The Woody Show Insensitivity.

Speaker 3 (00:27):
Training Class is now in session.

Speaker 4 (00:44):
A good morning, everybody. It's free Friday. It's Thursday morning.
It's March the thirteenth, twenty twenty five. Hello, it's The
Woody Show.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Moddy.

Speaker 4 (00:55):
That's Greg Gory. Would there is Menace? Hi, Gina grad Hello,
Sammy's here. We got sea Bass Sport is here in
the Woody Show production department. Morgan, our associate producer, Von
our video producer. Phones are open at eight seven seven
forty four. Woodie. You can send us a text over

(01:17):
here from Dallas, Texas this morning. Here at our Dallas
affiliate ninety seven to one The Eagle. There's a big
Saint Patrick's Day parade happening on Saturday that we're gonna
be in.

Speaker 2 (01:30):
Wait to see the pictures. Never been in a parade before. Yeah,
you're gonna be on a float, you know. I remember
I had that prade New One Parade story that I
was in the parade. Yes, I was a kid as
a kid and I was there with it. I was
walking the miniature horse in a parade and some guy
yelled out, look at that fat kid.

Speaker 5 (01:51):
Unnecessary?

Speaker 6 (01:52):
I know, yeah, that was very hurdy oh man. All right,
just and the horse name was butter Cup.

Speaker 4 (01:59):
By the way, Today, on the show What's Something that
you wanted as a kid? But you couldn't have figured
that'd be good for a throwback Thursday, we're talking about
some of the recently brandian redneck news trending news headlines
for you today as well. Phones are open at eight
seven seven forty four Woodie. You can hit us up
with the text send your text over to to nine
eighty seven chance to win your way to the Woodies

(02:22):
show after hours takeover at Disney California Adventure Park bonus
chance right now.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
You don't have to wait to win here on the air.
You can just win right now.

Speaker 4 (02:29):
Go to the woodieshow dot com So Instagram is testing
a dislike button, which they claim is a private down
vote to signal that you just don't like something. But
it's not for the photo or the video you post.
It's for people's comments. Okay, so no one will see
that you disliked it. The downvotes won't be counted and
shown publicly, the downvoted comments will be pushed to the

(02:53):
bottom or hitting all together. But the Instagram muckety MUCKs
say the goals to make the comments section more friendly's
it's just not why.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
I go there. I don't go to McDonald's for pizza, you.

Speaker 5 (03:03):
Know, it's just for the algorithm.

Speaker 4 (03:05):
I don't go to the comments section for nice thing
for nutrition. No, uh, it's only a test for now.
I guess Meta tried this number of times and ways
with Facebook, but just none of that stuck.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
People have been asking for a dislike button for yeah
decade now.

Speaker 4 (03:19):
Well, so I'm pretty sure that that post that Greg
just showed us this morning before I went on the air,
that would have gotten a dislike.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
Oh god, yes there was. Okay, so.

Speaker 4 (03:29):
Greg, there's a picture of this kid and it's a
picture with the parents, and this the kid like legitimate,
looks like if they're gonna do like a live action
garbage pail Kids movie.

Speaker 2 (03:39):
Yeah, it's I told you. In my algorithm, I'm getting
children with crazy birth effects. Are you find it again?

Speaker 4 (03:53):
And then ask An asked Sea Bass the same question
that we got.

Speaker 2 (03:56):
Well, I can't find it, but this girl had incredibly
just storted facial features to the point of it you
couldn'tven say she barely looked.

Speaker 5 (04:03):
Human, like her tongue was like almost like a pink elephant.

Speaker 7 (04:08):
Like.

Speaker 2 (04:08):
It was really bad. Okay, so the comment, yeah, so
you no, Greg had a question. The question is is
it too late to euthanize? I mean, this is not
a life that anybody would want to live.

Speaker 4 (04:19):
And there's no way. Okay, here's a question. They could
test for so many things, like when someone's pregnant, they
can test for so many different you know, abnormalities.

Speaker 2 (04:27):
And when they're doing the whether it not this.

Speaker 4 (04:32):
Ultrasound ultrasound, Yeah, they're doing the ultrasound. They can see
in so much detail. Now, yeah, and this is clearly
right ultrasound.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (04:40):
So beyond the selfish element of that, right as a parent,
like why would you want to deal? Right, beyond the
selfish element of that, like why would you want them?

Speaker 2 (04:50):
Why would you want that person to be out in
the world living a life that you know they're not comfortable,
they're not correct.

Speaker 5 (04:56):
Well, maybe they don't know. Do we know what her I.

Speaker 2 (04:59):
Mean it was in a yeah, different language, I don't know. Yeah,
probably from some country where that sort of test isn't done.

Speaker 4 (05:04):
Regularly, Yeah, but still like you know, man, yeah right,
Like Greg's like juice, is it too late?

Speaker 2 (05:10):
Is it too late? He did like a whole half
hour standard routine about it.

Speaker 4 (05:13):
Yeah, I mean something like that for me would be
no great shock for me, But for Greg it was
so out of character.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
I was like, oh, that's so funny part of youth,
and I.

Speaker 4 (05:22):
Mean, sorry, yeah, I feel bad for that. Get we
were just talking about the one the werewolf dude.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
Oh yeah, you just get laser or shave every hour. Yeah,
he wants a rocket. He's probably famous. I mean, do
you think you can laser that? I mean the whole face?

Speaker 8 (05:40):
I mean yeah, it would be painful and it would
take a long time, but you could do it.

Speaker 5 (05:43):
It was literally every square inch of him except his eyeballs.

Speaker 2 (05:47):
Yeah, wow, his teeth.

Speaker 4 (05:50):
We don't have the dislike button, but I'm disliking.

Speaker 2 (05:52):
Yeah, I would dislike the one I showed you.

Speaker 4 (05:54):
I mean, the algorithms all messed up anyway, just because
all the stuff that goes back and forth between myself
and Morgan.

Speaker 1 (06:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (06:01):
Now, Gina, you're in on it too, by.

Speaker 5 (06:03):
The way, Well, because you guys missed up my algorithm.
So now I'm into it.

Speaker 4 (06:06):
But now she's now she's into it, and now she
she sends stuff all the time too.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
I forget. The last one that you sat was pretty good.

Speaker 5 (06:13):
I'm sure it was totally fine. Not offensive.

Speaker 4 (06:15):
Oh no, not at all. Oh no, you wouldn't have
sent it to Greg Gory. No, the one last thing
that does. Gina said to us, this is kind of cool.
There is a toilet. I guess they sell it loves.

Speaker 2 (06:26):
Oh yeah, you're text him instead of sending him on
Instagram because.

Speaker 5 (06:30):
I don't know if he'll get it on Instagram.

Speaker 2 (06:31):
So Lowe's is selling a toilet.

Speaker 4 (06:34):
Yeah, this is great. Remember we had the story about
the the Indian air flight where they had to turn
around because people were flushing all kinds of blankets, clothes.

Speaker 2 (06:42):
Ye doesn't have a garbage disposal built in. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (06:45):
So this, this toilet says can flush seven billiard balls
in a single flush. Yeah, look at this. This thing's cool.

Speaker 2 (06:52):
Man. We used to do it.

Speaker 4 (06:54):
We used to do a game years ago. Medic and
Greg were part of the show at this point. Yeah,
we did a game called will it Flush? With the
bathrooms at the radio station. We put all kinds of
stuff down there just to see if it would flush.
So we'd have somebody down there on the phone. We'd
have a listener on the on the line, and we
tell everybody what we were putting in there, like like
you know, like those little like kind of boiled potatoes,

(07:15):
a little like, yeah, roaster potatoes or whatever. Figure actionally, yeah,
action figures. All kinds of stations kill you for that.

Speaker 2 (07:24):
It was an old building, yeah, so big. It really
did not help the plumbing issues. Is like a hundred
year old building. But it was fun. Will it flush? Yeah,
you should bring that back.

Speaker 4 (07:34):
Meanwhile, the radio station here, the toilets here at barely flush.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
P right, there's always.

Speaker 4 (07:40):
The answer, yeah, eight seven send us a text over
to two to nine.

Speaker 2 (07:46):
Eight seven.

Speaker 4 (07:47):
We are answering the call of destiny.

Speaker 2 (07:52):
This is a Woody Show and.

Speaker 4 (07:54):
We are into another new hour insensitivity trading for a
politically correct world.

Speaker 2 (08:01):
It's like, hoy hoy.

Speaker 4 (08:03):
Hoy hoy, we are at the Woodie Sewan, whatody that's
Greg Gory Menace is here?

Speaker 2 (08:09):
Hi, Gina grad we got.

Speaker 4 (08:12):
Sea Mass, We've got Sammy Morgan's taking your calls. Eight
seven seven four Woody is the phone number. You can
send us a text over to two to nine eight seven.
Today is a throwback Thursday. Man, we're talking about things
that we wish we had had when we were kids
that we just never got. I mentioned the g I

(08:34):
Joe Aircraft carrier.

Speaker 5 (08:36):
The giant thing.

Speaker 4 (08:38):
I think it was massive, and then and then, just
because I had already aged out of big wheels, but
just as I aged out is when the night Rider,
big big wheel hit it dropped, and that thing was sweet.

Speaker 2 (08:52):
We were born at the wrong time. Sometimes I feel
that way.

Speaker 4 (08:56):
Other times I kind of feel like I was born,
you know, a pretty good point, Like you know, I
have a frame of reference on what life was like
before the Internet and cell phones and things like that,
Like I wonder what it is for like my kids,
Like what will they sit in there and go, Man,
I really wish we had this. I was thinking about
those bikes. What's the items. Yeah, Like my buddy Joe,

(09:20):
who was my best friend growing up, I hit him
up the other day because I was like, can you imagine, dude,
if we had had these e bikes, the damage we
could have done that like the dream because that expands
your radius right for sure. So greatly, like we were stuck. Yeah,
we were stuck for just wherever we could pedal around,
and we would go on some pretty epic bike rides

(09:41):
that total. The one time, I mean we biked all
the way down to the post office, it was quite
a bit of ways from our house just to get
a money order so that we could sign a buddy
up for one of those like CD clubs and we
but we put all the worst crap because it was
like these little stamps that you would put on the

(10:01):
on the card and mail it back with your money
order to sign up for like the Columbia House whatever.
Oh yeah, you know, ten CDs for a penny and
then you were on the hook for extime. But we
found the ones that were the worst ones, Like what
the hell is that? I don't even know if this
is we put all those stamps to sign them up
for it.

Speaker 5 (10:18):
Yeah, that's initiative.

Speaker 4 (10:19):
But we we bike down all the way to the
post office. Yeah, which was might as well have been
part of like a decathlon or something, and it felt
that way.

Speaker 2 (10:27):
It felt that way.

Speaker 4 (10:28):
Yeah, But on the e bike it would have been
so much easy.

Speaker 2 (10:31):
Way.

Speaker 9 (10:31):
The active bicycling was what was hard for you guys,
it was so far and we're on BMX bikes.

Speaker 4 (10:37):
Yeah, you have to get yourself back. And we went miles.
It wasn't like it was anywhere close. We went miles
on BMX bikes. And when you're a kid, the slightest
hill feels.

Speaker 2 (10:46):
Like a mountains. Oh you're walking your bike up, and
then you see that same hill as an adult and like,
this is what I had a hard time with.

Speaker 4 (10:52):
Yeah, right, so like, what's something you wanted as a
kid but you couldn't have.

Speaker 6 (10:58):
Yeah, I well, along with bicycles, Like my friends and
I were way into bikes. So the one that was
really popular at the time that everybody had was the
GT Triple Triangle, but the GT Triple Trunk. But the
higher end bike was the Boss. Have you ever heard
of those Boss bikes? No, there was like Bongoos, there
was Diamondback, the Red Line, Yeah, red Line. Red Line

(11:22):
was a little bit higher end, but like red Line
and Boss were like the higher end bikes to buy,
and yeah, it was just so out of the price range.

Speaker 4 (11:30):
The only reason I know about those Red Line bikes
because that's the one that I won from the shoe store.
That was a nice bike to win.

Speaker 10 (11:35):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (11:36):
Remember I told you that, It's like the only thing
I've ever won in my life.

Speaker 2 (11:38):
I rolled bikes, yeah.

Speaker 6 (11:40):
Eight but like, yeah, I can remember everything about it,
like pitbull brakes and then all the type of like
skinny rims were like the thing to have back in
the day. There alloy that was like mind blowing to have.
But that was like what we wanted the most.

Speaker 2 (11:58):
I wanted a bike that had the pegs on the back.

Speaker 5 (12:01):
Oh for friends, Yeah, I had a diving back.

Speaker 6 (12:06):
They had him built in too into the bike.

Speaker 5 (12:09):
I think you guys were working too hard. I had
several cabbage patch kids, but what I really wanted the
white whale was the corn silk hair cabbage patch kid
with the silky silky hair was called the corn silk
hair cabbage Patch kid and one Hanukah. And it broke
my heart, especially as an adult thinking back my mom,
who was, you know, a single parent at the time.

(12:30):
My parents have been divorced or maybe just things just
were a little rocky. And she got off work and
she went to like fifteen different toy stores in Kansas
City and they were all sold out and she had
to come tell me, And I felt worse for her
than I did for myself.

Speaker 4 (12:44):
Never got it even at the time, you felt worse. Yeah, yeah,
I was.

Speaker 5 (12:48):
I was a fairly empathetic child.

Speaker 2 (12:50):
I wasn't, but she tried later in life.

Speaker 4 (12:53):
Yeah no, but I do, because when you're.

Speaker 2 (12:55):
A kid, you don't realize.

Speaker 5 (12:56):
I just saw it in her eyes. She was so tired.

Speaker 2 (12:59):
I felt so somebody in.

Speaker 4 (13:00):
The text seven oh two saying I wanted a pair
of Adidas with the three lines on the side, but
my mom got me some knockoffs with four lines.

Speaker 2 (13:07):
Oh no, no, So I'd.

Speaker 4 (13:08):
Try to take the extra stripe off, and it looks
so gnarled when.

Speaker 5 (13:12):
You try and do it yourself, it's the worst.

Speaker 2 (13:14):
Yeah, that's what I would do when I wanted new
shoes and my mom said, your shoes are fine, you
don't need new shoes. So I'd get on my bike
and drag my feet on the cement try to wear them. Yeah,
trying to destroy them. Look, I need new shoes.

Speaker 4 (13:28):
Or what you do is you jam your foot to
the front of your shoe so that when your parents
always did that thing to see where your big toe was. Yeah, yeah,
you're like, oh man, look how tight it is, and
then your feet were going.

Speaker 2 (13:39):
To end up to form.

Speaker 6 (13:40):
That's what you would get pless shoes, I remember. I
mean the pair of Jordans that I wanted was the
Jordan five's. At the time, those were the big ones.
I never got it until as an adult.

Speaker 4 (13:51):
Yeah, what about you, Sammy, Something you want.

Speaker 8 (13:54):
As a kid, Well, I mean mine's kind of silly.
But what I really wanted was posters to put post
on my wall, and I wasn't allowed to have them.
I wasn't allowed to put posters on my wall because
it was wallpapered and you're gonna ruin the wallpaper. But
I didn't wallpaper the room. That wasn't me. So I tried,
like I ripped out like pieces from a magazine, you know,
like kind of picture stuff of instinct obviously, and put

(14:16):
it on my door because there wasn't wallpaper on the door.
And my mom was like, no, what are you doing?

Speaker 4 (14:20):
So she just thought it looked tacky. Yeah, I wasn't
allowed to have posters.

Speaker 5 (14:23):
No, that's why that's why today Sammy's apartment is completely
covered in posters.

Speaker 2 (14:28):
Of right, Yes, exactly, that's called good parenting.

Speaker 4 (14:32):
Yeah, you can see the wall, see backs, I can
imagine like, because your parents are so well your mom
for sure, so hippy dippy making your own clothes and
tell you like that, I would imagine there was a
lot of things that you really wanted.

Speaker 2 (14:44):
Well, I think did you? Did you not hear about
as much because you were home school exactly.

Speaker 9 (14:49):
I didn't have these stupid peer pressure to buy the
latest shoes or whatever. Like, we just had what we
wanted at home, toys wise, except for garbage stuff.

Speaker 4 (14:58):
You get it like.

Speaker 9 (14:59):
The circus, So think of like think of like the
dumb plastic stuff that breaks in two seconds, that has
little lights, the other.

Speaker 5 (15:06):
Cyber optic, right, I remember that the.

Speaker 2 (15:10):
Little swordss with others. You guys are nailing all the
big ones.

Speaker 5 (15:15):
You remember it.

Speaker 9 (15:16):
And we would go to like Wringling Brothers back when
they actually had animals rip speaking of things he missing, Well,
that's stuff, and my parents would say, that's cheap guard.
They didn't say Chinese because we didn't know at the time,
but that's cheap plastic garbage. No, you're not getting it,
And they were right.

Speaker 4 (15:32):
It's like that joke in Back to the Future where
he went to the Old West and docs trying to
figure out what's wrong with the time machine? He goes, Oh, no, wonder,
look it says maid in Japan. Now that would be
an honor.

Speaker 2 (15:46):
It's different. I mean at that time, you know super nice.

Speaker 4 (15:49):
Yeah all right, So what was something that you wanted
as a kid but you couldn't have? Eight seven seven
forty four, Woodie is the phone number. You can send
us your text over to two to nine eight seven.
Oh you want to play psycho killer?

Speaker 1 (16:04):
Can I be the helpless victim? No?

Speaker 7 (16:06):
Please don't kill me, mister ghost face.

Speaker 4 (16:09):
I want to be the secret.

Speaker 1 (16:13):
This is the Woody Show.

Speaker 2 (16:17):
There's Morgan getting taste that.

Speaker 4 (16:21):
I mean, not as good as when feed maask got
hit with the taser gun, but have like the leads
that got embedded into and then he crapped himself.

Speaker 2 (16:30):
But nothing can top that.

Speaker 9 (16:31):
And then you had to go right home and change
his pants. I didn't have to. You guys made me.

Speaker 5 (16:36):
Oh well, okay, chilling.

Speaker 4 (16:38):
Yeah, it was just a smell, that's all go man, exactly,
Thank god, Thank god I was on the road that day.

Speaker 2 (16:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (16:44):
I wasn't in the studio for that one, but it
sounded funny.

Speaker 2 (16:48):
All right.

Speaker 4 (16:49):
So what was something that you wanted as a kid,
but you couldn't have eight seven seven forty four. Woodie
is the phone number. You can send us a text
over to two two nine eighty seven. Let's say hi
to Kylie. Hey, good morning, Kylie, Kylie.

Speaker 3 (17:05):
Hello?

Speaker 2 (17:05):
Here she is he? All right? Hey? So Kylie? What
was it for you?

Speaker 11 (17:10):
So this is why I was in middle school. I
really wanted a Nintendo three DS, but my parents are like, no,
you need to focus on school. So I borrowed a
DS from a friend and I got in trouble for that,
and it took me another two years to scrounge up
enough to save for.

Speaker 2 (17:27):
My own Oh yeah, yeah, Well that's that's the thing.

Speaker 4 (17:31):
It's one of the things when your parents won't get
you something and down the road they go, well, I'll
tell you what. When you have your own house someday
and you're a grown up, you can x y Z,
you can stay up to whenever you want. You can
eat whatever you can get sugar cereal, which Greg and
I we were never allowed to have any kind of
cool cereals.

Speaker 2 (17:48):
You know.

Speaker 4 (17:50):
Cheerios was the most exciting thing that we had in
the house.

Speaker 2 (17:53):
Special life.

Speaker 11 (17:56):
I have adult money, so I can't do adult stuff.

Speaker 2 (17:59):
Yeah, yeah, exactly right.

Speaker 4 (18:00):
Did you say the three D version?

Speaker 11 (18:03):
Yeah, yeah. I used to have the original, Yeah, but
it died because you know, that one wasn't made for quality.
But I still have.

Speaker 6 (18:15):
Has one that's rare because that, like that version of
the three DS was kind of a dud.

Speaker 4 (18:22):
Not a lot of people want to have a little
purple one.

Speaker 2 (18:25):
Yeah, wanted it.

Speaker 5 (18:27):
Found one at a refurbished one for Christmas and gave
it to the kid this year.

Speaker 2 (18:31):
Yeah. See that.

Speaker 4 (18:31):
When it came to the video game stuff, we weren't
allowed to play. We had like some old dumpy TV
that we had to hook those up to because my
stepfather was convinced that it was ruining the television. He
didn't understand about well, yeah, hooking up a video game
system and hooking up a VCR just setting a video
signal to the TV. Oh duck Hunt yet where you

(18:55):
had to point the gun at the now sea bass.
Now that I'm thinking about it, how how did that work?
Like kind of duckhouse? How does duck Hunt work? Yeah,
because there weren't any kind of receptors in the screen
of the television.

Speaker 2 (19:10):
It was an old ass, you know.

Speaker 4 (19:11):
One of the probably one of the first color televisions,
based on the one that we had.

Speaker 2 (19:14):
It was like a miracle. There's a camera in the gun.

Speaker 12 (19:17):
It was it was.

Speaker 11 (19:18):
Like it was a laser system that it picked up
on the images on the screen. It would bounce off
the screen and pick up that. I could be completely wrong,
but this is from my understanding.

Speaker 2 (19:27):
It that makes sense for what boards saying too.

Speaker 11 (19:29):
It was light and it bounced.

Speaker 2 (19:32):
Off sort of right, but not not right at all.

Speaker 9 (19:36):
In fact, you remember your playing Duck Hunt.

Speaker 2 (19:42):
I didn't do the research. I'm just reading you what
the people who break against.

Speaker 9 (19:45):
Okay, so you remember I kind of recall this too.
When you played Duck Hunt, the screen would kind of
like almost flicker. But well, that's how they found out.
The TV screen goes entirely blank. It's not a camera,
it's just a light sensor. And so it to text
certain that like with the duck, that that coloration of
the duck, Okay, and so it goes black and that's
the reference point. Oh that's black when it popped back on.

(20:08):
Oh is that where that thing that I want to.

Speaker 2 (20:10):
Hit saying just explained, Yeah, yeah, dumb ass you it's the.

Speaker 4 (20:18):
Thing you said, did you say that screen goes black?

Speaker 5 (20:22):
What you said?

Speaker 4 (20:23):
Well, hey, Kyle, all right, Kytie, thank you for the
appreciate listening the Woody Show.

Speaker 2 (20:30):
Oh it's so nice.

Speaker 4 (20:32):
All right, thank you, Kyle. Let's go to cat Hey.
Good morning, cat Hey. All right, So what is something
you wanted as a kid but you couldn't have?

Speaker 9 (20:41):
Uh?

Speaker 13 (20:42):
Well, I was in junior high. That's when the bag
came out with the sandals with leather strapped and the buckles,
and you wore them with duck Arkansas.

Speaker 4 (20:50):
Yeah. Yeah, everybody, we call them issues yea.

Speaker 13 (20:58):
And they were expensive. And then and then also the
Debot jeans with the little strap over the zipper.

Speaker 4 (21:05):
Oh, I got to look those up. Okay, hold on,
we're looking at up Debot jean.

Speaker 2 (21:11):
Yeah, this is this is chick stuff. I remember the Birkenstocks.

Speaker 4 (21:16):
Number yeah, because that was that was Those were the
hacky sack kids.

Speaker 13 (21:21):
Yeah. My friend was so mad that his mom bottom
one a pair at Trayer's Village, the outdoor flea market
and Grandburry and it didn't have the strap of a zipper.
So they maybe all fun of them because it was
fake Debo jeans.

Speaker 5 (21:37):
Thick strap. Yeah, now it looks.

Speaker 13 (21:40):
Yeah, and then they had all the yep, they had
the stripes going dance out with stripes.

Speaker 5 (21:45):
And makes your butler curry.

Speaker 11 (21:48):
Yeah that was.

Speaker 13 (21:49):
That was when you know, miss was wearing it in
living color and everybody was wearing.

Speaker 4 (21:53):
Strip yeah, living.

Speaker 2 (21:57):
Thank you appreciate this show.

Speaker 4 (22:00):

all right, Kat, thank you for the call. I appreciate
you listening to the Woody Show.

Speaker 2 (22:13):
Yeah. Yeah, there was a lot.

Speaker 4 (22:15):
I wasn't allowed to have the Bart Simpson T shirts.
Why because there was when when the Simpsons came out
and you'll remember this, Gina, I know, like everybody had
Simpson's T shirts everything. Yeah, like so it was a
Bart Simpson white T shirt with just the Bart Simpson

(22:37):
cartoon on and just to him like a little dialogue,
bubble eat my shorts, Eat my shorts. Yeah, don't have
a My mom would never allow that because he that's
a that's that's a bad attitude.

Speaker 9 (22:50):
Schools didn't allow Bart Simpson because again, it was bad
that first year he was. It was like it was
a big controversy.

Speaker 5 (22:57):
I got in trouble for wearing an underachiever and proud
of it.

Speaker 4 (23:00):
Dude, Bart Simpsons teaser.

Speaker 5 (23:02):
I didn't even know what it meant.

Speaker 2 (23:03):
Yeah exactly, but I want I want of those so bad.
Were you not allowed to get the rap albums that
he had? Oh?

Speaker 5 (23:11):
Do the Bartman?

Speaker 4 (23:12):
Yeah, do the Bart Man something something from side to
side to the apartment. Right, yeah, let's see seven two
four on the same age as you. Woody born in
seventy six. I never had the rebox pumps. Oh man,
you missed out. Those are great. I never got a
dirt bike, man me. Neither go KRT go carts.

Speaker 2 (23:31):
See that's the top of my list, Richie go kart
of any kind. Like nowadays you see kids that have
the fake cars that they sing and they actually anything
that could be motorized what I wanted. Well, we did
mention that, like the power wheels.

Speaker 4 (23:43):
I always thought power wheels were cool, like the the
the big Foot power with somebody said that one too,
where's that one?

Speaker 2 (23:48):
And go? Yeah?

Speaker 4 (23:48):
Four to one, always one of the bigfoot power wheels.
Never got one, sadly, and now we're too big for him.

Speaker 2 (23:55):
We have to drive real cars.

Speaker 4 (23:56):
It's six', five oh says as a big fan Of
ghostbusters as a, kid the movie and the. CARTOON i
always wanted The Kenner Proton. Pack oh that's. Right it
was probably like eighty.

Speaker 2 (24:06):
Dollars, YEAH i.

Speaker 4 (24:08):
Got the Ghost, popper but The Proton pack was the
white whale for. Me uh seven to. ZERO i just
wanted some kind of gaming system and never got one
UNTIL i was twenty.

Speaker 5 (24:20):
Three oh, jee, okay you achieved.

Speaker 2 (24:23):
It uh three one.

Speaker 4 (24:25):
SEVEN i wanted Some, nikes but my mother got me
some buddies From Dollar.

Speaker 2 (24:30):
General, no, no.

Speaker 4 (24:31):
They still choose A Dollar. General, yeah and then our
car caught fire and they burned up completely. Flastic oh.
No and then there's this. One this is from the
two sixty. Nine what's something you wanted as a kid
but you couldn't? Have they just rode over a.

Speaker 8 (24:49):
Dad my favorite radio, show The Woodsy. Shot you guys are,
amazing Especially.

Speaker 4 (24:58):
Woodsy, yeah we're talking about things that you wanted as
a kid but you weren't allowed to, have and that
could have been even more basic stuff like until just
like the no sugar. Cereals, yeah that's kind of where
a lot of mind come.

Speaker 2 (25:11):
In it's kind of, shameful but, yeah going overboard the
minute you move out of the house having to get
pints and pines and pints of ice.

Speaker 4 (25:18):
Cream oh, here check it. Out this is WHAT i,
uh check out WHAT i found for. You, Everybody simpson's
The Bart, man yet the terrorize it's not intention just
keeping the flood intestes to get the best. Scores drop
the banana peels all over the, floor last names in

(25:42):
your first Name.

Speaker 13 (25:43):
Bart the next day the next steps to do.

Speaker 4 (25:52):
So can you you got the notion from the back
and then to do that's The bart, man.

Speaker 2 (26:04):
EM i Mean bart had.

Speaker 4 (26:10):
Bars here's the thing like keeps saying to me as
if that's like some kind of, insult and it's it's
not an insult at. All AND i was, LIKE i
was a kid when that came. Out what was the
other one menace you were talking? About Like Bart simpson
had another.

Speaker 2 (26:23):
Like Deep deep, Trouble Deep deep. Trouble, yeah that was a.

Speaker 4 (26:26):
Banger let's see things that you wanted as a, kid
but you weren't allowed to have somebody on the text
saying they wanted one of those Red yankee hats so
it could be Like Fred. Durst but my dad always
said no because it was gang.

Speaker 6 (26:40):
Colors, yeah anything that was like blue or red was
like a big deal that you you couldn't have. IT
i remember like a lot of my friends growing, up
they would wear the Brand Ben davis and my and
my mom's, like oh, cool like work type. Clothes so
we went to go to the store the grat to
get some and we picked him out and we're about
to go to the register and this old lady goes

(27:02):
to my. Mom she, goes gang members wear those, clothes
and so.

Speaker 4 (27:06):
She didn't buy them for. Me, WELL i mean that's
the story number. Time even like my mom was so
crazy about. That with with denim, jackets jean, jackets now
that's just. Weird and that a regular like grease game.

Speaker 2 (27:20):
A musical fifties. Games it was, yeah it was like
did you have actable cone you're a?

Speaker 4 (27:26):
Greaser, yeah but, no it was just the regular blue
denim jean.

Speaker 2 (27:32):
Jacket, nothing you, know the jeans was allowed to have.
It remember the jean jackets with a fake fur. Inside oh.
Sure at my school that was the stoner. Jacket the
stoners had the one the fur inside of.

Speaker 4 (27:45):
It five oh four SAYING i wanted a starter jacket
that was. Huge, yeah and a big FOURTEEN k name
chain THAT i never got. One BUT i did get
a one of those big box thirteen inch color TVs For. Christmas, yeah,
YEAH i always SEE i always wanted A tv in my.

Speaker 2 (28:08):
ROOM i was never allowed to have A tv in my.

Speaker 1 (28:10):
Room.

Speaker 2 (28:11):
Never it's good it would have been read less.

Speaker 4 (28:13):
BOOKS i feel LIKE i was the only you guys
have A tv in your?

Speaker 2 (28:19):
Room yeah well really they still. Don't like probably by
like seventh, GRADE i got.

Speaker 4 (28:25):
One, REALLY i felt like at least it felt like
again all my friends had, that and you, know my mom's, like,
nope can't do. It i'm, like, WELL i can't play video.
Games you can play video games on the OLD tv
and the you, know like, okay and then uh now my,
kids like my son's got a monitor that he uses
for like gaming. Stuff but like a lot of kids

(28:46):
don't care about having a. Television what they watch it
on their tablets and their. Phone i'm finding that with
my own, kids they don't. Care they're watching most of
the stuff on. Tablets, oh speaking of, TABLETS i was
talking working with our old Friend, julianne and she's telling
me that her fourth grader has a tablet and they
have like a group chat and they all like talk

(29:09):
to each, other like the, kids did your kids do?
That so they have a group? Chat, yeah tablets yep
in that. Grade, No and it starts trouble at school
because there will be obviously conversations happening in. There why
that's why it's not brought. Up and then it gets
leaked at school and then the school gets involved and
they start pulling parents in about what your kids said

(29:30):
in the group.

Speaker 2 (29:30):
CHAT i thought it was.

Speaker 8 (29:32):
Oh, Yeah i've heard about this. Too BUT i think
for most kids, now if you think about, it they
don't really have. Phones they have their, tablet but there's
no landline to call your friend when you're at home
and really have any communication or interaction with them or
the three way calling that we used to. Do now
it's group chats because there's not even a home phone
for them to be.

Speaker 4 (29:50):
On, well there's group, chats but then they're also Using,
instagram the chat they're using over the, PlayStation like what the, yeah,
yeah that's a good.

Speaker 2 (29:59):
One they're.

Speaker 9 (29:59):
TALKING i never called my friends to. TALK i don't,
know because a girl all the. Time of, course you don't.
Chat you have to say, hey you want to meet,
it say, yeah you, home and then you go see
them and then you go nine to five to.

Speaker 4 (30:12):
One growing up by all one IS i always wanted
to call a duty games in The Grand Theft auto.
Games my mom was very strict AND i was not
to have those rated for chore games because she thought
IF i had war games THAT i would enlist right,
away or IF i had the g T a games
that would go rob a bank starts stealing.

Speaker 2 (30:28):
Cars that the argument for video games make. Kids, finally
IF i had a, KID i wouldn't let them PLAY
g T. A i would play three would three two.

Speaker 4 (30:36):
THREE i remember this thing, too The Fisher price three
and one tournament. Table that's the thing it. Had it
would be a pool, table a ping pong, table and
an air hockey. Table rule and, no really, good it doesn't.
Matter as a, kid it was like an AWESOME i
remember we had this little mini pool. Table it would
like you could literally just pick it up and put
it on the table and have.

Speaker 2 (30:57):
Little tiny pool.

Speaker 4 (30:58):
Cues, yeah it's.

Speaker 2 (31:00):
Suck you couldn't even really do anything with them at.
Home it was fun locking that's.

Speaker 4 (31:04):
Cool At Football machine three one, SEVEN i really wanted
The Castle Gray. Skull, oh BUT i was a, girl
so my parents got me The Shira palace Of power.

Speaker 2 (31:15):
Instead pace back to this fourth grader in a chat. Room,
ye do kids just nowadays innately know how to? TYPE
i was in high school WHEN i learned how to.
Type how hail are these?

Speaker 4 (31:28):
Kids they all? GREW i, mean go to a. Restaurant
you'll see a bunch of kids on, tablet.

Speaker 5 (31:33):
But they're not typing.

Speaker 4 (31:34):
Correctly let me ask you a, question For, greg do
you think they're on a keyboard typing because THEY'RE i
know they're just using their, phone but even even with
the thumb, stuff it would be hunt and peck for
an hour just to make one.

Speaker 2 (31:45):
Word, no they're they're mega, fast but they don't.

Speaker 4 (31:47):
Know how to do a.

Speaker 6 (31:48):
Keyboard but you here's a. Question since they know how
to do all that, stuff do you think they're better
spellers these?

Speaker 11 (31:55):
Days?

Speaker 5 (31:55):
No, no because they have autocorrect.

Speaker 2 (31:56):
Being corrected for.

Speaker 1 (31:57):
Them.

Speaker 4 (31:58):
Yeah until we moved our kids to a different, school
like the last school, there they weren't even doing spelling.
Tests in, fact, yeah because we would they would get
assignments and the young in the in the earlier grades
and we'd be looking over their homeworking on, well this is,
misspelled and we were told.

Speaker 2 (32:17):
To stop correcting.

Speaker 4 (32:17):
Them why on? Misspellings because you just want them to
get the thought and the idea out and then that
would come later at POINT i don't, know, dude don't ask,
me that's. Why and THEN i. COULDN'T i couldn't help with.
THAT i couldn't help with the math because it was
the common core. Stuff and like the WAY i, learned
the way we learned how to do it was all

(32:38):
it was just all. Different we had vocabulary, words we
had spelling, words and until.

Speaker 2 (32:44):
We moved the kids to this new, school they didn't
have any of that. Stuff this Is it reminds me
of my friend who has two, daughters and they raised
their daughters without using the. Word, no we don't say the.

Speaker 4 (32:55):
Word And shakespeare never had to spell things. Correctly, wait,

Speaker 4 (34:51):
Oh, yes where there's a person on either side holding
either end and. Middle, yeah you, Like SO i would
take THE t shirt it was all tied, up AND
i would put in the middle and then just keep walking,
back walking, back walking, back and then let this thing
go and it would shoot THIS t shirt like way
back on you, know like an. Amphitheater there's the seats up,
front and then there's the lawn back in the, back

(35:14):
like one of those shed. Venues oh, dude we hit the.

Speaker 2 (35:17):
Lawn it was.

Speaker 6 (35:18):
Great you'd be afraid of hitting me in the face.
Though that kind of, Stuff, well you could if you
were being, unscrupulous you could look to smoke some people
in the side of their.

Speaker 4 (35:27):
Head, yeah like the spirit girls or. Whatever at certain sporting,
events they're running around with the whistles in between innings or,
whatever and, yeah they'll have like a couple of those,
things like those BIG t shirts sling shots or. WHATEVER
i want the one that shoots hot. Dogs oh, yeah

Arrived on the, scene they saw the guy he was
dragging some brush into the burning, building you, know like.

Speaker 2 (36:39):
Adding some kindling or something or why.

Speaker 4 (36:41):
Not, yeah, anyway they got him under arrest and while
he was in, custody he complained that he was.

Speaker 2 (36:46):
Thirsty so the.

Speaker 4 (36:47):
Cops they gave him a bottle of, water which he
drank and then returned the favor by peeing in the
bottle and throwing.

Speaker 2 (36:55):
It back at the. Police oh.

Speaker 4 (36:56):
Nice now they're still not sure why he did, it
but he's been ards with, arson shooting within the, building gun,
possession battery on a police, officer and felony criminal.

Speaker 2 (37:05):
Mischief and so there you.

Speaker 4 (37:08):

into a vacant strip, club shot it, up set it on,

Speaker 9 (38:02):
Bouncer they were a partner of our radio station at the,
time AND i had AN rv and THE rv was
parked kind. Of there was a there was an empty
lot next to the radio station that the local cops
didn't like so, much so they, said, hey come on
down to The Pink Pony Strip.

Speaker 4 (38:19):
Club in our parking.

Speaker 9 (38:20):
Lot and, yeah there were gunshots in that parking lot,
Too not from The Pink Pony Strip, club but from
a nearby nightclub that for some reason was like only
open On sunday And monday. Nights, yeah well it. Was
it was a different sort of. Club that's the Thing
i'm not clear. About Was so is it pink this
one In? Tampa is it still The Pink Pony?

Speaker 2 (38:39):
Club or was.

Speaker 4 (38:39):
It, yeah they said vacant that we just. CLOSED i think,
yeah probably.

Speaker 9 (38:42):
Just a close located you know. Closed it was like
sometimes McDonald's closed. Too, yeah, Yeah i'm saying but like you,
know it's just wasn't open at the. Time, No, no
that's what they're. Saying vacant, close vacant closed.

Speaker 4 (38:54):
Down, yeah that's what they're. Saying that'd be KIND i, Mean,
GREG i mean we talked about that before it was. It,
yeah there was a there was a guy and it
worked at the station that you were working at this
BEFORE i worked with you at that, station but they
used to be at a different, location and then they
were moving over to a different. Studio and before they,

(39:15):
left like the, studios like the windows between the two
STUDIOS i. Recall, yeah so like this this friend of
ours was taking chairs and throwing it through the studio,
glass like just trashing the. Place that would be so
much fun if you were like allowed to do.

Speaker 2 (39:32):
That, OH i would pay to do. That you've done,
It Gregg. Room, yeah it's. AWESOME I mean my fantasy
has always been to go to a department store with
a baseball, bat, right just destroy the. Place that would
be so much.

Speaker 4 (39:43):
Fun well here here at the radio station where we work.
Now they did a renovation a number of years ago,
now but remember they they let us hit the wall
a few times with the.

Speaker 2 (39:53):
Sledgehammer we begged to have. Help they were reluctant to.
Help we, did but we talked him into. It, YEAH
i mean the two swings.

Speaker 4 (40:03):
Each, yeah that was cool, though make them good so
cool break. THINGS i still like to throw the things
off the. Balcony it's been way too. Long Ours A
gena calls it the Crying. PADDY i love the crying.

Speaker 5 (40:15):
PATIO i didn't know you could do other things boards
off of.

Speaker 4 (40:18):
That i'd like to be a part of, that because
there's a street down. Below but, no the time that
we're doing is before the show even. Starts nobody and
you can see you could see in the distance like
if somebody was, coming like this is like squirreling deer and.

Speaker 2 (40:35):
Stuff, yeah that's, it no big. Deal, yeah speaking of
businesses closing, down have you guys ever noticed when gas
stations shut, down they put a chain link fence around,
it and within one week it's like four foot tall.
Weeds PHYSIC.

Speaker 4 (40:50):
I don't, say maybe for that one spot in your
yard that you can't get to grow. Anything they maybe
just bury an Old uh it's like an old like.

Speaker 2 (40:57):
Gas tank under. There all of a, sudden these weeds
are and through just because they put a fence around.

Speaker 4 (41:02):
It guts to hear a cool. Story, yeah, okay so
we have the news coming. Up this is not one
of the bigger stories sweeping the, nation BUT i thought
it was an interesting. Story this is about this embalmer
at a funeral home In houston who got in. Trouble
she cut off a dead man's penis and stuffed it
in his.

Speaker 2 (41:22):
Mouth why he was a registered sex.

Speaker 4 (41:25):
Offender, ah and so she took the SCALPEL i guess
stabbed him twice and then cut his hog off and
then shoved it down his. Throat people talk about doing
that to sex offenders all the. Time and he's, dead
so it's not like he felt. It But i'm, sure
like you, know maybe she was a prior, victim not of,
him but just in, general and that this is part of.
Her you might be, wondering how do you end up

(41:46):
getting caught for? That, well she did all this in
front of an embalming. Student oh it. Was and then
he knocked her. Out so, yeah so she was charged
with abuse of a, corpse which of course that's the,
law and of course.

Speaker 2 (41:57):
Is gonna that's gonna.

Speaker 4 (41:58):
Happen but satisfying. Though we have the idea of it's pretty, great, like,
oh here's some sex. Offender but the reality they all
talk about you have your nuts cut? Off then how
did you really? Hurt like you?

Speaker 9 (42:09):
Said?

Speaker 4 (42:09):
Nobody, yeah.

Speaker 2 (42:10):
Nobody oh that's so creepy. Though it's kind of what.

Speaker 4 (42:12):
They do with the, turkeys, RIGHT i mean they take
the neck and the stuff and they gives and they.

Yeah SO SpaceX had to delay their flight to The
International Space station yesterday to swap out NASA's two stuck
astronauts because new crew is coming in and they want
to Bring Butch wilmer And Sunny williams. Home but there
was a launch pad. Problem they started having concerns about
four hours before The falcon rocket was supposed to take.
Off the four astronauts were already strapped in their little,

(44:56):
capsule less than an hour to go and to, liftoff
and it got. Canceled, yeah that uh ball.

Speaker 2 (45:01):
Postponed that. Happens that happens a.

Speaker 4 (45:03):
LOT i, remember like when The shuttle was launching and
you'd you'd watch these things about these, missions and they
would talk about the astronaut, training and you go through
all this training for this, event right for you, know
this this, mission and, man it's such a tease because
you're strapped, in you're ready to, go you're waiting from
the light. Up and then also, like oh, guys it's
not happening. Today, yeah and then he got a wait

(45:25):
for a window because they have like different windows where
they can actually it's whether it's where you, know like
the different rotation where wherever you're going to the space garbage.
Space yeah, Yeah and so it's, like, ah, man we
talk about a. Tease, yeah you're. Ready well it could
be as soon as.

Speaker 5 (45:40):
Tonight BUT i think we've we all learned as children
Watching The challenger that you just you went in. Doubt oh,
yeah postpone of. Course, well there's a new person of
interest in the disappearance Of university Of pittsburgh students Sue Diksha.
Konanki his name Is Joshua, reebe and the cops have
a lot of. Concerns he's technically not a, suspect a

(46:03):
full on. Suspect, Apparently rebe is A us citizen who
was on vacation In Punta, kana but not With konanki's.
Group they also say he may have been the last
person to see her before she. Disappeared, so as we
told you, Before conanki's clothes were found on the, beach
on a beach bed close to. Her cops think she.
Vanished they say that so far there's no evidence of.
Violence and a different dude went swimming with, her but

(46:25):
when he got back to the, Shore kononki was nowhere
to be. Found and he was the dude that kind
of like dragged himself up and passing. Out, yeah, exactly
he got out of.

Speaker 4 (46:32):
The, water he barfed and passed, out and then when
he woke, up she was. Gone yeah she's. Gone and
like you, said, YEAH.

Speaker 6 (46:39):
I found out the name of that drink that that's
local to there that people. Have it's Called Mama. Wana
except their version of like the audio smother f it
gets you messed. Up so it's rum and red, wine
which has like different type of spices and tree bark in.

Speaker 2 (46:57):
It it's nothing like an audio, said, well, no it
messes you, up Because i've had it a couple of
times WHILE i was, there And i'm.

Speaker 4 (47:05):
Just talking about like just how like how boozy it. Is,
yeah it is is.

Speaker 5 (47:10):
Bad is it like a long island where you don't
really realize how much booze you're actually drinking because of
all the, Others.

Speaker 4 (47:15):
Yeah because of the of.

Speaker 10 (47:17):
It.

Speaker 1 (47:17):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (47:20):
Yeah i've heard a lot of smack talk ABOUT Ua
Dominican republic in this, room just over the LAST i
don't know a couple of, MONTHS i, feel BUT i
know so many people that love going.

Speaker 2 (47:31):
There, yeah just because they've never been To. MEXICO i
mean because, honestly like is that the HONESTLY I i've
gone To Dominican, REPUBLIC i probably wouldn't go. BACK I
i BECAUSE i Enjoyed. Mexico are the. Beaches the beaches
are a little, rocky but then you'll find, Places you'll
find areas are really really. Nice.

Speaker 4 (47:51):
Yeah, YEAH i JUST i don't, know, buddy he loves
it the way THAT i love that spot In. Mexico
ago like he loves this place that he goes in
in Uh In.

Speaker 2 (47:58):
Dominican, YEAH i just like going To mexico a lot.
MORE i thought your exact words, were it's trash.

Speaker 9 (48:03):
There, oh it is the floating island of.

Speaker 2 (48:07):
GARBAGE i think you said, that like THE gop.

Speaker 4 (48:10):
Event, yeah dr.

Speaker 6 (48:13):
NOTHING i guess the people the d are just you,
KNOW i just want to go back because at menace.

Speaker 2 (48:19):
Right that we should move. On it's saying how they
say there's no evidence of violence against this missing, student
would how would they know if there was unless there.

Speaker 4 (48:27):
Was blood or hair.

Speaker 5 (48:29):
Stranglation but if they found like some blood on the
sand or who.

Speaker 3 (48:35):
Knows.

Speaker 5 (48:35):
Well the woman who Accused JAY z of raping her
when she was thirteen was caught on an audio recording
admitting that it never.

Speaker 4 (48:42):
Happened, YEAH i heard the.

Speaker 2 (48:43):
Tape.

Speaker 5 (48:43):
Yeah oh, well apparently her lawyer pushed her to go
through with the, suit and the suit was quietly withdrawn
by her attorney last month after he follow the voluntary
notice of. Dismissal.

Speaker 4 (48:54):
Yeah so they're doing this interview with her and the
guys Us a de Mand a woman they're interviewing her
and getting her her her. Statement so JAY z was, there,
yes but was he involved in any of the things
that you're talking, about like the other stuff that she
had already DoD she'd, Know, Okay so that was, IT i,
mean and that's why the lawyer was out there going, like,

(49:15):
hey listen to this. Tape she's telling you like he
didn't do. Anything he might have, been he might have
been at the same, place but he didn't do anything to,
Her like he didn't sexually assault her or.

Speaker 5 (49:27):
Anything he doesn't exactly get you. Know, yeah it's it's not,
great but it's not it's he's he's.

Speaker 4 (49:33):
Absolved. Yeah and then she, claimed she claimed that the
lawyer is the one who pushed her to go after
JAY z and she goes but when, that, Well whitey
think that is she, GOES i don't, Know well maybe
because he's got a billion dollars.

Speaker 2 (49:48):
And that's all the lawyers.

Speaker 4 (49:49):
Saw doesn't care that you're, gonna you, know drag him
into something like. This this is the scary part that
people will just make completely fabricate.

Speaker 2 (49:58):
And make something. Up the latest one with Like Drew
ski and who else Is, oh That's shrewsky and the football. Player,
YEAH i know what you're talking.

Speaker 4 (50:07):
About, yah we just talked about, it damn it using
her body as a.

Speaker 2 (50:10):
Quote oh, Yeah odell and then somebody else and the
like in a weird part of The San Francisco bay
area that oddly all these famous people would be. At.

Speaker 4 (50:23):
YEAH i just, uh you, know it just it's it's
scary because it's so. Easy it seems like it's it
seems like just based on what you, hear it seems
like it's so easy to. Do, well we have to
do is just file something and then everybody's just supposed
to sit here and blindly believe you.

Speaker 2 (50:36):
EXADLY i don't know why they haven't changed the laws
because in certain, countries like if you falsely accuse, people
you can go back after.

Speaker 5 (50:43):
Them JAY z is filing a defamation lawsuit against her
and her. Attorney but what's the public going to? Remember
you know that the big headline that he was accused
of doing.

Speaker 4 (50:52):
This Or oh that's why that's why this audio was
so great to, have because The lord's, like.

Speaker 9 (50:58):
Hey listen to, that and you'd tell me right exactly
and it's super cleared Nowt, well a forty.

Speaker 5 (51:05):
One year old woman In indiana was found alive after
being trapped in her car for six. Days apparently she'd
fallen asleep behind the wheel and veered off the road
into a really deep.

Speaker 4 (51:14):
Ditch bye. Bye her car had crashed.

Speaker 5 (51:17):
Off the road out of you from passing, traffic so
no one could hear her calls for. Help her legs
were injured in the crash and she couldn't move, them
and her phone lost, Power so this is. Fascinating to,
survive she used her sweater to soak up water from
a nearby creek and then would like ring it out
and drink. It then On, tuesday a passer by operating
a drainage equipment thing in the area noticed her called the.

(51:40):
Cops she was flown to a hospital placed in THE
icu and had a lot of injuries to her legs
and her ribs and her. Wrist but she is expected
to be. Okay AND i would imagine like a hair
of you, know diarrhea or something from drinking sweater or.

about cyber trucks the other, day, saying, well he's he's
a big truck, guy and he, goes, man he, goes,
uh do you ever see anybody try to toe something
with one of these cyber? Trucks he, goes the bumper
comes right.

Speaker 9 (52:24):
Off now there's one viral video or some guy's stress.
Test it did some ridiculous. Thing they've done multiple videos
showing cyber trucks towing things like towing AN f one
fifty and vice versa up up pills and stuff like,
that and it performs.

Speaker 4 (52:35):
Quite can we have your car Tow greg's?

Speaker 2 (52:38):

course in the garage that loves you so.

Speaker 4 (52:46):
Much i'm they that they support. That we tried to
do a video in the gym at the radio. Station,
yeah they shut that. Down imagine we're trying to like
drag another car through the.

Speaker 2 (53:00):
Garage here's the. Secret guys do it on the. Weekend
no one's, here and they're.

Speaker 5 (53:03):

Speaker 4 (54:55):
Now, Okay so one of their founding members don Rob
benson is her.

Speaker 2 (55:00):
Name she's been living in her car for the last three.

Speaker 12 (55:03):
Years.

knows because they were that's a WELL.

Speaker 2 (55:09):
I looked it.

Speaker 6 (55:10):
Up she actually left the group in nineteen ninety. Seven
the group started in eighty. Nine we started to take
off a little in the early nineties and THEN i
think it was like on the second album she, left
and they actually re recorded a lot of her early second,
album so she probably only had money on the first.

(55:31):
Album and you know first album, deals you don't really get.

Speaker 1 (55:33):
A lot of.

Speaker 9 (55:34):
Money, okay CONCEPT i knew who was listening to En
vogue in after ninety?

Speaker 4 (55:38):
Seven, WELL i mean it's it's still been on the
all The soccer mom stations And Ultimate rotation, Anyway so
she was living with her mom In. Vegas things went
sideways there and she moved back to La her manager
at the time put her up at a hotel until
she could find a place to, live but then eight
months later she was still. There so she ended up
living in her car and that's where she's been in

(56:00):
for the last three.

Speaker 2 (56:01):
Years.

Speaker 4 (56:02):
Done she's living that car life sea, bass WHICH i

Speaker 2 (56:09):
Fifties, Right, yeah that's. Bad And i'll say this like she's.

Speaker 4 (56:12):
Not asking for anyone's. Pity she, says, quote it's not
what was. Me i'm learning about WHO i. Am i'm
learning about myself as a. Person and she says it's
been a time of, awakening, healing, forgiving and. Growing that's
a lot of generic nothing that means.

Speaker 2 (56:28):
Nothing says that she's discovered a new.

Speaker 4 (56:31):
Community, okay the car.

Speaker 2 (56:34):
Community, yeah the car.

Speaker 9 (56:35):
COMMUNITY i didn't, see like what vehicle that she was living. In,
yeah she shot the video with like a black thing around,
her like a drape or.

Speaker 6 (56:42):
Something, yeah BECAUSE i mean she was mentioning like THE
rv life or, like you, know a sprinter van, life
or is she just straight up living in A, YEAH

Yeah still hear them every once in a.

Speaker 4 (57:41):
While but if you know them them in LIKE, tlc
we're kind of right around the. Same get a party.

music FROM R. Kelly, NO i Mean.

Speaker 2 (58:56):
I'm making new.

Speaker 9 (58:57):
Music, well that's a good, question because he's in. Mail, correct, Correct, Well,
No apparently he's been making phone calls to a buddy
on the, Outside Rodney, east you know, him and he
chose appropriately enough to do a remix or a COVER i,
guess a reinterpretation of.

Speaker 2 (59:11):
A Chris brown, Song Oh shock called right right.

Speaker 9 (59:17):
Exactly and APPARENTLY R kelly Chose residuals because he is
mad that while in jail he is not making money
from his.

Speaker 2 (59:25):
Music oh, no all, Right so this is the.

Speaker 4 (59:28):
Song this Is residuals, Remix, yes remix from a federal

Speaker 2 (59:46):
Minutes let's.

Speaker 4 (59:46):
Go there's the loan of, fame.

Speaker 10 (59:52):
Listing down and reading meaninglegally wait.

Speaker 2 (01:00:06):
Music this, wait that's that's being sung over a. Phone
so he's sung it over the.

Speaker 9 (01:00:11):
Phone but obviously the mixed Sing men production was done
not in, prison because, yeah you couldn't do the the reverb.

Speaker 4 (01:00:16):
And, yeah they took just raw audio of him singing
over a. Phone so the man's got. Talent, Folks, jammy
you're ready to be. MAD i kind of like.

Speaker 2 (01:00:26):
This crank it, up creak it. UP i agree With.
Sammy it's not. BAD i never said wow.

Speaker 1 (01:00:33):
Talking about.

Speaker 2 (01:00:42):
To Be sammy's wedding. SONG i want to go that,
far BUT i. DO i do hate.

Speaker 5 (01:00:47):
THAT i, like, Yeah i'm not obsessed with it like v,
is but it's. Good like you can agree with.

Speaker 2 (01:00:52):
This Steve bass so he's he, says since he's been in,
jail he has written over eight albums, right which you
know it's never right.

Speaker 6 (01:00:58):
Song what else if he if he's written these, songs
we HAVE Ai now we have his. Voice he could
he can make an. Easily that's what they.

Speaker 9 (01:01:09):
Say and in, fact the guy who posted this this
uh This Rodney east guy says this is NOT ai
at all it's fully him again singing over the prison,
phone because you know you, could you could use THE.

Speaker 4 (01:01:18):
Ai but then again people know and it's you know.

Speaker 2 (01:01:20):
That it IS. Ai but if he has all these
lyrics for eight, albums you could easily put those.

Speaker 5 (01:01:26):
Out AND i really like how they leaned into the
prison thing like this college we got two.

Speaker 2 (01:01:30):
Minutes they're not putting it on my. COMMISSARY i love.

Speaker 8 (01:01:33):
It but do you think anyone is really gonna listen to?

Speaker 1 (01:01:36):
It?

Speaker 14 (01:01:36):
Like are you?

Speaker 3 (01:01:37):
WILL? R?

Speaker 2 (01:01:38):
KELLY i?

Speaker 8 (01:01:39):
WOULD i would, Listen you would, everything you would support
him and know that money is going to him and
everything is not going down, though.

Speaker 2 (01:01:46):
Right why did You sammy Say, Chris i'm SORRY R
kelly Good? Man good? Music i'm not sure.

Speaker 9 (01:01:55):
MUSIC i don't know what his if he has settlements
with his alleged victims or confirmed, victims SO i don't
know if His rael royalties go to them for however.
Long but apparently that's the whole por premise of this,
song as he's, Saying i'm not getting the money that's
owed to, me so he's not getting it. Regardless yeahsal.

Speaker 2 (01:02:14):
Who's getting all my?

Speaker 9 (01:02:14):
Residuals This week In audio now here's the song THAT
i couldn't wait for it to come. Out this is
new music From Jessica. Simpson now she has done the
thing that everyone does if you're not a young hot,
person you sing country music because they don't care how
old and fat and gross you.

Speaker 2 (01:02:31):
Are, ye but.

Speaker 4 (01:02:35):
She's hot. Again but she's.

Speaker 9 (01:02:36):
Old but she is old and she's not that hot
because in this new music video for her new, song
which is Called, leave she has overdone the lip, fillers
like so many women have these lip fillers. Today we'll
look back on this in you, know, years and it'll
be like the feathered hair of the, seventies, like, oh
that must have been the twenty.

Speaker 4 (01:02:54):
Twenties she's.

Speaker 5 (01:02:54):
Gross people go filler blind and they don't realize how
much they're putting in.

Speaker 2 (01:03:00):
All, yeah exactly that surprise look like. That now this is.

It wait what was?

Speaker 3 (01:07:34):
What?

Speaker 4 (01:07:34):
GUYS i was just gonna, say, like Because greg AND
i talk about how each one of us at different
points in our life had to get one of those
ST d. Tests they put THE q tip down your. Peek,
yeah and, man that hurts like a.

Speaker 2 (01:07:49):
Stub, toe, right but videoing, That, hey, guys check it.
Out i'm getting My.

Speaker 5 (01:08:00):
My first thought for the first video was that something
had like clamped down on somebody's, finger like a like
a snake or. Something in the second, ONE i heard
like some like vibrating, sounds AND i bet it's one
of those like you put the electrodes on the guy
and they feel like childbirth or period. Pains, yeah So
i'm With gina on.

Speaker 8 (01:08:20):
That the first one to me sounded like a clamp
and then the second ONE i thought maybe a. TASER
i heard kind of like a weird shocky thing at the,
beginning and then the vibrating at the.

Speaker 2 (01:08:28):
End, yeah let's listen one more.

Speaker 4 (01:08:29):
Time the good clips for a show promo, here and
then here's the second BECAUSE i heard something either like,
crack like like knuckles cracking Or, okay guysse listen at

(01:08:54):
the very beginning of.

Speaker 2 (01:08:54):
That, again you hear like knuckles cracking or. Something you hear.

Speaker 4 (01:08:58):
That, Okay i'm gonna say you guys are super. Close
is it the drop on your foot?

Speaker 2 (01:09:02):
Challenge? Oh That australian? Thing, yeah, yeah it's very. Close
something is. Cracking that's someone's. Neck that's a. Chiropractor.

Speaker 4 (01:09:08):
Oh so this is a guy who apparently he popped.

Speaker 9 (01:09:11):
Up on my uh not on my, TikTok but on my.
Feed he goes by Doctor. Remix on the TikTok he
has seven point seven million. Followers and what they do
in this move is they put your you're lying back
down on a. Table they clamp some like some holders
onto your. Hips then they wrap a towel under the
underside of your neck and they just yank your head straight.

Speaker 1 (01:09:30):
Back.

Speaker 9 (01:09:31):
Absolutely they call it even titled it A Gentle chiropractic
Sp neck something or.

Speaker 14 (01:09:37):
Other.

Speaker 4 (01:09:38):
Yeah, Right, so for those of you who have been
to a, CHIROPRACTOR i, have does, it does it feel
good or does it? Hurt it feels good after it
doesn't AND i never had. Pain it just feels like it's. Surprising,
well because you know when when things crack like something,
yeah or you're getting, massage it feels, good.

Speaker 2 (01:10:01):
Like the after.

Speaker 4 (01:10:02):
THAT i wouldn't want to go through the adjustment. Part
if it's like super, paid like this guy sounds like
he's in major, PAIN i wouldn't want to go through.
That but, like, oh but you know, what man like, afterwards.

Speaker 2 (01:10:12):
You're gonna feel. Great i'm assuming these are one of
those guys because you see these videos online all the
time where they come into the office and they're like
hunched over and then they're trying to realign. Them this
guy also loves.

Speaker 9 (01:10:24):
Cupping so, again, Chiropractors i'm calling this right. Now we
ARE i don't, know hopefully it's, soon but people will
learn that chiropractors are complete scam artists and it will
look back on this time.

Speaker 2 (01:10:35):
Unfondly BUT i, know what do you mean this? Time this?

Speaker 9 (01:10:39):
Time, well they if you read the Book trick Or,
treatment they, basically through lobbying and other, stuff they've kind
of weaseled their way to number one to call themselves
doctors number two to be get like on insurance and
things like. That now to tell, you to show you
how much this doctor remix is a legit. DUDE i
went back on his YouTube page AND i found out
that he wrote a rap oh Sweet. Cairo here it, is, yes, okay, yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:11:02):
That'tual for carbro Practor i'm the doctor you will call

for your upper back because your pussure bag from using
your phone all right through the. Weekend arms.

Speaker 13 (01:11:24):

Name he's about twelve years old. TOO i won't get
that moment in time.

Speaker 4 (01:11:34):
Back. Yeah, Thanks, yeah and the people who swear by
the car BUT i guess whatever works for. You people
swear by the, cupping people swear by the cup is
fully in the de. Bottom there is nothing behind. Cupping,
yeah and then looks what it was at, Puncture nothing behind.

Speaker 2 (01:11:50):
THAT i tried both didn't do. Anything you did the,
acupuncture acupuncture and cupping for back. Pay i'm scared went
away and, thought, no thanks for.

Speaker 4 (01:11:58):
Nothing my mama was asked about acupuncture AND i felt
Like sea bass just deflating her hopes and dreams of
what it could do for.

Speaker 7 (01:12:05):
Her.

Speaker 2 (01:12:06):
NOTHING i think all that stuff's. GARBAGE i.

Speaker 4 (01:12:09):
DON'T i don't think there's anything, REALLY i mean because
the PEOPLE i, mean, NO i just don't.

Speaker 5 (01:12:13):
Think but you think that people who go get acupuncture
and feel better, afterwards it's all in their mind Because
i've never done.

Speaker 2 (01:12:21):
It, Okay see asked about the foot chart that you
see at the, mall like those hip bone.

Speaker 9 (01:12:30):
It's it's acupuncture related. Pressure maybe it's it's it's absolute.

Speaker 2 (01:12:37):
Garbage.

Speaker 4 (01:12:37):
Again the book Is Tricker.

Speaker 9 (01:12:38):
TREATMENT i, know it's like three hundred pages and no
one's going to read, it but it literally breaks, down
goes into the history of all these garbage medical quote
unquote treatments and debunks.

Speaker 2 (01:12:47):
Nearly all of.

Speaker 1 (01:12:48):
Them the.

Speaker 5 (01:14:25):
That do you start at the top near the head
or the bottom near.

Speaker 4 (01:14:28):
The he's like he's like holding its. Head he's up
on this like two story tall thing because you, know
the draft standing up and he's just holding it in
his whole body obviously turns to get the the drafts
head to, move and you hear it and then the
draft is just like leaning into him almost like oh, like.

Speaker 2 (01:14:49):

like a few years, ago like all these influencers would
live in a house and it would be called like
a hype, house, right but now they're doing bop. Houses
so like all these girls that are only fan, models
they'll live in a mansion together and create content and
that's called the and that's what the bop is blown out?

Words can we how did this conversation with your son?

Speaker 14 (01:16:51):

Speaker 4 (01:16:52):
Well, because like we were going through his phone after

with each other On whidding this.

Speaker 9 (01:17:34):
Week, well in a fully unrelated segment, here apparently The
Sacramento kings have been listening to you wouldie because they
have one of those little like between period games where
people come out of the court instead of shooting like
a half court. Shot they've got a fake gas pump
and you have to try to pump gas exactly to
get exactly even do that anyway, AGAIN i will spill

(01:17:59):
gas Before i'll let it go. Anywhere so it has
to either be to the whole dollar or to the closest.

Speaker 2 (01:18:05):
Quarter.

Speaker 4 (01:18:05):
Same, yeah well we have a. Competition, yeah it's either
got to be to the whole dollar or like if
it goes to if it goes to like sixty eight
dollars and you, know fourteen, CENTS i had to go
to sixty eight twenty.

Speaker 9 (01:18:17):
Five so the grass gets a little. Watering, yeah, yeah
but this is amazing that they're doing a halftime. Show,

trying to get twenty five dollars.

Speaker 4 (01:18:46):
Cool in the WEIRD i saw this other that they'll televise.
Anything but there was this other. Contest it was in
a different country where they had to cut things in
half and try to get them to be as close to.

Speaker 2 (01:18:58):
It, perfectly even in. Weight it was the. Pretzel the, pretzel.

Speaker 4 (01:19:03):
Like a big soft, pretzel and so like this, guy
he's like he really like was looking and he got it. Exactly,
yeah they weigh it and, everything and these guys were
pumped as if they won the Super. Bowl the pretzel to. Half,

he just being like, Used, yeah that was the, thing
like not.

Speaker 9 (01:19:59):
On his, creations but About apparently they are alleging in
this documentary that he got milk in this guy and
he got The Bruce willis, treatment where he had some
handler who would just take him to different conferences and
different autograph, sessions and they're alleging that they were kind
of he was not allowed to do stuff because he
was well into his nineties when he, DIED.

Trailer my name Is john Buller jack and for the
last four years Of stanley's, LIFE i was his, assistant his,
confidante but most importantly his. Friend stan spent his final
years and enduring this, treatment manipulation and betrayal at the
hands of a few very bad. Actors at the, TIME
i didn't have the power to stop, it BUT i

(01:20:41):

Right, Yeah AND i saw the clips AND i went
through the whole, trailer and you see a couple that,
like do we have to do?

Speaker 2 (01:20:59):
THIS i was, like, yeah we. Do and that seems
to be the extent of the abuse quote, unquote which isn't.
Great if he doesn't want to do, something he doesn't
have to do. Something BUT i guess the question is
where did all the money?

Speaker 9 (01:21:08):
Go because it wasn't because if you think if they
had clips of him being screamed at or, hurt they
would have put that in the.

Speaker 4 (01:21:13):
Trailer sure you don't see any of. That you just
see to be, like, hey can we? Leave AND i was, like,
no not. Yet, YEAH i in the one CLUB i,
watched AND i kind of a bow for the. Guy
like you, said he's in his, nineties like he does
not want to be, there but just kind of feels,
like you, know forced maybe to be, there but so sort.

Speaker 2 (01:21:26):
Of kind of but he wasn't like crying about it Like. Greg,

the gas nozzle still in the car and was dragging

(01:42:44):
it down the street and she's like and then she
pulls it out of the gas throws it into her,
car gets to the. Car it's, Like, yo we're not
trying to like chase you down.

Speaker 8 (01:42:53):
HERE i saw that, video but why does that give
Me i'm not screaming at men on this?

Speaker 2 (01:43:00):
Tree, WELL i mean She's i'm just choosing not to.

Speaker 8 (01:43:03):
Have an only fan WHERE i know, gravity you go from.

Speaker 2 (01:43:06):
Zero to creep and, yes and that's that's that's the.

Speaker 8 (01:43:10):
Point, Yes, well, yeah walk a mile in my shoes
for and then and see what what life feels.

Speaker 4 (01:43:19):
Like it's a.

Speaker 2 (01:43:19):
FEMINIST i support. THIS i would like to walk. About,
WELL i don't.

Speaker 6 (01:43:25):
Know you know Who Brandon glanville, is, Right i've heard. That,
yeah she's On Real Housewives Beverly hills or was On.
Bravo we've talked about her a couple of times on
THIS tv, show but on this radio. Show BUT i
don't know if you've been following the. Story but what's
been going on with her? Face i'll google it? Picture, yeah,
so oh, yeah it's. Weird let's just say maybe some

(01:43:50):
injections went bad or something like, that but but look it.

Speaker 2 (01:43:53):
Up oh. God so this has been in the, NEWS
i would say for the past couple of, months but
she has even a crazy easier update that this facial
lumps that are happening on her face are leaking some
kind of foul acid into her mouth and away her. Teeth,
no this is very, fillers, right just, fillers.

Speaker 4 (01:44:14):
Guys it's.

Speaker 2 (01:44:14):
Preventative, yeah. Insane, YEAH i don't, Know hey worth it it?

Speaker 4 (01:44:21):
Is, Yeah, GREG i saw SOMETHING i thought of you
as did you see the thing About Scarlett. Johansson, yeah
ACTUALLY i was just about to talk. About, Okay so
she gets pressure from studios all the, time just like
we get pressure from the from the radio.

Speaker 2 (01:44:32):
Company.

Speaker 4 (01:44:33):
HERE i heard radio about, like, oh social media and
do this and that and the whole. Thing they want
her to get social media to promote her, movies, right
which she's to this point. Refused another thing because she
was talking about that in this. Interview is other thing
she won't. Do she won't take pictures with. Fans this
was a bit like the social media.

Speaker 3 (01:44:50):
THING i.

Speaker 4 (01:44:50):
Support but, this this is the reasoning behind this is
a bit, Seaworthy she, says quote it really offends a
lot of. People it doesn't Mean i'm not, appreciative BUT
i always say the peop, Well i'm not, working and
that MEANS i don't want to be identified as being
in this time in place with. You i'm doing my own,
thing WHAT i.

Speaker 2 (01:45:08):
Mean, Yeah so she says that she's willing to take
potos with people at, events but when she's out in
the world at a restaurant with their friends and, family
that she'd rather just live her. LIFE i think it's
pretty doucious when she, Says i'm not, Working so can
we come to the movie set and get a.

Speaker 9 (01:45:24):
Like she just, Said, hey, Man i'm with my family right,
now WHICH i. GET i get, that But i'm not,
working like you're not paying. Me that sounds like any
time any place where she's not on a movie set
that she's unavailable for what you're actually. Working said, Yeah
and As greg, says it must be really tough being
famous where people like you.

Speaker 2 (01:45:41):
And want to take a picture and want to take a,
picture and what comes out of your cameras bullets get.
