Speaker 1 (00:00):
The politicos of the world. Well on, let me find
this one headline here. They are absolutely beside themselves over
John Cornyn getting smoked in the Texas Republican primary yesterday,
(00:23):
absolutely beside themselves. All right, where is this headline here?
It is John Cornyn spent years building the GOP maga
tore him down. No, no, no, no, no. His constituents tore
him down. Voters, Republican voters in the state of Texas
(00:49):
had beef with John Cornyn, and they had beef with
John Corny because John Cornyn finds himself he was damned
near Senate majority leader. Remember, was between basically him and Thune.
And what Texans are sitting there looking at is that
they're what people all around the country are looking at.
They're looking at a bunch of people that have been
(01:11):
in Washington for decades. Cornyn, I believe, was elected Senator
in two so he's been a Senator for more than
twenty years. And they saw a GOP who didn't have
the ability to even pass the Save Act, something that
is so wildly popular with seventy and eighty percent of Americans,
(01:35):
not just Republicans. And they saw a group of individuals
who other than his big beautiful Bill. Essentially haven't done
squat in this window of time that Trump has, and
would be obstinate about it if he'd bring it up.
(01:56):
That's what you saw. I'm not from Texas. I've never
lived in Texas, so I don't pretend to know everything
there is that differentiate Paxton and Cornyn, but you know,
pretending like the GOP was somehow under attack from MAGA.
Here they're one and the same. They're just this and
(02:20):
this is I understand that this is a tough concept,
especially for moon bats like the writers over at Politico.
But there's different versions of it of what it means
to be a member of the of the GOP right,
and mag is one version of it, and Cornyn seemingly
(02:41):
was another version of it. And then people have to
decide which version they want.
Speaker 2 (02:47):
But the.
Speaker 1 (02:50):
Best description is Cornyn was comfortable being you know, being
a Washington general to the Harlem Globe truck. And people
are sick of that. People on the right are sick
of it. They're sick of not getting anything that they want,
even when they have various lovers of power, being outpaced
(03:11):
and outscammed by you know, democrats at every turn, who
just do whatever they want. Hell, they're telling you what
they're going to do next time they're in power. They're
going to stack the court. Get rid of the filibuster.
These these idiots couldn't even even bring a talking filibuster
into play. Forget this zombie filibuster. You couldn't even require
(03:35):
a talking filibuster, which would at least have indicated that
you wanted to do something, you wanted to do anything,
but you didn't. And there's there's a ton of crony
stuff that went on to you know who else lost
their primary yesterday? Al Green? Remember that lunatic with the
cane Ross, Remember the lunatic with the cane is always
(03:56):
screaming at Trump during the State of the Union. Looks
like a uh looks like a wolfman, right that dude? Yeah,
he just lost his Democrat primary. So what does what
does that mean? Or maybe that just means that voters
in his district in Texas are sick of his games,
(04:18):
sick of the stupidity. And that is there, that is
their absolute right to go ahead and make that decision.
And I've noticed that the that the moon bats who
are upset about it, their problem with packs and is.
They're like, he's raping kids and that because that's the
new thing. Now if you are, if you are somebody
they don't like politically, you're a kid raper. No, it
(04:39):
doesn't have to be any proof for it. Do you
just say it enough? Kid raper, kid raper, kid raper.
I saw a bunch of a bunch of little snipy
tweets on this very political thing. But John Cornyn, much
like Tom Tillis, who thankfully did himself in these kind
of people, think that they are title to these seats.
(05:02):
And if you disagree with them, look how they act,
Look how Tom Tillis is acting. He will, he will,
he will burn things down on his way out to
say thank you for allowing him to essentially be a
career politician and never having to do anything productive with
his life. That's his that's his thank you to you.
(05:26):
He's gonna he's gonna squirm at every twist and turn
to make sure nothing gets done. And I saw people
bringing that excuse up. They're like, well, now now you're
what you're gonna have is you're you know you're not
gonna get Corners vote. You're not gonna get Tillis's vote
on this stuff. If nothing was getting accomplished, who cares?
Sometimes sometimes this is what you gotta do, right, You
(05:48):
gotta you gotta sit here and uh, you gotta detox man.
And it's not any fun. But if you don't do
it in the long run, it's quite injurious to you.
That's what's happened any right now. And that's okay, you
know why, because it also sends a message you better,
(06:11):
you better accomplish something, You better do something. You better
be willing to do. All of the things that your
political opponents are legal. I might add all the legal things,
or at the very least those that remain in that
gray area which Democrats are willing to wait into any
moment every chance they get. Why because if you get
(06:33):
one w out of ten, it's still a dub. And
corn and Cornyn and and the stalwarts they were they
were happy just to sit there and enrich themselves. Cornyn
made an obscene amount of money during his time there,
even going back to that Algreen lunatic that guys were
six million dollars serving as a member of Congress with
(06:54):
basically nothing when he started, guys were six mil. We're
all so sick of it. And so if you want
to be in it, and you want to be in
it a very long time, at the very least, you
better be productive. And that's not the case here. So wah,
cry about it, Politico, because if you're upset about it
(07:15):
and you like the guy, then you just told a
bunch of voters in Texas that they probably made the
right decision, says six fourteen Cacoday radio program, Hang on,
this is laughable watching Politico. Well, John Cornan spent years
building the GOP. MAGA tore him down. No, he tore
(07:38):
himself down. Remember this is a guy, this is a
guy who was on the amnesty train, who was a
senator from Texas. It's death by a thousand cuts or
more or over the course of that. And the other
half of it is voters are looking at do nothings
like Cornin, people who've been there all of these years,
(08:01):
and whether you think it's fair or not, you're like, well,
you know, we couldn't because we couldn't get till us
to come over there. Democrats don't have this problem. People
notice that, and meanwhile they're watching the same old, same
old politics not getting it basically most of what they want. Oh,
we can't even get a ballroom built. We can't do that.
(08:23):
And meanwhile, they're watching their political opponents install a guy
in New York who basically put a plan together, which
is an old COMMI plan as old as COMMI en
to go ahead and steal people's property so that they
can then utilize it for their own purposes. They're watching
(08:46):
the advancement of their polar opposite ideology go out and
stack wins Man. And then they look at somebody like
John Corny and you're like, bro, you can't. You can't
pass something where eighty percent of the people want it,
f you guys, which it couldn't get any worse. Let's
get somebody else in there. So listen to Mondami yesterday
(09:10):
and understand, I'll explain this to you in because again
it's very simple, but let's hear it from the idiot's mouth.
And this is what GOP voters are looking at, going,
How the hell are we not advancing on stuff? How
are we not getting more things? How are we not
expanding our footprint? How is that possible when we've given
(09:32):
people literally quarter centuries to go ahead and get up
to speed on this stuff and accomplish things few guys.
That's what they want. And if you think that that's
the difference between MAGA and GOP. We're ones motivated to
accomplish stuff and the others not, then that's a problem.
Here's Mondami yesterday.
Speaker 3 (09:52):
Through our new citywide campaign Fix the City, we will
focus on the worst land.
Speaker 1 (09:57):
First, you name it something nice, Fix the City US.
That sounds nice, right? If there is a program like
fix Wake Forest, you you'd be all four. They'd be like, Ah,
there's some stuff we can fix. Clean up a little
graffiti here, maybe get those e bikes off? You want
stuff fixed? That sounds nice. Let's fix stuff? How we
fixing it?
Speaker 3 (10:16):
Through our new citywide campaign Fix the City, we will
focus on the worst landlords in New York City.
Speaker 1 (10:23):
Will yah when.
Speaker 3 (10:28):
Legal action to remove negligent owners and property managers. Oh
and for buildings that have suffered chronic neglect, we will
work to transfer ownership to responsible stewards.
Speaker 1 (10:43):
Oh, I wonder who those are going to be.
Speaker 3 (10:47):
Stewards That include community land trusts, nonprofits, Oh good, nonprofits
or even the tenants themselves.
Speaker 1 (10:59):
Oh ky, all right, So here's how this works. And
again it's not to say that there's not scumbag people
out there, But that's not what he's talking about. He's
talking about a much more expansive thing. And this is
how you accomplish it. If so, you're gonna have people
that are already rent control buildings, you're never going to
(11:20):
move those. As far as the pricing on it, things
will he continue to get more expensive, and eventually you
hit a point where you're now you're not making money
on these buildings. You're losing money or you're breaking even So,
where does where do the excess dollars come to? Go
ahead and invest in there except out of your pocket.
(11:41):
But if you don't make those investments at the speed
at which we won, we're going to have aggressive legal action,
which by the way, is very expensive. And then eventually,
if we can rest control of your building, we can
then redistribute it, and we'll redistribute it to what kind
of nonprofits do you think to be? Do you think
it's gonna be the NRA. No, it's gonna be a
(12:03):
bunch of socialists and nonprofits who can then use these
properties that they've now taken because they have financially bled
the owner by doing things like you know, fixing rent
control or creating these uh these standards, which frankly it
(12:25):
just comes down to which building you want to take, right,
You can just keep finding things. Oh, we found this,
We found this man? Who was it? Who was the
The guy is a YouTube I think he's a YouTube
non investment guy, but like a kind of a Dave
Ramsey kind of guy who bought some property. He bought.
(12:46):
He bought like two houses in LA and thought he
was going to be able just to flip them. He
did a whole video series how he there's no way
he would ever ever make a financial investment in Los
Angeles ever. Again, just do on anything that needs any work,
because they made the whole process just impossible. So that's
(13:11):
what Mundami and his people can go out and do.
They if they want an apartment building for the purpose
of basically purging the owner so that they can then
stack loyal voters in there, right, people who's people whose
homes would be essentially tied to keeping people like Mandami
(13:33):
in power. That's what they want. And by the way,
I don't know if it ross, would you look this up?
Would you see if there's ever been any government owned
let's say, large scale housing developments in New York that
have basically just been rat infested, cockroach infested hell holes
(13:57):
that essentially they stick minorities in. Yeah, would you look
that up?
Speaker 2 (14:02):
Sure?
Speaker 1 (14:02):
Sure, let me check. Yeah there has been yes, Okay,
all right, but that's a one off. Surely there's never
been anything like that in Chicago, right, maybe in the
Cabrini Green area also, big government run to run housing
facilities that frank clear in a state of disrepair, and
it's almost sad that they would let people live there.
(14:24):
Surely that's not a hallmark of other mismanagement in large cities.
All Right, I'm getting the thumbs up. Apparently that happened
in Chicago too, that's what you get. Go ahead, those
giant when you're traversing alongside Manhattan, you're still on the
New Jersey side before you cross over there above, you know,
(14:44):
up in the Bronx up there. Look at those towers
that are right there, right there, Those are government run buildings.
You wouldn't want to spend five minutes in there. And
we don't even have to go that far. We have
our own government run hell holes or basically contracted Section
eight housing that frankly, people are living in squalored conditions
(15:07):
right here in North Carolina, some pretty legendary ones over
by Durham. So that's what voters are sitting there and
they're looking at and they're like, how's this ideology getting
to win? And my guy's not doing anything? Not everything
is divisive. In fact, yesterday, yesterday I saw people come
(15:35):
together for a very good cause. Ross had not seen
this thing, so I texted to him for the first time.
And that was, regardless of political background, almost universally crapping
all over Ferrari after it unveiled its first all electric vehicle,
called the Ferrari A loose or loose a or whatever
(15:57):
it is. Lucee, I don't even know how it's pronounce.
Don't care over it being such a steaming pile of
garbage and hideous. Ross. Does that look like a Ferrari
to you? And other than the decal? No, I looked
at him like, oh man, you know, let me. I
hate it. I hate it now. To be fair, I
will say this. It starts at only six hundred and
(16:18):
forty thousand dollars. That's a good deal. Yeah, and almost
only comes in these weird hyper pastel neon weird looking colors.
Let's see a few stats. It has a range of
two hundred and eighty miles. I suspect that range is
quite a bit less if you drive it like a Ferrari.
(16:40):
So there's that also Again, the only look, the only
people I see this appealing to. Who would who would
show out six hundred and forty thousand dollars. There's a
reason you buy a Ferrari or a Lambeau, or a
high end Porsche, or a muscle car or a supercar.
(17:00):
In general. You want that feeling, man, You want that
feeling of just raw, insane yes, gas related power. You
can feel, you can feel the vibration of it. You
sit down and start a car like that. And it
doesn't just have to be that. You you start a
(17:22):
muscle car, right, that old Chevell you have, We're like,
all right, what if I put a four fifty four
in here and man, mod this thing up so that
I'm churning five hundred and fifty six hundred horsepower out
of it. That old Nova with the big ass engine
in it. There's a feeling there that drivers want a
(17:45):
feeling like you're the you're the and And don't get
me wrong, because people will sit there and they go, well, look,
this thing's gonna be very it'll be super zippy and
in short range racing it can even beat a lot
of the Ferrari models. I mean the claims that are
out there, but it doesn't feel like it. And when
(18:05):
you're dropping that kind of cash, the only people I
see this car appealing to are about fifteen to twenty
obnoxious ass hat Hollywood people, right, who just want to
drive around and be virtuous but also blow a bunch
of money. That's a Mark Ruffalo car. It's the Ruffulo.
You should call it the Ruffalo. You're right.
Speaker 4 (18:25):
If you're getting a supercar, yeah, nobody wants it to
be electric.
Speaker 1 (18:30):
I know.
Speaker 4 (18:31):
I feel like we're like in mad Men like John
Hamm right now, like you're selling a feeling, that feeling
you get of being in the muscle car or the supercar.
And to be to be completely honest, if you're dropping
that much money on a car anyway, with six hundred
thousand a million dollars, odds are you probably already have
a Tesla to begin with, just to have one.
Speaker 1 (18:49):
Right, or you have one of the more moderately priced
Porsche Electrics, which did see some success, not as much
as they thought, but the entry level was a lot cheaper,
so you know, people were able to get in there.
But it's six hundred and forty. K. I don't care
how rich you are, this is You're just it's not
the same feeling. Man or to Ross's point, you go
(19:11):
out and you have that really nice cyber truck, right
or or the tesla that you want so that you
can feel good. But then sitting there in your in
your garage and it'll be a big ass garage and
probably have a lift you're gonna have all right, here's
an Enzo, here's you know, and then just you know,
start start going through all of the different cars that
(19:34):
you have, all hooked up to trickle chargers, just waiting,
you know, for you to make that selection to drive
that one around for a few miles over the weekend, which,
by the way, from the outside looking in just looks stupid.
But I don't care. That's you. You have to you
have to appeal to consumers, and those types of consumers
(19:55):
have specific expectations. They want that car. They want to
be able to sit there and you go ooh ah
at the car and go, yeah, they only made forty
of these, that's a good get. I know people like that.
I know people like that right here in our own
community who collect these things like baseball cards, man, and
(20:18):
you know whatever, let them do it with their money.
And you know what, they don't have six hundred and
forty thousand dollars electric insane cars. So uh yeah. In fact,
within moments of putting out the concept of this thing,
I want to say that their stock price took what
an eight or ten percent hit? It wasn't quite as
(20:41):
bad with those idiots. It was idiots. Sorry, Uh dude, Ross,
I remember the chicks audio from yestair show's going, what
is that? What is that? The reporter audio? Beck, would
you put that thing back up? Please, dude. I love
(21:03):
what people are doing with this meme. So somebody overlaid
her over like a still frame of her standing in
front of this ferrari. It's just so perfect, man, just
I mean, what a perfect use. What is that? But
(21:23):
is that's her stand in front of the ferrari. I'm sorry,
that will never not be funny for a couple more
weeks probably then it'll start to get old. But yeah,
people hated it, man, just clowned it. And of course
not you got a dude. It's funny because one of
the best clowning is, in fact, the dude for bad Man,
(21:46):
and it says, what if we make a Ferrari designed
by people don't like cars and market it to nobody? Yeah, yeah,
that's about right. Yeah. So if you haven't seen this thing,
just just google electric Ferrari. I cast your gaze. And
by the way, anybody likes that, you feel free to
call the show and defend it. I'll be nice to
(22:07):
you explain what the appeal to that is, because I
don't see it, all right. I can just imagine someone
making the argument.
Speaker 4 (22:18):
They're like, well, you know, if they buy that car,
they don't have to worry about the gas prices. Right,
That's okay, because when you're dropping six hundred thousand dollars
on a car, the one thing you really have to
be considered of in your day to day life is
the price of gas.
Speaker 1 (22:32):
Well let me point this out too, So six p
forty is the starting price. Nobody buys a bare bone
six hundred and forty thousand dollars car. Do you know
what I'm saying. You're already you're when you're into a
car that much, just at the base you're stacking it. Yeah, no,
you need all the things like you want all the things.
So now you spend eight hundred and fifty thousand or
(22:54):
nine hundred or a million. Yeah, drive, you're not rolling
your own windows up? What are you doing? I I look.
And and by the way, the person who Ferrari brought
in to design it, I kid you not. And this
is this actually baffles me is John Jony Ivy, who
(23:16):
is Apple's former head of design. Because you know, Apple
makes things that people visually want, so this person has
a substantial history of coming up conceptually with with things
that people find beautiful, people want, people are willing to
stand in line for. You remember how jaw dropping the
(23:39):
iPhone was the first time you saw Steve Jobs playing
with that thing. Even if you hate people calling you
and being on the phone and anything, it was amazing.
And then with the you know, slim down, what they
did with the iPads and you know, the MacBook, MacBook Pro,
(24:00):
it was just win after win after win, a beautiful design.
I can't believe you'd sign your name to this thing.
I'm going to be so curious to see how many
they sell and which Hollywood star I e looking at
you mark Ruffalo that I see first driving one, and
then you have to change the name to the Ruffalo
(24:22):
because it's just so perfect. All right, six forty four.
Hang On Ross was telling me that they are family
shopping for a new vehicle, and yet he doesn't want
to buy this Ferrari. I don't know what's up with that. Right.
That's the other thing about this Ferrari. It's got four doors,
which is what everyone wants on their muscle cars is
four doors. So it has four passenger positions. You have
(24:44):
a family of four, and the Ferrari even has trunk space.
Speaker 4 (24:47):
I was gonna say, so, what is the trunk space
like at the back if you're going on trips to say,
like Disney or like cross country.
Speaker 1 (24:53):
Or actually I pulled the stats up. I pulled more
stats up here because I want to see how much
their stock got hit. Yes, let's see. Yeah, they're very excited.
It even has a twenty one point one cubic foot trunk,
the largest luggage capacity the company has ever offered. Yeah,
(25:13):
you know what, I'll consider it. Yeah again, starting at
just six forty it puts out a thousand horse power. Again,
this thing, this thing's gonna move there's no question about that.
But you just have you know, you have to have
a nice house and then sell your nice house so
you can have this car you can live in. So
I would just say keep it in mind again. Plus
(25:35):
you get two hundred and eighty miles off of charge.
So how how far is Disney? What under two eighty? Right,
that's that's the big road trip you guys normally take.
Oh I'm being told it's well over one thousand miles. Okay,
we only have to stop and charge this. How long
does it take to charge? Sorry, I'm just I'm just
(25:57):
I'm just hacking all over this thing. Here we go.
This is what I was looking for, all right, So
how much of a Okay, so initially they were down
five percent, but by clothes they were down eight percent.
So just to be just to be a one hundred
(26:20):
percent accurate. So again, it wasn't as bad as the
hit that Jaguar took Jaguar with with their insane rebranding.
Right you remember how god awful that was. But yeah,
it probably didn't go how they wanted it to go. Yesterday,
it would be the safest way to say it, what
(26:43):
is this? This is somebody justified. Oh this is somebody
making fun of it too. Okay, all right, see I
told you man, unity brought everybody together with this brought
everybody together. All right. Let me get back to Oh yeah,
one other thing, just because we're talking about weirdness. Have
(27:05):
you guys seen the RFK catching snakes video? What was
going around yesterday? So he's he's at doctor Oz's place
down in Palm Beach, Florida. There he's on his patio
and there's these two black racer snakes. Now these things
are not poisonous per se, but they're very aggressive. And
(27:25):
so RFK, who's who's in his He's in his like
business attire, right, he's got his suit jacket off, but
he's in the tie and the shirt and the you know,
the the trousers and everything. He just walks over to
where these two snakes are, picks them up and they're
just biting the hell out of them, and he's just
standing there kind of smiling. This guy's crazy, man, I
(27:49):
don't necessarily mean in a negative way, but he's just
like your crazy buddy, who like, I'll go I'll go
mess for what's the worst that could happen?
Speaker 4 (27:57):
It mean, snake chucks. He did snake that's what it
looked like. He tangled him up. It started like doing
the Bruce Lee thing with him.
Speaker 1 (28:04):
Well, they kind of did it to themselves because they
were so biting him so many times.
Speaker 4 (28:08):
I said this before. I've said this for years that
the best way to make snake chuck you have to
calm your body in the nervous system. And the best
way an RFK junior would understand this is you need
to bathe for at least four hours in a tub
full of beef tallow And that's what he did.
Speaker 1 (28:22):
It is healthier. That's how he starts his day. And
then he went out and he wrangled the snakes, made
snake chucks o PI weapon. He's ready to go to
take on the chemtrails. My favorite comment under it says,
damn reptilian is always messing with the Kennedys. So that's
fair tail as old as time. That's fair. Is just
look at I just watching it again. He's just he's happy.
(28:45):
He's that's not gonna not hurt you. Ever been roj
you ever been bit by? Is not a poisonous snake,
but just bit by a snake like a garter snake
or a like a bull. I got a bit by
a bull snake that did not not hurt. It hurt,
hurt like a son of a gun. I don't know
how much his little black racers hurt. But he's got
(29:06):
there's like six or seven direct bites you can see
in this video, and he's just goofing on it. So
if you haven't seen the video, I would encourage you
to check it out. It is funny. Now, whether he
made snake chucks, that'll be up to you to decide,
but he had all the materials necessary. You say what,
(29:28):
Bruce Lee, He didn't go full nunchucks behind the back.
If he did, people be losing their minds out here
pretending they love snakes just to get out, just to
get out. Rfk uh, because that's what these lunatics do. Oh,
speaking of leftist lunatics, let me play this audio. This
is very funny. So they have been basically setting up
(29:49):
an autonomous zone, although it looks like last night they
went cleared a bunch of this crap out at one
of these the ice facility up there in New Jersey.
Because they have they have this woe is Me story
that one of their senators went there and he got
pepper sprayed. No, he was in the middle of a
riotous condition and some pepper balls, which by the way,
(30:12):
didn't hit anybody, but were dispersed basically into the ground,
so you know they would have the effect, which were
not fired even on the side of the melee where
this senator was, those were put out and he may
have caught a whiff of it. But also that's why
you don't stand in the middle of some sort of
lawless thing going on where they are literally ripping concrete
(30:36):
up so to make their own little wall. Right, they're like, oh, well,
we're making a wall, isn't that funny? No, you're destroying property.
So while that's going on, these nitwits see two hispanic
looking dudes in plain clothes walk out of the gate
of this facility and immediately assume they must be detainees.
(30:58):
Were that they just helped it release through their actions.
Just they look, look, it's two brown guys. We must
have been we must have made a difference. And Ice
is relented and let these people go where they don't
realize and you can see the guys laughing by the way,
or one of the guys laughing is they're not detainees.
(31:20):
They work there, and they're just getting that. They're just
done with their day, their day, their day, which probably
sucked because they've had to listen to you lunatics all day.
So listen to this. Listen to this exchange. It's opening.
Speaker 3 (31:45):
Listen to them.
Speaker 1 (31:46):
Cheer at first, yay we we we freed some prisoners.
It's opening like it's the gate to mordor asume that's crazy.
(32:07):
I assume that they go these are the counter protesters,
mockt them over there. They just assumed because they were brown,
they must work, they must be detainees. And the fact
is there's a bunch of people taking this seriously. So
apparently the witches of social media or whatever, the witches
of the left, are gathering together and organize. This is
(32:31):
uh is from blue Sky and Reddit. I'm sitting here
reading this or organizing to cast the largest rain spell
or weather witching. Dude, I'm I'm learning so many new
terms weather witching so that they can harness all of
(32:51):
their witch power I guess to make bad weather occur
on June fourteenth in Washington, DC. So they are collectively
gathering their their witch power together to cast rain spells, which,
by the way, Uh, there's a there's a few different ones. Yeah,
(33:12):
there's one that simply you can get a bowl in
some water or any liquid. Ross, what do you got?
What do you got in your cup there? You're drinking
something this morning. So if you put your finger in
there and then move it in a circular fashion while chanting, water,
nymphs strike the clouds so rain can fall freely to
the ground. Apparently that's a simple rain spell. So you
(33:33):
can make it rain. I don't know.
Speaker 4 (33:36):
I got coffee, beef, tallow and hgh, that's what I'm drinking.
Speaker 1 (33:39):
Be more. Are you ready for the Enhanced Games or
whatever for next year? That ross put in the training.
You gotta put in the training. So now, why would
they want horrible weather to strike the Washington DC area
on June fourteenth so that they can attempt to get
the UFC event rained out I guess or stormed out.
(34:02):
By the way, if you get into if you really
get into the more traditional, the practical of what they're
trying to do, it's a combination of the puddle ritual
and energy projection known as weather witching or temp is stralli.
I'm probably not pronouncing that correctly, which specifically summons storms
(34:25):
of destructive nature. So more so than just rain, we're
talking lightning and thunder and giant hailstorms. This was traditionally
used to curse harvests, so they would use the hailstorms
to ruin the crops. Because you know, this is what
witches do, and that's what these adults LARPing as witches
over on Blue Sky are attempting to do. So that
(34:46):
you can't watch a UFC fight from the White House
lawn on June fourteenth, all right, that.
Speaker 4 (34:51):
Is completely stupid because let me tell you something. If
you have a cage on the White House crowns and
there's a fight and there's a thunderstorm in the background
and lightning watching that, yes, I don't even listen. It
can be hailing snow, but frogs are falling on the cage,
I'm so watching that.
Speaker 1 (35:09):
Yeah, that's a good point, right, you're just gonna enhance
this thing. So and by the way, they're already building.
I mean, we're just what a couple of weeks away
from this. Yeah. I saw some pictures yesterday which is
what prompted these lunatics of them already getting it under construction,
looks like it's going to be kind of amazing. I'll
(35:30):
definitely be watching. I'd love to be there. That's not
going to happen. But the problem, the problem is if
it rains one iota, these lunatics are going to pretend
like they've done it. I remember, there is a long
tradition of these weirdos. There's a long tradition of these
(35:53):
weirdos sitting there and trying to use like you know,
they're they're wicking power. My favorite, My favorite is the
witch who is convinced that Trump had his own witches
and then they like psychically attacked him. In fact, we
have this audio. Just listen to this. Listen. These are
the kinds of lunatics that are currently trying to make
(36:13):
it rain in two weeks in DC.
Speaker 5 (36:14):
Hello, friends, and a special hello to all the witches
out there that are doing magical work to protect protesters
and you know X white supremacy.
Speaker 6 (36:24):
A word of warning, So I.
Speaker 5 (36:25):
Mentioned in one of my videos last night that you're
kidding yourself if you don't think that the other side
has people doing magical work for them, because a lot
of people that have been doing spell work have felt pushback.
Speaker 6 (36:36):
I got my ass.
Speaker 5 (36:37):
Handed to me last night. Oh, as you can see,
all the candles are burning pretty well. Now that doesn't
really have much bearing on the spell. But when I
did these two, this one was for protection and then
this one was for a call for change and road opening.
Both of those, when I did the energy release and
I lit the candle, they landed super well.
Speaker 6 (36:54):
But when I did this one, which.
Speaker 1 (36:56):
I like it, they have their own terminology for it too.
Oh yeah, so when I did this one, it landed
super well. Just to show you how hip and plugged.
I'm sorry, I'm sorry. So that one landed super well.
What happened with the other.
Speaker 5 (37:11):
One is the hecks for the guilty parties? Oh no,
it was like running headlong into a brick wall. I
stop at the Migraine and I woke up this morning
feeling like I'd been hit by a car. Whoever is
doing this work for the other side, It is a
group of people that are very powerful, practicing magic that's
very old.
Speaker 1 (37:27):
Be careful, Ross, I know who's doing the magic for Trump. Yeah, Jesus,
what's that? Jesus? Well, uh, I was gonna say RFK
man with the snakes. Maybe that's what he was doing.
He was stopping this idiot's uh uh, heck's for the
(37:48):
guilty parties. You just gotta wave snakes around. Man, you
can't fight this guy came to a snake fight, didn't
bring any snakes. RFK has two and yes there's also
the Jesus part two. Yes, that's a fair point as well.
Oh all right, can't do it. I am plugged in
(38:09):
on this now this And by the way, r slash
spells on Reddit is insanity. They're all convinced they're working.
What I don't believe. You don't believe it. I know,
it's shocking. I can't believe r slash spells. Excuse me,
(38:30):
it's r slash spells with a pentagram. Uh yeah, yeah.
Like I cast a rain spell earlier today and it worked,
and it's only my second day practicing witchcraft. I'm so excited.
So you did your stupid spell and then and then
it rained wherever you are, and you're convinced you're the
reason it rained on only your second day of witchery.
(38:55):
You want you probably want to slow your role there
in Merlin. And then everyone's just everyone's telling them how
great they are. Hey, man, we need some rain where
I'm at. Any Way, you could cast a spell for
London today. I can't tell if this person's mocking them
or real. Oh and here's some others. Hey man, just
(39:18):
a world of warning, especially if you're new to this.
If you cast this spell too many times, your fingertips
might start turning blue. So just be very careful and
allow for cool down between the casting of rain spells.
Because you're morbidly obese, well there is that there's some
circulatory issues that might be there. Yeah, here's a dude
(39:45):
given play by play of his own casting and justifying it. Okay,
so wait to so dude, I love this. So somebody
points out they're like, hey man, I just checked the
forecast for where you're at, and it's set. It was
supposed to rain today. And then they fires back, yes,
but the rain was predicted at four or five. It
(40:06):
started raining at one fifty. Well, there you go. That's
all the proof you need. Wasn't forecast till four o'clock.
It started raining two hours before. That must be magic.
I can't. I gotta if I'll go down a rabbit
hole on this stupid reddit thing, all right, I gotta.
(40:26):
I gotta look away from this. All right, let's do
this seven fifteen Casey Oday Radio program. Hang on, there
are so many witchcraft subreddits, it's crazy. Some of them
have great names, like Witches versus the Patriarchy. Right, so
you have this group of quote unquote witches who are
gathering together for rain spells so they can attempt to
(40:48):
rain out the UFC event here in a couple of
weeks on the White House Lion. It's also funny. And
by the way, they also document like the way that
they talk about this, like be careful if you're doing
the puddle ritual because if you do it too often,
your finger will turn blue. Yeah. Yeah, that's exactly why
(41:09):
that's happening right there, Dude. They're probably getting winded doing
these Ross, just spinning their finger around in the uh
in the in the puddle there.
Speaker 5 (41:19):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (41:20):
And but if you want to increase your energy projection,
you can do a few things. You can amp your
spell up using various roots and herbs and things, as
well as incorporates specific deities, the most popular of which
is ball or bail or however you say it. So
that's what you want to do, Ross, if you want
(41:43):
to juice your next spell. You want to you want
to bring ball into this or bail.
Speaker 4 (41:48):
This is so there and I'm being serious about this.
I made a joke in the previous segment, but I
was kind of being honest about it. So they're bringing
up this, you know, and he's he's mentioned a lot
in the Bible. He's in the Bible, and the Bible
talks about how to deal with this kind of stuff
and about sorcery and which draft that's in the Bible.
And then they're like, oh, how come these spells aren't
working our demonic spells from Ball, which is where we
(42:09):
got beals above. I mean, that's an evolutionary there. It's
the devil. It's pretty much what they're doing, and what
could possibly be stopping the devil? What kind of magic
do they have on the other side?
Speaker 1 (42:18):
Oh, I don't know. Oh no, let's think this one
through fifty Paladin. You don't know that you considered that, Yeah,
that is true. Yeah, or other stuff. But if praying
specific or incorporating what is specifically listed as a demon
and Christianity, if that's not for you, you can also
(42:42):
incorporate a wrong A Young Jong, the Korean goddess of
Water and Rain, who's probably a gin so just their
version of a demon. No. I heard that Trump has
Scorpion and sub Zero in his side, so yeah, they're
working together for Trump. What about Reptile or whatever his
name is.
Speaker 4 (43:01):
I don't know if he I don't know, but I
know I know the opposing clans of sub Zero and
Scorpion are confirmed working for Trump.
Speaker 1 (43:08):
So okay, well, and this is the problem though, he
didn't lock up the who's the og here? Because now Raydon, right,
raiding of that's a pretty good dude to have on
your team if you want to create bad weather, right,
so probably should have gone in on that. Yeah, man,
this is this is you guys are messing around with
some fun stuff here. That's probably gonna work out real
(43:31):
well for you. Uh, Jamal, what's up?
Speaker 7 (43:34):
We know what case? And I want you to think
about that person who said that on Trump's side he
got powerful old magic, this protecting. Now, if that don't
let you know Trump's the good dad because name Harry Potter.
When Lord Voldemort went to go get Harry Potter, the
(43:56):
only reason why Harry Potter survived Lord Baltimore's magic was
because Harry Potter's parents put protection on him with old
magic and it threw Lord Baltimore out of there, so
that protected Harry Potter. So these people once again are amity.
(44:18):
They're evil, they're wrong, and if they're calling on the
spirits of Bellson and Wall, they're literally saying we're devil
worshipers and we're here to do evil. And the last
time I checked it because because you see some of
these black preachers and some of these preachers here and Derham,
(44:41):
the ones that called themselves on gay priests and all that,
they show up to pray against Trump and everything. And
there was well prophet who was on the roads. He
went to curse the children of Israel and his donkey
wouldn't move. I ain't gonna say the ad said, because
we can't say that on air. But if donkey one't moved,
he got out and he struck the donkey, and a
(45:04):
donkey looked to him and she said, haven't I always
been lawyer? Heavn't I always did what you told me?
And he said yeah, Then there's a dunkel salt to him.
He says, there's an angel standing in the road with
a huge sword that's waiting for you this comparte to
chop your head off. You keep going for it with this.
So these people are literally if they try to go
(45:27):
to the magic, they're calling President Trump Harry Potter now
lord and they're trying to be Lord Baltimore. And old
Magic is pretention to President Trump. Then they tried to
say they try to call Old Beaver, the blocket ball.
Speaker 1 (45:45):
And the Trump and you're gonna feel dumb. It's gonna rain,
They're gonna feel vindicated. But so as long as I
understand here, because you've covered a lot of grounds. So
in all of these scenarios from ump is Harry Potter
and and then the donkey is Eddie Murphy or.
Speaker 7 (46:09):
Yatta, you mixed no hold on you, Mike, because what
is the old Old Testament about the prophet trying.
Speaker 1 (46:14):
To but his donkey's talking. Man. Now he's got a
better side show. He's got a freaking talking donkey. I
just want to know if it's.
Speaker 7 (46:26):
Oh now with a female boy. So so you're looking
at the donkey to have rose ane bar boys.
Speaker 1 (46:32):
Okay, so that'd be how terrifying. You're on the you're
on the road to Damasca or wherever they're headed there
in the in the biblical story, and all of a sudden,
you're you're riding rose Ane barr As, she's the yelling
at you, shake you right up here.
Speaker 7 (46:50):
But yeah, well I heard him talk about that, old man.
I'm like, literally, look, now here's something else. Harry Potter
got a scar on his head from where when Lord
Baltimore tried to shoot him. Saw where one end up
happened to president when they.
Speaker 1 (47:09):
Gotta stall, I gotta go. I got it all right, Cabal,
I gotta roll in, Thank you very much. Yeah, the
old the old magic and the book sir that it's
the power of love. It's what that is.
Speaker 7 (47:22):
That is.
Speaker 1 (47:25):
Love, Harry love. If you don't know. Apparently, over on
some of the over on Reddit and blue Sky, a
bunch of people who think they're witches or warlocks or
have the ability to do spells are gathering together to
try to hexx the weather for June fourteenth because it
happens to coincide with the outdoor UFC event, and so
(47:48):
we're just mocking them relentlessly. But then I started, I like,
got into their little reddit thing here, and it's just
it's so ridiculous, man, it's so ridiculous. On the spells
Reddit and some of these other subreddits, here's a guy
who's very concerned because he concocted a love potion and
much to his horror, his horror, it was consumed not
(48:12):
by the woman he wanted it consumed by, but one
of his female relatives, and so he's asking the people
have reddit how to undo it, I guess before it
takes hold. So so there's that these are all the problems, man,
all of these all these problems that these spells bring about.
But on a more serious note, when you dig into
this stuff, it literally is telling people all right, so
(48:34):
what you want to do to make this more powerful
is you want to, you know, join an alliance and
ask for the help of literal, biblical demons. And I
just feel like that's really bad advice for you. Probably
won't end well, ross ends well, doesn't end well, get
exactly what you asked for? Well, I mean, I know
you'd stay away from the high places, is all I'd say. Okay,
(48:57):
all right, some good advice right there. So yeah, the
the level of stupidity coupled with dad juju or however
you want torever you want to state it cannot be. Uh,
I guess understated here, All right, let me grab a
call here, Yes, Logan, what's up?
Speaker 2 (49:18):
I was gonna say, someone should remind these people that
there's there's a there's a documented case of like eight
hundred of these guys going against one guy of God,
and he kind of made them look like fools. He
was actually mocking their God and them at one point.
It was pretty funny.
Speaker 1 (49:32):
Okay, well, look these don't strike me as deep thinkers. Logan, Right,
very true, very true you're dealing with When.
Speaker 2 (49:41):
They were talking about the Old Magic, it actually reminded
me of Aslan's speech from Land the Witch of the
Wardrobe about being there before the when the Old Magic
was written. And I'm like, that's that's that's goes to
be Jesus. So you're you're not doing your stuff a favor.
Speaker 1 (49:54):
With that, Yeah, well, Aslin is Jesus. So yeah, it's
about you point there. Yeah, this is entirely predictable. Maybe
I shouldn't be laughing at him, because like things are
eventually not going to go well for him if they
keep going down this road, and that's a pretty stiff punishment.
(50:15):
But also they're just all so insufferable, and then and
and then sitting here like, oh I made it rain
because it rained two hours earlier. I'll bet they told
their friends. I bet that they social media about it.
Clearly they did on Reddit here, but uh probably wanted
to explain it to everybody. All right, let me uh,
(50:36):
let me get over to a couple other things, because
I could just mock. I could just mock these people
the rest of my show, but that wouldn't be very productive.
Be fun, but not very productive. Uh oh yeah, this
guy's so hosed, all right. So uh you so you
know who Charayu Rana is, even if you don't know
(50:59):
the name. So this is the ex JP Morgan banker
that basically filed that lawsuit saying that his female boss
had made him her sex slave. And there's a bunch
of like ridiculous quotes in there, like what she referred
to his wife's head as as a fishhead, called him
his little brown or little brown boy. Like it was
(51:21):
so incredibly over the top that people pretty quickly were like,
I don't know about this. I mean, don't get me wrong.
We do crazy stories about crazy people acting in just
the ways that you would never believe, but like this
just wasn't passing the smell test, and it doesn't sound
(51:42):
like JP Morgan thought it was either. Well, guess what,
it's a new ruling and it says that the accuser
here cannot remain anonymous in his sex slave lawsuit against
a female executive at the bank, and of his lawyers
then quit. That's right. So following this ruling which went
(52:05):
against him, which basically it opens him up to all
of the libel, all of the slander that may be
there because the details got out, now he very much
can have those things a fixed to him his lawyers
like a peace out, we're gone.
Speaker 2 (52:22):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (52:23):
In fact, Daniel Kaiser is a pretty high profile lawyer.
I guess he was the first of the two dropping
his clients saying they had quote mutually agreed to end
their partnership.
Speaker 5 (52:35):
This.
Speaker 1 (52:36):
Yeah, this guy, they're probably gonna pick him clean now, man.
And what's crazier is he's he's got another gig and
I think he's still working there.
Speaker 4 (52:44):
No, this dude is completely like she's going to ruin
this guy. But yeah, yeah, at first, Yeah, when all
this is said and done, you don't get into a
position that she's in like that you know, in the
company in that industry. Right, Oh yeah, cutthrow you are
so you took a risk, you took a gamble, it backfired,
and now I'm sorry, but the rest of your life
is screwed.
Speaker 1 (53:05):
Yeah, I've seen billions. These people have no mercy. That's
a great show. You ever watched that show?
Speaker 3 (53:10):
R oh?
Speaker 1 (53:13):
And I heard she's going through the law firm of
Fishhead and Cannons. Is that true? I don't know. I
just still want to know what the hell that means.
I mean, I understand and contextually what it's implying, but
I just never heard that term used in that way.
So I don't Does his wife have a deform a
(53:34):
deformity of some sort? I'd like I feel bad for
her too. You know, look at this lunatic. Have you
this lunatic? You're married too? Have you been wrong? Reach
out to fish Head and Cannons? Yeah, man, what a
track record? Really? Yeah? Are they based out of Missouri?
Completely screwed? Yeah? Yeah, out of Missouri. That's where all
the good lawyers are, so I heard on the radio.
(53:56):
Uh yeah, so this guy is gonna get see here.
You know what's crazy with the craziest part of this too,
is they offered him a million dollars before all any
of this went public. Yeah, just to go away, just
go away, We give you a million dollars. You're not
gonna work here anymore, but we'll give you a million
dollars and it'll be we'll all sign you know, non disclosures.
(54:17):
So even if you go find another job, it's not
going to follow you over there. You'll just be a
million dollars richer for coming up with the most insane
garbage ever that nobody believes. But and you you could
profit from it, and this greedy bastard just couldn't do it,
just couldn't do it. Now the bank is saying that
(54:38):
they did not offer him a million, but then when
as did you offer anything? They kind of squirrel around,
So I don't know what it was. But even if
it wasn't a million, and then he claims it's a million,
why would you lie about that too? And then you
realize you probably lied about everything.
Speaker 6 (54:54):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (54:55):
I think he'll be back in court in a month
and it's not gonna go well. I think in the end,
like the thing that really like made him say yeah,
I'm going to go through with this plan. Was chat GPT. Yeah,
like he can. He asked it. He's like, you know
what do you know? What do I have to do?
What are the chances? What are the odds? And he's like,
all right, well, A I knows better than I am,
So I'm gonna go against this woman and then my
life is going to be completely ruined because I'm an idiot.
(55:17):
You know, what he should have done is consulted by
A or ball right to help him. That's what's in
the witches. That's what That's what he needed. He needed
some witches in his corners. He can't have too many witches.
I'm not going to read all again all the allegations there,
but holy hell man, this guy is absolutely hosed. All right,
(55:38):
let's get mister Race stage if he's ready to go. Hey,
I forgot to forgot to ask you yesterday. Did you
go see the Mandalorian movie or none?
Speaker 7 (55:48):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (55:48):
I did?
Speaker 1 (55:49):
Okay?
Speaker 6 (55:52):
Uh. If you're looking for traditional star wars like kind
of you know, it was. I. I enjoyed the entertainment.
Asked there was a lot of kind of like fighting,
but it reminded more like kung fu fighting than like
lasers and stuff like that.
Speaker 1 (56:09):
A lot of like, oh, it sounds like a winning
endorsement there.
Speaker 6 (56:12):
Yeah, I said it was good. It did. It didn't
blow me away.
Speaker 2 (56:19):
I think it was.
Speaker 3 (56:20):
It was it was good.
Speaker 6 (56:22):
I'll give away one of the secrets. I'll just say it,
so don't listen, right. Having the huts talking English for
most of it kind of didn't do it for me. No, yeah, yeah,
it was kind of strange. That was a little bit weird,
but it was entertaining. It was entertaining a lot of action.
Speaker 1 (56:41):
That's because the kids can't read. Now.
Speaker 6 (56:44):
Well I didn't really want to.
Speaker 1 (56:48):
They can't read the what do you call the captions now,
they have no idea that we have to make them
talk in English. Well that's so.
Speaker 6 (56:55):
There were parts where they didn't, but most of it,
you know, they they talked to me.
Speaker 1 (57:00):
They were already. I saw the reviewers torching the voistovers
like from day one stuff.
Speaker 6 (57:04):
Oh yeah, so, but but I say it was good.
I mean I don't put it up there in the
top what twelve?
Speaker 1 (57:11):
But no, it was subscribed. Was there literally only five
minutes of screen time where you can see Pascal's face?
Speaker 6 (57:18):
Yes, that was probably this dude.
Speaker 1 (57:20):
This dude got paid. He probably did a couple of
days work. Every other time the mask is on, they
just can have some you know, some stunt dude in there.
He doesn't have to be a problem for anything other
than when they just show the five minutes of his face.
It's kind of brilliant. Good.
Speaker 6 (57:36):
Yeah, I mean what I want that gig, right, Yeah,
that gig where you get paid and yeah, but it
wouldn't totally I mean, I think it certainly geared toward
more the younger crowd. I mean, you know, if you
if you grew up with the original trilogy, and you know,
you might struggle a little bit. But I didn't hate it.
Let me just put it that way. Okay, didn't hate it.
Speaker 1 (57:59):
All right, ring an endorsement. Appreciate that you're welcome.
Speaker 6 (58:03):
Yeah, no problem, all right, weather guy, Yeah, probably decent
endorsement for now. Less wet weather yesterday, still had some
rain around. There's still flooding going on off to our
west Henderson County, especially places that were hit by Helene.
Unfortunately again underwater, but very isolated areas had extreme flooding.
(58:26):
Now we'll trend toward more widely scattered, isolated showers, thunder showers,
very warm, very humid though mid upper eighties today, probably
the same tomorrow with the hit and miss stuff in
the afternoon evening hours, there will be plenty of dry hours.
And then by Friday we actually don't have a mention
of rain, could be sunshine, and temperatures could get in
the upper seventies to lower eighties, actually come down a bit.
(58:48):
I don't want to misquote myself. Yeah, there's actually a
front that's going to try to push south of us
and then hang out to our south and may actually
bring us in some drier air and less humidity. Saturday,
maybe some showers, thunters, shit hours near eighty and then
seventies on Sunday, mid upper seventies and plenty of sunshine.
So I think we'll trend drier. The higher amounts of
(59:10):
rain now are probably done. Looking ahead at how much
rain over the next five days, I think we're less
than an inch. So that's certainly a good thing. Okay,
I'm saying that though it's crazy. What do you mean, Well,
I'd go back seven or ten days and we were
like crying for rain right now. Some of us are
(59:30):
saying that's enough.
Speaker 1 (59:32):
Well, then I did a rain spell as a witch,
so and then yeah it came right. Sorry, you don't
know this. We're been talking about witches doing rain spells
to curse the UFC event. Oh, okay, June the one
up in the White House. A bunch of partisan witches
or are casting rain spells to try to make it
rain on June fourteenth and d Yeah, we'll be schecking
(59:55):
with you to see if they're going to be successful
when we get closed. All right, there you go, raced
age not to be thwarted by witches seven forty seven.
Hang on, we'll tweet out a link to this article
so you can check this out as well. It's the
most ridiculous bit of undercover work I've ever seen. So
rather than cops going undercover like at a gentleman's club
(01:00:16):
right where they have to do a year long investigation,
go ahead and get all the details right, want to
be thorough. This is over in Thailand, and instead male
police officers cross dressed as sexy dancers to catch a
drug some drug kingpen over there. And let's just say
(01:00:37):
they're not pulling it off real well, like those are clear.
There's none of this lady boy? Is that a guy?
Is that not? Because these are like these are like
old men, Like three of them have gray hair and
don't exactly have stripper bodies in that place. Had to
be like really dark, really are like so dark. Yeah,
(01:01:02):
but they got him. There's the dude, by the way,
the drug deal the drug dealer they arrested hang On
in a second. His name is Amazing So this happened
in Thailand, but the guy is actually from Vietnam. I
guess his name is Mecca Flapwap. Dude. If you have
(01:01:23):
Flap in your name, Phil, that's got no wonder you
went into into crime man. According to police, they arrested
Mecca Flapwap with fifty three methamphetamine pills, which I did
was doing the math here is worth about Let's see
here fifty three hundred bot, which is the Vitamese currency. However,
(01:01:52):
remember the drug dealer is Vietnamese, so we have to
convert to dong ross. How many dong do you think that? Uh,
the fifty three methn fetamine pills, you get a guess
(01:02:14):
a million, a million dog a million. It's way more
dog than that billion dong. But there is way too
much dog. No, I don't know a lot about dog. Apparently,
that's what you want us to believe. That's roughly four
point two million dong. Actually closer to four point three
(01:02:34):
million dong, so a lot of dong. I think is
you know, now they've taken all this dong off the
street too, man, because they got a bunch of his
money too. But this is this is like, honestly the
South Park episode where he get that's a little different.
But the chief goes under cover the bus prostitutes, so
(01:02:55):
he bust John's yeah, but he dresses up as the
prostitute and is the prostitute. So they're going undercover at
the strip club dressed up as the strippers, performing as
the strippers. Yeah, and they got their man and their
drugs right, and they're dong right, So I don't I
(01:03:16):
don't know what the problem is. You're clearly at work.
The difference with the South Park was is he was
having sex with the the dudes too, right, all right,
So we're saying that did not happen here. No, it
doesn't sound like it got to that.
Speaker 4 (01:03:29):
I mean, so you went, we've all seen twenty one
Jump Street or you know, sometimes you got to deep undercover,
like Donny Brosco stuff happens, right, I am, Jeff, Sorry, Jeff.
Speaker 1 (01:03:42):
Jeff oh Man. So look, I mean you should just
be happy a drug dealer drugs and an immense amount
of dog is off the street. So and they probably
are gonna get probably gonna get an award. Just closing
the window, I saw the picture of all the cops
and their little the one in the middle wearing what
Madonna used to wear back in the day, would like
(01:04:04):
the cone hoots. How to describe it, but you have
to see the picture. So make sure you're following us
on Twitter, x whatever you want to call it at
Casey on the radio. We got a link there for you.
In fact, you'll see it right there in the in
the tweet. And uh yeah, I forgot to mention that
one of them is clearly a woman. So that's that's interesting,
(01:04:26):
because like, well, why wouldn't you just send her in?
Clearly you have a lady cop. She's you know, much
easier on the eyes than everybody else there. I think
these dudes wanted to dress like that. I think that's
what's going on here. So you can go ahead and
check that out. All right, We've got some other stuff
we got to get to and let's see here. I
(01:04:50):
guess they'll start in this direction this, Uh can't. Canada
just finds a way every day to creep me out more.
Let's just recap a little bit here. So in Canada,
of course, they have this assisted suicide thing, and it's
very very popular. In fact, what was the numbers from
(01:05:11):
last year? It's some crazy number. Yeah, here we go,
and I'm sorry, this is the numbers from twenty twenty four.
We don't even have last year's numbers. So in twenty
twenty four, Canada youthanize sixteen thousand, four hundred and ninety nine. People.
Remember you had a doctor in Canada who literally has
floated the idea on multiple occasions. But did it again
(01:05:34):
here a couple of weeks ago, that they should open
up this assisted suicide program for babies, specifically those between
zero and one years of age, which I guess maybe
is restricted right now, which again I don't know how
it can be assisted suicide because suicide, and you know,
(01:05:55):
implies a choice is being made, and I'm not sure
it's a nine month old is in a position to
make that decision. They're barely in a position enough to not,
you know, figure out how to move let alone. What
you what you freaks want to do? But check this
(01:06:16):
story out. Canadian doctor is under investigation for recruiting suicide
people to take part in the suicide program out. This
is the most Canadian story you're ever going to hear
outside of a Tim Horton's, the big chain they have
up there in Canada. So they document an incident where
(01:06:39):
this guy's at tim Horton's getting whatever Canadians eat for breakfast.
I guess, I'm sure it's wonderful, and he's he strikes
up a conversation with this dude in his forties who's
complaining that he has digestive issues, specifically has Crohn's disease,
which I recognize as far more than just digestive issues,
(01:07:02):
but that's how this conversation started. Finally, the doctor's like,
well you have Crohn's disease, man, have you thought of
killing yourself? And that's what he did. He went through
what is required is required as part of the program,
which is a full doctor's assessment, and luckily because they
changed the law last year where you can get this
(01:07:25):
all done inside of a single work day. Eventually he
told the guy, He's like, look the best thing for
you probably is going to be to kill yourself. How
about I give you a ride, and that's what he did.
Rather than contacting any other members of this dude's family nothing,
the doctor drove him from the tim Hortons over to
(01:07:46):
I guess the suicide room and murdered this dude. Excuse me,
assisted a suicide, just pick it up people at fast
food at a fast food place. It's just crazy. By
the way, this very same doctor, doctor James McLean, is
(01:08:08):
already under fire because the way that they do the
suicide there is they give you a three drug cocktail
pretty similar to you know how we kill people in
the US on death Row. And apparently he on multiple
occasions forgot to give one of the three drugs and
(01:08:29):
had already faced investigation for that. The problem was in
the final investigation, they gave the dude two of the
drugs then left the house right because they'll do it
at your house too. If you want to die in
your house, they'll come to you with the kid left
that literally left them there thinking the guy was dead,
and then thirty minutes later, even with family around, this
(01:08:52):
dude just came back to life, or at the very
least thought they didn't. He didn't stick around to make
sure this guy was deceased, to the polls check, none
of it. Just let and so imagine. I just want
you to imagine this because it's so insane and it's
so sad. You're sitting there, your loved one says I
this is it. I'm out, and they decide to do
(01:09:14):
this in their own home. Now you as family and
friends have to be there because you know, basically, you
got to process this out. You got to coordinate where
they have the mortuary come over and you know, maybe
you know, pack up the house or whatever it is
you have to do so you gather. It's a horrible situation.
But for whatever reason, you're like, all right, their decision,
(01:09:35):
and you're sitting there having a conversation, you know, talking
about memories of your loved one, and all of a
sudden they just sit straight up because they're not dead.
That's a thing that happened with this doctor multiple times.
And now he's recruiting. I get I'm sorry. I think
he likes killing people. Is that too much ross? Is
(01:09:59):
that too much? I I think this dude. Did you
know some doctors are said to have some egos. I'm
not picking on all you guys where they think they're
kind of God. What could feel more god like? Where
you're just able to just murder people all day. You're
the you're you're the hand of God. There. Yeah, I
could take a lot. I'm a doctor. I can go
(01:10:20):
ahead and take a life here. It's fine, you know Canada.
The other people allowed to do that, other than doctors
or you know, illegal immigrants, so they can get away
with whatever they want there, man, case in point, where
is this other headline? Canada says African immigrant doesn't have
to pay fine for smearing poop and teen girl's face
(01:10:41):
because he's unemployed. They said, it's a damn free for
all if you're a murdered doctor or somebody who's a
refugee or an illegal immigrant in some cases, I don't
think this guy's status is what it should be. So
just crazy dark stuff Canada every day. Man making making
(01:11:04):
me feel like I used to feel. And maybe because
you know, I grew up in a certain proximity of
the Canadian border and we went up there a lot.
We used to buy trucks up there too, because you
get a better deal, but you did have to figure out,
you know, cause they had kilometers, so you had to
figure out how to do that conversion. But you know,
I just saw Canada as our colder cousin man. There
(01:11:25):
was so much crossover, and now I'm like, we are
not alike at all. We are not alike at all.
And who knows, maybe the breaking up thing over the
tariffs was probably a good thing because I did not
see a lot of good ideas coming out of Canada.
Sure as hell not this. Can you imagine you're ever
(01:11:48):
a Chick fil A for lunch today and some dudes
in the parking lot looking at you, going, you know,
you don't look healthy? Have you thought of killing yourself?
That's the weirdness you'd be dealing with eight fourteen back
in just a few the old favorite that of right,
that of course is right south of us in Florida,
(01:12:08):
and it's even got its own themes.
Speaker 2 (01:12:09):
So ee, this.
Speaker 1 (01:12:14):
Florida man, Florida man is something in the wanderty er
or sand that makes you do all that crazy crap.
It's like the state is one big dumbass trap.
Speaker 3 (01:12:23):
Nowhere else, how's the Florida Man? It is almost like
as the weird factor climbs, and you find.
Speaker 1 (01:12:32):
Out it happened in Florida every time. Florida, Man, Florida Man.
Speaker 6 (01:12:39):
If anyone can.
Speaker 1 (01:12:40):
Cheer me up, you know, you can just mind life
be crazy, but of course, but it's not as bad
crap crazy as yours. Nowhere else are you gonna find him.
Speaker 3 (01:12:49):
They're so used to it they don't mind him.
Speaker 1 (01:12:52):
Hooray for Florida, man ah alrighty, and where we headed,
Penelas County. Wonder what is this lunatic's name? All right,
here we go, twenty three year old Benjamin for Golli
for Jilly, I don't know how to pronounce. It doesn't
(01:13:12):
matter AnyWho. So there is a chiropractic clinic and it's
got one of those little Marquis signs. Slide the letters in,
and apparently they like to make chiropractor puns on this thing.
So some of the examples. We never crack under pressure.
See what they did there. It's easier to throw out
(01:13:35):
your back than your mother in law. And then we
won't stop until everyone is cracked up. All right, You
get this city, you get the sense of what they're
going for. Well, apparently their latest one didn't sit right
with this twenty three year old who took umbrage because
he felt that the sign was illegal in the sense
(01:13:56):
that it was false advertising, and so, according to police,
because it was false advertising, he used a bunch of
landscape bricks and a branch to smash the sign, destroying
the letters, the message board. You busting the lights inside
of it. All right, you're ready for what The sign
said that he thought was false advertising and then threw
(01:14:16):
him into this rage. It said licensed crack dealer. See
it's another pun unless you're trying to get crack and
you're upset that they're not, in fact selling cocaine in there,
so you destroy the sign. Ironically, they said that at
the time of his arrest, he did not appear to
(01:14:38):
be on any crack, which again I don't know why
they're surprised. That's clearly what the guy's mad about. He
went there and they didn't have cracked. They just wanted
to sell them quasi medical services. So destroyed it. So
thank you, Florida man. Appreciate you partnering with us for
(01:14:59):
today show. All right, so this got mentioned yesterday. I
want to see. I want to say Denise mentioned it
during her business report, so I had to look into
this because I'm like, there is no way this is
as bad as they're making it out to be. But
it's worse actually. So Starbucks is absolutely in trouble in
(01:15:20):
South Korea, which is a huge, huge market for them
over this brain dead idea to do a Tank Day promotion.
Because if you don't know what Tank Day is, Tank
Day has to do with a brutal military crackdown where
(01:15:41):
some two thousand Koreans were killed. This happened in nineteen eighty, so,
I mean, I remember that's where I was born, but
it's when you read about it, it's pretty awful. So
to then take this Tank Day, this day to memorialize
and remember, and then to turn it into some you know,
(01:16:06):
marketing promotion. All people were offended, but that's what they did.
Somebody thought this would be a good idea. So what
did you get? You got a large tumbler, which they
then call it tank This happened, by the way, this
happened here about a week and a half ago. We're
just now into the fallout phase. I'm trying to think, Ross,
(01:16:29):
do you think this would be a worse promotion in
South Korea or in Beijing? Next at the location on
Tienamen Square. I see I feel like that.
Speaker 4 (01:16:40):
I mean, how does this happen? Did they just completely
not understand what it was? They just saw it on
the calendar, was like, hey's like a promotion we can do.
They had no research.
Speaker 1 (01:16:49):
I I yeah. The person is. The person who came
up with it is Korean. That's what's crazy.
Speaker 4 (01:16:56):
It's not like it, you know Joey, you know, Ditsie whatever,
female up in Seattle coming together the promote marketing thing
and said, oh well, this is on the calendar is
a big event for them.
Speaker 1 (01:17:06):
Let's have a tank day. Yeah, we want to sell tumblers.
We'll call them tanks. Ought to be so good, you know,
I'm trying to think, is it is this better or
worse than the Mattress, the nine to eleven mattress? Course
you remember that, remember that?
Speaker 4 (01:17:20):
Yeah, it's probably worse because I mean that was sort
of like a tiny mom and pop, right, I mean,
it's awful, But this is awful because it's Starbucks. And
you think they'd have, you know, somebody with the Google stuff,
somebody in the organization that had a brain seller to
to rub together to be like, hey, this is a
bad idea. And if you guys don't, if you guys
(01:17:40):
are unaware of the of the nine to eleven mattress,
I think we have that audio here.
Speaker 1 (01:17:44):
Actually, hang on, it's so bad. I just don't know
what it would be under beingder mattresses maybe, So what
uh what what Ro's referring to with the mom and
pop is you had post nine to eleven here it is?
I found it. Oh, I'm reminded of my brain how
(01:18:06):
bad this is gonna be. So they, you know, they're
like a you know, they're like a mom and pop
mattress store. And what they've done is they have stacked
two piles of mattresses to look like the Twin Towers.
And then at some point let's just listen to this
because you'll hear the moment when they collapse the towers.
(01:18:26):
And then the part that really kills me is after
this abomination has aired the way that this woman tags
it very solemnly going and we'll never forget after they
had just cause played mattress towers falling on them. Listen
to this. What better way to remember nine eleven than
with the twin Towers?
Speaker 6 (01:18:45):
Sell right now.
Speaker 1 (01:18:46):
You can get any size mattress for a twin.
Speaker 6 (01:18:48):
Price, Fool mattress, win price, Queen mattress.
Speaker 5 (01:18:50):
Twin price, King mattress, swing price, so wight, so all
day long.
Speaker 3 (01:19:00):
We'll never forget.
Speaker 1 (01:19:02):
Yeah, and that screaming is them like flailing, like bringing
the mattresses down, like oh mar ah, We'll never forget.
It's that tag. It's just so perfect.
Speaker 3 (01:19:14):
It was.
Speaker 1 (01:19:14):
This was so bad I spent I remember when I
first saw it. I spent an hour trying to debunk
that it wasn't a parody.
Speaker 4 (01:19:21):
Right, you're trying to figure out this from some sort
of satire site or somebody did like a pendant skit
or something.
Speaker 1 (01:19:26):
Yeah, no, no, it's not. I you know, here's something
I don't know that I'll ever understand when it comes
to when it comes to like college basketball, okay, just probably,
I don't know. It's maybe you know, it's a top
five sport. I enjoy college basketball more than I enjoy
the NBA. But wait, it's going now. I don't know, man,
(01:19:48):
with all the nil stuff.
Speaker 7 (01:19:50):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (01:19:50):
That being said, I understand what happens around the tournament
right where you know, if one, if you win your division, right,
you're in, right, So that makes sense. But I also
understand the I and I and I think it's kind
of a fun part of sports, right to be able
to debate the edges. Right, we have the bubble teams,
(01:20:12):
and then you know, every year there's somebody who's super Oh,
my team got in, that's super exciting, and then there's
somebody whose team didn't just get in, and then they
want to tell you why your team sucks and ad
vice versa. And it's fine that level of debate. I
get it, even if it is kind of up to
interpretation because it's not as cut and dry where they
just got in because they won their particular, you know conference.
(01:20:37):
I also get it a little bit with football when
you're getting into the BCS stuff. Right, we always have
those arguments every year. I get it. I don't pretend
to understand anything about college baseball and how they pick
which teams are going to the College World Series. None
of it makes sense, man, Like you can win your
division and not get in, you can win your conference
(01:20:58):
and not get in, which I didn't have any idea
about it, so I don't know. And I tried to
ask Ross about it earlier because you used to work
in Omaha where they have this thing and the only
thing he knew is that he used to get to
sit in a hot tub and broadcast radio.
Speaker 4 (01:21:10):
Well still, it's my memory of the College World Series.
So we had a broadcast there like the entire time,
and what they did was rent a house by the stadium.
There's like a stit there where it's nothing but a
NonStop party. So we rented out of this house and
had a hot tub in the back, and that's pretty
much all I remember. It was just partying twenty four
to seven, and they, believe it or not, in your
early twenties, it was a pretty damn good time.
Speaker 1 (01:21:31):
Oh it would be a good time I think for
a lot of people of a lot of ages. Just
a perma party. Now, who won that year? No idea?
Who I was gonna ask?
Speaker 7 (01:21:40):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (01:21:40):
Who played? No idea? Did do you know what they played?
I believe they played baseball? Okay, yeah, all right, there
you go. That's that's good. So yeah, man, well I
would you know those are the good old days of
radio too, because you we just like you just don't
see those things as much much anymore. No.
Speaker 4 (01:22:01):
I met one of my best friends there ended up
being my like stunt guy. Uh worked with me in
two different markets, two different states, and that's where I
met him. He was just hanging in the hot He
was hanging out in the hot tub and he was
funny and I said, you are funny. I said you
need to work with me, and he said, what do
you do? I said this, and he said, deal, I'm.
Speaker 1 (01:22:18):
In perfect Yeah you can. You can meet some of
the more interesting people in your life, just, you know,
randomly in a hot tub at a party. I guess
I don't know you well, literally a guy who likes
to party. So that helped out, all right. So I
don't pretend and understand any of it. But I do
see everyone's arguing on the Twitter this morning about it,
(01:22:39):
but I don't know, so tagging me I don't know
the rules not helpful. I will say this though, this
is uh, well, this is one of those again. Let's
look over to the UK and see what they're doing
over there, so they can be a cautionary tale. So
did you know that they have scouts over in the UK.
I didn't know that. I know that now because the
(01:23:01):
story I'm about to tell you, But I didn't. I
didn't know. Now they call them they call them something different.
And I'm gonna warn you. I want you to be
mature here, okay, because some of you, some of you,
I'm gonna tell you what these things are called, what
these scouts are called. And some of you are you're, you're,
(01:23:21):
you're gonna be five and let's we're better than that. Okay.
So in in Scotland they're called beaver Scouts AnyWho, I
guess in the United Kingdom, so not just Scotland. Apparently
they got beaver scouts everywhere. So the beaver Scouts were
they were on a mission to earn what is known
(01:23:44):
as their faith activity badge Okay, all right? So uh
what were they asked to do? Maybe learn about a
bunch of different faiths that could be one thing right there,
you know, read read some literature, may or maybe uh
maybe have a speaker come in again. Already I would
think they're uncomfortable with it, because you know, it's they
(01:24:06):
It's faith is is not on the rise in the UK,
not of the Christian varietal.
Speaker 7 (01:24:13):
But no.
Speaker 1 (01:24:14):
Instead, what they had to do is they took a
field trip to the Central Scotland Islamic Center Way where
they were each handed a prayer mat. Also the hat,
the white hat, you see, Muslims were there and they
were then told that they needed to kneel and bow
(01:24:38):
to a law. And you know that was And so
what you see is you see a picture of all
these kids. You know, they're like like nine, I think
they're eight or nine? Oh they excuse me, they're six
to eight years of age. Who are who are donning
the garb, who are on the prayer mat and who
are kneeling to a law? Except one of the one
(01:24:59):
of the scouts, He's like, nope, not doing that. Not, No,
I don't care. Uh, guess who everyone's mad at? Is
it the beaver Scout leader who drug his kids to
this thing? By the way, I'm just I'm just glancing
at the kids, and I understand that I'm making judgment
calls just on what I'm seeing. None of those kids
(01:25:20):
look like they're probably Islamic or Muslim, right, it's because
it's Scotland. It's it's it's a bunch of gingers basically
there all but like three of them, and again I
don't know they could be. But also, what the hell
are you doing? So now they're saying that this, So
(01:25:44):
they're excoriating this kid for being you know, a little
eight year old bigot. And uh, also they're not going
to give him his his merit badge, his faith activity badge.
Speaker 4 (01:25:58):
Yeah, I will say, like, why would you even have them,
Why would you even consider having this being activity for them?
Speaker 7 (01:26:05):
I don't.
Speaker 1 (01:26:06):
I'm looking at their little their little scout leader here,
and he looks like some super progressive woke a hole.
They have them, you know, make fire, filter water, build
a dam or whatever.
Speaker 7 (01:26:18):
This is.
Speaker 1 (01:26:18):
What does this have to do is because this is
their equivalent of the boy Scouts. Yeah, the either Scouts
or the are the cub Scouts I guess would be
learn how to tie a knot or something. Yeah, why
so you can go what lynch people?
Speaker 4 (01:26:32):
I mean some some would say, I don't know, maybe
they have ulterior motives here a little.
Speaker 1 (01:26:36):
Bit and the fact that you're gonna screw this kid
out of his marriage. And he showed up. He showed
up clearly listening to the speech. It was just when
when they're like, all right, now you have to literally
pray to a law Yeah, He's like, yeah, no, I'm good.
I'm not prostrating myself too for a merit badge. It's
(01:26:58):
not happening.
Speaker 4 (01:26:59):
Yeah, I mean, you know they're gonna be like, oh,
we're they're gonna punish the kid. I mean, or he
should don't. It shouldn't get to the point where they
punish him. He should now be like, I don't want
to be part of this organization because this is well.
Speaker 1 (01:27:12):
The organization's punishing him by uh not by withholding the badge.
All right, fine, I'm imishman is coming from the the
absolute jackals on social media who are like, now wanting
to investigate this kid's family. Oh yeah, yeah, no at
that point, I'm pulling my kid out. I'm like, this
is stupid. We're not doing this anymore. Would you now,
would it be different if they, let's say, took him
to a Catholic church and fed them communion, even though
(01:27:35):
that technically wouldn't be intendants because you gotta go through
the first communion.
Speaker 4 (01:27:39):
But still, I'm sure maybe there's a kid who's gonna
have a problem with that. Hopefully they wouldn't participate if
it felt like they was, you know, not going with
their ideals. But it shouldn't be a thing to begin
with with a dumb badge.
Speaker 1 (01:27:48):
Yeah, yeah, that's uh. And again you're there, you're demonizing
an eight year old. By the way, you're demonizing the
only eight year old who basically had it with any
him to go. I'm not doing this.
Speaker 4 (01:28:01):
This is wrong, this is not There shouldn't be anything politics.
Are religious involved in the beaver Scouts whatever the hell
it is.
Speaker 1 (01:28:11):
By the way, they did not visit any a Christian
church for this.
Speaker 4 (01:28:14):
We're gonna get their protest badge. We're going to bring
them down to the abortion clinic and get the abortion badge.
Speaker 1 (01:28:19):
Oh d you want the abortions. Oh, it's very important.
You know. They got to learn how to be a
good beaver scout. Yeah that with oak leaf clusters. Yeah,
you want to get the the enhanced beaver beaver Scout. Well,
that would be I mean, if you're called the beaver Scouts,
that at least badge would make sense and just thematically. Anyway,
all right, let's not get canceled. A forty four race
(01:28:42):
stage ex here from the Weather Channel. Did you know
in the UK their boy Scouts are called beaver Scouts.
I did not know that. Five year old me thinks
that's hilarious, right, yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:28:57):
Yeah, Well we all get a little five year old
left thin us, right, it's okay, It's okay, man.
Speaker 1 (01:29:03):
So yeah, just checking around here and uh uh looking
at I was looking at some of the flooding there
over my back cave and whatnot, and thankfully it looks
like the roads holding all that. So that's good. But right,
let's let's turn this down to not shall we.
Speaker 6 (01:29:20):
Yeah, we're trying. Yesterday a lot less rain around the triangle,
especially a couple of hundreds to a couple of tenths
of an inch zero point two eight one of the
higher totals Sanford one point seven to seven down to
Fort Bragg and out of the ground of the Tryad.
I got a one point seven to one at the airport,
so there was more in some spots of isolated and
(01:29:42):
the day we'll get isolated showers thunder showers this afternoon,
and numbers will be a little bit warmer too and
humid out there too, mid upper eighties. So the potential
is there, though even if it's one or two storms
that there could be some downpours and spots. I don't
think widespread flooding, if any at all. It's a low chance.
And then tomorrow we'll do the same sunshine, clouds, same
thing on Friday with highs and the mid upper eighties Tomorrow,
(01:30:04):
low eighties Friday and just a hit or miss shower round,
so we'll have to of the driest days of the week.
We'll be Tomorrow and Friday, and then Saturday and Sunday
we'll get back into some afternoon showers and thundershowers. Best
chance is going to be Saturday Sunday we actually go
rain free with the front trying to go south of US.
Saturday's high upper seventies, maybe eighty, and then on Sunday
(01:30:24):
can only be in the mid seventies. So so pleasant weather.
Trying to get back in here for a couple of
days late late in the weekend, early next week. But
it does still look like some rain. Don't think is widespread.
Don't think we'll have the intensity of the downpours that
we've had over the last few days.
Speaker 1 (01:30:39):
All right, thank you very much. I do appreciate it. Right. Yep,
there you go, Racet agent from the weather channel. By
the way, Ross do you want to even you know,
it's even crazier. So this where this took place with
the beaver scouts, where this is Luna Center is is
literally the hometown of William Wallace from great dude, if
(01:30:59):
you can't, if you can't say no, and you're there
where the William Wallace is from?
Speaker 7 (01:31:05):
Man?
Speaker 6 (01:31:06):
What like?
Speaker 7 (01:31:06):
What do you?
Speaker 1 (01:31:07):
What do you even?
Speaker 4 (01:31:07):
That should have been the test, right, It should have
been like, you know, a bravery sort of test stand
up for that's so dumb.
Speaker 1 (01:31:17):
Yeah, luckily I got my honor killing badge. Did you
get your Yeah, looks good. It's good to my beaver
scout uniform? All right? Eight forty seven, Hang on, you're
Bloomberg Update now with Denise Pellegrini. Denise, what's happening?
Speaker 8 (01:31:29):
Yeah, I've got some bad news, casey for those people
already grappling with rising food prices, bad weather, tariffs and
a dwindling cattle herd are pushing up grocery prices at
an above average pace, and it doesn't stop here. The
Iran war and a potential El Nino weather pattern are
going to add to pressures on grocery prices all the
(01:31:51):
way into next year. Food experts say food is going
to become less affordable, I should say even less affordable,
and consumer, according to the experts, should be ready for it.
Gen z meantime, is spending more on the gym than
on going out. With these massive deluxe gym memberships, younger
folks redirecting their discretionary income from nightlife to fitness. Gym
(01:32:15):
related spending among Gen z ers and millennials rising as
alcohol consumption continues to decline according to Bank of America,
and as Jim's kind of now function really as the
social hub for younger consumers that you know, a role
that the bar used to serve. Are you spending more
on travel these days? According to a survey from Bloomberg Intelligence,
(01:32:37):
sixty six percent of folks expect to spend more on
vacation this year than they did a year ago, Forty
three percent tapping savings stuff on those trips, fifty three
percent are using a credit card. Bad news for those
looking for jobs. Wall Street Journal says it's a cruel
summer for teen job seekers. Casey, we're looking at the
(01:32:57):
worst summer employment level in eighty years, all the way
back in nineteen forty eight. Challenger projects teens will get
a total of seven hundred and ninety thousand jobs in May, June,
and July. That, like I said, is the lowest in
eighty years as older people kind of go back to
those summer jobs because they're not getting the you know,
(01:33:21):
move up jobs that they want. Stock futures right now
are pointing to a higher open as we flirt with
new record highs Dow futures up fifty eight s and
p futures getting sixteen Nasdaq futures, the strongest of one
hundred and ninety three. And have you taken a look
at the nano'neils Nano needle scope two point zero surgery
(01:33:43):
for elbow injuries in baseball?
Speaker 3 (01:33:46):
Okay, this is crazy.
Speaker 8 (01:33:48):
Tarik Schooble right Tigers and Blake Snell of the Dodgers.
They've undergone this surgery using a nano needle scope. I
can't even say it. Nano Needlescope two point zero developed
by medical device company arth Rex. It's this new piece
of technology that could really cut recovery time after a
(01:34:09):
smaller incision, less tissue damage, and faster healing for elbow injuries.
And if these two players can really make major comebacks,
this is going to totally change elbow surgery for pretty
much everybody with an elbow injury who plays baseball. Then
(01:34:29):
you're going to see tennis follow and then it's going
to move on to the rest of us. So this
is just revolutionary. It's the Tommy John of today basically
and worth reading about. And also, you know, if people
bet on sports, they're going to want to know about
this because this is you know, could change recovery time
from a season to just a couple of weeks before
(01:34:51):
people are back out on the field.
Speaker 1 (01:34:54):
I do appreciate it. Denise, have a good rest of
your Wednesday and we'll chat with you tomorrow.
Speaker 8 (01:34:58):
Talk to you tomorrow.
Speaker 1 (01:35:00):
Alright, there you go, Denise Pelogreni from Bloomberg News Ross,
this is your time to shine, buddy. Check this story out.
Woman hurd after dog triggers shotgun outside Nebraska's store. A
dog set off a shotgun which ended up striking a
woman outside a store. This is in Scott's Bluffs. This
is over by the Wyoming border. When officers got to
(01:35:22):
the scene, they found a truck with an attached camper
and a passenger side door panel of the vehicle had
sustained damage consistent with a shotgun blast. Please say. The
driver went into the store to get something when his
dog accidentally triggered the shotgun. Which had a live shell
in the chamber, and again she was injured, but thankfully
(01:35:43):
it's not life threatening. All right, here we go, Ross.
What kind of dog shot this boor? I'm gonna go
pick ole bomber? What no, no, No, it's the one. No,
it's the one time.
Speaker 3 (01:35:54):
It's not.
Speaker 6 (01:35:56):
What no?
Speaker 7 (01:35:57):
Why?
Speaker 1 (01:35:58):
Why? All right, Doberman, I'm gonna go go smaller. We're
gonna go smaller. I went blood house, blood yam it
go with the one you like, Carol. It was a
weeder dog, though.
Speaker 6 (01:36:15):
This was your time to shine.
Speaker 1 (01:36:17):
Drop the ball, dropped the ball on that one. Yeah no,
And I'm gonna have to send a wiener dog after you.
One of the odds.
