The most myself. And again I'm not saying anything that
Peter Jackson, director of Lord of the Rings, has not said.
We're just both very smart and realistic.
Speaker 6 (01:49):
Okay, today is for you, Bort. It's Guinea Pig Appreciation Day.
Bort is a guinea pig guy. He's got pet guinea pigs, cares.
Speaker 5 (01:58):
Very much about.
Speaker 8 (01:59):
He's an enthusiast.
Speaker 6 (02:00):
Shout out to Chef Swoop, our friend, Chef Swoop. Today
is a National Personal Chef Day. And speaking of food,
it's MENACE's favorite fresh Spinach Day, Diarrhea Day, National Corn
Fritters Day, and National cherry Day.
Speaker 5 (02:15):
Spinach spinach ein man, Yeah good.
Speaker 7 (02:18):
If it is grilled.
Speaker 6 (02:19):
Yeah, I like a good spinach.
Speaker 5 (02:20):
If it's grilled. If it's cream on the.
Speaker 6 (02:23):
Grill, I like a good uh spinach salad to get
that hot baking dressing on it.
Speaker 5 (02:29):
Guys, you're all avoiding the the elephant in the butt?
Is that right now and every time for the past forever.
That's how you get food. Poisoning is fresh green, That's true,
always does. That's why men Is be throwing them up
on the grill, cooking all the germs.
Speaker 6 (02:47):
You know, you know it's good when you put romaine
lettuce on the grille.
Speaker 8 (02:52):
Yeah, it's really good.
Speaker 6 (02:53):
I do like that, and they drizzle it with the
uh I mean different things like balslonic.
Speaker 7 (02:57):
Yeah, mustard. I want to give French fries in my salad.
Does that burn it off?
Speaker 8 (03:02):
Yep?
Speaker 5 (03:03):
Sure?
Speaker 6 (03:03):
Yet absolutely Today in history, it was today, greg in
nineteen sixty nine and that the Apollo eleven blasted off
from Cape Kennedy on the first manned mission to the
surface of the Moon. Allegedly, it was today in nineteen
(03:23):
thirty five minutes that the first coin operated parking meters
were set up.
Speaker 7 (03:29):
Boo, what the hell?
Speaker 6 (03:31):
And this was in Oklahoma, Oklahoma, of all the places
in Oklahoma.
Speaker 5 (03:36):
If we didn't if we didn't have paid parking meters,
then people would just park there all day long and
you couldn't find a spot.
Speaker 9 (03:42):
So's so we had to stop taking the side of
the man.
Speaker 5 (03:45):
We had this conversation recently with about paid toilets. US
used to have pay toilets and they were clean and orderly. Yeah, thanks, dude,
you know what.
Speaker 7 (03:53):
I experience it and actually it's pretty cool.
Speaker 5 (03:56):
Thank you. You know, you go ahead.
Speaker 7 (03:58):
How it worked was I went to the Donald's and
in the basement they had the bathrooms. And they had like.
Speaker 5 (04:03):
A basement of McDonald's.
Speaker 7 (04:06):
Yeah, it's like a three story it was like a
townhouse basically. The first floor is like you know, where
you order, the top floors where you go eat, and
then on the bottom they had the bathrooms. And it
was like you were going into a subway system almost,
and you had to put fifty cents in there, and
you could use your your tap to pay or whatever,
(04:26):
and it gives you a little voucher. So you go
and use the bathroom and then you can get your
fifty cents back when you buy something.
Speaker 5 (04:34):
That's cool. You're good for fifty cents, right, Yeah, and
we're I'm talking about it. It's just that it's not
even if you have a paste up, we can get
you a call. Yeah, but those bathrooms were super clean.
It's not an oppressive amount. It's just enough to keep
the riff raff and the heroin addicts out.
Speaker 6 (04:50):
Well, there's a lot of cities, I know, Chicago, like
the City of Chicago doesn't even own the parking meters.
They were taken over by I think a private a
private company.
Speaker 5 (04:59):
They made a tear deal which by the way a
private company should should be a good person to put
in charge of this. But if you have the idiots
at top aka Chicago government bureaucrats, they're going to make
bad deals because they're incompetent.
Speaker 6 (05:11):
Yeah, but I forget how much the city of Chicago
got for that. But then the people who bought the
rights to them, oh my god, they are cashing it.
Speaker 5 (05:20):
It's just like Elon and and SpaceX is like the
second a private company took it over, they were they
stopped losing money, and immediately that.
Speaker 8 (05:27):
Same thing with the roadwork.
Speaker 6 (05:29):
Yeah, so like uh yeah, the NASA thing. I remember
watching the uh An interview. We're talking about like all
the price of you know, how much to launch a
rocket and then they're like, no, they got a bid
from SpaceX and it was like so much lower than
what you know, NASA was saying it was. And they're like, no,
you have to charge us more. Like they were telling
SpaceX like no, we we like, we're not going to
(05:50):
pay you that. We need to pay you more than
that because.
Speaker 9 (05:52):
Because we have to prove that it's worth that.
Speaker 5 (05:54):
Yeah. I'm reading the history of it right now, and
that's what Elon did by the way Elon. He knows
exactly what he's doing with all this stuff, and he
knows how to design rockets.
Speaker 6 (06:02):
Uh.
Speaker 5 (06:03):
So he's going through and he's like, why are we
using these parts? They cost an insane amount of money. Yeah,
well that's what the requirements said. That is one percent
of our national budget. And he's like, no, well the
requirements are stupid. We don't need that. And what do
you know that because it's not bureaucrats running things. The
price went through the through the basement where the bathroom is.
Speaker 6 (06:21):
Speaking of speaking of space, James Franco, what are your
thought because I have I have a couple of different
things on this. This is either like a stunt or
he uh, he's in.
Speaker 5 (06:36):
Our world him, it's a trillion percent of stunt. He's
known this sort of thing. This is his like artsy
but badly executed version of like placause That's exactly how
it reads. A couple of things.
Speaker 7 (06:49):
Yes, if you don't know, he's been posting these social
media videos of him having footage of aliens and he
actually does have a movie coming out right now, but
it has nothing to do with aliens. Is not on
the same topic or anything like that, and people are
interviewing the director of this movie that he's that he's
coming out with, and the director is even getting annoyed, like, yo,
(07:10):
I this has nothing to do with the movie Traving.
Speaker 5 (07:12):
Now, yeah, yeah, here the clip right here we go,
this is what he pokes.
Speaker 10 (07:17):
Hey the days here seven thirteen, that's July thirteen today.
I promised you I was going to reveal something because
I found something.
Speaker 8 (07:29):
It was thrust upon me. I didn't ask for.
Speaker 5 (07:32):
This, okay, dude.
Speaker 7 (07:34):
So with that said, and the videos are really bad,
but I was watching one in the middle of the
night and it was this alien head that pokes up
through a window and then like hides. That image has
been haunting me really yeah, I'm just like it looks
it just like looks super scary for a second and
(07:56):
then and.
Speaker 5 (07:57):
Then just does it look real?
Speaker 7 (07:59):
Oh no, no, no, no no, it looks so faked.
Speaker 5 (08:02):
It's like it's like what they would show you like
in the nineteen fifties whatever.
Speaker 7 (08:05):
Yea, yeah, yeah, but just head popping out through the
window and then disappearing.
Speaker 5 (08:11):
I don't know, like where is that he has multiple
he has multiple videos.
Speaker 6 (08:16):
You have to leave the bathroom light on, so you
wouldn't get stared out in the middle of the night.
Speaker 5 (08:19):
I don't know, but that video has been bothering me.
We can apples and orange. This real easy because we
have a modern day concurred example, and that is Shia Labuff.
If you want to see what somebody going through an actual,
real mental breakdown is Shia la buff has shown it
to us for the past year and a half.
Speaker 7 (08:34):
This change that was like for real one. This one
he's he's obviously joking.
Speaker 5 (08:38):
Right doing something. Yeah, he's he's but he's been doing
it in such a way that it's like for people,
but he was canceled.
Speaker 11 (08:44):
He wants people saying that he's crazy versus a sexual
pre which is what everyone would have been saying.
Speaker 5 (08:50):
He's coming out with. Is that his defense? Then I
saw aliens, therefore I touched the girls. No, it's a diversion.
Speaker 11 (08:58):
He's trying to get them to talk about something else,
and it has to be something crazy, not like, oh, man,
he's such a good guy or he's doing these great things.
He's trying to do something crazy to reflect.
Speaker 9 (09:06):
Manas were you super high when you saw this?
Speaker 5 (09:08):
I think maybe I don't get it. It's not very popping.
Speaker 6 (09:12):
Yeah, I mean there's been different people. But like, talking
about Shila Buff for a second, is it possible that
he is just some like crazy genius that we don't understand.
Maybe Brad Pitt was going on like years ago about
like like he's the best actor I think I've ever
worked with somebody, just more recently over the last the
last couple of days just came out. It was like,
Shilah Buff is like the most amazing talent.
Speaker 5 (09:37):
A lot of people have said, is.
Speaker 6 (09:39):
It just that he is, like like we're misunderstanding he's crazy.
Speaker 5 (09:42):
He's really a gem.
Speaker 7 (09:43):
Also like like stole all his clothes and trusting like
he was inspiration for Kanye.
Speaker 6 (09:50):
Can you imagine those two hanging out?
Speaker 5 (09:51):
Oh my god, I think that Kanye is a good
example or a good comparison as well, Like he might
be very talented at one very specific thing, but but
eventually you're going to be so crazy no one's gonna
want to work with you.
Speaker 11 (10:02):
Right, Well, crazy and genius are two sides of the
same coin.
Speaker 5 (10:06):
I said to the guy screaming at the sky outside.
Speaker 8 (10:09):
And then Brad pitted at that movie with charloa buffer
where he just grabbed Plyers and pulled one of his
own teeth.
Speaker 6 (10:13):
Oh yeah, like it's cool, that kind of crazy. Yeah,
all right, but hey, you know I'm misunderstood.
Speaker 9 (10:18):
Yeah he's that actor.
Speaker 5 (10:19):
Yeah, all right, jump to the Birthdays Born of Birthday show.
Speaker 8 (10:26):
It's shima. We won't sit like it's shiver and you
know we don't do we'll.
Speaker 6 (10:33):
Happy birthday to another whacko, Corey Feldman, who.
Speaker 5 (10:38):
Was fifty five years old today. You shoul get him
on the show.
Speaker 9 (10:41):
Got him?
Speaker 7 (10:42):
Yeah, I don't think so.
Speaker 6 (10:43):
Oh no, he's perfectly saying. I'm not saying he couldn't
be fun.
Speaker 7 (10:46):
But you know, oh yeas stories, oh stories.
Speaker 5 (10:50):
I know he does.
Speaker 6 (10:51):
Corey Feldman is fifty five to day. Will Ferrell is
fifty nine.
Speaker 5 (10:55):
And uh we were just hearing the.
Speaker 6 (10:57):
Story about how he worked at Disneyland for one day, right, yeah,
one day.
Speaker 5 (11:02):
And what was it.
Speaker 8 (11:04):
He thought he would have like a really cool appointment,
such as being the Disney Jungle Cruise director, like yeah again,
on day one, he got assigned to some ticket kiosk. Yeah,
he thought it was boring, so he quit and then
didn't have the heart to tell them that he quit.
So we had his friend call and say he quit, Oh,
why did he quit? He's trying out for the Dallas Cowboys.
Speaker 5 (11:24):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (11:25):
So in this interview, like Will Ferrell's talking about this,
and he said, I just thought, you know, it's funny
that like somewhere there's a record of my looking there
and it says he quit because he wants to go
try out for the Dallas Cowboys. Right, that's pretty far
there anyway. So Will Ferrell's birthday, he's fifty nine. Former
Cowboys coach and Dolphins coach Jimmy Johnson is eighty three.
Phoebe Cakes from Fast Time to Bridgemont High Gremlins is
(11:48):
sixty three, Luke Hemmings from Five Seconds of Summer is thirty,
Alan McCord is thirty nine, and Stuart Copeland from the
Police is seventy four. Your porno birthday today, Kira Noir.

this a chick or is this a gay dude?
Speaker 5 (14:40):
Here we go.
Speaker 12 (14:41):
The one thing that I've been fierce about with chasing
my dreams. Your mental health is not separate from your success.
It is the foundation of everything that you do. And
the strongest people aren't the ones who never struggled. They're
the ones who have the courage to let someone walk
through their struggle with them.
Speaker 5 (14:56):
Chick or.
Speaker 9 (15:00):
The sentiment is chick. The person is gated.
Speaker 8 (15:04):
Oh really, the sentiment is mega gate us fierce in
any context unless you're talking about.
Speaker 9 (15:15):
Inviting someone to walk through your struggle with you.
Speaker 12 (15:18):
That I'd be fierce about with Chasing my dreams. Your
mental health is not separate from your success. It is
the foundation of everything that you do. And the strongest
people aren't the ones who never struggle. They're the ones
who have the courage to let someone walk through their
struggle with them.
Speaker 5 (15:32):
All right, chick or gay dude? You say dude, gay dude,
gay dude.
Speaker 7 (15:36):
That's a total chick.
Speaker 5 (15:37):
Man, chick? Is that your guess? Yes, you're saying I'll
say check.
Speaker 7 (15:43):
Yeah, let's say chick.
Speaker 5 (15:44):
Just for that is a woman that's from the s
that's from the SPS.
Speaker 6 (15:52):
Lauren Bett's former u c l A Center, and now
she plays in the w n B A for the
Washington Mystics.
Speaker 5 (15:59):
Look, that's a that's a chick.
Speaker 12 (16:02):
The one thing that I'd been fierce about with Chasing
my dreams. Your mental health is not separate from your success.
It is the foundation of everything that you do.
Speaker 5 (16:11):
Okay, wow, yeah, it's not crazy.
Speaker 6 (16:15):
I think she had the clip and I was like,
who the hell is that guy?
Speaker 9 (16:19):
Who's that dude?
Speaker 6 (16:20):
What was he talking about? He's like, no, that's a
chick that's from the Yes, p's Wow.
Speaker 7 (16:24):
I don't even think that's that crazy. What was the
NBA player that wm A player that got busted Bridney Griner. Yeah,
that's her voice.
Speaker 5 (16:32):
Yeah, she's it's crazy, sounds like a dude.
Speaker 9 (16:35):

Speaker 8 (16:38):
She's cute.
Speaker 6 (16:39):
I haven't seen her. I was just sitting at my desk.
Jeff was editing audio his desk. I go, I couldn't
figure out what was in What was.
Speaker 5 (16:46):
It in context? What was the context of that? I'm like,
what is he saying? Goes? That's not a he?
Speaker 8 (16:52):
I go, it's not sounds like a graduation speech.
Speaker 9 (16:55):
I thought we were all to ruin your game by
being like, obviously.
Speaker 8 (16:59):
You can ever, how is this a game?
Speaker 13 (17:01):
What?
Speaker 14 (17:03):

Speaker 5 (17:29):

for his Netflix special.
Speaker 8 (17:39):
If you want to be bored and you're lacking sleep,
turn that on.
Speaker 6 (17:42):
But I thought I thought he had a couple of
really good lines. Didn't watch the sps. I'm just watching
clips and getting caught up after Jeff's fine there with
is it a chick or a gay dude? Yeah? But
uh yeah, pretty good. I thought pretty had a really
good joke on Shane Gillis on Yes the.
Speaker 15 (18:00):
Awards, Thank you so much for being here. This is
the only award show when none of the nominees were
bullied in high school. I am Manticello, denymous, and I
am the first Latino to host the Ashby Awards in
over twenty five years. I also want to shout out
last year's host, Shane Gillis. He is watching from home
(18:22):
like a true American on his couch drinking a beer
while a Hispanic guy does his job.
Speaker 7 (18:30):
Wow.
Speaker 6 (18:32):
Yeah, but anyway, I think he had some he had
some good lines in there. We were something about like
was it like Jake.
Speaker 16 (18:38):
Paul or yeah, Jake Paul's I'm happy to be here
with a bunch of great athletes.
Speaker 5 (18:43):
And Jake Paul.
Speaker 6 (18:46):
He goes, Oh it's cool man, he goes, My uncle,
my dad are here. They're over fifty. That's how you
like him, right, Yeah, it's pretty funny.
Speaker 8 (18:53):
All right, that's good.
Speaker 16 (18:54):
Anyway, he did a good job, man, Like those award
shows can be very uncomfortable. All the skits, you know,
those are all up and down, but overall, like you
did your job.
Speaker 8 (19:02):
Yes the show.
Speaker 6 (19:06):
Alright, Yeah, what he got was he trending news headline.
Speaker 9 (19:10):
In World Cup News. England was up on Argentina one
to nothing yesterday with twenty minutes left in the semifinal match,
but Argentina came back and scored two goals to beat
England and earn its way into the World Cup Final
versus Spain on Sunday. No goals for Messi, but he
did have to assist. But here's the big question.
Speaker 6 (19:27):
Yeah, I'm trying to find my my clips.
Speaker 9 (19:30):
Okay, So as he's doing that, you guys are going
to have to prepare to figure out which one of
these announcers called the winning goal better. So We're going
to have play a little game Telemundo versus Argentina's home anounce.
Speaker 5 (19:45):
Okay, okay, here we go.
Speaker 6 (19:46):
Opp team are already missed it.
Speaker 17 (19:49):
Uh here, here we go.
Speaker 5 (20:16):
Same guy as we heard last time.
Speaker 18 (20:19):
Yeah, like we got it.
Speaker 4 (20:36):
I was starting to contino.
Speaker 5 (20:38):
Okay, so that's all right.
Speaker 6 (20:40):
That's the that's the first one. Yeah, and then here's
the second one. This is the local announcer for Argentina, right, yes, yeah, yeah,
here we go the same.
Speaker 8 (21:06):
No good, I'm.
Speaker 6 (21:19):
Check good, We'll go now, Jeff, I gotta ask he's
not swearing here, right.
Speaker 4 (21:26):
No, he's not.
Speaker 8 (21:28):
We never created, never create, never created?
Speaker 5 (21:30):
All right? I like, may.
Speaker 7 (21:35):
I have no idea Argentina because you can tell the
passion he almost he's almost crying.
Speaker 5 (21:39):
Yeah, he wasn't literally crying like I thought he was
gonna have an aneurysm to So it's crazy.
Speaker 6 (21:44):
Go ahead and text in over to two two nine
eighty seven. Who had the better call? Was it the
Telemundo dude or was it the local announcer for Argentina.
Speaker 7 (21:51):
Now with that said, all my friends, no matter what
team they're a fan of, I'm not a big fan
of Argentina winning well, a lot.
Speaker 16 (22:00):
Of people have been saying that has been fixed, like
they had the easiest path. A lot of people say, like,
you know, a lot of the calls in the games
have been favoring Argentina, so they're saying that they want
their big the biggest player in the world in the
more time.
Speaker 9 (22:13):
Yeah, that's what me and what he were saying too.
You're in our analysis. Well, we talked a little bit
about the death of actor Sam Neil, you know, best
known for all the Jurassic Park movies, and now we
know what happened. So it turns out he died from pneumonia.
His manager says Neil had beaten a rare form of
blood cancer after undergoing car tee therapy.
Speaker 6 (22:35):
Because we were wondering what happened because he had maybe
announced that. You said, he's made announcement about the.
Speaker 9 (22:39):
Cancer update and you're right, yeah, and that was in April.
Speaker 8 (22:42):
I was gone.
Speaker 9 (22:43):
What so even after his diagnosis he continued acting. He
filmed four projects over the past year. Those are still
going to be released. His family says they'll honor him
with a private memorial in New Zealand, where he's from.
Speaker 8 (22:55):
I only recently learned that there's a pneumonia vaccine.
Speaker 5 (22:59):
Is that weird?
Speaker 9 (22:59):
Yeah, enough people die from it that you'd think that
if we'd know more about.
Speaker 8 (23:03):
It, especially you hit a certain age just get it well, I.
Speaker 9 (23:06):
Mean after undergoing kid and that's the thing when you
are so immunocompromised, Like, yeah, if there's a vaccine, by
all means, here's.
Speaker 6 (23:15):
A vote on the text for f Argentina and their fans.
Speaker 7 (23:20):
Dude, that's what I was seeing online yesterday.
Speaker 9 (23:23):
Well, the SPS went down in New York and we
have some of the big award winners. Miles Garrett of
the Rams got NFL Player of the Year, Jalen Brunson
from the Knicks one NBA Player of the Year and
Male Athlete of the Year. Asia Wilson got w NBA
and Female Athlete of the Year. Lionel Messi Soccer Player
of the Year. Showho Tani of the Dodgers, of course
won MLB Player of the Year and Best Single Game Performance.
(23:47):
But lots of people thought the funniest moment was Mike
Tyson giving an award to show hey and not actually
knowing he's like a real person.
Speaker 5 (23:54):
And FB will go to check this out a time
check it out.
Speaker 7 (24:06):
Show.
Speaker 4 (24:06):
Hey could not be here tonight.
Speaker 3 (24:08):
He sends his gratitude and appreciation at ESPN and everyone
who voted for him.
Speaker 6 (24:12):
All right, so listen to this. This is where you
got to pay attention because you know, Mike check it
out show. Hey, O Tony, Okay, I can't be here.
Speaker 5 (24:19):
Blah blah blah.
Speaker 8 (24:20):
Listen to Mike.
Speaker 5 (24:22):
Oh show's a guy.
Speaker 6 (24:26):
Oh show, he's a guy baseball fan.
Speaker 5 (24:31):
Oh show, he's a guy.
Speaker 8 (24:32):
Everyone who voted for him.
Speaker 6 (24:36):
Guy, check it out?
Speaker 3 (24:37):
Okay.
Speaker 9 (24:38):
I put Mike Tyson these days in the same camp
as I do Cardi B like just delightfully unaware. It's
just funny to listen to them because you're like, Okay,
that's authentic.
Speaker 8 (24:47):
Sure you think of arranging this whole thing. They would
sit him down and say, hey, Mike, you're going to
be presenting for this. These are guys. They're real. Yeah,
they're up for an award.
Speaker 9 (24:57):
You didn't know that you had one of them?
Speaker 2 (24:58):
Will win?
Speaker 8 (25:00):
Do you understand how award shows work? I got it weird.
Speaker 9 (25:04):
Well, we have some pretty great flying news. United Airlines
is introducing an Economy Plus seating option that replaces the
middle seat with a fixed center console. So that'll give
passengers the window seat and the aisle seat and they'll
get more personal space. They won't change the layout of
the plane, and the console will have a cup holder,
a table, and you'll get extra leg rooms.
Speaker 6 (25:24):
Isn't United the same airline that's doing where you could
take the whole row and they make it that kind
of like they.
Speaker 5 (25:30):
Put something down there. They make it up into like
a little pseudo couch slash bed type.
Speaker 8 (25:34):
Thugs they laid barb wire down.
Speaker 5 (25:37):
Isn't that the same?
Speaker 9 (25:38):
I think it is? The first class.
Speaker 6 (25:40):
Yeah, that's kind of cool. See that's kind of cool. Like, yeah,
innovative is having that center seat open.
Speaker 2 (25:45):
Man.
Speaker 6 (25:46):
That's always clutch usually right, because you can at least
turn to the side a little bit. If you don't
have a ton of leg room in the front, you
can turn to the side a little bit, especially if
you're working, like on a laptop or trying to watch
something on a tablet. You can set it up on
that middle tray table the kind of give yourself a
little bit of room that way, and there will.
Speaker 9 (26:02):
Be some random your shoulder like a sleep.
Speaker 5 (26:04):
Yeah, that's good.
Speaker 8 (26:05):
You put tomato on.
Speaker 6 (26:07):
Yeah, you're not like you're not neighboring thighs with the
person next to you, and now you're getting sweat it
getting all sweaty where your legs are touching with a stranger.
Speaker 8 (26:17):
There's something about having your shoulders touch a strangers shoulders.
Speaker 9 (26:19):
It's just weird intimate.
Speaker 5 (26:21):
I think it's knees knees, yeah.
Speaker 8 (26:25):
Rather than the shoulders. Yeah.
Speaker 6 (26:27):
Yeah, the shoulder does of mine as much, but yeah,
like the knees seems a little personal.
Speaker 9 (26:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (26:32):
I also don't remember the last time I flew where
they didn't make the announcement. This is a completely full fly.
I haven't been on a flight that wasn't completely full
in years.
Speaker 3 (26:40):
Really.
Speaker 6 (26:41):
Well, if my question is when you have an overbooked
situation and they're offering up, we had that story about
their offering up however much money. Yeah, but somebody has
booked this middle seat deal.
Speaker 5 (26:53):
What's nice?
Speaker 6 (26:54):
What if the guy on the window seat booked that
middle seat thing. The person on the aisle just benefit.
It's just got it because yeah, now they don't have
anybody next to them either. They have to pay for it,
like only one person in that row has to pay
for it.
Speaker 7 (27:07):
For these long flights that I take. I use the
website seat maps dot com, and then it will show
you like different layouts of the plane, because even on
the the airline websites, it doesn't really give you like
a clear view of some of the seats. Yeah, it'll
be like two together, only like oh, I want to
get those two. But then ye, you look at it
on seat maps and it's like a crappy situation or
(27:30):
sometimes a really good one.
Speaker 6 (27:31):
For the worst is as a fat person, when you
get on the plane and the seat and the seat
next to you is divided by an armrest, but it's
full solid plastic all the way down, like it's completely
I don't like those. It just feels more confining, even
though it's not. It may not like yeah, I think
it's more a mental thing. You just feel like it's
(27:52):
a tighter thing.
Speaker 9 (27:53):
What I always do when I'm just flying with my
husband is if the whole row is open, I'll just
book the aisle in the window, because what are the
chances somebody's gonna be like, oh, I gotta get in
between them and that middle seat.
Speaker 5 (28:04):
So we usually just get lucky.
Speaker 9 (28:08):
Well, there's some crazy video footage floating around right now
of this labrador named Bo who accidentally started this big
house fire in Ireland.
Speaker 5 (28:17):
Baby, and the whole.
Speaker 9 (28:19):
Thing was caught on security camera, so this is actually
not very rare. This happens. The video shows Bow trying
a bunch of times to jump on the kitchen counter
before accidentally turning on the toaster, and that's what sparked
the fire. Neighbors were able to get Bow and another
dog out, but three other pets didn't make it. Fire
officials say it's really pretty common pets accidentally cause nearly
(28:42):
a thousand house fires every year by turning on appliances
or knocking things over.
Speaker 6 (28:47):
Yeah, because they start to explore when you're not around
and they're just home. Yeah, they're checking things out there,
getting up and putting their legs up on the counter
to you know, kind of see what's up there.
Speaker 5 (28:55):
They should get in trouble for, yeah, exactly, just good boy.
Look at first up in the evening, your toaster on
the counter, airfryer? What do you mean each use?
Speaker 8 (29:07):
No?
Speaker 5 (29:08):
What about mine?
Speaker 8 (29:09):
At it?
Speaker 6 (29:10):
The one the touch screen the high Does he.
Speaker 9 (29:13):
Get extra points for it because it's like a digital
screen and it's.
Speaker 8 (29:16):
On an app and everything. Well, I mean we don't
have to app I would have to see what it
looks like. It's too utilitarian that gets put away. Yeah,
after each use.
Speaker 9 (29:25):
Yeah, Greg, when Greg came to my house, somebody's gonna
have a heart attack because of the air frier that microwave.
Speaker 8 (29:29):
That's true.
Speaker 5 (29:30):
You did keep your air fryer out well usually every day. Yeah,
we have the air fryer out ether way.
Speaker 9 (29:35):
I'd never used its corner.
Speaker 6 (29:41):
It's in a corner. It's it is out of the way.
It's not like is it.
Speaker 9 (29:44):
Visible to the human eye. That's Greg's question.
Speaker 6 (29:47):
If you walk in the kitchen from the one side, No,
if you're walking back out of the kitchen toward where
you walked in from, you would see it tucked.
Speaker 5 (29:55):
Back in a corner.
Speaker 6 (29:58):
I'd have I'd have to show because the corner that
it's is deep, so kind of it's pushed back deep
in the corner, and it's all black.
Speaker 8 (30:04):
It's not silver, so it's still Do you keep a
trash can out visible?
Speaker 6 (30:10):
No?
Speaker 5 (30:10):
Okay, Greg, is there?
Speaker 6 (30:12):
No, it's one of those that's got the handle that
pulls out. Looks like it might be like a cabinet
door that pulls out, and there's a trash can in that.
Speaker 9 (30:20):
My house didn't come with that. What are we are
you supposed to put put my own rails.
Speaker 5 (30:23):
In the cant?
Speaker 7 (30:25):
I do that my place container story?
Speaker 8 (30:29):
You can buy it.
Speaker 6 (30:29):
Yeah, tell your husband to make a man trill down depot.
Speaker 9 (30:33):
Yet well, finally it's the end of an era. After
a nearly forty year run, Nissan announced that they are
killing off the Nissan Ultima.
Speaker 3 (30:43):
Yeah.
Speaker 9 (30:43):
They say it's part of their plan to cut down
on operating costs one and another reason it's getting the
axes that Nissan wants their Sedanda CenTra, that was my
first car, by the way, to get bigger and have
more features instead of just staying stagnant. So the car
is going to be gone after this year, and you know,
all the hose and cloud Chaser is gonna have to
find a new car.
Speaker 6 (31:02):
Yeah, they were, They were talking to people, and people
were not happy that it was getting discontinued.
Speaker 16 (31:06):
Nobody, every baby mama has an autim Every baby mama
has at least one car seat in the bag.
Speaker 7 (31:16):
Yeah, that's like the hood car of all hood cars.
Speaker 4 (31:20):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (31:20):
In fact, the car seats come permanently installed, because once
you're done with it, then they just sells to some
other baby Mama used, you.
Speaker 7 (31:26):
Know, but I thought they, like they did announce this
already like last year, that they were gonna get rid
of it. But I thought it got saved.
Speaker 9 (31:32):
Nope, it most certainly did not.
Speaker 5 (31:34):
Nobody.
Speaker 9 (31:35):
They didn't have time for it.
Speaker 5 (31:37):
No, just no time.
Speaker 7 (31:39):
What's going on?
Speaker 6 (31:40):
Thank you very much, Gina grab the local announcer. Goal
call seems to be getting Yeah, and there's just a
lot of f Argentina text and stuff coming on. They
said the Telemundo announcer, he's actually from Argentina.
Speaker 18 (31:52):
Oh my god.
Speaker 6 (31:53):
That's fun, which is one of the reasons he's so
over the top.
Speaker 5 (31:56):
I mean he's over the top always. But they are
two f Argentina.
Speaker 9 (32:01):
He's a well sounded fake though. It just kept like
it was six times.
Speaker 5 (32:05):
I said Dockery, yeah.
Speaker 9 (32:06):
But the Argentina guy was like so passionate you can
feel the tears running down his cheeks.
Speaker 8 (32:11):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (32:12):
So here's the here's the winning gold call from your
votes on the text over to two nine eighty seven.
Speaker 4 (32:19):
Drug No, no, no, almost can't.
Speaker 5 (32:42):
I got on pretty holds you.
Speaker 4 (32:46):
Now, I mean nothing, don't check.
Speaker 6 (32:48):
Out the Good House house there we'll go on the house.
Speaker 4 (32:57):
Send do see.
Speaker 14 (32:58):
I'm so we've been saying rules the boy doesn't want
to have sex.
Speaker 5 (33:05):
Yeah, yeah, you gotta put your mouth on.
Speaker 2 (33:07):
No.
Speaker 8 (33:09):
Okay, that is quite impressive, quite quite quite impressive.
Speaker 6 (33:14):
Oh that's lovely.
Speaker 4 (33:16):
We've been saying, show.
Speaker 6 (33:21):
We got a lot of Stranger Things fans in the audience.
And dude, it's been ten years since Stranger Things first
premiered on Netflix.
Speaker 9 (33:28):
Yeah, they were like babies. Now they're adults.
Speaker 5 (33:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (33:31):
And if we're using our rules of throwback ten years
or older, yeah right, yeah. And they've got a reissue
of that first season on a VHS special edition.
Speaker 9 (33:40):
Owe.
Speaker 6 (33:41):
Yeah, so it's not literally on VHS, because who the
hell has a VCR anymore, But it's streaming on Netflix.
And they say it's got like a video store vibe.
It's glitchy, it's grainy, it's just they say, gloriously vintage,
just like you would have rented it. In nineteen eighty three,
the entire cast came back for a special videos. You know, Millie,
Bobby Brown and Finn Wolf and Arider and everybody's back.
Speaker 7 (34:05):
You can still get a VHS player.
Speaker 6 (34:07):
I'm sure you're not going to get the VHS player,
just to that could be a collectible thing. I think
it'd be cool if they did have it on VHS,
not that you'd never watch it, but you just have it.
Speaker 5 (34:16):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (34:18):
I got Menji a DVD player because I brought back
some DVDs from Europe.
Speaker 5 (34:22):
Oh that's right. And so he's like, I don't have
a DVD you know, It's like, well, it's not.
Speaker 6 (34:29):
It's not even about a DVD player because you bought
these DVDs overseas. They're they're done by regions where even
if you put it in a DVD player here work,
it wouldn't work. Yeah, because it's it's I don't stupid Greg,
even I can't explain it.
Speaker 5 (34:44):
Exactly how that works.
Speaker 8 (34:45):
Makes me feel good.
Speaker 7 (34:46):
Yeah, I mean back in the day, they used to
have a thing because in uh, I don't know if
it's like this now, but when I worked in television,
you would they would have overseas.
Speaker 5 (34:55):
It would be called Powell.
Speaker 7 (34:56):
That would be the format of video that they would
shoot in an America be nt SC so anyways, yeah,
video formats. But yeah, it was like an all region
DVD player and it was like thirty bucks.
Speaker 5 (35:11):
Yeah, all regions.
Speaker 8 (35:12):
I didn't reach it.
Speaker 6 (35:13):
I didn't realize that was a thing. You just have
to defrag the main frame something something like that. But
also for Greg liam Neeson has a new movie. It's
called Mongoose, and guess what what. He plays a guy
with a particular set of skills way he does always.
He's an Afghan war hero wrongfully accused of murder who
(35:33):
goes on the run to prove his innocence. It's being
described as quote first Blood meets Smoky in the band,
it meets Fast and furious. Yeah, it'll be in theaters.
Speaker 5 (35:44):
His birthday month, October thirtieth is the day it will
be in theaters.
Speaker 8 (35:48):
Greg loves him some leam. He's the best man.
Speaker 7 (35:52):
I wish it was like a BMX writing movie because
Mongoose DMX.
Speaker 5 (35:58):
Yeah, dude, be old ass man on a mangoo. Remember
mongo This is right, Remember.
Speaker 6 (36:08):
Like the remember the pegs, Yeah you got it. Yeah
that was that was the only time it was cool
to peg with your buddy.
Speaker 3 (36:15):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (36:15):
And then you bought the pad for the handlebars and
the pad for the neck.
Speaker 5 (36:19):
To ride and peg your buddy.
Speaker 1 (36:20):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (36:21):
That's diamondbags.
Speaker 8 (36:23):
The GTS man And if we could highlight Liam Neeson's range.
Did you watch The Range Gun? Yes, he's got a
great range. Have you seen the Naked Gun?
Speaker 2 (36:33):
Oh?
Speaker 8 (36:34):
My god, it's awesome, isn't.
Speaker 9 (36:36):
The reason why it's so funny is because he's being Liam.
That's not range.
Speaker 8 (36:40):
Seriously, he can deliver comedic lines with that Liam Neeson
delivery and it it hits. It's good. It's really good.
And how Pam Anderson's really good in it.
Speaker 6 (36:51):
There's certain certain people that are just always this version
of the same character, like Christopher.
Speaker 8 (36:57):
Walking or something like that. It does work.
Speaker 6 (36:59):
It's really who's the guy that got busted with Divine Brown?
Speaker 5 (37:03):
What's that guy's name? Hugh Grant?
Speaker 6 (37:06):
Every movie was in It's the same dude, and that's the.
Speaker 9 (37:08):
Dude people wanted to see apparently.
Speaker 8 (37:10):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (37:11):
Uh, the guy on Social Network what's his name? Jesse Eisenberg?
Same same character every single time? Yeah, who's the kid
in Arrested Development?
Speaker 5 (37:22):
I know who they are? Sarah Michael Sarah Michael Sarah.
Speaker 6 (37:25):
Another guy is the same character every single time?
Speaker 9 (37:28):
What about your and my favorite human being? Pretty much ever?
Speaker 5 (37:30):
Michael J.
Speaker 8 (37:31):
Fox.
Speaker 9 (37:32):
Oh, he's like the lovable, like upbeat and everything.
Speaker 6 (37:35):
Yeah, I know from I never watched Spin City. I
didn't watch that. Back to the Future and Family Ties
is all I really know from So yeah, I mean Hollywood.
Speaker 5 (37:46):
But Marty mcfi was way cooler teen Wolf same guy
than Alex P.
Speaker 6 (37:51):
Keatonuse Alex P. Keaton was just like a dork. He
was like a like like like a like a like
a like a child adult totally. You know, he was
a fifty year old man trapped in a teenager's body.
Speaker 9 (38:04):
But it's not like he had like total, wildly different mannerisms.
It was Fox.
Speaker 5 (38:09):
It's the same.
Speaker 6 (38:09):
It's the same exact characters like Hugh Grant, the awkward
guy who's way out of his league.
Speaker 5 (38:17):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever the hell it is.
Speaker 8 (38:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (38:28):
Also for Greg, since we're on the subject of all
things Greg, there's a new HGTV show coming out.
Speaker 8 (38:35):
Oh my god, I don't know what I'm ripping harder about.
Speaker 6 (38:37):
It's called There's a couple different elements to it. I'm
not sure how you'll like the the main show itself,
other than it's a show on HGTV, which you know,
you and I both love. It's called Totally Nineties House,
and so it's two teams of nineties TV stars and
they're competing. They're renovating homes that are stuck in the nineties.
So think about like you know, like mirrored closets and yes,
(38:59):
spun painted walls, those honey oak cabinets and.
Speaker 8 (39:03):
Things like that, rounded corners.
Speaker 6 (39:05):
There was another thing that was big, like late eighties
maybe early nineties, like in the kitchen the lighting fixture
was almost like a wood box that had like that
real thin plastic. Yes, it's always like a drop down
like you'd have like it for like a drop ceiling,
but it was like that translucent plastic and people had that, Yeah,
that they had that in their kitchens.
Speaker 7 (39:23):
Yeah, and the flies got caught up in there.
Speaker 6 (39:25):
Yeah, they got caught in there. But it really shrunk everything.
It makes everything feel so much smaller.
Speaker 8 (39:29):
Oh, Julia White.
Speaker 15 (39:30):
Is on it.
Speaker 5 (39:31):
Oh everybody, Yeah, oh my god, your full house girl.
Speaker 8 (39:34):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (39:34):
So it's hosted hosted by Arkle Okay, Julia White and
Brian Austin Green, Jody Sweden, Melissa Joanhart, Keisha Knight, Polham,
Rudy hucksab Oh. Yeah, they have Joey and Matthew Lawrence.
The winning team gets twenty five thousand dollars for charity.
Of their choosing.
Speaker 6 (39:54):
It's gonna premiere on Wednesday, August twenty sixth. Again, it's
called Totally Nineties House Now here's the part that I
know Greg will love.
Speaker 8 (40:01):
I love it all so far.
Speaker 6 (40:02):
HGT is also they're rolling out another series on YouTube
and it's called House Call Nineties Edition, where you go
and you see the insides of the homes of these
nineties celebrities.
Speaker 5 (40:15):
Greg loved.
Speaker 6 (40:17):
Greg looks people's addresses totally.
Speaker 8 (40:21):
I can tell you where Dave Gone lives. Just this
morning I found out where Kristen Wigg lives because she's
selling her house. Track down the address.
Speaker 6 (40:30):
I wasn't when we had be Real from cy Priscilla's
in here and during a commercial break, Greg goes, can
I ask you a questions?
Speaker 7 (40:37):
Is this really your house?
Speaker 5 (40:39):
Is this really your house? He was on some website
and b Rod's like.
Speaker 8 (40:43):
Uh it was?
Speaker 5 (40:44):
It was yeah, Greg, you know what I agree? Is
this your house? This is how much you paid for it?
Speaker 8 (40:52):
I agree, but I also don't care.
Speaker 9 (40:54):
Do you want me to come over?
Speaker 8 (40:55):
And I've done that to Kevin Smith too. I'm like, hey, yeah,
I love that second floor balcony with the rod iron.
Speaker 5 (41:01):
What is there.
Speaker 8 (41:04):
Your address is such and such, right, Yeah, and it's
kind of weird that you do that. I'm it is
a stranger.
Speaker 5 (41:10):
I'm surprised you tell them.
Speaker 8 (41:12):
Yeah, and I probably shouldn't have. It's creepy and weird,
but it is stocker viber imagine. But I wanted confirmation
that my quote sources are correct. I was getting it
from be real kind of reinforced that I'm not wasting
my time, that this is legit.
Speaker 6 (41:28):
See, I would I would do that with Okay, Kevin
Smith is one one thing you know, or Joe Coy,
like these guys who who are in here all the time,
you know because they know you and they know that
you're not really stalking them. But think about somebody that
you've only met a few times or maybe twice, or
the first time you meet them and they came up
(41:48):
and you go so great, I love X y Z
about your house? It would you read you would freak out.
Speaker 8 (41:54):
The more we talk about it, the more I feel
like a total weirdo.
Speaker 5 (41:58):
Do you like film location houses too? Are you one
of those guys that makes sense?
Speaker 8 (42:03):
I mean obsessed?
Speaker 5 (42:05):
I follow things, just see them.
Speaker 7 (42:07):
When we took him to the Brady bunch House.
Speaker 15 (42:09):
Oh.
Speaker 8 (42:09):
I almost basically had a heart attack, just totally obsessed.
I look for all that stuff. I will pause movies
and TV shows during while I'm watching them to google
the address, and then I do street view and I'm like,
and then I compare, Oh, there's that lamp, there's that tree.
Speaker 19 (42:25):
Oh wow.
Speaker 8 (42:27):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (42:27):
So this is called house called Nineties Edition. HG TV
is going to have it on YouTube and you can
see inside the homes of ninety celebrities.
Speaker 7 (42:36):
Speaking cannice camerae. Sammy is going to be on Special Forces.
Speaker 5 (42:42):
Okay, what's what's special Forces?
Speaker 9 (42:44):
Like A it's like a Yeah, it's like camp reality show.
Speaker 7 (42:46):
Yeah, where celebrities like do like Cherry Style.
Speaker 5 (42:50):
Why would you sign up for that? I don't, no, dude,
I know.
Speaker 6 (42:56):
All right, We're gonna take a break more what he
shows next?
Speaker 8 (42:58):
Hang right?
Speaker 6 (43:07):
Show?
Speaker 8 (43:08):
All right? So there's.
Speaker 5 (43:11):
There's a show that Gina was talking about.
Speaker 9 (43:14):
Is it TV?
Speaker 4 (43:16):
Yeah?
Speaker 9 (43:16):
Wild Vacation Renolds.
Speaker 5 (43:17):
Okay, so this is like Airbnb. Yeah, it's like all
the crazy. I've never stayed in one, really I have.
Speaker 9 (43:24):
I never've started reading. I've seen so many Airbnbs. It's
my favorite thing to do.
Speaker 5 (43:29):
But you like all those weird ones.
Speaker 9 (43:30):
Yeah, I want to like stay in a potato and
I treat a tree house. I've stayed in the bear cave.
I love that stuff. It's my thing, that show, right, Craig.
Speaker 8 (43:40):
I mean, I don't want to stay in I saw
one it was like a snake shaped house that was
made of mosaic tile.
Speaker 5 (43:48):
Why why I.
Speaker 9 (43:49):
Stayed in one where the entire house was covered in pennies,
like the floor with pennies, the wall.
Speaker 5 (43:55):
You know, right right now?
Speaker 15 (43:57):
You know what?
Speaker 6 (43:57):
I want a nice hotel where I walked in and
when I say nice hotel, they have their own signature
set somebody. You walk in the lobby, they they sell
candles in the little gift shop of their hotel lobby smell.
That's the kind of place that's that's the goal. I
don't do that every time.
Speaker 5 (44:15):
I have no problem staying.
Speaker 6 (44:17):
At like Hampton in or any of those kind of places.
Speaker 5 (44:20):
I'm fine with that. Like it's it's good.
Speaker 6 (44:21):
It's good, especially if I'm traveling for business. Now, if
I'm going on a vacation, vacation, I would prefer to
find the hotel that has a signature scent. I'm not
staying in the potato. There's something weird to me. And
you know, different strokes, different folks. There's always been something
weird to me about the airbnb thing. I don't like
(44:42):
staying in people's houses. People that I know, I don't
like staying at their house.
Speaker 9 (44:45):
Most of these are just rentals, but I have stayed
ones where it's.
Speaker 7 (44:48):
I've done the airbnb thing. Verbo also is a big
place to use to get a house or whatever. It's
great for if you have like a large group of people.
It's fun to stay at a big house and then
like hang out there.
Speaker 6 (45:02):
But if the toilet and stuff, the cameras everywhere, the
owners and stuff like that super creeping on you.
Speaker 5 (45:09):
Depending on the place that you stay at, I mean
you got to read the reading extra.
Speaker 20 (45:13):
For that.
Speaker 6 (45:15):
Deal, because yeah, you get a deal because they're gonna
take all your naked sex and pooping videos and post
them filthy sits.
Speaker 5 (45:21):
Yeah, we know that that happens at the hotels as well,
but I would probably prefer a hotel.
Speaker 9 (45:28):
But we stayed at one one time where we didn't
know the person actually lived there, and the mom and
the kids like moved out in a hurry so we
could move in just for the weekend, and all their
family like oil family portraits were up and they looked
like the children of the corn and it was super creepy.
I was apparently staying in the Sun's room.
Speaker 8 (45:45):
It was so weird.
Speaker 5 (45:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 11 (45:47):
I stayed at a place like that too, where it
was family pictures everywhere I'm in.
Speaker 9 (45:50):
The closets were full of their flow and you're not
supposed touch it.
Speaker 5 (45:53):
Oh, speaking of what did you see?
Speaker 6 (45:56):
And this was just the thing over the last few days.
The family that checked in to the airbnb, they're on vacation,
and they discovered something really weird.
Speaker 8 (46:03):
I have a club.
Speaker 6 (46:04):
Hold on here, check this out. This is again this
family checks in this Airbnb and they noticed something.
Speaker 20 (46:10):
Okay, guys, the weirdest thing happened.
Speaker 21 (46:13):
We get to our Airbnb and San Diego setting and
we're looking through it, no connections to it.
Speaker 20 (46:21):
We're looking at this picture and my dad is like,
this looks like me, and I'm like, oh, Dad, what no?
Speaker 22 (46:28):
This is my dad.
Speaker 5 (46:29):
That's my sister Lobby when she was ten years ago.
Speaker 20 (46:32):
And that's Brady, my brother ten years ago.
Speaker 5 (46:34):
He is lit.
Speaker 20 (46:35):
They're literally in the AIRBNBB pictures. We are literally in
this picture.
Speaker 6 (46:41):
Whoa, there's a picture in the Airbnb and it's a
picture of them from ten years ago.
Speaker 7 (46:46):
Okay, now maybe the Airbnb person or host like put
the photo in there, because fancy hotels will do that.
Speaker 6 (46:54):
So the photographer took a random picture of them at
the beach or something like that. I mean, I don't know, like, how.
Speaker 9 (46:59):
Does that make you feel more welcome?
Speaker 5 (47:01):
I'm not sure what. No, I'm not sure how they
got it. I'm not sure. I'm just throwing that out there, like,
how how would that happen? It's like a random picture
that you would find like at any Target or Walmart,
and it's just.
Speaker 9 (47:12):
Like it's like the shore, right, everybody in the shore,
like a stock picture.
Speaker 5 (47:17):
Exactly, but it comes to the frame.
Speaker 6 (47:19):
Yeah, so they still had to think the picture that
was in there was the one that came with the frame.
Speaker 5 (47:23):
Well, yeah, you would you purchase this picture? Like it's
just like a beach setting, like a random beat setting,
and it shows everybody like waiting in the water, so
there's more people besides them in the picture. They they
had no idea.
Speaker 9 (47:37):
It's not like as added value, we'll go into your
we'll go in your house and.
Speaker 5 (47:42):
Personal so you can make it seem like your own place.
Speaker 14 (47:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (47:44):
Yeah, so crazy weird.
Speaker 7 (47:46):
I know, like the top top tier hotels will do that.
They'll take photos of your family and put it.
Speaker 5 (47:52):
That would creep me out. I wouldn't want that, thank you.
I don't want that.
Speaker 7 (47:56):
You don't want to see your family?
Speaker 5 (47:57):
No, I don't want that.
Speaker 6 (47:59):
I don't like the idea that there's like random hotel
employee somewhere digging through finding photos of my family just
to put them up in a room.
Speaker 5 (48:05):
I like, nah, yeah, don't research me.
Speaker 9 (48:07):
Yeah yeah, don't go the extra mile.
Speaker 6 (48:10):
No, that's fine, Like you acts for extra pillows or
an early checkout or you know, early check in. Fine, Uh,
that's the above and beyond I'm looking for. I mean,
you know, maybe you want to give me one of
those nice candles it smell like the lobby.
Speaker 5 (48:21):
I'll take that.
Speaker 6 (48:24):
Little basket of snacks will be left in there or something.
Speaker 8 (48:26):
Thank you.
Speaker 7 (48:27):
There's no creepy background with this story, so I think,
actually this is kind of cool.
Speaker 9 (48:31):
Is crazy. This is like Jeff said, it's like a
big giant like stock photo and they just.
Speaker 5 (48:37):
Happened to be in it.
Speaker 6 (48:38):
That'd be weird, though, can you imagine me walking like,
wait ah, did you ever did you ever see the story?
And it it pops up every once in a while
on social media where this husband and wife and they've
got kids, they've been married for a long time. Anyway,
there were at one point going through old family photos
and it was a photo of the wife from when
(48:58):
she was a kid and she was in a stroller
and her and her family were at Disneyland. And in
the photo, the husband's like, wait a minute, and he
notices in the background of this photo random. I mean,
think about how many people in any given day are
at Disney But what are the chances in the background
the photo, He's like, this dude in the back here
(49:19):
looks like my dad and he's pushing the stroller. And
they show it to the dad. The dad's like, that
is me, because that is you. They were the same place,
same day of just a random photo of like, oh,
here's our day at Disneyland, and they ended up getting married.
I didn't know each other and they weren't there together.
Speaker 9 (49:37):
What are the odds because how many people are Disney
but on the same day at the same moment as
the picture snaps.
Speaker 5 (49:44):
Meant to be I mean, think of it, and that
was old timey you know cameras, that theube, that little
like shutter of flower.
Speaker 6 (49:53):
Yeah, and that's it, that that split second moment you
just happen and to be in focus and even yes, that's.
Speaker 8 (50:00):
Weird, that's trippy, it's weird. Back to this Airbnb show
real quick. The person who hosts it. It's like, do
you ever have that thought?
Speaker 5 (50:06):
Who are you?
Speaker 8 (50:07):
And how did you get that job?
Speaker 9 (50:08):
Okay, I never ever say stuff like this. You've never
heard me say anything like this, but I look at
that every time I see the commercial, I'm like, that
should be me.
Speaker 2 (50:16):
You are you?
Speaker 9 (50:17):
Were you to be hosting that show? And I'm sure
they're great, but that should be me hosting that show. Great,
thank you?
Speaker 5 (50:23):
Eight seven seven forty four.
Speaker 6 (50:25):
Yes, still it's all hard no, a hard pass. I'll
take it on the Airbnb and correct me if I'm wrong.
It really is no cheaper than getting a hotel now right,
not when you add the cleaning. That's how they got you.
They hooked you with the really great Hey, this beats
the hotel price. Now there's more and more people I'm saying,
but there's more and more people have have started using
(50:47):
it now it's just as expensive.
Speaker 5 (50:49):
I would tell you it's great for like big groups
of people.
Speaker 6 (50:51):
Yeah, I'm saying just you and your wife going out
of town because you want to stand a potato Yeah,
a beaten passone. That's why you'll see those hotels that have,
you know, crazy themed rooms.
Speaker 9 (51:04):
You know, that's why I stay. That's why I stay
in a bear cave.
Speaker 6 (51:09):
R Yeah, it was aiberneating booking that on purpose.
Speaker 5 (51:15):
Extra As a resident germophobe, who do you which room
do you think is cleaner? Your Airbnb room or your
hotel room?
Speaker 16 (51:23):
Because I'm always sketchy about like Airbnbs because I never
know what their cleaning processes.
Speaker 5 (51:28):
But at the same time, you've heard so many horror
stories I think about hotels.
Speaker 9 (51:31):
I think Airbnb's cleaner. Really it's they bring in a
whole crew after you leave and then the new person
comes and then you see it, like you said those
expos is like they're not even wiping those glasses down
in the bathroom.
Speaker 5 (51:45):
Her whole crew.
Speaker 6 (51:46):
By whole crew, you mean my aunt Chrissy, because she
does she's a cleaning baby, and she cleans for this
guy who owns like a handful of Airbnbs and that's
all she does.
Speaker 2 (51:55):
Now.
Speaker 6 (51:56):
She doesn't even do other people's homes. She just works
for this guy cleaning the Airbnb.
Speaker 5 (52:00):
It's just her.
Speaker 9 (52:01):
She does it alone because sometimes you have to wait
and the cleaning is coming out.
Speaker 5 (52:04):
It's it's just her. She goes, I know one of
the hosts of this TV show, really does she want to.
Speaker 8 (52:14):
Want to know?
Speaker 5 (52:15):
She's awesome. She she hit her up and just let
hernother genus coming for a job.
Speaker 7 (52:20):
She actually, uh, just a DM me last night. She
she's an ex radio person and now she acts in.
Speaker 9 (52:26):
Hotel super jealous of.
Speaker 5 (52:28):
Ye, you're on the right path Gina. It's like Russian
Roulette about with Jiz.
Speaker 15 (52:35):
Exactly.
Speaker 4 (52:36):
SI show.
Speaker 6 (52:41):
Alright, well, uh got some news Menace, Yes, it is
from Menace involving rob He loves robots, big robot fane.
In fact, I think he's tugged it a few times
to the maid on the jets.
Speaker 5 (52:58):
On the Jets.
Speaker 7 (53:00):
Yeah, I mean she's the og robot, you know.
Speaker 5 (53:08):
Yeah, but like you know, to robot.
Speaker 6 (53:11):
Yeah.
Speaker 23 (53:13):
Uh.
Speaker 5 (53:13):
This is a school district in New York.
Speaker 6 (53:15):
They announced that they're they're bringing in a new teacher
for the upcoming school year. But it's it's actually just
a humanized robot named Sally, and people on board with
this and they're they're making her as human as possible.
They're giving her a lifelike look, silicone skin, long brown hair.
It's in a seated position in the classroom, has realistic
(53:37):
upper body movements and facial expressions, and the district spent
about fifty seven thousand dollars on this thing. But the
parents aren't thrilled for a number of reasons. But one
of the main reasons that the parents hate it is
because the company that makes this robot is very well known.
It's the same company that makes the real dolls, like
Love hyper realistic sex dolls.
Speaker 9 (53:58):
And I was like, she's hot.
Speaker 6 (54:00):
Yes, you know, some kids gonna like break into the
classroom after school and like try to bang that thing.
Speaker 7 (54:04):
Of course she's yeah, she's mad about that, but yeah,
I mean, how do you control the kids though?
Speaker 5 (54:12):
What do you mean? They're like, oh, I know, this
is a robot, knock it over, it's not videos.
Speaker 9 (54:18):
Isn't there a teacher another teacher in the room where
she's just alone, it's just Sally.
Speaker 7 (54:22):
That'd be hilarious if that's the main teacher. There's the
teachers assistant that's like real but SeaBASS. You should be
on board because then this teacher will have access to
like all information and should be smarter than the teachers
that you hate.
Speaker 8 (54:35):
Tough.
Speaker 5 (54:35):
Yeah, so you're on board, Yeah, absolutely, Yeah, this is
the way to do things. I wish this had been
around when I was when I were a kid, not
that my parents didn't do a good job homeschooling. Maybe
I could have been even smarter if I had robots
there to.
Speaker 8 (54:49):
I don't think you could get anything.
Speaker 5 (54:52):
You got to keep trying, stay humble, Yeah, exactly.
Speaker 8 (54:55):
Once you've hit the top, there's nowhere else to go
but top.
Speaker 7 (54:58):
What do you think happened with Tyler? Because he was
homeschool too.
Speaker 5 (55:02):
It's not it's not a weird religious thing with him, right, No,
that's maybe they're lazy. Yeah, what was the Tyler? What
was the whole homeschooling thing about? Like, what was the
purpose for it?
Speaker 6 (55:12):
Your parents are worried than in the school, like something
bad would happen there, or.
Speaker 24 (55:16):
They just didn't like the public school system. They thought
I would learn better more whatever your parents.
Speaker 5 (55:29):
Better That.
Speaker 6 (55:36):
My reason, which because there's two real reasons. Number one
reason Number one, yeah, the public schools just blow and
wonder why. And number two religious And usually if they
hate the public schools that much, they do a better
job than you know what they did.
Speaker 9 (55:48):
With Wait, but was your family religious at all?
Speaker 20 (55:51):
Sea Belts?
Speaker 6 (55:52):
Okay, it was all just they They said they were
smarter and better than everybody.
Speaker 5 (55:56):
Actually were.
Speaker 9 (55:57):
They worshiped themselves.
Speaker 5 (55:59):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (55:59):
But he was the first child, right, Tyler.
Speaker 5 (56:02):
Yeah, I'm the oldest, so yeah, set the pattern. Yeah,
it was just a test. And then all your brothers
went to like regular school, right.
Speaker 24 (56:10):
So they were also all homeschooled up until a certain point.
Then all of us just ended up going to public school.
Speaker 9 (56:14):
Did it freak you out?
Speaker 5 (56:16):
Public school?
Speaker 6 (56:17):
Yeah?
Speaker 24 (56:17):
I loved it way more than home.
Speaker 4 (56:18):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (56:18):
I hated homeschooling, so I would hate it too.
Speaker 8 (56:21):
Is there a schedule to it? Did do your mom
make you do stuff like whatever? Eight to three?
Speaker 16 (56:25):
Uh?
Speaker 24 (56:26):
Sometimes sometimes we would cram like whatever the lesson plan
was for the week, we would cram it all into
three or four days and we would.
Speaker 5 (56:32):
Just have like two days off to just do whatever
we wanted.
Speaker 8 (56:35):
That was cool. I do kind of miss that but
you know, well, I.
Speaker 6 (56:39):
Mean, you know, depending on where you're at and what
kind of things are going on in the public schools.
Like my wife and I had a big problem, you know,
during COVID because these kids were out for so long. Yeah,
everybody else was back in school and the kids were
clearly falling behind, and you know, the assignments that were
given that we're counting as a full day of school
was this is for the the older of our two kids.
Speaker 5 (56:59):
Was, uh, you know, oh, draw picture of a house
on your street that is not yours.
Speaker 6 (57:06):
Years all right, that doesn't sound something a hero would
a sign a kid. We gotta we gotta, we gotta
figure something else. I know they're I forget exactly where
in California that's going on, But there's like there are
some groups that are like working at once called Californians
Together Catalyst California Early Edge is one called Black ECE,
(57:27):
and it says the work group bringing together a challenge
for harmful language hierarchies and affirm Black English as a
legitimate rule governing language rooted in black history, culture and community.
So basically, they're demanding that California add quote Black English
as an official language so that black children won't be
expected to quote talk white.
Speaker 5 (57:47):
Is this at school?
Speaker 9 (57:48):
Is this he bonic?
Speaker 5 (57:48):
Yeah? Pretty pretty much. We made this thirty years ago,
but they've got way bet they've gotten way better at
like trying to changing the language. You just heard him
say it right there. The language and the reasoning is
now sounds way more like sophisticated and cultural and you know,
ethnographic or whatever. Yeah, like, so uh they happy she
be working. Like so if you wrote, if you wrote, that.
Speaker 6 (58:12):
Would be the valedictorian.
Speaker 5 (58:15):
I love it, dude. We be doing yeah outside, so
I could I could see.
Speaker 6 (58:21):
I could see like some parents being like, you know what, no, no,
Like some parents were upset, like you know that their
school district, you know, made the decision to no longer
teach cursive. It's not a you know, necessarily a widespread thing.
My kids learned cursive and stuff still, but other districts
have gotten rid of that.
Speaker 5 (58:39):
Or even before this one, there were there were districts.
Speaker 6 (58:43):
That decided for even papers, you know, essays and things
that people had to write, that you could use text speech.
So instead of writing why oh you are, you could
just write you are? Because that's how people communicate.
Speaker 8 (58:56):
Now that was the argument.
Speaker 5 (58:57):
No job applications.
Speaker 6 (58:59):
Yeah, yeah, hey man, sometimes you know, and I've seen
those studies where two people are one person applies for
the same job, but they use two different names. Have
you seen that showing how racist people are? Yeah, like
if if, if it's an ethnic sounding name like that,
everything else is exactly the same, but the white name
(59:21):
Michael gets the call. But like say, like you know
whatever doesn't.
Speaker 5 (59:25):
Yeah, well what might that be because people are racist?
It's not what you're saying about.
Speaker 6 (59:31):
Like there's there's something with like people rooting against Argentina
because Argentina is like hell a racist or.
Speaker 16 (59:37):
A lot of Argentinian fans and some people that live
in the country are Yeah, I definitely have that that
connotation of being racist.
Speaker 9 (59:45):
Well, I've never seen, you know, just like in clips,
I've never seen racism like I've seen in some soccer games.
Speaker 14 (59:51):
Another level we.
Speaker 5 (59:52):
Were just talking about. Wasn't it like some senator or
something that woman.
Speaker 9 (59:57):
Oh dude, she was crazy against Yes, Oh that's yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:00:01):
I couldn't remember what it was for. And she's like, no,
where do you think I'm from?
Speaker 7 (01:00:05):
Yeah, yeah, I forgot about that.
Speaker 5 (01:00:06):
Yeah, this is how I was raised. I'm trying. Yeah,
I love what does she have against Hanson? The ban Hansen? Right,
thank you, Bob.
Speaker 6 (01:00:18):
That's a really good one. And the guy who hates
dad jokes so much.
Speaker 5 (01:00:22):
But the original and on the spot. That's really good
to do something that from a forty year old. That
nice work. Man. Okay, here's the other.
Speaker 6 (01:00:34):
Thing I don't I don't understand. And maybe because somebody
can explain it to me. You know, I give one
hundred and ten percent. Well it's one hundred percent, right,
because that would be all of something. When kids now
are applying for different you know, colleges and things, and
this is a new this is a new world. I
never had to apply for colleges because I never went
(01:00:54):
to college. I don't know how that process necessarily works
and when exactly you're supposed to.
Speaker 5 (01:00:58):
Start doing it. But like, my son's going into his
junior year of high school, and so now the school
is like, all right, this year, we're really focused on
X Y S. Yeah, maybe time to start going and
taking a look and kind of getting an idea for
where you might want to apply and all these things.
And then you start looking into these schools and you know,
what people are writing up about them. They go well
to apply.
Speaker 6 (01:01:19):
Uh, they're not really accepting, not accepting, but they're not
they're not allowing students to enroll.
Speaker 5 (01:01:25):
You know who, I have a GPA under and some
of these are like over four point oh, which I
thought four point zero was the best you could get
class for a while now because the honors classes will
automatically pump you up by half a point. But like,
how do you then?
Speaker 2 (01:01:41):
How do you?
Speaker 5 (01:01:41):
Because is it all apples to apples? Does everybody doing
that same system?
Speaker 6 (01:01:44):
Or is one school district like could you get because okay,
here's here's the uh, here's the thing I just saw,
and I'm like, man, this I don't get. A Florida
school district had to change the way it gives out
grades after their valedictorian graduated with a record breaking eleven
point nine GPA.
Speaker 5 (01:02:05):
No, that's too ridiculous.
Speaker 6 (01:02:07):
The school awards bonus GPA points for extracurricular activities and
advanced classes.
Speaker 5 (01:02:12):
So they do this. But I'm saying, is this is
the way it works for everyone?
Speaker 9 (01:02:15):
So you're going again, is the GPA here?
Speaker 5 (01:02:17):
The same GPA should be based on the things that
everybody's graded on, not these extra things these schools can
throw in.
Speaker 6 (01:02:23):
Yeah, so here here he is. This is him being
introduced to graduation.
Speaker 13 (01:02:27):
Eric.
Speaker 25 (01:02:27):
I would now like to introduce the Valedicatorian for the
class of twenty twenty six. He is an AP Capstone
Diploma recipient.
Speaker 5 (01:02:34):
Guess his name. H No, I'll give you.
Speaker 6 (01:02:39):
I'll give you a hint. It's not Mike Smith.
Speaker 25 (01:02:41):
And as a National National Merit Commended Scholar, he has
earned an eleven point nine nine GPA while accruing over
seventy credits. Please welcome, you're valedictorian, mister vibov Boscar.
Speaker 5 (01:02:56):
I was wrong. Let's support that.
Speaker 6 (01:02:59):
An eleven point nine to nine really strong with those
essays there, But you know, like, how do you if
you're a kid like and you know, and everybody's all
over the place, like, how are they truly waited?
Speaker 5 (01:03:11):
They might not even like they might only have a
certain number of digits to put your g p A in.
I mean maybe they'd be looking at your essay, you know,
straight up and the great based on that, yep, Yeah,
but why they be hating?
Speaker 16 (01:03:25):
Yeah, Well, the thing is with those essays, aren't they
all done in chat GPT?
Speaker 2 (01:03:32):
Now?
Speaker 5 (01:03:32):
Like that's the thing.
Speaker 9 (01:03:34):
Because you have to click something that says on my honor.
I didn't do that. It's all good.
Speaker 5 (01:03:39):
It's on your own.
Speaker 7 (01:03:41):
Just because boobobs out here shining, they hate the shine.
Speaker 6 (01:03:46):
Yep, we're gonna take a quick break radio's most immature game.
Guess who's gas next?
Speaker 5 (01:03:52):
On the Woody Show.
Speaker 11 (01:03:52):
Hang, nothing bothers me about having things done.
Speaker 20 (01:03:57):
In my mouth?
Speaker 2 (01:04:00):
Show is next?
Speaker 6 (01:04:04):
Ain't nothing but a soa Sports Day with a G
Jeff Garcia and we get another throwback Thursday Request classic
hip hop track of the Week. Right after Jeff G
tells us what's happening in sports.
Speaker 5 (01:04:17):
Good morning with the show. Let's start with the World Cup.
So Argentina came back from one goal down to score
two goals in ten minutes late in the game. Here's
what that game winning goal sounded like.
Speaker 16 (01:04:36):
See now you know why the Spanish ratings are higher
than the English ratings, because you don't get that around
English TV.
Speaker 5 (01:04:41):
It's amazing, man, Argentina have done this all tournament, by
the way, coming back and they're gonna play Spain on Sunday.
Speaker 16 (01:04:47):
Hopefully they'll get those back to back World Cups at
least for all the Argentina and Messi fans. In case
you didn't know, by the way, there is a third
place game happening on Saturday between England and France.
Speaker 6 (01:04:57):
I don't know.
Speaker 16 (01:04:57):
I mean, who wants to watch that really unless you're
from England France. But no third place rhythms exactly. WNBA
Sparks lost to the Links yesterday. Baseball, both the Dodgers
and Angels don't have games until tomorrow. By the way,
next week, right here on the Woody Show, more of
those Dodgers sweet tickets, and it's on a bobblehead night.
We'll have those for you next week, so make sure
you keep listening.
Speaker 5 (01:05:17):
You know who the bibblehead is.
Speaker 16 (01:05:18):
It's Reggie Smith, Dodgers legend bibblehead. So it's cool because
he's got hat with his little fro on it.
Speaker 5 (01:05:23):
So fire have to go to that one, yeah, for
sure to get all the bobbleheads.
Speaker 8 (01:05:27):
Yep.
Speaker 5 (01:05:28):
And finally the SPS went down yesterday some local winners show.
Hey o Tania.
Speaker 16 (01:05:31):
The Dodgers won MLB Player of the Year and best
single game Performance for when he pitched six scoreless innings,
struck out ten batters, and hit three home runs in
a game so well deserved there. UCLA's Lauren Betts won
for Female College Player of the Year. Nicks also won
a ton of awards, and I thought Marcello Hornettez did
a pretty good job hosting here. He is clowning Jake Paul.
Speaker 15 (01:05:49):
It's in honor to be here among so many incredible
athletes and Jake Paul, Jake gouts just a joke. Okay,
don't fight me. My dad and my stepdad are both
here and they're over fifty, and I know that's how
you like them.
Speaker 5 (01:06:05):
Get out. Jake Paul gets zero respect, and I'm here
for it. I'm Jeff g that's your so Cal sports Jeff,
not the name of the mascot.
Speaker 8 (01:06:17):
Per Se.
Speaker 5 (01:06:18):
Yeah, per Se. Oh that's fancy.
Speaker 14 (01:06:19):
Yeahs always Seve. That's a nice girl.
Speaker 6 (01:06:35):
You know.
Speaker 5 (01:06:35):
It's a real fun place to be is Washington, d C.
Speaker 6 (01:06:38):
That's always like I mean, when don't live in Washington.
Speaker 8 (01:06:42):
D C.
Speaker 5 (01:06:42):
It feels like that's all you ever hear about.
Speaker 6 (01:06:45):
But can you imagine living in Washington, like just in
the in any area, because like everything is just so saturated.
Speaker 8 (01:06:54):
I can't.
Speaker 5 (01:06:55):
It's all about the politics, and I don't think you
can escape it. Really, I don't know. I mean, Vaughn
he's from there. He's from DC, So I don't know
if they.
Speaker 7 (01:07:06):
Just confined to around the White House or No.
Speaker 9 (01:07:09):
I have friends that live there, and I'm saying, I mean,
I mean, the kid's not gonna know it.
Speaker 6 (01:07:13):
In Los Angeles. I mean, you don't have to engage
in it, but it's it's hard to, uh, you know,
get much separation from somebody who's in quote the industry
meaning Hollywood working and doing things for you know, that
type of industry.
Speaker 2 (01:07:26):
Uh.
Speaker 6 (01:07:26):
You know, I'm sure in you know, different places for
whatever that might be. It's hard to get away from
whatever it is. I mean, did say it is pretty
hood outside of the area of the White House. Yeah,
like New Orleans everybody always thinks of, you know, Marty
Grass and that whole like part of the urban street. Yeah,
Bourbon Street. It's like you just you're painted with a brush,
and you know, it's kind of hard to get out
(01:07:47):
of it. But dude, I mean, you know, all the
fun conversations that just happened all the time, whether it's
you know the.
Speaker 8 (01:07:52):
Yeah, I've never been I've always wondered if it's like that.
Speaker 6 (01:07:55):
The heavy stuff, the dumb stuff like I don't know
if you saw, like the the Treasury Secretary released a
rendering of a new one dollar coin. He said, the
US mints making these one dollar coins to commemorate the
two hundred and fiftieth anniversary of the signing of the
Declaration of Independence. The coins are gonna have a gold
like finish, so not real gold. But it'll be available
(01:08:15):
in the fall. And guess who's gonna be on it.
Speaker 9 (01:08:19):
I'll never guess.
Speaker 7 (01:08:22):
Years in America, would it be.
Speaker 5 (01:08:26):
President Trump? Maybe because they're not even sure he could
do that.
Speaker 8 (01:08:32):
That's right.
Speaker 6 (01:08:32):
Well, the last time a sitting president had money with
their picture on it was the was President Coolidge and
he printed a fifty cent piece with his face on it,
which that was like one.
Speaker 5 (01:08:42):
Hundred years ago.
Speaker 6 (01:08:43):
But there's a federal law that stipulates that, you know,
coin designs be selected by the Treasury Secretary after a
consultation with the Commission of Fine Arts. But the Treasury
Department appears to have skipped that step.
Speaker 5 (01:08:55):
Who who knows, who cares?
Speaker 6 (01:08:57):
But these are just some of the things that Yeah,
here's a picture, thank you, Jeff, of the of the coin.
My question is like who, like who signs up for
the like you know, all these different u all these
different things, the.
Speaker 7 (01:09:07):
Coin commercials at night get now everyone.
Speaker 5 (01:09:11):
So that's that's like the like the god exhausting kind
of thing, right.
Speaker 2 (01:09:16):
Uh.
Speaker 6 (01:09:17):
Then there's other there's other fun stuff that you could
talk about. A lot of people are talking about Chuck Schumer.
Oh my god, this was the Senator Schumer. So you know, yeah,
he was speaking in the Senate when the mic picked
up a strange noise. He was talking about President Trump
and the war with Iran mid speech.
Speaker 1 (01:09:33):
Here's what happened, and we need a complete investigation that's
independent now on Iran and the NDAA. When all the
Trump administration can say about his disastrous war with Iran.
Speaker 9 (01:09:48):
Nobody's gonna remember anything you had to say about the subjects.
Speaker 1 (01:09:52):
That's independent now on Iran and the NDAA, when all
the Trump administration any kind of chuckled, I think.
Speaker 6 (01:10:00):
Yeah, so people are like, oh my god, Chuck Schumer
ripped one mid speech. Now, to be fair, was it
actually a fart ninety eight percent? No? What Yeah, that's
what any all the audio people are talking about it
and make.
Speaker 7 (01:10:16):
Say video breaks down.
Speaker 6 (01:10:17):
Yeah, because just the way that the microphones that are
being used in this particular case, they n them all
the time for it to be you know, capturing that
clear from the opposite side of his body. It's like wal,
it's an omni directional blah blah blah. You know they're
talking all these technical terms that only Greg and I understand.
Speaker 5 (01:10:33):
Yeah, I won't bore the audience with it totally.
Speaker 7 (01:10:36):
Yeah, but if you see videos of these guys are
always like touching those little like look like wire microphone.
Speaker 5 (01:10:42):
Yeah, they're really thin. Microphone down all the time.
Speaker 6 (01:10:45):
I mean even Sea Bass when he's in here like
he's he's kind of he can't like he'll he'll be
talking about That's why you hear this weird.
Speaker 5 (01:10:52):
As Sea Bass is talking.
Speaker 6 (01:10:53):
Because he's constantly moving the microphone and you get that
kind of well that's the sound you know with Menace
talking about because it's on that weird almost like.
Speaker 5 (01:11:04):
It makes that noise when you're I don't know what
they call that.
Speaker 6 (01:11:08):
That's a metal ease spring yeah thing. Yeah, Now is
it funny thinking that it is a fart? It absolutely awesome. Well,
I like to believe it. It's it's real far. Yes,
I absolutely would uh. And also the way, because I
watched the video of it, it does kind of look like,
you know when you kind of pause, not you're doing
like the sneak of cheek, you're kind yeah, like you know.
(01:11:29):
And by the way, older people are just shameless when
it comes to farting.
Speaker 9 (01:11:34):
Yeah, does it just come out easier?
Speaker 6 (01:11:36):
Not even at a urinal I'm talking like in just
a regular situation if you're like sitting there like sometimes like.
Speaker 5 (01:11:42):
Anyway, so they just let it rip.
Speaker 8 (01:11:44):
You're like, what that's independent?
Speaker 1 (01:11:46):
Now on Iron and the NDAA when all the Trump administration.
Speaker 6 (01:11:52):
Pretty funny, Yeah, and gases all I want to believe same,
I want to believe exactly right.
Speaker 8 (01:11:58):
I'm going to believe him.
Speaker 6 (01:12:00):
Coming up next, Radio's most immature game, guys, guess whose gas?
Speaker 5 (01:12:06):
Yeah, the answer is not Chuck Schumer.
Speaker 6 (01:12:10):
It'll be somebody in this room. I gooing homework to
capture them as you rip them. I will play you
this week's sound. Then you have to guess whose gas
it is if you want to play eight seven seven
forty four.
Speaker 8 (01:12:24):
The Woodie Show.
Speaker 6 (01:12:27):
Yeah, so Jeff g newest member of the Woodie Show crew,
And that right there was not.
Speaker 9 (01:12:34):
Jeff Now I wouldn't say that he's classy.
Speaker 5 (01:12:37):
He's got ibs. How long have you had that? Probably
about seven years or so seven years.
Speaker 8 (01:12:44):
How do you catch it?
Speaker 5 (01:12:46):
Well? Well, you don't catch it? Well how Yeah, it develops,
it develops.
Speaker 8 (01:12:49):
Yeah. Do you take medication?
Speaker 5 (01:12:51):
No, I don't take anything. I just that was the
problem is I couldn't figure out what it was. For
the longest time. I had him and and colons all
trying to figure out what the f was with my digestion,
and it just turned out that it was ibs, which
is just flare ups from different things. You know, what
do you have to avoid? I avoid certain foods and
so like chi.
Speaker 16 (01:13:10):
Usually it's like the combination of foods, right, too much dairy,
like chocolate, too much caffeine, too much carbonated. So if
I do more than one of those things a day,
ye give me bubble gus.
Speaker 5 (01:13:20):
Yeah.
Speaker 16 (01:13:21):
So I can be cool, like to have some beers,
but if I have like beers and spicy food, or
beers and dairy, then that's when it goes outways.
Speaker 5 (01:13:28):
So is it is it the more farting more diarrhea?
Speaker 20 (01:13:32):
Like?
Speaker 5 (01:13:33):
Uh, it starts as farting and then it gets to
the good stuff.
Speaker 6 (01:13:37):
Yeah, because as we were talking, as we were talking
about guess Who's gas and everything, I'm like, all right, man,
well now that you're working here on the show, we
got to run you through all the normal stuff that
we do and guess Who's gas.
Speaker 5 (01:13:47):
I mean, it's a fun game.
Speaker 9 (01:13:48):
He's gonna sweep.
Speaker 5 (01:13:48):
It's super mature, but it's fun.
Speaker 6 (01:13:50):
And you know, we got Jeff in the mix especially
if we have a guy who's like basically a professional farting. Yeah,
I am like, like, how how do we how do
we not have Jeff in the mixing?
Speaker 7 (01:13:59):
Guy's got I yes, it sounds like he's gonna need
a splash guard for this.
Speaker 8 (01:14:04):
It's not that bad.
Speaker 6 (01:14:05):
I mean I'd heard about it before. But do you
take medication or you just avoid things?
Speaker 20 (01:14:09):
No?
Speaker 5 (01:14:10):
I take like a probiotic and then people take medication
to curb it.
Speaker 8 (01:14:13):
I've seen infommercials or commercials.
Speaker 16 (01:14:16):
Yeah, yeah, I've never It's never really gotten that bad.
It's just more of me being a little disciplined and avoiding,
like combining those foods that I mentioned.
Speaker 5 (01:14:23):
You know, what's the worst Pooh emergency you've ever had?
Speaker 13 (01:14:27):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (01:14:28):
Man, I think we've all had.
Speaker 6 (01:14:30):
Like we're handling one in the car and you're like
and you're you're and you're making that that you know,
you know, you're having that conversation in your head, like, dude,
all right, So if I can't make it, I'm either
gonna just go ahead and grab my pants or I'm
gonna just pull over on the side of the road
and just you know, squat, Yeah, just spray the curb,
(01:14:50):
Like what else are you gonna do? The worst, the
worst for me ever, was at the time where the
car that I had the time had like fabric seats.
If you leather, I think you can do a better
job of wiping that out. And like, but I think
it'd be like the Seinfeld car smell, like if it's
the fabric seats, Like you'd never get that out. Get
so you're gonna have to get out of the car.
Speaker 8 (01:15:08):
But I was.
Speaker 6 (01:15:09):
I was in a situation where I was in bumper
to bumper traffic count and there was nowhere to go.
Speaker 16 (01:15:15):
Yeah, I was in Rome, and I combined some of
those foods obviously when I went to town, you know
what I mean. Like in Rome and we were pretty
far away from my son's apartment, and I had to
go like a mile uphill, and I was squeezing cheeks
all the way up. There was a McDonald's that was
close and I went in there no bathrooms and I
(01:15:36):
was literally like holding and running and they didn't.
Speaker 5 (01:15:39):
Understand the seriousness, meaning my wife and my son. They
were just like laughing and pointing, and I'm like, hurry up,
you need to get me into his apartment as soon
as possible.
Speaker 16 (01:15:48):
And luckily I made it up and I ran up
like four flights of stairs, got in there. I didn't
even make it to the regular can. I went in
the bidet just because I.
Speaker 5 (01:15:58):
Was like day the animal. Yeah, So it was all bad.
That was like I think my worst boo emergency. Sorry
everybody listening by the way, Wow, And it was an epic.
Speaker 8 (01:16:08):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:16:09):
I carry around amodium like yeah does that work? Ye?
Speaker 15 (01:16:12):
So do I?
Speaker 5 (01:16:13):
Yeah it works man the UK does Lucy. Yeah. The
bag of the bag of over the counters that I
keep in my in my pocket.
Speaker 8 (01:16:20):
I always have.
Speaker 6 (01:16:22):
Look, I got some advill in there. I have the
kind I got advil. I got some uh in, a
histamine like anti allergy thing. I have a day quill,
and I have some emodiums.
Speaker 7 (01:16:32):
You are prepared.
Speaker 6 (01:16:33):
Yeah, it's it's coming to Andy before for people in
this in this room, you're welcome. All right, it's time
for Radio's most immature game, today's dumb ass contest.
Speaker 5 (01:16:42):
It's time for yes, yes, all right.
Speaker 6 (01:16:47):
So radio most immature Game works this way. I have
sent everybody home with an ongoing assignment. Whenever you feel good,

Speaker 5 (01:20:09):

Speaker 5 (01:20:49):
Are you trying to hold it in?
Speaker 8 (01:20:51):
Yeah?
Speaker 7 (01:20:51):
Yeah, I'm just trying to keep it discreet. Well, baby, dude,
I should have recorded my dog all day yesterday and
my little one Chimmy dude, she was rhythmum all hard
and so long and so loud. I should have submitted that.
Speaker 5 (01:21:12):
Oh yeah, yeah, tickets.
Speaker 6 (01:21:15):
You're being a well Mike, Congratulations winner of Guess Whose Gas?
That is something to certainly to be proud of, certainly
a life accomplishment.
Speaker 8 (01:21:22):
Oh yeah, tell your friends exactly.
Speaker 6 (01:21:24):
All right, man, hang on a second, we'll get all
your information. That's how you play Guess Whose Gas. I
was thinking about you see a bass. Oh you know,
if he had gotten on to city council, he could
have been a victim to the kind of stuff that
he does on a regular basis. You know, people go
into these city council meetings and they do, you know,
(01:21:46):
stuff just to just to be cute and stuff.
Speaker 23 (01:21:49):
I think I think that stuff's mostly gone away mostly.
There was one we had a we had a clipn
we Jeff, we have that that guy. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:22:01):
So he was dressed as a giant bong nice and
he named himself Bong Julio, and he went to the
city council meeting and yeah, here I have a little
clip of that here, but as we get into the
weekend audio.
Speaker 27 (01:22:13):
Yes, my name is bong Hoolio. The spelling of that
is b o ng h l e o and this
is my baby bong Holito in.
Speaker 9 (01:22:27):
New Jersey community meeting quickly went off the rails.
Speaker 20 (01:22:32):
Sir, just so that you know, it's difficult for us
to hear you with that background.
Speaker 27 (01:22:38):
I can't hear in this thing anyway, so I don't
know what you're saying.
Speaker 7 (01:22:42):
So in high school I was part of the local
community thing where we had to broadcast these and you
just get your slated time and you can literally just
say whatever you want. Yeah, So legally they have to
give him that time.
Speaker 5 (01:22:56):
And unfortunately people like this are still getting attention, which
is sad.
Speaker 8 (01:22:59):
How would you deal with it as a council member?
Speaker 5 (01:23:01):
You sit there tognore it. Yeah, thank you, thank you
for talking.
Speaker 6 (01:23:04):
Appreciate it because you've got to give them their time, right, Yeah,
I mean yeah, legally, how much time do you get
to do something like that?
Speaker 5 (01:23:09):
Here's but here's the way to deal with it.
Speaker 8 (01:23:10):
Greg.
Speaker 5 (01:23:11):
Is you like when someone does this and you're like,
oh god, that's not funny, Oh god, oh god, you
never you never reference it. You never played it anywhere else.
You just let it die.
Speaker 7 (01:23:21):
You don't encourage them again.
Speaker 6 (01:23:22):
But I thought, like, you know, how weird would it be.
It'd be like if somebody ended up cart narking the
cart narc or you know, if he was on city council.
Although I mean, you know that's the council job. Sounds
like it's going to pay pretty well, it'd be I'd
sit there through bongholio, no problem for that kind of.
Speaker 5 (01:23:37):
But then you go to work to pay these city
council people to sit through this.
Speaker 7 (01:23:41):
Yeah, when I went to these meetings, there would always
be the same person talking about bicycles.
Speaker 6 (01:23:47):
All The vast majority is the local cranks. Yeah, you
get the occasional super unfunny guy like that guy, but
the vast.
Speaker 5 (01:23:55):
Majority is local just old weirdos.
Speaker 6 (01:23:58):
Let's check in with well, maybe a future city councilman
you might give it another run, right, Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:24:03):
You know it's it's there's again. There's there's so much
red tape and bureaucracy, and that'll be one of my
many platforms. Yes, all right, well let's check in with
him now for the Week in Audio, A lot of
music stuff this week and Sammy Billy Joel news.
Speaker 6 (01:24:17):
Yes, is that your favorite Billy Joel more than like
Alanis Morsett or anybody else.
Speaker 13 (01:24:22):
Yes.
Speaker 6 (01:24:22):
Yeah, if I was going to guess, it would have
been Billy Joel for Sammy.
Speaker 5 (01:24:27):
Now, Samue'll tell you that Billy Joel hasn't made any
real new music in thirty three years since here this
guy Rick Biato telling him. Why.
Speaker 26 (01:24:38):
When I got to the end of writing River of Dreams,
I felt like I was done thinking about what am
I going to do next? Wait a minute, I've got
to sit down and write a whole new album's worth
of songs.
Speaker 7 (01:24:53):
I didn't want to do it.
Speaker 9 (01:24:57):
I like, when you can be that rich that you're
just like, I'm good like whatever.
Speaker 5 (01:25:01):
However how old he was then, forty eight or whatever,
he's like, yeah, think about it.
Speaker 11 (01:25:07):
If you remember a couple of years ago, he did
come out with the new song called Turn the Lights
Back On, but that was a song that he wrote
way back in the day.
Speaker 5 (01:25:17):
Yeah, it's too hard to write songs now. I saw
more of that interview.
Speaker 6 (01:25:23):
He made a really good point, and he said to
all these like legend artists, you know, like, uh, you
know whatever, they call legacy artists, not legend artist. Legacy artists.
You're not doing yourself any favors by releasing new music.
You you dilute your legacy. Yes, because people like it's like,
oh man, another crappy whatever album, another crappy whatever song.
Speaker 5 (01:25:44):
People wanted the songs that made you who you are.
That's what people wanted from you.
Speaker 6 (01:25:48):
At this point. They're not looking for you to release
new stuff, right.
Speaker 9 (01:25:50):
Because nobody were disappointed than a fan who goes to
a concert and here's all new songs.
Speaker 6 (01:25:55):
Especially when you go to an artist who's got a billion,
huge hit songs and it's like another new song.
Speaker 7 (01:26:01):
I agree with you one thousand percent. But look who's
number one on the charts right now, Madonna. Yeah, but
it doesn't mean that doesn't mean it's good.
Speaker 5 (01:26:10):
That's fair. Like when at some point do you just
like to somebody from you know, does Rick Rubin come
to you and say you need to stop now?
Speaker 6 (01:26:19):
The charts work now is just because people are like, oh,
they check it out, It doesn't mean that they actually
like it. Doesn't mean it has any kind of staying power.
It doesn't mean it's going to be in there.
Speaker 7 (01:26:27):
With material girl and last night, I was looking on
Billboard one hundred and what year is this is Madonna?
Speaker 6 (01:26:33):
Number one and number four? Michael Jackson. It's because it's
no longer on streams. Yes, streaming.
Speaker 5 (01:26:39):
It's not based on record sales and radio players, which
is highly or was I should say, highly influenced by
industry insiders.
Speaker 8 (01:26:45):
And along those lines, would you, I hate it when
you go to like one of these legacy acts and
they either do a different version of their song where
they do some stupid drops. Oh yeah, I don't like that,
and I hate it, probably the only one who hates
it when they invite Oh, look at this twelve year
old you can drum, let's have him drum? No, I didn't.
Speaker 5 (01:27:05):
This week, And it fully sets up the next clip.
Who di is this is a a an artist or
group you sure as hell know who has a new
song out in the past week or so is called
covered in you? That's Gregory Bonus points there's another major
(01:27:25):
musical artist featured in here. If you could figure out
who it is, it's not a hold on on the
level of long Stone, is it?
Speaker 9 (01:27:41):
Is it Paul McCartney doing what singing?
Speaker 5 (01:27:44):
You know, playing the BASSA I was just saying for
like another vocals or something.
Speaker 8 (01:27:51):
This is their new album that Robert Smith is on
a track.
Speaker 5 (01:27:54):
To dude, Robert Smith looks like a friggin corpse. I
saw video.
Speaker 6 (01:27:59):
Look still sounds really good. Yeah, like if you close
your eye, just don't open your eyes, like but he
sat he sounds really good.
Speaker 5 (01:28:08):
But I'm good.
Speaker 17 (01:28:09):
God.
Speaker 6 (01:28:09):
Remember Greg, you were talking about like, you know, you
know somebody who died, You wonder what they look like today.
Speaker 5 (01:28:14):
They think died ten years ago.
Speaker 8 (01:28:15):
They've been buried.
Speaker 6 (01:28:16):
Like he looks like he died ten years ago and
someone dug him up and put him on stage.
Speaker 8 (01:28:22):
Died ten years ago, yet gained a lot of weight.
Speaker 6 (01:28:24):
Yeah, all the other gases and bloating the build up
in the body. There was an article I just saw
it said, uh uh, Mick Jagger talks, you know, talks
about getting old. But it was like, what do you mean,
what do you mean getting old?
Speaker 8 (01:28:40):
Been old?
Speaker 5 (01:28:42):
Guys? You go back to the nineties. They were making
jokes about retirement tours of the Rolling Stones forty years ago.
Speaker 8 (01:28:47):
Oh yeah, and we talked about algorithms. I don't know
what's up with my algorithm?
Speaker 2 (01:28:50):
It is.
Speaker 8 (01:28:52):
Jagger?
Speaker 5 (01:28:54):
Well, maybe because the clips like this. Here he is
he's telling a Conan O'Brien as he is doing the
rounds for promotion for this album about the worst piece
of advice he got from a terrible human being goes
by the name of John Lennon.
Speaker 27 (01:29:05):
Remember John telling me, yeah, you know she never made
your heroes, I would never meet Elvis make if I
you he's fascinating it And.
Speaker 8 (01:29:14):
So I didn't.
Speaker 5 (01:29:15):
I took Jon's advice, yeah, which was really stupid, O
me man.
Speaker 6 (01:29:19):
So he never met Wow, Mick Jagger never met Elvis.
Speaker 5 (01:29:22):
That's weird because John Lennon, life and child abuser and
philanderer told him not to.
Speaker 8 (01:29:31):
Well, apparently the reasoning behind that was John Lennon when
he flew to America the second they landed, the first
thing he said, I want to meet Elvis and they
arranged it, and I guess it wasn't a pleasant experience.
Speaker 5 (01:29:45):
This week in audio, another example of who this give
a clue? A younger band, in this case new song
Rattle the Cage, Rattle the Cage.
Speaker 8 (01:29:54):
Who is.
Speaker 5 (01:29:58):
Death cab for cuting? I mean it sounds like metallic
You're right, it does.
Speaker 6 (01:30:04):
But it's not.
Speaker 5 (01:30:05):
It doesn't sound like Metallica.
Speaker 6 (01:30:07):
I would say the sounds like static x right.
Speaker 5 (01:30:11):
The vote these instrumentation does sound like some Metallica that
the vocals are wrong. Uh, it's kind of like it.
I kind of like it. Should like it what he.
Speaker 8 (01:30:23):
Will love it. It's not disturbed nelp And you said
they're younger then the really stuff everyone who is it.
Speaker 13 (01:30:36):
Raw?
Speaker 5 (01:30:37):
So I don't hate it, I said, I don't hate it.
It's crowdier than he was in the nineties.
Speaker 1 (01:30:44):
I like it.
Speaker 5 (01:30:45):
Yeah, dude, Nickelback gets unjustified hate.
Speaker 8 (01:30:48):
Absolutely they do.
Speaker 5 (01:30:50):
It's cool to hate on it, you know, I get it.
We've all heard the jokes. But the jokes Nickelback sucks well, no.
Speaker 6 (01:30:58):
Like they're they're the butt of like you know, like, yeah,
there's just a ton of the well they were the butt.
Speaker 5 (01:31:04):
Rock is the genre for folks that know, it's the
it's the it's the like what Gene just kind of
mentioned there. The sound that's that's hard heavy metal, right
hard rock. But it's the growley affectation on the voice
that the growling through your through your lower vocal cords
is why they and other bands like it, like with
that affectation trying to sound hard.
Speaker 8 (01:31:26):
Nickel was the butt of most jokes slash.
Speaker 5 (01:31:29):
Of course Nickel.
Speaker 8 (01:31:33):
Doesn't get that.
Speaker 5 (01:31:34):
I mean he growls. He's thing that that that growls.
Speaker 7 (01:31:37):
There's there's a lot of They found the origin of
why Nickelback got all the hate because, uh, some comedian
on Comedy Central like made a little bit of a
joke about it, and then they made that a promo
that played like one hundred thousand times on TV, which
put it out into the public.
Speaker 6 (01:31:56):
Kind of spread around kind of yeah, poison poisoned the
well yeah.
Speaker 8 (01:32:00):
True, Well the bank account is laughing at all of us.
Speaker 5 (01:32:03):
Kid, they played the County Fair all right, Greg, one
more for you?
Speaker 8 (01:32:06):
Who this? All right?
Speaker 5 (01:32:07):
Who this?
Speaker 1 (01:32:15):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (01:32:15):
I know who it is?
Speaker 17 (01:32:17):
I got it?
Speaker 5 (01:32:20):
Adam Lambert.
Speaker 4 (01:32:21):
Yes it is.
Speaker 7 (01:32:24):
Like dude, we played Adam Lambert songs before on this station.
I'm not telling anybody who it was, and people liked it.
The second they find out is Adam Lambert.
Speaker 5 (01:32:34):
They're like, oh, never mind, Okay, this is good.
Speaker 6 (01:32:37):
But if I if I had a choice between a
song that sounds like this and a song that sounds
like this, I'm taking this.
Speaker 7 (01:32:45):
I like.
Speaker 8 (01:32:46):
But if I had to choose, I'm going at him.
Speaker 5 (01:32:49):
I don't.
Speaker 8 (01:32:49):
I don't hate Adam Lambert.
Speaker 6 (01:32:50):
I could, and there are I like a lot of
different stuff I'm saying.
Speaker 5 (01:32:52):
But if it came down to it, if I had
to choose one over the other, I would take this
all down. I could listen to more of Adam Labert
for longer than I could listen to that. Yeah, well,
you're just not as angry as a person. Disclosure. I
was mega into not nickel back, but heavy metal and
it was fifteen sixteen. Yeah, but you can only be
so angry for so long.
Speaker 8 (01:33:11):
People.
Speaker 5 (01:33:12):
It's not about being it. I like the energy of it.
I like, you know, like the rips, like the I
think all that stuff. This is good. Like this is
like I don't know, am I a spa.
Speaker 8 (01:33:21):
It's a little gay, ye, which is odd because Adam
so is not.
Speaker 6 (01:33:27):
I'm more of the weekend audio coming up next.
Speaker 5 (01:33:29):
Second. So, a pair of.
Speaker 8 (01:33:34):
Nuns in Brazil. All they didn't get along, they were
forced to work together. They ended up getting pretty close.
They both quit the convent, went lesbo for each other
and got married.
Speaker 6 (01:33:47):
About clams back into the convent, fuzz bumping for Jesus,
I got it all right?
Speaker 8 (01:33:54):
What is it bad habits.
Speaker 6 (01:33:56):
All right, Welcome back and right back into the week.
Speaker 5 (01:34:03):
In audio play, a very easy version of who's in
the wrong here. This is a woman who is in
a Jersey Mike's in the Baltimore area and she wants
a free birthday sandwich. You are entitled too, you are
if you are signed up on the app and the
blah blah blah blah blah. You like you have to
be like a you know, I have to have all
that stuff and then they'll send you a coupon via
(01:34:24):
the app. You can't just walk it, get it?
Speaker 8 (01:34:27):
Yeah, forget well, I want to sandwich shop app.
Speaker 5 (01:34:31):
This Reportedly, this lady's reply was not I get it,
I'm out whatever. She just demanded the sandwich.
Speaker 6 (01:34:37):
Well, she is a baltimoren well as as she is
a Baltimore Onian. And as the these always happened. The
video picks up after something bad has happened. She claims
that the employee has told her basically the f off
and this is their end, and it goes.
Speaker 19 (01:34:53):
Like this, get okay, yeah Jerseys, thank you, yeah, brocast
He's starting ten dollars because it's my birthday and I
asked your birthday I'm on his side.
Speaker 5 (01:35:06):
I'm on his side.
Speaker 8 (01:35:09):
They're both.
Speaker 5 (01:35:10):
I love that man, but why do they talk like
that when you're broke? Ass? Get the f on?
Speaker 8 (01:35:14):
I love it.
Speaker 5 (01:35:15):
I'm on his side one thousand percent. Yeah, he just said,
I've had enough, stop it, quit it, get the flut please,
and thank.
Speaker 9 (01:35:21):
Yeah you didn't thank you.
Speaker 6 (01:35:21):
You didn't pay for something and then didn't get it
or whatever. So you've paid the money and didn't get No,
you're asking for something for free.
Speaker 5 (01:35:28):
That's your birthday. I guarantee his get the fl wasn't
response to oh, would you please make an exception for me?
You can tell that that's a man who's had enough. Yep.
Well she she's she's not done. Neither is he.
Speaker 6 (01:35:40):
It's like, bitch, it's a minimum wage job. What do
you think I'm going to put up with here?
Speaker 20 (01:35:44):
Why you lose your job?
Speaker 13 (01:35:45):
Look?
Speaker 8 (01:35:46):
Got the door? Come on right?
Speaker 20 (01:35:48):
Not saying anything to you? And why do you lose
your job?
Speaker 5 (01:35:51):
David bro Wait, the boyfriend's there.
Speaker 9 (01:35:53):
He's probably an outside the door.
Speaker 5 (01:35:55):
Apparently he will get it.
Speaker 9 (01:35:56):
He doesn't want any part of this.
Speaker 8 (01:35:57):
I get it.
Speaker 6 (01:35:57):
If you guys ever fellas if you guys ever had
a a girlfriend, a girlfriend who their mouth is getting
them in trouble, and you know they expect you to
be able to back them up or end up handling
things physically if it becomes a problem. Man, I I
had this mouthy girlfriend at one point, real mouthy like that,
(01:36:19):
Oh yeah, because my wife knows when the shut up,
shell mouth off. Later, like when in the car, like
what was with that bitch in line at the grocery store? Meanwhile,
this X of mine, we'd be standing there in line,
right behind the person who she's mad at, and she'd
be like, well, apparently some big fat bitches don't know.
Speaker 8 (01:36:36):
Bud. I'm like.
Speaker 6 (01:36:39):
In the and the and yeah, and the boyfriend the
husband to be there, And finally I'm like I started
speaking up and go, hey, I'm not getting in a
fight for you when you're running your mouth. And I
said that out loud, like hey, whatever you start, you
will have to finish. Don't don't sign me up for
your war. I'm not interested in looking.
Speaker 5 (01:36:59):
Guys. You gotta stop putting in these girls to teach.
Speaker 19 (01:37:01):
Them, just like no, yeah, yeah, watch you lose your
job at the door, come on right, not saying anything
to you, And why do you lose your job, David
broke gass Is on my birthday.
Speaker 20 (01:37:14):
This's time I get treated on my birthday at Jersey Night.
And you're going to have a whole lot. You got
the right one to play with a.
Speaker 4 (01:37:22):
Whole lot.
Speaker 5 (01:37:30):
Jersey mics.
Speaker 8 (01:37:30):
I gotta say they're both kind of composed. They're not
freaking out.
Speaker 5 (01:37:34):
Yeah, there's no one's fighting and throwing his son changing
like it. I mean, you can't.
Speaker 6 (01:37:40):
I don't know what you because yes, he did the
right thing, but the wrong way.
Speaker 9 (01:37:43):
But also, like when it's your birthday, like you you
wait for people to say happy birthday, Oh thank you
very much. You don't go looking for fights in the
name of your own birthday.
Speaker 7 (01:37:55):
To get a sandwich.
Speaker 5 (01:37:57):
This week and audio Keith Hernandez, he's on s Y
and Why calling the Mets games and you got a
lot of time in a baseball game, and he just
goes off on how none of his kids are going
to give him like grandkids and how is one the
one kid that did isn't related to him?
Speaker 6 (01:38:14):
I follow if you can follow this all right, Keith Hernandez.
Speaker 8 (01:38:16):
Jesse, my oldest has two kids. She's my adoptive daughter.
So she's not in my line.
Speaker 5 (01:38:24):
So my two in their forties, they're not going to
have kids. I won't go in to one of them.
Speaker 8 (01:38:32):
That's not going to happen. Rig it's just fizzled up.
It just seems like a terrible waste.
Speaker 9 (01:38:39):
Is he nuts?
Speaker 5 (01:38:40):
Now he's joking, so he's got a lighthearted approach to it.
Speaker 9 (01:38:44):
But what did he say about his adopted.
Speaker 5 (01:38:45):
I know that it doesn't continue the blood line. And
he went on to say that, yes, he considers her
kids his grandkids bubbles. Yeah, but it's not it's not
the bloodline.
Speaker 7 (01:38:56):
Is there's like a conversation you have when you're drunk.
Speaker 5 (01:38:58):
Yeah, the pitch clock has quickened baseball games, there's still
a lot of downtime. Yeah, care Greg, Greg, you.
Speaker 8 (01:39:07):
Have this problem. I have this problem.
Speaker 5 (01:39:09):
You're the last.
Speaker 8 (01:39:10):
I will be the very loud last unless said my
old age.
Speaker 5 (01:39:15):
It's not gonna happen.
Speaker 8 (01:39:16):
It's not gonna happen. It's over. It ends here.
Speaker 5 (01:39:19):
There's no one last, the last stop on the gory
tra sorry world. You got plenty will be no more.
Have plenty of listeners that would have And I told
you get a half Caucasian, half half a Spanic woman.
So that so that like you being Caucasian and Mario
being Hispanic, the baby will be closer to so cute
(01:39:41):
exactly to.
Speaker 8 (01:39:42):
Care for it. I know that's.
Speaker 5 (01:39:46):
What if it's a girl. Do you want a girl, Gina,
I'll take a girl.
Speaker 8 (01:39:49):
Okay?
Speaker 5 (01:39:50):
This week and audio game? What is your original game? Actually,
no one else can do this. If they do, they
get sued like the Jersey Mix' lady how they OUI?
How do they out so late? Her name is Asha
Gilbert and she hurt herself doing this.
Speaker 8 (01:40:10):
Sounds like water.
Speaker 9 (01:40:12):
Yeah, he's gonna keep it going water. I think it's
like beads or something.
Speaker 6 (01:40:16):
Yeah, it's also the sounds like a pipe walked through
a glass door, a.
Speaker 9 (01:40:26):
Bunch of beads inside broke.
Speaker 7 (01:40:29):
Yeah, she slipped and then try to grab something and
it broke.
Speaker 5 (01:40:32):
No, I'm going she broke. She broke a pipe. And
now like you think it's water, correct, the winter is Gregory.
Speaker 8 (01:40:39):
It is water.
Speaker 9 (01:40:40):
Oh it doesn't sound like war because well you.
Speaker 5 (01:40:43):
Can also see the title of the clip, greg Gory.
She was trying to pull dance in her living room,
which then it's one of the screw screw tight ones.
Speaker 8 (01:40:51):
Okay, and she.
Speaker 5 (01:40:52):
Has right there a sprinkler, you know, like the fire
apartment style ones that breaks her release and then when
the when the pole slips, it cracks right through that.
Speaker 6 (01:41:00):
And god, oh yeah, I definitely got water from whatever
her name is. Tries pole dancing, that's what he named it.
Speaker 5 (01:41:07):
The clip cheater cheaters.
Speaker 8 (01:41:11):
A lot more than we have over.
Speaker 5 (01:41:13):
Here, should say, still very popular amongst the other the
old female crowd. It is aerials as well. They love
the silks. They love climbing up.
Speaker 7 (01:41:32):
At it too.
Speaker 5 (01:41:33):
Yeah. Well, they're good at getting an Instagram photo. It
doesn't really do much for you. Well, there's the Week
in Audio Everybody.
Speaker 6 (01:41:41):
Show, and we're into another hour here on this throwback Thursday,
Greg Miss Gina grad and ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls.
Speaker 5 (01:41:53):
It is the Pride of Pacoima.
Speaker 6 (01:41:55):
He's the senior vice president of the managing partner of
Club Turn Up, El Presidente and the newest Nick Dame.
Atted to his very very cluttered business card.
Speaker 5 (01:42:03):
So long, it's it's too tim everybody. Yeah, yeah, dude,
how are you.
Speaker 7 (01:42:11):
Oh, I'm so good.
Speaker 6 (01:42:12):
It's great to see It's always good to see you, guys.
I feel like it's been very busy and I haven't
had a lot of Tim time.
Speaker 5 (01:42:18):
I know I felt that way too.
Speaker 21 (01:42:20):
Yeah, And then and then correct that, and then it
hurt when you were like, I don't even know where
your office is.
Speaker 5 (01:42:25):
I don't.
Speaker 6 (01:42:25):
Wow, they made they made Tim move offices.
Speaker 8 (01:42:30):
How many times have you moved offices?
Speaker 23 (01:42:32):
Uh?
Speaker 5 (01:42:32):
Six?
Speaker 8 (01:42:33):
At least six times?
Speaker 5 (01:42:34):
I actually did. Yeah, this last move, I was like,
how many times have I look at it?
Speaker 8 (01:42:38):
When you were right by our ow? Yeah?
Speaker 5 (01:42:40):
Remember when I was on the fifth floor.
Speaker 6 (01:42:42):
In the twelve years that we've been here, he's moved
twelve times. Yeast, it seems it seems that way.
Speaker 5 (01:42:48):
It seems that way.
Speaker 6 (01:42:48):
Well, Tim, We have some questions from the people that
have been sending us the questions either on the text
over to two to nine eighty seven. Of course, we'll
get the feedback of the questions on email, email at
the Woodies Show dot com and a lot of people
in the comments and stuff when we post the videos
on our YouTube speaking which.
Speaker 5 (01:43:04):
Have you gotten any any more feedback to share with us?
Speaker 21 (01:43:06):
You know, first of all, I will say you are right,
A lot of people are really enjoying this segment, and
I appreciate all of you. Really, I think the only feedback,
like most of it all has been positive. Yeah, I
would love to revisit last week's about the work wife.
Oh yeah, I mean people are like, dude, you can't
(01:43:26):
even work wif Like people truly called me out on
like the word work wife, and you actually called it
out perfectly.
Speaker 5 (01:43:32):
You hate how it's called work wife. The term gret
is like the word the term pop up.
Speaker 8 (01:43:39):
I hate day.
Speaker 5 (01:43:41):
There's a pop up this weekend, temporary, it's planned, it.
Speaker 8 (01:43:44):
Didn't pop up.
Speaker 5 (01:43:45):
So I mean to clear that up.
Speaker 6 (01:43:48):
I mean there is a difference. They talked about work
wife and co worker. Just because someone's a co worker
who's a female, does that make them your work wife
you work closely on a project or like on the
like sammy my work wife and my.
Speaker 8 (01:44:01):
Work wife better.
Speaker 5 (01:44:05):
Co worker.
Speaker 6 (01:44:09):
Implied your best Okay, I think No, I don't like
the way it was applied because the application is just
because someone is the opposite sex and you work with them,
that they are your work husband, your work wife. That
is not that is not the case the work wife.
I think the example was where we the text.
Speaker 22 (01:44:29):
Yeah, they brought food, left person taking caretaking care, not
that you can't care about them as a person because oh,
yes you are friends with them or whatever.
Speaker 6 (01:44:40):
That's different. I think there is a line. I agree,
I agree.
Speaker 21 (01:44:43):
I think the other word is side piece also also true.
I mean, Greg, you know the way you said, what's
a better word? Like I like to call people who
I work with that close, like my right hand man,
my right girl, like nobody who is always next?
Speaker 5 (01:45:01):
It's that because she uses her right hand on you
as she's really good at that sound.
Speaker 9 (01:45:09):
I got an ambidexter as a girl.
Speaker 6 (01:45:12):
Yeah, that chacks my south Paul right there. I bring
heck On days i'm feeling funky, I bring the south
Paul in.
Speaker 8 (01:45:17):
You know I like that, Tim right hand?
Speaker 5 (01:45:21):
Yeah for sure?
Speaker 8 (01:45:22):
All right?
Speaker 6 (01:45:23):
All right, so you ready to go this week's questions Jeff?
You have the questions there, Tim. First question is, all right, Tim,
tell the truth? Who is a better cook your mom
or your wife? Who is a better cook your mom
or your wife? And you have to tell the truth.
Speaker 8 (01:45:42):
Easy.
Speaker 5 (01:45:43):
I'm guessing the.
Speaker 8 (01:45:46):
Uh all right, man?
Speaker 5 (01:45:52):
Mark really stuck?
Speaker 8 (01:45:54):
All right?
Speaker 5 (01:45:54):
Everybody goy guesses.
Speaker 6 (01:45:57):
Also, I think I think Tim is just gonna stick
with his mom. I think the wife understands. I think
the mom might take a little bit more offense. What
you base all your current opinions.
Speaker 5 (01:46:11):
Now in my in my situation, neither one of them
would be offended.
Speaker 6 (01:46:18):
Like my wife self admittedly is a terrible cook, and
she doesn't enjoy it is that she doesn't take any
pride in it. It's not a source of like anything
satisfaction for her at all. She would love it, she
never had to do it again, so she wouldn't be offended.
And my mom will be like, I know how to
make three things. You know, she's also a person doesn't
(01:46:38):
because she worked all the time and she didn't She
didn't really have any kind of interest in it either.
So I'm gonna no loose situations saying that. Now that said,
I will say my my mom is a better cook
because she makes more things from scratch on her own,
with her own recipe kind of stuff than my wife does.
My wife can assemble whatever you give her a recipe for,
but my mom has more like her chicken palm is
(01:47:00):
really good, you know, different things that she's a beef
strogan off, she does really well.
Speaker 5 (01:47:05):
Different things like that. So I'm going mom For Tim's answer.
Speaker 9 (01:47:09):
I think Tim knows who he's going home to, and
absolutely his.
Speaker 14 (01:47:12):
Wife is better.
Speaker 5 (01:47:13):
Okay, all right.
Speaker 8 (01:47:15):
Also, I said, mom, just frame of reference, nostalgia, everything
you based today's opinions on. Oh, that's how mom used
to make.
Speaker 5 (01:47:23):
Yeah, okay, menace, I'm going white.
Speaker 7 (01:47:26):
We don't know if his mom was a good cook
or not. And then I mean, I'm sure it's like
really far removed from when he had his mom's cooking.
Speaker 6 (01:47:35):
It just depends on I think it just depends on
who's going to be more offended. Yeah, all right, It's
not who's an actual better cook or not. I think
it's like, you know, who do you say? And that
in that situation, Sammy.
Speaker 5 (01:47:47):
I also said, Mom, oh wait, hold on, the question
wasn't who's a better kisser?
Speaker 13 (01:47:54):
Now what?
Speaker 6 (01:47:56):
Yeah, we're not trying to guess who is better kicking?
Speaker 11 (01:47:59):
No, I'm not getting Okay, I'm going with that. He's
gonna say his mom again because I think that was
his frame of reference. I think that his wife probably
is a very good cook, and maybe because of that,
it reminded him of his mom.
Speaker 5 (01:48:14):
But I think his mom's the og. Okay.
Speaker 6 (01:48:16):
Whenever I see Tim posting pictures of things that they're eating.
A lot of the times it's like outside grill stuff,
and that's that's Tim's domain.
Speaker 5 (01:48:24):
That's Tim's domain.
Speaker 6 (01:48:25):
Now, what's the reason behind that is because you can't
cook or she doesn't really like to cook it?
Speaker 5 (01:48:29):
We don't know. We'll find out, Jeff.
Speaker 16 (01:48:30):
G Tim is a very smart man, and if he's
smart in this situation, he will say his wife, his wife, yeah,
because he doesn't want to catch any heat when he
gets home.
Speaker 5 (01:48:38):
I think I'm not. I don't even care who cooks better.
I care about your well being.
Speaker 6 (01:48:43):
Let me ask you that question. Who's a better cook?
Speaker 5 (01:48:45):
Your mom? Oh my mom? This isn't my segment, but
that's okay.
Speaker 9 (01:48:54):
So the vere is split fifty to fifty.
Speaker 5 (01:48:56):
It really is Tim. Here we are while I love
my mom and she is the og. I will say, dude,
my wife, she gets down?
Speaker 6 (01:49:08):
Wife, Yeah, what's her what's her best what's her best dish?
Speaker 5 (01:49:11):
I was afraid you were gonna ask that.
Speaker 21 (01:49:13):
She's got a lot and she has learned so much
over the twenty five years we've been married. I'm gonna
say in LaaS with her Mexican rice is probably my favorite.
Speaker 5 (01:49:27):
And also I wouldn't look the way I look.
Speaker 21 (01:49:29):
If she was a bad cook. You know what I'm saying,
Like I eat really really well, really well.
Speaker 5 (01:49:35):
Yeah, you know, keep cool.
Speaker 6 (01:49:39):
You see those videos online where it's like, uh, you know,
some wife is like showing off how she gets up
super early before the sun comes up to get her
husband's lunch together, and she's like packing this like really
nice looking lunch.
Speaker 5 (01:49:52):
I'm like, wow, oh yeah, absolutely, and then.
Speaker 6 (01:49:55):
She's got the breakfast ready to go from where he
gets up, he puts it in his truck.
Speaker 5 (01:50:02):
And then goes off to the work side or something like. Man,
that's a that's like something you only see in media
videos and movie movies.
Speaker 9 (01:50:11):
That's not true, Is it your wife pack your lunch?
Speaker 6 (01:50:16):
I will imagine my wife setting her alarm so she
can guys, you guys all know my wife, but your
hours also blow.
Speaker 8 (01:50:26):
That's true.
Speaker 5 (01:50:26):
So there's that.
Speaker 21 (01:50:26):
But I will say Veronica does not pack me a lunch.
But she's a teacher, so she's off right now. For
two and a half months, she I will say, eighty
five percent of every day she.
Speaker 8 (01:50:39):
Wakes up and makes breakfast, and she could she could
lay in bad. She is a great.
Speaker 5 (01:50:45):
Sleeper that she could sleep for sure. Question number two
for t O Tim.
Speaker 16 (01:50:51):
All right, the whole purpose of this segment is to
you know, cross cultures and learned right from other cultures.
So THEO Tim, what is something you are guaranteed to
find in a Mexican household?
Speaker 8 (01:51:01):
All right?
Speaker 16 (01:51:02):
So think about all the things that are in the
Mexican house in the within those four walls.
Speaker 5 (01:51:06):
What is something you are guaranteed to find a couple
couple of things. The only one that comes to mind, mm,
I think it's Jesu.
Speaker 8 (01:51:16):
It's so broad.
Speaker 5 (01:51:18):
Yeah, all right, I got an answer.
Speaker 6 (01:51:23):
Yeah, all right, Well I'll start while you're put Jesus statue,
just repping Jesus in some way, shape or form, whether
it's like I feel like every time I walk into
a Mexican household, there's some representation, whether it's a crucifix
on the wall, maybe it's the Jesus candle or you know,
something like that, it's rep in Christ in some way shape.
Speaker 9 (01:51:43):
Yeah, I agree, I put painting of Jesus, painting of
Jesus Christ.
Speaker 8 (01:51:50):
I was thinking along what you said was candle, but
candle Jesus candle but whatever? All right now.
Speaker 7 (01:51:55):
Jesus does get a lot of shouts.
Speaker 5 (01:51:57):
But I'm with my line.
Speaker 6 (01:52:00):
Then, what what did you say recently? You said that
Jesus is hot or something like that, is.
Speaker 7 (01:52:04):
Up up but in a Mexican household, you know who?
I see a lot more Guadaloupe and I cannot sell yep,
that's exactly loope all day.
Speaker 5 (01:52:15):
Let's get the spelling right.
Speaker 8 (01:52:17):
What do you put there? Not not to g A
U d a U y u p A.
Speaker 5 (01:52:28):
Yeah, so there is there is you know, Jesus is
up in there, but up in there.
Speaker 8 (01:52:34):
All right?
Speaker 9 (01:52:35):
They put across so the lines.
Speaker 5 (01:52:37):
Yeah, okay, Jeff g same as Menace the Vehican?
Speaker 8 (01:52:45):
Y okay? What Tim?
Speaker 5 (01:52:48):
Sorry? I mean I do have all of those answers,
but the one I went with, none of us are right.
I went with vix Vapo. Rah explained this to us.
Speaker 21 (01:53:02):
Every time you're sick, uh, you gotta rub vix vapor
rub on your chest and magically you will feel better.
Speaker 9 (01:53:11):
I did not know that.
Speaker 21 (01:53:12):
I mean, it's in every household. Don't don't get me wrong,
but I'm just telling you, Like, every time I was sick,
it would be like, oh, you gotta rub victy. But
in true in true h Latino fashion. I also said
crucifix and akumari. I mean those are these are all
things that guaranteed are in Mexicano hostle for sure.
Speaker 6 (01:53:33):
So my buddy, his in laws are like fresh out
the boat Russian, you know. And when the kids, his
kids were little, they would come over and if they
weren't feeling well, they would chop up onions and they
would rub vics on the bottoms of the kid's feet,
put onions in their socks, and then put the socks
on because the onions and the vix together helped draw
(01:53:55):
and there because I said, what is that about.
Speaker 5 (01:54:00):
A minute? And the big put on a souk is
also big with Filipinos are the Latino agents.
Speaker 6 (01:54:10):
It reminds me of like when Elmer Fudd would have
bugs Bunny in the pots, sprinkling onions and the kids
in the crib and there's sprinkling onions and stuff around
the crib and in the crib and in the socks
and everything else, like a you gotta prepare this kid.
Speaker 5 (01:54:23):
Yeah, true. And when you have a stomachache, it's seven
up right, that's it. Those are all right, Well, there
you go. That is this week's round of t o Tim. Yeah,
oh yeah. If you have a question for a future.
Speaker 6 (01:54:37):
Round, any question you think you like Tim the answer,
you can send us a text over to to to
ninety seven. You can email to us email at the
woodieshow dot com war leave it, write in the comments
when we post the videos on our Instagram and YouTube.
Speaker 13 (01:54:49):
Do it.
Speaker 6 (01:54:54):
Up in the club Throwback Thursday. Back in the day,
Tim here was an actual club DJ. It'spenning all these songs.
So we figured, you know what, what a better person
who more qualified than Tim?
Speaker 3 (01:55:03):
No one?
Speaker 6 (01:55:04):
And this is one of the things that Tim and
I bonded over when we first started here and started
doing Throwback Thursday and playing these club tracks, is that
Tim and I would just sit there and brain summer
a bunch of I'm like, you.
Speaker 5 (01:55:14):
Know what, I'm just gonna put you in charge this.
You know what it's coming out he's been doing. I
don't even know how many years it's been now it's
been actually, I don't even know that. I have no
idea a long time.
Speaker 6 (01:55:24):
We can look back Greg Keels tracking, I'll get on it.
Speaker 5 (01:55:27):
He does.
Speaker 6 (01:55:27):
He has like an archive of every conversation we've ever had.
He could tell us what day and what time had happened?
Are you the Woody Show? Wikipedia?
Speaker 8 (01:55:34):
Kind of? Yeah, kind of. I mean it's like maybe
one thing I might be good at.
Speaker 5 (01:55:41):
I'm gonna look because he's the best note taker always. Wait, no,
he really does. He has.
Speaker 6 (01:55:46):
He has like the notes from every conversation. When it happened,
What day?
Speaker 5 (01:55:51):
What time?
Speaker 8 (01:55:51):
Oh? Yeah, yeah, okay, so I think it's been if
my notes are correct. March of twenty seventeen.
Speaker 6 (01:55:58):
Well, that sounds about right, Soge of twenty seventeen.
Speaker 5 (01:56:02):
Yeah, what does it say in your not What did
your note say?
Speaker 8 (01:56:04):
It just says up in the clurb out here brothers
boom boom boom.
Speaker 5 (01:56:09):
Sound sounds about right?
Speaker 4 (01:56:13):
Correct?
Speaker 5 (01:56:13):
Does that sound right? I mean it sounds like something
I would say. The year sounds about right. Yeah, ninety.
Speaker 8 (01:56:20):
Seventeen, nine years, Yeah, we were here.
Speaker 5 (01:56:22):
We were here at that point three years, yes, yeah,
in here three years. Wait a minute, I know that's wild.
Speaker 8 (01:56:31):
So I told you he's got every note. Oh and
on that first club day, Wait, what did I say?
I talked about going to Red Robin and having an
actual good experience.
Speaker 5 (01:56:46):
That might be what that might be fun? You know,
every week, Greg like when Tim comes in whenever.
Speaker 6 (01:56:51):
He came to get around him, you can tell him
what song he went with on that day, like he
menace likes this the day of history stuff.
Speaker 5 (01:56:57):
And what we talked about on.
Speaker 8 (01:56:58):
The show that day at eight fifty that morning talking
about Tupac all right, and it was Celine Dion's birthday
that day. Let's see.
Speaker 5 (01:57:09):
Why do you have this information? Was the big thing
that we did, like on the show that day. Was
there like a like a cart narks or anything.
Speaker 8 (01:57:16):
Like that, you know, something like that some celebrity death. Okay,
George Michael got buried? Oh okay, yeah, Oh we did
a round of oh really okay, GPS technology has given
us a worse sense of direction. Oh, let's see what
else did we talk about?
Speaker 15 (01:57:35):
Oh?
Speaker 8 (01:57:35):
One of our topics was who's the shadiest person you've
ever dated? Yeah? And then uh looked at the headlines
Eric Clapton's birthday.
Speaker 5 (01:57:48):
Okay, red neck news. I'm sure it was in there.
Speaker 8 (01:57:51):
Red neck news. Yeah. New Hampshire couple arguing loudly police come.
Boyfriend tries to hold off the cops by holding a
shotgun to them, while the girlfriend threatens to poop in
the cops. There you go.
Speaker 5 (01:58:02):
I told you he was a good note. So has
anybody ever like question like you know how you go?
Speaker 7 (01:58:07):
Like?
Speaker 5 (01:58:07):
I never said that before.
Speaker 8 (01:58:08):
I never said that. Greg's like, hold off, let me
let me look us up. If the keyword thing is working, Yeah,
we can find basically anyway.
Speaker 5 (01:58:15):
Yeah, it's cool.
Speaker 8 (01:58:16):
It's cool. So nine years, nine year, just over nine years, all.
Speaker 5 (01:58:21):
Right, So we're we going up to the claib with
this week.
Speaker 21 (01:58:23):
All right, we are going, I mean, actually, and if
my memory serves me correct, this is probably one of
the songs that would and I actually bonded to or with, okay,
made up to.
Speaker 6 (01:58:34):
Yeah, I remember he laid me down and as he
was removing my clothes and this song came on.
Speaker 5 (01:58:41):
So it's forever burned in our memories.
Speaker 9 (01:58:42):
Yes, such a gentle lover.
Speaker 8 (01:58:44):
Yes it is.
Speaker 5 (01:58:45):
We're going nineteen ninety eight, Alice DJ better Off.
Speaker 4 (01:58:50):
The lock showy.
Speaker 8 (01:58:57):
D there it is.
Speaker 5 (01:59:01):
Yeah, that's it. This is the right song.
Speaker 6 (01:59:05):
We got it, Alice DJ better Off alone up in
the club. It's throwback Thursday. It's the Woodie Show. Sammy's
over there yawning. So so my guess is that she
doesn't know the song.
Speaker 5 (01:59:18):
Oh wow, No, I think I do know.
Speaker 9 (01:59:22):
Social media. This song is all over social media.
Speaker 5 (01:59:24):
I think I'm observer.
Speaker 15 (01:59:26):
I know.
Speaker 11 (01:59:26):
But would this have been like a night at the
Roxbury or something?
Speaker 3 (01:59:30):
Not?
Speaker 5 (01:59:31):
I know it's not the manhere.
Speaker 9 (01:59:36):
I don't know.
Speaker 5 (01:59:37):
I've heard it.
Speaker 20 (01:59:37):
I don't know.
Speaker 5 (01:59:38):
Have you ever touched grass or that?
Speaker 8 (01:59:40):
They say?
Speaker 5 (01:59:41):
Right, that's that's what. Did you live in a ship?
I mean this part just right here, that's all you
need to hear.
Speaker 7 (01:59:48):
Really, I know that.
Speaker 5 (01:59:49):
Yeah, I've heard this from a night at the Roxberry. Yeah,
I don't know.
Speaker 6 (01:59:55):
I was looked over there and like she looks like
a bear that just came out of hibernation.
Speaker 5 (02:00:01):
Stretch.
Speaker 18 (02:00:02):
What are we doing?
Speaker 5 (02:00:04):
Menaces?
Speaker 7 (02:00:05):
Fist pump in Because I lived on planet Earth, I KNOWJ.
Speaker 5 (02:00:10):
Better off alone. DJ Tim Martins sucks a good day,
Love you man, Love you Battle to catch next week.
Speaker 4 (02:00:20):

Speaker 6 (02:00:23):
Alright, So that's a legit license plate that you got.
Speaker 5 (02:00:29):
Sea Bass.
Speaker 6 (02:00:30):
The cybersex cybersex.
Speaker 5 (02:00:31):
Some people will say that it is cyber sucks because
it's for his cyber trust.
Speaker 6 (02:00:36):
I don't know how exes pronounced, but yes, cybersex. Well no,
but they got to get creative when you get to
these license plates, you know what I mean, I gotta
get you gotta get creative with it, so you know,
it's pluralo like how fives are supposed to be s's right. Yeah,
which brings me to this story. I'm surprised they gave
that to you.
Speaker 5 (02:00:54):
I am too, because I've tried three times with versions
of iHeart Anal, and they are.
Speaker 6 (02:00:57):
Protecting left and right. What's the closest do you think.
Speaker 5 (02:01:03):
I've tried I Love Anal. I've tried a n U L.
Speaker 6 (02:01:07):
But any Yeah, what if that's her wife's name, yeah, Annewle, Yeah, that's.
Speaker 5 (02:01:12):
Yeah, I got it rejected. I got for the rejected
letters at home.
Speaker 8 (02:01:15):
I'll bring him in her Anewle PLATEL or something. And
they actually do a little heart symbol.
Speaker 6 (02:01:19):
Right, certain specialty plates do, yes, yes, yes, yeah, all right. Well,
this old lady seventy seven years old, she's in Florida.
The state gave her an interesting license plate that she
didn't ask for this, okay, just that random yeah, you know,
she just you know, needed plates, and so they send
her some plates and it reads s q Z A
(02:01:41):
five five so squeeze ass.
Speaker 5 (02:01:44):
Yeah, but with a space in the middle. Between the
SQZ and the A. You know five five right, that's cool.
Speaker 6 (02:01:52):
Yeah, So Grandma is driving around the squeeze ass license
plates and which she originally said no at first, but
now it seems like she's kind of cool with it.
Speaker 5 (02:02:01):
Maybe even I don't know, likes the attention a little bit.
Grandma getting naughty.
Speaker 13 (02:02:06):
I don't think a woman that lives in a senior
community that's going to be seventy seven years old next month,
we'll be driving around with what this plate has to say.
I can handle it. If I get a few honks
here and there, actually being over seventy, I might like
a few honks.
Speaker 9 (02:02:25):
She likes those honks.
Speaker 7 (02:02:26):
Yeah, honking girl, that's fun.
Speaker 2 (02:02:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (02:02:31):
So what I'm saying, just.
Speaker 9 (02:02:32):
Because she's seventy something doesn't mean she can be fun.
Speaker 5 (02:02:35):
All right and join fun join license plate fun starts squeezing.
Yeah yeah yeah, yeah, maybe you don't. I asked the
old ai Grock to like give me some options for
how to get around it. Yeah, and it's really like
they'll say, put the letter the number four in for
the A. It doesn't look right.
Speaker 8 (02:02:54):
Yeah, it's yeah, losing the whole.
Speaker 5 (02:02:58):
I want it to be like instantly when you see it. Yeah,
you don't even want to you don't want to stop
to think about it. A A lover, But yeah, I
just need to know way to spell anal without flagging
whatever's looking.
Speaker 9 (02:03:09):
An attentive instead of retentive A A N.
Speaker 5 (02:03:15):
L right and a D K t O. Give that
a shot. See if they'll see if they'll go or
anal juice or something.
Speaker 8 (02:03:29):
The other way?
Speaker 5 (02:03:29):
Now, yeah, what about what about colder and colder? Yeah,
illusion colder je cybersex, which was pretty sweet.
Speaker 8 (02:03:45):
That's pretty hot.
Speaker 5 (02:03:46):
I saw people like people stopped to take a photos
of the other because I was coming back to my
ruler truck, and I saw a group of like young
adults gathered around young adults.
Speaker 9 (02:03:55):
What does that mean?
Speaker 5 (02:03:55):
Like twenties? There was a girl involved.
Speaker 8 (02:03:58):
Yep, thank you, just throw throw herself at you.
Speaker 9 (02:04:03):
No, hey, we have a suggestion from this side of
the room. Yes, what if it said s q R
t R.
Speaker 5 (02:04:10):
Oh, that's a good chance. That's not what I'm going for,
But I like the spirit of it.
Speaker 9 (02:04:14):
I think I think me and Jeff might be honest.
Speaker 6 (02:04:15):
Something good luck like fifty bucks people, that's fun eight
seven seven forty four. You can send us a text
over to two two nine eight seven. Just because you
get older, does it mean that you're dead from the
waist down? You hear these stories all the time about
these like old person communities, and there's like an outbreak
of you know what it is, it's just riddled genre.
(02:04:35):
I mean, no one's getting pregnant, but they're getting the Yeah,
they're getting crabs and all the other stuff, all the other,
all the other fun stuff.
Speaker 5 (02:04:45):
Didn't one of the workers get somebody pregnant at one
of those what were we talking about? Something?
Speaker 6 (02:04:50):
I remember being like a younger man, like a teenager,
and thinking to myself like, I don't know, because you
see like people's moms, and then you know, you go,
I don't know, how does how does his dad even
find her hot? She's so old, I know, and she's
like twenty five, yeah, yeah, thirty. But you're like, you know,
you're a kid, you know, ross Yeah she's so washed
(02:05:12):
and now yeah washed.
Speaker 5 (02:05:13):
And but now you get it.
Speaker 6 (02:05:14):
Oh yeah, so I think now because you see like
old people, like people who look like, you know, like
what you would think. There's some people are like you
can't believe their grandparents, Like wow, you're you're a grandparent.
But then you see other people You're like, I'm tired, right,
flossy dicky type of old people, and you can't imagine,
like ever being attracted to somebody who looks like that.
(02:05:37):
But then I'm sure you get to that point. You know,
you're seventy some years old, they're seventy some years old.
Assuming that the rod still works, You're.
Speaker 9 (02:05:45):
Like, yeah, okay, I think about that all the time,
Like you know, barring like a couple of dudes you know,
like Leonardo DiCaprio or whatever that only date like twenty
three year olds. How your brain stays attracted or Greg,
how your brain stays attracted to the age as you are.
You know, like again I know that you're not on
board with.
Speaker 8 (02:06:05):
My age, no way.
Speaker 5 (02:06:08):
Yeah, when I'm.
Speaker 9 (02:06:09):
Sixty, I'll be like, that's a hot sixty year.
Speaker 3 (02:06:11):
Old like you are.
Speaker 5 (02:06:13):
I don't know, I think. I mean, that's obviously that
is true to an extent, but they're you know, fourteen
year olds and sixty four year olds both find twenty
seven year old Sidney Sweeney just fine, Yeah, you don't
think it. Examples go back to Sidney Sweeney. For him,
that's his go to go to person. My refend is current.
Oh sorry that twenty seven year old Cindy Crawford Joe
(02:06:36):
old hit like me.
Speaker 8 (02:06:38):
That's oh yeah, that's what that's what it is.

these humanoid robots. Man, I think given a little bit
of time here and not that long, not that far off. Yeah,
right now, the funny dude, we were talking about things
that gets you every time when you see stuff like
that fail miserably, like they have they have like the
humanoid robots go to run and it all to the
(02:08:03):
point where it's like breaking apart into a billion piece
gets ones.
Speaker 5 (02:08:07):
They have so funny. They have fight clubs for that's fun.
Speaker 6 (02:08:11):
Oh yeah, well remember the show what was the TV
show back in the day with robots battle bots?
Speaker 5 (02:08:16):
Yeah, they still have that in Vegas.

You can go.
Speaker 7 (02:08:19):
It's like going to like a w W show. Yeah, gone,
it's super fun.
Speaker 6 (02:08:22):
I remember watching on TV where they have the robots
with the giant like circular saw attached to it and things.
Speaker 7 (02:08:28):
They have one where they bring out a slot machine
and a robot just like slices it in half.
Speaker 5 (02:08:33):
That's cool. That's fun.
Speaker 6 (02:08:34):
