Speaker 1 (00:02):
The doom to the repic nature of this program.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Listener, this question, is it lie the Woody Show.

Speaker 3 (00:23):
This is the Woody Show.

Speaker 1 (00:26):
Insensitivity Training.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
Class is now in session. Well, good morning, everybody. Welcome
to Throwback Thursday here on The Woody Show. Woody and
Jeff g both out. They will be back Monday. Everybody
else is in the room. On August the six, which
is today, it's a Balloons to Heaven Day. Disapprove you

(01:02):
and your balloons at a funeral? And oh you're going
on your memory by killing animals.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
F you, it's a celebration of life.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
It sucks.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
Stop it now, Greg, You say that Balloons to Heaven
Day honors the countless lives lost to gun violence.

Speaker 2 (01:18):
Yeah, thanks, It could be poignant, but leave your balloons
on the ground, you a.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
Shea's The only way you could do it is by
littering exactly.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
Today's Heroshima Day. Do you know why? Menace?

Speaker 3 (01:31):
Because they drop bombs.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
Hashima on this day in nineteen forty five and Nola
Gay dropped the atomic bomb. Nola who a Nola Gay?

Speaker 3 (01:41):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (01:43):
National I PA Day today. It's also National root Beer
Float Day, and it's National Fresh Breath Day. Yes, that's
for you men. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:52):
Oh, and speaking about your mouth, and do you have
a question now, SeaBASS, you have indicated that you might
have been joined myself and Sammy in this journey, but
now you.

Speaker 3 (02:04):
Please confirm or deny do you have the visil line.
So uh we this was not planned, This was not
coordinated in any way, but the three Oh, Sammy, Menace
and myself all within like a week of each other,
decided to get in Visiligne. And by the way, I
planned this two months. I had that when it happens,
there's no way I would have known who because I

(02:25):
had I to go back. This actually goes back like
two years because I was getting a recession on my
gums in my low especially my lower molars, just from
grinding at night. And they said, okay, well, first we're
going to fix your recession by grafting, getting the new
the gum of surgery that I had, which is terrible,
which was not fun. But the only way this is
going to stop from happening again in like ten years

(02:47):
is if you get fixed your alignment. So I had
to have breaks when I was in my teens, not
for six years like Sammy did. Yeah, and so uh
and so yeah, now I had the recession done, I went,
and then the next move was to get the in
visilign to hopefully stop the grinding.

Speaker 4 (02:59):
Yeah, because sam and I have been whispering to each other.
I think I think Sea Bass has a visil line.
And then you told me about some tool to remove
my visial lines, like a little meat meat hook to
get the revision. Yeah, because I'm constantly putting it in
and out like keep all morning and then Sammy keeps
it in the entire show.

Speaker 3 (03:16):
I don't know how she does that.

Speaker 5 (03:18):
Well, I'll take it out to eat and then I
go brush my teeth. You eat stuff and drink stuff
and pop it in and out.

Speaker 3 (03:23):
Without Yeah, it's man's what do you expect?

Speaker 6 (03:27):
I guess as a fellow grinder. Are they saying it'll
actually fix that or you'll just grind through the visil
line at some point.

Speaker 3 (03:34):
No, they're saying that the grinding is because my teeth
are misaligned. And it's not bad either, Like I have
a good teeth. Again, I had braces, but it's just
enough to they say, cause this you know TMJ.

Speaker 6 (03:44):
So how long? How long is this supposed to be?

Speaker 5 (03:46):
In?

Speaker 3 (03:47):
Ten months? Okay, okay.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
Now, the other day I looked at Woody and he
I thought maybe had invisil line. Really, yeah, I didn't
want to ask for some reason. I got sidetracked for
something else, and I think it was something. It wasn't
so much the lisp. It was like a weird shine
to the teeth. Yeah, his face looked different, so I
think maybe wood he got it too.

Speaker 3 (04:10):
Whoa, We got to get folks who don't know it's
it's not just a essentially a retainer that they they
glue on little blocks ceramic like that. It looked like
the climbing blocks and a climbing wall. Yeah, because the
teeth it has to obviously the retainer has to grip
onto something to move it away from the other stuff.

(04:31):
But I got a low profile one. Oh.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
I always thought they just sent them to you and
you did it yourself.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
That's what I thought too. It is super easy. They
it just cleaned your teeth. They glew them on. Takes
twenty thirty minutes.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
Is it covered by dental insurance?

Speaker 3 (04:43):
Mine was partially? Now it's still you're still talking four figures,
but not high four figures.

Speaker 6 (04:49):
And where are your little blocks?

Speaker 3 (04:50):
Are they in the front, not on the front. They
do that intense because they don't want that's where you're in.
You don't want to put them on your incisors because
you have that's where your your your your biting is
and that's sheer force up against those that are on
the they're on the back, like four or five on
each upper and lower on each side, and they do
if you have braces and you know that, like the
inside your mouth gets all torn up. I had a

(05:11):
little bit of that, but not bad. I went away
pretty quickly. You can always get the dental wax if
you want to.

Speaker 2 (05:16):
And can you get them just on the top or
just the bottom, like I want to do it just the.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
Bottom, imagine you could, but they usually want to align
it with the top or all right, yeah, that's one
of the reasons I had to get it too, was
the alignment.

Speaker 5 (05:27):
As we talked about my jaw pops and I do
the grinding, and they were like, well, this is basically
the first step of it. Hopefully helping the grinding because
like Sea Bass had to do the gum thing. They
told me I was still young enough to kind of
not have to end up there. But if I don't
do something now, I will have to have the same
surgery that Sea Bass has.

Speaker 3 (05:46):
I got. The pinhole gum surgery is surgery where they
take they take a meat hook gum, yank it up
and then use bio glue to stick it on your
too and it works. It works. The other way is
they take a they carved, They carve on piece of
the roof of your mouth out, so that's that's a

(06:07):
shot up there. Then they then they suit your that
on or stitch that onto the gum part. So which
do you want, Greg, do you want to or do
you want a piece of your other mouth ripped out?

Speaker 2 (06:17):
I want the gum Yankee.

Speaker 4 (06:18):
Yeah, I'll be like, I'm done, take them all out.

Speaker 2 (06:23):
It is so cute that the three of you had
a little meeting.

Speaker 3 (06:26):
And basic.

Speaker 5 (06:32):
Going to be done with mine pretty quick. Mine's only
three months long. I only have about a month and
a half hockey for you.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (06:38):
I think I have like eight trays, so I have
to change it every two weeks.

Speaker 3 (06:43):
I don't know what the mask I have twenty one trays.
Oh yeah, ten months. So you take them out every
again and they give you a new tray. They give
ball to you in a big box. Yeah, keep tracking, okay,
and every every like eight to ten days, you take one,
put a new one in, and please.

Speaker 6 (06:59):
Tell me not just in charge of that, because that
sounds confusing.

Speaker 3 (07:01):
You No, got it?

Speaker 2 (07:02):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (07:02):
Okay. The guy who's eating with his on and.

like your mantra, Gina, No rest for.

Speaker 3 (08:16):
Big breasts mantra right, Charlie.

your celebrity birthdays. And we got more Woody show coming

Speaker 3 (08:52):
Do you live in or around Dallas, Texas? What's going on? Everybody?
It's menace.

Speaker 4 (08:57):

Lazy Dog Restaurant from noon to two pm doing a

(09:22):
from noon to two pm. Can't wait to see you there.
In the meantime, enjoy the Woody Show podcast. It is
a brand new hour of The Woody Show. Yeah and
Jeff g are out of town to be back on Monday.
Everybody else is here on a throwback Thursday, and this

(09:45):
is kind of throwback. At my house, I have a
trash compactor and I had the.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
Crappiest night last night because I haven't taken my trash
out in so long because I always forget that it
is a trash compactor. So I've been compacting and compacting, compacting,
and I thought this thing rules, I can save on
garbage bags and just compact the hell out of it. Well,
today's garbage day, so I had to take the garbage out,
and I had been compacting it for so damn long.
The bag ripped as I try to take it out,

(10:14):
so I can't get the trash out. So now with
my bare hands, I'm trying to get I don't know,
three weeks of garbage out of there. The bag explodes,
coffee grounds everywhere, avocado pits everywhere, macaroni and cheese residue everywhere.
It was such a disaster. It was so disgusting, and
then I had to spend about an hour cleaning it up.

(10:34):
So my night sucked, but MENACE's night ruled. Apparently it
did because you had the distinct honor of having dinner
with Tyler's family.

Speaker 4 (10:44):
I did, so, Yeah, I talked about it a little
bit yesterday. But I'm doing this thing with Lazy Dog
Restaurants where they have family Night every Wednesday night, and
I'm gonna be having dinner with like listeners and then
friends and family. And the first family that I had
dinner with was Tyler's family, and it was quite lovely,

(11:05):
and I got to ask them a lot of questions
about Tyler. And unfortunately, like my microphone, like there was
some issue with it. But I did get some audio,
but this part I didn't get on recorded.

Speaker 3 (11:17):
And I asked him.

Speaker 4 (11:19):
I was like, was there any like embarrassing things with
Tyler that happened? And the first story that his dad
shared with me was that they went to Disneyland, and
I guess it was like, what was it the Maden.

Speaker 3 (11:30):
Horn or something. So we go to Disney Yeah, and
we go on Space Mountain.

Speaker 2 (11:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (11:34):
Yeah, Well they going on Space Mountain and they all
sit on there and then suddenly he's like, yeah, the
ride stopped and they asked us to get off the
ride and they pulled us aside and said, sorry, your
your son is too large to be on the ride.

Speaker 3 (11:49):
How old were you at the time, mid twenties. Yeah,
that's what I was saying.

Speaker 7 (11:55):
And what he did not mentioned is that there was
a whole other car in front of us.

Speaker 3 (11:59):
I had a bunch of hey people ought it too.

Speaker 4 (12:00):
So yeah, apparently he maxed it out there. But yeah,
if you don't know Tyler, there's Tyler, his mom and
dad and five brothers, right, So I asked him, like,
how did you even get by? And this is what
happened when they went grocery shopping. So here's clip one recap.

Speaker 3 (12:20):
This real quick.

Speaker 4 (12:20):
So when you would go to the store, there's Tyler
and then he has five brothers.

Speaker 3 (12:25):
How many gallons of milk would you buy?

Speaker 2 (12:27):
We'd buy every two weeks.

Speaker 8 (12:28):
We'd lt fourteen yellows. I think how many eggs you
to go through?

Speaker 2 (12:31):
Five dozen, five two weeks. Yeah, five dozen, two weeks.

Speaker 3 (12:36):
So they would drink a millionaire milk a day.

Speaker 6 (12:40):
Yea, so very milk heavy family.

Speaker 7 (12:43):
It was about like fourteen gallons of milk and then
just one brother would drink about half of it by
himself because that kid loved milk.

Speaker 2 (12:51):
Was that you it was not? Maybe?

Speaker 4 (12:53):
Yeah, but they were telling me, like their their breakfast,
like every Saturday Sunday.

Speaker 3 (12:58):
It was like a hole low of bread.

Speaker 2 (13:01):
It was.

Speaker 7 (13:01):
It was like at least a gallon and a half
of milk, a whole off of bread, maybe a dozen
and a half eggs, pound and a half maybe two
pounds of baking because I mean you're feeding six or yeah,
six growing kids, so you know it was a full
cheaper by the dozen growing right.

Speaker 4 (13:16):
Yeah, it was insane. But it's not like Tyler didn't
help out around the house. So his mom shared a
story about him providing for the family. So you had
a story about Tyler coming home with a bunch of
food one time.

Speaker 9 (13:28):
Yeah, there's actually two. I have this issue with tweinkies
because they're so unhealthy, and at the time, there was
a rumor that Hostess was going out of business, and so.

Speaker 6 (13:39):
They were like, you gotta get yourself.

Speaker 9 (13:41):
So Charna comes home with like ten boxes of Tweakies.

Speaker 10 (13:44):
It comes in.

Speaker 9 (13:45):
Dad, I know she won't let you have them, so
I got them for you because he got them I
at a discount. And this one time when the grocery
store was about to close, he waited till the meat
was on sale for seventy five percent off and he
came home with like thirty six pounds of bacon.

Speaker 6 (14:06):
That's really really nice of you. Good effort. And your
mom has such a sweet, adorable voice.

Speaker 3 (14:12):
What I was picturing his mom is so cool.

Speaker 6 (14:15):
His dad sounds way more just haggard and exhausted.

Speaker 3 (14:18):
There was so nice. So there is a couple of
things here. This Twinkies thing that was that was very recently.

Speaker 7 (14:24):
No, this was when Hostess was maybe first going out
of business, is like early twenty tens.

Speaker 3 (14:29):
A while that happened like an early twenty ten. Yeah,
it's been a while. I don't know my.

Speaker 7 (14:36):
I mean, I do trust Tyler, so I remember that
because I was working at the grocery store at the time.

Speaker 3 (14:41):
So that's how I was able.

Speaker 6 (14:42):
To like keep an eye on the boxes from.

Speaker 3 (14:45):
The back, and my mom hates it when my dad
gets twinkies and she specifically calls some cancer sticks.

Speaker 7 (14:51):
Yeah yeah, and those are cigarettes. Yeah, pretty much. And
then you know, that's how I knew that. Also, the
bacon was going down because our store was closing for and.

Speaker 3 (15:01):
Tyler worked there.

Speaker 7 (15:02):
Yeah, every book disappearing, everything got marked down. So I
bought all the bacon we started in the freezer. It
lasted about six months.

Speaker 3 (15:12):
It worked out. Back back to the getting kicked off
the Disneyland ride for being too fat? Were you the
only one?

Speaker 2 (15:19):
Yes?

Speaker 3 (15:19):
Please, You're the only one in your group who was
not allowed to ride?

Speaker 7 (15:25):
Uh no, So they had to. They took everybody off,
and then they split us up into like two other
separate cars. Oh yeah, basically to spread out.

Speaker 6 (15:38):
They took everybody off and they're like, everybody, but you
get back.

Speaker 3 (15:41):
On kind of.

Speaker 7 (15:42):
So they took the first group and they're like spread out,
and then they took like the second group and they're like,
are you guys spread out?

Speaker 2 (15:47):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (15:47):
So I've been with Tyler when this has happened. Yeah,
we were on the well, we tried to go on.

Speaker 7 (15:53):
The Grizzly No, we tried to go on a ghost
rider ghost Rider Yeah, yeah, Wooden roller coaster and they
want to let them on.

Speaker 3 (16:00):
We had to get off the ride.

Speaker 4 (16:01):
That was a bit of a wake up corn slider.
So yeah, it was great. So yeah, I would love
to try it again. But he's super afraid of roller coasters.

Speaker 2 (16:08):
That great, right good?

Speaker 3 (16:10):
Yeah, Final Destination three scarred me for life. So because
when you're on the coach or you're not allowed to eat,
is that no doubt, it takes away from that.

Speaker 2 (16:18):
You don't want to take three minutes out schedule on
top of that.

Speaker 4 (16:23):
So I also I did ask his dad as Tyler
ever like disappointed you, you know, let you down.

Speaker 8 (16:31):
So currently, So one of the things that Tyler did
when he was younger, dad still annoys me to the
States to no end, was well, I believe he was
working at the Woody Show when he first started, and
he wanted to buy a truck and he's kind of
hinted about it, and I said, no, you're not buying
a truck.

Speaker 3 (16:48):
We got the car. That's what you can afford, live
within your means.

Speaker 8 (16:52):
So he comes home with a nice brand new truck
that he leased and set up. But and that was
the beginning of his troubles, way beyond his means. And
he found that out that for about a year year
and now, but I was just so mad. I just
wanted to just kill, just to strangle it. And so
I had to help bail him out to get out

(17:13):
of that mess. And it took him a few years
to pay that off back to me. But uh, as
a dad, you just can't fix stupid.

Speaker 2 (17:22):
So just leave you with that.

Speaker 6 (17:26):
And that does he know that's how you became.

Speaker 3 (17:28):
He is very well aware that is the origin of
the He supports it too.

Speaker 4 (17:31):
And it's like we we thought, like, oh, this guy
has gone through life without any guidance, but he has.

Speaker 2 (17:39):
But he just ignored it.

Speaker 3 (17:40):
Yeah, can you get for folks who are fresh, can
you give the quick numbers on what that truck lease was?
Oh god, it was six hundred a month, and then
the insurance on top of that, I think was like
another two hundred. Sook know, the the total the total package,
the term limit.

Speaker 7 (17:55):
It was six hundred a month for I believe six
years at least. Yeah, Yeah, it was a least.

Speaker 3 (18:01):
At least yeah, which you know, apparently that is the norm. Now,
So I was just because he does heavy construction outside.

Speaker 4 (18:09):
Yeah wait no, he didn't need to and it made
more of than minimum wage and.

Speaker 3 (18:13):
He just can't fix stupid.

Speaker 6 (18:16):
Also, we now know exactly what Tyler is going to
sound like in thirty.

Speaker 3 (18:20):
Oh yeah, yeah, exact same boy.

Speaker 4 (18:22):
And unfortunately his dad had something really nice to say
to him.

Speaker 3 (18:25):
Just record that.

Speaker 4 (18:28):
He does love that Tyler has followed his passion in
you know, wanting to pursue what he does now, and
he supports that, so he's.

Speaker 2 (18:36):
Happy that he's doing that.

Speaker 4 (18:37):
That was cool, but it was a It was a
lovely dinner and I hope to be having some more
dinners with some actual listeners. So on my Instagram later
at mens uh just follow there and I'll have some
instructions and maybe we can hang out at Lazy Dog together.

Speaker 3 (18:53):
Fun, good times.

Speaker 7 (18:55):
My parents had a blast. They loved menas, so it's
like cool, everything worked out.

Speaker 2 (18:59):
Yeah, we're gonna give the sub disappointed your dad's.

Speaker 3 (19:04):
Do you really have a good relationship with your dad
if you don't disappoint him at least once?

Speaker 2 (19:07):
Uh? Yeah, okay, maybe we got more Woody show coming up.

Speaker 8 (19:12):
You just can't fix stupid.

Speaker 2 (19:15):
The Woodie Show, right, now I got a pop quiz
for menace. All right, quick name Tyler's.

Speaker 4 (19:21):
Brothers, Yeah, Josh, Jacob, Okay, jesse, H, John and Turn Yeah.

Speaker 2 (19:33):
All right. Well, every year the Social Security Administration they
released the most popular baby names throughout the country. The
most recent one is the top picks for twenty twenty
five and some old favorites. So Olivia still the top
name for girls for the seventh year in a row.
Liam number one for boys for the ninth year in
a row. But the SSA also tracks all the most

(19:57):
unpopular names, so these are babies that are uh ten
or fewer babies that have these names. The least popular
name for girls Tsunami, Maybeline, Eureka, infant girl, I love
that barretta poem. Yeah that's kind of cool.

Speaker 11 (20:15):
I like Bretta, badass girl, Jinx Mattel, and then not
Zoe but Zowie.

Speaker 3 (20:26):
This is the greatest list because you know, it's just
the trashiest idiot complet seventeen year old is like, oh yeah.

Speaker 2 (20:33):
Get out luxury oh.

Speaker 6 (20:39):
And a tone so she was a mistake.

Speaker 2 (20:44):
And then for the boys, the least popular boy names,
Howdy Opa.

Speaker 3 (20:51):
Brewster, Bretta.

Speaker 2 (20:56):
This could have been a name of one of Tyler's brothers.
Three three Yeah, three, Matrix Chaos. Oh yeah, these are
dad's dream and that they're kid's a badass, Demon, nice, Billion,
Ferrari Anchor, Trigger, Trigger, and Tarzan noise. Yeah. So those

(21:21):
are your most unpopular baby names for five.

Speaker 6 (21:25):
I mean we have to consider some of those.

Speaker 2 (21:27):
Yeah, Ferrari, bd, Demon and billions.

Speaker 3 (21:31):
It's fast forward to twenty years. This is a headline,
Tarzan Joe arrested.

Speaker 2 (21:38):
Right, Love Love, We're back here on the Woody Show,
Greg Gory, Menie Gina, she's got your headlines. Well.

Speaker 6 (21:49):
The family of Perez Hilton is speaking out after his
mental breakdown and self harm video on TikTok. His family
and team posted a message to his website saying that
Perez is getting medical care and that they're all focused
on his well. They said that they'll share updates if
and when they're able to, but for now they're asking
for privacy, you know, pretty standard stuff. And his podcast

(22:09):
partner Co's Booker from The Booker and Striker Show here
on Alt nine eight seven in the afternoons, he also
spoke out, saying pretty much what the family said and
adding that the podcast is obviously TVD at the moment.
And as for the original TikTok stream that started all this,
the video was up for at least fifteen minutes before
it was taken down. TikTok said it was due to

(22:29):
a moderator error that caused a delay and shutting down
the live stream after the automated mods system flagged it.

Speaker 3 (22:35):
Oh, fIF I think fifteen minutes is reasonable.

Speaker 6 (22:37):
Yeah, I thought that was actually pretty fat.

Speaker 3 (22:39):
I don't suspect TikTok to be like, oh, what's Perez Hill? Yeah, oh,
prillion guys going on. But it did.

Speaker 6 (22:45):
But it did automated like get flagged right away. Just
took a little bit for somebody to actually get to it.
And a Hawaiian Democratic congressional candidate has gone viral after
a video saw this. He got photo with the He
got his ass rocked yesterday throwing down at the beach.
His name is Krill Basin, and it all started because

(23:08):
he had a problem. It all started because he had
a problem with where another group of people had put
their stuff on the beach, and it just got crazier
from there.

Speaker 3 (23:16):
I told him, if he wants to go on to
the hop, come here. I'm a child on forty five
years old.

Speaker 12 (23:36):
Scrapping chair thrower, thanks loving, yeah, saying wake up.

Speaker 3 (23:48):
Yeah, I still don't get what it's even going on.

Speaker 6 (23:50):
So basically they were fighting about where they put their
stuff and the music was too loud and all this stuff.
Well he's a congressional candidate. He went nuts.

Speaker 3 (24:00):
Yes, So that's that's the thing is. I was kind
of afraid of this when I was very briefly almost
running for city council. Is because this guy, he's a wacko.
He was never seriously to be a member of Congress,
but you tag that title on it. Yet now he
is screwed forever exactly. Every time you look watching you
know what. Not fair, not true. I just looked up
as getting name and I got something actually from May

(24:20):
of this hold on, I'm getting there.

Speaker 6 (24:22):
Yeah, this is not where it started, by the way,
and he was woken up and he took off, but
the group was he was fighting with did call the cops.
They came and arrested him. He's facing two felony charges
of terroristic threatening, including one where he threatened the other
guy with a knife. And by the way, as I
think Sea West was getting to he was also arrested
in May after he allegedly pulled a gun on someone

(24:44):
after storming a government building. So he's super cool, totally stable.
Hope he represents Hawaii. And there's been another wave of
people getting sick from fast food. This time we're back
to good old Chipotle. The company announced that they removed
all their hollow pinos, which I haven't been there that often,
but I don't even remember there being halopenos at Chipotle.

(25:04):
Probably died in the yeah, and replaced them with one
from another supplier. After the halapenos were linked to over
one hundred cases of Selmoniller's. All the cases were in Minnesota,
so at least it's not widespread, but still Chipotle said
they made the switch just out of caution. There's also
over one hundred cases in Colorado, but the FDA has
not confirmed that that's from Chipotle. That could just be

(25:26):
a totally separate jalapeno incident. And the Zach Brown Band,
they have a lot of new diehard fans after their
performance at Fenway Park the other night, so the band
wanted to celebrate their fifteenth straight sold out show at Fenway,
and right before they played their song same Boat Zach
had an announcement for the crowd.

Speaker 2 (25:47):
This is the biggest giveaway in history, Ladies, a gentleman
tier to night and play my part.

Speaker 3 (25:52):
I'm buying every.

Speaker 2 (25:53):
Single person here a cremis for two people all the
boat rad that's the coolest socking, Oprah, and.

Speaker 6 (26:03):
Thirty seven thousand people there and they're all getting free cruises.
In case you're wondering that adds up to well, you
want to guess how much money that would add up
to seven thousand thousand cruises?

Speaker 3 (26:13):
Well, okay, let's be careful because the brand manners these
are Margaritaville, Oh Sea Bass.

Speaker 6 (26:20):
Would you just stop mowing the lawn I was down there.

Speaker 3 (26:23):
That changes the amount of cost marya.

Speaker 6 (26:26):
Villat see right, Okay, that's.

Speaker 3 (26:29):
Still that's important.

Speaker 2 (26:30):
The number thank you cises.

Speaker 13 (26:34):
Two seven million, thirty seven.

Speaker 2 (26:39):
I can't he doesn't pay for twelve million.

Speaker 4 (26:44):
Say, I'm gonna say like it was maybe the cruises
like eight hundred and fifty dollars each thirty seven a
three day weekend.

Speaker 6 (26:52):
Or thing you're using out a calculator and he's like
got a PowerPoint present.

Speaker 2 (26:57):
Well, there's a lot on the lines.

Speaker 3 (27:00):
Is like three hundred million or me. Everybody.

Speaker 6 (27:03):
Everybody is way off in every direction. It's a value
of about forty million dollars. And yes, that's on the
Margaritaville at Sea during U select sailings next year, I
follow this woman who goes on the worst everything, like
the worst hotel, the worst cruise, the worst and so yes,
she has been on the Margarita Ville at Sea.

Speaker 2 (27:24):
That's the worst.

Speaker 6 (27:26):
Yeah, it's really it seems all it seems I depending on.

Speaker 3 (27:31):
What you're expecting Carnival. I've gone to the Margarita Hotel.
Margaritaville hotels are fine. Yeah, yeah, the Margarita Hill and
Times Squares great.

Speaker 6 (27:42):
There's not a lot going on, there's not a lot
to do with The food is mid which it is
on a lot of ships. But Carnival does have a
lot happening, like a lot of entertainment fights fights, theater fights,
dinner fights.

Speaker 3 (27:54):
And I have no idea Zach Brown was popular enough
to do how many full shows?

Speaker 6 (27:58):
Fifteen?

Speaker 3 (28:00):
Dude, he's yeah, yeah, we're seeing him in a country
I was off by on my calculations.

Speaker 4 (28:11):
My initial calculation was thirty one million, four hundred and
fifty thousand.

Speaker 6 (28:17):
Okay, so you were closest without going on. Get to
go to Margaret.

Speaker 3 (28:24):
Let's go.

Speaker 6 (28:25):
A thirty one year old dad in Ohio has been
arrested and a lot of people are rallying around this guy.
So listen to the story and tell me where you land.
Here's what happened. The dad and his wife found out
found a video of a dude sexually assaulting their eleven
year old daughter at their home. So dad took matters
into his own hands. He posed this as the daughter
on TikTok to get this douche to come back. The

(28:46):
plan worked, the guy came back and that's when dad
pulled a gun out and shot the guy twice. The
cops were called and the dad told them that he
initially just planned to beat the guy up, but he
thought he saw him reaching for a gun, so he
pulled out his gun and fired the a hold did live,
but was taken to jail and indicted by a grand jury,
but the dad was also arrested in charge with felony assault.

(29:06):
Tons of people now demanding he be let go. He's
still in jail with a seventy thousand dollars bond.

Speaker 3 (29:11):
How say you, I'm telling you assaults a pretty good
charge for shooting somebody here. That's they're definitely letting him
off the lot.

Speaker 2 (29:18):
That one.

Speaker 3 (29:18):
That's the slap on the risk, right, because that's very
easily attempted murderer. Yeah, for sure, especially premeditated where you're
luring the guy there, right.

Speaker 6 (29:24):
Yeah, I was just gonna beat him up.

Speaker 2 (29:26):
I mean emotionally obviously, I'm a big fan of Vigilanti.

Speaker 6 (29:29):
Yeah, same, but legally he said it all. I like
self defense, right, I like how.

Speaker 2 (29:36):
He said he reached for the gun he was coming
right for So that's that's a good one, totally, Team Dad.

Speaker 6 (29:41):
Yeah, well, we will see what happens with him, and
we will be all eyes on Ohio and that's what's
going on.

Speaker 2 (29:48):
All right, Thank you, No Woody Show. Welcome back to
The Woody Show on a Thursday morning, back Monday, by
the way, just in f YI and see best. What
were you wondering, you said, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (30:04):
Yeah, I've got a photos to remind you. But if
you noticed, we had a sign put up, oh I
don't know, maybe a month ago in the courtyard outside
the office. It was warning us that there are coyotes
in the area.

Speaker 2 (30:16):
Wow, you did say that?

Speaker 3 (30:19):
No, really, but I see animals in that area, cootes
out not in the courtyard but outside the courtyard like
super early in the morning. Yeah, raccoons, and you guys
hear that sign's been out.

Speaker 2 (30:28):
I saw the sign. I didn't stop to read it,
but I mean I saw the job. I saw the
gist of it. Coyotes in area.

Speaker 3 (30:34):
So I meant, well, I actually I thought was the
case everything coyotes an area warning. There have been signings
of kadies in the air. That's true. And I meant
is there are four tips about what to do when
you see at kyote. Get read those for us.

Speaker 4 (30:46):
Don't feed the coyotes or leave food out right, don't
approach or turn your back or run away it's okay. Yeah,
and then uh walk dogs on a short leash.

Speaker 3 (30:56):
Correct, Oh, we shouldn't have dogs here. But yees carrying
noise makers? Oh in always haze. I mean that just
I think that means yell at them, basically like fraternity hazing. Yeah,
it's and below that. It's got the thing to do.
So if you see a kyote, besides doing all those
things which have little little little like stick figure graphics

(31:18):
that you're supposed to say something.

Speaker 4 (31:20):
It says get big, get loud, and shout go away coyote,
because you know they.

Speaker 6 (31:26):
Understand you could say literally anything.

Speaker 3 (31:29):
So we've been like, as you can see there, even
though we didn't read it, this is a funny sign,
like those are some pretty silly things. So I also
saw this sign like a month ago, and I said
to myself, what if I just made some slight adjustments
to the sign, Okay, so to improve it? Right, So, Greg,
since I don't think MENA is going to be good
at like spotting the differences, necessarily, if you could kind
of read the news sign that which I which I

(31:52):
put up four or five days ago. By the way
I put this, I gently taped this over the existing
yard signs eighteen by twenty four yard signed size, and
so so you could you could tear this off.

Speaker 2 (32:05):
And Greg, yours is far more enterting. Okay, Okay, I
see coyotes an area girl morning, there are fierce coyotes
up in this piece. Do not feed the coyotes or
leave food out. The first four all the same, you
can get okay, Okay, Then the carry noise maker show
them your butt as a sign of dominance.

Speaker 3 (32:26):
That's a little stick figure if somebody shows.

Speaker 2 (32:27):
Somebody leaning over and here's a stick figure of a
guy holding up stuff in his hands, show them a
card trick to confused though jokes, right, yeah, and when
so what you see when? You should get big, get
loud and shout out, coyote. I ain't scurt you.

Speaker 3 (32:47):
So I put that up four or five days ago
just because the mess are just still the same. The
information is still getting out there.

Speaker 2 (32:53):
Essentially, right.

Speaker 3 (32:55):
But I walked up or I came up the elevator
this morning, and not only was my cute and funny
sign removed, the whole original sign was gonna tell so now.

Speaker 6 (33:04):
There, Now we are going to get attacked by coyotes.

Speaker 3 (33:07):
Oh no, no, So I'm curious number one, and well,
I think the most likely thing is, we know how
boring and awful this security is here. We they'd shut
down our beer bong off the roof attempt. They shut
down me parking my cyber truck here when I first
got it. There are a bunch of loser dopes who
work at this office. So I think that's the most
Now that I've been asking you guys, do you think

(33:28):
that's the most likely that somebody looked at it was like, hey, yes, yeah,
this is not okay.

Speaker 6 (33:32):
Yeah, but not only like you said, is all the
pertinent information still on it? But I assume that's the
original QR code. And yes it was provided by the
local Animals animal shelter. And if you said coyote, I skirt,
you would have the same result as go away coyote.

Speaker 3 (33:48):
Thank you?

Speaker 2 (33:49):
Was the sign the same size?

Speaker 3 (33:51):
Oh it was, you can kind of see. I took
a photo, but like again it's it's exactly eighteen by
twenty four, exactly the same coloring. It was designed to
blame because it lasted for four or five days. Yeah,
and again I very I didn't like. I didn't take
the old sign of throw it away, take it over
the front, so you could just in five seconds you
would take it off and peel mint away.

Speaker 6 (34:07):
And if any word on your sign caught my eye,
I would be more absolute, would be more likely to
read the sign because I didn't read the other one.

Speaker 3 (34:14):
How long is the sign here in total? Before you're
probably two addition, probably.

Speaker 2 (34:21):
I saw it, I just didn't read it. But this
gives credence to one of my complaints to the highest
mukeety muck in this building. When we had them on
and told them issues around the building. The front door
of the lobby was broken and it always stayed open,
and I said coyotes could walk right in, and that
was met with a lot of like.

Speaker 3 (34:38):
Oh please, because he doesn't come. Because then the reason
that is is because of the the temperature differences cause
an air pressure, so essentially that during certain a certain
times of the year, that door just blows open. The
magnets don't catch it to close.

Speaker 2 (34:50):
It, and that's inviting coyotes to I.

Speaker 3 (34:53):
Have I have seen inside here, but I've seen them
out on the patty of the porch, like around the
outside of that area. I've seen them down the street
at the off at the hospital. Kyties do be up
in this piece, they cal.

Speaker 2 (35:05):
And you got to let them know you're not scared.
I've seen skunkson here too.

Speaker 4 (35:09):
Again, I saw deer in the courtyard. In the courtyard, Yeah,
it's badass.

Speaker 6 (35:15):
They get there because they can walk right through the
Where are the deer on the main street next to
the court, Well, they're down in that park, the cemetery
down the street.

Speaker 3 (35:26):
They're up in the hills.

Speaker 6 (35:27):
Well, you guys just know that things might move at
a glacial pace, but eventually they do get taken care of.
Remember the rose pen in the front lobby that was,
you know, causing a lot of disruption. You know how
we're not supposed to have like trinkets and everything. We
had the super classy, big giant pen with a big
pink synthetic rose.

Speaker 3 (35:48):
That was a project.

Speaker 6 (35:49):
Yeah, well that was how many months ago and it
is finally gone.

Speaker 2 (35:56):
That day.

Speaker 3 (35:58):
The highest authority to get this penry move.

Speaker 6 (36:01):
My guess is there has been a personnel change up
at the front desk, and I think that was a
personal artifact from the person who left, and they took
it with them.

Speaker 3 (36:09):
When they left.

Speaker 6 (36:10):
That's what I think.

Speaker 2 (36:11):
Wow.

Speaker 6 (36:11):
Yeah, so yeah, full of we get we get right
on it, and we're just.

Speaker 3 (36:16):
Doing the wrong things all the time, not having fun.

Speaker 2 (36:19):
Nothing changes until something changes, that's what they say exactly.
So we are back on the Woody Show. Everybody here
except for Woody and Jeff g We're gonna be back

(36:39):
on Mondays. Has anybody checked in with them or having not?

Speaker 6 (36:43):
We texted a little yesterday. They look like they're having fun.

Speaker 2 (36:47):
I mean I would imagine.

Speaker 3 (36:48):
So yeah, to be fair, that's what this radio conference
is for is to have fun, not actually learning.

Speaker 6 (36:55):
They're like sitting at a school desk.

Speaker 3 (36:56):
This is not a slam on them whatsoever. They are
the sages at this conference, the Elder states, except that
there are still any people trying to enter radio, which
I doubt, but you know they're there to kind of
spread knowledge and network. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (37:10):
I mean last one it was in Austin, So that's
why I went because it was an actual fun city
other than Cleveland. Yeah, and yeah, it's just the best
time just hanging out with your peers. And it's weird
to see, Oh yeah, people actually pay attention to what
you do, because we just come here and we think, like,
you know, no one's paying attention. Of course our listeners do,
but like within our industry, oh nobody. Yeah, like no

(37:33):
one cares what we're doing.

Speaker 2 (37:34):
Well. Last week, when Woody and Jeff were here, I
made a comment that I said kind of flippantly, and
then I, of course, as I always do, I obsessed
over it for the entire week. And the claim I
made was that the meaning of life is simply to
make things esthetically pleasing. And it was not even sarcastic,
and the more I thought about it, the more I

(37:55):
think I might be factually correct that the meaning of
life is to make things esthetically please. The gay meaning
of life, Greg No, this is the meaning of life
for everybody, because think about it just in general terms.
Why do we care about things like curb appeal? Why
do we care what our house looks like because we
want it to be esthetically pleasing to passers by? Why

(38:16):
do we focus on what we wear? If we didn't
want things to be aesthetically pleasing, we could simply.

Speaker 6 (38:21):
Wear trash bags.

Speaker 2 (38:22):
Trash bags exactly gena. See you agree. Why do we
care what our hair looks like? Why do we get
our haircut? Why do women wear makeup? Why do men manscape?
Why do men shave? It's to be aesthetically pleasing. Why
do we hang artwork on walls? Why not just have
bare walls? Who cares if you know? Because the meaning
of life is to make things aesthetically please, I'll even

(38:43):
help you.

Speaker 6 (38:44):
They say that babies are like physiologically structured to look adorable,
so we'll want to take care of them exactlytically please.

Speaker 2 (38:52):
That's why they're cute. They got the big eyes. The puppies,
same thing. Cave men we're talking the prehistoric days. They
even painted the walls of their caves with primitive artwork.
Who cares what a cave looks like. I'll tell you
who cave men care. They wanted things to be.

Speaker 3 (39:12):
Aesthetically plea They were telling a story. I don't disagree.
I don't disagree with you, Greg, but I think Gene
is hitting on op in there. That was more to
like describe, like this is how the hunt went, and
this look at what I gad, sure, but it's still
check it out. I went over to kill buffalo, but
nobody wants a.

Speaker 2 (39:25):
Bare rock wall.

Speaker 3 (39:26):
I know they made it look good.

Speaker 2 (39:29):
Also, Madas you're a big audio visual guy, why do
you care about the quality of the Christmas of your
screen and how good the picture quality is? You want
it to be aesthetically pleasing. Yes, why do you care
when you go out to a car dealership what color
of the car is? You say, Oh, I want it
in silver or I want it in blue, because you

(39:49):
want it to be aesthetically pleasing to you. True, that's
why we're alive, that's why we're on this earth. People
who say the meaning of life is family, that might
be true, But why do you care about what your
baby wears. Why would you care? Why do you care
about how their nursery is decorated? Because you want it
to be aesthetically pleasing. That's the meaning of life. We

(40:11):
mow our lawns, we make our beds, we decorate the
house for Christmas, Sammy, Yes, just because it's December. You
want your house to look a certain.

Speaker 13 (40:18):
Way, right, but because I want it to make me
feel a certain way.

Speaker 5 (40:22):
So aesthetically pleasing, yes, but I think also a form
of almost self expression and a feeling that you are
trying to invoke in yourself in others.

Speaker 3 (40:31):
Right, but if it didn't look by what means? Visual means,
visual means.

Speaker 2 (40:35):
Yeah. We use flowers at weddings. You were just at
a wedding. I'm assuming they had flowers because they look nice. Right,
They're not gonna live forever, They're not necessarily valuable, but
they look good and it invokes a feeling, and that's
the meaning of life. We buy needless things like Stanley
mugs in different colors, which you specifically said to different

(40:55):
you know, like, oh, I already have a Stanley mug,
but I had to have that pink one.

Speaker 5 (41:00):
It's so bad to have, well, I have to have
ones for different seasons so that the feeling of the
season is appropriate.

Speaker 2 (41:06):
Right, it looks good with the season, and how does
it invoke that feeling by the way it looks true?

Speaker 3 (41:12):
Greg, Again, I'm not disagreeing with you, but the evolutionary
biologist in me would say, well, the reason you know
things like haircuts, make up, et cetera, shaving, all that
stuff is to show that you are a clean mate,
That you are because you because the ultimate purpose of
life is really only to reproduce. The reproduce to get
your genes to contain and all the things you discussed

(41:33):
clean lawns, you know, pleasant looking things, they flower, things
that make you feel safe and content are designed to
show that Look, I am a provider. My genes are good.
Look what I can do for you woman, Look at
my Look at clean house. But look at the words
you just said show look right, it's not with your
ears your mouth right right, right, But but demonstrating my

(41:53):
the quality of my genetics. That's where that's where it goes.

Speaker 2 (41:56):
Back to that true and I'm not disagreeing with you
at all. The the purpose of life, that might be
the purpose of life, the meaning of life, the meaning
of life. There is no correct answer, although I do
believe it's to make things aesthetically pleasing, even old timey castles.
You were just in the castle menace, A beautiful castle,
A beautiful castle. They use like draperies for insulation. Everything

(42:19):
was ornate, The furniture was all hand carved. Why because
we didn't look at it. No, because that's all we did,
was look at Because there's no television exactly. And it's
human nature that we just want things to look nice.
We prefer hotels that are nice. We fantasize about winning
the lottery, why so we can buy bigger, nicer houses, nicer,

(42:40):
more attractive cars, bigger diamond rings. Morgan, Hello, do you
want to lame dumb diamond ring? When you eventually get
engaged to you and then you sit there and we
like tropical islands with scattered palm trees here and there.
You don't want to go to some vast wasteland that

(43:01):
just happens to have a dirty water there.

Speaker 3 (43:03):
You want it to look so greg The next time
someone says to you when you complain about trash and
graffiti and unkept loss, why you care?

Speaker 2 (43:12):
Because I care? Because it's the meaning alive. And then
I'm gonna look at this then the opposite side, Where
are aesthetics totally overlooked? Where do they make zero point
zero effort to offer any esthetic?

Speaker 3 (43:26):
Prison?

Speaker 2 (43:28):
Prison? Prison? They make no effort to make anything look nice.
Obviously it's a safety issue. You can't have decor that
you can turn into a shank or whatever. But they're
don't put plants. They don't care about what paint color
they're using. My high school used handy down paints from prison,
and I can tell you it's ugly. It's ugly. They
don't care about aesthetics in prison, And in prison, what

(43:49):
don't you have? There're no meaning of life in prison.
If you have a life sentence, what's the point of
that life? Not much?

Speaker 3 (43:57):
Not much lunch and dinner.

Speaker 2 (43:58):
So that's my meaning off And I realized it after
a week of pontificating and thinking about it. I think
I'm right. I think I'm right. Hell, maybe you disagree,
but maybe Gina has her own meaning.

Speaker 6 (44:11):
But I do You've really give me a lot to
think about it.

Speaker 2 (44:14):
Okay, well I might be right. Let's find out what
yours is? The Woodie show. I've never told you guys
this before. But I'm kind of death obsessed and I'm
kind of money oubsessed. And there's this silly and it's
very silly online poll that asked how many inches of
your height are you willing to lose for money? So

(44:35):
they pulled forty seven hundred people zero and the results.
Out of four thy seven hundred people, nineteen percent said
they would give up two inches of height for three
hundred thousand bucks. O.

Speaker 6 (44:46):
No, nah, that doesn't seem like good trade.

Speaker 2 (44:48):
Nine percent of people would give up four inches of
their height for seven hundred and fifty grand. Sixteen percent
said they would give up six inches if they got
two and a half million bucks, and then four percent
said they would give up eight inches of their height
if it meant they could get seven million dollars, And
then thirty percent would be willing to give up ten

(45:10):
inches for fifty million bucks.

Speaker 3 (45:12):
Be illegal image, Well.

Speaker 13 (45:13):
I guess it depends on how tall you are. I mean,
like I would be willing to lose two inches? What's
five feet to four ten?

Speaker 2 (45:18):
Yeah? A lot?

Speaker 13 (45:21):
Really?

Speaker 2 (45:22):
Really?

Speaker 6 (45:22):
You ain't even go in all the rides in amusement
parks if you're a.

Speaker 13 (45:24):
Girl who's five eight and you drop to five feet.

Speaker 3 (45:27):
Okay, yeah for girls, it doesn't really.

Speaker 13 (45:30):
Yeah, it's much different.

Speaker 6 (45:31):
I would do it in a million an inch Okay,
that would be my way.

Speaker 2 (45:37):
I might be right. I'd do half a million for
one inch, but no more than one inch almost six feet,
like five to eleven. But I slouched like crazy, so
like five to five and Mario's like six one and
a half maybe six to two. Guys, Yeah, I don't
want to be that much shorter. Yeah, and then in
my clothing budget would increase because I couldn't wear his

(45:59):
stuff and could take all that.

Speaker 3 (46:02):
Could you make how much would you would you give
up for him to lose to get down to your height?

Speaker 2 (46:06):
Oh god, you could pay me ten grand to make.
In my head it would rule I'm so much shorter
than him. Is a show a Woody d Jeff g
will be back on Monday. In the meantime here at
the Woody Show and fresh off my Uh, what I
think is was a list of facts, to be honest,
the meaning of light. I think you nailed this just

(46:28):
to be aesthetically pleasing.

Speaker 3 (46:30):
I was looking on to see if there are other
famous people others besides Greg Gory, famous who said that
aesthetic is the meaning of life? Did he in Westwood?

Speaker 5 (46:38):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (46:39):
Well, Jacobs, there you go.

Speaker 6 (46:42):
Oh yes, Coco Chanel, Oh, I can't argue with her.

Speaker 3 (46:45):
Alexander McQueen, nice, I have something in common Dena of Biaga,
This guy Fuco, famous philosopher.

Speaker 6 (46:55):
Okay, all right, clothing designers and a philosopher, I think,
But where am I wrong? I don't think you're wrong.
I just have a different, a different take on it.
But I do like yours, and you have broadened my horizons.
I think there's a reason that the old adage is
variety is the spice of life. Variety is the meaning

(47:17):
of life. To try as many new things as possible,
to go to as many new places as possible, to
meet as many different kinds of people, to taste as
many different kinds of flavors, to step outside your comfort
zone as much as you can. I believe somebody who
loves staying home, well, I don't think maybe he doesn't

(47:40):
know the meaning of life. I believe anecdotally that people
are smarter, calmer, have better senses of humor. All those
people are just better when they've experienced more than someone
who never leaves their house, and again I fing love
my house, but under that same umbrella, a variety, to
get to know as many different types of people as possible,

(48:03):
I believe is the meaning of life. First of all,
people are not meant to be alone. Nobody's an island.
I love being alone, but I don't want to be
alone forever. You know, you love being a hermit. I
love being a hermit. But you've got to find your community.
Doesn't have to be your family, it doesn't have to
be people you live next to, but you've got to
find people who understand you, who understand you, who you
have common interest with. That is a big part of

(48:27):
the meaning of life to me. Also, it feels like,
you know, is oh, the world's never been more divided,
and we've been through like how many world wars, but
like it's pretty divided. And it's really easy to hate
someone when you never leave your house or never get
to know anybody. But once you meet them and you
see their humanity, it is way harder to hate them.
And if you still hate them, you have a good reason.

(48:47):
Like if you really got to know someone and they suck,
like I believe you completely, so at least try to
get out of your comfort zone, because I do believe
that that is the meaning of life.

Speaker 2 (48:58):
Sometimes the more you get to know somebody, the less.

Speaker 6 (49:00):
That's what I'm saying. And then I got no problem
with you. But the more you see other people's humanity,
and the more the more cultures, the more places, the
more things that you visit, like they what is the phrase,
the world expands and contracts according to your courage, you know,
so like the more the more variety you give yourself.

(49:22):
I do believe that that is the meaning of it.

Speaker 4 (49:24):
I'll just keep on sharing the same stories every day.

Speaker 6 (49:26):
Yeah, right, live that meaningless life.

Speaker 4 (49:29):
What about you, man, I think the meaning of life
is to have drive, but not to care. I think
we put a lot of pressures on ourselves all the time.
And just I don't know, just I've figured out later
in life that And honestly it doesn't matter, you know,

(49:49):
you at least try to, you know, to do something.
But if it doesn't pan out, it's okay. You're gonna live,
you know, like if you if you get fired from
that job, it's not the end of the world.

Speaker 3 (50:02):
Like you'll be all right, you know.

Speaker 4 (50:04):
And also making things less about you and there's this
interview that Jimmy Iveen did that I found fascinating. He's
and it was pretty much like a two hour interview
and all he said was to be of service to
others and good things will happen to you. And I

(50:25):
strongly believe that if you make things about other people,
I think good things will happen for you regardless. And
he's a billionaire, so you know, And it was just
like him just like helping other people in their careers,
like just made him bigger and bigger and bigger and
bigger instead of just focusing it just being about yourself

(50:47):
and not caring about others. I just think being of
service for others is worked out for me. I think
it just like just you know, helping out other people
when they need it. And it's I don't know, good
things happened to me.

Speaker 2 (51:01):
So you do service a lot of people?

Speaker 3 (51:03):
Yeah I do, but yeah, just not caring a Nike,
just just going for.

Speaker 2 (51:11):
It, Okay, Sammy get philosophical.

Speaker 5 (51:13):
Yes, mine's not too far if I wouldn't say from
both Gina and Menace, but I think that it is
connecting with people is the meaning of life, and to
also be paying attention to our surroundings, what's happening around us,
and who we're coming into contact with, because I think
we are supposed to learn from other people and we're
all supposed to We're supposed to take what we learn

(51:34):
and help other people with it, so something might happen
in life, Like we see these stories where there's like
a girl who was ten years old two weeks ago,
you know, learned about tsunamis in school, and then she's
on the beach and a tsunamis about to happen and
notices it and everyone rushes off the beach because she
was in a situation where she learned that, she retained
it and she helped others with that information.

Speaker 13 (51:55):
So I think it is learning and connecting and.

Speaker 5 (51:58):
Sort of helping each other, not staying silent if you
know something, see something, because I think that be something.
Well yeah, but I do think that we are also
used to we see stuff on the news that's not
in our reality. We don't know how biased some of
it is, and we keep to ourselves and you see
something and you walk by and you don't say anything,
you don't help people, And I think that's becoming more

(52:19):
common in our society than.

Speaker 10 (52:21):
It used to be.

Speaker 3 (52:22):
Best says always called the cops when you see something.

Speaker 5 (52:27):
But if someone has a flat tire and you have
the knowledge and know how to change a flat tire,
you can help that person, and you again, you might
have something to do. It doesn't mean you're a bad
person by driving by. But we're supposed to help each
other with our knowledge and by taking action.

Speaker 2 (52:42):
Is what I But we got so jaded that if
you see somebody with a flat tire, you think, oh.

Speaker 3 (52:46):
This is a scam, get one over on me exactly.

Speaker 5 (52:50):
And I think that's a problem because we're supposed to
help each other and we're moving so far.

Speaker 13 (52:54):
Away from that.

Speaker 3 (52:55):
I see a woman who's not smiling, I say, hey, girl, smile.

Speaker 6 (52:59):
That says be pretty if you smile.

Speaker 3 (53:01):
I'm helping her. I'm providing seeing something. I'm saying, you're
being of service.

Speaker 2 (53:05):
And you get philosophical, Well I have.

Speaker 3 (53:11):
And this is actually just came up recently. And I
wouldn't be a Sea Best segment without mentioning Elon Musk
And he said, what what is common for? Like he
said this, and uh, like, uh, what's his face in
the wheelchair of hawking? Hawking said this, what's his face,
That the universe, that finding out about the universe is
our purpose in life, like the universe is and it's not,
and that the universe is the answer is the way

(53:33):
they put it. And all we do is to find
is to keep asking the.

Speaker 4 (53:36):
What is that?

Speaker 3 (53:37):
What is that?

Speaker 2 (53:37):
Then?

Speaker 3 (53:37):
Is you actual?

Speaker 2 (53:38):
Where the where?

Speaker 3 (53:38):
The question? The universe is the answer, et cetera, et cetera.
I think it's closer to what men has said. This
is what people like. Actually Einstein said that about the
meaning of life is to help other people. Mlka said this,
you know all mother trees, et cetera, et cetera. However,
there's a giant caveat because to use the best analogy
of all time, guess who thought he was helping other people?

(54:01):
Oh no, exactly, but you could fill in this guess
So you can fill in the blank with any bad
dude of all time. Tethy McVeigh, Paul Pott, Chairman, mao,
it's Stalin Lennon. All these people thought they were helping
other people. It led to millions, if not hundreds of

(54:22):
millions of people suffering and dying. The city councilman who says, well,
we really need to separate your compost ways from they
think they're helping other people, which goes back to MENACE's point,
truly helping other people like Jimmy Ivy and who I've
heard some of his stuff too, he's a businessman and

(54:43):
people only like, how you know you're actually helping other
people is when they come to you for help, not
when you're forcing it down their throats or first forcing
them on a Cambodian death march, to go back to
that analogy. So there's there's that's that's the why stories
are so interesting and why the great villains all time
always think. You know, the Joker thinks he's doing the
right he's the hero. You know, they all think. So

(55:05):
you might be thinking you're doing you might be thinking
you're I'm doing the right thing, I'm helping people, I'm
I'm I'm feeling I'm fulfilling the meaning of life, and
you're actually the most evil person in the world.

Speaker 2 (55:13):
Right, So what you're saying is there's a huge difference
between objectively just helping something rights and subjectively thinking of
changing the way I feel like this is this is
what I want to do.

Speaker 3 (55:23):
But no, you look outside yourself, have you know a
little bit more.

Speaker 6 (55:26):
This is why well and also what Cevest said I
I agree with too. It's to find out about the
universe because at the end of the day, we're just
ants totally. We were just a little ants, and if
we can help figure out what these little ants are
doing on this rock, that would be great.

Speaker 3 (55:38):
Which goes back to Elon. That's why he wants to
go to Mars. Okay, his because his like isn't. It
isn't to get nice cars, no offense of Gregg. His
doesn't to buy nice things. That's I want everything he does.
I want to make humanity better and help them find
out more about the world.

Speaker 2 (55:53):
Mind blown, Yeah, this rule, let's go do ayahuasca.

Speaker 3 (56:02):
No, I feel like an idiot.

Speaker 2 (56:04):
This is normally the time that Jeff g would be
doing sports, but since Jeff is not here today, we
have something sports adjacent, A sport that gets no mentions ever.
Women's cycling. Oh, they're caught up in this weird new
scandal involving padded bras. So really it's an alleged trick
known as chest fairing. It involves patting your bra to

(56:25):
increase your bus size, your boobies and change how the
air flows around the body resistance and that supposedly cuts
down on drags. So according to experts, if you have
a smaller chest, it can create kind of an air
pocket right near the stomach and slightly slow the rider down.

Speaker 3 (56:42):
Oh, I thought it'd be the other way around because
me too.

Speaker 6 (56:45):
Think of like the front of a plane almost comes
to like a point, and if you have big boobs,
it kind of slides off into you like a wall.

Speaker 3 (56:52):
Right, that's hilarious.

Speaker 2 (56:53):
And there's a professor of aerodynamics who said that chest
fairing could actually reduce drag by up to three point
six or set, which might sound tiny, but that's a
sport where the smallest margins matter, so it's seen as
an unfair advantage. And the trend got first reported last
month by this newspaper, Dutch newspaper caused a stir in

(57:14):
the women's cycling world.

Speaker 6 (57:15):
It's hilarious because you think of like the fifties, they
would wear things called the bullet bras, so your boobs
looked like they came to a point, like two little missiles.

Speaker 13 (57:23):
Those would be great for this.

Speaker 2 (57:24):
And then on Tuesday, Cyclistic this year's Tour de France
had their clothing specially checked. Unclear if any padding was found,
but organizers clearly want to discourage.

Speaker 5 (57:34):
Chest Fairy if they'll get implants because of this, because
do you remember the men's skiers during the Olympics because
they were padding, Yeah, that area for the aerodynamics and
then they I think started getting injections because you can't
really right, there's no padding with that.

Speaker 4 (57:51):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (57:52):
Interesting to follow the story.

Speaker 2 (57:54):
Oh, we will definitely follow this story. First show show,
Let's go to the phones and go to Christina in Pasadena. Christina,
it's up.

Speaker 9 (58:08):
Why are you guys?

Speaker 6 (58:09):
I missed Snoop because I needed to call you guys.

Speaker 2 (58:12):
Okay, so you knew that you were listening for Snoop
to win a trip to the iHeartRadio Music Festival. Ya,
you're going. It's happening. You did it. It's in Vegas
next month, September eighteenth and nineteenth. Snoop will be there, Weezer, Muse, Benson, Boone,
Major Laser, there's tons more. Christina. You're going Friday night,

(58:33):
which is sold out. You're going Saturday night as well.

Speaker 3 (58:36):
We're gonna fly you and.

Speaker 2 (58:37):
A friend there back and forth, and you know what,
We're not gonna make you sleep on the street. You
can put you up at Resorts World for a couple
of nights as well. So this is like trip.

Speaker 6 (58:51):
I want to give you a big hot.

Speaker 3 (58:55):
I mean there are cool tunnels in Vegas you can sleep.

Speaker 6 (58:57):
Oh yeah, there's people a.

Speaker 3 (58:58):
Lot of people do that went for you.

Speaker 2 (59:03):
So congrats, Christina. You going to the iHeartRadio Music Festival
courtesy of The Woody Show. And we have another chance
tomorrow morning. So eight o'clock hour is when we're doing
it tomorrow. We're gonna play any song by Muse, whatever
song we decide to play by mus and you could
be just like Christina and head off to the iHeartRadio
Music Festival.

Speaker 4 (59:22):
Thank you Show.

Speaker 2 (59:25):
All right, we are back here at the Woody Show.

Speaker 4 (59:27):
Yes, and guys, I have to share this car ride
that I took a couple of weeks ago when I
went to SeaWorld. It was pretty crazy. Let me share
it with you and you tell me what you think
about it. So I was hanging out at SeaWorld and
Spicy Nacho came with me or what my wife, but
she stayed back at the resort because we had our

(59:51):
dogs with us. So she said, I'll meet with I'll
meet with you later. So she said I'll be there
at three o'clock, which she got there, and then we
were gonna go to E forty concert at the at
the park.

Speaker 3 (01:00:04):
Oh, this is a very infamous SeaWorld concert. Yeah forty folks,
I don't know. He's a San Francisco area wrapper. Yeah,
from the nineties.

Speaker 4 (01:00:13):
And it was we're gonna like meet up with our
friends around four o'clock. So we had like an hour,
right and she gets there and go did you drive?
And she said, yeah, I'm like, oh, man, I really
wanted to have some drinks at the E forty show.
You shouldn't have drove.

Speaker 6 (01:00:29):
You're gonna get spicy.

Speaker 4 (01:00:31):
Yeah, I wish you would have took a taxi or uber.
And she goes, well, you still have time to like
drive the car back because we're staying at this resort,
which is awesome. It's called like Paradise Resort. It's pretty
much like at the edge of the parking lot of SeaWorld.
It's not far at all, like maybe two minutes. I go,

(01:00:51):
you know what, I'm going to take the car back
and then I'll come back and meet you at four o'clock.
So I go to the resort and it's a electric car,
so I try to look for some chargers. There was
like a new charging system, so I had to like
download the app and like sign up for it.

Speaker 3 (01:01:07):
And that's one thing. I take electric vehicles if you
aren't at a Tesla area, if there are a thousand
different and they always greg yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:01:20):
So it was taking up a lot more time that
I wanted. And I'm like, okay, finally I got the
car charging. Everything's all good. I'm gonna request an uber.
So I request the Uber and the Uber not getting closer.
It's driving in the opposite direction.

Speaker 3 (01:01:38):
I'm like, oh man, this sucks. Now you can't cancel her.
It looks bad on you.

Speaker 4 (01:01:43):
Yeah, I'm gonna be late, totally driving like to the airport,
not even close to me, but from across from the resort,
I see a taxi. Go okay, oh cool, I'm gonna
So I walk up to the taxi and go, are
you available? He goes yes, I'm available. Okay cool. So
I get in the taxi and I go, yeah, I'm

(01:02:03):
just going to Sea World. Man, I'll give you an
extra tip, and he goes SeaWorld. I go yeah, he goes,
what's that. We're literally at the edge of the parking lot.
We're in San Diego, California. You don't know what SeaWorld is?
What that is that a code work for? Like, oh,
what's that?

Speaker 3 (01:02:25):
Yeah? Sea World? Then no, he goes, can you type
it in my navigation for me? Okay, all right?

Speaker 4 (01:02:33):
And I want to be there on time, So okay,
I type in the navigation and we started going there
and we get to the parking lot and there's a
little bit of traffic and I go, hey, dude, I'll
just pay you right here so we can save some time,
so I can just get out of the car, and
how much.

Speaker 3 (01:02:52):
I owe you? And he goes, you can pay whatever
you want. What is going on?

Speaker 2 (01:02:57):
Was this like a legit cap?

Speaker 4 (01:02:59):
So I started looking around the cab and I go,
wait a minute, there's like no signage in this car
that indicates that it's a cab at all. Only the
sight there was a sign on top, like a traditional
light taxi sign. But then I noticed the car.

Speaker 3 (01:03:16):
Oh it's kind of dumpy.

Speaker 2 (01:03:18):
Was there a meter like one of those? Nope?

Speaker 3 (01:03:20):
Why nothing? There was a taxi nothing in it?

Speaker 2 (01:03:23):
Right? And then.

Speaker 4 (01:03:25):
I go okay and I go, well, the uber is
gonna be like twenty bucks, so I'll go I'll give
him twenty five.

Speaker 3 (01:03:35):
So I type in twenty five dollars. This guy almost
is about to cry. He's like, oh my.

Speaker 2 (01:03:41):
God, thank you so much.

Speaker 3 (01:03:43):
This is the greatest day ever.

Speaker 2 (01:03:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:03:47):
Really, and then he goes, oh, thank you so much.

Speaker 4 (01:03:52):
And then so it gets to the part where you
put a tip, and then I go, well, he was
really excited about the twenty five dollars, I'm gonna put
the thirty five dollars, so I'd put thirty five dollars in.
This guy almost loses his mind. He thank you so much,
so much, thank you, oh, thank you, bless you all
this stuff. And then I the only thing that I

(01:04:14):
could find in the car was a Nigerian flag. So
I'm like, oh, this dude is from Nigeria. I don't
know how long he's been in the country, but I
looked it up and the average income for a Nigerian
per month is one hundred dollars. I just gave this
guy thirty five dollars for two minutes, so yes, of

(01:04:38):
course it is a big deal that I just gave
him thirty five dollars. But I'm like, how long have
you been here?

Speaker 3 (01:04:45):
Because that thirty five dollars is not going to go
pretty far in America?

Speaker 2 (01:04:48):
Right, that'll get you luck.

Speaker 3 (01:04:50):
Yeah. But then so yeah, I got out of the cab,
but it was a completely fake cab.

Speaker 2 (01:04:55):
I wonder what the background story is on that. And
he was chilling out at the resort for a ride.

Speaker 3 (01:05:00):
He was just in the parking lot. Yeah no, no, no,
not in like a.

Speaker 4 (01:05:08):
Not a sactioned like taxi area or anything like that.
But I've never gotten in a fake cab. Ever, I
have gotten I have gotten into wrong cars thinking it
was an uber, and like people have done that to
me when I had likewise, yeah, when I had a Prius,
a black Prius, bad idea because everywhere you stopped at.

Speaker 2 (01:05:27):
Any like, people just jump in.

Speaker 4 (01:05:28):
People just jump in, like all day long. Make sure
you're your your car's locked. But I've heard about like
you know, fake taxis and things like things like that,
but people like usually like wave them down. But like
a straight up fake taxi like that, I just couldn't
believe it.

Speaker 6 (01:05:44):
The thing about fake taxis like a million years ago,
and he lived in New York, is they would try
and get you to get in their cars. But they
for sure knew where they were going, like they were
really good at it.

Speaker 3 (01:05:53):
They just they weren't edge the edge of the parking
lot of SeaWorld. And then said, what would that? What
is SeaWorld?

Speaker 6 (01:06:00):
That's I'm saying, like, this guy, are we sure this
was his car?

Speaker 3 (01:06:06):
It just doesn't I don't even know if he had
a license or whatever.

Speaker 6 (01:06:09):
But he certainly didn't have like his picture with like
the medallion.

Speaker 3 (01:06:12):
That they had. I was doing all the payment stuff
on his phone. That is great.

Speaker 5 (01:06:16):
I wonder it was like, because he's obviously not from
the country that it's somehow people said, hey, if you
go there and you can just drive people around and
that's till you can make money when you first get there.

Speaker 13 (01:06:25):
And he thought, okay, great, and then we're like, is
it hour one day one? Maybe maybe because maybe.

Speaker 5 (01:06:29):
He tried to set up uber or something or didn't
know how, or maybe it takes time to process, and
so he was like, oh, well, taxis, you don't need
to do all this and just like became a taxi.

Speaker 13 (01:06:39):
Even though he's not.

Speaker 6 (01:06:40):
And that's the thing, menace, Like if I were in
your shoes, I would have gotten out of there as
quickly as possible. But I am so mad at you
right now for not asking like fifteen questions because I
gotta know.

Speaker 4 (01:06:51):
Yeah, like, uh well I did look up, like what's
thirty five dollars in Nigerian and it's like forty one
thousand Nigerians.

Speaker 3 (01:06:59):
But I'm telling you, almost.

Speaker 6 (01:07:00):
To tears, you made this grifter's day.

Speaker 3 (01:07:04):
Yeah, for sure.

Speaker 2 (01:07:05):
If I wanted to do this, I wouldn't even know
where to get the sign that says taxi to put
it on exactly. And if I had one, how would
I fix it to my car? Yeah? I am have
so many questions, had more, sorry.

Speaker 3 (01:07:19):
Question, I was in a rush. Yeah, I mean he
got me there. I'm live.

Speaker 2 (01:07:23):
Everything's good.

Speaker 3 (01:07:24):
Imagine his mind how much it would have been blown
if you showed him bang bus.

Speaker 2 (01:07:28):
Yeah. Show And I'm legit excited. I'm legit intrigued and
legit confused of what we're going to do next. It's
called Throat Goat Thursday. Yes, throat, but it sounds sexual,

(01:07:52):
it sounds delicious.

Speaker 3 (01:07:54):
Well, it's gonna be a game in the room where
you can win a prize.

Speaker 6 (01:08:00):
We love the actual contestant.

Speaker 4 (01:08:03):
Yes, you're the contestants, and I brought in the throat
Goat master himself, Tyler, to help me with this.

Speaker 2 (01:08:12):

Benji Morgan, and probably some other people that I'm forgetting Menace.

Speaker 3 (01:08:28):
Yes, Broatgoat Thursday. What the hell bro Goat Thursday. Well,
we have the throat Goat himself in the studio. His
name is Tyler. You have done the nine by nine challenge?
How many times? Une nine challenge? Yeah? Twice, which is
nine hot dogs, nine beers at a baseball game and
nine innings. Nice that sounds by the way. This is

(01:08:49):
the full like a full beer in a full hot dog.
There's a lot of stadiums when they saw this was
catching on, they said, Oh, we're gonna do our own,
but give you like little teeny dogs little beer.

Speaker 4 (01:08:56):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:08:57):
Yeah, that one's got to be pretty easy.

Speaker 3 (01:08:59):
Ray full dogs because the beard, like you know, all
the carbonation.

Speaker 4 (01:09:06):
Wow, this is a game but amongst us and you
guys can win a prize and what you're gonna do
is I gave everybody blindfolds, and you're gonna put him on,
and Tyler is going to put something in his mouth,
and you're gonna have to try to guess what it
is by asking him questions. Okay, So I'm gonna give
you a time limit, and whoever guests it first wins,

(01:09:31):
and the first prize will be a hundred.

Speaker 3 (01:09:33):

your blindfold and do we go in order asking questions,
it's like you can just shut him out.

Speaker 4 (01:09:44):
Yeah, you can shout him out. Try not to talk
over each other as much. Okay, Now here we go
putting something in his mouth. He's putting put the first
item in his mouth right now, and you can start
asking him questions. Now, I'm going to give you a
time limit. Yes, no questions or anything at all, anything

(01:10:04):
at all.

Speaker 3 (01:10:05):
He's going to have to try to talk through it.
What's in your mind exactly?

Speaker 2 (01:10:10):
Okay?

Speaker 3 (01:10:10):
Okay, yeah, by you know what it is? Here we
go two minutes on the clock.

Speaker 2 (01:10:15):
Right now, Tyler, I would like to start by asking
is this something you would normally put in your mouth?

Speaker 5 (01:10:21):
No?

Speaker 6 (01:10:22):
Is it edible?

Speaker 8 (01:10:23):
No?

Speaker 2 (01:10:25):
Is it a toy of some sort?

Speaker 3 (01:10:27):
No, would you enjoy having this at home? No?

Speaker 2 (01:10:31):
Is this something that you own?

Speaker 3 (01:10:33):
No, it's a tampon. Yeah wow, wow, how did you
do that?

Speaker 2 (01:10:43):
Well?

Speaker 3 (01:10:44):
No, that he was the emphatic knows he was giving
and everyone can see you. Check the cameras and my
my blind file was fully on the entire time and
it did sound whatever reason it's.

Speaker 2 (01:10:54):
Cotton tampon is It's incredible.

Speaker 3 (01:10:57):
The way Tyler talks is so wet, and he has
fi's great in his mouth. I picked up. Oh, it's
not his fluidy and like swampy. It's not that slashing
like sea shanty. It doesn't sound like like like a
bubble and mote of just festering mouldron. It's like there's
gotta be a tampa. That's pretty well all right, job, Yeah,

(01:11:19):
I owe you a gift card tea bass to afford
it to the hottest chick. Okay, sweet, all right, So
the text although I can't see the text anymore, all right,

Speaker 2 (01:11:50):
Is so? Is this a food item?

Speaker 3 (01:11:53):
Nouns like? Is it a household item?

Speaker 6 (01:11:58):
Is it bigger than a fist?

Speaker 2 (01:12:01):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (01:12:02):
Bigger than it seems like there's not really bigger.

Speaker 13 (01:12:04):
Does it belong in the kitchen?

Speaker 2 (01:12:06):
Is it soft?

Speaker 8 (01:12:08):

would use to either clean something or fix something?

Speaker 5 (01:12:17):

Speaker 6 (01:12:18):
Is it something that you personally own?

Speaker 2 (01:12:20):

Speaker 3 (01:12:24):

Do you like the sport.

Speaker 6 (01:13:20):
Do you like the sport that it's generally involved with?

Speaker 3 (01:13:22):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (01:13:23):
Do you play it?

Speaker 2 (01:13:24):

Speaker 2 (01:13:38):
On the inside, is it spongy? A kind of sponge?

Speaker 3 (01:13:44):

I want something mushy. This far mushy? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (01:15:54):
Oh yeah, I get it in Okay the clock starts. Now, okay?

Speaker 6 (01:16:00):
Is it hard?

Speaker 2 (01:16:02):
Is it a rock? Hard? Well? Completely solid? Not pliable
at all?

Speaker 10 (01:16:09):
If you hit it.

Speaker 6 (01:16:10):
Against a table, would it make a really loud noise?

Speaker 3 (01:16:13):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:16:13):
Is this an office supply of some sort?

Speaker 3 (01:16:16):

Speaker 2 (01:16:22):

not you as in you Tyler. Is this something someone
would use for pleasure, for a hobby? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (01:16:33):

Speaker 6 (01:16:53):
Do you own one yourself?

Speaker 3 (01:16:55):

Speaker 2 (01:16:59):
Is it video game related?

Speaker 3 (01:17:00):

Speaker 3 (01:17:16):

Speaker 4 (01:17:20):

a second to ask if he could keep it.

Speaker 3 (01:17:29):
Is that something that you had bought yourself? Mad us?
Yes I did. He bought a Pokemon controller. Yeah, I mean, well,
thank you for.

Speaker 5 (01:17:37):

Speaker 3 (01:17:37):
Looks pretty cool. I wanted something custom.

Speaker 13 (01:17:39):
Well mouth, I think that means he claims it, right, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:17:43):
That's yeah, that's how he put his spunk on it.

Speaker 2 (01:17:45):
Yeah, keep it.

Speaker 3 (01:17:47):
I'm looking for cent of tampons. I see you play
text as an odor shield. It's a good idea, anti scented.

Speaker 2 (01:17:53):
All right, Well, probably don't want perfume down there?

Speaker 6 (01:17:57):
Up in there?

Speaker 3 (01:17:57):
All right, you guys want to play one more time?

Speaker 5 (01:17:59):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:18:00):
All right, So this one should have been a hundred
dollars gift card, but whatever.

Speaker 3 (01:18:03):
Okay, now I'll make this one. Let's do it.

Speaker 4 (01:18:06):
We'll do a hundred dollars gift card. All right, here's
the next item. Get all up in there.

Speaker 3 (01:18:14):
Are you ready? We'll get the clock going and go.

Speaker 6 (01:18:19):
Is it edible?

Speaker 3 (01:18:21):
Is it primarily made of plastic?

Speaker 2 (01:18:24):
If you bit down on it really hard, would you
chip a tooth? No?

Speaker 6 (01:18:28):
Is it a office supply?

Speaker 13 (01:18:31):
Is it soft?

Speaker 8 (01:18:32):
No?

Speaker 3 (01:18:33):
What would you say? It's rough? Dollar value? Is high?

Speaker 2 (01:18:36):
Hook? Excuse me again?

Speaker 3 (01:18:39):
High? Look five or probably a buck?

Speaker 6 (01:18:42):
Yeah, a buck or five bucks? Five?

Speaker 2 (01:18:45):
Five bucks?

Speaker 3 (01:18:46):
Okay?

Speaker 6 (01:18:47):
Do you wear it?

Speaker 2 (01:18:49):
You clean with it? Is it larger than a stapler?

Speaker 5 (01:18:54):
Huh?

Speaker 2 (01:18:55):
It is?

Speaker 6 (01:18:56):
Could you use it as a weapon?

Speaker 2 (01:18:59):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (01:19:00):
Okay, dildo? Do you use this?

Speaker 2 (01:19:04):
Uh? You have used one?

Speaker 3 (01:19:06):
Oh a soap?

Speaker 2 (01:19:11):
Have you used that?

Speaker 3 (01:19:12):
Reason?

Speaker 6 (01:19:13):
Does it have anything to do with hygiene?

Speaker 2 (01:19:16):
Is this something you could buy basically at any grocery store?

Speaker 8 (01:19:20):
Uh?

Speaker 3 (01:19:21):
Yeah, no, is branded at all? The specific brand of anything?

Speaker 2 (01:19:27):
Uh?

Speaker 3 (01:19:29):
Not really a toilet brush?

Speaker 6 (01:19:32):
Are kids supposed to use it? Our adults supposed to
use it?

Speaker 2 (01:19:36):
Okay? Do multiple of these come in one package or
do you buy them individually? Individual?

Speaker 3 (01:19:42):
Does that work?

Speaker 2 (01:19:44):
Is it video game related?

Speaker 6 (01:19:46):
It's mostly for kids?

Speaker 3 (01:19:47):
Or is it a pack of baseball cards?

Speaker 6 (01:19:51):
Is it an action figure?

Speaker 3 (01:19:53):
Is something Samy with enjoy?

Speaker 4 (01:19:55):
Maybe maybe twenty seconds?

Speaker 2 (01:19:59):
Do we currently have one of these in the Woody
Show office? Do you have them in your bedroom?

Speaker 3 (01:20:08):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:20:09):
Can't be that.

Speaker 3 (01:20:11):
Tennis ball, don toy, mini basketball, hoop, water gun? All right,
NERF gun, give your final answers, NERF gun?

Speaker 2 (01:20:25):
Hell?

Speaker 4 (01:20:26):
Uh?

Speaker 3 (01:20:27):
Mask of both of the clown.

Speaker 6 (01:20:31):
Board game?

Speaker 2 (01:20:32):
Uh?

Speaker 10 (01:20:33):
Plato?

Speaker 3 (01:20:34):
Hell damn it? That pretty close. It's a frisbee. It's
pretty close.

Speaker 2 (01:20:44):
High canes frisbee.

Speaker 3 (01:20:48):
You guys had two wins. It's pretty good. Good again.
I'm donating my one hundred dollars gift card greg to
the hottest text in. I can't see it, but I'll
find the way. They figured it out that text in
your in thet Yeah, Tyler, Tyler will.

Speaker 2 (01:21:04):
Choose contender Instagram.

Speaker 3 (01:21:08):
Don't give me a name, just texting a directly to
your back re public Instagram obviously, and Tyler will choose
the hottest chick and she will get my one hundred
gift card. All right, all right, and Tyler and your DMS.

Speaker 2 (01:21:22):
So that was the debut of throw Coat Thursday.

Speaker 3 (01:21:25):
We can change it up.

Speaker 2 (01:21:26):
Will it make a return? We'll find out. We are
back here on your Thursday Morning a Woody show, and
there's some feedback menace on Yes, your stellar segment called
throat Goat Thursday. Nice.

Speaker 3 (01:21:41):
We can damp it up. We could.

Speaker 2 (01:21:43):
And I believe you did what Morgan likes to do,
where you named something and then came up with yes
like that first engineering.

Speaker 3 (01:21:52):
See I can learn from other people.

Speaker 2 (01:21:54):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, says texted in Throat Goat Thursday was
an exceptional segment.

Speaker 3 (01:22:01):
Please please do more? All right?

Speaker 6 (01:22:03):
I think people just like hearing Tyler in pain well
to that point, and I would love to get some
more edible things in there, yes, yeah, yes.

Speaker 2 (01:22:12):
And maybe something that gurgles or something that he would
have to talk while gargling. Again.

Speaker 3 (01:22:16):
Yeah, it's the launch of this segment. It's young, yeah,
it's young.

Speaker 4 (01:22:21):
Now that the room has an idea of what it
could be, we could amp it up right.

Speaker 2 (01:22:26):
Yeah. There's also feedback from yesterday what we did with
your would you rather? Seven? Oh one, says Fremenace on
your would You're rather? A segment? Incest is a felony
in most places in North Dakota. It's a Class C
felony up to five years in jail and a ten
thousand dollars fine, yeah, but.

Speaker 3 (01:22:44):
That's like if you sought to do it now. The
would you rather?

Speaker 2 (01:22:48):
Was?

Speaker 3 (01:22:48):
It was an extreme one.

Speaker 4 (01:22:50):
Would you rather find out that you married your sibling
or accidentally kill your parents? And everyone said, there your sibling,
But again, you didn't know until after you were married.
So I don't know what's up with that textor but
I do, I do, Yeah, I do have some more

(01:23:11):
would you rathers if you want to play always. Okay,
now here's one again. It has to do with guys.
What would you rather have? And then ladies what would
you rather deal with? Okay, so here here we go.
Would you rather have penis sized nipples or a nipple
sized penis?

Speaker 3 (01:23:31):
Oh?

Speaker 6 (01:23:32):
Damn, the ladies already have a nipplesized penis?

Speaker 2 (01:23:38):
Would you rather have a penis?

Speaker 5 (01:23:40):
A guy?

Speaker 8 (01:23:40):
Like?

Speaker 3 (01:23:41):
I get it for the guy.

Speaker 4 (01:23:42):
So you know, if you got to do naked, would
you want him to have penis sized nipples?

Speaker 3 (01:23:48):
Easy?

Speaker 6 (01:23:49):
Really easy?

Speaker 10 (01:23:50):
Well, yeah, you would pick the penis sized nipples because
you can just get them removed.

Speaker 6 (01:23:53):
Now they can't be removed.

Speaker 2 (01:23:56):
Would you.

Speaker 3 (01:23:58):
Now may ask for clarification, menace, Do these nips that
are that size? Do they behave like a wiener? Would?
Are they just growing right now? I think they're just yeah,
just size placid.

Speaker 2 (01:24:14):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:24:15):
Well it's pretty obvious then, because you can't do anything
with a girl that. I mean, you can do some things, obviously,
but you can't do the kind of things that.

Speaker 4 (01:24:22):
So you're going with the penis sized nipples right because you.

Speaker 3 (01:24:24):
Would you wear shape wear?

Speaker 10 (01:24:27):
You would Oh my god, you could satisfy three women
at once.

Speaker 3 (01:24:32):
They're just that was the point of my question.

Speaker 13 (01:24:34):
They're not functional.

Speaker 3 (01:24:38):
Ask me all the wrong questions the regular nipples.

Speaker 2 (01:24:40):
They're just the size of a penis.

Speaker 6 (01:24:42):
Okay, I think this is a really easy answer. As
a woman in no world could I look at a
guy with penis sized nipples. I'm I couldn't look at them,
I couldn't touch them, I couldn't be in the same
room with them. That We'll figure out other things if
you with what you mean though, right? What so, I
can see him in his brazier.

Speaker 13 (01:25:04):
Flopping around. You can you can take a nipple sized
penis and figure it out.

Speaker 6 (01:25:09):
Yeah, you'll figure it You'll figure it out.

Speaker 3 (01:25:11):
Yeah, because he a helicopter. There's a difference between figuring
it out once and there's no there's no return.

Speaker 6 (01:25:18):
I can't live with with penis nibble.

Speaker 3 (01:25:20):
I think Sammy could deal with the I can see
if anybody in this room, I could see Sammy be
like a sexless marriage. Yeah, that's what I'm pretty much
I can see that. I agree. I thank you. Okay, So, dude,
now I don't think you've given your final answer.

Speaker 2 (01:25:37):
Greg, I'm going yeah, I'm gonna go penis sized nipples
because you, yeah, they have what are they sports braws
or whatever the hell that is. It's like a tank
top essentially tap them down.

Speaker 6 (01:25:48):
Okay, now your spouse has them, not you. You have
to look at them and rather with what we're talking about.

Speaker 2 (01:25:56):
Well, I'm still saying nipples because you could just wear
tape and a shirt and a tank top and all
this stuff.

Speaker 6 (01:26:04):
But what if he's like, come out of the pool
and they're flopping around.

Speaker 2 (01:26:07):
The shame wouldn't allow him to even take.

Speaker 3 (01:26:09):
A shirt off? What does and does wear a swim shirt? Yeah,
but they're gonna be poking on them swim shirts.

Speaker 2 (01:26:16):
Yeah, well they'll be flopping around.

Speaker 3 (01:26:18):
All right, Okay, I have I have one other one.
Let me see. Okay, all right, it's bad.

Speaker 2 (01:26:24):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (01:26:25):
Would you rather have sex with the goat in complete
secrecy or not have sex with a goat but tell
everybody publicly that you did?

Speaker 6 (01:26:37):
Yeah, that's a classic. Easy, that's a classic easy.

Speaker 10 (01:26:40):
I'm not doing it and I'm telling people I did it. Yeah. Yeah,
you can get over what people think about you.

Speaker 4 (01:26:45):
You constantly have to tell people you did it like
you just met them.

Speaker 3 (01:26:49):
Every time each new person. Yeah, they'll say, they'll say, Okay,
that's funny, and he's like, no, no, no, set you
have to go for real, No, no, for real, I
did do it.

Speaker 10 (01:27:02):
I did this segment one time where I had to
do it.

Speaker 3 (01:27:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 10 (01:27:04):
Yeah, I'm still sticking with my gut my answer.

Speaker 3 (01:27:06):
No, No, you didn't do a segment you you chose to.
This was yes.

Speaker 10 (01:27:10):
You guys are acting like I don't understand this.

Speaker 3 (01:27:12):
You don't because you literally just said I did a
segment where I had to do it.

Speaker 10 (01:27:17):
It was a joke.

Speaker 13 (01:27:18):
No, but you're coming up with workarounds.

Speaker 2 (01:27:19):
This just straight Yeah. I don't think you get it.

Speaker 6 (01:27:22):
You you did it and you have to stand Yeah, show,
I'll make a decision, you'll go.

Speaker 10 (01:27:28):
Then.

Speaker 6 (01:27:30):
I think it's for Morgan. I think this is different
for a woman because, like I think the stakes are
higher for a woman, you know what I mean?

Speaker 3 (01:27:37):
Yeah, because guys have gross and they don't care like okay, cool,
and there are contries where this happens.

Speaker 6 (01:27:43):
I mean, if you're a guy, you know, getting getting
intimate with a goat, it's different than a lady having
to get intimate with a goat. Right, So if I
was a guy, goat all day.

Speaker 10 (01:27:55):
But you're not the lives, you don't get the game,
you're not a guy, you're a girl.

Speaker 6 (01:27:59):
Okay, So in that case, that's a tough one. I
think I would also have to go door to door.

Speaker 2 (01:28:11):
Instead of actually just dealing it one time.

Speaker 4 (01:28:15):
Yeah, you don't understand, nobody will even Yeah it sounds
like Greg's leaning that way.

Speaker 3 (01:28:21):
I am.

Speaker 2 (01:28:23):
Yeah, I'm going to bang.

Speaker 3 (01:28:24):
It got easier.

Speaker 6 (01:28:25):
Guys do this stuff all the time, they just don't.

Speaker 3 (01:28:28):
Talk about it.

Speaker 2 (01:28:28):
Bang to make a whole night of it.

Speaker 3 (01:28:31):
Every relationship you have, your parents, you.

Speaker 2 (01:28:36):
Would tell your parents, but you would tell them, Oh,
I had a gun to my head and they were
going to kill me if I didn't. What what I
don't get?

Speaker 6 (01:28:45):
No, all right, I'm going I'm going to bang the goat.

Speaker 3 (01:28:49):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (01:28:49):
Cool.

Speaker 6 (01:28:50):
I think the ladies will probably tell everyone they bang
the goat, and the guys will actually bang the goat.

Speaker 3 (01:28:54):
Yeah, yeah for sure.

Speaker 6 (01:28:55):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:28:55):
Yeah even if I was a woman though, because you
can't you can't have a public job.

Speaker 6 (01:28:59):
You can't be Yeah, yeah that could be your job,
tell the goat banger, because.

Speaker 3 (01:29:04):
Because then if you did have a po job, that
be every interview. Yeah, but there's a billion gross guys
that will still.

Speaker 4 (01:29:08):
Like have sex with you and like be in a
relationship with you, even if you're like saying, you know what,
saying all day that you had sex with the goat.

Speaker 2 (01:29:16):
I'm sticking to my I'm gonna bang the goat even more.
Because there there was this girl that I went to
in high school. I remember her name, but I'm not
going to say it out loud. There was a rumor
going around that was one hundred made up, untrue that
she pleasured herself via a hot dog.

Speaker 3 (01:29:37):
Okay, you went to college with Sammy, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:29:41):
And it ruined her life basically, Like to this day,
people call her, you know, hot dog girl. Imagine if
it's a goat and you're gonna for the rest of
your days.

Speaker 6 (01:29:55):
I wonder if there's a way to rebrand it, like
that's right, Like, yeah, I try, and.

Speaker 13 (01:30:00):
Now you're like in goat cheese commercials.

Speaker 3 (01:30:02):
Yea, yeah, I just don't go anywhere. The Woody Show
will be right back.

Speaker 2 (01:30:10):
The Woody Show. And we're back on the Woody Show.

Speaker 6 (01:30:14):
It's been a fun morning, it's been a crazy morning. Yeah,
I feel weird, and I don't know if you guys
have seen this clip that's been making the rounds again.
I don't know why it's happening again, because this clip
is two years old, but I've so many people have
sent it to me, and I'm seeing it everywhere. It's
of Marlon Wayans, and I can't stop thinking about it.
He said this thing in twenty twenty four in this
interview with The New York Times. That just keeps rattling

(01:30:37):
around in my head. I need to hear what you
guys think of it.

Speaker 3 (01:30:40):
I never got married because I never wanted my mother
to be jealous of a woman. I never wanted my
mother to feel second to any woman.

Speaker 2 (01:30:47):
I told my mother on a deathbed, I.

Speaker 3 (01:30:49):
Said, I never got married because I always wanted you
to be my number one girl.

Speaker 2 (01:30:53):
And people are like, oh, yeah, oh, I mean it's sweet,
but it's also almost creepy in a way.

Speaker 6 (01:31:02):
Would your mom want that for you?

Speaker 2 (01:31:04):
Right?

Speaker 3 (01:31:04):
It's also entirely impractical. Yeah, yeah, I know.

Speaker 6 (01:31:07):
There's like ten or twelve Wayans kids, so maybe that
you know, you could spare one or two from getting married,
I guess. But is that something that a parent would
ever say, like, no, I'm your number.

Speaker 3 (01:31:17):
One girl, right?

Speaker 6 (01:31:18):
That would be so weird yeah, and okay, so there's
this term. It's a therapy term. So I know Sea
Bass knows it in meshment when you're like super like
all tangled up in the life of your parents vice versa. Yeah,
it's called enmeshment. And it's like when basically the boundaries
are super gray or there are no boundaries between a

(01:31:38):
parent and a kid.

Speaker 3 (01:31:39):
Oh I know, mama boys, Okay, that's what we're talking about.

Speaker 4 (01:31:42):
They hang out with their mom so much where you
feel like, wait, couple, are they in the relationship.

Speaker 2 (01:31:49):
I take it a step further, even if it gets
strange when in laws tell like if Spicy Nacho's mom
told you menace call me mom, I think that.

Speaker 6 (01:32:00):
Oh yeah, I don't call my love because it.

Speaker 2 (01:32:02):
Implies that.

Speaker 3 (01:32:06):
I have many people like that. But just the yeah,
where it's just like I don't know samu level.

Speaker 2 (01:32:12):
No, I'm just kidding.

Speaker 13 (01:32:13):
I live still live with my parents and we do
everything together.

Speaker 8 (01:32:19):
No.

Speaker 4 (01:32:19):
No, we give sam a hard time. But you just
have a really close relationship with your family, which is cool.

Speaker 6 (01:32:25):
Someone say, Okay, so let's find out because you say,
you know dudes like this, are any of these dudes
in relationships?

Speaker 8 (01:32:32):
No?

Speaker 4 (01:32:34):
I feel the relationships with theirs or they have relationships
that don't.

Speaker 2 (01:32:38):
Last that long.

Speaker 6 (01:32:39):
Okay, that makes sense.

Speaker 3 (01:32:41):
So I.

Speaker 6 (01:32:43):
Know for a fact, anecdotally and just percentage wise, that
there are people listening right now that are dealing with
this with their spouse. And here are the top five
red flags that you might be in a relationship with
somebody that has like real enmeshment probs with their parents.
So number one, thinking that the parent, like let's say

(01:33:05):
Greg and I are married, thinking that Greg's parent has
veto power in my relationship with Greg. So your partner
cannot make big life decisions like buying a car, or
moving or changing jobs or checking in, yeah, even picking
a vacation spot. And if they don't like it, you
don't do it as the partner of this person, like
Greg's like Gina, my mom just really just we should

(01:33:25):
go to Paris.

Speaker 4 (01:33:27):
Like, I think it does happen with women, but it
happens way more with dudes. Where dudes are dislike with
their moms. Yeah, they're being controlled by their parents. I mean,
I'm not saying that it doesn't happen with women. You
do hear about this, you know once in a while where.

Speaker 6 (01:33:42):
They like, you know, or like the mom and the
wife and the mom gang up on the husband.

Speaker 4 (01:33:47):
Yeah, or even the even the dad, like the dad
is seen as like we watch bailing out loud.

Speaker 3 (01:33:52):
Yeah, like the dad.

Speaker 2 (01:33:54):
The dad is obsessed with her to the point and
it's almost unhealthy.

Speaker 4 (01:33:58):
Where Yeah, like they always have to get his approval,
like pretty much anything that they do.

Speaker 2 (01:34:03):
Are you caught up on Bailan, By the way, I am.
I feel like they almost encourage more disorder.

Speaker 4 (01:34:10):
Well, that's what people want to and they encourage saying
the parents that cause drama within the risk.

Speaker 2 (01:34:14):
Yeah, because right before you know it's it's we're coming
up on their big wedding and Bayleen's mom is almost
goading her. She said, So, Bailen, how are you feeling? Oh,
I'm nervous and it also excited. But how are you feeling?
Do you think this will bring on a tick attack?

Speaker 5 (01:34:29):
You know?

Speaker 2 (01:34:30):
Are you for reality? Okay?

Speaker 6 (01:34:34):
Does Sammy? You may be guilty of this one. I
don't know, but I want you to just take it
in and see they talk or text or FaceTime their
parents multiple times.

Speaker 5 (01:34:43):
A day, multiple times a day, you know, but it
could be one you know, hour long conversation.

Speaker 6 (01:34:48):
Okay, but if you say you have, say you see
two missed calls from your mom, do you panic, like,
oh my god, I can't believe I mis or she's
gonna be so mad. I feel so guilty.

Speaker 13 (01:34:56):
No, no, no, no one's gonna be mad or guilty
calling him chat.

Speaker 6 (01:35:00):
Like sometimes if I miss a call for my mom,
I'm like, oh, I'm going to hear about this.

Speaker 4 (01:35:05):
Calls my grandmother every day and wants to talk for hours,
and my grandmother will like.

Speaker 3 (01:35:12):
Not pick up the phone. Yeah, Grandma, I just can't
do it today.

Speaker 6 (01:35:20):
Here's another one. The partner treats your partner like a
best friend or even a I'm sorry. The parent treats
your partner like a best friend or a spouse, so
like their partner feels a big responsibility to manage their
loneliness or their happiness or their feelings. Like I'd love
to go out to dinner, but like, I don't know
my mom was going to come over. She'll be really
sad if she doesn't like to be alone. I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:35:41):
So the parent becomes a third wheel correct or like
that's a red flag.

Speaker 6 (01:35:46):
It's our anniversary. So my mom and I are going
to go shopping, but it's your in my anniversary.

Speaker 13 (01:35:51):
I don't really think that's not much of a red flag,
to be honest.

Speaker 10 (01:35:54):
Likely, yeah, because.

Speaker 5 (01:35:55):
I wouldn't want my parent to be lonely, Like anyone's
welcome if we're doing something, if we're going to dinner
and they're there, come.

Speaker 6 (01:36:02):
But what if your spouse was like, you just have
a dinner just the two of us.

Speaker 13 (01:36:08):
Yeah, I mean, if it happens all the time, that's.

Speaker 4 (01:36:10):
One thing, But okay, let's just talk about your like
actual relationship anniversary.

Speaker 3 (01:36:16):
Is that okay to have your parents come along.

Speaker 6 (01:36:18):
On that, Like they want to take you.

Speaker 3 (01:36:20):
You have many more days in the year, that's true,
they want to.

Speaker 6 (01:36:24):
Take it romantic.

Speaker 5 (01:36:26):
With that much pressure on an anniversary in general, what
if it was a big deal to your guy, Like
what if he was planning a really nice dinner but
your parents insist.

Speaker 2 (01:36:34):
On taking you would do the anniversary dinner just the
two of you, and an anniversary dinner with the parents.

Speaker 3 (01:36:44):
I mean, she is fast, Sammy, but that's too much food.

Speaker 6 (01:36:52):
As many people know, this would be like my absolute
deal breaker. The parent has full access to your life,
so this includes having keys, to your house, dropping by unannounced,
opening your mail, rearranging your living space, like when you're
gone and coming home, be like, I just let.

Speaker 2 (01:37:05):
The couch look if it stopped it. Having keys great, yeah,
the rest of them. Yeah, but the rest of that's
I think almost a safety thing or a convenience thing.
If you lock yourself out or if you're out of town,
hey I need you to go do something.

Speaker 6 (01:37:17):
He's just because like again, maybe they're lonely and they
like to do pop in.

Speaker 2 (01:37:20):
He's not a red flag. But if they're rearranging anything, or.

Speaker 13 (01:37:25):
I'd yeah, Sammy, don't rearrange my furniture.

Speaker 5 (01:37:29):
I'm with Greg, but I've had I always have a
lock box where everybody in my family knows the code
and you can get into my place anytime, whether I'm
there or not.

Speaker 3 (01:37:37):
I have the keys to my in law's house.

Speaker 6 (01:37:40):
I have nobody's keys, and I'm not your person.

Speaker 3 (01:37:43):
And they can have keys in my house.

Speaker 2 (01:37:44):
I don't care.

Speaker 3 (01:37:44):
Well.

Speaker 6 (01:37:45):
Finally, intrusive comparison. Now you hear about this and stand up.
You hear about this online a lot, so I know
people are going through this. Your partner constantly compares your cooking.
You're cleaning your lifestyle, your career, your parenting to the
way their parents do it, and they held that parent
up is the ultimate example. They're flawless, so you have
to live up to their idea of their favorite parents.

Speaker 2 (01:38:06):
I would find that less annoying than if they compared
everything you do to their ax. Oh, like the parent thing.
You should hold your parents in high regard. I don't
think that's too good.

Speaker 3 (01:38:16):
And a lot of those skills have just absolutely gone
to the toilet in the past two generations.

Speaker 4 (01:38:20):
Yeah, yeah, all these ladies, uh, don't be cooking no
more right, no say menace. Yeah, they don't be up
in the kitchen like no spicy nacho. She's always up
in the The only the only thing that I would
can in any part of life that I would compare
my mom and her too, is I do love my

(01:38:40):
mom's mashed potatoes, like she makes solid mashed potatoes, and
that's the way I like them. And if they don't
hit the same, then I will. I'll compare. But everything else,
but compare you won't like.

Speaker 6 (01:38:52):
Cry into your plate, be like mommy?

Speaker 2 (01:38:54):
You know booth No.

Speaker 6 (01:38:57):
Well, those are just a couple of warning signs to
think about. If you've been like, I don't know, it
sums off in this relationship. Just something to think about.

Speaker 2 (01:39:03):
All right, Well, we are getting the red flag from
Sammy to take a break. We're going to go up
in the clubs with DJ Tim Martinez next on The
Woody Show Show. All right, it's a throwback Thursday here
on The Woody Show. And we've reached the time of
the week. That's not just my favorite, let's face it,
it's the world's favorite. Yes, this is when we welcome

(01:39:25):
in Gina. You have his official title that I have
not memorized.

Speaker 6 (01:39:28):
I got it right here, the pride of a coma,
the senior VP and managing partner of Club Turn Up
and Woody's legal boyfriend in life partner Tim bar.

Speaker 3 (01:39:43):
In the building. What is going on almost all of
the Woody Show? Yea almost us. Oh, you know, I
mean it's popping. We're doing We're doing big things out there.
I love the Target.

Speaker 2 (01:39:56):
Man.

Speaker 1 (01:39:57):
You haven't actually you haven't been there recently. It kind
of makes me a little sad.

Speaker 3 (01:40:02):
Yeah. He would call me every time. He'd be like like, dude, Target,
I'm in your hood.

Speaker 2 (01:40:06):
Yeah, you're good for you.

Speaker 3 (01:40:08):
I just I just last time I went there, I
bought so many vapens. I haven't need to gone back
for a while. You know, but you guys would love
you would love shouts of lemonade. You would love the.

Speaker 1 (01:40:20):
Target in because there's literally probably right outside on the
on the sidewalk. I would say, fifteen food vendors more
than it's open air market.

Speaker 3 (01:40:32):
It is so good.

Speaker 2 (01:40:35):
What what's your go to vape shop?

Speaker 6 (01:40:38):
There?

Speaker 3 (01:40:38):
Lemonade? It's down the.

Speaker 2 (01:40:39):
Street from.

Speaker 6 (01:40:42):
What's your go to food vendor?

Speaker 1 (01:40:43):
Outside? You know, there's there's a taco There's one taco
stand and I I don't know the name of it,
but it is so good.

Speaker 3 (01:40:51):
It's close. It's close to the the Palless shoe store.

Speaker 2 (01:40:55):
So good. Ye driveway is it a yeah?

Speaker 6 (01:41:00):
Shell would let us and cheese and sour cream, the
real one.

Speaker 3 (01:41:06):
We're trying to get you.

Speaker 6 (01:41:08):
White people taco night.

Speaker 2 (01:41:09):
Well tim uh, I know that normally we were doing
Tim at this point, but Jeff g is with Woody. Okay,
do you feel cheated on.

Speaker 3 (01:41:20):
A little bit?

Speaker 1 (01:41:21):
I feel like I'm sharing Woody a little bit. A
little too much has been here.

Speaker 3 (01:41:25):
I get that, but I am confident. Don't you want
to be in Cleveland right now. But I am confident
that Woody will always come home to me.

Speaker 6 (01:41:36):
You're still the bottom, bitch, don't.

Speaker 2 (01:41:39):
And we were talking about this earlier, and you would
know better than anyone, because you guys kiss. Did wood
he get in visil line? Yeah? Because I think maybe
he did. I think.

Speaker 1 (01:41:51):
I thought nought.

Speaker 3 (01:41:52):
I could be wrong on that.

Speaker 6 (01:41:53):
See, everyone's getting it, and so we didn't know if
like it infected him as well.

Speaker 3 (01:41:57):
Right, I don't think it's been of recent.

Speaker 6 (01:41:59):
Okay, maybe.

Speaker 3 (01:42:02):
Even because once in a while he does get that lisp.

Speaker 2 (01:42:06):
Yeah he does. And then the light was hitting his
glistening teeth just the right way the other day and
it looked shinier than your normal, like like the way
that a plastic would shine. I just I just got interesting.

Speaker 3 (01:42:19):
He's perfect regardless. Yeah, maybe he doesn't want to tell me.

Speaker 2 (01:42:24):
Just the other day, I wish he would skip a
few meals. Those are your words.

Speaker 3 (01:42:29):
You don't don't do that. Don't do that. I've never
said that.

Speaker 2 (01:42:35):
Don't do that way. So let's go up in the clerk.
Since I'm not doing tim, We're gonna go up in
the great all good. Uh.

Speaker 1 (01:42:43):
First of all, I'm gonna get to the song. But
I also I'm gonna throw it to you because I'm obsessed.
I can't stop thinking about how you are the Wikipedia
of the Woody.

Speaker 3 (01:42:54):
Show like the.

Speaker 2 (01:42:57):
Archives.

Speaker 3 (01:42:58):
Yes, and I love that.

Speaker 1 (01:42:59):
So we you're gonna go with I'm gonna say the
song okay, and then I don't know if you need
to think about it over the song or are you
that quick that you can give me date.

Speaker 3 (01:43:08):
The last time.

Speaker 2 (01:43:10):
No, I'm not that quick. I'll just type it into
the search bar and it'll take me to when you
did it.

Speaker 1 (01:43:14):
Okay, we're going with this week, We're gonna do Shannon,
let the music play. Yeah, and that is the year
of nineteen eighty three music.

Speaker 2 (01:43:27):
Okay, wait, no, I got the last time we played
that was let's see Thursday obviously January twenty third, twenty
twenty five, a year and a half ago.

Speaker 3 (01:43:41):
A year and a half ago.

Speaker 6 (01:43:43):
What else did we do that?

Speaker 2 (01:43:45):
We got ideas for Morgan's Daar for Dollars, which was
the Lego challenge that's up for her, do a feat
and full video on OnlyFans, poop in a garbage can
like Sammy once did, and put a spider on her face.
Those were some of the ideas. Let's see the day
before that was National Hot Sauce Day. Of course it

(01:44:07):
was nice. And let's see what else do we do
that day? Uh, you can still use TikTok if you
already had it, but it's not back up on the
app store.

Speaker 3 (01:44:17):
Whoa you remember that time, right? Yeah? Yeah, it was
going everybody was going crazy. The world basically stopped.

Speaker 2 (01:44:25):
That was a dark day. So now the cat's out
of the bag. But again, refresher memory. Today's up in
the club.

Speaker 3 (01:44:32):
We're going let the music play. Shannon Show, Thursday.

Speaker 2 (01:44:44):
Show, Gina, stop your dance. Moons are going to turn
me straight. I will get DJ Tim Martine. Is always
a pleasure to see you, my God. It's so good guys.
And we will see you in a week from today
and I will write down whatever song you play, and
then hopefully, god willing, we're still here years from now

(01:45:06):
and you can say, what do we play on Remember
August of twenty six on that great day? God, those
were good days. Well, we love you to him, thank you,
love you back. We're doing We're doing it. We're doing it,
Woody Show, we are doing it. We're doing the Woody

(01:45:27):
Show on a throwback Thursday, we are continue.

Speaker 4 (01:45:30):
To do it.

Speaker 3 (01:45:31):
Oh yeah, doing it all day.

Speaker 4 (01:45:33):
Did you guys see the story did we cover it
where there was thirty thousand dollars left in a wah
wah bathroom. But some guy, this guy's a Pokemon collector, naturally,
and he had a bunch of cash on him, allegedly
not for Pokemon collecting. He confirmed that it was for
a family emergency that he needed thirty thousand dollars. Maybe

(01:45:55):
one of his cousins got kidnapped, I don't know, whatever,
but he went to take it, and he left the
thirty thousand dollars in the wall wall as you do,
and some guy found it.

Speaker 3 (01:46:05):
Now here's the part. Do you buy it?

Speaker 4 (01:46:07):
So this guy finds it and then he starts searching
for the guy to give it back, and he's like
looking all over the parking lot, everything, can't find the guy.
So he eventually just takes the money home, doesn't spend
any the money, doesn't do anything with it. But the
cops eventually identified the man that found the money. They
contacted him. It's like, oh, I'm happy you found me

(01:46:29):
because I wanted to give the money back to the guy.

Speaker 2 (01:46:31):
I just didn't know who to turn it to.

Speaker 3 (01:46:33):
Yeah, well, it's basically he found that it was a
fanny pack. Just it wasn't just lose cash, so yeah,
that makes a little difference. But he knew it was money,
that's for sure. Yeah. So then he gave it back,
everything is all good.

Speaker 4 (01:46:42):
Do you buy ites or no? That he wasn't going
to spend that money. I mean there was video of
him looking for the owner of the fanny pack, so
I mean by that.

Speaker 6 (01:46:53):
Yeah, I think he would have spent it already, or
at least started to.

Speaker 2 (01:46:55):
Yeah. Right, he was just waiting it out to think,
like anybody, is this going to become a thing? I
spend it? You know, is anybody looking for it?

Speaker 3 (01:47:02):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (01:47:02):
I don't know how long would you hold on to that?
I mean, you're supposed to contact the cops, but I've.

Speaker 6 (01:47:08):
Been seeing a lot of it goes into evidence.

Speaker 8 (01:47:11):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:47:12):
I've been seeing so many commercials lately of the mom
who forgets her baby in the car and then she
runs back crying, and it says, oh, it can happen.
If you don't think it can happen, it can happen.
And I think, how how, yeah, do you leave thousands
can you forget your baby in the car? How could
you forget? Oh? Yeah, that's right, I'm carrying around thirty

(01:47:32):
thousand dollars.

Speaker 4 (01:47:33):
Would I have one hundred dollars on me? My palms
are sweating, yeah, in my because my hand is in
my pocket and holding onto it.

Speaker 2 (01:47:41):
I once sold a car for two thousand, six hundred
dollars and it got cash for it. I was freaking
out on my way to the bank. I have two
thousand dollars in my pocket.

Speaker 6 (01:47:49):
Look normal, look cool.

Speaker 3 (01:47:53):
With it leaving it in a walla.

Speaker 4 (01:47:55):
But I did want to ask you, have you ever
found any money?

Speaker 2 (01:47:59):
The most I ever found in one finding was twenty dollars,
and it was at a public transit like a train station,
and I didn't want it to be obvious, like, oh, look,
twenty dollars, so I pretended that I had to tie
my shoe. So I stepped on the twenty dollars bill,
reached down, pretended to tie my shoe, and then whoops,
that track took the twenty dollars bill.

Speaker 3 (01:48:19):
I believe that, and I was stoked.

Speaker 2 (01:48:21):
That was the most I ever found twenty.

Speaker 3 (01:48:23):
Bus I found a got cell phone in a gas
station bathroom and I took it back to the front desk. Yeah, yeah,
but it was it was gross cash wise. Now I
found I found a wallet outside the Hooters down down
the street here, and I turned that back into I
found the woman's ID.

Speaker 2 (01:48:41):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:48:41):
Now, she unfortunately was not a Hooter's waitress.

Speaker 2 (01:48:45):
She was leaving that.

Speaker 3 (01:48:47):
She left her. She left her like it was one
of those big fat wallets of women have that have
a thousand things on them.

Speaker 6 (01:48:51):
Yeah, like the billfold, the podcast book.

Speaker 3 (01:48:53):
Yeah, it felt like fell out the top of her
car or something stupid like that. And I know someone
found five hundred dollars of month on a subway platform
in Atlanta because I was like Messa saying, you get you,
you overdo it, you play yourself. So I was like,
I'm gonna put this in my sock in like a
little separate mini billfold. And I was thinking, well, like

(01:49:15):
and they could have returned that five hundred dollars to me,
except that it was in the same little mini bullfol
billfold that had my fake ID. Oh no, they looked
up you know my name in Pierre, South Dakota. Yeah,
sol Well, I've.

Speaker 6 (01:49:30):
Never found any money, But what happened to me last
year that I think I told you guys was I
dropped my purse in the middle of a field in Iceland,
near nothing and nobody, and because the Icelandic people are
so unbelievably cool, I got it back with all the
money in it. Wow, all the cash, I d everything.

Speaker 2 (01:49:50):
I kind of wallet once and I sent it back
as the woman's idea was in there. She was so sweet.
She mailed me. I can't remember how she got my address.
I think we were corresponding it because I had found
her w She sent me a little envelope full of
two dollars bills. Nice.

Speaker 8 (01:50:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:50:05):
When I was working at a grocery store and I
was putting the carts back sea Bass, I found a
wallet in there and had a couple hundred bucks in it,
and I take it to the office where we had
our accountant for the grocery store, and she's like, oh,
just leave it here. I was like, oh no, it
has her ID so like old school, I called four
on one and I gave the information and they gave

(01:50:26):
me the lady's phone number. I called her and she
showed up and we weren't because.

Speaker 3 (01:50:31):
I was part of like a grocery union. We're not
allowed to take any money.

Speaker 4 (01:50:34):
So I was like, oh, no, you can have it,
and she's she's like, okay, thank you so much, because
I'm buying my BMW this week, maybe like six dollars
an hour. And but she goes, I'm a manager at
Wilson's Leather and if you need a discount. But I

(01:50:56):
also found some money when I was storkling in Maui
in water. I think I've shared the story. It was
just like waving at me and I found one hundred bucks.

Speaker 3 (01:51:04):
That way, like wet, soggy bill.

Speaker 4 (01:51:06):
Yeah, I was just floating. I thought it was like
seaweed or something, but it was actual money. And they said, yeah,
money's been popping up in the water.

Speaker 2 (01:51:12):
I would have spent the rest of my life just
swimming around rules.

Speaker 4 (01:51:16):
One story I have never shared is I was working
at a bar when I was doing radio and it
was New Year's and there was a gigantic bar fight
that broke out, so they cleared out the bar and
there was four hundred dollars like at one of the
like VIP tables, and I just I just took that
four hundred bucks and I shared it with the other
bartender because we didn't make any more tips.

Speaker 6 (01:51:38):
For the Yeah, on account of the fight.

Speaker 5 (01:51:40):
I found one time I found like greg twenty dollars,
but I was eleven, so it was a very big
deal at eleven years old. And we were shopping, me
and two of my siblings shopping at Walmart with my mom,
just walking up and down the aisles wherever, and I
just looked down and right there on the floor in
the middle of Walmart was a twenty dollars bill.

Speaker 13 (01:51:59):
And I picked it up and I was like, oh
my god, twenty dollars is awesome.

Speaker 5 (01:52:02):
So then my brother at the same time, was like
hunting now, right now, he wants to find money on
the ground because I just found money on the ground,
And we had another sister with us who was like.

Speaker 13 (01:52:11):
She already found it, You're not gonna find more.

Speaker 5 (01:52:13):
He walks down the next aisle finds another twenty dollars
on the floor.

Speaker 13 (01:52:17):
So someone was just walking around dropping twenties at Walmart.

Speaker 6 (01:52:20):
Yeah, and you got to keep it. Your mom wasn't like, now, bring.

Speaker 2 (01:52:22):
It to the cash.

Speaker 5 (01:52:23):
We did get to keep it because there was no
idea or anything with it, and it was like, whoever
you hate it to is just gonna pocket it themselves,
so you might as well, yeah, hell yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:52:32):
To keep it.

Speaker 2 (01:52:33):
Poor Sammy in her terrible life.

Speaker 4 (01:52:34):
And.

Speaker 2 (01:52:36):
