Speaker 1 (00:02):
Due to the bath of nature of this program. Listen
to this question. Is it lies the Woody Show? This

(00:24):
is the Woody Show.

Speaker 2 (00:26):
Insensitivity training.

Speaker 1 (00:37):
Class is now in session. Well, good morning everybody. It
is The Woody Show. On a Wednesday, August the fifth.
Woody noticeably absent, as is Jeff G. Because they're off
to their annual radio show boot campus the morning show boot.

Speaker 3 (00:57):
Is that what we're calling it?

Speaker 1 (01:00):
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, lover's retreat.

Speaker 4 (01:03):
This is Jeff G's first time at least going with Woody.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:07):
Yeah, let's go back, and we go back in the
way back machine. I went the first year and I
said never again. Then Menace went like the next ten years,
and now the Jeff G's new.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
And then Sammy went, oh.

Speaker 5 (01:18):
Yeah, I went to a fan Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
It's something that I don't fully get. I know it's
a convention and they talk about morning show stuff, but
I don't know why you would have to go more
than once.

Speaker 3 (01:28):
Here's here's how little you have to go. I won
an award one year own nothing, and I couldn't be
there because you know, we were on the radio.

Speaker 6 (01:35):
I don't think you have It's fun because you get
to see for other friends in radio that you don't
see all the time because.

Speaker 4 (01:40):
Everyone's going well and Sammy is nailed it there. It's
it's a fun screw off session.

Speaker 3 (01:44):
Okay, it's a reunion.

Speaker 4 (01:45):
I'm not saying what. He doesn't do business in Schmoo's.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Well, yeah, he just panels and wood. He's getting an
award this year.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
He may be being honored.

Speaker 4 (01:52):
Yeah, correctly, thank you for showing up. It's good than me.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
So everybody else holding down the fort today on August
the fifth, which today is blogger Day. Yesterday was vlogger Day.
Today is blogger Day.

Speaker 4 (02:06):
It really isn't the thing that seems to be done anymore.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
Twenty years ago this.

Speaker 1 (02:11):
I would put in the category. I think SeaBASS and
I might agree on this National Oyster Day. People go, oh, oysters,
they're like snot. First of all, they're not learn your
your mouthfunctions. Snot is liquidy. Oysters have texture. It's like anchovies.
It's just everybody hates anchovies. They don't know why, they
just hate them. Well, I think oysters rule.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
I think we agree in the description, but not in
the desire. Oysters are widely praised and I'm just going
off of what I see in social media and especially
dating apps, which will be discussing later on, is women
and men as they claim to love oysters a raw bar.
It's seen as like high class, high class. But I

(02:53):
do not prefer bar oysters.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
No color me on board menaces. Favorite National cous cous Day.
Oh love it.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
I love like those little pearl like little pearl pasta.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (03:06):
And by the way, you would almost think it's like rice.
I would never eat oysters. No, you wouldn't be.

Speaker 3 (03:13):
I mean I like tabasco sauce and lemon.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
It's fine if people hate him, just don't describe them
as snot because that's inaccurate.

Speaker 7 (03:19):
Also, why are they always sexualdisiac.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
And it's also National Underwear Day. Usually at this point
we get to the celebrity birthdays, but before we do that,
I want to shout out a celebrity who I have
a new appreciation for. He's been around forever. I interviewed
him once and we argued, Now I think he's cool
because of one main thing, and that celebrity is Bill Maher,

(03:44):
who recently received the Mark Twain Prize for Humor. And
they always do this big ceremony and they have special guests.
They do essentially stand up bits. All his guests were awesome.
Louis c k honored him, A bunch of others honored him.
They all did a great job. But the cool thing
that Bill Maher did was every recipient of the Mark
Twain Prize gets to pick who sits in this special box.

(04:08):
I believe it's seven people. I think like family, friends, wife, husband, whatever.
And he had one chair that he If you have
already watched it, you saw it. If not, this is
not a spoiler. He had one chair with this woman
who's from San Francisco, who he had never met before ever,
doesn't even know her. But he wanted one of his
chairs to be reserved for a fan.

Speaker 4 (04:30):
Oh I love that.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
You know, that's badass.

Speaker 1 (04:32):
And during his speech he even said, you know, I
want to thank whoever he had, my manager of eighty
five years, and my best friend, and then you at
the end, what's your name? Oh, I'm Amy, I'm from
San Francisco. He said, I wanted one chair for a
fan to be here, and she, I guess submitted an application.

Speaker 4 (04:50):
A fan of him or a fan of Mark Twain,
A fan of his? Well, that sounds lovely. Why couldn't
she just been in the general audience.

Speaker 1 (04:58):
I think this is that's cool because there's like an
honor to be in that box. It's that exclusive. And
in that same vein, he picked a fan to be
in one of his super exclusive seats, and in his
acceptance speech for the Mark Twain Prize, he ended by
hated thanking the haters. I thought that was interesting.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
I've always been a fan of his, so I like this.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
I thought that was like he thanked the haters because
he said, the haters are what give him, you know, motivation, motivation.

Speaker 3 (05:27):
The only thing I don't like is how he will
just totally dismiss and blow off an amazing impression of him.
Oh that doesn't sound like me. I'm like, oh, it
sounds exactly like you. Oh he had Kyle Dunagan or
Matt Fresh, he had that.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
Friend on there doing uh Trump, and then he ended
with a Bill Maher impression, which was pretty damn funny.
And that's what he basically says, all right, get out here, Matt.
I have two things to say.

Speaker 7 (05:51):
One was she hot the chick that got sea? And
then two, I asked if she was a fan of
Mark Twain. I jokingly because you know, being from San Francisco,
Mark Twain. Mark Twain did live in San Francisco. I
used to work next to the place and had a
sign saying Mark Twain used to live here.

Speaker 4 (06:10):
Blah blah. Right, isn't like a hardcore racist to Mark Twain?

Speaker 8 (06:14):
What?

Speaker 4 (06:15):
Oh I'm aware of Oh, I would google that.

Speaker 1 (06:19):
But Mark Twain, I mean, and if that's true, I
mean the whole the whole theme of the night is
Mark Twain. So that he gets a lot of shout
outs during these awards.

Speaker 3 (06:30):
Well, it's not something I've heard.

Speaker 4 (06:31):
I want to because of the gym stuff.

Speaker 3 (06:34):
Well that's a discussion for from Sawyer. Yeah, I mean
uncle Berry Finn. Yeah, anyway, I think this is a
good question here.

Speaker 4 (06:45):
People thank you just blowing off. I guess yeah, we're
praising people.

Speaker 1 (06:50):
But shout out to Bill Maher for reserving a seat
for a fan and thanking the matters. I thought it
was cool. Alright, all right, let's now look at your
celebrity birthday, this Shimaya, and you know we don't do what.
I hate that I even know this guy's name because

(07:11):
I associate him with dorks. James Gunn, the movie director,
and everybody worships the ground he walks on. Guardians of
the Galaxy hate I don't know, because the nerds and
the dorks worship him, and it bothers me fair hate James.

Speaker 4 (07:23):
Gun but what he does James Gunn is like legit.

Speaker 1 (07:27):
Though I'm not saying greg just to mention of his
name kind of irks me because people worship him anyway.
Kind of cool and not nerdy cool. Well, he's sixty
It could be the coolest guy in the world. Pat
Smear from Fruit Fighters, former member of Nevada. He's sixty
seven today. NBA Hall of Famer Patrick Ewing sixty four.
This one's huge. Maureen McCormick Marsha from The Brady Bunch,

(07:52):
she's seventy to holy.

Speaker 7 (07:54):
Not Pat Smear, who like pretty much just helped create
the entire genre which we live off.

Speaker 1 (08:02):
Way bigger but that's near but not as big as
not as big as Young Blood, who's twenty ninth, Oh yeah, true, yeah.
And then Disney Channel actress Olivia Holt Sammy yeah.

Speaker 5 (08:12):
Oh my gosh. I love her, but you've just got
the role.

Speaker 6 (08:16):
She's now in that Broadway musical Just in Time, the
one about Bobby Darren and.

Speaker 7 (08:22):
Everybody's talking about it rules harder than James gun Right.

Speaker 4 (08:26):
Yeah, you guys said, what's what would say to be
into Bobby used to go about Bobby Dabby?

Speaker 5 (08:30):
Yeah, she plays Connie Franciscident.

Speaker 3 (08:32):
Go see it well.

Speaker 1 (08:32):
Happy birthday to the ruling Olivia hol She is twenty
nine today. Your porno birthday is Charlotte Sins today's birthday.
Girl has been passed around more than a collection played
at church. She's been in five hundred and fifty adult films,
including Irresistible Pie, anal about cleanliness.

Speaker 4 (08:53):
Right, Greg, I will.

Speaker 1 (08:55):
Check that out. It's only fair. She was in a
Hole for a Hole Hot Eating Contest Volume one. Maybe
Seveskin let us know if this is true. Brainyacs love
to bang, That's what I've heard. She was in that.
And we can't forget her role in Virginal vadge blogging.

Speaker 3 (09:14):
Oh wow, so much blogging.

Speaker 1 (09:15):
Yesterday was bloggers day, So happy birthday to Charlotte Sins.
She is thirty years old today, she's your porno birthday.
And look at your celebrity birthdays. And a special shout
out to Bill Maher here on The Woody Show on
Wednesday morning. We got more Woody Show coming up.

Speaker 4 (09:36):
Do you live in or around Dallas, Texas? What's going on? Everybody?
It's menace.

Speaker 7 (09:41):
I'm gonna be in Addison, Texas August twenty seconds at
Lazy Dog Restaurant from noon to two pm doing.

Speaker 4 (09:48):
A listener meetup.

Speaker 7 (09:49):

see you there Saturday, August twenty second. If I can
make this successful, that means we're gonna be in Dallas
a lot more so. If you're year bye, please stop

from noon to two pm.

Speaker 4 (10:08):
Can't wait to see you there.

Speaker 7 (10:09):
In the meantime, enjoyed The Woody Show podcast.

Speaker 1 (10:13):
Show, The Woody Show. It is your Wednesday morning Woody Show.
What do you interrupt you? We'll be back on a Monday.
Everybody else is here doing their thing, including Gina Grad
who's got your headlines. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (10:26):
Well, the guy who confronted that ahole shooter, you know
at the in and Out in Idaho, he's speaking out.
His name is Jordan Salinas, and he says that he
saw the shooter aiming a rifle. At passing cars before
stepping in to confront him.

Speaker 9 (10:38):
As soon as we pulled in, just a sea of
people just flooding out of the building.

Speaker 8 (10:43):
Building.

Speaker 5 (10:44):
Yeah, we didn't know what was going on, and we
both thought it might have been a kitchen fire.

Speaker 9 (10:48):
It was like a switch, like okay, like this is real,
it's happening. The biggest thing was just that he didn't
know where I was when those first shots broke at him.
I mean, he he had no idea. He seemed unusually
comfortable that rifle at those cars, and then as soon
as some rounds start coming at him, everything changed. My
goal was to try to help as many people get

(11:09):
home as possible, you know, to be with their families,
to be with their friends.

Speaker 1 (11:13):
Love that.

Speaker 3 (11:14):
Can we all just line up to service him?

Speaker 1 (11:17):
Male?

Speaker 3 (11:17):
Female?

Speaker 1 (11:18):
She got him?

Speaker 4 (11:20):
Yeah, I agree with you, Menez.

Speaker 3 (11:23):
Well, he hadn't been practicing, like the shooter.

Speaker 4 (11:25):
Time at the range. Yeah right. I thought the wife
was there to chime into. Oh.

Speaker 3 (11:28):
I was telling Greg this the other day. There's this
organization that I'm going to join.

Speaker 1 (11:33):
Oh yeah, yeah, Telly so stoked.

Speaker 3 (11:35):
I was like, what is this. It's called locks and loaded,
but like locks and bagels, l o X and it's
like it's you know, it's like a gun club, but
it's for Jews. That's what it's called locks and loaded.

Speaker 1 (11:48):
And isn't it for women to or just for women?

Speaker 4 (11:50):
I don't think it's just for women.

Speaker 3 (11:51):
I mean for everybody who just wants to get together
go to the range.

Speaker 5 (11:54):
Everybody who's Jewish.

Speaker 3 (11:55):
Yeah, it's like a Jewish like like social club. But
you're at the range, okaye rules you should join? Yeah,
I play on it all right?

Speaker 4 (12:02):
Good.

Speaker 3 (12:04):
Well, I always go to the range by myself, which
is fine, but it would be fun to you know,
go there. Well yeah.

Speaker 4 (12:11):
Well.

Speaker 3 (12:11):
Celebrity blogger and podcast host Perez Hilton he was taken
to a hospital in Miami last night at Dude Well.
He was after cops responded to reports that he appeared
to be harming himself during a TikTok live stream. So
people were who were on the stream, they called nine
one one and the Miami Dade Sheriff's officer. They confirmed
that they did take him for medical treatment. Hilton's management

(12:32):
team they said that they're aware of it, but they
couldn't reach him either, and Hilton recently moved back to
Miami with his three kids after a long time in Vegas,
and he previously spoke out about wanting to leave his
whole like bullying style behind that that's what made him famous.
And then uh, in the spring, he was in the
hospital for he said, taking a bunch of medication without

(12:52):
eating and it like totally destroyed his stomach, and then
he found God at the hospital. So he just he
has a lot going on.

Speaker 7 (13:00):
Well, the video, if anybody saw it, is one of
the most disturbing videos I've ever seen.

Speaker 4 (13:05):
I purposely did not say that's the first thing I
read with someone said don't watch it, and okay, all right,
yeah it is pretty brutal.

Speaker 3 (13:13):
They do say he was like covered in blood.

Speaker 7 (13:15):
Yeah, so he was like pretty much taking a knife
in this constantly cutting himself like all over his body
like a super sharp knife and calling himself a loser.
And then uh yeah, then the cops finally showed up
and then the live stream went away.

Speaker 4 (13:29):
Well, Sammy, it doesn't pay to be a bully, yeah
eventually yeah yeah, yeah, I mean you'll.

Speaker 3 (13:35):
Start who's for a bullying?

Speaker 5 (13:38):
So this is my fault.

Speaker 4 (13:39):
I see admitted mean girl in high school. Okay, and
as the girls and still says to this day that
some of them still deserved it. Yeah, I mean.

Speaker 6 (13:48):
Yeah, well, okay, okay, I think that was a little
bit post high school maybe.

Speaker 9 (13:53):
But.

Speaker 6 (13:55):
There were situations and things, and I don't think I mean,
you're picturing me as a mean girls like going after
someone continuously and what I mean, like, you're.

Speaker 3 (14:03):
Not Regina George, right.

Speaker 4 (14:05):
They never think they're the bad person.

Speaker 5 (14:07):
Well, no, I am admitting that.

Speaker 6 (14:09):
They're like when I kind of look back and go, oh,
I could have been nicer or whatever to certain people,
but I wasn't crazy. Mean, I just like didn't realize
how the other person probably felt. Well, and I was like,
looking back, I go like, oh, she probably felt bad
when I did that, but I wasn't thinking about her.

Speaker 10 (14:28):
Does that make sense?

Speaker 7 (14:30):
Yeah, well that's what I was about to say with
this Press Hilton thing. Like bullies, eventually it starts getting
in their head as they get older on how yeah
they were, and it's starts affecting them, Like I know
a couple of bullies that were extreme bullies and then
later there's like they realized, oh wait, I was a
really crappy person, and then they have to live with

(14:51):
that every day.

Speaker 3 (14:52):
I mentioned this before. There was this like total central
casting bully in our high school, like slamming people in
the lockers, like big, like kind of fat, like big
football dude, like just that dude. And a couple of
years ago, I didn't even know him. I wasn't we
weren't on each other's radar. But he DMed me and
said he was making the rounds to everybody he went

(15:12):
to high school with, apologizing, say he found god, he
turned his life. Yeah, I don't even know this guy,
and I crossed his name off the lig.

Speaker 1 (15:25):
Yeah, I'm happy to hear that. I thought bullies had
no self awareness.

Speaker 3 (15:29):
Apparently someone.

Speaker 1 (15:30):
I'm glad that they grow up.

Speaker 7 (15:31):
I had one dude, and he wasn't even really a
bully to me, the same kind of situation like crying
on the phone.

Speaker 1 (15:38):
Really did my bully never did that. He ended up dying.
It was weird, but he.

Speaker 3 (15:45):
Would that's a nice alternative.

Speaker 1 (15:46):
I would sit in front of him in English class
and he would lean forward with a sharpie and just
mark my shirts. And I get home, I'm like, oh
my god. And he made fun of me because I
liked like alternative rock and I had half my head
shaved and I was a weird kid, and therefore I got.

Speaker 4 (16:00):
Yeah, half a head, Yeah, this is news.

Speaker 1 (16:02):
Yeah, like seagulls not really like let's see, how was
it parted? I think was part of to the left,
and then I took the side opposite the part and
would shave it with like a number one razor. So
it was like super super super short, but only on
one hide. That doesn't seem that like, but that married
it was kind of gothy and uh I was one
of the few people that listened to the cure and

(16:24):
the bunnyman depeche mode, and that was made you the
target of a.

Speaker 3 (16:27):
Bully ew okay.

Speaker 1 (16:28):
And then he pumped my gas at a gas station
because he was working at the gas station.

Speaker 4 (16:32):
Ruled that's like and then he died. Okay, well that's well,
that's a good story.

Speaker 1 (16:38):
Yeah. I had a happy all right. And then all
the classes like sending out messages, Oh did you hear
that Dann died. I'm like, yeah, I did want to
go later that guy.

Speaker 3 (16:52):
People who are speaking out, and you know, I've had
thoughts about this in the past couple of days. A
lot of people concerned about Ariana Grande's appearance and that
was my jeers over the over the week, and she's
finally speaking you out a little bit of announcing that
she's taken a break. She had a show in Chicago
on Monday night and said that her decision to step
back was not impulsive or reaction to negative comments. Instead,

(17:14):
it was a plan that she made a long time ago,
and it was a decision that was made from a
thoughtful and empowered place.

Speaker 1 (17:19):
I think she looks good, sure, jam.

Speaker 3 (17:21):
Yeah, I know. If Greg thinks you look.

Speaker 1 (17:23):
Good, she looks. Let's just say she looks the same. Okay,
I really, I truly believe that.

Speaker 3 (17:28):
Yet treatment No, she definitely.

Speaker 1 (17:32):
It's probably just jealousy, Tom.

Speaker 4 (17:33):
Yeah right.

Speaker 3 (17:34):
She added that he she heard her fans were worried
that the negativity was rooting things for her, but that
it quote could not be more the opposite. Her reps
added that she looks forward to finishing her tour on
a high note. So, you know, good for her. And
even though summer is still in full swing, there's a
bunch of shows coming back to streaming and a lot

(17:54):
of you I know might want to be aware of these.
Put these on your calendar. Apple TV leading the pack
with the big return of Ted was supposed to be
the final season in twenty twenty three, but it's coming
back this time. He's coaching the women's team.

Speaker 4 (18:06):
Yeah yeah, girls, even.

Speaker 3 (18:10):
Does anyone? I only saw a few episodes of Ted
last So was that considered a funny show? Yeah? Was
that always? Like sweet? But I didn't laugh out right?

Speaker 4 (18:18):
That was the knock against it is they kind of
tried to stay funny at first, and then it just
went yeah.

Speaker 7 (18:22):
It's very sweet, big, full on, let me get in
the feels. Yeah, yeah, about like mental health and stuff.

Speaker 3 (18:29):
And everyone's like, you gotta see it's my favorite show.
And I watched and I was like, I'm not getting.

Speaker 4 (18:32):
Yeah, oh you didn't like it.

Speaker 6 (18:34):
Oh, I already watching the first episode last night of
the new season, and you know what, it's again, it's sweet.

Speaker 5 (18:40):
It's pretty good. I'm into it. I'm ready for the
next episode.

Speaker 4 (18:43):
Okay, perfect, it's not a comedy at this point.

Speaker 3 (18:45):
Yeah, okay, that was my question. Well, Apple is also
premiering season two of The Women in Blue. Didn't know
about that. That's a show about the first female police
unit in Mexico City. Staying on the ladies track, the
documentary series, The Dynasty, Yukon Huskies and wait, Yukon Huskies Huskies. Wait,
I can't hear you at Morgan. No, I know, but

(19:07):
that's not the women's team. They're probably both okay, fantastic, yeah, anyway,
not on my radar, and Dark Matter the sci fi drama.
People can also catch up on completed shows like Widow's Bay,
which I've heard so much about having gotten on board,
Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed, and Kate.

Speaker 4 (19:23):
Fear Good because TV sucks right now.

Speaker 3 (19:27):
Meanwhile, Amazon Prime Video is bringing back Reacher, Paramount Plus
has a new season of Lioness, and Netflix is returning
to the Outer Banks with a new season of that show, which,
again a lot of things to catch up on. Have
heard about all these just haven't jumped on board. So
that's what's going on.

Speaker 1 (19:42):
Well, thank you very much, Gina, you got it by show. Greg.

Speaker 7 (19:47):
I hate to do this to you and everybody in
the room, but I just want to put it out
there that I feel earthquake coming on.

Speaker 4 (19:56):
And I usually don't express it, and then like within
the next they are two, there is one, there is one.

Speaker 7 (20:02):
So this time I want to like put it out
there so people are prepared so you get credit.

Speaker 4 (20:08):
Yeah, so I get credit for this time.

Speaker 7 (20:10):
It's just like you know, when I lay down maybe
after you know, in the vate bend a couple of times,
I just feel the pressure of the earth and I'm
just like a dog and yeah, and I feel like
it wants to express itself pretty soon.

Speaker 4 (20:27):
Everybody, you just like, be prepared. We have all your
water and your rations.

Speaker 1 (20:32):
Is it because of that new study that said the
chances of the big one are even stronger? No?

Speaker 4 (20:37):
No, I like I always feel is But I just
feel like his heart. I feel what they're saying.

Speaker 5 (20:43):
Okay, and what size earthquake are you feeling?

Speaker 4 (20:46):
I'm feeling like mid sixes. Oh that's not good. No,
that is not good at all.

Speaker 1 (20:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (20:53):
A friend of mine used to say he could tell
an earthquake was coming because you'd get a metallic taste
in his mouth.

Speaker 4 (20:58):
Is that you No?

Speaker 7 (20:59):
No, No, I just feel the vibrations Mark Mark.

Speaker 4 (21:04):
Yeah, I'm telling you so. I mean, are you guys
prepared at all? I feel pretty prepared.

Speaker 1 (21:09):
I have My entire kit consists of one bottle of
water that's quite large in the garage. That's it. That's
all I have.

Speaker 3 (21:17):
Oh no, during the fires. We got the whole thing together.
So I feel like I'm pretty read.

Speaker 5 (21:21):
What are you even supposed to have? Like a flashlight
and water.

Speaker 3 (21:25):
Water batteries, a lantern and cash, hair cran radio medications.

Speaker 1 (21:31):
Switch plade for.

Speaker 4 (21:38):
Extra. Problem with the whole earthquake kit is like all
my stuff that I use every day has to be
in this kit all the time.

Speaker 3 (21:43):
No, you just get doubles and keep it in.

Speaker 4 (21:44):
It, like a doubles of what my of my medications
which I don't have.

Speaker 1 (21:48):
But I'm just like that's a good point.

Speaker 3 (21:51):
I mean, just grab it like strewn around your house.

Speaker 4 (21:55):
It's not supposed to be. Just grab it's supposed to be.
It's there and that's.

Speaker 1 (21:59):
Ready to go.

Speaker 4 (22:00):
Well, yeah, in the backpack.

Speaker 3 (22:01):
Right then, maybe you don't have your cholesterol meds. I
don't know to touch.

Speaker 5 (22:04):
But where are you going in an earthquake?

Speaker 8 (22:07):
Well, fire away from the devastations, leave and that won't
be like a crowded area to like drive through, right dude,
I'll walk through it if I have to.

Speaker 10 (22:18):
Is it true? The state's going to chop off?

Speaker 3 (22:20):
We're going to be like an island or Arizona Bay
like Superman.

Speaker 10 (22:24):
That is the plan.

Speaker 4 (22:25):
I've always wanted to live on an island. That'd be
kind of cool.

Speaker 1 (22:29):
But to Sammy's point, I see what you're saying. If
there's an earthquake, you're still at home after the earthquake, right,
So get your water from this kit instead of where
you normally keep the water.

Speaker 6 (22:38):
Right, and hope that like a wall didn't fall on
your earthquake.

Speaker 4 (22:43):
Or there's not a gas. Just die people.

Speaker 3 (22:45):
Yeah you heard him, Sammy, don't prepare.

Speaker 1 (22:47):
Yeah, either way, I guess we're screwed, right.

Speaker 3 (22:50):
Wow, Now I feel like an idiot asking me Always
Ummer is not there.

Speaker 1 (22:58):
Wood he is back on Monday. Everybody else is here today,
Greg Gory and Menace, Gina, Sammy, Oh, look at there,
and there's Morgan and everybody else. I would like to
ask a question slash vent and slash confirm a suspicion
that I have. So mainly Menace. We're always talking about

(23:22):
how patio furniture is a trillion Yes, you have to
be a legal trillionaire to get patio furniture. So I'm
doing all this crap around the house and the dollar
signs are adding up, and I had been looking for
some new patio furniture for a long time, comparison shopping,
checking out my favorite place, Facebook Marketplace, anything I could
do to find a deal, because I am skipping to

(23:45):
Mac and Cheese for dinner just to save a couple dollars.
Like it's literally back to almost to the top ramin days,
like I need to save every penny I can save.
So I find I don't find anything on Facebook Mark,
Facebook Marketplace, sadly, so I went the retail route and
went and bought this new set.

Speaker 3 (24:03):
Jeez.

Speaker 1 (24:04):
I checked out Amazon, and the Amazon prices were higher
than they were for the exact same set at the
actual furniture So I thought, okay, rip, I'll go to
the furniture store.

Speaker 4 (24:15):
It's about one.

Speaker 1 (24:16):
Hundred bucks less than on Amazon. Buy it, and then
here we are. I'm getting it delivered next week. I
look at Amazon again and now it's way cheaper on it. Oh.
So I go on the Google and I type in
the price match policy of this particular store and they say, yeah,
we do a price match, so if you find it

(24:37):
at a lower price within thirty days, we'll match it.
And then there's all these caveats. And the first caveat
was it has to be through an authorized Amazon reseller,
and I said, okay, rip, and on Amazon when you
click this particular store, it's their Amazon stuff, so it's
the same exact thing. So caveats met. So I go

(24:59):
on website to find out, Okay, how do I get
this price match? And this is where I have a question.
It says what you do is have your order number ready,
have your whole thing, all the details ready to go,
and click chat. So I click chat and it says, Hi,
I'm Lola, how can I help you? So I know
it's just a bot. It's just a it's not a

(25:21):
human being. So I say, hey, I'm just inquiring about
the price match guarantee because I'm following the directions. This
is how you go about doing it. Go through the
whole what's your order number?

Speaker 6 (25:30):
Here?

Speaker 1 (25:31):
It is, Oh, that could be very frustrating when you
find something at a lower price after you've purchased it.
I said, cool, how do I get the price? How
do I get the difference? Matter? Well, I'm not authorized
to do that, but I can transfer you to somebody
who is. And I thought, well, that's the whole point
of this part. Okay, please do Five minutes later, Hi
I'm Jason. How can I help you today? I need

(25:53):
to get this price match thing done. Oh I can't
do that for you, but let me transfer you to
somebody who can. Hi, I'm Maynard, how can I help you?
This goes on forever, and then I lost me a
chatbot by the way, right, so I know it's just
a bot, but I'm trying to be polite to it
in a weird way, and so it finally says, yeah,

(26:13):
you can't do that here, we recommend just going to
the store. Sorry, right in cool, this has been a
colossal waste of time. Then I go to the store
and it was the easiest thing I ever did. Yeah,
I said, yeah, okay, here it is boom. Here you're
going to get money back on your debit card.

Speaker 4 (26:26):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (26:27):
I immediately would have gone to the store and not
dealt with the chat bot because I know it's a
waste of time. But with that said, I would try
the chat bot for like, probably like twenty seconds, and
I'd ask it the question, and sometimes the chatbot, because
I just dealt with this yesterday, will say, oh, let
me connect you with an actual human. Yeah, And if

(26:47):
it did, then I would say, then I would sit
around and maybe chat with it.

Speaker 1 (26:51):
How do you know it's an actual human.

Speaker 7 (26:53):
Because I will acknowledge that, Hey, I'm transferring you to
an actual.

Speaker 1 (26:59):
Two times say dog, yeah.

Speaker 3 (27:01):
It's weird because I've I mean, not that price match.
I've never done that. But when it comes like a
return or refund, the chatbots just like here, just take
take some money like that. It's so easy on Amazon.

Speaker 7 (27:11):
But when it comes to like a customer service thing
like dude, it's the worst. Like you're dealing with like
a hotel, airline or stuff. It'll waste your time for
a good fifteen to twenty minutes before it tells you
you got to call the number. So that's why I
never even deal with.

Speaker 1 (27:26):
Those that I was just following the directions to the letter.
Yeah you want to click this, then say this, put
your order number here, blah blah blah weah.

Speaker 3 (27:33):
That's true. But if you're anything like me, and I
think in some ways you are, when it comes to
like non confrontation, like going to the store feels a
little confrontational, I'd rather deal with this on Amazon.

Speaker 1 (27:42):
I was going to go straight to the store directly,
but I just didn't want to drive there. It's kind
of far, and I'll do anything to avoid driving areas.

Speaker 3 (27:51):
So what did you say to them when you went
to the store.

Speaker 1 (27:53):
I said, Hey, I tried to do this on your chatbot,
which and I felt like kind of a Karen because
I'm sure he doesn't care. Said your chatbot things sucks
because it told me to come here after spending literally
half an hour on this. Damnatpot. Oh, yeah, it's pretty bad.

Speaker 4 (28:11):
At first, he said, Hi, I'm Greg Gory.

Speaker 1 (28:12):
Yeah that's what I'm Greg Gory. Yeah, I would like
your price match guaranteed. But I was all prepared to say,
you know what, just cancel the order and I'll do
it on Amazon eat it. But I want I don't
want the boxes because I'm going to have it when
they deliver it and they take the boxes away, which
to me is worth its weight and goal.

Speaker 3 (28:31):
Yeah you know, yeah fun knife I do.

Speaker 1 (28:35):
But still, I know I've been putting that lately.

Speaker 4 (28:39):
That is the worst.

Speaker 7 (28:40):
When you get a delivery and they leave something behind
that it's just like so big that you can't put
it in your trash like I had that happen to
me probably like two and a half years ago. They
left some plywood at my house with the delivery, I
still can't get rid of it.

Speaker 1 (28:53):
Yeah, I can sit on pallets. Yeah, so I'll tell you,
I'll throw them in the back of the truck and
I'll drive around the palettes for about a month until
I find a dumpster that I could just throw unlocked
dumpstereeah and I've done that recently too.

Speaker 4 (29:07):
Sucks, but chatbots don't deal with them.

Speaker 1 (29:11):
Waste of time. And they made it shockingly easy when
and I had all the groundwork laid. How I'm going
to threaten to cancel your creat go to Amazon? But no,
he made it easy.

Speaker 5 (29:23):
And Greg, how long did it take you to drive
to the store?

Speaker 1 (29:26):
Not that long?

Speaker 6 (29:27):
Right, Like, it would have been faster if you just
did that right away versus a half hour.

Speaker 1 (29:30):
Chatter I would have been See, I'm learning every day.

Speaker 3 (29:33):
You're doing good?

Speaker 1 (29:34):
All right? Well, thanks for letting me vent and thanks
for confirming that I'm way too polite to actual robots.
I appreciate it. Welcome back to the Woody Show. You
can reach us at eight seven seven forty four Woody,
and you can text us two two nine eighty seven.
We do have a text from the three two three
did Woody die? No, yeah, again, he did not die.

Speaker 3 (29:53):
He's live and well when Sam died.

Speaker 1 (29:56):
Oh that's yes, Oh okay, yes you did die. He
did die. He had a affection on the staff of
staff on the wier. Yeah, everybody else is here today
on a Wednesday morning and menace. One of your obsessions
I know is would you rather.

Speaker 7 (30:12):
Yeah, every we pulled a little bit behind the curtain.
Uh the other day where I said, every you know
meeting we have always pitched would you rather?

Speaker 4 (30:22):
Because fun? And I think we could play every day
and when you get old, let's pay.

Speaker 7 (30:28):
So all right, here's what would you rather? Now this
one is a little bit different because for the fellas
it's would you rather have? And then for the ladies
in the room, it's which one would you rather deal with? Okay,
so here we go. Would you rather have one testicle
that's the size of an orange? Or have one hundred

(30:49):
testicles the size of peas?

Speaker 1 (30:52):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (30:52):
God, so one really large one or one hundred small
pea sized ones?

Speaker 3 (31:00):
To me, it sounds obvious.

Speaker 1 (31:01):
Well, I'm wondering if the hundred small ones could be
in one bag, or would it look like you have
a hundred.

Speaker 4 (31:06):
It look like you have a little hundred All right,
I guess.

Speaker 1 (31:08):
I'm going orange.

Speaker 4 (31:09):
Yeah, I guess that's so obvious.

Speaker 3 (31:12):
Yeah, shocking. And I don't think anyone would pick the.

Speaker 7 (31:14):
Peace Yeah, the piece I think would look super weird woe,
no kidding.

Speaker 1 (31:19):
But only one of them the size of an orange? Yeah,
not both.

Speaker 3 (31:22):
And I'm sure there are women who have dealt with that.
I've seen, you know, just like one in the orange bag. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (31:29):
And by the way, what is there for a woman
really to deal with? By the way, I mean they
have to look at it?

Speaker 3 (31:34):
Yeah, which one would be less horrific?

Speaker 1 (31:36):
For how long? Though?

Speaker 3 (31:38):
Down there?

Speaker 4 (31:38):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (31:38):
I guess so I would look all right, I guess
that one was pretty easy. Now, all right, let's go
with one that's a little bit light. Then how about this?
Would you rather have to dance everywhere that you went?
So if you have to go get coffee you have
to dance or on the way to or sing everything
that you say?

Speaker 1 (31:56):
Ooh, I think sing?

Speaker 10 (32:00):
But you really musicals, Greg.

Speaker 1 (32:02):
I know, but I can't talk to you be seen.

Speaker 4 (32:04):
You could do that little like the little like like,
you know.

Speaker 1 (32:07):
The like like when Ellen would do.

Speaker 3 (32:09):
Her shaking your shoulders and like, but like, in the
spirit of the last question, I'm trying to think which
one would be easier for us to tolerate watching people
who sing stuff?

Speaker 4 (32:19):
Are you worst?

Speaker 1 (32:20):
That's an annoying guy?

Speaker 3 (32:22):
Like if you had to, I mean, as somebody who
loves musical theater and comes from that background, I couldn't
handle you guys singing everything you said. There's no way
I'd rather you dance to the copy machine.

Speaker 4 (32:32):
Every every day.

Speaker 1 (32:33):
What would you rather do?

Speaker 8 (32:35):
This isn't just yeah, having deal with me dancing.

Speaker 3 (32:40):
I do like to sing, as you guys know, but
I I think it'd be kind of.

Speaker 1 (32:44):
Well, you know what. You would be out of a
job if that was the case. Why because if you
had a voiceover gig and they were saying, here's your
copy and you had to sing.

Speaker 3 (32:52):
It recommended for people before, Right, Yeah, that makes sense.
I think that. I I'm also a bad dancer, but
I think I would dance everywhere, well all day. But
what if you're going to an emergency and you're like
running away from like somebody with an axe and you're
like popping in lock.

Speaker 10 (33:10):
In different dances?

Speaker 4 (33:11):
Yeah, yeah, you do like the ballet style leaps true?

Speaker 5 (33:14):
Sure you just moon.

Speaker 10 (33:15):
Walk Away interpreted them.

Speaker 3 (33:17):
But what would you rather if you had one special skill?
Would you rather be an unbelievable singer and unbelievable dancer?
Like if people love listening to you sing, I loved
watching your dance.

Speaker 4 (33:28):
I think they're about to be at the point where
where singing isn't going to be that hard to do?
Why thanks to the old Ai?

Speaker 3 (33:34):
Well no, just in general, for like, see best hummus
a few bars and you just like brought us to tears.

Speaker 4 (33:39):
I wouldn't want to Yeah, I wouldn't want to annoy people,
because again, if you if you're a person who sings
at all in public, you are annoying one of these guys. Yeah,
and it takes a half a second for him to
piss off everybody.

Speaker 1 (33:51):
True.

Speaker 5 (33:53):
See, I never mind it.

Speaker 6 (33:54):
I think singing, enjoy yourself. It's just that you're having
a great time do it.

Speaker 3 (33:59):
Who cares?

Speaker 4 (34:00):
I'm going dancing all day?

Speaker 1 (34:01):
Are you?

Speaker 4 (34:01):
Okay?

Speaker 1 (34:02):
Great? I'm having a cough attack. I didn't even sleep
because I was coughing all night. I'm getting over this
cold that you.

Speaker 4 (34:07):
Gave me Patient zero.

Speaker 7 (34:10):
Right, okay, all right, you guys want to go super dark,
then the next one.

Speaker 4 (34:14):
Okay, here we go.

Speaker 7 (34:16):
Would you rather find out after that you married your
sibling or accidentally kill a parent?

Speaker 8 (34:26):
Oh?

Speaker 10 (34:28):
This is good menace accident.

Speaker 4 (34:30):
He's also still pretty easy.

Speaker 10 (34:32):
Yeah, you didn't know you get divorced, right, Yeah.

Speaker 4 (34:35):
But you like hooked up with them and stuff, and
everybody knows you did because your mom's not dead. And
Hard that's the cool one.

Speaker 3 (34:50):
Was hard? No, the dancing because he hates both. All right, Well,
it's and you have to remember, it's not like the
sibling you know now you're marrying. It's like if I
found out my husband I related, I'd be like, that's
kind of gross.

Speaker 4 (35:01):
Now would you still stay married?

Speaker 7 (35:04):
And I found full on blood relatives and brother and
sister long lost?

Speaker 3 (35:10):
That's a tough one, it is.

Speaker 10 (35:13):
I mean, yes, you thought about it, you would say, because.

Speaker 3 (35:15):
The question isn't my current brother, what we get married,
which the answer is one of my parents got to die.
But it's if I found out that Andy and I
were full siblings.

Speaker 10 (35:26):
This man you already love.

Speaker 3 (35:27):
Yeah, I want I'll stay with them. Oh wow, yeah,
I'll stay with you.

Speaker 4 (35:31):
I mean you are from Kansas, you know gross. I
think the real question you find out you are direct
siblings and you already have and and you find this
out because you just birthday Flipper baby. Now, so there's
a like, Okay, let me ask you. Would you stay married?

Speaker 1 (35:53):
Uh?

Speaker 4 (35:54):
Stay married? No? But yeah, I would not want my
parents to die.

Speaker 1 (35:58):
I think it depends on how long you've been married.

Speaker 3 (36:00):
Like with you, Gina, you were very five years.

Speaker 1 (36:03):
Five years, you're established, you love them, we.

Speaker 3 (36:05):
Got a house, right, So.

Speaker 1 (36:08):
So what you find out is your brother and all
of a sudden you have to change your entire life
or we just don't and you're not going to have
kids together.

Speaker 3 (36:13):
No, or we just don't bang anymore.

Speaker 4 (36:15):
So you will have no Flipper baby, no Flipper babies here.
Well what if not not only you find out, but
everyone finds out?

Speaker 1 (36:22):
Yeah, you know what everyone?

Speaker 3 (36:24):
Everyone would find out because I would be the first
to tell everyone. I think you guys, oh my god,
I guess what I just found out.

Speaker 4 (36:31):
You wouldn't legally be able to still stay married.

Speaker 3 (36:34):
That's a good question.

Speaker 4 (36:35):
If you told everybody about it.

Speaker 3 (36:39):
Back in the day, you had to take a you
had to do a blood test before you got married
to make sure you weren't real siblings. Yeah, that's when
they were marrying their cousins and exactly. But I'm talking
about like the eighties.

Speaker 4 (36:49):
I thought the blood test was for like STDs and stuff.

Speaker 3 (36:51):
I thought the blood test was to make sure you
weren't siblings.

Speaker 4 (36:53):
We didn't, but we didn't have genetic testing back then.

Speaker 3 (36:57):
Then how come it was in every movie in.

Speaker 4 (36:58):
The eighties, like We'll get our blood to I think
it was really varied by location.

Speaker 1 (37:02):
My parents got married in New York. They did the
blood test. I don't know why. I have no idea.

Speaker 3 (37:08):
Sorry, you're TYPO positive.

Speaker 4 (37:10):
You guys can get married, right, Okay, yeah, yeah, so
again see best Mega correct pre marriage blood test for
mandatory medical screenings in most US states for syphilis. I'm
also doing rebella.

Speaker 3 (37:23):
You're not allowed to marry someone with syphilist Well, they
just didn't want to spread it because rimber syphilis.

Speaker 4 (37:29):
You know, I famously killed al capone, like some of
these things used to be deadly. But how does that
stop you from getting married? It's it's just one. It's
it's a way to It puts it on your It
checks it, you know, it makes sure you're at least
getting checked for it.

Speaker 3 (37:41):
But wouldn't you rather than get married, So they're not
banging everyone in town, just that one person.

Speaker 6 (37:45):
No, because it's almost because you would get married under
false pretenses and going like I married this person with
syphilis and I didn't know it and you couldn't get
divorced back then, that was a big deal.

Speaker 4 (37:55):
I think it's less about that, and it's more about
making test mandatory. It's some point for certain pete for
just for people in general getting it, you know, getting
making it more you're aware of it. Yeah, Now, Sammy,
are you staying married to your brother?

Speaker 6 (38:05):
And yeah, I'm staying he's your hottest relative.

Speaker 4 (38:12):
Yeah, round the room, start Sammy.

Speaker 1 (38:17):
Okay there thinkers all right, and now we got to
dance into a quick break and we'll be back with
the Woody Show.

Speaker 10 (38:29):
Are you all in.

Speaker 1 (38:32):
The Woody Show? The Woody Show. It's your Wednesday morning
Woody Show. Woody is back on Monday.

Speaker 3 (38:42):
I have a privacy question for you guys. I think
that's kind of what it comes down to. And I
really want to know where everyone stands on this because
I think that first, I think reg and I may differ,
But a couple of days ago, I had like a
lunch date with a friend that I ha'n't seen a
while now that I moved. We live like forty minutes
away from each other, so I'm coming in farther you know.
She's like around the corner from the restaurant. I'm like,

(39:03):
you know, thirty five minutes away, and I was running
a little bit late, so I told her like, I'm
about five minutes late, you know, because I'm coming from
farther away. I'll be there soon. Her response on the
text was, no worries, just share your location with me
so I know when you're close by. And I was
very thank you, Morgan. I was very very irritated by that.

(39:25):
A I just told you I have five minutes late,
so just you know, set your watch an extra five
minutes and I'll be there. I have to share my
location with anybody. It is none of your business where
I am. I will forget to turn it off. I
am terrified of popins, Like if friends know that I'm
home and can see that, I can't handle it. Am
I being insane because I feel like other people don't

(39:45):
take sharing locations that seriously.

Speaker 1 (39:47):
Well, of all people, I might have a tech answer
for you. I believe if I'm not wrong, I believe
you can temporarily share it.

Speaker 3 (39:55):
Right, Yeah, you can just do that, but a much
like Greg, it's the principle, I don't want to I
don't want to be tracked and be surveilled and be
I will for sure forget to turn that off. Now,
other people have shared it with me, and I like
seeing where they are, but I'm not bothering them.

Speaker 4 (40:11):
Can't you pre tell? You can pre take take a
tell it to like say, hey, right, you can say
it's the end.

Speaker 3 (40:15):
Of the day. But if I tell you I'm five
minutes late, what do you know? Yeah, no problem. To
share your location with me so I know when you're
close by.

Speaker 2 (40:24):
F off.

Speaker 5 (40:25):
Yeah, just can't necessary.

Speaker 6 (40:26):
But what I will do with people if I'm meeting
them somewhere or going somewhere and I put into my
phone on my maps, you know, directions, I'll share that
with the person so they can see if I'm suck
in traffic or what time I'm getting there. They'll get
updates on my E t A, but not my location.

Speaker 3 (40:41):
But that's because you're an honest person. We've had to
sort of secretly install it on friends in the past
because They're like, we're right on the corner. I'm like,
but you're still in your bathtop, like you're not, so
you do use it? Well, that's what I'm saying people.
I'm fine with knowing where other people are. I do
not want to share mine with anybody else. I'm paranoid
that people are going to stop by if I'm home.
I don't like to feel surveilled.

Speaker 4 (41:01):
Do you really think you're that popular?

Speaker 3 (41:03):
I have friends that love to stop in. Yeah, I'm popular. No,
I'm people that will do it.

Speaker 6 (41:07):
I get that though I had I was sharing my location.
I would share my location with some friends. We'd go
to festivals and stuff, and it was but we would
do it indefinitely.

Speaker 5 (41:15):
And then after that they just have your location. And
one of my friends had my location.

Speaker 6 (41:20):
I had driven up to her area where I used
to live, and I was meeting up with a different
friend and I got a text from.

Speaker 5 (41:25):
Her like, oh, you're up here, what are you doing?

Speaker 3 (41:28):
And I didn't call her because I was hating with Sammy.
Do you think you're that popular?

Speaker 1 (41:34):
Women? Women are doing this? Yeah?

Speaker 4 (41:36):
Because I'm like, I share my location all the time.
I don't care.

Speaker 3 (41:40):
Okay, but do you share it with your wife.

Speaker 4 (41:42):
Yeah, like my friend. I think I've had like one
friend that has had my location for like five years.

Speaker 3 (41:48):
Like it's never occurred to me either to share it
with my husband. Like why do we need, like do
we need to know where each other?

Speaker 2 (41:54):
You knows?

Speaker 10 (41:55):
A safety thing? Like God forbid, he can't get a
hold of you. He can look and be like, oh,
that's where she is, on the side of the road,
bleeding out.

Speaker 4 (42:02):
All people.

Speaker 10 (42:03):
I share my location with everyone. That's probably weird, right,
I was not expecting that value.

Speaker 4 (42:08):
But that's odd that something that you're married to you
don't want.

Speaker 3 (42:12):
She has an Android. I don't know how you do that.

Speaker 1 (42:14):
Can you share location from iPhone to Android?

Speaker 4 (42:16):
Well you have to get a different app, yeah, but
maybe not with the built in apps. Yeah, this is
like it's as Morgan said, that's literally a safety thing.

Speaker 1 (42:24):
I was.

Speaker 4 (42:24):
I heard a story recently where a teenage like a
nineteen year old daughter did not come home and the
uh and the father looked it up. Oh, she was
literally on the side of the road bleeding out. Your
dad luckily was the first person to get there and
probably saved her life by getting there.

Speaker 3 (42:41):
And if you are in charge of a minor. Absolutely,
that should be honest. Not that's not okay. If you're
if you're worried about your kid turning.

Speaker 4 (42:49):
On adult into adults, don't get into car Ra.

Speaker 10 (42:51):
Yeah, my mom doesn't text me. I'll check her location.
Really okay.

Speaker 3 (42:55):
It's so weird because this is the same group that
says that everybody's paranoid all the time, and like, we're
we're too afraid that, you know, something bad's gonna happen
to us when the odds are basically but we're.

Speaker 1 (43:04):
Talking about friends and family of select few people, mat Ram.

Speaker 10 (43:07):
How does that change Back to your situation though, If
she's waiting at a restaurant and you're five minutes away,
it is weird to ask for a location, thank you.
It's not like.

Speaker 3 (43:16):
Friends, you know, let me Yeah, like I'll be there
five minutes later, So set your watch for five minutes later.

Speaker 10 (43:21):
So what did you tell her, Geena? You said, na bitch?

Speaker 3 (43:23):
I said, no, I did. I just ignored it. I
just ignored it and drove to the restaurant.

Speaker 1 (43:26):
Because you're gonna be there in five minutes.

Speaker 3 (43:29):
No, do you share your location?

Speaker 1 (43:30):
Share my location with two people? Mario and an old
friend of mine, and I have to remember that I
share it with an old friend of mine because, like you,
I will do anything short of cutting off a limb
to avoid a phone call. And if this person calls
me and I don't answer, I have to remember. I
can't say, oh, I was driving or whatever. I have

(43:50):
to remember, oh wait, they have my location.

Speaker 4 (43:53):
I can't that popular with.

Speaker 1 (43:55):
This person, very center of their lives. I get that,
and I share it with Mario out of essentially paranoia.
If I know he's driving somewhere, I want to know,
like did he get there?

Speaker 3 (44:05):
Well, he does like long distance drive sometimes. Yeah, we
don't really do like I'm at home or I'm I'm
staring at you, or I'm at work where you could
hear that I'm at work.

Speaker 1 (44:13):
And I wish I could share with my parents, but
they're dorks with androids. Oh, I don't know if you
can share it.

Speaker 3 (44:19):
And that's the thing. My husband has an Android and
I'm not. I'm not gonna go digging for third party
apps for this.

Speaker 10 (44:24):
I have seven people that can look where I am
right now. Oh wow, one of my friends.

Speaker 3 (44:28):
In chicag Okay, now that being said, when you go
out of town in a few days. I would also
like you to share your location with me.

Speaker 5 (44:34):
You would like that I would see other people's location.

Speaker 3 (44:39):
That's exactly because I'm exactly because I'm not nuts. I'm
not like, we'll fly to Tokyo and see what's doing
with Morgan. I'm not gonna bother anyone. I like, Oh,
like Kristen's at home. Like that's fun. I don't care.
I never look at it, but I don't want to
be tracked. The idea of it drives me insane.

Speaker 4 (44:56):
Okay, so FYI real quick. The easiest way to share
a location between iPhones and the superior Android is through
Google Maps apps.

Speaker 3 (45:03):
You can yeah, google Maps, you need WhatsApp just I
think there's a three sixty six.

Speaker 1 (45:09):
Now.

Speaker 4 (45:09):
The other question that's coming in on this is if
you were thirty minutes away initially, and then you were
five minutes away, how were you knowing that your friend
was texting you for information while you were driving?

Speaker 1 (45:21):
We all know the answer that.

Speaker 3 (45:22):
Please, that's a that's a dumb question. That's a super
dumb question.

Speaker 4 (45:26):
So she's breaking the law too, right, car are well?

Speaker 3 (45:28):
No, Siri tells me? Because I love Siri and I
think she's amazing, as well as the A word I
don't have any of those are using it.

Speaker 1 (45:34):
Well, you're also the person that I know for a
fact you got in your car five minutes ago. I
know how long your drive is, and you're sending me photos.

Speaker 3 (45:41):
How many recks have I ever been in her traffic issues?

Speaker 1 (45:44):
I wouldn't know me because you don't share your location
with making how am I supposed to know? The Woody
show a quick recap of Gina. You were asking do
you share your location with friends? I had. I share
it with two people, Mario and mine, and I just
realized there are times where I will text this person

(46:05):
and say hey, I just arrived at such and such
a place, and they respond back with oh, I know,
I just checked. And this is out of the blue.
It wasn't like I told this person, hey, I'm going
to such and such a place. I had no contact
with this person, and then they say, oh, I know,
I just looked.

Speaker 3 (46:21):
I don't like it.

Speaker 1 (46:24):
Why are you looking at?

Speaker 8 (46:25):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (46:26):
One of my friends who I was sharing my location with,
and she would check it, so I was like, hmmm,
I don't really like this, and I stopped sharing my
location with her and just everybody, because who needed my location?
And when I stopped sharing it with her, she text
me and was like, why aren't you sharing your location
with me anymore?

Speaker 2 (46:42):
Wow?

Speaker 3 (46:42):
This is why, because we're getting guys.

Speaker 10 (46:45):
Yeah, you're checking all the time.

Speaker 1 (46:46):
Yeah, you're out of the blue.

Speaker 3 (46:47):
Necessary.

Speaker 5 (46:49):
I think she would check because she had.

Speaker 6 (46:50):
A lot of her friend's locations, and I think it
was one of those things where you just have apps
that you go to and look at. I think she
would just go and look and always see where everybody was.

Speaker 1 (46:59):
Yeah, yeah, not a fan, and then at the restaurant
when you finally met up with your friend, it never
be Oh that's good.

Speaker 3 (47:05):
Yeah, thank god put it that.

Speaker 4 (47:07):
I'm just saying, share your location with me, because I
will go find you.

Speaker 1 (47:10):
Okay. I think I will share mine.

Speaker 4 (47:12):
With you camping alone, I will share with all Dennis's travels.
I will not wait for police to find you. I
will go make the effort to find you.

Speaker 1 (47:20):
Okay. Yeah, I think it's with all your travels and
I always want to know if you're if you've arrived safely,
So I gotta share mine with you. If you share yourself,
I will show we're back at the Woody show your
Wednesday morning Woody Show, middle of the weekend. Woody's going
to be back on Monday. You can text us two

(47:44):
two nine eighty seven. There is a text here that
I kind of stood out from the eight oh five
that says Sea Bass being all funny, but some people
are just nasty. Back to him, say funny stop.

Speaker 3 (47:57):
We're the first to laugh at your funny.

Speaker 4 (47:59):
Will you bring the funny?

Speaker 1 (48:01):
And I appreciate for you very nice. We're gonna bring
We're gonna bring a game to you right now. This
has probably been played in many a place, but I
think it's gonna be fun. We're gonna call it. Google
says what and this is when you go to Google
and it'll auto fill what you're.

Speaker 4 (48:18):
Googling, right sometimes by myself.

Speaker 1 (48:21):
Fun. It is fun. It's totally fun. So these are
actual Google auto responses that you'll get or not auto fills.
I should say they're all real, but we're trying to
look for the very first suggestion that comes up. So
it's not like I made up three of them and
one of them, you know, is the This is all real,
but the very first auto fill that pops up on Google.

(48:44):
So starting with and this is multiple choice. Why does
my penis? Is it smell? Feel cold? Have bumps? Does
my penis smell, feel cold? Have bumps?

Speaker 4 (49:02):
I think the most common has gotta be smell, Really bumps.
I would say bumps the most thing. It's the most serious.
But is that really the most Like I never had
that before my life. I think smell is the rosin bag,
not the shaft. So you think people are discerning, like
you know, it's not that part that smells, it's the

(49:22):
other thing I can distinguish. Yeah, I can reach.

Speaker 1 (49:26):
I'm all right, well you win if you said smell damn,
Why does my penis smell but feel cold and have bumps?
They're up there as well.

Speaker 3 (49:35):
Yeah, why does it smell?

Speaker 1 (49:37):
It's cold? Oh?

Speaker 4 (49:39):
Sweat, sweat? Yeah, just jock it. Yeah, I got yeah.
And men can get yeast infections. It's not as terrible
or long lasting because it's out. It's exterior, so.

Speaker 1 (49:55):
Water and if you haven't showered in a while. Maybe
there's just some funky. There's some general funk. How about
this one. My two year old keeps crying for no reason,
touching his privates, throwing up.

Speaker 3 (50:10):
Oh, touching his privates and crying for what would they google?

Speaker 4 (50:14):
I think, I think, I think the crying is just
the most common thing.

Speaker 10 (50:17):
You'd probably go to a doctor.

Speaker 3 (50:19):
They do be crying for no reason. I'm going to
go with that too.

Speaker 1 (50:22):
Would you say, Morgan crying for no reason? Yeah, oh
you're wrong, touching his privates. Oh okay, my two year
old keeps touching his private They do search for crying
for no reason. Talking answer that because they're there, yea.
And that's the age where you realize it.

Speaker 4 (50:37):
Right, so discovering it and they're hilarious.

Speaker 1 (50:40):
Tell you.

Speaker 4 (50:41):
A lot of two year old I mean girls and boys,
but especially boys are naked a lot. My little brother
always naked. Yeah my choice or but yeah, he was
just he just he would be like people would. My
mom couldn't answer the door because they were naked screaming.

Speaker 10 (50:56):
I was the same. I'd be in the back of
the car and by the time we'd get where we're going,
I have all my clothes. It was like a problem.

Speaker 4 (51:03):
I was walking down I was talking on a public
like residential streets this weekend, and some two year old
girl just started taking her take her shirt off through
Yeah I see that too, and nobody trying and see that.

Speaker 1 (51:13):
What's the age threshold? Like, when do you stop the
child nudity?

Speaker 10 (51:17):
It's I don't know, and I don't know what the obsession.

Speaker 1 (51:19):
Is, but it is strange. I think most kids are.

Speaker 3 (51:22):
I think it's probably less about like I want to
be naked, just like I don't like wearing this restrictive thing.
I've decided. I hated this ugly fact.

Speaker 4 (51:28):
I like my dog when I try to put costumes on. Totally,
don't you understand you lok hilarious.

Speaker 1 (51:33):
Yeah, here's one about dogs on Google, which is the
first auto fill. My dog won't stop itching, sneezing, licking
his pause. Oh, licking his pause, looking at the pause
is the most annoying. Mm hmm.

Speaker 3 (51:52):
Ironically, that's a yeast infection, right, Actually, yes, yes, I'm
going pause.

Speaker 1 (51:57):
I heard its allergies when they lick their pause.

Speaker 10 (52:00):
I'll be different.

Speaker 4 (52:00):
I'm gonna say itching, yeah, because you hotspots very common.

Speaker 5 (52:04):
Yeah, I think looking pause.

Speaker 1 (52:06):
This one surprised me. Sneezing, my dog won't stop sneezing, itching,
and licking. His paws are up there, but sneezing the
very first one does all those.

Speaker 3 (52:16):
Yeah, I like when the dogs do the behavioral sneezing,
Like it's like it's not a real sneeze. It's like
a like to show that they're friendly with other dogs. Really,
that's they do it just to show like I'm not
a threat. Look at me. I'm cute. I know it's
a door.

Speaker 4 (52:29):
While looking can be allergies or or bacterial used overgrowth, babies,
and also you know, things like thorns.

Speaker 1 (52:36):
Yeah. True, that this one is super vague and wide open.
I just typed in, why does and that's it? Why
does my cat lick me my belly button, smell my
eye keep twitching?

Speaker 8 (52:50):
Oh?

Speaker 10 (52:51):
Now do we all get the same results if we
were to all type that in?

Speaker 1 (52:54):
I only tried it on my laptop and my phone,
and they were the same, I believe.

Speaker 4 (53:00):
To Morgan's question, I believe that it does vary if
you especially if you're logged in with your your Google
accounts kinda knows.

Speaker 10 (53:06):
Like what you've searched before.

Speaker 3 (53:07):
So firsts up for me is why does y m
C A stand for why does so?

Speaker 4 (53:16):
No?

Speaker 3 (53:16):
Apparently we don't always get the same results.

Speaker 4 (53:19):
And here's one. Mine are all dog related because I
just asked a dog question about pause.

Speaker 3 (53:25):
Okay, but I'm going to guess because I can't be
the only one who deals with this. Why does my
eyelid keep twitching?

Speaker 1 (53:31):
Yeah?

Speaker 10 (53:32):
Well, Mine says, why does my throat hurt when I swallow?

Speaker 1 (53:38):
Well, you know, you're right, it's why does my eye
keep twitching?

Speaker 3 (53:41):
And I've always heard I've never bothered looking it up,
but I've always heard it's your low and potassium. So
my grandma'd be like, have a banana. I don't know,
so you know, because I guess potum bananas. You want
to know?

Speaker 4 (53:53):
Is Greg Gory? But is greg This is the sea passes?

Speaker 1 (54:01):
Is greg O?

Speaker 3 (54:03):
Mine's Mary still alive?

Speaker 4 (54:07):
Okay? Is the first Gregory? And then Gregory husband Gregory
net Worth ex wife husband, don't look at yours?

Speaker 1 (54:18):
Okay?

Speaker 4 (54:19):
And finally the same answer. Finally I'll click on this one.
Who is greg Gory? I put in for I put
Gregory the Woody Show and it says Gregory leaving the
Woody Show.

Speaker 1 (54:30):
Any day now, any day now? Okay, I have some
So this is going to be based on my Google.
I did the same thing, but with you guys.

Speaker 4 (54:36):
Okay, no, I feel like an idiot.

Speaker 7 (54:43):
Later tonight you're doing something. Yeah, I don't want you
guys to be peanut butter and jealous. But check this out. Tonight,
I'm having dinner with Tyler's family. Yeah, so Lazy Dog
Restaurants too.

Speaker 4 (55:00):
I work with.

Speaker 7 (55:01):
They're doing this family night thing every Wednesday night. So
like for the next six weeks, I'm gonna be having
dinner with listeners families and like my friend's families, and
so the first family I'm having dinner with is Tyler's family.

Speaker 3 (55:16):
Like the entire family doesn't.

Speaker 4 (55:17):
Have a Yeah, so it's a pretty big group of.

Speaker 1 (55:22):
Brothers. Yo.

Speaker 7 (55:23):
He has five brothers, mom and dad and yeah, so
it's gonna be It's gonna be fun to hang out
with them. I've hung out with them before, like at
a movie theater, but you know, in a movie theater
don't really get to talk to anybody. So hopefully I'll get,
you know, some more dirt on the love of my life,
Tyler Singe, I think, except for one because he does

(55:44):
have brothers that are in the military and sometimes you know,
they're out of town. So yeah, I'm gonna have that.
But I'm gonna be posting later after my dinner on
Instagram how you can have dinner with me at Lazy
Dog restaurants. So at Menace on Instagram, make sure you
follow me, so I'm gonna have you like comment and
tell me what's your closest Lazy Dog and then maybe

(56:04):
I'll pick you. We'll have dinner together family night, but
every Wednesday night. Yea, they're gonna have like a bunch
of specials at Lazy Dogs. So make sure you get
your family together or your friends together and hang out
at Lazy Dog. And the best part a lot of
their locations, Greg, you can bring your dog.

Speaker 5 (56:21):
And they have a little dog many you can get
chicken and rice for you.

Speaker 3 (56:24):
It's great.

Speaker 1 (56:25):
Tyler, has you said has five brothers? Yeah? Six boys?

Speaker 3 (56:29):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (56:29):
I wonder if his mom ever wanted a girl, because
I have friends who they have four daughters, and I
guarantee you that dad is thinking like, oh I wanted
a son.

Speaker 3 (56:39):
Well really a girlfriend of mine has three daughters and
was pregnant with twins and had just had a boy
and a girl. So one boy, four girls.

Speaker 1 (56:47):
Wow, I can ask her tonight, Greg saying missus, Tyler,
have you ever longed for a daughter?

Speaker 8 (56:55):
Ye?

Speaker 1 (56:59):
All right, we're back here on the Woody Show and
we have been playing this little game. Google says what
And these are the Google auto fills that popped up
on my Google. I did use my laptop in my
phone to see if they synced up, and they sure
enough did. So these are all actual auto fills that
pop up. You're trying to guess which is the first

(57:19):
one that pops up? They're all real, but which one
is the first one? A few more here? Why do
lesbians okay, why do they drive super Rus? Shop at
sports authority? Move fast?

Speaker 3 (57:34):
They do?

Speaker 4 (57:36):
I'm gonna say super.

Speaker 3 (57:39):
Such a common joke, and I think I know the
answer too.

Speaker 10 (57:42):
Okay, I'm going super.

Speaker 1 (57:44):
That's that's it. Drive Suberus. It is a huge thing,
and I think they even did a study on it.

Speaker 3 (57:49):
They did, and from what I remember, they were just
trying to find like the market of, you know, somebody
with disposable income who had you know, uh, you know
that would go play Is on the weekends and we're
kind of rugging. They realized, oh my god, there's this
untapped market of like women in their thirties and forties,
not merry, disposable income, and a lot of the lesbians

(58:09):
love Zubus and so like it was this like partnership basically,
so it wasn't an accident.

Speaker 1 (58:15):
Interesting, that's very cool. And then along that line, why
do gay guys like arm pits sound like that? Where harnesses?
These are good? These are a good good questions? You
mean horses like a harness? Yeah, if you've ever seen
a pride parade there it's suspender. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (58:38):
If you go again, go to Folsom Street in San
Francisco the fourth Sunday of September and it's harness city. Right. Yeah,
it's like suspenders that go across your chest.

Speaker 1 (58:49):
And to answer the question, I don't know, I've never
understood that, like why are you into that? And armpits
not me? Why do gay guys like armpits sound like that?
Where harness it has to be.

Speaker 3 (59:01):
Sound like sound like I'm going to harnesses because I'm intrigued.

Speaker 10 (59:04):
I'm imagining older people googling, like, why do they sound
like that?

Speaker 1 (59:08):
And that is the correct answer. That's the first auto
film Why do gay guys sound like that? And there's
a movie and there is one, Uh do I sound gay?
What's the name of the movie. I'm super interesting.

Speaker 4 (59:18):
Ten years old, this gay guy went around and said,
why am I talking.

Speaker 1 (59:21):
Like that girl I'm talk How about I want to
pierce my ear, belly button, nose.

Speaker 10 (59:30):
Nose nose.

Speaker 3 (59:31):
Yeah, belly button nose.

Speaker 10 (59:33):
Seems more of like a home job.

Speaker 4 (59:35):
Yeah, I know this is more current. Yeah, it's more
of a the trend today the way. But FYI, all
you people are doing it, you're just trendy losers.

Speaker 5 (59:42):
Oh yeah, it's more of a risk.

Speaker 4 (59:43):
It's on your face and it makes you look bad
no matter.

Speaker 1 (59:46):
Who you are, And that is the correct answer. I
want to pierce my nose as the first auto.

Speaker 4 (59:50):
I mean's not the correct answer is please stop me
from right.

Speaker 1 (59:53):
Please. I know I'm gonna regret this and look terrible
with it, even if I'm the most beautiful person on
the in the world. It makes you look like trash. Okay,
people in the room. The first auto fill. When I
on my Google typed not a question, I just wrote,
Gina grad.

Speaker 3 (01:00:11):
Is no question?

Speaker 4 (01:00:12):
No, it is it? No?

Speaker 1 (01:00:13):
I just wrote weight loss, woody show. Husband.

Speaker 4 (01:00:20):
I feel like husband's the main thing, because people that's
it's husband and net worth two big things or spouse,
I should say.

Speaker 3 (01:00:25):
I would say husband. I'm going the same show.

Speaker 1 (01:00:30):
Husband, correct menace husband?

Speaker 3 (01:00:32):
Oh interesting, he's in fascinating.

Speaker 4 (01:00:35):
I think it's always the.

Speaker 1 (01:00:38):
Where they were single or yeah, Okay, I wrote Menace,
Woody Show, Gay, Menace, Woody Show, net worth, pet insurance, wife?

Speaker 3 (01:00:53):
Well, I think insurance.

Speaker 10 (01:00:54):
We get that question so many times, like five times
a day.

Speaker 5 (01:00:58):
I'm gonna say net worth.

Speaker 2 (01:01:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:01:00):
Net Worth is always a big one for people.

Speaker 1 (01:01:02):
Really, it's wife. Yeah? And what what is your net worth?
By the way, I don't even know calculated on nerd calculating. Okay,
how about Greg Gory? I didn't write a question just
Greg Gory, Woody Show, Wikipedia, cape cod or real name?

Speaker 4 (01:01:25):
Please?

Speaker 1 (01:01:27):
I know I was hoping for that, but it's it's
just Woody Show Wikipedia. What's so boring?

Speaker 4 (01:01:32):
We don't have and we famously do not have a
Wikipedia and probably will never. Yeah, because it got it
was it was flagged, it was deleted.

Speaker 1 (01:01:38):
Yes, and then we're gonna end with is cardon ARCS
gay a real job? Staged?

Speaker 4 (01:01:50):
It's got to be staged, real job, Yeah, I must say,
because that that is the I get that message daily.
Can I work for you in blank meaning like is
it real job?

Speaker 1 (01:02:00):
Right? I can't.

Speaker 3 (01:02:01):
I cannot work for you in what tempe or say
stage because everybody thinks everything's fake.

Speaker 1 (01:02:08):
It isn't. The answer is staged. Yeah, stage, she goes.

Speaker 4 (01:02:12):
I get that comment one out of a thousand these days,
because there's just there's such a huge body of work
and if it were stage, one of these people would
would say, oh, that's my aunt, you know.

Speaker 1 (01:02:22):
And if it was staged, the people you confront would
win an oscar.

Speaker 5 (01:02:26):
Yeah, totally.

Speaker 1 (01:02:28):
You see, we've all seen stage videos and these people
are it's so terrible.

Speaker 4 (01:02:34):
The audio, the video is bad, like it's just it's
so clear. Yeah, and yeah, I very rarely give that comment.

Speaker 3 (01:02:40):
Well, we have some breaking news, very very educational news.
Somebody from the seven one four says, I were a
harness and it's so you can use it for sexual
positions and for the person to get a better grip.
It's fun, so it's not just a fashion choice.

Speaker 4 (01:02:55):
Really, that's where that all that stuff comes from. Is bondage.
Bond that's the first that's the bim is bondage.

Speaker 1 (01:03:06):
Right there, we go, see how much we learned today learned?
Tell me how much how helpful google is? Harness harness
shopping Today show it is the Woody Show. It's Wednesday
morning and Woody and Jeff g are nuclear lucky because

(01:03:27):
they're going to Cleveland.

Speaker 4 (01:03:30):
I didn't realize that's where this radio things. Oh yeah, yeah,
that's why I'm not there. Oh that sucks.

Speaker 1 (01:03:36):
Them. So they are going to be back on Monday.
Everybody else here at Woody Show Headquarters and Seabas is
a special treat for us today. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:03:43):
It has to do with.

Speaker 4 (01:03:44):
AI and AI and food. Look, AI is coming. You
can cry, why, Well, guess what is here is coming?
It's already you have to deal with it. So uh.
The AI food ordering though, is a little walkye, And
we're gonna kind of stretch test it here and see
what it can and cannot handle because menace, we do
be wanting our food. Yes, I've experienced this as well. Yeah,

(01:04:08):
so it's there's some issues with some people. This guy here,
he teaches you a trick. I would say this is
almost even a hack, not quite really, but it's I'd
say it's still a trick. So if you if you
come up to an AI ordering screen, you know, you
know you're at one. Either they'll have a big screen.
It's you know, like say, like writing, it's saying what
you're saying, So you see what it says, which I
actually like a lot, or you just hear this point

(01:04:29):
saying Hi, Hi, welcome to McDonald Yeah, well this guy
shows you a quick trick for getting a real human.

Speaker 3 (01:04:36):
Welcome to Wendy's. Would you like a spicy chicken or
a big bacon Classic Minions meal?

Speaker 4 (01:04:42):
Ten water cups?

Speaker 3 (01:04:44):
No problem?

Speaker 2 (01:04:45):
Well can I go?

Speaker 3 (01:04:47):
Hi?

Speaker 4 (01:04:47):
I'm picking up a mobile order, So yeah, you give it,
give it something that it knows it can't fulfill, and
I'll just say okay, kicking you to a human.

Speaker 7 (01:04:55):
Nice, because that's a good hack. When I first experienced this,
I had no idea was ai and I thought it
was too overly happy where I thought they were messing
with my food, so I drove away.

Speaker 4 (01:05:10):
Oh my god, they're messing around now. To Greg's point,
we've talked about this before you and you just heard
it right there. I much rather preferred Hi, how are
you want? Friendly?

Speaker 8 (01:05:20):
And right?

Speaker 4 (01:05:24):
Was that even a human that answered on the second exactly?

Speaker 1 (01:05:28):
He sounded so dejected.

Speaker 4 (01:05:29):
We talked about this for years. You minimum wage people
are crapping yourselves out of a job, but you're with
your bad customer service, which has pointed out, so I
tried it a couple of times. I'm like, let's stress
test this AI. So this is I'm helping our robot
overlords get better by giving them things like different languages,
different accents. I asked them questions.

Speaker 1 (01:05:48):
They don't know this is real life stuff. It will
run into Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:05:51):
Exactly, and uh so what they're gonna do. I'm gonna
set up each of these clips. I'm going to an
actual AI thing, and you guys got to kind of
guess will the AI be able to handle what I'm
throwing at it? In this first one, I am just
ordering at a Wendy's. All right, girl, let me make.

Speaker 1 (01:06:05):
You a number free combo please, baby.

Speaker 10 (01:06:10):
I was definitely gonna know, Yeah, I can get that.

Speaker 4 (01:06:13):
Okay, I'm doing like my my creator three.

Speaker 3 (01:06:16):
Yeah your Zataran's commercial, right.

Speaker 4 (01:06:18):
Yeah, but the baby at the end might confuse it
because I'm trying to be nice to my AI because
I want to get neice to me. Initially, like the
order is fine, but then you follow it up with baby.

Speaker 3 (01:06:28):
Yeah, but they're going to have to get used to
people with big personalities.

Speaker 1 (01:06:31):
Yeah, would it be possible to hear that again?

Speaker 7 (01:06:34):
You?

Speaker 4 (01:06:35):
All right, girl, let me make you a numble free combo.

Speaker 3 (01:06:38):
Please, baby, I have faith, I have faith in AI.

Speaker 1 (01:06:43):
I say yes, I think because the order is so straightforward.
Is the number three?

Speaker 4 (01:06:47):
Yeah, I'd say, yeah, all right, let's find out, please baby?
Would you like our simply orange juiced to drink? Okay? Okay?

Speaker 8 (01:06:58):
Three?

Speaker 4 (01:06:58):
Is this is obviously a breakfast item, so it's it's
in breakfast modes offering me orange juice. Well, now I
want to change my drink, like, so.

Speaker 3 (01:07:07):
Would you like our simply orange juice to drink?

Speaker 8 (01:07:09):
Hey?

Speaker 4 (01:07:10):
Now let me get in that cold blood light ash,
poor girl. Language languages I'm throwing you know, like you said,
dressing trees being nice to it. There's no way on that.

Speaker 8 (01:07:30):
I do.

Speaker 3 (01:07:32):
My girl is a bridge too far for AI.

Speaker 1 (01:07:34):
Who's a better listener a robot or a human ear?
Because I wouldn't if that was me, I'd be wow.
I'm gonna say nolo.

Speaker 4 (01:07:42):
I also would never dare do this with a human because,
like man I said, I would be afraid they screw
with my stuff. Yeah, I'm saying no, I'm saying, let's
find out about that drink order? Poor girl?

Speaker 3 (01:07:53):
What else can I get you?

Speaker 4 (01:07:55):
Mm?

Speaker 3 (01:07:56):
That'd be all thank you.

Speaker 4 (01:07:58):
Thank you, please pull up to the next window.

Speaker 1 (01:08:00):
Yeah, maybe you sweet appreciate it.

Speaker 4 (01:08:04):
To water boys, it was correct though, I got a
number three breakfast item. I ordered Wendy's with a diet
coke inside of the orange juice. Yeah, look at that.
And well, this particular Wendy's, this was the one Sammy
actually and Cape cod where I really like what they're
doing because it's, like I said, it's it's got a

(01:08:25):
big led screen and it's it's typing out what you're
saying so that you know right, and it's you know
what it's hearing right. So that's the great feedback, like
you see it when you're gonna waiy moo, or if
you're in a tesla, like you see what the computers seeing.
That's a very comforting thing for us humans that the
robots are helping us with.

Speaker 3 (01:08:41):
Now, am I the only one? And I don't know
why I didn't assume this because it's a fast food place?
But am I the only one that didn't know that
Wendy's had breakfast?

Speaker 1 (01:08:49):
Yes?

Speaker 3 (01:08:49):
Yeah, like I think of like McDonald's Burger King. I
don't think Wendy's breakfast welcome to talk about Hey.

Speaker 4 (01:08:57):
Settle down. AI. Yeah, they've brought breakfast b No, God
forbid that they did it once. They could do it again, man, Yeah, yeah,
you know they've broughten it.

Speaker 3 (01:09:07):
Brought.

Speaker 4 (01:09:07):
So this is the next one. This this Taco Bell here,
This does not have that screen on it. So I'm
just dealing with the voice AI here, Hi, welcome to
Taco Bell.

Speaker 3 (01:09:16):
What can I get you.

Speaker 4 (01:09:19):
You? Hay girl, I'm in the mood for a delicious
teco about it's too general?

Speaker 1 (01:09:26):
Okay, that's pretty straightforward. And then I think it'll follow
up with which kind of taco?

Speaker 4 (01:09:31):
Soft kind of taco?

Speaker 1 (01:09:35):
Okay?

Speaker 4 (01:09:35):
Hey see what it says you, hay girl. I'm in
the mood for a delicious teco.

Speaker 3 (01:09:43):
What can I get for you today?

Speaker 4 (01:09:47):
Like I already told you yet delicious tolicious?

Speaker 1 (01:09:52):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (01:09:52):
Okay, well I'll get more specific right here?

Speaker 1 (01:09:54):
All right?

Speaker 2 (01:09:54):
What can I get for you today?

Speaker 4 (01:09:56):
You know what looks real good is the avocado range
Chrispy can burrito in soft taco.

Speaker 10 (01:10:04):
You sound just like this guy on Instagram named Dakota.
Do you all know who I'm talking about?

Speaker 3 (01:10:09):
I gotta find this will a I understand advocato?

Speaker 10 (01:10:13):
Yeah, I don't think so I know, I.

Speaker 4 (01:10:15):
Think it has it. It has all right, let's find out.
I say, yes, the avocado ranch, crispy chicken burrito, and
soft taco got it?

Speaker 10 (01:10:25):
Is that all for you today? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:10:28):
Nice?

Speaker 4 (01:10:28):
Because I'm looking right at the menu. It's like their
featured thing or whatever.

Speaker 1 (01:10:31):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:10:32):
Uh so it got that. And I said, okay, why Moore,
it's it's upselling me, which is a good AI good
robot will do. And that's why I had something else here?

Speaker 10 (01:10:39):
Will there be anything else?

Speaker 4 (01:10:40):
You're doing a great job.

Speaker 3 (01:10:41):
By the way, honey, I just love your spotsy delicious attitee.

Speaker 2 (01:10:45):
We don't have MIC's hot honey dipping sauce, iced tea
and iced tea at the moment?

Speaker 10 (01:10:49):
Can I get you something else instead?

Speaker 3 (01:10:51):
You added tea?

Speaker 4 (01:10:53):
Yeah, I didn't say anything about mike hot honey. I
didn't say anything about and you said attitude like tea,
And I was trying to be nice to my my robot.
All right.

Speaker 1 (01:11:02):
That sounds so good, by the way. The avocado branch
chicken stacker, all right?

Speaker 4 (01:11:08):
So they throw that on here?

Speaker 1 (01:11:10):
Any interested a hash brown on the side?

Speaker 4 (01:11:13):
Ew?

Speaker 2 (01:11:13):
You know what?

Speaker 4 (01:11:14):
Instead of that, I'm gonna get a cheesy toasted breakfast burretto.
I think she's got I think she got that one
right because it's it's part of the menu and she's
she's upselling me to she so yeah, so I don't
want that, but I'll see if I can throw more
on there. I'm gonna get a cheesy toasted breakfast burretto.

Speaker 3 (01:11:34):
Give me a moment.

Speaker 5 (01:11:36):
Sorry, we don't have cheesey toasted breakfast burrito conbo right now?

Speaker 10 (01:11:39):
Can I get you something else?

Speaker 4 (01:11:40):
He staid, Oh my god, yes you can. You're so
helpful girl. You just want to Oh no, okay, yes,
thank you, Okay, go ahead for thank you. Oh that
is nice.

Speaker 1 (01:11:57):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:11:57):
And by the way, they did have the cheesy toasted breakfast,
which is what the AI said. They didn't the guy bitch,
which is my question, understood, you didn't want to give
it to So my question for all you fast food employees,
are you listening in while I'm while people are doing
this to like to backstop that?

Speaker 3 (01:12:13):
Yeah, definitely sounds like it.

Speaker 10 (01:12:15):
Yeah, okay, So at Dakota right on Instagram if anyone
knows who that is, you guys, he sounds just like
him and he does food reviews in that exact voice.

Speaker 4 (01:12:23):
I look him up.

Speaker 10 (01:12:24):
I see the guy that's like, I'm gonna have that
for drank.

Speaker 3 (01:12:26):
And know we see the one that says like, I'm
going to go to every Chinese before till I get
food poison.

Speaker 4 (01:12:30):
No no, no, no, okay, Because I'm just modeling that
off of a former producer you have on this show.
He sounds like, yes, I.

Speaker 3 (01:12:37):
Know Dakota write with his boyfriend.

Speaker 10 (01:12:38):
Yeah, look him all.

Speaker 4 (01:12:40):
Right, So I'll pull some of his audio. I guess
we gotta break here, saving right, and we'll we have
a few more tests.

Speaker 1 (01:12:45):
Rap the AI, putting it to the tesk. Next on
the Woody Show will be right back.

Speaker 4 (01:12:54):
Let's do it. Let's do it.

Speaker 1 (01:12:55):
We're doing it. I can feel what isase you and
SeaBASS has been testing out fast food AI and it
got me thinking about restaurants. And there's this place called
Class Soire Steakhouse in Florida and they're now offering nude
dining on the first Monday of everyone. You can eat

(01:13:16):
there naked. It's not something you accidentally walk into. Selling
tickets specifically for the nude dining experience. So it's two
hundred and fifty bucks for men one hundred and fifty
bucks for women, three hundred dollars for couples. And it
seems like an intimate place, only about twenty to thirty
seats or so. And they also have the light very dim,
so it's not like people are gawking at you. So

(01:13:38):
if you ever want to dine in public naked class
Soiree Steakhouse in Florida, they're offering nude dining.

Speaker 3 (01:13:45):
Okay, Well, if that doesn't work for you, there's a
nude Doritos that I stumbled upon at the grocery store
that looks absolutely disgusting, and I want to know if
I misjudge these. These are called Dorito's Late Night Hot
Honey Pizza. I do not understand the hot honey thing.
I don't understand the honey on pizza thing, so I
don't know why Dourrito's bothered, but I figured we'd all

(01:14:07):
take a few and give them a try. This is
the late night Hot Honey's Hot Honey Pizza.

Speaker 4 (01:14:12):
It's gotta be late night too, late night.

Speaker 3 (01:14:15):
They smell.

Speaker 4 (01:14:17):
Munchies or something I think smoky familiar about the taco
bell and Jack in the Box really hit on this
where it's they understand if you if you call something
late night, people just cram whatever garbage you give them.

Speaker 2 (01:14:30):
I love it.

Speaker 4 (01:14:31):
You do spicy hit right in the back of Oh yeah,
you know it smells like you used to make checks
mix at home with their home smells exactly like that.

Speaker 3 (01:14:40):
It's like pizza a regano ish but sweet.

Speaker 1 (01:14:44):
I'm not getting honey. I'm not getting pizza. I'm getting
I'm getting late night.

Speaker 3 (01:14:50):
I'm getting nothing else was open better than.

Speaker 1 (01:14:54):
Ranch, that's for sure.

Speaker 10 (01:14:54):
I don't hate it. Yeah, it's good.

Speaker 4 (01:14:55):
I'm better than I expected. It's just a though.

Speaker 1 (01:14:58):
Yeah, and like a.

Speaker 4 (01:14:59):
Little bit heat the mild just touch your heat exactly.

Speaker 3 (01:15:03):
It's sweet o sweets. It's worth I give it three.

Speaker 1 (01:15:10):
I'll give it a six, Yeah, six six.

Speaker 4 (01:15:12):
I mean as a chip, it's a six. But as
what it advertised to. Oh yeah, true, I.

Speaker 1 (01:15:17):
Don't think it's bad. What's it called again?

Speaker 3 (01:15:19):
It's the late night hot Honey pizza dorito. If you're
just really curious, go for it.

Speaker 1 (01:15:24):
It's de We are back here at the Woody Show
as Sea Bass tests out fast food AI systems, and.

Speaker 4 (01:15:35):
We didn't take a quick detwo or over to uh
Dakota Johnson.

Speaker 1 (01:15:38):
Oh yeah, that's right.

Speaker 4 (01:15:39):
Ye who apparently talks like this.

Speaker 3 (01:15:40):
Oh, very much like that. So Johnson, Dakota right.

Speaker 4 (01:15:44):
Yeah, to go to right. Oh excuse me. For some reason, Johnson,
I was like, is that the son the daughter of uh?

Speaker 1 (01:15:50):
What's his face?

Speaker 4 (01:15:51):
Dacota Wright w R I g H t uh. So
Dakota Wright is well, here he is doing a food review.
If he got some Culvers, which is a hamburger place
if you're not from that part of the country. So
here he is unboxing his culvers.

Speaker 2 (01:16:04):
Got Culver, Yeah, they have my favorite onion ring, the chili.
I got just the single butterburger because you know, I
gotta keep it light. I got bacon, no lettuce because
I already had that poopy things.

Speaker 1 (01:16:18):
I don't like Culver's cheethe curds.

Speaker 9 (01:16:19):
I know.

Speaker 2 (01:16:20):
It's like a hoteke and then onion rings and then
two things of Buffalo songs and to drink a diet coke.

Speaker 10 (01:16:32):
It's just like your characters.

Speaker 3 (01:16:34):
All sizes are always done in things. And I got
two things to drink and for to drink.

Speaker 4 (01:16:39):
So my question for Greg is what is there a
class of gay? Because I'm looking at his looking at
his Instagram. But all he does is like shop and
try on clothes and go on cruises and go on
cruises and hang out by the pool. Like how do
these gays make that money?

Speaker 1 (01:16:53):
That's what I want to know. I know so many
gay couples that just seem to have bottomless money.

Speaker 4 (01:17:00):
He's just trying on bags, has.

Speaker 10 (01:17:01):
A pink jeep, or like, yeah, I think we have vacation.

Speaker 3 (01:17:06):
Yeah, I think like a lot of kept people, he
has a less attractive probably more financially stable.

Speaker 4 (01:17:11):
Well, there is a less family. There's a less attractive
man in a lot of these videos. Man now his man.
They're both fit because they're gay, but he's definitely he's
not the hot one. Dacodea has got his eyebrows done
and he's got gay face going and like Bronzer.

Speaker 1 (01:17:25):
And oh so his husband is the one with that
beard's kind of odd looking. He's in good shape, a
little odd looking.

Speaker 4 (01:17:34):
Gays are kind of like dance music. There's so many
genres within the genre, you know, so there's different. But
my question is with Greig, is this is he a
secret millionaire somehow? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:17:47):
You know, I wish I had that answer.

Speaker 4 (01:17:48):
I guess it's a life of leisure.

Speaker 1 (01:17:50):
Yeah, I guess it's just the dank lifestyle. Yeah, more
money to spend.

Speaker 4 (01:17:54):
He does some stuff for Bravo, much like Menace does.
He shows up here he is describing his Bravo Khan outfit.

Speaker 2 (01:18:00):
Okay, so I'm in New York to celebrate twenty years
of the Real House Lives with Bravo, getting ready to
go to the Lobster Club.

Speaker 1 (01:18:06):
I'm with my friend McKenzie.

Speaker 7 (01:18:08):
But we miss you Jackson.

Speaker 1 (01:18:09):
Yeah, we miss you Jackson. So here's a little fit check.

Speaker 2 (01:18:12):
So the shirt is.

Speaker 1 (01:18:13):
From a paper Kid.

Speaker 2 (01:18:15):
I love all the different sequins on it, and then
my jeans are from Page I think the shoes are Coach.

Speaker 1 (01:18:23):
The bag is Tory Birch. I want to sens with
this bag.

Speaker 4 (01:18:26):
I've been carrying it everywhere lately.

Speaker 2 (01:18:28):
And the jewelry is my wedding band Ermez Click Clad
brown Erma's Double.

Speaker 4 (01:18:33):
Tour And yeah, okay.

Speaker 1 (01:18:36):
My other theory is that maybe a lot of this is,
for lack of a better term, collapse with certain products,
and then you put yourself in a friend group that
has access to trips or cruises.

Speaker 3 (01:18:50):
I think you're right about that. But he's also a
real estate agent. Oh okay, so he's selling those houses and.

Speaker 10 (01:18:55):
He's in the South.

Speaker 3 (01:18:56):
I know, are you sure?

Speaker 10 (01:18:57):
Hairline or something?

Speaker 4 (01:18:58):
So, how well that's his His bio is always sassy,
rarely classy, Southern dandy inquarries Amanda FP talent. I gotta
dress better for Bravo con Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:19:13):
Step up your Tory Birch game.

Speaker 4 (01:19:14):
All right, back to the AI ordering. So this one
is again no screen. This is a Wiener Schnitzel, which
is not nationwide, so they are as you might imagine
a hot dog place if you don't. But they have
the AI ordering. So again we're stress testing it, trying
to find out if it can handle all the different
varieties people who might have an accident, light to code,
to wright or like this gentleman.

Speaker 1 (01:19:35):
Right, different genres of people.

Speaker 4 (01:19:37):
Genre, here's a different genre of person right here. Hi,
welcome to Wiener Schnitzel.

Speaker 2 (01:19:41):
Please order when ready.

Speaker 4 (01:19:43):
Hi, I'm Greg Gory and I'm looking for a delightful
lunch and treat.

Speaker 8 (01:19:49):
Hi.

Speaker 1 (01:19:49):
There, what can I get for you today? Boy? I'm
still looking at your menu.

Speaker 4 (01:19:53):
It all looks fantastical.

Speaker 1 (01:19:57):
Order when ready.

Speaker 4 (01:19:59):
I tell you I love ice cream.

Speaker 1 (01:20:01):
It is my absolute favorite.

Speaker 4 (01:20:04):
How many calories are in the Oreo shake?

Speaker 3 (01:20:09):
Wow?

Speaker 10 (01:20:10):
Give you a human guys get kind of pissy.

Speaker 4 (01:20:13):
Yeah, I don't like this guy. I like the Wendy's Girl.

Speaker 1 (01:20:15):
Yeah, I like it.

Speaker 3 (01:20:17):
You want a delightful luncheon.

Speaker 4 (01:20:21):
Order, Greg? I mean you love luncheon? I do.

Speaker 1 (01:20:23):
That is such a throwback word lunch ice cream. But
what are you doing?

Speaker 5 (01:20:27):
Mom?

Speaker 1 (01:20:27):
Oh, I'm going to a luncheon.

Speaker 3 (01:20:28):
Moms love going to luncheon.

Speaker 4 (01:20:30):
Yes, so yeah, yeah, he's not gonna it's not gonna
know what's going on here.

Speaker 1 (01:20:33):
It's not going to give you the calorie cone. I
don't know.

Speaker 10 (01:20:36):
I think it will.

Speaker 5 (01:20:37):
It seems very matter of fact.

Speaker 4 (01:20:38):
Well it's printed on a lot of menus these days, right,
But I don't we you're not getting it. I'm saying, no, no,
all right, let's find out how many calories are in
the Oreo shake. To best assist you, I'm bringing in
someone from the team.

Speaker 1 (01:20:54):
Can I get the fruit loop, DiPT cone, anything else?

Speaker 4 (01:21:00):
That'll be all?

Speaker 1 (01:21:00):
Thank you?

Speaker 2 (01:21:03):
Thank you?

Speaker 1 (01:21:04):
Greg? Out I can't.

Speaker 3 (01:21:09):
Oh, yeah, the bit has to stay.

Speaker 4 (01:21:12):
But but yeah, I think I think we're almost there.
It's a line with a lot of stuff. AI like
we're getting there, we're starting. I do love it was
a right, I do. I appreciate the positive vibes.

Speaker 1 (01:21:24):
Yeah, Menace would prefer you to be rude and sullen.

Speaker 4 (01:21:27):
No, I just don't want you to be overly over
the top friendly. Hi, welcome to Chick fil a.

Speaker 1 (01:21:34):
Something today is awesome, sounds like a better world.

Speaker 4 (01:21:39):
It's too extra, greg, No, there's no it's the world
to code to Wright would have us all living.

Speaker 1 (01:21:45):
Exactly, always sassy, never classic. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:21:50):
Well so yeah, that's a I think we're like I said,
we're there sort of yeah, like ninety there. Now it's
just gonna be robots making the food now, so it'll
be a hundred Well that's the next step is when
Elon starts rolling out these optimists or whatever he's calling them,
and they just start taking over all those jobs. It'll
be pleasant, cute, yeah, efficient.

Speaker 10 (01:22:10):
Do you trust more with your food a human or
a robot robot roblot?

Speaker 3 (01:22:14):
Because what's the So they're not going to do anything
out of spite?

Speaker 8 (01:22:17):
Right?

Speaker 1 (01:22:17):
How many? But can they finesse your order at all?

Speaker 10 (01:22:21):
Like, no pickles, you grab the wrong I don't know meat,
I don't.

Speaker 1 (01:22:25):
Think I don't think it would make a mistake and
it would be very consistent, So I think I would
trust the robot more maybe.

Speaker 4 (01:22:32):
And how many videos do we see to this day
of people we are dancing in the lettuce and scratching.
One guy was like scratching his inside his pants and
pulling it out and grabbing fries.

Speaker 7 (01:22:42):
Yeah, taking a bath inside. Yeah, we've done this to
ourselves human beings.

Speaker 1 (01:22:48):
Yeah, well that was fun. Thank you.

Speaker 4 (01:22:50):
I could barely remember to open my mouth when I'm eating.

Speaker 1 (01:22:53):
Like you think I'm gonna remember to bring a canvas bags.

Speaker 3 (01:22:56):
I don't think you're going to remember something.

Speaker 1 (01:23:00):
Back here on the Woodies Show on a Wednesday morning,
and Sea Bass, you had posed the question can the
employees of fast food places hear what you're saying to
the AI all right?

Speaker 4 (01:23:09):
Because I had asked that taco bill AI for a
breakfast item that should have been right there, and then
she said no, they don't. But the guy was like, oh, hey,
you want to right right?

Speaker 9 (01:23:20):
Well?

Speaker 1 (01:23:20):
According to this text from the six six one, they
say good morning team, love you all, You're all amazing
es to answer Seabass's question about if the employees can
hear what is being said when ordering through AI, they
absolutely can, and everybody else inside can. My wife and
I were inside Carl's Junior ordering and could clearly hear
the person in the drive through ordering through the AI system.

(01:23:43):
So I'm sure everybody heard every time you were doing it,
and they were probably quite amused. That was question.

Speaker 4 (01:23:49):
My secondary backup question is that is did any of
my food get spit in? Because yeah, you know, I
was nice, obviously, But we've talked about this before with
different silly things that I've done. Is that it should
be the delight. It should be the highlight of the
employee's day, Like it shouldn't be annoying them. Like when
I'm going to Taco Bell and I'm getting the you know,
dressed up like a dog trying to get a free

(01:24:10):
burrita taco.

Speaker 1 (01:24:11):
Yeah, that's their entertainment for that.

Speaker 4 (01:24:13):
But every once in a while we'll get one that's like, hey, dude,
I know you were in here already, get out, Yeah,
taking it all serious?

Speaker 1 (01:24:20):
Yeah, because it's your restaurant, right right.

Speaker 4 (01:24:23):
So yeah, and that's not the an impression I got
when I because I did eat everything I ordered.

Speaker 1 (01:24:28):
Yeah, right, Well, this article just popped up a couple
of things we've been talking about this morning, AI and
location sharing, and it says, do you ever look back
on things from just a decade ago and think, wow,
that sounds seems like a completely different world. So these
are things people are talking about online that became more
socially acceptable in just the past ten years. And the

(01:24:48):
first one was location sharing.

Speaker 3 (01:24:50):
Yeah, people would just be doing it.

Speaker 1 (01:24:52):
Says it used to feel creepy, but now many people
have at least one app that'll show people right where
they are. Yeah, so that's become socially accepted.

Speaker 4 (01:25:00):
You know, I had a girl, not a girlfriend, but
a girl whom I was dating. It made me get
Snapchat so she could do that, and I quickly realized
what that was for. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:25:09):
The other one was AI. Also used to feel scary,
but now most people have entire conversations with AI, even
if it's during a Google.

Speaker 3 (01:25:16):
Also, ten years ago, what we really knew about AI
was like bad cartoons and like sci fi.

Speaker 1 (01:25:21):
Yeah yeah, yeah, constantly canceling plans. There used to be
a stigma around flaking out on people, but now they
say that bailing on plans is considered self care.

Speaker 3 (01:25:31):
I'm so glad you guys are all here to join me. Now,
I've been this way my entire life. And finally, like
when COVID happened and nobody wanted to leave their house,
I was like, now do you see now, do you
see how great this is?

Speaker 4 (01:25:41):
No, that sucked. Oh it was awesome.

Speaker 1 (01:25:44):
It got old, Yes, really, you didn't make it got old,
but I kind of miss it. I was awesome in
a way, Oh I do.

Speaker 4 (01:25:52):
I thought that was a grain the horrors of COVID.

Speaker 5 (01:25:56):
I was traumatized for not being able to go anywhere
or do anything.

Speaker 4 (01:25:59):
It was the absolute please explain me again, a word
that we've decided to use all the time.

Speaker 6 (01:26:03):
Now, you're traumatized, well from being super I felt super isolated.

Speaker 5 (01:26:07):
I lived alone. I couldn't do anything. I was not
used to being alone that much or isolated that much.

Speaker 6 (01:26:13):
And really, I do think it causes you to start
to go crazy because you're just alone with your own
thoughts and the news was not a great time, and
just there was nothing happening.

Speaker 5 (01:26:23):
It was a strange, strange time.

Speaker 1 (01:26:26):
But you know where else you were alone, driving on
the one on one great uh, sharing photos of your
kids online. They say that is used to be socially unacceptable.
Now it's socially acceptable people showing their kids.

Speaker 4 (01:26:40):
Online the other way around, Like I know more people
and just because of the industry we work in that
that don't never share their kid ever.

Speaker 3 (01:26:46):
I don't want my kid ended up on the dark web,
thank you.

Speaker 1 (01:26:49):
Yeah, bringing our actually being on your phone while socializing,
that should be socially unacceptable. But they say it's now
completely normal for somebody to be on their phone while
having a conversation with someone. Rude.

Speaker 4 (01:27:03):
If you saw a toy story five, it's not wrong.
It's about how when people get when especially teenagers get together,
they get together to look at their phones together.

Speaker 3 (01:27:11):
Yeah, and I get that, like people lay in bed
next to each other on their phones. But I absolutely
hate uh QR code menus at restaurants because I don't
want it to look like I'm ignoring the person I'm
you know, I want them to know I'm looking at
a menu. I'm not just messing around on my phone.

Speaker 1 (01:27:25):
Right, So I think that's so rude. And then the
other one is open guilt free cheating, not cheating on
a partner, but cheating academically. There have always been cheating
on tests and assignments. But now using AI and online resources,
they say, doesn't seem bad to people. It's just another
faster way of getting it done and over with.

Speaker 3 (01:27:43):
We're getting o their dumbest surgeons in the world. And
that's the thing. Remember there was a viral thing we
have robots well people walking off stage from their graduation
and then showing all the times they cheated on chat
GBT like, oh that's great.

Speaker 4 (01:27:56):
This is also But the other day, as we're saying
this other side of this coin is that like a
lot of of college age people are now taking sixth
grade math. Yeah, because they did. They they've they've as
Menisa said, for years, I got computer, I got computed.
A problem is while you have computer, your brain is
still growing and you're not forming. The sign of the
synapse is that that know how to put these things together.

(01:28:17):
And so I'll be doing it with other stuff though.
But then you grow up to be a mush brain
and when you don't have access to computer all of
a sudden, then you're screwed.

Speaker 1 (01:28:24):
Don't you care about your synapses? Menace sin what exactly? Uh?
This one Steve Bats will not find to be accurate.
Something that is more socially acceptable now profanity, Oh, I
mean I find it to be everywhere. I find it
to be completely socially. I agree with the statement it's
clearly happening. I find it to be the most boring

(01:28:44):
and base and stupid, Like you think you're being interesting
or clever, and you just look like an idiot.

Speaker 4 (01:28:50):
Yeah. A lot of unfunded people like to use it
to get a reaction, right exactly. And now it's coming
out where like, it's happening in places you like Congress
where you and.

Speaker 1 (01:28:59):
Yeah, just the other day, so whatever, who the F
do you think you are? And they're doing they're watching
real life.

Speaker 4 (01:29:06):
They're doing it intentionally because they think, oh, I'm gonna
look at me edgy, edgy, just make you look like
an idiot.

Speaker 1 (01:29:12):
Super unpopular opinion. But Kevin Hart does it too much
his stand up and his roast and whatnot, Like I, oh, yeah,
dare you to go four words without the F word?

Speaker 3 (01:29:23):
Is that an unpopular opinion?

Speaker 4 (01:29:24):
I think that's probably accurate, Okay, not alone, I think, yeah,
I agree with it. It's it's it's it's when you
when you when you know what you're saying is an
interesting staying.

Speaker 1 (01:29:33):
Yeah, yeah, and then last on the list Sammy bringing
a water bottle everywhere.

Speaker 3 (01:29:40):
Somebody cold dead hands.

Speaker 1 (01:29:42):
Somebody wrote if we have guests over for a nice dinner,
I will ask them what I can get them to drink,
and they just plunk down their huge water bottle on
the kitchen table.

Speaker 5 (01:29:51):
Yeah, because you know what, it's.

Speaker 6 (01:29:52):
Too risky to go to someone's house and not bring
water because they might not really have that much water.

Speaker 5 (01:29:57):
Maybe don't drinking that much.

Speaker 10 (01:29:58):
Maybe they offer you may faws it's broken.

Speaker 5 (01:30:01):
No, they're like, yeah, maybe they offer you tap water.

Speaker 10 (01:30:04):
No, I got my own.

Speaker 3 (01:30:05):
Maybe they're European and they won't give you ice.

Speaker 4 (01:30:07):
Maybe ever deal with this before it's five years ago.

Speaker 1 (01:30:11):
I got invited to a friend's house for well, we
were freaking on the way over there, like, what if
they don't have enough?

Speaker 5 (01:30:18):
I do that because I have in my life who
frequently don't have enough water.

Speaker 4 (01:30:22):
But you're old enough to remember when you were a
little kid, you went places without a giant Stanley mug.

Speaker 5 (01:30:27):
No, but I always had plastic water bottles.

Speaker 4 (01:30:29):
Okay, well read bad parents, then no, because especially.

Speaker 5 (01:30:32):
When you had like sports and other stuff too, I did.
I always had water with me.

Speaker 4 (01:30:36):
I don't know's I went to. I we had two
a day. Everybody is my age. We had two a
day practices in the heat for football. Nobody, nobody showed
up with a damn thing in their hands.

Speaker 3 (01:30:47):
We had the giant water bottles.

Speaker 4 (01:30:50):
Good God, because you were built like your your veal,
your human veal.

Speaker 1 (01:30:54):
The only time that we had water at soccer was
during a game practice. Nothing game. They had a big
container that our own water bottles.

Speaker 4 (01:31:04):
Oh you didn't just have the big jug with the
little cone, paper note, with the hose with theigot.

Speaker 5 (01:31:10):
You don't have a hose at a soccer game.

Speaker 1 (01:31:12):
We had.

Speaker 4 (01:31:14):
We had a football practice which was on the soccer phone.

Speaker 5 (01:31:15):
You had more resources than we didn't.

Speaker 1 (01:31:19):
Resources. Oh, we got more Woody Show coming up. Show.

Speaker 4 (01:31:29):
I got to turn my mic on.

Speaker 7 (01:31:31):
I want to put a message out there for everybody
that listens to the Woody Show podcast. It might happen again,
and it was a thing for quite a while, and
if it becomes a thing again, I'm.

Speaker 4 (01:31:42):
Just gonna let it go.

Speaker 7 (01:31:43):
But if you listen to the Woody Show podcast on Spotify,
I'm getting notifications again that there's something within our podcast
that is a copyrint that they feel that is copyrnting
even though it's on like all these other platforms and
no issues, they have some issue and if I get
enough warnings, it's not going to be there anymore. I

(01:32:04):
don't care about us being on Spotify. There's a small
group of you that do listen to us on Spotify,
and guess what, There's other options and it's called the
iHeartRadio app, which you could just search the Woody Show
podcast and put us in your presets and I'll be
right there on the app for you if you're an
Android user. Also, if you have an iPhone, just use

(01:32:26):
the Apple Podcast app. I can't go through this again Spotify,
like it took me like almost two months to get
it back on, and I don't know if I can.

Speaker 4 (01:32:37):
Do it again.

Speaker 3 (01:32:38):
The crazy thing is too it's like the irs like you, Oh,
but we're not going to tell you what you owe.

Speaker 7 (01:32:42):
Yeah, just tell me what the issue is and then
maybe I can figure it out. But I mean, there's
no customer service anything. I honestly, I just don't give
a damn. So again the iHeartRadio app. Just search the
Woody Show and then put us in your pre.

Speaker 1 (01:32:56):
The iHeartRadio app. That's that's a very easy solution, but
it sounds so expensive.

Speaker 4 (01:33:02):
Oh wait, it's free. Wait guys, oh wait free.

Speaker 7 (01:33:05):
So if you have an Android iHeartRadio app, also you
can use that on your iPhone, but the iPhone has
its own app as well.

Speaker 1 (01:33:13):
Okay, I'm glad you addressed it because we've got a
few texts about that today.

Speaker 4 (01:33:16):
Also, please rate and review our podcast.

Speaker 3 (01:33:18):
It makes two different yes, all right, you.

Speaker 1 (01:33:21):
Know what we are basically martyrs here. It just dawned
on me. We try food and let you know if
it's good before you should go out and buy it.
And we also try products to let you know if
they're worth if they're worth an ish. No, you don't
have to, Yeah, you won't have to when we hear
about what Gina got for us. All right, welcome back

(01:33:42):
to the Woody Show. It is Wednesday morning, Woody. We'll
be back on Monday. In the meantime, from time to
time we ask the question is it worth an ish?
And we have certain products that we've discovered or bought
or wanted for a long time and then they either
rule or they suck. I just want to start by
re shouting out the Giraffe Tools Metal garden hose changer.

(01:34:06):
It's on Amazon. Giraffe Tools is the brand. It's a
seventy five foot metal, stainless steel water hose. It doesn't kink,
it doesn't spurt. It is so good. It rules.

Speaker 4 (01:34:19):
Okay, it works well for you as well if checking
a long piece of condu it essentially yeah, and it
can it be wrapped.

Speaker 1 (01:34:25):
Oh absolutely. And it's super easy because unlike a rubber
hose that is kind of after time, it kind of
twists and instance this, you basically hold it and just
kind of spin your hand and just it's so awesome. Okay,
any need for.

Speaker 3 (01:34:38):
A well, I have one too that has really not
only has it changed someone in my family's life, but
I've bought two more so we all have one. I
was going to feature this really cool tinted eye concealer,
but I figured, you know, guys wouldn't want to care
about that, or it would.

Speaker 10 (01:34:57):
Least wouldn't admit to buy.

Speaker 4 (01:34:58):
What doesn't I concealer do.

Speaker 3 (01:35:00):
It's very hydrating, and it's like very uh it's like
a it's like a moisturizer, but it's tinted, so you
get a little tint anyway, nobody cares about that. I
had the dark circles, yeah, and I have plenty.

Speaker 1 (01:35:10):
Of those, But this is oh is it makeup? Basically?

Speaker 3 (01:35:13):
I mean Kanye has a little tint in it. Does
that bother you?

Speaker 9 (01:35:16):
No?

Speaker 3 (01:35:16):
That doesn't bother some guys. But this we're not gonna
worry about that today. What we are going to worry
about is anyone who travels a lot, likes to travel light,
travels on a budget. When when our kid went to
scout camp for a week over the summer, he needed
a backpack, and I was like, am I gonna get
all this crap on an actual backpack? So I looked

(01:35:37):
for one of those, you know, like suitcase backpacks. Oh
my god, I am obsessed with this thing.

Speaker 1 (01:35:44):
It sounds like something Menace would like. This travels with
nothing but a backpack.

Speaker 3 (01:35:48):
And and I'm and the price, You're not even gonna believe.
This is the greatest thing ever. I know that there
are other backpacks that have this like side zip, you know,
like a suitcase, but this one is a off pack.
It's huge, it's it condensed as well. It's forty leaders,
which is the standard size for it holds forty leaders

(01:36:09):
which is the standard size of a regular carry on suitcase,
and it expands to forty five leaders it's so durable.
This kid I thought he was just gonna wreck this
thing at camp. Look how it came back. It looks
brown and he's trudging up, you know, he's hiking, and
he's you know, throwing it wherever intense and it is
absolutely perfect. It's the mateen m A t E. I

(01:36:32):
n carry on backpack and guess how much it is.

Speaker 1 (01:36:35):
I love that it has a side handle so you
can carry it like a suitcase.

Speaker 3 (01:36:38):
Give me a little it can be a backpack.

Speaker 4 (01:36:43):
Is all black, So can I get like like, I
like blush one for you know, match one they do have.

Speaker 3 (01:36:49):
I don't know, fifteen colors, like the plush instead. But
I got the extra large because this is like the
perfect size. Now for something like this, you expense.

Speaker 1 (01:37:01):
I don't remember the last time I bought a backpack,
but I would think forty nine dollars.

Speaker 4 (01:37:08):
Let's say one hundred and fifty thousand.

Speaker 10 (01:37:10):
I say forty.

Speaker 4 (01:37:11):
I'd say something fifty.

Speaker 3 (01:37:14):
This bag that now we all own one because we
were fighting over the one he brought back from Scouts
was twenty three dollars.

Speaker 4 (01:37:21):
Oh, it is so good.

Speaker 3 (01:37:24):
And that's what I'm saying, like, if you have overnights
or you travel light like Menace does. For twenty three bucks,
I was like this, this isn't going to come home.
This is going to be beat up in two days.
It's going to be ruined. No, No, it is super durable.
It rules. And it was twenty three bucks, so I
got two more. I love this thing. It has tons
of pockets. I wish I worked for the fifteen company

(01:37:45):
and got like commission.

Speaker 4 (01:37:47):
Now, Greg, can we make a deal? We say, Can
we say, hey, gena looks like a great bag. Will
you make sure that that is your kid's backpack throughout
high school that he doesn't have to come and get
a new one every single year?

Speaker 1 (01:37:57):
Is it too big to be a school backpack?

Speaker 3 (01:38:00):
Maybe for like college kids, because it does have this
big laptop thing in the front, if you want to
use it for that, or.

Speaker 1 (01:38:08):
Because if that's the case, yes, I think your kid
could use that from now until he's graduated high school.
Every year every year and this comes up once a year,
Oh it's back to school shopping time. Maybe it's just me.
My parents were house poor. I didn't get a new
backpack every year. I didn't get a new lunch box
every year.

Speaker 3 (01:38:28):
He did.

Speaker 1 (01:38:28):
The bag that I used to go to school and
put my books in was not even a backpack. It
was a Duffel bag. It was basically and I had
to carry it like a suitcase. And I use that
from childhood through high school.

Speaker 3 (01:38:40):
That's insane.

Speaker 1 (01:38:41):
And every year nowadays, oh well it's back to school.
I'm so excited. Why because they're getting new clothes, And
why what happened to your lunchbox for eight months ago?

Speaker 4 (01:38:52):
Shining, Yeah, get a plane one fashion whatever, the flip
to the Stanley, but the you know, the the big Yeah,
that was the same one the entire time.

Speaker 1 (01:39:03):
Yeah, all through school.

Speaker 3 (01:39:06):
No, he'll my my baby gets a new backpack. Just no, no,
this isn't But I'm saying I wouldn't use this for school.
It opens sideways like a suitcase Sea Bass. That's the
whole thing open. Yes, that's the whole story. So it
opens like a suitcase. You wear it on your back,
you can hold it like a briefcase. Twenty three bucks

(01:39:27):

T E I N backpack on Amazon twenty three bucks
and I again, I just bought two more because I've
now become obsessed with it. This is how I'm going
to be traveling. And we'll put it up on a
on our Instagram.

Speaker 1 (01:39:44):
Yeah, on the Instagram story at this thing you mentioned
concealer for the eyes. Yeah, My question for girls is
what the hell is exactly what the hell is to honor?

Speaker 2 (01:39:57):

Speaker 4 (01:40:10):
It looks like like just like it'll make it look
like you have No, no, it's like a face Bronzer.

Speaker 3 (01:40:17):
Toner is literally just like like a water you put
on after you.

Speaker 10 (01:40:23):
Wash your face, Like it doesn't cellular water.

Speaker 3 (01:40:25):
Whatever you do anything then you.

Speaker 4 (01:40:27):
Use for contouring Bronzer then.

Speaker 3 (01:40:31):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:40:31):
The thing I'm seeing that with toner is it's is
it an astringent sometimes?

Speaker 3 (01:40:36):
No, it's not that heavy. It's literally like water. And
for contour you use contour. Bronzer is warm. Contour is
a cool base.

Speaker 4 (01:40:44):
Other question, yeah, dog, something so called poor perfecting toner
with witch hazel, which Hazel is.

Speaker 3 (01:40:51):
A big ingredient and all that.

Speaker 10 (01:40:53):
I used to buy all that stuff Fays or whatever
that brand is, but then I realized it's just a scam.
It doesn't do anything.

Speaker 3 (01:40:59):
Okay, hey, if you guys are just desperate to find out, Yes,
I still I've never heard of that.

Speaker 4 (01:41:06):

Speaker 3 (01:41:07):
This is doctor Malaxin M E l A x I
N Doctor Malaxin.

Speaker 4 (01:41:12):

Speaker 3 (01:41:13):
I think it's the rest of It's in French calcium

me to this and I'm obsessed with it. So if
you want, you can take a little.

Speaker 10 (01:41:23):

Speaker 1 (01:41:25):
Well?

Speaker 3 (01:41:25):
Yeah, it hydrates them and it turns them a peachy
off fantasy.

Speaker 1 (01:41:28):
It's makeup, is what I mean.

Speaker 4 (01:41:30):
Kind of.

Speaker 3 (01:41:30):
But I think guys can get away with this.

Speaker 4 (01:41:32):
Man as we could go with doctor John John Jus.
Or we get the Hello Kitty pure Cura strawberry milkton er.

Speaker 3 (01:41:36):
Thank you, just pat that on, nice and cooling guy.
To try the Mateen backpack m A T E I N.
It's like a backpack suitcase for travel. Twenty three bucks

Speaker 4 (01:41:50):

Speaker 4 (01:42:06):
I'm looking for real answers, No Woody Show.

Speaker 1 (01:42:09):
We are back here on The Woody Show Wednesday morning,
when tomorrow's a throwback Thursday. I'm already pre ripping for that,
stoked for that. Right now, we actually have some ooh
food news.

Speaker 3 (01:42:22):
Oohoos you speaking of pre ripping, there is so much
stuff that's dropping right now, and I figure somebody at
least needs to give it a try and let us know.
Dairy Queen, Okay, I'm not a sweet tooth person like
I know, you're an ice cream guy. I'd much rather
have like potato chips or French fries. But this I
cannot stop thinking about. Dairy Queen has just released for

(01:42:43):
a limited time for just the month of August, the
Caramel Apple Cheesecake Blizzard Tree. I mean, good god, so
it's the August blizzard of the month. I feel like
it should be like the September or October, but whatever,
that's not quite seoson. Okay, Yeah, I agree, you should
be like watermelon or something. But it combines the DQ's signature,
you know, the soft serve with real cheesecake pieces and

(01:43:05):
caramel apple topic get inside me.

Speaker 4 (01:43:09):
I'm the only one that's kind of out.

Speaker 1 (01:43:11):
He's not a caramel eat it.

Speaker 4 (01:43:12):
I just the caramel my favorite.

Speaker 3 (01:43:15):
I'm with you. It's like a sweet that might as
well be chocolate if it's going to be sweet, I
get that. But with apple, it's perfection.

Speaker 1 (01:43:23):
Greg.

Speaker 4 (01:43:23):
Do you ever stop at a dairy queen? Because I
feel like that's one of those things you might say
doesn't exist. Yeah, I don't all.

Speaker 1 (01:43:29):
The Do I even remember the last time I saw one? No.
I My grandma used to live right near a Foster's Freeze,
do you guys? And I would go there and get
the soft served and we called it dipped. Do you
want it dipped? Yes, obviously. And then I have such

(01:43:50):
fond memories of my grandma because she lived in this
two story house and she had a porch on the
second floor, and the Fosters was off in the distance,
not that far Stone's Throat, So I would say, do
you want anything from Foster's Freeze. No, nothing, and then
I'd be about halfway to Foster's Grady.

Speaker 4 (01:44:08):
Since you're dipped, Okay, I shouted from changed mind?

Speaker 1 (01:44:16):
Is it me?

Speaker 4 (01:44:17):
And look, Derek Queen, I like you, But I also
when I think of Jerry Queen, like, oh, that's where
white trash goes?

Speaker 10 (01:44:25):
Is that where you get?

Speaker 8 (01:44:26):
Well?

Speaker 3 (01:44:26):
First of all, that's the Dilly bar, right.

Speaker 1 (01:44:28):
Yeah, okay, you're looking at the wrong guy.

Speaker 3 (01:44:30):
And what of the peanut Buster parfe?

Speaker 1 (01:44:35):
Is that peanut butter flavored?

Speaker 3 (01:44:37):
No, it's the soft serve with the chocolate dip and
crushed peanut.

Speaker 4 (01:44:43):
And the pro tip, if I can say. I was
driving back from Vegas through Baker and I it's but
there's one attached to the Tesla charging station. Oh yeah, lucky.
And there's this line out the door for everybody loves
Dairy Queen because it is awesome. So I go like,
I'm not going men, not gonna wait, no line, no
up on their app. Guess who strolls right the app works.

(01:45:05):
I was ordered number I got it right here to
screached on it. I was ordered number four three nine
four eight eight eight eight nine nine five eight eight
nine one five three and they called it out the
whole number.

Speaker 3 (01:45:16):
It's like the order from It's like your appointments up.

Speaker 4 (01:45:19):
In strolling past. These dozen suckers are just they're waiting
like dopes.

Speaker 1 (01:45:24):
Dude.

Speaker 4 (01:45:24):
I go to that location sometimes and it's so dumpy
and so packed. That's what I'm saying. White trash, dairy queen.

Speaker 3 (01:45:29):
But which ones? Which one's trash here dairy queen or
or what did you say?

Speaker 1 (01:45:34):
Foster Fosters Freeze Foster's I think kind of morphed into
like a burger spot.

Speaker 3 (01:45:39):
Yeah, they have really good corn dogs. That's all.

Speaker 4 (01:45:41):
I didn't grow up around Fosters, but I like White
Castle and Dairy Queen's Like, oh that's where the white
trash as these like uh a resurgence, like a rebrand.

Speaker 1 (01:45:52):
It's mego.

Speaker 6 (01:45:54):
But like I went not too long ago to get
and I got a happy meal or you know, years ago,
but it was still a happy meal.

Speaker 5 (01:46:01):
And the toy that I got in it was Indian
in the cupboard from like nineteen ninety two. Yeah, exactly.
So I don't know how many people are going to pass.

Speaker 4 (01:46:11):
Yeah, Shirley Scarves.

Speaker 3 (01:46:15):
Well, here's some more stuff I've been sleeping on Wendy's
too long, and I'm back on board. I love Wendy's.

Speaker 4 (01:46:20):
She just learned they have breakfast.

Speaker 3 (01:46:22):
I had no, it just didn't. I don't know why.
For some reason, Wendy's and breakfast, I don't It just
didn't compute. But they're bringing back their fall menu a
little early. And they have all these pub style things,
Like did we know they had like a pub style menu? Exactly?

Speaker 4 (01:46:36):
Yeah, we do know about that.

Speaker 3 (01:46:37):
Okay, So pretzels, this is minister killing me. So they're
bringing there was a vote, there was a vote to
bring back the pretzel bacon pub burger. That everything else
sounds great.

Speaker 1 (01:46:53):
There's something very fun and exciting about when you go
to a bar or a pub and you get the
pretzel on that hook. Yeah, little things in life are
so joyful.

Speaker 4 (01:47:02):
Totally.

Speaker 3 (01:47:02):
And they're also going to have the chicken the version
the pretzel bacon pub chicken sandwich. Both of those feature beer, cheese, sauce.
Like so far, there's nothing wrong with this. Apple would
smoke bacons, smoke honey, mustard, crispy onions, pickles, monster cheese,
pretzel bun yes, and bacon pub fries. How say you menace?

Speaker 7 (01:47:22):
No I say, King's Hawaiian bread all day, every day.
Some stupid pretzels.

Speaker 4 (01:47:28):
Well, we kind of broke this down a while ago.
Menace hates anything with a depth of flavor or richness
to it. The sweet bread there you go, perfect example
right there, sweetbread because what's pretzel? But it is the
next it's an extual browning of.

Speaker 1 (01:47:42):
The bright there's a slight maybe.

Speaker 4 (01:47:48):
What else? He hates wheat bread, wheat wheat rice. He
hates anything that has any kind of like richness or
depth or fiber to extra grainy, exactly.

Speaker 8 (01:48:00):
Pure.

Speaker 4 (01:48:01):
That's white bread and plate. You've seen milk bread, gold fish.

Speaker 3 (01:48:05):
Yes, that's very jack.

Speaker 4 (01:48:07):
I wish they had. I keep be wanting to try that. Yeah,
let's do some milk bread.

Speaker 1 (01:48:11):
I want.

Speaker 4 (01:48:12):
There's dry ass bread you want? Where can I buy it?
It's a market, central market.

Speaker 3 (01:48:20):
The thirty five degrees or no offense.

Speaker 4 (01:48:24):
Hmrt stinks And I don't mean, I don't mean stinks
is in food. I mean stinks is in smell. It
smells like bad fish. And I get it because they
have a lot of fish there.

Speaker 1 (01:48:33):
Yeah, but yeah, you just need to go to a
better location.

Speaker 4 (01:48:36):
The one beaches.

Speaker 8 (01:48:39):
Huge.

Speaker 3 (01:48:41):
Okay, Well, another thing. Let's just keep going on stuff
that men is gonna hate when he's always going to
have the apple crumble Frosty Fusion. That's a vanilla frosty
sworld with spiced apple syrup and blended with oat crumbles.

Speaker 4 (01:48:58):
Oat crumbles, he.

Speaker 9 (01:49:01):
Of you.

Speaker 4 (01:49:02):
No, no, no, I'm down. I've tried this. Am I
doing it wrong?

Speaker 1 (01:49:06):
Too?

Speaker 4 (01:49:07):
That overnight oats thing that you guys talked about for
a while, So they sell in.

Speaker 7 (01:49:14):
Like these little I don't know, like look shaker bottles, yeah,
milk container things and then to put Yeah, you put
some water into it and then you shake it up
and you put it overnight in your fridge.

Speaker 4 (01:49:25):
It comes out like sludge, you know, and it tastes good.

Speaker 7 (01:49:30):
But like I'm breaking my neck trying to get it
out of the bottle. Am I supposed to take it
out of the bottle and put it in like a
bowl and eat it or am I just eat it out?

Speaker 4 (01:49:40):
Contain right? Yeah? God man, Like my neck is going
all the way back. It's not coming out. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:49:49):
I don't disagree with you, but I eat it with
a spoon like I'm eating oatmeal.

Speaker 7 (01:49:53):
Yeah, you put it in another vessel or yeah, Okay,
at this point, Sammy's body is like eighty percent oatmeal?

Speaker 3 (01:50:02):
Do I do?

Speaker 4 (01:50:03):
I'm just saying that there's no caramel up in there.
I'm good.

Speaker 3 (01:50:06):
Well, there's one more thing, and I menace. Not only
do I know you're gonna love this, We've got to
do a taste drive on this. Jimmy John's introducing back
to school peeb and j Cookie Let's Go. It features
a peanut butter bass filled with grape jelly and topped
with crunchy, little crusty peanuts. So that's available now participating

(01:50:28):

into well proceeds go to you know something good and
uh and yeah, let's get some of those up in there.

Speaker 4 (01:50:39):
Dude, I love Jimmy John. People sleep on Jimmy John.
It's so good. The bread is so delicious.

Speaker 3 (01:50:46):
But I can also see now sea best that you
said that about his lack of depth of flavor. Why
you might like Jimmy John's bread better than Jersey My bread,
because that's what's more going on.

Speaker 4 (01:50:56):
Freaking delicious. It's like it's sugar.

Speaker 1 (01:51:00):
Yeah, it's good, more fun than goner rhea.

Speaker 7 (01:51:03):
I mean, I've had gone Area a few times, and
I haven't had Gonerie show.

Speaker 1 (01:51:09):
All right, we're rip. That's going to do it for
a Wednesday here on The Woody Show, Woody and Jeff

(01:51:46):
even going to tease because it's so damn weird and
I don't even fully understand what it is.

Speaker 4 (01:51:50):
Why is it weird?

Speaker 1 (01:51:51):
Greg, It's named weird, it involves Tyler, it's all weird.

Speaker 5 (01:51:56):
