Up one Dancing with the Stars pro has confirmed they
are not coming back this next season. I'll tell you
who said it, coming up at seven fifty.

Speaker 1 (52:25):
Okay, seven thirty eight. Reach out three to one oh
four to three. That's our text line.

Speaker 3 (52:29):
This tex says, in my opinion, it's the adults ball.
But if the kid is wearing the jersey. Wait, oh,
if the kid is wearing the jersey of the player
who hit the ball, that kid should have the ball
because it meant more to him.

Speaker 2 (52:43):
Listen, I'll I'll say this.

Speaker 1 (52:45):
If the ball is the five hundredth home run for
Otani or something or it's some kind of great amazing record.
You keep the ball, maybe sell the ball. I'm the
guy that also gives it to the players sometime it
will give it to the player and then a little
toward the back stage area and stuff, you know. Blah blah.
That's what I might do if it had meaning. If
it's just a general thoul ball. Would you give a

(53:07):
foul ball to a kid? Depends you would keep a
foul ball.

Speaker 5 (53:11):
It depends it's a foll Ballhall who hit the foul
Ball's foul ball?

Speaker 1 (53:19):
I'm keeping the I catch a fair and square. You're
picking up show hair Tony's gum off the ground if
he switched it out and keeping that too, if I
do his mind. Eight sixty six five four four fam
texting three one oh four three, Good morning, James, go ahead,
you're on the air man.

Speaker 16 (53:36):
Hey, So I was thinking that, you know, we live
in the age technology.

Speaker 1 (53:40):
If right now you could catch the ball, you can
take a picture of yourself with the ball, and then
you can always give the ball to the kid.

Speaker 9 (53:46):
The kid.

Speaker 6 (53:47):
That way, you have a little memory saying, hey, look
I caught the I caught a ball, and then I
also gave.

Speaker 1 (53:53):
It up Yeah, shared memory with you and another human being.
Why does society have to be so selfish? They have
to keep them all for themselves. Don't realize there's a
community people out there. We're incredibly tribal in our very essence,
and we want to beat together. While he was way
too fast, walk down to the kid. Let the kid
take a picture of the foul ball, and then you
take it back and then give it back.

Speaker 6 (54:16):
That just sounds cruel.

Speaker 1 (54:18):
He's a cruel man, Jimmy, thanks for calling him, buddy.
Appreciate you, Harve City. You take care you too.

Speaker 2 (54:24):
All right, Bye bye, Marina, Good morning at Anaheim.

Speaker 10 (54:27):
Go right ahead, Hi, Val, this is Marina, your favorite listener.
So Tom Brady gives you a football, and everybody's telling
you to give it to the child.

Speaker 1 (54:40):
Yeah, would you?

Speaker 4 (54:41):
So?

Speaker 1 (54:42):
First of all, football's are different. I'll tell you what.

Speaker 3 (54:45):
Let me.

Speaker 1 (54:49):
Is different because you don't get to keep those in
the stands.

Speaker 2 (54:53):
They come and get them.

Speaker 1 (54:54):
Same thing with soccer balls. Pay lay or somebody kick
one into the stands. You know you don't get to
keep it. Holistic kicks one in the sands, they come
and take it back. Baseball's they've got four hundred thousand
of those things going out a year. You have to
get to keep it, so whatever you know, yeah, I
mean he's a football, have more value a soccer ball,
and have more value if you got to keep it,
because no one, no one gets to keep those. They

(55:16):
come into the stands and they take them from you.
It's still there. Like the value is subjective, which is
I think you great stand out of no legs or
you got sea legs, your shaky ground. Marina, thank you
very much, and first off listening, you're calling from Anaheim,
So the odds of an angel hating a home run are.

Speaker 6 (55:34):
Pretty you know what fair?

Speaker 1 (55:39):
Fair to be fair, right, right to be fair? All right,
Thanks Marina, have a wonderful day, take care, Thanks you too, bye.

Speaker 2 (55:46):
Text coming in not a jerk.

Speaker 1 (55:47):
I think the parents need to grab their kids before
they stand there and stare the person down and caught it,
and explain to them, hey, that guy caught it, and
you have to catch your own if you want one.

Speaker 6 (55:57):
They're two feet tall, I already had some advantage and
they were a child. How are you gonna catch a
line drive or a foul ball or home run or whatever.
They can't reach it, you know, how are they.

Speaker 1 (56:11):
Gonna get it? Another great point. You can't reach over
a kid, No, but the kid can't reach up anyway.
You know he's get it. He's got anybody next to him.
And you might have an unathletic dad. That's not your fault,
that's your fault as a kid.

Speaker 4 (56:26):
Dad.

Speaker 1 (56:27):
You see some of those dads are holding their baby.
They got like a beer in one hand, and they're
still catching foul ball. Right exactly. You may not have that, dad,
all right. The crowd's a jerk for making a scene.
They made it worse. He's not a jerk. Kid wasn't
even close to the ball. You don't know, you weren't there.
There's no video of this. I would give the kid
the ball. That's the way to go. That's the human
being thing to do with Valice, Right, But dad, he's

(56:47):
not a jerk. The ball belongs to whoever catches it,
as as as he didn't push a child out of
the way. And one man pushes another man's how do
you do exactly?

Speaker 3 (56:59):
You know what it means.

Speaker 1 (56:59):
You know what it means exactly. These things don't have
to be explained. You told me I was in your ear,
so you know what it means. Okay, Kittler, Roy and
the beads one O four three, My family, it is
Valentine in the morning. You guys are all fired up
in the text line three one oh four to three
and it's very split, is it really?

Speaker 3 (57:18):
Honestly it is fifty to fifty. And then also my
cousin Tammy texted me personally and said, Jilly, and I'm
with you, the guys should keep the baseball. Like you said,
it matters that it meant so much, and you're right.
The kid will be able to go to other games.

Speaker 1 (57:33):
He may not that child, No, he didn't and he
won't be because what John didn't mention, this was a
make a wish situation for this child and this is
the one baseball game he'd be attending.

Speaker 2 (57:43):
Nobody mentioned that. I think that needs to be said.

Speaker 1 (57:45):
Nadine.

Speaker 10 (57:46):
How are you?

Speaker 9 (57:47):
I'm good?

Speaker 13 (57:47):
Thank you?

Speaker 12 (57:48):
How are you?

Speaker 3 (57:48):
Guys?

Speaker 2 (57:49):
We're doing all right? Would you like to say, Nadine
about the ball.

Speaker 10 (57:51):
It's his ball, he's not your sm kids.

Speaker 1 (57:56):
Wo wow, wow, kids, Nadine.

Speaker 14 (58:01):
I don't have niece's nephew, but I'm like Jill.

Speaker 10 (58:03):
If my nieces their nephew were with me. Yeah, here
you go.

Speaker 14 (58:06):
Pay's some Brando kids.

Speaker 8 (58:08):
Brando kids.

Speaker 1 (58:10):
John, you don't have kids and you're with this guy too. Okay, interesting, Brian,
you do.

Speaker 2 (58:14):
Have kids, and what do you say?

Speaker 1 (58:16):
I think the guys would joke I have kids.

Speaker 2 (58:19):
I think the guy's a jerk. I'm starting to see
something here.

Speaker 3 (58:21):
But I think of my nieces and nephews as my kids.
I would die.

Speaker 1 (58:26):
Yeah, and you were giving them the ball. But other
people's kids haha, swim for yourself.

Speaker 13 (58:30):
Yeah, yeah, yep, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (58:34):
See, I guess I'm different. I'm still the guy in
the airplane that you know what. I don't put the
mask on myself first. I go around to every child
plane and mask them up when the oxygen mask falls down.

Speaker 11 (58:48):
I'm a big Dodgers fan.

Speaker 3 (58:50):
I've always wanted to catch a ball.

Speaker 2 (58:54):
You caught it. You caught it, but you don't have
to keep it.

Speaker 1 (58:56):
You can give it to a child. And my god,
on TV, guys, you turn that into something even more
because when you hand it to the child, you're a saint.
People are buying you hot dogs and beers and stuff.
You're living your best life, but that's going the extra mile. Yeah,
kids need to learn that.

Speaker 5 (59:15):
Like, you're not entitled to that ball just because someone
else caught it. Like you'll get your day someday, but
they may not get their day, and they may not.
And that's the way the world works.

Speaker 1 (59:22):
Oh, you're so cool. Sorry. I never caught a home
run ball. I wanted one so bad.

Speaker 2 (59:27):
That's all right, John. If I was next to you
and I caught a home run ball, what do you think.

Speaker 1 (59:30):
I do in this moment? I think you're keeping it. No,
I'd give it to you, John, He once again, that's
the type of guy I am. Thanks.

Speaker 10 (59:38):
Man.

Speaker 3 (59:38):
What about all that Taylor Swift stuff you received and
you're gonna give it to your old pal Jill?

Speaker 1 (59:45):
You know I sold that stuff online. I got a
bang that tail Swift pajamas at No, it all went
to my wife. That's who got it, all right, Nadine,
thanks for calling in on my FM.

Speaker 10 (59:58):
Here's what's coming up.

Speaker 3 (01:00:00):
In entertainment headlines, Matt Damon revealed a surprising fact about
his stunt double in the Odyssey. I'll tell you what
he said Right.

Speaker 12 (01:00:09):
After Chappins one four three my sm Entertainment headlines.

Speaker 3 (01:00:13):
Matt Damon revealed a surprising fact about his stunt double
in the Odyssey, So he's been receiving a ton of compliments,
very high praise for his biceps in the movie, and
in a new interview, he said that one stunt double
deserves credit for a key scene in the film. He said,
my double was a woman, a female stunt performer who

(01:00:35):
had the greatest arms I've ever seen. He said to
what was almost one hundred percent of my arms in
the movie. But you gotta give credit where it's due.

Speaker 1 (01:00:44):
He looked great, he did great, great movie. The guy
was so great that at the FIFA World Cup, the
final game there, the announcer thought he was Brad Pitch. Yeah,
the announcer mistok him for Brad Pitt. He looked back, Uh, look, guys,
I know.

Speaker 3 (01:00:58):
And there is one Dancing with the Stars pro who
just confirmed he will not be returning to the ballroom
for Dancing with the Stars next season. It's Gleb. He's
been partnered with Real Housewives Lisa vander Pump and Erica Jane,
most famously Brooks Nader and they dated as well. But
Gleb was doing a live on social media and a
fan asked him if he would be back for this
next season of Dancing with the Stars, and he said,

(01:01:18):
I'm not I'm Jill with entertimate headlines.

Speaker 1 (01:01:21):
Are you guys really have to keep it art? You're
off in this one. You got to keep it on track,
it says Val. If the flight attendant offered you and
a kid a first class seat, would you give it
to the kid?

Speaker 13 (01:01:31):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (01:01:32):
First off, I'd have the child sit on my lap
and I'd cradle them like I was their own personal
seat belt of safety. So that's what I would do
for that child. John, have you seen we're talking about,
Like this guy catches a home run ball and there's
a cute little kid, a very small child who is
sadly was missing a leg, was in the row in
front of him, and this guy didn't give it to him.

(01:01:54):
And he's also he was missing his two arms, so
he would have to put the ball under the child's
armpit from the whole and this guy said no. He
said no, and he kept the ball. And that was
Kmuchi's court today. John and Joe on that guy's side.
And that guy also, he was a seat hopper. He
didn't put that in there. He was up in the
third row and he was from the far back all
the way down from that top level and stole that seat.

(01:02:17):
Details there that John missed it. That's important.

Speaker 2 (01:02:20):
John.

Speaker 1 (01:02:20):
Have you seen the videos where the kid he catches
the ball and then there's a girl next to him
who's a well endowed, buxom, beautiful twenty seven year old girl,
and this like twelve year old boy catches the ball,
looks up and gives her the ball. Have you seen
that one? And it's like, oh my God, just says whatever,

(01:02:41):
but he actually has another ball in his pocket. He
gave her the fake ball and kept the real one.

Speaker 2 (01:02:46):
He was prepared.

Speaker 1 (01:02:47):
It's great. There's another one where a dad does exactly
what this guy did or whatever. He catches a ball
and he sees like a little kid and he gives
the ball to the little kid, and the kid's like yay,
and the crowd's like yay. Then the kid throw was
the ball in the field. That proves my point there, No, listen,
I give it to the kid. I'm not very good

(01:03:08):
at catching him anyway, you know, because I don't want
to kill myself to catch the ball if it doesn't
land in your glove perfectly. I'm not the guy you
see flip over two seats break his back? Have you
ever catch the ball?

Speaker 2 (01:03:19):
Not a home run ball? I've got foul balls.

Speaker 1 (01:03:20):
That's why, dude, because you're not willing to go the
extra mile. You got to dive for some of those.
Do you really no? Have you ever cut a home
run ball? All right? Seven fifty seven, it's one of
four to three. My fam coming up next hour? Bury,
what's going on next hour? Is the best breakup you
ever had?

Speaker 11 (01:03:38):
Maybe it was just a nice, clean break, everything went smoothly,
or maybe it was just nice to get rid of.

Speaker 1 (01:03:42):
A terrible person. But the best breakup, the best break
have you ever had?

Speaker 4 (01:03:46):

Speaker 1 (01:03:46):

and mine are always sorrowful in tearjerkers. Yeah, you're a crier.

Speaker 2 (01:03:56):
Yes, didn't need to be sad.

Speaker 1 (01:03:59):
People could have thought, oh, maybe that was the other
person who Valed broke up with, because they were so
devastated that one thought there somebody out there. Listen. If
I wasn't caught, I'd be a catch.

Speaker 3 (01:05:22):
I think mine was my high school boyfriend because it
was kind of quick and easy. He just broke up
with me. Well, first he asked me where I wanted
to go eat, so I chose my favorite restaurant at
the time. Had no idea that he was about to
break up with me.

Oh, so she didn't break up with him, No, he
broke up with.

Speaker 3 (01:05:38):
Me, but it was easy because it just like done,
that was it, you know, and we didn't get back together.
We didn't really talk much after that, so then that
was the easiest relationship. So that would be my best breakup.

Speaker 1 (01:05:49):
A girl tell me one time she was moving out
of state, like, oh, okay, all right, well yeah blah
blah blah. A month later I saw her so living
in state. Oh yeah, we never moved. Yeah, I'm like, dude,
it was so sad. I know, don't have to feel that.

Coming up, three things you need to know.

Speaker 4 (01:10:49):
Just say it.

Speaker 1 (01:10:51):
Official. Say we're heading into the most intense heat wave
of the year. How longs are gonna last?

Speaker 6 (01:10:57):
How long a go?

Speaker 3 (01:10:57):
Again?

Speaker 1 (01:10:59):
Should you be concerned? Should you really honestly be concerned
that your roof might melt? That's coming up in three
things you need to know John's goot that morning traffic freeing.

Speaker 13 (01:11:09):
You need to know.

Speaker 1 (01:11:10):
Right now, officials say we are heading into the most
intense heat wave of the year. They say heat advisory
takes effect tomorrow. Triple digit temps expected across most most
of southern California. Triple digit temps excuse me. Forecasters say

(01:11:39):
the combination of extreme heat and very dry vegetation also
increases the risk of wildfires.

Speaker 2 (01:11:49):
I always wonder if.

Speaker 1 (01:11:50):
Like one is enough, you know what I mean, Because
we do two, It's like then I'm struggling, like increase
the risk of wildfires? Ht let's commit to one. Be
a long summer, So we're gonna run those songs. So
let's you guys over their hot songs that you think
will paint a picture in the background.

Speaker 2 (01:12:07):
Feel free. We're really we're good with.

Speaker 1 (01:12:09):
Rain songs, you know, we have those when that happens,
but hot songs could always be added to the mix. Wow,
And we're just down the story too. Thousands of people
in Boyle Heights are still dealing with that intense odor
from the warehouse fire that broke out over a month ago.
The warehouse was a cold storage facility with a massive
supply of food for restaurants and grocery stores. That rotting
food is still being removed.

Speaker 6 (01:12:31):
What's that smell?

Speaker 1 (01:12:33):
Air Quality officials say they received over nine hundred complaints
about the smell just last week. Just last week, boy,
that smell was something fierce. Everybody smelt it. John, what's

(01:13:01):
trending in music?

Speaker 5 (01:13:01):
Well, Kelly Clarkson has got a pretty fun viral moment.
She was at one of her shows in Las Vegas,
is at the Residency that she just kicked off this
past weekend. At one point, she told the crowd that
she thought she got cyclospora, the.

Speaker 1 (01:13:13):
New parasite that's going around.

Speaker 5 (01:13:14):
She said, I don't know if I've got that thing
where people eat lettuce and go to the bathroom. She
was telling the audience that she had this mid show
emergency and said, you remember.

Speaker 1 (01:13:23):
That scene in the movie Bride's Maids.

Speaker 5 (01:13:25):
It was like that one scene and that has nothing
on what she had in her experience, which admitting that
she even says she's going to be single forever, but
I just like this. She was able to admit that
on stage. So it's been a rough one for Kelly.
I'm John Kamuchi. That's what's training in.

Speaker 1 (01:13:38):
Music, But for a girl, I can't imagine being on
stage and have to run off stage for something like that.
Then they come back on stage and be honest with
the audience about what happened. Yikes, iproop, be all right?
A thousand bucks coming up at nine plus? What's the
best breakup song you ever went?

Speaker 4 (01:13:55):
So?

Speaker 1 (01:13:55):
What's the best breakup you ever went through? Sexit A
three one of four three.

Speaker 3 (01:14:00):

That was the breakup. It was mutual and the easiest
one I ever went through.

Speaker 1 (01:14:07):
Yeah, three one oh four three, easiest breakup you ever
went through? What happened? Why was it so chill? This
is daft punk one MOI one A four to three
My famines Valenta in the morning. Daft Punk needs to
be played more. They've got some great hits besides this
one one more Time's not their only hits.

Speaker 4 (01:14:29):
You know?

Speaker 1 (01:14:30):
Oh so good though? Yeah, no, it's a good song.

Speaker 2 (01:14:33):
Hey, Julie, good morning. How are you today?

Speaker 8 (01:14:36):
I am good? Thanks?

Speaker 7 (01:14:37):
How are you?

Speaker 2 (01:14:37):
We're doing good? Best breakup you ever had?

Speaker 1 (01:14:39):
It went perfect?

Speaker 8 (01:14:42):
Well, he didn't call me for three weeks. I was
in my early twenties, and he didn't call me for
three weeks, and uh, I realized I didn't need him.
I didn't miss him. So I when he did call,
I said, yeah, thanks anyway, never mind, And that was that.

Speaker 1 (01:15:01):
You hung up and you were done with a guy
like that pretty much?

Speaker 3 (01:15:03):
Yeah, simple, yeah, clean?

Speaker 1 (01:15:06):
Yeah. And how long had you and your husband been
together prior to that?

Speaker 8 (01:15:10):
Well, we weren't husband and right, it was a boyfriend,
but we were been together like three years.

Speaker 1 (01:15:19):
Oh my god, you're together three years. Don't talk to
the guy for three weeks? Was he out of the
country or was this just a who you guys were
taking a break.

Speaker 8 (01:15:26):
No, he was a little bit of a philanderer. And
you know, when you're in your twenties, you think you
need a man. Yeah, And then I realized, yeah, I
didn't need him. I didn't miss him. My life went on, surprised,
My life went on.

Speaker 1 (01:15:42):
Yeah, you don't need a man. What you need is
a mighty good man.

Speaker 8 (01:15:45):
That's right, right?

Speaker 3 (01:15:46):
Oh yeah, I love that.

Speaker 1 (01:15:48):
N who sings it?

Speaker 2 (01:15:50):
Yeah there you go? Yeah, all right, tuie, thanks.

Speaker 11 (01:15:59):
Notat at getting the songs. No, we give you time,
you know, but then you have to say, mighty good man.
And then stop and stare at me. Then I have
to walk over there.

Speaker 1 (01:16:08):
It's oh eight feet eight feet you have to walk
over to a computer like eight feet away. When the
redesigned the studio, you have to get that thing closer
for you.

Speaker 3 (01:16:16):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (01:16:17):
Eight sixty six five four four of my fan texting
three one o four three John. You ever break up
that went well? Yeah, I feel like most of mine,
well half maybe maybe a few have gone.

Speaker 2 (01:16:29):
Did you have one that one really bad?

Speaker 1 (01:16:32):
I've had a couple that have been pretty bad, really
back in college for sure, and.

Speaker 2 (01:16:36):
It went back and forth. The person refused to break
up with you, or there were just a lot of
screaming what was happening.

Speaker 1 (01:16:40):
I've had that happen both ways. I've like been not
ready to end it and so like I'm like, what
else can we do?

Speaker 5 (01:16:45):
And then I've been the one that's just been over
it and they're the ones that wants to continue, and
then I'll cave usually and then like a few weeks later,
you always end up in the same place. You know, like,
if it's gonna end, you might as well just read
the signs when they're there.

Speaker 1 (01:16:57):
Yeah, yeah, No, you're right. I've done that before where
I broke up the girl.

Speaker 9 (01:17:01):
Then she was like, oh my god, I don't want
you leave me, blah blah blah. And I'm like, oh,
I'm done with you. And she's like, oh my god,
but you're the greatest ever. So they go, Okay, well
we can just try and be friends. We'll get back together.
Do let's give it a shot.

Speaker 4 (01:17:12):
Right.

Speaker 1 (01:17:13):
She dumped me like the next day. No, she wanted
to have the power of the dumper, the dump bea

the dumper.

Speaker 4 (01:17:21):

Speaker 2 (01:17:22):

Speaker 1 (01:17:23):

welcome to the show. Thanks for having me. Good morning, Ronnie.
Just back from Florida. Had a nice time there. I
guess there was a baby's christning you went to, right, Yes,
I did go to a baby shower for my stepsister. Okay,

(01:18:15):
so it was a fun little time. Gotcha.

Speaker 6 (01:18:17):
It's funny because my stepsister is having a baby at
the same time as my step mom.

Speaker 1 (01:18:21):
So it's like a you know, cute little stepsister. Hold on, everyone,
get out your chalk bar. It follo along. Your stepsister
is having a baby at the same time as your
step mom. Yes, how many brothers sisters do you have?

Speaker 6 (01:18:33):
So I have an older sister, and then my dad
had two more babies with my step mom and now
they're having a third, so.

Speaker 1 (01:18:40):
You'll have three step sister brothers whatever, right, and then
you have an older sister. Yeah, okay, do you and
your older sister get along? I've never met her.

Speaker 6 (01:18:50):
You know, my older sister is kind of crazy and
It's probably for the best that you guys haven't met her, honestly,
because me and her lived two different lives. Like you guys, see,
I like to dress how I like to dress, you know,
very minimal, go to very minion and what a way
to describe this man dresses. Everything is see through, yes,
and I love it.

Speaker 1 (01:19:07):
But she does not.

Speaker 6 (01:19:09):
So like I post things on my Instagram. You know
you guys follow me. I like a little shirt list photo.

Speaker 1 (01:19:13):
Here and there. Yeah, always looks so greats got a
shirt off.

Speaker 6 (01:19:18):
My sister does not think. So she will actively report
me on Instagram. Yes, like exposure for like in decent
in decent exposure and I'm like, oh, it's not bad,
and she will write me every time She's like, oh
this photo is a little better.

Speaker 1 (01:19:32):
So she is very critical of my life. Oh she reports.
Your sister reports you. Your own sister reports you to Instagram.
Worked as Instagram ever flagged anything?

Speaker 6 (01:19:43):
Oh all the time, really all the time, Like they
will flag things for and I'm like, I literally have
clothes on, yes, and she will report me. So every
time I have to consciously think, okay, so my sister
going to report this, Yeah, you've got to be kidding me.
What an interesting relationship to.

Speaker 1 (01:19:58):
You that you love each other.

Speaker 2 (01:20:00):

Speaker 6 (01:20:02):
She's been more conservative than you, Yes, very way more
like me and her are two different people, Like she
is very much a church girl and I'm just like
living life, living life.

Speaker 1 (01:20:14):
Doing your thing. Okay, she reports you on Instagram. I've
never heard anything so sad and funny at the same time.
I know, I bet like your siblings don't report you
guys on Instagram.

Speaker 2 (01:20:21):
My siblings don't follow me.

Speaker 1 (01:20:26):
Yes, she follows me and she will. And even it
was a whole thing. She told my parents on me.
We're adults at this one. She told your parents, are
you shirtless coming out of hot yogurts on it?

Speaker 8 (01:20:34):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (01:20:35):
Like, well, she doesn't say that. She says, I'm naked
on right, right, there's Ronnie showing some skin again. Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:20:42):
And then my dad's like, well, you know that's just
his like, not my job, but it's just like my
life to do that, right, And my mom's like, you
need to be careful with your So it's a whole thing.

Speaker 1 (01:20:52):
I sorry to hear that. I was just gonna ask
you if I had any like bad or good breakups
or anything, any great breakups in your romantic life. And
then we got on the breakup you're having with your
sister or something here. Oh yeah, that is it lives
a breakup with me and my sister.

Speaker 3 (01:21:05):
Can we report her?

Speaker 1 (01:21:06):
Oh, let's all do it collectively. Can I tell you
that there might be somebody in this room that once
said something to John Peak about your outfits?

Speaker 4 (01:21:16):
Was it you?

Speaker 1 (01:21:17):
No, you know I love your outfits? I bet it
was Brian.

Speaker 3 (01:21:20):
How rude.

Speaker 1 (01:21:22):
That's what I said. Rude, how rude he did. I
was there when he walked into John Peak and he goes, hey,
Ronnie's outfits. I have to be honest. I think they're
a bit too conservative. He needs to show more skin,
give us a little iHeart thrilled. You know, coast left coast,

(01:21:45):
let's go. I was about to be shocked. Oh, Ronnie
also when he got in here and goes, guys, I
think it might have had cyclospora.

Speaker 6 (01:21:55):
Honestly I did after drinking a strawberry smoothie. But that's
the story for another day. After this song, Tayo Paula Jenny,
This is Dracula's one of four to three mile f
have balance in that morning. One thousand bucks come your
way at nine o'clock today, Feelingla dora cula Doracula.

Speaker 1 (01:22:16):
Speaking of Dracula, I did see The Odyssey, which has
Robert Pattinson.

Speaker 2 (01:22:20):
Brian, you weren't. Here's some on yesterday.

Speaker 1 (01:22:21):
Yeah, Robert Pattinson, great job in this too, the whole
crew everyone did great, great movie, phenomenal must see, just
great effects writing. I guess it was already written, but
someone's gonna put the script together. Yeah, just amazing. Pattinson though,
looks so good. He is having the blood of somebody
or something because he's got that vampiic's skin, because like forty,

(01:22:43):
he looks like he's twenty five or something in this Oo.

Speaker 2 (01:22:46):
Yeah, it's amazing to me. Esther, Good morning, how are
you today?

Speaker 4 (01:22:51):
Good morning?

Speaker 1 (01:22:53):
All right, Well we're gonna talk about that great breakup
you had. What was it?

Speaker 4 (01:22:58):
Well, we were really like dating, but we were like talking,
and I guess we were far from each other, like literally,
I don't know, different colleges after high school. And then
I think after like for a break for like a
whend youer break or someone break out to remember, we
came back and he was like, so do you still
like me?

Speaker 8 (01:23:18):
And I was like, I guess not.

Speaker 4 (01:23:20):
Then his response immediate was phew.

Speaker 10 (01:23:22):
Me too.

Speaker 7 (01:23:24):
After that, right, I said, And I was like, oh great.

Speaker 4 (01:23:28):
And then we just literally continue to just being friends. Yeah.
I mean we don't talk anymore, but that's how it
was back then, right, just became friends.

Speaker 1 (01:23:37):
That's great when people both realize they're not made for
each other. It's nothing against you, nothing against him. It's
just that sometimes things don't fit, you know, not every nutt.

Speaker 4 (01:23:49):
And it was just his quick response that was kind
of hilarious.

Speaker 1 (01:23:53):
Yeah, he's like, oh, thank god, I can imagine, right,
So please say no, you're not into me. Yeah, that's
a clean breakupster. You're lucky in that one. But you
were friends for a bit and then you know, it's okay.

Speaker 4 (01:24:07):
It's like, you know, yeah, it's totally fine.

Speaker 1 (01:24:09):
It's a campfire thing, right, it's a campfire, you know
the campire that well, campfire is kind of like when
you have a campfire, you know, so people come around
sit by the campfire and stuff like that. Some sit,
you know, for a song or two, for a marshmallow two,
then they go off to bed. Others sit for longer.
Some people will sit until the fire goes out, so
people are in your life like the time they sit
around a campfire.

Speaker 3 (01:24:29):
Wow, I've never heard that analogy. That's beautiful because I.

Speaker 2 (01:24:32):
Just made it up, and I think that's pretty good.

Speaker 3 (01:24:35):
That's good.

Speaker 1 (01:24:36):
Yeah, they got one O four three my FM. Here's
what's coming up in entertainment headlines.

Speaker 3 (01:24:44):
Dancing with the Stars winner and the Next Pro host
Robert Berwin he's upset about AI ruining photography. I'll explain
right after traffic.

Speaker 1 (01:24:53):
One O four three my SM entertainment headlines.

Speaker 3 (01:24:57):
A few months ago, Ryan Reynolds said that he'd begun
the next Deadpool movie. Now it's been confirmed he is
returning as Deadpool for another sequel. At the Fanatics Past
twenty twenty six, Ryan Reynolds said, there's stuff upcoming. There's eventually,
you know, remotely, another Deadpool film, and he said it's
going to be great. And Dancing with the Stars winner

(01:25:19):
and the Next Pro host Robert Irwin says AI is
ruining wildlife photography. He said, I think not only does
it take away from the artistry of photography, but it
also dilutes what is impressive when you see the image
of the eagle writing the elephant or whatever ridiculousness it is.
People genuinely think it's real.

Speaker 4 (01:25:39):
He said.

Speaker 3 (01:25:39):
When there is actually real, amazing photos, it dilutes it
because we've seen so many incredible things. I'm jill with
any tim in headlines.

Speaker 1 (01:25:47):
Conversely, the animals are going, I kind of dig it.
I don't have to worry about the paparazzi. You know,
I'm an animal and I get out of bed.

Speaker 2 (01:25:56):
There I am.

Speaker 1 (01:25:57):
I go to take a little poo poo or something
like that. I got some eye with a long range
lens laying in the bushes going like, god, dude, I'm
just trying to go to the bathroom and you at
your camera. Yeah, we would hate that exactly exactly, So
there are some benefits to AI in that respect.

Speaker 2 (01:26:16):
Dell someone like you.

Speaker 6 (01:26:17):
It is one of four to three my fab it's
Valentin in the morning, the eagle riding the horse.

Speaker 1 (01:26:24):
It's pretty cool.

Speaker 2 (01:26:30):
One of four to three my fabinuts Valentine in the morning.

Speaker 1 (01:26:35):
Wooh yeah, you get it. Nine twenty four, Tuesday, July
twenty first. My kid is in Boston right now. His
school Texas Christian University TCU that he's attending. This fall,
which is in Texas. He's choosing Texas too, God, everybody's
choosing Texas. So he's going there. They have this thing

(01:26:56):
where they get together around the country and I'm being
freshmen at different points to kind of meet each other
and stuff, and it's kind of a cool idea. You know,
you meet some other students that are starting prior to
the start of the school year. So they all took
a like five day trip to Boston or something, right, fine,
And I miss him so much. I miss him so much.
He's my buddy, he's my broke best friend. And so

(01:27:18):
you'll get there. And I've been waiting for calls. I
got no calls last night, Like, oh man, I was
kind of hoping I talked to him or something, just
to know he's doing okay and all that stuff.

Speaker 3 (01:27:27):
Right, he's busy.

Speaker 1 (01:27:30):
So anyway, I got a text at like four oh
two this morning, different time zone. Okay, so we're going
to the Socks game today. But guess what else we're doing.
And I said what exclamation point? Exclamation point? My son
wrote back, We're going to quote unquote the top of
the prew crying face. And that made not mean something

(01:27:52):
to you. It's like the tallest building in Boston called
the Prudential Building, and they call it the Top of
the PREW And I was like, ah, I know my
son knows that because I've mentioned it before from living there,
and I rode ha ha ha, kiss went away. You
used to always say that broadcasting live from the top
of the prew is what they did. Their intennas are
up there, their studios might have been been the building
during the old days.

Speaker 2 (01:28:10):
How you feeling.

Speaker 1 (01:28:10):
You're feeling okay, Try and eat some healthy stuff and
do some water. Boston has a way of offering up
lots of crazy stuff. Those lobster rolls are out of control.
They're good, but don't eat too many, or Tim, he's
gonna hurt goodness. There's been no response. Yeah, I got
too excited. He was texting me.

Speaker 13 (01:28:29):
Man.

Speaker 1 (01:28:29):
It wasn't like the group chat with the wife, the mom,
that lady. It was just me and him, just the
solo tags, solo tags, so excited.

Speaker 2 (01:28:38):
It's so excited. I'm like, that's my boy.

Speaker 11 (01:28:40):
Maybe you should write something like I just wanted to
make sure these went through the Maybe my phone went't
airplane mote or something for a second, but are you
getting this?

Speaker 4 (01:28:46):
Call me?

Speaker 1 (01:28:48):
What about? Yeah, that's not bad. What about if I
just go back and we're top of the prew I
give it a thumbs up?

Speaker 3 (01:28:59):
Yeah right, yeah, just been a question mark on your
own message says this, that's good.

Speaker 1 (01:29:05):
I don't know. I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:29:06):
I feel like I love bombed him too much.

Speaker 1 (01:29:08):
You know, he's just busy. You know, this is like dating.
You know, you don't know what to say or like
because your kid's a teenager and they're going off and
you want to have that connection you've always had. You know,
you should do what? Double text him? Do it again?
What does that mean?

Speaker 2 (01:29:22):
Just copy and paste this and send the same thing.

Speaker 5 (01:29:25):
Well, you can emphasize your message, I guess, or just
send something new. Just send him another message.

Speaker 3 (01:29:29):
Don't do that because he's gonna reply back. Sorry, I
was so busy at work today I couldn't text. That's
what I always got after multiple texts.

Speaker 1 (01:29:37):
I was about to say work, it's work. Remember he's
my broke best friend.

Speaker 12 (01:29:42):
From Sedan's and SUV's to full size trucks, experience the
incredible power and fuel efficiency with Toyota Electrified RAE.

Speaker 2 (01:29:50):
Things you need to know right now, justice temps are
heating up.

Speaker 1 (01:29:54):
Officials once again and warning people about heading to the
beach and Newport Beach lifeguards rescued more than one hundred people.
Swimmers were caught in rip currents pushed towards the rocks. Thankfully,
nobody injured. One hundred people had to be rescued, Kiva
after the ninety ninth person, you think the hundreds would
have said, Eh, maybe I shouldn't go swimming. You know,

(01:30:14):
there's a lot going on out there. Residents in West
Hollow would still recovering from last week's massive water main
break that sent seventeen million gallons of water onto Sunset Boulevard.
The ledwp's replaced that broken pipe. A cruise is still
repairing leaks. Jill told me that pipe is like one
hundred years old or something like that.

Speaker 3 (01:30:31):
Yeah, that's right.

Speaker 1 (01:30:32):
Water service not yet been restored. Sunset Boulevard is expected
to stay closed for the next few days. Officials say
about two hundred vehicles were damaged or destroyed in that flooding.
So where these people showering all get memberships at Equinox
or something. You guys get a membership at the Equinox

(01:30:52):
or equinox.

Speaker 3 (01:30:53):
It's a equinox, but I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:30:55):
I don't know that I would say equinoxes one across
the street. I guess Menace was telling everybody's getting membership
over there. Oh really, I'm like that seems pricey. What
do you guys make down the hall? Right? We have
a gym in the building. Yeah, now one's expensive too, Actually,
is it really?

Speaker 14 (01:31:08):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (01:31:08):
It's like sixty bucks a month it is, which like
is a lot for what it is. It's like a
hotel gym, you know what I mean, It's like not
a full gym.

Speaker 1 (01:31:15):
I tell people, dude, we work on the fifth floor.
Use the stairs. That give me five dollars for that.
J Alwa's training your music.

Speaker 5 (01:31:24):
So post Malone has an album on the way. It's
called The Eternal Buzz, and he's been teasing this new
song for it.

Speaker 1 (01:31:29):
Yeah, hopping at it, Collie.

Speaker 5 (01:31:31):
This isn't performing that song at the closing ceremony for
the World Cup, And people are noting that although he
was wearing a cowboy hat, this isn't cowboy post Malone anymore.
It looks like he's going away from a country and
going back to like his old hip hop Rids. So
this song's gonna be called Chrome Heartbreaker. There's no date
on it yet, but we're keeping our eye on it.
I'm John kimunci that's what's training in music, my.

Speaker 1 (01:31:51):
Mod it's fun.

Speaker 13 (01:31:57):
Head.

Speaker 1 (01:31:59):
What's that little thing ahead? He's getting his yolo roots
in John standing by that morning Trapp?

Speaker 2 (01:32:08):
What's going on?

Speaker 1 (01:32:09):
Johnny one or four three? My family, it is Valentine
in the morning. Did you get the text yesterday, the
text about the Backstreet Boy? Oh my gosh, the text
from jail. That text sent ripples through my family. That
was like an explosion. I couldn't it too much time
off though, you shouldn't be going anywhere.

Speaker 3 (01:32:30):
He doesn't need to take time off for it.

Speaker 1 (01:32:32):
No, it's a Sunday night or.

Speaker 10 (01:32:35):
Saturday.

Speaker 1 (01:32:35):
I got my Saturday's are booked. I'm so booked on
Saturday nights.

Speaker 3 (01:32:38):
Hey, you don't have to go. Lelani said, she's in.

Speaker 2 (01:32:41):
Do you think she's gonna third wheel it with the
rest of you and your spouse?

Speaker 3 (01:32:44):
Is yes, but she gets two tickets so she can
bring a friend or my sister or you know, oh,
sister can go.

Speaker 1 (01:32:50):
That's right.

Speaker 3 (01:32:51):
Jenna loves the Backstreet Boys. Hi, guys.

Speaker 1 (01:32:54):
I was talking to Brian the Trail's wife, and she
offered tickets to their final show for us at the sphere.
Has to be possible to get tickets for the entire
show plus their spouses. She said, yes, would you want
to go see the Backstreet Boys in Vegas?

Speaker 3 (01:33:07):
Isn't that such a generous offer? No, it's crazy show
their final show.

Speaker 1 (01:33:11):
Got to pay for the air for everything in the hotel.

Speaker 3 (01:33:13):
We can drive. We're thinking of driving.

Speaker 1 (01:33:15):
Oh you are. That's a fun drive to Vegas. Yeah,
to drive back is the worst. I made that drive
with a bunch of boys for soccer like this past year.
Oh my god, to drive back smelly? Yeah, smelly. I'd
require all of you to shower if we're driving back after.

Speaker 3 (01:33:37):
Together, we can Yeah, that's party bus.

Speaker 1 (01:33:43):
Anyway, anyway, anyway, anyway, anyway, my wife, My wife. She responds,
I'm in. I'm in, fine, we in. I'm in.

Speaker 2 (01:34:00):
I don't care what the other half does.

Speaker 1 (01:34:02):
I'm in. So I wrote, all right, I'm gonna play
this game. I go I'm not. Nobody cared. No responded,
you just go on making their plans, and Jill finally
wrote the sports he goes I promise you it will
be worth it, even if you're not the biggest back
to your boys fan, I said, I have a fishing trip.

(01:34:26):
No responses. You couldn't.

Speaker 13 (01:34:28):
Nobody cares that fishing trip. Excuse me, I have a
fishing trip. We're and with who well on the water obviously, Okay.

Speaker 12 (01:34:39):
One four threem entertainment headlines did you see you guta
go fishing?

Speaker 2 (01:34:44):
Dry dog in it?

Speaker 4 (01:34:44):
No? So.

Speaker 3 (01:34:46):
Anne Hathaway has confirmed Princess Diaries three is still happening.
The movie was confirmed back in twenty twenty four, but
we haven't really heard much about it except little updates
here there. But Anne Hathaway said, I can say I
I think we had a story breakthrough. I think we're
moving in the right direction. The script that we were
working on. We kind of had to start over with

(01:35:07):
this new direction, which is not the update I think
anybody wants. But we all feel really good about this.
This is going to be the one so officially confirmed
it is happening. And Kelly Clarksoni Clarks she this was
not in any way shade towards Taylor Swift, but at
her residency the other night, she talked about being on
a budget. She said, unless you're Taylor Swift, congratulations, but

(01:35:29):
you're not her. But if you're not her, you are ballin'
on a budget and you get something cool like this.
And she's talking about her residency not having all the
bells and whistles. I'm Jill with her any timid headlines?

Speaker 2 (01:35:40):
Is she had a budget, Kelly Clarkson, I'd like to
see her budget.

Speaker 3 (01:35:43):
We'll talking about the presidency. It's just her and some
background singers and a band, and it's not like a
full on tour that you would write.

Speaker 1 (01:35:51):
Maybe, but I'm still thinking her budget in life is
so vastly different than our budget in life. Oh yeah,
she's not using her own iPhones on a box to
film herself in the studio like we a. You know
what I mean, right, Brian. Thank you for your show, Jill.
Think of your show, Laura, think of your show. John,
thank you for your show. Thank you for your show. Well,

(01:36:12):
slow Tatasha in the other room, thank you for show
out and think of your show as well. So John's
out here tomorrow. John is going a vacation with his
girlfriend of four years. Four years they've been together. They've
said that I love you, they've said, all that, you know,
we'll see what happens. We're going on vacation. One more
step to take, really, but step is that we'll find

(01:36:34):
out John. We'll find out together. So he's on here tomorrow.
So Laura said, hold on a second, I'd like to
get more airtime. I believe that I could do the traffic.
So this is Laura's audition right now. She's from Brisbane, Australia.
She's our social media director. She has a bit of
an Australian accent. But she's going to do the traffic.
Let's see how she would do filling up for John.

Speaker 17 (01:36:53):
All Right, people of Los Angeles, get ready in your cars.
In North Hollywood on the one thirty five West, the
crash on the right shoulder on thirty four.

Speaker 1 (01:37:04):
Yeah, you know where you are. If you're there, that's
dropping there, you probably are aware.

Speaker 17 (01:37:08):
There's a lamp to five minutes, so maybe you sit
back of a little sandwich in the car.

Speaker 3 (01:37:11):
I don't know when you really do it.

Speaker 17 (01:37:12):
In Long Beach, it's not looking good though. We have
a crash on the one, the seven one ten s B. Again,
you probably are aware if you're sitting in that ten
south Yeah, yeah, there you go that connects to the
four or five at some point, and that's partially blocking
that point.

Speaker 3 (01:37:27):
So that's ten minutes.

Speaker 17 (01:37:29):
So maybe not a sandwich, maybe a full lunch. Yep,
So good luck and yeah, got to speak.

Speaker 1 (01:37:37):
I think we should do this tomorrow. Do I think
it's great?

Speaker 6 (01:37:40):
Noura?

Speaker 1 (01:37:40):
Can you do this to that? We'll give me like
a war. We won't start to till like seven or
something like that little warm up or something here the
other lady do it?

Speaker 3 (01:37:47):
Oh, it was pretty good.

Speaker 1 (01:37:48):
Actually, I'm sorry the one five John people looking around
going where the hell is of one thirty five shuttler?
All right, have a great day, Lisa Fox coming on
next one thousand dollars at ten o'clock. Get out there
to be the change in the world that you want
to see.

Speaker 16 (01:38:08):
Valentine in the morning weekdays from five till ten one
o four three my fmm.
