Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good morning, Anthony.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
Hey, how you doing. I got a little twist to
that o J sis in case you have to look
for it and uh google it and and decide on y'all.
I still think o J is not it's guilty from it.
But uh, this guy named Glynn, it was Rogers. He
was a serious killer that killed the cold next old

(00:23):
neighbor and he was living in the house for a
little while and I believe she slept with him, and
uh he was actually trying to kill him one day.
And uh, they didn't put it in court.

Speaker 1 (00:37):
They didn't.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
They didn't put ad that's and all that into court.
I don't know if they were just I think o
J had something to do with it, but I think
the Syria o J know about the serial killer and
the serial killer killed, but I think they both did it. Glenn,
it was Rogers. His is His brother even claimed that
that he he said that he killed nic cold.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
Interesting.

Speaker 4 (01:00):
Fah, Yeah, I find the serial killer thing pretty crazy
because when my boyfriend Keady and I were watching this,
that was the one thing that he brought up. He's like,
there was literally a serial killer going on the same
exact time.

Speaker 3 (01:11):
Of these murders in that neighborhood and right in the same.

Speaker 5 (01:15):
Let's say have it, but a will to read a
lot about it. Did that serial killer use the same
killing method like knife?

Speaker 2 (01:24):
Oh, I'm not sure on that point, but uh, I
would look. I would look into him and look and
see about his story, and he claimed that he killed
him to his brother.

Speaker 3 (01:37):
Interesting.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
You know what, I think this show is so successful,
there's going to be a part two.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
But they I don't think they're trying to add that
into that shows.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
No, I'm not saying a part two like like more killings.
I think there's gonna be a part too. Like you
think about they didn't get into Faye Resnik, remember her.
She was like some friend that had something. The didn't
get a Denise Brown. They didn't show her testimony and
there was lots of stuff there they didn't show like
they could probably just to milk it. They could probably
get because it was so it's so fascinating.

Speaker 3 (02:05):
I remember it was like kind of all consuming for
media when it was happening. And I lived in south
southern California in that time, and that's pretty much what
we talked about my dad case.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
My dad was at a hotel on the freeway that
OJ drove by, and my dad calls me. He's like,
you're watching TV, goes yeah, and I go, I'm watching
right now, and he goes, you see Oja Go yeah,
and he goes, look, I'm on the balcony the hotel
to the left, and I'm like okay, and he goes,
the juice is on the loose. And I was like,
that is so clever. But apparently that's what they said

(02:36):
about him all the time in the seventies. I thought
my dad made that up, and Kyle it does.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
They got some other documentary that thinking the Sun did it,
you know, said crazy, you gotta look.

Speaker 3 (02:49):
At all Oh yeah, that was weird when you see
him pulling back up in the bronco and then the
Sun's having a confrontations and that.

Speaker 4 (02:57):
I kind of actually always went with the take maybe
it was the Sun, But after watching the most recent
documentary on Netflix, I'm like, Okay, I feel like it's Oj.
The craziest part of all that is like, I had
no idea. He wrote a book that said if I
did it and basically detailed how would kill his wife.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
Like that would be in the sequel that second season.

Speaker 3 (03:15):
That is so twisted.

Speaker 4 (03:16):
But Kyle, to answer your question, the serial killers around
did have similar methods. It was stabbing, a mutilation, So.

Speaker 5 (03:24):
I would they not look into that?

Speaker 4 (03:25):
Hey it's weird.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
That's also weird.

Speaker 3 (03:28):
Maybe it was weird.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
Hey, Anthony, thanks calling in man.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
Okay, all right, check it out though. All right, thanks, okay, thanks.

Speaker 1 (03:39):
Since we're talking to him, why don't we get into
a little bit of a podcast, continue this into the podcast?
What else? What else? What else? Let's see, let's see.
Let me go through Peyton's notes. Oh god, okay notes.

Speaker 4 (03:53):
Hopefully there's something interesting in there for you.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
Uh. Kadeem's friend is having a girl. Oh my god,
he's now set on having a girl. So you guys
are talking about babies already.

Speaker 4 (04:02):
Story, I mean, you know, we've been talking about the
baby conversation. Kadem wants a kid like tomorrow. Honestly, he
would have preferred to have one yesterday. I'm not really
game for that. But his childhood best friend, like literally
was at the hospital when he was born. His best
friend's mom named him type of like besties. Right, we
just found out that his girlfriend, she's three months pregnant

(04:25):
and they're having a girl, which is like so great
and so exciting, except for now. Kadem is like, well,
I want my kid to grow up with my best
friend's kid, so like can we hurry it up? And
I'm like no, like we're gonna read it up once
you get a ring, right. We've talked about this many times,
and like when we were in Portland over the holidays
for New Year's I was talking to Kadem's mom and
she's very much like, take your time, like people are

(04:48):
having kids as they get older, like it's not that serious,
like get your guys feet under you whatever. And she's
been very much like, hold off on the baby, hold
off on the baby. And then when we found out
that Kadem's best friend was having a baby, she's like, so,
when are you guys gonna start having kids?

Speaker 3 (05:02):
Pressure?

Speaker 4 (05:03):
What? And it's like and it really is a lot
of pressure because I get I actually kind of get
a little jealous of my boyfriend, like his best friends,
the people that he grew up with, Like all of
their parents are best friends. They all grew up together,
so they all of their parents like basically planned having
them all at the same time so they could like
basically have a starting five on a basketball team. Literally
with their plan and so now could he wants that

(05:25):
and I would love that, but I'm just not ready.

Speaker 1 (05:27):
Well I respect that.

Speaker 3 (05:28):
Don't you have to have things in place that are
kind of like the starter kit, like the ring and
a plan to get for you?

Speaker 4 (05:35):
Yeah, for sure, And like I mean, and it's just
so weird. And I think I feel the way about
the ring so much. It's because like my mom, my grandma,
and my sister weren't married when they had kids. Like
they all had you know what I mean. They all
have their partners, but like none of them were married,
and like I want to be able to say, well
I got married.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
First, break the cycle.

Speaker 4 (05:54):
Yeah, I want to break the cycle.

Speaker 3 (05:56):
So who knows?

Speaker 1 (05:57):
Also on here he said, what are we doing to
get energy natural?

Speaker 6 (06:00):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (06:01):
Like I don't want to have to drink or slam
a red bull to like not want to sleep my
days away, like when I come home from work, like
I'm so dead tired. And I'm sure a big part
of that is because I'm in the middle of basketball
season right now, and that takes a lot out of
me emotionally and mentally and physically. But like, I want
to know what we're doing to like get energized without
having to slam a drink.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
You know what time do you go to bed last night?

Speaker 4 (06:26):
Like ten?

Speaker 1 (06:27):
So that's reasonable. The biohacking someone I went to. There's
some things that they talk about and it's kind of tough.
But one of the things I get energy from it
is actually a gift for me. It was just light
right here, the happy light. The happy light. That's because
they tell you to get sunlight, morning sunlight, but since
we're in here all the time, we can't. So they
said these lights are the second best thing. Yeah, that's
why I just stand in front this life for a
little bit when you come in. Also, one of the

(06:49):
things how about was breathing, the deep breathing exercises. They
do three sets of thirty deep breast. That's one of
the things I did, and I do that every morning
to give me energy. Of course, do you have a
cold plunge at home? I wish think about two out
of the four of us have cold plunges at home.

Speaker 5 (07:03):
You just drive over to my house.

Speaker 3 (07:04):
We live close.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
You're like a sleep in the air. I never use it.

Speaker 5 (07:10):
It's not for me.

Speaker 3 (07:10):
You know what John Jay's guy says for the cold plunge.
If you have a bathtub, he says, get some tupperware,
put some ice in it, and then just dump it
in your bathtub. Wait twenty minutes and jump in and
you got a cold plunch.

Speaker 4 (07:20):
I mean, yeah, that's a nice bat that I've been
doing that since I was ten years old because of basketball.
I've never really thought to use it as a cold one.

Speaker 3 (07:27):
And they say, like the new science that I was
just reading yesterday says that you get the benefits twelve
hours later after you do that, because once your nerves
start resetting and your cells reset, twelve hours later is
when you get the jump.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
There's also a different version of that. Let's say you
don't want to make a cold bath because it takes forever.
Is you get ice and you put it in a
sink and fill a full of water and just put
your face in there.

Speaker 4 (07:48):
That's how you care hangover too.

Speaker 1 (07:50):
But that's also and that that gives you natural energy.

Speaker 4 (07:53):
Okay, I'll have to try those fakes because I'm tired
of having to do an energy drink every day.

Speaker 6 (07:58):
See your cough cough, but the thank you Okay, I
don't know, I feel okay, but I'm like not like
my signs are continually just getting like more and more clogged.

Speaker 4 (08:10):
Or is the sickness like run their course in your house?
Are you the last one.

Speaker 5 (08:13):
To get it? I'm I don't know. Well, yeah, maybe
I thought I kind of had something a little bit
last week, but I was like, nope, could fight it.

Speaker 1 (08:23):
Do you want to cancel going to the open tomorrow?

Speaker 3 (08:25):
No, sure, it would be fine. I took emergency.

Speaker 4 (08:31):
And even if Kyle couldn't make it to the open,
we would still be going to the open because we
need the end.

Speaker 1 (08:36):
Of the year video. Payton's this I ended up on
Lava lamp TikTok. We talked about, Oh really, how come
we didn't delete it?

Speaker 5 (08:42):
Bye?

Speaker 4 (08:42):
John Jay?

Speaker 3 (08:42):
I can't.

Speaker 1 (08:46):
Oh god, this Francescas is having seventy percent off warehouse.

Speaker 4 (08:49):
Okay, we get it, we get it.

Speaker 3 (08:51):
Thanks, here we go. I'm not going to stop Payton.

Speaker 4 (08:57):
Get on someone else. Right now.

Speaker 1 (08:58):
I'm concerned about Kyle's health. I think we should maybe
not go to the waste manage and open so she
could rest.

Speaker 5 (09:04):
You got to get out there and get fresh air.

Speaker 3 (09:06):
Fresh air is really good for.

Speaker 1 (09:07):
Like really it is getting it. Your voice is changing.

Speaker 3 (09:13):
Yeah, I can hear it. Actually, what I see is
your eyes look a little glassy to me, which is
always a sign what not feeling well.

Speaker 1 (09:24):
I'll be fine, I'll be fine. Okay, let's see, Rich.
Why are Arizona sunsets so much better than everyone else's?

Speaker 3 (09:31):
Did you know I've read that there's some signs to that. Yeah,
I dust that's what makes it so pretty.

Speaker 4 (09:37):
Yeah, it's like how bad our pollution?

Speaker 3 (09:39):
I mean, seriously, our sunsets kicks everybody else's ass.

Speaker 1 (09:42):
Our aircat it's up there without Hawaii sunset's pretty amazing.

Speaker 3 (09:45):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (09:46):
I mean in Hawaii, I see people pull over to
the side of the road and there are people up
and down the beach is waiting to see.

Speaker 7 (09:51):
Talking about in America, Uh, what about this, Rich, Let's
see you say, why don't they listen to us?

Speaker 3 (10:04):
You know how nobody in your family listens to you,
but if some stranger tells them something, it's like gospel.

Speaker 4 (10:08):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 3 (10:09):
Yeah, that's just like human nature. I feel like this
whole time, Stacy's been like I don't feel good. I
don't feel good. I'm like, okay, let's call the intie.
Let's get you in. Let's get you in. You're really sick. No, No,
it's fine, it's fine, it's fine. Her one of her
friends is like, you should call in your nose and
throat doctor. So she calls it like on Sunday night.
That's a good idea. Though all the pharmacies are she needs.

(10:30):
Of course, she's got some kind of science infection. She
needs the antibiotic. And it's like, you know, uh, ten
thirty pm on a Sunday. I'm like, if you would
just listen to me, I could go get you your
drugs and you could have your drugs right now.

Speaker 7 (10:43):
Now.

Speaker 4 (10:43):
Why the person that we love that actually cares about
is why would we do?

Speaker 3 (10:48):
And it's it's fine, But you know what comes back
is like you never told me to call a doctor.
I'm like, okay, never mind, never mind, never mind. Why
don't they listen to us? We sometimes know what we're talking.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
About speaking about. You said you went to the Italiano?
Did that just open? Was that a grand opening or
is that the restaurant?

Speaker 3 (11:03):
I think it's been opened for like a month, But
the only reason I knew about it opening is from
our Christmas party when they brought the whole fire. Christmas
food was good from that moment I've said to myself, well,
I got to go to that joint and check that
joint out.

Speaker 1 (11:17):
That chicken was unbelieving so good.

Speaker 3 (11:20):
So they have like when you go there, and I
don't know if a lot of people are doing this now,
is as soon as you roll up, they have to
create your own charcuterie board. So whether they have like
forty or fifty different cheeses and meats and all that stuff,
that's fun. I thought that alone was sensational, let alone
the rest of the food. But it was a really good,
really good food there.

Speaker 4 (11:39):
Did they bring the charcoditi board like around.

Speaker 3 (11:42):
In the little cart they have like on the corner
of the restaurant. You can kind of see them kind
of get in the display ready and then they bring
the cart around and you can put whatever you want
on it. I don't know what all we got, but
it was all sensational. It was all really dead.

Speaker 1 (11:54):
I'm no linguist, but I didn't think the word chicuteri
was Italian.

Speaker 3 (11:57):
I didn't either. French I did too. I thought it
was as well, So maybe they're not.

Speaker 1 (12:01):
Maybe they need to come with another word.

Speaker 3 (12:03):
I did not get clarification on that but it was delicious.

Speaker 4 (12:05):
Italian meats and cheese is right, Baroni Italian.

Speaker 3 (12:08):
It is Okay, there was Italian meats on there. I've
never heard of, but they were delicious. So if you
if you find yourself out and about go do that experience.

Speaker 4 (12:15):
Hey, what's your take on an opera All Spirits?

Speaker 3 (12:18):
Uh?

Speaker 4 (12:18):
What opera all spirit.

Speaker 3 (12:20):
What is that's? What about Stacey's favorite drink?

Speaker 4 (12:23):
Yeah, it's like a drink, but it's like gotten super
trendy right now, Like the thing to get at the
at the bar is an espresso martini or an Operall
Spirits and Apperall Spirits I think is a brand of
like a to me, it tastes like really gross champagne
and wine.

Speaker 1 (12:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (12:37):
I think they put bitters in it. Does that sound right?

Speaker 4 (12:40):
Yeah? Maybe I don't know, but it's like it's the
whole new thing. I bet your girlfriend's drink Opperall Sprits.

Speaker 3 (12:45):
I don't like it, but Stacy thinks it's cool. Yeah,
and she's all about the fun drink.

Speaker 4 (12:50):
Yeah, it's not my thing.

Speaker 3 (12:51):
If it's a good looking glass and a good looking drink,
she's probably all about it.

Speaker 1 (12:54):
Let me grow this real quick. Hello, good morning, John,
