Speaker 1 (00:00):
Forty forty A couple of things for you menace.
Speaker 2 (00:06):
Yes, this guy named Isaiah Thomas, not.
Speaker 1 (00:09):
The basketball I know that. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
No, not not the basketball player. And Isaiah Thomas, not
the Isaiah Thomas.
Speaker 3 (00:18):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (00:18):
He finished a three thousand mile walk across the country.
Speaker 4 (00:23):
Yeah, I know this guy.
Speaker 2 (00:24):
He walked from Philadelphia all the way to California.
Speaker 5 (00:27):
Wow.
Speaker 1 (00:28):
I love his setup too.
Speaker 2 (00:30):
He walked about thirty miles a day. He managed to
raise a bunch of money for at risk youth while
he did it. He battled the you know, tough weather conditions.
He was even hit by.
Speaker 1 (00:38):
A car at one point twice.
Speaker 2 (00:40):
Yeah, he recovered from that, just kept on going.
Speaker 1 (00:42):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (00:43):
When he first started, I think he was like, only
like thirteen miles out and he got hit by a car.
Speaker 1 (00:47):
Oh my god, he was in the middle of the street.
How long did it take? A couple of thirty miles
bla blah, Yeah, I didn't see.
Speaker 2 (00:55):
I think it was like two months, thirty miles a
day day.
Speaker 6 (00:59):
Yeah, and oh he had this really cool setup, which
I'm like, God, I wish I would have thought of
that when I did my forty mile walk. Is Uh,
he got one of those you see when those runners
have their kids in like a little basket thing.
Speaker 7 (01:13):
Like yeah, like the sports strollers.
Speaker 6 (01:16):
Yeah, okay, okay, Yeah, he had his video because he
was live streaming at too. He had his video rig
on that, so he wasn't carrying all the weight.
Speaker 1 (01:26):
Push push, Oh I see now, yeah he's he's just
pushing athletics stroller.
Speaker 7 (01:31):
Took him one hundred and twenty four days.
Speaker 1 (01:33):
Wow, damn, I wish I had that set up.
Speaker 2 (01:36):
Yeah, three thousand miles. Good god, crazy get hotels every night?
Or I wonder what he that part of the logistic.
Speaker 7 (01:43):
Cowboy camp on the ground and he's like crossing deserts
and stuff.
Speaker 8 (01:48):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:48):
Who was that one singer he also did that. He
walked across country and he was almost done and they
got bit by a snake.
Speaker 7 (01:55):
Yes side, Yes, that was a couple of years.
Speaker 4 (01:56):
Ago, Mike actually on the other show.
Speaker 1 (02:04):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (02:04):
Then he went into the hospital and then he recovered
and then he got dropped off back at the same
point and finished and then finished.
Speaker 1 (02:12):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (02:12):
Yeah, rules meant something else for you. You love Wieners?
Speaker 1 (02:17):
Yes?
Speaker 2 (02:18):
And uh, are you going to the gym now?
Speaker 1 (02:21):
Yes?
Speaker 2 (02:21):
I am so you joined a gym? I did, Yes, Okay,
what are you doing there?
Speaker 1 (02:25):
Like, I just like.
Speaker 6 (02:26):
Wait, training stuff, no, no cardio, okay, just trying to
you know.
Speaker 2 (02:31):
Well, then this is gonna this is gonna interest you
because if you're a dude working out at the gym,
there's a side effect that you might not be aware of.
It's a relatively new thing. It's called gym penis.
Speaker 1 (02:46):
It's a thing.
Speaker 2 (02:48):
It's an unwanted side effect of like a hardcore workout,
because when your workouts done, your blood flow is restricted
or I'm sorry, not restricted, redirected, which means that your
little fella will just shrink up for a bit.
Speaker 1 (03:02):
Now.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
The good thing is the good news. It's not a
long lasting effect, and so the blood flow will go
back to normal. Okay, But if you're trying to bang
immediately after the gym, because now you're all like horned up, yeah,
because activity's like you might want to wait a little
bit and catch your breath first, because you might have
gym penis.
Speaker 1 (03:19):
Another reason not to go true.
Speaker 6 (03:22):
Yeah, I mean you want to make sure that you
know you're at maximum length when you're in the shower gym.
Speaker 2 (03:28):
Yeah, you don't want to be seen, dude, I got
a chair massage at one point last week, and when
I stood up from that, my you know, like your
your arm or your leg or whatever you hand will
fall asleep. My penis was asleep.
Speaker 1 (03:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (03:42):
It was weird, the same way like your your foot
or your leg or whatever.
Speaker 1 (03:47):
It was. The weirdest thing.
Speaker 7 (03:48):
Was it justed for like an hour.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
Yes, because like when you're in those those those massage chairs. Yeah,
your knees are up, you know, because you're you're kind
of like kneeling in a weird way, and then you're
lean forward and then everything is kind of pressed and like,
don't maybe the way it was like sitting in my
pants or whatever, and so I was, you know, leaning
up against it or whatever.
Speaker 1 (04:09):
Just I stood up and I'm like, oh my god.
Speaker 2 (04:12):
It was like pins and needles.
Speaker 1 (04:13):
But like so weird. It was so weird. Dude, walk.
Speaker 2 (04:20):
Did Yeah, I was I was taking I was taking
it easy. I was just I was walking. But I
was like, oh my god, this is so weird.
Speaker 1 (04:29):
You should have had the massage it out, you know, yeah,
like he.
Speaker 2 (04:34):
To get the blood going. It was so weird.
Speaker 1 (04:38):
That is super weird.
Speaker 6 (04:40):
I did have a question for the audience though, because
I knew going back to the gym. And I don't
know if this is a thing. Maybe sea basking and
chime in, But like I've noticed now that guys they
sit at the machines on their phone.
Speaker 7 (04:55):
It's the word very common.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
Yeah, I don't feel.
Speaker 6 (04:58):
Like talking to somebody on instag Yeah, they're just in
there scrolling the entire time. I'm like, is just is
this just the location that I go to? But they're
like fat as hell and they're just in there on
their phone.
Speaker 1 (05:11):
And just like not using the equipment.
Speaker 7 (05:13):
I think their excuse, or at least what I was
told was that they're like they have a certain amount
of reps and they have to take like a thirty
second break or six second, way longer than.
Speaker 9 (05:21):
Okay, it is more your location. The hardcore locations would
not have such a thing. You see that people are
just like you're not here, You're just here to dick
around on your phone.
Speaker 1 (05:30):
You see, like any.
Speaker 2 (05:31):
Time you say you went to the gym, exactly, and you.
Speaker 9 (05:34):
See a lot on like the stair stepping machines where
like they're they're playing games or whatever or having conversation.
Speaker 6 (05:40):
Yes, there's other places to sit, you know, but they're
straight up sitting on the machine.
Speaker 9 (05:45):
Well, that's my favorite move, is I'll is, I'll go
to like somebody who's like camped out somewhere and they
got all their crap or do where, even though they
have signs that say put your bags and lockers, et cetera,
et cetera, and I'll just like, I'll start using that
piece of equipment. Oh oh sorry, oh was equipment. It's
not not a shelf, and I'll go use it. Like
when I see people doing that, I will go use
(06:06):
a piece of equipment, even though I'm not intending to,
just to make them move their craft same tracks, Yeah.
Speaker 1 (06:11):
Yeah, as I should. That's usually my move too, because.
Speaker 9 (06:16):
Same dude should be placing that crap, but they don't.
So you know what, gotta have us a visual.
Speaker 6 (06:21):
There is no selfie stick policy my gym, and I
don't see anybody using those, like any like tripods or
anything like.
Speaker 9 (06:31):
That's good because I was at a an offense to
Planet Fitness, but I was at one in Nashville where
this girl she was set up on their little squat
rack and she had her whole little tripod and she
was like live streaming.
Speaker 2 (06:40):
So I made sure to like walk by. I didn't
even knock her.
Speaker 9 (06:43):
I didn knock her thing over, which I should have,
but I was kind of like made sure that like
part of my hand drifted in front of it, and
I totally ignored her.
Speaker 1 (06:53):
I got here his problem.
Speaker 2 (06:56):
Yeah, you experienced this, this gym penis.
Speaker 9 (06:58):
Well, that's just a it's a new fangled term for yeah.
Speaker 7 (07:03):
Yeah, like going other places physiology, physiology that's been around
for one hundreds of thousands of years and now it's
a fun word.
Speaker 1 (07:09):
Now it's got a fun How do.
Speaker 2 (07:10):
You experience that where it kind of shrinks up a bit?
And I wouldn't say it shrinks up a bit, it's
just can't like immediately bang right for the gym. You
gotta you gotta give a minute.
Speaker 1 (07:17):
It's probably crazy temporary, right right, Yeah, it's crazy temper.
Speaker 9 (07:20):
I've never had to, like, I never gone like it's like,
you know, it's at least you usually take a shower
first typically, Yeah.
Speaker 2 (07:27):
Well, I mean because you're feeling all sexy.
Speaker 9 (07:29):
Yeah, I'm ripped and I don't want to do musky.
Speaker 1 (07:34):
I don't want to. I don't want to have sweaty sex.
That's gross.
Speaker 10 (07:36):
Do you use the gym you live in or Rid, Dallas, Texas.
Speaker 1 (07:41):
Everybody in.
Speaker 10 (07:44):

to two pm doing a listener meet up.
Speaker 6 (07:51):
I'll have giveaways more, but I would love to see
you there Saturday, August twenty second.
Speaker 1 (07:56):
If I can make this successful, that.
Speaker 6 (07:58):
Means yeah, Dallas a lot more.
Speaker 1 (08:01):
So if you're nearby, please.
Speaker 6 (08:04):
Texas, Lazy Dog Restaurant, August twenty second, Saturday, from noon
to two pm. Can't wait to see you there. In
the meantime, enjoyed the Woody Show podcast.
Speaker 2 (08:14):
Woody Woody Show, And it's another new hour here on
the Woodie Show. Woody, Greg Dennis. Yeah, there's Gina Grant. Yeah,
and she's got the trending news headlines.
Speaker 7 (08:25):
Well, here's the latest on that In and Out shooting
in Twin Falls, Idaho. We're learning some of the names
of those heroes, the armed bystander that was Jordan Salinas
and the off duty police officer Austin Scott. And the
victims have been id'd, like twenty three year old In
and Out employee Ashley Gariba. She was shot and killed
along with a customer, Christopher Klanch. Cops say the shooter
(08:47):
had no criminal record, and his background and online activity
are still being looked at. Of course, as part of
the investigation. Authorities haven't confirmed a motive, but there's still
interviewing witnesses, they're gathering evidence. They have no idea why
this happened.
Speaker 1 (08:59):
Keeps seeing the headlines and the TV news where they
have the video of it and the caption says, alleged suspect,
stop with that a lot.
Speaker 2 (09:10):
Yeah, we know who did it.
Speaker 1 (09:12):
He's not the alleged suspect.
Speaker 2 (09:13):
It's a guy who theyripped off the pavement who had
the gun in his hand.
Speaker 1 (09:17):
Yeah yeah, yeah, the.
Speaker 7 (09:17):
One we all saw do it, not alleged video.
Speaker 2 (09:20):
Yeah yeah. So it's uh, that's that's annoying.
Speaker 1 (09:22):
You're right, annoying.
Speaker 2 (09:24):
Yeah, it's like they're still looking for somebody or trying
to identify who did it. They know who did it.
Speaker 7 (09:29):
This is the person, the guy with the smoking gun. Yeah, yeah, exactly.
I think we have some audio account from the sisters
that were at the in and out shooting that day.
Speaker 11 (09:37):
I faced the shooter head on and he pointed the
gun at me, and I ducked behind a white car
just to have some sort of coverage. I saw saw
a pistol on a gun case. I'm guessing that was his,
and I didn't have anything to defend myself, so I
grabbed the gun and I pulled it back. It was jammed,
(10:01):
so I just felt helpless.
Speaker 7 (10:03):
I mean, she does seem like a badass though, Like
I didn't have anything, so I grabbed the gun.
Speaker 2 (10:06):
I mean it's a survival thing, absolutely.
Speaker 7 (10:08):
But some people freeze up, so good for her.
Speaker 2 (10:11):
Yeah. The other thing, you know, my son said, well,
you know, why did they do this? And I go
because they're nuts, you know, And I think we always
try to find like an answer or have some kind
of like oh with the okay, so we know what
the motive is, how does that stop anything from happening?
You know, we always want to know what the motive was. Okay,
but what now?
Speaker 1 (10:30):
What? And right? And right?
Speaker 2 (10:33):
We know what the motive is, is that just for closure?
I'm asking legitimately.
Speaker 1 (10:37):
Closure fail to prevent future stuff?
Speaker 4 (10:40):
Yeah?
Speaker 7 (10:40):
But how does it prevent that?
Speaker 1 (10:41):
How does it prevent future stuff? If you know, this
guy was you know, he had some issue with he
doesn't like fast food industry, right, how would that sounds
like fattening food? I don't see how it would.
Speaker 7 (10:53):
I think just in general, our brains crave answers. We
hate not knowing stuff, So I don't know. I don't
know how it actually matter.
Speaker 1 (11:00):
I think the motive is probably more basic than people think.
This dude is a mega ultra nuclear loser. He's gonna
go and off himself anyway. Yeah, might as well become infamous.
Speaker 2 (11:11):
I gotta take some people out.
Speaker 1 (11:12):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (11:12):
This is a brand new in and out location according
to the reports, so it's always packed because it's the
new thing, and it's a lot of people are there.
Speaker 7 (11:21):
Right and jokes on him because we'll never say his name,
so screw you.
Speaker 8 (11:25):
Well.
Speaker 7 (11:26):
There is an update on the Spokane fires and arrest
has been made. Cops arrested this thirty seven year old
dude on suspicion of arson. They say he set the
Old Trails fire, which is one of three fires burning there,
and according to Spokane County Sheriff, this guy was seen
kneeling near grass at the side of the fire and
later found to have matches and a lighter.
Speaker 2 (11:44):
That seems way more plausible than the other thing I
was reading about. There was one of these conspiracy theories
about how another one of these laser events.
Speaker 1 (11:51):
Oh.
Speaker 2 (11:53):
I remember they were doing that with the Palisades fire,
like somebody was claiming it was like from lasers or.
Speaker 1 (11:58):
The politicians saying his climate.
Speaker 2 (12:00):
Started intentionally the government, whoever with these lazy come on.
Speaker 7 (12:04):
Well, Gregor probably was the guy was really hot and
so he got pissed, got his lighter or to be
this guy.
Speaker 2 (12:09):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (12:09):
Hundreds of homes and buildings have been lost. Sixty seven
thousand people have been ordered to leave their homes. So far,
there have been no reported deaths from the fires, which
is good news.
Speaker 1 (12:19):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (12:20):
I talked to my mom because she lives like right
in the center of the fire, and she said that
everything leading up to her house is burnt down. I
talked to her last night. Her house was still there.
I tried to talk to her this morning, but nothing
yet on an update on that. Also on that guy,
he also was convicted of manslaughter. He was killing his father.
Speaker 1 (12:42):
Oh, right, guy that the arrested for the fire.
Speaker 6 (12:44):
Yeah, they said at first he got first degree murder,
but then it got uh this is like ten years ago,
but then it got charged down to manslaughter and now
we got to let him.
Speaker 7 (12:56):
Yeah, definitely got to let him go and wander the streets. Well,
speaking of which, Luigi Mangioni, he's making an unusual request
ahead of his trial. He wants the entire court room
drama to be broadcast live so people can watch. Yeah,
for real, I do love a court room drama. Well,
Mangioni's lawyers argue that letting cameras in would help make
(13:16):
sure he got a fair trial and keep things transparent.
But this is kind of like look at me right,
Like he's just he's an attention horror. So the only
problem for Luigi is that New York courts don't typically
allow live broadcasts of criminal trials, and jury selection for
the trial starts on September eighth. If he's convicted, Mangione
could face a life sentence, So this is clearly going
(13:37):
to be like the closest watched criminal case in New York.
I'd like York. Yeah since OJ, Yeah.
Speaker 2 (13:46):
I mean, I don't know, it doesn't have that same
as OJ.
Speaker 1 (13:50):
Was just a we've never seen anything, the Super Bowl
trial chase beforehand, stuff like that.
Speaker 7 (13:58):
Tons of Fama.
Speaker 2 (13:59):
He was already famous miss right before nord Burke.
Speaker 6 (14:02):
Yeah, and then I mean, Samy, you were disappointed that
they didn't broadcast the ditty trial.
Speaker 1 (14:06):
Right, all you got was those drawings.
Speaker 7 (14:08):
Yeah, it was so sad. She just sat at home
on her couch and the free Diddy t shirt just
crying ironically.
Speaker 2 (14:14):
Shirt ironically oil paintings from the trial. Wow, baby, oil
paintings Dune.
Speaker 12 (14:21):
Well.
Speaker 7 (14:21):
The MMA world is reacting to the news that Brazilian
UFC flyweight Allen Nishimento died yesterday. He was thirty four
years old. He was found unresponsive after having what looks
like a heart attack in his sleep. He built a
really impressive twenty two to seven pro career. Dana White
even grabbed him out of the Contender Series in twenty eighteen,
moved him up to the UFC Vegas card shortly after,
(14:43):
and his most recent fight came in June. That's when
he lost a split decision to Mitch Riposo at UFC
Vegas one nineteen.
Speaker 2 (14:50):
So what do you think that is like steroid kind
of thing? Well, who's thirty four years old?
Speaker 1 (14:55):
Heart attack? Yeah?
Speaker 7 (14:57):
Oh, I know people who have Yeah, really are they?
Speaker 1 (15:01):
They have heart conditions? Enlarged heart.
Speaker 13 (15:03):
No, there wasn't anything. They died from a heart attack
and they're sleep thirty six years old.
Speaker 7 (15:06):
Oh well yeah, well, I think when it comes to athletes,
we go. I'm sure the toxicology report will come out.
But according to Sammy, it happens.
Speaker 1 (15:14):
Yeah, I know it happens.
Speaker 2 (15:15):
But it's a person in their thirties to just drop
out of a heart attack is so rare. You know,
it's got to be either one of those hereditary you know,
heart conditioned things in the heart.
Speaker 7 (15:27):
Yeah, and there's a pro athlete involved, yeah, something like that.
Speaker 2 (15:31):
Especially these guys who are you know, all ripped out
like that, and you know that's always the first thing wrestlers. Yeah,
those dudes a lot of heart problems. Yeah, they got
the guys who are you know doing the professional weightlifting
competitions and competition Yeah, bodybuilders for how these people who
are like so quote healthy and in shape or whatever.
Speaker 1 (15:53):
You never see a really old.
Speaker 7 (15:54):
Dude they don't know or they're in a walker wheelchair
by the time like forty five.
Speaker 2 (15:58):
Yeah, see working out.
Speaker 7 (16:00):
Dangerous guys stopped working out exactly.
Speaker 1 (16:03):
I went to high school. This is one dude who
became the stereotypical bodybuilder to the point where he would
like dye his skin. U for competition.
Speaker 7 (16:10):
Yeah, they look like rotissery chickens.
Speaker 1 (16:12):
Yeah, they had to weigh their food like just mega strict.
He's mega died. Yeah, I had like twenty two so
it was probably steroids. Right.
Speaker 7 (16:21):
Well, yeah, when you get to when you see those
guys that look like they should be in a side show,
you can't do that naturally.
Speaker 2 (16:27):
I know who thinks that looks good other bodybuilders?
Speaker 7 (16:30):
Yeah, well, finally, guess who's gas everybody? Spider Man A
Brand New Day has been selling out all over the world,
as we know, and the other data theater in Columbia.
Fans got a little more than they planned on when
they went to the theater because about halfway through the movie,
someone in the audience let a big one rip and
then another one turned into a fall like fart attack
(16:52):
in the theater. The smell was allegedly so bad that
people got up and started running out in the middle.
Speaker 4 (16:58):
Of the movie.
Speaker 12 (16:58):
And you.
Speaker 1 (17:01):
Know who reminds us of, Yeah, Sammy.
Speaker 7 (17:04):
Were you were? You really where you said you were
in Columbia because employees actually had to evacuate the theater.
Speaker 2 (17:13):
We were at it. We were at Joe Coy show,
and we're all sitting together and we're like, holy crap,
we're in an arena. Yeah, this is an arena, open air,
a giant arena, and it stunk out the whole section.
Speaker 7 (17:31):
I straight up blamed the guy in front of Oh.
Speaker 2 (17:32):
Yeah, what a selfish We thought it was this pig
in front of him, and it turned out to be
We found out later it was Sammy.
Speaker 13 (17:40):
That was an insane bombsh It did not make a sound,
which is why no one ever, no one ever assumes
it's me when I'm in a crowd, which is the
best part.
Speaker 2 (17:49):
But I mean, that's got That was one of the foulest.
That was one of the foulest smart farts I've ever
smelled in my entire life.
Speaker 13 (17:58):
Like to defend myself really, like everyone says that it's
in my head that my stomach hurts from certain things
and other stuff. And I had airport food that I
should not have had before I.
Speaker 7 (18:08):
Went to that show, and that's what happened.
Speaker 1 (18:11):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (18:12):
I try to like not make faces and stuff, you know,
I don't want to be rude, but I think my
head was full on in my shirt.
Speaker 2 (18:20):
Seriously, like peel the paint to Joe probably was about
to stop the joke.
Speaker 1 (18:26):
Has Matt teams come in the arena out?
Speaker 2 (18:29):
Yeah, biological warfare.
Speaker 7 (18:32):
That's why I have to eat organic guards, no airport chicken. Well,
no one knows if in this case someone let out
a stink bum or if it was a prank or
someone like literally crapped their pants, but only a few
people in the audience came back to finish the movie,
and staff tried their best to air out the stench,
but like it was a no go. So we can relate.
(18:54):
And that's what's going on with it. I know, I
hear it.
Speaker 2 (18:56):
Now come back, everybody, Yeah, talking about Sammy's room clear well,
arena clear.
Speaker 1 (19:06):
Yes.
Speaker 2 (19:07):
Somebody on the tech said the fallist fart I've ever
smelled was from a beautiful blue eyed blonde and she
would have just let them rip right in front of you.
Speaker 1 (19:16):
Really, Yeah, that's so rare. Yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 7 (19:19):
It was one of my friends. It's like a hot
girl party trick.
Speaker 1 (19:23):
I mean, just like God grossed all of us out. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (19:29):
Yeah, I started lifting out of my chair, which reminds
me since we're on the on the subject and then
then then we'll drop this particular subject. But we got
an after hours voicemail for Sammy.
Speaker 14 (19:40):
Yeah, it's a message for Sammy. Hey, yo, Sammy, I
have a question for you. Because I know that you
be pooping all day every day, I kind of do
the same, and I have a question.
Speaker 15 (19:52):
Are your poops like.
Speaker 14 (19:53):
Fully totally solid logs?
Speaker 15 (19:55):
Is it kind of like you know, reindeer pebbles me
for my off I take on average, I think like
four solid dump like solid dump Okay, Yeah, so I'm
just curious.
Speaker 16 (20:09):
Thanks.
Speaker 2 (20:11):
Say, if you got anything for us, you can always
leave it on and we literally get anything and everything, talk.
Speaker 1 (20:20):
About the weather, best friends talk about poop.
Speaker 13 (20:22):
True, So it is solid. I mean mostly we'll really
get into it now. So I will after I almost
after every time I eat, I'll poop about immediately. You're
like a dog, and that will be the most solid,
and then I'm still gonna be going though a few
more times after that, and kind of as I go,
it gets softer, and then the next meal will be
(20:43):
super solid, and then I will continue to go after that.
Speaker 6 (20:47):
You're like the gold standard.
Speaker 2 (20:51):
Yeah, because it's not what you're eating. It's not like
it went right through you. It's just whatever got processed.
She's making room for the new stuff and it gets
her digestion going yeah, and it starts the machine up.
There are people like, man, I came out twenty minutes like.
Speaker 1 (21:05):
No, no, I disagree with that. I've eaten stuff where
it comes out within twenty seconds.
Speaker 7 (21:09):
Well that's if it's like there's bothering you, it would
come out looking exactly how it went in.
Speaker 1 (21:16):
Well, I guess so, but it's what do you mean,
I guess so that's the impetus of what started the pool?
Speaker 2 (21:20):
Well, yeah, no, because you ate something, it started your
It got your digestive system revved up, and so it
started in there. Yeah, it started clearing out whatever. There's
no way it would come out whatever you just ate
would come out looking exactly the same because it literally
just passed through. It got no chance to break down,
no chance for the.
Speaker 1 (21:37):
Costco chicken salad that you recommended. It just got your
digestion showing my last bite running to the toilet and
just got your digestion going.
Speaker 7 (21:44):
No, you're right, it pushes out the thing in front
of it. Yeah, it does.
Speaker 13 (21:47):
But to gudge point two, if it's something that you're
eating that's making you.
Speaker 7 (21:52):
Well, you wanted a definitive answer, right, not just opinion opinion.
Speaker 1 (21:56):
It's in fact.
Speaker 13 (21:56):
Yeah, but if you're eating something that is making you sick,
that's still going to depend on how the poop comes
out then from what you're eating.
Speaker 7 (22:03):
Because if you just ate it and it made you
super sick, you'd throw it up anyway.
Speaker 1 (22:07):
Moving on, I'm telling you right now, Moving on, Gina.
Speaker 2 (22:13):
Did you ever get an update or can we get
an update on the credit card thing? Did you ever
get to the bottom of that?
Speaker 16 (22:18):
No?
Speaker 2 (22:19):
So nothing because Gina had two things, Yeah, two orders
from the Chick fil A mobile.
Speaker 7 (22:25):
App in Virginia.
Speaker 2 (22:26):
Yeah, that showed up on our card. The first one
she called. They said, Okay, we're gonna close the car.
We're going to send you a new one, which whatever
you're still going to take like a week or whatever.
Speaker 7 (22:34):
I've got that.
Speaker 2 (22:35):
And the very next day she got an email from
what looked like, I guess the Chick fil A account
because you looked it up. Is this a legit account
tied to Chick fil A?
Speaker 7 (22:45):
It's a real email one?
Speaker 2 (22:47):
They said, yes, I don't know if you've got any
further clarification on that, because I can't figure out how
that would be because you don't even have a chick
fil account.
Speaker 6 (22:55):
Correct.
Speaker 7 (22:56):
I never got a fraud alert from the second one
because that account had already been closed and it never
showed up on my transactions on my app. So I
don't know if it just fell off or that poor
poor burglar didn't get his like horrible order of like
mini chick whatever and like tea and no ice that
was their order. What a horrible order. And I'm still yeah,
I'm still waiting for the gd question.
Speaker 2 (23:17):
Chicken minis, I briscuits, those are good.
Speaker 7 (23:21):
One order of one order of chicken minies and ice
and tea with no ice. That's a terrible order.
Speaker 2 (23:27):
Well you get more tea.
Speaker 1 (23:30):
The ice isn't taking up all the room?
Speaker 6 (23:31):
Yes the way.
Speaker 1 (23:33):
Yeah. Uh.
Speaker 2 (23:34):
There was an email that we got. This is from Carla. Hey,
what do you show listening to where Gina is mentioning
being the victim of credit card fraud. Something even worse
happened to my friend. He got one of those spam
calls pretending to be from Wells Fargo saying he needed
to transfer money to a different account because someone had
tried to use his information and his checking account was compromised.
(23:55):
He didn't believe them.
Speaker 1 (23:57):
He hung up.
Speaker 2 (23:58):
He called the number on the back of it debit card,
so he thought he was doing the right thing. Of course,
somebody answered the phone told him his account was in
fact compromised and the transfer the money like the other
caller had said. My friend freaked out, did what they
told him. He was so confused, though, that he later
went to Wells Fargo in person to make sure everything
(24:18):
was fine. Wells Fargo told him those calls were scams
and that the number on the back of his card
was wrong. They misprinted it by one digit.
Speaker 7 (24:28):
Oh hell no, Wells Fargo.
Speaker 2 (24:30):
Took no responsibility for misprinting information and also told him
they couldn't do anything about the money he transferred. He
lost close to ten thousand dollars.
Speaker 7 (24:39):
Absolutely not that bank's fault.
Speaker 2 (24:42):
Yes, because if they tell you that's the protocol for
if you're you know, getting a call from someone claiming
to be them, is to call the number on the
back of the car that they provided.
Speaker 1 (24:50):
I would assume they do have.
Speaker 2 (24:51):
Some liability in that. I would think, although like the
you know, casinos, like a malfunction voids all pays.
Speaker 1 (24:59):
Everything's a malfunction.
Speaker 6 (25:00):
Any same person's gonna be like, I gotta transfer the money, Doug,
you're the bank.
Speaker 1 (25:05):
Yeah, right, during control of it later.
Speaker 2 (25:09):
Yeah, I would. I would never do it. I would
follow up. I would, I would call, I would go
to the bank. Before I would do anything. I would
go to the bank.
Speaker 7 (25:16):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (25:16):
Same physically.
Speaker 13 (25:17):
Yeah, but all a scammer needs to do is figure
out that you put the wrong number on the back
of cars.
Speaker 2 (25:23):
Yeah, and that's what this I meant. I had not
heard about this one. There's a new scam you're reading
about almost every day, so as I hope this helps
prevent similar situations for your listeners anyway, Love you guys.
Been a listener since twenty fourteen.
Speaker 1 (25:35):
Bye, Carla. That blows.
Speaker 7 (25:37):
I've been watching so many of those scammers, you know,
videos on Facebook, and I love when they hack into
their computers, like yeah, no, you're the scammer with the
green shirt right that's sitting in the middle of the
freak out.
Speaker 14 (25:47):
I love it.
Speaker 2 (25:48):
Yeah, those are good.
Speaker 1 (25:49):
I like I like those. I had this weird thought
just this morning, what's to keep your bank Because you know,
I checked my bank app like five times a day.
What if I looked at my bank app balance was zero?
And I go to them and say what's going on?
And they say, who who are you? We have no
record of you, We don't know who you are.
Speaker 6 (26:05):
I'm afraid that's actually gonna happen one day.
Speaker 2 (26:07):
I was just thinking about that because reading about last
week's a I thing where the AI hacked the other AI. Right,
And so as we move to and we already have
it's already a digital currency. You know, you have a
you have an account. It's not like there are dollar
mills stacked in some vaults somewhere in the Greg Gory box.
Speaker 1 (26:30):
It's not.
Speaker 2 (26:30):
It's just a number that's on a on a on
a server somewhere, right. And so as all this AI
stuff gets crazier and crazier, the supercomputing makes everything so
much faster, it's gonna happen where at some point one
of these big time scammers or people who are just disruptors, hackers,
they're going to go into Wells Fargo and they're going
(26:55):
to clear everything and everybody who's out, everybody who's got
an account that Wells Fargo is gonna have a zero balance.
There's gonna be no record of anything, because the AR
or whatever is going to figure out a way to
completely do shout any backup or any kind of other
thing that the redundancy thing.
Speaker 1 (27:13):
Because it might be sure that they had in place,
But how do.
Speaker 7 (27:16):
You That's what I'm saying. But now this is.
Speaker 2 (27:19):
No record, no record of yours everything.
Speaker 1 (27:23):
Like I'm with you.
Speaker 2 (27:24):
I thought about that the other last week, reading about
that story. That's gonna happen, it is for sure.
Speaker 1 (27:29):
Yeah, and then the bank says Gina, who, well, I don't.
I've never seen you before. You have your name anywhere.
Speaker 7 (27:35):
People that keep their money under their mattress are like
told just so.
Speaker 1 (27:38):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (27:39):
Yeah, all those people, those Wizard of Oz plates and
those Elvis plates, they're gonna be They're gonna be ones
living large.
Speaker 6 (27:45):
The gold Eagle coin around, the Pokemon cards are gonna
be the new currency.
Speaker 1 (27:49):
It's gonna be. It's gonna be Tyler.
Speaker 6 (27:51):
Yeah, he's gonna be sitting on his throne and we're
gonna have to grovel at his feet.
Speaker 1 (27:58):
Right, Yeah, brick off with one card please. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (28:06):
We're talking about scamming and stuff before the break. And
then a little follow up to Gina's credit card thing. Yeah,
so many scams out there. This woman she posted a
video about how she went to Target and she bought
a box of Huggies and she got them home and
(28:28):
all that was inside was a bunch of old clothes.
She went to the Target and she bought them and
that's what was inside. Now, most likely someone just filled
the box with old clothes to fake the weight of
the diapers, those diapers, but they like reglued the box
and returned it for cash, and they just put the
(28:49):
box back on the shelf and then somebody else goes
in and buys it. That's what this woman did, which
you know, that sucks.
Speaker 1 (28:55):
That sucks.
Speaker 2 (28:56):
You know you still got to go back to the
Target and do the whole thing. H here's a little
clip from her video and she's holding her stupid baby
while showing the box and warning, this woman is hella annoying?
Oh see how long it takes before you tap out?
Speaker 7 (29:11):
Who does this?
Speaker 17 (29:12):
I just popped in.
Speaker 18 (29:13):
The box and Huggies from Target yesterday. And I don't
know if there's a Huggis problem or a Target problem,
but like, there's no techne person in this. It's a
blanket and plastic and a shirt. I'm four weeks postpartuman.
Now I have to lug my four week old and
my twenty four month old two target. My husband's about
to go to his night shift, which I'm artying anxious
about my postpartum anxiety. Could not handle this.
Speaker 1 (29:32):
Oh god, there it is. Yeah, there it is, And like, yeah,
the lady at the target doesn't care.
Speaker 2 (29:39):
It started off Okay, then let me let me dissect
where I have all the problems.
Speaker 1 (29:42):
Who does this?
Speaker 18 (29:43):
I just popped in the box and Huggies from Target yesterday,
and I don't know if there's a Huggis problem or
a Target problem, but like.
Speaker 2 (29:48):
There's no techne prison this, No, So I think it
depends on how you're you know, presenting this. Okay, so
you get this box? Now, who does It's.
Speaker 1 (29:55):
Like a loser thief.
Speaker 2 (29:56):
It'd be like, yo, check this out. So there's so
many scams out there, Look at this one. I just
got this from Target.
Speaker 7 (30:01):
This just happened to me.
Speaker 2 (30:02):
Yeah, well yeah, Target's not out to screw you. Target,
you know, I'm sure they're like, hey, you know what
bringing in, We'll be happy to exchange it for a
different box of Huggies. All right, let's continue.
Speaker 18 (30:12):
Just a blanket and plastic and a shirt. I'm four weeks.
I was part of me. Now I have to lug
my four week old and my twenty four month old.
Speaker 2 (30:19):
Okay, let's stop there. Uh four week old, I'll give
you because that you measure in weeks. When someone's two
years old, you stop measuring it after a year. When
you hit a year old, there you go he's one
one yeah, and then after that they're two.
Speaker 7 (30:34):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (30:34):
You know, you know, so on twenty four months, you
don't go, well, he's fifty seven months now and yeah,
which means what exactly?
Speaker 13 (30:41):
But in her defense, that is how they do clothes
and stuff. That's how you buy it, that's how it's
labeled it twenty four months, eighteen months.
Speaker 1 (30:50):
And why is she filming herself? Well why okay?
Speaker 2 (30:52):
So okay, well that is how women's clothing is size
zero to What do that? One has nothing to do
with the other. Like when you say how old is somebody,
you're not doing it. You're not saying it based on
what the sizes are at the store. Like annoying parents
do that all the time. They go, wow, the baby's now,
you know, twenty two months.
Speaker 7 (31:12):
Well it's gonna be two almost the moss yeah, but
also does sound like a pain in the ass to
take a two year old at.
Speaker 1 (31:18):
Target self inflicted. Well, then leave them with the dad
and yeah, dad'st the night.
Speaker 2 (31:24):
Gim right your errand my wife used to say all
the time, Well, I'm gonna have to drag these kids
to the store. I'm like, they sit in the cart.
What I mean, you drag him to the store.
Speaker 12 (31:33):
You have to.
Speaker 18 (31:33):
Get my husband's about to go to his night shift.
Speaker 1 (31:36):
Which are partying anxious about my husband to go to
his night shift?
Speaker 7 (31:40):
Okay, now we're completely diverting from the issue.
Speaker 1 (31:42):
Something are you already anxious about?
Speaker 7 (31:44):
This is now, this is into the territory of none
of our business.
Speaker 1 (31:47):
Where does he work?
Speaker 13 (31:50):
Like you were, people are anxious about being home alone
at night though when with the kids and whatever, And
she's just there alone with these two kids.
Speaker 7 (31:57):
I get that. But now we're completely off the subject
of the diger.
Speaker 1 (32:00):
You might get anxious driving over a bridge.
Speaker 2 (32:02):
Look, you know what I love about Sammy. If you
need an apologist for anything, I know anything she puts
on the objective head.
Speaker 13 (32:10):
Well, being a mom is stressful and having to do
all of these things, and now she's going to be
out of diapers. If she doesn't go back to the
store right now, and she's just there and now.
Speaker 1 (32:19):
She's like, I just did this, okay, but it's not
their fault. She has to make her run the target.
That sounds like a gift. I have a wild idea.
Speaker 6 (32:27):
I have to go back to it, reads task rabbit.
Speaker 13 (32:31):
You know she has to return it to get the
money back to get the new.
Speaker 6 (32:34):
Diapers called problem solving.
Speaker 18 (32:37):
My postpartum anxiety.
Speaker 1 (32:38):
Could not handle this, okay, well you clearly are handling it.
There you are it.
Speaker 7 (32:44):
And I do hate when people put labels. Just be like,
I can't handle this. My post bottom can't handle it.
Are you two separate?
Speaker 2 (32:50):
What happened to just keeping all your ailments secret?
Speaker 1 (32:53):
Right high? I bought this, it's filled with I need
to return it good diapers.
Speaker 2 (32:58):
I have to just keeping all your crip anxiety and yeah,
yeah whatever our bendrome and everything else, like yeah, just
keep all Let's go back to keeping out all of
that stuff to ourselves.
Speaker 1 (33:07):
Just as an aside, my mother never told me she
loved me.
Speaker 2 (33:10):
Yeah, okay, shout out to the person on the text
and just had us up said, there are five hundred
and eighty eight months old now.
Speaker 7 (33:16):
Oh month day, that's so nice.
Speaker 2 (33:21):
Oh my god, five hundred and eighty eight months.
Speaker 7 (33:24):
Had I known that it was so cool to talk
about your problems, I never would have gone to therapy
and solved my problems. I worked way too hard.
Speaker 2 (33:30):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (33:30):
Just October, I'll be six hundred months. Yeah, that's right. Yeah,
six hundred months.
Speaker 2 (33:35):
Yeah, this October, October thirtieth, it will be six hundred months.
Speaker 1 (33:41):
It would be a calculator to see how many.
Speaker 6 (33:42):
Months old if it goes that high.
Speaker 1 (33:45):
Greg, I'm six hundred and sixty months. Wow, so old,
I know, show me some respect for once.
Speaker 12 (33:52):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (33:53):
Eight seven seven forty four Wooding text us over to
two to nine eighty seven, will be right back.
Speaker 1 (34:06):
Oh that's lovely.
Speaker 2 (34:09):
The woody shoe, all right, woody, Greg Minnis, Yeah, Gina
Gratt phones. If you want to call in part of
things eight seven seven forty four, Woodie, you can send
us your text check in over two to nine eight seven.
Even if you're listening on the podcast. You can just
you know, leave us an after hours.
Speaker 1 (34:28):
Voicemail anytime, same number that you would call during the show.
Speaker 2 (34:31):
Eight seven seven forty four. People leave us stuff all
the time. We had that whole call about you know,
Sammy the check asking Hey, hi, people at to Sammy
everyone sisters that are just like other thoughts on stuff
that we've been talking about, like this guy. Uh, let's
just ask an after hours voicemail Woody Show.
Speaker 15 (34:51):
Hey listen to in day one Howdy shows better than ever?
Speaker 12 (34:55):
Love it, don't miss a day your question Monday? Is
anything real?
Speaker 10 (35:01):
No?
Speaker 1 (35:01):
It is not.
Speaker 12 (35:03):
This is now just being exposed because of Twitter and
Elon buying X and allowing the truth to come out.
They only want you to believe what they tell you.
This is all throughout history worldwide and we're just now learning.
If that's the case, a lot more people need to
be woken up. Nothing is real. You only know what
(35:26):
they tell you.
Speaker 1 (35:27):
Love y'all, what are you sucking? All right?
Speaker 2 (35:30):
Thank you?
Speaker 1 (35:32):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (35:32):
I wonder who had listens to the Jerovin's podcast. You
have to wonder out there on a more surface level though,
when you talk about like what is real what is not?
I mean it's harder. It's harder to know what's real.
You know, when you see a video or like if
you're watching something, is this person really experiencing whatever this is?
(35:53):
Or is this rage bait is like there's so much
and it's exhausting to go through all. So you know,
people start feeling bad about themselves. I saw something that
was interesting. It's like, man, what you see on social media,
it's not representative of reality. Like you're doing better than
you think because a lot of people are comparing themselves
to to everybody else, like you know, the uh, it's
(36:15):
a selection bias on social media, like outliers. So people
making a lot of money they share those details or
people are just lying, right, Like people are lying saying
that they have this, that or the other things. Yeah,
and they don't at all. It's not that's that's not
their house, that's not their car. They're not making all
(36:35):
this money. So a lot of people then have this
warped sense of reality. One hundred thousand dollars is not
a great salary anymore.
Speaker 1 (36:43):
Well, less than.
Speaker 2 (36:44):
One in four people earn more than one hundred thousand dollars,
less than one and four.
Speaker 7 (36:48):
That's that's pretty good.
Speaker 2 (36:49):
That's the reality. That's that's the real number. You know,
A million dollars isn't much anymore. Two point two percent
of US adults are liquid millionaires. Two point two two
point two. You would think if you would think everybody everywhere, right, Yeah,
like it's just it's it's not it's not real. And
(37:11):
if you're if that's what's fueling your you know, your
disappointment in yourself or because you're not living.
Speaker 7 (37:19):
Up to that nobody else is either, right.
Speaker 9 (37:22):
I think it runs about on both sides too, Is
you have that the upside that you have the downside,
Like I.
Speaker 2 (37:26):
Can't possibly in this in today's America.
Speaker 1 (37:29):
And these these trying times.
Speaker 2 (37:31):
Like economy, Yeah, like you know the food thing that
you were like, it's not just there's so much like
you know, miss not misinformation, but you can't y.
Speaker 9 (37:42):
You can't get a good job unless you're getting go
four hundred thousand dollars in debt on it.
Speaker 2 (37:45):
Yeah, there's a billion great paying collar jobs out there,
you see like on social media. You know, my partner
and I are retired to travel at age forty. Well,
the average retirement age in the US is sixty two.
Speaker 1 (37:55):
Yeah, it's kind of younger than I thought could be younger.
Speaker 2 (37:58):
If you if you bad night up the hatches one
thousand dollars watch. That's not that expensive thousand bucks for
a watch because you know people like oh well, Rolex
and all these other like forty seven percent of Americans
can't cover a one thousand dollars emergency. There is just
a big article about that last week, Like if a thousand,
if one thousand dollars emergency came up, whether it's with
your car, the water heater or something whatever, when whatever
(38:21):
some medical thing that popped up, could you cover it?
Forty seven percent couldn't cover the thousand.
Speaker 9 (38:26):
Yeah, I heard some fact that like related to that
and then saying but they said families couldn't And I
was like, well, what the hell is that father doing?
What a what an irresponsible jackass that you're putting that
your your family and that sort of danger.
Speaker 1 (38:37):
Yeah, if I was a billionaire, I wouldn't buy a
thousand dollar watch. I wouldn't buy a four hundred dollars
ice cube tray.
Speaker 2 (38:48):
Yeah I didn't either, or a Gucci belt that I
would buy. Because that's what I'm saying that we all
have our things, Like I like, I'm aware, so I
like watching.
Speaker 1 (39:00):
Watch. No, sure, sure, That's what I'm saying. We're all watching.
Speaker 6 (39:04):
Well, do you have a discussion Greg with the super
Trooper guys off the air, like one of them you
were talking about. You're talking about this and they have,
you know, a decent amount of money, Like even if
I had hundreds of millions.
Speaker 1 (39:16):
We were talking about those upscale grocery stores that have
twenty dollars smoothies.
Speaker 2 (39:20):
Yeah, hairline.
Speaker 1 (39:21):
If I had Jeff Bezos money, I wouldn't get one.
Speaker 2 (39:24):
Yeah, fourteen dollars water?
Speaker 1 (39:25):
What does it do?
Speaker 6 (39:26):
Some of these guys get actually like legit afford it
every day and they said I wouldn't be.
Speaker 1 (39:30):
Like, oh hell no, they wouldn't do it. These are
movie stars.
Speaker 2 (39:34):
Yeah, So, I mean, the Internet is not real life.
We've we've talked about that a number of times. You
read about something or it's just it's not what's really happening.
Speaker 7 (39:45):
Well do you think, like, oh, no, kidding, But we
do need that reminder.
Speaker 2 (39:48):
Yeah, you do truly need it, and I think more
than ever just because you don't know really what's real
or what to take at face it's harder to take anything.
Speaker 1 (39:58):
At face value.
Speaker 7 (39:59):
And that's the way people like it's.
Speaker 1 (40:00):
Making everybody super you.
Speaker 7 (40:02):
Know, depressed, paranoid.
Speaker 2 (40:05):
Yeah, paranoid for sure.
Speaker 1 (40:07):
And this is a very vague general statement, but you
also don't have to baselic on social media. Yes, I
get it, Like, you know you're not twelve, right, Yeah.
Speaker 7 (40:16):
Well, the thing I don't understand is like, you know,
you can pay for a fake plane, like in an
airplane hangar and pretend you're on a jet. It's like,
but why would I do that? I would like, if you.
Speaker 1 (40:24):
Take this, shoot it through a milk jug and with
a window on the bed, it looks like a jet, Like.
Speaker 7 (40:29):
Yeah, wouldn't you feel like a moral?
Speaker 4 (40:31):
Yeah?
Speaker 11 (40:31):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (40:32):
Do you feel like idiot? I? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (40:34):
I saw something about it's a business that does all
these like things for quote influencers and they can go there.
It's basically a warehouse and they have different sets. Yeah,
for the influencers to sit there and shoot their videos.
Speaker 7 (40:49):
That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 2 (40:50):
It's so embarrassing, so embarrassing, it's mega cringing.
Speaker 6 (40:54):
But on top of all this, what I hate that
social media does. It gives a gives the I give
up mentality and just excuses on just everything.
Speaker 7 (41:05):
Ye like I'll never have that, So.
Speaker 15 (41:06):
Why can't do that?
Speaker 6 (41:07):
Why I can't you know, we're like, well you should go,
oh no, I can't. You know, they give a hundred
excuses on why they can't do something.
Speaker 2 (41:15):
Well, isn't that the end result of people just feeling
defeated because they see all these things, and you know,
they go, well, you know what, I I don't know.
Speaker 1 (41:24):
What I'm doing. It's easier to complain that to do something.
Speaker 2 (41:27):
Yeah, Well, even if you were trying, it feels like
you can't get your head above water. It feels like
you can't you're not making any progress. And so therefore
at some point you just kind of resign, I feel,
and then you.
Speaker 6 (41:38):
Get into on top of that, then you become you
get the hater mentality instead of the doer mentality, because
it's way easier to be a hater than to actually
go do something.
Speaker 2 (41:48):
I did see and I want to know if this
is real. There's this I keep getting the pitch on Instagram.
It's a news site that will take any headline and
it'll give you the bias report on it. And that's
yea yeah, And I forget the name of the service,
but you could go there. And I said, all right, well,
(42:09):
these stations are covering with this narrative, these stations and
sights are covering it with this narrative. Here's what's actually
because that's that's what we all want to know, what's real.
Speaker 1 (42:19):
Yeah, like, yeah, it'll tell you what the.
Speaker 2 (42:20):
Bias is from these places compared to what how these
people are covering.
Speaker 1 (42:26):
It could be the same story.
Speaker 2 (42:27):
The stupid thing with the reflecting pool. How Fox is
covering is different how CNN was covered ground news is.
Speaker 6 (42:36):
One of the recent things that we had was with
the Blue Angels flying over the beach, right, yeah, yeah,
well the angle was well.
Speaker 2 (42:46):
ABC cut out that whole part of that woman's interview.
They talked to her on the beach, and she was
like super importent, No, you cut out there, She commented
on the ABC News post, going, hey, I'm the chick
in your report. You cut out the whole part about
how I thought it was freaking awesome. Yeah yeah, I
was like, I wasn't pissed about it at all.
Speaker 1 (43:06):
Right, it ruled.
Speaker 2 (43:07):
Yeah, the ground news.
Speaker 7 (43:09):
Ground news is a big one. Yeah, and All Sides
is another one.
Speaker 1 (43:12):
You might like.
Speaker 9 (43:13):
There's this guy who's basically the gen z Dave Ramsey.
What his name's Caleb Hammer. He's been getting kind of
big past few years, Caleb Hammer, and he basically does
Jave Ramsey style financial breakdowns. But for you know, influencer types,
and to full full disclosure, I think some of them
are a little Jerry Springer. But his general attitude and
(43:33):
his general advice is what Greg's talking about, like what
stops you know you can get your like what Dave
Ramsey always says when he break down people's finances. No,
you're wasting money on this. You're wasting money on that.
You can do this, you have to actually go to work,
et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
Speaker 1 (43:48):
It is possible to not post everything, not look at
it all day. It is possible discipline.
Speaker 7 (43:54):
That's who that dude is. I always see him. I'm
I always he always comes up on my algorithm and
he's like doing really reationship coaching or something.
Speaker 9 (44:01):
Right maybe yeah, he's like I kind of chunk husky, yeah.
Speaker 7 (44:04):
Yeah, or not coaching, but just yelling at one or
the other.
Speaker 9 (44:07):
Well that's that's the part that I say, is little
Jerry Springer. Yeah, but he's doing like basically financial advice
for the under thirty crowd.
Speaker 7 (44:12):
Oh that's what he's doing.
Speaker 9 (44:14):
Yeah, Dave Ramsey for the icy, the non Jesus types.
Even though Dave Ramsey's not that Jesus.
Speaker 19 (44:20):
He he's super religious.
Speaker 2 (44:24):
Like at the end of every show, he'll like, you know,
after he does all the financial stuff and everything, everything
is based in faith like.
Speaker 9 (44:30):
Blah blah blah, and followed Jesus. Yeah, as long as
he's giving real advice. Yeah, you can take his advice
and has nothing to do with that.
Speaker 2 (44:37):
Yeah, I can't. I can't find out. I can't find
what I had set aside. I do that a lot.
I'll set something aside like ooh, this is good. I
want to share this. It was basically like the difference
between somebody who succeeds in the person who fails, and
the person who's he tried one more time. Yeah, like
you know, you like the batting average for Babe Ruth.
He had, however, many at bats, but he ended up
(44:57):
having X number of hits and home runs. It's the
number of attempts, you know, like dwarfs, how many times
he was actually successful or you know, all these different
people like how many times they failed?
Speaker 7 (45:10):
Yeah, growing up, my dad, as a joke, my dad
would say, don't be the guy who invented six up.
That was always a big steve.
Speaker 2 (45:20):
So this was a This was a quote from Breaking
Bad from one Gustavo Fring. If you have a problem,
that means it can be solved. If it can't be solved,
then it's not a problem. It's reality to be accepted.
Speaker 1 (45:34):
Oh god, I thought that was a good quote, even
though it's from a TV show, you know, not based
on what I thought, that was pretty good.
Speaker 9 (45:41):
That comes up a lot in these like business podcasts.
They say, like business great business owners love problems because
that's an opportunity to make money. Because if you have
the problem someone else does solved.
Speaker 2 (45:52):
That means it can be solved. If it can't be solved,
it's not a problem. That's a reality to be accepted.
Speaker 7 (45:58):
Isn't that the serenity prayer?
Speaker 2 (46:00):
Also the things I cannot control something like that.
Speaker 1 (46:06):
Vanilla Ice lyric. Yeah, something like that.
Speaker 9 (46:09):
And I was gonna be at this year's gathering at Juggaloes. Yeah,
people problems.
Speaker 1 (46:14):
Agency bass will be that problem. You'll all solve it.
Speaker 2 (46:16):
Check out the hook well my DJ revolves it is
that and the other song I'm Gonna take a wrap?
Speaker 1 (46:23):
Yeah, what was the cold his ice? Oh and then
he has rolling in my five point.
Speaker 2 (46:28):
Oh yeah, no, that was that's the same song, Ice.
Speaker 6 (46:31):
Baby, But there was another one about there was another
one about a five point.
Speaker 1 (46:34):
Oh yeah, I think I think I know what to
talk about.
Speaker 7 (46:37):
It was like, I definitely do.
Speaker 2 (46:39):
Why am I forgetting hold on?
Speaker 7 (46:40):
I'm just thinking of the teenage You mean Ninja cameo.
Speaker 2 (46:44):
Vanilla Ice play that funky music. That's the one yeah playing, Yeah,
you ripped that off. He ripped off I Baby.
Speaker 7 (46:51):
But that's a cover, right yeah it Casey Sunshine Band, right.
Speaker 2 (46:55):
Yeah, and then Ice sized Baby is different.
Speaker 1 (46:58):
Not to be confused, ding ding ding editing right.
Speaker 2 (47:08):
I came up in conversation because Vanilla Ice, I guess,
is playing the Gathering of the Juggalos and so tied
to know what what the hell Ice ice Baby?
Speaker 1 (47:16):
It's not throwback Thursday. Whatever.
Speaker 2 (47:18):
It doesn't matter unless you're the first on the text
not cool?
Speaker 1 (47:22):
Will you show not cool?
Speaker 2 (47:24):
Do you know Vanilla Ice is a Trump supporter?
Speaker 12 (47:26):
Oh?
Speaker 20 (47:26):
No?
Speaker 1 (47:28):
So yeah, okay, I do you even know? Uh?
Speaker 2 (47:34):
Daily mention of Japan.
Speaker 4 (47:35):
We have a good relationship with Japan.
Speaker 16 (47:38):
We're very strong, very very strong financially, and they are
maybe they have a weekend again and they wanted a
little bit of help and We're always there for Japan,
and Japan's very good joys, with the exception of course
at Pearl Harbor.
Speaker 1 (47:50):
All right, daily mention of Japan.
Speaker 9 (47:56):
Look, I'm gonna say, I'll say what Shane Gillis said
about times is, I don't agree with everything everything he says.
Speaker 2 (48:02):
He's funny sometimes. Man, you know what the other person
who stepped in it politically, Aaron Rodgers.
Speaker 1 (48:09):
All right, so did jumped first?
Speaker 2 (48:12):
Yeah, So I'm I'm conflicted on a number of different level.
Number one, I hate Aaron Rodgers. I've always hated Aaron Rodgers,
despite the fact that now, for the second season in
a row, he's the uh he's the quarterback of my
favorite team, the Pittsburgh Steelers. I mean, you know, God,
I hate Aaron Rodgers. But this goes back to the
discount double check days. This is nothing more recent about
his you know, silent retreats and things like that, like
(48:35):
that's all weird and stuff. I'm glad he's uh, you know,
rekindled the relationship with his family. That's cool and everything else.
Here's here's why I don't like. I don't like when
people when it comes to sport. Kaitlyn Clark just had
to deal with this. They were just asking her about
is it men and women's sports?
Speaker 1 (48:52):
Right?
Speaker 2 (48:52):
Okay, I know it was some transgender thing and she goes,
you know what, that's not that's not for me to discuss.
That's for the league to deal with, and blah blah
blah blah blah and people, but people were mad at
her about it. She did the perfect she knew she did.
That was practice, that was never road that. I'm not
talking about it.
Speaker 7 (49:08):
That's media trained.
Speaker 1 (49:09):
I got to shut up and dribbles.
Speaker 2 (49:11):
She's playing basketball, Like, why do we have to get
everybody in, you know, talking about politics?
Speaker 1 (49:16):
Okay?
Speaker 2 (49:16):
So while I hate all that, what I do like
about Aaron Rodgers. He went off on ESPN yesterday. He
was on the Pat McAfee show. Pat McAfee was doing
his show from Steelers training camp, and so he had
Aaron Rodgers, who's been a guest, a weekly guest on.
Speaker 9 (49:31):
His show for He did that for a while and
many would say Aaron Rodgers is the reason Pat McAfee's
on ESPN.
Speaker 2 (49:36):
Yeah, because he had like the scoop and everybody wanted
to know what was going on with Aaron Rodgers, Right,
So he he went on there. I do like it
when guys get into the phase where he knows this
is his last season, he's on ESPN, he knows how
important ESPN is to his employer. Meanwhile, and at the NFL,
the overlord his employers, the Steelers, but the overlord, which
(49:59):
is the NFL, and just doesn't care. And because a
lot of the things I hate about sports interviews, these
guys never give answers, you know, Jeff, I mean, E've
been covering sports forever. It's non answers on everything right
and stuff that has to do with the game. I
don't care about your politics or things like that. I
want to hear what you thought about the game in
a real way. I want to I want to hear
you go. Man, we sucked, and you know what, our defense,
(50:22):
like was the worst? How many points do I got
to put up? We put up forty two points defense?
Couldn't you know?
Speaker 1 (50:29):
Couldn't keep these guys yet? Yes, that's a good way.
Speaker 2 (50:33):
It caused problems in the locker room obviously, But wouldn't
that be refreshing?
Speaker 1 (50:39):
Yeah, would wouldn't that be refreshing?
Speaker 2 (50:40):
Plays They do that very rarely, and then they end
up getting especially if they're going to be in the
league for a while. Like, I'm not sure that Aaron
Rodgers would get away with what happened on the Pad
McAfee show.
Speaker 1 (50:52):
I don't even know what happened if I just told you.
He just went off on ESPN, called them coward.
Speaker 6 (50:56):
Oh I thought it was the one headline I saw.
How to do it Fauci, Yeah, that's focused.
Speaker 1 (51:03):
It was sort of a scatter shot, okay.
Speaker 21 (51:05):
And he also talked about them not covering Diana Russini
and it being unfair that they're not doing that. If
they're going to cover sports, they got to cover the
fact that there was a scandal with one of their reporters.
She could have been trading insider information.
Speaker 2 (51:17):
Yeah, she's an m v P voter. She's you know,
he's voting on all these things like involved, Yeah right,
MVP is more like so he's yeah, so he I mean,
he's not wrong, he's not wrong on that. But of
course they focused on, you know, the comments that he
made about Vuci, And again, who wants to hear Aaron
Rodgers or anybody, you know, any player talking about any
(51:37):
of that crap.
Speaker 7 (51:39):
Nobody?
Speaker 2 (51:39):
Yeah, not me, Now him, him, like dunking on ESPN
is great. Like I was, I was there for all
of that. That was pretty fun.
Speaker 7 (51:49):
Uncomfortable, right, oh yeah.
Speaker 2 (51:50):
Because I like watching the guys in the Pad mcavie
show sit there and squirm. Yeah, that's what JJ Watt
did do there a couple of weeks ago. Oh yeah,
the firings and stuff. Yeah, well, hey, it's because you
just took a hundred million dollars out of the place
or whatever whatever he said to you.
Speaker 9 (52:04):
He is the ESPN roughly two point seven billion dollars
the NFL annually.
Speaker 1 (52:11):
Yeah, I mean so yeah, you can you can see it.
Speaker 2 (52:14):
So while I applaud his getting into his uh you know,
scorched earth phase, that's pretty great. Uh, at the same time,
it's like, man, I don't want to hear about because
that that become that becomes the distraction, that becomes the headline.
That's what you know, medicine. He talked about a billion things,
but that's the one headline of menaceol right.
Speaker 9 (52:34):
Because he's on a he's on a sports talk show
as a football player talking about government health policy.
Speaker 2 (52:41):
You do not exact, yeah, you do.
Speaker 1 (52:42):
Right, all right?
Speaker 15 (52:43):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (52:44):
Eight seven seven forty four? What he is the phone
number you can text us. You can check in over
to two to nine eight seven. What's on your mind today?
Hit us up. You know, this is pretty great what
we're going to share for you. After the break from
the Lost and Found Department, Greg found something that is
years old, decades old.
Speaker 1 (53:05):
Decades I forgot it existed.
Speaker 2 (53:07):
At one point, Greg kept a journal.
Speaker 1 (53:12):
This is so embarrassing at the time.
Speaker 2 (53:14):
It is a straight mill.
Speaker 1 (53:16):
Yeah, I prefer diary.
Speaker 2 (53:17):
He wasn't out yet, but he was. Yeah, he had
a diary and he's going to read us a couple
of things, like he brought this into the meeting.
Speaker 1 (53:27):
Yeah, like instantly regretting it, knowing I would regret it.
Speaker 2 (53:31):
Yeah, but what he's not overselling.
Speaker 1 (53:34):
But it's kind of it's kind of it's kind of
an insight to how people just don't change. Yeah, it
was very Greg. It is and like one of them
that I'm going to read to you. I was a
bougie idiot back then.
Speaker 9 (53:48):
Yeah, should we roll in a bed so we can sit,
so we can lay on it and put his feet
up in his socks and like kick him back as
he's running.
Speaker 7 (53:53):
All right, Yeah, diary.
Speaker 1 (53:56):
Yeah, I know we're going to get into it. But
the reason I did this is because a friend of
mine made me this and said, journal our trip, and
I said, okay, if I come back, I can't not
have journaled.
Speaker 2 (54:05):
But speaking of boogie, what were you doing on this trip?
Was for this was.
Speaker 1 (54:08):
For spending a summer in Cambridge, England to go to
Cambridge University for the summer summer.
Speaker 2 (54:12):
Abroad summer we went to Oxford for a summer.
Speaker 1 (54:16):
I support this.
Speaker 2 (54:17):
So yeah, Greg has this journal that he found and
he's so embarrassed by it, and we've got to hear
what's inside of this. He gave us a couple of
examples ca but we want to hear more, so I
had Greg go through it.
Speaker 1 (54:32):
I have it. We'll read a few excerpts today.
Speaker 2 (54:34):
Okay, all right, so Greg's lost and found journal that's
coming up next here on the Woody Show.
Speaker 1 (54:40):
We will be right back.
Speaker 13 (54:42):
I'm not kidding when I say they had stick figure
pictures of people freaking and then a circle with an
XL of that with signs.
Speaker 2 (54:50):
I said, no freaking like a leave room for the Lord.
Speaker 1 (55:01):
I can't wait to hear.
Speaker 2 (55:01):
More from We've We've been spoiled because we already got
to hear a little bit of it when Greg came
in and said, you'll never guess what I found.
Speaker 1 (55:10):
Yeah, clearing out the home office, and YE came across
this thing that's entitled Greg's trip to England's nice. It's
a journal or a sea be't calls it a diary? Yeah?
Well I end of the year nineteen ninety two. Wow.
Speaker 2 (55:25):
So, I mean, what's the difference between a journal and
a diary? Lady?
Speaker 13 (55:31):
You want to Greg's journal doesn't have a lock on it.
Speaker 7 (55:33):
I think diaries do, yeah, and diaries you talk like
a person. Oh my god, diary? What a day?
Speaker 2 (55:40):
Greg was studying abroad?
Speaker 1 (55:42):
Yeah?
Speaker 11 (55:43):
Ca?
Speaker 1 (55:43):
And how just for the summer? It was four Yeah,
it was one summer. It was okay, a total of
three months. What'd you take when you were there, Greg?
I took music appreciation, Jesus and English Lit. Did you
like go around town at all?
Speaker 22 (55:57):
Or?
Speaker 1 (55:57):
Oh? Yeah, I mean it was most of it was nice.
Speaker 7 (55:59):
I'm sure. I'm sure the journal will tell us.
Speaker 1 (56:01):
I lived on campus and I remember on day one,
this is back in the days when I would smoke,
and I said, are we allowed to smoke here on campus?
He said, allowed to. You're on courage to elliot. I
think I like it.
Speaker 2 (56:13):
Here, so you're just gonna open up to like a
random page.
Speaker 1 (56:15):
Well, I went through because some of it starts with
the actual travel to England, and then some of it
is and then the majority of it is in England obviously.
So on July second, nineteen ninety two, this is how
I realized, Wow, I haven't really changed that much, I
guess it says, and I'm going to read this verbatim, okay,
and Gina can prove I haven't everything. I'm sitting on
(56:36):
the floor of the Newark Airport, by far the most
crowded airport I have ever encountered. There were no seats,
no available phones, and crowds everywhere. I walked past the
crew and my next flight to London as they waited
to get on board. All spoke with English accents and
they seemed in good spirits. But for now I sit
and wait amongst the craziness of this tacky place.
Speaker 5 (57:03):
So when you like Newark's like Newark sucks, let's not
so when you when you write like that, are you
like playing a role in your mind?
Speaker 2 (57:15):
Like I'm about to summer at Cambridge but I think,
like the way the cadence and the way that you're
writing and the words that you're using.
Speaker 1 (57:23):
Sound see him in good speed.
Speaker 2 (57:26):
But who do you think would care? How the flight
cruis scene.
Speaker 1 (57:28):
I don't know this. This entire journal I forgot existed,
and now that I'm reading it, I'm asking the same
question you're asking what you like? Who am I writing
this for? This is so stupid in the way.
Speaker 2 (57:39):
That you write it, Like it's like, uh, remember when
Andrew Luck was still a quarterback for the for the Colts,
and there is that that parody account as if he
was like some kind of Civil War general. Yeah, yeah,
I remember that, and he would write about the game
about and in that way like those old letters from
Civil War soldiers sounded.
Speaker 1 (58:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (58:01):
It's like it's like you're writing out.
Speaker 1 (58:03):
Like an old timey style, right, And I never intended
for anybody to read this. I don't know why. And
then the trip continues. This is from the actual flight
five forty eight am July third, nineteen ninety two. I
watched a cheesy movie called The Cutting Edge. It was
about figure skating. I didn't sleep since this time, since
(58:23):
the last time I wrote in this quote, journal. The
man in front of me has been such a nuisance.
It's crazy, rocking back and forth like nobody's business, right
into my knees. All right, No, no plot twists, know nothing.
I guess that was pointless.
Speaker 2 (58:41):
Okay, Are you afraid to fly at this point?
Speaker 1 (58:44):
I don't think so.
Speaker 6 (58:45):
No, because Memory used to be a traffic reporter and
they would go on a plane every day.
Speaker 1 (58:49):
Planes, helicopters. Yeah, didn't mean that.
Speaker 2 (58:51):
He wasn't like freaked out by it, like I didn't
know when this crippling, Yeah, it really kind.
Speaker 1 (58:54):
Of started anxiety and fear over everything. It just slowly
just started building. So at this point I'm in England,
this is I guess whatever. July, oh, fourth of July
in England, nineteen ninety two. I just wound up at
a place called Burger Delight and I had some deep
fried cod and bland peas and fries with the worst
(59:17):
ketchup I've ever had. I had a pint of beer
as well. By this time it has started to drizzle
and the sky was black. When planes flew by, it
was impossible to even find them. I took the London
Underground over to Trafalgar Square. This place was unbelievable. There
were more than a thousand people and five thousand pigeons.
It's a place where you can feed the pigeons as
(59:38):
they literally climb all over you. I of course didn't
do this. I think I did get ish on my
sleeve though. From Trafogger Square I walked down the Mall,
which is a wide brick road that leads to Buckingham Palace.
The long, long, long walk was pretty much worth it.
Speaker 7 (01:00:00):
It paints a story.
Speaker 1 (01:00:04):
That's a good point.
Speaker 2 (01:00:05):
Man.
Speaker 1 (01:00:06):
Yeah, It's like if dadd okay, now this entry, this
will be the last one we get to. We can
revisit this in the future, but please okay. So now
at this point, I have taken the train out of London.
I've gone close to Cambridge, and I'm staying at a
hotel for one night before I go to move on
to campus. After showering in the matchbox sized shower, I
(01:00:30):
walked around town and I found out that Cambridge is
just around the corner. It's nothing what I expected. It's
not separate from town. I didn't look around much because
I was so hungry. On the way to get a
Turkish cheeseburger, two young girls about nine or ten years
old turned to me. They crossed themselves. One of the
cute girls asked, do you believe in God? I said
(01:00:53):
sure and began talking to both of them. They walked
with their arms around each other and giggled a lot.
They said something about but I couldn't make it out.
And as I walked back to the guest house, I
saw the girls again. She fancies she fancies you, they said. Oh,
it was so funny that I laughed with them. Imagine that,
two hours in a foreign city and somebody fancies me.
(01:01:20):
So now I sit watching British TV and I'm actually bored.
I drank a kestral logger, which comes into black can
and it says very strong on front. I should have
believed it. It was so strong that I almost couldn't
bear it. It almost tasted like hard alcohol. It's just
a hint of ale, quite nasty, but I forced it down.
(01:01:43):
Since it cost one pounds sixty five fence, I learned
the hard way, and I wasted my pounds. I guess
I'm gonna do something now what I'm not sure? Maybe
rest or maybe walk or maybe veg maybe even re
(01:02:04):
greg What a whirlwind trip. Well, there's about another eighty
pages or so. The people I met, the drinks I drank,
the places I've gone, how I punted down the river cam,
how I am classes. Oh, there's guest entries in here
from the friends I made. I mean, this thing goes
on and on and on, so that don't you know what? Whatever?
Speaker 2 (01:02:27):
What don't you worry turn that dial?
Speaker 1 (01:02:29):
Yeah? Like, uh, it doesn't sound whirlwind yet. Yeah, but
things are about to go.
Speaker 7 (01:02:35):
Quiet the state.
Speaker 2 (01:02:36):
We are just scratching the surface and what will be
an ongoing series of entries from Greg's journal.
Speaker 1 (01:02:44):
It's like lost journal, unbelievable. I'm still looking for the
Brady Bunk clog though. Oh yeah, I think I think
it's in my parents' attict y.
Speaker 2 (01:02:56):
Yeah, because uh, Greg was so infatuated with the Brady Bunch.
We've told the story that when he would watch the episodes,
he would have composition books and he would yeah, he
would like keep.
Speaker 1 (01:03:07):
The plot was about what happened? Were there any guest stars,
were there any bloopers? Were there any continuity errors? What happened?
What it aired?
Speaker 7 (01:03:17):
I didn't. I am not a fan. I thought I
was a fan. I'm not a fan. Yeah, that's a fan.
Speaker 1 (01:03:21):
I mean, oh yeah, I have the Barry Williams book.
Speaker 2 (01:03:24):
Yeah, I mean that that that exists somewhere.
Speaker 1 (01:03:28):
I don't think I threw it away. Yeah, it's got
to be in a box too much.
Speaker 7 (01:03:31):
I would love your dissertation. I'm sure it's in there
on Oliver and Tiger.
Speaker 1 (01:03:34):
Yeah, yeah, I probably hated them.
Speaker 2 (01:03:36):
Yeah, yeah, anyway, they're nice. Nice work Greg with the Yeah,
the fact that you brought it in, I know, and
I applaud that. I think I give Greg some credit
here because Greg is so embarrassed.
Speaker 1 (01:03:50):
And I never thought I would like to share that.
I didn't even know. I forgot it existed.
Speaker 7 (01:03:54):
Two hours in a foreign country.
Speaker 2 (01:03:56):
Somebody leave you, all right, She basked, this this clip
is for you.
Speaker 1 (01:04:05):
You know the problem with the cyber truck.
Speaker 22 (01:04:06):
We're supposed to put all the bitches, dude, because you're
gonna get a They run up to at red lights
and try to get in, but they can't figure out
the doors.
Speaker 1 (01:04:24):
Because they're not smart like you, because you're a cyber
truck driver and they're women.
Speaker 2 (01:04:36):
I will have that man know that. I made sure
to take a photo of this.
Speaker 1 (01:04:39):
I was at the.
Speaker 2 (01:04:41):
Tesla charging station.
Speaker 9 (01:04:43):
And what did I see Sammy in a cyber truck
by herself?
Speaker 7 (01:04:48):
Female cyber truck is at least one.
Speaker 1 (01:04:53):
She's out there, Yeah she exists.
Speaker 9 (01:04:54):
Yeah, yeah, it does help with breaking and entering, like
besides it being bulletproof and stainless steel. You have to
know to press the button and yes, it has to
be unlocked. Yes, I was thinking about that recently, like
cyber trucks, it's with with all Tesla's there's no door handles.
But I would really appreciate a self opening door feature elon.
Speaker 2 (01:05:13):
Okay, yeah, because minivans have that. I know every once
in a while, man, I'll get an uber or a
lift and they show up with the minivan.
Speaker 12 (01:05:20):
Touch it.
Speaker 2 (01:05:21):
Yeah, and I got to open the door like no, no, no,
And even they get in and out of this thing,
they have to push the button.
Speaker 1 (01:05:28):
I did get.
Speaker 2 (01:05:29):
I don't know what Tesla model it was. I was
sitting in the front seat and the guy did open
all the doors.
Speaker 1 (01:05:37):
From think you could do that in the software update.
Speaker 2 (01:05:40):
From the touch screen because the door opened to the
passenger side and then both back doors.
Speaker 9 (01:05:46):
Oh yeah it is in the app. You can do it,
but i'd i'd like to have it right, because like
the great thing about it.
Speaker 2 (01:05:51):
Wasn't the app, it was he did it from the screen, well,
from the screen, from the driver's screen.
Speaker 6 (01:05:56):
These like uber drivers trick out their cars. They even
put handles on the doors.
Speaker 9 (01:06:00):
Yeah, what I'm talking about is I would like for
it to open as I walk up walk to it,
because it unlocked as I walk up.
Speaker 2 (01:06:05):
To it, because it has the bluetooth. I should A
real man should have a cyber truck.
Speaker 7 (01:06:12):
Obvious.
Speaker 2 (01:06:12):
It's super manly. Yeah, I mean you are the you
are the end all be all when it comes to
what is manly?
Speaker 1 (01:06:17):
What is not manly? Hetero? Yeah, one thousand percent hetero.
So cyber truck is super manly. It's about I can't
think of a more manly vehicle.
Speaker 9 (01:06:25):
Besides, like, I don't know a tank, a tank or
like or a bison that you've lassoed yourself.
Speaker 2 (01:06:33):
What about Greg's journal like that? How does that rank?
Speaker 9 (01:06:36):
Well, you know what, it's very British and which and
they're expected to be gay, so that's totally is.
Speaker 7 (01:06:41):
It very foppish?
Speaker 2 (01:06:42):
Yeah, like men men journaling, Greg journaling is that manly.
I don't hate it because it is a record of
your deeds.
Speaker 1 (01:06:52):
That's what I do. Appreciate it about it now because
I don't remember what I did forty five minutes ago,
but now I can look back at to nineteen ninety
two and.
Speaker 9 (01:07:00):
Think, wow, think about you know, obviously, men at war
is a very common thing where they'd either write to
their lovers back home or keep a journal.
Speaker 2 (01:07:09):
See bass as a manly man. Do you agree or disagree?
These are things that a man should never do, no
matter how long he lives. Shave below the neck.
Speaker 9 (01:07:22):
No, because if you want attention down there, you got
to keep it clean. That's just gonna make things easier
for everybody.
Speaker 2 (01:07:28):
Okay, well, I think they're talking more about like your chest,
your back arms.
Speaker 9 (01:07:31):
I thought about like that because I will admit that
I fell part of the fad uh In college of that,
even though I don't really need to shave my chest,
and did it.
Speaker 1 (01:07:43):
But I quit that pretty soon thereafter. The guys that
shave everything, well, some guys have crazy hairy it's coming
out the back of your T shirt you gotta get
rid of.
Speaker 7 (01:07:54):
Yeah, but there's nothing grosser than body hair stubble, not
face double body.
Speaker 1 (01:07:58):
Yes, yeah, so gross thing.
Speaker 2 (01:08:00):
And Gina maybe and Sammy, you can help on.
Speaker 9 (01:08:02):
This is the perfect amount of body hair, not where
it's all long and curly and gross, but and not's double,
but where it's just like one. It's not, it's just
like a sheet, like a like a like a short
haired dog.
Speaker 1 (01:08:12):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (01:08:12):
I like body I mean I like chest hair. So yeah, okay, all.
Speaker 2 (01:08:17):
Right, bass King of all manliness. A man should never
have a name for his penis.
Speaker 9 (01:08:24):
Well, I think it's just trying too hard. You're not
You're mis a funny guy at that point.
Speaker 1 (01:08:27):
All right.
Speaker 2 (01:08:28):
A man should never skinny dip in daylight. I mean,
if it's with chicks, that's okay.
Speaker 1 (01:08:36):
But in general.
Speaker 2 (01:08:41):
Example, the last the last time, God, it has been
a long time. It's a skinny dipped.
Speaker 9 (01:08:44):
We were at a camp in Alabama with the female
staff after hours, and there were three or four of
us of each of each sex in the in the lake,
which is pretty gross.
Speaker 1 (01:08:56):
They can back on it.
Speaker 9 (01:08:58):
Nothing happened in a lake, yeah, exactly, flesh eating bacteria
and that was acceptable.
Speaker 2 (01:09:02):
But it was after dark and it was a co.
Speaker 1 (01:09:04):
Ed nice sense all right.
Speaker 17 (01:09:07):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (01:09:08):
A man should never consider, even for a moment, a.
Speaker 1 (01:09:13):
Two pay that's so sixties and seventies.
Speaker 7 (01:09:17):
Or well, hair transplant that's the thing now.
Speaker 9 (01:09:20):
Right well nowadays right well, Bill Burr has an old
bit about that. He's like he like, I got bald
at the wrong time. It's like I was just I
was if I waited like ten more years before that,
and they finally perfected the technology. Because the guys who
got the hair transplants in the eighties, I think he
talks like little ant legs coming out of the forehead. Nowadays,
more people do it. A number of celebrities have admitted
(01:09:42):
to it, and it is unnoticeable.
Speaker 1 (01:09:44):
Yeah, Dannash just did it. Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:09:46):
And then also like there's barbers did yeah he got
he went to Turkey. And then but there's barbers online
that specialize in the to pay like they'll glue it, right,
I've seen Yeah.
Speaker 9 (01:10:00):
I just think that's it's it's just too much or
too too much of an effort for too little over
a turn it is and it falls off, which it will.
Speaker 2 (01:10:09):
He looks, you look very fools.
Speaker 1 (01:10:11):
It looks so painful.
Speaker 2 (01:10:13):
Seven one four texting over I'm a contractor cyber truck
in the lumberyard, not manly.
Speaker 1 (01:10:18):
Well, it's too new these days. I get it.
Speaker 9 (01:10:20):
You know, you guys are stuck in your old ways
because a lot of guys still have the they're anti
electric for that reason. Where's well, I mean, even though
they had an F one fifty lightning which discontinued.
Speaker 1 (01:10:30):
Yeah, that was not selling.
Speaker 2 (01:10:32):
It looked like an F one fifty for the most part,
but I did. Yeah, well, I'm not sure who this
guy is. This is an older gentleman. I don't I
don't know if we're even supposed to know who this
guy is. But uh, he had a he had to
take agree or disagree.
Speaker 1 (01:10:43):
King of manliness seabast.
Speaker 23 (01:10:44):
Several things a grown ass man should never do. The
first is split a check with other men. That is
that is the that is the most testicle free thing
that's out there when men split up a check. You
pick up a check this time, and your buddy should
pick it up the next time. If you can't buy
your buddy a dinner or a drink or vice versa,
(01:11:08):
or your buddy's dinners, or don't go with them. Yeah, yeah,
it gets different if their wives are involved and it's
a four thousand dollars meal or whatever. But don't split
a check or figure out who got the bread and
who got the pizza and who got the beer and
who got the scotch. Grow the fuck up, don't split
a check. So those are today's grown ass man things
you should not do.
Speaker 1 (01:11:29):
Just one thing.
Speaker 19 (01:11:29):
But yes, yeah, yeah, he's got other videos and Joe
I agree with him after the age of thirty, because
when you're at poor as hell and you're you're twenty
years old at the waffle house and yeah, you can't
be doing that.
Speaker 2 (01:11:40):
But yeah, if you're all, like, you know, established in
your careers and you're married with kids and you're passing
the bill around and you're adding it up as well.
I did have a couple of the months. Arellasticks so right,
and he's exactly right.
Speaker 9 (01:11:54):
It does change when there are dates involved and or
it's a trillion dollars. But yeah, for average stuff, someone
should just it should be unsaved.
Speaker 7 (01:12:02):
I love this guy. I follow him. It's Cogdell law.
And he has another one saying any any man who
takes a neck pillow on a domestic flight is a douche.
Speaker 1 (01:12:13):
Yeah, domestic flight.
Speaker 2 (01:12:15):
Yeah, he loses them constantly.
Speaker 6 (01:12:17):
Oh yeah, I just took an international flight.
Speaker 1 (01:12:21):
I'm like, forgot the pillow as here's here's one more
from that from that same dude.
Speaker 23 (01:12:28):
Several things a grown ass man should never do. A
man that posts food pictures.
Speaker 1 (01:12:34):
What the is that? Don't know?
Speaker 23 (01:12:37):
A man eats food, or prepares food, or pays for food,
he doesn't post pictures about the food that he is
about to eat. And lastly, a grown ass man does
not post pictures of his fat ass body on vacation.
Guess what, that trophy wife that you've got sitting next
to you where your dad bought is hanging over the belt.
(01:12:58):
That makes your ass look worse, not better. So unless
you're in shape, don't post vacation pictures with their shirt offs.
So those are today's grown ass man things you should
not do.
Speaker 9 (01:13:09):
I'll take it to the next level. Shouldn't be posting, okay,
vacation pictures at all?
Speaker 1 (01:13:13):
What about food pictures?
Speaker 7 (01:13:15):
That that's I mean he's when he said that, I
just went through my mind. I don't think I've ever
seen a guy post a food again.
Speaker 1 (01:13:22):
Have you met? Although he said that's changed, But he
said that's changed now.
Speaker 2 (01:13:27):
In fact, I was just out with menace at a
at a meal recently and somebody brought that up. Something Hey,
men's are just gonna get pictures. He's like, nah, manes,
that's that's done. Now that snapchats now not popping, because
he used to be like you had to like push
all the plates in the center, and he'd be like,
oh yeah, anymore, I mean I'll do something like look
(01:13:49):
at them.
Speaker 6 (01:13:52):
Yeah, oh yeah I did. Like, yeah, I'll do like
like a static photo. But it won't be like in
the main feed. It would just be like a story
or something.
Speaker 2 (01:14:02):
Okay, there are rules. Yeah, because we said we said
it fifteen years ago. Who cares? But I think even
medic has gotten to the point yet no one cares.
Speaker 1 (01:14:10):
No one cares that.
Speaker 6 (01:14:11):
Oh yeah you still want the res but you know, uh.
Speaker 2 (01:14:17):
Here, I don't know who's this guy? Jeff, you found
this guy?
Speaker 1 (01:14:21):
Yeah?
Speaker 21 (01:14:21):
He talks about stuff that grown ass man shouldn't be
doing as well, and he's hilarious.
Speaker 1 (01:14:26):
Gina loves him.
Speaker 7 (01:14:26):
I love in the guy in the car.
Speaker 1 (01:14:28):
Yeah, the guy in the car. Yeah you know his name?
Speaker 4 (01:14:31):
No, I don't let me look it up real quick.
Speaker 24 (01:14:32):
Yeah, all right, here we go, ankle socks wearing ankle.
Speaker 1 (01:14:34):
Socks, not the dude.
Speaker 2 (01:14:36):
This is girl. Yeah, now hold on, this is uh
all right here we go.
Speaker 25 (01:14:41):
The three things I don't think you should be doing
as a grown ass man. Let's get right into it.
Number one is having asthma.
Speaker 1 (01:14:48):
Just breathe.
Speaker 25 (01:14:50):
You're twenty five years old and you ain't out grown ash. Yeah,
talking about anybody pomp broke can't handle air.
Speaker 1 (01:14:58):
That's a grown man.
Speaker 25 (01:15:00):
Give number two, collecting funkal pops. Yes, toys, you're collecting
toys as a grown ass man.
Speaker 1 (01:15:08):
How about instead of.
Speaker 25 (01:15:09):
Collecting other than this, you collect some pacols, some bread,
some dough, some moulah, and have an honorable mention for
you guys. Having a skincare routine. Just put some soap
on the rag and wash your face.
Speaker 2 (01:15:23):
Yeah, that's mister everything cool, Mister everything's cool.
Speaker 9 (01:15:28):
He's I mean, obviously he's Jack a little bit about
the asthma stuff, but everything else I think he's he's.
Speaker 2 (01:15:33):
I don't know, might be based on some of the
video said Jeff is playing. I don't know if he
is kidding about that.
Speaker 9 (01:15:38):
I think it's one of those things where there's a
reason that, you know, peanut allergies, if we're talking about
that general class of things. Skyrock to skyrocketed over the
past fifty years because you know, people just wouldn't toughen
up and breathe through it. What have we learned a
couple years ago? And exposure therapy does work? I was
anybody who has on a side note of that, anybody
(01:15:59):
who has like, oh.
Speaker 7 (01:16:00):
The pollen, I can't stand the palling?
Speaker 1 (01:16:03):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (01:16:04):
Plus yeah, get some clarton, Yeah it be fine.
Speaker 1 (01:16:07):
Or don't just deal with it? Yeah, don't man up? Yeah.
Speaker 12 (01:16:10):
Uh. Here.
Speaker 2 (01:16:11):
I don't know where this chick came from either, but
here's a couple more ankle socks.
Speaker 24 (01:16:14):
Wearing ankle socks and no show socks is gay? Sitting
on a tube float in a pool?
Speaker 23 (01:16:21):
Is gay?
Speaker 24 (01:16:22):
Wearing shorts above your knee? Gay eating bananas? Gay using
hand sanitizer?
Speaker 1 (01:16:30):
Gay?
Speaker 2 (01:16:32):
Yeah, jef uses like NonStop hand sanitized mostly.
Speaker 9 (01:16:35):
I will I will push back on the socks thing,
because when I see guys with when I see guys
with socks up to their calf, I'm like, what do
you especially at the gym wearing shorts and the T shirt?
Speaker 1 (01:16:44):
What are you keeping warming?
Speaker 26 (01:16:45):
I'll never stop, but it's very important, you know, I
understand that in certain certain neighborhoods, that's interesting, that's a
you know, sign of respect.
Speaker 9 (01:16:55):
But yeah, but like, but in general, socks, socks that
go of your ankle, what for?
Speaker 1 (01:17:01):
What's the point point?
Speaker 24 (01:17:02):
Eating anything with a spoon is gay? Wearing rings unless
it's a wedding band is gay. Being married is not gay.
Speaker 1 (01:17:14):
But proposing on your knees gay, that's true.
Speaker 2 (01:17:22):
I'm not sure who that is.
Speaker 9 (01:17:23):
She's got clearly different tastes. Then let's say the hardcore
Italians in the Northeast might argue.
Speaker 1 (01:17:29):
On the rings thing, mafia. I think it's weird.
Speaker 2 (01:17:32):
And we see a dude with a diamond ring, but
not like a typical like a woman's engagement ring, but
it could be a wedding band, but it's got the
diamonds in it.
Speaker 1 (01:17:42):
I think.
Speaker 2 (01:17:42):
I don't think a dude wearing diamonds.
Speaker 6 (01:17:44):
I think if if it's like small diamonds all the
way around, because and it looks like a rapper, Okay,
it's kind of cool. But if it's just like a
solid band that has a little tiny diamond, yeah, it's
so weird.
Speaker 7 (01:17:55):
Yeah, I don't think I've ever seen a guy with
that really.
Speaker 1 (01:17:58):
Yeah, and with guy.
Speaker 9 (01:18:00):
Ring, do you bet have a real good reason for it?
Like it better be Yeah, your dad's marine corps or something.
Speaker 7 (01:18:05):
You definitely better have gotten that on somebody's dead.
Speaker 1 (01:18:07):
Best the ring is a skull as somebody who's legally
allowed to represent that side. I don't think rings in
general and a guy are good. I think the one
giveaway is thumb ring that is diving on top of
the d gay like why like what, I don't know.
(01:18:28):
It's kind of like a toe ring, Like.
Speaker 9 (01:18:31):
It's kind of like it's a it's a fashionable accessory
and as a man, you shouldn't care about being fashionable.
Speaker 1 (01:18:36):
And why is it on your thumb? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (01:18:38):
Weird and maybe maybe it's the only thumb that is uh,
you know, girthy enough like a real man's sized, like finger,
you know, to accommodate a man's ring.
Speaker 1 (01:18:49):
What what's the.
Speaker 2 (01:18:52):
Thin little girly fingers? If it's just for decoration, it's gay,
you know, on.
Speaker 1 (01:18:57):
Strong enough for a man, made for a woman.
Speaker 2 (01:19:00):
Men Menace has been a supporter of using women's deutorant
as long as I've known him.
Speaker 1 (01:19:04):
Uses women's dedorant. Yeah, like men's the odor is like sticky.
Speaker 23 (01:19:11):
The WOODI show.
Speaker 1 (01:19:14):
Uh man, I don't know what's up with the some
of these people. Man, this Christian influencer, I hate. I
hate that. Otherwise, like, how do you everybody else? Yeah,
everybody's an influencer.
Speaker 2 (01:19:30):
This Christian influencer was sharing videos of her getting kicked
off this Alaska Airlines flight. Oh no, yeah, yeah, the
flight was delayed on the tarmac.
Speaker 1 (01:19:40):
So this one decided, Hey, you know what, while the
doors are closed and everyone stuck on the stupid plane,
it's the perfect time to get up and start preaching
to everybody.
Speaker 2 (01:19:47):
Like you were just hitting sitting on the tarmac for
a while.
Speaker 11 (01:19:50):
Yes, I was.
Speaker 1 (01:19:51):
I mean, granted you were in first class on a live.
Speaker 2 (01:19:53):
Flat scene, right, Yes, I napped, Yeah, probably could have
slept through it. Yeah, but this is can you imagine,
like you're stuck on the Here she comes.
Speaker 1 (01:20:01):
I know we're all waiting.
Speaker 17 (01:20:03):
It's kind of frustrating, right, But I want to tell
you that God's timing is perfect and God knows everything,
and maybe he's sparing us from danger today. So I
want you to rest and know that Jesus Christ loves
you so much. I pray protection over this flight in
the name of Jesus.
Speaker 1 (01:20:23):
Amen.
Speaker 17 (01:20:24):
Amen, bless you guys.
Speaker 1 (01:20:26):
Enjoy the quiet. I don't know who needs to hear this?
Speaker 2 (01:20:31):
But I feel like it's important. I feel like somebody
does man shut the it's just the problem. If she
didn't have a phone, she wouldn't have gotten up.
Speaker 7 (01:20:39):
Oh totally, she's filming herself. Yeah, and I get it,
like I get the message, like, okay, yeah, maybe we're
being protected, but like I can come to that conclusion
on my own. I don't need this bitch and allow speak.
Speaker 13 (01:20:51):
It sounds like you're talking to a toddler too.
Speaker 1 (01:20:52):
Yeah, I know. Waiting is frustrating.
Speaker 2 (01:20:57):
A lot of people didn't appreciate the closed door sermon. Yeah,
that included the flight crew. So they opened the doors
back up just to kick her off the plane.
Speaker 17 (01:21:06):
Still not telling me.
Speaker 7 (01:21:09):
They don't feel safe. Oh my gosh, I.
Speaker 17 (01:21:12):
Didn't know the message of Jesus Christ was unsafe.
Speaker 2 (01:21:15):
Wow.
Speaker 17 (01:21:16):
Do I have any guns or anything like that?
Speaker 12 (01:21:19):
No?
Speaker 17 (01:21:19):
I don't, so so freedom of speech is not safe.
Speaker 7 (01:21:22):
I'll tell you what this is. It's called spiritual warfare.
Speaker 17 (01:21:26):
We're in the last days. It's coming comment. I am
making my way.
Speaker 6 (01:21:31):
You see me walking right?
Speaker 1 (01:21:33):
Thank you so much. Look at this Luja.
Speaker 2 (01:21:36):
Oh my god, slight screw up on the cruise part.
Speaker 9 (01:21:39):
There they should have said, yeah, you're disrupting the cabin
and we have that, we resorted the right to throw
you off the plane.
Speaker 2 (01:21:43):
And another and another incorrect use of these free speech arguments. Yeah, yeah,
you don't free speech on a plane. You can't just
start talking about bombs and yeah, you know, weapons and
hijacking and whatever.
Speaker 7 (01:21:56):
We're just being disrupted.
Speaker 2 (01:21:57):
That that wouldn't be protected. Yeah, I can't do that.
Was freaking people out by white little little bumps of turbuments.
Speaker 1 (01:22:07):
Oh god, he was freaking out. Huge. You're making people uncomfortable.
Would you mind if we've moved you to a different
seat first class? Yeah? I tell you man.
Speaker 2 (01:22:21):
You know, my my parents dragged me to church when
I was a kid. We we used to have to
go on on Sundays and it was so boring. And
now I hear our seat clips of all these churches
where there's like, you know, they got bands. Yeah, there's
all kinds of stuff going on. Yeah, or how about
(01:22:44):
how about this guy my buddy, my buddy Riz sent
this to me yesterday. I'm not sure where this guy
is a preacher or you know, where what what his
church is where he's at, but he was addressing his congregation.
Speaker 1 (01:23:00):
Listen, let me tell you something. You want to have
sex with another man.
Speaker 3 (01:23:04):
You want to go inside of his law and testine
and pack whatever is in there, pack his dumb.
Speaker 1 (01:23:11):
I'm stacking it.
Speaker 3 (01:23:12):
All up by you pushing in there and pushing it.
Speaker 1 (01:23:14):
You want to do that, knock yourself out on me.
Speaker 2 (01:23:16):
So I didn't get that at the church that we
went to, right, it would have it would have held
my attention a little bit more like now this is entertaining.
Speaker 3 (01:23:25):
You want to pack another man's doodoo, that's your business.
If you didn't find delight in that, I find it
a borer. But if that's what packing another man's doodoo
brings you on, knock yourself out, bro.
Speaker 1 (01:23:39):
I just want to tell you.
Speaker 3 (01:23:40):
The Bible says a wrong. The Bible says is wrong.
But anybody else would have a brain well understand that
must be something wrong with you. You want to go
inside of another man's old and pack your dumb stuck
it all over you. I mean, that's what it's that,
that's what that place has made for.
Speaker 1 (01:23:59):
How can you elevate that?
Speaker 3 (01:24:02):
Pastor Manning, Pastor Manning, Pastor.
Speaker 2 (01:24:06):
Man you see where the world is.
Speaker 9 (01:24:10):
And look, Pastor Manning leads to learn a thing or
two about bottoming, because it's called preparatio.
Speaker 7 (01:24:14):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (01:24:18):
He's not the and he's not the first person. I mean,
we have We've had years worth of these, uh, these
clips from some of these pastors, these homophobic pastors. Well
the one I think the guy he had more of
an axe to grind. I don't know that he's homophobic,
he's just anti his cleanliness. Oh yeah, yeah, Uh, this
one guy had an ax to grind. I guess his son,
you know, couldn't get someone to go to the dance
(01:24:39):
with him, and so that means that he must be lesbians.
Oh remember that guy.
Speaker 27 (01:24:45):
Man, how many children are taken into these things, and
how many Christians are taking their kids off to see
the movie shows and produced by an organization that is
probably one of the strongest promo this is.
Speaker 2 (01:24:55):
This is another guy though that's that's a different one.
The one I'm thinking about is this guy.
Speaker 28 (01:25:00):
And we live in a time now brothers have been
so put down, can't get a job, a lot of
the sisters making more money than brothers, and has created
problems in families.
Speaker 29 (01:25:13):
That's one of the reasons our family is breaking up.
Speaker 20 (01:25:16):
And that's one of the reasons many of our women
are becoming lesbians.
Speaker 29 (01:25:22):
You got to be careful when you say you don't
need no man, I can make it by myself.
Speaker 20 (01:25:28):
Well, if you don't need a man, what's left lesbian?
Speaker 2 (01:25:33):
Listen about the take.
Speaker 1 (01:25:34):
Over a community. I'm talking about young girls.
Speaker 12 (01:25:37):
Here.
Speaker 30 (01:25:38):
My son in high school last year, trying to go
to the prom. He said, Dad, I ain't got nobody
to take to the prom because all the girls in
my class are gay and he but two of them
straight and both with the motherly.
Speaker 1 (01:25:52):
I ain't got nobody to take to the prom.
Speaker 20 (01:25:56):
Now, just you cannot cannot park here for a minute.
I ain't home because everybody in you got something wrong
with whoever you pull it. You put it your own.
Speaker 1 (01:26:07):
Self, but you got some wrong with your life. But
when you get down to this.
Speaker 29 (01:26:10):
Day, women falling down on another woman, shopping yourself.
Speaker 1 (01:26:14):
Up with somebody, it ain't real.
Speaker 6 (01:26:18):
That thing ain't got no feeling in it.
Speaker 2 (01:26:21):
Strap on, Yeah it ain't.
Speaker 7 (01:26:27):
And he goes on like, tell your son to be
hotter and more charming.
Speaker 1 (01:26:31):
Yeah, the two straight girls are ugly.
Speaker 7 (01:26:33):
Yeah, But if he sucks so bad, I'm sure they're
all being like, I'm going with the girl by.
Speaker 4 (01:26:39):
Such a loser.
Speaker 2 (01:26:40):
Yeah, exactly something women should do when they're young.
Speaker 1 (01:26:42):
Yes, that's the time to experiment. You just said the
straight ones are ugly, So that means the lesbian ones
are hot. Yeah, makes it even everybody wins.
Speaker 2 (01:26:51):
Yeah, So I don't know what they're scared of, you
know what I mean, Like, if you really are a
believer in God, and God will sort all the things
out like a god will sort it out.
Speaker 8 (01:27:01):
And this is what I say to the most conservative
person that's so terrified of gay marriage becoming legal just
because the state says it's legal.
Speaker 1 (01:27:09):
It's not like God's gonna let.
Speaker 8 (01:27:11):
Him into heaven. Okay, So you can still sleep sound
every night knowing that goal line defense is up at
the pearly.
Speaker 1 (01:27:21):
Gates, just going. Oh do you remember the commercials they ran.
Speaker 8 (01:27:26):
It was a little girl that came running home from
school and she'd be like, mommy, mommy, mommy. The teacher said,
when I get older, I can marry a princess if
I want to.
Speaker 1 (01:27:34):
And what are you going to do when your kid
says that?
Speaker 8 (01:27:38):
And every parent in California's like, we're gonna have to
talk to our kids. Sorry, queers, nobody, that's as Beranzo's job.
So I want to hire the same little girl to
do commercials for me in the state of Utah. And
I want her to come running home and be like, mommy, mommy, mommy,
how come you're nine years older than me?
Speaker 1 (01:27:59):
Because we'll learn and this doesn't add up.
Speaker 8 (01:28:02):
Mommy, mommy, mommy, mom She's calling out to all of
her mother's Well be.
Speaker 23 (01:28:07):
Right, we'll be right.
Speaker 1 (01:28:08):
Well, be right back. It's not for everybody, ye are
probably you have to try it on. You have to
tumbu a film. He's a woody show.
Speaker 2 (01:28:22):
Any day where Mario Lopez is getting dumped on is
a good day. He has a grade A douchebag.
Speaker 7 (01:28:30):
Have you had encounters.
Speaker 2 (01:28:31):
Every interaction casual or otherwise, just a grade A douche
Just a douche So I'm I'm psyched.
Speaker 1 (01:28:44):
He's getting dumped on through loving it?
Speaker 2 (01:28:46):
Yeah, I loving So you want to explain the situation here, Jeff,
you know more about this.
Speaker 1 (01:28:49):
Than I did with Mustard or something.
Speaker 9 (01:28:51):
Yeah he did.
Speaker 21 (01:28:52):
Yeah, he did an AI video right with his niece
and it who's young, she's pretty. He seems to use
it on a lot of stuff, which is creepy kind
of because it's like, dude at your niece, you know
what I mean, Like he's just trying to get views
from dudes that follow him obviously, right.
Speaker 2 (01:29:07):
And it's an AI generated video, right.
Speaker 21 (01:29:08):
And this one, yeah, this one in particular is an
AI generated video. They pretended to be at a Dodgers game,
Greg and uh, they panned to her and she has
two hot dogs.
Speaker 1 (01:29:18):
Yeah, and she.
Speaker 21 (01:29:19):
Stuffs him in her mouth and then rubs the mustard shots.
Speaker 1 (01:29:24):
That's the only thing I saw was the screenshot.
Speaker 7 (01:29:26):
That is dirty aggressive, But it just to.
Speaker 21 (01:29:31):
Me, it doesn't We're talking about it Woody and I
in the office, and it's like, dude, it doesn't make sense.
Why you put that out, Like, I mean, what's the point.
Speaker 1 (01:29:37):
It's AI?
Speaker 4 (01:29:38):
I mean, who are you appealing to by here?
Speaker 1 (01:29:40):
It is juice?
Speaker 7 (01:29:41):
Yeah, it's gross.
Speaker 2 (01:29:43):
Mario sucks. Here's a little clip from video.
Speaker 1 (01:29:45):
I can't take her anywhere.
Speaker 6 (01:29:47):
Oh my god, look at you so good.
Speaker 1 (01:29:52):
You're a mess the mustard.
Speaker 2 (01:29:56):
You're right though, Just why Yeah, I just don't understand why,
Like does go anywhere.
Speaker 1 (01:30:00):
There's no punchline, there's no purpose.
Speaker 21 (01:30:03):
Yeah, it's hey, look at my hot knee stuff hot
dogs in her mouth.
Speaker 2 (01:30:06):
And yeah, he took it down, but people already saved it.
They reposted everywhere. I mean it's legit odd.
Speaker 7 (01:30:12):
Yeah, I mean, probably a mistake.
Speaker 2 (01:30:14):
I mean, that's your niece, you washed fifty two year
old weirdo. I hate I hate him so much. He
thinks he is so awesome, Like that's the vibe when
you're around him. That's the vibe that he gives off.
And I I have a number of experienced one from
the iHeart Radio Music Awards, another one from the iHeart
(01:30:35):
Radio Music Festival. Those those two things alone are all
I need to know. And I had heard all this stuff,
you know, all the different stories about him over the
years and whatever, uh you know, but then to witness
it firsthand, he's just a he's a diche. I mean, God,
he sucks.
Speaker 1 (01:30:53):
Because he's treated like he's all that.
Speaker 2 (01:30:55):
That's why you think, Oh yeah, yeah, for sure, it's
like whatever, man, Like, dude, you're the You're you're the
guy who comes on the TV to tell me about
what movies are available in my room? Oh yeah whatever, Yeah,
you're you're the on demand movie guy for hotels like
take it easy, dog. You were on a show a
billion years ago.
Speaker 1 (01:31:16):
Take it easy. He's the Neil Patrick Harris of the day.
But Neil Patrick Harris, I met him. He's super nice.
I'm not saying he's up where you turn on the
Hotel TV. There he is turned on this award show,
is going to this concert. There he is manace.
Speaker 21 (01:31:31):
Did I miss anything out of that video? You're the
social guy, so you probably saw a lot of Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:31:35):
I mean I saw it on the news last night
with no audio, and I just thought, yeah, I want
to go like sexual with it. I think, like guys,
obviously because she's attractive, they they went sexual with it.
But I think he was trying to be how would
it not be? I mean I watched it trying to
(01:31:56):
make it look like she's being disgusting. I mean, if you,
if you, if you really want to like look at it.
What I was gonna say is, uh, he is trying
to be funny and it's not funny.
Speaker 1 (01:32:07):
You know this part too, Yeah, yeah, it's just not funny.
Speaker 13 (01:32:10):
But he has for shoving two hot dogs into her
mouth and then her like upper body is like shaking
in an awkward way that like it does make it
sexual and then it's like rubbing her face.
Speaker 7 (01:32:21):
It's I found it to be very sexual.
Speaker 6 (01:32:23):
Yeah, you found it to be sexual. That's what I'm
just saying, Like we put that on if she was
like not attractive and it was ice cream and it
was the same thing, We're like, oh, look that's disgusting.
Speaker 1 (01:32:35):
It's just because she's good looking, that's why. But see,
that's kind of the point I'm making.
Speaker 4 (01:32:39):
It's like, why do that to your niece?
Speaker 12 (01:32:41):
Right?
Speaker 4 (01:32:41):
Like that, like why put her why put that video
out where it can be.
Speaker 1 (01:32:45):
Because because he thinks it's funny, right exactly. You know,
I don't understand that though, you know.
Speaker 6 (01:32:50):
Yeah, it's just like some people just you know, have
no on what's actually funny and what's not.
Speaker 2 (01:32:55):
You know, what do you guys think about Jonah Hill?
He's another guy.
Speaker 7 (01:32:58):
He's he seems like an odd bird as an actor.
Speaker 1 (01:33:01):
I like him, yeah, saying, but in the ether, out
in the wind, I've heard nothing but bad things like
cool or a douche. Really, yeah, I've met him.
Speaker 21 (01:33:10):
He's he's kind of cool, Like, I mean, he loves
hip hop. What do you guys would probably talk about
hip hop?
Speaker 1 (01:33:15):
Forever?
Speaker 21 (01:33:16):
Hip hop he's like that guy, and when I had
an experience it was positive.
Speaker 1 (01:33:21):
Yeah, so that's good to hear. Yeah, I don't know.
I can't get a good read on this guy.
Speaker 2 (01:33:26):
I'm gonna sometimes I think he is in, you know,
an attempt to be funny and it comes off as douchey. Yeah,
it is not the intent.
Speaker 7 (01:33:34):
He was awesome in the big short.
Speaker 1 (01:33:35):
He was great and super I'm not talking about as
an act.
Speaker 7 (01:33:37):
I'm saying he's super funny. But then you hear these stories,
You're like, really that guy.
Speaker 2 (01:33:41):
Is he a guy that takes himself way too serious?
I think so, you know, or does he have now
the energy that humility?
Speaker 1 (01:33:48):
Personally?
Speaker 6 (01:33:49):
I think he gives off is a person that really
wants to be accepted and like tries hard to be accepted,
and so it comes off badly. Like Jeff, I met
him here in the hallway.
Speaker 1 (01:34:00):
He was cool.
Speaker 7 (01:34:00):
And he also doesn't like wait jokes, that's a big one.
Like he's very very sensitive to that sort of thing.
Speaker 1 (01:34:06):
Yeah, there's a lot of uh, you know, nighttime talk
shows that have clips going around where he's confronted about
his weight and he shuts down and how do you say,
is it jiu jitsu.
Speaker 2 (01:34:16):
How do you say jiu jitsu, jiu jitsu, jiu jitsu, okay,
not jiu JITs Okay, I'd say a tongue twister jiu jitsu.
Speaker 1 (01:34:26):
Jiu jitsu.
Speaker 2 (01:34:27):
Yeah, okay, yeah. For whatever reason, man, that one feels
hard to say.
Speaker 1 (01:34:31):
Okay. He is trained in Brazilian jiu jitsu.
Speaker 2 (01:34:35):
And uh, you know, because a lot of dudes think
they could probably take Jonah Hill, right, oh yeah, like universal.
Now here's what he had to say. This is an
appearance on the SmartLess podcast with Jason Bateman and Will
Arnett and Sean Hayes. This is uh, this is Jonah Hill.
Speaker 27 (01:34:50):
My favorite thing is people are like, oh, Jonah Hill,
fat guy from super Bow, And I'm like, I would
annihilate I'm not kidding every fight.
Speaker 6 (01:34:59):
If you see me, try it, you are way bigger
than me.
Speaker 1 (01:35:04):
I have like find out. Okay, I mean I see
his point that he's no longer the fat kid from
super Bad that was how many decades ago.
Speaker 2 (01:35:13):
I don't see him as a as like a badass,
tough guy. Take me, man, try it, bro.
Speaker 1 (01:35:20):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (01:35:20):
I mean, it's one of it's like a careful what
you wish for I wish you would bro let me
take Yeah, it's nice that you took a jiu jitsu.
That's cool.
Speaker 1 (01:35:31):
It's like the guy takes the karate the karate class
and feels.
Speaker 2 (01:35:34):
Like he's, you know, untouchable.
Speaker 1 (01:35:36):
Now.
Speaker 6 (01:35:37):
I was going to podcast break down this this comment,
and they're like, man, it sucks because he just heightened
what he doesn't want.
Speaker 1 (01:35:44):
Now people are gonna try him. You know.
Speaker 6 (01:35:47):
Actually there's gonna be me heads that you don't want
to mess with it. Just continue to say the things
that he doesn't want.
Speaker 2 (01:35:55):
Yeah, like I want to I want to like him,
you know, but like he uh, he's tough. He's a
tough read.
Speaker 7 (01:36:01):
Well, I like the pictures of him, like surfing and
you know, just doing all these things you wouldn't expect
Jonah Hill to do. But yeah, you don't have to
be crazy about it.
Speaker 2 (01:36:07):
Sea Beast, do you think you could take him?
Speaker 1 (01:36:09):
Yeah?
Speaker 9 (01:36:10):
That's the thing with jiu jitsu is it's great when
you're lying on the ground with a guy.
Speaker 2 (01:36:17):
I don't know anything.
Speaker 6 (01:36:17):
About it, but people that are commenting are saying what
Sea Best is saying, like, oh, we would take a
boxer over a ju jujitsu guy any day, because yeah,
they say, don't quote me because I know nothing about it.
They said that you have to get kind of close
to the person first.
Speaker 9 (01:36:37):
There's there a bunch of funny memes where it's like
it's like how jiu jitsu guys do street fights and
it's just a guy lagging the payment ready to grapple
with you. That's not how street fights start. I mean again,
if you're down there, it's Steven Sagal wing not wing chung,
but something else alays close.
Speaker 1 (01:36:54):
So yeah, that's nothing like that. Everybody sandwiches because it is.
Speaker 2 (01:36:59):
It kind of like that guy that you see online
every once in a while where you know he it's
clearly bs videos where he says that he can like
just use the energy to that's ae keto. That's the
same kind of stuff like Steven Seagal does.
Speaker 1 (01:37:14):
Right of self Defense, well.
Speaker 7 (01:37:16):
It's it's literally because I took it in college. It's
literally just being able to get away from someone, but
you can't kick anybody.
Speaker 2 (01:37:22):
And then some guy he was like a like a
MMA kind of guy. He fought this dude and kicked
his antause you don't strike anybody for.
Speaker 7 (01:37:30):
Real, No, it's just about getting away, right.
Speaker 1 (01:37:32):
But yeah, but you know, jiu jitsu is a great thing.
Speaker 9 (01:37:34):
And you again you'll see people beat people in them
in UFC using it, but you have to be on
the ground with them. And in this case, Jonah Hill
would have to you know, double leg take down you,
which means he's avoiding your fists and your knees and
your kicks and any other thing hopefully to get you down,
which is just not realistic. And again, it's much smarter
(01:37:54):
to just know it and have that quiet confidence. But
to say it on a podcast, Yeah, yeah, saying come
at me, bro, it's not smart.
Speaker 2 (01:38:02):
Uh, didn't Penn and Teller when they had that show Bullish,
they did a whole segment about martial arts, right about
how it's just a scam to get parents to spend
all this money because you have to spend all this
money to uh, to achieve the different levels of the belts, right,
and he goes you never see anything in the news
about like oh attack thwarted by man and black belt
(01:38:24):
and there were using these examples.
Speaker 9 (01:38:27):
And that was that came out a long time not
a long time ago, but right before the MMA got big.
And that's what the MMA has shown is that because
you can do you could do pretty much anything, especially
if you go back to the original UFC fights where
they're doing nad kicks and all kinds of stuff. And
what we found is that boxing, kitbox, kickboxing, and again
when you're on the ground already, jiu jitsu are the
(01:38:49):
top fighting styles because nobody's going in there with karate kicks. Sorry,
and I know John Jones has thrown some stuff, but
that's that's just kickboxing stuff.
Speaker 2 (01:38:57):
Well Jonah Hill, Uh, we'll look forward to the update
when somebody tries him.
Speaker 1 (01:39:04):
I know happen Like he's a young buck either, he's
in his forties.
Speaker 2 (01:39:09):
Yeah, why invite the show?
Speaker 1 (01:39:16):
Well? I guess who got a ticket? Guys? Oh, no ticket?
Than not Greg? Greg?
Speaker 2 (01:39:27):
Guess who has gotten two tickets in the last three weeks?
Speaker 7 (01:39:31):
Wow, somebody wasted it?
Speaker 2 (01:39:33):
Gay not Gina, dumb ass Tyler? Oh tickets too.
Speaker 7 (01:39:41):
It happens.
Speaker 31 (01:39:43):
I have no idea how it happened. Well, okay, I
know how, I'm sure you do. Yeah one of them.
I was definitely speeding. But it just makes me mad
because I hadn't gotten the ticket or gotten pulled over
and over nine years. And then in the span of
three weeks, I got two tickets.
Speaker 2 (01:39:57):
So the speeding one, like, how fast were you going?
Speaker 31 (01:39:59):
I I think I was going at least fifteen over okay,
so on all residential, but like on a main street.
And the worst part is it was a Sunday. There
was nobody on that street.
Speaker 1 (01:40:11):
So why are we pulling the end of the month?
Speaker 25 (01:40:16):
Yeah?
Speaker 31 (01:40:16):
Actually yeah, I.
Speaker 1 (01:40:17):
Was the month. Yeah, that's why you got to relax.
Speaker 2 (01:40:20):
And what was the other one?
Speaker 31 (01:40:21):
The other one? So I didn't notice that there's this
one area by my apartment and I never noticed it.
You can't turn right on a red and I didn't
see the sign because it's kind of out of you.
So the guy pulled me over. I explained that I
didn't see it. He's like, okay, cool, no problem, So
you let me go for that. But he gave me
a ticket because my tint is too dark.
Speaker 1 (01:40:42):
Oh yeah, at least in his opinion, his opinion.
Speaker 6 (01:40:46):
What are you talking about, dude, it's limo black.
Speaker 1 (01:40:49):
You cannot see through it. I got I said.
Speaker 31 (01:40:51):
When they got it done, I said to make it
dark as legally possible.
Speaker 1 (01:40:54):
And I still have the paperwork to back it up.
So that one. I'm gonna fight you. There's no way that.
Speaker 2 (01:41:00):
Yeah, if it's if it's super dark like that, there's
no way it is legal. I'm glad because I see those.
Speaker 9 (01:41:04):
I see him doing cartnards all the time, and I'm like,
that can't be because I'll have driver's side window tinted
black at night.
Speaker 1 (01:41:09):
Yeah, which is that's his car?
Speaker 2 (01:41:10):
Oh good, Your driver's window shouldn't be tinted at all.
Speaker 1 (01:41:13):
Tyler. Do you suffer from migraines? Have you been diagnosed
with my yes, get your doctor to right, Okay, I'll
do that. Okay, does that work allegedly? That's okay?
Speaker 2 (01:41:27):
Yeah, it's one of those like did you know what
I heard?
Speaker 7 (01:41:30):
How many of your windows are tinted like that except.
Speaker 1 (01:41:32):
For the windshield? Yeah, I walk up to the choir.
I can't tell if he's in the car. Dude.
Speaker 2 (01:41:37):
When I when I want to get the windows done
for my car, and I'm like the same thing I said,
Hey man, you know, put it like one shade. I want, Yeah,
one sade above where they're gonna have. I don't want
any hassle, that's all thing. You're also you're trusting the
windowed window tint guy to know the law.
Speaker 31 (01:41:52):
He did tell me, uh, the cop did tell me that. Look, honestly,
the back ones and then the back windshield, like those
can stay. He's like, the drivers won in the passenger
side one need to go. I'm still going to try,
and that would look bad.
Speaker 2 (01:42:06):
You don't want to the aesthetic because the guy went
to ended up, you know, trying to tell me about
how No, you got to do the windshield, and you
gotta do the the two front you know, driver's side
windows and everything else. So I went for it.
Speaker 1 (01:42:18):
The windshield, the windshield.
Speaker 31 (01:42:20):
I found out you can't go past a certain tint
on the windshield or else.
Speaker 6 (01:42:24):
It's completely Now, why did you want it?
Speaker 31 (01:42:26):
Because when I originally got in my car, you could
see like everything, these windows were clear as day. You
could see you could directly see to it, like in
the middle of the night.
Speaker 1 (01:42:35):
And I'm like, no, I like my I'm not sitting
there doing anything, but I like my privacy.
Speaker 9 (01:42:42):
You can like it all you want, but it's actually
smarter to have untitted windows because then thieves will know
there's nothing back there.
Speaker 1 (01:42:48):
And according to okay, I could slightly see that slightly okay,
according to AI. Chronic migraine sufferers can qualify for a
signed doctor certificate or exemption in many regions, including yours.
Speaker 6 (01:43:00):
Like, now, it looks like he has bags of weed
in it.
Speaker 1 (01:43:03):
Did uh did you see the.
Speaker 2 (01:43:06):
I think it's a new jersey. The cops, you're gonna
hate this greg So there, you know, there's a lot
of people are distracted driving, texting the whole thing, right,
So they have this new thing they're doing to fight. Yeah, okay,
this is a new jersey. They're dressing up basically like
a sniper. Wood they're covered in they look like a
bush and they're blending into the background. They got a
(01:43:28):
pair of binoculars. I got a picture here.
Speaker 1 (01:43:31):
Yeah, and then uh, and then what they do is
they radio ahead to one of the other options.
Speaker 2 (01:43:38):
I mean, look at these guys.
Speaker 7 (01:43:41):
Cali suit, but you don't.
Speaker 1 (01:43:46):
It's hilarious.
Speaker 9 (01:43:47):
You don't even need that suit, Like, forget the suit.
You could you could just stand behind the pole and
people would because they're distracted exactly. I mean, the suit
is hilarious. If I got a ticket from that guy,
I'd be fine with that, Like that's hilarious. Like, well,
you don't get a ticket from him. You'll get a
ticket from his buddy.
Speaker 1 (01:44:04):
That's how I found out I got the ticket.
Speaker 7 (01:44:06):
Yeah, that's remember that bush by that pole.
Speaker 32 (01:44:08):
Same parts of New Jersey have proven there anything but
bush league and Dunellen disguised himself as a shrub to
identify distracted drivers. Hey, you gotta do whatever you can
these days. He got license plate numbers using a pair
of binoculars, then radioed ahead to officers who made the stops. Together,
they nabbed seventy four drivers.
Speaker 1 (01:44:31):
Wow, rule against that.
Speaker 6 (01:44:34):
What at that?
Speaker 1 (01:44:40):
You're beating around the bush? Look out for pruity shears and.
Speaker 2 (01:44:44):
Oh my god, beating around the bush. That's really good stuff.
Speaker 1 (01:44:49):
Law enforcement.
Speaker 8 (01:44:52):
One.
Speaker 2 (01:44:54):
What was the however to the tickets?
Speaker 31 (01:44:57):
One of them I don't know, Like the tinting one,
it hasn't shown up on the thing yet. But the
speeding one is wrong. What do you mean, like because
if they put it into the system and then it
takes a minute for it to pop into the system.
Speaker 2 (01:45:08):
But they give you the ticket, it doesn't say how
much it is. I don't remember it's been.
Speaker 31 (01:45:14):
The speeding one did pop up, and that one's about
like four hundred that it's expensive, So you have a
lot of hand out, and I'm gonna have to do
traffic school, doesn't get it, get get merit off my
record or whatever other points.
Speaker 1 (01:45:28):
Yeah, wow, damn.
Speaker 31 (01:45:30):
Like two tickets after I didn't get one for nine years,
two and three weeks. Yep, annoying all You should have
shown them your cans. Yeah, yeah, says I dropped the weight.
They're not really there anymore.
Speaker 1 (01:45:41):
